Thank you.
Hi, I'm Carrie Cassidy from Project Camelot.
I'm here to talk about my recent interview with Captain Mark Richards of the Secret Space Program.
And I interviewed him around a week and a half ago.
So at this time I'm going to do sort of a recall of everything that we talked about to the best of my ability.
I should note that we had only a small pencil.
It's quite small and it runs out of ink and that's a problem.
But I have pretty good recall and this is the fourth time I've done this sort of thing so hopefully it will come out relatively well.
So, first of all, I want to say that about six months ago, I was prevented from making this trip.
I was on the way there, and I was hit by a scalar weapon.
It froze part of my face, or the half of the face, and looked like Bell's palsy.
But I was just woken up.
I just woke up in the morning with it.
I had nothing traumatic happen.
So it was extremely strange and we don't exactly know what went on.
But it did prevent me from going to see Mark at that time and I still have some residual things going on with my right eye but it's more or less healing very steadily now and almost gone completely.
So, as far as my notes, I'm just going to run through everything very quickly here, as quickly as I can, and then also be posting two letters, recent letters from Mark.
So that'll be great for you to read what he has to say in terms of writing his letters.
I will say that when I talk to him in person, I am able to ask the kind of questions that I want to ask and feel that I can get an immediate answer as opposed to waiting for snail mail.
It's difficult to get answers to the kind of questions I ask him over snail mail, whereas in person he can answer me.
That's how it seems at any rate.
So at this point I'll look at my notes and see where everything is at.
So one of the things I wanted to talk about was his current present conditions and His prison conditions when I was there was they had had a lockdown.
Somebody had murdered their cellmate, if I have this right.
And it was an incident that caused for a lockdown for several days, if not weeks.
And part of the ploy behind something like that is, aside from it being a violent crime, it is due to overcrowding.
Now, the prison is supposed to have emptied out their numbers according to the mandate.
But what they did is they sent a lot of prisoners over to Nevada, and then they sent them right back just after that.
So I'm actually going to move my mic a bit here and see if that helps.
At any rate, so it is a problematic situation with the crowding and they are trying to kind of Get away with things in terms of the overcrowding because then they shipped back the men right after they had an inspection and they're once again overcrowded.
There's more to the prison story.
I can tell you that right when I was there Mark had had very little sleep for two days because they had given him a cellmate who was very dangerous.
Mark was convinced he was sent there to kill him.
He was someone who was saying he was not human.
He would stare at the scar on his face and talk to it, and he wore a Hannibal Lecter mask.
He was a younger man.
I guess possibly larger than Mark, but Mark can handle himself and ultimately petitioned to get that person moved.
And so now he has a much better cellmate, I'm happy to say, because that situation was looking extremely dire.
He had several young men that look up to him in the prison who were offering to actually kill this other person but Mark urged them not to do so because Mark is actually on he was on trial for having supposedly masterminding a killing that took place that a couple of younger men did supposedly at his bidding which is
absolutely not true and Mark was actually not Even in the country when it happened, from what I understand.
There's more to that story and we'll get into that as I go on here.
I'm going to be paging through my notes to stay on track here.
There's a lot to remember and a lot to go through.
So it is important to know that at this point Mark does have a new cellmate.
One of the things the prison is doing also at this time is using, they're putting younger men in cells with older men.
They are erasing health records of the older men and they are causing them to lose records of their medication as well as things like walkers, etc., which is causing a lot of problems with the older men in the prison.
Part of the overcrowding was the order had come through to give probation to the older prisoners, but that prison is declining to do so in many cases.
So that's part of the problem.
I'm hoping to get more of a report on the prison from Joanne Richards, Mark's wife, and I do want to say that she facilitated this interview and She does an excellent job of helping out and also has a show on my network where she reveals a great deal of Mark's information on a weekly basis now.
Her company is called Earth Defense Headquarters, and I highly recommend the shows that Joanne's doing on Project Camelot TV network.
So, one of the things we talked about was Black Knight and artificial intelligence.
Black Knight was created by the British, according to Mark, and it has wiring in a sort of in place, which is unusual for high-tech instead of boards and slots.
You know, I don't quite understand, but he says the wiring in place It makes it very low-tech.
It's much harder for the ETs and the artificial intelligence out there to attack it and other governments.
And there are three of these Black Knight satellites out there.
If it is messed with, it gets an itch and sends a notice right away to the British authorities.
Now, Cameron Faley, who is one of my witnesses, who is someone who has a background in the Illuminati, working for them in the high-tech and financial area, he has said that a completely different explanation of the Black Knight satellites, saying they were put in place by a positive ET race, and that they are a control mechanism for Earth, Obviously, Mark does not agree.
I can say that the Black Knight contains a kill chip or on-off switch that is important when you're dealing with artificial intelligence and that every system that is artificially intelligent That the military works with is said to have to have a human backup and a kill switch to protect it against takeover,
especially from ETs and other AIs, influence or infiltration.
Now, the artificial intelligence has an impulse, Marx says, to stay turned on once it's been turned on.
And that there are some very negative types of artificial intelligence that have been programmed by other races.
And so there's multiple kinds of artificial intelligence, so it's important to recognize that.
And let's see if there's anything else.
In terms of Black Knight and the artificial intelligence, one thing about the low-tech sort of quality of it, it is supposed to make it more difficult for the ETs and other human or ETs or artificial intelligence to interfere with it,
but On top of that, if you refer to my interview with Pete Peterson many years ago, which I highly recommend if you haven't heard it already, Pete Peterson said that he was responsible for creating the actual, what's a master chip or kill switch in essence, for the artificial intelligence Skynet that is in charge of the nanosatellite grid.
And that gets into Anthony Sanchez's sort of documented interviews with Lockheed Martin scientists on the run who had been building the nanosatellites that are now in the skies above us.
It's a network, and those are artificially intelligent nanosatellites.
However, apparently, according to Mark, they are prone to having things go wrong with them.
They can be hacked Damaged or destroyed much more easily than the Black Knight satellite.
So surveillance tech around the planet.
The satellites are in place around the planet and there's a great deal of them and he's actually giving me numbers.
So he said that we have 34 Alien satellites that are built by the aliens, and they are tracking everything on Earth.
They are run by supposedly friendly species, and Mark says we have six friendly species that we work with.
He said, but we don't actually know what they're doing with those satellites.
And then he said the human satellites currently in operation are 8,000.
And he said there are also 160,000 human-built satellites that are inoperable but still in circulation around the planet.
He said there's a huge problem with space debris.
Not just because of the satellites, but in part because of that.
And we talked about that a bit further on as well.
He talked about the Dyson Spears, Planet X and Nibiru.
He does not agree with Cameron on his timeline.
Cameron has a timeline that he's built that has a lot to do with his reading of the Quran as well as Him being a religious scholar, he also gets information backchannel from the Illuminati, and he believes he is in touch with a certain ET race who is also giving him information.
So that's My Witness Cameron Faley, and I encourage you to watch Those interviews, of which there are two so far, and there's also some written information.
But Mark does not agree.
He agrees with the Zacharias Sitchin rundown on...
A project on Nibiru.
But he doesn't think it's coming now.
And he thinks that what's really in our solar system at this time is a Dyson sphere, probably surrounding a brown dwarf.
And it's very interesting.
the Dyson sphere seems to contain or be circling around a brown dwarf, and the brown dwarf facilitates giving it energy.
The Dyson spheres are often taken over by AIs, and they end up being empty, traveling solar systems as empty shells.
Some Dyson spheres are created and are occupied by ET races.
Some Dyson spheres are created by ET races using what's called matter transference, using the available material in the surrounding galaxy.
He talked about his friendship with Philip K. Dick and he wanted to say that Philip K. Dick actually was very well rid into the secret space program and had signed a security oath which he regretted and he wanted to testify on Mark's behalf at his trial as did many other men who were actually shot and Philip K. Dick was murdered apparently And
there was also a time when he...
Checked himself into a psych hospital, and because he was so kind of overwhelmed by the information he was getting from the secret space program, Philip K. Dick was recruited by Mark's father, the Dutchman, and he was then given information to augment his sci-fi stories, and this was to reveal what's going on in the secret space program.
Apparently there are several other sci-fi authors who the same thing happened to.
Oftentimes they do regret signing a security oath, however.
So that's a rather interesting phenomenon that I don't think anyone else has talked about.
Now, there are new Navy laser cannons that are surgically precise, and they can take Someone out with pinpoint accuracy and this information is already in the public domain.
We also talked about CERN and Brookhaven Labs as well as other linear accelerators around the planet and discussed the fact that they are used to open portals to give the Reptoids and Dracos access to their home planets and to make it possible for them to bring in bigger equipment and fleets And they have a lot of trouble getting them through the gates.
They're doing Montauk-type experiments with them, Mark says, and that means they're doing time travel, manipulation of timelines, etc., A lot of people focus on CERN, which is more scientific, but in fact, Brookhaven is, for example, a lab that focuses on weapons as well as other linear accelerators.
And there's a very interesting book by an author, J.B. Michaels.
This is my cat in the background, sharpening his nails.
So, as far as the Brookhaven, CERN, time travel and manipulation of there, and Brookhaven is more about weapons while CERN is more scientific.
We talked about the downed flight over Egypt, facilitated and allowed by Putin, that had a Apparently, Putin seems to have changed his tactics recently and Marx said that originally he was working with the Reptoids but it's possible that he's had a change of heart and started to realize that the Reptoids are not to be trusted and that he facilitated
and allowed for the plane to be downed over Egypt and that was in order to close a gate That had been opened near Sharm al-Shek in Egypt.
I'm not sure how crashing an airline closes the gate, and I'm afraid I didn't actually ask him the logistics of this, although now I wish I had.
But he was talking about Putin getting wise to the way the Reptoids are operating and possibly having a change of heart that also involves the airline that was shot down over Turkey.
And Mark says that airline was shot down by a UFO and that you will never see any photographs of that and that it was not shot from the ground, shot at from the ground contrary to what people are putting out there.
The point of that was to get Turkey embroiled in the war with Syria and there's a lot more to that.
Let's see.
So, regarding the Oort cloud, very specifically, he said the Oort cloud is a constant problem for incoming and outgoing craft and that most craft, including his most of the time, would use wormholes and portals to get off the planet and go out in space and In essence, going interdimensional.
He said that he agrees that the planets are conscious beings.
He's agreeing with Cameron Faley again on this.
And he says he's in touch with several of them.
He does not agree with the Planet X scenario and thinks that what is near our planet is actually a Dyson sphere with a brown dwarf.
And At this time, he thinks that Cameron is more or less right, that the planets are conscious and would move out of the way to allow for another incoming body, but that he's not seeing that happen at this time.
So he does not agree with the timeline that Cameron is putting forth.
He says the Reptoids are working against disclosure and again the downing of the flight over Turkey was to get Turkey involved in the war in Syria and also that ISIS is run by the Reptoids behind the scenes and that ISIS is under orders to destroy the ancient sites in Syria and Turkey.
And that eventually it will be moving into Turkey.
They are intent on destroying the signs of their habitation on planet Earth.
And there is a lot of evidence, he said, in the ancient sites in Turkey.
Including Gobekli Tepe, where I was recently, and also Central Turkey and Cappadocia, as well as the West Coast, where he said so-called Greek cities are not actually Greek at all.
So if you have a camera and you happen to be in the West Coast of Turkey, I encourage you to photograph whatever you can find there because you might find some very interesting evidence.
And feel free to send it to me if you're interested.
We talked about the NSA and the CIA. He said they're longtime enemies.
The NSA was, in essence, created to keep tabs on the CIA. It may indeed need to be the other way around, I would say, at this time.
But nonetheless, they're both extremely nefarious and covert agencies, needless to say.
Marx says the CIA has no moral guidelines and goes with whatever side they feel like at the time.
I asked Mark about the recent book, Devil's Chessboard by David Talbot, about the role of Dulles in the Kennedy assassination.
Mark says that he knew Dulles, that Dulles was a Friendly and protective originally towards Mark and his father, but changed his tone when he found out that Mark was siding with Kennedy.
And Mark and his father at that point became persona non grata.
He also said that, yes, they thought Johnson was the mastermind originally.
And then they found out that Johnson was in essence a pawn and that Dulles was also a pawn and that it went much higher than either of them and that it was carried out and orchestrated by What is in essence about three different factions and on a much higher level.
And that's all Mark would say about it.
He said if he talked more about it or told what he really knew.
That he would end up in Leavenworth and the association there being that Leavenworth is a military prison with a much more dire circumstance than the sort of medium security prison that he's in at this time.
He said that Kennedy was on the way in Dallas that day to make a speech in which he would blow the lid off the alien story.
He was also going to reveal what's really going on with the monetary system.
And he was going to talk about the CIA mind control program, the rollout of an MKUltra program on college students across the United States that was planned.
As well as the sale of drugs to the black community to take them down using heroin.
And more as far as also including the FBI and this DEA involvement in the drug trade, which the journalist Gary Webb had also brought to the consciousness and the awareness of the public. which the journalist Gary Webb had also brought to the through the San Jose Mercury Articles that he wrote, and eventually a book and a movie was made called Dark Alliance, and I do recommend that.
If you want to know more about the Gary Webb story, a very courageous journalist.
He said that the middle class was very strong, and that Kennedy felt that he was the closest thing to a king, both the Kennedy brothers at that time, and they had the support of the middle class.
And this is what allowed Kennedy to feel that he could Actually attempt to do this to blow the lid off the situation in all these areas of secrecy and disclose the truth.
However, we know what happened as a result of all of that.
He talked about the Pope's visit to Uganda and the African countries.
He said he went wherever there was a so-called ET problem and that he was there to broker a deal on behalf of the humans.
He said the Pope is working On behalf of humans at this time, although he does have a suspicious past with regard to the Nazis, helping the Nazis in Argentina, and he did say that the Pope is also willing to make deals with the dark side in order to facilitate a sort of big picture for humanity.
He said they often use airline crashes to seal wormholes and they went closed and also to move large bits of equipment from one place to another so that the crash is like a cover-up for moving this equipment.
They don't really care about the collateral human damage, in other words.
And in my prior interview, Mark actually said that he would never fly commercial because it's too easy for them to take down a commercial airline.
And they will do so to get rid of just one or two people.
He said the Dracos are working with the Reptoids.
He said the Dracos are more straightforward.
If you're the enemy and they want something or you're in the way, they deal with you more directly and aggressively.
He said the Reptoids, who are human-Raptor hybrids, are more nefarious, but they are working together.
He said the Dracos are also working with the Chinese.
He said there, yes, he says there are multiple realities, alternative Earths and parallel Earths, as well as multiple timelines that he is aware of.
He says that he thinks, perhaps, as far as this timeline, that he may have actually landed in the wrong one, and that There are several ways to test the reality where you've landed.
However, we didn't really get into that.
So this is something I need to ask him more about.
Someone wanted me to ask about being weightless inside a craft.
He said it would depend on the craft and that most craft have to have a built-in dampening of inertia or g-force inhibitors.
We talked about Carl Sagan and he said he was totally read in on the secret space program and that he kept all of their secrets.
He talked about Isaac Asimov and Arthur C. Clarke, who he's actually talked about a bit in the past, my past interviews with him.
But he said they were both offered that sort of carrot and the stick routine in which they sign a security oath in exchange for information to augment their sci-fi stories.
He said they did eventually regret it and wished to reveal more.
He said that Arthur C. Clarke was very close to wanting to break his silence I told him that Camelot was on their way to visit him right before he died, and he did agree that it's possible that they facilitated or moved along Arthur C. Clarke's death as a result.
And he said that Childhood's End was partly written at the request of the secret space program.
to warn humans of the dangers of E.T. interference in our affairs.
He said that many of his friends were shot in the head and shot during his trial, and that he's going to be writing a book about this in the near future and that he's going to be writing a book about this in the They were shot in order to prevent them from testifying in his defense.
He talked about what are called the Pitt Conferences, or Persepolis Interstellar Treaty Conferences, of which he named two, one in 1971 and another one in 2011.
He said that humans obtained the right to exist back in 1971.
Which, I don't know, I have trouble with that.
But that's what he said happened.
And he also said they have equal standing in terms of morality, but not in terms of sovereignty or control of their own future, in part because they're not considered to be fully grown up and able to handle themselves.
Minerva, the craft that is artificially intelligent, is still waiting for Mark, and apparently he's aware of that and in touch with her.
She is, in essence, a biological artificial intelligence, and there are many ships like her out in the solar system and galaxies, but she is specifically, I guess, somewhere in Out there, but close enough where she's in touch or can be in touch with Mark.
I asked him about Tony Topping, who I'd recently interviewed, who said he was in touch with an artificially intelligent ship and asked Mark whether or not he thought perhaps Tony was being groomed to fly, pilot a ship like that.
Mark said it was entirely possible.
I talked to him about Sean David Morton's book, The Sands of Time, and he's read the first two volumes.
He gets a kick out of it.
He thinks it's very close to the truth.
And again, those books by Sean are written by Sean based on a whistleblower testimony of someone who ran Area 51.
I highly recommend them.
He's now written a third book and I'm going to be interviewing him shortly about that book and I hope to read the third one as well.
Mark gets a kick out of them because he is often seeing many of the people he knew quite well depicted in that book.
He's He said Project Leonid is also known as the Aegis system.
It's a system of surveillance spelled A-E-G-I-S. And he also talked about the fact that a wrench, as far as space debris, can destroy a whole ship if it hits it.
He talked about the X-38, which is making runs, numerous runs, he said, from Mars to Mars and from Earth and then also to the space station He said that, contrary to what people are saying, that it doesn't stay out in space for a long time.
What's being put out in the public domain is that it stays out for a long time and then comes back.
And the reality is that it's making multiple trips and that it wouldn't be safe for it to stay out there because of space piracy, etc.
He said there are some races that have the attitude of hands-off and they simply don't get involved in our affairs because that's their choice.
He said the first wave of Syrian refugees that you heard about, of which there are around 200,000, He said, maybe all the refugees there are, because a lot of them never made it to their destinations.
He said the rest were rounded up and ended up on planets as slaves or food, basically, for the reptoids.
He said regarding the Paris attacks that it was a false flag.
They were aiming at getting France involved in the war with Syria, and they knew that the French would react exactly as they did, simply because that's the way they operate.
He said there were several attacks, one in Sweden and an attempt at a German stadium to go after Angela Merkel.
The Anunnaki are also fighting the reptoids and at times are working with them.
So he said, you know, it's important to understand there's more than one type of Anunnaki.
And that does align with Ashayana Dean's material saying there's more than one type of Anunnaki race.
I asked him about John Edmonds Ranch and told him about the portals there and some of the things that John Edmonds and his wife had been going through with the greys, and he wasn't surprised by it at all.
He did acknowledge that normally the greys are programmable life forms.
And the cutting off the head may indeed work, he said, but normally the heart is not connected and he wasn't so sure that the sword would do a whole lot to them.
He said it is important to know that there are three kinds of men in black, and they're all very dangerous.
He said there's a human type, and there is an alien race using dead human bodies, and that's something Dan Beerish had talked about.
In one of my interviews.
And the alien race also parades as men in black.
That's a different race.
And they are actually acting and appearing to be men in black when in fact they are ETs.
We talked about Churchill and Hitler.
He said that Hitler did not offer a real peace deal to Churchill and that the deal Hitler offered would have allowed Hitler time to invade Russia and to marshal more forces,
including both the French, I guess, military and That Churchill had to act very quickly, that there wasn't much time before Germany got even stronger and became a worse adversary, and that Churchill acted wisely at the time.
He said that had the Germans been able to garner a larger military force that that would have been disastrous.
He said the war with Hitler was supposed to be limited, that it was orchestrated to take Europe out of a depression, but that Hitler in essence didn't play by the playbook.
And they then had to try to take him down.
He said that the Nazis were helped by the race from Aldebaran and that two craft crashed in Germany in 1938 and 1939 and that one of those craft belonged to the race from Aldebaran.
He said there are bases being built all around the planet and had been given to various ET races along with human slaves and humans as food, but that none of it has been working out very well, for what it's worth.
He said that the ETs would always want more, that we're not giving away all of Africa, but that there were multiple bases under Africa in portions of the underground.
He said there were six positive races working with us, as I think I mentioned.
He said there's a ship off the coast of San Francisco near the Fallon Islands area, and it's called the Independence.
It was sunk there.
I think that much is in the public domain, but he said it was sunk on purpose and that there are multiple ships.
Even from what I understand around the world that have been sunk to create underwater meeting places where humans go in small subs to meet with ETs and that they have airtight compartments where they meet.
Let's see.
He said there's a submersible platform off the coast of Malibu and that the recent supposed missile shot down or shot at over LA was not a missile at all, that it was a craft and that it was a craft that had been at a meeting Of one of the six,
with the six or so ET races that are friendly and that that particular race had left in anger and had broken the rules by instead of flying out to sea, it flew out over Los Angeles.
He said that the recent shutdown of the airport and all of that that had happened here off of Malibu was to do with some operations going out at sea and with these underground or undersea bases and Having to do with various things.
He said, Vandenberg is extremely busy right now.
I asked him whether there was a jump gate to Mars where you can go have lunch, and he said yes, that that's the case, and that there are many jump gates around the planet.
And this was originally our information from Henry Deacon, also known as Arthur Neumann.
Regarding Fukushima, I asked him about that, and his focus was more on the crabs that had some kind of bacteria infection in our waters off San Francisco.
He also said that three nuclear drums of radiation were dumped off the coast of San Francisco and were poisoning the bay.
So his focus seemed to be on that.
He also acknowledged that the ETs could clean up the radiation in a heartbeat if they wanted to, but he doesn't think they want to, having to do with us learning our own lessons, I believe.
We talked about Gobekli Tepe.
He said that it's much larger than what they've discovered and that it is a system of huge pillars and ramps, like at Disneyland.
He said people would go up the ramps I assume in trance and that they would then be taken off planet or used for food and go through the star gates.
This was around 11,000 years ago.
He said they might have been closed at that time to stop them from taking humans.
He did agree that they probably don't plan to unearth most of Gobekli Tepe, but he would advise them to uncover it and learn how it works before they destroy it.
And he said that when he was in the secret space program, they had already found it using ground-penetrating radar and knew all about it.
We talked about the Anunnaki skeleton in London that I had seen this summer and taken a photo of, and I'm going to put that photo here.
And he agreed that it wasn't due to a disease and that this was probably an authentic Anunnaki skeleton and that, in fact, it was perfectly healthy and it was just being shown in plain sight.
He said the British do that all the time.
and have all kinds of secret things.
There's an installation underground near the Romanian Sphinx and Mark knows all about it.
He said he went there as a kid.
I've reported on that through the Transylvanian Sunrise book and Moonrise that are written by Peter Moon.
Actually he's the publisher and he Translates the actual books from the author, who is Romanian.
This is a fascinating underground installation.
Marx said that, yes indeed, the tables were built for a much taller race of beings, and that there was something there that his father wouldn't even let him see, and he couldn't tell me what that was.
He talked about whether or not we have a scalar weapon that would turn satellites to dust, because I said if we have all this debris, why don't they just shoot a weapon and destroy it?
And in essence, he said that we don't have that kind of technology, that there would still be large pieces floating around if we did that, and that they would cause just as much problem.
And he said that the Twin Towers still had some large pieces left over.
He said you wouldn't believe what is underground in Malta, that prior to the three islands being broken up, there was a Stargate structure and cities underground there.
The Stargate structure is similar to Gobekli Tepe and that you wouldn't believe just how incredible it is.
He said the temples in Malta We're not built by humans.
I asked him about the large bowls in Spain that have landed recently in the fields there and he didn't know about that.
I suggested they might be artificial intelligence constructions or structures and he said it was possible.
I also asked him about the mountain Montserrat outside the city In Barcelona and he agreed that, as I thought, it's a very large reptilian base and the Catholic Church has sort of commandeered the external part of that mountain.
However, you can certainly sense and see the The energetics from the reptilians there, it's massive.
And that was my intuitive take and simply that Mark agreed with that.
He said Spain is a very strange place that things often disappear there and it's one of those places on earth where that happens.
He said basically that means there's some kind of a dimensional rift in Spain, I believe.
So, that's everything that he told me this time.
It seems like I talked to him for many hours and I get all kinds of information, but you can gel it down very quickly and it would be so great to be able to interview him.
in person and using proper recording equipment etc and I wish everyone could see how forthright he is and how very intelligent and you know really really on it in terms of understanding the physics and anything to do with space and And there's just so much more that can be covered, and I hope to get more information in the future.
And he is working on some books now, and please do look on my site for the letters that I'm going to be posting there, the recent letters from Mark.
