This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.
A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
I'm not going anywhere.
I'm going to be out there in a campaign with Kamala.
I'm going to be working like hell, both as a city president, getting left.
Joe, I know you're still on the call.
Joe, I know you're still on the call.
This is a dangerous democracy.
And Trump is still a danger to the community, it's a danger to the nation.
Our president's voice.
Joe, I know you're still on the call.
Joe, I know you're still on the call.
Brat, you're just that girl who is a little messy and likes to party and maybe says some dumb things sometimes.
End quote.
So it's the idea that we're all kind of Brad and Vice President Harris is Brad?
I don't... Tonight the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrived in DC where he was greeted by protesters outside the Watergate Hotel where he stayed.
They're demanding a ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war.
This comes ahead of his address to a joint session of Congress later this week.
He also plans to meet with President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
No one told you not to take the stage?
No, nobody mentioned it.
Nobody said there was a problem.
And I would have waited for 15.
How did somebody get on that roof?
And why wasn't he reported?
Because people saw that he was on the roof.
And you had Trumpers screaming, and then a man on the roof.
And then other people said, there's a man on the roof who's got a gun.
We do have a statement now from Kimberly Cheadle, the director of the Secret Service.
Quote, as your director, I take full responsibility for the security lapse.
However, this incident does not define us.
We remain an organization based on integrity.
Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.
Today is July.
Oh, I got to double check.
July 23rd, 2024.
Anno Domini.
We are here live from New York City.
I'm here with Gavin Wax, the chairman of the New York Young Republican Club.
And wait, hold on.
Guys, I'm being told that Joe Biden, who was just seen, is now calling into the show.
President Biden?
That's not serious.
Joe Biden is calling in, really?
Hey Jack, yes it's really me, Joe Biden.
And I'm here to put all the questions to rest.
I'm alive and well.
Can't stop, won't stop.
So, you're in control of the country, our national security state, right now.
Slow down there, Jack.
No one's saying that.
No one says that.
It's a team effort when it comes to the presidency.
No one person should ever have too much control of anything.
You know, and I know, it leads to racism.
Mr. President, look, someone has to have control of the nuclear codes.
If, God forbid, someone has to push the button, it has to be the president.
Look, I had a dog named Buttons in 1968 in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and I pushed him around all the time.
He went to Rough House.
My wife isn't afraid to get in the mud and fight if she needs to.
Jill there, she's my ride or die.
Okay, how does Dr. Jill feel about you endorsing Kamala Harris to be the next President of the United States?
I did what?
Look, here's the deal.
Vice President Harris is phenomenal when it comes to coconuts.
She knows how to work Instagram, MySpace, and she's a firecracker.
And that's what this country needs.
Alright, what do you hope to accomplish during your final months as a lame duck president?
Look, Jack, I'm going to accomplish exactly what I did in the first three years.
I'm not a real leader.
I'm not a real person.
This is an AI creation, a fabrication, just like the fabricated 81 trillion, billion, million people who voted for me.
This isn't about democracy, never has been.
This is about oligarchic control of America.
Your corporations, your media are controlled.
Your politicians are controlled, just like I controlled a corn pot with a swimming pool right after it took a bullet in World War I. The Nazis, they threw mustard gas in my sister's face with their swastikas and torches coming out of the hills.
If you honestly think I'd care about getting bamboozled out of a job I didn't want in the first place, then you're the sucker.
You're the loser.
Now I'm getting sleepy.
Time for a nap.
What's that promo code again?
So I can get a good night's rest?
Promo code Tanya, right?
Well, there you have it, folks.
AI President Biden has just called in here, Human Events Daily.
I'm not really sure what's going on.
I'm not really sure.
It seems like this guy definitely does not have a lot of time left in office, just like we don't have a lot more time to understand what's going on with the national security crisis when we don't know if this guy is actually in charge or not.
They're not being truthful with the American people, and we're going to get to the bottom of it.
Stay tuned.
Myself, Gavin Wax, join you next.
Senator Ron Johnson also joins us.

All right, we're very excited and honored to have on someone who's been doing just the absolute yeoman's work on this from the federal level.
Senator Ron Johnson now joins myself and Gavin Wicks here on Human Events Daily.
Senator, how are you?
Doing well, Jack.
How about yourself?
I'm doing well, Senator.
I wanted to also, again, thank you and your team for making a copy of that report available to us so I could use it on the Tucker Carlson program yesterday.
Well, I appreciate you using it, and I do appreciate both you and Tucker recognizing I have very good investigators working for the Perm Subcommittee Investigation.
I'm the ranking member right now, and they're the ones that, you know, really have been doing yeoman work, calling up, reaching out to, and doing interviews with law enforcement.
Now, I wish the federal law enforcement were actually talking to us, but they're channeling us through their you know, congressional liaison offices, but local law enforcement has.
And so what we did do on Sunday, I thought it was important that we release our preliminary findings.
Now, this is very incomplete, very preliminary, but I thought it was very important based on the fact that the federal officials are stonewalling us.
I wanted to get some initial findings out there, primarily to prompt more people to come forward.
People in the general public that witness things, they may have a piece of information they may think is insignificant, but could be an important piece of the puzzle.
We also need more law enforcement individuals, maybe whistleblowers from the federal agencies because their higher-ups are not Since we issued that preliminary finding on Sunday, we've continued to be doing interviews.
We've gotten more people calling in and contacting us through our whistleblower email account, and I do have some additional news.
I think we're going to release this as a press release here shortly, but we have spoken to two eyewitnesses and someone else who also has knowledge from the FBI.
There were eight shell casings found near the dead body.
I wanted to get that out there because I know former Director Cheadle would not answer that question.
I think somebody in the House hearing today indicated that, but we have eyewitnesses that confirmed, two of them that say there were eight shell casings, and other individuals that said that's what the FBI reported as well.
Senator, this is massive.
Thank you so much for doing this incredible work on the behalf of your investigators.
I guess my question would go to Ballistics then at that point.
Do they have any idea what type of shell casings these were?
Were they all the same shell casings?
Do they have any photographs of these shell casings?
Anything like that that you're able to share with us?
All I can say is there were eight.
And again, we're going to be doing more interviews.
I think the good news is I've spoken with The chairman of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigation, Senator Blumenthal, he wants to do a bipartisan investigation, also realizes it's extremely important that we start doing transcribed interviews now.
People's memories fade.
They can be influenced by what they hear on TV.
So we need to capture, and I'm telling anybody who witnessed things, memorialize it now.
Write it down.
If you have video or audio evidence, make backup copies.
You know, certainly make backups before you give it over to the FBI.
But it's extremely important that people, again, memorialize what they know and then contact our office.
We have our whistleblower emails on our webpage.
You can contact us through that email address.
Now, Senator Johnson, you know, we hear that so eight shell casings, we've essentially heard that eight shots rang out in obviously one hitting President Trump, but the rest all within the vicinity of that of that area.
So it seems to be that if eight shots were fired from there, this could really be something that speaks to a single shooter.
Of course, as you say, the investigation is still ongoing.
We need to know Let me ask you as well, though, we hear about the resignation of Director Cheadle earlier this morning after the House Committee investigation or that hearing that she held yesterday, which quite frankly, to my mind, she didn't provide much evidence of all.
Let me get your reaction to her resignation and to her hearing yesterday.
Oh, she should have resigned immediately.
She should have been honest and forthright with the American public.
She wasn't.
I mean, again, I tweeted out immediately, wow, she's not going to answer any questions.
She's using the tired old excuse of an ongoing investigation.
And what I really found infuriating, every time she said, it's only been nine days, what I was thinking, it's been nine days.
I mean, these are basic questions that needed to be answered.
The fact that you aren't willing to answer those questions, it was beyond scandals, quite honestly.
So again, she should resign immediately.
We need, this is why we need a completely independent investigation.
Now there's certain things that Congress simply can't do.
I mean, we don't have the assets to do all the forensics.
We didn't have the people on the ground securing the site, but we certainly can interview witnesses and that's what we must do.
And so I appreciate the House is active in this.
Supposedly, the committee that I used to chair, now being chaired by Senator Peters, I'm a ranking member on permanent subcommittee investigation, both those chairmen, Saying they want a bipartisan investigation, fine.
What I miss would be nice to have it not only bipartisan, but bicameral.
And I would just say to, you know, really confirm that I've got excellent investigators.
Any independent investigation must include my investigatory team.
These guys have stepped into the fray.
They've already done some excellent work.
They need to be part of any independent investigation.
Senator, have you been following the Heritage Foundation's own independent investigation?
I know they recently published some findings online that showed that the shooter's phone had pings in Washington, D.C., in Massachusetts, other areas.
Have you seen or heard anything that show some connections, you know, that the shooter may have had to individuals in D.C.
or elsewhere?
Yeah, not independently from that standpoint.
I'm aware of what the Heritage Foundation is reporting.
You know, the good news here is unlike in 1963, where we had one Zapruder film.
And of course, we had the Warren Commission basically set up to hide evidence, not seek it, not reveal the truth.
Now we literally have hundreds of witnesses, probably hundreds of Zapruder films and audio recordings.
We've got technology.
We've got, you know, the cell phone locators.
It's going to be very difficult.
For the federal government to hide what evidence they find.
We can probably find even more evidence than they may come up with.
So that's why I'm saying we've got to hop on this now.
We need people to come forward, contact our office.
In the end, I think we'll be able to assemble all the pieces of the puzzle to figure out what exactly happened here.
That's certainly my hope.
That's certainly what I'm dedicated to do.
Senator, I received a tip about just a few minutes before it went to air here today from a, I'll just say, a source in Pennsylvania.
I'm from Pennsylvania, pretty well connected there more than just about anywhere else on the planet.
And regarding this man in the gray suit that I know that your office has been tracking, obviously you spoke about this with Reena Bar-Romo on Sunday morning, that they're confirming that this was an ATF A special agent, a member of the Pittsburgh Field Office, which jurisdictionally, I guess, falls under the Philadelphia office.
And the story that I'm being told is that this was an agent who took it upon himself to leave the field office that day when he saw what happened, and then drive up to Butler to be able to receive whatever information that he could to begin some preliminary investigation from the ATF side.
And I wanted to know if that concurs or corroborates anything that you and your investigators have found.
Again, what we found or what we heard from the local law enforcement, you had the Beaver County Sniper Team.
They had secured, well, they were positioned in the AGR building.
They were the first people to go up on the roof to, you know, photograph, you know, see and photograph the dead assassin.
Then they were joined by members of the Allegheny Bomb Squad, you know, probably because they saw some detonators up there.
It was the members of the Allegheny Bomb Squad that apparently told the Beaver County Sniper team to send the photos they had taken to a 215 number, which happened to be a number of an ATF agent in Pittsburgh.
Somewhere during that time period, an individual in a suit, I don't know where the gray suit or the color came in, but somebody in a suit came up on top of the roof.
Those people assumed it was a Secret Service agent.
Didn't sound like he offered any credentials.
Now you're telling me it might have been an ATF agent.
Again, we just don't know.
And it's absurd that we don't know.
I mean, our staff contacted the ATF person, that 215 number.
He said, how do I know your Senate staff?
They emailed him, so they called him back again, and they wouldn't tell us anything.
And then we get the runaround from their congressional liaison, you know, filter all of your requests for information through the congressional liaison, which again, it's just a black hole.
So unfortunately, congressional oversight is atrophied.
We have no way of really enforcing this or we haven't been using our enforcement mechanisms.
So the federal agencies, they just give us the middle finger.
They just could care less.
They just do not respect congressional oversight.
And they're not being forthcoming.
It goes into the black hole.
This is the huge problem.
These are the problems that were identified prior to 9-11, after 9-11.
They go back to 1963 and that moment.
These, of course, are systemic issues that we have where Congress is completely being cut out of the circle.
Quick break.
We're going to hold the Senator over for as long as we can have him today here at Human Events Daily.
Massive breaking news.
Eight shell casings.
Found next to the shooter of the body.
The body of the shooter, according to Senator Johnston's investigative team.
see him.
We'll be right back.
Jack Posobiec back live, New York City.
I'm I'm here with Gavin Wax, the chairman of the New York Republican Young Republican Club, soon to be chairman of the full New York Republican Party.
But we'll we'll we'll see a couple of days in the future here.
We are on and honored to have on Senator Ron Johnson.
His investigators have put together the most thorough public public facing and transparent investigation that we have seen to date of this thing.
We were able to use his findings.
Very graciously was able to give us a copy of his findings for the Tucker Carlson episode yesterday.
Senator, what new information?
So you talk about the eyewitnesses.
Walk through people, by the way, so the serious investigators.
Now, I know as from my background as a Navy intelligence officer, that, of course, the reports that come in, this is something they need to be vetted.
They need to be corroborated.
This is something the investigators have to do.
They can't just, you know, run out there with every story they get in.
Walk me through a little bit of that process of sifting through what you guys have coming in the door.
And remind us again, for anybody who's watching, if you happen to be at that rally or know someone at that rally, where they can go to contact your office with information.
Sure.
Well, it's to whistleblower underscore PSI Johnson at hisgac.senate.gov.
I know it's a big, long one.
But you can find us on the on our web page and you'll be able to contact us.
But, you know, I will first say my investigators were very reluctant to issue preliminary findings because, again, it is so, so incomplete.
It's so preliminary.
But these are all things that we were told by local law enforcement.
I think that's the key.
We reached out immediately to local and federal law enforcement and people started talking to us.
And so we memorialize all these things while it's fresh.
And seeing when I saw how much the federal officials were just not being transparent.
And of course, you had in our Senate briefing on Wednesday, both the FBI and the Secret Service Director saying, you know, boy, we don't want these conspiracy theories to take hold.
Well, if you don't want that to happen, tell the American people what you know.
I think people realize it's incomplete.
It's, you know, it's very early in the process.
They'll cut you some slack on that.
So I'm hoping people cut us some slack on how incomplete and preliminary our findings were.
And if information changes, I'll provide it.
That's one of the reasons I'm saying now that we've had confirmation, eyewitness account, that there were eight shells, you know, maybe that will later rest the concerns that there are maybe there's another shooter.
Again, it's that even that is preliminary.
But it's so important to be conducting the investigation now, and it's so important to have an independent investigation, because unfortunately, and this is sad, we can't trust the Secret Service and the FBI.
We just can't do it.
Look what the FBI did with the Russian collusion hoax.
They knew that was a dirty trick by the Hillary Clinton campaign.
They knew that the source of the Steele dossier was somebody they were investigating as a Russian spy, and yet they allowed the Mueller The special counsel to be set up and put America through political turmoil that hasn't ended to this day.
So, unfortunately, the higher-ups of the FBI, it's corrupt.
I think the Department of Justice is corrupt.
I think higher levels of Secret Service is probably corrupt.
That isn't to say that the people working on the ground, most of them are heroes, okay?
Look what happened in terms of the detail around President Trump.
They put their bodies and they protected President Trump.
Those folks are heroes.
But at the top of these agencies, they're political, they're partisan, and we can't trust them.
Senator, playing off of that theme that you're referencing in terms of the corruption in our institutions, what tools does Congress have to bring some sort of accountability to these agencies, to these institutions, to these officials?
I know, obviously, the Director of the Secret Service is resigning, but I saw some reports that she's still set to collect quite a hefty pension.
In the years to come.
I'm not sure if Congress has any levers or leverage that they could utilize here to bring some sort of accountability.
Gavin, I think they call that hush money.
Yeah, hush money.
Well, I'm not going to dive into that right now, but is there anything that Congress could do to really start to bring some sense of accountability to these runaway bureaucracies?
Well, we do have the power of the purse, but you need 60 senators to enforce that.
You also need a president willing to sign it.
We do have constitutional authority to do oversight.
Unfortunately, that oversight authority, Congress has allowed that to atrophy.
I mean, I'd say the Senate is not particularly serious about investigations.
I'm the ranking member on the permanent subcommittee investigation.
We have as strong a subpoena power as any committee in the Senate.
I've got five investigators.
Five.
That's it.
You know, when I was chairman of the full committee and we were providing funding, you know, I just provided what was provided in the past.
My funding, when I took over as ranking member, was cut.
And that funding hasn't been restored.
So if we're really serious about this, we're going to have to fund a serious independent commission or, you know, somebody.
And I guess what I'm saying is I know I've got serious and experienced and really good investigators We need to be part of any congressional investigation into this.
I think we've proven our chops just in our initial invest, in investigatory steps we've taken.
But again, what we can do is we can subpoena, we can enforce those subpoenas with contempt charges.
If the Department of Justice isn't willing to, you know, arrest those individuals, we have sergeants of arms.
We can go pick those people up.
Now that has not been done for a very long time.
Maybe we need to start doing that If people don't cooperate with our constitutionally provided authority.
Senator, when you talk about potential for full investigations, would you support, do you believe that the resources that you have currently, it sounds like you don't think you have the full resources from the Permits-Like Committee, would you support, we've heard by the way on the House side they're talking about this, an independent investigatory body to be constituted a commission or a committee to look into the attempted assassination attempt on President Trump.
I think it's going to be needed.
I think Mark Morgan has suggested that, the former head of Customs and Border Protection.
He actually suggested I chair that effort.
You know, listen, I just want to make sure I'm an integral part of any bipartisan or any bicameral investigation because, again, I've proven my staff's ability to really uncover facts, both the Russian collusion investigation, the Hunter Biden investigation, and now this.
We are serious individuals.
We are serious about obtaining the truth.
The truth, not on a partisan basis.
The truth is what we need to explore.
I need serious people that know how to get the truth.
Senator Johnson, I know that you've got to run.
I want to thank you for your yeoman's stand, your yeoman's work.
Please thank your staff for us as well.
And please come back the minute that, and we'll certainly be in touch, by the way, even when we're off air to get the latest breaking.
And I hope to have you on soon.
Appreciate the opportunity.
Thank you.
So, Gavin, what we just heard from the senator, a breakdown how important that is, not just the fact that we found the eight casings, because I want to marinate on that for a second, but what he's talking about, that the institutions are not responding to congressional oversight.
This is a senator on the Permanent Select Committee on Investigations.
Yeah, look, it goes to show that Congress has sort of been sidestepped in favor of this behemoth, this giant faceless bureaucracy.
I was using Leviathan yesterday.
I think that's the best term for it.
I mean, what we're seeing is kind of just how far our republic has fallen in recent years that our elected officials, our highest ranking elected officials, Senators, chairs of these these select committees, these subcommittees, they have basically very limited options when it comes to tackling them.
Yes, they have the power of subpoena.
You know, he referenced, you know, possibly using the sergeant in arms to arrest people who refuse to answer those subpoenas.
But at the end of the day, it looks like we're in a process right now where they're destroying evidence or they're hiding evidence.
I mean, Cheadle said yesterday that there were no recorded radio communications from that day.
I mean, how is that possible?
Unless she's lying or unless they've destroyed it.
So we really have no idea what's happening.
We're picking up the pieces as we go.
There's independent investigators.
There's outside investigators.
You have the senator's investigation.
But I still feel like we're going up against a machine right now and they're doing their best to protect the machine.
You know, it's interesting, by the way, and I'll You know, kind of pull back the curtain a little bit.
So when, when, when Tucker and I were going through the timeline and through the Senator's report on the show yesterday, that was actually because we sat down beforehand for a couple hours before that interview.
And I said to Tucker, Hey, we've got the report.
Do you want to go through it?
And they said, no, we want to go through it on air to get that raw feel of an actual investigation, to get that actual first reaction, get it all on footage.
So that's the reason for anyone, and as the Senator is saying, so I hope that he and his investigators don't think that we're being critical of them.
If there's anyone to be critical of, it is the government.
And this is where I threw down this new concept, I think, and hat tip to the great Scott Adams, is that In situations like this, at this point, the government does not have the presumption of innocence.
The government has the presumption of guilt.
The burden is on them to prove their innocence in all of these cases.
I'm not just talking about this shooting, but I'm talking about every single one of these scandals.
In addition to, by the way, the fact that we were kept, that the condition of the President of the United States was kept completely hidden from the American public for almost a full week.
Oh, absolutely.
Until he called.
By the way, until he called in just a few minutes ago.
Right, until he called into the show to promote promo code Tanya.
But before that, we had no idea.
Seriously?
Seriously?
We had no idea who was running this country.
We had no idea if he was alive or dead.
We still have no idea what's going on.
I mean, we are literally living in sort of like a USSR-style regime right now.
I mean, it's all court intrigue.
Imagine what they'd be saying if this happened in Russia.
Of course.
Or China.
Or North Korea right now.
They speculate on palace coups all the time.
They'd be losing their minds.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
How many coups has Putin survived?
One for sure.
Right.
One for sure since the war started.
One for sure.
But I mean, we're seeing these American, DC-style coups happening before our very eyes.
I mean, we are living through history.
We're not at the end of history.
We're still living very much through it.
And listen, I think with these investigations, you know, I'm just concerned about the quality of the evidence that we're getting.
I mean, I know they found, you know, they're finding things, but look at how open This, uh, this crime scene was.
I mean, random ATF agents are showing up, random men in suits.
I mean, there was no control.
Well, and I'm gonna say this, I'm gonna throw it down, and I mentioned this on Tucker as well, but...
If an ATF agent was there in plainclothes who walked up to the crime scene, then that begs the question, how many other federal assets were there in that crowd in plainclothes?
You mean to tell me that this is the first time that Donald Trump has held a rally that federal agents didn't have plainclothes?
I'm sure, by the way, that there were plainclothes units in that crowd from the local police.
I'm sure that the federal agencies had at least some assets in there.
Why wouldn't you do that, by the way?
If you want to maintain basic security.
So, if there were... And so, Kimberly Cheadle, I know that you've resigned, but don't go too far from DC, Kim, because your presence will be requested very soon.
Right back soon, Jack Posobiec, Gavin Wax, Kenny Cody from Human Events is joining us after the break.
Jack, where is Jack?
Where is Jack?
Where is Jack?
Where is he?
Jack, I want to see you.
Great job, Jack.
Thank you.
What a job you do.
You know, we have an incredible thing.
We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the guys who should be getting Pulitzer's.
Alright, Jack Posobiec back live here, Human Events Daily, live in New York City.
We're with Gavin Wax, folks.
The world is in flames.
As you know, at this point, Bidenomics is a complete and total disaster.
So bad that it ran him out of office.
But it cannot and will not ruin my day.
Do you know why?
It's because I start my day with a hot America First cup.
A blackout coffee.

Folks, we need to talk about the Kamala coup.
Not just about Kamala Harris and her electoral prospects, etc.
No.
We need to pause and actually talk about the fake process that's going on before our eyes right now.
The coronation of Kamala Harris.
The coronation, and that is what it is.
Gavin Wax, Jack Posobiec, we are joined by our next guest, columnist for Human Events, Kenny Cody.
Kenny, how are you?
I'm good, Jack.
I'm good, Gavin.
Good to see you guys.
Kenny, is this what we are supposed to see in American politics?
This idea that all of the delegation, the delegates' votes, should be thrown out of the window, the Democrat primary should be thrown out of the window, and all of a sudden a new candidate, who didn't run in the primary, by the way, is nominated?
No, by the way, it should go to the person who got the second most votes, who would be, by the way, Dean Phillips.
Yes, it would be.
Well, no.
I mean, it's arguably the worst and most undemocratic move in the history of our country in terms of modern politics.
I mean, you have somebody like Kamala Harris who quite literally has Hey guys, we got a little audio issue on Kenny, but Gavin, let me go to you real quick.
Gavin, just this idea that the Democratic process, at least on the Democrat side, it doesn't exist, does it?
What is the process that actually happened?
I mean, they are running their party like they want to run the country.
It's ruled by oligarchs.
In this case, it's the party insiders, the party elites.
They're superdelegates.
There is really no democracy within the Democrat Party.
I mean, I don't think they've had a real primary since, I don't know, 2012?
Maybe?
You have to go back several cycles to see any real, true primary process.
Now they're a new nominee.
I'm gonna call her 1% Kamala.
I mean, because that is what she got, or less than that, when she actually ran in the primary in 2020.
I mean, this is a candidate who barely won a statewide race as a Democrat in California when she ran for Attorney General.
She certainly has massive electoral vulnerabilities and Donald Trump is not a strong candidate by any means and is not a candidate that's been vetted by the Democrat Party voting base.
It's not a candidate that's been really vetted at all by the general populace.
Think about the nature of what we're talking about here, right?
So these are the people who tell us, Donald Trump is a threat to our democracy.
We must save our democracy.
And so in the name of democracy, we're going to throw out all the votes of our own primary And Dave Portnoy, by the way, who's not a conservative by any means, he's actually been ringing the bell on this, saying, hello, is anybody waking up?
We're supposed to vote for a nominee and the people vote and they choose someone and then that goes on to face, because he comes from sports, right?
He understands the basics of fairness, the basics of the rules of the game.
They're not following the rules.
They're not following anything.
This is raw, unbridled, naked, Absolutely.
Listen, I think they're burning through their own legitimacy for the sake of power, and I think it's going to cost them.
that way the Democrat Party is controlled.
It's actually how our government is controlled.
Absolutely.
Listen, I think they're burning through their own legitimacy for the sake of power, and I think it's going to cost them.
I mean, look, there's tons of statistics out there that show that candidates that go through a primary process do better in the general election.
This is going to come to haunt Kamala Kamala Harris, whatever her name is.
It's going to haunt her and her campaign, whoever her VP pick is.
This sort of rule by diktat, rule by elite backroom decision-making.
This isn't going to fly long-term.
I think the polls are reflective of that, and we're going to see how things unfold over the next few months.
All right, I'm told that we've got Kenny back up.
Kenny, what is the nature of our government then?
Who actually is in control?
I used the line yesterday.
I said, Leviathan has revealed itself.
Who is actually calling the shots in Washington, D.C.?
Well, I think it's the Obamas, the Clintons, it's the lobbyists, it's the military-industrial complex that control Washington.
I mean, we're seeing all the same people who have always consolidated the power in Washington, D.C.
Yet again, do it.
I mean, I heard Alex Jones say last night that, you know, Biden technically is going against the deep state now trying to retain his power and the deep state want to get him to nominate Kamala Harris.
I mean, it is the single most undemocratic move in the history of modern politics when nobody who has ran in the primary and Kamala Harris didn't get a single primary vote.
Jason Palmer got more primary votes and delegate votes than she did in the American Samoa.
OK, so we're talking about somebody like a Dean Phillips or Marianne Williamson.
And the Democratic Party can always say that they went through a Democrat process.
They went through a primary, technically, but it was the single most one consolidated power in the history of American primaries and party primaries.
I mean, Donald Trump had a more competitive primary than Joe Biden did in terms of going against these people that are literally ostracized from the Democratic Party for even thinking about bringing up issues like Biden's age, like Biden's visibility, viability.
And now they've replaced Biden at the very tail end where they have seen his poll numbers tank.
And that's the only reason that Biden got replaced.
It's not because of his incoherency.
It is because he's old.
It's because he can't beat Donald Trump.
And if we're allowing party nominations at the DNC, at conventions, and delegates to just consolidate power over to another candidate, all because he is losing an election, Then what is the point of primaries in general?
Why couldn't we solely just nominate Donald Trump because he was a former president?
No, we let him go through the primary process like democracy, which is what the Democrat Party supposedly stands for, for their January 6th virtue seemingly in gaslighting that they've done over the last three years.
And now they all of a sudden can just nominate the vice president.
And nominate somebody who did not go through the primary process as their nominee out of absolutely nowhere.
The GOP has got to hop on this.
We have got to call out their hypocrisy.
If we want to win the narrative back, we have to realize that the deep state elite still control the Democratic Party, and we can't allow the unit party to win.
Ironically enough, Biden went through the most deep state battle that probably he's ever been through, considering he's been through the most deep state part of being part of the deep state most of his political career.
But now, We're seeing the deep state truly winning, nominating Kamala Harris and going through the absolute most non-anti-democratic primary process and nomination process that we've ever seen in American politics by the nomination of this woman.
Did it surprise you, Kenny, at the speed at which they, when she went to go and visit that, and by the way, we've got the footage now, this first footage of Joe Biden walking out of the SUV to Air Force One.
I believe he called us from Air Force One, by the way, earlier here in the show.
But, Kenny, did it surprise you at all the speed at which the signs around the Biden for America Campaign office were removed, thrown out, and replaced immediately with Kamala signs.
It surprised me a little bit because I thought that they would see Harris as the second most unpopular Democrat within the party.
Because, I mean, historically she got 1.5% in 2020, didn't even make it to Iowa even though she was the second highest funded campaign besides Michael Bloomberg eventually in the 2020 primary.
So I thought they would maybe try to pivot to somebody like Michelle Obama, Gretchen Whitmer, Gavin Newsom.
But it kind of surprised me in that way, but it doesn't surprise me that they went ahead and consolidated behind another candidate because this has always been their plan.
They wanted to see and wanted to give the test run out there because Biden, ironically enough, they probably thought Biden was the most electable candidate back before the first debate because their bench was so weak and Kamala Harris and others are so weak going against Trump or any other Republican that they're polling against.
But they went ahead and consolidated behind their person.
The unit parties decided that Kamala Harris was the next going to be the next Democratic nominee.
Incredible work.
They went ahead and consulted out all that money to make sure that the money gets transferred over from one donor to the next, one campaign to the next with an easy transition.
And now we're seeing a consequence in polling and being reflective of Kamala being the most second.
Like I said, if there's one unpopular person in the Democratic Party, it was Joe Biden after the first debate.
But unfortunately, the Democrats are now having to consolidate behind the second most.
Incredible work, Kenny Cody.

By the way, Gavin, Do you think for a second that there weren't a bunch of cars in that parking lot of the Trump supporters in Butler, PA that didn't have firearms in them?
Oh, absolutely not.
I mean, the central part of PA, you know, is basically like Alabama in terms of its culture.
It's like the T, right?
So it's it's I know Carville has the, you know, the pencil tucky, but it's also it's like we call it the T. So it's like it goes up to sort of to Erie and then it goes up on the other side, you know, towards towards Pike County, you know, Scranton area.
And that's why he tries to use Scranton Joe all the time.
And then it goes to the middle like that.
That is the hunting, fishing, trapping, camping, outdoors part of Pennsylvania.
I know Butler well, I got my dog in Butler, my fiancé's family's from Western PA, we just came back from Erie, so I certainly think that this is a gun-toting crowd.
We actually had family, her family was, you know, we got some special passes to the Butler Rally, that they were there, they visited, and they saw the insanity that transpired.
How close were they?
They were 30 feet away from the shots.
Were they in line of fire?
Yeah, so they heard the things whizzing and my fiance's uncle wanted to go sit in the bleachers on the side where Corey Comparatore ultimately, sadly, tragically, within, you know, could see where he was and had the ability to go sit there because they had the special passes so they had access.
So they were in that area and we heard from them in the beginning because they checked in with us like we got through the line.
And then obviously we saw the news and, you know, it was like, you know, total communication blackout for hours.
So we didn't hear from them hours later.
One of the reasons for that, by the way, is standard operating procedures that you would kill all radio signals just in case.
Now, I remember saying this live, by the way, within minutes, calling in here on Rav.
After it happened, I said, well, they would kill radio signals on the off chance that he's got some remote controlled explosives.
Turns out he absolutely had remote control.
So what happened to that, by the way?
Because we've heard the story change.
He had a van with explosives.
He drove a sedan.
Then he rode a bike two hours.
I mean, we're still not even sure how he even got to the site.
I mean, so many basic questions are being left unanswered by something, something that would make sense.
So if it was the van, he could carry the explosives in the van.
He carried the bike in the van, leave the van with the explosives, ride the bike.
And then potentially blow the van as a distraction to get out.
That's possible.
I mean, they also said that he had planted the weapon.
This is what I heard.
I can't even say they said.
This is just some of the reports I've seen and I've read that he planted the weapon on site before they did the site clearance, which would even make sense how they wouldn't have caught that.
And if he didn't have it planted there.
You can see there's some kind of bag on that bicycle.
Correct.
I mean, it looks like a rifle bag for anyone who's hunted anyone who's actually when we have Tucker he had a rifle bag just like that sitting next to the sitting right next in the next to like the table in the cabin.
I mean that that's what a rifle bag looks like.
There's you know, we've got your telescope carry my telescope with me to the Trump rally.
You know, my rangefinder and my drone.
At one point, it's like, are we going to hear that?
Oh, and by the way, he went up to the Secret Service and he asked them if they could give him a ride around the rally so he could see all the bleachers.
And they said, yeah, sure.
Come on in, Tommy.
Yeah, there's so many questions that are failing.
No one is answering.
We're not getting any more answers.
We're just getting more questions.
There's such a lack of transparency.
Some of it, I'm sure, is just pure incompetence.
You know, the basic common denominator is just incompetence.
But I certainly think that they're hiding a lot here.
I just don't understand how he got within 150 yards with such a clear shot.
He had a weapon.
He was able to get a ladder.
He was able to get explosives.
He was able to access the site.
He was able to scope out the site.
I mean, so many things that I just don't understand how he was allowed to do and how there are still no answers nine days, ten days later.
So the central thesis that I put up with Tucker was that Joe Biden would not have been taken out if that bullet I fully agree with that.
I think we've seen a lot of events move rather quickly since the failed assassination attempt.
I think a lot of them were contingent on that assassination attempt going one way or the other.
Since it failed, I think we've seen them start to activate a lot of other machinations, a lot of court intrigue, and they're pushing out Biden.
And I also think they understand that they needed to push out Biden now because President Trump saw an electoral surge in the polling, post-assassination attempt, post-convention, post-announcing the VP, and allowing Biden to be the nominee would just be, you know, it was a guaranteed loss for them.
So I think they're taking a risk with Kamala, whatever her name is.
They're trying to see, you know, what's the worst that could happen.
Don't commit a hate crime now.
Mika Brzezinski says it's a hate crime to get it wrong.
That is true, that is true.
I don't want to get, you know, coconuts thrown at me or something.
But that's not a hate crime, by the way.
That's not.
They're the ones throwing that out.
I'm not even going to say it, but if you look up on Urban Dictionary, the coconuts, it's not a very nice thing.
So you guys are the ones saying that.
But meanwhile, Gavin, think about this.
We've got a President of the United States Who we have no idea what his actual capacity is.
We have nobody who's running the government.
It's clearly not either of these two people, and it's definitely not Donald Trump.
We don't know who's running the government.
And the vice president is running around posting Gen Z memes.
Last question, and, you know, just rapid fire.
Do you think they make Kamala president before the DNC?
I think there's a, oh, before the DNC, ooh.
Well, maybe.
I think there's a very good shot of that.
That's a rumor I'm hearing right now.
If we had not seen that very strange proof of life video, I would have been more inclined to say yes.
I'm still on the fence about that.
I think it's a very high possibility that she becomes president before November.
I don't know about before the DNC.
Joe Biden's final gift to the country, our first female president.
