Nurses, we're back on the picket lines for a fifth day today in what appears to be turning into a drawn-out fight after nearly 15,000 nurses walked off the job early Monday morning.

I mean, that seems like a significant number, especially in a city where I'm sure hospitals are just teeming with activity all the time.
New York City seems like that would be, I mean, I don't know about crippling, but certainly impacting.
I wonder if they're trying to call in nurses.
There's a lot of traveling nurses.
Negotiations are expected to resume between the nurses union and Mount Sinai Hospital, Mount Sinai Morningside and West.
This is all today while no talks are scheduled with the two other hospital systems, New York Presbyterian and Monty Fior.
Yeah, I'm not hearing much about this in the national media.
Seems like that's a pretty significant deal.
And the numbers going up.
I mean, this deal could have 20,000 nurses striking by next week if a deal is not made.
Now, where is the money going to come from?
Where are the extra nurses going to come from?
You'd think that would be like, how are things still operating?

There is another girl on TikTok who is tracking flights, government flights, or like leaving migration detention centers.
And they are just going out into the ocean and then turning around.
Just going out and turning around, the flights are not making it to their destinations.

You understand what's going on right now.
There's another guy on TikTok who said that he got pulled over by the cops.
He's an American citizen.
He just happened to have a Spanish last name.
And they went and they looked through his information.
They were like, We can't find you in any system.
He's like, Well, he had like several IDs because he lived in a couple of different states.
He was like, Well, I have this ID, I have that motorcycle ID, I have this.
And then the cops were like, Oh, you can thank your friends at ICES.
So they're taking people, American citizens.
He's white, by the way.
He just had a Spanish last name.
They're taking people who have American nationals who have Spanish last names, removing them from databases so that when they get pulled over by cops and people like that, they go, Oh, you're not in the system.
The incinerators are probably bringing being brought in to burn waste, or who knows, maybe to heat the facilities because Florida is about to experience some unseasonal cold weather.
So it's either for burning waste or heating these units.
And you're insinuating that they're going to be what?

And then, oh, ICE is throwing people out of airplanes.
And people in shackles are washing up ashore, guys.
And they're erasing people from Florida's database with Hispanic last names.

Why isn't there action?
Why aren't there mass arrests?
All of this stuff.
I blame that on Bondi, but I would just say, guys, I don't know what you're surprised at.
You know that all the BLM riots, probably the worst riots in the history of this country, at least as far as property damage and death is concerned, those were the most violent riots in the history of this country.
The BLM riots of 2020.
Trump let all those happen.
So I don't really understand what you guys are so surprised about.
Trump let this stuff happen with BLM.
He's not going to stay.
I don't think, you know, I don't anticipate he's changed as far as what level of involvement he thinks he should have in these things.
So I look at Bondi, who said she was going to shut this down and then never did.
So that's kind of the one thing I see with some of the viral videos complaining that Trump isn't doing enough.

But the people on the right and American Patriots know it's like once you break that glass, once you go into that arena, you don't get out of it.

And remember, when this first started happening, they were already trying to do that.

But apparently, you know, all the guys around her, security team, apparently everybody, she was the neighborhood bicycle.

This is going to lead me to another thing I wanted to talk about today.
AI psychosis.
Don't fall into this.
Be really aware of this.
And I think most of it is hype and most of it is just weak-minded people.
But no, I'd say you need to have some awareness of this.
Reports of AI psychosis are on the rise.
A psychiatrist explains what to look out for.
This is from study finds.
AI psychosis isn't a diagnosis, but a growing clinical shorthand for cases where psychotic symptoms are shaped or intensified by interactions with chatbot and other generative AI.
Be aware of this.
Be aware.
AI doesn't appear to cause psychosis outright, but clinicians worry it may reinforce, prolong, or even precipitate symptoms in people who are already vulnerable, existing disorders, high-risk individuals.
The core risk is validation without reality checks because chat bots are designed to be responsive and affirming.
They can unintentionally strengthen delusional interpretations in users with impaired reality testing.
So I think a lot of this is hype and really strong-minded, strong-willed people are probably not.
This isn't even in the realm of possibility.
But you know what?
I would be aware.
I would just be aware if you're really into AI and AI chatbots and interacting with it.
Just I'd be aware of this.
Just have a sense of awareness about this.
And this will lead me to another conclusion here in a minute.
So there's a lawsuit on this, by the way.
And I do believe there's other lawsuits with AI.
There's multiple lawsuits dealing with AI, but I believe there's some lawsuits when it comes to either people committing suicide or attempting to.
This case is a little different.
I think this is the case.
No, this is the death one.
What would lawsuit settlements on AI psychosis achieve?
So there's another one.
Yeah, this is one involving a death.
There's a bunch of other ones out there.
There's a bunch of these weird cases.
I think a lot of them are in this story from Irish tech news that I have pulled up here.
But so there's, you know, there's suicides, there's delusions.
And there's this, there's this other one where it's like there's industry stuff now.
Like an AI has deceived somebody into thinking that they have a great business idea and then it's, you know, it's not.
Here's another one.
Chat GPT served as suicide coach in man's death lawsuit alleges.
So you've got these suicides.
Here's like a you might call this like industry, I guess.
Lawsuit alleges chat GPT convinced user he could bend time leading to psychosis.
So they go into these these chat bots and they're like, hey, can I time travel?
Can I bend time?
It's like, oh, maybe.
And they start to get theoretical and propose formulas and stuff.
And people think, oh, I'm onto something.
And they think they're going to bend time or time travel.
One individual had AI convincing him that he like reformulated some quantum physics, quantum physics formula, and he like found a way to simplify it.
And he, the AI chatbot convinced him of this.
And so he tried to start an entire industry or company using this formula, and then it didn't work after weeks.
And he realized it was not real.
So that person is suing.
And then there is the drama between Ashley St. Clair and Elon Musk.
And now these lawsuits are going both ways, by the way.
XAI, these documents on the screen shared by Tony Ortiz from currentrevolt.com, a Texan.
XAI has sued Ashley St. Clair in Texas federal court for breaching X terms of service by threatening New York lawsuit over Grok deep fakes.
X is asking for an injunction to force Texas venue plus 75K in damages.
You know, there's a weird thing.
I'm not a big AI user, really.
But, you know, I use it enough to pick up on some patterns or let's say notice things.
That right there is probably a trigger for the ADL now, just saying that.
But no, there's clearly certain things, and I've actually got some evidence of this in my leftover stack that I could potentially go to.
There's clearly things that Grok won't touch.
A lot of it is geopolitical, but there's clearly things that Grok will not touch.
It just, you can ask it on an ex-post and it just will not respond.
And so people have seen this.
You probably know what I'm talking about.
And it's just like, it just will not respond.
It's like it always responds.
It will not respond.
But it always is doing these deep fakes and these, you know, taking people's clothes off.
It's like, why can't we shut that down?
I don't understand why I don't get it.
I don't know.
Musk must like it or it's good for business as he sees it.
I don't know.
But so St. Clair says, and, you know, obviously with the personal situation with her and Musk, that's a factor.
I think we have to recognize that that is a factor.
But so St. Clair says, okay, Grok is not allowed to undress me.
And of course, somebody says, Hey, Grok, put her in a bathing suit.
And then, you know, Grok produces the image.
And so St. Clair says, Okay, you know, I'm suing.
And I guess X is saying this is in the terms of service.
I guess, and they're probably right, by the way.
And I see people complaining about some of this stuff.
And it was actually leftist women.
And I guess Ashley is kind of going that way now.
Again, take it all with a grain of salt with the personal issues.
But there was these leftist women and they were doing these videos like, I don't give you permission.
And I'm like, actually, you already gave permission when you downloaded the app.
I guarantee them to you, it's in the term of service.
So now here we are.
X is saying, no, it is in the terms of service.
You can't, there's nothing you can do.
They're legally covered on this thing in their terms of service.
And nobody knows.
Nobody's reading the terms of service.
You're not reading whatever it is.

But no, they program the AI now to make sure Israel's interests are protected.
It's not up for debate.

And I know people just went through the cell phone outage.
And I was kind of sitting there and I had this moment where, whatever, you go through your routine.
And when you're me and you work in media, sometimes part of that routine, because I'm constantly consuming news, I'm addicted to it.
That's what it is.
I'm addicted to it.
So part of my routine, it's like if I'm at the gym, I like to do a heavy lift and then I scroll on X or post on X. Or this morning, I make breakfast.
I sit down at the table.
I put my phone up and I, you know, scroll X, whatever, watch X videos, got the news up in the background, everything.
And it wasn't working.
And I kind of had, and these are reactions.
These are like chemical reactions that you can't, there's nothing you can even really do about it.
It's just your biochemistry.
And when you're addicted to something, and I'm addicted to news, probably addicted to my phone.
And it's like I had this moment where it's like my X wasn't working, my Venmo wasn't working.
And I was like, I was like, what is going on here?
I was like, oh my gosh, like, I need a cigarette.
Like, I don't smoke cigarettes, but you get the point.
And it hit me.
And I'm like, wow, okay, I know I'm addicted to this.
And I know it's not healthy, but it's what I do for a living.
Okay, I accept it.
But it hit me.
It's like, all right, guys, you have to be prepared for this.
So we talk about emergency preparedness.
All right, we get that.
You need to be mentally prepared for an internet outage because there's going to be, if that ever happens or when it happens, there's going to be, people are literally going to have psychotic breaks.
And if you are not mentally fit, People are going to have psychotic breaks because they can't get access to whatever on their phone.
They can't get access to whatever on their television, their favorite show, their favorite app, their bank account, whatever it is.
Folks, there will be complete and utter psychotic breaks if and when the internet goes down.
And after what we saw this week, you kind of got to look at that as a real potential reality, whether it's an attack or just it just happens.
Technical issues just happen.
And it just hit me in that moment where I'm like, like, I had this moment of panic.
I'm like, my God, it's my ex, my Venmo.
Oh, oh, my God.
And I quickly realized, I'm like, hey, whoa, whoa, you're an addict.
Just relax.
And I said, okay, you know what?
Yeah, I need to get out of here.
I went to the gym, went and laid out at the pool, and I just didn't think about it.
But you need to, you cannot, I'm telling you, folks, when this stuff goes down, if we have an internet outage or God forbid, EMP attack, whatever it is, and internet goes out, power goes out, guys.
Do not prepare yourself.
Do not have that psychotic break.
Recognize what it is right now and get ahead of it.
And for me, for me, it was go to the gym, go to the pool.
That's what it was for me.
It was like, hey, there's a real world out there.
I don't need this.
I can go lift a weight.
I don't need this.
I can go, I can go hop in a pool.
I don't, I don't, I don't need this.
I think I need this.
My body thinks I need this.
My body chemicals make me think I need this.
I don't need this.
So that's how I dealt with it really quickly today because I didn't like it.
I did not like that when that happened when I couldn't get on X or Venn mode today.
I did not like that.
And I said, I don't like this feeling.
I'm going to the gym right now.
I'm going to the pool right now.
So just, folks, just be ready.
Just have yourself mentally prepared.
And most of you probably are.
