	I'm Carrie Cassidy from Project Camelot and very happy to be here today.
	So I have Deborah Tavares with me and it's really wonderful to have her back on the show.
	It's been a while and we're going to be talking about all the subjects I put on this banner.
	And she is on a phone line, so just to be aware, and we won't be able to see her face, her lovely face.
	But she will be here in voice.
	And Deborah, are you there?
	I am, Carrie, yes.
	How is the voice coming through?
	I think we're fine, but I'm going to keep an eye on my chat to make sure that everything is okay.
	They usually can let me know if there's an issue.
	At the moment, I think we're fine.
	So, do you want to start off by just briefly introduce yourself?
	I know you're very well known at this point, but I'm calling you an investigator.
	I'm not sure what you want to call yourself exactly, but if you could tell people kind of how you started out and then we can launch into everything.
	Absolutely.
	Okay, so I am Deborah Tavares, and I run several websites.
	The main one is StopTheCrime.net, and I would ask, please, that everyone subscribe to our video YouTube channel on StopTheCrime.net and tap the bell notification.
	That way you'll be advised of upcoming and blast-outs that we send out.
	I also run the website PrimaryWater.org.
	Which discusses that as many people as possible need to get to as much water as possible.
	We'll talk about that.
	And then, I haven't posted to it, but I've run for many years, ToxicSky.org.
	ToxicSky.org.
	And in the early days of my posting things to that, I linked up to Rosalind Peterson at that time, who ran California Skywatch.
	And she still does have her website up.
	Although, sadly, Rosalind died of cancer a few years ago, and she was really my mentor on detailed aspects of weather modification by the use of technologies and by the chemtrails and the continuous spraying.
	She lived about an hour plus north of us, and we would talk nearly daily for months and months.
	She would explain that in 15 or 20 minutes, I'm going to see these cloud structures overhead that were initialized in her area, more in the Humboldt County area, and then would waif down the coastline.
	And I'm in Northern California in Sonoma County, about an hour north of the Golden Gate Bridge.
	And I was watching all this weather modified, what I thought was natural clouds, and found out that they're structures and they're being created.
	And with her A very patient way in which to explain what we face.
	I started and of course realized the enormity of what we face and I've just tumbled deeper into all of that reality.
	Primarily I come from a building background.
	I had a business with my family for many decades in property development and design and sales and management.
	Southern California.
	And after many years of not understanding why it was becoming much more difficult to build with regulations that were being literally increasing and changing zoning requirements of how you could build in cities.
	At the time, I was too busy with children and our own business to really dive in to find out what was going on And as I dove in after we moved here to Northern California from Southern California,
	I started looking into documents, and I was attending literally hundreds and hundreds of meetings, all kinds of meetings, city council meetings, county board of supervisors meetings, Pacific gas and electric meetings, homeowner share meetings,
	certainly the meeting that I attended Years ago now in the headquarters of Pacific Gas and Electric in San Francisco, where I then discovered that Rothschild was controlling Pacific Gas and Electric,
	and then that became a wider research from my team, discovering that all of the utilities are controlled worldwide by our overlords, our overlords being whomever you want to believe.
	It's controlling this vast network of demise that we face.
	And so I leave that up to you to make that determination for yourself.
	But I will be talking about specific people that are involved in this in some of the documents that I will be discussing in the program today.
	So that's a little about me.
	I've been married 49 years.
	I have a few children and grandchildren, and I am I'm absolutely dedicated to find out what they face, and that is why I am doing all the work that I have been doing for so long.
	This conversation that you'll hear only a part of on the show with Carrie today.

	It's a very broad and deep website.
	You can easily get lost.
	But don't get lost.
	We're already lost enough.
	Get to our video channels, which I think of as Cliff Notes in many instances that house a lot of the documents and various patents and things that are proven to support everything we discuss.
	So with that, Carrie, I just will give a Northern California update as to the current fires that we're facing.
	I am right now here in Santa Rosa, Northern California, where we have had many days of evacuations and fires.
	To this moment, there have been over 68,000 people evacuated from their homes, and we have an ability to help house some of the evacuees.
	That's what we've been busy doing over the last few days.
	Many areas are repopulating, they call it.
	I want to say, well, when they ask people to leave, do they call that depopulating?
	So they're repopulating a few areas right now, though, with the caveat that tomorrow we're going to be in another red flag fire warning, fire watch.
	What that means is they determine what the...
	The moisture in the air will be, and we're going to be very, very dry, very low humidity.
	This is what constitutes a red flag fire warning.
	So low humidity, extremely dry, severe ground covering and plants because of increased temperatures and wind.
	So we have all of that.
	The one aspect that heavily chemtrailed for weeks before a fire, And during the fires were heavily chemtrailed, the overhead aerosol spraying program, and after the fires.
	In fact, we have a video we just posted today, and it's going to demonstrate how the fires burn from the inside out and into the root system because of the heavy metal saturation that all of the plant material worldwide has been receiving for decades.
	So we're highly combustible.
	The ground is highly combustible.
	The trees are burning from the inside out because think of it like clogged arteries with fats and so forth.
	Well, the trees take up these heavy metals, and they're then not able to uptake water.
	They become compromised.
	That's why we have millions upon millions upon millions of trees dying.
	Because they are dying.
	They've been heavily sprayed, other plants as well.
	We're seeing our food supply being massively reduced because of the consistent and more frequent solar dimming as a result of the haze that is sprayed overhead.
	And then these chemtrails merge and waste into this thin vellum.
	And we have far less generation capability from our solar panels when that occurs.
	So knowing that, we have been encouraging people if you are going to install solar and we're going to recommend it based on this emergency alert I'm going to discuss with you in a moment, but you have to put in more solar panels than what the engineers or the licensed solar contractors will recommend because they don't factor in the reality of solar dimming.
	They don't bring that up.
	So sadly, You will not get the benefits.
	And also I will add at this point, and I will be saying this again, you absolutely do not, absolutely underscored, do not want to use the Tesla Powerwall or the lithium-ion batteries.
	They all are lithium-ion batteries.
	They're very combustible.
	They degrade over time and in heat.
	And when they do explode, which they do, you can type in lithium-ion batteries on your search bar and And see the explosions.
	And while many people are now looking for expanding the ability to have power when we're facing so many power outages, they're hooking up to a system that is deliberately set up as an additional weapons system.
	And that would be, again, the solar panels, which, of course, you need, and then hooking up to the Tesla or the lithium-ion system.
	Battery backup system.
	Airplanes will not allow the lithium ion batteries.
	You may recall Samsung had a real problem with their phones because of the batteries and these things blowing up in people's pocket.
	I will throw in right now, too, that the smart meters have lithium ion batteries in them as well.
	Sadly, they're part of the combustible aspect of the burns that we're seeing right now here.
	In Northern California and what we've been seeing all along.
	Now, today is Wednesday.
	It is September the 30th of 2020.
	Some of the main headlines that I'd like to just state right now and talk briefly, and then I'm going to get into fires, and then I'm going to get into an emergency alert.
	So just be patient, and we'll go through this.
	So right now, we've had a tremendous amount of Internet I'm hearing from people literally all over the country that are experiencing dropped calls more than ever, not getting messages for days after they left them.
	So we are experiencing and we'll be entering into a time where communication will become more difficult, and we're going to have to look at alternative ways to communicate and connect with one another.
	I throw that out now as something for everybody to consider and think about how we might be able to all do this with ham radios, etc., because the repeaters have been taken out and are being taken out by our fascist government, however you would like to call a corporation that's killing us.
	They've been taking out the repeaters for the ham radios, and so the only way we can really create connectivity is literally leapfrogging from one ham radio to Many people are looking to connect cross-country this way as communication is continued to be eliminated.
	We're also looking at the final admission of the dawn of Palantir, and that's a Silicon Valley surveillance company that now is going public on the New York Stock Exchange.
	We've discussed Palantir in the past and how this is pre-predictive programming and surveillance.
	In other words, to literally look at your past habits, equate that into your future expected intentions, and then arresting you or confining you based on advanced surveillance.
	That has already been rolled out in many areas of the country right now.
	Certainly during Katrina and after Katrina, in New Orleans it was rolled out, Chicago and many, many other states.
	I've reported on that in the past, so you can scroll through some of our past videos about Palantir, and it is now being said out loud.
	And what is important to note, and this is a way of looking at reality, we're being told that government is doing everything for our safety.
	And that they are being fully transparent.
	We're hearing the word transparent.
	And for those of you that are listening, our world is anything but transparent.
	Transparency doesn't exist in the definition that I think most of us would think of it.
	So when you really understand what transparency is in their definition, it is the lack of anonymity.
	In other words, nothing is private anymore.
	Everything is transparent.
	The breath you take, the moves you make, the food you buy, all will soon be very allocated, very reduced access to all kinds of electricity.
	With the smart meters, they can turn your power off remotely when you've exceeded your allotment, and they have been turning the power off now as they attack us with fire weapons, and they've been turning the power off, an added reality.
	That we face here, and everyone faces, because these fires are caused by a variety of means.
	And it's been probably over a month that we have had continuous fires from one area to the next.
	Because we are at war, and because we are the enemy and we're on a battlefield, We do recommend if you are in an area where you are going to be prone to fires, that you do everything you can to survive, and you need the right clothes.
	When soldiers and military go into battle, albeit false as it is, but when they go into battle, they're wearing the equipment.
	They have the equipment.
	They have the clothes.
	So if you are in a fire area, you really do need to go to a warehouse and buy fire clothes.
	You can't stay on your property and try to put out spot ember fires in your street clothes.
	You have to have the right clothes.
	Again, we're at war and I just posted on my website this morning again the trees showing how they burn from the inside out with a video that I posted above that under the description bar that is a video of Fire is a war,
	and it was a surveillance and an inspection of a burn zone last year in October and November of 2019, the Kincade Fire here in North.
	We heat up all the metal and then burn the wood, which is why the guardrails on the sides of roads fail.
	We certainly show that.
	We show many homes that were burned.
	And most importantly, we talk about the uptake of the metals going into the trees so that you can see how the trees are indeed burned from the inside out.
	And at the end of our multi-hour investigation up there in the hills, we were then surveilled.
	And you'll see that at the end of the 15-minute video with the helicopter and the plane.
	But what you will not see is the black car that pulled in after all of that.
	And it's, again, the name of that video is Fire, This is War.
	And you can look that up.
	So let's talk about the WIMPs have burned in one direction, then they're backing in and hitting areas and different areas in other directions.
	I have friends right now that are on the fire line, and Matt, who I've interviewed and spoken with, who's a retired fire captain of over 30 years, is a I'm trying to help his father save his home right now as we speak in Napa.
	Many of my friends have lost homes or have had serious smoke damage.
	People don't think about the fact if a house next door is burned to the ground, the surviving house is toxic.
	The toxic smoke gets into all of the materials.
	The subfloors, of course, the flooring carpets, the padding, the subfloor, All the insulation inside the walls because drywall is porous and people don't realize that they're painting over and shampooing toxins and moving back in and then they turn on their cooling system or their heat system and they're really pushing around toxins that now have absorbed into the insulation in the inside walls of the homes.
	Many people have been literally Eliminating the drywall on the inside, pulling out the insulation, and then putting in all new insulation.
	But sadly, building supplies are very limited right now.
	We're seeing supply lines being cut or materials simply not available.
	Or if they are, they're double or triple in cost.
	So for many people, sadly, that are losing their homes now, they're not going to be able to rebuild because of insurance redlining as well.
	What has been happening with insurance companies, and you can look this up for yourselves, and I wish you would, they're doing insurance mapping.
	They're doing predictive modeling, just like they are of our psychological behaviors.
	They're doing predictive modeling of fire areas because they know what areas are going to be attacked and by what kind of weather condition.
	Some areas are going to be and have been prevalent to flooding.
	Those, be it hurricanes or cyclones or whatever, flooding, certainly they know the types of weather weapons that are being used throughout the country.
	And so they're going to greatly limit your ability to have coverage.
	They're telling us that you have to be at least five miles away from the burn area And there's a time limit after the last burn before you can even get new coverage.
	So many properties that are in escrow right now that don't have insurance already boarded, as they call it, could have difficulty in closing those escrows.
	So this ricochets beyond most people's understanding of just what we face.
	So we look at the fact that our food supplies are being destroyed.
	The heavy chemtrailing is just destroying all plant material and life, really, and degrading the soil so you can't even grow in it anymore.
	And what is happening here is there were thousands of acres here that farmers were growing hay and grazing dairy, etc., that were literally watered by the wastewater treatment plant.
	They call it recycled water.
	And they were using this water.
	To water these farms?
	Well, because of the drought and the demand on water, they notified all the farmers that they will no longer have water for the remainder of the year.
	So many of these farmers now are not able to water their crops.
	Not that I'm suggesting that you should be eating anything that eats recycled human fecal and urine and pharmaceuticals of undetermined consequences.
	I would not recommend.
	In fact, one of the things about And organic meat is to make certain that that meat, that free-range meat, is not eating any hay products that are coming from recycled water areas because they're very toxic.
	And so that's just something I'm throwing in right now.
	So what I really want to go over is...
	The emergency alert, because we are all very soon, more of us will be plunged into darkness because the power grid is under attack.
	It has been for decades, and many people have been taking reports and certainly expressing their horror and concern for the trouble that the grid is under because it has been intentionally allowed to collapse.
	What we recently discovered is rather gloom and doom.
	I want you to twist that around and know that it's going to happen and then consider what you will do to avoid those consequences.
	There are choices you can make by hearing this information and choices you must if you plan on attempting to survive as we all face greater degrees of what is called a black sky event.
	So what are we talking about here?
	We're talking about information that we discovered.
	It's an emergency all-sector response transnational hazard exercise.
	So what is a black sky event?
	Well, a black sky event means long durations of massive subcontinent power outages Cascading failures of all of our globally resourced interdependent infrastructure.
	So what does that mean?
	That means the effect on your ability to connect on the Internet, use your cell phones, certainly have electricity in your home without electricity.
	Many of the electric igniters in your house Water heaters won't heat, so you won't have hot water.
	You will not be able to access water itself.
	And that is because many of the municipal water-supplying locations depend on electricity.
	Now, granted, we are moving forcibly into using only renewables.
	And I throw this in at this moment, and then I will get deeper into the Black Sky event.
	But you heard the Governor Newsom just a few days ago announce that by the year 2035, Californians would only be allowed to buy new cars that were electric or some other, primarily electric.
	No more petroleum-based fuels are to be used by the year 2035.
	Well, if you had been listening to some of our videos years back, You would have heard us talk about the plans that are adopted in each and every one of your cities that tells you that.
	We've had on StopTheCrime.net a tab called Kiss Your Gas Goodbye, and we showed under that tab a variety of various climate action plans that your local city councils, your mayors, what you believe are your city officials to assist you.
	They've lined you up Under policies of massive resource reduction and massive forced relocations off of the WUI, which is the Wildlands Urban Interface.
	That's what's happening now with much of the fire that's being targeted in the WUI, again Wildlands Urban Interface.
	That's all part of ultimately restricting our livability and access into areas that are not designated as human settlement zones.
	And primarily, when you think about the densified cities that are planned for people to live in, people will say, well, they want us into stack-and-pack smart cities.
	Well, that's true, but they don't want all of us there.
	And most of us won't survive the densification of frequencies in those cities.
	Those cities are really designed For 5G-operated AI and robots and driverless cars and functioning without people.
	So we're under an illusion that we're somehow included in a frequency-dense zone that we could survive in, and we don't survive in that kind of dense frequency.
	So I think we have to think twice about how we're being manipulated through the illusion that Now, granted, smart cities began with certain aspects of continued survivability of humans,
	but ultimately, everything, including our animals, in fact, one of the reports I saw today was cats now have COVID. So when you look at the documents, you find out that they want all of our animals replaced with robotics as well.
	Because they're going to be considered vectors, just like much of the insects and bugs are.
	Many of you have likely heard about a billion, I might get the number wrong, but a billion genetically modified mosquitoes that have been being released in the Florida Keys and are expected to be released again in the very near future, as well as the protesting against the same release of genetically modified mosquitoes over Houston.
	Because we know after Hurricane Harvey, they used Monsanto products to spray to reduce the mosquito-enhanced situation because of the directed energy weapons with the hurricane.
	So they sprayed over a million acres above Houston right after Hurricane Harvey.
	You can look that up if you'd like.
	But I want to get into the urgent reality that every one of us face because Without the power grid, every way in which we've lived in our modern life ends in a flash.
	Everything ends.
	We're plummeted into darkness.
	And what we recommend as you hear me go through this is that you turn your lights off in your home for just a day or two.
	Don't use water because you won't have it to use when there's a long-term outage.
	And don't use hot water.
	Just look at the loss of what the power grid and the influence of the loss of the grid will have on your life so that you can write down what you need to function and survive around the loss of electricity, the loss of hot water, and the loss of everything else.
	Your lifestyle will be ruined.
	In Northern California, there have been a number of people that have purchased electric vehicles, but during evacuations, a number of people have not been able to evacuate because they don't have a high enough charge on their vehicle, and then the power is shut off.
	Now, I'm going to go into this emergency alert, and I'm going to stay with this at this moment, Carrie.
	So we're going to very soon all be plunged into the Different degrees of darkness and the power grid, as I said, is under.
	It was canceled.
	It was a planned exercise for resiliency amongst critical infrastructure failure.
	And it was canceled this year because of COVID and their inability to meet.
	So an organization, a worldwide organization that is involved in critical infrastructure failure, Planning, not being able to somehow or another connect during this year of telecommunication opportunities, should not be controlling the grid.
	They are going to be rescheduling next year, and it said that it would be through the UK and Tel Aviv.
	So beyond that, I can't talk, but I can tell you that that is the situation.
	So the grid is the largest machine in the world.
	And I didn't know that, and the grid has been intentionally allowed to collapse, and we're going to go through that.
	I have an email blast-out, so if you do go to StopTheCrime.net, you can take a look at more of what you're going to hear me talk about right now.
	But they're telling us that the grid is being attacked and being taken down because of climate change.
	For many of you, you realize that the use of weather control technologies is climate change.
	Many people get very, very confused.
	They're calling people that believe in weather-related, created technologies as climate deniers.
	I would pretty much guess that none of us would deny that there is climate change.
	There absolutely is.
	It's just, of course, how is it, climate change, and what is doing and creating the Historical, never recorded before events that we're all experiencing worldwide.
	Worldwide.
	So now that we can agree that weather is controlled and that it is going to ultimately take down the power grid by a myriad of ways, and it's going to be predominantly severe weather, although they are talking about the increased cyber attacks and terrorism.
	Now, you have to ask yourself, as you hear me go into the documents today, Our governments have brought in policies of terror.
	So when I hear the word terror, I look at it being an inside job as well.
	Not only outside terrorist attacks on the United States, but inside terrorist attacks.
	And I'll go into that a little bit more of what I mean by going through a couple of documents that all of you should look at that are approved in your community.
	As crazy as it sounds, it is as crazy as it is.
	So due to the massive created weather damage, we're going to really have no access to electricity, water, or gas.
	One grid crisis away from the most devastating crisis our country has ever faced.
	Even the U.S. Federal Energy and Regulatory Commission, which is FERC, and the National Academy of Scientists, have agreed that America's overloaded power grid Operates with dangerously few spare transformers.
	Antique transformers, in fact, that are scarce and hard to find and to locate.
	So I'm going to bring in the fact that we're all now experiencing, at least many of my friends, are experiencing the inability to order plumbing supplies or electrical parts.
	The ETA is not even known.
	They're just not available.
	Parts are being reduced in the supply chain.
	So without power, virtually every modern convenience goes away.
	And again, I can't stress what will happen without water.
	We can only live a few days without water.
	We can live longer without food.
	Some of us that have stacked on more pounds can live a little longer without food.
	But without water, and when that runs out, People will turn to looting, and they will before that, because historically when you look through the power outages, you find that within hours there's mass looting and civil unrest.
	And we saw that in some of the big power outages in Washington, D.C. and in New York and elsewhere.
	People get stuck in elevators.
	Transportation comes to a halt.
	Everything stops.
	ATM won't work.
	You can't pump gas.
	You're at a dead standstill.
	So people do start looting and robbing and stealing as conditions escalate.
	And of course, bottled water and food will not be available because people will clean out the shelves in the stores, as we have seen time and time again when they're announcing a hurricane coming into the Gulf states or into the Gulf area.
	And we watch, and even here, when we know that we're going to have a red flag fire warning, people are running to the stores so that they can have additional food.
	And we're also seeing that because of COVID. People are sadly confining themselves in their prisons now called homes with increased wireless frequencies to connect to all of the Zoom meeting platforms and so forth.
	And literally executing themselves in their homes.
	I'll throw this out.
	Children are now having symptoms, COVID-like symptoms, as a result of the wireless connectivity that they are having in their homes.
	Many homes have Wi-Fi, smart appliances.
	All of these sends frequencies as well as smart meters, multiple cell phones in homes.
	Cell phones are a weapon.
	I did an interview a number of years back with Barry Trower from the UK and it is called Cooking of Humanity and you will hear that interview and of course by now I know many of you realize that frequencies are being used as a weapon not only for mind control and setting up assassins but for literally the capabilities of controlling our thoughts,
	creating memories, Creating events that didn't happen, and we believe that they did.
	So besides the looting and the robbing, people will only be able to survive a few days without water.
	So they will become more and more desperate, and they'll start drinking unfiltered, dirty water sources.
	And then what will occur, of course, is the mass outbreak of water.
	The water purification system That is not based on the requirement for electricity.
	And so I cannot urge everyone to consider that now as part of what you'll need to survive a power outage.
	You're going to have to need to get to water.
	The problem, though, is that you're not going to be able to turn on your sink, your kitchen sink or whatever, for water.
	There won't be water.
	So for those of you that are not on a well, as in countryside where farmers and ranchers are on wells, if you're in the city, you're going to need to stockpile enough water, and the recommendation is to be doing that now, for the length of time that you would like to drink water.
	So in other words, get as much water as you possibly, possibly can.
	And just think about, well, how long...
	If there's an outage that lasts for months, which is going to occur, or even longer, you're going to have to have water, or you're going to have to have the ability to connect with people that are on wells so that you can get additional water as municipal water supplies are taken out, because generators only last and go for so long.
	They run out of the fuels.
	And just so that everyone knows, here in Northern California, Given all the fires that we've had over the years and the public safety power shutdowns that Rothschild so politely named as public safety power shutdowns, people have bought generators as workarounds for continuing to have power.
	Well, the San Francisco Air Quality Management Control and other air quality management control organizations and corporations throughout the United States Are saying that generators that rely on fossil fuels, aka any petroleum-based product, I will throw in here because people will always say to me, Carrie, when I say fossil fuels, that I actually believe that our petroleum came from dead dinosaurs.
	Actually, I know that that was a Rothschild, a Rockefeller trick, I should say, to create the illusion of scarcity.
	So that those prices of fossil fuels could be manipulated when in fact petroleum is a renewable, just like water.
	So having said that, we're going to find ourselves in great need of many things.
	So besides the waterborne illnesses, you won't have power.
	So you're going to have to consider what a couple of solar panels might look like, maybe at least six, and a few Silicon gel batteries.
	And I'm going to underscore something.
	Please listen carefully.
	You do not want to use lithium ion batteries.
	They blow up and they degrade.
	The military doesn't use them.
	They don't allow them on planes.
	And so why should you use a weapon?
	It is a weapon.
	These batteries...
	They call them Tesla power walls.
	They have to be mounted inside your garage or your house because of temperature control, because temperatures degrade.
	If it gets too hot, these things can easily blow up.
	That's why the fire department here in Santa Rosa, here in Northern California, when one of the local junior colleges put in a solar array and a Tesla firewall, again, power wall.
	Sorry, I can't.
	Think of it as a power wall.
	I think of it as a firewall.
	That's what it is.
	They had to know, the fire department had to have a schematic of the campus and know exactly where the system was deployed so that should there be a fire on the campus, they would immediately go and do whatever they needed to do with the batteries because they do explode.
	When we went up to Paradise in Northern California in 2018 after Paradise We did find evidence of smart meters exploding in cabinets that were not burned from the outside.
	I will add this.
	Recently, Pacific Gas and Electric, in the event you did not know this, who again is Rothschild, was indicted for murder and starting the fires in Paradise because of transformers, part of the electrical power grid, that had not been updated.
	And records apparently showed That they had been notified that some transformers needed to be changed out, and they did not do that.
	The same thing with the Kincaid fire here in Northern California at the grid, when in fact the fault of all of these fires is a combination of Rothschild inducing these fires along with other corporations, but also the fact that the grid has not been maintained.
	So as I said a few minutes ago, Carrie, it doesn't matter who wins the election.
	The grid is falling apart, and we're going to be on our own without power.
	So we have to also look at the food and water.
	We'll run out of both.
	Food is being targeted now.
	Everything will be allocated pursuant to calories.
	You will be given, ultimately, as a result of COVID, The World Economic Forum talks about you won't be able to hide anyone in your home or to shelter someone because you'll only be given certain calories.
	And that was the same thing that we were noticing with the system in Cuba when we went there a couple of years ago in 2018.
	These people are given very, very little food, not enough to really make it through the month.
	And if they were to steal anything that's government-owned and everything is government-owned, these people are imprisoned for a few years just for stealing some eggs or a loaf of bread.
	I was stunned to really learn that Cuba is a prison island with over 200 prisons on and in the island.
	So, again, people are going to be thirsty.
	They're going to be hungry.
	And they're going to get sick by drinking poisonous and toxic water.
	So you cannot drink raw water.
	What is raw water?
	Raw water is in the streams and creeks, and it's the rainwater.
	All of that is the secondary water supply.
	It's very toxic.
	It flows down to us from manipulated man-made clouds that have all kinds of heavy metals and ranches.
	And just the heavily sprayed ground of all of the heavy chemtrailing into our reservoirs that become the municipal water supplies for the cities.
	If you're not on a well, you're getting your water from toxic reservoirs.
	We're being told now here because of the fires and the fact that fires burned right up to the edge of some of the reservoirs, that they're now going to have to, and I look at it as absolute theft of resources, but they're saying that they're going to have to and I look at it as absolute theft of resources, but they're saying that they're going to have to spend untold amounts of money to clean up along and around the edges of the reservoirs so that this toxic collection of burned-up appliances, cars, but they're saying that
	Doesn't wash into the reservoirs.
	Really?
	They think, somehow, that we're going to believe that we're going to give them millions and millions of dollars, and runoff isn't going to bypass them cleaning up the edge of the reservoirs?
	I mean, this is as crazy as it possibly gets, but everything is now as crazy as it can possibly get.
	So our power grid is now a weapon.
	And it will be used to hold many countries and cities hostage.
	Because if you have no electricity, the health department is going to cite your property as being unlivable.
	Because again, without electricity, many people will not have water.
	Unless you do, then if you live in a city.
	Which is one of the reasons there are so many people exiting San Francisco right now.
	They've even...
	They're even looking at the transportation of the ferries that would shuttle people from over the San Francisco Bay into San Francisco for work or just for sightseeing.
	It's 98% empty on a regular basis now because the city is in lockdown and stores have left.
	They're closed up.
	They're boarded up.
	Homelessness has just escalated.
	Homelessness is seen everywhere.
	Even in my small town, there are thousands and thousands of homeless people, and I know many of you are seeing that as well.
	In fact, Carrie, I'll throw this in because I received this from you, that a couple of thug-like occupancy of guests in five-star hotels, in expensive hotels, and they queried about that and found that this was very...
	Much the pattern in hotels in many other locations.
	And so obvious concerns are the mercenaries that are being literally placed throughout the United States in hotels to increase the mayhem that we've already seen on the streets.
	Even in our small town of Santa Rosa during the Black Lives Matter protesters, During the lockdown and businesses being fully locked down at that time, the protesters were going through the streets breaking out windows of people that were already suffering from business shutdowns.
	And the police at that point in the beginning of these protests were really standing down to let these people have the sense that they were making a difference by this type of behavior and being able to voice their rights.
	And so we suffered a tremendous amount of downtown damage.
	What I also observed, and many have as well, is that in the downtown areas where there's densification of towers and other antennas and frequencies, those frequencies can be utilized for crowd control.
	And those frequencies can also exacerbate anger and create more anger and more disruption with the crowds.
	Again, many of you already know about the way in which they can disperse crowds by the use of frequencies.
	This is nothing new, but of course we all now know that they can exacerbate anger and increase greater degrees of damage, destruction, and murder.
	So as we look at the grid, there are very, very few people, not only in the United States but worldwide, that realize just what is the real story of how the grid is going to be used to hold countries hostage and that the grid is being taken down.
	And what I want to impart upon you is your survival will depend on what you do today.

	And more increasingly so, because we're being told that we're having historical increases in weather events now, and we're seeing that.

	So again, I said this was scenario planning, and I said this was an agency, one of many, that is planning for what it would be like for recovery of a massive and long-term outage.
	They're anticipating not just weeks to months, to just potentially reestablish connectivity to critical infrastructure.
	Well, all of us, we're not critical infrastructure.
	So we're talking about continuing to keep this government running that is exploiting and murdering us through many various types of methods.
	Keep them running.
	I can say that because of the mass expected death rates, they're telling us that many engineers that would otherwise be alive to help restore the grid We'll perish in any type of significant long-term outage.
	So the engineers will not be available as they would otherwise be because they would become victims.
	Just like we're seeing here in Northern California with many of the firefighters that are doing their best to save homes, they're losing their own homes too.
	And there's a tremendous increase in PTSD amongst the firefighters The sense of not being capable of fighting these fires because they're just too hot and they're too fast, and they're not being told what kinds of fires they're really fighting.
	So they're going out there under traditional non-realities, not aware of the heavy basting of combustibilities and the other aspects of what really constitutes our fires today.
	So again, as we look at this black sky, black start We have to look at who's involved, and I'll go through some of those people right now in organizations.
	Basically, a variety of electric utility companies are involved, a variety of those different types of utilities, government organizations, non-government organizations, scientists and engineers, foundations and community leaders, trade associations, commissions, and think tanks.
	And Public Utility Commissions.
	So let's go over some names, because I think that's important to know the who of this kind of thing.
	When we look at, for example, and I'm just going to go over some of these names, you can find this link, council.org.
	One more time, www.eis, as in Sam, council, c-o-u-n-c-i-l,.org.
	And slash EPRO. And it's the members section, the Executive Steering Committee.
	So I will go over some of those in the Executive Steering Committee just so that you will know and understand the level of the controllers and the plans to turn the grid off.
	Because we should obviously realize by now Organizations and technologies that are being used to weaponize bugs with all kinds of poisons that we now face, dungie fever, yellow fever, certainly Lyme disease, so many weaponized bugs that are being deliberately created in laboratories as biological warfare.
	And then the fact that we have deadly skies, poisoned waters, And policies that I'm going to discuss that are in your town right now.
	Turning off the power is expected, and we can plan that.
	So we have, under government organizations, we have the Israeli National Emergency Management Association, the Ministry of Defense.
	We have international governments, the UK House of Lords, The United States, of course, is involved in the demolishing of the grid, because the United States, over the many years that Richard Prye, P-R-Y, has been going to the government seeking and requesting hardening up of the grid, they have chose nothing to do about it.
	And sadly, sadly, I have to say, when looking closely at the reality that our government doesn't function for us, Very good, well-meaning people go to city councils and government bodies to seek the very remedies they need for survival with no results.
	And I will tell you, it was after years of no results in going to various meetings, from everything eliminating fluoride in the water supply to not regionalizing our area, not We're approving these climate action plans to no avail.
	This is all on autopilot, and our cities are all corporations working for the corporate structure.
	So who else is part of this event scenario planning to take down the grid?
	I said the U.K. National Grid, also the Emergency Power Resources Organization, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
	Yes, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, a company we have, Sprint, We have Hitachi Data Systems, Las Vegas Valley Water District, San Jose Water, along with the Department of Defense, Department of Energy.
	We have the National Guard of Wisconsin, in fact, the National Guard in many areas, as well as the public utility commissions that are in your cities that are dictating the ability for Rothschild to raise your utility rates.
	And to create policies to your demise and deploy the smart meters, which is a weapons system.
	Okay, Debra, you wanted me to let you know when an hour was up, so I think we're about in an hour now.
	Okay.
	So, you know, it's your choice.

	Well, I so appreciate that, Carrie, and...
	I will wrap it up because my videos really speak for themselves on the nature of what we all face.
	And I really would like to empower people through difficult information.
	There are workarounds.
	There are things that people can do if they so choose.
	And at least by knowing, you can make some decisions now.
	Because, again, as I was saying, we are seeing supply lines being cut.
	And the grid is going to be the most devastating crisis that our country ever faced, ever faced.
	And, in fact, a few years ago I read the fiction book called One Second After.
	And it was a portrayal of what it would be like if there was an EMP.
	That's an electromagnetic pulse, a high explosion in the upper atmosphere, or even a low explosion.
	And that is one of the possibilities of grid disruption.
	And that most definitely can be created by one's own government.
	And, in fact, recently, in looking at all this grid information, it's important to realize how populations will be forcibly relocated.
	Again, as I was saying, if you don't have electricity or water or gas, Or power, which is electricity, or gas, your home is being red-tagged by the health department, and you will be forced to relocate to a location where there's potable water.
	And that is one way in which land theft will continue, not only with the destruction of homes, as we're seeing right now with the fires, but also with power outages, long-term power outages.
	What they're saying is that they do not want to continue servicing homes that are in the country, that it would cost too much money to harden up the pole and wire infrastructure of the current way in which electricity is being transported through the lines.
	What is now occurring, and you're going to hear this more frequently, Microgrids.
	And that is interesting and horrifying because you will need to potentially relocate into an area of combined solar, wind, geothermal, and tidal energy being created, which would be only in certain areas.
	Will you be able to connect to that?
	If you're in Omega City right now, You can't put in a solar system necessarily, as people can that are out in the open land, which they're trying to deprive people of living on.
	You're going to be confined within these microgrids just to receive minimal allotments for usage.
	And the microgrids are all based on renewables only, which are not reliable because the weather is controlled.
	And Carrie, I will tell you, at the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020, such as January, February, I was attending meetings before they shut down.
	And now they're all online meetings.
	And I left some of the meetings here in Northern California that Sonoma Queen Power had.
	And literally, there are no...
	Members of the public that go to these meetings.
	And I seem to be the lone one.
	And I heard things being discussed amongst elected officials such as County Board of Supervisors and mayors of local cities that caused me to have such trauma.
	I could not believe that they would suggest that people in their constituents who live in the outlying areas Just shouldn't be there because they're unsustainable and they're creating too much greenhouse gas emissions.
	And they should be confined into areas of livability that is outlined in the climate action plans.
	So I'm going to conclude, Terry, by the emergency of the black sky warning and then just say this.
	People need to look this up for yourselves.
	Do some of your own investigation.
	So that you can understand what you hear this discussion plan.
	City of Santa Rosa, California which was adopted in June of 2012.
	Now all of you have climate action plans or they'll call them energy action plans but they've all been adopted in all of your cities and this is bringing in your inability to live in the country It's eliminating farms and food supplies and moving people into confined areas where cars will not be allowed.
	So I'm just going to read a couple of things in this document to hopefully pique the curiosity that you may have to look at the document in your city.
	Again, on your search bar, just type in the name of your city, such as Burbank, California, Climate Action Plan, And you can put PDF and then actually find the entire adopted plan.
	They're generally over 100 pages, sometimes more.
	And here is the acknowledgement at the very front of the Santa Rosa, City of Santa Rosa Climate Action Plan.
	It's the U.S. Department of Energy.
	Again, as I was saying, that's a corporation doing business for our controllers.
	So here's what it says.
	This Climate Action Plan was prepared As an account of work sponsored by the agency of the United States government, neither the United States government nor any agency thereof nor any of their employees makes any warranty expressed or implied or assumes any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy and usefulness of this information.
	So immediately they're eliminating all of their liability.
	And they're showing in your climate action plans the names of the people that are your neighbors.
	They have sustainable and climate change planners and names of people that live in your city.
	Sustainable and climate planners, etc., they have listed in this plan that I'm looking at right now.
	They have the community development staff And they name their names.
	So the community development staff, we're talking about those that write new code and plan for shifts in the way in which you live, the kinds of homes you can build, the inability to build your homes because of all of the required implementation of all of the green.
	And I mean that not necessarily as a bad thing.
	Increased installation, new windows.
	But we're finding now, in many areas, you cannot close escrow on the sale of your home unless you meet those current energy requirements.
	So let's look at who else is in signing on to these plans in your city.
	I have the city council, and it's the mayor and all the names of the city council members at the time, as well as the planning commission.
	And they're all named.
	The stakeholders and working groups are all named.
	Now, as I flip open this plan, I find many things that are horrifying to me.
	Again, because I've read so many, literally thousands of these things over the years, I can just flip open a page and I'll read you an example.
	This is goal number seven in this plan, and it's one in the city.
	And to continue to develop Diverse water supply portfolios, including water conservation and recycled water, in order to enhance the supply reliability.
	Anytime you see recycled water, you have to think toilet to tap, because that's what the majority of the conversation is about.
	They talk about the requirement To develop new zones anticipated to receive future recycled water to meet on-site meter separation requirements to allow for use of recycled water.
	And we know that there was an executive order to build more wastewater treatment.
	It was very expensive.
	Very high polluting to continue the misinformation that water is a resource that is greatly limited.
	It's not.
	Water is a renewable.
	Again, go to primarywater.org and listen to the YouTube that we have up, Primary Water Explained.
	I will tell you, that interview with Primary Water Explained, Paul Power, the Hungarian water wizard, He lost his home two weeks in the Oregon fires, but he is determined to help people find and locate water.
	So I would recommend those of you that are serious and have the capability of looking to get to primary water on your country properties that you can get a hold of the Primary Water Institute that can help you with drilling by going to primarywaterinstitute.org.

	You can also link to their institute from my website as well.
	So these plans require reduction and elimination and monitoring of everything.
	They also talk in the reductions of greenhouse gas emissions by year.
	Had we all been looking at these plans, we would not have been surprised to find that the year 2035 What's the elimination of petroleum-based cars in California?
	This is everywhere.
	Somehow or another people have this interesting illusion that it's just California and that people can move elsewhere.
	You just need to look at the climate action plans in the city or location that you wish to live and select what you want as a weather disaster.
	And many areas are very heavy with airborne diseases and illnesses and spreading of various types of bugs and insects.
	And you can start looking at this.
	I would recommend that you do.
	Excuse me, yes.
	Well, Deborah, there's one person in the chat that was asking a question with regard to primary water that perhaps you can answer, and they're asking about what about fracking and saying that that is interfering with access to primary water.
	Well, we've actually talked to the Primary Water Institute about that.
	Fracking interferes with the upper levels of the aquifers, which are just the collection of rain and snow melt predominantly, which is why many people are hearing that their wells have run dry.
	Well drillers do not know or drill for primary water, which you have to get into rock to get to primary water.
	And you do not gravel pack and sleeve primary water wells after you get through the alluvial soil, which would be the loose soil that the original drill starts to go into, and then you get into the rock.
	So we're understanding that because primary water is the result of hydrogen and oxygen coming together and then surfacing, that the fracking Perhaps.
	We're hoping.
	But we can't do anything about that because millions of acres in the United States is now being set to be fracked.
	But we know that the toxins in the fracking and the high use of water to frack is absolutely poisoning the aquifers on the upper level.
	So for those that can get to primary water, we're It's very possible that it's the cleanest water we know, the cleanest way in which you will acquire water on the entire planet.
	It's primary water.
	So I hope I've answered that.
	We're destroying everything.
	Fracking is just another level of the destruction.
	So, again, go to primarywater.org and Primary Water Institute.
	And look at the explanation, primary water explained, because you will see the different depths of drilling in a chart that we're discussing, and that might help answer your fracking question a little bit better.

	It can rain any day of the week they want.
	They have complete control of the weather and so on.
	There are some extenuating circumstances.
	If there's an EMP situation, It may be self-administered by the deep state, and they will blame it on Iran or China, and in theory, possibly Russia, although that's going to be a bit of a stretch.
	And that would shut down the grid, as Deborah is talking.
	Now, there is also a possibility of An asteroid strike, and keep in mind that asteroids are used as weapons of humanity.
	So these are things I talk about, and I just want you to realize that you do have the power to change the situation, that we can put out the energy and change it and eventually get these people to act in our best interests, so to speak, rather than that we can put out the energy and change it and eventually And I think that voting is going to actually matter in this election, so please keep that in mind.
