Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.
Today is January 28th, 2026.
Ann O'Domini, we're here in West Palm Beach, but I want to go live to Minneapolis.
We've got Liz Collin of Alpha News joining us right now.
Liz, how are you?
Hey, doing all right, Jack.
A lot of storylines to track here in Minnesota.
Good to see you.
That there are.
That there are.
And you are, of course, the best to do it.
So I want to get this out right now because you have a scoop on this regarding this Ilhan Omar, this incident, whatever it was that happened last night.
It looked like, was it an attack?
Was it a heckler?
We're not sure exactly.
You've got a scoop on the substance that was sprayed on Representative Omar.
I want to break that out for the people.
Yeah, Jack, we can start there with that news from last night where you're showing the video Representative Ilhan Omar sprayed at a local event.
And my sources have now indicated that it was apple cider vinegar that was inside that syringe that Representative Omar was sprayed with.
And that was told to many sources by hazmat teams in the city that the tests have confirmed that it was in fact apple cider vinegar that she was sprayed with.
We do know the man was detained clearly on the scene there, arrested, and I believe has already been charged.
So that is a story we're continuing to follow at Alpha News as to the circumstances surrounding him.
It sounds like he was very open.
This is where he was going.
He asked a neighbor to watch his dog, and the neighbor was surprised that he wanted to go ahead and attend that event.
And, you know, some cameras have sort of pieced together the information last night.
He did seem, you know, a little suspect right in the front row there and had kind of been waiting for the time to confront Representative Omar.
And that is what we were hearing this morning, that it was apple cider vinegar that she was sprayed with.
Well, fortunately, that's all that it was, and certainly not anything that would be more caustic.
And hopefully she is doing okay.
I wanted to get back also in.
So we're looking at Minneapolis.
We're now seeing yesterday was throughout the last couple of weeks, the Battle of Minneapolis or the second battle of Minneapolis, possibly, if you count 2020.
Now we're seeing a war of words between President Trump and your mayor, Mayor Fry.
Break down what's going on here.
Yeah, you know, tensions have remained high for weeks now with these anti-ICE groups.
They're still rioting, wreaking havoc on federal agents in town, trying to do their jobs.
We heard sort of a call from the White House for calm.
There was a phone call between Mayor Jacob Fry and President Trump.
Governor Walls also spoke with the president yesterday, but now there's kind of been this back and forth on X between Mayor Fry and President Trump, as it seems Walls and Fry have struck more of a defiant tone after that phone call.
I think you could say we obtained some text messaging from the Walls camp, where Walls is now continuing to raise money for his legal defense fund, where he said Trump is trying to make an example out of Minnesota and that Walls is damn proud, those are his words, of the example that we are setting, I guess, in Minnesota.
But President Trump fired back at Mayor Fry today saying that he is playing with fire for not enforcing federal immigration laws and for this ongoing rhetoric.
So it seemed that things were cooling, but then we have sort of this back and forth playing out on X this morning, Jack.
So they're seeing this playing out.
You know, he had talked about cooling, but now suddenly, so it seems to me that Mayor Fry may have indicated on this call that he would work with ICE.
And this reminds me of when I was in the Oval Office with President Trump and Mayor, at the time, Mayor-elect Mamdani of New York City, who also indicated that he would work with ICE and then immediately, once getting into office, turned around and said, no, he will not be working with ICE.
Do you think that it's a similar situation that maybe he sort of glad-handed him on the phone, Fry, to President Trump, and is now turning around and saying the opposite to his internal, you know, sort of domestic audience?
Yeah, it does seem that way.
It seemed even yesterday in the interviews, President Trump said that the phone calls went very well.
It also seems that people on the ground were happy to hear from Tom Holman, who is now in town as well.
And then we sort of have this tough talk, I guess you could call it, on X playing out with Fry.
And then some of that came out in this bizarre fundraiser again from Walls, sort of, you know, the rhetoric continuing, kind of talking tough after this phone call that President Trump seemed to spin in a completely different manner, that it seemed that, you know, things were moving in the right direction and that things would calm down here.
But we, you know, we're just continuing to sort of follow it along with everyone else.
I will say that, you know, my law enforcement sources have said that the meetings went well with Holman.
Minneapolis police, in fact, are saying that from my sources, that they will do more to help with crowd control.
We've seen sort of again and again that Minneapolis has been blocks away and sometimes hours away from responding to certain things.
So that's something we will continue to track.
You had 26 people, Jack, arrested on charges on Monday night, gross misdemeanor riot and unlawful assembly, obstructing the legal process, all of those charges.
That was tied to another anti-ICE demonstration.
But that happened at a suburb outside of Minneapolis at a Marriott.
You had another hotel that was trashed Sunday night by rioters in Minneapolis, but was remarkably different in the suburb.
The police responded right away, rounded them up and arrested them.
They've been charged.
They're likely being released today.
But the riot that took place Sunday night, that was a Minneapolis hotel and Minneapolis police were nowhere to be seen in that case.
Amazing.

Liz, you've got better sources in the law enforcement community there in Minneapolis than anyone, certainly the only one that I trust on the ground, Alpha News.
What are you hearing from that community?
Because, of course, President Trump had said that it looked as though there was going to be more cooperation between the Minneapolis police force, potentially even state troopers and ICE, or at least with these, you know, with these detainers and with these rounding up, not rounding up in terms of you know, going on the raids, but at least being able to go after people in the jails and county jails and city jails.
What's actually going on on the ground?
Well, it sounds like they want to go ahead and continue to not enforce this federal immigration.
However, it does sound like police departments are willing to perhaps work more with these agents to help with things like crowd control.
As again, these federal agents have been followed.
You know, the whistles are blown in their faces.
You have people clearly obstructing what they're trying to do.
So it does seem like there is some common ground.
But you also have this very troubling messaging, I think, Jack, we should point out, between both Ramsey and Hennepin County, their top prosecutors.
They would now like local law enforcement to investigate federal law enforcement in Minnesota.
In fact, on Friday, Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty, I know you know her well, but she sent a letter to all police chiefs offering her support as you investigate alleged criminal conduct by federal agents.
She has said that.
And we have similar messaging now from the Ramsey County Attorney's Office.
But what I hear from local and state law enforcement is they're very frustrated with this message.
You know, we are not against the federal government.
But again, this was pushed from the very beginning weeks ago, actually, I should say months ago, frankly, by Governor Walls and in his rhetoric that is something calling this Trump's Gestapo and many other claims he has made.
I will say that we were getting word that Attorney General Pam Bondi on the ground in Minneapolis today and that more people have been arrested for interfering with federal agents and assaulting them.
So that is a story we will continue to follow today also over at Alpha News as again, many federal agencies still involved with what's going on here, not just this ICE situation, but many have said this seems to be just a cover for fraud.
And, you know, perhaps these leaders would like this chaos to continue because it's taking the focus off those investigations, it seems.
Well, that seems so interesting to me because I noticed that these sort of street demonstrations, the agitation, it didn't actually coincide with the beginning of Operation Metro surge like we saw back in October, November.
It really only started after these reports were going viral online, viral in the media regarding the massive fraud in Minneapolis and Minnesota.
And of course, right after Tim Walz himself stepped down, dropping out of the race, essentially becoming a lame dog.
Absolutely, Jack.
I'll say that I went on a ride along with ICE agents.
There were no whistles back then.
Nobody was tracking their movements months ago.
This ramped up very much so, as you're saying, aligning with this reporting on billions of dollars in fraud.
Again, fraud has been in the news in some way, shape, or form.
I think it's fair to say in Minnesota for years, but really this expose, you also have the DOJ wanting the voter rolls in Minnesota, wanting the welfare benefits, that information.
And it really coincides with what we're seeing, money pouring in from these outside groups, people coming in and tracking these federal agents and that chaos that has since continued.
But we'll continue to track it all and happy to be on again, Jack, to keep you guys posted.

While, by the way, the DA, the Soros DA Larry Krasner, is turning around and saying he doesn't care about the leftist militants in the streets.
No, he is going to, and his words, not mine, hunt down ICE agents.

Now, they're running away now.
In a peaceful march through Center City, hundreds of Philadelphians filled the streets holding signs, chanting, and saying showing up felt like one small way to stand with people in Minnesota.

Really appreciate it.
Well, it was good to see you down at the March for Life the other day in Washington, D.C. Tell us, though, what exactly happened?
Put us into that situation.
Give us the context because we see the scuffle.
What actually happened leading up to that?
So we arrived at City Hall in Philadelphia two days ago to cover a rally and then a march.
As soon as we got to the rally at City Hall, we got two good interviews, just two, and then we were immediately doxxed and people started following us.
The one gentleman who assaulted me was actually following us the whole time.
And they tried to stop us from getting interviews, going in front of the camera, actually forming a human wall to stop us from getting closer to the rally to document what was going on.
So the march starts.
So we continue walking with the march.
And as we're walking, more and more organizers, and we know they're organizers because they were actually wearing an orange strap on their arms.
They all start forming a human wall and blocking us from getting anywhere near the march.
So at that point, we just continued walking and they were actually like pushing us into the snow at some points.
But we continued walking.
We got to the front of the march and we tried to get a picture of the signs they were holding.
And they actually stopped right in front of us to try to stop us getting that picture.
And then that dude lost his cool.
He had what I would say is a mental breakdown.
He grabbed me.
He threw me on the ground.
I got up.
I continued recording and he was like huffing and puffing and he was ready to get very violent.
Thankfully, the camera was rolling and he ran away once we saw that we were still recording him.
Now, you were down there.
This, of course, we know that Larry Krasner, your good friend, the DA, was also speaking.
Did you get a chance to see his speech where he says he's going to hunt down ICE agents?
Well, I want to say that that speech was very unfortunate.
I did not get to see it in person.
I watched it on the internet because that was earlier in the morning that day.
Gotcha.
But it's very, it just goes to show what these establishment Democrats, this is an established Democrat who is delegitimizing federal law enforcement, putting federal law enforcement in danger.
This is the top prosecutor of Philadelphia saying that he's going to hunt down federal law enforcement, calling ICE agents essentially Nazis.
That's so dangerous.
And what it does, in my opinion, is it signals to the radical left and the radicals on the ground that they're allowed to obstruct ICE agents.
And it's leading to a very hostile and dangerous environment where these people feel emboldened to not only assault federal law enforcement, but assault journalists who they think they disagree with.
We went there and we did not talk about our political opinions.
We simply went to document what was going on, but they immediately had a hostile reaction.
And that is a key characteristic, Jack, of a cult.
It certainly is a key characteristic.
And I'm glad that you were safe.

I mean, that's the DA of the city of Philadelphia.
He's a Soros-backed guy.
You are someone who's been attacked multiple times now in just the past couple of weeks.
What do you think it does to these people on the ground?
Does it inflame them?
Does it enable them when he comes out with this hype of rhetoric?
It is sickening what he's doing because, and he knows what he's doing.
He is emboldening, emboldening the group of radicals who go out there and obstruct ICE and obstruct our law enforcement and actually riot.
So what he's doing is emboldening them with his rhetoric, and he's been doing it for a very long time.
And why does he get away with it?
He gets away with it because mainstream media networks don't scrutinize him.
We were actually at that protest when we were getting followed and the mainstream media was right there.
We said, do you want to report on us getting followed, on us getting harassed and assaulted?
And they said no.
They said no.
And then they picked their camera up and ran away.
So they want to push a narrative and they are in Larry Krasner's corner.
And that's why Larry Krasner feels like he has the power to say the things he's saying.
And it's very damaging and it's putting everyone in Philadelphia in danger.
That's absolutely horrific.
I want to bring in Mike Howell here from the Oversight Project.
Mike, you've been cracking down on the signal chats.
You've been looking at these networks for quite some time.
What Frankie is dealing with in Philadelphia, what you've looked at in Minneapolis, you've looked at it nationwide.
Of course, we're seeing Portland as well.
These signal groups, this is a nationwide operation, isn't it?
Oh, that's absolutely right.
Like whether we want to call it militia tactics, insurgency, Antifa, I'm not exactly sure.
But what unites them is the conspiracy, the organization, and the tradecraft.
I mean, up in Minneapolis, we got one guy after they said it's not domestic terrorism.
Well, he's talking and encouraging people about putting on suicide vests, which of course are just murder vests to kill ICE.
That's how they're talking.
That's how they're planning.
And Alex Predi was, you know, no different than any of them.
He was engaged as an infantry soldier in this as well.
No, I think it's exactly right.
That's exactly what we're seeing here going forward.
And it's, it's something where, look, I've seen these signal chats.
They've got chapter after chapter.
So they'll have the Philadelphia chapter.
Then they'll have the Minneapolis chapter.
They'll have the Portland chapter looking at it city by city.
And you're also seeing teachers unions.
You're seeing government workers.
That's why they let the teachers out of school.
That's why they closed the schools even before the storm hit.
They did this because they want those people going out there.
Frankie, when you were out there on the ground, did you happen to notice where did anyone have union signs, SEIU, that type of thing?
So what we noticed was people had armbands on their arms, and that indicated that they were organizers.
They had orange armbands and yellow armbands.
The orange one seemed to be higher ranking.
We're not exactly sure what's behind them yet, although we're investigating that.
But these people are very organized.
We actually saw the signs and they all kind of look the same.
They have a bunch of the same signs.
So it's worth asking, where are they getting the signs at?
Right.
And so you're looking at the situation and it's very clear.
This is organized.
This is paid.
This is all coming in with Soros money, all the backing.
There's no question.
Mike, when you're digging through this on the Oversight Project, have you been able to come down to any type of funding, have them talking about funding, crowdfunding, or other sources?
So they're occasionally around the edges, like, you know, paying for hotels and travel and like we'll call them like smaller transactions.
I actually, you know, I'm going to counter the larger narrative.
Of course, there is central planning and funding to this, but by and large, the people out there are not paid.
I mean, the people behind this and organizing it are relying on politically activated, you know, often mentally unwell, and just people who really view what's happening now in near religious terms.
They have adopted really a lot of the trappings of, you know, domestic terror and, you know, Islamic terror networks, which is why I'm saying a lot of this is suicide by ICE is how they view it.
It is the glorified and exalted way to go to go out trying to kill and hurt ICE.
And so, yes, money at the top, organization at the top, but a lot of the foot soldiers are there because they hate this country and they love their cause.
No, it's really as simple as that.
And you're exactly right because we've seen this before.
We've seen levels of organization.
We've seen at a higher level, but at the same time, the foot soldiers, the people who show up, these are the useful idiots.
These are the people who are willing to do this, even if they're not totally set up.
Frankie, what are the things that we've seen in Minneapolis so far?
My brother was on here yesterday describing how they have Antifa spotters up in cafes, how they're in coffee shops, how they're on block after block of the city.
Are you seeing that in Philadelphia yet, or not quite that level of organization?
Not that quite that level of organization, but we're starting to see it really ramp up.
We've seen it at Target last night.
They mobilized at every target in the city, and we went to a few targets and we were immediately recognized and they essentially refused to talk to us or they started insulting us.
So they do have spotters.
They do know who we are and they are actively talking to each other and telling us where we are and what we're doing.
So we see some of that.
But to Mike's point, and I really want to talk about this, is a lot of these people in these crowds were activated earlier before ICE was their main issue.
And it seems we have useful idiots, foot soldiers, going from issue to issue, doing whatever they're told by the establishment Democrats or by people who are higher than them in their organizations.
But these people have been organizing and been causing chaos before ICE was the main issue.
They've been doing it since the summer and way before that.
Oh, it's completely insane.
And at the same time, it's only getting worse.
And that's why we need to hold the course.
We need to stay the course, continue the operations, continue the deportations.
Mike, I'm going to hold you on over until the next box.

The ACLU is obviously on their way, but so is the Indivisible Network, it looks like.
And obviously they're going to call this legal observers, but expect the same types of tactics that you're seeing in Minneapolis because it looks like the Trump administration is going for the holy grail down there in Fulton County.
So this is in conjunction with, and I'm reading through the chats right now that you sent over, that these, this is individual, indivisible.
They're there in Atlanta.
We know that President Trump has ordered, or I should say, the DOJ under the Trump administration is now raiding the Fulton County election office.
These individual, indivisible chats, look at this.
Is there anyone near the Fulton County election office that can get there sooner than 45 minutes?
ACLU is on their way, but that's as fast as I'd be able to get there.
Someone's saying, I don't know.
I can get there.
So many are going.
There's been a mass call.
They're putting out the mass call indivisible.
The anti-ICE agitators are soon going to be swarming to the Fulton County election office.
And this type of, I'm actually, I'm actually going to say, guys, let's not put these chats up right now because this is kind of like World War II and the Enigma machine.
Because I don't want, you know what I'm saying?
Yes, right.
Because you don't want them to know that we're that much in their information.
But, you know, Mike, I want to ask you before we get to Netflix this question.
You had some, and the Oversight Project put some stuff out where you think you may have actually, and I'll put caveats on this, but you may have actually identified Alex Predty in those signal chats prior to his altercation with ICE the other day.
Yeah, that's exactly right.
Through like leaked materials, we found a username that correlates and could potentially be, and I think a lot of people will assume it is.
It's the same kind of name that he's used other times.
So not being determinative there, of course, and caveating it appropriately, but he was basically part of these same networks we're seeing everywhere else where they're spotting, doxing, using militaristic terms.
They're LARPing for lack of a better term.
And he was very active in this.
And this buttresses the recent development that just like a week ago, he broke his ribs or got injured doing the same sort of things.
And so this whole narrative that he was some, you know, innocent lamb that was just out and about is totally contradicted by the evidence that's coming in.
And what's also contradicted, and I mentioned this earlier, is the other stuff we're seeing, references to suicide vests.

I mean, it's absurd.
And you're absolutely right.
I don't enjoy putting these chats out, but unfortunately, they've already been made public.
And so that's kind of why we're poking at things that are in that realm.
But people generally should be a little more careful.

I want to shift gears while we have you on because you also put out a new report.
And Terry, of course, has talked about this a ton over at APP, Fed Flicks.
So talking about Netflix, this huge new report, internal report, shocking regarding Netflix.
Tell us what you learned.
So Netflix has a longstanding relationship with the federal government's most sensitive entities to include, you know, the FBI and intelligence and the military.
And, you know, a lot of Americans kind of assumed this stuff was going on, but I think we're really wrapping it all together with some of the documents we produced about how the FBI basically is shaping narratives on the entertainment platform and talking about how they have to protect the brand.
And if they don't, somebody else will do it.
And so they use their power and influence and connections to do just that.
And so the content that people are seeing on Netflix and other entertainment services is downstream of these same forces.
And that's exactly why Obama went to Netflix after he left the White House, why Susan Rice has gone back and forth.
And the board is made up of globalist international left-wing ideologues.
They understand that Netflix can be the most powerful propaganda and ideological tool in human history.
And so they're seeking to expand it through their acquisitions, cement it permanently in left-wing control, and it'll connect directly back to what we're talking about today.
Imagine the documentaries that'll come out in a couple of years about what happened in Minneapolis.
You know what the framing will be and the power of those sorts of things.
That's why they're doing it.
And I also, Terry, so I want to get you in because obviously you've talked a lot about children's content and Netflix.
Does it surprise you to see that through Obama and through Susan Rice, that they apparently have formed this close, tight-knit relationship with elements of the federal government?
No, Jack, this is not surprising.
I mean, it should shock us, but it's not surprising.
The real problem is that the federal government is at the heart of so many of our issues, so many of our problems.
They started the entire trans insanity battle by subsidizing.
Obama, when he left left office, he changed the regs at HHS with Obamacare to include gender identity, transgenderism.
So basically, if the federal government, or sorry, if your insurance plan makes you cover or covers mastectomies for girls that want to be boys, or I'm sorry, for cancer victims, well, then they have to cover it for girls that want to be boys.
But this is always at the root of this.
The federal government meddles in this stuff.
They push agendas.
They push propaganda on us.
And these left-wing radicals, when they take office, this is what they want.
They want your kids to be androgynous and gender-fluid.
They want them hating their parents and questioning everything they stand for.
They don't want them going to church.
They don't want them praying.
They want them watching Netflix.
Your kids should not be watching Netflix.
They should be reading.
They should be playing games outside and they should be praying and hanging out with the family.
It's that simple.
Netflix is absolute jump.
There's actually been, you know, the Stranger Things was, obviously, we were talking about that for a while there.
And a lot of people pointed out that apparently Christianity only exists in Russia in the Stranger Things universe because when, you know, in middle town, you know, middle America, small town America in the 1980s, somehow nobody goes to church.
There is no church.
Nobody talks about Christianity.
And they just have this disgusting scene with a little boy.

What is it that Netflix is doing and what can people do to fight back against it regarding this expansion?
Yeah, Netflix is seeking to gobble up other major platforms, namely Warner Brothers, because they want all that content that Americans have a long history of dealing with to fold into their propaganda machinery.
And so what Americans can do about it is encourage the Trump administration to have the political will, as well as Congress and the Senate particularly, to not let this happen.
Antitrust is a mechanism that can be used.
But moreover, people should understand that Netflix doesn't exist as like this independent art studio or anything like it.
No, it's part of the alternate regime structure of government, actually.
Like even when Democrats are out of the power in Washington, D.C., they still have ways of forcing things on people and shaping and social networks.

You have hundreds of people from all over the country, all over the world, and they have brought flowers, they have brought photos.
So again, it is a very somber scene here right now.
People reflecting on the memory of Freddy, who was shot and killed after clashing with ICE agents right behind me.
And this is, you know, you see what's going on.
You see, by the way, now, let me ask you: have they tried to set up an autonomous zone there?
We saw that before at the Rene Goods situation.
We saw that later on.
Have they tried to set up any kind of a MAS or a Minneapolis autonomous zone?
Yeah, they tried that again, but that was quickly pulled down by Minneapolis police, law enforcement getting more active.
If you can see behind me, you have a cop stationed here now at all times, pretty much 24-7.
And Renee Goods memorial is actually only a few minutes away, and you have police presence there as well.
So essentially, these have become now tourist hotspots in the city.
And so when you, and those tourists, though, that you're talking about, those aren't the type of folks that are coming in just for the snowboarding or going skiing.
No, they're actually there because they're working with these organizations like you saw in the back of that truck.
Well, I want to be very clear.
What's behind me right now, the Alex Predi Memorial, you've had grandmas, grandpas, kids coming, just again, from all over the country.
I've met people from Boston.
I've met people from New York and people from other parts of Minnesota who just wanted to see what was happening here.
But what I showed that happened last night, that was absolutely a group of professional activists that was organized, paid for by the people's, rather the Party for Socialism and Liberation.
They're also known as the PSL.
They are a far-left activist group with Marxist and Leninist leanings.
They believe in replacing capitalism with a socialist revolution.
So what's really happening on the ground right now is you have multiple protests, you have multiple scenes, and some of these far-left activist groups are using the social unrest or in some cases, creating the chaos to recruit, to get their agenda out and to really take over the narrative out here.
Completely insane.

We've seen this.

But even when the same people, it's the same.

They're getting paid.
There's real money here.

They're loading out these.
We should find out who's paying for all this.

And if they're communists, if they're people trying to overthrow our government, we need to do something about it because you don't have a right to overthrow.

You know, if you're sitting there, by the way, if you're sitting there in Boston and you're thinking, gosh, I want to get away for a little bit.
Where do I want to go in the middle of a snowstorm?
I'm not going to go to Minneapolis, right?
You go to come down here or Florida, you go somewhere else.
No, they're going there because they want to get in the fight.
What we're looking at is a flow of domestic fighters and agitators that want to get involved in these anti-ICE operations.
It's so incredibly clear.
And then later, yes, we saw the exact same thing in Chas in Seattle, by the way, the same dynamic, where during the day, it was peaceful, it was calm.
That's when the mainstream media would be there.
But guess what would happen at night?
That's when the same people would come back.
They'd put on the black blocks and they'd be smashing things, setting fires, et cetera.
Yeah, no, these are anarchists.
These are most of them, if you dig into them, a lot of them don't have fathers.
The ones that do come from very wealthy families.
So true, man.
Like Tim Kaine's son has been arrested several times.
Look, these are people that want to destroy the country.
And it's because they're bitter, they've gotten a raw deal, or they feel like they have gotten things that they didn't deserve.
But I am curious as to how we get out of this.
I think the only proper response from the Trump administration and from the U.S. government needs to be overwhelming force.
We can't back down.
There's no backing away.
They cannot win.
If they win, this is now the model for how we get rid of all immigration enforcement and we just can't have it.
And they'll do the same thing in Chicago, in Detroit, in Baltimore, in Philly, everywhere.
