The Pacific Palisades Fire Ignited By Antifa Arsonist and Fueled By Mangionism

Jack Posobiec and Katie Zachariah expose the Pacific Palisades fire as arson by Jonathan Rindernecht, an Uber driver obsessed with Luigi Mangione who targeted wealthy victims. They condemn California leaders Gavin Newsom and Karen Bass for negligence in brush clearance and argue mainstream media falsely labels these acts as natural disasters rather than left-wing political violence. The episode further critiques Pennsylvania Senator Lisa Baker for advancing unlicensed gender identity chat programs funded by a $3 million grant, linking these cultural attacks to a broader trend of Antifa-inspired terrorism against American institutions. Envy Drives the Fire 00:06:22
Hey guys, it's Jack.
I wanted to let you know that we're starting a new push for subscriptions here on Human Events Daily.
So make sure that when you're listening to this podcast, you hit subscribe, you download it, and you share it with five of your friends.
Make sure they're all going and downloading as well because we need to get the signal out as much as possible.
Look, we've done so much over the past couple of years since this show started, and we're only going to do so much more.
Let's get it.
This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.
A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobic.
Christ is King.
Judge Zia Farraqui apologized to suspect Cole Allen for the treatment he's received so far while he's been behind bars.
He's been put on suicide watch by the Department of Corrections, and the judge was asking why.
An attorney for the government said that he was put on suicide watch because he told FBI agents the night of the White House Correspondents' Dinner attack that he didn't expect to survive.
Is the ceasefire over?
No, the ceasefire is not over.
Ultimately, this is a separate and distinct project.
And we expected there would be some churn at the beginning, which happened.
And we said we would defend and defend aggressively, and we absolutely have.
Iran knows that.
And ultimately, The president's going to make a decision whether anything were to escalate into a violation of a ceasefire.
But certainly, we would urge Iran to be prudent in the actions that they take to keep that underneath this threshold.
This is about the straits.
This is about freedom of navigation.
This is about international waterways.
This is about free flow of commerce, all the things that happened before, and only Iran is contesting.
Let me begin by saying congratulations to the small business people of the year from all 50 states.
It's a big deal.
It's a big deal, and you can be proud of it.
Yourself, our country is made up of a lot of small businesses, and that ends up being a really big business.
You're essentially the most important factor business wise in the whole country.
You're the lifeblood of the American economy, and with your help, we're truly making America great again.
The U.S. Supreme Court today struck down one of Louisiana's majority black congressional districts in a 6 3 ruling.
The court's conservative majority found that Louisiana's 6th district, which links black communities across the state, Relyed too heavily on race in its design.
29 year old Jonathan Rindernick was taken into custody and is charged with setting a small fire on New Year's Day that burned underground, eventually erupting a week later into the Palisades fire that devastated the wealthy neighborhood.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.
We're here live, Real America's Voice.
Today is May 5th, 2026, Anno.
Dominee, folks, you need to talk about the Pacific Palisades firebug, the arsonist who was arrested for committing those fires.
Now, here's what people need to actually realize Did you even know that the Pacific Palisades were committed by an arsonist?
This fire was committed by an arsonist.
People don't realize this because I haven't heard the mainstream media bringing this up at all.
I haven't heard this being a huge detail.
His name is Jonathan Rindernecht.
And he is accused of having started these fires.
Federal prosecutors, according to Postmillennial, alleged that the 30-year-old Rindernecht was upset over a past relationship with a former co-worker and angry about not having plans on New Year's Eve prior to the fire.
While working as an Uber driver, passengers of his claimed that he displayed erratic behavior that night, describing him as angry, driving recklessly, and ranting about his frustration with the world.
This is according to local news.
They said that he had an obsession with fire, but also an obsession with, and you're going to love this, an obsession with luigi Maggioni, the man accused of murdering United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
During an interview on January 2025, Rinderneck was reportedly asked why someone might commit arson in the Palisades.
He responded that it could be done, out of resentment of the rich enjoying their money, as we're basically being enslaved by them.
Investigators also allege that Rinderneck searched online for phrases relating to Mangioni in the weeks before the Lachman fire, including Free Luigi Magione.
Let's take down all the billionaires.
Reddit lets K I L L all the billionaires.
And this was weeks before the Lachman fire.
He was obsessed with Mangione.
He was driving around in his Uber, ranting about Mangione.
How many times have I said this?
You will get MAGA or you will get Mangione.
The children of Mangione will be the assassins and the killers of the future.
These are the people driven by envy, by anger, by resentment.
They are the ones that are driven by this hatred.
It is not about equality.
It is not about getting a fair shake or a fair share.
It is about their own poor, demented, and twisted selfishness.
A selfishness that they believe entitles them to do whatever they want in this world to whoever they want in this world.
It is a selfishness and an envy and an anger, and not being able to get what they wanted or not being able to do whatever they feel like in life, not being able to take responsibility for their own actions and decisions.
Golden Stocks Rise Amid Hate 00:03:40
And so, what do they do?
They take it out on others.
They take it out on, quote unquote, the rich.
They take it out on the people of the Pacific Palisades.
Think about how many families lost everything in this fire.
Think about how many people lost everything in this fire.
And yet, you don't hear this.
You don't hear that this was done by a left wing terrorist who was hell bent on delivering quote unquote revenge to the people he viewed as his political enemies.
Pay attention, folks.
Because the Mangionis are growing.
We'll be right back.
Jack Posobic, Human Events Daily.
Stand in our way, and our golden age has just begun.
This is Human Events with Jack Posobic.
Now it's time for everyone to understand what America First truly means.
Welcome to the Second American Revolution.
All right, folks, Jack Posobic, we're back live here, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
Folks, let me be blunt.
Before the crashes of 1999 and 2008, a rare market signal appeared.
Most people ignored it.
The smart money did not.
Golden stocks were rising at the same time.
That's not normal.
Stocks are supposed to rise when confidence is strong.
Gold rises when confidence starts to break.
They move in opposite directions until something underneath the system is off.
Right now, they're both breaking records again.
That's only happened twice before major market repricing events.
Does that mean a crash is tomorrow?
No.
But it does mean risk may be dangerously mispriced.
Gold doesn't surge because it's popular, it moves when currency dependence weakens and the confidence weakens.
Debt explodes.
Central banks prepare quietly behind the scenes.
And here's what should get your attention.
Banks are buying gold at record levels right now.
They're not guessing.
Gold doesn't depend on earnings.
It doesn't depend on credit markets.
It doesn't depend on political promises.
Stocks do.
If you have a savings or retirement account, you don't get a do over.
This is about protection, not speculation.

All right, so I wanted to talk more about the Pacific Palisades fire and the fact that so many people are not linking this to the series of left wing violence and left wing attacks that we've seen in this country, even though it's right there in black and white for all of us to see.
And even if you just take the Pacific Palisades fire, because there were other fires at that time, this was 25 days, 23,000 acres, at least 12 deaths that we know of.
Plus, there was a JAMA study that said 440 died in terms of excess related deaths, smoke inhalation, this type of thing.
Seven missing people, 105,000 evacuated, 6,837 buildings damaged, or excuse me, structures destroyed, and then $25 billion.
$25 billion in terms of damage.
Systematic Left Wing Violence 00:14:59
I want to bring on now.
Uh, former DHS official Katie Zachariah here to the program to kind of help break all this down.
Katie, how are you?
Excellent, Jack.
How are you?
I'm good, but you know, so I'm reading through this document, and again, this is just the charging document that's out, and of course, alleged innocent before guilty, and yet we see this information 30 year old Jonathan Rindernacht, who was this Uber driver who was resentful at the world.
In his own words, he hated the rich, wanted to do something about the rich people, and set this, you know, according to prosecutors, set this fire.
Just from that perspective, and obviously when you're at DHS, you saw very many of the same types of people conducting violence against Homeland Security agents, ICE officers, et cetera.
Why is it that the media, and you're in California yourself, why is it that the media is not talking about this as an act of political violence?
Right.
We have Gavin Newsom calling it, you know, something's wrong.
It's global warming.
You have Karen Bass deflecting, deflecting, deflecting, Jack.
And really, what this is, is exactly what you said.
There is a systematic and consistent spell of left wing violence where people think that they can go take retaliation out on people that they don't like, whether it's the wealthy in the Pacific Palisades, or I think he had a girlfriend that lived in, or an ex girlfriend that lived in the Pacific Palisades and set this fire and destroyed all of these lives.
But Really getting to the heart of why and how are these people, and it goes to attempted assassinations, right?
Like, we had two people out of California, Jack, one who attempted to assassinate Justice Kavanaugh, and then the other one just recently at the White House Correspondents' Dinner, the attempted assassin of President Trump, right out of California.
So, this left wing extremism is brewing and really replicating this mentality that people can just take it, take violence in their own hands, and effectuate whatever crime they want on leaders they don't like or people they don't like or a whole group of wealthy people that they are unhappy with, Jack.
No, and it's very, very disturbing.
When we look at the trend, though, it does seem, as you say, to be something that has gone on and been on the rise.
Why is it, though, that we're not seeing any of this play across the media?
I haven't seen anyone other than conservative media, and even then, not very much, just in print, really, digital, talk about this as an act of political violence.
Because, again, they're not talking about even the attempted assassination of President Trump as political violence, Jack.
They're saying, you know, there were security breaches, and oh, we're going to apologize for the bad prison conditions that this guy was in.
We're not actually going to get to the heart of what is spurring on the political violence because then we actually have to address, oh, the radical indoctrination that's happening in our schools, the leftist violence, like from Jimmy Kimmel, basically telling Melania, you know, she could be a widow, and a whole other host of extreme leftists that have no problem spewing violent rhetoric.
And that just brings us back to Los Angeles County and the violent rhetoric.
From our own Karen Bass against the immigration and customs enforcement officers that led to widespread violence last summer and violence against all of the ICE agents that were just simply enforcing rule of law, Jack.
They don't want to address that there is extremism because then they have to get to the bottom of it.
And they don't want to do that because it's coming from their party and one party alone.
We don't have this happening from the right to the left.
It's all from the left to the right.
No, and it's very unfortunate when you see these studies that come out that purport to.
Talk about this.
Those studies always say, oh, we're not going to include the assassination attempts on President Trump, or we're not going to include the assassination of Charlie Kirk, or we're not going to include these very extremely high profile acts of political violence because they always seem to find some way to wipe them off of the data set.
And meanwhile, you see things like this.
Again, 25 billion in damage.
Talk to us about how powerful the Pacific.
I mean, I know you're there in California.
Talk to us about just how.
Powerful and heartbreaking it was to go through that.
Well, Jack, it's actually $250 billion of wildfire damage, is what happened.
$250 billion, it's the single largest and most expensive natural disaster or not so natural disaster in United States history.
And that's under Gavin Newsom's watch.
And I'm going to go back a little bit in history before we hit the Palisades.
President Trump, during the Paradise Fire up in Northern California, warned Gavin Newsom if you do not start deforestation, Brush clearance and start filling your reservoirs.
This was in 2018.
You are going to have a disastrous wildfire situation on your hands.
And do you think he gave heed to any of that advice from President Trump in 2018?
Well, Jack, the evidence speaks for itself.
We wouldn't be here today if he actually took that seriously, but he was made fun of.
They literally made fun of President Trump for giving the governor advice on how to prevent wildfires.
And now he's overseeing $250 billion of wildfire damage just in the Palisades.
Simultaneously, we had Altadena and Pasadena happening.
And what is so disturbing is not, yes, this happened, Jack, but we had Mayor Bass in Ghana.
And I'm telling you, I got this warning of these high winds five or six days in advance of these fires.
So we knew these devastating winds were coming.
They come every year, they're called the Santa Ana winds.
And I've been, I'm a native Californian.
I went to Pepperdine.
We had these winds happen every single year at the same time.
Governor Newsom knew this was happening, he didn't call his mayor back from Ghana.
So, there was no leadership.
There was no really inspection of the reservoir that could have helped, you know, put out some of these fires and fill the fire hydrants.
No, Jack, it has been time and time again negligence, negligence, negligence.
And in my opinion, it rises to the level of criminal negligence because all of the factors were happening and there were people that knew exactly what was about to come down the pipeline and they did nothing to prevent it.
Nothing.
And then people don't necessarily remember is right after that, Jack, we had floods that took out whatever the Fires didn't take out.
They didn't clear or do any preventative measures for the massive rainfall we were about to get.
And then the floods took out, like Dukes down in Malibu, and a lot of homes that survived the fires were taken out by the floods.
I mean, this is catastrophic leadership of California.
Well, and as people need to remember, and I've brought this up a couple times on Twitter, where Karen Bass is someone who in her youth was actually a member of a Marxist organization.
that participated in training down in Cuba that was funded by Castro.
I mean, you can't make this stuff up.
She's an actual card-carrying Marxist.
This isn't like one of those times where I say, hey, this person's acting like one.
She actually was a member of a Marxist revolutionary brigade.
And I'm just going to say it over and over.
What are Marxists always committed to?
Destruction.
They are committed to destroying the system.
They are committed to destroying the great cities, cities like Pacific Palisades, cities like Los Angeles.
And then when you see things like this and we find out that it was another guy.
Who was deeply committed to the same ideology, or at least a fervent adherent in that moment?
It really does raise the question of what is going on in this country.
And why aren't these leaders fighting for their city, fighting for their state?
Why aren't they wanting to protect American citizens?
It goes to the sanctuary jurisdiction.
And I've said it and I will say it until I'm blue in the face.
Every single sanctuary jurisdiction and sanctuary state and sanctuary policy, or area that has a sanctuary policy, Needs to come under fervent review, needs to have federal funding withheld immediately, and needs to have all of the voting audited, and needs to require a full review of everything happening because these are the literal jurisdictions that think they are above the law jack and they continue to operate so.
They're not working on behalf of American taxpaying citizens.
They're not working on behalf of me.
My governor decided that paying for illegal, criminal, illegal aliens.
Health care and gender surgeries was more important than putting money into public services in California.
Katie Zachariah, give us one second.
We're going to take a quick break, but hold it right there because we're coming right back with you.
Human Events Daily.
You talk about influencers.
These are influencers, and they're friends of mine.
Jack, where's Jack?
Jack, he's done a great job.
All right, Jack Southern Quebec live here, Human Events Daily, Real America's voice.
And going through some more information that's come out now regarding the suspect, Jonathan Rindernecht, this also known as John Rinder or Jonathan Rinder, this individual who, again, set a fire that ended up burning down the entire Pacific Palisades.
According to the investigation, he was the only person in a remote area.
Hidden trailhead area, according to cell phone data, video from fire sensing cameras and GPS put him there.
He hiked up after an Uber shift, took a 360 degree video.
Apparently, after setting the fire, he reportedly repeatedly tried calling 911, reported the fire once connected, but fled and returned to film firefighters.
He asked ChatGPT right after Are you at fault if a fire is lit because of your cigarettes?
He also screen recorded his attempts.
Which prosecutors saw as trying to create an innocent explanation.
He then, but then they found lighters and other information that was able to connect him directly from this.
And this is really interesting.
There's a lot of chat GPT angles in all this.
I want to bring K Zach Rye on because, Katie, not only were you a former DHS official, but you're also the general counsel for Fix California.
And so, obviously, a case that you have been studying very directly and very closely.
But in general, a state that's management that you're quite familiar with.
What does it say to us, though, now that we know that apparently he may have looked up how to burn down the Pacific Palisades or at least set this fire on ChatGPT?
And we got no warning from the folks who run ChatGPT.
Well, I mean, from a pure criminal law standpoint, Jack, you're looking at mens rea, you're looking at intent, right?
That the first thing is that this was premeditated.
Did he?
He went there obviously with the intent to burn it down.
It wasn't, I'm on a hike, I threw my cigarette.
Out, and then all of a sudden this fire happened, and then I called the firefighters.
No, this shows a very clear, systematic, and clear intent that he went to go set this fire, which makes him criminally liable, not negligent.
And then the truth is behind this guy is Jack, I love the way you always put everything so clearly together.
You connect him to the rest of the leftist extremism, right?
This is his reaction and hostility towards a group of people, and he is one in the same.
And when you start listing out All of the leftist and kind of angry leftist guys that are perpetrating or perpetuating crimes against either our leaders or Charlie Kirk or an entire group in the Palisades.
You see this type of individual time and time again young, disgruntled male.
And that's what we saw as well with Luigi Maggioni.
That's what we saw with Thomas Matthew Crooks, that we see with Tyler Robinson.
That is what we see in this case.
That's what we see in a variety of cases, Cole Thomas Allen as well.
Although, you know, this, this, in many of these cases, specifically Magione and Cole Allen, you don't have these inciting incidents like economics or bad relationships or anything like this.
You just see a direct regurgitation of left wing ideology and left wing talking points where they go out and decide to commit this act of violence because of their ideology, period, full stop.
Now, in this case, as you say, he, this, this Antifa loser who's running around, Drive an Uber, and by the way, I don't have a problem with people who drive Uber, but he apparently did.
He thought that he deserved more in life.
Had a girlfriend who used to live in the Pacific Palisades area, dumped him right before New Year's Eve.
He has a snap, and then he decides to set a fire up on this trail.
And then the fire got way larger than he realized.
But actually, Katie, as I'm looking at this document and putting these documents together, I'm actually thinking, to your point about mens rea, he may have intended to burn down Pacific Palisades from the very start.
Well, when you look at the combining factors of, as I said earlier, the Santa Ana winds and the five, six day warning that we had that these would be gale force, historically high winds, and you go set a fire in probably one of the most honestly dense in terms of brush, and the mountains that surround the Pacific Palisades have not been cleared.
And Jack, I think it was like they were saying, 40 or 50 years there were no brush clearance, and we're talking dense poison oak, oak trees, weeds growing all the way across that place.
And so, this was an inferno, and you can't look at the dry, mountainous region of California and know the winds are coming and think that lighting a match isn't going to create absolute chaos.
And Jack, that fire burned for days and weeks.
I remember just driving and looking at those black plumes of smoke continuing to billow over.
The mountain range from where I live, which is just on the other side of the Santa Monica mountain range, and wondering, are we going to be evacuated?
Pennsylvania School Counselor Scandal 00:16:43
Are they even ever going to be able to get this fire under control?
Because the winds kept coming.
And when you have the combination of fire and high wind, the firefighters are at a hundred percent disadvantage of being able to contain it.
I look at this and I ask, we need to take this more seriously as.
A country.
This isn't a political thing.
It's political in terms of motive, but I'm sure that, you know, a fire, just the same as a White House Correspondence Center, a fire doesn't differentiate between Republican or conservative or white, black, or whatever.
It's going to destroy everything in its path.
And my fear is that people are not taking this seriously, Katie.
They're not taking it seriously, but there's been so many warnings.
There's the attempted assassination, as you said, in Butler.
We saw Charlie Kirk assassinated.
And we need to mention the guy who was murdered or not murdered, the guy who attempted to murder President Trump at Mar a Lago, where I was.
And thank God President Trump wasn't there, but he was shot down by the Secret Service and neutralized because he had a shotgun and a gas canister trying to get to the president.
And this is time and time again, though, Jack, like this systematic and very clear there is a young man, we're looking at like usually between the ages of young 20s to early 30s.
With hostilities and left wing ideology.
And we have to start getting to the bottom of this, or it's going to continue on.
We're going to keep seeing this.
Oh, exactly.
It's exactly right.
Katie Zachariah, where can people go to follow you?
Katie Zachariah on X or Instagram, LinkedIn as well.
All right, make sure to give her a follow, folks.
And Katie, I hope you come back soon.
Right back here, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
Jack, where's Jack?
Where's Jack?
Where is he?
Jack, I want to see you.
Great job, Jack.
Thank you.
What a job you do.
You know, we have an incredible thing.
We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the guys who'll be getting politicians.
All right, folks, Jack Pazupik, we're back here at Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
I want to bring on now Frankie Scales from Surge, Philly.
He's got a huge scoop that is rolling all over, all over the great state of Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth.
Frankie, how are you doing, man?
I'm doing well.
Thank you for having me.
So, I've seen this huge thing.
It's gone viral.
You're talking all about, now I know this is State Senator.
This is State Senator Lisa Baker of Pennsylvania's 20th District.
What is it that, and why is it that it's so important that we're looking at this in terms of what she's doing for a social media application that she's trying to push in schools?
Well, I think it points to a bigger problem, which is Republicans that often say the talking points they say they're against a woke ideology, they're against transgenders in men and women's sports.
But then they go and they support laws, they support social media applications that are being put in our schools that actually push transgender ideology.
And that's what we're seeing in the case of Lisa Baker.
She supported an application named Cuth USA, which basically allowed grown men to speak to children about sexual orientation.
And this was proven that it could be done.
And these state senators, Republican state senators, supported that application.
So hold on a second.
So, walk us through what this application is and what it has to do with schools?
Like, what do you mean they're using social media in schools?
I don't understand this.
So, Kuth USA is a UK based company that has a mental health platform.
That's what they call it.
On that mental health platform, they offer counseling services.
They also offer chat forums where kids can come together and speak anonymously about things like sexual orientation, even their politics, and other issues about maybe they're feeling suicidal.
Or they have other mental health issues, they could speak about all that in these forums on this application named Couth USA.
So it is a social media application.
The problem is that they have a policy of affirmation, meaning that if a little girl thinks that they're a boy, the only people who can speak to that person are people who are going to say, You're correct in thinking that.
Maybe you are a girl.
Maybe you should change genders.
That's what's happening on Couth USA.
And another problem with Couth USA is that grown men.
Could make an account with Cooth USA and access those forums and talk to the children about things like their sexual orientation.
So, okay, I'm sure I'll wrap my head around this.
So, the idea here is that this is kind of taking the place of like the school counselor.
Like, schools usually have like a school counselor, sometimes they call it a guidance counselor, but they could be for other things, obviously, as we know.
And, you know, I never had one until I was like high school, I guess.
But this is now taking that idea and putting it into an online space where kids can then go on.
And how do they even know, to your point, they could have adults on there that aren't necessarily on, but how do they even know that the people they're talking to are licensed practitioners or other Americans?
I mean, this just seems like a massive invasion of privacy, even beyond the fact that there's a policy of allowing affirmation of gender.
Yeah, well, it is.
It's a massive invasion of privacy, as you said.
And one of the things with these practitioners is they called them wellness practitioners and they did not need to be licensed therapists.
So, it was sold as a cheaper solution to the strain that counselors were feeling in Pennsylvania schools.
Instead of giving the counselors more money and hiring more counselors, the state legislature allocated $3 million to the Department of Health and Human Services, who created a $3 million grant given to CuthUSA so that kids could log on to the platform and speak to these wellness practitioners.
And the thing about these wellness practitioners, as I said, is that nobody knows who they were.
They were anonymous, so they went by pseudonyms like sparrow or pigeon or pig or cow, and they would call themselves an animal and then they would put their pronouns.
So it could be like you're talking to sparrow with they them pronouns about your mental health issues as a child.
And this, so, walking back here a little bit, who exactly is the person pushing this?
And and sounds like this person is pretty liberal, so you'd think they'd be a Democrat, right?
Yeah, and this is again a huge problem.
This is a state senator.
Named Lisa Baker, who is a Republican.
Now, Lisa Baker has spoken about no men and women's sports, but she's supporting an application like this, which is allowing predators to speak to children and pushing transgender ideology.
And why is she doing this?
Well, she got a trip, an all expense paid trip to Arizona during the week of the Super Bowl when the Eagles were playing in the Super Bowl.
So could it be a little bit of bribery?
Maybe.
Maybe that impacted her decision making.
Another point to bring up about Lisa Baker.
Is that her son was a lobbyist for the DT firm, which lobbied on behalf of CUF USA.
So we're seeing this a lot where Republican, or, you know, we can call them Republicans, but really what they are is Republicans in name only.
They're rhinos.
They get paid.
Their families get paid.
They benefit from higher taxes.
They benefit from different policies that, you know, a Democrat would support.
And they go and they support it.
And they just call themselves Republicans.
And they're not.
So this idea, right?
And then, so is she pushing for this to be in every Pennsylvania school?
She was, yes.
She was pushing for it to be in every Pennsylvania school.
There's also another Republican state senator who went on that fully funded trip to Arizona, Chris Gibhardt.
He was also pushing for it to be in different Pennsylvania school districts.
So they were really trying to expand it to every school district.
Now, it got canceled in Pennsylvania, but what happened after it was piloted in Pennsylvania is that it got picked up in other states like California and New Jersey.
So what they did, what these Republican state senators did, Was they gave this woke application a way to get in the United States?
And now it's spreading throughout the country and it's going to do a lot of harm to our children.
And by the way, I see that, I see that Cuth USA did actually receive a grant for $3 million from the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services for a pilot program.
That's interesting.
So that was back in 2022.
So that would have been under Governor Wolf.
Am I correct?
I think so.
Before Shapiro got in.
Yes, it's before Shapiro got in.
But was she involved with continuing to try to push for this program back then?
Yeah, Lisa Baker still has not condemned the program.
We wanted to ask if she would support similar applications in school districts in PA and elsewhere.
And she won't answer our question.
She has not withdrawn her support for Cuth USA.
And again, she is a Republican state senator who won't withdraw her support for an application that pushed gender ideology on our kids.
This is crazy.
I'm reading some more about the report.
So it was actually canceled in 2024, and that the department actually canceled it because there were lawmakers from all over the state who were saying that this thing is crazy.
No parental notification, no parental consent in many implementations.
That means if you're in a Pennsylvania school, this thing, I'm just reading through it again, this thing, your kid has access to it, but you don't even have access to what your kid is doing in it.
You can't then request these.
Chat logs or these conversations.
So there's this anonymity because they're not telling you what's in there.
They're totally bypassing the parents and it's supercharging what a school district would do.
Sure, if there's a counselor, that's at least a counselor the parents know.
The counselor that the parents could go to and say, hey, what's going on with my kid?
Jack Jack and AJ are my boys, right?
I'd want to know if something is going on with my boys.
I could talk to them.
This, there's no parental notification at all.
And the fact is, it's a four. Profit company giving a grant award without any debate was even held in Pennsylvania over this.
So it just goes to show you that I don't, I gotta tell you, man, I don't like that idea to begin with.
The idea that my kids are gonna be online chatting with people that I can't talk to on a right now, I don't like that.
Even beyond the woke stuff, I'm not, I just don't like that at all.
So another point is that that $3 million grant, since it was done through a grant from the Department of Health and Human Services, it did not need to go through votes in the school boards.
So I would say, In my opinion, that was done specifically for the purpose to evade parental notification, to stop people from being able to vote on if they wanted the platform in their school district and to roll it out even faster than it would have been.
So, that I think was done on purpose because through the grant structure, now you don't need the votes of the different school districts who, when they found out about the application, had a big problem with it.
And we talked about it being in other states now.
What did they do?
They rebranded it to Saluna.
So, it's no longer Cuth USA, it's Saluna.
In places like California.
In California, it's in almost every school district.
And they rebranded it because of the outrage of Pennsylvania families.
Completely insane, completely nuts.
I can't believe this is going on.
Frank, can you hold on for just one more segment?
Because I want to dig some more into this and find out more.
Let's chat about it.
Stay tuned for more Human Events Daily.
We're going to call this the Jack Posobic Appreciation Hour.
I can say confidently, I believe, I think Josh Shapiro would be the vice presidential nominee if it wasn't for Jack Posobic.
And that is, I'm being honest.
All right, folks, Jack Posobic, we're back live here, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
And when we get in, we're still with Frankie Scales talking about Lisa Baker.
This program, it's so disturbing to me.
And I thank God that.
Pennsylvania has taken it out this Cooth USA where it's online counseling for children in schools in Pennsylvania.
And they have this in other states as well now, where the kids go in and they're doing this, you know, counseling or being asked about very serious mental health, gender questions, sexual questions, all these different things.
When this is something that, quite frankly, it shouldn't be brought up in the schools.
It shouldn't be something the schools are supported.
And if there is something where it happens, It should be something where they go to a counselor who's someone that they know, someone the school knows, and of course, someone who the parents can talk to.
With this thing, it's completely nuts.
And the fact that they're throwing money around and you got state senators like this, it just really smacks of the type of corruption that unfortunately we've seen all too many times in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Frankie, you, of course, are no stranger to confronting our public officials, especially in PA and holding their feet to the fire.
You ever had the opportunity to ask Senator Baker about this?
So, we were outside of one of Senator Lisa Baker's events with the intention to ask her why she supported Cuth USA.
We were waiting outside so long that we actually had to turn our camera off.
When we did, she left and she sprinted to her car, hopped in the passenger seat, and someone skirted off.
So, she's really trying to avoid me at all costs.
She does not want to do an interview.
I went to her office to ask some questions and get comment from her office.
And somebody in the office wrote on a piece of paper a phone number to call.
I called that phone number, and they then told me that the door wasn't open, that they actually couldn't open the door to let me in her office.
So they are trying to avoid me.
I've never seen anything like it.
It is easier to talk to leftists at protesters than these fake Republican senators.
And why is that?
Do you think that they're just not used to having anyone ever, you know, kind of paying them that level of attention?
That level of scrutiny, putting them in the spotlight?
Are they just used to kind of flying under the radar?
I think it's all of them things.
I think they're not used to the level of scrutiny.
And I think that they don't have an answer.
They know what they were doing was wrong.
They know that they were benefiting from it.
And they know that their base, that the people who vote for them are entirely opposed to Cuth USA and they would be appalled.
So they have literally no defense.
All they could do is walk back support.
But even at that point, well, did you do your due diligence and was.
Your son being a lobbyist, work with USA, did that impact your decision making?
They can't answer that.
So, their best bet and what they're trying to do is avoid any interaction with me.
They are trying to avoid interaction with me to the point where they don't even want to be on camera walking away from me.
So, it's been pretty challenging to find them.
Yesterday, I was at another state senator's office, Chris Gibhardt.
He wasn't there.
I then went to one of his events, donor events, and the security there basically threatened to trespass me from the building, the Harrisburg Hilton.
He wouldn't come out.
He basically Alerted security that, you know, Frank Scales is going to be coming.
Avoiding Accountability for Lobbyist Son 00:05:51
I don't want to talk to him and he's not invited.
Kick him out if he comes.
And he gave them a description of me to stop me from entering the building.
He gives a description of you.
I mean, it's just, it's so ridiculous.
And plus, and I wanted to ask you, you know, switch gears here just the last couple of minutes is that you had this, you were up in New York for the May Day, again, dealing with hanging out with the communists, hanging out with the Bolsheviks up there.
And you got a video.
And unfortunately, we don't have the video on us, but people can, I'm sure, can go.
To find it on your Facebook and others where someone not only kind of got in your face, but also brought up Charlie Kirk.
Yeah.
So somebody said, Are you scared of dying like Charlie Kirk?
Because what you're doing is what Charlie Kirk was doing.
Basically, putting the responsibility on Charlie Kirk that he shouldn't have been having debates.
So they were telling me, Since you're having these discussions with people, do you fear that you're going to get shot or killed?
And, you know, my response was, It is a real concern because we see so much political violence on the left, but it is not going to stop me because my forefathers, the forefathers of this country and the people who came before me, they sacrificed everything their life, liberty, and their sacred honor for this country and this country's posterity.
And I think we have a responsibility to do the same thing.
So, Serge Philly, I will never stop being out there at the protests and asking them simply, why are they protesting?
Why do you disagree with the Trump administration?
What is fascism?
These are really important questions that they can't answer, and they're resorting to political violence now.
Yeah, and you see this over and over.
And unfortunately, you know, the political violence is on the rise.
And what's interesting to me is that when you talk to the left about what happened to Charlie, they seem to be in complete lockstep about it that, yes, he was killed for his political beliefs by people.
Who have our political beliefs.
So it's very interesting to me because you'll see the media will try to obfuscate this.
And I remember people saying, oh, or Barack Obama with this latest White House correspondence shooter saying, we're not really sure what his motive would have been, even though he had a manifesto.
He's very clear.
His Twitter account was there.
His Blue Sky account was right there.
It's very clear what his motive was that he hated Trump and he hated conservatives.
But when you talk to the actual communists themselves, they tell you right away, don't they?
Yeah, they do.
Right away.
And one of the things that you'll see with many of the communists is that they do support political violence.
You know, it's not going to be them.
I don't want to hurt anybody.
I don't, you know, like violence.
But when somebody does commit violence against my political enemies, I support that.
And that's kind of their belief.
And it's very cowardly.
That is the overwhelming theme I see with these people is that they're cowards.
Well, and that's right.
And what they're hoping for, and this is why they use the black blocks in many cases, and we were on here yesterday to talk about that, how they'll hope that one person will sort of.
Be able to cross the line.
And then everybody dresses up in black block like that so that they can help aid, you know, before and after the event itself, that the person can then come back inside.
So we had a colleague, Katie Davis Court, who was assaulted with a rock at this Antifa thing in Portland.
And the issue that they were having so far, FBI is involved, but the issue that they were having so far was that it was hard to identify the person because that's exactly what they did.
They were dressed in black.
Then they ran back into the crowd that's full of black, full, you know, black block.
It's a blurry video, is the only one that we have to identify the person.
So, again, this is their tactic, and it has been their tactic that they will go out and they will commit these things, but then knowing that only one or two of them, three or four, depending on the situation, are going to commit the actual violence.
The point is, the whole group infrastructure is there in place on purpose so that violence can occur.
So, and to what you just said, it isn't that they don't support it, they just don't want to commit it themselves.
Yeah, yeah.
And they actually train to intimidate people, they train to push away journalists and media that they're not favorable to.
And they train in a way to where they can do it.
They can lock arms and they can stop people from having their freedom of movement.
And they have done it to me many times, but they do it in a way to where they avoid and evade, you know, Police detection and they go right to the edge to where the police can't really do anything to them, but they are managing to violate my rights and other journalists' rights.
And that is like a lesser example of the same thing.
But these people train to, you know, have violent demonstrations, they train to take away people's rights in ways to where they don't get caught.
And that brings up a very important point.
And what they want to do, oh, I was just gonna say, and what they want to do is they want to walk right what you're saying, they want to walk right up to that line without crossing it while trying to provoke you.
So that you'll cross the line and then they get to pretend that they're the victims.
Exactly.
Yeah, that's part of it.
And this all leads to a bigger question at what point are these demonstrations unlawful?
And I think that's an important question we have to start asking more.
Well, it's clearly unlawful when there's a conspiracy to commit the violence beforehand.
That's what makes it unlawful.
So you don't have to wait until they get out there.
You can start doing this while it's in the conspiracy phase.
But we are all out of time today for that.
Frankie Scales, where could people follow you, brother?
