This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.
A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posovic.
Christ is king.
U.S. Central Command confirmed today the USS Abraham Lincoln Aircraft Carrier Strike Group has entered the Middle East region.
President Trump has repeatedly warned he could take action against Iran over the killing of peaceful demonstrators.
The last remaining body of the hostages, Israeli hostages in Gaza, has been returned.
This is a huge foreign policy feat for the President of the United States, for the state of Israel, and frankly for the whole world.
And I understand that more than 20 new additional countries have also signed up to join the newly established Board of Peace with respect to the rebuilding of Gaza, which is another historic accomplishment for this president.
Overnight, more protests in Minneapolis ahead of a change in leadership in immigration operations in the city.
A crowd gathering outside the hotel while protesters believe Border Patrol commander at large Gregory Bavino has been staying.
For weeks, Bovino has overseen the surge of immigration enforcement in Minneapolis.
Sources now tell ABC News he'll be leaving the city as soon as today, with many Border Patrol agents leaving with him.
As the Department of Homeland Security investigates the killing of Alex Predi, they now say they're reviewing body camera footage from agents on the scene, which captured the shooting from multiple angles.
President Trump touting a productive call with Minnesota leaders after speaking with both Governor Waltz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry to try and reach an agreement of how to ease tensions amid the ongoing clashes in the state.
And Border Czar Tom Homan now preparing to meet with Mayor Fry today as well after being deployed by President Trump.
This is about as blunt a question as you can get.
Deport all immigrants here illegally.
These were all taken within the last month and there's real uniformity here.
That's what I really think you see.
You see real uniformity.
Deporting all immigrants who are here illegally, 55% of the New York Times, Marquette, 64%.
CBS News, 57%.
ABC News with a slightly different question, 56%.
So what you're seeing essentially here is a very clear indication that a majority of Americans, in fact, when they're asked this blunt question, which I believe gets at the underlying feelings, do in fact want to deport all immigrants who are here illegally.
There's no arguing with these different numbers.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition here of Human Events Daily.
We're live.
Real America's voice today is January 27th, 2026.
Anno Domini.
Stay the course.
Stay the course on the illegal alien deportations.
Go and look at the numbers.
The numbers show that a majority, an absolute majority of the American people support the deportation operations.
And when asked the question, go and even, don't take it from me, take it from Brian Etten, right?
Sitting right there.
Or excuse me, Harry Etten.
Brian Etton's the true crime.
So take it from Harry Etten over CNN.
Majority of Americans support the mass deportations.
This is what we voted for.
This is what the administration has been asked to do.
This is what the administration has called for and what President Donald Trump himself called for from the very start.
Now, we put out earlier today, earlier today, a question of the day, and I want to read that to you.
So, the email, of course, here is 1776 at humanevents.com, 1776 at humanevents.com.
What do you think of Trump's moves in Minneapolis?
Now, I'll say from my perspective, it remains to be seen.
I want to see what's going on.
I've seen reports from the Atlantic.
I've seen reports from independent media.
I've also heard moves or heard statements from Caroline Levitt from the White House, where she says the deportation operations will continue.
That's absolutely what I think the American people want.
But I did also want to go to you, the viewer and the listener, because I wanted to get this in.
So, we got this one in from, this is from Charlie in Pennsylvania.
President Trump is a genius.
He gives the politicians in Minnesota the chance to claim victory while getting everything he wanted from the beginning.
All currently incarcerated illegal aliens from all state, county, and local jails, police protection for ICE officers doing enforcement activities and help in rounding up the targets.
Pure genius.
Certainly hope that's what's going on.
Now, we got one from Jerome in Georgia.
Very disappointed.
This will embolden other sanctuary cities.
Now, we've got one from MVG.
It says, the scenario reads like a PSYOP because we've only had your dear brother, Higby, and Sorter reporting for weeks, while risking their lives, which begs the question why journalists or sovereign citizens should have to remain in that position when or if they are being ambushed.
All in all, fog of war cannot be mistaken for weaker incompetent operations.
That's how this reads.
Further narrative play from people like the AAG online or Pam Bondi constantly on the news in no way reads as a government that has a situation under control.
Given that the other side is clearly militarized, it is reasonable to expect these scenarios to play out like a franchise across the nation, especially in swing states.
The VP's statement that the situation is reserved to Minneapolis could potentially be a mistake.
We went through this in 2016.
By now, the president's team should have a better operations plan.
Unforgivable if they're not properly informed and equipped to strategically maneuver.
U.S. citizens should not be held hostage in their own territory by rogue and corrupt factions.
Unforgivable should the administration allow this to flourish.
That's and a lot of these saying they want the crackdowns on the left, that we've seen this over and over.
We have the news as well earlier today.
The post-millennial has the story that Alex Predty himself, who we told you, and I was on Fox last night talking about this, how Alex Predi was a member of one of these disruption operations.
He's an Antifa anti-ICE agitator.
And now it's come out that he was involved in a number of agitations and provocations in these operations and signal chats against ICE.
Well, guess what?
He himself was even injured in one of the previous altercations that he had while disrupting another ICE operation.
And after that, after knowing that he was interfering with ICE and agitating, that is when he took it upon himself to be armed without his permit, without his ID on him.
He decided to be armed to go and show up next.
We cannot blink.
We cannot back down in the face of abject Bolshevik communism.
Jack Posobiec, right back, Human Events Daily.
Our wave in our golden age has just begun.
This is Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
Now it's time for everyone to understand what America First truly means.
Welcome to the second American Revolution.
All right, Jack Posobiec, we're back human events daily.
Guys, these emails are flying in left and right.
There's just so much coming in.
1776humanevents.com.
Keep them coming.
1776humanevents.com.
No, I'm just telling you right now, I have no ability to be able to get to all of these things that are coming in.
Here's one from Colleen in Wisconsin.
The American people are getting very impatient regarding Omar, her fraud in Minnesota, and now with her winery LLC in California.
She needs to be put in handcuffs yesterday and deported immediately.
Please explain why this hasn't been done yet.
This is criminal.
I got one in from Nick in New Jersey.
It's incredibly disheartening as an American to watch the left continue to win over and over in the midst of a color revolution.
Are we going to flush the country down the drain because of polls and optics?
History will look on this president who had a chance to save the country.
We want swift, decisive action against the criminals.
The hour is late.
Here's one from Jerry in Arizona.
Hope President Trump exposes all evil in Minnesota and especially that of Tampon Tim.
I think we're certainly getting there.
Let's see.
This one, no name, but not strong enough.
We can't embolden the left.
This one from Peg in Pennsylvania.
Go harder.
Be stronger.
Hit them hard.
Do not back down.
We're at war.
If people aren't arrested for those crimes, I worry that we're going to give up.
At this point, why vote for Republicans when they don't do a darn thing?
And again, we're going into a midterm election here.
So these are, and again, just reading your emails out there, reading them out.
Let's see, let's see.
Don't play games.
This is from Blair.
Do not play games with Walt.
Go all in.
Bring in the guard.
Bring in the core.
Take the gloves off.
This one from Brandy.
I always want to believe that Trump is a few steps ahead of the game, but I am feeling disappointed.
In the last few weeks, people have been quick to say that Trump does what he says.
I'm thinking sometimes if we're going to talk about the Insurrection Act, we can't let this kind of chaos happen.
But here from Joanne in Ohio, Jack, I feel like we don't know yet.
Everyone was hysterical when we hit Iran, not realizing that that was the end of it.
There has to be more to what he is doing here.
These people, the fraudsters, need to go to jail.
And so we're seeing again and again.
Here's one from Paula in Arizona.
Fully support ICE, all law enforcement operations.
I'm frustrated that illegals poured into our country for years.
They receive assistance and handouts that American citizens deserve.
What was uncovered by Nick Shirley made me angry and frustrated with our government.
Massive fraud centers around Democrats, open border policies.
We read all this.
We see all this.
We want this going on.
And so I want to also explain now, people are talking about that, but, but, but what did we see last night in Phoenix, Arizona?
An incredible series of ICE raids and protests that came at protests that turned into a riot against them and a swift response.
I want to play a sat for my friend RC Maxwell now.
Bye-bye.
Bye.
Got the f out of here.
Can I ask?
What do you want their plates for?
So you can post it to their Sala Puente on Instagram license and they take photos of the plates.
And then when they see them in the community, they post the photos of the plates too.
So people know they're under like ice.
Are you trying to put ICE in danger or what is your hope to capture the license?
Hope is to gain community and awareness.
Ew, these little girls took photos with ICE agents.
So who?
Go, girl.
Go, girls.
Go, you guys.
Go, girls.
I just took photos with ICE.
It's crazy.
Nasty girls who love ICE and take photos with them.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, I get caught.
You little finger.
You gotta watch your fingers.
I'm taking photos at my Facebook.
And everybody's getting numb and I'm upset with you all the s**t.
There we go.
Okay.
And that's what happens when you support one.
Do you think that makes you right to scream at women and call them a women?
I'm trying to talk to you.
Back and talk to me about it.
All right, Jack Pressilic, we're back with Rc Maxwell.
He filmed that last night in Phoenix.
Rc, walk us through what went down there.
Well look, there was DHS activity throughout the Valley yesterday.
So there was lots of progressive uh protest groups tracking this, this information.
I was as well as someone who follows DHS and Pentagon activity and you know what I found was really shocking.
You know, there was multiple flashpoints for for chaos throughout the Valley.
There was uh, you know, people surrounding mobs kind of protesting and just yelling, but not until really nightfall did you really see the worst of the worst?
And you saw it saw an old man antagonizing two young girls who, by the way, it's not necessary that these young women were trying to take a photo with ice.
Again, these were DHS agents, they just looked like troops, probably just two girls who wanted to get something cool for instagram.
And now you have really the line being crossed, Jack.
I mean, you talk about this in Unhumans, really the difference between dissent and coercion, and really what you have here now is coercion.
Remember, these were not DHS agents being encircled and these were just civilians, two young women.
So one of these individuals was actually, it turns out a elected Democrat treasurer.
He holds a position, he controls the purse for an entire legislative district and I just reported recently from RED State FOR RED State that I unearthed this man is actually a fundraiser for Arizona attorney general, Chris Mays.
He hosted multiple fundraising events for her.
He actually appears to be one of her top fundraisers.
He does Rich City top dollar max contribution events for the top cop in Arizona.
So this is an interesting development.
We did reach out to the attorney general's office.
They did not reply, they did not condemn the actions of her fundraiser.
So we're going to continue tracking this and jack, we're going to see if the local Arizona media decides to cover this or cover up for their friend the attorney general.
Well, Mark Holodnik let's, let's make him famous.
I believe you've got uh, what is it?
Either the phone number that people could call to reach out or the email, his contact info.
Look, it's all on x.
You take a look, it's not hard to find his information.
He's a real estate agent, it also seems.
And of course, as you know real estate agents, all their information is public.
And again, he's a treasurer.
So he's someone with financial and accounting history.
So his fingerprints are on multiple organizations.
He has a very large digital footprint all the organizations he can either continues to work with or manage money in some sort of way.
So this guy is not any small potato.
Fingerprints On Multiple Organizations00:12:05
And, by the way, jack these protesters in the videos that I did post to my ex account, that you can also find in my Red State article.
These protesters admit some level of involvement from a group called Puente Arizona.
So this is an actual accredited nonprofit organization that receives taxpayer deductible donations um, and they apparently use those funds for the activity described by the young woman currently uh, being shown on your screen.
So this is something that people should be tracking all across America.
This isn't just Minnesota now.
This is happening in the grand old, remade old western town of Arizona that people like myself have fled to to avoid and to escape California.
So this is something to keep your eye on, Jack.
And obviously, I know you have been following this story, as have many other great journalists.
Now, James O'Keefe is in Minnesota.
All eyes are on these deportation efforts and whether or not local officials are going to do the right thing and tell their supporters to stand down.
They wanted to know if President Trump would tell people to stand down on January 6th.
Well, every day is January 6th in American cities, thanks to the far left.
It certainly is.
And so, RC, when you were out there tracking them, you know, we've seen this evidence of signal chats up being used for organizational purposes in Minneapolis.
I know that I've seen in some of the electronic, I'll just say some of the electronic work that I've done, that they do have state-by-state chapters of Ice Watch.
Is it your determination?
Were you able to see that any of them were using these similar types of organizational tactics there on the ground in Phoenix?
Well, yes.
I mean, she functionally admitted it herself when she says that, you know, the group Puente is leading efforts.
Again, she says she posts the videos directly to Puente.
And again, it was an organized effort.
What you also see in the video that wasn't quite shown because all the other stuff was more action-packed, but they were actually zooming in.
They were taking photos of the ICE agents' license plates and all that stuff.
So it's like this operation is already over.
Why do you want this information?
They want it because this is part of an ongoing information.
So ongoing, sorry, operation.
So this is certainly perhaps an expansion of SignalGate.
Certainly, you know, you never know what sort of resources.
There might be some investigative tools used to get access to these sorts of chats in Arizona, but you hit the nail on the head.
This is local.
This is really a localized movement.
So when you see perhaps the Trump administration get heavy-handed in the coming months with local state entities and local officials perhaps utilizing the powers of the erection of the Insurrection Act, you know, this is the catalyst perhaps leading up to those tense moments.
You have state and local officials.
Chris Mays, be it mind you, Jack, just two days ago, she announced the creation of a new website that is apparently to allow people in Arizona to, quote, report these poorly trained agents and Malfeasians.
Remember, she said that you can use a stand your ground law, which is a self-defense law.
And she thinks it applies to ICE agents, lawful law enforcement action.
She thinks stand your ground law, which is a lethal action, you know, to defend yourself if someone is doing something to your person.
So things are getting tense here in Arizona.
The scrutiny is on Chris Mays, and it remains to be seen if she will condemn one of her top fundraisers for really action unbecoming of not just a local party official, but of any man, of any human being to get into a woman's face like that.
You know, Jack, they tell you don't become the story.
That's the number one rule in journalism.
But I'm not just going to sit by and allow some old creep to get into some face of some people who are just quite frankly innocent civilians.
No, and that's exactly what we see going on.
Like you got to, you got to be there and you have to.
Again, as Jacob Price would say, you have to be a good neighbor.
RC Maxwell, where can people go to follow you, my friend?
Follow me on X. RC Maxwell, I'm on there.
Really, that's the only platform you need to follow me on.
I'm also writing for Red State, and you'll see hopefully more of me soon.
All right, RC Maxwell, give him a follow, folks.
Red State turning point action.
He's out there running through what ICE and Antifa, this anti-ICE Ice Watch group, is doing on the ground in Valley Salt.
back human events daily about influences these are influences and uh they're friends of mine jack you're so like where's jack Jack, he's got a great guy.
All right, Jack Rosovic back live here, Human Events Daily.
We're down in West Palm Beach while the ice storm rages in Washington, D.C.
But there's another ice storm raging across the country, and that, of course, is localized on Minneapolis.
Now, there's questions about what the change in posture for the operations means going forward, sending Tom Homan, the borders are himself personally to oversee operations.
Commander Gregory Bovino being redeployed, an absolute patriot of the highest caliber.
There's no question that Commander Bovino is one of the greatest Americans walking the earth right now today.
I wanted to get on Nick Sortor because he's been reporting on this situation as well.
Flurry of activity yesterday.
Nick, what's the latest that you're hearing in terms of this operational shift in Minneapolis?
Well, Jack, I mean, clearly the news that we've gotten this morning that I've touched on just a little bit today.
And again, I just want to stress this for the audience here.
I am not sounding an alarm.
I'm not blackpilling here.
I am just reporting to you the facts as we know them on the ground.
There have been some operational changes this morning that could be very temporary.
It could just be while Tom Homan and Christine, or not Christine, no, Tom Homan negotiates with Tim Waltz and Mayor Frey, Mayor Soyboy down there in Minneapolis.
But right now, it seems that Border Patrol in particular have been given an order to no longer apprehend what are being referred to as non-criminal illegal aliens.
Now, I think that is a very misleading term because if you are here illegally, you have committed a crime.
There is a federal statute that prevents you from entering the country and remaining in the country illegally.
So, but that's where we're at this morning.
The example that was given to me by a Border Patrol agent, actually two Border Patrol agents on the ground, one of them gave me an example where they say that they are no longer allowed to apprehend somebody that, for example, if they run a license plate and that license plate comes back to an illegal alien, they are no longer allowed to arrest that person simply for being an illegal alien.
And again, this could just be while Homan and Homan's there now meeting with Waltz and Frey.
And hopefully that is just for that negotiating period.
I want to stress that.
It could just be very temporary, but if this is an actual change in posture and this was the concession that was made, then we're going to have some problems.
And I think the base is going to be very upset.
But we're not there yet.
We're not there yet, folks.
We'll have patients.
We're going to figure this one out.
Yeah, we've been fielding emails all day here.
And I've been reading them online.
People very concerned about what's actually going on.
And one of my questions has been, and I think this remains to be seen, whether or not Fry or Tim Waltz directly will, number one, provide security for those ICE agents and those ICE operations going forward, because that's really been the problem large.
I mean, these guys should have a full security cordon.
There shouldn't be any way for Alex Predi or any of these disruptors to get close to ICE while they're conducting operations.
It's really simple.
It's not hard to do.
And then, of course, the other move forward is it's not just about the state prisons, right?
It's about the county jails and the municipal jails, the city jails.
Those have been the ones where the administration has never been allowed to get into because that's the sanctuary city policy.
But if they can crack open these sanctuary policies and actually get in there, then there's going to be a ton of people.
I'm sold five or six figures worth of illegal aliens that are sitting right now in Minnesota jails that the administration isn't able to touch because of these policies.
Right, exactly.
And so that's why I'm trying to give Tom Hooman some time to negotiate here.
Tim Waltz's press release that he put out yesterday saying that, oh, well, the federal or the state prisons have always turned over illegal aliens from, you know, after their sentences are over.
And that's quite misleading because what is actually being done, even California does that, Jack.
So that should tell you a lot, right?
That's nothing noble.
But when you have Minnesota that refuses to prosecute pretty much anybody that's not named Derek Chauvin, then you can see why that would be a problem that when they arrest a violent illegal, let him out on cashless bail, and then they don't prosecute or whatever, then they're not going to honor the ICE detainer on that.
So there's so, so, so many of these people sitting in county jails, local jails, as you said, that should, that can and should be turned over to ICE.
And this is not, this should not be a controversial topic.
You know, the Democrats keep saying, oh, well, you know, we're not saying that child rapists and murderers shouldn't be turned over to ICE.
It's like, yeah, you are, but just the fact that you're guarding them and not honoring those ICE detainers, you are protecting them.
And to hit your point, Jack, when they're saying that they're arguing and saying that, well, local police, you know, shouldn't have anything to do with ICE raids and such, local police should be out there maintaining order in the streets.
That's part of their job.
When they're allowing things like this to happen, they are enabling people like Alex Preddy, who we found out today, apparently, was in another violent scuffle with federal agents just one week ago.
So this guy was known to federal law enforcement.
He was increasingly aggressive and he never should have been allowed to get anywhere close to this operation.
But Minneapolis PD refused to do their jobs.
And all it would have to do is them standing there and saying, okay, if you go into the street and you block traffic, which is what a lot of these people do, then you're going to be cited.
Or in extreme cases, you're going to go to jail.
And trust me, they're not going to be doing that.
But now they know that ICE can't enforce traffic laws.
So they know they can block traffic and stuff.
And there's very little that ICE can do about it, especially when we just found out that the chief judge in the federal district of Minnesota was a donor to left-wing immigration funds.
So we just now work.
These guys are up against so much.
New Year's Resolution: Pure Water00:02:27
It's a complete and absolute joke, Nick.
Thanks so much for your work on the ground.
Thanks so much, by the way, for watching.
Kevin's back while he was there.
Where can people go to follow you?
Follow me on X. That's the main platform you're going to get uncensored stuff.
It's X at Nick Sortor, N-I-C-K-S-O-R-T-O-R.
And appreciate you bringing the truth to people, Jack.
Thank you.
All right.
God bless, man.
I'll be right back.
human events daily.
Jack, where's Jack?
Where is he?
Jack, I want to see you.
Great job, Jack.
Thank you.
What a job you do.
You know, we have an incredible thing.
We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the guys that be getting public.
All right, Jack Poseubic, we're back live.
Human events daily.
Folks, if you're anything like me, the holidays, they're a little bit brutal.
Every healthy habit gone, desserts, late nights, skipped workouts.
And now that we're in the new year, it's time for a reset.
So let's undo all that.
Let's make a new year's resolution that actually gives our bodies what they need.
Now, for me and my family, that fresh start begins with Cove Pure.
Here's the thing.
Everyone jumps into the new year buying new supplements, trying a new diet, trying workouts, but they completely ignore the most important basic thing, your water.
Even mild dehydration impacts energy, focus, metabolism.
When you think about all that garbage that's in our water, you're starting behind the curve before you even begin.
Cove Pure's clear wave technology is certified to remove up to 99.9% of contaminants.
Pretty much anything that isn't water, PFAs, microplastics, pharmaceutical residue, fluoride, it all gets removed.
It's the purest water that you can get.
This is like maha water.
And what I love most about Cove Pure is it lets you choose the temperature of your water.
So hot, cold, warm, and it makes your water taste so good, pure, clean, no aftertaste.
CovePure makes it so easy to get pure water with the push of a button.
So this year, make a new year's resolution that sticks.
Improve your health with clean water.
Right now, you can get $200 off for a limited time if you use my link, covepure.com slash pozo.
That's C-O-V-E-P-U-R-E dot com slash pozo to start this new year right.
Well, today is an interesting anniversary of sorts.
Are We Seeing Arrests?00:08:20
You know, we've been talking about President Trump bringing justice.
Will President Trump bring justice to our nation?
What is happening?
Are we seeing the arrests?
Are we seeing the arrests of the deep state, of the bad actors, and so many more?
Well, in terms of that, I wanted to talk to someone who knows all too well about the excesses of the previous administration, the previous Department of Justice.
So today, we now have on Douglas Mackey five years after, five years after the fact, when he was arrested for posting a meme on Twitter.
Doug, how are you, my friend?
Good to be here, Jack.
I'm doing fine.
Yourself?
I'm also doing well.
So let me ask you, five years ago today, this is how it happened.
You've gone up forward.
You've now, obviously, you were convicted at trial.
However, that was overturned at the appeals level.
When you look back five years and seeing Trump come back in, remind people how bad it was when the forces of the regime were in total control of the Department of Justice.
Absolutely.
Five years ago, I was arrested.
If your audience will recall, I posted a meme, a joking meme that said Hillary Clinton supporters could text their vote and skip the line.
For this, they arrested me and said that it was part of a Klan Act conspiracy to injure voters in the exercise of their right to vote.
Now, I wish I could blame Joe Biden for my prosecution, but the reality is I was indicted.
I was actually not indicted, but they arrested me and then they indicted me.
Just seven days into the administration, there was no attorney general confirmed.
There was certainly no U.S. attorney confirmed.
So this arrest was done by career actors within the Justice Department without even Biden's approval or not approval rather, but without his playing a role in it.
So that's just how bad the situation was.
And then Biden got his Attorney General, Mayer Garland, into place and he got his U.S. attorneys.
He got Jack Smith into place and we all saw what happened.
It got 100 times worse.
This was probably, I was probably one of the canaries in the coal mine, perhaps along with the J Sixers, except I posted this meme in the 2016 election cycle.
So they were planning this prosecution for years and waiting until Trump left office so they could bring this case.
But it was very dark times.
I was put on trial in New York City, in Brooklyn, right before Trump was indicted.
And he was actually indicted during my trial.
And so Trump was basically persona non grada.
Trump supporters were persona non grada.
Not just in New York, but throughout the country, we were a little bit in exile.
Trump was in exile in Mar-a-Lago.
And so this was how it was going down.
These stormtroopers come to our house, arrest us, and say, you're being charged with the Klan Act.
And federal judges greased this kids every step of the way.
They signed my arrest warrant.
And guess what?
Five years or four and a half years later, the appellate court ruled there was no evidence.
That didn't stop the judge, the magistrate judge, from signing the arrest warrant.
That didn't stop a liberal jury from convicting me at trial.
They didn't care whether there was evidence.
And now, of course, what we're seeing is it doesn't matter what evidence Trump brings to court, the Trump DOJ brings to court.
They're not returning indictments.
Grand juries are not returning indictments.
Judges are refusing to sign arrest warrants.
Juries are refusing to convict even when these people are assaulting police, threatening police, threatening to kill them, et cetera, et cetera.
The list goes on.
Don Lemon, who the DOJ tried to charge with the same charge that Biden's DOJ charged me with, and the federal judge refused to sign the warrant.
And who knows if a grand jury will even indict Don Lemon in that jurisdiction.
So the justice system was instrumentalized under Biden against Trump supporters.
And now it's being instrumentalized again against the Trump administration.
This is a continuation of a 10-year insurgency against MAGA, against the America First Movement that is only trying to bring law and order back to the land.
And so when you look at this, this is actually a huge problem because the question of venue was an issue that came up with you.
You were arrested, but then you were brought back up to Brooklyn, just blocks away from Hillary Clinton's campaign office was.
And they claimed the venue, the jurisdiction change was because of the use of the internet, if I remember correctly.
But in these cases, when the Trump administration, the DOJ is bringing them up, whether it's Washington, D.C. or potentially Minnesota, where we're going to be looking at some cases come forward.
You've got judges who refuse to sign the warrants.
You've got juries in Washington, D.C. that are nullifying these charges, letting people get off because they're saying, oh, well, that's a Trump thing.
And I don't like Trump.
So I'm just going to declare this guy not guilty.
This is actually a huge problem, isn't it?
It's a massive problem.
And the question is, you know, if Governor Walls and Mayor Frey in Minnesota are not going to put police into the streets to suppress riots, these are not lawful protests.
These are riots.
If they're not going to do that, then the question is, what's next?
If you can't arrest them, you can't convict them.
How are you ever going to restore law and order?
Quite frankly, the only way I could think of doing it, sort of through the direct route, through the legal route, would be Insurrection Act, would be suspending the rule of law or martial law.
Because look, if there's mobs of thousands of people, you can't arrest all of them.
And they're all wearing masks.
It's impossible to collect evidence against all of them and go through the tedious process of securing an indictment.
Then, how do you bring law and order back to the streets?
Remember that the ordinary people of Minnesota are suffering while 2,000 or 3,000 miscreants are creating all of these problems.
And the police we saw last night in St. Cloud, a more Republican suburb of Minnesota, they suppressed a protest.
It wasn't a protest.
I don't want to call it a protest because we have the First Amendment right to protest.
This was an unlawful riot, a siege of a hotel.
They put down the siege in about two seconds.
So, Governor Walls and the mayor, they're holding back the police from doing the job that needs to be done.
No, they absolutely are.
Tell us again, you know, we kind of skipped over, but tell us again some more about the lawsuit that you are bringing, because this is a, this is the.
What was done to you was absolute miscarriage of justice, and now that we at least have the Trump administration in, tell us about the lawsuit and what you're seeking here.
Yeah, so we filed a federal tort claims uh uh, a claim under the Federal Tort Claims Act with the DOJ.
We have begun settlement discussions and it's a civil rights claim for violations of first amendment, fourth amendment, etc.
For damages, including legal fees, including all of the.
You know the suffering that went on in that, the lost wages, lost income opportunities defamation, etc etc.
When they went to the press and said that 4 900 Democrats lost their right to vote, which was completely false and not substantiated, at trial not a single Democrat was put on the stand who fell for my meme and they couldn't find one.
We know they were searching because we have the FBI 302 reports.
So we're we're looking for compensation and we're very happy that this administration is taking a stand against weaponization and we believe restitution is due here.
So we are discussing with the DOJ a settlement for these millions in legal fees and other damages.
So we're very uh, we're very confident and attorney general Bondi and uh, deputy Blanche and some of the other folks that are good people within the Justice Department that we are going to be able to come to a settlement and not have to file a lawsuit in federal court and go through that tedious process.
Congressional Agenda Concerns00:10:22
But let me uh, but don't worry, we're also going to be working on the uh, excuse me, the accountability is going to be step two of this process, after we settle the civil suit.
We're going to be working, uh.
I have some lawyers lined up pro bono that are going to be working on accountability within the system to reform how the, the UH administration, Doug we're.
We're.
Just about, we're just about out of time.
Folks, go give him a follow.
Douglas Mackey on twitter, x everywhere.
Go and support this, because he's not just fighting for himself.
He's fighting for the freedom of speech and the right to meme online.
Right back, Jack Toby Keunevents Daily.
Jack is a great guy.
He's written a fantastic book.
Everybody's talking about it.
Go get it.
And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.
And we're going to turn it around and make our country great again.
Amen.
All right, Jack Pesobic.
We are back live here, West Palm Beach and Florida.
Now, I want to get over to all the way up to, we're talking about the Midwest.
I want to get up to Wisconsin, where Michael Alfonso, who is running for Congress, joins us now.
Michael, how are you?
I'm great.
Thanks for having me on, Jack.
So you're running up there.
It's Wisconsin 7.
Tell us about the district and how far away is that from Minneapolis?
Well, it's one of the biggest districts in the entire country.
It's almost the entire north third of Wisconsin, but one of the biggest cities in our district, Hudson, Wisconsin, is 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis.
So we see what's happening with our neighbor and we're a little concerned with it.
Certainly, I can't imagine.
And when you see this type of disruption, has that been crossing over at all into Wisconsin?
You know, we haven't seen it yet, but I have to say, look back in 2020.
First, it starts in Minneapolis, just like this, and then it comes to Kenosha, Wisconsin.
And, you know, frankly, I've heard you say it on your show and I couldn't agree more.
This is just what Marxists do.
When they have, when the will of the people is to have mass deportations or President Trump in office, and mind you, he was elected with a popular vote mandate to get this agenda through.
The violent Marxists, who are apparently the party that's been preaching democracy for the last five years, subvert the will of the people by rioting and looting and plundering.
It's disgraceful.
No, it certainly is.
There's no question.
And when we look at some of this, so you're running for Congress.
What do you think would be, I mean, obviously you're familiar with what happened in Kenosha.
What do you think the administration's policy should be going forward?
Or as a member of Congress, what would you be pushing for?
You know, I would be pushing for law and order.
President Trump was elected to get mass immigration and deportation on the agenda, and we cannot back down.
We cannot fall to the violent threats of the left.
They use these tactics in order to scare good people into being too afraid to enforce the laws.
Just in our own district, so many young people are leaving the area because there aren't enough jobs.
Homes are too expensive.
And it's a big part of that is illegal immigration.
We need to get this agenda back on track.
We cannot be scared of violent rioters who are holding our country hostage.
And they did this to Wisconsin twice.
In 2010, our governor, Scott Walker, was taking a stand against teachers unions.
So naturally, the crazy leftists occupied the Capitol and held every legislator hostage for nearly a week.
Then we see it in 2020 in Kenosha.
Nearly half the city was burnt down.
They do this in order to scare us, and we cannot be scared of this.
Well, that's right.
They use the chaos to be able to achieve power, to achieve victory.
That's why they push this forward.
And then they take someone who was an agitator, who we now know multiple times was agitating and interfering and disrupting with ICE operations, a member of these ICE groups going forward.
Then they say, oh, this was just a peaceful, he was a nurse.
He wasn't doing anything wrong, even though he himself had been attacking ICE officers again and again and again.
This is something where it's clear they will continue to do this writ large.
Now, looking at the district, looking at what you're focused on, and you're all the way up there, as you say, the northern tier of Wisconsin.
But at the same time, are you facing more trouble from the northern border or the southern border?
Well, you know, the northern border, we have Canada, which is always a tough one to have.
The southern border, we have Minnesota and we have Madison and Milwaukee.
I really don't know which is worse sometimes, but I'll just tell you, I'm lucky.
I'm running in a district where I've grown up my whole life.
There are a lot of really good people here, and they want President Trump's agenda enacted into law.
And frankly, I think Congress as a whole has been completely failing on that front.
President Trump isn't able to do anything besides sign executive orders because Congress is being so inept.
So if I'm elected, that's going to be agenda item number one is to get some of President Trump's executive orders actually signed into law.
And this is so key because looking forward as the administration goes, we know President Trump, he says he might run for a third term.
We'll see if it reigns to be seen if that happens.
But the real danger here is at some point, should a Democrat get back in power, if only these policy changes are in executive order form, they haven't been codified into legislation, they can be overturned at the drop of a dime.
And then immediately, boom, we go back to the open border policies of the Democrats.
Yeah, you know, I heard a quote from Maxwell Frost just the other day, one of the only Gen Z members of Congress.
He said, everyone in America, regardless of legal status, is an American.
So essentially, I guess everyone's an American.
Every single person in the entire world is an American.
This is the agenda that they're pushing.
But even on a deeper level, I think sometimes the older generation can look at Gen Z and Maxwell Frost and think, wow, these people are crazy.
Well, I'm here to tell you we're not.
Actually, Gen Z men voted primarily for Trump in the last election.
We need people who actually represent those voices in Congress, and that's what I'm going to do.
Well, and so when you're talking to Gen Z out there, you're, you know, you're, you're, you know, you're looking at it.
What is it that they're saying when it comes to this issue of illegal immigration?
I mean, it couldn't be more clear.
Every single Gen Z on the right thinks this is one of the biggest issues facing our country.
We talk about not being able to afford homes.
We talk about having a difficult time getting a really good job out of college.
Almost all of it can be traced to either government overspending or illegal or even legal immigration.
And it's so true.
This is why this issue has become so central, not only to the movement, but also to President Trump.
Why is it that you suppose then that this issue above all their issues, the issue of illegal immigration, is really what separated the Trump movement from the traditional establishment GOP?
Well, because we saw it.
President Trump in 2016 went on a stage in front of hundreds of donors and told everyone that they lied us into a war in Iraq.
And that was the first step, the first America-first step of President Trump.
And he's been nothing but since.
We need, frankly, President Trump is the only politician that I've seen who's been completely America first the entire time.
And if we are going to have any advancements in the future, that should be the only lens that elected officials look at voting yay or nay on a bill for.
Does it directly benefit the American people or does it not?
And it's this is so key because we've had politicians in power for years to simply go in for the special interests.
They work for them.
We were just talking about how in the Twin Cities, it's not necessarily Tim Walz who's the one who's calling the shots or even Jacob Pry.
It's those 17 of the 500 Fortune 500 companies that are headquartered there.
That's the real power base in the Twin Cities.
Tim Wallace is just the guy they have up there schlepping it for you.
He's the guy they have, you know, selling it.
He's not the one who's actually in power.
He's just the guy who's on TV.
Michael Fonzo, tell us again where people can follow you to get more information about your campaign.

And by the way, congrats again to you and Evida contributing to the Trump baby boom of 2016 or 2026.
The MAGA baby boom.
We're doing our part.
All right.
God bless, man.
See, I know, I don't know.
I like Trump baby boom.
I think Trump baby boom.
I don't know.
It sounds a little better.
Folks, we're going to hold the course.
The deportations continue.
Stay the course.
Hold the line.
President Trump was ridden into office on mass deportations, and they will continue.
