	And so that's one of the reasons, plus I have tremendous interference when I try to do something on video.
	So that having been said, I certainly want to let everyone know that I'm going to be rolling into a lot of information today.
	Initially on the outset, Carrie, I want to roll into...
	Some of the urgent realities that we face not only here in California, but literally from the Mississippi River all the way to the Pacific Ocean and north of our borders into Canada.
	What am I talking about?
	I'm talking about the forecast for a busy fire season that they're anticipating this year.
	And you and I both cover California, and you are in the southern part of California.
	And I'm in the northern part of California.
	It's interesting that we both ended up being native California girls and being in an area where we can discuss what we see happening here as well as our reach into other states as well.
	So it's important to understand the firefighters are not equipped to fight fires that are weaponized and are A multiple affront of directed energy weapons, ground-based arsons, mercenaries sent in on foot during fire events, where literally homes that have not yet caught on fire are looted by these foot ghost soldiers, so to speak.
	And many people that have stayed behind have seen these groups of people walking through culverts and through creeks.
	And in a specific area, in fact, there's an interesting book called Point Patrol.
	And they literally had to chase out looters with shovels during the early fire days in October of 2017 here in Santa Rosa, here in Northern California.
	So we're now being told that because of the abundant grasses fed by our heavy winter rains and floods events as well, that Now, much of these grasses, of course, are going to die back and become more fuel for fires, and as well as all of the dead and dying trees by the millions.
	We are a tinderbox because of the variety of assaults that we have all certainly noticed over the many years with the overhead aerosol spraying programs that have been killing our trees.
	So I'm going to say this right out the chute because I'm looking at my And this is dated May the 3rd of 2019.
	And they do talk about the West Coast and the United States should be ready for another busy fire season.
	Now let's hold on a minute.
	Busy fire season?
	We lost thousands of homes, thousands of lives, and they're saying a busy fire season?
	Really?
	So the National Interagency Fire Center has a report out.
	And they do talk about in this report, with all the dry grasses, we're going to be far more susceptible to large fires.
	Again, we're in a new normal of climate change, so we are told, rather than being told the truth of the use of weather weapons.
	And therefore, we're going to be burned up and burned out again.
	And they say in many of the documents that every inch of Of the western United States, and including California, can and likely will be burned at some time.
	This is what the reports say.
	And I will tell you, it puts me in tremendous despair to know that I am sitting defensively here in Northern California, where the firefighters that I used to revere, Carrie, they would come in, they would save our homes, they would work hard.
	To save communities.
	Now the firefighters are being told their number one job, well number one and two, is to certainly not put themselves in harm's way.
	And then secondly, to help with evacuations.
	So we do not have a firefighting crews that are going to be concerned with saving homes.
	And we saw that certainly here in Northern California.
	We saw that in the other fire zones.
	And it all but wiped out, as many of you know, back in 2018, the town of Paradise.
	And it hit Redding.
	We're anticipating many, many more fires.
	So at the same time that we're anticipating all of these fires, Pacific Gas and Electric, who is our Northern California Rothschild utility run, and also in Southern California, Southern California Electric, Which is also a Rothschild agency.
	In fact, all the utilities are run by Rothschild, not only nationwide, but worldwide.
	And what we're being told in our bills is that PG&E, Rothschild here in Northern California, in fact all the utility companies, will be powering off the grid.
	In other words, this is not just turning off the smart meters at our homes, which they can do.
	This is literally...
	Turning off the grid, they're saying because they don't want the responsibility nor do they want the liability of causing fires.
	Now they, meaning Pacific Gas and Electric and Rothschild, has admitted to being responsible for equipment that was not changed out when the town of Paradise was burned up.
	Now this is just sadly, sadly, A placeholder for what the plan is.
	They know that they're going to be burning up areas throughout this country and worldwide as well.
	And so they're blaming their equipment so that they can start us all with black starts.
	That means no power and power outages.
	And what that means for farmers and people in rural country areas that rely on wells for water and are remote as far as firefighting accessibility goes, when the power is turned off, there is no water.
	People cannot pump water from their wells.
	So what we're suggesting right now, we must now be our own reporters of the weather, and I'm going to tell you why.
	In a minute.
	But we must all now be aware when there is low humidity and the temperatures are high and the winds are being intentionally kicked up, increased, winds are increased, and we see heavy aerosol spraying overhead.
	When we see those conditions, low humidity, again, high temps, wind, heavy aerosols, it's time to really look at the creation of fires and what is going to occur.
	And I can say that many people now are going to need to get generators.
	In fact, Carrie, we recently discovered that in Berkeley, California, the fire department is actually acquiring generators for specific blocks, areas within Berkeley, and loaning them out for free with cabinets to enclose them with the promise that these various identified blocks We'll practice the types of emergency recovery that's necessary.
	And they're talking about not just from fires, but from floods and also earthquakes.
	And they say that they're delivering it to the people in Berkeley for free, these generators.
	Well, have you been offered any generators for free through your fire departments?
	We certainly have not.
	In fact, we are being told to bug out.
	We're being told here By our fire marshals and fire captains to have a bug-out bag packed and evacuation routes identified.
	Now, I've just been talking to some friends that are in Grass Valley, California, and in Nevada City, California.
	They are on the Burnham Up list in California, as many cities are.
	In fact, you can type that into our search engine on StopTheCrime.net.
	And you'll find a list of all of the cities in California that they anticipate to burn.
	And that does include, Kerry, Beverly Hills of all places.
	So the list is just an enormous list of cities that will burn.
	And Lake Tahoe, of course.
	And again, it has been Nevada City in California.
	So in talking to people I know in Nevada City and Grass Valley, Cal Fire promised meetings, that there would be meetings there, and that they would be talking about what they would do to help support the area.
	And they said they were getting grants for funding of some of the training.
	Well, the grants never came through, and Cal Fire never told the people there.
	Therefore, the meetings have not occurred.
	And there are a number of retired fire captains in the area that are kind of scratching their head, wondering why just simple programs aren't being initiated, such as people buying inexpensive amplifier sirens that they can use to sound the alarm.
	And then other people nearby certainly turn on their amplifiers and sirens.
	Because I will tell you, when these fires occur, In the dead of night, and there is no cell phone coverage because the towers are burning down, there's no early warning at all.
	We found this to be the case, and they talk about how they've initiated early warning alert systems.
	And so I want to say this very quickly.
	It's important to understand that the early warning alert systems are another layer of battlefield frequencies.
	And they're literally deploying LIDAR systems on the tops of the mountains, which is a pulsed frequency.
	They're turning our streets, our areas, into battlefields.
	We know that.
	And designated zones.
	So I can also say something really quickly, because I'm thinking about it, is many people have joined Nextdoor, and it's a group in your area.
	That you communicate and discuss and talk about things, and they advocate that as a good source of keeping your immediate area in communication.
	Well, that's been set up by the CIA. And what that is doing is that's very much what we saw occurring in Cuba, where Cuba has areas divided up into 500 to 800 homes, and there's snitch groups in those areas as well as specific doctors in those areas.
	So those people go to certain We have clinics and they're tracked and monitored and they're put in prison if they say absolutely anything against the government, the lack of government that they have in Cuba.
	So the same thing is happening here in the United States and elsewhere.
	We're being literally sorted out into grids and set up with the illusion that we have an opportunity to chat among ourselves.
	No, it's all an operation.
	But moving into the fires, again, everyone that is certainly in the rural country areas and you are on wells, it is very important that you consider investing in generators and ways in which to access enough pressure from above-ground water tanks that I'm hoping people are now getting.
	You can get 2,500-gallon water tanks and above.
	Certainly people that are reliant on well water, you've got to have a lot of above-ground water available with the plan to put sprinklers on your roofs, etc., to start being prepared for the season of war using fires.
	And what many of us have done here in Northern California is we have...
	Ex-fire captains that are aware of the types of fires that are occurring, coming out to our neighborhoods and giving us ideas in how to fight the fires and keep the embers from igniting the mulch on the outside of our homes and keeping our gutters cleaned out and certainly wetting down our decks,
	getting umbrellas, front door mats, anything that are combustible, moving them out of the way We're going to have much of this on our solutions page, stopthecrime.net, so I'm not going to spend a lot of time on how to prep for fires right now in the show,
	other than to certainly suggest, again, that everybody be your own weather forecasting about fires, because the firefighters are being sent out on the front lines to fight fire warfare.
	And they don't even understand they're fighting fire warfare.
	The only thing they know is that these fires are burning hotter and faster than any fires that they've ever fought in the past.
	And how many are starting to recognize that this is warfare?
	It's anyone's guess.
	But their main effort now is for evacuation.
	When you leave your home in a fire situation, you cannot return.
	When you stay, they can't force you to leave.
	So people need to be smart.
	With making that big decision.
	I want to go into an additional aspect of reporting the weather, and I just recently discovered this.
	And all of you that are listening, you can type this in for yourselves.
	It's entitled, Head of NOAA says 5G deployment could set weather forecasts back 40 years.
	The wireless industry denies it.
	Now this came out from the Washington Post on May 23, 2019.
	And a little bit of it goes like this.
	What if suddenly decades of progress in weather prediction was reversed and monstrous storms that we currently see coming for days were no longer foreseeable?
	The toll on life, property, and the economy would be enormous.
	Yet the government's science agencies say such a loss in forecast accuracy Can happen if the FCC and the U.S. wireless industry get their way.
	Go on to say that both the FCC and the wireless industry are racing to deploy 5G technology.
	We know that.
	That's a kill grid.
	But they will deliver, 5G will deliver information at speeds 100 times faster than today's mobile networks.
	Scientists have found this technology We'll interfere with critical satellite data used in weather forecasting, pitting the interests of science and safety against a pressing national priority.
	And it goes on.
	I'll read just a little bit more of this.
	The FCC and the government's science agencies, the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration and NASA, have battled over this issue for several years.
	Now, it's important to understand that the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, NASA, all the agencies, are taken organizations working for the takedown of the global populations and eliminations of that.
	And at this point, I would recommend that everybody also watch 5G Apocalypse on YouTube.
	I will say to you that what this is indicating and what this is saying to us Is that we're going to be hit with weather weapons without having any advance warning.
	So we know at least as being reported from weather forecasting.
	Now any of you and all of you that understand weather weapons know that the weather reporting is all disinfo anyway.
	So it's going to be far more important that those of us that are aware of reality start looking up testing for ourselves, humidity levels, wind levels, And the level of aerosol spraying because above all the fires that occurred here in Northern California and elsewhere, those were days of extremely, extremely heavy chemtrailing.
	And I want to add right now also that over the past few weeks here in Northern California, we've been looking overhead and seeing extreme chemtrailing and cloud structures being created.
	We know that within the next 24 to 36 hours we're going to see parts of the United States hit with weather weapons and we all have been watching this.
	We've been watching the tornadoes and all of the flooding and now the contamination of water supplies with wastewater treatment plants and fecal material that's getting into the water supply all over the country.
	So it's going to be really literally up to those of us that are aware what is happening to be the forecasters because everything else is disinformation.
	And I want to launch into what we're really reporting because it's all about a deadly war upon all of us, everybody, everywhere.
	And we are up against multiple attacks.
	And we're under also devil state mind control.
	Because most people, sadly, have already been massively chemically lobotomized, as we all know, and already under mind control.

	But I wanted to announce certainly the fires that are going to kick up for all of us nationwide.
	While you hear us only talking about the fires in the Pacific area of the United States, we are seeing in the Climate Action Plans worldwide that fires, floods, and frequencies And power outages are going to be the main themes because we're being told that we are all in a new normal of climate change.
	And in fact, many farmers in Australia right now, because of the long nature of the drought and then they have massive flooding, are committing suicide in Queensland.
	I was talking to some contacts yesterday They're trying to drill for primary water to access water for their cattle, but the government will not allow the drilling of wells.
	Again, I run StopTheCrime.net as a major website and also PrimaryWater.org.
	We're going to be covering water as well today.
	If you can help pass this information out far and wide, we need to.
	Another disclosure I want to make, Carrie, before I get into the additional aspects of what I want to cover is what we're going to see happening to the Orville Dam here in California.
	We know that back in 2017, the dam was nearly breached.
	They literally evacuated over 150,000 people.
	And we know that dams are booby traps worldwide.
	The intention is to breach dams.
	And I'm going to get into that as I move through more information, because I think everybody now realizes there isn't any place for us to hide, and we are facing genocide programs from weather weapons, which is called climate change, which is, of course, climate control.
	And all we have to do is remember the horrific scenes of the fires that burned through Northern California, all of the floods in the Midwest and worldwide.
	We see cities underwater, and we just see the massive assaults that are occurring on an increased basis.
	And we're being told, of course, it's climate change and we're experiencing a new normal.
	But as I recall the photographs of the fires, and I remember The green treetops.
	And I know, as many know here, that this was the use of not only space-based weapons and satellites and lasers, but this was ground technology.
	This was drones.
	These were arsonists on the ground, and these were ghost armies on the ground as well.
	And these were largely house-to-house ignitions.
	And what's very interesting, Kerry, something that This has just only been recently discussed, and I find this to be incredibly important because not only do we know that the smart meters are part of the fire aspect of homes,
	because you can type in smart meters and house fires, and cascading you will see just countless reports of houses that caught on fire as the years have progressed since the deployment of the wireless electric smart meters.
	And what we have now is the increased frequencies in our homes because people now have wireless, they have Wi-Fi, wireless phones in their homes as opposed to landlines.
	They have smart appliances that are wireless that connect to their smart meter on the exterior of their homes.
	All of this is amplifying the electromagnetic frequencies in the environment.
	And literally, what we're now learning is that that increases the combustibility of the homes.
	We also know that the increased frequencies that are pulsating against the infrastructure, I'm talking about bridges, buildings, us, of course, and more, are really literally breaching the structural integrity of buildings, creating mini earthquakes on a regular basis, because everything is energy.
	And everything is being pulsated by layers and layers of frequencies that people are not considering.
	Certainly, we're all aware and becoming aware of 5G, but the underpinnings, of course, are the smart meters, the cell towers, the antennas, all of the Comcast.
	We now are finding that they're deploying the wireless water meters so that they can turn off our water along with reducing our use of Electricity as well.
	One of the things that we discovered, Kerry, because I did a YouTube back in 2015 when I found an email exchange between Pacific Gas and Electric, the utility here in Northern California, and the California Public Utility Commission.
	It was a horrific email exchange, a couple of paragraphs, talking about the use of space-based weapons.
	I'm not saying that they don't want their customers to know about this.
	In fact, they talked about in this email exchange back in August of 2011, and this was an email exchange.
	This portion of the email was from the California Public Utility Commission to Pacific Gas and Electric.
	And here's what the Public Utility Commission Which is also Rothschild-run.
	We don't have regulatory agencies for our protection, nor do we have them for rate payers protection either.
	But here's what the CPUC said to PG&E. I assume you're assembling a high-level task force of washed up and never were, yet somehow, movie star handsome, former astronauts, to handle PG&Es, that's the utility companies, Response to the upcoming damaging space weather.
	Also, please dribble out one at a time over the next few months all internal memos, lawsuits, PowerPoint presentations, and officer cover-up directives in which PG&E is repeatedly warned about damaging space weather and chooses to do nothing and then has its lawyers Blame its customers,
	aka earthlings, for any adverse consequences resulting.
	So within literally 10 minutes, there's a response from Pacific Gas and Electric to this email that I just read to you.
	And it says, from PG&E, now back to the California Public Utility Commission.
	And this is from Brian Cherry.
	The Pacific Gas and Electric Cherry, C-H-E-R-R-Y. And he says, just a reminder, we are the first to propose a solar generator in space that will beam RF waves down to a receptor site and convert it to DC current.
	We have changed our receptor site from the Mojave Desert to Sebastopol, and Sebastopol It's a town near the Nevada City area in California.
	So, at the time, we were not aware of what they meant, and then we became aware of what they meant.
	But before I go into that, I want to urge all of you to look in your bill inserts when you get your utility bills.
	Wherever you are listening to this broadcast, keep in mind That in your bill are unbelievable admissions about what is going to happen.
	And here's a bill insert, and this is on StopTheCrime.net.
	You can look for these things yourselves.
	I would certainly invite all of you to spend time on our website because we have literally amassed document after document after document.
	So here's what an example of a bill insert says.
	And this is from Southern California Edison.
	And Carrie, this would be from your neck of the woods.
	And this was a bill insert.
	And it says, reality of year-round fire season is a new normal facing California state legislators.
	And they go on.
	When the summer hike in Los Angeles National Forest just 10 years ago Would have been among the dense canopy of green trees.
	But today, when you visit that area, it's brown and dead.
	So they talk about how we have literally been set up as kindling here, certainly the overhead aerosol spraying and all the toxins from the rain, which is the secondary water supply, not the primary water supply.
	We've been deceived with where water comes from.
	But they go on to talk about that the utilities have a fire management team that works closely with local fire agencies during wildfires.
	You bet they do.
	And coordinate on response plans.
	Absolutely they do, and we are burning up.
	The utility also partners and funds non-profits that work on various fire mitigation efforts, such as the California Conservation Corps.
	So I want to say this also, what it says in this bill, that it says robust construction standards must now be included in all of our building and planning codes.
	And they say these technologies about the fires and the response to fires include drones to help monitor high-fire risk areas and weather stations and cameras.
	So we are being monitored.
	Think of it like this.
	We are being watched from types of technologies that have been strung up through this country and worldwide.
	So it's like being in the information room at the White House watching Benghazi being attacked and everybody being killed, murdered, raped, pillaged, and plundered, and really enjoying it, really actually enjoying it.
	And we've also recently discovered The rollout and the use of power poles, utility poles as smart poles with cameras and accessibility to see in real time, all the time, by screens that are located.
	For example, here in Northern California, we just filmed the Pacific Gas and Electric linemen deploying The connection of communication to a box on the telephone pole.
	And we stopped and filmed this.
	And this will be up on Stop the Crime.
	This is just hot information that we just recently discovered.
	And we filmed him as I was talking with him.
	And he said that there have been many companies that have been engaged in putting this equipment on the pole.
	That his job is strictly to connect The communication device.
	And I said, so tell me and explain what this is going to do.
	He said, well, about 60 miles away in Fairfield, California, Pacific Gas and Electric has a bank of computers and screens where they can literally watch from the polls what the circumstances are in areas of fires, and then they can turn the power off.
	Now, we have not yet in California or elsewhere gotten the memo from the utilities what constitutes turning the power off.
	We have heard that if winds exceed 20 miles an hour in a red flag atmospheric condition, power will be turned off, that it could be turned off from five to ten days, possibly more.
	And I can only tell you, without the ability To manage the sparks and all of the wind-blown embers which had occurred, many people stayed behind during the fires and literally saved their homes and neighborhoods.
	You don't hear about that because they want you to evacuate.
	They want you to leave your home.
	This is a massive land grab.
	This is a massive forced relocation of burning us out.
	So I can say prepare.
	So let's move along.
	Because our bills here in California with our utilities are escalating unimaginably, and again, our Public Utility Commission are approving all increases.
	Now, what we discovered on the Pacific Gas and Electric website, and when I say Pacific Gas and Electric, I want everybody to think of all of our utilities, wherever you are listening, engaged in this.
	Okay?
	This is not Just Pacific Gas and Electric.
	And this is not just a California conversation.
	So on that website, it talks about energy from outer space.
	They say energy from outer space.
	It may seem like the stuff from science fiction, but they say it's actually closer to reality than you might think.
	And they go on to tell us how researchers are boldly going where no watt, W-A-T-T, has gone before.
	They say where the sun always shines.
	Solar radiation is the most promising form of space-based power.
	While a growing solar energy industry already exists on the ground, outsourcing to space will help solve a lot of issues.
	For example, they say, land-based solar power is limited by night and cloud cover, and the atmosphere in space, the sun never goes away.
	So I want to bring us back to what was now just admitted coming out of the Kennedy Belfer Center on Atmospheric, literally claiming now that increased solar dimming is now going to occur.
	Well, it's been ongoing.
	We all know that.
	But it's now in the news they are stating, yes, increased solar dimming.
	So they're going to have all of us raising agreement to spend millions, millions, millions, trillions on this space-based weapons system.
	So now why did I just call it a weapons system?
	Because I'm going to go over some of the patents that are involved here.
	Because our utility companies have a secret, and we've got to break this secret open and let everybody know That all the countries worldwide are engaged in this.
	This is a global weapons system from weaponizing commercial space based on solar power satellites and electricity beamed from space.
	So Solaren, S-O-L-A-R-E-N Corporation.
	It's based in Southern California.
	And they have many patents for transmitting microwave-directed energy from space to pinpoint locations on Earth.
	Now, Pacific Gas Electric signed on with Solarin, you can pronounce it Solarin or Solarin, back in 2011.
	And they're working with the Russian Federation.
	We have no borders.
	The illusion of playing China against the United States Britain or any of the countries is simply an illusion.
	We are Earth, Inc.
	We are not just only USA, Inc., but we're Earth, Inc., but getting into the patents and then why I'm telling you we have no borders.
	So under one of the patents, they say that solar-powered satellite will generate a powerful microwave radio frequency beam focused on an array of collector antennas, or it will be Transformed to electrical power supplied by our utility companies.
	Okay, that sounds good.
	Then we look at the next patent.
	A solar-powered satellite will generate a powerful microwave radio frequency beam to control the weather by heating deployments of aluminum oxide and other conductive particulates sprayed from aircraft.
	The patent describes methods of steering and changing the intensity of weather.
	So this is Solarin Space Solar Power Overview.
	They tell us why they are doing this because they say that this is zero emission electricity from space.
	They're selling us on the illusion that we have got to be zero emission because of climate change and policies, the international policies.
	This is all an illusion.
	There is no such thing as zero.
	We're going to talk about that.
	So Solarin is involved and the other countries that have signed on, and this is just the beginning, this is a global assault on all of us using space-based solar satellites.
	Canada is engaged, China, the European Union, India, Japan, Federation of Russia, the United States, and more.
	And they talk about the various patents that are involved.
	I've read to you just a couple.
	And the various statuses of the patents they've been issued.
	So I looked up China, and I just typed in China and space-based solar.
	And, of course, I found that China is also looking to secure space-based superpower status with solar from space.
	With Earth-orbiting power plants.
	And they go on to say that China plans to construct a series of space-based solar farms.
	And China's solar farms are expected to be built and launched between 2001 and 2005.
	And they talk about how the solar farms in space will have an inexhaustible source of energy for humans.
	No, no, no.
	Weaponized warfare.
	Inexhaustible.
	With power transmitted by microwaves and advanced photonics and transmission unaffected by the Earth's day or night cycles or ground-based weather events.
	So we've all been warned.
	We were told years back by John F. Kennedy that there would be an infiltration instead of invasion.
	There would be subversion instead of elections.
	Intimidation instead of free choice, guerrillas by night instead of armies by day.
	And he also told us that it conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific, and political operations.
	And that's what we have.
	Now, when we were working on a presentation At one of the conferences a number of years ago, Carrie, I think where I met you, our research team found a very disturbing document from the Pennsylvania Smart Infrastructure Incubator.
	And it was a mission statement out of Pennsylvania.
	And basically, the mission statement said, A revolution in our infrastructure.
	And back then, they said that Pennsylvania's companies and institutions have a hidden secret, that they are leading a revolution in our infrastructure.
	And to help expose that secret to the world, tomorrow's infrastructure will be a blend of traditional physical infrastructure, transportation and transit systems, buildings, pipes, power grid, concrete and steel.
	With cyber infrastructure, computers, networks, and sensors.
	So this mission statement is up on StopTheCrime.net.
	We started investigating as builders.
	We've been builders for our lifetime of vocation.
	We started looking at building codes, building and planning codes throughout the country, and we found that the infrastructure was being slowly transitioned In fact, in all of our climate action plans that have been adopted in every city, every state, every county, everywhere worldwide, wireless is required, including the smart meters.
	So we even know that the former FBI director told us that we're handicapped by being able to come to grips with the conspiracy that's so enormous, and that our minds reject the assumption that human creatures could espouse a philosophy Which must ultimately destroy all that is good and decent.
	And that was in part a quote from J. Edgar Hoover back in 1956.
	Now, when we were recently in Ireland, there was a worldwide campaign by students.
	And we were looking at the newspapers where students from all over the world, literally, were We're walking out on their class, and they were holding up signs, climate is changing, and why aren't we?
	And we have to act now.
	And of course, we know, Carrie, that the older generation is being blamed for dismantling the Earth based on the educational system, which is all false.
	And were you seeing those newspapers at the time?
	This was a few months ago, where there was a walkout of students Well, yes, I know about this, but it also happened in England, by the way.
	Yes, everywhere.
	It was worldwide.
	Yeah, so it was sort of a free advertisement for what they're doing with regard to their climate action plans.
	And let me just say to people that are listening here that the reason I'm being quite quiet, in essence, is because I'm giving Debra a chance to actually put out everything she has or as much as she has in as short a period of time as possible because we have around two hours.
	And as you know, we've done a lot of roundtables and she hasn't Really got the time within a roundtable situation to expand on everything.
	So I'm being quite quiet here.
	I'm not bringing in some of the information I have about Secret Space, etc.
	But please bear with us.
	And if we get time at the end, I will add some of that.
	But for now, Deborah, go ahead.

	Again, for everyone that's listening...
	Initially, back before I knew, and I didn't know, I was extremely skeptical, and I needed to actually see documents.
	So I deliver and search and find information that's document-based, that's easy for any one of you to confirm what I'm discussing, because that's the kind of assurance I need for what I am telling you.
	It's all document-based.
	So I want to add this right now, the bankruptcy of the United States.
	And back during one of the conferences, Carrie, we met, and I know you've probably even talked, with James Traffikant.
	And he presented at one of the conferences that we attended.
	Yes, actually, I interviewed him.
	So people can watch that interview.
	He did die.
	I don't know if they killed him, but he did die.
	It was mysterious.
	It was a tractor roll over in his barn.
	A little bit suspicious, but we don't know.
	Having said that, he put forth to the United States congressional record multiple times He addressed Congress, and he said pretty much this, and he ended up being imprisoned, falsely imprisoned, for seven years, and nearly died while in prison, by the way.
	But he said this, and this is a Congressional record.
	Members of Congress are official trustees residing over the greatest reorganization of any bankrupt entity in the world's history, the U.S. government.
	It is an established fact that the United States federal government was dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act.
	I'm not going to read the whole thing, but he goes on to say how we were taken off the gold standard when it was suspended.
	We all know we have phony fiat currency.
	And we also know that the United States federal government exists today in name only.
	Cities, states, and nations have no jurisdiction under The United Nations policies, and we were the receivers of the bankruptcy, was the international bankers via the United Nations, the World Bank, and the International Monetary Fund.
	And again, all United States offices, officials, and departments are now operating within a de facto status in name only under emergency war powers.
	So moving along, something else that we discovered that was very alarming through the process of learning was that we're the enemy.
	And Senate Report 93549 discusses how, on an annual basis, the United States is continually under emergency powers statutes.
	And this is very important.
	Every sitting president has continued this annual extension of the emergency powers statutes.
	Also, we discovered that the American Bar Association, adopted by the House of Delegates, and this is back in August 2003, and this is extremely disturbing because we know that climate change and sustainable development have been invented.
	So here's what we have now being created for every single one of us.
	We have lawyers That carry Rothschild bar cards, British Accreditation Regency.
	And this is what they said back in 2003.
	Resolved that the American Bar Association recognizes that good governance and the rule of law are essential to achieving sustainable development.
	further resolved that the American Bar Association reaffirms its 1991 commitment to sustainable development and adopts the internationally accepted concept of sustainable development as recognized at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development in 1992 and subsequent international conferences.
	Simultaneous achievement of environmental protection, economic development, social development, and peace for present and future generations.
	Now, we're going to talk about that a little bit more, but you need to understand that we're heading into a lawless society, which I think all of you know, that is pushing through genocide programs.
	And Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars is an extremely important document because it talks about how a silent weapons system operates from data collected upon a docile public.
	By illegal means and where the government is able to collect tax and seize private property without justification, they're telling us that it's indication that the public, all of us, is ripe for surrender and consenting to enslavement and legal encroachment.
	And I referred a little bit ago about the Aquarius Group Operation Briefing.
	Again, this is A free download from StopTheCrime.net.
	All of our documents are free downloads.
	We encourage all of you to take a look at the documents you're going to hear me go through on this program.
	But this is, again, the Aquarius Group Operation Briefing.
	It talks about the planned chemical sedation of the population using radio microwave frequencies for mass mind control.
	And on page one, an example.
	It's the primary control group of mind control procedures, similar to the Magistrate 12, and the Aquarius group is a secret committee of scientists, military leaders, government officials, and are many of the same corporate agencies involved in the NASA war plan that I talk about frequently and I have on Stop the Crime, which is behind these programs.
	But on page one, Of the Aquarius Group Operation Briefing, they talk about the use of electronic microwaves and post-mind warfare that has great advantages in that desired subjects or populations have no knowledge of the procedure being implemented.
	Now, we know that.
	Many of you listening know that.
	But certainly this is a placeholder for many people that are still in doubt.
	Sadly, many people that are in doubt are already largely mind-controlled, or they've had chemical lobotomies because of all the poisons and toxins.
	This is an important document, again, a download.
	The very last page shows the wireless frequencies delivered from cell towers, antennas, and the like.
	We've again talked about the NASA war document.
	The name of that, I call it the NASA war document, but the actual name is Future Strategic Issues, Future Warfare Circa 2025.
	And of course, the future is now.
	And many of us now are using this NASA document.
	It was a PowerPoint delivered by Dennis Bushnell, which was the chief NASA scientist at NASA Langley Research Center.
	And this was delivered again as a PowerPoint just only two months before 9-11.
	And we use this as a checklist because the topic of this delivery in this PowerPoint is bots, borgs, and humans.
	And they're talking about the different agencies that are involved.
	Of course, all levels of the military are involved in the takedown of humanity as we have known it.
	They're all involved.
	You can type in any, any branch of the military, any government agency, Your health departments, the World Health Organization, the CDC, followed by climate control or climate action.
	They're all supporting the false illusion of UN Agenda 21 policies, a.k.a.
	Rio de Janeiro policies.
	These are all invented, an invented false reality that they're building up structures from.
	Just as they have built up on the illusion that we have fossil fuels and we're running out.
	Well, our petroleum, of course, never came from dead dinosaurs.
	Petroleum is a renewable.
	So when I look at the NASA plan, they talk about the profound technological disruptions.
	And certainly we recognize we are in a multi-front war.
	And they're telling us that the world is in the throes of a triple exponential IT, bio, and nanotechnological revolution.
	And changes now, of course, we know are occurring in scales of months instead of decades.
	And what is horrifying in this document as well is they tell us on page 66 that humans have taken over and vastly shortened evolution of the planet.
	And they talk about that they are directing evolution.
	They refer to global warming, pollution, and deforestation.
	They also talk about using dams as weapons, in other words, blowing up dams.
	And they mention in this document the Three Gorges Dam, and that's in China.
	And we're going to talk about how dams are being used as booby traps around the world.
	And how everything, of course, we know is going to be telecommuting, teleshopping, entertainment, travel, education, medicine, commerce, politics, socialization.
	Again, another way in which to isolate us from one another with our computers.
	When we travel, we notice that there is really very little conversation now.
	People are literally in a virtual reality behind all of their wireless devices.
	And we actually ran into a real problem when we were in the underground term system in London where we needed help.
	And no one recognized that when we said we needed help.
	They were too busy, literally tranquilized behind the frequencies, which is the dopamine effect on the brain.
	But the document, the NASA war document, is important because it does talk, of course, about AI and beyond.
	And they talk about how by 2030, and of course, this will largely already have occurred, where the PC has the collective computer power of a town full of human minds.
	And they also talk about the serious problems that we're going to have, the problems with getting enough energy, water, food, and the problems with land use, population overgrowth, wealth generation, And pollution and warming.
	And they say this, and Carrie, I find this to just be really horrifyingly interesting, talks about the demise of the United States underclasses and how that will be accomplished, and the stabilization of the world's population.
	Again, this is the genocide plan, the equalization of the haves and have-nots, and the altered political-military outlooks worldwide.
	That will change everything.
	So they talk about emerging laws that will be coming up, which we can see laws now for the protection of human electronic devices and implants.
	And they say that there will be massive societal disaffection and upheaval caused by the rapid technological changes.
	And then they have in parentheses Road and air rage and psychosomatic illnesses and withdrawal of people.
	They discuss the smart dust weapons programs and the mechanical biomechanized dust, which is distributed as an aerosol inhaled into our lungs, and it mechanically bores into our lung tissue and executes various pathological missions.
	I'm going to not continue with the NASA war document.
	I think everybody can look at it for themselves.
	But some of what I saw that was extremely alarming, again, was the use of bioweapons.
	And they talk about airborne varieties of Ebola, LASA, other agents distributed into our vitamins, clothing, our food supply, and individual and societal targeting with pathogens.
	And they say that this is a long-term fingerprintless campaign as opposed to shock and awe.
	This is bio-warfare.
	And they go on to tell us what is legal and we obviously see it's legal because certainly we know that all of the assaults upon us are not illegal or it wouldn't be happening and we're not what we think we are as far as safety goes.
	But what is legal is the use of microwave radiation weapons systems.
	They talk about chemical weapons systems, chemical psychological effects via sensory organs and weapons systems, smell, etc., psychological warfare, acoustic weaponry, and mechanical microdust, and more.
	But again, they also talk about the use of dams, and they use the word throughout the document, blast wave accelerator.
	And blast wave accelerator gets me into a YouTube that we have up called Coastlines Under Attack.
	But before I get there, I wanted to talk about how all of these policies have been adopted.
	How have we been so massively tricked into Our own demise without recognizing it.
	Of course, certainly we've been chemically lobotomized, fluoridated, mind-controlled, but the face of it looks like it is consensus, which is a Tavistock mind-control technology of controlling the group and moving through policies that we would never, ever agree to.
	By preconceived outcomes and literally turning groups into bullying someone that might not agree with consensus.
	In fact, an example of that for me was I wanted to be in a group about water here in Northern California.
	And they told me the only way that I would be allowed to be in this advisory group was if I agreed to agree with the majority.
	And advisory groups are teams, and our cities are hiring consultants to come through our cities and move through policies.
	Many of us also call this the Delphi Technique, which is often used and is used to manipulate groups of people to believe that through consensus responses to questionnaires, we do an outcome that they choose, and of course they don't.
	This is all putting forth premeditated murder policies, preplanned, premeditated, and implemented.
	We have a governance that is based on an anticipatory governance on uncertainty, and it's a scheme to promote climate, to cover up technologies used for climate control with weather weapons.
	And Carrie, we found it very interesting and disturbing The level in which the precautionary principle is evoked.
	So anybody that is concerned about EMS, electromagnetic frequencies, or if you're concerned about water, they evoke the precautionary principle, which means that there's a lack of full scientific certainty and it shall not be used as a reason for postponing efforts.
	We know that strategies with lack of scientific certainty is the game.
	This is all fraudulent, phony, fake science.
	And again, we found that the precautionary principle in an insert of our utility bill.
	And I would again recommend everybody understand what's being told to you on a daily basis everywhere.
	They're talking about the new climate messaging.
	In order to sell the climate change PSYOPs, the invention of climate change versus weather weapons, and how in order to sell climate messaging, they also had to evoke visual environmental communication, where it's a tragic use of weapons that has created,
	of course, fire fires and floods and massive destruction and death shown to us now in pictures and in magazines and films Television and more.
	It's the visual shock value.
	This is terrorism.
	This is what and how they're selling climate change is through the shock value of pictures.
	And this was told to us in the NASA war document, how this would be used as well.
	And it's important to also understand, sadly, many people, many of you that are listening, and many people have jobs, and many people, maybe even you, are working within this constructed system that is devouring all of us.
	And what do I mean?
	Well, we have those that are deploying the smart meters, the wireless water meters, lacing up our power grid with 5G, deploying the cell towers, all of that.
	That is the demise of the population.
	And again, with the increased weather weapons.
	We also quote Secretary of Defense William Cohen back in 1997 when he said others are engaging even in an ecotype of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes, remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.
	We all know that.
	For many of you that are attempting to educate those around you, there's a very important document.
	You can download it from Stop the Crime.
	It's entitled CIA. 1960 Memorandum for Climate Control.
	And this document talks about how they force regime changes.
	We see that happening in Venezuela right now and in other countries that have already been taken over, such as Libya, and on and on.
	The depopulation through these programs, the algae and coral deaths that we see occurring worldwide, our deficiency in vitamin D, Sunlight deprivation because certainly we are seeing more solar dimming.
	We're seeing more skin cancers as a result of the types of heavy metals that are so productive in the environment and exacerbating fires as well.
	Deadly floods, certainly we're all seeing that.
	Super lightning strikes, wildfires, dead forests, fracking, tsunamis, earthquakes.
	Desert farming is going to become something that they're going to do.
	They're going to tell us we're going to have to move inland off of all the coastal areas.
	I have a YouTube up called Coastlines Under Attack.
	What we will see happening is the use of desalinization along the coastlines, utilizing ocean water for water instead of getting us into the reality of water.
	Again, the CIA 1960 Memorandum for Climate Change also talks about global suffocation and the reduction of the air supply, mass extinction of freeways of species, and ocean acidification, which we're seeing worldwide as well.
	So I want to go into this word because many of you are hearing this in your local cities and in the news ad nauseum, and it's called resilience.
	And here's the definition of resilience.
	It's the ability to recover from repetitive loss of life, redistribution of land, forced migration, planned retreats, evacuations, and lower standard of living.
	And it's about adjusting to shock and stresses.
	And this is all due to the normal of climate change, aka weather.
	So they tell us that Adjusting to shock and stresses include many of these items.
	And this is going to be important because I'm rolling into how the infrastructure was never maintained over 60-plus years and allowed to now be used as booby traps worldwide.
	So they say, under resilience, we must adjust to shock and stresses that include aging infrastructure, climate change, coastal tidal flooding, Droughts, earthquakes, economic inequality,
	energy insecurity, extreme heat, fire, inadequate health systems, infrastructure failure, lack of affordable housing, we see that happening worldwide, unaffordable insurance premiums, food insecurity,
	rainfall flooding, sea level rise, coastal erosion, storm surge, structural insecurity, water insecurity, Waste water treatment plants contaminating our water supplies, toxic sewer spills, which we're seeing now, and lack of road maintenance and fees for fire and emergency response, increasing societal chaos and mass killings, all due to climate change, aka weather weapons.
	So we start looking at the Climate Action Plans.
	Again, this is extremely important for everyone to understand.
	Type in the name of your city, You can also type in the name of your state.
	But as an example, I could type in Sino County, California Climate Action Plan.
	Even I could type in Resilient Plan, and I could download the plan.
	Or I could type in California Climate Action Plan.
	I could type in USA Climate Action Plan.
	You can type in any country, any area, anywhere, and find the Climate Action Plan.
	Now here's the danger of the Climate Action Plan because it is a premeditated legal extermination that your city councils, your county board of supervisors, and all of the corporate government agencies have approved and are abiding to.
	This is literally a scam to plunder, rape, and murder all of us.
	And these are all energy reduction policies Already adopted and fully activated.
	So here's what's important to understand.
	The Climate Action Plans are the templates with the technology for mandating limited use of energy to keep global warming below 1.5 Celsius or crank the temperature up to 2.5 Celsius or more If a nation, state, or region is not politically obedient.
	So what's really important to understand is now the control of global temperatures.
	And this is where they tell us in the plans, in order to circumvent the crisis of climate change, we must reduce our access to all types of consumer items Climate action plans require that everyone reduce energy consumption dating back to levels of pre-industrial age.
	This is back to 1750.
	This is what these plans tell us.
	That's a time when we didn't use machinery or equipment to produce any goods.
	I'm going to add something right here right now.
	When I was recently in London, And we went on a very interesting tour, Jack the Ripper tour.
	We were introducing ourselves to other people that were on the tour, and one person was there from California.
	And so, of course, I asked, well, why were they there?
	And I was told that they were attending a maritime, a shipping conference, because shipping worldwide is required now to reduce their use of energy, their use of fueling their ships.
	And they're suggesting that the most immediate way in which to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions, again, all a scam, is to slow down the speed of the ships.
	Now, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to think about that.
	You slow down the imports and exports, you have greater costs, you have delayed shipments, you have fewer goods and services arriving, And you have ships in greater harm's way with the activations of technology on the seas that capsize ships on an annual basis.
	Many ships go down.
	And so this is what is now being proposed for our import exports via shipping.
	But we do face a secret and deadly high-tech urban renewal, and smart cities are unsustainable.
	They are literally disposable prisons, where we're disposed of in these prisons.
	And when you hear zero waste and water reuse regulations, it's important to understand there is no such thing as zero waste.
	And everything is going to be tracked and monitored from creation to end of use.
	And again, climate change is the deliberate large manipulation of the Earth's climate.
	We found many years ago on the U.S. Department of Energy website the real goal of energy use, aiming for zero.
	And it said this, this is the ultimate goal, to not use energy.
	The most efficient energy is energy we do not use or generate.
	This is not a technology.
	It is a behavior modification or learning to live in a new reality.
	So I want you all to think about your new reality back in 1750.
	Before there were any machines or equipment.
	This is where we are being thrown into.
	And I talk about the precautionary principle quite a bit, but I want to also mention what kind of additional economy we're in.
	It's called a circular economy.
	It's a whole life plan economy.
	And the European Commission talks about towards a circular economy.
	So what is it?
	A circular economy is a plan to inventory and control all of the natural resources, the weather, all petroleum, all land, all water, all oceans, the sea, and space, all food, all means of production and manufacturing, all human beings, and all living things in the entire world.
	It involves the educational systems, all healthcare, All energy markets, all physical infrastructure, transportation, transport systems, buildings, pipes, power grids, concrete, and steel.
	By the way, now concrete and steel is being considered unsustainable.
	But I will throw in another note right now.
	We have the Wigner effect, W-I-G-N-E-R effect.
	It is the results of radiation, of course, also frequencies.
	But radiation is the Wigner effect where it causes the decomposition of steel.
	And recently the Bay Bridge here in Northern California, concrete was falling off onto cars.
	We don't know that that was from the Wigner effect, but we're being taken apart.
	So a circular economy is all cyber infrastructure, computers, networks, sensors, the control of everything.
	All governmental systems, all economic, scientific, diplomatic, political, and military systems.
	And this is said in the documents worldwide, a circular economy.
	And they talk about the transition to a circular economy, and it's a tremendous opportunity to transform our economy and make it more sustainable, contribute to climate goals, and the preservation of the world's resources, And then they go on to sell us on the illusion that it's going to create local jobs, generate competitive advantages for Europe in a world that is undergoing profound changes.
	And they go on to tell us in these documents, again, that your cities and your countries have all approved, that the importance of a circular economy to the European industry was recently highlighted in a renewed EU industrial policy strategy.
	And that the transition to a circular economy will also help meet the objectives of the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development.
	This is sending us back, incrementally, back to 1700s.
	Again, in the NASA war document, they tell us that humans have limited downsides, increasingly limited downsides.
	We're too large, too heavy.
	We're too tender.
	We're too slow physically and mentally.
	Humans require huge logistic trains, and humans have rapidly decreasing to native value.
	We are being replaced, of course, by robotics.
	The very next page talks about robotics, how that enhances affordability, redefines the threat to the environment, and saves lives.
	We're told about the genocide plans.
	Many of us have heard about the Georgia Guidestones.
	On the Georgia Guidestones, it tells us that they must and will be maintaining humanity.
	Under 500 million.
	There's also the Daigle.com website that talks about the reduction of the population in the United States by about 83% by the year 2025.
	On StopTheCrime.net, we have a number of genocide policies.
	One is entitled United Nations RIO Sustainable Development Principles.
	Humans are polluting and damaging the earth, and humans must pay reparations for the earth's Restoration in humans are unsustainable.
	Some of the important aspects of the environmental and precautionary principles is that the polluter pays.
	And we're, of course, the polluter, and we're going to be paying by increased fees on all of the property taxes as we move forward, well, actually fees that will be billed to us in our property taxes and other hidden fees that your cities are now creating right now.
	We're being told that all life, human and non-human, has equal value, human population must be reduced, and civilization must radically change its presence in economic, technological, and ideological structures.
	And the report from Iron Mountain, I would recommend that everybody watch the YouTube.
	The YouTube version aligns itself with biblical scripture.
	You can also just download the report itself.
	It does not align itself with biblical scripture, but the report from Iron Mountain was released just right after John F. Kennedy was murdered.
	It was given to Johnson.
	Johnson said because of the content of this report, it's never to be released, but it ended up being released, and they called it a hoax, just like they call overhead aerosol spraying a hoax, and just like they call all of us that know What is going on conspiracy theorists.
	So the report from Iron Mountain was never a hoax.

	It's worth every minute because you will learn how climate change was invented and why it was invented.
	That's one of the most important aspects of I won't go into the detail of that, but the report from Iron Mountain is essential.
	You will see how we have been conditioned into blood games with the Waco and David Koresh murders, and also what occurred with Randy Weaver in Idaho and the attack there as well, and so much more.
	But the most important aspect is that climate change was invented.
	And that industry, they said that it would take industry a generation and a half to substantially pollute the water and air and to deliberately intensify the pollution and then to be able to call that peace for the elites because they would replace warfare, which was weapons, guns, bombs, with a new kind of peace called climate change.
	And it would be a peace that would bind through fear and equal levels of being bombed with the concern that the Earth's climate was changing as it is, as opposed to weather weapons.
	So I urge all of you to watch that so that you understand how this was all invented.

	And on page one of that document, they talk about the threat posed by climate change justifies population engineering, which of course is eliminating people.
	On page two, they talk about geoengineering.
	Those are weather weapons, along with reducing consumption, related waste, renewable energy, reducing human fertility rates is morally justifiable.
	And we've been seeing the population decline.
	In contrast to being told that we're overpopulating, that's all disinformation.
	On page 4, they talk about relocating climate refugees.
	We're seeing that happening worldwide.
	We're going to now start seeing that in the industrialized countries as well because of the assaults on our coastlines.
	And in fact, the assaults on the coastlines in the United States, in the low-lying coastal regions, It's going to represent one of the United States' largest forced relocations in U.S. history, and this is technology used to assault coastlines.
	Again, spend some time looking at the YouTube, Coastlines Under Attack.
	Also, on page five of that population engineering document, they talk about global greenhouse gas emissions must decline to near zero.
	There is no life at zero, and people don't understand what these words mean.
	They go on to say on page 15, Earth cannot sustain larger populations of wealthier individuals.
	And then there's the genocide treaty, and the aspect of the genocide treaty is one's own country is not supposed to kill its own people, but that's obviously debatable.
	There are many executive orders that talk about over the years how the United States would be taken over, that executive orders would allow for the government to take over electrical power grids, gas, petroleum, fuels, minerals, seaports, waterways, etc., along with food resources and farms.
	We're seeing all of that occurring now.
	We're also seeing where the health Education and welfare has already been taken over.
	National registration of all people is now, of course, required.
	And that's going to occur more and more through the arm of the postmaster general, which is many of our postmasters and many of our post offices have CIA operatives in them, much to my chagrin, but that is a fact as well.
	And the executive orders talk about the takeover of airports, aircraft, and commercial aircraft as well, public funds, and the establishments of new locations for populations.
	That's Executive Order 11004, establishing new locations for populations.
	In another executive order, inland waterways can be taken over.
	They are Including public storage facilities and so much more.
	These are some of the many executive orders that have already been adopted are in play and are occurring now.
	And we know that back in January 8th of 2018, President Trump signed an executive order that allowed the streamlining and expediting To locate broadband facilities throughout the United States and in particular in rural America.
	That's the 5G deployment, high-speed Internet.
	We also know that there was an executive order signed in February 11th of 2019 to boost AI technology.
	Did you know that?
	Well, now you do if you did not know that.
	It was an executive order.
	The smart grid, of course, we know has been just a web of enslavement.
	It's scientific tyranny.
	It's a grid that has been deployed largely now worldwide.
	We're seeing the electrification of our environment, our electrocution by frequencies.
	That is also what is happening.
	And I refer often to, again, as I have already, the silent weapons for quiet war.
	I found this quote in that document to be very telling.
	It says, until such energy dominance is absolutely established, the consent of the people to labor and let others handle their affairs must be taken into consideration, since failure to do so could cause people to interfere in the final transfer of energy sources to the control of the elite.
	We know that military weapons have been deployed.
	They've been disguised as civilian communication networks.
	This is all part of the Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars takedown.

	It's the Department of Army.
	We have many scientists, many doctors, many healthcare providers raising the alarm about increased frequencies and, of course, how it is deadly.
	To all living things.
	In fact, on StopTheClime.net, we do have a symptoms list.

	Very important to know the kinds of illnesses that you are all, in some degree or another, already suffering from.
	But in this Department of Army 1968 document, it says this.
	Electromagnetic fields influence biological systems and cause adverse effects on human health, cancer, reproduction, etc.
	Goes on to say, increase in brain temperature causes disruption of working memory, resulting in disorientation.
	Every human is subject to the effects of microwave heating, and the predictability is 100%.
	The flow onset of such frequency heating can be unrecognized by the person being irradiated.
	And they go on to say many people will certainly have sensations of buzzing and tickling and hissing and knocking sounds that can originate within or immediately behind the head to distract a targeted individual, voice to skull communication.
	This is all discussed.
	In that document, we really don't need many more scientists waiting in on the ill-housal frequencies because these are military weapons systems.
	We are in a battlefield now, and we are the enemy.
	They go on to say in this document that electromagnetic pulses can be used for targeting groups of people, and of course we know they are.
	They also tell us that persistent and invasive low-frequency humming sounds Have been reported in many parts of the world, including England, Russia, Mexico, New Zealand, India, et cetera.
	I found this to be very interesting.
	I found this a number of years ago.
	There's bringing this back to the forefront because this was through the New York Rockefeller University where they talk about radio waves ideal for remote human cell manipulation.
	And we talk about how this is a breakthrough, is the work of specialists in the genetics at New York Rockefeller University.
	Radio waves are ideal for this sort of remote manipulation because they can pass through layers of tissue and they can be easily focused and modify versions of the temperature-sensitive ion channel to affect only the desired target.
	They say they're talking about the ability to modify the behavior of genes without ever going inside a patient's body.
	And that's potentially a colossal advance.
	Well, we know that's already occurring.
	So for those naysayers that don't believe these things, you can read these things ongoing.
	We know domestic and international terrorism and the targeting of individuals is horrific.
	Worldwide millions of people are being targeted.
	We're all Actually, they're all being targeted.
	I found something interesting.
	It might be of interest to you.
	I found that there's a mosquito company, or I should say a termite company, that has an electrogun.
	They say that they can zap the termites with high voltage of electricity to fry them, but that it takes special equipment and special operators.
	They say that the electrogun tools shoot about 90,000 volts of high-frequency electricity Into the wood of our homes.
	They do caution, however, that people unplug electronic devices because it could scramble electronic devices.
	We are the termites now in our homes.
	They are using weapons systems in our homes.
	Another very interesting thing that I heard about Carrie from the EPA They told us a little bit of radiation damage is actually good for us.
	And they said this.
	They said that, and really this is more cabal psyops to mislead the public and drive many of us that know all of these things more crazy.
	And this is some of the inserts.
	Increased exposure to small amounts of radiation would have a positive effect on human health.
	As well as save billions and billions of dollars, radiation can act as a stressor, which will activate the body's repair mechanisms.
	And they say the goal, to relax standards on radiation levels that the administration considers burdensome.
	So a little bit of radiation they're telling.
	I just want to highlight that because that does get into What we know of as basically an X-Men scenario.
	In other words, they have been doing this.
	The reason they're irradiating us around the planet and they're allowing for Fukushima and various things to go unchecked as well as knowing that the 5G grid will involve higher radiation levels They're always pushing the limits.
	It has to do with mutating the genome and creating precogs and autistic children who have a tendency to be precogs.
	All of this is involved in the radiation.
	So what they're doing cloaking in that language is basically trying to get the Probably the limits that are currently at a certain level to be able to raise those limits because of course we have more radiation.
	And it's anyone who looks at a meter and people are starting to meter themselves.
	You have to download an app and a cell phone.
	You can basically do that.
	And so they need to raise those limits because it's going to be very obvious that all of this is going on.
	So it's always prepare the public, sort of soften the ground for what they next plan to do.
	That's exactly right.
	And Carrie, you were talking about downloading a cell phone.
	Again, that's all part of the wireless system.
	Genocide Program of Frequencies and Tracking and Monitoring.
	And what we do is we have a meter that we have on our solutions page of StopTheCrime.net because over the years, we've paid a tremendous amount of money for meters for measuring different frequencies, and particularly in our earlier days, the smart meters.
	And we found a meter.
	It's my kind of a meter because I only like one-button technology.
	If it's more than that, I tend to get scrambled.

	And we highly recommend it.
	I highly recommend it because it's easy for me to use.
	And it's just a toggle, and it's the size of a pack of cigarettes.
	It has a nice case so it's not cumbersome.
	I have meters that have long wands, and when I walk into places, It looks like I'm some type of a lunar landing.
	But this meter registers in colors, and they have colors from green, which says it's a slight amount of radiation in that area.
	It's okay.
	The next color is kind of a yellow, moderate.
	It goes to high, and it goes to extreme.
	And we measure smart meter emissions, wireless routers, cell towers.
	In other words, we keep it in our car.
	Because as we drive through our communities now that are literally war zones with wireless technology, and we don't see these frequencies.
	It's invisible.
	And this makes all the invisible visible, but it monitors microwave oven leakage detection, video game consoles and joysticks.
	Another thing, Carrie, that we've done recently as well, Because the LED lighting is posing tremendous negative effects on all of us, and certainly now many headlights of cars are LED lighting, as well as many street lights,
	and they have tracking ability, direct targeting and phased arrays in them, as we were learning in the UK when we visited there, because Mark Steele took apart a A streetlight, one of the newer deployed streetlights, and found that it's weaponized warfare battlefield technology.
	But we're recommending that people look at blue tech lenses for your eyewear.
	And that's because the blue light behind all of the laptop cell phones lighting is going to cause blindness.
	And it's not a matter It is when, because that is what the blue light does.
	And we pulled a trifold from our ophthalmologist, and it talks about the potential impact of blue light on our eyes, and it creates tired eyes, sensitivity to light, loss of sharp contrast in vision, difficulty seeing at night, discomfort and glare.
	Health effects are not only fatigue and difficulty staying focused, The difficulty falling and staying asleep.
	And, of course, less sleep.
	We're not healing and getting the amount of sleep that we need to recover, but also the lights create headaches, increased migraines, behavioral issues in children.
	And some of the risks are early onset cataracts and acicular degeneration and increased risk of diabetes and obesity.
	Okay, Deborah, I'm sorry to interrupt you now that we've been going now for about, well, I think it's almost two hours, hour and a half, two hours.
	So I just want to let you know that.
	And also, the idea being that I do want to do some wrap-up comments towards the end to try to...
	Kind of focus people in the bigger picture as well, even bigger.
	And as we discussed, I also want to allow you to kind of have the picture that how you can wrap up all the things you've been talking about in kind of a summation.
	So if you could maybe get round to doing that now, And then, also, if there were any burning questions, you know, we have a very active chat room.

	I didn't realize how fast time was flying, and I really didn't get to some of the most important things that I was trying to work my way into.
	I guess we might even want to follow up on another show at some point.
	But certainly I want to underscore the fact that the dams and reservoirs cause quakes.
	And this has been known.
	We know that the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead in California, there were never earthquakes prior to that structure being built.
	We're now being told that global infrastructure worldwide, the foundational infrastructure, we're talking about dams, reservoirs, bridges, levees, roads, etc.
	were not built for climate change, the new normal of weather events that we're going to now see expand.
	And as a result, they're saying that our old infrastructure is going to fail.
	And this is a forewarning.
	of these dams being brought down.
	And what we have learned is that dams and reservoirs cause impoundment.
	That is excessive weight on the geologic structures underneath, and the water lubricates that.
	And so when the reservoirs fill during the winter and then they are used for irrigation or water in the summer, They drop the level of the reservoirs.
	This causes movement.
	This causes earthquakes.
	Thousands of people have died as a result of the dams causing earthquakes.
	Many cities have actually been so damaged as a result of these fake lakes that make quakes.
	So think of it like this.
	Fake lakes make quakes.
	Now, how did we discover that, Carrie, and why is this so important?
	Because we have primary water.
	So for all of you that are listening, we've been psyopsed about where water really comes from.
	We've been told that water comes from rain and snow melt.
	When water actually comes from the evaporation of primary water, which is made continuously down below the mantle of the Earth by the process of hydrogen and oxygen merging together, turning to vapor, and forming water that then It's turned into rain and snowmelt.
	Now, rain and snowmelt being the secondary water supply is very toxic, coming down to us through poisonous air, dim trailing, Fukushima bomb testing, everything else flowing over very poisonous lands and then being collected into these reservoirs and then being additionally poisoned by fluoride, chlorine, et cetera, and served up into our municipal water supply.
	They now have a new plan where they're going to utilize the wastewater treatment plants, which treat our fecal material, our urine, and pharmaceuticals.
	They're going to be injecting that in the above reservoir streams and rivers, and that will create a blend.
	Again, this is zero waste.
	They're telling us now that they're treating our sewer Water for becoming usable in our cities.
	But what I want to say is that, again, fake lakes make quakes, and they've known this, and because of the impoundment, and because these are now being booby-trapped, we're being told in infrastructure documents, Kerry, one I'm looking at right now, and I'm trying to wrap this up, but I want everyone to know The level of assault that is coming with all of this infrastructure so that people can make decisions.
	How close are you to all of these targets?
	But there's a book called Paying It Forward, The Path Towards Climate Safe Infrastructure in California.
	Now, again, it says in California, but again, it is worldwide infrastructure.
	Again, Paying It Forward.
	It's dated September of 2018.
	And it talks about the enormity of the infrastructure demise worldwide, that we don't have the resources to rebuild every aspect of the failing infrastructure based on climate change.
	So, again, much I wasn't able to get to, but I'm going to turn it over to you, Carrie, because I know two hours is a pretty long time to expect people to listen.
	I do want to just state, again, there will be many power outages across the nation and worldwide.
	Plan for power outages.
	Do what you can to survive the outages.
	And another alert, Your cities will be requiring retrofitting in your homes.
	They're creating an entirely new green business.
	And I want to say about any word that has green in it, that is psychological programming.
	It's neuro-linguistic programming.
	There's nothing green about any of these policies.
	Think of brown and think of deaf.
	Because that is the programming that is being deployed.
	They have green loans now, green financing, and green credit.
	It's all to encapsulate us in a world of illusion and a reality that doesn't exist.
	So the retrofitting will be that your local code enforcement will be sending you notices to your homes, telling you that you have got to take out aspects of current appliances, replace windows, A very important warning about windows.
	The low-E energy efficient windows that many people are replacing and they're being blown out by weather events, storm events and winds, or they're rebuilding their homes.
	The high-efficiency, low-E energy windows cause fires.
	The window companies will not tell you this.

	Understand your builders, by and large, are unaware that these windows cause fires.
	It creates a magnification in the double-paned windows that have argon gas in between, and it beams it towards your neighbor's home or your neighbor's car, depending on where that beam is focused, like a magnifying glass, and can cause fires, and they have caused fires.
	So those are some shout-outs, Carrie.

	And it's important to also know That according to our investigations starting over 14 years ago and our various sources, we were told early on about these plans, this kind of rollout, if you will, that's happening now, and we're seeing much more around ourselves, and that people would start losing it, in essence, and I'm noticing that people are kind of losing it in some places and in some times.
	And by the way, tonight I'm going to have a very interesting guest who's going to talk about attachments, non-corporate entities that enter humans, etc., as well as ETs and various things of that nature.

	But to get back to the topic at hand, I do want to say that we were told there is a Cut-off point, if you will.
	And Deborah, you and I haven't really discussed this, I don't think.
	but it has to do with a sort of some kind of global sea change that they wanted to see happen and they were going to cause it if it didn't happen naturally, whether or not it's actually caused by something like Planet X or pole shift, you know, these kinds of things that we've been reporting on potentially.
	And lots of people have prophesied that, This sort of thing had been wrong every time, so let me say that.
	It hasn't happened yet, but we have had some shifting poles and we are seeing various things that do tend to support what some people think of as climate change.
	It's just very important to understand that humans are not causing the climate change.
	That the climate change is happening As a result of our passage through a certain part of the solar system, through the influx of waves from the galactic center, which you can go see our interviews with Paula Violette.
	Scientists some claim is the Einstein of our time.
	And there's also been some research done in the early days by Richard Hoagland and David Wilcock investigating the heating up of planets in our solar system.
	And certainly there are no, in theory, there are no SUVs on Saturn.
	There could be some SUVs on Mars.
	We do understand that, but certainly not enough SUVs to cause heating of the planet.
	So you have to look much further out for climate change.
	And this, of course, they don't want people to do.
	So this is a build-up to what is in essence, if you see my interviews with Leo Zagami, for example, he'll talk about how the Bible is a playbook for the Illuminati and How they plan, uh, to, and one of the things their plans do is, is that goes with the flow.
	So they will, they will look at what the potentials are.
	They have, uh, beyond, at this point, we have artificial intelligence.
	So they can take a computer and basically, uh, Figure out probabilities that certain things will lead in certain directions.
	And they take and make use of those probabilities.
	But what they're looking for is an endgame of sorts that will clear off large amounts in sort of one fell swoop, if you will, the populations on planet Earth.
	A lot of the degradation and the infrastructure, what they built in obsolescence, if you want to call it that, It's all about planning for a time when this sort of coup de grace, if it happens according to what they want, okay?
	It's not necessarily set in stone.
	So just because they want it, just because they work for it, doesn't mean it'll happen.
	And it may not happen anything like what they intend.
	But certainly it is contributing to waking people up.
	Unfortunately, people that do wake up are being bombarded by this programming system Saying humans are causing climate change, which couldn't be further from the truth.
	There's lots of scientific evidence of what I'm saying.
	There are scientists on pro and on con on that issue.
	But then if you get into the alternative media and to secret sources having to do with the secret space program, you get the real 911 on that sort of thing.
	Now, someone here is asking a question in the chat about Oroville Dam Dynamics, I think they're saying.
	I've just lost the...
	You know, the chat moves very quickly, so if it goes by, then I lose it.
	But anyway, it looks like they want to ask you about Oroville Dam.
	Do you know anything about it, and can you talk about anything you know about that dam?
	Well, yes.
	I can discuss it because...
	What has been happening is they've had one of the taken agencies conclude that there is no imminent danger with this dam.
	And yet they're saying that they're not aware of or they're not certain why there would be earth movement in the spillway.
	And that's triggering the earthquake.
	They go on to say that the timing of a couple of small tremors...
	Now, the dam, for everybody that's listening, it's about 70 miles north of the Sacramento area in California.
	And there have been some earthquakes there as of recently.
	And the USGS, the US Geological Survey Research in Menlo Park, has been saying that all is well with the dam.
	Well, the U.S. Geological Research is run by the cabal, and they're going to report incorrect information.
	And we divulged that, Carrie, in a YouTube we did a few years ago called Water Wars Stealing Water for Profit and Power.
	We found some documents out of the U.K. and Israel that talk about the intention of of not managing our infrastructure and allowing it to fall into degradation so that it could be taken down.
	And how they use the USGS and the Army Corps of Engineers and other engineering firms to lay the roadwork for the disinformation and the belief that all is well and it's not.
	And the Oroville Dam certainly would wipe out A couple hundred thousand people, homes, certainly have an absolute monetary hit on California, which is, of course, what the intention is, is to take down the economy in California.
	I think we rank fifth or sixth as far as GDP as a nation-state.
	And about a year or so ago, more than 100,000 people were evacuated.
	It's a very dangerous location because what they're saying will result when this dam goes, and it's just a matter of their deciding when it goes because it's on the hit list.
	Because we know that fake lakes make quakes, and you can check that out for yourself.
	But they talk about if they drain the dam, the flow of water could erode the surrounding soil and hillside holding the reservoir bank.
	So that they're looking at that as creating more disastrous conditions because it's a mud dam.
	And they talk about how this could lead to a 30-foot wall of water coming out of the lake.
	And they talk about the Highway 70, which is a corridor, would be wiped out if the dam goes.
	They also talk about how Sacramento would be greatly affected That is further downstream, but they say the breaching of the dam would have the potential to have effects in Sacramento, and it wouldn't be subject to the same level of destruction by the water, but it would be phased by towns closer to the reservoir, which is what we've seen with the fires.
	When our towns have been burned, neighboring cities are taking in much of the population.
	But then they talk about increased water shortages.
	So taking out this dam has a multi-pronged benefit for those in control.
	They talk about how...
	Deborah, I appreciate that.
	Can we also talk briefly about how these things may affect places like Hoover Dam and perhaps dams around the world, if we can widen it a bit?
	I appreciate the direct question about Hoover.
	Well, it's the same scenario, basically, for all dams and reservoirs.
	They have been put in place to move around a water supply for drinking and irrigation, when in fact we always had primary water.
	And we could have moved around the water supply like Muammar Haddafi did in Libya.
	And I'll just, a quick reminder about Libya and Muammar Haddafi, because he had constructed the largest irrigation system in world history.
	And he was tapping into primary water.
	And it supplied 6.5 million cubic feet of fresh water per day to various cities in Libya.
	And it enabled Libya to grow fruits and vegetables and grains that would otherwise be impossible to cultivate in the desert.
	And that project cost $25 billion US dollars, which they used their oil, they were rich oil countries, to build that.
	And it was completed without the financial support from any major country Or loans from the IMF and that was the problem because the bankers wanted control of that region.
	So that's why in 2011 the incredible achievement was destroyed by NATO with depleted uranium nuclear bombs cutting off the water supply to over six million people in Libya and sending Libya into a humanitarian crisis.
	So expanding the dams and the booby-trapping of dams worldwide You can research that for yourselves.
	Type in reservoirs and dams and earthquakes.
	And you will find just a cascade myriad of evidence that fake lakes cause quakes.
	And the most important thing is we never needed to move around drinking water supply in that fashion.
	That was moving around only the secondary highly controlled and contaminated water supply.
	When we could have moved around the drinking water supply, as discussed on primarywater.org.
	So all dams are susceptible to being targeted now, and we are now being told, because of climate change and infrastructure degradation, that, again, dams and reservoirs will succumb to the enormity of the weather changes.
	So I hope that answers that question.

	Well, absolutely.
	Asset stripping.
	Again, an entirely new business model is being deployed worldwide with required retrofitting of all of our homes.
	And certainly, red-tagging our homes if we're not retrofitting into newer wireless appliances.
	This is all going to be controlled through your local building departments and your local code enforcement.
	Also, the massive increased control of water, eliminating and reducing your ability to access water.
	We're seeing right now that counties are implementing fees For accessing water from your wells.
	And those fees are going to be part of now property taxes.
	They won't be a tax, but it'll be a fee that will be on your tax bill.
	We're also seeing where owners of real estate and rental properties are going to be required to have licenses in order to rent their properties out.
	This will include required retrofittings, or you won't get a license to rent your property out.
	The licenses also include A review of the owner of the property to literally see if they're fit to be a property manager.
	So we're going to be looking at enormous changes in what people have accumulated in their wealth portfolios over the years in owning of real estate, of renting of real estate, And of owning of properties.
	And any property that is lived in at all is going to be required, all these retrofits.
	Again, it's a new global business based on a false reality.
	So I think in the short term, we're going to see that coming down rapidly, most definitely the reduction of resources with all of the smart meters.
	And once you've used your allotment, which here in California in 2020, They're starting to reduce access to water by only allowing people 55 gallons of water per person per day, and that decreases every two years.
	And ultimately, the water will not be enough to sustain ownership.
	It will not be enough water to water any outside vegetation at all.
	That's all part of the reduction of the oxygen supply, It's all part of the transhumanism agenda as well, but also the increased accounting scams that are going on through Ernst& Young.

	This is all reparations of us People.
	They're saying that we've caused such degradation that now we have to pay, for example, for coral reefs.
	We're going to have to be taxed for cleaning up coral reefs and also all sand, sediment.
	The list is endless of what we're going to be charged for.
	And, of course, all this money is robbery.
	We see huge cities being built.
	Carrie, when we were in London recently, We saw enormous commercial booms everywhere.
	They're building these skyscrapers and these twisted buildings.
	It looks like something out of a sci-fi movie script.
	And we know that this is many opportunities for money laundering as land is being stolen from the people by those that have the wealth, and we're seeing it being invested into building new cities We're seeing these cities emerging everywhere and so we're just looking at an entirely new type of global economy and the asset stripping of all of us and the reduction of all of us as well and
	the increased mental illness resulting from all of the reduction in our standard of living and that's all part of the plan.
	So I would say that if people understand this, Carrie, as we're transitioning into The transhumanism agenda, which I know we are.
	As people start to understand, I think psychologically, people can be better prepared for what is coming and be making some short-term decisions to not be right at the point of the spear necessarily.
	Certainly, as I say, don't be below a dam.
	Don't be near wastewater treatment plants in low-lying areas.
	We're seeing certainly wetlands now being used for vector Biowarfare, the infection of mosquitoes to transmit diseases, on and on.
	So I guess it's a mental preparation, Carrie, is what I really like to call the work that I do, because I give people documents that they can actually put their hands on and read, and they're approved in their cities.
	And I think that leads people into the reality of where we are heading.
	We are heading into a new type of human and not too many humans left.
