An anonymous source tells CBS that the pair were off duty when they fell off a cliff and into the ocean.
They're stationed in Morocco as part of a training exercise with several African nations.
Tonight, pressure is mounting for ABC and Disney after an unprecedented move by the FCC, ordering all eight Disney owned local stations at major cities across the country to file early license renewals years before their expiration.
If the renewals are not granted, They would lose their ability to broadcast.
The FCC has been investigating Disney, the parent company of ABC, over its DEI policies since last year.
A source with knowledge of the matter tells NBC News that Kimball's recent comments about the first lady will now be part of the review.
The suspect in the White House Correspondent Association dinner shooting expected back in court today after being taken off suicide watch.

They wouldn't sign a pipeline deal.
President Donald Trump approved a major oil pipeline project from Canada into the United States.
Reviving an initiative from his first term that the Biden administration canceled.
The project, informally dubbed Keystone Lite, is seen as a scaled down successor to the controversial Keystone XL pipeline.
The Supreme Court is restoring access to the abortion bill by mail after two drug companies filed an emergency appeal.
Appeal, rather.
Mifepristone has been approved as safe and effective by the FDA since 2000.
It's used in about two thirds of U.S. abortions and commonly used to prevent complications from miscarriages.
Friday, a federal appeals court ruled doctors could no longer prescribe mifepristone by mail or telemedicine.
While legal challenge plays out, now the Supreme Court is blocking that lower court's ruling, allowing patients to maintain their access.
News out of the Middle East now as missile alerts went out in the United Arab Emirates for the first time since the ceasefire began.
The defense ministry says missiles were fired from Iran and three were intercepted.
This says President Trump's new efforts to guide stranded ships through the Strait of Hormuz are underway, with Iran promising an aggressive response.

Well, just within the past hour or so, we've seen multiple waves of strikes on the United Arab Emirates just across the Strait of Hormuz from Iran.
That port that was struck, the Fujairah port, is a key oil port, a pipeline port for the UAE.
That's where they're able to get their pipeline supplies from inside the Gulf and across a potential.
Alternate vector to the UAE, or excuse me, to the Strait of Hormuz for the UAE.
So, they're able to get their pipeline supplies to cargo vessels there in the port.
However, of course, it's nowhere near the amount of volume that the Strait of Hormuz itself would be able to sustain.
So, the UAE had been trying to get that across.
Now, Iran has seemingly responded with an attack on that port.
We'll see what comes of that since then.
We're also hearing reports that Iran fired on ships.
Of course, President Trump himself has multiple truth socials up talking about this.
And says that Iran fired on third party nations.
I believe it was South Korea, was one of the ones he was talking about, potentially some others.
There have now been six plus one, so seven gunboats, Iranian IRGC small boats, that have been attacked in retaliation.
And the president has come out and said that those were destroyed.
So a real test here, a real test on the ceasefire.
Has the ceasefire been broken?
Will Project Freedom succeed?
Now, all of this comes.
Amidst the backdrop of the president telling us that earlier today, the United States Navy was set to begin escorting ships through the Strait of Hormuz in accordance with U.S. policy, but completely opposing what the Iranians were saying, completely flying in the face of their toll scheme that they wanted to have up.
President Trump saying, We will use the United States Navy to secure freedom of navigation.
And of course, the Iranians viewed this as a provocation.
So the question.
Remains what is going on now from the communication side between Tehran and DC right now at this moment.
We're trying to monitor this for any breaking updates and specifically trying to figure out what's going on.
We did see a few US flag vessels successfully pass through the strait.
The IRGC, of course, refused that.
Oil prices rose, stocks fell.
Of course, no surprises there.
And in Lebanon, the Israeli military is conducting further strikes.
So a new evacuation order is now being put out.
There and Hezbollah has continued to trade strikes with Israel during what we see as a fragile ceasefire, and there could be potentially more going.
And so, folks, these situations are not going away on their own.
They are festering, they are simmering, and we could see the outbreak of further strikes on Iran should this continue.
Remember, we do still have two aircraft carriers that are in the region.
We have the entire flotilla of the United States Naval Force there, and President Trump.
Should he make the decision, could start that as soon as possible.

So, you go silent, you fall off the radar, you're off the map, you're like going to ground, and people are saying, Tending me post.
So, where's Luke?
Where's what's going on?
Has he quit?
Is he out of the game?
Is he working at a Wawa or something?
I said, No, He's up to something.
I know that.
I know Luke.
He's up to something.
Tell us what you were doing for all this time.
Well, I've been going into Medicaid data.
It's a huge thing that Doge did.
They dropped this massive database.
Not a lot of people have looked at it yet, but it totally changes the game because it unlocks this whole sector of federal spending that we thought was off limits.
They call it non discretionary funding.
So, when we're trying to cut the budget, they're like, well, there's nothing to even touch in Medicaid.
There's a ton to touch in Medicaid.
And when you look at the Minnesota fraud, a lot of what happened there was Medicaid waivers.
But they're also going on in red states, even red states like Ohio, where the newest thing is, if you can believe it, free butlers for Somalis.
Free butler?
Wait, wait, wait.
That can't be real.
That's not actually a thing.
It sounds like it couldn't be real, but they will.
Send people to your home and they will clean for you, cook for you.
They'll even just provide companionship and conversation if they want.
That's the best case is that we're giving free butlers to Somalis.
The worst case is that they are the butlers are the relatives of the other Somalis.
So, what you're talking about here is just paying families to hang out with each other, do normal things for each other, maybe cook food for your family members, like all human beings have done for all of eternity without demanding a paycheck from the government.
But that is what we're seeing Somalis in particular mastering is the art of exploiting federal programs at scale and taking programs that.
That were based on trust and good faith, and then just setting the country on the course for bankruptcy by just draining them and insisting on getting paid for doing things that any human being, any decent human being would do for free.
Like, you know, if your mom is getting a little old, you know, maybe vacuum for her once a week.
And that's what we're talking about here.
It's called originally was home aids, basically, which were nurses.
And then they pushed it further and they had this category that Medicaid calls personal services.
And this isn't medicine at all.
But certain states, including Ohio, have it.
And a large portion of it, I believe, is fraud, maybe 99%.
Certainly fraud and waste.
At best case, it's a total waste.
But I think some states maybe don't care because the feds are paying for it.
So it's that other people's money problem.
Yeah, it's a ridiculous program and it's wasteful, but hey, it's 70% of it's coming from the feds.
So who cares?
So this is getting paid by the feds.
Now, where's the oversight?
Where's the oversight that we're supposed to be looking into this?
Obviously, We know that the vice president has come out and he's set up this new task force.
I'm certainly hoping that you have passed all your findings to them.
Yeah, I'm really interested to see what JD Vance is going to do in his home state of Ohio.
They've got this task force with Andrew Ferguson from the Federal Trade Commission.
He's great too.
The problem is, this is a program where fraud is difficult to prove, and that's inherent in the program.
Anytime you're saying, well, something's going on in a private residence behind closed doors, and you just send me a receipt and we'll pay it out.
How do you prove that?
How do you send somebody to jail and say, well, we know you didn't actually go to those different houses and serve as a butler for them?
It's difficult to prove.
And so far, they will get them here and there.
For example, if they claim to have gone and helped out somebody, but that person is also billing Medicaid because they're in the hospital, it's like, well, now we know you're a liar.
You were not at that person's house, the person was in the hospital.
But what they'll do even then is like, okay, well, just give us back the money for that one appointment.
And we keep taking these people's words for it.
So I'm pretty skeptical on the anti fraud approach.
I think it's kind of playing whack a mole.
I'm going to have case studies rolling out in the Daily Wire every day this week with absurd examples like, you know, there's this accountant that got his license taken away for stealing federal funds.
And then he started a home health care company using the address of a convicted money launderer's teenage son.
Like it's like something out of a, you know, doofus comedy.
But the government's like, yeah, that's fine.
Have $7 million in Medicaid.
So, It's kind of absurd.
It's clear nobody's looking at this stuff.
The fact that they are all foreign does two things.
I mean, it says something about low trust societies, but also it poses issues for enforcement.
When their people's names are Muhammad Ahmed and Ahmed Muhammad and Omar Omar, and they don't even have birthdays, they're all listed as being born January 1st because I don't think they even know when they were born.
How do you track that?
How do you make sure it's the same person or not the same person who was previously banned from the program?
How do you find out who their brother is and that they're actually hiding assets in their brother's name to get around rules?
It poses all sorts of enforcement nightmares that I think itself would create an entire bureaucracy to police.
So I say just get rid of this butler, what I call the butler code on Medicaid, which is personal services.
I think maybe you can have nice things or you can have mass immigration from low trust societies, but what Minnesota and Ohio have found is you can't have both.
So I think if any grannies want somebody to come make them a can of soup once a week, their relatives are going to have to do that for free because.
We can't let what I saw in Columbus, we can't let this continue to go on.
So, you mentioned Columbus.
What other parts of Ohio were you seeing this going on?
And what areas is it most prevalent?
So, when I was looking at the data, my eye was immediately drawn to Ohio first and then Columbus in particular.
And that's all I focused on because it's like night and day.
This is a program that's available statewide.
And yet, people in the other parts of Ohio, they have old people too, but they don't feel the need to bill Medicaid for it.
And in Columbus, and in particular in the immigrant communities along this one road in Northeast Columbus, you have entire buildings that are just full of these home healthcare companies.
And they're basically standing in the middle as brokers.
So if I'm getting paid by the government to hang out with my own mom, I become an employee of one of these companies who then bills Medicaid.
So, you know, we've always heard about welfare queens.
It used to be kind of quaint somebody that maybe was getting more junk food than they should, but they're still poor.
These people aren't poor at all, they're literally millionaires.
The new welfare queens are the providers of poverty services.
And so you have this class of Somalis, like the building you have on the screen now.
There are 94 different LLCs in this building, which build your money $66 million.
And they all have names like Omar Omar, and the government's just paying out.
If Omar Omar says that he had people that visited 100 old ladies, then he gets a check for 100 old ladies.
There's no way to prove it happened.
They have sketchy backgrounds, they have debts, they have outside businesses they're running at the same time.
And they don't even pay their taxes a lot of times.
They'll get 10 million bucks from the government and they won't even pay their taxes.
So it is a bleak scene and it's actually displaced all the other industry in Columbus, in this one corner of Columbus where the Somalis live.
You drive down the street and you won't see anything else.
All the businesses have actually just been replaced by make work, billing the government for just doing ordinary human being things.
And so it's really kind of sad in the same way that I guess welfare has led to fatherless homes.
This kind of thing, paying Somalis to just hang out with their own families, has led to there being no other jobs or businesses now because it's easier and more lucrative just to get paid for hanging out with your family.
No.
And unfortunately, what it does is it takes money that was meant for working class folks like Ohioans who are there in the Rust Belt, who are good people, who are people who actually deserve it.
And it's handing it over to people who weren't supposed to be in this country in the first place.
They were brought in through these various refugee programs.
They were then planted right there in Ohio, a state which Barack Obama and many other people like Minneapolis, like Minnesota, wanted to flip from a swing state, try to make it blue.
They're still trying to do that, by the way, and only because of Trump advance have they been able to pull it back.

So, Luke, in your reporting, and you're talking about these vignettes, you're talking about the information that's coming out.
What nationalities are we talking about here?
What groups, what programs did they come under?
You know, you mentioned Somalians, but.
How do they end up in places like Ohio?
I guess it's like what you said Obama put them there.
I mean, there's, I think there's also fraud tourism where I've seen in my research on this, you have people moving from other states to Ohio.
You also have them going back and forth between Minneapolis and Ohio, but they go where these programs exist.
They're not business geniuses.
They just have basically a million people all doing the same half baked scheme.
You know, and they'll oftentimes have like a Trucking company, which I don't really know what the goal of that is, but then on the side, they'll have a Medicaid company that gets like a million dollars a year.
Um, and there's just like an infinite number of them, and you look them up and they've got tax debts, they've got all those other businesses, oftentimes criminal records, and they're very dishonest.
I mean, I talked to them, and like one of the women, she had like a felony, malicious wounding, and a bunch of other crimes.
And I'm like, Do you have a criminal record?
And she's like, No, I'm like, Well, what about this?
That and that, and he's like, Oh, well, yeah, I guess so.
But so they just lie very casually and constantly, and then manipulate.
And now you have this very trusting government.
And I think that maybe in an earlier era that that worked.
And unfortunately, I don't think we have the benefit of being able to just trust people anymore.
We have too many schemers, and there's no real way to monitor them.
But the amount of money I mean, I've just never seen anything like it.
And you talk to them, and You know, they are all essentially foreign.
I mean, I think I only saw a couple Americans the whole time there.
And they'll, they know that.
And they'll actually say, if you're interested, if you're concerned about these personal services Medicaid waivers, then you're racist.
And it's like, what are you talking about?
So you're just admitting that it's only Somalians.
And to some extent, I saw people from Ghana and Sierra Leone and other African countries who are billing the government to either hang out with their own family or to go visit with various third parties and take care of them.
But with the visits being unverifiable, there's no way to show that they went there.
And I think that the other way that the foreigners operate, they have this clan based mentality where it's like one organism with many heads.
And so they can have a system where social security numbers are run through the system.
And maybe the people whose socials are offered up, they get a little kickback, but there's no services being rendered.
And in the very, very, very small chance that anybody ever gets in trouble, number one, it's going to be a very minor punishment.
And the Ohio attorney general is on record saying he wants this change.
The Medicaid is actually, there's a limit to how.
It's less serious to be caught for stealing Medicaid than it is to be stealing other things.
There's all sorts of barriers.
He's not even allowed to have GPSs to prove that these people aren't doing what they're doing, they're not going where they say they're going.
And so, yeah, it's very difficult to, I think at the end of the day, we unfortunately just have to end this program, or maybe not even unfortunately, because, yeah, take care of your family because it's the right thing to do.
That's what we've always done.
We can't be paying people to be butlers in people's houses.
No, it's insane.
You mentioned something, by the way fraud tourism.
Explain to me how fraud tourism works.
What is that?
Word gets around in these networks that there's a particular jurisdiction that has a very generous social net, and maybe that there's vulnerabilities to it, that it's exploitable in a certain way, and then they'll move there.
So, so they're moving from place to place committing fraud.
I remember, I remember actually hearing something recently at the UK and Ireland where someone was there was this migrant who was it strikes me as similar.
He was living in the UK, but he would fly to Ireland once a week to pick up his paycheck because he's on the dole, as they call it in Ireland.
And he was then flying back to London where he lived, but nobody was actually checking it.
Yeah.
I mean, the government has its head in the sand on this.
I mean, when I went to these places, it was just so clear that like.
If you were in charge of the government, you would never write a check to these people.
If you step foot in these buildings and you look them in the eye, you would know for certain this is not on the up and up.
This is not something that a reasonable person would spend money on.
But it's clear that no one's checking.
It's very difficult.
This is why it's very difficult to keep track of the Ahmed Mohammeds and Mohammed Ahmeds.
I think they have a benefit.
First of all, you and I don't get paid by the government a million dollars or $10 million a year.
If we had bankruptcies and criminal records and tax liens, we sure wouldn't be allowed to just get government money.
Like somehow, these systems all break down for them.
And I think it's either intentional or it's because they have certain benefits that we don't have.
They have names that are difficult to track.
They have the ability to send money abroad.
They have the ability to leave the country if they really get in trouble.
We don't, you know, you and I don't have a second chance.

And this, of course, comes on the heels of the attack on Savannah Hernandez in Minneapolis.

So, tell me first are you okay?
You know, mentally, no.
I'll be honest about that.
They have reached such a violent level.
And I want to make it very clear that I believe that this suspect was trying to kill me that night.
The individual ran at me full speed and threw a rock directly at my face from five feet away, as if he were on like an MLB pitching mound.
And then he continued to pursue me.
And I want to see charges.
It's time that the DOJ steps in and starts prosecuting these people because they're only emboldened because Portland doesn't hold them accountable.
So, walk us through what happened that evening.
Just tell us the story.
You were, you know, you're out there for reporting.
What was it that you were going to report on, and how did the evening escalate?
Right.
So, I was actually undercover.
I was wearing.
My entire identity was concealed and I lasted for a very long time.
And I went in with a couple other people to report.
We were kind of watching each other's backs.
And all of a sudden, when Portland police came in and started pushing the rioters out, this guy named Chandler Patey, he's the one who has the Antifa safe house, he started yelling my name out, pointing me, That's Katie, that's Katie.
We know what your fingers look like.
So they were, they somehow identified me by my hand when I was just trying to record.
And this was a Mayday riot.
Antifa mobilized to attack the Federal facility again, and the federal police told them to vacate.
There was criminal activity observed, and that's when local police came and pushed them out.
But then they started calling me out, and I knew that once local police pulled back, I was going to be in danger.
And so I was actually making my exit, and that's why I walked back towards federal property and I was going to leave.
And then it was this complete coordinated attack against me, and this one couple.
Instigated all the violence they've been targeting me since 2020, and they are Rose City Antifa.
I already have that well documented throughout the years, and I don't feel safe at all doing my job.
I am not going to go out there unless I have several security officers, but I just want to know why Antifa, it's a designated terrorist organization, why they are still allowed to mobilize in the first place to attack.
It doesn't make any sense to me.
I know that President Trump agrees with us.
He wants Antifa taken down.
This isn't on President Trump, it's on his team.
They need to start taking more aggressive action because they're at the point where they're killing people.
Well, Katie, you and I were, of course, sitting right next to each other in President Trump's.
Roundtable on political violence, left wing political violence, and you were there with a black eye from the last time that you had been assaulted in one of these situations.
Now you have been hit again.
Do you feel like the federal government is doing everything it needs to do about these groups?
Well, no, not at all.
I think that they shouldn't be able to mobilize in the first place.
I do understand.
So the Trump administration, And the reason why I keep going out there is because the protesters and the local, the city and the state government keep going after the Trump admin to, on behalf of the protesters in the courts.
So they are actively helping the protesters sue the Trump admin for any time a federal officer uses munitions against them.
And it's a false rhetoric.
And so the Trump admin would not, honestly, a lot of my footage gets used against these protesters for charges and for the Trump admin.
Trump and men, you know, in the Ninth Circuit appeals court, like, yeah, we do need the National Guard deployed, stuff like that.
So that's why Antifa is so aggressively pursuing me.
So I do understand that Trump and men have odds stacked against them when it comes to the courts.
But this is life or death, Jack.
This left wing political violence needs to be addressed.
And I personally don't think that they're doing enough.
When Trump did order the crackdown in September of last year, there are federal agents like on the roofs of the building.
And I was pretty much safe to report because there is such a deterrent.
There is zero deterrent now.
But both local and federal.
And that's why Antifa is back in full force.
Antifa A team's coming back out and they're just not being held accountable.
And I have more than enough done my part throughout the years.
The federal government needs to come in and just start doing stuff.
Well, I couldn't agree more.
Obviously, you've done incredible work and you and I were in Chaz together back in 2020.
And you have been absolutely intrepid going out there.
Documenting this, getting it on video.
And yet, to your point, these left wing violent groups are able to continue mobilizing.
We saw them, I think they were in New York this weekend as well, mobilizing for their attacks on federal facilities, continuing to conduct attacks on federal facilities over and over and over.
And they do so with almost impunity within the confines of the United States of America.
Yeah, that's exactly right.
And that's why I keep going back out there because it's so shocking to see.
Antifa has free reign in Portland, a terrorist group, and they're acting like they're allowed to do it because there's no prosecutions against them because the local government doesn't do anything.
And so the federal government actually has to step in.
I don't think that they realize, I hope Trump realizes that he is literally our only hope in the Pacific Northwest for our own safety, for America's safety.
This isn't, I'm not the only journalist out there who's been attacked.
Honey Badger Mom has been attacked a few times.
Other right wing streamers.
It's so many people.
The list is so long and everyone deserves justice.
And because there has been no action taken effectively, there has been action taken, but there needs to be a final solution.
That's where we're at.
There has to be a final solution.
I don't know how it works.
I'm just the reporter.
I'm going to continue reporting only safely.
I will not be going out there without security, but it's the feds, they have to step in or people are going to die.
Well, that's absolutely right.
And unfortunately, we already saw just a few months ago the death of young conservative leader Charlie Kirk, our friend, our colleague, who was shot with a bullet that said, you know, hey, fascist, catch.
So it's this ideology that's allowed to fester.
It's this organization, this movement, these people who keep going out there night after night after night with impunity.
We know the names, we know the networks.
The Portland Field Office, Portland Federal Field Office is right there.
And I guarantee, and Katie, I know you know people there, and I guarantee they know who the organizers are.
Absolutely.
Jack, riddle me this.
Two weeks ago, the Crime Think Group from Minneapolis, the anti ICE terrorists, came down and conducted a full on terrorist radicalized training event in Portland, training Antifa to actively target ICE.
And why was that allowed to go on?
It was.
By crime, think that's already an established Antifa terrorist group.
So they're actively still allowed to openly train in Portland without zero pushback.
So I'm wondering is the FBI just not aware that this is happening?
Does HSI need to step in?
Does it need to be a coordinated effort?
I don't know.
It's really not mine and yours decisions to figure out how to get it done.
It is up to the federal government, and we have lined up.
Everything needed for them to take action, but they're just not taking action.
They're organizing to kill.
Let's get that very clear.

We have to remember that this Antifa's motto is violence is permitted by any means necessary.
They are a death cult.
I don't know how much more we can drill that in people's heads.
They will continue to conduct violent attacks, they will continue to assault people like.

The fact that it's able, again, to operate completely in the clear is very interesting given that Antifa was supposedly designated a domestic terrorist and foreign terrorist organization.

And Katie, I just want to ask, medically speaking, are you able to walk us through exactly what happened when they threw the rock at you and committed the assault?
Right.
So I was backing away and they started advancing on me, and this one Antifa terrorist in full black block.
Just ran at me full speed through the rock five feet, five feet away, directly at my face.
And what was even more terrifying, I was like on the verge of blacking out a little bit from that, but I just kept going.
And what was even more terrifying was he continued to pursue me aggressively.
And I thought he was going to kill me for sure.
I mean, this is attempted murder, aggravated assault at the minimum.
I want to see charges for that.
And luckily, I wasn't hurt worse.
If I had moved my head and he hit my temple or something, I really think I would be dead.
I mean, this is just absolutely horrific.
I mean, it's biblical, too, by the way.
You think about, you know, David and Goliath throwing rocks.
This is not something to be taken lightly at all.
They say, oh, just throw a rock, you know, and they want to downplay these types of things.
But in reality, what's going on is we have a pervasive system in this country, a pervasive system.
Cancer in our society, which is left wing violence.
And this left wing violence continues over and over until we saw it spill over at Utah with Charlie Kirk.
We saw it spill over in Butler, West Palm Beach, and of course at the White House Correspondents' Dinner just one week ago.
Three armed assassination attempts on President Trump already.
Shots fired in all three of those, by the way.
And I've had people on who were feet away.
That from those shots, um, it's been the line of fire had they not been, uh, you know, had they not gone into a bathroom or gone behind the doorway, that type of thing.
And we know, uh, multiple people, of course, have been killed already.
Katie, what do you think it is that's preventing so many Americans, even people there on the ground, from taking this seriously?
Well, I think that they are so brainwashed against conservatives, the Democrat Party.
You know, you know, this attack on me was actually so horrible.
That I had some liberal anti ICE accounts reach out to me, message me on social media saying that they condemn it.
But the problem is that the Democratic leaders are not condemning this violence because they need Antifa as their foot soldiers.
So, what you see right now with them throwing this rock at me is they need Antifa to commit crimes because they need me to stop my reporting because it's too effective.
So, that's why they're targeting me, and that's why they don't speak out when.
These attacks happen because they need to use them as their foot soldiers against conservatives to shut us up.

They are the foot soldiers of the left.
They continue the violence.
They continue not just the violent, again, this is the repository for the violent rhetoric.
This is the way they work together in a symbiotic relationship where you have these online accounts and online networks and politicians.
Like Chuck Schumer or Nancy Pelosi or Jamie Raskin, who make these violent comments and spew this violent rhetoric.
And then Antifa goes and picks up the ball.
They go and attack people like you.
They go and attack people like other targets, people who are not breaking the law.
People are doing their job.
People are simply out there doing what they're supposed to do.
But that's what they actually stand for.
They actually stand for this violence.
They actually stand for violence.
the mayhem.
They stand for the chaos.
This is actually what they want.
And the video, I mean, the video is horrific.
The video is absolutely horrific.
Katie, now talk to us.
The Department of Justice actually quote tweeted myself yesterday and said that this is being investigated.
Have you been in touch and what can you tell us so far with the department and the investigation?
Well, I can't tell you anything because they have not reached out to me.
So all I know is that So, I'm hoping that they're investigating.
I guess we'll see.
I have faith that they are.
I do have a little bit of insight knowledge that they are, but I can't really share much.
So, let's hope because they are literally my only hope and everyone's only hope because Portland Police isn't going to do anything.
The DA here won't do anything.
And this is a serious assault on me.
And I want to make it very clear that the political violence in this country is coming from one side.
The bullets are flying from one side.
And why can't everyone as Americans condemn it?
There's no, at this point, there's no uniting with this radical left.
There is only defeat.
And the Trump administration needs to start taking that seriously.
Well, it needs to be taken seriously because this is the pervasive environment where these attacks, this violence is allowed to continue.
And they're not backing down.
And they're not going to be debated out of this.
They're not going to be.
Convinced from some rhetorical flourish or from some argument because they're absolutely committed.
Katie, talk to us about how fast, when you're covering one of these situations, how fast does it go from a peaceful march to violence?
How quickly can they make that switch?
Oh, you know, when it's a direct action, it's almost immediately.
So the second that they march, they usually gather at this park about five blocks away from the ICE facility.
The second that they get to the facility, it's usually just starting to attack.
So it does vary, but if it's that immediate, just take them down.
If it's, I think that there needs to be a policy.
If the federal police observe like one or two people or three people in Black Block altogether, then the entire protest gets shut down.
People don't show up in Black Block because they're just there peacefully protesting, they're concealing their identity so they can get away with crimes being committed.
That's very well established.
The feds know that.
So, just shut it down because this is not a peaceful demonstration.
And to the people who are there for their free speech rights, why don't they see people in Black Block and say, get out of our protest?
Well, they're not because these are Antifa demonstrations.
The feds just need to do something.
That's exactly right.
The way Antifa organizes, again, is for this purpose.
That's the reason they do the Black Block to begin with, because they want to be able to have people.
Who commit direct action, as you're calling it, these attacks, violent attacks, and then slip back into the black block.
So they become incognito, so they become hidden, so no one's able to actually tell which one of them was the one that threw the rock.
Or in Andy No's case, which one threw the milkshakes and then began pelting him again and again, which is also part of strategy, right?
You see these tactics when they were attacking Andy No.
I remember people didn't realize that the reason that they attacked him with the milkshakes first was to blind him, right?
So that's to blind him.
Now he can't see.
Then the second one comes in and starts assaulting.
So there's the first wave, then there's the second wave.
These things are always planned out.
These are tactics, techniques, and procedures, things that we see violent terrorists use all around the world.
Now they're using them here on our soil.
And it really isn't even just now because we've been looking at this for the better part of a decade at this point.
We can go all the way back to 2017.
Uh huh.
Yeah, absolutely.
It's been going on for way too long.
That's why it's like we finally, America finally has the correct administration and power to take action.
And they just need to start doing it.
They need to go hard.
I don't know, was it Minneapolis that was the trigger of them stopping their law and order?
Is it the DHS shutdown, partial shutdown?
I don't know, but Portland has just, for some reason, there was a crackdown and then just completely abandoned.
They need to apply the pressure continuously until this is over.
Because this is a direct threat on federal officers constantly.
ICE agents are getting attacked constantly.
And even The people who are contractors at the ICE facility are getting attacked by Antifa.
It's everyone and it needs to stop.
