	Hi, everyone.
	I'm Carrie Cassidy from Project Camelot and very happy to be here tonight.
	I am here sort of on short notice with Debra Tavares and she's going to be coming on the screen just short.
	Actually, well, she won't be here physically.
	She is not on Skype or with video or any of that.
	She's going to be on the phone, but we have got her connected through Skype so that should work out all right.
	And so just let me say we're going to be talking about obviously the hurricane, the weather wars aspect of that, and a lot more behind it.
	So these are the kinds of things that are really crucial to talk about when they're happening.
	So I'm going to put her banner on the screen and actually bring her on the show here.
	Hold on one second.

	Carrie, yes, and I want to thank you very much for having me on really such a short notice on the program, because as I spoke with you earlier, one of the YouTubes that we had up was taken down, and it is crucial that everyone hear this information that we're going to be talking about tonight.
	And I know you and I both, as we talk about the hurricane that's bearing down on the Carolinas and more, And they're saying it's going to impact over 10 million people, that our prayers and our wishes for their safety is in our hearts, because certainly you and I are both here in California where we're getting burned up.
	So, fire to water.
	It's just an unbelievable reality that we find ourselves in, wouldn't you say?
	Yes, absolutely.
	And I just want to give a shout out to the people in that area of the United States that our thoughts and wishes are with them to stay safe and be prepared.
	I do also want to highlight that I put out a message from Eddie Page for those that are interested.
	He is a whistleblower and he did predict It to hit landfall as a Cat 5.
	I don't know if that's going to be the case.
	I don't know where we're at at this exact moment.
	But he did write an article.
	It is on his blog on my site.
	It's also on his Facebook pages, Project Aquarius, and the other one he goes by Michael Wolff.
	With an E at the end on his other Facebook page.
	But his article is actually on the blog under Eddie Page.

	And Deborah, before we launch into everything, and I know who you are, and lots of people know who you are, but can we really briefly give you an introduction as small, you know, as succinctly as possible?

	But now I'm really also going to be talking this evening about what is happening with water restrictions and eliminating our extraction and our opportunity to get to water.
	So we're going to be covering water and storms tonight.
	So primarywater.org is our other site.
	Very important that everybody go to that site as well.
	Okay, excellent.
	So at this point, let's just launch into the information you found.
	By the way, we did do a previous interview with Deborah.
	It's on my YouTube channel.
	We talked on, you know, this subject, but this particular hurricane had not been sort of, at least we didn't know that it was coming.
	So this is really going to be targeted towards that specifically in terms of the evidence.
	So go ahead.
	Yes, okay, Carrie, again, thank you.
	So what we're seeing now with the hurricane and the direct weapons assault that is heading towards the Carolinas and will affect other states as well, they're telling us in the articles that Hurricane Florence could cause an environmental and public disaster as heavy rains may overwhelm pits holding toxic Waste from power plants, industrial sites, or animal manure lagoons.
	As we know, too, just by looking at some of the news feeds, that there are gas stations are being emptied out.
	They're concerned about the floods, of course, which will create that toxic brew that I just mentioned.
	People are fighting over food, and there is fear of venomous snakes swimming in the streets.
	And we know that this is a developing weaponized weather assault, which will affect 10 million of our, really literally of our American fellows here in the United States.
	But this is also a format now being used globally to perpetrate all the coastlines.
	And that's what we're going to talk about, because the YouTube that I had up, and we will be getting it back up, It is very important and it was entitled Coastlines Under Attack.
	And we know that the storm surges are artificially created.
	Extremely important to understand.
	This is a now developing reality with our massive amounts of weather control.
	Who would have ever really imagined that the assault would be around the perimeter of all coastlines throughout the entire world, but it is.
	So, let's get into it.
	First, I guess I really want to ask this question, Carrie, because as many of you may have listened to me in the past, we recognize that the United States is a corporation.
	In fact, the Earth is Earth, Inc.
	And we're not run by the illusion of representatives and voting as many of us have been psychologically conditioned into believing.
	This is all just a mass psyops.
	It is an unreality that we are all living in.
	And so my question is this.
	What do we do when all the branches of the military, the government agencies, all government departments, all officials and offices exist in a de facto status in name only.
	Really, what do we do?
	Because we know that the United States federal government and other governments throughout the world, too, really don't exist in the government format that people are being told.
	But here in the United States, we know that our government was dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act in March of 1933, as declared by President Roosevelt.
	We also know that the receivers of the United States bankruptcy were the international bankers via the United Nations and the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund and we also know based on Senate Report 93549 and of course all of the other operations of death and destruction that we are all the enemy every single one of us exists here as an enemy and We
	know that there are genocide plans and programs running.
	I talk about that.
	And we have many of those documents posted on StopTheCrime.net.
	But we're going to be talking tonight about climate change and how it is the deliberate large-scale manipulation of the Earth's weather.
	So everyone just needs to have that succinct idea.
	I know many of your listeners, Carrie, already know this.
	But I find this easy to remember in terms of thinking that climate change is the deliberate large-scale manipulation of the Earth's weather and that they are creating climate changes.
	And that's the reason behind all of the climate action plans and the resilient plans that have already been adopted in every city, town, village, state, country, and nation throughout the entire world.
	And I talk about climate action plans and resilient plans often because they literally are the guidelines.
	Being that I was in the building trade for decades and I'm a multi-generational builder, reading climate action plans and resilient plans became horrifying to me.
	Anyone that's listening, in fact, Carrie, you can type in, for example, Los Angeles County.
	Climate Action Plan and on the same line, Resilient Action Plan and you're going to find that plan for Los Angeles County.
	Everyone else, I recommend that you do the same because seeing these plans and how they've already been adopted in your city by your presumably elected city officials, your board of supervisors, your city councils, etc.
	Seeing these plans is believing and hearing exactly What I'm saying.
	These are pre-crime.
	These are criminal plans.
	And it is all positioned on climate change, which you will read in these plans.
	There's uncertainty about climate change.
	Sometimes they really are elusive on an opinion.
	But because it is and they believe the science, they are implementing these plans and they're diabolical.
	When I first looked at them as a builder, That was one of the reasons that we really did literally stop our business in Southern California, because we were met with hurdles and roadblocks.
	At the time, I didn't understand what any of this was.
	I can only say to everyone that's listening, we all must know what we don't know, and we need to hurry up and find out what we don't know.
	I didn't know.
	I was busy working hard, raising a family.
	And then I got into these documents.
	And so a little about me is, again, I didn't know.
	There was a time I did not know.
	And I just worked hard, self-employment, and had a work ethic that I apply now to digging into documents.
	And I am absolutely driven to try to figure out as much as I can what is happening to us through documents.
	Everything that I Referred to as document-based, and I vet everything.
	So it's not my summation.
	It's not a hypothetical idea that I come up with.
	It's all based on documents.
	And because I read so many documents, it's interesting to see the puzzle coming together.
	And that's what happens with this deep work that I and some of my team are involved in.
	So let's get into what is happening with the situation that's bearing down on the Carolinas and what is bearing down around the peripheral of all coastlines worldwide, every single coastline.
	And I fell into this basically because I found an article that was out of Del Mar, a beach city in Southern California.
	Now, Del Mar is a very exclusive, wealthy beach city, and I read something that said that Del Mar was considering an unpopular planned retreat strategy due to rising sea level and storm surge.
	And I thought, what do they mean, an unpopular planned retreat strategy?
	Well, I looked into it, and I found out that the Codes in Del Mar are being required by the California Coastal Commission to have a sea rise adaptation plan in place and adopted to include planned retreat as part of the city's strategy.
	So let's talk about what planned retreat means.
	It's a plan And it's a strategy to gradually remove all man-made structures such as seawalls, homes, roads, and public buildings in advance of storm surges and rising tides.
	They go on to tell us that Del Mar has about 600 homes within a few feet of sea level and that climate change has been widely accepted by the scientists for predicting storm surge and sea level rise but they say of course weather is difficult to predict but they're talking about their anticipation of seeing five feet of increased storm surge and sea level rise
	earlier than they previously thought and this is important earlier than they previously thought because as I'm reading plans now I'm looking at the idea That things are happening faster than the scientist ever thought.
	And I'm just saying this because all of this is happening faster than any of us ever could have thought.
	But they go on to talk about that the California Ocean Protection Council adopted statewide guidance in March here in California and recommends planning for a over seven foot And they say that the seas, of course, could rise even up to 10 feet.
	But the Del Mar residents in Southern California say no form of planned retreat is practical for any of them because it will destroy their property values.
	Lenders are not going to loan on their homes.
	Certainly people are not going to want to improve their homes, keep up their homes, when in fact they're Written into code that they've got to remove their properties.
	Now I'm going to throw this in right now because we had people that owned the Drake's Bay Oyster Company.
	It was about 45 minutes north of San Francisco in Inverness, a small coastal town.
	And they had oyster beds and they had been running this company for many, many decades.
	It had been the family for a very, very long time.
	They supplied many of the restaurants in San Francisco with oysters.
	Well, several years back, they were attacked by the California Fish and Wildlife that actually planted hidden cameras on the hillsides around the Oyster Company to try to find some kind of violation.
	They never did, but they forced this family out of the property And the family spent a million dollars and plus of their retirement thinking and feeling confident that they would prevail.
	They didn't.
	The settlement was one of many, but one of the provisions that they did not have to abide by was to remove all of their structures, their stores, and the buildings that they had for their workers, etc.
	So here we have the California Coastal Commission.
	And what has happened is the California Coastal Commission, which controls the coastline in many areas along California coast, all areas actually.
	We're talking Malibu.
	We're talking Seal Beach.
	We're talking the Malibu Colony.
	We can go on up to all the coastal areas, including Bodega Bay and on up.
	And they're saying now that the California Coastal Commission is now requiring all coastal cities to have a sea-rise adaptation plan and to include a planned retreat as part of the strategy if you are within the Coastal Commission regulations.
	The Coastal Commission is going further to say, now remembering this is when I first started to put this all together, and the Coastal Commission is saying that failure to comply Would result in the Coastal Commission refusing to certify any city plans, robbing the cities of their authorities to approve permits for developments such as building seawalls.
	They could deny that if they don't put this in their plans.
	Or developing homes or developing businesses.
	Road improvement.
	And other structures.
	In other words, this is the key.
	This Coastal Commission is assuming all local coastal city authority.
	They're usurping the cities.
	And of course, the cities are all incorporated anyway.
	They do not serve us other than to just come in and rubber stamp the United States and the United Nations takeover of all of us with Climate action plans, resilient plans, and so much more.
	So what I started to look at when I saw this plan in Del Mar, and because I grew up in Malibu, Carrie, and I have a fondness towards beach communities.
	I literally was raised in Santa Monica and grew up in Malibu, and I lived on a boat with my parents for a while, too, overseas.
	So this very much interested me, and as a builder, I could not imagine the Coastal Commission as difficult as they are, and we've built a number of properties in the Coastal Commission zone, and it's very difficult.
	But to see this now being written in code was outrageous to me.
	And particularly when the city council in Del Mar says that given the uncertainties of climate change, And the efficiency of adaptation strategies.
	They say planned retreat will remain one strategy to be evaluated and considered.
	So we've got people that are actually buying the psychological programming of weaponized weather and the warfare strategies that are now being conducted on our coastlines everywhere.
	And we'll talk about that.
	They go on to say that Del Mar had a coastal resiliency sea level rise adaptation plan and with one of the first two Coastal Commission grants.
	So I'm reading this to everybody because this applies for every aspect of moving in and taking over our towns with all the types of takedown strategies, moving us into cyber Cities operated with massive data collection with 5G network and all of the aspects of wireless into the cities,
	relocating us out of the country, etc., out of the off of the rural areas, and literally chasing us around geographically with weather weapons and positioning settlement zones to house the people much like FEMA camps, but designated Smart cities and resilient cities.
	So this is all done by grants that are certainly through the controllers, the Rothschilds, the Rockefellers, and all of the institutions aligned with them.
	And if we have time, I'll get into some additional institutions that we've most recently discovered.
	However, Planned Retreat now is on the books, and it will cloud people's title Forever and it will cause property values to plummet and people will be forced to relocate and pay for that relocation and the removal of their homes.
	So as I was pondering the enormity of what this meant and then I was realizing that this was inclusive of all of the entire California coastline.
	I started to look at other coastlines and I just did some Google searches and And storm surge and I was finding other locations all around the world that were being relocated.
	Fiji, for example, is in the crosshairs of future relocation.
	The U.S. is relocating an entire town because of climate change.
	These are just things I'm reading that came up as I was starting to investigate this initially.
	They talk about storm surge and sea level rise in Nigeria and how Nigeria is located on Africa's west coast and how many fishing villages in and around the peripheral of Africa have already been relocated.
	And they go on to say things like West Africa is being swallowed up by the sea and encroaching waters off the coast of Ghana And other coastal cities in Africa.
	Did we get another cloudy and rainy day today?
	Sorry, that was an article that I'm putting up here for the audience.
	Didn't mean, you know, how they have something start.
	Yeah, that's fine.
	That's fine.
	So basically what I'm talking about is how I was walking through this information and what documents...
	That I have on StopTheCrime.net that started to piece this together.
	And looking at the impacts around the coast throughout the entire world.
	And certainly when they talk about five Pacific islands lost to rising seas as climate change hits.
	And you look at all of these locations on forced relocation.
	of people through storm surge.
	I was hearing something consistent as I was also searching through this.
	I was hearing about many of the villages and villagers that were being relocated were talking about the continuous lapping of the waves on their coastlines.
	And this includes Hawaii as well.
	Hawaii is in the crosshairs of being decimated also.
	By storm surge.
	And that's something else we can talk about as well.
	But the word lapping kept coming up and the minimizing of the beaches and the erosion.
	And certainly as a builder, erosion is always something that we have to look at and control on job sites.
	And I was looking at the inability to control sea level rise.
	And again, I just mentioned Hawaii and how they're facing the coastal sea level rise and storm surges as well.
	And they're also accepting SEA grants to help homeowners adapt and respond to coastal impacts.
	And this is just an example because certainly this is happening everywhere but in Hawaii.
	They talk about coastal erosion and hard structure seawalls have resulted in an area of no beach in Waikiki.
	And to help plan for increasing impacts of coastal hazards, the Sea Grant, which Hawaii has applied for funding through NOAA's grants.
	Remember, resilience is Rothschild and Rockefeller.
	NOAA is part of this cabal.
	In the Black Ops, the deep aspects of NOAA. And so grants are being doled out, Building Resilience to Coastal Hazards and Climate Change in Hawaii.
	It aims, they say, to help communities in Hawaii reduce their vulnerability to natural hazards and climate change.
	So I was looking at all of this, and again, the pounding of the sea Being overwhelmed by the pounding surf.
	Those words continually came up as I was looking through all of these effects along the coastlines.
	Pounding surf.
	The ocean began eroding their foundations of homes and damaging patios and structures.
	And so then I remembered something very significant that's on StopTheCrime.net.
	And I've talked about it.
	I refer to it as the NASA War Plan.
	But if you go to StopTheCrime.net, you can find this PowerPoint presentation that was presented a couple of months before 9-11 at a talk by the chief NASA scientist, Dennis Bushnell, from the NASA Langley Research Center.
	And this plan was endorsed and has information resulting from the US Air Force, from DARPA, the CIA, the FBI, Southern Command, Atlantic Command, Australia Department of Defense, and many more contributors.
	And I remembered on one of the pages that I actually did quite a bit of deep research on Because I went through every page and vetted it and found out what the acronyms meant, consulted military personnel, and many more.
	And I've spent a number of years going over that nefarious, horrific plan that NASA is waging against all of us as well.
	But having said that, here's what I discovered and what I started to link together.
	Because in that NASA plan, they talk about a blast wave accelerator, and that is likely being deployed to create the new modeling for higher sea levels, so I'll explain that.
	On page 59 of the NASA war plan, I'm going to read that to you, but it is discussing the creation of higher waves in And the daily increased heavier lapping of the waves against the coastal shorelines in a specific attack.
	And we know that the constant lapping, increased surges, and continuous lapping will increase a coastal shore erosion.
	And now we know it is a deliberate large-scale manipulation of the Earth's coastal sea shores.
	So let's talk specifically about the NASA plan, the blast wave accelerator, and how that is part of the coastal seashore erosion.
	So here we go.
	The blast wave accelerator on page 59 of the NASA document is, they say, and I quote, is global precision strike on the cheap.
	No barrel.
	Excellent No stealth, no plume, being worked on at Aberdeen and NASA MSFC for lofting of fuel and nanosats.
	In 1944, the US military worked with the New Zealand government and developed a devastating tsunami bomb to send, and this is an interesting number, To send a 33-foot wave crashing into Japan's coast, designed to destroy Japan's coastal cities.
	This, at the time, in World War II, was a top-secret tsunami bomb.
	And this was the planned backup weapon if Fat Boy and Little Boy, the codenames for the two atomic bombs, dropped on Japan in World War II. If they had failed to detonate.
	The code name for this blast wave accelerator was called Project SEAL, S-E-A-L. And Carrie, you can type that in if you'd like and show everybody that.
	It is a weapon of mass destruction, and it relied on a series of 10 large offshore blasts and was tested off the coast in World War II or prior of New Caledonia in Auckland and it's now being worked on as the blast wave accelerator.
	So I remembered that blast wave accelerator in the NASA war plan and then in February of this year I came across what Russia has created And that was a tsunami bomb.
	And when I started looking at that, and the fact that the Pentagon said they were very, very worried about the Russian super nuclear robotic submarine, which could trigger a mega tsunami to wipe out Florida,
	and the east coast of the USA. Now this came out in February of 2018 and it's a 300-foot tsunami and this is basically what we were told in this document that Russia has a super nuclear device that could cause a mega tsunami which would be able to kill a hundred million people in coastal areas Like
	Florida and the eastern seaboard.
	So when I was looking at this and reading the capabilities of this bomb, tsunami bomb, and the trajectory of this, it says that Russia calls the system the Ocean Multipurpose System Status 6, And it is allegedly capable of traveling underwater to distances of 6,200 miles.
	It can submerge to depths of 3,280 feet and travel at speeds of up to 56 knots.
	And we were told then that the Pentagon has confirmed that this is a new Russian delivery drone system and it's real.
	And that the undersea drone, which carries an enormous warhead to destroy coastal cities and military bases, was tested late last month.
	So that would have been tested in January of 2018.
	And it goes on how it can trigger landslides, population displacements, of course.
