	I'm Carrie Cassidy from Project Camelot, and I am very happy to be here today.
	We have sort of spanning Europe and U.S., and so this is a roundtable discussion.
	We're going to be talking about 5G, its impact and dangers, and we're also going to be talking about possible solutions for individuals at any rate, and then maybe some action people can take.
	In a more political way, if possible, and certainly in an alternative media sort of setting.
	So that's our topic, and I'm going to bring both ladies on.
	I've got Deborah Tavares here with me, as well as Dr.
	Katherine Horton.
	Deborah, go ahead and say hello to everyone.
	Yes, hello everyone.

	And Catherine, go ahead.
	Hello, I'm Catherine Wharton and I'm from Stop007.org.
	Okay, and we wanted to have Alexandra JB, as she goes by that name, and she is in Europe.
	I'm not sure if she got the time mixed up or if we're having difficulty reaching her and why.
	So we'll just see if we can add her once, maybe she'll show up.
	So With that in mind, maybe, let's see, we've got Deborah on here, and I'm going to also be sort of switching the screen around, so just bear with me as we do this.
	I guess introduce ourselves.
	So I'm Carrie from Project Camelot, and I guess my audience will know who I am at this point, an investigative journalist, documentary filmmaker, and producer.
	Dr.
	Katherine Horton, Go ahead and introduce yourself for the sake of the video here.
	So I'm an artificial physicist.
	I work at CERN in Geneva and at DAISY in Hamburg at the Accelerator Lab.
	I was employed by the University of Oxford as a physicist.
	And I became a target.
	I am being attacked with directed energy weapons.
	I found out in 2017 that I'm non-consensually implanted.
	And since the start of 2017, I've been running an investigation trying to figure out how this non-consensual implanting is being done, what the directed energy weapons, how they are being deployed, how they are attacking people, and I'm trying to help victims.
	Right now, I'm preparing court cases to try to get emergency injunctions for the protection of all the victims.
	Okay, very good.
	And Deborah Tavares.
	Yes, I'm an investigative reporter and researcher.
	I am also third-generation family-owned and self-employed land developer.
	And I came across UN Agenda 21 plans in our policies that are adopted in our cities.
	And as I dove into that, I saw the plans to eliminate the use of gas.
	In all of our homes, which is now occurring.
	In fact, we can see that now with what is happening in Paris with much of the riots.
	It's literally being exposed that the French riots show that kicking fossil fuels is tough.
	Now, of course, our petroleum never did come from fossils and dead dinosaurs.
	But they're enacting the climate action plans on these people.
	And what they're finding is that it is creating a tax burden on the poor and those people that live in the country.
	And this is a plan that will be occurring throughout the world.
	And it is being amplified now.
	And we'll talk about that during the show today because I have a number of documents and a number of very important documents Things that I need to get out that are occurring here in Northern California after the fires and what it looks like moving forward after you've been hit with massive directed energy weapons which is what has occurred here in the Northern California fires and elsewhere as well and what a takeover looks like and we'll talk about that and I run the
	website StopTheCrime.net and PrimaryWater.org Okay, and so from here, what I want to do is, and we were going to be joined.
	I did put Miles Johnston on there.
	He's in Europe.
	It's quite a bit later in Europe, so we weren't sure whether he could make it, and it looks like maybe he was unable to do so.
	And also, as I said, Alexandra J.B. is not with us at the moment.
	But I fully expect to see her join us at some point during this conversation.
	So, with that in mind, if you'd like to start off, Deborah?
	Yes, I do.
	Certainly, I think, and hopefully many of you saw the YouTube that we posted a week ago called Fires Worldwide Space-Based Weapons.
	I'm certain and hope that many of you now realize that That Rothschild, aka Pacific Gas and Electric, has linked arms with the United States, the Department of Defense, and other countries, and a corporation called Solarin, S-O-L-A-R-E-N. And Solarin is a space solar power operation.
	And we talk about what and how Solarin has been organized, Certainly, Pacific Gas Electric, which is Rothschild, which is one of the largest gas electric companies operating in the United States.
	But, of course, Rothschild runs all of the utilities throughout the country.
	And what we discovered is that the California Public Utility Commission, the president, Michael Peavy, when he left the California Public Utility Commission, went over and joined the Solarin Group.
	And what we also discovered is that the Solarin Group has commingled the benefit of technology with the Russians.
	So it's a joint collaboration worldwide to change the delivery system of electricity to space-based solar systems.
	And this is one reason why we're seeing, and only part of it, the reason, Why we're seeing the massive assaults of directed energy weapons here in Northern California and the burning because this is an example of what Solarin says on their website that they can do.
	And it says on a press release that Russia announces issuance of space solar power system patent to the Solarin Corporation and this was in August of 2016.
	And they talk about how this would be a solar power system patent in all of the world's major space-faring countries.
	And that the inventors of this was and is Dr.
	James Roger and Gary Spernick.
	And they go on to talk about how this type of power will generate zero emission electricity from space.
	And they say that it will provide pollution-free, baseload electricity to any country on the planet on a scale that will significantly address global climate change.
	Important to note, all of this is being said through the illusion of climate change, when in fact it's climate control.
	And a little more about The founder and president of the Solarin Group, which is Gary Spernick.
	He has over 33 years of the aerospace experience in industry and in government.
	And he formed the Solarin Group through multiple investment rounds and has led to the design now of Solarin Space Solar Power System patents.
	He also comes from A background in government and industry from the Boeing satellite systems, the director of the new satellite applications, Hughes Aircraft, and he's worked with the Department of Defense and with NASA and he was a US Air Force officer and spacecraft project engineer at Cape Canaveral and successfully led a large spacecraft launch Processing
	team of government contractor personnel for a multi-billion dollar Department of Defense satellite that flew on the space shuttle.
	And then we talk about the former president of one of the largest utilities here, Michael Peavy, who joined the Solarin Group after he stepped down from being the president of the California Public Utility Commission.
	And we also discovered that on the Pacific Gas and Electric website, they talk about how they have joined with the Solarin Group.
	And they tell you, and I'm going to actually read some of what is directly on PG&E's website.
	And it says, energy from outer space.
	How do they do that?
	Energy from outer space.
	Find out how researchers are boldly going where no watt, W-A-T-T, has gone before, where the sun always shines.
	They talk about how solar radiation is the most promising form of space-based power.
	They talk about while a growing solar energy industry already exists, outsourcing to space will help solve a lot of issues.
	Land-based solar power is limited by night.
	Cloud cover and the atmosphere.
	In space, the sun never goes away.
	So now what we're being psyopsed into believing, and it is true, that our solar delivery systems, ground-based, are not able to benefit us because of the global dimming.
	That's all part of the weather control programs that were told to us so long ago in the CIA 1960 memorandum for climate control.
	And so now they're utilizing the psyops of climate change, which is in fact changing because it is being artificially changed.
	And they talk about how solar panels in space would be attached to orbiting satellites or stationed on the moon.
	The electricity generated would be transformed to microwaves and lasers and sent wirelessly to Earth, where it would be converted back to electricity.
	Now, I have a YouTube up called Plan to Burn Up Northern California.
	And when I was reading the email exchange between California Public Utility Commission and Pacific Gas and Electric about space weather, I never understood at the time, back in those earlier days, what was meant by the Solaran Group because I had yet to discover that.
	And as I now see it and have since understood, We are being transitioned from the typical delivery of electricity to solar delivery systems with lasers and beaming to Earth.
	This is in conjunction with weather modification and manipulation and they talk about the controllability of tropical cyclones, hurricanes, etc.
	and also as a weapon of war and of course delivering electricity to us here on Earth.
	So as we looked at the solar and globalizing of energy and we saw how Rothschild is now moving to a space-based weapons system, it's clear for us to also know and note how all and why all the fires here in California in 2017 and 2018 occurred because Pacific Gas and Electric is stepping into a new Delivery system
	of frequencies.
	They're getting out of the hydroelectric dams that they have.
	In fact, what was so interesting is about four days ago, Pacific Gas and Electric has now been held.
	We were told by CAL FIRE that Pacific Gas and Electric was not the cause for the Tubbs fire.
	That would be the fire In Santa Rosa, back on October 8th of 2017, that wiped out over 5,200 homes, and including some businesses as well, and killed a number of people.
	And of course, Cal Fire is part of the cabal, and it took all this time, up until just a few days ago, for them to finally determine and state that Pacific Gas and Electric was not responsible for that fire.
	But what is happening now, with Solarin now being up and running, And now becoming a global delivery system for electricity.
	Pacific Gas and Electric is closing up that dimension of their inefficient portfolio.
	And they told us this.
	And Pacific Gas and Electric also says this in our local paper.
	Utility bankruptcy, PG&E, filing bankruptcy could hurt California's climate fight.
	And this just came out a couple of days ago out of the Los Angeles Times.
	And it says this, climate change helped fuel the deadly fires that prompted California's largest power company to announce this week that it would file for bankruptcy in the face of $30 billion in potential liabilities.
	A grim twist.
	The bankruptcy of PG&E Corp.
	could now slow California's efforts to fight climate change.
	So what we're being told right here, right now, in this article, Is get ready.
	We're going to have massive, massive climate hits coming forward.
	We're told continuously that we're in a new abnormal of climate change, that it's escalating faster than anyone could have ever predicted.
	So that is what we're being told.
	That's what we understand.
	Now, within 24 hours of PG&E being told That they would not be held responsible for the Tubbs fire while they're still responsible for many of the other fires here in Northern California.
	They announced that they would be abandoning their hydroelectric power which is north of Sonoma County.
	It serves part of Mendocino, Sonoma County which is about an hour north of the Golden Gate Bridge and on down to Marin.
	We're talking about 600,000 customers Now are going to be cut off of water because the hydroelectric power plant that Rothschild, aka PG&E, purchased the uphill water rights back in 1930 to create this hydroelectric power plant is going to be abandoned.
	And PG&E is saying that they're sorry that this is going to impact the water of 600,000 people and over 7,000 acres of wine, grapes, and other farming here in Northern California.
	They're sorry that they're going to have a negative impact on that.
	They say though that the hydropower plant was needing to be sold because it was a reduction to their portfolio and now they're surrendering The plant because of its inefficiency.
	And the inefficiency is because, as I said, they're turning to a new source of energy.
	They quote in the paper that that hydroelectric plant only contributed about 0.1% of the utility's giant, nearly 7,700 megawatt total.
	So they wanted to get rid of this for a long time.
	And now they're certainly capitalizing on the fact that they have set themselves up intentionally to be an embattled utility company and certainly then create this as well, the reduction of water here in Northern California.
	And we know too that with the filing of bankruptcy, they'll literally be able to shake off their creditors and That will then escalate all the ratepayers cost of utilities while they're in transition to beam new electricity from solar-based activities in space.
	And they've already been, as I say, been doing that with the fires.
	And then within another 24 hours after the announcement of Pacific Gas and Electric abandoning this water power project in Mendocino County, Many people in our area receive notices saying that there will be a meeting within the next couple of days about increasing our fees for assessing our use of water from our wells and for outside irrigation.
	And they call it a groundwater sustainability fee.
	And they've been dreaming up these groundwater sustainability methodologies now for a few years.
	And as far as I know, that first started in Ventura County in Central California along the coast.
	And what they're doing is, of course, creating the illusion that we're running out of water.
	And they have to share the groundwater basins now with withdrawals of water and proportion that out.
	So for many of you that are not aware that we're not running out of water, please understand that.

	Understand we are not running out of water.
	We're getting reports out of Australia right now that they're coming down heavy in Australia.
	And what they're doing in Australia, and will be doing worldwide and have been doing, is building more desalinization plants, which creates a tremendous amount of toxic salt sludge.
	And where they'll put that is likely on our fields.
	Who can say?
	But they'll bag it up.
	It'll be used for something diabolical.
	And so the idea of necessary waste for desalinization plants and recycled water, a.k.a.
	wastewater treatment water, is a psyops.
	It's a way in which to get us to drink poisonous water and further create An immune system that can't handle the frequencies.
	And frequencies there are.
	I think both Carrie and Dr.
	Horton, Professor Ollie Johansson said it best recently.
	A friend of mine who attended a meeting in Krakow, Poland.
	I hope I'm saying that name right.
	Anyway, a frequency meeting in Poland.
	Dr.
	Johansson said, or Professor Johansson said, Think of frequencies.
	Any artificial frequencies are dangerous and damaging to our systems, anything at all.
	So we don't need to try to learn the megahertz, the gigawatts, the all kinds of hertz because they're hurting us.
	They're all hurting us.
	Anything that is not natural, anything that is artificial is hurting us.
	And in fact, over the years with discussing the effects of smart meters and the frequencies, And all of the attention that was put to that here in Northern California, we purchased a number of various types of devices that would help us check frequencies.
	And most recently, I found the simplest device for me to use, and I'm highly recommending it to all of you.
	It is out of Canada.
	It is the size of a pack of cigarettes.
	It zips up in a nice hard little case.
	It can be easily taken wherever you go, and it simply, when turned on, indicates the level of frequencies by the color of lights.
	You don't need to do any math.
	You don't need to look at the watts.
	It's just all by lights.
	Green, yellow, orange, and red.
	Red means get out of that area immediately.
	And why I recommend it is because you can keep it in your car, and as you're driving through Your town, you can find out where the kill zones are.
	And I do mean kill zones.
	And you'll be able to make decisions on how long you spend in certain areas knowing that those are frequencies of death.
	Those are death zones.
	And we are being hit with a silent weapon system with frequencies and I find this device to be very, very handy.

	We can know when we're in death zones.
	And that is going to continue to increase.
	We're going to find that our ability to travel with not being hit with frequencies is going to impact us more and more.
	Because we know that the president of USA, Inc.
	has continued to advance the rollout of 5G throughout the United States.
	And in fact, we're told that the United States is even coercing other countries with money to roll out 5G in their countries as well.
	This is a worldwide plan of death of frequencies to massively Reduce the population.
	This is a genocide plan being rolled out right now.
	And certainly, we, and I think, Carrie, we spoke earlier about how the airports have become very dangerous, and I'm looking at an article of August 19th of 2018, and it says Los Angeles International Airport was the first to get body scanners,
	and they talk about in the sense that They've deployed a network of body scanners to screen passengers in effort to tort terrorist attacks in rail and subway stations as the federal government thinks to expand security screenings beyond airports even.
	And they go on how they can screen you and literally see a couple of thousand feet in circumference around these scanners We also just posted a whistleblower's confession about being a TSA scanner at the airports and how people that are scanning at the airports as TSA workers are becoming very ill from cancers.
	This is not being reported.
	So if you want to help when you travel through the airports, certainly don't go through those scanners.
	Opt for the pat-downs.
	And as you're walking through, you might tell the TSA scanners That they need to look it up.
	There's a whistleblower that has talked about how they're going to get cancer and get very ill, very ill.
	We look at the presidential memorandum for developing 5G and expanding it.
	We know that, again, on January 8th of 2018, this was an executive order to roll out the 5G throughout the United States rapidly to limit all obstacles.
	All obstacles have been eliminated now.
	The new FCC reports and the FAA documents, they have been told to stand down.
	In other words, allow this rollout at exponential speed across the entire country, going to even farm homes.
	And they talk about how the United States must roll this out because it's going to assist With institutions now that heavily rely on high-speed wireless connections, and with increasing demands on both speed and capacity, and that wireless technologies are helping to bring broadband to rural country areas in underserved parts of America.
	And they go on to say how, as they move forward with the rollout, That's consistent with the memorandums that you'll see frequently announced by the President of the United States.
	And I'm looking at this presidential memorandum on developing a sustainable spectrum strategy for America's future.
	And this is dated October 25th of 2018.
	And they say it's a memorandum for the heads of executive departments and agencies.
	And subject, developing a sustainable spectrum strategy.
	A strategy for America's future.
	And in this, I'll let all of you read this, but I would recommend that you do.
	They talk about how the secretary may release publicly a summary of information provided by the agencies to the extent that that is applicable by law.
	In other words, the public will likely be withheld the information as we are continuously anyway.
	But this memorandum goes on to say within 180 days of the date of the memorandum, the president wants continuous updates on the rollout.
	And again, stating to be made public to the extent that it's practical and consistent with applicable laws.
	And this particular memorandum cites 5G also.
	And that is on a fast rollout.
	Now, this is very important to understand what we found on the Brookings Institute website.
	Understand that the Brookings Institute is an arm of the Tavistock out of the UK. It is for mind control and disinformation and all part of the PSYOPs.
	And I found this to be very interesting.
	I'm putting this out now so that you won't be confused when you start to hear this coming through and dribbling through the media.
	But on the Brookings Institute, I found a link, and it went to this story.
	The story is entitled, AT&T announces it will build a fake 5G network.
	And this is dated April 25th of 2017.
	And it goes on to say how AT&T made waves today, that would be on April 25th of 2017, when it announced plans to launch A 5G evolution network in over 20 cities by the end of 2017, according to the press release.
	And they go on to talk about how AT&T is referring to this as the 5G evolution, and it may be faster than its current 4G networks, etc.
	I'll let you all read the article, but what is important to understand is that this is all part of the subterfuge to confuse the general public and hide the real rollout of the 5G. In other words,
	there are people that are questioning the 5G, but because we have been pumping out the information, many people throughout the entire country and the world are, of course, exposing what the 5G network will do to all of us, and it will cause Slow kill, but it's an article again that's linked from the Brookings Institute website and this is a psyops.
	So this is going to further confuse those people that are on the fence and are considering the possibilities of faster downloads and less latent effects of the 5G to be whether that's good or not.
	I think it's really important to understand what we're going to be facing with added confusion around the 5G. When I was talking to some friends in Europe recently, we found that during the meeting in Krakow, Poland, it was disclosed that heart cancer is on the rise because of the wireless technology.
	Many of us have not heard of heart cancer.
	So now be apprised to the idea that we now can get cancer of the heart from the microwave technology.
	And just very important to understand what we face on many levels and certainly the takedown of water.
	And I've been hearing from the world that I live in with many targeted individuals Talking about how their targeting over the past month or so has increased exponentially.
	And before I continue with more about the water, Catherine, I wanted to ask you, are you hearing from targeted individuals that you talk with that they've noticed in the last month or so that their targeting has increased?
	Oh, absolutely.
	Yes, completely.
	I hope you can DM me, Debra.
	Yes.
	I hear you loud and clear.
	So what are you doing?
	So let me just interject here just so that we can move on to each person and then come back to you, if you don't mind, Debra, so that we can now let Catherine not only address what you've just asked her, but also kind of bring forward the information she has to contribute today.
	Well, I can link in with exactly the things Deborah said.
	I would like to add a few things.
	First of all, she's absolutely right.
	And I think, so even in my personal case, which involves targeting in Germany and Switzerland, I can say that I'm not sure when exactly it started, but certainly 2018 was much more intense than 2017.
	And I think it's pretty much the last six months.
	So in the summer of 2018, I experienced a step up in the targeting and over Christmas I had to stay in Germany for about four weeks and out of those I was mostly bedridden because of the torture, increased torture with my non-consensual body implants and because of the directed gunning with pulsed energy projectiles.
	And this was absolutely unprecedented.
	So I made many videos, evidence videos that I'm going to upload.
	Some are already on my website.

	So let me share my screen and take you to the evidence because This is something that people should have a look at.
	So if people go to stop007.org and scroll down, there are two sites, two links on here that are very important.
	Number one, this is a very stock under evidence, so the section with the blue puzzle pieces.
	The very first video on here, this video called Machine Gunning Evidence for Court, that's about an eight minute or 12 minute video.
	And yes, at minute mark eight, they can see what it looks like.
	I managed to make a directed energy weapon shot in the face visible by holding aluminium foil in front of my face.
	And when I'm recording this video, I'm sleeping inside a metal bunker, inside a metal shed.
	And shot is fired from a neighbour.
	At my face and it actually shifts the aluminium foil into my face.
	So if people click on the eight-minute mark, they can actually see it.
	In that video, they can also hear the impact of the pulsed energy projectiles.
	And then over Christmas, I recorded other evidence.
	So on my starting website, I put up a page called Dr.
	Horton's Holocaust Diary and that's why I'm reporting day by day what's being done to me.
	If you scroll down, I think the evidence was, it's here, it's right at the, on the 8th of January there's a video, I think so far it's the only one, but I took a video almost every day for the first half of January and on the 8th of January you can see a video and if you play the video what you can do is right click,
	get the copy video URL and if you watch the same video on YouTube you get the description And the description below is useful because I have listed the minutes and second marks when you can hear the impact.
	So you can hear the pulse energy projectile impacting on the metal baking tray I had to keep above my head as I was sleeping in the house because I was being gunned from what looked like space-based weapons.
	And these weapons, when they impact, so the type of shots that can be fired Go from an impact that is not audible on metal, but you would feel it on your skin, up to at higher energies it actually makes a thud sound, a sharp thud sound on metal because it reflects.
	And then it's even higher energies that penetrates metal and there's waveforms where they can literally knock an object.
	So I made a video recording where Intel started gunning the lamp next to my head to the point where they click the switch.
	And they have done stuff like that with me already so they can make objects move just through the impact.
	But this is actual direct evidence and those people who are interested can try to record the same type of evidence.
	So I just want people to To know that this is real and evidence can be collected about these shots.
	And it's very, very serious because this pulse energy projectile gunning seems to come from exactly the space-based weaponry that Deborah was describing.
	And as she was talking, I looked up a pattern for a space-based weapon and I posted it in the chat so you can maybe scroll up and find that.
	The other thing I wanted to say, because I'm all about collecting evidence and trying to get protective orders for the victims.
	And the time scale for me right now is to collect initial affidavits in January and February from as many victims as possible.
	And then I would like to start filing for emergency injunctions all across the world starting in spring.
	But for that, we need to have the evidence in shape, and I really desperately need help with putting together the references to all the documents to be put in court.
	And there's lots of material out there, but because of the attacks on me, my capacity is really reduced.
	So during a day, I can maybe work 10%, sometimes only 5%, and the rest I'm just curled up in pain or I'm just towering under shielding, waiting for the gunning to stop.
	It's really that serious by now.
	And the other thing I wanted to say, when Deborah mentioned measuring devices, I really recommend the one that she pointed out that's very easy to read.

	It's called Acousticon.
	And the one that's on there is the Acoustimeter.
	The Acoustimeter is, I think, over $300, and it's not worth it because the Acousticom, too, for $180 is just as good, measures just the same, and it's much simpler to use.
	So the scale is exactly the same scale, and people don't need any more resolution than what's on here if they're a victim.

	And one other mention very quickly is we just posted a very important whistleblower on Stop the Crime on the video channel.
	And this is more evidence and an interesting It's an ex-DHS employee reveals all in this video.
	And this woman talks about how she ended up writing to President Trump about the effects of working around these frequencies.
	And a staffer responded to her letter.
	Now, mind you, she has cancer.
	And she's come to realize what has happened.
	And the staffer responds suggesting that she's psychologically imbalanced and needs to consider that as a direction of mitigating her problem.
	And that's when then she became personally targeted.
	After she wrote that letter, Catherine, she became targeted.
	Oh, right.
	Excuse me, but I just watched the video today, so it's a bit fresh in the mind.
	I just want to clarify that what you're talking about is a TSA worker, in other words, working at airports, who ultimately put two and two together, realized that not only are other people getting cancer in droves,
	something like, I think she said 28 people In her particular airport or something, but she herself did get cancer and is basically talking about this being because of the TSA scanners, particularly that one in which you raise your arms, you know, to go through.
	Right.
	So it's important to realize that that's what's happening there.
	And as Deborah did say, to get yourself pat down.
	Now, I have done that myself.
	It also is possible to have it You know, if you mentally sort of put the thought into the operator's mind, sometimes they let you pass by without going in it.
	Have you noticed that?
	That some of the people get to bypass it.
	And it's very interesting.
	One might wonder how they're making the decisions.
	But at any rate...
	Yeah, that is curious.
	Particularly with children, though.
	If a parent has a child...
	No, no.
	I mean, just because I travel so much, it's not just children at all.
	It is very arbitrary or appearing to be arbitrary, and it has to do with adults, you know, because not that many children really travel.
	Anyway, I just want to say that I've observed this time and time again.
	I've also been...
	I think I managed to turn it off at one point, so I got through it.
	Maybe more than once I've done that.
	But at any rate...
	Catherine, do you have more things to contribute here?
	Because I want to give you some space, the same as Deborah.
	Yes, I would like to just explain one thing about this measuring device that I wanted to recommend.
	Because, so if that's $140, this is $180, I think, last time I checked.
	But the advantage is that when you turn it on, so this is what it looks like.
	So the advantage of this one is if you press the button twice, you get an audio output like that.
	And you can suddenly hear the waveforms.
	I'm not sure if the camera picks this up, but you can kind of see this.
	And the really important aspect of this measuring device is, first of all, it's very easy to use.
	As Deborah said, it goes from green to orange to red.
	I think people should know that everything about, I think, 0.3 volts per meter is, I think, has been said by the European Union to be carcinogenic or a danger to health.
	So you can literally see anything that goes above Roughly this scale here at 0.3 It's going to be dangerous to your health.
	But also what's very important with this device, you can learn what all the different electrical devices sound like.
	So you can literally, because this converts the shape, the waveform into an audio output, you can learn what your cordless telephone sounds like, what your mobile phone and Wi-Fi sound like, and so on and so on.
	The reason why that is important is with this audio output, you can suddenly pick up electromagnetic weapon attacks.
	So my experience was in the old flat that I used to be in where my neighbors were attacking me that a directed energy weapon that causes burning on the skin and bone ache will Show up on here like a metallic crackling.
	When people crackle metallic paper, very, very irregular sound.
	And then pulse energy projectile shots, literally, you would see it on green and then suddenly it would jump up to the maximum.
	It would be just a brief flash.
	And it would make a clicking sound in here.
	And then, when you have learned that, you can also look at some Wi-Fi routers and notice that the Wi-Fi routers do the same thing.
	They will be clicking, so emitting these very fast pulses and also maximum energy.
	So, it's because of the audio output that I really value this little thing.
	And it's so easy.
	So, it's just the size of a mobile phone, a bit thicker.
	And you can put it everywhere.
	Now, what I did is I also measured the radiation on aircraft.
	And what many people, what happens to many people is that they get attacked.
	So, victims get attacked with directed energy weapons when they are flying.
	And that's because they are stuck in their seats.
	So if you have a cross-Atlantic flight, a transatlantic flight, you will be sitting for eight hours and what they typically do, the attackers would place a bag above your head where a directed energy weapon is hidden and would be hitting you and you would feel intense pain on the crown of your head or on your shoulders.
	So that happened to me many times and also some passengers work for the crime cartel.
	Maybe people remember these flight attendants that were placed on all the aircraft after 9-11 and after the so-called terrorist attacks.
	I believe that what the intelligence agencies did is that they used this mechanism to really populate the flights with not just, you know, what you would think of as a covert policeman, you know, as a flight attendant, but instead they have gangs of gang stalkers.
	And many of them are wielding direct-of-entry weapons.
	And I strongly suspect that somehow these people get the weapons on board by masquerading as surveillance personnel, as these flight attendants, security personnel, and so on.
	But I can personally confirm that every single flight I've been on, there were swarms of these operatives.
	Absolutely swarms.
	And I suspect that, again, what the cartel does It uses these flights because essentially you are in international waters.
	You're in international airspace.
	If you're flying, for example, from Europe to the US, you will be in a zone where you're neither in the US nor in Europe.
	And the cartel loves these because then it considers that's pretty much the piracy space.
	So I think this is why people are being attacked particularly brutally on Transatlantic flights.
	If you get, for example, an intense headache or burning, it could be a directed energy weapon hidden literally in the plastic overhead lockers.
	And you should know that these lockers, they seem to have some sort of metallic frame, but it's not a metallic sheet.
	So it seems to be hard plastic held up by metal brackets.
	And I think through the plastic, they can easily target people.
	So this is something that a lot of people have reported that I have experienced myself.
	But if you carry this device, you can measure it and you can also make it audible.
	And I was just shocked to see how much radiation is actually inside an aircraft.
	So on some of the flights, it was stuck at the maximum.
	So the deep red six volts per meter where the central device maxes out.
	So it's really the aircraft are killing fields in themselves as well, you know.
	Well, also when we go to concerts where there are many people, you know, a thousand plus people, even less, with all the cell phones in that room, we're also getting bathed with frequencies that are causing our illness.
	There's also cities, you know, versus rural areas, and this gets into why they're trying to move people out of rural areas.
	The California fire is a case in point.
	So I also wanted to ask Catherine whether or not, when you're being targeted so badly during the day, have you tried leaving your home?
	Because it's very important to be a moving target.
	And I found that this helps enormously to go to other spaces if you need to go to work on things and to get your energy back.
	Yes, that's true.
	Although in my case, I am now really in the high intensity kill phase of the program.
	When I leave the house, what happens is when I drive my car, they will get behind me or in front of me and start gunning me in the head.
	And then you're trapped again.
	When I'm walking outside, it happens more and more that I'm being shot at directly through the crown of my head, which seems to be direct gunning from satellites.
	So I think I'm now in the phase where the US Space Command just uses me as a moving target and just does target practice on me.
	The other thing that also happens when you're moving around is you can get attacked from moving cars because Well, we already have the evidence from the German weapons company Diehl and Rheinmetall.
	They fused, these two weapons companies, Diehl and Rheinmetall, fused specifically to start producing barricade energy weapons and they put adverts out for use hidden in cars.
	And those weaponized cars I have been assaulted from quite a lot actually.
	So they can assault you when you're a pedestrian on the street or when you're driving.
	And again I have experienced both attacks where I'm on the motorway and just with traffic on one lane and I'm attacked from the car behind or on front but I've also been attacked from on the motorway traveling completely alone on my lane and somebody from the opposite lane would shoot at me so a car would actually shoot me in the head from the oncoming traffic on the other side of the motor lane so that I've experienced as well.
	So what we are facing on the ground is It is really an integrated kill system.
	So we have floating death spots in cars.
	We have pedestrians with these weapons and rucksacks and so on.
	And we have weaponized mobile phones.
	Now, what I'm working on is as quickly as possible to identify these people.
	And one of the things I would like to emphasize is that we shouldn't despair Because every single one of these weapons seems to be tracked.
	So the gang stalkers are tracked, I think they're also shipped, and the weapons are certainly tracked, and they all seem to interface into one big computer architecture that keeps track of this as a kind of war program, so war games in the civilian domain.
	So in the US, my former colleague, Karen Malthus-Stewart, who was an NSA whistleblower, already identified Lockheed Martin as a company that is running gang stalking terror squads in 47 out of the 50 states.
	So we know that about Lockheed Martin.
	There are other whistleblowers who came forward and they have shown me screenshots from a Lockheed Martin software that seems to track the body implants.
	So it seems to be the case that these body implants have an individual frequency which might be an artifact of their self-assembly or the manufacturing process and it seems to be that this frequency is the identification among others and the software screenshot I have seen is a Lockheed Martin software where a person was tracked with I think a dozen body implants.
	So what's important to know at this stage I think is Who the criminals are.
	And I personally will put all my efforts into trying to find a solution for this through the courts.
	And I understand how corrupt the courts are.
	I understand it very well.
	But out of all the systems I've analysed, we have the police that help us.
	They are even further into deep capture.
	The intelligence and services and the military are completely gone.
	I don't have any access to that.
	And I think that with the judges, we stand the best chance for the following reasons.
	Number one, they tend to be highly educated, so they do not have a problem following.
	Also, they usually make a career within the courts.
	So if they get into a court case, which is about a live ongoing genocide, and they refuse assistance, this will later on terminate their career.
	As more and more things will come into the open and more things will be revealed about this program and more deaths will become obvious.
	So in that sense, it is fairly easy to put pressure on them.
	And so this is to explain my strategy.
	So what I'm really looking for is I'm looking for all the victims and also civilians who think they might be affected.
	To start collecting evidence.
	And with these measuring devices, what's really good is if you film the measurement.
	So you film it with audio.
	These are calibrated devices.
	And then you can prove what type of radiation they are.
	There's devices where you can hone in and find which device is emitting the radiation.
	And we need to start collecting this evidence, uploading it to you so that the general public can access it.
	And then start referencing it in court.
	So this is what I'm really working towards.
	Okay, well, I have to say I appreciate that.
	And we can come back to that.
	I do want to address something myself at this time, if you don't mind, which has to do with what's going on with the Lockheed Martin situation because I have seen that what has actually happened is there is a whistleblower called Anthony Sanchez Who was contacted by Lockheed Martin scientists.
	And they had been building a network of nanosatellites up above our heads in low Earth orbit.
	They report to a centralized source called MOTHER. They are self-replicating.
	And Deborah, this gets back to what you were talking about.
	And I mentioned this on the phone today to you.
	And the fact is that all of this was deployed a few years ago.
	This is years we're talking.
	And that they're already in place and they're already operational.
	Yeah.
	And in fact, these Lockheed Martin scientists, they went on the run from Lockheed Martin to tell Anthony Sanchez, who was a person who worked in Silicon Valley in the software industry.
	So they felt he was a person to contact because he would understand the technology they were dealing with.
	And basically, they were finding that their colleagues were disappearing, their scientist colleagues, and they themselves were afraid for their life.
	So they went on the run.
	There are at least two of them that contacted Anthony Sanchez.
	He wrote a book, which he never released it because he got death threats, and it's called Project Leonid.
	That's the name of the project, Project Leonid.
	And he spoke about it in the beginning.
	I interviewed him.
	He spent the entire day with me down here in Southern California.
	He drove home.
	He parked his car in his garage that night and went to sleep with, had rolled up the windows, etc.
	He woke up in the morning, went out to go into his car, and there was a piece of paper inside the car that actually said if you release that interview, you and your family will die.
	And There was no break-in or sign of a break-in.
	On top of it, he called me and told me never to release the interview, which I have not done.
	And on top of that, I got contacted by one of my deep black contacts who contacted me specifically to ask me to relay a death threat to Anthony Sanchez, telling him That from this source who works for really the Illuminati and the top level.
	And this particular person is what we call an umbrella agent.
	They deal with multi-levels.
	They're quite extraordinary.
	And I can tell you that they relayed very carefully the message I was to give Anthony Sanchez, which was that he was an American patriot, they hoped.
	And that he would understand that if he ever released any of the technology or information that he was given in technical detail, that his life and his family's lives would be in danger or whatever.
	And so this is the kind of thing we're talking about.
	In other words, this is not superficial.
	This is not speculative.
	This is real.
	And Anthony then shortly after that basically shut up about it.
	I don't think he's gone on the circuit since then really talking about it much.
	Once in a while he has done interviews, but for some reason, and this happens to me fairly often now, if I interview somebody It's fine if they talk to other people, but it's not fine if they talk to me.
	And I'm told this, and they are told this, and it just happened to one of the people I interviewed, Terry Loveless, about his abduction.
	Right after he hung up the phone, being on my show, he was...
	He was taken to a hospital for a sudden huge growth in the lower abdomen area.
	He did survive after being a surgeon operated on him and the surgeon said it was tantamount to getting a huge blow in the lower part of his body that there was no sign of a blow and he had not experienced anything to his knowledge.
	So this would be a targeting and he does acknowledge he's been electronically targeted Over the years.
	And he is a lawyer and has written a book about his experiences.
	So this is the kind of thing that is going on.
	I can say that targeting, there are some protective things you can do with regard to targeting.
	I do want to bring something up about these devices that you're both using and showing the audience.
	I just forwarded each of you what that is.
	I understand that.
	But what I want to say here is that I don't know whether you've tried to take them through airports yet, but you might be careful about that because they may get taken away from you.
	We did.
	We did.
	We took ours through out of Florida into Cuba.
	Okay.
	And I also, as I was saying, that it is possible to When you go through TSA scanners, obviously you want to get the pat down.
	But what they do, because I've been traveling a lot and I know what's been going on, and what they do is they delay you.
	So if you want to get searched by hand, they purposely make you stand there in front of everybody just waiting.
	And so that everyone knows that you are just standing there waiting for a woman to come over and search you, but in a woman's case.
	And they don't have any very many women around.
	And so then they just make you wait and make you wait.
	And you could get in a situation where you would miss your flight.
	So I just want to make you aware that they play games with you when you...
	They don't like it when you...
	Asked to be not searched.
	And I can tell you that in England, you have no right.
	So they don't allow you to opt out.
	And I think there's some other countries like that as well.
	So don't assume because you can opt out in America that you can opt out other places.
	That's absolutely not the case.
	So, these are just some of the things going on.
	Space Bay, in other words, so think of this network of nanosatellites up there.
	They are already, you could imagine, part of 5G, and they are operational.
	Now, there's an interesting whistleblower out there right now who I'm trying to get on my show, so if anyone hears about him, I have to get his name, but he's English, and he's talking about that these are space-based.
	This is a weapon system, and he understands this very well because he was in the military and he's a specialist in this particular area.
	I'll get his name while we're on other subjects here, but I just want to say that I'm also going to be having, on Friday, A whistleblower who is a woman and her name is Nancy Hopkins.
	She's going to be sharing her experiences and she is a remote viewer and was high-level military for a while and then she actually found out what she was a part of and realized that she had to get out of it.
	So she is now on the circuit and working very hard to raise awareness about 5G. It is Important to know that it's not only that somebody can shoot at your car, it's also that your car itself is linked to 5G. So remember that,
	that all the new cars and all the cars built in, I think it's in the last 10 years or so, have all the elements that they can turn off your car anytime they want, you know, remotely and so on.
	I guess people should know about that.
	I think sometimes people in the mainstream don't know about this, but they can actually drive you, if they wanted to, into a tree, which might have been what they did to Michael Hastings, the Rolling Stone journalist, late at night in L.A. to kill him.
	So, you know, this is part and parcel of the 5G. It's not a single direct thing.
	It's actually spread out.
	It unites.
	You could actually call it a kind of a unifying net that's being erected.
	And it is this net that That we are fighting.
	The Trump administration has escalated the rollout in the United States of this.
	He has signed certain things in the last year or two even to escalate this.
	So at this stage, I don't know where we're at.
	I do know that I recently went away for the holidays.
	I flew to England and then To Tenerife, an island in the Canary Islands to do some investigation, which is very interesting.
	But nonetheless, when I came back this time, I was exhausted.
	And I mean, so exhausted, I couldn't believe it and had jet lag far worse than ever.
	And strangely, I don't get it so much when I go to England.
	But this time on the way back, it was really, really bad.
	And I think that it had to do with the airport.
	And the airports that I was going through and the escalation of the 5G, in other words, it becoming more operational, I think it's very possible that that is why I actually spent me about two weeks trying to recover, which is extraordinary.
	I never have that.
	And it hasn't been like that, actually, to be honest, until now.
	So as of this January is what I'm saying, that's going on.
	So it's important.
	I am noticing an escalation in the targeting and also in the electronics.
	Also, I've had more and more interference over here at my end with things, obviously broadcasts, etc.
	So that's all I had to say at the moment, but I'll interject in and when there's a reason to.
	But does Either one of you want to pick up the ball here and speak some more.
	Yes, just very briefly before I pass the microphone back to Deborah, I wanted to say, you know, these stories about whistleblowers desperately trying to come forward and then their whistleblowing being mothballed and just kicked into the long grass is extremely worrying because we don't have that much time anymore.
	So this kill program is in full swing and I think the bodily damage that we are suffering now is what is going to kill us in three or four years time.
	I am now really working at high intensity.
	So my suggestion for any whistleblowers who are out there or whistleblowers who want to come forward, my recommendation is that if you're really scared for your life or before you contact somebody, what you should do is write an affidavit.
	It's totally free to you to write it down.
	There's a simple form and the power of the affidavit, especially if you let your signature be witnessed by a person entitled to administer oaths.
	This could be somebody, Even in a bank or a local council, it's very easy to do, but a document like that, a signed affidavit, will become a document that we can use globally in court.
	So in other words, as soon as you write an affidavit, especially if it's published internationally, there is no more incentive to kill you.
	In fact, there's a counterincentive, because then we have the document, we can use it in court, and then should anything happen to you, and you don't even need to be killed, even if you just fall down the stairs, Or your cat gets ill.
	We can correlate that in time and say well this must be the result of targeting because we have so many people who have experienced retaliation.
	So my entire strategy to fight back is to factor everything in.
	So first of all have the affidavit which is the whistleblowing in a court actionable format and then combine it with all the things that people suffered.
	So This is basically the strategy, what I recommend.
	The other thing I want to say that is very, very important for people to realize is that if you are an individual victim, this entire system will appear absolutely incredible and inscrutable to you.
	However, for the operators, everybody, absolutely everybody is tightly organized into a matrix.
	They are well-defined financial flows known by the banks and they are highly Transparent telecommunication data on these people that are also being stored by the very same cartel because the entire operations are being also analyzed.
	So there's data analysis being run to find out how to make the kill system better and better.
	So it's a continually learning architecture.
	Now what that means is that these data flows are being collected by the NSA And at any one point in time, we can find out every last gang stalker at every point in time.
	And also, I believe, going back in time because this data has been stored.
	Well, you have to understand the NSA is in on it.
	And so it's highly unlikely that you're going to find out anything.
	You know, I just want to say that Sean David Morton, some people will know him because I've interviewed him many times.
	He's an activist and he's also written some books that they didn't want out there.
	The SEC managed to throw him in jail, and actually he is a person who is very familiar with the law.
	He actually was writing legislation.
	He would file things to get prisoners out of jail, and that's one of the jobs he did, and he was very good at it.
	They did frame him and put him in jail, and as a matter of fact, in the court, he told me what happened in his courtroom.
	And you should be aware of this, that they did not follow the law under any circumstance.
	And he had a defense and he was supposed to be able to defend himself.
	But every time he got up to speak, they made him sit down and shut up.
	And so he never got to defend himself the whole time.
	And that's how he got, basically, because he's actually known for being able to argue with judges and reverse things.
	He reversed things like traffic tickets and what not.
	And I can tell you that in this case, they absolutely violated every law in his trial and completely got away with it and convicted him and threw him in jail.
	And he's still there now.
	And he's still trying to file documents.
	I'm happy that you pointed this out because I witnessed such a situation firsthand.
	And the courts are corrupt.
	They have been set up to advance this criminal...
	This paradigm, this epidemic of criminality, and they've been set up intentionally to further the pocketbooks of those that are the criminals and are committing all of these crimes.
	So the minute you step over the threshold of what you believe as a court of justice, you find that it is not functioning for us.
	And I like to say that it is now, sadly, not justice.
	It's just us.
	Just only us.
	And because I witnessed what a courtroom looked like when they falsely arrested somebody and put them in jail for several weeks, it was diabolical.
	And I can only say, unless you are going to walk in to an injustice system, no!
	That it is likely not going to bode well, and I'm concerned about people that do get thrown in jail because, of course, there's a tremendous amount of experimentation going on in the prisons themselves.
	They're using high frequencies.
	I'm noticing lots of cell towers around the prisons.
	The food is diabolical.
	It is a place to avoid at all costs, and I also caution Activist to prevent being arrested if you can.
	And I know that when I was arrested back in the day, it wasn't as horrific as being arrested now would be.
	But I can only say that we're in trouble.
	And I'm looking at also what's happening.
	And I know we're talking about stalking.
	And there's many ways of stalking.
	Right now, they're using weapons to stalk other countries.
	And I'm looking at the use of weapons and what they're doing to Cuba and the whole paradigm, which is what is happening with Venezuela right now.
	And I won't go into all of that today other than to say that within the last 48 hours, Cuba was targeted by a weapon, a weather weapon.
	And Cuba has been continuously targeted by weather weapons since the 70s.
	And it started with Operation Blue.
	Blue.
	B-L-U-E. And know that they were just hit with a tornado and it killed over 20 people, injuring over 75, and Havana has suffered a tremendous amount of damage.
	Why?
	Because the controlling arm of the New World Order out of USA, Inc.
	is taking over the island.
	And they've given Connell, the current president, A deadline.
	And they're flexing their muscle because Castro knew as well as the president of Venezuela that we were using weather weapons on them.
	In fact, of course, we know that Haiti was the use of a weapon system.
	So it shouldn't fall short of understanding that we're all individually being assaulted on every level.
	And everyone is being targeted.
	It's just the kind of targeting that different people are experiencing.
	The targeting by being literally taken out of the equation because of the food supply and or the fluoride.
	So the level of targeting is everyone, even your pets.
	And you said something interesting a bit ago, Carrie, about relocating when you're targeted.
	I know of people that have dogs and And of course, they're making certain that the chips, the RFID chips that they're now regularly implanting in all of our pets, people are getting those removed.
	And because they are targeting dogs too with the chips, and they can make the dogs bite, react in a way in which you would not want your dog to react.
	And when you are in a situation where you have a dog that isn't chipped, you still have to be concerned about What has occurred with all of the nano that's been sprayed overhead and how that has now integrated into our systems.
	And I'm just now looking at a book, and we'll discuss this on the next program, I hope.
	But it is about digital bodies and how the post-humanism agenda is going to have to evaluate property rights and the law Based on the entanglement of part human and part digital.
	And this is where we are going.
	And I highly recommend that people watch the movie, The Giver, and understand their different levels, of course, that are always entertaining via Hollywood.
	But that is one component of what we face.
	Many, many other illustrated events through movies as well.
	But the giver is good, and again, we are in a transition period of mankind.
	We are being transitioned into something that is not human, not at least the way that we have understood humans to be.
	And when I look at the degradation of structural integrity throughout the world, I'm seeing buildings that are collapsing, bridges that are collapsing, We certainly have that Millennium Tower in San Francisco, Carrie, that is leaning.
	We have a newly constructed mega-million dollar structure in San Francisco that wasn't open more than a couple of weeks, and they had cracks in the footings and foundations.
	They've closed it.
	Well, this is probably because of the coming earthquake we're going to have there.
	Well, it's a variety of things, Carrie, because this is worldwide that we're seeing the effects of structural impairment, and that is also because everything is a frequency, and we're expanding the frequencies, and it's pulsing on all structures like multiple mini-earthquakes, and that's one aspect of it.
	And then, of course, we have the effect of cesium from The Fukushima that is eroding all of the structures as well, including us.
	And so the level of assaults against us, it's really quite amazing how resilient, and I hate that word, but how resilient we seem to be while we're being attacked so ferociously.
	Yes.
	And I can only say that Right now, as I'm seeing it here in Northern California, they're eliminating and reducing our access to water.
	And that's the first thing we need, the number one thing we need for survival, air and water.
	And we're having a massive reduction here in water.
	And I will keep everyone posted with the New World Order Takeover here.
	In Northern California as it looks in this particular location on the map, the global map, but it's happening everywhere and not only are we individually being targeted with directed energy weapons and psychotronics and mind control, again the food supply, the water, the air, all of the assaults, they're affecting everybody on this planet, every living thing on this planet.
	And it is horrific.
	It is really horrific.
	Yeah, it's quite extraordinary.
	I just want to say I found the name of the person I was talking about.
	There's a video on YouTube, and maybe more than one, an interview with Mark Steele, and he's talking about 5G and the weaponization, that it's actually a weapon and no one has told anyone that.
	That it's known to be a weapon, of course, in the higher echelons of the military.
	So this is the kind of thing that we're really talking about.
	Well, cell phones are a weapon as well, Carrie.
	And when we interviewed and did the YouTube Cooking of Humanity, and we interviewed Barry Trower, this is years ago.
	We're carrying weapons around.
	And...
	So it's really no new news.
	It's just a higher degree.
	It's like a better bullet.
	Yeah, it's an escalation for sure.
	So, Catherine, we do need to shut this down.
	We've been going almost two hours, and I try to keep these videos at least under two hours.
	So is there anything you want to add and also some parting words here and also give out your information as well?
	So I would say my parting words, when I hear this from all the whistleblowers, I am just, I'm falling in despair.
	So my way of coping is to continuously launch projects to try to shut this down.
	Now I completely hear what has been said about the corruption of the courts, but I also put out a video, it's called The Plan for 2019 at the start of this year.
	Where I explain why I will throw my energies at trying to recapture the courts.
	And that's because I have worked as a court expert here in Europe, and I have been, I stood up before three judges, pro se, in the UK. But one of the things I can say is when I spoke to those judges, two out of three were utterly shocked, and they had never heard anything about that.
	They were entirely helpful.
	Now what that's shocking is that These judges, they haven't got to talk about these topics.
	Okay, I'm sorry, there's interference.

	Perhaps you can mute yourself, if you don't mind.
	No, I'm dead quiet, but I'll mute myself.

	Probably external.
	Yeah, it could be that we probably have several people that we don't know about that are sharing this phone call, but go ahead.
	Stop wrestling around CIA, please.
	And I want to say, so what I'm going to do, my timescale looks like this.
	My first concern, I understand all the 5G and then the water issues and so on.
	Now, I do not have the personal capacity to deal with these, so what I'm focusing on is trying to help the Holocaust victims.
	So those high-intensity targets who are being assaulted, and they have typically very good evidence, and their cases reveal how this integrated weapons system works.
	So what I would like to do is I would like to start with those, and these are the people who need the most urgent help because they're literally being killed alive in their homes.
	They're being tortured to death.
	And I would like to get them into court starting in spring just to file for emergency injunctions.
	Now when you file for protective order as a victim, there's no way they can arrest you because you haven't done a crime.
	So ending up in jail is not the issue.
	The real issue is to get as much backing from all the other victims to testify about what's happening around the world to back up these individual cases.
	And I'm also canvassing for all the experts out there This is all the whistleblowers, all the experts, all the researchers and investigators who have looked into this to start writing expert affidavits because at this point in time I can only quote YouTube videos or tweets or articles out there.
	And in court, they just do not have the same weight as someone putting something in writing under oath and saying that under the penalty of perjury, they believe this to be true.
	And anybody can write an affidavit.
	So if you do any type of research, you can write an affidavit that you can use in court.
	And the most valuable thing would be is if now, as a society, we start putting this information together.
	We're identifying the companies, as Deborah has done, and the individuals who are involved, and we start filing against them in court.
	So what can be filed is, for example, notices of liability, cease and desist orders, emergency injunctions, and I think in the case of actual life health damages, that is probably the quickest avenue.
	And emergency injunctions can be filed.
	It's kind of like litigation light.
	Because the entire point is to just stop something that is damaging somebody until the full court case can determine if these first few people have really in fact been damaged and so on.
	So this is why I'm filing for these emergency injunctions.
	And I also appeal to all the whistleblowers or expert lawyers out there to please start help us.
	Because in a sense, all of society is being assaulted.
	So all the lawyers and their judges are also being chipped and being killed by 5G. Most judges work in cities, so they cannot just, you know, move somewhere else into the fields.
	But they need to be presented with high quality evidence and many, many affidavits.
	So please, anybody who wants to help me in this project, Get this done now in January and February so that we can start using this in March, starting in March.
	Okay.
	Well, now I want to bring to your attention a man named Michael Fitzhugh Bell, I believe is his name.
	He's written a couple books.
	He's a targeted individual, was targeted originally in Hollywood, and I can tell you what they did with him when he tried to go to court and report They actually threw him into a mental institution.
	And I know in Britain that they will do things like this to you.
	So just to be aware, just a cautionary note for those that are willing to write an affidavit, that's all fine and good.
	But I do want people to understand that in some cases, they can actually turn the tables and start targeting you even worse and do things diabolical to you.
	To put you into very dire straits.
	Well, that's true.
	That's true, because it's an unacknowledged assault, just like aerosol spraying and the changing of weather is unacknowledged, therefore it does not exist.
	I mean, I would recommend highly his books and his videos that I've interviewed him Two or three times at this point.
	He's got his facts together.
	He knows exactly what happened and when, et cetera, et cetera.
	And he's a real researcher.
	He's also had people contact him and he started a kind of a database.
	He may even be a good source for you, Catherine.
	So, you know, the two of you might try working together.
	Of course, I believe he's still in the United States, to my knowledge.
	What's his name again, Carrie?
	It's Michael Fitzhugh Bell.
	So if you just do a search in my videos and put the last name Bell, it should come up.
	I also just want to say a little quick thing about something that YouTube is doing to all my videos now.

	Of course, what happens is they do have to give me the green light after that because they realize that There's nothing offensive in them.
	But it has happened to this show again as well.

	So that I won't be able to survive and won't be able to continue the channel, etc.
	This is the kind of attack.
	These are the kinds of attacks that go on as well.

	On my website in the research library there's a list of high profile affidavits including one from our William Binney The former technical director of the NSA and other high-profile people.
	And those affidavits are really worth gold because everybody can put it in their court bundle.
	And my strategy is exactly so that we avoid this kind of false psychiatricization and this type of nonsense.
	I want every court case to have the full backing of all the experts in the world and the entire victim community.
	Now, when I stood before the three judges, my mental health was of no question.
	So they didn't spend a second questioning my mental health.
	And there was both judges, the first to ask me, but why on earth would anybody target you like that?
	And I replied, my lord, my best assessment is that this is a decentralized weapon system, NATO assault system against dissidents.
	And both of them just turned tailed.
	So they knew exactly what was going on, or they could imagine what's going on, but this was the first time they heard about it.
	And that was in 2016.
	So these judges are highly insulated from what's going on.
	They don't necessarily watch YouTube videos.
	They are still stuck with the mainstream media and with the illusion of knowing society works.
	And I can confirm that there are many honest judges, and some are coming forward because guess what?
	They too are chipped.
	Because they are part of this matrix.
	And mind control on judges is highly profitable in commercial litigation, which is why they are also in grave danger.
	That's all I wanted to say.

	So by shutting the fuel off, they start cutting the fuel off for cars and start forcing us into the city zones For lack of ability to pay for the higher increased gas tax, again, which is what we're seeing occurring in Paris right now.
