This is a weaponized government attempt to take down the top political enemy and leading presidential candidate of the United States, Donald J. Trump.
According to the 1023.
The Foreign National possesses two audio recordings of phone calls between him and then Vice President Joe Biden.
7% of likely Republican voters said the indictment has given them a worse view of Trump.
Only 7%.
61% say it won't change their opinions.
These recordings were allegedly kept as a sort of insurance policy for the Foreign National in case that he got into a tight spot.
This is preposterous.
This has been pending since 2018.
Five years?
And this investigation is not the laptop.
This investigation is a tax issue.
Did Hunter Biden declare his income?
And a sort of obscure gun law.
We cannot allow the government to be weaponized for political purposes.
As a prosecutor, if you were in the Justice Department's place, would you go to the 11th Circuit and try to get her pushed off the case?
I absolutely will.
This is not something that should happen in the United States of America.
And it could be the final nail in the coffin of our democracy.
We will not bend.
We will not break.
We will not yield.
We will never give in.
We will never give up.
We will never ever back down.

President Trump has just arrived.
His motorcade They've gone into a garage entrance underneath the courthouse there in Miami.
We've also got Natalie Winters that I want to bring up on here.

President Trump has just arrived.
What is the mood?
And are you seeing any signs of the opposition there on the ground?
Hey Jack, thank you so much for having me.
I'm excited to join you.
Not only do you have me here, of course all of War Room here, you also got Trump arriving.
Basically, right now you can probably hear the protesters, the helicopters, like I've been saying all day, overwhelmingly in support of Trump.
I'd say if you run the numbers, 90% pro-Trump, about 10% anti-Trump.
Of course, any time the media sees a protester or a sign that is negative or pejorative towards Donald Trump, they run towards it like rats fleeing A sinking ship.
I'm sure it'll be an interesting narrative that they start pushing out later tonight.
But as I've said, the protesters for Trump, not only are we, I mean, it's startling in terms of both quality and quantity.
I would say they're easily, I mean, around 1,000, if not upwards of 1,000 people here.
And when you talk about the quality of these protesters, these are not just people who stumbled here.
These people have driven over 12 hours just to come out here and show their support.
They have flags, T-shirts, hats, hoodies, you name it, so much merch.
I didn't even know it was possible.
And for what it's worth, right behind me here, we got Carrie Lake, who just arrived.
And there is some members of the Trump campaign team standing outside of the courthouse right now.
You can't see them because they're a little blocked off.
They're right just over my right shoulder.
But he is pulling in.
They've blocked off the, not this street, but the street to my right.
As you said, pulling in via a garage.
I overheard on the security system of a police officer I was standing next to.
They said the package is arriving later.
The package has arrived.
The package has arrived in Miami.
President Trump being indicted.
The top opposition candidate to the Biden administration is now in the process of being arraigned, this indictment, by the Biden DOJ.
And we can't overlook that.
Natalie, I'm looking at the security situation.
I was watching your excellent coverage this morning on War Room.
Charlottesville, there were no barricades.
January 6th, the barricades were taken down.
Why didn't the Miami mayor put up barricades to separate these groups?
Well that's what's so interesting and I want to even step back a little bit because the media presence here, I don't think I could overestimate it.
I mean there are, it's not just that there are well over a hundred tents with every different outlet, within those tents there are dozens of people.
I've never seen an event so packed like this.
And I was talking earlier today, actually, with John Fredericks, and I made the point, and I stand by it.
The media isn't necessarily here to see Trump, right?
Like you said, he just pulled in via some underground garage.
They're probably not going to get that many good shots of him.
I think they are here waiting for something, like you alluded to, whether it's a Charlottesville, a January 6th-type incident.
They're waiting here for something to go wrong so they can parade tonight and probably for the next decade, saying, look, Trump supporters, they're domestic terrorists.
They're everything we say they are, though we know they aren't.
And you make the excellent point when it comes to the barricades.
I've been saying all day, I mean, the only actual physical blockades that you see are constructed with yellow police tape, and it's so hot here in Miami when they were doing the bomb threat, and we were conducting the searches when the bomb threat was issued.
The sun was so hot it was melting.
The police tape.
So it was falling to the ground.
You could easily step over it.
So there really is no meaningful physical blockades.
And when it comes to the sort of arrangement or assortment of the protesters, for instance, when the bomb threat happened, there really is no meaningful separation between the pro and anti-Trump ones.
They just sort of push all of us together.
I had to walk past quite a few I don't necessarily know if they were Antifa, but Antifa-esque type protesters, people screaming, like I said, wild anti-Trump stuff.
But again, my overall takeaway from this day is that 85 to 90 percent of the people here, with the exception of course of the mainstream media, are pro-Trump.
But the ones who aren't pro-Trump, the media is really, really overtly focusing on.
Um, which I'm sure that bias will probably display in their coverage later tonight, but I really think they are waiting here, waiting for MAGA to sort of make another fake cardinal sin, which is of course, you know, domestic terrorism, uh, domestic extremism, but there's none of that here.
It's just patriots who love their president, people who've driven hours and hours, uh, just to, I think, show Donald Trump the same support that they feel reciprocated from him with all the arrows that he's had to take From this deep state starting all the way back in 2016.

I want to bring down now Richard Barris, the People's Pundit.
Richard, you're seeing these images.
We've never seen anything like this before in American history.
The federal government indicting their top political rival, the top opposition candidate.
If this were any other country, we'd call it exactly what it was.
But we got a show to do here.
So we have to look at the data.
What are you seeing in the numbers on the back of this indictment?
Jack, this is the short answer to that is this is going to help the former president in a primary.
And there has been no deterioration of support in a general election against Joe Biden, hypothetical So it's not hurting him nationally in a general, it is helping him in the primary.
You know, and that's, you know, tragic is something to celebrate.
I don't know that any presidential candidate wants to have to have that to boost their numbers, but Republicans see this as a political persecution.
And I've been trying to explain this to people who have really, come on, let's be serious, relied on these indictments to strengthen their candidates.
They were really hoping that Republicans would submit and they're not.
So there's this bond he has with these voters and some of them who are giving other candidates a second look see something like this happen and they think to themselves, you know, he was there for me.
And this is a question of whether I'm going to be there for him.
And I'm gonna tolerate this.
And that's what we're hearing from people.
Rich, I gotta ask you the question.
And I know Charlie brought this up as well, and I have to ask you.
Vivek Ramaswamy, the only other Republican candidate to show up today.
Is it a tactical mistake for the other candidates to go completely silent on a day like this?
Well, let me give people a little background on that.
Vivek is 100%.
I heard his statement.
I watched his press conference.
He is 100% folks telling you the truth when he tells you that donors are calling, you know, and telling other candidates to stay away from this indictment because they don't view this as some big question about what this means for the future of our country.
They view this as something they've been expecting for months.
This has been a strategy.
However, it is a flawed Strategy.
So if you're a candidate, you're thinking, I don't want to upset my donors and I don't want to lose out on funding, but the voters want something very different than what the donors want.
And the donors have been being, and the candidates are not, they're not clean in this.
They have been reassuring these donors for months.
I know I'm 30 points down.
Okay.
I know I'm now 40 points down.
I know I'm 45 points down, but once the federal indictments come, We're going to be the second choice.
We're going to be the only choice, the replacement.
And that is a big gamble.
And right now that gamble was the losing bet.
I don't know, Jack, there's going to be other things.
We know there are.
But this was the federal indictment that perhaps could hurt the most, politically speaking.
And it's just not there.
It's just not there.
I don't know who, what world people live in.
I know I speak to voters for a living, but I really didn't think it took, you know, interviewing hundreds of people a day to see something that's so plainly obvious.
It's stunning to me that anybody could conclude that there would be a different outcome here.
These voters, Are tired of Republicans stabbing them in the back and breaking their promises?
This is literally the only man who never did that to them.
How did you think they were going to react?
I think this is simple.
They're tired of the talk and if you're the type of candidate, Rich, who says that you're not all talk and that you're all about action, what kind of a signal does it send that on a day when the U.S.
government is being exploited and weaponized to go after a political opponent that you go silent?
That you do not stand up when it matters?
That you're not there when it matters?
I say this all the time.
Voters are busy, but they're not stupid, and they know what they're seeing here.
They know what it means when the governor of that state isn't even there to weigh in on this, right?
And his statement says, this is horrible!
That's why you should vote for me, because my administration will never tolerate something like this.
They see right through a consultant-written statement like that.
Let me just say this.
We just had a poll out in Florida.
I know I talked to you about it a little bit.
DeSantis' unfavorable ratings among Republicans are rising every day, even in his own state now.
Mike Pence, nationwide, his unfavorables with Republicans is 6 out of 10.
Can't stand him.
6 out of 10.
Chris Christie's even worse.
So, Ron DeSantis, this is his state.
You would have thought that any strategist or consultant worth half his weight, right, would have said, go down there, take a stand, Stop this bleeding with Republican voters, and they didn't do it.
So what does that tell you?
Again, voters aren't dumb.
It tells them what they know to be true, which is that they're banking on this.
If they do this to Trump, they can do it to any candidate.
That's what people need to understand.
They will do it to anyone They certainly will.
They're already coming out with the award ceremony.
They're calling Ron DeSantis the Grand Wizard.
They're already starting to move the white nationalist, Christian nationalist type of attack on him.
They've already begun the predictive programming narrative here.
That is why, in situations like this, and not just DeSantis, but Scott, Haley, Chris Christie, hop on an airplane.
I know you ain't gonna be jogging down, but hop on an airplane.
Chris Christie and actually show up.
I think people look at this as a load of bunk.
You're seeing the president's numbers.

You got the Miami Cubans down there.
And I've said this before.
Actually, Rich, I want to ask you when we come back, because I know that you have done polling in the field from a jury selection.
panel screen because the idea is if you can just get a couple of those I call them the based Cubans if you get a couple of based Cubans basado basado cubanos up on that jury then they are not going to go along with this because they've seen this movie before they've seen it a million times.
They fled Cuba to flee exactly what we're seeing right here, and they're not going to let the United States of America go down this way.
And I think, look, you know, if you want to stand up and be a leader of people like this, then lead from the front.
You can lead from the front, and the people will follow.

Why is it important for you and other patriots to be outside this courthouse?
I think it's really important.
We need to show President Trump that we've got his back.
He has had our back since he came down that escalator almost eight years to the date, really, if you think about it.
And they have thrown everything at him.
Witch hunt, impeachment hoax number one, impeachment hoax number two, Russiagate.
It's really just an effort To continue to disparage the one man who is standing up for We The People.
We need a president who's going to stand up for the people.
He's not owned by the donor class.
He's not owned by the lobbyists.
He's not owned by the, you know, establishment.
He is working for us and we're here to support him and tell him we know what this is.
It's another witch hunt.
We know he's an innocent man and we're here to support him.
And by the way, this is one of the most beautiful settings I've ever seen.
The love here.
Hundreds, maybe thousands of people here.
Peaceful.
Very peaceful.
But funny, Ed, and you know this because you used to work for some of these other outlets.
The fake news, yeah.
The fake news.
I saw two people who were here who were against Trump and the media was around them.
Pictures, video.
Let's rile them up.
That's what they'll show on the evening news.
They won't show this amazing, loving situation, environment we have here.
Yeah, and you can see that people are out here in droves, just like they would be for a Trump rally or anywhere else.
And they come out to see you, they want to hear the message because they know that we're fighting to take the soul of our country back.
You've been so outspoken on elections.
How much of this political persecution is about elections right now?
A hundred percent of it.
I mean, they know that Trump is running again.
They know he is rising in the polls.
They know he's going to be a force to be reckoned with.
And they know he's going to win.
And they are so afraid of that.
This is election interference like we've never seen it before.
I mean, indicting a former president To stop him from running, to try to prevent him, but I'm so glad he put out a truth, I think it was yesterday or the day before, saying, nothing will stop me.
I'm not stopping.
They can throw whatever they want at him, he's going to continue to fight for We The People.
And Kerry, last thing, we'll bring it back to Jack.
Two tiers of justice, which we talk about all the time.
Donald Trump, you mentioned one of the impeachment hoaxes was over Ukraine and that perfect phone call he talks about where he was telling Zelensky, go investigate Biden corruption.
Now there are audio tapes suggesting there was $10 million in bribes associated with what Donald Trump was impeached over.
And meanwhile, Joe Biden and his family allegedly collected $10 million in bribes when he was VP.
He's not in court being arraigned, but Donald Trump is.
And that's just one incident of, I'm willing to bet, hundreds with Biden.
This is a Biden crime family.
We heard earlier this week, we found out about another $5 million payout from the CCP, the communist regime, the incredibly cruel communist regime who imprisons and has used a slave labor, and they're the most cruel regime on the planet, giving Joe Biden payouts.
Joe Biden has sold us out.
He doesn't care about the American people.
And he's giving his friends in the fake news cover something for them to talk about so that they don't have to talk about what Joe Biden and his family have been up to.
And I hope the American people—I know that the people out here aren't falling for that, but I hope people at home aren't falling for that anymore.

Where are the Republican candidates?
This is why Republicans cannot expand their tent.
There is this group, and we talk about them a lot, and they're in Miami here, so let's talk about one group of them.
So in the poll we did in Florida, Trump's got a lead over the governor among Cuban voters, newer Cuban voters, 70-20.
He's got a similar lead with these new Venezuelan voters, 70-20.
Uh, they're part of, but they're not all of, you know, nationwide, this group of vote that Donald Trump can drive out that no other Republicans can.
And this is why Republicans have this problem with their own Party members and people who otherwise would be voters for them, they simply don't like their party, Jack.
They don't like their leaders.
Because the Republican Party is, you know, I joke about it, but it's true.
Democrats deliver on the promises.
They circle wagons.
Republicans don't do that.
They're like, you know, one-third cowardly, one-third corrupt, and the other third is stupid.
You know, I mean, if they just did what Democrats would do, they would expand their tent into these voters who are otherwise really turned off by the system and feel like nobody is fighting for them.
This is a big reason why Trump has the lead he has and why he performs the way he does in a general and other Republicans just won't and can't.
But, you know, leading into the commercial, what you were saying before, the voters I was just talking about, you get a Cuban or a newly naturalized Venezuelan on one of those juries, Jack, and you make this a question about their sovereignty.
This isn't about a man.
This isn't about the case law they're trying to convolute to confuse you.
This is ultimately the question the jury has to answer is whether or not you choose your president in this country or the administrative state chooses it.
And you get somebody like that on that jury, they know what time it is, Jack.
They've seen this before.
You know, Americans, we've always had this false sense of security, and we've always had it really good, compared to the rest of the world.
They haven't.
And they know what time it is when they hear things like this.
And they see things like this.
They know what it means.
And for them, there's nowhere left to go, Jack.
America's it.
There's nowhere left to go.
Are we going to be the shining city or are we going to fall into a thousand years of darkness?

Meaning from Jimmy Carter to Obama, President Trump has done a lot more for all the minorities than them. - You know, isn't it ironic that they talk about, they call him a fascist, they call him a white supremacist, but you look at this crowd, this is America.
This is the melting pot.
It's people from all over the world, Jack, that have escaped communism, have escaped corruption, have escaped dictators, saying, if you're able to do it to President Trump, where are we going to go?
Exactly.
And that's what I tell all of my friends, because now Haiti is a total mess.
The Clintons have made a horrible mess of Haiti, they're still stealing our gold right now.
I am part French also.
There's no way you can move in France because with the open border, now when you go to Paris, there are tents like San Francisco with the migrants.
And I tell everybody, this is the last place.
We have to fight for the U.S.
We have to defend this country.
We have to fight for it, otherwise there's nowhere else to go.
That's it, Jack.
We have to fight to save... I mean, it's incredible.
Ben, you know, in terms of the folks that you've talked to, I mean, you're at one of the most international cities right now throughout the Caribbean, throughout other areas down there.

What about this story about Antifa?
Is Antifa there?
They said 2 o'clock.
It's about 2.30 here, East Coast time.
Where is Antifa?
Are they on the ground?
I'm seeing anti-communist flags.
Where are the commies at?
I've seen a couple.
In fact, I had what appeared to be an Antifa photographer.
They have a whole network of people that came up and is taking pictures of me.
They come out and they try to dox you.
I don't know if it was just idle threats.
I don't know if it was trying to get the MAGA posse to not show up on this.
We're calling it MAGA Pride Day out here, the day before President Trump's birthday and Flag Day.
I don't know if it was idle threats or if they're still coming.
But I got to tell you, talking to the folks here, there's nobody that's afraid of them.
They say, bring them on.
We're standing up for our country.
We're not going to back down.
We're not going to let these terrorists intimidate us and get us to go home.
Most of the time, my experience with Antifa and any of these organizations is to simply, all they're trying to do is intimidate people.
And the folks here are not afraid at all.
Not afraid at all.

I came over here leaving the communists in 1962, and I grew up in Des Moines, Iowa.

How concerned are you that America is going that direction, that Cuba went?
Very much.
You can see it.
Well, first of all, Cuba is the, is the, is the, is the rock is where it all started.
And the major problem is, and a lot of people don't know this, but the major problem is when the Bay of Pigs invasion failed intentionally by the woke America back in those days, like people like Rockefeller and other ones.
See, so those people are the ones that made the pay-per-click invasion fail, and that's why we are all here, Cubans!
You just heard another Haitian, the friend of mine, and some people from all over the world that have escaped it, saying, don't do this to America.
And by the way, very simple question I keep asking, does this make you support Trump more or less?
Everybody, without fail, they support Trump more.
They're pissed off.
If he'd be willing to answer, ask him, if he were called to the jury, how would he rule on this?
If he were called to the jury, if any of his friends were.
Let me ask you, Jack wants to ask you a question.
If you were called on to the jury, how would you rule on this case for President Trump?
I don't know the details, but he's been used for politics, and the Democrats are so scared of him, they're making up all kinds of accusations.
So you don't even care what's in it?
You just don't trust the Democrats?
I don't trust the Democrats at all.
They are very scared that he's going to be elected, and they don't know what else to do.

But I wanted to bring on Mike Davis now, the great Mike Davis, Article 3 Project.
Mike, President Trump is inside federal courtrooms, federal trials.
These are not put on television.
There are no microphones, no cameras allowed.
Can you walk us through a little bit, I mean, obviously you're not there either, but can you walk us through a little bit of what is happening to President Trump right now?
Yeah, so we have President Biden ordering this political raid on Trump to get back his presidential records he's allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act.
So we have President Biden ordering this political raid on Trump to get back his presidential records he's allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act.
They appointed this special counsel, Jack Smith, this partisan special counsel, Jack Smith, to do this grand jury investigation in Washington, D.C., with Beryl Howell, this Democrat-appointed judge who blew through President Trump's constitutional rights, attorney-client privilege.
He's a former president.
their indictment with this bogus legal theory that a former president having his presidential, retaining his presidential records is somehow espionage, even though there's the Espionage Act does not apply.
And even if the Espionage Act does apply, there's no there's no allegation whatsoever of harm to the United States.
So they're going to bring him in today.
He's a former president.
He has Secret Service protection by statutes.
So I don't think they're going to be able to handcuff him or put him into a holding cell.
He'll go in, I presume, to the magistrate judge.
I think I think it's going to be Bruce Reinhart, this biased magistrate judge.
Who had recused from President Trump's civil lawsuit against Hillary Clinton back in—because of his 2017 Facebook post, somehow that judicial bias went away six weeks later, when Garland and his Justice Department went to this biased magistrate judge to get the unprecedented home rate on Trump to get back presidential records Trump was allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act.
They have their initial hearing, their arraignment today, where they tell President Trump what the charges are against him.
He'll plead not guilty, and I don't think they're seeking pretrial detention.
That would be absolutely insane.
And then I think he's going to go on his way.
They'll go through the discovery phase.
In most criminal cases, there are plea bargainings and plea agreements.
I don't think that's going to happen here.
Pre-trial motions, they'll file a motion to dismiss this indictment because it's flawed as a legal matter, the Presidential Records Act, not the Espionage Act controls.
There's a trial, there are post-trial motions, appeals, and it could go all the way to the Supreme Court.
You could have a President of the United States who was unjustly convicted, who was elected and put back into the White House where he can dismiss the charges against him with prejudice or pardon himself.
That's what needs to happen here.
We need to put President Trump back in the White House.
This is a bogus political hit to take out a political rifle.
Well, I think that's exactly what it is.
And as I said before, if this were happening in any other country, we would call it exactly what it is.
But Mike, so two things that I've been trying to track, of course, just like in New York, it looks like we're not getting a mugshot.
It looks like they're not doing the mugshot that would have sold 10 million t-shirts, maybe 100 million t-shirts.
Looks like that is not going to happen.
There is also a question, though, Because I've seen this in multiple other federal cases, Flynn, Papadopoulos, etc., Roger Stone, Steve Bannon, where they actually will restrict international travel by taking the passport of the defendant.
Do you think that's something that could be done here?
Could they actually take his passport?
I would imagine they could try.
I don't know if that's going to happen or not.
I mean, he has federal law enforcement, Secret Service, who follow him everywhere he goes.
It's not like he's going to go run and hide in Thailand or something.
I mean, it's just insane.
But I would say this.
Think about what the Democrats are trying to do here, Jack.
We have allegations that Trump Trump kept his presidential records, which are—they claim are national defense information, or they're not even claiming it's classified.
It's national defense information.
They're claiming that Trump kept these records, which he's allowed to do under the Presidential Records Act.
They're claiming that President Trump was a jerk and got into a fight with the librarians and the other bureaucrats and didn't want to turn over his presidential records, and so they want to put him in prison for the rest of his life over this.
That is insane what they're trying to do.
There is, again, zero allegation.
Even if the Espionage Act somehow applies, even if we're going to ignore the Controlling Presidential Records Act, the idea you're going to put a former president and a top political rival in prison for the rest of his life over a records dispute with librarians at the archives and deep state snakes at the Justice Department is not going to fly with the American people.
No, I think this is exactly right.
And what you're seeing here, at the same time, and we haven't even discussed it yet on the show, I talked about it on Tim Pool last night, the fact that during President Trump's first impeachment, we now know that the FBI was sitting on reports of bribery between the Bidens and Ukraine, specifically the gas company Burisma, information that said they were
There exists 17 tapes of then-Vice President Biden and his son talking to an official of a Ukrainian gas company at the same time that Trump was being impeached for asking about the very same bribery scheme to who?
Vladimir Zelensky, which is a geopolitical absolute nightmare when you look at it in terms of US politics.
But the fact of the matter is the FBI did not come forward With one iota of that information on, and I remember when we used to do War Room Impeachment, this was never discussed.
These 1023s were never once released to us.
It's completely insane.
We are now living through something, and Mike, we're coming up on a break, but I'd love to hold you on because this idea that a cabal could just take over our government,
and indict the sitting president or excuse me impeach the sitting president over asking about a serious investigation then go and indict him in order to keep him out of office over the very same conduct that every former president does because of the Presidential Records Act exists through the constitutional article 2 authority of the powers vested in the executive.
This is a question about who has the actual power in this country, our elected president or the unelected suits.
