	So, just let me tell people...
	Hi, I'm Carrie Cassidy from Project Camelot.
	This is part two with Deborah Tavares and she is with us now.
	We're going to turn this over to her.
	We are talking about weather wars.
	We're talking about Hurricane Florence and the movement of populations away from coastlines, the forced movement using various weather weapons, etc.
	So Deborah, go ahead.
	Yes, so before we were bumped off the air, I was putting the pieces of the puzzle together for people so that they could track how this has all come about and seeing the evidence-based documents that document exactly what is being described.
	Because what is being described is nothing short of absolutely horrific, inhumane, And an assault globally around all peripherals of all coastlines throughout the world.
	So when you know that you've got a de facto government and all of the departments exist in name only, you don't search through bills and Senate bills and legislative bills.
	You go to the executive orders like our research team does.
	You actually go to the branches, the de facto branches themselves, And you look at the documents that they have adopted and what they rely on, and so we did in the instance of all branches of the military.
	The military has adopted climate action plans.
	They are behind the weapons assaulting our coastlines.
	Certainly, we can't say that maybe it isn't one country assaulting our coastlines right now, or we're assaulting them.
	Nonetheless, we are the enemy.
	So in looking at some military expert panel reports on sea level rise in the U.S. military's mission, I started to read the fact that the U.S. military, all branches, are getting ready to relocate 1,774 U.S. sites that reside in low-lying coastal areas.
	Did any of you know that?
	Have any of you heard that?
	Now you have.
	They say that it rests on the assumption of climate stability and it including the stability of 95,471 miles of coastline along which again 1,774 US military sites reside across the globe.
	They say that.
	They say, for example, what they're concerned about with the warfare being conducted around the peripheral is that their bases will, in fact, take major hits from these weapon assaults on transportation and command and control and intelligence, and deployment hubs may face unrelenting chaotic outages or curtailment of operations in the future due to storm surge and sea level rise.
	They go on to say, the ability of the Department of Defense to fulfill mission requirements will be more costly, take more time, and be hindered by the lack of planning for assets at critical junctions.
	They go on to say, as these threats to the coastal military infrastructure play out over this century, they may become strategic vulnerabilities that could affect our ability to deter our enemies, defend our interests, and support our friends.
	Well, we're the enemies, folks.
	We're the enemies, and they're decimating us.
	So they go on to say that they want to be prepared at the time and place of their choosing and may not be our choice in the future unless they relocate all military bases that are low-lying.
	They go on to say, this is in the executive summary of the military expert panel report.
	Dated September of 2016 and there are many, many reports.
	I'm only just reading you a few to give you an example of the rogue level of the global assault.
	They say that this report is not an exhaustive look at all the climate risks and vulnerabilities coastal military installations are facing.
	However, it synthesizes the studies by the Department of Defense, Congress, And independent researchers as they explore a range of case studies and they analyze what those findings mean for military readiness, operations, strategy, and lays out areas that deserve more attention.
	So as I continued to go through this particular document, I found that the Department of Defense Directive on Climate Change and Adaptation and Resilience is a policy as well.
	And it directs the Department of Defense to assess the effects of climate change on the Department's mission and to take into account effects when developing plans and implementing these plans.
	And it also concludes that climate change will be a constant consideration to how the Department of Defense goes about war missions, acquisition of programs, readiness plans, construction projects, and security as noted in the 2010 defense review.
	There are many plans as you can imagine that have been in the underbelly of this warfare machine of the use of weapons to literally destroy our coastlines.
	I do want to divert to one thing right now Because I have a YouTube up, Carrie, I've had a YouTube up called The Cooking of Humanity for a number of years.
	It was an interview I did with Barry Trower, who's known as a global expert in microwave warfare.
	And again, that's The Cooking of Humanity.
	What you will see me holding during that interview is a plan that our research team found on the whitehouse.gov website.
	And this plan had a map in it, and it immediately drew our concern.
	And I'm talking about it right now because it is also a plan of the use of frequencies around the perimeter coastal areas of the United States.
	And this is the back story to the YouTube Cooking of Humanity, what we did not get to in the interview with Barry Trower.
	And this is critical to understand as part of the relocation scheme.
	To get us moved away from the coastlines.
	Because this plan was the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology.
	And again, you can find this on StopTheCrime.net, or you can just type in Cooking of Humanity, and you'll see that this is the silent weapons system of deployment that was deployed in 2013 by the military-industrial A complex using radar, and they were specifically targeting the United States around the peripheral of our country.
	And those that were involved in this were the White House Spectrum Management Team that consisted of Google Inc., Microsoft Corporation, Stanford and Harvard Universities, Virginia Tech, UC Berkeley, the National Communications and Information Association, the FCC, NSA, and many, many others.
	What this particular plan showed was the mind theft and the invasion of our brains with artificial intelligence that is controlling in many instances now, very sadly, specific thoughts and emotions and directing physical actions into many unsuspecting human beings around the world.
	And the map is an illustration of the end of free will as we have thought we knew it and we thought we were free.
	And this is real, and the image of the map, again, as I said, is from the White House website, and the technologies and methodologies are described in the NASA Future of War circa 2001, and additional comments have been contributed by many, many contributors when we discovered this.
	But one of the contributors said this, and this is why I'm bringing this up right now, and Largely why we are certainly being relocated from the coastal areas, because of this fact.
	And we're continuing to investigate this, by the way.

	But they go on to say, one of the comments is telling us, That they knew about the NASA war document, which is what I've been talking about.

	Because knowing these documents assist in understanding some of the programs that are being developed and used against us to enslave us and create mass genocide, and I can say that.
	So they also told us that they understood the digital Gwinn towers and the signals, and that they knew without a doubt the specific harmonics needed for mass mind control.
	And then the question was asked, do you know what the x-factor To their ELF, which is extra low frequency, mind control happens to be, something called negative oxygen ions.
	So we're being told by this contributor to let him explain and sum it up in a sixth grade language, and here it is, the summary in a sixth grade language.
	The oxygen we breathe is composed of two oxygen molecules bound together.
	If the oxygen molecule is stripped of electrons, It becomes positively charged.
	Conversely, if there are extra electrons attached to the oxygen, it becomes negatively charged.
	Study after study after study on this, largely done by DARPA and Stanford Research Institute and the CIA mind control during the 60s and 70s showed that humans breathing negative oxygen ions have markedly better cognitive reasoning skills Are much less likely to be mind controlled on a massive scale and more importantly are much more physically healthy.
	Negatively charged oxygen ions are virtually and vitally important for healthy humans.
	Now they go on to contribute this further by saying now you must understand that the primary source of negative oxygen ion generation is the seashore.
	The waves Of the salty...
	Yes.
	Yes.
	Yeah, I just wanted to, you know, second that.
	The bottom line is the people living on the coast are getting some of the best negative ions really available.
	So that's key.
	So in spite of what you call the Fukushima radiation, etc., you're still getting the negative ions.
	And this is most likely, as you're probably going to say, a reason to try to move people off the coast.
	It's also...
	Yeah, there is no question.
	And you see it, and certainly this is something we've seen as well.
	And certainly growing up in Malibu in the beach area and living on a boat and knowing this fact for decades has been something that I've known about.
	So as we look at the relocation of people from the coastal regions and the fact that mind control is one of the primary goals going forward now, We can see that they know that mind control is far more capable of massively influencing us completely if we're not in the coastal influence.
	So let's get back to what's happening on the coastlines and with the military.
	And not only with the military, But let's talk about other aspects of what's happened to our country and why the enormity of this incredible genocide and massive destruction of our economy is occurring.
	And I'm going to just refer right now, again, we're literally being run by executive orders.
	And there is an executive order that was September 23rd of 2014.
	Executive Order on Climate Resilient International Development.
	And it says, So
	they're basically negating what they've just said.
	The adverse effects of climate change, including sea level rise and storm surge increases in temperatures, more frequent extreme precipitation and heat waves, more severe droughts, and increased wildfire activity, along with other impacts of greenhouse gas emissions, such as ocean acidification, threaten to roll back decades of progress in reducing poverty and improving economic growth in vulnerable countries.
	They compromise the effect of the resilience of the U.S. development assistance degrades security and risk international conflict over resources.
	So you can look this up for yourself.
	I'll just read a couple of more sentences.
	This executive order requires the integration of climate resilient considerations into all United States international development work to the extent permitted by law Dedicated U.S. climate change adaptation funds are critical to managing the risks posed by climate change impacts in vulnerable countries.
	And they say by taking steps, they are more fully understanding the current and future climate change impacts, that the United States will foster better decision-making processes and risk management approaches, ensure the effectiveness of the United States investments And assist other countries in integrating climate resilience considerations into their own development planning, etc.
	The international climate resilient actions required by this order complement efforts by the federal government to reduce greenhouse gas emissions at home and globally.
	The more greenhouse gas emissions are reduced, the less need we will B, to adapt the impacts of changing climate.
	So I want to talk about that a little further in a moment, but I just want to say the levels of the takedown within this country start at the very top of USA, Inc.
	and the CEO of USA, Inc., all CEOs of USA, Inc., But I also want to include the American Bar Association.
	We have literally been taken over by an illegitimate illusion that we have a representative court for our protection that weighs the scale of liberty and provides lawful outcomes.
	We don't have that.
	So let's talk about what the American Bar is saying.
	When you type in climate change.
	So I would certainly recommend everybody listening type in any department or agency.
	We're talking about school boards.
	We're talking about the CDC. We're talking about the NASA. We're talking about any agency at all and or city anywhere followed by climate action plans and resilient plans and you will find they all signed on.
	to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and CO2. This is ultimately causing suffocation of the earth, and we'll get into that in a minute.
	But when you type in the American Bar Association, I found this, and I found this to be horrific.
	A comprehensive resource of laws aimed at increasing resilience and reducing vulnerability to climate change.
	The state of the art Examines how laws are being modified, finessed, or imagined to deal with the impacts of climate change.
	So they're saying that they've reviewed a brief summary of a larger work, and they're imagining laws, and they're examining laws, and how laws can be modified and finessed to fit climate change needs.
	legislation and takedown of our resource availability.
	Now, I stumbled into a lot of this also because I was researching fires that were not only happening here in California, but in Oregon, in Washington, certainly the recent one that we talked about on our last show, Kerry, was in Greece, and of course there were fires in Sweden and so forth.
	And I was looking at climate action plans in these various countries.
	And then I looked at some comments in one of the Russian plans.
	And this is what the comment in the Russian plan has to say.
	It says, what we...
	And my question again is, what do we do when the military has adopted climate action plans and resilient plans crafted by Rothschild and Rockefeller?
	What do we do When this is our reality, okay?
	It's up for everybody that's listening to think about this.
	So here's what Russia has to say about reducing greenhouse gas emissions, etc.
	Facts, they say.
	Trading carbon quotas is pure unadulterated myth, like trading air.
	Creating false emission quotas would provide a revenue source for all, Government budgets.
	Of course, this is a new market.
	I'm adding this right now.
	Climate change is a new global market, turning everything that we've ever known upside down in creating new markets.
	The Russians go on to say that the Kyoto Protocol is an intergovernmental gulag with the interventionalism At the level of international governance.
	This is what we're talking about.
	International governance.
	The Kyoto Protocols would tighten environmental requirements and allow corporate control while phasing out smaller, inefficient industries.
	They go on.
	There would be a trade-off between economic growth and all countries' emissions obligations.
	There is no link between climate and CO2. Hence, The Kyoto Protocol is a scientific scam.
	And they go on to say that the Kyoto Protocol is part of the EU's conspiracy to increase cost of competitors' goods via greening.
	And I want to add this, that the World Bank has already created investment strategies to make enormous amounts of profits by creating global disruption and the creation of Of completely new cities and completely new markets.
	So as we're being assaulted around the peripheral of all countries everywhere, all the coastlines, we're witnessing as we talk this evening, Caria, one of the storms that they're saying is going to just be horrific.
	They're anticipating winds, perhaps.
	I certainly pray not.
	But winds up to 120 miles an hour and 80 foot waves.
	And they go on to talk about how this is just going to be devastating, wipe out, and cost billions and billions and billions of dollars.
	The state of California has recently endured economic weather hits with fires, and certainly with all of the geoengineering.
	Now, today, being the day after 9-11, here in Northern California, We are being absolutely pummeled by chemtrails.
	And we're very dry, so we're feeling that the moisture is being pulled up and relocated elsewhere.
	And oftentimes, that's what happens.
	So part of the disaster plans are to just evacuate.
	Here in California, they're telling us this is our new motto.
	Evacuate.
	Ready, set, go.
	And we know that when people evacuate, homes are pillaged, burned down.
	We know that here in California that a number of the firefighters on the front lines were told to stand down, that the line of defense was not in that area.
	So being not in that area, homes were burning down in some of the rural areas.
	Again, massive relocation, massive relocation happening We certainly know what's happening in Venezuela right now.
	I have friends that we talked about last time on the show, Carrie, that live in Ecuador.
	The Venezuela refugee count is over 550,000 with about 4,000 entering into Ecuador every single day.
	Now we're watching the economic collapse of Argentina.
	We talked about the The press release by Rothschild and their plans to restructure North America.
	That's in a YouTube that is entitled, Kill Cities, Rothschild and Rockefeller.
	Kill Cities.
	Now YouTube put a comment on that, took off the count, and all of the comments.
	So go watch that, YouTube, Kill Cities, Rothschild and Rockefeller.
	It was brought up by a Washington, D.C. city council member The YouTube ended up in the Washington Post and then we got hit by YouTube.
	Very similarly in the way that we got hit yesterday with our current YouTube about sea level rise and artificially created sea rise and erosion.
	So we've covered the military, the broad breadth of the military, We talked about the executive order.
	We've talked about how the American bar is complicit.
	We are talking about the fact that we don't have a government.
	And we've talked about the 300-foot tsunami bomb, the blast wave accelerator that was going to be used should either of the two atomic bombs not detonate during Japan in World War II, and And we've been talking about storm surge as a means of weaponization along all the coastlines.
	Again, type in for yourselves, you're going to find many cities already in the United States.
	For example, the Isle de Jeanne Charles in Louisiana.
	They are concerned that no one knows what's happening there.
	And they say because of climate change lapping at the edges Of their front yards, lapping.
	Again, the word lapping, erosion, again, the ways in which a storm surge can be created.
	And now they're saying on that aisle that there's just a little strip of land left.
	That's all they have.
	Water all around them.
	And few outside know or care what's going on there.
	Well, now all of you listening know What's going on?
	And you're hearing what is going on.
	We have to stand up and get this information out far and wide.
	These are weather weapons being used upon us to create resilience.
	Now, we're going to talk about some other things.
	I don't know how much time we have left, Carrie, because I certainly want to get into what is happening with the water.
	As I mentioned to you, there's a takedown of water and a new global intention to deploy wireless smart meters to monitor every single drop of water extraction everywhere, all the time in real time.
	And we'll get into that, but I want to continue with this global assault And how resilient in your plans that you're reading about is playing into a restructuring of markets throughout society.
	Right.
	I do appreciate all of that.
	Now, what I'd like to do before we kind of move into the water situation is really talk about how people can also understand what's going on.
	Because if you elected to come to the planet at this time...
	You have a mission.
	You've decided to experience these various things.
	All of us have.
	And so it's worthwhile to sort of tap internally and see whether or not you're being told to leave wherever you are.
	You may be going from the frying pan into the fire, as they say.
	So there are places where there is going to be a continual assault It appears with weather wars as has been happening around the globe and is going to continue and especially very strong against the United States, various areas of the United States because of their population elimination plans.
	So I just want to put in a footnote here that, you know, this is quite serious information that people keep in mind.
	That there is a higher purpose to all of it and that we are here as spirits having a material existence and you are deciding to experience various things from various vantage points that will sort of age you in Understanding, really, human incarnation, etc., in a lot deeper level.
	So, Deborah, do you want to address some of that from your own perspective before we move on to the Water Wars side of it?
	Well, yes.
	Carrie, I want to thank you for bringing that up because certainly there are many people that suggest a relocation.
	I will tell you that we have talked to many people that have relocated to other parts of the world and interestingly enough many have returned to the United States and while not all have but I will tell you we've traveled to Russia and there are weather weapons being used there for the event that we were in Russia while we were in Russia there was an event in St.
	Petersburg and it's an annual event and there were The weather, literally, they were creating good weather for that weekend.
	It's a national holiday throughout Russia, and we were certainly seeing the clear skies and the temperatures were brought to tolerable levels rather than it being so cold.
	And the Russians know that their weather is able to be changed for their benefit.
	The Russians are very much aware of this.
	But just as in many places they're building the smart cities by the transportation hubs, it is looking like it is being set up, just like all the other countries are everywhere else.
	I can tell you though that Russia is promoting families to have more children.
	There are benefits for that.
	We're here in the United States.
	Certainly we're looking at passing laws in colleges that will give young women abortion pills and reducing the population here in the United States.
	But again, in relocating, what we have decided, and many have decided, that we really want to stay close to our communities with our families and friends.
	After the fires here in Northern California that struck us in October, that fateful night of October 8th, 2017, many family members and friends were burned out of their homes.
	We were very fractured and scattered, but people have started to reposition themselves, although many have just disappeared, which is interesting and curious.
	And we recently, a few days back, filmed a homeless encampment that was largely the result of the impact of the loss of housing for the fire survivors.
	And they're all in these homeless camps not knowing where to go or what to do because of rental inaccessibility because rents have skyrocketed.
	There is just really not any housing here for a lower moderate income.
	But relocating is a big step for many people and at a time when certainly we know, Carrie, at least I know, that they want to break up families.
	They want to break up communities.
	That's the goal of the climate refugees and forcing people out of their homes because then people suddenly are faced with the emotional trauma that they've gone through with everything around them having been changed.
	And they're really looking at increased suicide levels now in areas that have been hit with weather weapons or as they say fires they don't use weather weapons but there has been a significant increase in mental illness and the thought of suicide and they're actively funding through Rothschild and Rockefeller medical treatment centers for people that are now becoming Emotionally unstable because
	of the massive disruption.
	In fact, one of the genocide plans that we cover talks about the two ways in which the largest decrease of population is going to occur in the United States.
	They're anticipating and their plan is to reduce the population in the United States by 83% by the year 2025.
	And the two mechanisms that are brought forth in that plan Literally pivot around increased suicides and the inability to adjust when being forced to relocate and specifically they say forced to relocate from the country into the cities.
	Now we're seeing here in Northern California a real stall, in other words a real slowdown in rebuilding and emphasis on issuing building permits.
	If those permits are in the Growth boundaries of smart cities, smart growth, resilient building, which means by transportation hubs.
	I'll just throw in a few things around that because certainly by the transportation hubs, which are trains, etc., people are commenting that are in those areas that they're not able to sleep at night because the trains go howling through.
	Obviously, we're looking at intentional sleep disruption with the variety of assaults that they have dreamed up.
	I will tell you that also with the increased taking over of private land and putting it into the parks system and creating larger open spaces and green belts, etc., what we're seeing a large portion of the U.S. transportation money is going to is to facilitate Smart growth roads within various cities.
	A five mile smart city in the middle of town would have traffic calming, bike lanes, etc.
	But there is a new approach now that I was reading about in Australia where they're planning a mega city and that mega city is is going to be connected by 250 miles of bike lanes and walking trails that will go to various parks.
	Now Omega City is defined by 10 million people or more.
	So we're really looking at literally being put in zoos.
	Certainly cyber cages with all of the increased frequencies for those that manage that type of relocation.
	But moving back to relocation, We're being forced to relocate in many instances.
	I know that many have decided to stay closer to family and friends.
	This is a time to be making amends.
	This is a time to strengthening bonds, loving one another more, and understanding that we're all here, as you said, at this time because we chose to be here.
	And certainly expressing our love for one another is paramount.
	As we go through this.
	What I would say to those that are listening is just strengthen your family bonds, your community ties, and work to stay in an area of people that are increasingly aware of what is happening.
	Quite frankly, Carrie, we're looking at increased danger to be surrounded by people who are unaware because that imposes a tremendous amount of danger.
	With particularly many of the reduced access to resources such as water where there are snitch programs and iPhone apps to report on your neighbors, you really need to be surrounded by people that realize there is not a water shortage and that you will know your neighbor will not call on you if you water your vegetable garden because many things are being outlawed.
	But I didn't want to leave the Coastline assault and the resilient aspect quite yet, but I do want to jump into water.
	So, Carrie, maybe let me know when we've got 15 minutes and I'll say a few things about water before we conclude the program.
	Okay, we've been going for about an hour and a half now, so there are also maybe some questions in the chat that we could take, but why don't you go into the water situation, unless you have anything else to add about Hurricane Florence at this time.
	I did put a map up showing the timeline that they're saying it's going to hit.
	The coast and go inland just recently.
	So people saw it while you were talking.
	And it is interesting.
	It's saying Thursday is when it's, I guess, going to hit North and South Carolina, if I understood the map clearly enough.
	I don't know what's going on right this minute.
	Okay, well, I want to just relay to everyone about the building aspect of resilience.
	And as a builder, we get building trade journals.
	And I'm going to discuss hurricane resistance.
	This is the headline on one of the building trade journals that we received.
	And they said, we need to now, as builders, be engineering for storm surge.
	Right on front of the trade journal.
	And they talk about resilience is the new green.
	Sustainability is literally The literal meaning for sustainability is the ability to endure.
	And if so-called green products and building doesn't stand up to the test of time, they say it's not truly sustainable.
	So as we are being hit continuously by fires and storms, we're being told to be strong.
	The mantra here in Northern California is Sonoma So, they go on to talk about building solutions for the future along the coastlines and how the decimation will influence your ability to get insurance on the coastlines.
	We're finding that here in Northern California.
	As a result of the fires, up to 60% of the burned-out fire victims are unable to have coverage enough to rebuild.
	And that doesn't include all the toxins that exist in the water supply and in the groundwater and in the areas of the burned-out homes, just as what we're told here in the storm that's coming in now, Hurricane Florence,
	where I said at the beginning of the show One of the concerns is, and there's a picture showing officials prepping for toxic waste sites and power plants ahead of Hurricane Florence's arrival, and they say Hurricane Florence could cause an environmental and public health disaster as heavy rains may overwhelm pits holding toxic wastewater from power plants,
	industrial sites, or animal manure, etc., So when I look at these building journals and I'm seeing the conversation all around building for resilience, I'm reminded of something that I saw a couple years ago on the Carnegie Mellon website.
	And this is when I was doing quite a bit of research for the smart meters.
	And I'm going to read this.
	It's a mission statement.
	And this is what we're seeing happening now.
	With the assault and the demolition of our cities.
	Because who knew that this was happening behind the scenes back then?
	And this is PSI, P as in Paul, SI. And it stands for Pennsylvania Smart Infrastructure Incubator.
	And this came out of Carnegie Mellon Engineering, Bombardier, and IBM. And this is a mission statement.
	Revolution in our infrastructure.
	Pennsylvania's companies and institutions have a hidden secret.
	They are leading a revolution in our infrastructure.
	We want to help expose the secret to the world.
	Tomorrow's infrastructure will blend traditional physical infrastructure, which is transportation and transit systems, buildings, pipes, Power grid, concrete, and steel.
	They're blending that with cyber infrastructure, computers, networks, and sensors in ways that are just emerging.
	Pennsylvania has a wealth of companies, universities, which I'll add much of this diabolical programming and policies are coming out of universities, and institutions.
	That are inventing many of these emerging technologies that will build or rebuild the world's transportation, rebuild civil, manufacturing and other infrastructure.
	We will bring these organizations together to leverage and highlight this hidden secret to help make Pennsylvania a visible leader in these critical emerging technologies.
	These technologies will also need a new generation of employees to design, operate, and maintain these new cyber-physical infrastructure systems that we will help Pennsylvania be a leader in educating these workers to meet the demand.
	The PSII would be an important step forward in exposing this secret.
	The old must be demolished in short.
	A new infrastructure is being created.
	People are being relocated into more controllable smart cities, megacities.
	We're being told that if you're outside of your city growth boundary, many of you may want to find out.
	Go down to your planning department in your city and ask to see a map of the city growth boundary.
	Find out if you're in Within that city growth boundary or outside of it.
	We're outside of that city growth boundary, so what does that mean in the climate action plans and resilient plans?
	That means we are unsustainable.
	We are considered sprawl.
	And water is going to be difficult to get when you are in zones that are not designated to be living in.
	So now we're going to talk about water a little bit.
	I have much more, of course, to say about resilience and in the builders trade magazines that I get, but it is just simply a rebuilding.
	It's a complete new construction format.
	They make logical assessments in rebuilding along the coast, such as the direction of facing a home, building it so that it's not perpendicular to the waves.
	So if you do get hit by A blast wave accelerator or an artificially created storm surge that your homes will withstand that type of demolition.
	In these trade magazines, they talk about engineering along the coastlines as being extremely important because you have to have a new type of construction.
	But I found this to be very interesting.
	They say it's all about location in this Builders Trade magazine.
	For property owners seeking to build a home strong enough to withstand sea surges and increased tides and flooding.
	They say you need to check out your location.
	So this gets back to the relocating of massive numbers of populations.
	And here's what they're saying in the Builders Trade magazine.
	It's all about location when it comes to picking the right site for your home.
	Be cognizant of rising water levels and storm surges, as insurance companies will no longer cover homes situated in flood zones.
	Now, I want to just add, that's what I was discovering in Southern California on Balboa Island and in Newport Beach.
	They were identifying many of those areas as being in the floodplain, and insurance policy annual premiums were skyrocketing for those people.
	But here's something of interest in the Builder's Trade magazine.
	NOAA has released a new color-coded map which shows where water surges will occur in the event of inclement weather.
	Consult these maps and do your research on potential sites prior to committing a relocation.
	Contact your insurance company to check that they cover the area Where you're considering relocating.
	So they then cite a territory manager who planned a home near the coast between Daytona Beach and Jacksonville and how he took special care to ensure it was built to withstand the hurricane that would eventually come.
	But what I really wanted to let people know are the maps.
	And the maps and the types of weaponized weather events that are listed in your specific climate action plan in the area where you live are exhibiting the types of weather events that are being conducted in your region.
	So, again, I can't underscore enough for people to be familiar with your climate action plans, understand A typical plan such as what I'm looking at right now.
	I'm looking at a page where it says climate change and health effects in a plan, and it talks about the climate change effects will be as follows.
	Increase in extreme heat events, increase in air pollution, floods, droughts, wildfires, storms, changes in weather patterns, higher food prices and food scarcity, Sea level rise, storm surge, longer red tides, toxic algae blooms in the oceans, etc.
	And then they say the examples of human health in these regions.
	And this is what we can expect with these kinds of weaponized assaults upon us all.
	Heat-related illnesses and death, worsening of chronic health conditions, respiratory problems, injury and death, Waterborne illnesses, foodborne illnesses, displacement, stress-related disorders, mental health impacts,
	increased hunger, decreased nutrition, wastewater system impacts, just as what they're talking about right now could be a problem with this Hurricane Florence converging down on the Carolinas and more.
	Displacement, stress-related disorders, and poisoning From contaminated shellfish and much more.
	So look at your plans as weather, weapons, pre-crime, criminal plans that are telling you the kinds of assaults that are going to happen in your area.
	So should you decide to relocate, look at the plans in that area and find out what they're telling you you're going to be assaulted with.
	And that's what I would highly recommend if you are looking to relocate.
	Because those plans outline it all.
	And the military documents do as well.
	And we're in the crosshairs of a silent weapons system being converged upon all of us.
	And I'm going to jump into water because I wanted to certainly let everyone know the crucial aspect of water as we're being besieged by these horrific weaponized events and these economic Absolute.
	The way the economies are being decimated, I know here in Northern California, the cost of the damage here in Sonoma County from the fires has skyrocketed beyond their abilities initially to calculate, and we're in trouble.
	PG&E, which was originally responsible, as they claimed, For starting the fires here, which we know they did because they're behind weather weapons and warfare, has now literally gotten around some of the legislators with legislation being proposed to create bonds for PG&E. And Carrie,
	when we come back on another show, I want to cover more of what's happening globally as well with petroleum.
	But let me jump into water for a few minutes because when I heard that Johannesburg in Cape Town in Africa about eight months or so ago was going to run out of water in a short period of time, I started researching that.
	But prior to the zero-day water, which everyone listening type in zero-day water Africa, And you'll see the massive population relocation that occurred as people became extremely fearful that they were going to run out of water.
	Remember, we're the water planet.
	Water is renewable.
	It comes down below by the process of hydrogen and oxygen merging together, forming vapor.
	You cannot contain water.
	It must surface.
	It does.
	And literally, our oceans are expanding because of increased Primary Water from down below.

	Listen to the YouTube Primary Water Explained so you understand the reality of water because what you're going to hear me say next, you're going to be grateful to know that water is a renewable in light of the fact that they're attempting to create Peak water, which is again psychological warfare with reality, just as they created the illusion of fossil fuels.
	Our fuels never came from dead dinosaurs.
	We all know that.
	So water is not limited either.
	And when I heard recently about the Cape Town zero-day water situation, and then I heard just last week about Ireland and Dublin, They're claiming they only have 70 days, 7-0 days of water left in Dublin, in Ireland.
	Now, what does that mean?
	I have friends in Ireland and we've talked about what is happening now.
	The Irish people never had water meters.
	They were given water for free because there's a lot of water in Ireland.
	There always had been before Ireland has now been put into a drought.
	And so the government was deploying water meters.
	And the Irish people are known for their resolve against too heavy fisted of government in many instances.
	And many of those meters have been dismantled.
	I will just say that they are known as the water ferries.
	And so they discontinued deploying the water meters.
	Instead, they initiated a hose pipe ban.
	And while we speak English, for me, a hose pipe didn't ring with what we would call it a hose.
	Because the word pipe in there just seemed to, you know, leave some confusion for me.
	So there is a hose ban in Ireland right now.
	You cannot use your hose.
	And what does that mean exactly?
	Well, I'm going to tell you.
	You can't water your garden.
	You cannot use a hose to wash your car.
	You cannot use a hose to water your lawn.
	Nor can you use a hose to wash any boats or any types of other equipment.
	You can't fill.
	You can't use a hose.
	Debra, are you there?
	Okay, you're a very strange sort of distortion happening here.
	Not sure why.
	So they're kind of trying to make it so you can't speak, I think.
	Can you repeat that about you said there was a ban on using the hose and also you were just about to say they couldn't wash their car.
	And what was the next thing?
	In Ireland right now, and this is also effective in the UK, you can't water your garden using a hose.
	You can't water your lawn.
	You can't wash a car.
	You can't wash your windows using a hose.
	You cannot use a hose for maintaining fountains or swimming pools.
	You're not able to use a hose for a pond, for filling a pond.
	Or watering your garden.
	Or cleaning your windows.
	There are many things that they're saying you can't use your hose for.
	They do, though, however, say that you can use a hose if you are in agricultural land.
	Or if you have a temporary garden in containers or pots that are under cover.
	So what does that mean?
	Well, people can use water in cans.
	So the day after this hose ban This pipe hose ban, as they call it, was initiated.
	The next day, they put up drones.
	Drones to surveil water sheets.
	Water sheets.
	People misusing water.
	So this is happening in Dublin.
	This is happening, certainly the hose pipe ban is also happening in the UK. But the drones, I understand, are happening in Ireland now.
	So let's talk about water and what is happening.
	Just like the smart meters on our homes for electricity and monitoring everything you do in your homes, smart water meters are now being deployed to ration water and to control every drop of water that is extracted for use everywhere,
	in real time, all the time, throughout the entire That is the goal of the AMI, the smart water metering structure.
	And this is really a large part of the global takeover right now because eliminating water use in rural lands, in country lands, the health department will come in and deem your land unhealthy to live on.
	And they will relocate you to an area of potable water.
	Let's talk about more of what's happening with water usage.
	Because again, as I said, they want to monitor every single drop of water extraction everywhere, all the time.
	And it is, of course, to control population growth.
	It's to relocate populations and forcing mass migration into So let's talk about what unrestricted water use looks like and what will be happening.
	Unauthorized water usage will be a criminal offense with imposed fines and water disconnections.
	All water will be tracked, monitored, and data-driven allowances of water distribution will be determined by water regulators.
	Our corporate government agencies have adopted UN policies that impose harsh sanctions on all perpetrators, all of us.
	High costs for water will limit many people from accessing water While also imposing hardships on girls and women who need basic sanitary needs of water use.
	Neighbors, and Carrie, this happened here in Southern California in the drought when they implemented a water restriction and they were literally suggesting that neighbors report on neighbors and they had a smartphone app that you could report on your neighbors.
	So let's talk about that.
	Neighbors will be asked to snitch on their neighbors, and drones will be launched to surveil water chiefs.
	Smartphone apps are used by neighbors to anonymously photograph a water violation and send the information to code enforcement.
	Local water agents, code enforcement officers, police, and the sheriff, including the military, will become the enforcement authorities.
	To restrict, cut off water, fine, and imprison those who exceed their water allotment.
	So why do we know the military will be involved?
	Well just type in their allegiance and compliance to enacting climate change policies of massive resource restrictions.
	Then let's look at what's happening right now as I was talking about in Ireland and the UK. They have that current hose pipe ban, which are planned water usage restrictions by the water agencies that they say will help to ensure the customers continue to have water supplies for all of their vital needs.
	And I talked about what you are not able to water with a hose.
	You can use a watering can in Ireland.
	I don't know if you can use a watering can in the UK. But again, you can't water your gardens, you can't wash vehicles, you can't fill or maintain fountains or pools or ponds, and you can't clean windows, etc.
	And hoses for watering can be used, again, as I said, in agricultural conditions.
	Again, if you live in the rural lands, the EPA, through the health departments, will relocate you.
	And Carrie, we found a very horrifying map, actually, on the Department of Interior website here in the United States.
	And it is a document of maps.
	In fact, it's in my most recent water YouTube, up on StopTheCrime.net.
	Just please take a look at our most recent post on water.
	We show you that map and we show you the anticipated use of force.
	And this map is color-coded.
	When I say anticipated use of force, I am talking about SWAT and all of the enforcers of reduced water requirements and where those areas are anticipated.
	And it shows literally from the middle of the United States on over to the Pacific Coast in the hot spots of anticipated force to take control of the water supply on what people believe to be their private land.
	But we're being told we must reduce our water consumption because we're running out of water.
	And we must reduce our greenhouse gas emissions to prevent the changing weather.
	A war has been declared on every single one of us by creating all of these extreme weather events worldwide.
	Injury, destruction, chaos, climate refugees, food shortages, water shortages, massive economic damage, poisoning of the food water supplies are only the beginning of the crimes being perpetrated upon all of us right now.
	And the perpetrators have determined the minimum and optimum levels of destruction of life, the destruction of property, and the destruction of natural resources.
	And they've organized the repression of minority groups.
	They've deliberately intensified air pollution and water and food pollution.
	And their plans specify the number of lives to be destroyed annually.
	In continuous overt warfare.
	And reducing our greenhouse gas emissions, of course, we all know will not alter the weather.
	Climate change, as I've said before, is the result of the deliberate large-scale manipulation of the Earth's weather.
	In geoengineering, which many people refer to chemtrails, aka, again, the deliberate weather manipulation is war of mass destruction.
	This is what this is.
	A silent weapons system of weather weapons that is in complete denial, and it is a weapon of mass destruction.
	And the goal of the destroyers are, of course, many, and their plans are causing global suffocation of the earth by reducing water that plants need to absorb CO2, which creates oxygen for people to breathe.
	We are being suffocated.
	Further, the deliberate increase in air pollution causes the rise of carbon dioxide and decreases oxygen, causing global suffocation.
	We know that decreasing water decreases vegetation.
	We're being restricted in watering our gardens.
	Again, a clear sign of reducing vegetation.
	We're being encouraged here in California to use fake turf, fake grass, plastic grass to replace our lawns.
	And many cities are not allowed to water roadside landscapes with drinkable water.
	Now they can water many of the landscapes if they're using sewer to tap water, which sadly is going to become our replacement water, sewer to tap.
	Recycled water through water treatment plants.
	Plants of which they are now worried are going to create environmental disasters as the hurricane hits when you have a toxic sewer being treated for our consumption.
	This is death on a stick.
	We know that the earth is the water planet.
	The water is renewable.
	We're not running out of water.
	And so what do we do?
	In the meantime, don't allow a smart water meter on your wells.
	So anybody that's listening, don't be fooled into thinking that the new groundwater allotment sustainability requirements require you to have a meter.
	Say no.
	Absolutely say no.
	And should you live in the city, team up with your neighbors.
	To stand against the wireless smart meter deployments as best you can.
	Keep in mind what Ireland did to defy the deployment of the smart meters.
	I think most important is to spread this information far and wide and choose to survive, choose to live.

	For example, the Santa Rosa vice mayor is, as we speak, 9-12 of...
	in Los Angeles at a League of Cities meeting and what was said on the radio about our mayor going down there by the mayor that they are implementing environmental policies locally so they're also visiting San Diego and And they've said that San Diego Gas and Electric,
	again, all the utility companies nationwide, worldwide, are run by Rothschild, Rockefeller, and all of the organizations.
	As are the banks.
	Let's not forget the banks.
	Well, yeah, Goldman Sachs, etc.
	And the mantra now, the new mantra for San Diego Gas and Electric is no fire started on our equipment.
	That's their new mantra.
	And I want to say that they have implemented computer vision cameras and weather stations that report up to 10 million simulations per day in the environment.
	And they say that the systems that have been set up in San Diego are a template.
	It is the global Global gold standard of how to set up a city on cameras.
	So this is what we are being confronted with here in Santa Rosa and Sonoma County.
	They're saying that the CV cameras that they will set up here will monitor water resources.
	Think about that.
	Cameras set up after the fires to monitor water resources.
	What we're really talking about is water cheats.

	I think they're positioned around the globe.

	We are part of a war of worlds right now, and that's on top of all the weather war things going on, some of which may be caused by various ET races, let's not forget.
	So, yeah, humanity is really under attack.
