Totally free.
The posto daily brief.
This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.
A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
This is Human Events with your host, Jack Pisovic.
Christ is here.
The country may be freezing, but the FBI is heating up after having two of the top 10 most wanted within one day.
As both suspected killer Alejandro Castillo and alleged drug kingpin and former Olympic snowboarder Ryan Wedding are now in the U.S. to face justice.
We got the final read on third quarter GDP showing the economy grew at the fastest pace in two years, now at 4.4%.
That is a huge jump from the second quarter at 3.8%.
President Trump said a large armada of U.S. warships heads toward Iran, quote, just in case nearly a month after anti-government protests began in the country.
Today, state officials will ask a judge to extend a restraining order banning federal authorities from altering evidence related to Freddie's shooting.
They'll also try to convince a judge to halt the deployment of federal agents into Minnesota after three shootings in three weeks, including the killing of Renee Good on January 7th.
We did not see the president today, but he was active on social media, calling on Democratic governors and mayors to cooperate with the federal government.
Earlier, he complained about efforts to stop his building of a big ballroom.
In another post, he focused on what he called massive financial fraud in Minnesota.
It was Saturday that he addressed this latest fatal shooting, writing, let our ICE patriots do their job.
He also accused the mayor of Minneapolis and governor of Minnesota of inciting insurrection.
The administration's immigration crackdown in Minnesota is now entering its ninth week.
Its stated goal was to apprehend criminals, but there's growing uproar over ICE tactics and administration claims without evidence that the latest shooting victim, Alex Predi, was a domestic terrorist.
This past week, Vice President JD Vance visited the state, doubling down on the administration's actions.
Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome on board today's edition of Human Events Daily.
Today is January 26, 2026, Anno Domini.
And as you can see, we have decamped Washington, D.C. We've decamped the North.
We are here in sunny Florida to ride out the storm as well as to conduct some business, some behind-the-scenes dealings that I have while I'm on the ground here in Palm Beach.
But we will be going live to Minneapolis soon to our operations that are there on the ground.
The battle of Minneapolis continues, and we've seen it turn bloody this weekend.
You guys may have also seen yesterday, I spoke at the Scott Adams Memorial, the Scott Adams Celebration of Life, and it was an incredible honor for me to be there, incredible honor to visit with his family, to visit his home, go to his studio, see the spot where the simultaneous sip was sipped so many times, the spot where Dilbert was written every morning.
Rise of Communist Insurgency 00:02:28
And it was truly an honor to greet and to be with so many incredible patriots and incredible people to say goodbye and see you soon to a great patriot, Scott Adams, and a man who gave every last measure of devotion to his country and to his people.
But that's not what we see in Minneapolis, is it?
No.
What we see in Minneapolis is the rise of a communist insurgency.
This is the Battle of Minneapolis.
And what are they doing?
They're building another MAZ, another Minneapolis autonomous zone.
What they are doing is bringing in these insurgents.
They are bringing in the agitators.
They are bringing in the Bolsheviks.
And for all you people out there that want to play this little freeze frame activism game, oh, well, Predty may have, you know, he was reaching for something else.
And, you know, actually the gun was over here.
Shut up.
Stop it.
Stop it right now.
Do you want to save this country?
Do you want to take America back?
Do you think they're just going to let you take it?
He was, number one, this guy was armed.
He was an armed communist insurgent who was participating in an illegal roadblock of ICE operations.
He was a member of the anti-ICE Antifa group.
He's in the signal chats.
His own neighbor has confirmed this now.
And he went out there of his own volition, of his own decision.
He instigated and put himself, he inserted himself in there with the express purpose of disrupting ICE operations.
So don't sit there.
Oh, he was a peaceful protester.
Oh, he's like, shut up.
Stop it.
Stop whining.
Stop the complaining.
These are communist insurgents.
They would kill you and your entire family.
I used to sit here at this table, my friend Charlie.
Let's just ask Charlie about that.
Oh, right.
We can't.
We can't ask Charlie about that, can we?
Because they killed him.
When are you people going to wake up?
And I'm not talking to the vast people of this audience, but I'm talking to the people, the little naysayers, the freeze frame armchair activists.
I'm sick of it.
I'm absolutely sick of it.
You got ICE out there doing their level best to clean up the streets that Joe Biden, these criminals, these thugs, these child rapists, the pedophiles that they brought in.
Reasonable Perception Matters 00:12:03
And then you've got, you've got the videos out.
And we'll have our team on here in a minute that have been out there night after night braving the cold.
My own brother going out there.
I tried to stop him.
He won't listen.
Give him mom some more gray hairs.
He won't listen because he's out there night after night braving the cold, braving the communist insurgents to tell us the truth about what's going on.
And then you had the Border Patrol agent there standing in the gap with one rifle at the hotel last night as the mob was trying to get in to kill everyone inside.
Or who knows what?
It's time to wake up.
America and Western civilization are in the balance.
Minneapolis is the front line.
We'll be right back here.
Jack Posovic, Human Events Deal.
Our wave and our golden age has just begun.
This is Human Events with Jack Poseovic.
Now it's time for everyone to understand what America First truly means.
Welcome to the second American Revolution.
All right, Jack Psovic, we are back live.
I'm in West Palm Beach, Florida, folks.
Scammers and criminals raised the stakes last year and it's only getting worse.
Scams are more complicated and harder than ever to catch.
AI clones, voices, texts that sound like your family, your friends, and emails are much better at impersonating banks.
And much of your information, your name, address, phone number, and even some of your online activities are public available right now.
It's not hard to find.
What's crazier is that there's hundreds of data brokers openly listing your information.
It's often how scammers decide who to target and how often identity fraud starts.
But this year, the choice is yours.
Stay vulnerable or take action with Patriot Protect.
Patriot Protect removes your personal data from the internet, wiping it from Google and every major website where scammers, cyber criminals, and stalkers search for targets.
Patriot Protect also deletes your personal information from over 240 people search engines and data brokers, the same exact sites that criminals use to strike people before they strike.
It's the peace of mind of having your own security team all for the cost of keeping your porch lights on.
So start 2026 with less exposure and more control at patriot-protect.com/slash posto.

Now you can take it back.

All right, folks, we're going to dig into this a little bit more, and I want people to lock in.
You need to lock in right now.
This was not a peaceful protester.
This was not a legal observer.
This was an agitator.
This was an instigator.
Stop using leftist framing.
Stop using the language of the left.
All of this context matters.
And yes, it does appear that he was participating in conducting an illegal armed blockade.
But I wanted to go, of course, just like in all these things, what we do is we go to the legal analysis.
And our favorite guy for that, he wrote the book, The Law of Self-Defense.
It's Andrew Branca from the Andrew Branca Show.
He joins us now.
Andrew, how are you?
I'm doing great, man.
How about yourself?
I'm doing well.
Your commentary, your analysis has been going hyper-viral over the weekend.
I want to ask: so you've been, you've looked at this case, and we've seen these, what I call them sort of freeze frame activists.
And I've seen you use this phrase as well going through and, you know, looking, oh, well, what about this moment and this moment?
And they take this shot and this shot.
But ultimately, break down what's the problem with the legal analysis versus what people are doing in the freeze frame activism.
Well, I mean, the legal question here is simply, did the officers who fired the fatal shots, did they have a reasonable perception of an imminent threat of death or serious bodily harm at the end of Alex Predi?
And there's more than enough evidence to support such a reasonable perception.
And it's important to keep in mind that they don't have to prove this.
A prosecutor would have to disprove that reasonable perception beyond any reasonable doubt.
And what facts do we have here?
We have the ICE officers.
One of them shoves a woman and then is subject to a felony assault, felony impeding.
It's good for eight years in a federal penitentiary by Alex Predty.
The other ICE officers or CBP come in to make his arrest.
He's forcibly non-compliant with arrest.
They know he has a gun because they hear gun, gun, gun shouted.
A gunshot goes off.
Alex Predi, while being non-compliant, brings his hand into view with an object in his hand.
It's not clear what it is.
It might be a phone or maybe it's one of his spare magazines.
But in any case, it's an object in his strong hand.
And the officers take all that information, the totality of the circumstances, and create a reasonable perception of an imminent threat of deadly force harm from him.
And it's important to keep in mind, they don't have to be correct about this perception.
The law of self-defense doesn't require perfect decision-making.
It requires reasonable decision making.
Mistakes are permissible if they're reasonable mistakes.
And reasonable simply means they're not imagining what's going on.
They're applying their powers of reason to the facts before them.
And of course, they're doing it in a very stressful, life-threatening, compressed timeframe.
Right.
And that's what I wanted to get into as well, because you see these people running this, you know, we're freezing the frame, we're putting it in slow motion.
But that's not how reality works.
In reality, in this situation, what these activists have done, and by the way, what these agitators are doing on purpose and deliberately, they're blowing the whistles.
They're getting in the street.
They're getting in the way.
He's this, this guy individual, this individual, immediately prior to the altercation, he's seeing an arrest going on and he's beckoning cars to come forward, just interfering with things that are going on.
So he's bringing cars in, he's establishing a roadblock, all of these things that he's been doing.
This is not a peaceful protest or a legal observer.
He just stood on the sidewalk and said, shame, shame, shame.
Okay, that's still legal, right?
But that's not what he was doing.
He was inserting himself into this process.
And again, it's everything after that follows.
And anyone, and by the way, you're someone who very well understands concealed carry, concealed carry laws.
Was this behavior lawful?
No, the moment he put hands on the first CBP officer, he committed a federal felony.
So Alex Predty was not shot for exercising the Second Amendment rights.
He was not shot for concealed carrying.
He was not shot for having a couple of spare magazines on him.
He was shot for fighting the law, and the law won.
Really, it really is as simple as that.
What is the danger, though, I guess I would say, of, or what do people get wrong when they get so down the rabbit hole in this sort of freeze frame, you know, you know, sort of world?
Well, there's a lot of confounding factors in these kinds of group events.
So, for example, people tend to assume that every officer knows and sees what every other officer is knowing and seeing.
They'll say, well, obviously he'd been disarmed.
The guy in the gray jacket took his pistol off him.
That appears to be true.
By the way, it doesn't mean he doesn't have another weapon, but certainly that weapon was taken off him.
That doesn't mean the other officers saw that or know that.
They're not aware of that.
Every officer has a different perspective.
They're looking from different angles.
Their vision is obscured in different ways.
They're hearing different things and they're not hearing things over the screech of these whistles, by the way.
Very difficult to communicate.
So each officer is making an independent decision.
There's no collective base of knowledge that they're all sharing in the instant.
And that's all the law requires: they have to make their use of force decisions based on what they personally are aware of, not what some fellow officer might be aware of.
Right.
It's amazing to me because there's so many times that I feel like, and you've come on the program or at other times in the past where it's like you have to have the same conversation over and over and over.
Because if you're violently resisting arrests, even if you've been disarmed once with one handgun, they already know you had a handgun.
They don't know if you've got another gun.
They don't know if you have a knife.
They don't know if you have some other implement of a weapon that you can use.
They have no idea.
So if you are in one of those situations, God forbid, let's say you find yourself in one, just, hey, man, hands on the ground, hands behind your back, hands where you can see them.
Don't go near the belt line.
This is really basic stuff, which I feel like has to be said over and over and over.
And people want to play freeze frame armchair activist, but that's not the real world.
And by the way, if he had wanted to fight this from a legal rights perspective and had wanted to say, hey, I'm concealed carrying, you're doing something wrong, couldn't he have done that in court?
Well, that's where you do it.
And that's how you don't get killed in fighting law enforcement in this way.
I mean, think about what law enforcement knew here, right?
Indisputable facts.
They saw him impede another officer by contact.
That's a forcible felony in a law enforcement officer.
So he's not a peaceful observer.
He's just committed a forcible felony.
They know or discover that he's got a gun on his person, meaning he's a person who carries weapons on him.
They know he's non-compliant with arrest.
He's fighting their lawful arrest.
They know his hand comes into view with a black object in his hand while they have him at gunpoint, after a gunshot's gone off, while they're hearing gun, gun, gun being shouted.
That is going to get you shot by the police 999 times out of a thousand.
It really is.
I wonder, though, you did mention the shot that went off.
I know there's this sort of controversy regarding this specific weapons platform and a lot of questions about negligent discharge.
I don't really personally have any opinion one way or the other.
I think it's hard to tell.
Do you have any opinion on, you know, having viewed this as to whether or not there was a negligent discharge or some kind of round fired by that firearm?
I just can't tell.
So people keep sending me images and saying, hey, you can see it here.
Right, right.
I look at the images.
I don't see any indication of the gun.
I don't see recoil.
I don't see muzzle blast.
I don't see an impact on the street.
I don't see the slide moving.
Now, it's possible all that happened and it just wasn't caught in the video frames, right?
A video is not continuous.
It's frame by frame by frame.
So it could have happened, but it doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter because if the officer who actually fired the shot at Alex Predi, not this initial shot, if he heard gun, gun, gun and a gunshot goes off feet away, it would be reasonable for him to believe this is now a gunfight and I have to neutralize this threat.
He doesn't have to know the exact mechanism.
There could have been a car backfire.
This would have been the same dynamic.
Is this a similar legal dynamic going back when you and I talk so much about the Kyle Rittenhouse case?
That first shot that was done while Kyle Rittenhouse is not looking, the first shot actually was targeted in the air at, but sorry, not directly at Kyle, but from his perspective, he hears a gunshot behind him from a mob that's chasing him.
Right.
Shots are being fired.
Right.
It would be reasonable for him, right?
A reasonable reasonable shots are being fired.
A reasonable, no, it's a horrific situation.
And yet again, one that was completely avoidable if we actually remember something.
And that's called the personal responsibility of Alex Predi.
The behavior, the actions, and the decisions of Alex Predi, which, by the way, his parents apparently had warned him about not doing.
They said, don't do this.
Don't engage, which sounds to me like they knew their son was a hothead.
And they keep acting like he was some kid.
He was 37.
He's a grown man.
That's almost old enough to be retired from the military.
You could retire at 38 with a pension, or at least you used to be able to.
And so, I mean, he's a grown man.
He's fully capable of making his own decisions.
And it was those decisions that ultimately made him lose his life.
Coming to a Head 00:15:19
Andrew Branca, where can people go to follow you and get access to your work?
Best way to find me is on YouTube and on X, of course, at TheBranca show.
All right, take care.
Andrew Branca, make sure you go check out that book, folks.
The law of self-defense.
Know the law.
If you're carrying, if you were going to get involved in something like this, know what to do.
And unlike this guy, what not to do.
I'll be right back.
Jack Posobiec, Human Events Daily.

He's got a great guy.

All right, folks.
So, we talked about the specifics of this case with Alex Predi, but I think we also have to dig deeper into the wider context of what's going on in the Battle of Minneapolis.
This isn't just about Minneapolis, this is about Western civilization.
This is about remigration.
Are we going to be allowed by these insurgents?
And that's what they are.
They're sending insurgents from all over the country.
They've got people up from Boston.
They've got people up from Chicago.
They're coming all the way in.
All the leaders, the Antifa, the anti-ICE, all the rest of it, they're coming in because they're trying to make their stand.
So, what's President Trump doing?
He's saying the operations will continue and they must continue.
No backdown, no backing down.
We will not blink.
We're not going to back down.
We're going to double down.
We're not going to de-escalate.
We're going to escalate.
Why is this important?
It's really simple.
Who governs?
Will we be governed by the mob?
Will we be governed by the insurgents, by the radicals, by the Bolsheviks?
Will we allow a communist insurgency to make decisions for us and their media allies to run around and say, oh, gosh, oh, gosh, he wasn't doing anything wrong.
He wasn't, of course, he was doing everything wrong.
Alex Predty was doing everything wrong.
Stop.
Don't fall for the lies.
Advance.
Push the advantage.
And by the way, the normal, the normie Americans, like you're sort of average, you know, non-political American, go look at Google Trends.
They're not focused on this right now.
They're not looking at the Antifa smashing up this hotel last night with the one brave agent standing there in the gap, standing in the gap, standing on the precipice at the gates of hell before him.
Death all around.
Hands, fingers, bloodied.
And did he drop?
Did he quit?
Did he back down?
Did he surrender?
Did he take a knee and say, oh, gosh, I'm so sorry?
No.
He stood there and he stood his ground and stood his post.
He did his duty for the American people and for our civilization and for our way of life.
And if we are going to support him, if we are going to continue to double down on our support, we're going to see this all the way through.
We started this fight.
We're going to see the fight through.
And we're not going to quit because the fighting's hard.
We're just not.
You want to go talk to a guy?
You want to sit down and have a conversation about it?
Not after September 10th.
Nope.
Sorry.
Not it shouldn't happen these conversations.
Not after September 10th.
Not after losing the guy that used to sit right next to me at this table.
Nope.
Not interested in those conversations.
Really not.
I'm interested in restoring law and order to the United States of America.
And that's what this is all about.
Remember, they did not deploy Antifa.
They did not deploy these agitator networks into Minneapolis until after the fraud was exposed.
This is about the fraud of Minneapolis, the fraud of Minnesota.
It's about Tim Walz.
It is about everything that they are doing.
Okay.
It's about everything that they are trying to cover up, the illegal aliens.
And by the way, the Fortune 500 companies, 17 of the Fortune 500 companies that are headquartered in the Twin Cities, largest per capita concentration of Fortune 500 companies in America.
So you've got corporate America.
Think of the convergence here.
Corporate America, Antifa.
the Somalis, the illegal aliens, the money laundering, Tim Walz.
It all comes, even George Floyd.
It all comes to a head in Minneapolis.
And so take the hill.
Take the hill.
If we can't take Minneapolis, how are we ever going to make it to Chicago, to Detroit, to Philly, to Baltimore, to LA, to New York?
No.
No.
You've got the road to all of them.
The road to Vienna goes through Minneapolis.
And what's Antifa saying?
You run out there.
We've got the reports up.
They're saying that they want to make Minneapolis their Fallujah.
That's what they're saying.
And they go back and they look at the Battle of Fallujah as the time when the tide was turned in the Iraq war, when the insurgency really kicked off.
Zarkowi, or Soder, all of them coming up through the Battle of Fallujah, Sodder City.
Is that what we want?
Do we want them to do this?
I say bring it on.
If that's what you want, bring it on.
Tim Walz knows this is a disaster for him.
Why is this not happening?
Rip, Tim Walz, keep in mind, he could issue an executive order right now, right now, and say work with ICE.
He could just say, work with ICE, let him into the prisons, let him into the jails.
That's all you'd have to do.
Piece of paper.
He could tweet it.
Done.
This is all on Tim Walz.
He's doing this on purpose.
And don't think for a second that he's not because he's trying to test you.
This is about testing the administration, testing the resolve of the Patriot movement, testing the resolve of MAGA.
Are you going to fail that test?
Are you going to let the likes of Tim Walz and these scum win?
These people who laughed when Charlie was murdered, who celebrated, who cheered?
Is that what you want?
You're going to let them win?
And then they're putting up stuff.
Oh, Charlie Kirk was a supporter of the second one.
This isn't about the Second Amendment.
It's about ICE raids.
It's about remigration.
It's about sending these people home.
And by the way, to the illegals, there's a much safer way.
There's a much safer option if you want to deal with that, by the way, than any of this stuff.
Just leave.
Just go home.
Get out.
There's been more arrests right here in Florida and Texas than there were in Minneapolis, but the government is working with the federals.
That's why it's safer.
Lock in, Patriots.
Lock in.
Be right back.
The Human Events Daily continues.
And Jack, where is Jack?
Where is Jack?
Where is he?
Jack, I want to see you.
Great job, Jack.
Thank you.
What a job you do.
You know, we have an incredible thing.
We're always talking about the fake news and the band, but we have guys, and these are the guys that be getting public.
All right, Jack Pesovic, we are back live.
We're here, West Palm Beach, and we're covering down on the Battle of Minneapolis.
I wanted to bring up two veterans of the Battle of Minneapolis, two actual legal observers, by the way, with two guys who are out there who are working hard on the ground, not to tell us the truth about what's happening in these riots, but also what's going on with the Somali invasion.
It is Human Events Field Correspondent Kevin Pasobic and the Black Conservative Preacher.
What's up, guys?
How are you doing?
Doing pretty well.
So walk me through and Kevin, we'll start with you.
Walk us through what happened with this hotel situation last night, the standoff that led to one, it looks like a Border Patrol guard or excuse me, a Bureau of Prisons Guard who's out there standing in the breach.
Yeah, so we got early reports that Antifa cells came and said there were two ICE agents staying at this hotel in St. Paul and that they were starting to raid.
We saw last week where they would protest out front of hotels, but tonight they upped at a level and broke through into the lobby and started trashing the refrigerators, breaking windows, spray painting F-Ice all over the windows and beating the trash cans.
It was like a mob from the beginning.
And so there wasn't a response.
I believe it was from corrections officers.
And so that escalated very quickly.
It was about two dozen people.
And then at one point, an agent came out with what I believe was a shotgun and was able to clear the lobby of people.
But then as we see, like someone threw either an empty tear gas canister at him or just a block of ice, something jagged enough to slice his fingers open.
And so that also escalated things.
And I wanted to point out, Jack, that Minneapolis police, they did respond, but it was about two hours after.
And keep in mind, this was only like across the river, maybe five, 10 minute drive from their precinct, downtown Minneapolis.
And, you know, when they finally arrived, it was, I mean, they had EMS trucks, about a dozen squad cars, and I believe state troopers as well, a riot squad.
But this, this, this is getting out of control.
These people are organized.
There was black block Antifa there.
So it's bad.
And let me go to another preacher.
So you've done a lot of work over in Portland.
You've been covering down there with my colleague, our colleague, Katie Davis Court, and so many others.
What you're seeing on the ground now in Minneapolis, these things that I've been seeing online, that some of the information I've got, are we now seeing organized Antifa groups and insurgents flood into Minneapolis from other parts of the country?
I believe so.
You know, being here in Minneapolis versus Portland, Portland looks like a cakewalk compared to here and what I'm seeing.
And a few minutes ago, you mentioned being governed by these people.
And going back a little bit, especially what Cam exposed over the past couple of days, the signal gate, you know, we were being followed, tailed, stopped.
I'm talking about 10 cars following us, tracking us.
They're saying, we're ice.
Telling us that we're ICE because we're wearing masks.
Imagine that.
And then if you step out the car, they start blowing the whistle.
So you're saying these are organized surveillance teams, spotters, observers that they've got all over key areas and they're coordinating in these signal chats.
Correct.
And it's key areas, but a big portion of the city.
It's not just like a small little area.
It's a big portion of the city where these people are standing on every single corner waiting all day long, including going to restaurants and being in restaurants, waiting and watching to see if ICE comes in there.
And so, you know, looking at all of this, and I'm just asking your opinion in terms of your analysis.
We know that Alex Predi was out there.
He was involved in this.
We now know that there was a mobilization alert that was sent through the signal network that he was a member of.
Does it seem like he was one of, when they say legal observers, that's what it actually is.
He's a spotter for this insurgent network.
Do you think that's the role he was playing?
I do believe that's the role he was playing.
And that's still impeding on what they're doing because once you're a spotter, you start communicating so that other people get to the area within 90 seconds.
I mean, and these people really show up quick.
And I'm talking about by the masses and by the numbers because they start blowing the whistles, they start honking their car horns and getting the neighbors and the community's attention to respond because ICE agents are there to do their job.
And so what you're and what you're describing is a criminal conspiracy.
This is a criminal conspiracy to impede operations of law enforcement.
This is not going out and holding a sign or chanting or something like that.
They are taking active steps in furtherance of the conspiracy to obstruct justice and obstruct law enforcement, Kevin.
Yeah, so not yeah, not only that, but these watchers, these community watchers, it's it's it's getting chaotic.
Like they got leaked with SignalGate.
Now they're trying to get organized again.
But as we saw last night coming up on the scene, like there's innocent bystanders that are like in lobbies actually scared.
And then we had people coming up to us like, oh my gosh, like what happened?
Like just like totally oblivious.
So you have to keep that in mind too.
I mean, we're doing what we can down here.
And as far as like cooperation from JD Vance's message last week, it's, it's, it's, it's getting confusing with everybody trying to get in and then people want to get in.
And then all of a sudden, like they are following ice.
And all of a sudden, like, you know, it's getting very dangerous for people that might just want to be there to like blow a whistle.
It's like, that's why I said this isn't a game.
Or they could.
Well, and I think, I think Renee Good and Alex Predty just found that out.
Kev's Coordinates Requested 00:04:04
They sure did.
They sure did.
Yeah, that's exactly it.
And yeah, I mean, you know, God forbid that like with us, like we're just reporters.
We got called in.
They thought we were ice.
But what if they call in and it's like a gang member or something or a sex offender or like whatever.
And they just, you know what I mean?
Because we had to stop at one point and get out.
And a couple of the other clips went viral for that because we got out and confronted these people saying like, hey, like stop, please stop stalking us and harassing us.
And with that, to piggyback off what Kevin is saying, when we got out, they're asking us for our credentials.
They're asking us for our ID and to prove that we live or don't live here in Minneapolis.
So they don't even want illegals in their own area because we are outsiders, right?
Right.
Imagine that.
Yeah, they tried to flip the tables on us.
Well, and of course, so it sounds like what they're doing, though, is they're creating they have taken effective control of the street.
They have taken operational control of the streets.
And by the way, so I just want to say this again.
All of this is going on.
The Minneapolis Police Force, the State Police, the National Guard of Minnesota are the Minnesota State Police, the National Guard of Minnesota.
Are they doing anything?
Are they responding to this criminal conspiracy in any way?
Oh, yeah.
I mean, the National Guard's here, but they're busy passing out donuts from Dunkin' Donuts, a corporation, by the way.
You know, you brought that up.
And yeah, last week, we went and got pizza and donuts for everybody, but it was for mom and pop shops, American small businesses.
But yeah, they got that there.
That's the National Guard.
That's what they're doing right now.
And Preacher, I'll go back to you.
You've seen them organized on the streets in Portland.
Have you ever seen them massed up in numbers like this, the way you're describing, going block by block, covering the entire city?
No, sir.
I mean, in Portland, you know, you had 2020 when they're destroying and breaking the businesses, and that's what they were focused on the most.
But the organization is not nothing in comparison to what I'm seeing here in Minneapolis.
So they've evolved their organizational capabilities.
And look, Kev, you and I have been seeing this going back to Chaz in 2020, going back to the DNC in 2016 in Philadelphia and other places and stuff that we've done.
So what we're seeing is the evolution of tactics, techniques, and procedures.
So they're getting more advanced now.
They're using the encrypted communications.
They're going out and these swarm tactics that they have.
It seems to me, by the way, that they're probably, we know they're operating in convoys.
We've seen that throughout their social media and of course with Renee Good and others.
But it would also seem to me that they probably have staging locations as well throughout the city where they're waiting for one of these alerts to go off so that they can move in in a large group like that.
Guys, I'd love to cover you on.
I will say, but we're out of time for the segment.
I will say stay safe, stay warm.
Kev, I know mom wants you home, but I understand why you're doing what you're doing.
So give out here, Kev, give your coordinates.
You can follow me on X and Instagram at Kevin Pasovic.
And I've started writing as well on Substack.
All right.
And Preacher.
You can follow me on X, Facebook, Rumble, Instagram, YouTube.
Everything is the BC Preacher.
All right, man.
I appreciate you.
Appreciate you having my brother six while you're out there.
All right.
Stay safe, guys.
Be right back.
Human Events Daily continues.
Crisis And Power Play 00:09:23
He's written a fantastic book.
Everybody's talking about it.
Go get it.
And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole year of that.
And we're going to turn it around and make our country fight against him.
Amen.
All right, Jack Posobiec, we're back live.
Human events daily.
Well, look, we're dealing with a communist insurgency.
You know, I've written the book with Joshua Lisek, The Unhumans, The Secret History of Communist Revolutions and How to Crush Them.
But I also wanted to get on someone who lived through a communist insurgency in a communist revolution.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back She Van Fleet to the program, the author of Mao's America.
She, how are you?
Very, well, very well.
Thank you so much.
I so look forward to it.
The interview, I just read to you while Twitter this morning.
I'm totally with you.
It is absolutely 100% communist insurgency, nothing less.
So when you see what's going on in Minneapolis, does it remind you of the cultural revolution in China?
It reminds me of communist revolution, including cultural revolution.
But they did the same thing before they got power.
They absolutely created crisis and then they mobilized the masses against the city government, which was the nationalists.
They played the same game over and over until they got into power.
Cultural revolution is just Mao's way to get back the power that he believed that his political rival had.
It's all about power.
And that is just that simple.
So talk to us about how they create the crisis and then they use the crisis to destabilize the country.
Well, for the cultural revolution, the crisis is there are people in position of power.
What they want to do, they want to take us back to capitalism.
That's what I was told.
That's what I believed.
So what do we need to do?
The young kids, the red guards, we should go and get those people in position, including teachers, principals, get them out of power.
And then eventually Mao wants to replace them with his own people.
But before the victory of CCP taking over China, they did the same thing.
They cried a crisis, and then they mobilized people.
There's one example I think a lot of people don't know about.
So in 1946, they really want to weaken the American support of the nationalist government.
So they created crisis.
What's that?
They accused that two Marines raped a Chinese student from Beijing University.
And it turned out to be manufactured.
Doesn't matter.
They mobilized 10,000 people in Beijing and demonstrated on the streets and all sorts of chaos to demand that the United States get out of China.
And when they say get out of China, they don't want the government, a U.S. government to support the nationalists.
It's the same playbook they played over and over and over.
Now we see it unfold here in America.
And so when you have an individual like Renee Goode, like an Alex Predi, someone who goes in and is totally a true believer in these situations, they actually want those people to be killed because then they can turn them into a martyr and then they can use that act to try to smear the government that's currently in power.
Exactly.
They need martyrs.
And there's a lot of martyrs in China.
And I grew up learning about their stories until later I found out it's all BS.
And those people are victims.
They are true believers turned into useful idiots.
And the communists here, they want more crisis.
They want more deaths.
They're absolutely rooting for more violence and deaths.
And that's how they're going to use that for their political gains.
It's all about power.
It is all about power.
And so when we talk about the, I just had my brother on.
He's there in Minneapolis as well as Black Preacher, who's there with him working on this and Cam Higbee.
We see now the levels of organization.
These are cadres.
These are trained.
They're organized.
They're planned.
Isn't that exactly how the organization of the Red Guards was?
Yes.
Of course, in China, during the Cultural Revolution, they had one thing going.
That is Mao is behind, was behind them.
Mao absolutely openly told everyone that he was their red commander in chief.
Because of that, the red guards was given this power to destroy, to uh to um, beat people, torture people, even kill people.
That is what kind of uh uh revolution that uh Mao was uh uh launching.
So the red guards destroyed everything until they're destroyed by Mao.
And this is the part two of the story, of the uh Communist story that the uh, the New uh American um useful idiots never learned because it's never taught.
And my father is the example.
He joined the revolution in 1949 thinking that he, you know, that he was doing something great, until afterwards he realized he was the target of the revolution solely because he was from a land landowner family.
And so it.
It happened over and over and over.
The useful idiot never end well, never.
No, it never does, and it's only useful for those in power or those who want to take power.
I have to ask, by the way that, seeing as we are talking about Minnesota, Tim Walz he spent many times taking trips to China, all the way back to, I believe, even during the Tiananmen Square uh protests, and right after Tiananmen Square massacre, Tim Walz himself was taking trips to China.
Now, I spent time in China.
Everybody knows i'm very public about that, although I have a slightly different stance on the CCP than it comes to Tim Walz.
Do you think Tim is doing this on purpose and deliberately, because he may have learned about this history as well?
Absolutely, he's a communist, there's just no doubt about it, and he lied about being there on in Tian Square.
He went after that um the uh, the massacre on the year after, but he made that uh um june 4th nine uh as his wedding anniversary.
He is absolutely a communist and and he knows the playbook.
It is open playbook.
You create a crisis and then you use that and mobilize people.
Mass mobilization is the key feature of communism.
They get all those people involved and then use them as uh uh palms and uh and to create a crisis, and then they use that against their political enemy.
And in in culture during the Cultural Revolution, it's Mao's uh right uh political opponent and before it was the sitting government, the nationalist government, and today in America it is the Trump administration, is um pro uh democratically elected government.
So they're doing exactly same thing, but the people don't realize it.
That is because we have lost the control of educational system for decades.
Those people's brain was washed so clean that they just can't think critically anymore.
They don't want to think.
They don't even want to think.
You can give them the fact.
They don't want to look at the fact.
So we're in the moment now.
It is absolutely um, almost impossible to change those people's mind.
So it is very, very challenging, and so a lot of people here in America were just like when they hear, when they see someone hurt they they, they absolutely think this is a uh state violence, It is a PR war, and the Trump administration has to win this war.
Have to.
We are already past the Ruby Gun.
There's no way back if we step down.
They know exactly what to do next.
When they are cornered, they will launch a mass mobilization and then they will push back.
And so basically, eventually, we're talking about the 2026 election.
They can use all this and they will deploy it again.
Xi Van Fleet, thank you so much for your time today.
Where can people go to follow you?
Yeah, please follow me on X.
I tweet every day.
I see them every day.
That's an X Van Fleet.
I love following them.
I love following you on there.
