	Hi everyone.
	I'm Carrie Cassidy from Project Camelot and very happy to be here today.
	So we're going to have Deborah Tavares with us and I've done many interviews with her so I assume a lot of people will know who she is but she is a very excellent investigator and she is out to find The people who are involved in the crimes against humanity, I think, for all intents and purposes.
	So, Deborah, are you there?
	Yes, Carrie, and I want to thank you so much for having me on your program today.
	Today being Monday, December the 9th of 2019.
	And I just wanted to let people know how they can find me and also find some of the information that I'm going to be discussing with you today.
	So I know that many people will want more supportive documentation.
	So I would recommend everyone certainly subscribe on StopTheCrime.net on our YouTube video channel.
	And be sure to click the bell notification so that you are notified Whenever we post a new video and Carrie, we're posting on a very frequent basis now because we are seeing the ramifications of this takedown accelerating and when I travel locally and I see A variety of things occurring, we're going to be posting.
	So just so that everyone that's listening can get current information, that's the best way to do that.
	And also we run the website, primarywater.org, as well.
	But I'm struggling right now because we're here talking, Carrie, and When I was on the Rents Radio Network a few years ago, I interviewed a wonderful farmer in Canada named Werner Bock,
	W-E-R-N-E-R-B-O-C-K. And he, as a young man, moved from Germany when he received in the village in Germany where his family was sharecropping on someone else's land that there were opportunities in Canada To literally work your own property.
	So he migrated to Canada as a young man, married, and had this farm, so he thought would be wonderful.
	But he started being attacked.
	Planes would fly over newly planted crops as they were just starting to become something and spray, and the next day they would be dead.
	His cattle was consistently mutilated in his field, and then he became personally attacked.
	And sadly, Orner was finally targeted to the extent that they killed him a few days ago.
	He died of massive electronically induced heart attack, and he was 77 years old.
	And he had been increasingly targeted since reporting the hundreds of his best cattle being mutilated on his farm and ranch.
	They were masered and tortured and destroyed on his ranch in New Brunswick since 1975.
	And Warner had been fighting with the authorities up in his area to help protect him and his animals.
	And they launched attacks on him.
	And I tried to prosecute him in court, and after representing himself and winning many cases, he was gagged from talking about it.
	So ultimately, he too was mutilated, masered, tortured, and destroyed.
	He's been a fighter for many, many years and a friend of mine who spoke with him on December the 3rd said he could tell by talking to him that Warner was tired and he was resigned to his fate and disgusted with the corrupt components of our alleged power structure.
	So this is in tribute to Warner.
	His enduring fight over many, many years trying to warn all of us what was being done to him up in Canada.
	So I definitely want to say this as a story.
	Okay, thank you.

	Now, what I want to do is ask you in regard to this, and obviously this show is not about But I do want to ask you because you said his animals were mutilated.
	What kind of mutilation are we talking about?
	Are we talking about where the blood is drained and the evidence is basically of ETs?
	Are we talking about some other form of poisoning through water or whatever?
	He talked about a variety.
	Of attacks on his animals.
	And as best I recall, many of them were mutilated, yes, without blood, also with blood, and poisoned.
	But he saw planes fly overhead, and he said, using directed energy weapons on them.
	So that's what I best recall in that interview that I did with him.
	But I remember being stunned in speaking with him about the depth of the mutilations and the length of time and the fact that he had no help with the local authorities.
	So, that's what I can say about that, Karen.
	Okay, yeah, an incredible tragedy, I have to say, and very sorry to hear that.
	Now, today we have a number of topics that you want to cover, so I want to make sure we get going on all of that.
	So, where do you want to start?
	And I do have access to the PowerPoint that, you know, we talked about that weather manipulation.
	So I can flip through some pages there as well in case you want.
	It may not display perfectly, but I'm going to recommend everyone go to my website at projecthamalot.tv, click on the Debra Tavares interview for today, and you will find it embedded there as a PowerPoint.
	You can flip through it yourself.
	It's a report.
	Let's talk about what that report is.
	Yes, let's do that because then I certainly will talk to everybody about the plans for massive water.
	This particular report is from the World Meteorological Organization, and it's about weather, climate, and water.
	It is a report dated July of 2013.
	The second page shows a map, a world map, And in particular, and I don't have a colored picture of it here, but you will see it in color, where there are three color definitions of the world and the different types of weather modification around the world, 42 countries with active cloud seeding programs.
	And they talk about and show that they withheld precipitation and hail Suppression programs throughout the United States and other countries as well.
	And when you look further into this document, you find various 36 active weather modification programs in the United States.
	They call it cloud seeding.
	Then they talk about many of the activities since 2011.
	And apart from 42 countries with active weather modification programs, The committee provided advice to the following countries.
	Ecuador, Chile, Mexico, Costa Rica, Jordan, Iraq, Brazil, Kenya, and so on.
	And China, by far, has had the largest investment, they say, in both operational programs and in weather modification research programs.
	And every province except for one in China has had an active weather modification program.
	And they go on to say that There are now several operational programs around the world.
	Well, all of us know that.
	We know that because we're being hit massively with weather weapons and the reasons for the fires here where I am in Northern California and why we were hit with an atmospheric river two days ago.
	We've had flash flood warnings here.
	We were burned about a month ago, and they were having concerns of massive landslides and debris flow in the burned scar areas, a new word for burned areas, burned scars, now they're calling it.
	And so they talk about all the programs in the USA and Australia, and they say that these programs were to support the hydroelectric power companies.
	Of course, we know that's just a cover, because Pacific Gas and Electric, who is Rothschild LLC, partners and more, have now been closing down their hydroelectric power plants.
	And here in Northern California, on the Eel River, the Potter Dam hydroelectric power plant that they opened up in the 1930s, During PG&E's bankruptcy because of all the fires that they've intentionally started all over Northern California,
	they've walked away from the reservoir and the dam at the Potter area, which is fairly near Bohemian Grove, so geographically some of you may know Northern California.
	So what PG&E has done, because of the Maintenance that was never done on this dam and reservoir, the Potter Dam.
	During the bankruptcy, PG&E said they had to walk away because they didn't have the resources, and they really pawned it off by saying their portfolio doesn't deem it necessary or financially viable to continue with hydroelectricity.
	They are ceasing, stopping hydroelectricity.
	Electricity.
	So now the counties are wrestling with how to continue the operation of this dam and reservoir because the water serves over 600,000 people here in the Sonoma County Marin area, which is of course just north of San Francisco.
	And this is going to dovetail into my talk more in detail about what's happening worldwide with water.
	But looking again at this document that we were talking about, Carrie, they talk about how there are at least nine states located in the western United States which oftentimes have multiple cloud seeding projects in individual states like California, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, North Dakota, Kansas, and Texas.
	And they'll say while funding Weather modification has increased over the past five years.
	Now we're talking about since 2011, so five years prior to 2011.
	They go on to say that the USA is still well below the levels of the 1980s.
	So they are talking about weather modification.
	They call it cloud seeding.
	And we know that it is weather weapons, and we know that this is now the new description for climate change, when in fact we have weather weapon deniers.
	We've got to get that out far and wide, weather weapon deniers, because everyone can agree that we are seeing and witnessing severe increases.
	Storm and weather-related damage worldwide, and convincing us that it is climate change, simply too many people using too much stuff and polluting, when in fact the report from Iron Mountain talks about in the early 60s, just before John F. Kennedy, well actually that report came out soon after John F. Kennedy was murdered or assassinated, but it talks about the intentional creating of climate change.
	By intentional pollution of the air and the water and the land.
	So we're seeing now how this has all been conscripted and what has happened.
	And by looking at this report, I think it helps everyone to understand the connection between the Paris Peace Climate Agreement and the World Meteorological Organization, who is in lockstep With the climate action plans which are really global sustainability development goals to redefine how we all live and to reduce the use of resources.
	And I want to get into that specifically on water right now because in 2020 we're all going to be faced with the consequences of metering and metered water just like our electric smart The wireless smart metering grid has been deployed throughout most of the world by now.
	Still rolling it out in some areas.
	But the same thing now with the wireless water smart meter.
	And that's rolling out as well.
	And this is also an increased level of frequencies that is going to add to our environment.
	Even beyond the 5G and the streetlights and all the other frequencies and surveillance.
	That we're going to experience.
	Now we have the water meters.
	And I'm going to stay on the water topic for a bit here, Carrie.
	And I'm going to talk about the executive order, 13834.
	That's 13834.
	And it is an executive order by this current CEO, Trump.
	And I want to talk about what this means.
	It is a toilet-to-tap executive order.
	Now, I do have a link on StopTheCrime.net, toilet-to-tap.
	You can go there and you can read other executive orders from the state of California about the requirements of augmenting wastewater treatment plants to convert all our sewer,
	we're talking urine, Fecal material and pharmaceuticals of undetermined contaminants at this point that are being planned to service our water needs, our drinking water needs.
	So let's just take a look at this Executive Order 13834 because it talks about Efficient Federal Operations.
	And it was signed by the President.
	And it talks about how it will improve the energy performance of the federal government.
	Now, the federal government is a corporation.
	It's run by the IMF, the World Bankers, and the United Nations.
	So they're looking to improve their performance, their energy performance.
	That means reduce energy use, as you will hear me talk about.
	The horrific plans that are in play, not only about water but more.
	They're designing and treating municipal waste water and reusing it for drinking water.
	I've been talking about that for quite some time.
	There are many ways in which the water will be put into your water supply.
	They talked about dumping waste water treated urine and fecal material into uphill streams and rivers.
	So that as it flows into the reservoirs it will become a blend.
	That's one way in which they will mix it.
	But again, they talk about how the reused sewer water is not affected by drought.
	So they are creating a closed loop system where we're not going to receive the water from the rain and snow melt that we have had in the past because they're eliminating, they're literally Heating up the atmosphere, heating up the water, destroying the planet, and reducing the water that we see available to us.
	We'll talk about that.
	This executive order talks about how all federal agencies must reduce water consumption throughout the life cycle and increase cost effectiveness.
	And it talks about how water consumption is to be massively reduced in 2020.
	An example of that here in California is that in 2020, just around the corner, we're going to be required to use no more than 55 gallons of water per person per day.
	And that will be metered.
	If you exceed that and you are metered, your water will be turned off.
	Now, dependent on how long your water is off on your property, Carrie, this is diabolical.
	The health department can come out and deem your property unsafe and uninhabitable because it doesn't have water.
	And there was a woman in Florida a number of years ago that didn't have water and was just living on her property with bottled water and they literally foreclosed on her home.
	And those are the plans that are devised for people that Okay, Debra, can you hold on one second?
	I don't know if this is true for everyone.
	You've been sounding fine to me, but apparently there are some people having trouble hearing you, so I want to make sure that we alleviate that problem.
	So can everyone, Debra, continue to talk.
	I'm going to turn your volume up and see if it helps.
	Okay, well I certainly want everyone to hear me, so I'm going to talk up.
	And this is so diabolical, and it's the most important to understand what you all face.
	Every single one of you listening, it does not matter where you are, the water accessibility is going to be massively reduced.
	And they want to eliminate water use wherever feasible by making the most efficient use of all existing water sources Such as recycling your urine, water, and poop.
	I actually have a wastewater treatment video on Stop the Crime.
	It's called Poop Tour.
	You can take a tour through a wastewater treatment plant as we did and just see what that looked like.
	But they're talking about metering.
	Should be implemented wherever feasible to identify all opportunities to reduce the use of water and enable the tracking and reductions of reducing water.
	This is all within the verbiage of the executive order.
	So I hope that everyone is understanding what you're hearing me say.
	Because this is coming to your town very, very soon.
	Very soon.
	So now I'm going to dive into an advanced metering infrastructure project document dated June of 2016 and I'm going to just tell you about what it says regarding the electromagnetic field radiation about the wireless smart water meters.
	It says implementation of the wireless smart meter project Would replace or retrofit all existing water meters for all residences, for all irrigation purposes, all commercial buildings, and all industrial uses.
	The water meters will transmit data over cell phone frequencies.
	In this particular area, I'm talking about Santa Rosa here in Northern California because I have a specific document.
	But this would be similar to the documents in your town.
	So here they're telling us that by cell phone frequencies, the meter reads from these wireless water meters will go to four antenna locations in our area.
	So the antennas would transmit the data using existing communication lines.
	So what we have, and it goes on, transmission of data from the upgraded water meters would operate With electromagnetic field spectrum, commonly known as RF or EMF in general, and the methods of data transmitted by these meters and other forms of telecommunications like television, radio, cell phones, satellite, etc.
	They go on to say that RF and EMF can cause the heating of living tissue, the thermal effect, when the tissue is exposed immediately.
	To a certain level of intensity.
	And they go on to say that these non-thermal effects, such as electromagnetic stress, which has been reported as symptoms of fatigue, headaches, irritability.
	Electromagnetic hypersensitivity, which is a condition which many people suffer from, that have literally had an overload of frequencies.
	And now they're experiencing many, many health effects.
	And you can go to StopTheCrime.net And type in our search bar EMF symptoms list to take a look at that list.
	So what you're hearing me talk about right now is increased deadly frequencies to track and monitor and reduce your access to water with these wireless meters.
	Now this is a global, a worldwide deployment just like the smart grid.
	So I want to talk about a number of other things as well.
	We need to understand the levels of poisons already in our water supply.
	And recently I looked into some pesticides that have found their way into the tap water and how they react with chlorine to increase the hazardous chemicals.
	And it makes them 300 times more toxic.
	And they talk about this neonectic parasite.
	Pesticides in tap water, NEO, N-E-O-N-I-C, pesticides in tap water react with chlorine to create these increased toxins.
	So we have this up on StopTheCrime.net, also on Toilet to Tap and the further contaminations of lead and other aspects of intentional contamination to the water supply, including benzenes.
	That really revealed itself when we were burned out here in 2017.
	About 5,500 homes were burned here in Northern California.
	And many areas were found to have benzene in the water supply.
	So, what I also want to talk about what's happening in Australia right now, and it's considered one of the driest habitable places on Earth.
	But when you look at the geoengineering and control map, and of course we all know that the weather is completely controlled, So the illusion that it's the driest place on Earth is an illusion.
	And we do know that they, being Australia, has been recently targeted and has experienced massive, massive fires.
	I've been getting lots of emails from people I know in Australia.
	And they're burning Australia up just like they did here in Northern California with the whole entourage of heavy chemtrailing, Days before the fires, and then the laser technology, likely the pulsing of the smart meters, which has been deployed there, and all the other types of weapon systems that are being used now against all of us as they are increasing and reducing our access to all resources.
	And we'll go into that, too.
	So, in Australia, they have a Level 5 water restriction system, And Level 6 now in place.
	And it is where literally people have a small access to water.
	Maybe they can take a shower once a week, maybe wash clothes twice a week, two loads twice a week.
	Maybe they can use their cap briefly.
	They can take two-minute showers.
	There was an interview I watched on YouTube of a family that had two girls.
	That were, of course, teenagers complaining that they could only wash their hair once a week.
	But what is also occurring is there's no outside watering allowed.
	And that is the same thing here in California in 2020 when they want the reduced water per person, 55 to 55 gallons, because we've had a number of people here attempt to get to that 55 gallons of water per person.
	And several people who have tried it have not been able to get it under about 190 gallons per person per day.
	And they called the water agency and said, well, what are we going to do when we're required to reduce it to the 55?
	And the water agency said, well, are you watering outside?
	And they said, well, of course.
	We have a garden.
	We have plants.
	Well, you have to stop watering all your plants.
	And that goes into a document that I'm not going to spend much time on here right now, Carrie.
	But it is the 1960s CIA memorandum on climate control.
	And it does talk about reducing oxygen in the environment, which is all part of the kill grid that we face.
	It's an enormous And at this moment, Carrie, I would invite everybody to go and look at the five-part video YouTube series that I posted.
	It is a PowerPoint presentation that I created and put up, and it's entitled, Genocide is Legal, and here's how it happened.
	And it's not just exclusively talking about genocide, but we're talking about how We all became ensnared into this unbelievable sci-fi movie that we seem to find ourselves in.
	And I say that, Carrie, because I know before we got on air, you and I were talking about, and particularly for me, having just found out someone I knew and had prior contact with had died, and the enormity of the craziness of what we see happening in this world today.
	Wouldn't you agree?
	Yes, yes, I know.
	The trouble, we're having some audio issues.
	Deborah is on a phone line.
	That creates its own audio issues, so please bear with us.
	My dog does go in and out of the house freely, and that's also creating a bit of background here, but you certainly should be able to hear her.
	So please continue, Deborah.
	Okay, Carrie, well...
	I will continue to try to speak up, although I am saddened by what I will be talking about, and I can tend to drop off in some sorrow.
	But I'll try not to.
	Massive restrictions of water.
	And what has happened in the rural country areas where water is being reduced first, because this is all part of the wildlands network, to forcibly push people off of rural lands, country lands, and move people, force migration by Targeting of weather events.
	This is what is happening now and this is what we see in many of the rioting that we're hearing about worldwide.
	You may have heard about the rioting in Iran and they're shooting the protesters because of massive increased fuel costs.
	The same thing recently occurred in Ecuador about two months ago when the indigenous Ecuadorians closed up many major cities because of massive fuel increase cost to them.
	They couldn't survive.
	The same thing with the Yellow Vest in France protesting against increased fuel cost and increased food cost.
	This is all a result of the Sustainable Development Goals being implemented worldwide now.
	Now many people are misunderstanding what this is and because it's become a political football in where it's called the New Green Deal.
	And it isn't a New Deal.
	It is anything but green because you can't water your outside plants.
	It's a death policy and it is absolutely not a deal.
	So it's interesting through the neuro-linguistic programming how they sell policies to us and we don't think or bat an eye about the names.
	It does not mean a new green deal at all.
	It's been in place All these policies are already adopted to eliminate air travel, etc.
	And so we're going to stay with the water because Australia again is facing massive fines if people use water over their allocations.
	Massive fines.
	And this can and likely will become a way in which property can be foreclosed upon as people are unable to pay the fines.
	Not only are they unable to pay the fines, I was reading an article about a cotton farmer in Australia, and he had an adjacent river and lake on the side of his property, and he was pumping out of that, which he was not supposed to, trying to promote the growth of his yield, and he was fined nearly $200,000.
	And this is happening now where small private residences are being fined a couple of hundred dollars.
	They have water police policing the neighborhoods to see if they are overusing water in any way, particularly for those that do not yet have the water meters.
	So I can say this.
	I found on a US forestry map a number of years ago, and I have that map in a video that I had up entitled, Water Wars Stealing Water for Profit and Power.
	Take a look at that video, Water Wars Stealing Water for Profit and Power.
	Because in there I have this map of the U.S. Department of Forestry showing the western United States and the level of response to the taking of their water.
	And when I mean level of response, it is a color-coded layout of a map that shows red and orange and yellow.
	Red being that people will use guns To prevent the stealing of their land, over-minimizing and eliminating the use of water.
	I really recommend people look at this now.
	We were quite stunned when we found it on the U.S. Department of Forestry website.
	So I want everybody to certainly understand the enormity of what you hear me saying, because this is what is going to be happening.
	So we have...
	Many areas also in Central California, some of the farm little towns that have been the agricultural harvesters in the Central Valley of California, have no water in their little towns.
	They're literally buying water, and some churches have trucked in bathing stations And toilet facilities for the homeowners that don't have water in their homes.
	And at this point there is some grant money and some people are receiving 2500 gallon water tanks that are then being filled by water that's being trucked into them.
	And the same thing is happening in Australia.
	And what the people that are having water trucked into them from the reservoirs are finding is that there's a horrible odor in the reservoir water, heavy chlorine, and the people's skin is drying out.
	So the little bit of water that they're getting is highly poisoned and they're trucking it in.
	Now I want to talk about the increased dust effect of not being able to use water.
	When they're moving it around, they can literally Collect the dampness from areas, pull it up, move it around in the structures they create overhead, and cause these atmospheric rivers to dump over all of us, which they do, and we just experienced one a couple of days ago.
	Again, I mentioned that in the beginning of the show, flash flood watches, debris flow, and flooding, and we experienced all of that personally.
	But what I wanted to say is that I have a video that I did just during flash flood dump overhead and you can hear how heavy it's raining.
	The YouTube I have up on my site is called Utilities Transition Unreliable Renewables and we're going to talk about that in a minute.
	That's another enormous reduction of resources.
	But staying with water right now and the understanding that this is the goal The goal is to not allow the use of resources, energy, we're talking any type of energy, electricity, gas,
	water, because we're being told that we should not have use beyond resource consumption above what is needed to supply vital human needs.
	Anything beyond that is immoral.
	And I shudder to think that that's absolutely what was planned, because when you read that in advance of seeing the plans roll out, it seems impossible.
	How could that occur, Carrie?
	I mean, really, how could our access to what we've always had in our lives suddenly be taken away?
	And suddenly then, when you see the documents that I'm going to be continuing to talk about, you realize how it is, and this is worldwide.
	I've been getting reports out of Ireland where the wastewater treatment plants have been breached, and the untreated wastewater is ending up in the streams and creeks, and they have many areas in Ireland that have boil it orders, in other and they have many areas in Ireland that have boil it boil it before you drink it?
	Really?
	And the map that I saw of all the cities affected in Ireland with this condition and the polluted, poisoned fecal and urine water is unimaginable.
	Unimaginable.
	This is happening right now.
	You can type in your computer, Irish water contamination and boil it orders.
	You'll be stunned.
	This is happening in other locations worldwide.
	As well, not just in Ireland, but what is occurring now is the forcing us up onto the looped cycle of reuse.
	I was going over that executive order.
	It is reuse For everyone worldwide.
	This is the plan.
	Not to allow access to water.
	Not to allow us to grow plants.
	It is literally going to eliminate future farming, which is already occurring with all the weapons being used in the farmlands and the breaches of levees that have simply absolutely destroyed the farmlands in the farming areas of the United States.
	All intentional weaponized weather attacks to destroy the current food growth and delivery system that we've always had.
	And another executive order that was signed recently was the bio food, GMO foods.
	I don't know if any of you are aware that that was an executive order to rapidly create scientifically grown food.
	And that is because The food scarcity that is increasing worldwide due to weather weapons.
	Food now will be grown and they're doing that now in Newark, New Jersey, in many repurposed commercial buildings where they're growing vegetables in a scientific solution.
	There is no water per se and no soil.
	And they use a form of spectrum lighting, LED lighting, to grow the food.
	Now, we don't know what's in the scientific solution, but they're telling us that they can grow food, you know, from growth to table to plate in about 10 days, some of the leafy greens that they grow.
	And they claim they're tasty and green, and they're already being delivered.
	And you can look into that.
	Quite a new coming to replace our food supply.
	That's what's occurring right now.
	And so as I go over some of the increased methods in which we're being reduced, I want to certainly have everyone go to primarywater.org, the other website that we have.
	That we have and understand what's happened with water so that you can teach all you know while you can the water facts.
	And if you go to primarywater.org, you can print off half-page flyers.
	But I think it's most important to understand that primary water is a renewable water resource.
	We've been denied learning the truth where water really comes from.
	We've been taught in SCULE, which are government education centers of indoctrination, that water comes from rain and snow melt.
	A very well intended deception for what we're now facing with massive restrictions of water to get you to convince all of you that we are running out of water, that you're going to drink Urine and poop and pharmaceuticals of undetermined contaminants.
	If they get people to believe that we're out of water, people will drink their own fecal material.
	So primary water is a renewable.
	It's generated down below the mantle of the earth.
	Hydrogen and oxygen merge, turns into vapor.
	It comes up, no matter what type of weather modification is done overhead, in hot and cold springs that will continue to bubble up.
	That happens here in California.
	I've seen that, Carrie, where I've seen hot and cold springs bubbling up when we've been in multi-year droughts.
	I have seen the geysers in certain areas here in California continue to spray up out of the ground, even though our creeks are dry as a bone.
	And I watch in envy the beautiful, continuous, cascading waterfalls in the Hawaiian Islands from the top of the volcanic structures, and these waterfalls endlessly cascade down.
	This is primary water.
	This is what it looks like.
	And what happened, and I've said this before, But it begs to be repeated what happened in Libya and why Libya was blown to smithereens and why one of the many reasons that Muammar Haddafi was killed.
	Because not too many people know what happened.
	Well, here is part of what happened.
	Muammar Haddafi had constructed the largest irrigation system in world history.
	He tapped into primary water, and that's what I'm talking about.
	I want to add that when you drink primary water, your IQ is much higher because you're not drinking poisoned water from the atmosphere that is collected in these cauldrons of poisonous reservoirs as the water literally It flows over the ground and is collected in the reservoirs with all the toxins and the fertilizers,
	the overhead spraying programs, the Fukushima radiation and so much more is in our drinking supply as it is in the reservoirs as it stands.
	So Muammar Haddafi had constructed this amazing irrigation system.
	It was a labyrinth of plumbing under the desert floor and you can actually See this being built online.
	It's amazing.
	And they were able to tap into primary water.
	And they supplied about 6.5 million cubic meters of fresh water per day to many cities in Libya.
	And this enabled Libya to grow fruits and vegetables and grains that were otherwise impossible to cultivate in the past because of the desert and the dry The project cost 25 billion US dollars and was completed without any financial support from any major country or loans from the IMF
	banks.
	And in 2011, the incredible achievement was destroyed by NATO with depleted uranium nuclear bombs Cutting off the water supply to six million people in Libya, and it sent them into a humanitarian crisis.
	And when I was reporting on that, we got some very interesting information from a whistleblower that was boots on the ground there that said even the, I think there were about four Well drilling pieces of equipment.
	They're large equipment that was purchased by Muammar Haddafi from England.
	And those were blown up as well and they made the excuse that they looked like missile launchers.
	Well if any of you have seen well drilling equipment and with the capability of seeing what's on the ground, they did not look like missile launchers.
	They just did not want the Construction and the access to the primary water.
	So why I am spending time on primary water is that we're going to need to get to it for those that are listening, if at all possible.
	If you're on a rural piece of property where you have a well already, you most likely would need to re-drill it because The drilling companies don't drill for primary water.
	And it's important to know how to do that.
	And the practice of accessing primary water has been around for centuries.
	And drilling for primary water looks similar to drilling for ground water well.
	And I've been on a number of primary water well drilling when we've accessed primary water.
	And the main difference In accessing primary water is that it requires drilling into a geologic fissure or a fault to release the primary water that has risen near the surface.
	Now primary water can also bubble up and just become a stream or a creek.
	And a wonderful example is called fly geyser, FLY geyser.
	Take a look.
	This is a Beautiful example of primary water and how it's been gushing up from a farmer's land when he was drilling a well and hit hot water and capped it off and then it has since ruptured and it's become this unbelievable spectacle of primary water and how it just continues to bubble out, fly geyser.
	So why I am telling you this is water is a renewable Teach all you know the truth while you can still teach the truth about water.
	Because we are being driven away from the true knowledge of where water comes from.
	And many millions of people are going to die.
	And I say that because not too long ago, the globalists were talking about zero-day water in Cape Town in South Africa.
	And they were promoting the illusion that there was going to be a day not in the distant future.
	And this was heavily discussed in the beginning of 2018.
	And they showed the people that lived in some of these rural areas standing in long lines at the only spigot in town with their little plastic bottle to fill water that they were being told was not going to be available in another week or so.
	And they've done the same thing in Ireland.
	I was actually, Carrie, I was actually talking to a friend in Ireland, and I was told, well, we only have 70 days of water left in Dublin, in Dublin, Ireland.
	And I said, what?
	And I looked, I typed it in.
	70 days of water left in Dublin, and all of you can do the same thing.
	Another, PSYOPs.
	Unbelievable.
	And they were telling the people, we're going to be out of water in 70 days.
	Well, we're being told on a broader, more expedited basis now that we're running out of water.
	Okay, that's actually kind of incredible, the idea that they're out of water in Ireland because there's so much rain in Ireland.
	And I know that farmers collect rain, actually.
	So I'm not sure that...
	I mean, I understand that they were saying this, but has anyone tracked it since then?
	Because that just doesn't sound logical.
	Yes, well, it isn't logical.
	And yes, the 70 days came and went, and they did not run out of water, although they were claiming that the reservoirs were scant with water.
	But remembering, the rain is the secondary water cycle, and the rain is controlled with the weapons systems and the weather modification systems.
	Right.
	It's not as relevant because, again, the secondary water supply versus the primary water supply.
	We always have to keep that in mind.
	Because of weather modification and the horrors in which it's now being used, we have to really understand the difference between the atmospheric water and the primary water.
	So yes, that was just a media psyops to scare people worldwide, to scare the people in Ireland.
	And it was all about wanting to deploy the water meters in Ireland.
	They had what they called water meter ferries that went around at night dismantling the water meters.
	And they gave up on the deployment of the meters in certain towns in Ireland because the Irish people had always gotten their water for free.
	You're right.
	There's a lot of You know, secondary water coming down on Ireland and the bogs, etc.
	And so they stopped deploying the water meters, so they were trying to scare the people that they were running out of water.
	But the water meters are still on the table while they're trying to literally bring the Irish people into submission because Ireland is fluoridated.
	And we even...
	When we were there, we were really experiencing dry skin from taking showers and so forth.
	We weren't drinking the water at all.
	And we found out the name of the famous Irish beer suddenly escaped me.
	Yeah, I know what you mean.
	Well, that's made with fluoridated water.
	And we went actually to the factory.
	Where they make that.
	And Guinness.
	And we found out they used fluoridated water because that's the water supply.
	And they're literally dumbing the Irish people down.
	The fighting Irish to contain them.
	Which is exactly what the Nazis did in World War II. As they were getting ready to invade, they would fluoridate the water supply in the communities.
	Heavily fluoridated the camps where they imprisoned people and tortured them so that they would not have to have the amount of guards to guard them.
	So that is a sad reality in many areas throughout the world, heavy fluoridation, to get compliance.
	And it's just a massive psyops on every level.
	It really is hard to imagine And what you're hearing me say next is going to even be more difficult to imagine.
	And I'm going to say it now.
	We have, of course, been tracking the frequencies and what is in store for us with the frequencies.
	Certainly I've done many radio shows and talked about electromagnetic frequencies and targeting individuals as Warner was heavily targeted to death.
	And now the use of frequencies In condensed cities called resilient smart kill cities, kill is my word, where the 5G is the foundation for AI. And then they build up to the autonomous vehicles and the computer vision cameras, etc.
	And I'm going to segue from my bigger point here by just saying onstopthecrime.net If you subscribe, you will also receive our email blast out.
	And I recently posted an unimaginable situation that is on a city website.
	And I love to find things that are so just spelled out.
	And this is an example.
	So if you go to StopTheCrime.net to the email blastout, you will find an email called, entitled, Advisory, Deployment of Wireless Smart Nodes.
	And what we have to understand is that the telecom industry, they're all military operators.
	Same with your utility companies with the deployment of the wireless electric meter and of course now the wireless water meter.
	It's important to understand these meters track all you do on the backside of the meter.
	Not only does it spew out poisonous, community-killing, devastating frequencies as they pummel through the air, It also goes into your homes and massively data collects and kills and destroys and injures our DNA. Now they've got us required retro fittings in our homes worldwide with all electric.
	That's why you're hearing about ENERGY STAR appliances.
	This is why you're hearing about new faucets that are wireless that will tie into your water meter to also keep track of your water usage.
	The same thing with shower heads This is the new tech.
	It's heavy surveillance and it is ultimately foreclosing opportunities on your property if you own.
	And so I certainly would wish that everybody would take a look at this advisory.
	We found this out of Lancaster in California on their website.
	And you can see the entire link to that website here.
	But what they're doing is they are putting up 18,000 smart wireless nodes on their streetlights.
	And this is being supplied by IBM Google and Landmark Erickson and the company for this massive surveillance system and massive Wi-Fi and connectivity of cell phones is by any com small a-n-y and then caps c-o-m-m and it's diabolical to read what the city is doing to the occupants because these smart sensors
	include the capacity And the capability for not only video analytics to all buildings, but the smart city will become, they say, the information hub and bring in the future of all technology.
	And they go on to say how they're going to be careful with all the camera footage that that won't be just given to anybody.
	But that it is stored and so they will be able to more effectively and costly with deeper cost cuts on operating the city because they'll find, for example, graffiti artists immediately and they can track and grab them immediately as well.
	They're creating smart city kill zones is what they're doing and they're forcing people in the country to gravitate towards the cities and to be within the urban growth boundaries.
	People are becoming climate refugees because of weather weapon deniers.
	Weather weapon deniers when we are being pummeled and destroyed by weather weapons.
	So now I jump into the other situation, Carrie.
	We now understand because we've seen the documents That the utilities now through the electric advanced metering infrastructure that is being laid out not only in the United States but worldwide for the electric vehicles.
	Now electric vehicles are intended to include all vehicles.
	We are not going to have supportive gasoline or diesel very soon for our cars.
	People wonder, well, what on earth are we going to do?
	I've got a car that runs on gas.
	Well, if you can't get gas, or if you have to pay a tremendous amount of money for it, you're going to start riding your bike, as they are wanting all of us to do, on these bike lanes that are already most everywhere, or certainly your electric bike, which has a lithium-ion battery that explodes under you, When they degrade and they're very hazardous, very hazardous.
	So of course we caution everyone to really not sit on a lithium-ion battery.
	We're seeing all the bike lanes.
	We're seeing all the foot traffic opportunities.
	And we're getting pushed out of our cars because they're closing down all the plants.
	They say we're running out of oil because it again was a finite resource.
	It was a fossil fuel.
	That's what they call it in all the documents.
	And of course we all know that oil was never a fossil fuel.
	It is abiotic, created constantly and renewable down below the earth, just like water.
	And so they're using the entrapment of running out.
	Now, granted, it's not a clean way in which to operate, but it was all part of the ability to pollute us so that they could create the whole policy built around the illusion of climate change.
	And the global...
	Disruption worldwide down to the core of everything any of us have ever done has been created on an illusion.
	And so what we've discovered are vast documents now of the takeover of the electric vehicle transportation grid worldwide where all the utilities participate in the fuel.
	For all transportation.
	And if that doesn't frighten everybody that's listening right now, I wouldn't know, you know, really what to say.
	Because when you have the global banking cartel in control of the only resource for your ability to travel, now you can see why there won't be any travel according to the New Green Deal.
	Travel is to be massively And you will be confined within a very small parameter of a living location.
	And certainly people will be ordering more food being delivered by delivery systems.
	There will be more Uber.
	People will ride bikes more.
	We see much of all of that happening in Europe.
	But we are finding that we're being transitioned onto a new transportation fuel source.
	And the worst part of the fuel is that it's going to be electricity that must be generated from all and only renewables.
	Now when I say that, I mean that it's going to only be generated from renewables such as solar, wind, geothermal, And wave, ocean wave, tidal wave.
	And you can look off the coast around New York and other areas in the United States and you will see these wind turbines sitting on floating platforms, sprouting up on top of the ocean all over.
	They mean business.
	And this money is being spent on unreliable resources.
	And the long-term goal is, of course, weather is controlled, so the sun is controlled and it is being dimmed.
	We have massive solar dimming occurring, which will aid quickly in more crop failures.
	But as we have more massive solar dimming, we'll need to have more...
	Sorry about that.
	That's okay.
	As we have more massive solar dimming, we're going to have to have more massive solar arrays put all over the country to compensate for the need to have and generate more power.
	That's what we discovered, Terry, when my husband and I, we covered the Bundy Ranch debacle a number of years ago.
	And we were driving through Las Vegas and just south of Las Vegas is this huge mirror array and it was heavily, heavily kin-trailed that day and we were joking around about the idea that we're wondering if the engineers have taken this increased dimming of the sun into account and they hadn't.
	Only a few months later did I find an article That they had under-engineered that mirror energy capturing massive array by about 50%.
	Under built it, 50%.
	It fell 50% short of its expected generation.
	So what we have now is we have many small areas throughout the United States right now literally being cut off from traditional Electric supply and being moved into the renewable energy as their only source.
	It's interesting because I found some information on one of the Navajo tribal lands and how this power plant was being shut down that offered about 500 jobs to the Navajo members and the plant was shut down and They're now looking for increased solar deployment and so forth to pick up the powering down of this plant,
	but they're uncertain that the renewables are going to compensate the loss because previously they said they've already had thousands of Navajo families that were not getting electricity even before this plant was powered down.
	So they're pulling the plug on smaller areas throughout the country right now?
	Well, let me say this, though, Deborah, that of all the peoples out there, of course, the indigenous people will be able to handle any kind of interference because they've always been able to deal without having electricity.
	And I do want to say that there is going to be all of these things that you're talking about going forward.
	But there's also the changes in our bodies and in our abilities to handle these kinds of things and to mitigate our circumstances using our own energies to affect the world around us.
	So at the same time as they are trying to control us more, We also gain in our own sort of powers.
	And when you're under pressure, there's a dynamic that happens and a lot of sort of natural powers will come to the fore with humanity.
	I welcome everything that you say.
	I think that many people are going to have difficulty in surviving the transition.
	But this is also an intentioned cleansing.
	They're trying to get rid of people that are weak.
	This is what they are looking at.
	They're trying to weed out elements of the population That can't handle these changes, can't roll with them, can't become more expedited in terms of their powers, etc.
	The young, of course, will be much more able to deal with it than the older people, especially people that are...
	Dependent on pharmaceuticals, for example, because their immune systems have been weakened already.
	Of course, we're talking about chemtrailing and all of that.
	I just want to balance the situation from time to time here.
	We welcome your information.
	It's very important that people know what is being planned Diabolically to do away with their rights and to interfere with their freedom of living.
	But at the same time, I want people to see the bigger picture in what's happening with the sort of pressurizing that's going on here and the fact that they have an agenda that goes beyond just limiting resources.
	They are also working on dividing in an Atlantean sort of style What we're dealing with.
	So that like the time of Atlantis, there was the outliers who were not using the same resources, who didn't have access to those things.
	The people who live in the cities get into the cities, just like that Saudi Arabian city they're building.
	If you're willing to be surveilled consciously knowing 24-7.
	You go in there and you have, you know, everything is...
	You mean NEO, right?
	N-E-O-M, in Saudi Arabia.
	Yes.
	And so this is the rollout of a plan that does go back, I want to say, to the time of Atlantis.
	So it's a very interesting dynamic that we're seeing.
	I am not convinced that this is all going to happen, though, because we have some mitigating factors that involve things like an EMP... That we'll take down the grid altogether so that they won't be so successful in their rollout.
	But I know, I understand what you're doing and I understand that you're telling us their plans and that's very vital.
	So I just wanted to balance that.
	Just make another point with what you just said about an EMP because we know for many decades there have been a number of people going to congressional leaders begging and pleading to harden up the infrastructure, the electrical grid in the United States, and they never did.
	In fact, there are a number of books written about what it would be like if the grid was taken down by an electromagnetic pulse.
	One Second After is such a book And I would certainly recommend people read it, because I will tell you, it will not need to be an EMP. And this is where the whole renewable transition takes out that need for an EMP. Because what's happening, we are being subdivided into micro-grids.
	And we see that here in Northern California as a result of our power outages.
	In the last many months, there have been many, many days that we have not had electricity.
	And they're hastily meeting now, and I've attended a number of these meetings, on creating renewable energy microgrids where small areas of the community will link together And support the energy needs only from renewable energy resources.
	And I'm going to just take a look at one of the documents that I just got last week from such a meeting.
	And I'm going to let you hear what one of the policy platforms for 2020 is.
	Now Carrie, why I am saying this is people need to understand what is in front of them and what is occurring.
	So that they can psychologically, emotionally, and physically adjust so that they'll know what way, figuratively speaking, the wind is blowing.
	And they can correct their perceptions as it's occurring and maybe not end up in such shock and be more grounded and centered and work their way through what is happening.
	It is happening.
	So they're saying this for the policy platform for 2020, and there are many policy platform measures, but this is one I found very interesting.
	Electrification and efficiency of all buildings support fuel shifting from all natural gas, propane, and wood to electricity.
	Now we're talking about efficiency in buildings, okay?
	They go on to say, support building standards and retrofit funding for targeted energy efficiency to reduce building energy usage, particularly at time of use and in seasons where emissions or costs are high.
	So what they just said right now is when you're home using your energy the most during high peaks of time of use, That's when they don't want you accessing as much fuel.
	Because obviously if they're decreasing your access to energy in your home, they don't want you getting that much energy.
	The real goal of energy use here worldwide now is to not use energy.
	It's a behavior modification that they've got into place now.
	It's not to use energy.
	That's why drinking your human waste That's why transitioning over to renewables and then having that reduced.
	Gee, I'm sorry over in a grid in Los Angeles.
	You had severe weather complications and your delivery system for your grid is going to supply the power that you need.
	Sorry.
	That is how you divide and conquer.
	That's how you reduce numbers of populations.
	And that is what is happening.
	And they go on to talk about in this paragraph that I'm discussing, not only the required retrofitting out of all gas, shifting out of natural gas.
	In fact, in 2020, here in Northern California, they've adopted no new construction can have natural gas built into it.
	In other words, kiss your gas goodbye.
	And I had a link up again on Stop the Crime.
	I mentioned that earlier.
	For many years, because we read the documents, and we saw a long time ago that they were going to affect this.
	And it's probably been about eight years ago, I guess, that we found this in these plans.
	And it's been a short period of time, really, when you think about eight years and how quickly now it's starting to come to pass.
	But they also talk about supporting all efforts To go beyond zero net energy and refocus energy code requirements on emissions.
	Now, net zero energy means in construction world that in the new builds that we've watched where they're claiming net zero.
	It means that you're consuming, bringing into your lifestyle, into your health.
	Your consumption of energy is Counterbalanced by what you will put back out.
	In other words, it's a loop.
	You're not taking any more, you're not using any more than what you're recreating.
	They want to go below net energy use.
	And I've gone to a number of academy schools where they have what they claim to be net energy use.
	And I can tell you, we've gone there with our EMF equipment, Harry, and where they have their kitchens and these induction cooktops.
	And net energy use has nothing to do with the amount of frequencies that all of this stuff generates, because you're in a deadly environment for people.
	I was rather stunned to realize that.
	And while they claimed that this is the first academy, Sonoma Academy in Northern California, to build a net energy use campus, where it's quite impressive.
	They've spent millions and millions of dollars on this.
	But you can't be there for long without contracting some kind of illness that ultimately will lead you to your death.
	I hate to say that.
	But it was that kind of meter reeds when we were there on this campus.
	And so we're transitioning into a world that we've not lived in before.
	And I agree with you.
	I think the indigenous people will find it much easier to live in this type of environment.
	But the majority of the populations, certainly in the industrialized populations, Are going to have a very difficult time.
	And that's why I talk about looking at the five-part YouTube video series I have up on Stop the Crime that we put together, because you will see the intention of the plans, and that's to literally bring us back into a pre-industrial world.
	And that's even what the New Green Deal Reading and listening carefully, you're hearing our children say also on these climate day strikes that we have to go back to pre-industrial time.
	They have no clue as to what that means.
	Okay, but wait, wait, wait one second here, because I do want to say that as they're doing this, and as I was talking about sort of developing our powers, our special powers that we have, indigenous to this vehicle, okay, and to really drawing down from spirit, but I do want to say...
	That it's very interesting, this dynamic, because this is happening simultaneous with an awareness around the planet of free energy, of zero-point energy, and that people can build devices that are actually, even now in various places, you can put a pole in the ground, literally, and access electricity that way for free.
	And they don't want you to know this, so I have to say that with With these things that they're rolling out, it's almost laughable because what's really coming to the fore is what's coming in the future.
	So you could kind of...
	I think you can view it as an hourglass.
	We are going to...
	In theory, they're going to try to force us to go through the most narrow part of the hourglass.
	Okay?
	All of us at one time, right?
	Yes.
	But at the other end, as it comes out, is actually...
	Going into things that are much more what we call 4D. And accessing this energy that is natural, that Tesla knew about, etc.
	And so, assuming one survives, this will be the other side of that hourglass.
	Now, obviously, they want a lot of people to die.
	This is always the end goal, to clear out, as I was saying before.
	So, I do want people to sort of see the big picture again, With regard to all of these plans.
	And it is very fascinating that you're talking about the frequency at these sites where they want to reduce...
	You said they want to go below zero net so that you're not using any more than you, I guess, put out or something, right?
	Yes.
	It's a looped use of energy coming in.
	And mitigating that with what you are generating and putting back in.
	Right.
	So what I want to do now, we've been going for about an hour and a half, a little longer than that.
	So what I'd like to do is sort of close this down after a bit and ask you to sum up...
	And also give any, you know, links and so on and so forth so that we, you know, because I want to make sure that you've covered what you wanted to cover.

	And I have that up on a video, and I've noticed on a number of City Council agenda meetings, they're funding increased security guards, increased bulletproof glass to, they're erecting to keep us separated from them.
	Because they know, as these programs roll out, and they are now, In fact, even at the County Board of Supervisors here in the Santa Rosa area, it was recently said during a board meeting that they're fearful that people will come with pitchforks.
	And that's because along one of the rivers here, and I'm saying this not just specifically for this river.
	This is going to be a Mechanism for other people in these circumstances.
	So what happened was there were horrific floods.
	Several thousand homes were fairly badly damaged from the flood waters, exceeding a hundred year flood event.
	And now they brought in new septic requirements.
	And most of these homes along the river will never be able to comply.
	to the new septic requirements and these people are on a fast track to losing their properties because they won't be able to provide the septic requirements and they're too far removed from a municipality to be serviced by sewer systems.
	So this is going to happen to other areas around the world on the rivers and we're seeing just Many ways in which things are changing very rapidly.
	And I can recommend a couple of movies for those of you that want to see what Hollywood looks like in documentary format.
	And I say that in a serious note because so many of the movies, as you know, Carrie, are demonstrating and illustrating what is before us.
	One such movie is called The Giver, G-I-V-E-R, starring Jeff Bridges.
	And I watched that a few years ago because it was funny.
	I went to Malibu and I rode on the school bus into Santa Monica with the Bridges kids, the two boys, because we picked them up.
	Their dad was in Sea Hunt.
	You might remember those days, Carrie.
	And anyway, I watched The Giver.
	And that's Quite amazing to watch The Giver.
	It really does demonstrate the mind swiping, the intention to medicate us into oblivion.
	We're watching, and this is something I want to point out.
	There was an article here out of San Francisco recently, and in the Very colorful part of San Francisco where you see just many bright colors.
	They're all being gray washed now.
	And they're saying that the city is turning gray.
	And when you watch The Giver, it's all gray.
	It's as though the script of that movie is following in advance of how we're living right now.
	And I would recommend that.
	But I guess I would like to say, if I don't speak with you, all of you, before the end of the year, all of you just love the ones you love the most, even more.
	And that's what I'm realizing as I'm watching this transition, that we are having to survive with them.
	And people, of course, will think that there's no way around this.
	There are always creativities and things that we can come up with as people.

	And it's a community meeting where we're talking to a 33-year retired fire captain On how you can harden up against all these increased fires that we are all going to start experiencing and also hardening up against the power outages.
	And we are needing tools to go forward for our survival that we never needed before.

	Where when we went out to sea we had to have life rafts and food and flares and a dinghy and all of these kinds of survival tools.
	And we now need that on dry land because we're being pummeled by weather weapons and storms and we need additional ways to survive.
	Many of you may have heard about all the fires and now they're encouraging us to have bug out bags not only by our front doors and back doors but in our cars as well.
	So it is a new world, Carrie.
	There's no doubt about it.
