This is Carrie Cassidy from Project Camelot, and today is June 13, 2015, and I am talking to a friend of Dale Lewis, let's just say that for now, and you have a story that let's just say that for now, and you have a story that is related to what Dale Lewis has done in an interview with
and you are the person that the soldier, or what appeared to be a soldier, contacted in Texas about a possible EMP attack on Monday This coming Monday, if I understand it correctly.
Now, I want to get on the recorder your permission to record this conversation with the caveat that we are going to decide later on whether we publish this or whether we keep it off the record, but we're going to record it right now.
Do you have my permission to record this?
Alright, so thank you very much.
So now why don't you go ahead and say what you were about to say to me just before we started about why you might be coming forward at this time?
The reason I'm coming forward is because I feel that by and large there's been a lot of disinformation in the media about what's going on with Project Jade Helm 15.
Of course, anybody that does research will know that, you know, governments do put out this information to cover up any potential situations that might actually scare the public, cause panic, pandemic, run on the banks, run on food storage shortages.
So while I understand that there's this information on why they do it, the information that I learned this week definitely needs to be out.
Publicly, for the American people.
The time to prepare is now.
You know, no longer can we just go day to day, hoping to get by.
We need to have our enormously biased challenge.
We realize that through various media outlets, television shows, video games, radio, I've largely been programmed to have a normalcy bias that we will wake up tomorrow, go to work, come home, and go to bed just to do it all over again, that nothing bad is going to happen.
But we've seen several instances in the last 14 years that show otherwise.
Whether you want to talk about the Boston bombing, the attacks on September 11th, or whatever have you, the American people were not prepared.
And I know that there's always You know, different sizes of each topic.
You know, there's people that have been labeled troopers out there about 9-11 that question what went on and why.
And they question because they have a reason to.
When we were in school with kids, we were taught to question everything.
Once we become adults, we are taught not to question anything and just take all the information back.
And the problem with that is It's what's being reported in the media here in Texas is that J-HELM-15 is a military exercise for special forces training for urban contact.
And it's nothing more.
But our history in America shows several occurrences just in the past few years of military exercises that go real-time.
We have an example of that with the September 11, 2001.
When FEMA was actually in New York on that Monday, preparing to do training exercises, and the next morning, Tuesday morning, sadly, it went real-time.
And that kind of gets shrugged aside when recording the whole story.
Other circumstances were, occurrences of gone real-time with Sandy Hook, the Boston bombing, And while I'm not taking away any credit to what went on, and I definitely don't want to be hurtful to the victims, the families, friends, the lost loved ones, it still remains to be said that we need to question what is going on.
And so when Operation Jade Helm burst was reported in the media, Me having friends and family that served in the military, I was already curious as to why Special Forces would choose American cities to run the operations then.
Because the military typically will train in the environment that they're about to go serve in and be deployed to.
Well, why would we choose American cities?
Why would we choose states having those American cities that And certain news outlets get labeled as hostile territory.
And when you hear the word hostile, training exercises and such, it automatically sends up a red flag.
And that's the reason that, you know, I don't believe everything I see.
I don't believe everything I read in the media.
I like to do my own investigation.
I like to search out for myself.
And if I find any sources, That I go against the narrative, and I'll definitely try my best to battle, especially before I carelessly or recklessly post anything on Facebook or any other social media.
The situation with Dave Helm, I was working in Austin, Texas.
I was at a convenience store, me and another co-worker, and a gentleman walked in.
He was plainly shaken up.
I wouldn't go as far as to say something was mentally wrong with him, but you could tell he was shaken up.
He was worried.
He would not look at the camera.
In fact, just observing him before we even made contact, he was purposely walking away from the camera, looking away from it, went talking to us.
And he approached us and he said, I'm sorry if you And it was kind of strange, but casually he asked us, have you heard of Operation Jade Health?

I said yes.
And he said, okay.
He's like, it's going to go real-time Monday.
I was like, what are you talking about?
And he pulled out a, it wasn't a smartphone.
It looked more like an iPad type, notepad.
And he flipped there a couple buttons that can't send them red air messages on the screen.
And then he finally got the documents that, me not being in the military, I can't say 100%, but some documents that I have seen, these look legit.
And it was basically part one, part two, part three, part four of his orders.
And it was for Operation Jade Helm 15.
And his story to us was that he got his marching orders, that he was supposed to be ready to go Friday the 12th, that he knew that Humvees were going to start carrying brass as of Friday, which isn't a good sign.
But he also said that it's not going to be what everybody says of it.
And I questioned him.
I said, well, what do you mean?
What does everybody say it's going to be?
He said, well, the news media says it's going to be a training exercise.
He said conspiracy theorists by and large think that they're just going to initiate martial law.
He's like, that's not going to be the first stage.
He said the first stage will be an EMP attack on the grid.
Which, anybody who can research that knows that an ANP attack was ended up back to the 1800s, so technology-wise.
You're not going to have your cars, you're not going to have running water for too long, no electricity, no communications, and that's what makes it so scary.
You know, 40 years ago, the American public worried, during the Cuban Missile Crisis, we were worried about a nuclear attack.
Those days are long gone.
And an EMP attack would devastate the population, even in just a few states.
And so after hearing what he had to say about it, it automatically piqued my curiosity.
And I said, okay, well, my first question to you is, how do I know you're military?
Well, he went through his arm and showed me a tattoo of a Navy steel emblem.
And I'm familiar with the emblem.
I said, okay, then what are you doing right now?
He said, I'm just trying to warn as many people as possible.
He's like, I'm AWOL. He's like, they're going to be looking for me and anybody else that doesn't follow orders.
And so my question coming up is, well, aren't your orders, aren't you sworn in by oath to protect and uphold the Constitution?
And he said, yes.
And I said, so that will supersede your orders?
And he said, no.
If it's the military or trained to follow orders first.
Now, if you have a grievance with those orders after you carry them out, you can object later on.
And so I questioned him.
I said, so in theory, if you're ordered to start rounding up American citizens or taking away weapons or if an EMP attack happens and martial law is declared, the Constitution is out the window.
And he said, yes.
Now, like I said, doing my own research for years now, I've known of the state of emergency that George W. Bush signed, uh, days after the attack on September 11th.
That state of emergency, which anybody can look up on Wikipedia or various other sites, they know that the state of emergency suspends the Constitution and gives the President executive authority.
That is another reason Why all these policies that lawmakers are making when they use executive order, they go unchallenged because they have that power right now.
The American public can cry all day long and complain that the president is acting unconstitutionally, but the problem is they don't realize that he is acting constitutionally.
The Constitution has since been to giving him the power.
Now that state of emergency It's been for one year.
It has been renewed every year since 2001.
Yeah.
In around September, the first, second week in September.
This year, the President renewed it in May.
Why would he renew it so many months early?
That's very interesting.
Thanks for letting me know about that.
Yes.
Anybody can look this up because it is public record.
Right.
The problem is The mainstream news doesn't report on this, so it doesn't give the average citizen a reason to question.
They just think, well, this law isn't really constitutional.
Well, why is he doing this?
Why are they doing this?
And that's why.
It's because they can.
You know, President Obama, whether you love him or hate him, or agree with him or disagree with him, he is a constitutional professor.
He knows that document better than any American people.
And so he knows that he was well within his rights to do what he's done, just like the president before him and the president before him.
You know, and the reason for me coming out with this information isn't to discredit any kind of election or campaign or political party.
That's not my intent.
In fact, for purposes of this, I'm not even going to specify what political party, if any, that I'm affiliated with.
The purpose of this is if there is going to be an attack, In my country, it is not just my duty, but it's my right, and it's my responsibility to get that message out.
Now, Lord willing, and if praying is going to work in our favor, I hope nothing happens.
I hope Monday comes and goes, and if I'm labeled just a conspiracy nut job that's just got wrong information, then that's fine.
That means American people are safe.
That's great.
But, if my information is correct, and it goes public, and even a few hundred people can catch on and prepare, you know, get a few more cases of water, get some extra food, something that can sustain them,
maybe even go to the drug store and get a few, you know, first aid kits, some pollen, something, because anybody can think about it, the worst possible case scenario, whether it's a flood, Which we've had down here in Texas recently.
Tornado, earthquake, any kind of natural disaster happens when people, when by and large the public's preacher conference are taken away.
You know, you don't have McDonald's, you don't have your cell phone, you don't have cable, internet, phone, water, food shortages.
What do you need?
Do you need food?
Do you need water?
Do you need shelter?
And beyond that, you need medicine.
You need ways to be able to sustain your way of life.
And I'm not saying this is permanent.
However, once again, anybody can look information up that I'm giving.
It's nothing secret.
It's nothing hidden.
Basically just hidden in plain sight.
But it is available to anybody that's willing to take five minutes out of their day and look it up.
Okay, so at this point, can you just elaborate on exactly, you know, how things ended with this guy when he showed you some documents, he showed you what appeared to be, what you're saying is a Navy SEAL tattoo on his arm?
Yes.
So, in other words, he's a Navy SEAL gone AWOL. Yes.
And the way things ended is he walked out of the convenience store, purposely walked the wrong way from where his destination was, around the convenience store, around the same block, came back to the corner and got on a bus.
And when I was wondering why he did it, me and my coworker were watching him, and the best I could determine was the reason he did it was to stay off of any kind of security cameras or traffic cameras that were in that area.
Which to me kind of makes perfect sense.
So with the route he took, there was no cameras that would have caught him.
The only cameras that would catch him are the security cameras in that convenience store and he kept his back towards him 99% of the time he was there.
Okay.
Did he have a hat on?
Just curious.
Yes, he did have a baseball cap on.
He didn't really have it pulled over his eyes too well, but he did have one on.
Okay.
And just the way he was dressed, automatically, I mean, in the area we were working, it's very typical to see people riding their bicycle, jogging, walking their dogs.
So seeing somebody in basketball shorts and a t-shirt wasn't out of the question.
Now to see somebody that just came off of a military base dressed like that, very awkward.
I live between military bases myself and San Antonio, so I'm used to seeing Military personnel, whether they're in their combat competes or whether they're drafts, I'm used to seeing that.
And the way he'd drafts, it just didn't fit.
Okay.
Well, if he was going...
In my opinion, that gave me credit, but yeah, he was AWOL and he was definitely covering his tracks the best he could.
Okay.
Now, if we do publish this, with your permission, obviously, are you willing to put your name on this or do you want to stay without your name?
It's going to be up to you.
I would prefer to use the pseudoname.
Alright.
I created a Facebook page yesterday, as a matter of fact.
The name of it is White Rabbit.
Okay.
Just plain and simple.
And the reason I created it is to kind of sift through a lot of the propaganda, a lot of the false information, and to get different people in different parts of the country on that page, specifically for the reason that, hypothetically, and like I said, Lord willing, nothing happens, but if it does happen, then I'm going to be in Texas until I can, you know, find a safe place and get out of it.
But I'm going to be in Texas.
I'm not going to be able to post anything on Facebook saying, haha, look, it happened.
So that's where it's going to have to be other people taking up the charge and being in the media saying, look, this guy had a Facebook page.
He said this was going to happen.
Now we need to investigate.
And they can go to the media and get with it.
They can do whatever they want to get the word out and spread the message so that no more lies and no more innocent people will be hurt.
You know, one key thing that I always bring back to people when I talk about this, because it doesn't matter what somebody believes happened on September 11, 2001.
We all know that thousands of American lives were lost.
You can look at it as retrocausality, that those lives were lost because 20, 30 years ago we needed help to bring down Soviet Russia, and so we funded and trained Osama bin Laden and his members, and then 30 years later, they took revenge on us.
You know, whether you want to look at it from the standpoint of retrocausality like that, or whether you want to look at it from the standpoint of the object of the New American Century, a document that was written the year before September 11th happened.
Dick Cheney and several others were authors of this.
Of this paper, and in the paper it specifically says what we need to garner more control and more support for our government is another Pearl Harbor.
Well, September 11, 2001, we got that new Pearl Harbor.
And that right there is why I want to get this coverage out.
Whether you use my name, whether you use my pseudo-name, it doesn't matter.
I feel it's my obligation to get any kind of information out there.

Yeah, that would be better because it's not coming up, so I don't know why it's not coming up, but I'll ask him to send it to me.
Now, so you want your name to be the rabbit hole, or do you want to give yourself a name?

As far as this situation, When Dale talked to me off the record, he did make some mentions of possible locations for the EMP and I'm not sure where he was getting that information.
Did you get other information from other places or did you just have some guesses or do you know anything else that you want to put on this recording here?
One other thing that I can give you on the recording and Dale can back me up He saw a fighter jet in his area.
It was a puke green color, but it was swift.
It was very bright, had no other markings, and he's never seen anything like that.
And he tried to describe it, and I was like, well, that kind of sounds like the fighters you'd see in South Korea.
He said, exactly.
I said, okay, well, that's kind of weird.
It's not one of ours.
And he said, correct.
And so this part is purely speculation.
However, I think it's noteworthy to at least be mentioned that if an MP strike happened and there were several reports of a plane that's not one of ours, not a US military plane, then that would definitely lead any news media to say, okay, we were attacked by another country.
And if that were to happen, then it would be very easy for our country and our government to declare war on whoever they wanted to just said that that was who that plane belonged to.
And if that happened, then that right there is the definition of a false flag.
Right.
And like I said, I mean, it just depends.
I mean, it doesn't matter what people believe in past events.
It doesn't matter what people believe now.
What people should understand and what I want anybody to take away from this is you need to be prepared.
Even if you're just prepared for a natural disaster, you will be prepared for this.
Okay.
If you have an exit plan, you will be prepared.
Okay.
Did this guy, the soldier, give you a name for himself or not?
No.
Okay, and did he talk about anything else besides this EMP? Was there other things listed on the report you saw?
The second page looked to be instructions on what to do after an EMP attack.
It just looked like a basic list of instructions on what these soldiers were to do.
The third page Appeared to be marching orders as to if and when martial law would be declared.
You know, what steps are we going to take?
And that's the part that really had me intrigued, but like I said, he didn't just stand around letting us just completely ask questions forever.
I mean, with a brief, he showed us a document.
I saw him long enough to get a general idea of what they said, what they were about, and to be very concerned about that I'm Trying to bring this story to anybody that I can.
Okay, and this is more or less my last question.
Did you have any reason to think that he might have been part of a PSYOP, either unknowingly become a part of a PSYOP or being, in other words, did he appear to be programmed or not in his right mind in any way or did he, you know, is this possible, did it cross your mind that maybe he was set up to do this and that this might be some kind of PSYOP? Well, it always crosses my mind.
I don't rule anything out.
I mean, I consider myself a true skeptic.
As far as I'm not just going to try to debunk everything I see or hear, but on the same extent, I want as much information as I can so I can draw my own conclusions from it.
No, he didn't seem to be programmed, nor did he seem to be part of any kind of disinformation campaign unknowingly.
I'm not saying it's out of the question.
I didn't know it happened.
You know, there were reports coinciding with Jade Helm 15 operations that there were military men and women that were going to infiltrate the general population to see if they could go undetected.
And so it did cross my mind that maybe he was one of them.
And maybe he was trying to fill people out on those.
But in the back of my head, I'm thinking, okay, so he starts to panic.
And it's to the point now where it's too late to make a run on the banks.
I mean, if something was going to happen, it would happen, if it happens according to what he said, it will happen Monday.
So, I mean, from Saturday morning to Monday, sometime Monday, it's not enough time for people to make a run on the banks to get cash out and to really store up, you know, food and water necessities.
You know, they can store up food and water now and do the best that they can, But, by and large, the main runs on the banks, the main disorder that you're going to see, it's not going to happen now.
It's too late.
Okay, and what part of Texas are you in?
Okay, and somebody mentioned Dallas as being, I guess we were talking, I was talking to Dale, he was saying that there's a circle on that map of, you know, the military map of Jade Helm saying there's You know, red states and blue states and hostels and all this.
There seems to be a weird semi-circle in a certain area of Texas that includes Dallas.
Did you come to that conclusion at all that that might be a targeted area or, you know, the circle might mean something on that map?
Or did you just, you know, did that occur to you or anything?
No, I have made that determination.
The circle includes areas north of Austin.
Uh, Bastrop, uh, which has actually been in the news a lot because there are UN, uh, vehicles being stored in empty, uh, empty pastures out in the Bastrop area, and that's where some of the first reports of the UN vehicles and Jade Helm 15 exercises came from was that area.
Now, there's four to five military bases in San Antonio, and if you draw a line from San Antonio straight north to Dallas to Fort Worth, you're looking at a four and a half hour drive.
So it's definitely well within reason that if anything were to happen in and around that circle, you would effectively take out Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, basically the heart of Texas.
Okay.
Did you happen to hear about the shooting that happened at a police station today, I think it was, in Dallas?
Yes, it happened this morning.
Okay.
And did you have any reason to think there was any kind of connection with Jade Helm in that shooting?
No, not at all.
Okay.
The one thing, and I just want to put this out there, a lot of people, me, myself included, and so I actually started going back and reading history, a lot of people don't understand how a police state works or how martial law is clear.
And I would say to anybody that is anywhere in doubt on how this happens, they can go back into history and read what happened with Operation Condor down in Argentina.
And that will give them the playbook as to what takes place and how it goes down.
I mean, because basically Operation Condor down in Argentina, Guayna Fara, that was a very war.
You know, you have the government, you have the military, you have the police fighting amongst each other, fighting amongst cartels, And in martial law and in a police state, life still goes wrong.
You still wake up.
You still go to the store, get your coffee.
You still go to work.
You still do your normal routine.
The problem is, you're under the thumb of the military and of the government that that military answers to.
And that's where it gets scary.
So I would just encourage anybody that hears or reads this, please look up Operation Condor.
Please educate yourself.
You know, go to a library, go online, whatever you have to do to make yourself so comfortable that the information you're getting is credible.
Okay.
Have you been seeing any military vehicles in the area, aside from the one you mentioned, or that Dale saw, I guess, a plane?
Yes, there was a convoy two weeks ago heading in Pleasanton, Texas, on back roads, which is very strange.
Pleasanton is about 45 minutes south of San Antonio.
It's a very small farming community, rural community, and when the military does drills out here, typically they will take the major highways, and there's a convoy.
To see them going down these back roads was very suspicious, but being that I'm not in the military, I can't say one way or the other why they did that.
Okay, what about any foreign troops?
That I have not seen any that I would recognize before, no ma'am.
Okay.
All right.
Well, thank you very much for coming forward.
And at this time, you know, I do want to give you a caution that I already put out one interview, as you know, with Dale Lewis.
I'm not aware of what kind of feedback we're getting.
I haven't actually taken the time to look.
On the YouTube and I did allow comments.
You get tons of trolls, so I tend not to want to read those comments, but I just want to let you know that Whatever, for what it's worth, you know, that people could recognize your voice, that eventually information can come out, you know, it just could interfere with your life in certain ways.
There's also the possible repercussions of, you know, Jade Helm and the military and, you know, because we have a rogue situation going on in the United States at this time where you can't really trust, in my opinion, the military or the police.
You don't know which side they are on, so to speak.
But I just want to warn you that if I do make this public, you know, there could be issues.
So I really want you to think about it carefully.
If you want to get back to me and think about it, I can hold on to this.
I thought about it.
I fully understand the repercussions and I'm fully prepared to answer to them.
Alright.
I feel that it's my responsibility.
And I'll take what repercussions come from it.
But I do appreciate the warning.
Okay.
And I do appreciate your time hearing me out on this.
And I just think we just need to pray that everything goes good and nothing happens.

And I just want to thank you for being a concerned American and that that's something we need more of.
We need conscientious Americans that care about our future and the future of our country and our world because America obviously is having an impact on everything that happens around the world as well.
