This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.
Commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posovic.
Christ is king.
This evening at approximately 9 p.m., federal agents breached a storage locker in Salem, New Hampshire in search of Claudio Neves Valente, a Portuguese national we believed shot and killed two Brown University students and an MIT professor in Brookline, Massachusetts.
Federal agents found Neves Valente dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Earlier today, the U.S. Attorney's Office in Massachusetts filed a criminal complaint under seal detailing the chain of events over the past six days, including information that led us to today's search of the storage locker in New Hampshire.
TikTok has officially signed a deal to form a joint venture here in the U.S. Majority ownership will be controlled by a group of investors that includes the software giant Oracle and MGX, an artificial intelligence fund backed by the government of the United Arab Emirates.
Now, TikTok's Chinese parent company, ByteDance, will retain nearly 20% of this new entity.
The standoff with Venezuela has taken a sharper turn.
After President Trump declared what he's calling a blockade of sanctioned oil tankers, Venezuela has ordered its Navy to escort ships carrying petroleum products out of port.
It's a direct show of force as those vessels head toward Asian markets.
The New York Times reports several tankers left Venezuela's coast under military protection just hours after Trump said the U.S. would stop oil shipments tied to sanctions violations.
The White House is now watching closely, weighing the next steps as the risk of a confrontation rises.
president trump doubled down on wednesday on patrolling the waters and accusing venezuela of stealing american oil assets the blockade not going to let anybody going through that shouldn't be going through you remember they took all of our energy rights They took all of our oil from not that long ago, and we want it back.
Don't just attend Amfest.
Let it mark you.
Let it stretch you.
Let it challenge assumptions, strengthen convictions, and maybe even make you a little uncomfortable because that's where growth happens in those moments.
Let it be another turning point in your life.
Let's go.
Charlie, Charlie, Charlie, Charlie, Charlie.
I don't know whose hats those are, but I just threw them out.
So there he is now.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily, live from America Fest.
Ladies and gentlemen, you are currently standing in the house that was built by Charles James Kirk.
And as God is my witness, I will never forget, I will never let, I will never let the media, the Democrats, and the left forget the name of Charles James Kirk.
You know, this is where we would stay.
This is where we would stand with Charlie.
We would do the shows right up here on this stage.
And Charlie's not here today.
And we all know why.
Because a gay communist leftist shot him and took him from us.
But I've got a question for you, ladies and gentlemen.
Are you going to let that be the end of Turning Point USA?
Are you going to pack it in and go home?
Are you going to quit?
Well, let me ask you this.
Are you going to stand and fight?
Are you going to stay organized?
Are you going to stay motivated?
And are you going to go out there and do it for Charlie?
Cliff Maloney, you were with us on election night.
Cliff made the call.
Pennsylvania, we were live on that live stream.
Cliff Maloney was there.
Let's give it up for Cliff and Charlie.
America Fest, it is great to be here.
As Jack said, one year ago, we stood right here with Charlie Kirk.
I remember the first question that Charlie asked me.
He said, Cliff, do we have our country back?
And at that point, I think the Oregon Ducks were undefeated.
The Eagles have won 10 games in a row on the way to a Super Bowl win.
And I think the joke that Charlie made is that we not only have the White House back, but America is still back-to-back World War champions.
We love Charlie Kirk.
We love this event because Charlie would consider this the mecca for all the activists, for all the supporters out there, not to come together just to get excited, but to take action.
And Jack, that's the one thing we want to make sure everybody leaves with.
It's not just about getting excited.
It's what do you do from here?
What do you do to go back to your state, to go back to Pennsylvania with Kevin Pesovic and knock doors around the state?
That's what we need here, folks.
It's not all just emotion and feeling good.
It's what can you do?
As Charlie would say, do the work.
Let's take that action and come up with a plan and move forward.
Make sure, folks, while you're here today, go to the breakout sessions, meet people, find a way to say, I'm going to get active.
Because it's time for the Charlie Kirk spirit to stay alive in each and every single one of us.
Even if you are 101 and you're starting a brand new chapter and no one's ever even heard of Turning Point USA in your area, guess what?
That means it's your job to make sure every single person within the sound of your voice hears about Turning Point USA and hears about Charlie Kirk.
Take action.
Go to the breakout sessions.
Go to the trainings.
Stick around, folks.
We've got a huge show.
We've got some special guests that are going to be joining us in just a few moments.
Don't go away.
Right back.
Nothing will stand in our way, and our golden age has just begun.
This is Human Events with Jack Pesovic.
Now it's time for everyone to understand what America First truly means.
Welcome to the second American Revolution.
Two, one, now Cliff, I asked Andrew Colvette and Blake Neff, I want to see if we can get, would you guys like, do you think, since we're here at AmFest, should we get the band back together?
Do you think we should get the band back together, folks?
The entire thought crime crew back together?
Cliff, what do you say?
Are you down to do Thought Crime Live right here today at Amfest over in the Expo Center?
This show is over at 1 o'clock at 1.30.
We will be in the exhibitor hall at the truck.
Full Thought Crime.
We're bringing back all the OGs.
If you're going to be there, be there.
We need everybody in that room.
Lots of energy.
Charlie, we'd love that.
You know, we love Thought Crime.
I give you so much credit for that.
1.30 exhibitor hall.
All right, 1.30.
We'll see you all there.
We're doing Thought Crime Live.
No holds barred.
Anything goes, any question, completely uncensored.
We're getting the band back together, except for one guy, because one guy's on assignment with God.
Cliff, tell people where they can go to get connected.
If you're in the Pennsylvania area or a couple other areas, by the way, to get connected with the, well, we'll call it the PHAs for now.
On X at Maloney.
On X at Maloney.
Posto, appreciate you as always, sir.
God bless you, brother.
See ya on Thought Crime over at the truck in the exhibitor hall.
Folks, should I bring on a special guest?
What do you think?
Do you want to see a special guest, ladies and gentlemen?
All right.
All right.
We can do that.
Now, he's not there right now, but a couple of years ago, we did an event with this guy.
It's right here in this building, right, Foz?
Yeah, it's right here in this building.
2021, Amfest.
And I remember we got to say this on stage with Charlie.
I got to say, ladies and gentlemen, all the way from Kenosha, Wisconsin, Kyle Rittenhouse is joining us here on Human Events Daily.
How are you, brother?
Grab a mic.
I think they're all hot.
I don't know.
Give it up for Kyle, folks.
Kyle, how does it feel to be back at Amfest?
You know, Jack, it feels different.
This year is different without Charlie being here, but it's bigger than it's ever been.
And this is the biggest Amfest I've seen so far.
There's so many patriots out here, so many young people, and it's really inspiring to see the turnout we have this year.
It is.
Hold on a little closer.
So, Kyle, when, now look, you obviously years ago faced leftist violence, and you faced it in a way that I don't think, I hope no one in this room ever will face it.
What did it feel like when you saw that video and you heard what happened to Charlie?
Jack, I was devastated.
On August 25th, they tried to kill me.
The radical left tried to kill me.
But on September 10th, they killed Charlie.
They killed our friend on live TV.
They silenced his voice, and that is what truly brought me back.
I took a little bit of a hiatus, and then I saw what happened, and I was disgusted, and that's why I'm back in the fight.
That's why I'm here, because we all need to stand up, because we are all Charlie.
We're all Charlie Kirk.
That's Kyle Rittenhouse saying that, ladies and gentlemen.
And Kyle, maybe I'll tell a little story that involved Charlie and me and you about that.
So I think the very first time that you and I ever talked was during your trial.
And you remember was that weekend you were like around the fire with Scooter and all the gang?
Yep.
So picture this, folks.
We're sitting there, and he's up.
He's on trial for his life.
For his life.
For defending himself legally against people who are trying to kill him.
Murderous leftist thugs.
And it was all on video.
We all saw that it was self-defense.
And they put him on trial.
That's how bad it's gotten in this country.
Well, I got to speak to Kyle that weekend while literally the jury was out and we were waiting for the verdict to come in.
And that year was the very first Amfest that was ever held.
It was the very first one, 2021.
And I'm going to say, I'm going to reveal what Kyle said to me.
He said, Jack, when we get through this thing, do you think I could come to Amfest?
I said, Kyle, let me tell you something right now.
They're going to find you not guilty, and come November 2021, you will be on stage with me and Charlie Kirk at AmericaFest, the Phoenix Convention Center.
folks about one month, or no, one month after that, December, that's exactly where we were.
It was, I couldn't believe it.
He goes, he's sitting there.
He's on trial for his life.
They wanted to put him away forever.
And he's asking me if he can meet Charlie Kirk.
I was facing life in prison, but I knew what I did was the right thing.
We saw how bad they were five years ago, and they have only gotten worse.
They are trying to kill us.
They have tried to kill President Trump three times.
They took Charlie out, and we must stand stronger.
Everybody must get involved and fight.
We must fight against the radical trans furry movement.
Fight, Kyle, it's so important because you're someone, you were there at the beginning of this.
You were someone who stood strong at a time when so many other people weren't.
Talk to me about how it felt knowing that when the whole world was against you, that people like Charlie Kirk and Turning Point USA had your back.
We saw what the Soros-funded media was pushing, calling me a murderer, a white supremacist, saying I killed black people when it was three white people.
But Turning Point and Charlie Kirk stood for the truth, and they still stand for the truth.
They still fight for what's right.
There was nobody else out there really defending my case until you and Charlie got involved with it.
Well, look, Kyle, it's really simple.
I remember watching that on live stream that very night when it happened, and I was all the way out in Pennsylvania, and obviously you were in Kenosha.
And I said, you know what?
This guy didn't do anything wrong.
And they're going to lie about him and they're going to smear him.
I didn't know how far it would go.
I didn't know they were going to go all the way to take it to trial, but they did.
And I said, I'm going to defend him every step of the way.
And we even uncovered that that night, and people don't know this, that night, the FBI had a secret airplane that was flying above Kenosha, Wisconsin, that was tracking every single person in that crowd.
The cell phones, they were tracking data, they were sucking up all the signals, and they had a full-motion video of Kyle being chased through the streets before he ever turned and responded to defend himself.
And the FBI tried to, under Chris Ray, tried to lie about that and tried to cover it up until Human Events Daily got the video and sewed it to the entire world.
And that's what Charlie was all about and what Turning Point was all about.
And because of Human Events, which is a Turning Point show, because Charlie gave us the ability to do that, we were able to have the platform to be able to show the world the truth that so many people had tried to cover up.
Absolutely.
It is insane the FBI that we had five years ago and the FBI we have now.
The FBI five years ago tried to throw me in prison, tried to hide evidence, and violated so many rights.
And now we have a good FBI today that's fighting and that's taking things seriously.
No, I couldn't agree more.
Although there are times, there are times when I get a few comments that say they want to see the FBI doing a little bit more.
I don't know.
Is there anyone in this crowd who thinks that the FBI should be doing a little bit more?
Is there anyone who says, hey, Cash, James Comey, these guys are enough, but we want to see them all indicted.
Indict them all.
Well, look, and those are the very same messages that I carry forward every single day to the administration, to the president, to the White House.
But I do want to switch gears for a second, Kyle, while I do have you.
Because congratulations are in order.
Because I don't know if you know this, folks.
Kyle Rittenhouse just got married.
Six months ago, or about seven months ago, I married the love of my life.
You really want to get that number straight.
Trust me, it's going to be important.
Hey, unfortunately, I took it first, but we got married on 6'7.
Oh, my God.
Oh, not breakthrough.
So is she here?
Is she around?
Yeah, I have my wife sitting right behind the stage here.
Does she want to come out?
Should we meet Mrs. Kyle Rittenhouse?
Bella, Bella, Bella, Bella, Bella, Bella.
She's going to be so mad at me for this.
She doesn't know what's going on.
I'm sorry.
You got to do it now.
Oh, she's over here.
Come on.
Come on.
Here.
Ladies and gentlemen, Mrs. Bella Rittenhouse.
Now, all right, let me, here's, I'm going to ask the question that everybody wants to know.
How did he propose?
I did it in my backyard.
My backyard.
So I'm probably going to be the most introverted public wife that y'all will ever know.
We were actually at one of our friends' weddings that day, and I had a feeling that it was going to happen all day long.
He takes me home, and then he's going to be a little bit more.
He got the wedding bug.
You got the wedding bug.
Yeah.
But, I mean, truthfully, it was the best thing that could have ever happened because I am a very nervous person.
I'm not really much for the public or the media, but I'm grateful, and it was a very great experience.
Now, did you follow when he was in the media, when he was in the trial, did you follow that?
Did you hear about that?
So, fun fact, Kyle and I are about eight days apart.
I was born, I was supposed to be born on the same day he was, and we were in the same age group.
And my dad was actually a big, not fan of the whole thing, but he kept up with it.
My dad's a very conservative man, so he always knew what was going on with Kyle.
I'd always hear about it.
And then, you know, throughout the years, and one day I eventually got to meet him, and I'm glad that I did, and I'm glad that God brought us together because it's the best thing that could have ever happened.
Look at this.
See, Kyle, not only did you have God's blessing there that night, you had God's blessing there in the courtroom, but it sounds like you had dad's blessing before you even met her.
Absolutely.
And that's the most important one.
Folks, that's all the time we have for this segment.
God bless to both of you.
Merry Christmas to both of you.
And please let us know where can we send.
Tanya and I would love to send you a wedding present.
Absolutely.
Thank you, Jack.
God bless.
And Kyle, you got to protect her.
You know I will.
She cares.
You will.
No doubt in my mind.
Thank you so much for coming on.
Ladies and gentlemen, Mr. and Mrs. Kyle and Bella Rittenhouse.
Today, you know, they talk about influencers.
These are influencers.
And they're friends of mine.
Jack.
Where's Jack?
Jack.
He's got a great job.
All right, folks.
We are back here.
Human Events Daily Live.
America Fest, Phoenix, Arizona.
Do we have any Patriots in the House today?
Do we have any America First in the House today?
What do you guys think?
Should we go back to the old Republican Party?
Or should we stick with America First?
I think we're sticking with America First, folks.
I've got someone here with me.
His name is Joshua Lysak.
Now, I don't know if there's anyone out there who's read the book Bulletproof or read the book Unhumans, The Secret History of Communist Revolutions and How to Crush Them.
Man's got one right there.
Joshua was my co-author in both of those books.
He is an expert in all of these things, an expert on leftist violence and leftist revolutions.
Joshua, I haven't had you on in person like this.
We were here at MFEST last year with Charlie.
We were at the People's Convention with Charlie.
Charlie helped us to promote these books.
Did you ever think or how do you conceptualize the fact that we said there was a Marxist violent revolution on our hands, an asymmetric civil warfare, and that we would see political assassinations?
How does it feel knowing that that's what happened with Charlie?
It does not feel good to be right in some situations.
When the book came out, there were some old school Reagan conservatives, they might have called themselves old school GOP, who would say things like, oh, that message of that book, that's kind of hyperbolic.
That's a little extreme.
Really?
There's an irregular communist revolutionary war happening in the United States?
Really?
We don't get that anymore.
Nowadays, we get apologies.
The book was, unfortunately, prophetic the very week that it came out.
Steve Bannon reported to prison.
We had the attempted assassination of Donald J. Trump occur within days of the book release.
And now the unhumans hypothesis continues to predict what's happening and what we can do about it, Jack.
Look, I've never wanted to be more wrong in my life.
And look, we, you know, all the, there's 31,000 people here, and it's an incredible event.
We had 100,000 people at the memorial, and we've gotten so much attention, but I'll tell you what, I would trade every single, every single thing back if we could just have one more day with Charlie.
Every single thing.
I want all the followers, whatever.
I don't care.
I don't need any of that.
I don't need any of that.
It's not about that.
But we have to understand what we are up against.
We are up against radical, Marxist, domestic terrorism, and they are going to keep shooting us until they are stopped.
Joshua, as we studied this throughout history when we wrote on humans, do they stop until they're stopped?
No, they do not.
The psychology of a schoolyard bully is good to understand here.
When if you plead with the bully, if you beg them to stop, if you say, what if the roles were reversed?
We've heard that before.
Well, what if the roles were reversed?
And we were the bully.
Does that cause them to stop?
Absolutely not.
The only thing that stops the bully is a show of force that's greater than anything that they were willing to withstand, that they were willing to handle.
You got to stand up to bullies.
Am I right, folks?
You got to stand up to bullies.
And these leftists, they are not interested in many cases.
Look, Charlie went out there every day and tried to convince them and tried to talk to them and tried to have dialogue with them.
And he debated.
Oh, sure, he did.
And they couldn't beat him in debate.
So they tried to silence him with a bullet.
Well, Charlie is never going to be silent because what they did is they created a Charlie Kirk spirit in each and every single one of us and in millions upon millions of people.
75% of the people who are here today, this is their very first Amfest.
This movement is growing.
This movement is strong and this movement is going to live forever.
And guess what, folks?
Guess what?
If that means that we can't play nice, then we're not going to play nice.
In the book, we talk about the iron law of reciprocity.
Now, we are not a lawless people.
We are not an extradition, and we are not an extrajudicial people.
We believe in due process.
We believe in law and order.
And what we call for is the, to the fullest extent of the law, prosecution of the Antifa networks, the Trantifa networks that were behind this assassination, that had involvement that we seem to perceive, that we see they had foreknowledge of this.
And ultimately, with a bully, it takes the school itself to get involved.
That's the higher power.
And it takes all of the other would-be victims rallying together to say, no, absolutely not.
Not here.
Not today.
You can harm one of us, but you can't harm all of us.
And as Steve Bannon says, next man up.
It's the next man up.
That's exactly right, folks.
It's all about next man up.
The communists will not stop until we step up and we smash their networks.
We dismantle them.
And by the way, go after the people who are funding the Antifa networks.
Go all the way.
I don't care what their names are.
I don't care if you've got a Soros in your last name or a Clinton in your last name or, I don't know, maybe even an Obama because you are going down.
It's as simple as that.
Joshua, before we wrap this segment, I want to say something because the guy that really introduced you and me, the way we met each other, is a guy by the name of Scott Adams.
Does anyone know Scott Adams out there, creator of Dilbert?
Scott Adams, he's been a MAGA supporter from day one, creator of Dilbert.
He sacrificed so much for this movement.
He's done so much for this movement.
And Scott Adams is currently sitting in a hospital room.
He's got a cancerous tumor.
He's paralyzed from the waist down.
And I just wanted, if we could, to send a little bit of love to Scott Adams right now and let him know that we're all praying for him, that we're all thinking of him, and that his influence on us and on this movement and on this country will live forever.
I submit it to you, Joshua.
Yes, Scott Adams quite famously deprogrammed me back when I was a Trump derangement syndrome sufferer.
I read his book, Win Big Lee, back in 2018, started listening to his podcast, and then came on a year later after it was once every day is Coffee with Scott Adams live stream.
He has performed a public service by changing the worldviews for good for so many of us.
I've had the privilege to work with Scott on a number of book projects over the years.
The number of people whose lives have been changed for the better forever by our internet dad.
We love you, Scott Adams.
We're thinking about you.
We're praying for you.
All of us here, hands are going up.
Everyone loves Scott Adams.
Ladies and gentlemen, let's give it up for Scott Adams, one of the best out there.
We love you, Scott.
Okay, guys, we'll be right back.
Next segment coming up here, Human Events Daily continues live from MFEST.
Hey, Jack, where's Jack?
Where's Jack?
Where is he?
Jack, I want to see you.
Great job, Jack.
Thank you.
What a job you do.
You know, we have an incredible thing.
We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the guys should be getting public.
This is the best.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back, Human Events Daily Live at AmericaFest.
Let's hear it.
Any patriots out there?
Woo!
Any members of the posse out there?
All right, I love to hear it.
We've got a great panel.
We've got, I would say, all women's panel, whoever you're truly, no, no, no.
I am a self-identified and biologically born as a male in good standing.
But we've got the great, let's say, Libby Emmons from Postmillennial.
Yeah, hey, Jack.
I'm really glad to be here with you guys.
We've got Dr. Chloe Carmichael.
So excited for Dr. Chloe.
And special guest from Real America's Voice.
She was the original producer of Human Events Daily.
And now she's an on-air congressional and sometimes White House correspondent for us, Benny Ray Harmony.
Thank you, Jack.
So let's start this.
Libby, how does it feel?
You've been at every MFest.
How does it feel being here in this moment without Charlie?
Well, you know, I think there's a lot of grief that people still have.
I think that we're all realizing that Charlie's murder is not something you get past.
It's something you bring with you.
And there's a lot of enthusiasm here in this crowd that we are Charlie Kirk and that we're here to move this mission forward.
So she mentioned grief.
So Dr. Chloe, you know, I'm going to you next.
And guys, hold the mics.
Super, I got to get super close to your.
Yeah, thanks, Jack.
So when you're dealing with something like this, when you're dealing with a client or when you're dealing with someone who experiences something like this, what are the ways, the processes that people can choose good constructive outcomes for?
Yeah, thanks, Jack.
So the healthy function of anger is to set boundaries.
And so if we're angry about what happened, as we should be, we should be thinking about how to build strong boundaries, how to strengthen our communities.
And the healthy function of anxiety is preparation behavior.
So we should be thinking about what we can do to prepare and to win elections and be strong.
So that taking that energy and restless anxiety, right?
And nervous anxiety and turning it into something positive rather than sort of sitting and holding it in.
Is that the idea?
Absolutely.
We got to take the energy that that emotion gives us, that God built us that way, that we have the feeling, it gives us a drive, it gives us an energy, and what do we do with it?
That's what's important.
We know what Charlie would have done.
So Benny Ray, you worked at Turning Point.
You worked with Charlie.
And folks, I don't know if you guys heard this, that Benny Ray got in a little bit of trouble recently.
She got suspended from a local news affiliate.
ADC.
ABC.
I wasn't going to say it.
I wasn't going to say it because she said it.
I was going to be gentlemanly about it, but no, she's going to say it.
Because she had the gall and the absolute temerity to go on TV and do a completely non-political tribute to somebody that you worked for that was brutally murdered.
And they suspended you from ABC.
Is that true?
It's true, Jack.
And you know, I want to give you a little bit of credit on that because, I mean, Charlie and you started my career.
That is my, that was my like, okay, I'm looking towards these guys and what would these guys do?
You know what I mean?
And that courage, it truly came from this place, from Turning Point, from being here in 2021.
And when that happened, I just saw red.
I saw red and my mainstream career that I had dreamed of.
I was going to try to work my way up.
Everything went down the drain, and I realized it's time to get back in the movement.
It's time.
I'm here to fight.
I'm here.
Send me.
And now I'm here, back with you, Jack.
What did the, you don't have to name names, but what did the sort of officials at ABC say when you went on air?
And I watched the video.
You didn't say anything political.
You said you were very upset about what happened.
You thought it was terrible.
You said he was a good man.
He was a father.
He was a husband.
What did they say?
So the whole issue was that I posted it on my social media after.
So I posted all my segments.
Every single thing that I aired, every package I put together would go on my social media.
And it was my personal page.
I clipped it after the show and I posted it.
And my boss said, you have to delete that.
You cannot put that on your social media.
And I said, why?
He said, I was just told by the general manager that you need to delete it now.
I said, and what happens if I don't?
He said, I have no idea, but I wouldn't risk it.
I said, well, you let me know what they decide because I'm not removing it.
I said, I didn't say one thing bad, Jack.
Ladies and gentlemen, she refused to delete the post.
She refused to delete her tribute to Charlie.
Never let anybody tell you what to believe, how to use your voice.
If you have words, if you want to speak, speak.
That's all we have.
If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.
Stand up with courage for Charlie.
Amen.
And that's what this is all about.
Libby Evans, you're someone who's faced cancellation.
Libby was in the theater world of New York City at one point, and I'm using my mid-Atlantic accent.
Now I can finally understand you.
And finally, and you got canceled in the theater world because you've refused to go along with transgenderism.
Yeah, that's right.
And I still refuse to go along with transgenderism.
And now so does the federal.
So that was so exciting yesterday to see Health and Human Services say that we're no longer going to be doing child sex changes in this country.
Have you heard that?
Amen.
Bobby Kennedy and Health and Human Services just put out the national directive that any hospital that performs these child gender sex surgeries is going to lose all federal funding nationwide.
Nationwide.
Yeah, and I just want to congratulate everybody who spoke out on that for years and faced trouble at work.
Chloe Cole, who's right there in front there.
And everyone else who spoke out on this for years, just getting abused for saying the truth.
Congratulations.
We won.
We won.
And speaking of Chloe, so I want to go back to Dr. Chloe here because you've spoken so much about that issue, but also the issue of freedom of speech.
And you have a whole new book out about freedom of speech.
Why is it important from a perspective of psychological health and mental health to speak freely?
Yeah, thanks, Jack, and thank you for your endorsement of my book.
Can I say that?
It is important from a mental health perspective to speak the truth.
It's good from a cognitive, emotional, and social support perspective.
That's how we make sure that we stay grounded in reality.
It's how we support each other is by telling the truth.
These are God-given rights, and they're therefore also, of course, very healthy for us to practice.
So like Benny said, if you've got something to say, say it loud.
Because when you put those mental walls up inside of you, those mental walls create friction.
They create anger.
And you have this internal anger that is generated more and more and more.
And you and I did, by the way, we're going to be rerunning.
Dr. Chloe Carmichael and I did an entire deep dive on Tyler Robinson and Lance Twiggs.
And we talked about how this internal anger can then be sometimes projected externally because they think, well, maybe this anger will go away.
I'm denying reality.
I'm denying the truth.
I'm denying myself.
But perhaps it's not my fault.
Perhaps it's society's fault or God's fault.
Or perhaps, just perhaps, it's Charlie Kirk's fault.
Yeah, absolutely.
So when we don't speak up, like as a clinical psychologist, if I'm working with a violent offender, the first thing I want to do is teach them to use their words because, like Charlie said, violence increases when dialogue ceases.
So, and you know, like you said too, Libby, we have to speak up, whether it be about transgender or COVID issues or what's really going on at the border.
We can't do suppression, repression, denial.
That's not good for us or for the country.
No, it's not.
Libby Emmons, when you were getting canceled in theater, when they were telling you that you couldn't work anymore, you couldn't direct, you couldn't write plays, did you ever think that you'd be part of a movement like this, 31,000 strong?
No, I absolutely did not.
And I'm just looking out at this amazing and beautiful crowd.
I was so overwhelmed.
Also, yesterday, coming into the event space, 31,000 people are here.
You know, it is unbelievable.
By the way, something he said is so important and beautiful because we are so much better looking than they are.
I mean, I'm just back.
I just gotta say it.
I just gotta say it.
You've seen them.
They're like goblins.
They're nasty.
They're ugly.
They're disgusting.
And you know that that's why they wake up and they're so upset.
They take it out on us because it's an internal issue and they project it.
Yes.
Literally.
It is the projection of your own feelings because we've all been there.
Sometimes, you know, you look in the mirror and you don't feel the best, right?
And what does that do?
When you go out into the world, you treat others how you treat yourself.
Well, it's so important, I think, just this is something I've learned over the years when you're out in public and you're looking around at everybody.
It's so important to look at everyone with the realization that everyone's a beautiful child of God.
I love it.
And when we share with each other in public, when we share the love that God's given us, we share it with each other, that's how we have a functioning society, right?
That's like how we can exist with one another is just to remember that.
And if we stop loving God and stop, you know, sharing that, we don't have a good time.
Recognize the spark of God's divinity in everyone.

Freedom of speech, respecting rights, understanding that truth exists and it is God's truth.
We'll be right back here.
Human Events Daily, America Fest.
He's written a fantastic book.
Everybody's talking about it.
Go get it.
And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.
And we're going to turn it around and make our country great again.
Amen.
Ladies and gentlemen, we are back here at Human Events Daily.
Real America's Voice want to say thank you to the Real America's Voice team here at America Fest.
All right, folks, we've got an incredible patriots here as well today.
We've got the great Evida Duffy is joining us.
Thanks for having me.
And of course, my brother, Kevin.
You knew you were going to, brother Kev said, guys, hold him real close to the mic.
The mouth, you won't hear him.
So, Evida, by the way, Evita had a little post this morning where she was a little upset at the TSA, and it went pretty viral because when you make a post about being upset at the TSA, it usually does a little well, but sometimes when your father is the Secretary of Transportation, it goes really viral.
This is a lesson that you never tweet when you are pissed off.
So, I went through TSA, and because I'm pregnant, I'm early on in my pregnancy.
Wait, Don't bury the lead, folks.
This was also how she revealed her pregnancy to the whole thing.
Congratulations, Evida.
Thank you.
So, I opted out.
I opted out of the body scanner.
A lot of pregnant women choose to do that, and I almost missed my flight because they had me waiting for like 15 minutes after a very long line.
And it's been my opinion long before I ever got pregnant that the Fourth Amendment says you are not supposed to be subject to warrantless unreasonable surges and seizures.
And that's exactly what TSA is.
So, I said, TSA is unconstitutional.
TSA is not under the DOT, which is what my dad, Sean Duffy, runs, the Department of Transportation.
Nevertheless, it went very viral, and it must have been a slow news day because people and Fox News and the New York Post were like, this is newsworthy.
I don't think it was, but it went a little viral.
I did quite the firestorm.
And I'll just say this, that I actually, I guess I'm in the same hotel as your dad because he and I were getting coffee this morning, and I said, hey, I saw Evida's post, and he goes, but no, I said, I wanted to say congratulations, because, you know, she announced her pregnancy in the post.
Amazing.
Amazing, Evida.
And Kev, so that being said, though, this really is a fight because you listen to what she's talking about, Deoto.
She's talking about Maha, right?
She's talking about we need to understand these chemicals that are going into our bodies.
We need to understand the chemicals and signals that are going through the world.
And isn't that what Bobby Kennedy and Maha are all about?
I sure believe so.
And I want to say, I mean, Maha is also about what you wear, right?
And I think when all this was happening, Ovida, you were dressed modestly, right, when you were traveling.
Now I have to, because my dad has launched his civility project where he wants everybody to dress well on the airplane, don't look like a slaw.
And so now I'm like, everybody's going to watch me at the airport.
So I have to dress nice.
But I will admit, I have worn sweatpants at the airport.
It was not now because I feel like I'm getting watched.
I'm also saying if you get down into the threading, people get into the threads, organic threads.
The threads.
Yeah, that could be Maha.
Sure.
Sure.
It all matters on dressing modestly and also what you eat, what you put into your body.
We're talking living a healthy lifestyle, right?
There should be more healthy options at the airport.
Well, and so I always, whenever I bring Evida on the show, I always say Evita is my favorite anti-communist.
And it's true, she is.
And one of the reasons I do that is because Evida actually has had ancestors who were in Spain and who lived through the communist revolution in Spain.
The communist revolution that was stopped by a guy by the name of General Francisco Franco.
And today, of course, being Franco Friday, I had to bring that up.
But Evida was the one who shared that story of what her family had gone through fleeing communism and fleeing Marxism and the brutality that is lied about.
And there was something very interesting that happened with those Spanish communists because American communists would go over to the Spanish Civil War and then go serve with those communists.
And so These commies, you would think that these networks don't exist anymore, right?
Well, folks, would you believe that there is a turning point USA chapter leader who actually chased her Antifa professor all the way out of the country for cheering Antifa and supporting Antifa?
She exposed him and he fled all the way to Spain to join the Spanish communists today.
Ladies and gentlemen, her name is Ava Kwan.
She's right here from Rutgers University.
Yeah.
Thank you so much.
Real close.
Put it real close.
Put it real close.
Thank you for having me, Jack.
Ava, what did it feel like when all of a sudden you started exposing this Antifa professor, Dr. Antifa, Mark Bray, and suddenly the entire world started coming after you?
Well, it definitely took a lot of courage.
You know, I have a great chapter behind me who was supporting us throughout the whole process.
And when we first started speaking out, it felt like the world was against us.
I mean, they wanted to shut us down.
They wanted us to stay silent.
But we just knew we had to speak out on it.
We felt we were in danger being conservative.
Avida, does it surprise you at all that the country he chose to flee to was Spain?
No, it doesn't.
And I think that a lot of people don't understand how incredibly violent communist revolutions always are.
In my family, my great-grandparents were Catholic writers.
They were persecuted, lost their job, were separated, lost their home, all their money.
An extended family member of mine was a priest, and he was buried alive.
And they shot him in the shoulder, the communists.
And he had begged them, you know, please, please just shoot me, kill me off.
And of course, they again, like I said, decided to bury him alive.
And so it's extremely violent.
It's horrific.
And Jack, there's a lot of conversation right now about keeping ideological borders in our own movement and shutting down debate in our own movement.
And I just have to say, as somebody with the knowledge of what violent communist revolutions are, who saw it play out again with the murder of Charlie Kirk, we don't have time for that.
Like, we just don't.
Like, there's not time to be infighting and shutting down debate when we have, as you wrote in your book, Jack, un-humans who are trying to destroy this country as they have the USSR and Cuba and Spain and so many others.
What do you think, folks?
Do you agree with Avita Tuffy?
I certainly do.
We don't have time for infighting.
We don't have time for division.
We don't have time for deplatforming games and canceling games.
If you disagree with somebody, that's between you and them.
Have it out.
That's your right as an American.
But don't come into somebody else's house and tell them who they can and can't invite on stage.
Said what I said.
Agreed.
Ava Kwan.
I gotta ask you, though, are you planning to go over to Spain and see if you can find this guy again?
You know, Jack, I think I might have to.
Oh, no.
We got the frontlines crew over here.
You guys know Turning Point Frontlines, right?
They go out into all the debate, all the riots, all the violence, all the rest of it.
They're out there literally on the front lines.
I don't know.
Maybe a communist revolution Spain edition will have to do like a special documentary and we can make Dr. Mark Gray the star of the whole thing.
That sounds perfect.
I might have to join Frontlines in Spain.
We'll have to do Frontlines in Spain.
Kevin, we might need someone who's been on the ground in a couple, a couple of scrambles.
I'm a little more and more familiar with Eastern Europe.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, it should be Western Europe.
Western Europe, that's true.
Yeah, so we'll do the other side.
What do you say?
Sure, sure.
Go see the Valley of the Fallen, too.
Valley of the Fallen, exactly.
Hey, it'd be great.
I mean, Ava, so you were the president or lead of a turning point chapter at Brushgers, right?
Yes, yes.
I'm in your mind.
So that's really the antidote of what we're talking about here, right?
Exactly.
And so what happened since then?
You got a lot of backing from me and Jack.
Yes.
How is it now?
Yes.
Well, the school was not a big fan of us.
That's easy to say that.
You know, they wanted to take away our executive positions.
They wanted us to stay silent.
They tried to put you under investigation.
They tried to cancel you like ABC tried to cancel our producer, like they tried to cancel all of us.
And by the way, we're almost out of time.
I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that, Avida, you were in Kenosha when we just had Kyle Rittenhouse up here.
You were up covering that.
Folk, guys, let's go down.
We're totally out of time.
Where can people get your coordinates?
Avita Duffy underscore one is my Twitter.
My husband is running for Congress.
His name is Michael Alfonso.
He's a Gen Zer.
He's 25.
So look him up, too.
He'll be way better than Maxwell Frost in the house.
Kevin, check out my content on Instagram and X at Kevin Pesobic.
Ava.
Yes, and I am Ava Jaquan on X. All right, let's get a chant going for Charlie.
