The text messages really lay out a plan that links Trump's own attorneys to the operatives on the ground who did get access to these voting systems in a rural Georgia county.

It has a case number.
It has the file date of today.
It has a judicial officer, Rachel Carenzale.
I have the case status open.
It is a 13 count indictment.
of Donald John Trump, violation of RICO, solicitation of violation of oath, conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer, conspiracy to commit forgery, morgue forgery, forgery, forgery, forgery, false documents, violation of oath, false statements and writings.
Folks, how did the Georgia, Fulton County, Georgia, DA have the results of the grand jury's vote even before the grand jury has voted?
The grand jury is still accepting testimony right now.
They're still taking testimony right now in Fulton County, Georgia.
DA Fannie Mose, you done messed up.
You done messed up.
Because this means you have now tainted this grand jury.
You have tampered with your jury.
You've told them what the results of their vote will be, or at least what you expect them to be.
We're going to keep you until we get the proper votes.
We're going to make sure that you stay in this jury.
We're going to make sure that you vote properly.
This is the answer that we require.
And you are going to give it to us.
Yes, you will, jury.
Well, here's the problem.
That's not how this is supposed to work in our system.
It's supposed to be, you solicit testimony, then the grand jury votes, then they send it to the DA, then the DA makes a decision based off of the grand jury's recommendation.
That's the exact opposite of what happened here.
And Reuters is the one that blew this all up.
Because Reuters reported it initially from the website.
They saw the docket.
It gets pulled off the docket.
They say, what's going on?
They have the screenshots.

What just happened is the Fulton County Grand Jury was tainted by the actions of whoever was involved in this and ultimately tainted by DA Fannie Willis because she's the one in charge of this.
These charges, and we have them right here, we have the full receipts of this, we have the screenshot from their own website.
This isn't, by the way, like when I saw Carrie Lake just respond to me on Twitter, With that screenshot of her election results reported by media.
This is different than just me.
It's actually worse.
It's actually worse.
Because this is the government telling you, telling you, on an official government website, that your prosecution will be humming.
It will be handed down.
We are deliberately tainting our process.
We're deliberately meddling with our process.
And we know it.
We know exactly what we're doing.
So the question is, and I certainly hope the Trump lawyers get all over this, and I certainly hope they file injunction immediately at whatever court they have to, state level or federal level, to deal with this, because this grand jury has been irrevocably tainted from the very start.
Do not let them.
Do not let them say that this grand jury was not tainted, because you know that that report from Reuters, this screenshot is going around now inside that courthouse.
Everyone's talking about it.
I guarantee you, everyone is talking about this.
13 charges!
Violation of the Georgia RICO Act, solicitation of violation of oath, conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer, conspiracy to commit forgery, again and again, it's all conspiracy, conspiracy, false documents, etc, etc.
And we know exactly what's coming because we've been telling you that this is exactly what would be coming for a while now.
But what we didn't know is that they were going to tip their hand in such a way that it actually taints the grand jury itself.
And keep in mind that this grand jury is the second grand jury in the case because I believe we have some footage of the original jury foreman in the special grand jury Who was seated last year looking into all this under Fannie Mae.
So now they're tainting this grand jury.
Let's go look at the tape.
Who was it that was running the original grand jury in Georgia that started this process?
I wanted to hear from the former president, but honestly, I kind of wanted to subpoena the former president because I got to swear everybody in.
And so I thought it'd be really cool to get 60 seconds with President Trump of me looking at him and being like, do you solemnly swear?
And me getting to swear him in, I just, I kind of just thought that would be an awesome moment.
After everything that you've seen, what would your reaction be if the DA decides against bringing any charges after what you've seen?
I will be sad if nothing happens.
That's about my only request there is for something to happen.
I don't necessarily know what it is.
I'm not the legal expert.
I'm not the judge.
I'm not the lawyers.
But I will be frustrated if nothing happens.
This was too much.
Too much information.
Too much of my time.
Too much of everyone's time.
Too much of their time.
Too much argument in court about getting people to appear before us.
There was just too much for this to just be, oh okay, we're good, bye.

Now, Tony, we were going to talk about Ukraine a little bit, some of the new reports that are coming out of there, juxtapose that with with Maui, but I've got to get your comment, Tony, on all of the breaking news that we're seeing out of this.
And let me just hear if you agree.
Do you agree with my assessment that this has, in fact, tainted the grand jury?
Oh, no doubt.
I think it's ironic.
We were going to talk about Ukraine and Russia when what we're looking at here is Soviet level wrongdoing.
This is what they would do in the Soviet Union.
Why why bother Jack dealing with a grand jury?
Let's just make up the charges and then we'll send it to the grand jury for a validation.
That's what was going to happen here.
And I think it's it's grandly ironic that you have a DA who is I can only imagine the level of incompetence That one has to have to screw things up this to this level.
But this is George Soros bought the best loyal slugs out there, but he did not bother to actually include competency.
So that's a that's a good thing for President Trump and the folks actually hoping that there will be some level of justice.
But yeah, it's there's just no way at this point that anybody will take anything coming out of Uh, Fulton County out of, uh, this situation is serious.
I mean, everybody knows that this has been a circus.
And so I think, uh, well, I think they're going to go forward with the indictments.
I don't think anybody who actually has, uh, an ounce of integrity is going to see this for anything more than being a political witch hunt, which, which it is.
Tony, let me ask you a question that I've asked a lot of people about this situation in general, and not necessarily Fulton County, but there's various indictments against Trump right now.
I asked Vivek Ramaswamy when he was on, and I'll ask you as well.
Do you think that, you know, we're running out of Rubicons to cross, but do you think that in any of these cases, if given the chance, that they will actually pursue, not just conviction, But pursue a sentencing where we see Donald Trump be put behind bars.
Do you think they will actually try to do that?
If he's convicted, of course, they're going to do that.
This is all about trying to make sure that that Trump is locked up.
I mean, I'm serious.
That is their objective.
I don't believe for a minute, Jack, any case I've seen.
I'm not a lawyer.
I do.
I have pretended to be one.
And one case is in front of the Iowa Supreme Court as part of my trial.
But I'm not a lawyer.
and nor am I pretending to be at this point, but from my professional understanding of the law, not a single charge, even if he's convicted, will stand up to the scrutiny of the Supreme Court.
I think this is all going to go to the Supreme Court.
It's all going to be overturned, and it's all going to go away.
But yes, if the left is successful in landing any one of these issues as a conviction, they're going to seek prison time because they want to humiliate President Trump.
That's what it is.
It's all about trying to basically punish someone who dared oppose the uniparty or whatever you want to call the left-wing progressives.
And the neocons on the right who essentially are very unhappy with what Trump did or will do if he should come back into power.
And let me ask you this with your intel officer hat on, because this is something that I've spoken about and something that you know as well.
And we're coming up on a break here.

Tony, if they, and I'll hold you over, Tony, if they move to actually put Trump behind bars, what do you think that does for the stability of the United States?
Well, that's a whole other can of worms.
And when you have the population who now I think is awoken, they're not woke, they have awoken to the level of corruption that exists within DOJ and how much of the government has become a solely owned subsidiary of the Democrat Party.
People aren't going back.
I have a number of rock and roll friends, Hollywood types that are quiet, but they're very much aware.
And, you know, Jack, these are lesbians.
These are liberals.
These are free speech folks who are fed up with their party doing these horrific things.
So I think if they're seeing it, you're going to have more America wake up and show up to do something about it.
I don't think anybody would accept President Trump.
Look, you know, I kind of, I stole Dershowitz's line about the banana republics earlier, and I said we're at four bananas.
We're at four bananas now.
Four bananas to the banana republic, but We need to have serious questions about what the stability of the United States will be in a raucous environment like this when you've got a tainted grand jury now moving.
And we kind of already know.
We kind of already know.
It's fait accompli that the indictments will come tomorrow.
How do you even trust a system like this?

Now, Tony, I do want to dive into this a little bit because I think it's an extremely dangerous but also potentially plausible situation.
Look, the FBI just went in last week with this 75-year-old 300-pound keyboard warrior in in Utah, pre-dawn raid.
Right.
They could have picked him up when he was going for groceries, but no, they went and pursued the most, you know, the most aggressive, most aggressive move they could possibly against him.
This is something that that you guys would do in Afghanistan, you know, after considerable planning, but probably not inside Yes, the United States.
Yes, certainly not inside the United States.
But even if you're in Afghanistan, if you had a 300 pound Al Qaeda member with limited mobility, I don't know if the pre-dawn raid is really the the route you need to take with it.
But when you've got a situation like that, that's going on on the ground on on a regular basis, it feels like now in the United States, Roger Stone got a pre-dawn raid as well.
Right.
Unfortunately, that one didn't end and escalate as violently as this one did.
But when we're seeing things like this, and also being told that our former president is about to be indicted, he will most likely be convicted by at least one of these juries.
These sentences clearly hold jail time.
Walk me through, just take the United States out of it, but walk me through just a neutral country When you are, as an intelligence officer, looking at the the potential indicators for civil unrest, are there any that we're missing?
So the closest analogy to the current situation in modern history is Venezuela.
If you recall, Jack, the Venezuelan government decided under Hugo Chavez to become essentially a communist state.
And I'm just not that I'm calling the Democrat Party communists.
I'm saying they've adapted and adopted certain traits of the Soviet Union, and we just talked about a few of them.
So what we saw play out in Venezuela would be playing out here, where you see wholesale chaos, you see lawlessness, you see lack of resources, all those things would start and you would have strong political movements who would be activated And responsive to the injustices, as we saw in Venezuela.
So I think that to your point regarding instability, Venezuela has never fully recovered.
It's still basically a third world country.
So we would, we would, I would, I believe we would see the veneer of a Latin America dictatorship Become the most prominent feature of the United States, because that's what Biden, it's what the entire administration, Merrick Garland.
I mean, I could go through the rogues gallery of all these folks, Jack, who have basically compromised their integrity for purposes of using their political power to go after a political rival.
And again, that's what Hugo Chavez has done in the beginning to To be able to establish a path forward for Maduro to have power now.
It's become very clear that Venezuela, a country full of resources, rich beyond most expectations, the entire population could live very well.
They don't live well because the fact is their government has become a dictatorship that's focused on a communist model.
And that's the way I would see things playing out here.
A little bit different here, though, Jack, I think, because we do have much more of the population armed.
And please do not take my comments as threatening violence or any such thing.
All I'm saying is- Look, look, look, every time- I'll put out the disclaimer, but every time that we want to have one of these discussions, we always have to put out the disclaimer that says, we are not calling for this.
We are not advocating any of these things.
I do not want any of this stuff to happen.
If you want to have a political dispute, fine.
Let's go to the ballot box.
Let's go to the voting booth.
Exactly.
Let's have that be our pressure release valve.
However, we are also talking about what happens in other countries where people are armed and they feel particularly aggrieved and they also feel that the government is not listening to them or giving them that pressure release valve.
Well stated.
Now the other thing about the release valve, let's go back to the inner cities.
Recently, over the weekend, a part of California I've spent some time in actually had riots because The state of California has basically removed all consequences for theft or minor offenses relating to what they consider social crimes.
And you had in the Topanga Mall, which I've been to near Tarzana, I have several friends who live there in the Woodland Hills area, had a spontaneous basically riot of people looting the mall.
So when you see this happening in all of the different major metropolitan areas, that's designed to create violence and chaos.
They are creating it, not us.
It's those who essentially are in the positions of power who have taken charge All violence is being perpetrated and encouraged by the left.
who are then using those levers to create the chaos and conditions for violence, that is through Antifa, through BLM, through these riots, as well as then trying to antagonize a large part of the population by going after a political leader.
So all violence is being perpetrated and encouraged by the left.
And that is what it is.
It's a situation that many have likened to and they used a phrase anarcho-tyranny.
Anarcho-tyranny, because on one level you've got anarchists, you've got looters, you've got BLM criminals.
that are essentially given free reign, as you say, in California, some of these other blue zone jurisdictions.
But then on the other hand, if you're a member of the other party, and they don't like your Facebook posts, they'll come and kill you at 6:15 in the morning.
If you, you know, made a phone call, and even though the Washington Post had to retract their initial reporting on the phone call between Brian Kemp, the governor of Georgia, and President Trump, that they're still moving forward with an indictment, nevertheless, right? that they're still moving forward with an indictment, nevertheless, right?
That is the tyranny.
Or by the, by the way, if you, um, If you uh get into an argument with somebody on an airplane over wearing a mask or if you uh if you if you're caught um you know with your with your tail light out if you're uh you're you know you don't have the right vaccination I actually had somebody ask me for a vaccination card last week and we were doing something in DC and then somebody asked me for a vaccine I just laughed I just I absolutely just laughed you're still asking me number one I never got one of those and number two no I just we just said no absolutely said no That is the tyranny.
And so I guess, Tony, my question is, how much of this is deliberate?
Oh, it's all deliberate.
Look, within the last 24 hours, there was a decision in one of the federal courts basically chastising the Biden administration for having actively participated in the suppression of free speech.
So it's all planned.
I mean, during the first two years of the Biden administration, and by the way, Jack, you and I both know a lot of it started under Trump.
I'm not saying Trump did it.
I'm saying Trump was not as proficient as he should have been policing up the ranks of those working for him because the DHS capacity to do the wholesale monitoring and adjustment of information that the government doesn't like happened during Trump's watch, and it became Really implemented under Biden and Biden's White House was fully wedding.
The digital director was involved in this.
There's ample evidence.
So yeah, it's all on purpose when it starts at the White House.
It permeates every aspect of federal bureaucracies and every aspect of local jurisdictions.
Which are essentially controlled or leaning towards the Democrat Party.
And again, here locally, I live in a very red county in North Carolina.
Nobody here who recognizes what the larger Democrat Party is doing will have a D near their name.
They see it for what it is.
So it's a very dangerous time, but it's all orchestrated with a clear intent to basically suppress any speech they disagree with and provide a path to continued power by the left indefinitely into perpetuity, no matter what it takes to do that.

Very apocalyptic, actually, is the best way to describe it.
And so when you see this, tell us, are you seeing, and I hate to say this, but we've heard that there were 96 confirmed deaths already, but are you seeing or hearing any more?
Because I've been getting a lot of reports just through social media, through the internet, I'm sure you're hearing more on the ground, that we've been told that those numbers are essentially low.
Is that what you're hearing as well?
And are you seeing anything that can confirm those reports?
Or is that just chatter?
What we experienced yesterday was we actually the pictures that you're showing on the screen right now.
Those are areas, quite frankly, that hadn't even the the cadaver dogs had not been there yet.
So it's there's a lot of territory that's yet to be combed over.
And I think you're going to find, unfortunately, that those numbers are going to skyrocket.
So, when we're seeing these images, by the way, you know, people keep asking, they say, this is the craziest wildfire that we've seen, because these images, to me, look like something that you would see out of a war zone.
It looks like when, you know, the military conducts an airburst, the scorch marks that we're seeing, some of the bodies of animals that we've seen, there was a dog video that was going around, looks completely charred.
Are you able to walk us through some of the things that you saw like that?
Yeah, it's, you know, War Zone actually is probably a great description.
Like I say, you're seeing what we shot yesterday.
They did not have time to get out.
Talked to many, many people.
Many said, listen, I had three minutes.
Didn't have time.
There was such a traffic jam that people literally left their cars, ran on foot, jumped in the ocean, did whatever they needed to do in order to get away from this very aggressive wildfire.
Only, so when something like this comes up, we're also hearing reports that there are early warning systems, there's alert systems within the area.
Only three minutes were people not receiving these, these messages we get on our phones all the time.
Did something break down?
Yeah, I think that's, they'll have an internal review afterwards, I'm sure, to figure out exactly what went wrong, if there was a breakdown, but just over and over again, we heard that we just did not have a lot but just over and over again, we heard that we just did not It happened that fast, literally.
And so, for people that lived in Lahaina, who lived in that area, were they mostly able to get out to spots like where you are now?
Are there people who are still trapped behind?
What's the current situation?
Well, you can't You can't get into Lahaina unless you have someone who is a resident there.
What's really interesting, Jack, is wildfires evidently have a mind of their own.
In those pictures that you've seen, literally blocks were wiped out, but then you'd have a house right smack in the middle of it that wasn't touched.
It's there's just no no rhyme or reason to it.
It just really just happened that that way and so they're beginning to get back in to see everything that I saw that was burned was was just a total complete devastation.
There was no recovery of property at all.
So tell us a little bit about CityServe.
What is CityServe doing and how can people support your efforts?
Thank you, Jack, for that.
CityServe is an organization that is dedicated in meeting the needs of our communities through the local church.
Our role and responsibility is to resource the local church so that they can become the heroes in their community.
And that's what we've done here in this area in Maui with King's Cathedral.
They literally have become the epicenter of help on this island here.
And we believe in partnerships, Jack.
CityServe, partnering with Apollo White Ministries, No Child Hungry, Mercy Chefs, all of them are right here in King's Cathedral, just meeting the needs of people.
This has become, quite frankly, a place where people sleep, and they're housing several hundred islanders every night.
Feeding them three square meals a day, compliments of Mercy Chefs.
And CityServe is coming along and we augment and supplement this with, we've got 250,000 pre-packed meals coming.
We have clothing from our friends at Jockey that will be, they're on their way now as well.
So, we're here just to lift up the arms and just show the love of Jesus to the people who are We're hurting here and on the island.

Now I imagine that with some of these displaced folks, unfortunately it has to be said that you have situations where maybe the family's been separated, you're missing someone, a family member, God forbid, missing a child separated from parents.
We heard there were stories about kids being sent home, the parents didn't know they were home, or they were sent somewhere else.
How is the recovery of missing persons, or at least hopefully the meet-up of missing persons and separated persons going logistically?
Yeah, from day one, that has been the number one issue here, is making sure that people are well, are safe, are somewhere.
You know, we're day four or five into this now, so most of those, if they haven't connected with a loved one by now, I think they've got some heavy hearts that will be happening.
I completely understand, and our thoughts and prayers go out.

We want people to invoke the God of Heaven to really come down and help and to love on the beautiful people on the island here.
The second thing we want them to do is we want them to give.

We know Paulo White Ministries at paulowhite.org is also 100% of what goes there, goes straight to the efforts here in Maui.
But the third thing is this, we ask people to pray, we ask people to give, then we ask people to act, to respond.
And that's really what we wanted to do.
This is a long-term relief effort here.
We have literally a city that is destroyed.
In cities, I should say.
Obviously, Lahaina is getting a lot of the press here, but there are other cities.
And the fire is still going on.
We're up in the high country here, and trees were still on fire as of last night.
Those are some things that we just really want people to know that they can do, they can give.
And I will tell you, I can't speak for other organizations, and there are a lot of great ones, but the reality is 100% of what is given here is going to go to this effort.

Now, we were talking on the break a little bit, and I know that you have traveled to Ukraine.
You've supported some humanitarian efforts there.
Can you compare a little bit the experience that you're having now in Maui to some of the things that you saw in Ukraine?
Like you, Jack, we've been boots on the ground in Ukraine four times.
In fact, we have a group there right now.
In fact, I was supposed to be in Ukraine and got diverted here.
We're opening up a trauma center in in Kiev and There are similarities, you know, it's obviously one was a natural disaster the one in Ukraine was created by a madman in Russia, but The end result still the same People are dying people are hurt homes are destroyed lives have been uprooted and
As in Ukraine, we have 1,800 churches that CityServe works with in Ukraine.
And it's all about the local church, resourcing the local church to do what the local church does best, to give hope, to lend a hand, have a shoulder to cry on, to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
And that's what churches do the absolute best of.

That's where Mike Pence's head is at.
That's where Joe Biden's head is at.
Folks, We are now sitting, and I said this on War Room this morning, I'll say it again.
We are watching the last stand of the globalists.
Because there are two forces right now.
One force wants to continue the United States of being this global, internationalist power.
Where it's us, it's the international banks, international finance, the Chinese Communist Party, the multinational corporations, Endless wars, and we continue taking actions to prop up the dollar, the petrodollar, etc.
We have another path.
We can go back to being the kind of country where we care about the people here, where we listen to folks Like Oliver Anthony and the fact that he's singing about the people of this country who are having trouble just getting by.
So do you want to keep simping for Zelensky?
Do you want to keep simping for globalists?
Or do you want to do something to actually help out your fellow countrymen?
Because that's exactly what America First means.
It means Americans First.
Whether those Americans are in the inner city, whether they are in Hawaii, wherever they are, that means we're going to do what it takes and do what is necessary to correct the problems of this country.
And we know what the answers are, folks.
They're simple.
The answers are actually simple.
But it's politicians, or should I say, the rich men north of Richmond, who keep getting in the way.
