The Pozo Daily Brief.
We are in a fifth generational conflict.
For every lie they tell, we're gonna get in their face and yell two truths.
This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
The corrupt sitting president had his top Political opponent arrested on fake and fabricated charges.
A federal indictment did get to Trump because that man is more energized than I've seen him throughout this whole cycle so far.
We're not carrying his remarks live because frankly he says a lot of things that are not true and sometimes potentially dangerous.
The president has been very, very clear.
The Department of Justice is independent.
When it comes to criminal cases, we just do not comment.
Are there tapes that you accepted bribes, President Biden?
Is that true?
In other countries, in foreign countries, we always watch the news where the government in charge will arrest One of their political enemies.
Here they are, the Biden administration, arresting really their top political opponent.
This is a communist country.
We've been taken over.
Trump is the one guy with an actual shot at becoming president who dissents from Washington's long-standing pointless war agenda.
The folks in the control room, I don't need to see any more of that.
He's trying to turn this into a spectacle, into a campaign ad.
That's enough of that.
If I stayed at home, the persecution would stop immediately.
But I can't do that because I love our country far, far too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
Today is June 14th, 2023.
It is Flag Day.
But of course, are we allowed to fly the American flag still in these United States?
Because it ain't flying up at the White House.
Oh, no, no, they've got another flag up there.
They've got the Pride flag.
I don't recall anybody carrying the pride flag at Normandy.
We just celebrated that anniversary last week.
I don't recall anyone putting the pride flag on the moon.
I don't recall anybody dying for the pride flag.
But apparently, that's the only flag that we're allowed to protect.
By the way, you can tear up the United States flag.
You can stomp on it.
You can urinate on it.
You can defecate on it.
You can set it on fire.
And you will be protected under the First Amendment.
But try to do any of that.
Try to set a pride flag on fire in public and see what happens.
Try to do any of the things that I just said that you're allowed to do because it's your right to freedom of expression.
Under the First Amendment to burn the U.S.
flag.
So I've said for a long time, President Trump has said this, I'm gonna have to bring it up again, that I would absolutely support a law to criminalize defacing the U.S.
flag.
That is the law in Poland when it comes to the Polish flag, and I would absolutely support criminalizing Defacing the American flag.
It is simple.
That is a symbol of your country.
That's a symbol of our people.
That's a symbol of who we are.
The United States is not just a figment of someone's imagination.
This is our home.
This is our home.
It was handed down to us in the condition that it was handed down in.
Now we are getting to the point where we are going to be the ones, the stewards, The builders, the managers, and it's our job, the leaders, it's our job to defend it, to grow it, to fix it, and then eventually hand it on to the next generation.
That's your job.
That is your station.
I'm particularly speaking to the men here.
Because it is your job as men to do these things.
For women, the mothers, We already know.
They have the most important job of all.
Literally creating and raising the next generation.
But they can't do that if the country is crumbling around them.
And Tucker Carlson talked about this.
How bad is our country going, you ask?
It's so bad that we've reached the point in our quasi-communist revolution where the leader is arresting the leading opposition candidate.
And I looked Where were the Republican candidates yesterday?
It's a simple question.
Find my GOP, and the Postmillennial has a fantastic article up that everyone must read right now, and more importantly, share it out.
Because when people run around saying that, oh, I'm going to fight for you, I'm going to stand up for you, I'm going to fight for our values, okay, where are you when it matters?
Where are you when it matters?
The leading conservative in every poll The leading opposition candidate, the person with the best chance to become president other than Joe Biden right now, was arrested by Joe Biden's administration.
So, who was there?
Vivek Ramaswamy was there.
Carrie Lake was there.
She's not an elected official.
She's not even running for anything right now.
She might run for Senate.
We'll see.
Vivek was there.
Where was Governor DeSantis?
Well, according to the Post-Millennial, he Put out a statement.
He condemned what was going on.
Absent on social media.
No statement.
No tweets whatsoever.
I checked.
Not a single tweet from Ron DeSantis, on his personal account, yesterday came forward whatsoever.
Said that he was interested in fighting the deep state, the weaponization of federal law enforcement, and yet was absent when it was actually time to do so.
Mike Pence was sitting down with the Wall Street Journal in their New York conference room saying, these are very serious allegations.
Nikki Haley, the former South Carolina governor.
Let's see.
Oh, she was in Southern California holding a $1,000 per person ticket fundraiser.
That's very nice, Nikki Haley.
She later then went and gave a TV interview.
Asa Hutchinson did an ABC interview.
Chris Christie.
Oh, we all know Chris Christie.
He's very, very angry.
Couldn't seem to find him.
Tim Scott held a campaign event on June 12th in his home state.
Was also not in Miami.
Folks, Today we've got a jam-packed show.
We've got Alex Stein, AlexStein99, coming up to join us.
We then have Scott Pressler, who is always on the ground fighting for this country, and he's going to give us a ballot update, ballot operations update.
But I want to remind you that when people show you who they really are, believe them.
When it comes time to actually fight back, I go to the front lines and I look to my left and I look to my right and I look to see who's there with me.
It is a simple rubric.
And I pay attention to who is not there.
And I put them on a list.
That mental list, it's right up here.
And you know what?
It never goes away.
Because I will never forget who was there and who wasn't when it actually mattered when our country was on the line.
Coming up next, Alex Stein, the man who is always somewhere.
Buzzing in my ear about the boring people at your office, I'm trying to listen to the new human events with Jack Posobiec.
All right, folks, here on Human Events, we've got a fantastic guest.
It's everyone's favorite Russian agent joining us now.
I believe he might be in Russia, possibly Crimea.
I think he's in Vladimir Putin's bedroom right now.
It is Mr. Primetime99, Alex Stein, joining us all the way from Moscow, Russia.
Alex, how is the weather over there?
You know, it's actually pretty pleasant right now.
It's not too cold.
The weather's nice.
The sun's out.
So, you know, this time of year, Russia is actually very beautiful.
Mother Russia.
I'm enjoying it quite, uh, I'm enjoying it a lot.
Well, so now over there in Russia, they have a longstanding tradition of arresting political opponents.
But did you ever think that we would see that happen here in the United States?
Well, you know, Jack, to be serious, and I know we're joking around, but what's happening to Donald Trump is actually not surprising to me.
I mean, I guess it is surprising that, you know, they did a fake investigation for three years, tried to impeach him twice, and obviously that was all fake.
But when you realize that there's a unit party and that both sides are in on it and Trump is the biggest threat to that establishment, of course, you know, this is like what they do.
They cheat.
I mean, you know this and I know this.
I mean, I'm really actually not surprised.
And really, I think the conspiracy theorists in me, Jack, I personally believe they are going to do whatever they can to prevent Trump from running, but they're gonna use this as like a beta testing program to go after Joe Biden.
I truly believe that.
I don't think Joe Biden is going to even be the nominee in 2024.
So you think that they're actually going to use this, and that's why we're seeing a lot of the leaking, a lot of the FBI documents that are coming out now, because I've seen this theory that they're going to use this to eventually kind of, you know, they're not necessarily going to indict him, but they're going to use it to basically hand-walk him out of the office.
That's what I'm saying.
They want to use Trump as the example.
They said, oh, we did it to Trump and we're doing it to Biden, so we're fair.
When you know Obama doesn't like Biden, and first of all, Donald Trump having classified documents, they can, a president can declassify documents.
I mean, I know you know this, but it's just, It's such a fake crime.
Let's be real.
Compare him to Hillary Clinton and what she did with her emails and her servers.
Uh, what Barack Obama has done.
I mean, uh, even going back to George Bush has done some stuff.
I mean, there's a lot of presidents.
I'm just saying when you're the president, sometimes you have to freaking, uh, break some eggs to make an omelet.
It doesn't make them a criminal.
So it's just a weaponization of our department of justice, Jack.
So why is it, why is it though, that they're going after Trump so hard?
Do you think that as, as we've said, are they going after him because they really think he can become president again?
Or is this like a nail in the coffin situation?
Well, I think he could be president, but I mean, do you have a lot of hope?
Do you have a lot of integrity in our election process?
I'm sure you don't.
I mean, you have Scott Pressler who's coming on after this.
I mean, he's trying to do whatever he can to basically steal the game plan from the left when it comes to ballot harvesting and signing people up.
But you know this, I mean, Jack, if they cared about our country, why are they letting millions of immigrants just come through our southern border?
Why are these, you know, that's a right-wing issue, too.
I still don't see enough people on the right doing anything about it.
For me, Trump is, I guess, the only guy that's not necessarily, you know, establishment.
I mean, you even saw Lindsey Graham was talking about how he wants a bunch of dead Russians.
Now, I mean, not every Russian person is bad.
There are some good Russians.
So, I don't know.
They're a uniparty.
And you know that there's people within the, you were just talking about, within the conservative side that hate Donald Trump.
So, he has two factions working against him.
People on his own side, and then the loony left that just hate what Trump stands for.
No, I think that's exactly right.
I think there is a group of people that have never seen a war that they couldn't pass up.
And you look, what are the documents that they're talking about?
What documents did he keep?
Oh, the secret attack plans on Iran.
I said, wait a minute, can we go back to the secret attack plans on Iran?
What do you mean the Iran invasion of General Milley?
What are we talking about here?
It's clear to me that Trump kept these documents, which by the way, as a president, you get to keep your records.
It's called the Presidential Records Act for a reason.
Because when you're the president, they are your records.
He kept this because it was receipts on these people that have been trying to monger us into World War III.
They were trying to do it with Iran and Syria.
When he was in, now Joe Biden gets in, and oh look, suddenly we're in a proxy war with Russia.
Well, and I mean, obviously there's no such thing as a coincidence when it comes to this.
It's just all kind of, it smells from high heavens.
But this is the other thing too.
I mean, I said this earlier.
Now they're doing this, I guess this is the first president that has ever been charged with a crime for having classified documents.
I really do think that they're doing this just so they can use it against their own and Joe Biden.
And that sounds crazy, but they know that they have Joe Biden illegally holding classified documents.
And they can, you know, on a technicality, of course, maybe this is all a technicality that they're breaking.
Because like you said, the Presidentials Act, they can declassify it.
But it doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter to these people.
They will not stop until Trump quits.
And luckily, Trump won't quit.
But when you're fighting against a deep state, I mean, don't hold your breath.
It's a very tough battle.
I think that's right.
And I think that's it's a very interesting point, because even if they don't go after Joe Biden, then he certainly knows that guess what?
They could if they wanted to.
Because the intelligence agencies, as Chuck Schumer warned us, have 15 ways to get back at you.
So what?
It's like a gun pointed to his head to say, you know what?
We could go after you.
I like your theory.
What do you think of, though, I've seen it.
Robert Barnes has this theory and and then we'll we'll we'll go to break.
We got a couple of minutes.
But Barnes has a theory that they're setting this all up so that Biden can do like a blanket pardon of all of these things so that he can pardon Trump and pardon himself and his son at the same time.
I'm telling you, Robert Barnes, I like that theory because I believe that that's what Joe Biden would do.
That sounds insane.
Like, why would he pardon Trump?
Well, he would do that so he'd set the precedent that he can pardon himself or that he's not liable to go to jail.
And they know Biden is as crooked as a dog's hind leg.
That's why they freaking put him in the White House.
I mean, he's like a weekend at Bernie's.
He's not making any decisions.
You know, they're just propping him up.
So if he has half a brain, he's going to realize, hey, you know, I did the same thing Trump did, and this is all just not For our predecessors, this would have never been a crime, but because they want to take Trump out, maybe I will fall on the metaphorical sword.
And I wouldn't be surprised, because if Hunter Biden is a bag man for his dad, I'm sure Biden would be a bag man for Obama, if that makes sense.
Well, no, I think that's exactly right.
You know, that's one of those things that you really have to look out for in one of these situations, whether you're coming all the way to us from Vladimir Putin's bedroom, which looks remarkably like the living room of Jerry Seinfeld's apartment, where you might see Cosmo Kramer or Elaine Bennis, a Superman statue, I'm not really sure.
Alex, I want to keep you on after the break, though, because you recently did the work of Vladimir Putin over there, going after Britney Greiner, and I don't know if Jerry Seinfeld was involved in that, but we are going to get to the bottom of it, folks, because Joking aside, we need to understand what is going on in our government.
Why is it that they'll do everything to get Britney Greiner out of jail and do everything to put Donald Trump in jail?
And are there any secrets that Britney Greiner is hiding that perhaps Alex Stein can reveal for us?
coming up right after the break here on human events And we're back.
Jack Posobiec here with Alex Stein.
Before we go back to him, folks, I want to play this clip for you that's been seen, it's been talked about around the world.
The left is upset about this.
They're freaking out.
The entire mainstream media is going after him for this.
The clip itself, millions and millions of views all around the world.
They're watching it in Russia.
They're watching it in China.
They're watching it even in Uganda.
Ladies and gentlemen, watch this.
Alex Stein confronting Brittany Graham.
Was that a fair trade for the merchant of death?
I know you kill it on the court, but he kills it in real life.
Is it true you had to have sex with Vladimir Putin to get released from Russia, Britt?
Get out of the way, dawg.
Britt.
Get out of the way.
Britt, is it true you had to... Get out of the way.
What about his wife?
What are you doing?
I was trying to talk to Brittany!
Hey, Britt.
Do you still wanna... Do you still wanna boycott America, Brittany?
Stop.
I'm weird why she hates America.
Dude, I want to talk to Britt.
Britt, are you scared to talk to me?
Britt, you're scared.
The merchant of death, Britt.
You should be ashamed of yourself.
Britt, do you hate America?
Britt, was it a fair trade for the merchant of death?
And there you have it folks, the only WNBA trade that anyone has ever actually talked about.
Alex, tell me, what went on there?
- Talk to the famous athlete.
- You talk to me, how about that?
- Okay, well, do you like protecting her?
Even though she hates our country?
- I do what I need to.
- And there you have it, folks.
The only WNBA trade that anyone has ever actually talked about.
Alex, tell me, what went on there?
What was going on?
- Well, let's just be real.
What people don't know, and I'll reveal this on your show, is that I'm actually an agent provocateur, similar to Ray Epps, but I was hired by the WNBA to go after Brittany Griner in order to guarantee these women chartered flights.
Yes, this was an inside job.
No, on a serious note, Jack, like, WNBA issued a statement, the Phoenix Mercury issued a statement, the WNBA Players Association issued a statement, Brittany Garner's agent issued a statement, and multiple teammates issued a statement that basically said what I did was based in hate, was aggressive, and was, you know, just inappropriate.
And I'll be honest, yeah, maybe, you know, joking with a Putin joke.
Did she have to sleep with Putin?
And you're like, why did you ask that question?
Well, I wanted to throw her off because I asked her the serious question.
Did you think that was a fair trade?
And she wouldn't respond.
So then I go, all right, well, let me try to get a reaction from her.
Let me try to make her smile.
But if you notice, if you watch that video, she didn't smile, but her security guard is like smiling the whole video.
So it was just a joke for me, but to them, it's all based in hate and aggression and white supremacy.
Now, are you able to reveal, and this is something that I think of from an operational standpoint, did you know that she would be coming through?
Was that all set up or was this sort of, I mean, that's, that seems like it looks like a, like a mall or a airport or something.
No that was actually very lucky that was in a mall but you know it's so funny so I'm in I'm literally in the mall and the only reason we went to the gate a I have to reveal this is that's the only place in the mall that has the McDonald's So it's in the area.
It's packed.
This is just it was like in the afternoon.
I was like, oh, let's stop there.
Everything's so expensive at the airport.
So we stopped at Terminal A and then to go to Terminal E, just take the Skylake.
And we and everybody's like, well, I wouldn't have recognized Brittany Griner.
First of all, Jack, it was like 20 girls all six feet tall.
And if you even look in the video, compare Brittany Griner to the other girls walking by.
They're all double the height.
So all of a sudden you see like it looks like an AAU basketball team, but it's all like adult women that are all six feet tall.
They definitely stuck out.
And it was my girlfriend that's like, that's Brittany Griner.
So immediately, as soon as it was Brittany, I went over there.
I whipped my phone out in selfie mode and tried to talk to her.
And then it became like this huge story.
The WNBA, they're just milking this though, Jack, because they had complained about player safety.
Yet there's no safer place in an airport.
We have to go through TSA.
I have no guns, no weapons.
But they want to make it out to seem like this was a violent attack so that the league can have chartered flights because, listen, they haven't made $1.
The entire WNBA is subsidized by the NBA.
So not all the teams can afford to fly charter flights.
So because of this, they cannot allow charter flights because it would be a competitive advantage.
So all because of me!
Now the NBA is going to be able to fly these ladies private and they're going to be able to drive on the tarmac and no more TSA.
So they should be thanking me, Jack, not mad at me.
Flying in the G6 so they don't have to be confronted by Alex.
Alex, let me ask you this question, because I was wondering how you got that.
It's interesting that it went down that way.
Why is it, though, that Brittany Griner became such a flashpoint for this administration?
Does she represent something for Biden, for the left?
What's going on here?
Well, a little bit.
I mean, yeah, she's basically, I don't know what her pronouns are.
I should have asked her that.
I should have asked her if she had weed in her purse or her bag.
Those are the questions that I missed on.
And, you know, it's easy to Monday Morning Quarterback.
But, yeah, she does stand for the multiculturalism, the intersectionality, the fact that she's a lesbian and trans.
So, yeah, no, they love Brittany Griner.
But let's be real, nobody will ever ask Britney Griner a hard question.
They're never gonna ask her about, you know... They did!
They said, oh, well, do you still, you know... She said, excuse me, her words, that the national anthem hits different.
Well, that's great!
But she loves Gay Pride in Russia.
They don't have Pride Month.
So she really should be not just saying, oh, it hits different.
She needs to be, like, thanking her lucky stars, wearing red, white, and blue Nikes.
I mean...
You know, wearing the flag on the court.
She was an Olympian.
She should have a little more appreciation for America.
And of course, in that trade, we should have got Paul Whelan.
There's other people that are locked up.
We should have gotten out.
And I just think if she uses her platform for anything, it should be for the injustice that happened with her trade.
And she needs to help other people out.
She just needs to do more.
And sadly, I'm sure she didn't choose to be a political icon or a political figure.
But once you're thrust into that, you're the number one story, you know, for basically a year when it comes to the WNBA.
It's just, you know, I'm sorry you signed up for this, honey.
You're the best basketball player ever.
There used to be a time in this country when even just being an Olympian meant that you were a representative of the country, and we all understood that.
That you were going to be patriotic and show respect to the United States because today's Flag Day, right?
This is our home, so show respect to your home.
Alex Stein, coming up on a break, where can people go to follow you?
Where can they see the show?
The show is racing up the charts.
Everybody loves it.
Prime Time with Alex Stein.
Well, I'm getting a lot of trouble.
Not from The Blaze, but I'm getting a lot of hate from other people.
But yes, please watch my show.
I just got a YouTube strike two weeks ago, so that's the trouble I'm talking about.
It's like YouTube, I don't know if they're gonna let me live.

Please go like it, subscribe it, watch our show.
We'll be live tonight at 6 p.m.

Alright, live tonight, 6 p.m.
The Alex Stein Show.
Prime Time right there from Jerry Seinfeld's apartment.
Possibly over at Monk's Cafe.
Jerry Seinfeld's apartment!
I'm not sure.
Maybe Cosmo Kramer's gonna be knocking on doors.
Now keep in mind, you gotta be careful with Cosmo Kramer.
You never know what's gonna come out of his mouth.
You don't want to heckle him too much.
I know you could be a little bit of a heckler, Alex, so be careful if Cosmo shows up.
Ladies and gentlemen, Alex Stein.
Keep in mind that we can never allow These types of people into polite society.
That's why we do all of our videos with Alex, even though he and I were down in Austin together.
Folks, coming up next here on Human Events, Scott Pressler is going to give us an in-the-field update of what's going on with ballot operations coming into 2023 and 2024.
When I grew up in the hood, I rolled with bloods and them boys had a saying.
You can't be listening to all that slappy, whack, trimatizolitsabam-ship, nippy-bam-bam like Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
Folks, we know that we live in dangerous times.
Also, I've been on the phone with my father.
We're in the group chat talking about this massive thunderstorm that's about to hit in the Philadelphia region.
If you're looking at this thing, this is absolutely dangerous and they're talking about millions of people that are potentially going to be affected across the eastern seaboard.
We are looking at severe thunderstorm watches.
Again, This is the type of stuff that's going to happen throughout the summer.
We know that there's natural disasters.
We know people go on road trips.

Alright, we are awaiting Scott Pressler.
We're working on getting him out, but I wanted to go into breaking news that we now have on the top of Drudge Report.
And you know, Drudge is a man of the left now, so you'll want to go to him.
If you do go, what I like to do is I like to see what the left is up to.
They understand.
That this case down in Miami has already losing steam.
They already realize that people can see it for the political prosecution and persecution that it is.
So what are they trying to do?
By the way, they also drew a judge that they're worried about because it turns out this is a judge, Eileen Cannon, who actually cares about the rule of law in this country and understands this is the first time a former president Has ever been charged with this statute or with anything.
And so what are they now pushing on Drudge?
What is the left now pushing?
Jack Smith, New Jersey option.
New Jersey option?
What's the New Jersey option?
Here's the next step in this because folks we've already been talking about this and I said here on this show yesterday that if President Trump is able to get some of those Cubano basados, Cubanos basados, those based Cubans,
Which then, keep in mind that when we aired the show, that was before President Trump had gone to meet with Masvidal, had gone to Little Havana, went down to the Cuban Cafe there where they just barnstormed him, massive, massive, singing happy birthday to him, Jake Tapper throwing a hissy fit, get that off the screen, I don't want to see that.
If you get one of those guys on the jury, then guess what?
They're not going to go along with this because they're from a country where they've seen this come before.
They're the ones who got out.
They are smart enough to read the stitches on a fastball.
So, what are they trying to do?
The left is now pushing Jack Smith, this miscreant who looks like he lives under a bridge somewhere, to move the case from the Southern District of Florida up to New Jersey.
Listen to this.
Ryan Goodman and who?
Andrew Weissman.
Remember, Andrew Weissman was the number one deputy for Robert Mueller.
He was the top guy going after Trump for all those years.
He comes up with these completely insane legal theories to try to stop Trump.
What is Weissman saying?
The indictment shows that Trump may have committed additional crimes at his private residence in Bedminster, New Jersey.
According to the Department of Justice and taped recording of the former president, Trump took classified records from Mar-a-Lago to Bedminster, where he showed off the contents of such records to others, wrote Goodman and Weissman, who are each professors of the NY School of Law.
The indictment alleges that Trump showed a map to a political ally blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah With Trump talking about Iran, which by the way, they said they can't even find these documents.
They don't even know what Trump was talking about.
There's a possibility that he was just holding up a piece of paper.
It may not have even been the documents in question.
They could have actually been down at Mar-a-Lago.
Who knows?
We don't know yet.
Uh, that they're saying that they want to push Jack Smith.
And keep in mind, Andrew Weissman is someone that is heavily, heavily plugged in in the Department of Justice.
Even though he's not there anymore, he's still plugged in with these guys.
They want them to move the trial or potentially file new charges against Trump in Northern Jersey, which of course is going to be a much more, shall we say, liberal district.
There's some areas that are conservative up there in North Jersey.
There's some Chris Christie area.
But at the same time, I say the Chris Christie from the people who did.
He was elected twice in New Jersey.
And so, yes, there are bastions of Republicans up there.
But at the same time, they are not always necessarily Trump-supporting Republicans up in North Jersey.
So, they want him to move, and they're making this huge case.
They've got it out in the Atlantic.
Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Why are they doing this?
Why are they pushing it?
Because they know the case in Miami is bunk.
They know it's a joke.
So they're already talking about moving the case.
That's why they're putting it out there.
And then, of course, the Drudge headline says, MAGA is haunted by the New Jersey option.
MAGA is haunted?
I think you guys are the ones who are haunted.
You guys are the ones who are scared.
That's why you're talking about moving the case to New Jersey, or filing new charges in New Jersey, because you know the case in Miami is a joke.
You're running scared from this.
You saw the Cubans of Little Havana coming out in full force, as well as the freedom fighters that we had on this very show.
From China, from Haiti, from Cuba, who came on here.
Saying that they all fled from regimes that acted like this and they came to America to try to escape it.
That's what's going on here.
And now you are running scared.
You're trying to do anything you can to move it to a favorable district.
You're jury shopping.
That's what they're doing, actually, is they're jury shopping.
They're saying, you know what?
There's too many conservatives.
There's too many freedom-loving people down there.
There's too many people that might, you know, not go along with our wicked schemes.
So what are we going to do?
We're going to jury shop and then go up to Northridge.
This is so obvious.
This is so obvious.
And you will get, at the same time, we're working on a Gitz Cop press swap.
We'll try to have him up in the next segment.
But this is where you'll have these spineless Republicans, spineless candidates, who don't come around, don't go anywhere, don't do anything, will sit back and go, Mike Pence.
Oh, this is egregious content.
Mike Pence knew that he had to be careful because he didn't want to spend another night in the punishment closet.
And he's like, oh, my mother will send me back into the punishment closet if I don't come out against the big bad orange man.
Mike, I'll tell you something right now.
You're going to be spending a lot of nights in the punishment closet because Trump is going back to the White House.
He's going to be re-elected.
The people of this country are sick of it and you are going to have to pay the price in the punishment closet.
Mother will send you there and it's going to be a very, very, very rough four years when Trump goes in and starts actually cleaning up this country and everyone puts it On your head.
So don't worry Mike, you can wear your little leather the same way you do on your motorcycle.
All right, Jack Pasupak, we're back on Human Events, our crack team of producers.
We had to track down Scott Pressler.
We weren't sure where he was because when we last left him, we thought we had sent him up to the dairy farms of Wisconsin, but it turns out that he's deep in the bayous of Louisiana right now.
And so we had to get on, we had to get on the old fan boat and then drive down into the bayou, get Scott Pressler out.
Folks, we've got him on for you right now.
Scott, what are you doing in Louisiana?
Well, I'm here outside of Lafayette in New Iberia, Louisiana.
Today's Flag Day.
It's President Trump's birthday.
So what a better way to celebrate than to be out registering new voters and making sure that we're preparing to take back the governorship this October and flip it from Democrat to Republican.
Well, I think that's exactly right.
You know, we were in, actually I was in Lafayette when we were there last year.
I was speaking to the Turning Point chapter there.
I think they sort of did like a joint event with Lafayette and LSU.
I mean, that's a great part of the country.
The food there is fantastic, by the way.
Oh yeah, everybody's serving me up jambalaya and gumbo, and we're gonna have a king cake this Saturday.
I'm actually going to be at the Bean Gun Show at the Pontchartrain Center outside of New Orleans.
And so if any of y'all are interested, if you want to spend your weekend registering voters with me at a gun show, then slide into my DMs, please, on Twitter or Facebook or any of the other social media applications, at Scott Pressler.
And we'll have some king cake together as we register new Republican voters.
Oh man, I'm actually going to be in a different part of country this weekend, but I'm definitely getting FOMO on that one.
Who wouldn't want to go to a Louisiana gun show with Scott Pressler and registered voters?
Now Scott, when we had you on but last, we were talking about these ballot operations, registration operations, micro-targeting.
Can you give us an update on that?
Has the RNC reached out to you?
Are they going to be doing anything?
We know Turning Point Action and you have signed this deal together, but has the RNC decided to come in and get on board with this?
Well, today is day number 61 of my reaching out respectfully and politely to the chairwoman of the RNC without a response.
So no, the RNC has not reached out to me.
In January of 2023, I launched a PAC called Early Vote Action, and so I'm focused on five states, Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
And yes, we're very proud that Early Vote Action is now partnering With Turning Point Action, and that organization has committed $5 million to a ballot chasing operation just in the state of Wisconsin, not even yet expanding to the other four states that I'm focusing on.
And what people need to understand is I'm glad that everybody at home is understanding the significance and the importance of early voting.
But remember, we can't ballot chase.
We can't do legal ballot harvesting in states like Nevada.
Unless there's an actual election going on.
So it's how we use our time now that is going to dictate who is going to be successful in November of 2024.
So what does that mean?
For example, a person who receives a mail-in ballot is 86% more likely to vote.
That's just the math.
That's just the numbers.
And so that's what we're presented with.
An Election Day voter is 53% likely to vote.
So any mail-in voter is 33% more likely to vote than an election day worker.
So my goal, our goal, is we want to make sure that we're focusing on low propensity voters.
Those are people that have voted zero times out of four years, one time out of four years, or two times out of four years.
And our goal is to contact those low propensity voters, get them on the permanent mail-in ballot list, And then when their vote is shipped and mailed to them, they will have an 86% more likely chance of voting in the election than if we were just expecting them to show up on election day.
Now, so that 83%, which that data is absolutely staggering, but when you're talking about the 86% who receive a ballot, now is that people who have requested a ballot either through a volunteer or maybe just going online and requesting a ballot?
Or does it carry over to these states that have now moved to this universal mail-in ballot option, where ballots are immediately sent to you?
Are you saying that in these states, we're seeing an 80% turnaround, even if it's a universal mail-in ballot?
Well, at least that data and that figure is from the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Now, Virginia is not a universal mail-in ballot state, so that means that people have to request them.
I'm ignorant if this data transfers to Universal, but I can at least tell you for the Commonwealth of Virginia, where people request them, people are 86% more likely to vote upon receiving their mail-in ballot.
Well, and there you go, because that speaks directly to your point, because we know at this point, then, if someone is already thinking about mail-in ballots, if someone has already decided that they've, you know, in their mind, right, you have to vote by mail in your mind before you actually go out, because you've made your plan.
That's where you're seeing this 86% versus 53%.
I mean, this is staggering.
So what you're doing, what your work is, is to basically find those people, particularly the ones that may not come out in off-year elections.
Obviously, we have one of those this year in multiple states, but in the main election, targeting those low-propensity voters who, by the way, may be conservative, culturally conservative.
Some of them, though, not necessarily registered.
Some of them not necessarily set up for this.
What you're doing is giving them a simple and extremely convenient option to vote.
And it's exactly what the left does, isn't it?
Well, and let's take this back home to Louisiana for a second, where I'm currently at.
We're going to potentially have a runoff in this gubernatorial election because they have a jungle primary, which means that in October of this year, if no candidate receives 50% plus one of the vote, then it goes to an automatic runoff of the top two contenders.
But here's the thing.
Down here in Louisiana, I've come to find out that they love them some football.
Get this.
The runoff election, if it happens, is going to occur on November 18th, when there is a football game.
And I hate to say it, and I know this may sound silly, but The Democrats are going to do early voting.
The Democrats are going to do mail-in voting.
And if we expect every single one of our people to vote a week before Thanksgiving on the day of a football game on Saturday, I think that that would be asinine for us to wait for all of our people to vote on one day.
And that shows the significance and importance of doing early voting to make sure we're locking in.
This is so important.
Scott, let me hold you over.
We're coming up on a break.
What he just identified there is so important because what you're talking about is a local culture.
I mean, obviously, football is popular around the country, but if you understand what Scott's talking about, in Louisiana, football is the closest thing to a religion if you're Christianity, alright?
In Louisiana and other parts of the South, you cannot have people voting on a football day.
Stay tuned, we'll be right back.
When I grew up in the hood, I rolled with Bloods.
And them boys had a saying.
You can't be listening to all that slappy-whack-trimatizolitsabam-ship-nippy-bam-bam like Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
Folks, are you tired of progressive, woke corporations and exhausted to try to keep up with all the virtue signaling when you're simply trying to buy something for your family?
Progressive corporate America is pushing messaging that alienates conservatives.
It is eroding the American dream and it's all over the country.
Companies like Starbucks are strong-arming their companies to support abortion and their customers.
Financial services like PayPal are cancelling customers for political views.
Makeup companies like Maybelline are making a mockery of women by supporting these trans models.
And beer companies like Bud Light are forcing gender ideology on you and all you want to do is have a beer.
Thankfully, we do not have to fund these companies any longer with our hard-earned dollars.
With Public Square, you have a solution.
It is so simple.
Join the movement of millions of patriotic Americans at publicsquare.com.
This is an app and a website where you can get connected to tens of thousands of businesses from all over the country that explain They are the ones that support our traditions, that support our values, that support America.

They are calling it the baby bonus, strong families make a strong nation.
Amazing.
Go sign up for Public Square right now.
And once you're done with that, of course, make sure you are subscribed to Human Events here on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, wherever you get it.
And of course, we've got the great Rumble app that's starting.
But Scott Presser, I wanted to go back to you.
You were talking before about this field update, the way that we can convert these people over this election.
Why is it so important that we understand the culture, the demographics of these areas, that if we're, and to your point, I mean, A game day in Louisiana is not exactly a day that you're going to be able to get a lot of people out to the polls.
The Democrats understand this.
Whether it's weather, whether it's an act of God, a force majeure, whether there's something going on, they understand that it is so much easier if your ballot has already been counted.
Scott, are Republicans waking up to this?
Are you finding a good resonance when you bring this message as an evangelist to people?
I want to first acknowledge to everyone listening at home, I understand your frustration.
I understand your hesitation with early voting.
Trust me, I've been fighting for election integrity since the 2020 presidential election, so I know where you're coming from.
But it's simply a math and a numbers game, and I'm here to win.
Whoever is our Republican nominee, I want to make sure that we have the infrastructure to elect that person.
But knowing the culture of the state, I'm down here in Louisiana, and it's hot.
Over 100 degrees.
We're out registering voters, talking to voters.
But if you at home, you're not able to do all the voter registration or door-knocking, well, I have an action-oriented step for you that you can help us with our Louisiana Day of Action this Saturday.
We have an application with my organization, Early Vote Action, that you can download on your iPhone or your Android.
And if you go to Make Phone Calls, there's a list up there of unaffiliated Louisiana voters that we're going to be calling identifying supporters for Attorney General Jeff Landry, who's running for governor.
And then our secondary goal is to translate and convert those unaffiliated voters into Republicans.
So you at home are going to have a way to contribute, even from the comfort of your couch, even when it's 100 degrees outside.
And this is something that everybody can participate By going to Early Vote Action and downloading the application.
That's so perfect.
Everyone needs to pull out your phone right now and subscribe to Human Events.
But afterwards, get early vote action right now.
This is so key.
Because, Scott, what you're talking about goes beyond persuasion.
It goes beyond sharing a news headline.
It goes beyond talking to someone about maybe being a conservative.
You're actually banking votes.
Why is that so much more effective?
Can you explain that to us for another minute?
Sure.
Well, it's laying the ground game.
You know, what people need to understand is I love that people get excited a month before election day and they're like, Scott, I want to knock on doors.
I want to do all the things that it takes in order to win an election.
But really, by the time that we get a month before election day, tens of millions of people have already voted.
And in some states, voter registration cuts off 30 days prior to Election Day.
So if you at home really want to make a real, tangible difference, it's not waiting until 2024.
It's putting in the sweat, equity and the elbow grease now in preparation for this November's elections, for next November's elections.
But now is the time that we lay that groundwork, we create that infrastructure, And we make those connections and build rapport with voters in order to turn them out to vote.
That's so key because what you're doing is you're building the actual on the ground interpersonal relationships with voters, with the people that you're going to be asking to come out next.
Scott, that's incredible.
For people in other states, give us again one more time where they can go, how they can sign up.
Sure.
Well, my Twitter is at Scott Pressler, S-C-O-T-T-P-R-E-S-L-E-R.
My direct messages are open.
If any of you at home have a question, I'm very accessible.
You can also go to our website, which is earlyvoteaction.com.
And yes, please also download the application, either on your Android or iPhone, early vote action and you will be empowered to make phone calls into Louisiana and Pennsylvania from the comfort of your home.
Scott Pressler, God bless you, man.
God be with you out there in this heat down there in the bayou.
Watch out for those gators.
I know we got those down in those swamps up in the north as well.
Scott Pressler, go follow him.
Go make sure that you are signed up.
Thanks, Jack.
Folks, I want to take one second before we sign off here because it is Flag Day, but it's something else.
There's another day today.
Today is a day that we remember someone who has been fighting for us, someone that's been persecuted, lied about, smeared, attacked, prosecuted, more than any single one of us combined.
And believe me, I got plenty of those.
I wanted to say a very special happy birthday.
I think we have a photo of someone whose birthday is today.
Is that right?
Can we get that up on the screen?
Happy birthday to the once and future President of the United States of America.
