MERI CROULEY: FILMMAKER AND JOURNALIST RE HUMAN TRAFFICKING, CONFERENCE AND FILM
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Thank you.
Thank you.
So I'm here with Mary Crowley and she is a filmmaker as well as a broadcaster, investigator.
She's been doing a lot of investigations into child trafficking and I think she could probably extend her bio a bit for us.
And we are here today to actually Talk about her upcoming film and her upcoming conference.
So, so welcome Mary.
It's great to have you here.
Hey, Carrie.
It's good to be here.
We're in, we're both in California where we're getting rain and snow and it's pretty amazing out here on the West Coast.
Yes.
So, so can you talk a little bit about your background for people that may, may not have heard your name?
Well, thank you for having me on, Carrie.
Well, I've been living in, you know, the Southern California area for, you know, about 30 years.
And, you know, I've been working on a film called Freedom Cry Sex Trafficking in America for the last five.
And we recently, I launched it.
I've been premiering it in different parts of the country in November.
We went to Georgia.
Actually, I feel Georgia was the head of the snake.
We went to Chicago after that the belly of the beast with Chicago and I'm in Southern California, but we're going to be premiering it.
Live on the internet, um, you know, probably around April 25th.
So, um, but in the meantime, I've been doing broadcasting for the last 20 years.
I've probably done about 2000 programs around the world like you carry.
I mean, I'm a.
You know, a journalist and also a kind of a guerrilla filmmaker.
You know, I took my camera into Israel and Africa and Scotland.
And, you know, I just started shooting stuff, interviewing people.
And then I'd come back and my director editor would get it produced and edited.
So that's what I've been doing.
And, you know, when the whole pandemic Happened three years ago.
I've been literally traveling, you know non-stop to different cities and speaking or doing my interviews at Reawaken America or just different places around the country.
So I think everybody including watching this today, you know, we know that our country's in a coup and we've just got to do whatever it takes to get the word out there as alternative media.
Absolutely.
So what I want to do is I'm going to bring this banner on the screen that you sent me so we can at least show people what you've got going on here.
So this is your conference, right?
Got that right?
Well, actually, I like to call them convergences because I believe that that area of the country, you've got Mount Rushmore right there, but also the Black Hills.
There's going to be a lot more speakers.
That's just some of the main ones right now.
We got 107 coming in as G and on, you know.
Those guys have a lot of major intel.
But, you know, that area of the country, you know, we've invited Christy Noem, Governor Christy Noem.
I'm going to actually be screening my film.
It's a two day event.
It's actually Friday evening and all day Saturday and Saturday evening.
And I'll be actually showing my film Freedom Cry.
Sex trafficking in America in the afternoon, like, at 2 on Saturday, and then we're going to have a panel of people that actually were trafficked or that are involved in the trafficking space, including Governor Kristi Noem.
One of the gals, Carrie, that's going to be there, she was actually trafficked out of South Dakota at six years old by a pedophile ring.
Her name is Kelly Patterson, and she's got a book from Traffic to Treasured, and she's now a pastor, and Governor Noem and her are very close.
So, you know, the trafficking problem is a major issue going on, as you know, now with the borders being opened.
And literally they're trafficking children through these NGOs into every state of the, you know, of the union here.
So I think everybody needs to be aware.
But this, this whole conference is not about trafficking.
That's just one, you know, segment in the afternoon.
I'm going to show my film because we're going to be in the Monument Fine Arts Theater.
Holds about 1700 people and it's all newly redone.
Uh, it's got a state of the art screen and speakers and everything, so it's going to be a great venue.
There's a lot of adequate parking.
We've got some great hotels that I've, I've partnered with that are giving great rates.
And, uh, you know, it's, um.
We're not going to reach Friday evening.
I've got a speaker out of Chicago named Marcus Rogers.
Who's pretty well known in some.
You know, spaces.
He's actually the pastor of a church called Firehouse.
And this guy's also a rapper, but he's just bringing forth content that's really waking up the youth in Andrew Whelan.
So we're going to have a great band.
And I'm inviting, I think it would be great for the people to bring their families.
I mean, that's the reason people come to South Dakota.
You've got Mount Rushmore.
You've got, you know, Deadwood.
There's so many people that go to that city and they have reenactments of You know, some of the stuff with, uh, you know, the sheriffs and, and what happened in that time.
I was there a couple of years ago and it was really a cool place to go.
So we're not charging Friday, but on Saturday, uh, it's $77 for the whole day.
And we do VIP for, um, like 300.
We're only going to have 300 VIPs.
It's like 177 for VIP and they're going to get to meet the speakers.
We're going to have gift bags and things like that, but people can go on my website, which is marycrowley.com.
I always say, Carrie, my name's right in the middle of America.
Actually, God told me that one day, several years ago.
I heard a voice say to me, your name's right in the middle of America.
My last name being Crowley, all of a sudden it went A-M-E-R.
I go like, wow.
And Mary, M-E-R, I mean Shining Sea, so I believe guys from Sea to Shining Sea that we're going to bring forth victory.
So at this Open the Heavens Conference, I really believe that we're coming together to unite and, you know, to raise our voices as one in unity and community.
Great.
Now, just in terms, I think people would be curious, so you're going to screen your movie, but the movie, can you tell us about the movie?
How you kind of got it going?
What were your ideas in making it?
You know, just some background.
Sure.
Well, I've been doing interviews for, you know, like I said, about 20 years and I've always interviewed, you know, different women and there was always a thread that ran through that a lot of these women, uh, at some point, many of them got like trafficked or was in the porn industry.
I mean, they started out like maybe working at Hooters and it's kind of putting like the frog in the tepid water.
And before you know it, they were like in soft porn or something.
And then when I interviewed Liz Crokin, You know, in 2017, of course, as we remember, President Trump got into office.
1 of the 1st things he did was put an executive order against child 6 trafficking.
He started doing a number of things to shut down the borders and President Trump knew what was going on.
Me being in Hollywood now, we see what the Pedophile Network is doing and things like that.
So when I interviewed Liz Krogan, I really went down the rabbit hole.
I had no clue what MKUltra was.
I mean, this was like five, six years ago.
Once I started really researching it to the extent that Liz opened up my eyes, the pizzagate and the pedogate, I really felt inspired that I was to do a documentary.
And I actually was invited to go to Thailand I brought my videographer and we went to like Bangkok and Pattaya.
Pattaya, Carrie, has a three mile long walking street, they call it, with literally nightclubs, like, you know, just three miles of nightclubs that you see these girls, you know, standing outside and sometimes they'll wear little sailor outfits or they have little devil outfits on or they have and pretty much it's a lot of men coming from all over the world.
It's the largest sex tourist destination in the world.
And so when I came home from Thailand, I really felt God speak to me that I wasn't to do it about Thailand, it was to do it about America.
So I started, I worked with a director and an editor named Fred Paskowitz, Uh, for a number of years, and so somebody, um, a friend of mine had donated, just sold her business, donated a large sum of money.
I do have a nonprofit foundation I've had for 25 years.
So we just started traveling around and getting interviews of women.
And also, um, you know, places that were actually working with women that had been trafficked and now.
You know, helping them, because many of them, of course, are highly traumatized.
And so that's how I went down this rabbit hole of doing these interviews.
And we even have in the film, we even have a guy who was a pimp, who's now a pastor named Mark Miles.
Really incredible story.
So, in the midst of all this journey that I'll carry, then COVID happens, which, of course, everybody pretty much got shut down for a while.
And then my director died like a month before my premiere.
We were going to show at the Anatole in Texas and Dallas.
So I had to get a new director editor and there was a lot of challenges.
The reason I bring this up curious because many people watching today have gone through a lot of different challenges.
You know, I've lost a lot of people.
I know, you know that have died and just a lot of different challenges, but I keep hearing and I'm telling you know, the people that you're that are on your live stream is that we have to stay the course because I believe that what I've heard is the greatest show on Earth is getting ready to happen and that God is going to show up and show off and some of the best films the best movies the best music are going to be released.
and uh you know this operation that's going on this cabal eventually is going to be captured and taken down but it's not going to happen just like you know like i don't know how it's going to happen all i know is i've got to do what i'm called to do and uh you know keep going and keep doing what i'm called to do and and stay the course and so i would say and suggest that to everybody listening that you know we're all called to this and it's going to be exciting when we see what eventually will will happen
For sure.
Well, yeah, there's no doubt that we're kind of coming to a kind of a precipice or a crescendo, if you will.
You know, I was liking things to a movie.
Like, if this was the movie, then we'd be getting, you know, to the pinnacle of the action, simply because everything seems to be building towards something.
And I guess we're going to find out what that something is.
I think they're 107 talks about, you know, Pearl, what does he say?
Cuban missile crisis type event.
So I don't know what that is, or if it'll happen.
I'm not sure in our, in terms of our world, what, you know, I mean, we've already had a nuclear threat, you know, and Russia has already sort of stated that they would threaten the Ukraine with nukes.
I'm not sure how that affects us, unless there's something, there's a standoff in which we have to deal with it, the United States, because I assume he's relating to this event happening to the United States.
Um, I don't know that it would be someone threatening our country with nukes, but it could, you know, we don't know.
Um, so there's a lot of options, I guess you might say.
And if I understand, even Trump made a statement in, maybe you want to talk a little bit about this because when the, the, you know.
When the Silicon Valley Bank crashed a few days ago, as you I'm sure are aware, and then a couple of other banks, Signature and this other one, I forget the name of it.
And, and then Credit Suisse was kind of going on the rocks and that's in Europe.
Okay.
So, but now Credit Suisse has supposedly been backed by the government and they've been given some money from some organization.
And supposedly I heard that USB or no HHSB in England was going to buy it.
But we do have this, this sort of domino effect, right?
And the question is what that's building towards as well.
So Trump came out and made a statement, I don't know if you're aware of it, in which he said that he had actually made it a few years ago when Biden first came into office saying if Biden gets into office, We're going to have a 1929 or worse than 1929 type of crash.
And then recently just a couple days ago when the bank went down, he made that statement again.
It's on my telegram.
It's on his telegram so-and-so.
And then it started getting out to the newspapers and some newspapers have been printing that statement.
So you might have seen it there.
You want to comment about that?
Do you have any thoughts, info, whatever?
Well, you know, we know even Juan, I know I've interviewed him several times where, you know, he says it's going to look like, and not that we put all of our, everything, our stock in Juan.
I do honor Juan and, you know, what he represents, but really this is where we need to put our trust in God, because it is always the darkest before the dawn, and I know that Juan has said it's going to look like a near-death experience, And I always like to go back.
I've been actually looking at the American Revolution, 1776, how dark it was then.
And, you know, in 1777, right after that, you know, at the end of 1776, General Washington, of course, storm, you know, took, went across the Delaware, which is kind of a ragtag Group of the Continental Army and the Hessian soldiers that were hired by King George from Germany, you know, pretty much took them by surprise and they gave up in an hour.
And it was because of that, that, you know, the beginning of 1777, they got more money where people volunteered and.
And the army didn't go down but in 1777, George Washington was in his office at Valley Forge, and you can research this, where an angel actually walked in and said, son of the Republic, listen and learn there's going to be three perils.
That's going to come upon America.
The 1st, 1 was the American Revolution.
The 2nd, 1, the angel described was a civil war, but the angel said the 3rd would be the worst that America would be surrounded and it would look really bad.
But it said the Union.
Would prevail.
So, um, in regards to the banking crisis, I mean, right now, other than I think we have trust God.
We have to do what we need to do, but I think there, you know, we know these global elites and this cabal, we know that they manipulate money.
They funded both sides of most of the wars.
And so, you know what I mean?
They'll probably do some kind of tricks because they're backed in a corner right now.
We're starting to see what happened.
You know, the January 6 footage came out.
They're starting to see that they're getting exposed.
And so, I don't know exactly what they're going to do.
But right now, I have to trust and believe.
I can't get fearful.
That's one thing that we can't get fearful.
You know, because fear is false evidence appearing real.
And if you get fearful you get kind of like deer in the headlights, you know, and people just kind of get stuck.
So I think we have to keep moving and taking action and knowing that, you know, this too will pass.
Absolutely.
So, okay, well, that's good.
You know, you kind of have a level head about it.
The similarities back to the days of the Revolutionary War are definitely there.
I think that other people have pointed out the parallels.
uh between our time and that time like even astrologically from what i understand uh i don't have that information in front of me but i recall them talking about that uh so and if there's any astrologers out there they might be aware of that um but what we're looking at also is people getting together like never before and coming forward
So I think that this truth movement that didn't exist at all, you know, through the centuries, this is changing the entire world and our consciousness rising because of it.
And as a result of that rising consciousness, this continues, you know, we continue to tell the truth.
And to get more truth out there.
So, I can't help but think that we may be similar to the Revolutionary War, but there are ingredients in this scenario that make it very, very different.
And kind of a key, because again, consciousness is really key.
It's kind of a saying, consciousness is king.
So there's a sense that, you know, as being connected to Source, we are a reflection of Source and we are supported by Source.
And so our consciousness is supposed to be a reflection of Source's consciousness.
So that's actually where we're headed.
And that's the good news, I would say.
Yeah, we'll see.
Well, and just to interject briefly, you look at, see, because I'm also working on a motion picture, and I know you've been involved in Hollywood and different projects and things throughout the past, and a lot of, you know, the average movie in Hollywood can take 12 to 14 years to make.
From start to finish and some even longer some shorter, but if you look at the 60s, I'm actually working on a film called the prodigal and there's a movie that just came out called the Jesus revolution that that was a story a true story a biopic about you know, this hippie which is actually the biopic that my story is about name money Frisbee.
That was the catalyst for this movement called the Jesus movement.
But then, you know, he had been molested at 8 years old.
He actually, you know, he had HIV in the early 90s, contracted HIV, and he actually died, but it was of AZT poisoning.
A lot of people that were in the 80s and 90s, a lot of people that contracted HIV, it really wasn't deadly.
The AZT poisoned them and it was a Fauci protocol.
So, I mean, there's a lot of things that people are waking up to.
You look at the 60s, you have the free speech movement out of Berkeley.
You have the civil rights movement, Martin Luther King.
You had the women's movement.
You had the Black Panther movement.
You had all these movements.
And at the end of the 60s, when literally they said on the cover of Time Magazine, God is dead.
That's when God started breathing upon this movement of these radical hippies that were looking for love and drugs and sex and rock and roll and everything kind of a lot of people are doing now.
And that's when a movement began.
And so Carrie, I truly believe there's a great awakening coming instead of a great reset.
And you talk about source, which my, you know, my narrative is really, you know, I believe in God almighty.
So, you know, we can, you know, we're linking arms on a number of fronts here.
And so I believe just like when everybody said it was dead in the late sixties, all of a sudden God said, well, I'm not dead.
And he started breathing, breathing upon a radical group of people.
That like Lonnie said, the church for so long is expecting a certain mold of what a Christian should look like and say and be.
But God is blowing everybody's mind because they're saving the hippies and nobody thought a hippie could be saved.
And so now God's going to blow on the LGBT.
Cue community and all of a sudden like the product of Sun, they're going to wake up like God is love and he's going to run to them.
And so I believe we're going to see something incredible.
That's getting ready to happen how they're trying to push a narrative in our schools.
There's so much sexualization of the culture and pornography and all this stuff.
They've said carry.
I just saw a stat that said most young girls.
57% of them are sad all the time.
13% of them have tried to commit suicide and 23% of it think about it all the time.
So you have a culture that is so, you know what I mean?
They're so like sad and down and depressed that, you know, there's going to be something that's going to shift in the culture.
So that's why as a filmmaker, you can make a difference.
Comments.
Just want to say, God, Source, Creator, those are just some things.
I consider that all the same thing, so just want to clarify that.
Well, I understood, and I figured that it was, but I just, you know.
Well, just clarifying.
So, but yeah, for sure.
I mean, I don't know about this individual you're talking about.
I haven't seen that movie.
Are you saying that you did a movie on the same subject or that same person?
Well, Ashley, the movie came out on the 24th of February.
It's done about 40 million dollars in three weeks.
Ashley, the movement was about this conservative pastor named Chuck Smith of Calvary Chapel and Greg Laurie, who actually is the pastor of Harvest Church and has Harvest Crusades.
My movie is about this guy named Lonnie Frisbee, who was the catalyst.
I mean, he got picked up hitchhiking and You know, Chuck Smith's daughter's boyfriend picked him up and brought him right to Chuck's door in Costa Mesa, California, which is Orange County.
And so it was this radical hippie and this conservative pastor who's played by Kelsey Grammer, interestingly enough.
And it erupts into this movement that they start doing baptisms at Pirate's Cove, where Errol Flynn made a lot of their pirate movies, down in Corona del Mar, Newport Beach area.
And so Time Magazine started hearing about this in the early 70s, and Ashley started covering it, and they made Jesus Man of the Year on the cover of Time Magazine in June of 1971.
And so it erupted across the country, And like, you know, I was just a small kid, but what I'm saying is that erupted across the country where a lot of things start on the coast and move their way in.
And across the nation, there was radical hippies that all of a sudden they started finding God.
They started throwing away their drugs and all the other stuff, and they started searching for God.
And it became a movement known as the Jesus Movement.
And so, um, you know, a few many years ago, uh, I was speaking at a conference down in San Diego and felt really inspired to start doing a concert for youth.
And, um, I didn't know what we were going to call it.
I got a team of people together and I'm driving home from the gym 1 day carry in Laguna.
And I'm on Crown Valley Parkway, and I hear God speak to me.
There's a greater move of God coming than the Jesus Movement.
Now at the time, Carrie, I didn't know what the Jesus Movement was.
And then I heard this voice say, I want you to call your event Youth Wave, and the slogan is Be a Part of the New Wave.
So there's a new wave that's here, and we did our first concert.
We had 5,000 kids.
It was an incredible event.
I did about 10 concerts in Southern California.
Something is erupting.
Even I don't know if you've heard about certain things happening at Asbury College that broke out February 8th.
It was a college, a Christian college.
And they have chapel service maybe three times a week.
Well, after the service, one young man started feeling, you know, led to confess his sins when he was dealing with and other people started kind of doing the same thing and it broke out into a movement that it didn't stop for like a month.
People started coming from all over the country to this Asbury College, which is more of a Methodist, John and Charles Wesley.
If you study Revival, the Wesleys were known
in our country uh in the first great awakening so there's many colleges and kind of caught fire of that and um just these kids are so hungry and so i believe that there's a hunger in the youth right now that's going to be lit by the spirit of god the source creator whatever you want to call it that's going to light this fire and um it's going to erupt into a movement and and that's what i believe and that's what i'm working on Okay.
Well, that's great.
Um, you know, as far as I'm concerned, it's already happening.
So no, it is, it is, but it's going to erupt into it right now.
We're seeing the embers, you know, it's kind of, but it's going to like, literally, I believe millions of people.
It's not just like thousands.
It'll be millions, even billions.
Okay.
Well, sure.
Um, you know, I think that the truth movement is the same kind of thing.
Because behind everyone's drive to get to the truth, you know, that's related to Christ and saying the truth will set you free.
And so there's a, there's a through line, you know, to people that drive, they're, they're really driven to tell the truth.
There's a reason for that.
And so that all connects as well.
So I would, you know, I kind of lump them in, in my world, lump them in the truth movement and that's massive as we all know.
So it's interesting to hear about this other Situation going on, you're not aware of the situation in colleges and various things, but it's great that you did those music conference concerts down in Southern California.
That's great.
So I wanted to keep this short, so I'm going to actually keep it short.
But just to make sure that we're covering all the bases for you, do you have any kind of speaker list that you want to give us and also where people can see your movie?
Okay, the speaker list for, you mean, for the event in South Dakota or for.
Well, as far as I know, that's what you're doing.
Yeah.
Sure.
Well, yeah, and I'll be doing other things like I'm doing a little premiere in San Diego.
I mean, people can go to my website, which is Mary Crowley, Mary spelled M-E-R-I and Crowley, C-R-O-U-L-E-Y.com.
You know, we're adding more speakers, but as I mentioned earlier, we have Juana Saban, we have Az Chianon, You know, got Dr Manuel Johnson.
I've got Andrew.
You know, he's a young prophetic guy out of Texas.
I don't know if any of you heard of Lou angle, but Lou angle in 2000, they had a 1Million kids on the mall in Washington that literally.
You know, he's got something called the call and then the send that literally have raised up thousands of young people, but also that pastor Marcus Rogers, you can look him up on YouTube.
You know, he's got like, almost a million on YouTube.
So these are these voices that are being raised up and then I've invited several others that I'm getting the final word who's all going to be there.
But.
The main thing, like even Joe Donnell, who's, you know, just got elected to the legislature there, he said that South Dakota, like even in the, you know, the Native American people, they said it's really the Black Hills is the heart of the nation.
And, you know, Wounded Knee, Was the in 1890 December 29th was the last massacre of the Native Americans on our soil and it wasn't really even a battle.
It was really the Seventh Cavalry was called in and really massacred mostly women and children and a few men.
And so I believe that First Nations are very going to be very significant because they were the first fathers of this country.
And so even Lonnie Frisbee who I talked about earlier, his father was a hundred percent Cherokee.
And so when he 1967 when he goes up to talk with Canyon outside of Palm Springs and dropped LSD, which of course many of the young people were doing and he had done many times because it's the whole Timothy Lurie tune on tune in tune on and tune on tune in tune on and drop out and he basically have this vision of these these kids in darkness and God said I'm I'm releasing you to you know to bring You know, the revelation of Christ to a nation.
And so this whole movement started with him on Native American land.
So I think even the event in South Dakota, you know, Justin, I know you're closing this out.
May 2nd, 2020, I, you know, in California, we were the first state that shut down.
I woke up on May 2nd and I heard the voice of God say, we won't shut up until you open up, open the heavens.
This is a spiritual battle and we have to take back the gates.
That the enemy, you know, has tried to steal and so I believe it's going to be very significant as we come together in unity in South Dakota.
My event online about the freedom conference is scheduled right now for April 25th.
At 6 p.m.
Pacific, 9 p.m.
Eastern, but all the details haven't been worked out about that.
We will be screening my film, Ashley, also at Open the Heavens event in South Dakota at 2 in the afternoon on Saturday.
And Governor Kristi Noem, we've invited her, so more than likely she will be there and speaking on the panel because one of her big things is anti-trafficking as well.
Excellent.
All right.
Well, uh, you know, it's, it's great to hear what you're doing and, and all of this.
And I think, um, you know, it's, it's very inspiring to, to the viewers and, uh, and, and so I hope you have success at all your events and, um, we'd be happy to, um, you know, I'll post your, your banner.
Give me a link.
That goes with it so that people can go and go and buy tickets or any events you've got going on.
You can always let me know and then we'll we'll put put them around.
So, you know, just to raise the awareness.
So thank you again for being on the show and thanks everyone for watching and take care.
Thank you, Carrie.
Thank you.
Everybody that's listening.
The best is yet to come.
Sure.
Absolutely.
All right.
Take care.
Bye.
