Magistrate Judge rejects charges against Don Lemon over anti-ICE protest in Minnesota church.
A Minnesota federal magistrate judge refused to sign a complaint charging independent journalist Don Lemon in connection with the protest inside a church in St. Paul on Sunday.
Multiple sources familiar with the proceedings told CBS News, basically, Pam Bondi and the DOJ put forward a request to charge Don Lemon, and the judge denied it.
Two other, at least two other people who stormed the church have been arrested.
I believe a third has now been arrested.
That creepy looking Raspbuten guy has been arrested at this point.
But the judge wouldn't sign it for Don Lemon, and I'll tell you all about that a little bit later in the show.
The judge is, of course, one of these judges who has spent his entire career, dedicated his entire career at this point to counter signaling everything Trump does and trying to stop him at every pass.
He was also a judge that signed dozens of arrest warrants for January 6th protesters.
So if you're a plumber from Montana and you take an unapproved tour through the U.S. Capitol, he will send you to jail.
If you're Don Lemon on video collaborating with a group of terrorists storming into a church to frighten children, that's A-OK, just so we're aware of the non-existence of law and order in this country at this point.
Although the attempts to bring it back have had some astounding success, murders plummeted more than 20% in the U.S. last year, the largest drop on record study shows.
Murders plummeted more than 20% in 2025 from the year before, the single largest one-year drop on record, and it might be the lowest murder rate in the U.S. since 1900.
A study released Thursday by the Council on Criminal Justice found.
Yeah, it turns out arresting and convicting criminals makes the crime rate go down.
This is an incredible discovery.
We may have to take this into account when deciding things in the future.
Or we can just keep letting the criminals out and hope it turns around.
Meanwhile, U.S. Prosecutor Jack Smith tells Congress that Trump willfully broke laws.
Former U.S. Special Counsel Jack Smith, who unsuccessfully prosecuted President Donald Trump, told the House of Representatives panel on Thursday that Trump was, quote, looking for ways to stay in power following his defeat in the 2020 election as he confronted Republican criticisms of his investigation.
Smith was fielding questions before the Republican-controlled House Judiciary Committee about his two criminal cases, which he dropped after Trump won the 2024 presidential election.

Of course, he is not repentant or they're moving ahead full steam.
I mean, they're acting as if they're still the ones in charge.
And in a lot of ways, they are.
So I guess that makes sense.
But of course, that proceeding is what was interrupted by Michael Fanon claiming that Ivan Rakelin had raped his kids because I think he's an insane person that shouldn't be anywhere near power.
Meanwhile, Bondi says two people arrested over protest at Minnesota church service.
Attorney General Pam Bondi said Thursday that two people have been arrested over the anti-immigration enforcement protest at a Minnesota church service.
Saying minutes ago, at my direction, FBI agents executed an arrest in Minnesota.
So far, we've arrested Nakima Levy Armstrong, who allegedly played a role in organizing the coordinated attack on City's Church in St. Paul, Minnesota.
We'll share more updates as they become available.

I want to go to some of these videos of the Jack Smith hearing, which I don't know.

Maybe I should repeat myself, but I feel like Jack Smith is one of these things where from the beginning, it's always been absurd that this guy was ever appointed to anything.
His entire career, up to the point that he became this special counsel, which he was never duly qualified to do.
They never went through an approval process in the Senate.
He's just some guy.
He's just, Merritt Garland called up his friend Jack and said, get Donald Trump.
That's literally what happened here.
And they gave him like carte blanche, the Georgia election case, the New York real estate case, the documents case in Mar-a-Lago.
Why is one person running all of these investigations?
Because it was about Donald Trump.
Get him on whatever.
If you got to come up with some scam about Georgia, go with that.
Of course, we know beyond any doubt.
I mean, the reason all of this is absurd is because all of these things were obviously lies from the very beginning.
And why we have to suffer through a decade of inaction by the government in correcting any of these abuses of power is just absurd.
I mean, from Russia Gate to the Mueller investigation to the 2020 election, it was stolen right in front of us.
We knew it before the election even happened because we saw the way the mail-in ballots were impossible to verify or disprove.
So it's just exhausting having to say this over and over and over again.
Now it sounds like, you know, more people are saying this.
Actually, one of the clips that we have today from the Jack Smith hearing is him basically admitting that he wasn't really sworn in.
They like faked his swearing in, I guess, but it makes sense because he was never sworn in because he was never approved by the Senate.
His appointment was illegal on the face of it, the entire time.
So again, I don't know why we have to suffer through listening to these people.
Same with this Michael Fanone guy.
He's become a celebrity because of such a dirtbag.
All these guys, they're just dirtbags and they just lie continuously and they get busted on this and it doesn't matter for some reason.
I don't get why they get away with everything all the time.
I don't know the particulars of why they asked me to do it again, but you signed it on the 20th of November 22nd, November 2022, but there was no witness, which, I mean, you have to agree.
It's a little odd.
If there's no witness saying that you took the oath of office, it would maybe make someone like me question whether or not you were legitimately doing the job until you finally took the oath of office.
It sounds like the Attorney General had the same question and thought, oh, shit, we got to have him sign this on the 14th day of September of the following year.
So why did you take the oath of office again on the 14th of September of the following year when you say you took the office in November of 2022?
He's just some dude that's walking around pretending like he's a duly appointed expert and is allowed to do this.
He's issuing subpoenas and he's gathering evidence.
He has no right to do any of it.
He's just some dude.
He never took a valid oath.
He was never approved by the Senate.
I mean, if these things don't matter, then why did Lindsey Halligan just get kicked off?
Then why did the Comey indictment get thrown out?
That all had to do with her not being accurately and duly appointed, even though she was.
And even though she only had to be appointed as a interim, didn't require Senate approval for the first 90 days or whatever it is, but they only had to appoint her because the guy that had been previously appointed was slow walking it and was going to let the statute of limitations expire in five days.
So they had to appoint Lindsay Halligan, but she doesn't get approved by the Senate because there's literally no time.
She has to get an indictment in five days.
She gets the indictment.
Then the indictment's thrown out because they say Lindsey Halligan isn't duly approved of.
However, neither is Jack Smith, and nothing he did ever ran into that barrier.
How very curious, right?
I mean, I guess we're just relearning this over and over again.
It's being reasserted constantly: the fact that the Democrats really do not have laws.
They really just do whatever the hell they want, whenever the hell they want.
Whereas the Republicans, even if we are adhering to the law, even if Trump is sticking exactly to the letter of the law perfectly, they will still just claim that he's not and just throw it out anyway.
Completely, utterly, and outrageously rage assistant.
This is Jim Jordan questioning Jack Smith.
He caught him on a couple things.
Let's go to Jim Jordan questioning Jack Smith earlier today.
She was their star witness, January 6th Committee, their star witness in one of those staged and choreographed hearings they paid the former president of ABC News to put together.
She was, in fact, the only witness at this special prime time hearing Tuesday, June 28th, 2022, 8 o'clock in the evening, and she told some stories.
I mean, these were some stories.
She talked about President lunged across the back seat, grabbed the steering wheel, tried to drive the car to the Capitol.
Chairman Jordan, my assessment of that particular issue is that with respect to the testimony about someone lunging the president lunging towards the driver, my recollection of her testimony about that is that it was secondhand.
Secret Service agent who was actually in the car that day.
You know what he said?
He said it didn't happen.
And they both said the first time they ever heard this story was when Ms. Hutchinson testified in the primetime hearing as their star witness of the January 6th Committee.
By the way, did you ever confirm her testimony about this particular incident?
Did you ever confirm the president leaping across the seat, grabbing the steering wheel, this whole concoction she brought up in the January 6th hearing?
We interviewed another first-hand witness who was in the car who did not confirm that that had happened, but also your deposition to the committee last month, Mr. Smith, you said this.
Yeah, and you also said Ms. Hutchinson, regarding this particular claim, was a second or even third-hand witness.
We asked you, if you were a defense attorney, how would you handle cross-examining her if she was on the witness stand?
And you said, if I were a defense attorney, Ms. Hutchinson were a witness, the first thing I would do was seek to preclude her testimony because it was hearsay.
The fact that they used her in a primetime hearing and you won't rule out using her or didn't rule out using her, putting her on the witness stand when everybody knows she wasn't telling the truth.
That says it all.
That's the degree the left and Democrats were willing to go to get President Trump.
Putting on the witness stand someone everybody knows is making it up.
Someone that the whole country knows wasn't telling the truth, and you were still considering putting her on the witness stand because you had to get President Trump.
I mean, we just saw Jim Jordan set up a trap, set up a stick with the box over it and a string, and then go hide behind a tree.
And here comes dumbass Jack Smith wandering right into it.
But he has to.
He kind of has to.
It was sort of a trap of his own making, actually, because what is he going to say?
No, Cassidy Hutchinson is completely unqualified, totally untrustworthy, and I would never have chosen her to be a witness.
Well, then why was she a witness for January 6th?
Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
He can't say that she's a totally untrustworthy witness because it undermines the entire January 6th show trial that they did.
But he also can't say, yeah, absolutely, we're going to use her testimony because everybody knows the testimony is entirely fraudulent.
Now, the problem that we were talking about back when the January 6th show trial was going on was it was just that, a show trial.
And the convenience of a show trial is you can have a witness go up, lie her ass off, completely, flagrantly fabricate events that never happened, but she never gets cross-examined.
Because a show trial has that convenient aspect to it, that you never have to give the defendant a chance to defend themselves.
You can just put forward people who will condemn the people accused and never be questioned about the legitimacy or the accuracy of their retelling of the evidence that they provide.
That's the whole problem the entire time.
Cassie Hutchinson wouldn't have been able to say the lies, she said, if there had been a defendant and a lawyer for the defendant, and they'd been able to cross-examine her.
The whole thing would have fallen apart.
It would have been exposed as the ridiculous charade that it always was.
That's why they had the show trial, was to put that evidence out into the public sphere, dress it up as if it looks like a court proceeding.
And so the assumption is to the average person watching, to the normie watching there, when they see a judge and a witness in a stand and a lawyer questioning her, gee, this looks an awful lot like a trial.
And so they're going to assume that the same provisions of a trial apply, that the person's taken an oath to tell the truth, that they'll be cross-examined, that the evidence has been approved of by the judge to be presented to a jury.
There was no jury.
There was no defendant.
There was no cross-examination whatsoever because it was a show trial put on by traitors to our country attempting to disguise their tyranny under the facade of a legal proceeding, under the facade of due process.
So well done by Jim Jordan, just completely exposing all of that, that they knew that Cassidy Hutchinson was lying and they put her on the stand anyway.
They approved of her evidence and presented it as if it was truthful anyway, despite knowing it was fake, because they could, because there was no cross-examination.
Pretty simple, actually.
No rules of evidence.
No ability for the accused to affront their to confront their accuser.
Because the entire thing was anathema to the fundamental function of our entire system, not just the judiciary, but like literally the things that America was built on.
Innocent until proven guilty, the right to defend yourself, the right to speak for yourself in public when other people are condemning you.
All of those things were deliberately destroyed by the Democrats in this sickening and tyrannical pursuit of their political enemies.
Which is why it's so infuriating that none of these people have been put in jail yet.
I mean, Jack Smith's just a figurehead.
He has a legion behind him of corrupt people that helped put this on, that helped carry this out.
Absolutely infuriating.
And these people are genuinely psychotic.

This is disgraced former Capitol policeman Michael Fanon coughing and yelling, go F yourself at one of the congressmen like a child, like he is like the fourth grade class clown trying to make the cool kids laugh by pretending to cough and saying, F you.

And we're supposed to treat him like he's some sort of champion for the First Amendment champion for America, that he upholds what's best about us.
The man is a drooling psychotic.

This is Jack Smith again, continuing to prop up the unbelievable lie that Donald Trump is some sort of master criminal, that Jack Smith is a hero for trying to stop.

If this defendant were anyone other than Donald J. Trump, Mr. Smith, I find it hard to believe that we would be sitting here today having a hearing about an indictment that was returned, knowing that the elements of the offenses could not be demonstrated.
None of this has any legitimacy in a constitutional order.
Literally none of it.
The show trial for January 6th was a call it a farce, but like it's more than a farce because it was ridiculous.
It was a circus because it was all fraudulent on the face of it.
But it's like calling a gunshot wound a farce.
It's like, no, this was an attempt to murder our country, actually.
It was an attempt to create the groundwork for show trials so that political dissidents could be tried in public but never be allowed to defend themselves and outrageous lies against them would be Entered into the record as if it was under oath testimony when it never was.

So, no, the warrants for Trump were never legitimate.
The indictments against Trump were completely fraudulent.
Jack Smith's appointment was completely illegal.
None of this was ever legal.
So, why are they still sitting there as free people?
Why, when they tried, and even if they failed, and they didn't really fail, like it keeps like, what is the charge for like attempted tyranny?

This is earlier today, Ivan Rakelin squaring off with psychotic ex-Capitol policeman, Michael Fanone.

Treating these people that way, threatening my children, threatening my children, the whole thing is insane.
He is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, former Green Beret, intelligence officer, and constitutional lawyer with 25 years of experience countering threats from ISIS, the Taliban, MS-13, and Russian aggression across the Army and U.S. intelligence community.
And of course, he is sort of a one-man wrecking ball to the New World Order and the deep state.
I guess I'm now defending against our domestic enemies and threats.
It was such a great opportunity to showcase to the entire planet that this, by the way, he was a Metropolitan Police Department officer, spent a majority of his time undercover.
And when you read his book, which I did, he lauds that he's drinking buddies with Nancy Pelosi.
And on more than one occasion, he would actually call and speak with her at two or three in the morning about things.
Also, he talks about how he had a, I believe if I'm not mistaken, I'll have to pull these up now that everybody's asking me for an interview as we highlight this individual and his unhinge demeanor.
He also had a, I think, a drug problem, if I'm not mistaken.
Again, I read it a couple of years ago, but I think I'm right on that one.
And some of the things that he started spewing out, he knew immediately that he already lost his cool.
His fellow U.S. Capitol Police Fed surrectionists, along with MPD Fed surrectionists, were there to hold him back from essentially assaulting me.
Let me face it.
He can't assault me because one of the elements is fear or apprehension of harm, which I can never have.
So, I mean, I guess you could get him for battery if he did touch me.
And so you can see that he was on the verge of doing so.
And remember, this is a calm break.
And all I did was put my hand out and say, Michael, Ivan Rakelin, just to say hello.
This isn't the first time I've interacted with him.
In every single instance where I physically am in his proximity, I use cordial language.
I don't raise my voice.
And the reason why I do that is I want people to see that this is the avatar of the U.S. Capitol Police and Metropolitan Police Department officer that were on the grounds on January 6th as part of the Fed surrection crew, completely unhinged.
And then furthermore, the blatant lies and defamation.
He gave a few examples of defamation where he said that I had raped his children.
I'm not sure if I have the recording of it, but after he sat down, he then looked back.
He was actually allowed.
The Democrats allowed him back.
By the way, the Democrats applauded him as he assaulted a female U.S. Capitol police officer on his way out of being yanked out from me as I, again, in a professional tone, professional demeanor, tried to de-escalate the situation.
But no, he couldn't contain himself because you only act that way when you have something to hide.
I mean, I have nothing to hide.
I'm just trying to expose the corruption.
And he's obviously one of those key players.
He was one of the four witnesses during the January 6th, Pelosi Fed Surrection Cover-Up Committee, along with the other three.
You see there, Harry Dunn, Daniel Hodges, and Akanilo Gonel.
Fortunately for the other three, they can actually maintain their cool.
I've communicated with them and they take the option of, they just try to avoid communicating with me.
That's their full discretion to do so.
And I respect that.
So they can maintain, they may be lying.
They're probably ashamed.
For example, Harry Dunn perjured himself along with U.S., along with David Lazarus, who was Nancy Pelosi's, one of her head of personnel security protection.
Those two officers perjured themselves in the Oath Keepers trial, right?
So the other ones, I mean, Akanilo Ganel and Daniel Hodges, I've had no issues with them.
I've spoken with both briefly, but they try to avoid any interactions.
But the unique, distinct component of this Michael Fanon, I think the whole world, I'm kind of glad that it is going viral.
Not for me.
I want America and the world to highlight the actions and demeanor and the unhinged nature of Michael Fanon.
And think to yourself, huh, if he's acting that way in a calm congressional hearing, laying out expletives, totally unhinged, imagine his demeanor while he was conducting police work as a police officer in D.C.
And then also on January 6th.
This guy is pro somebody called me earlier today.
They said, I've never heard of this guy, but his demeanor shows that probably his entire career, he's been bullying his way through life.
And I think the audience will agree that the attempted bullying of me probably didn't work based on when you come at me like that, I'm not going to violate any law, but I'm not going to bend a knee.
Never bent the knee on COVID, never bent the knee on the illegal 2020 election, heist, never bent a knee on the Fed surrection where they try to jam the insurrection on us.
I just don't bend a knee.

The only way that I bend a knee is when I'm deceased, okay?

There are rules in Congress.
There's some level of decorum that people expect.

I'm there to listen peacefully, patriotically, professionally, maintain decorum.

I did personal hygiene, unlike what we saw with this former MPD officer.
I put on a suit and tie because of the respect that I have for the institution, albeit most of the members are complete traitors or cowards, right?
I still give deference to our institutions to try to up the game of our institutions by trying to present myself in a legal, moral, ethical, and standard manner.
Well, you notice how the Democrat impeachment hoax number two impeachment manager, Jamie Ratzkin, who not he should be not only censured, expelled, he should be sitting and rotting in a prison cell for his treasonous activity from going way back with that faked impeachment hoax number two.
Keep in mind, it was Jamie Raskin's wife, Sarah, that was one of the 39 that unlawfully spied on and unmasked General Flynn during the 2016 to 2017 transition period in order to support the Biden criminal syndicate's effort, meaning when he was a failed vice president, in order to go after General Flynn to get him to lie or to get him fired.
And then when that didn't work, then they concocted, according to Biden, a attempted Logan Act violation.
These individuals are still in the halls of power in our government.
And guess who supports them?

And I asked them if they would want to join us for lunch to have a conversation, to talk about, compare notes about what happened on January 6th.

And guess what happened after we left?
He immediately, I shouldn't say he, there was a call to the Metropolitan Police that there was supposedly a bomb, an alleged bomb placed at that venue in order to cover up the narrative of what we had captured on video of him completely going apoplectic and losing his cool because it doesn't look good for the Democrats.
They totally lose the information war when you expose them.
So they had to come up with something even more sensational to cover up his unhinged nature.
So I'm of the opinion after, no, I mean, maybe he was behind that, making that call in.
And then maybe in this, well, not maybe, in this instance, complete fabrications and lies.
I mean, he just went into complete lie mode.
I guess similar to how he did on the J6 committee.
Well, one, he's the star witness for the MSLSDs and the criminal news networks of the world in order to say that, oh, I was attacked.
I was bludgeoned and beaten, right, by the January 6ers.
And because he's emotionally unstable, obviously, as we saw here, it was very good to use somebody that's very emotionally unstable, has issues with self-control, as well as consuming different products, whether it's alcohol or other forms of drugs.
Again, according to his own book, I think I got it right.
Again, I was hoping I'd have time to pull it up to be able to actually get the quote of his own words in his own book.
And so he's the darling of the left to emotionally get people riled up.
He often swears on the different programs, effectively having Tourette's syndrome based on his behavior, right?
But I mean, I'm not a doctor, but just as a layperson, I would diagnose him in that manner.
But before that, from what I know, and Gary McBride, who's been looking at all the different videos and assessing the witnesses specifically, these particular four, what Gary McBride told me from the CCTV footage and the body cam footage, this guy concocted a majority of his story up.
Now, I get it.
There was some pushing and shoving going on.
I mean, imagine what happens to somebody on hinge like this when I'm calmly addressing him and when somebody just kind of like maybe accidentally bumps into him.
He just goes into full meltdown.
So I would buy maybe at best 1% of his narrative and story related to January 6th.
Now multiply that by every single officer that was there that wasn't a witness that may have that same demeanor.
I mean, I'm not saying that they did, but having him on a police force and having him in the hearing room act in that behavior, like in that manner, he is a stain on the entire Metropolitan Police Department, just like some other ones.
For example, Mr. Bagshaw, right?
Lieutenant, now Captain Bagshaw, who almost murdered Victoria White on the west side in the tunnel there on January 6th.
I mean, these are the officers that put a bad name and reputation to an entire police force.
So it just so happens that all of the stars of January 6th on the Democratic side are just like unhinged lunatics or like career criminals.
I mean, it's just, it's symbolic almost.
And I think you're exactly right to point to this behavior here.
Now, if you had been antagonizing him, if you had been prodding him in the back of the neck with a paper clip for the last 30 minutes, maybe I could understand his look.
So I just want to play it again in full because I want to hear his comments about the rape, too, because I'm just trying to wrap my mind around what he was even saying.
And now all of a sudden, my phone is melting, which I usually like, right?
I actually like it because when you're getting threats, that means you're over the target.

It's very instructive as to who the Democrats are because it would be one thing if it was just Michael Fanon.

And then you're just like, you know, are you a criminal?

Like, I almost, it seems like every Democrat at some point is caught on video or just in public, lets the facade fall, and their humanitarian, you know, nice mask that they wear slips and you see the seething, violent hatred underneath.
So in that case, Michael Fanone and his outburst is not out of line of the rest of the Democrats.
This is just who they are and who we're dealing with.
But it wasn't all about the spectacle.
It wasn't all about the confrontation and the near fist fight that went on.
There was a lot of very important information that was uncovered about the Jack Smith crime that was committed.
I mean, that's how I'd consider it.
It wasn't really an investigation because he wasn't really an investigator.
It was more of just a crime that he was carrying out.
So it was discovered that he never really took an oath, never really was, you know, allowed to do what he was doing, never confirmed by the Senate.
Here we have a video revealing that he withheld pertinent information from a judge in order to get warrants that they wouldn't have been able to get if they'd told the whole truth.
Again, another shocking violation of our basic civic rights and a total betrayal of the entire judicial construct, but they're going to get away with it because they're Democrats.

Yesterday, I'm on Reddit and I'm scrolling for a little while because you got to check up what the enemy's up to.
You got to check in at the enemy base camp every once in a while.
And I scroll for like 15 minutes or whatever.
I see like 25 posts that are like, this is it.
Trump has gone crazy.
Maybe it's time for the 25th Amendment now.
And there's like a video of AOC being like, hey, maybe now is the time for the 25th Amendment.
I think Trump has finally lost his marbles.
And there's like other congressmen making videos saying the same thing.
And I'm just like, what are they talking about?
Because you see, when we would talk about Joe Biden being incompetent, when we would talk about him being incoherent and incapable of linear thought, it would be accompanied with a video example of what we're talking about.
We would bring it up because we'd go, look at the man.
He's being instructed where to go by the Easter bunny.
He's getting lost in his own backyard.
He is incapable of putting three syllables together in a cohesive way.
This man is not well.
And then we were told we were conspiracy theorists and whatever.
With the left, they don't have a video of Trump doing anything crazy.
It's just they all decided today to run with the narrative that Trump is decompensating in front of the world, that he's going insane, that he's unhinged and saying crazy stuff.
And it's like, there's no examples of stuff that he said is crazy.
Apparently, during his speech about Greenland, he referred to it as Iceland because he also kept referring to Greenland as a big chunk of ice.
So I don't know.
I don't actually know if he ever said Iceland, but he kept saying like, you know, it's just a big chunk of ice.
And apparently they thought that was him saying Iceland, not Greenland.
And so they're like, he's crazy.

It's like, there's no basis to their beliefs, but they all believe it.

But there's no video to show him being insane.
There's no article about him slipping mentally or mispronouncing words or forgetting where he's going.

All it is is videos of people asserting that.

Are they going to do?
And it's the type of thing where, you know, I talk about super vision, like the, you know, x-ray vision.
You should be able to see through the headlines.
You don't need superpowers to know that that's just not true.
I didn't have to look anything up.
I didn't have to fact check it.
I didn't even look at the details of the story.
I see that leftists are saying that ICE kidnapped a five-year-old to use as bait.
And the only response, any thinking human being should be, no, they didn't.
No, they didn't.
I don't believe you.
Why would they do that?
Why would they do that?
Why would you know about it?
No, that didn't happen.
And of course it didn't happen.
Obviously, it didn't happen.
That doesn't stop every mainstream media outlet writing a headline saying that exactly, that ICE kidnapped a five-year-old child to use as bait to lure out his family.
The reality, what really happened was that they attempted to arrest an illegal alien who abandoned his five-year-old child to run away, leaving them in the care of ICE.
It doesn't matter though.
Like the left is never going to hear that.
They read all the headlines yesterday that all said exactly the same thing.
They all repeated exactly the same lie.
So that lie has now been inserted into the construct of their perception of reality.
It's another brick in the wall with all the other bricks that are all lies.
Every single time these people have something they think happened that adds, that builds their construct of reality where ICE is evil and Donald Trump is Hitler and Republicans are all just conniving and scheming about how to crush the non-white people.
Like it all just gets built into this giant castle of delusion that they defend with all they've got.
It really is like kind of sad, but like really it's just kind of like scary because they don't even require any sort of like anything now.

And then, of course, with the ICE thing, it's particularly ironic because not only is what they believe utterly and outrageously false, provably, demonstratably false, it's the inversion of what they believe.
They're so mad that ICE abused this poor child.
I mean, imagine being a five-year-old and being hauled out of a classroom by these men in masks that you don't know.
I mean, it sounds terrifying, right?
Well, that's what the kid's dad did to him.
That's what the illegal immigrant did to his own child.

If you were so mad, if this story of a five-year-old kid was such a, I mean, you're crying into the camera about how could they do this.
Now that you know it was the father that did this to the kid, are you like, what the hell's wrong with this guy, illegal immigrant, get him out of here?

He's been out of office for 10 years.

You're no, you're genuinely insane.
You have nothing to base any of this on.
This is the reality here from DHS.
On January 20th, ICE conducted a targeted operation to arrest Adrian Alexander Konega, Konehegai, something or Arius.
As agents approached the driver, Adrian fled on foot, abandoning his child.
For the child's safety, one of our ICE officers remained with the child while the other officers apprehended Konejo Arius.
Our officers made multiple attempts to get the mother inside the house to take custody of her child.
Officers even assured her that they would not take her into custody.
She refused to accept custody of the child.
The father told officers he wanted the child to remain with him when he was under arrest, okay?
Our officers' primary concern during the entire operation was the safety and welfare of the child.
Following the mother's abandonment of the child, officers abided by the father's wishes to keep the child with him.
Father and son are now together at Dilley, which is a holding facility.
Parents are asked if they want to be removed with their children or ICE will place the children with the safe person the parent designates.
This is consistent with the past administration's immigration enforcement.
Parents can take control of their departure and receive a free flight and $2,600 with the CBP home app.
So I believe them.
I 100% believe them.
You know why?
Because there's no reason to believe that this kid was ever used as bait.
There are no actual pieces of evidence to hint that that was actually ever happening.
All it is was that somebody said that.
Somebody said they kidnapped a five-year-old kid to use his bait to lure out the family.
When the reality was the dad was with the kid, the dad ran away, leaving the kid behind.
They try to give the kid back to the mother, and the mother says no.
And so they're like, okay, we'll leave the kid with his dad then.
But I printed this story out this morning.
Outrage as ICE detains boy five in Minnesota as lawyers claim agents used him as bait.
They're just lying.
Obviously, they're lying.
District officials confirmed that one of the children is a five-year-old boy who attends an elementary school in the area and was allegedly used to draw relatives out of their home.
Why detain a five-year-old?
You can't tell me this child is going to be classified as a violent criminal.
Yeah, they just, they're just lying.
They're just lying.
That's all it is.
And again, another adult living in the home was outside and begged the agents to let him take care of the small child and was refused.
Instead, she said the agent took the child out of the still-running car, led him to the door, and directed him to knock on the door, asked him to be let in in order to see if anybody else was home, essentially using the five-year-old as bait.
Again, it's actually, and so, okay, let's take the actions.
Let's say, like, okay.
So they confirm basically everything the DHS agent said.
They just present it as if it's evil.
It's like, okay, the kid was in a car that was still running, but that the dad was driving.
So they did pull the dad over with the kid in the car, and then the dad left and left his kid in the still-running car.
So they actually confirm the legitimate story, but are presenting it as if he was used as bait somehow.
Okay, so just abject lie.
It doesn't matter.
It's going to be added to the construct, added to the facade, and built upon endlessly.
And it's that, it's this type of thing.
And actually, we'll do one more story because there were like a hundred.

This is a doubly illuminating clip because not only is this another abject, blatant lie about ICE that we can add to the last one, easily disprovable by anybody that wants to do even a scintilla of research.
But this particular lie about ICE, framing ICE as dangerous and violent and everything else, contributing to the left's ongoing civil war communist revolution.
But it was on CBS News, which was recently purchased and Donald Trump helped get the purchase through to Larry Ellison under the belief that you would put conservatives in charge and that it would help correct the bias and the distortion of the mainstream media.
Turns out that was never actually the plan.
Kind of exactly like we told you over and over again.
Kind of exactly like they keep doing over and over again, where they claim that they're firing university presidents or forcing China to sell TikTok or purchasing CBS News.
And they frame it on, we're fighting woke.
We're fighting woke and we're pushing back against DEI.
And now a conservative patriot will be in charge of these.
And then everything remains exactly the same or gets worse in terms of wokeness and liberal bias, only they're pro-Israel.
And that just happens over and over.
So CBS News, courtesy of the Trump administration, was just purchased by Barry Weiss of the Free Press through Larry Ellison under the belief, the mistaken belief, that it would be used to actually promote the truth about what's going on and help to counteract some of the MSM lies about the Trump administration.
No, it's actually contributing to them more than ever.

Mayor Khalee Hurr says that fear has driven naturalized U.S. citizens, including her own parents, to hide in their homes.
When I talk to them and they're telling me they are more afraid now than they were fighting communism in Laos during the secret war, top Homeland Security officials have declared Operation Metro Surge laser focused on arresting what DHS calls the worst of the worst.
Convicted felons and violent offenders, accusing Minnesota officials of not cooperating.
Since President Trump took office one year ago today, the state of Minnesota has released nearly 500 criminal aliens who were in police or state custody rather than turning them over to ICE.
But again, this is the new patriotic CBS news just putting out leftist propaganda, lying about ICE.
Of course, they're not the only ones doing it.
AP News, again, like stories all over mainstream media, all over like major national and international publications today are ICE uses five-year-old as bait.
Totally untrue.
And then this memo tells ICE officers they can enter homes without warrants.
Oh my gosh, what a violation of our rights.
Of course, it's also completely untrue.
Tricia McLaughlin from Ohio, they have an administrative warrant, and administrative warrants have been used for decades and are recognized by the Supreme Court and lower courts.
In every case, the DHS uses an administrative warrant to enter a residence, and a legal alien has already had their full due process and final order of removal by federal immigration judge.
The officer also has probable cause.
So they're just lying about this.
They're lying about the five-year-old.
They're lying about going in to enter houses without warrants.
All of it is lies, 100% lies, which is why it's so frustrating seeing headlines like this from futurism.com.
Simulation found civil war could be triggered by exactly what ICE is doing right now.
Oh, is it ICE's fault?
Because what they're doing is not what is being reported that they're doing.
ICE is arresting criminals like they have since the agency was created.
The only difference between what's happening now and what happened in the past is that the local police are not cooperating with ICE.
That's the only difference.
And the mainstream media is just blatantly lying about ICE on a daily basis, an hourly basis, it seems.
Oh, they're kidnapping five-year-olds to use as bait.

The simulated president tried to federalize the Pennsylvania National Guard, which the governor resisted.
National Guard troops who sided with the state followed suit, prompting the fictional president to order acting U.S. troops to march on Philly.
Now, you understand that we know that they know that this is the best way to start a civil war because that was always their plan.
It's called the Podesta Plan.
So they aren't going, hey, this is the, if you want to start a civil war, I shouldn't be doing this.
You have to stop them.
We don't want a civil war.
No, they went, okay, if they try to do ICE things, then our local government can impede them.
And then we can frame the federal government as overreaching and we can cause chaos and get people out on the street and cause violence.
So then, if the federal government tries to crack down on the violence, we can claim that they're being oppressive and tyrannical and inspire more people to rise up against it.
That's the plan they've been running this whole time.
That's why they're lying about ICE.
That's why they're running fake stories over and over about the abuses of ICE that never exist.
That's why the local authorities in these places are not letting their local police do what they've done for the rest of existence: keep the peace, keep the protesters separate, protect the federal officers carrying out the deportation activities.
All of this was a plan.
Of course, this was the best way to start a trigger to trigger a civil war.
That's why they're doing it because they want to trigger a civil war.
Because they're evil scum that are anti-American and are trying to bring our country down.

William Kelly was arrested after storming church and challenging Bondi to, quote, come and get me, you effing traitorous bee.
William Kelly, the far-left agitator who stormed a St. Paul church and harassed parishioners on Sunday, was arrested after taunting the DOJ to come after him.
Kelly, a well-known leftist agitator, charged into the city's church on Sunday as Don Lemon live-streamed the crime.
He got in the face of parishioners and shouted down the pastor.
Kelly later compared storming the church to Jesus flipping over tables in the temple.
Because, of course, he did.
So I don't think any of the bankers of the temple were children, sir.
Imagine so misunderstanding Jesus.
It's like, then Jesus went into the temple and kicked a woman in the face and started yelling at children, terrifying and traumatizing them.

He went after the actual people doing the actual bad things, not random innocent bystanders who you think might be on the other side as you.

So I'm glad this guy got arrested.

We've arrested Nakima Levy Armstrong, who allegedly played a key role in organizing the coordinated attacks on City's Church in St. Paul, Minnesota.
She also says a second arrest has been made.
Chantel Louisa Allen has been taken into custody.

Don Lemon, of course, was a key actor in this, should absolutely be charged and arrested.
Why we have to get approval to do that from somebody who is a lifelong enemy of Trump and leftist activist in a judge robe doesn't really make any sense to me.
Seems like when the federal department of justice wants to bring charges against a person, maybe we shouldn't have a system where some random activist on the side of the terrorist gets to say no.
But I guess that's not how our system works.
Minnesota federal magistrate judge refused to sign a complaint bringing charges against Don Lemon in connection with the church press protest on Sunday, sources told to CBS News.
Sean Davis says, and in response to this, as I've said over and over again, the biggest threat to this country right now is the ongoing left-wing judicial insurrection against the rule of law and the abject refusal of Republican representatives to do anything about it.
You simply cannot have a country when laws only exist for some people.
And of course, that's exactly what's happening.
Why would Don Lemon not be charged with this?
He was provably not acting like a journalist at the time.
A journalist isn't involved in the pre-planning of an event.
A journalist doesn't go out of their way to help the event planners cover up their intentions, which is exactly what Don Lemon did.
He's filming the organizers before they ever go into the church.
And he says, let's step over here and get the camera away from them so they can discuss details in private.
I'm sorry, that is the opposite of what a journalist does.
What a journalist would do would be to say, these people are about to go raid a church, like not allow the crime to proceed while participating in it and then bragging about it afterwards, only to then say, well, I'm just a journalist.
I'm just a journalist.
Now, if you were like a journalist on January 6th and you're just in the crowd filming it, I mean, you had no idea they were going to go into the Capitol and you might actually want to go in to film what's going on in there because it's an event that's unfolding unexpectedly in front of you and you are literally there to document it.
But not if you're planning it beforehand with the people involved.
Not if you know what they're going to do storming into a church to yell and scream at innocent people and shut down the service, stop them from carrying on their religious activity, and you help them cover up the planning, but you participate in the planning, you know what they're going to do, then you participate in it and you think you get away with it because you're saying, Nana Boo-Boo, you can't touch me.
I'm on base.
Like that's no, it's not the way this works.
It shouldn't be the way it works.
It's not supposed to work this way.
In fact, let me just be clear.
It doesn't work this way.
It's only happening because this judge doesn't want to imprison Don Lemon.
There's no other reason.
He is not covered by First Amendment activity.
I can't go out and help a bunch of people rob a bank and then go, but I was just filming it.
Okay, but you participated in the planning and the storming of the bank, and then you bragged about how much money you guys got afterwards.
You were a part of the robbery.
You were part of the crime.
Obviously.
So absolutely.
I mean, this magistrate judge simply decided not to charge him.
Didn't say that it doesn't apply.
Didn't say he didn't break the law.
There's no mitigating circumstances.
He's just choosing not to enforce the law.
Just like Alejandro Marcus chose not to close the border.
Or Mary Garland chose not to have Jack Smith go through the correct process.
They just get to pick and choose.
Some laws they stick to, some laws they don't.
Some laws they make up out of whole cloth to charge Donald Trump with.
Laws to the left is just sort of a sort of a convenient coat of paint to put on your crime so you can pretend to tell everybody that it's all legitimate.
It's like not even a good disguise.
It's just like a perfunctory sort of action that they do so that the rest of the left can also pretend to be going along with it and believe them.
A Minnesota federal judge, magistrate judge, refused to sign a complaint charging independent journalist Don Lemon in connection with the protest inside a church in St. Paul on Sunday.
Multiple sources familiar with the proceedings told CVS News.
The attorney general is enraged at the magistrate's decision, said a source familiar with the matter.
The thing is, this shouldn't be a surprise.
This judge has spent the entire second Trump administration as an outspoken enemy of Trump who is going out of his way to give interviews about how his role as a judge is to stop Trump from carrying out his agenda.
Why is he still a judge?
He is not making decisions on the basis of law.
He is not making decisions as an unbiased arbiter of the law.
He's making decisions as a Democrat activist and has the entire time.
Why was he not impeached by the Republicans six months ago when this became obvious?
By the way, the same judge signed dozens of warrants to arrest January 6th protesters.
That's how you really know that this has nothing to do with the law or the equitable application of the law.
If you're a plumber from Maine that happened to high-five the cops as you wandered through January 6th, this magistrate has no problem slapping you with a terrorism charge, even if you never did anything to anyone, never heard anyone, didn't even, you know, disturb the velvet ropes in Statuary Hall.
It didn't matter.
He would let you be charged by the DOJ.
He would let them try to send you to jail for 20 years.
He would let them put you in solitary confinement for two years straight before you're ever even brought to trial.
No problem with any of that.
But Don Lemon plans to storm a church, storms the church, makes video bragging about how they caused trauma, and that was the point.
I mean, it's like, and he doesn't get charged, and the guy won't sign the deal.
He's a leftist activist.
Obviously.
I mean, Don Lemon is on camera saying those kids are probably traumatized.
That's the point of protesting.
No, that's the point of terrorism that you were just involved in.
And that would be like one of the January 6th people being on camera going, we're going to kill Vice President Mike Pence.
We're going to hang him.
And they're like, well, but I mean, he had a camera, so how could what he did be illegal?
A different source stressed that the process is not over and the Justice Department could find other avenues to charge Lemon.
Might want to.
On Thursday morning, Bondi announced two arrests connected to the church protest.
Bondi alleged that Armstrong was involved in organizing the protest.
Well, she's on video doing it, so yeah.
Just infuriating.
A source familiar with the matter confirmed the magistrate judge approved charges against Allen and Armstrong.
Again, that is, again, how you know that the Don Lemon thing was valid too, because it was exactly the same charge.
He was doing exactly the same thing they were doing.
He just filmed himself doing it, and that apparently gives you cover.
So he committed the same crime the other people committed.
And there was nothing different about him except that he was publicly bragging about his behavior.
Why would that give him protection?
If anything, it should make it worse.
That should make it worse.
Again, you're not immune to prosecution just because you're a journalist.
There are cases where journalists have a legitimate reason to be places where other people wouldn't be, but not if you're planning the attack from the outset.
I don't need to repeat myself, but it's just so obvious.
It's just so apparent and obvious and overwhelming how ridiculous all of this is.
I feel like I have to say it over and over.
Harmee Dylan, the Assistant Attorney General of the Civil Rights Division, has publicly hinted that Lemon could potentially face charges for his role in disrupting the service.
Being a journalist, quote, is not a badge or a shield that protects you from criminal consequences, she said during an appearance on The Benny Show.
Dylan declined to comment when reached out to by CBS News.
The Attorney General's office in D.C. faced similar hurdles last year after President Trump flooded the street with federal agents as part of an initiative to crack down on violent crime.
Prosecutors in U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pira's office were ordered to pursue every case as a federal offense when possible, a plan that backfired when the Justice Department began to see grand juries reject charges and magistrate judges push back on cases they viewed as flimsy or that contained constitutional defects.
In an October 28, 2025 opinion, Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui in the U.S. District Court for Columbia revealed that over the course of eight weeks since the crime surge began in office in August, the government moved to dismiss 21% of all cases that were charged by criminal complaint.
That statistic is shocking, he wrote, compared with the 0.5% of cases charged by criminal complaint that the government dismissed in the district over the past decade.
However, murders have plunged 20% in the last year.
So do we want to take that into account at all?
Maybe the way that it was being done in the past was deliberately inconsequential, was deliberately ineffective.
You know, maybe the way they used to do it, with all those really, you know, perfect 0.5% rejection rate, maybe that's because they weren't charging anybody and all the criminals are running wild and rampant and not ever being forced to face justice.
Kash Patel warns elected officials they're not exempt from DOJ subpoenas, including Waltz and Mayor Fry.
But again, murders plummeted more than 20% in the last year.
Largest drop on record.
Let me say that again.
Murders plummeted more than 20% in 2025 as a direct consequence of closing the border and arresting criminals.
That's thousands of murders that have been prevented.
Thousands.
And they're mad, and they're very mad about that.
They really don't want you to know that you can actually arrest your way out of these problems.
They don't want you to know that all of our problems have very easy, convenient, lawful, and easy, and cheap solutions.
All of them.
The crime, the immigration, the leftist activists, the leftist politicians, the leftist judges.
If we had a Republican Party that was even halfway decent, none of these things would even be an issue.
Every one of these judges has given ample evidence to their unreliability, their bias, their inability to make accurate decisions on the basis of law.
They don't want to.
They're going around giving speeches about how to resist Trump.
And then they're deciding against Trump every chance they get.
Gee, I wonder.
I wonder why.
So it really just goes on and on.
Judge rejects Trump DOJ bid to charge John Lemon over Minnesota church shooting.
I mean, they don't say why, as far as I can find.
There's just like speculation about it.
He said he was acting as a journalist.
But again, as Carmeet Dillon says, whenever anybody conspires to violate the protected civil rights of American citizens, the Klan Act can be used to bring a conspiracy charge, he said, referring to the 1871 law that bans interference with civic acts, just as voting, serving on juries, or practicing religion.
So that's just the world we live in now.
The world we live in, I get to come up every day, tell you about the laws that the Democrats absolutely broke.
Absolutely no conversation necessary about it.
I mean, you read the law, you look at what they did, it's in violation, and then just nothing happens.
And then we have people from the Trump administration reasserting how blatant the criminality is, how obvious it is that these people are in abject lawlessness, as if we can do anything about it, as if they're not the ones in power.
And it is their fault.
Absolutely, it's their fault.
It's their fault this magistrate judge got the case.
It's their fault the magistrate judge is still in office at all.
It's their fault they file it in a way that can be rejected.
It's absolutely the Trump administration's fault, all of this stuff.
And all of this stuff should have been dealt with a year ago at this point.
But it wasn't.
So here we are, one year into the administration.
No charges for anybody.
Every judge who interferes with his agenda still on the bench.
So I hope they enjoy prison.
I hope the Republicans enjoy prison as much as they enjoy doing nothing on Capitol Hill.
I really do, because I see absolutely no reason to vote for the Republicans.
I see absolutely no reason.
And I feel like it's kind of only getting worse.

This is Nick Fuentez from a show yesterday talking about Trump at the World Economic Forum and the whole Greenland fiasco.
All he knows how to do is talk on social media, give speeches, issue these maximalist threats.
And what this is meant to do is keep his opponents off balance.
So example, when it comes to Greenland, Trump comes out and says, I'm going to invade Greenland.
We just have to have it.
This makes the Europeans nervous.
It makes Greenland and Denmark and France and Germany and NATO nervous.
And they start to panic and they start to talk amongst themselves.
That's all Trump knows how to do is stir the pot.
All he knows how to do is to push them off balance, make them uncertain, make them insecure, so that they start to talk, so that there is some activity.
And then maybe there's a starting position in a negotiation.
And they come back and they say, well, we're not going to do it.
Well, the fact that part of our job was to go and collect attendance records, we would find attendance records that were either incomplete, non-existent.
How frustrated Minnesotans are right now with the level of fraud and the lack of accountability.
Assistant Commissioner Moore said that through the SWIFT system, through your accounting system, you know who you're paying.
You know the people who you are sending money to.
You know their name.
You know their business.
Frankly, you probably know who they're connected to.
And through the tools across state agencies and across all of the executive branch, from business registrations to what they have to file with the Attorney General's office, all of those tools exist.
So why are payments continuing to people who have been convicted of fraud?
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry's inner circle has been riddled with explosive ties to one of the biggest fraud heists in American history, the $250 million Feeding Our Future scam.
Former senior policy aide Abdi Nur Salah pleaded guilty to wire fraud.
Shamarke A. Issa, twice handpicked to chair the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority, copped to wire fraud and restitution in the millions.
Abdik Qadir Ainanche Mohamed Tap for Fry's Community Safety Work Group faced indictments in the same rotten scheme.
Add in campaign max donations from at least eight indicted players, plus Fry's own wife, Sarah Clark, lobbying at the firm that shielded Feeding Our Future itself.
And you've got a tangled web of proximity, appointments, and unanswered questions screaming conflict and cover.
And by the way, when somebody commits fraud, and there are many that have done that, you investigate it, you charge, you prosecute, and yeah, you put the person in jail.
As an individual, you put the person in jail as an individual.
You do not hold an entire community, any community, accountable for the actions of individuals.

And Trump seemingly has no strategy.
The people around him have a very well-developed strategy.
And so while he sort of floats from thing to thing and he sort of gets what he's supposed to be doing and he does it very well, but he's either unaware of or simply following the plan, the strategy, the schemes of everybody around him because he is not the one guiding the ship.
Why do we want Greenland?
Why did Greenland become this giant thing?
Like, what is the point of Greenland?
Who is it that's telling Trump that Greenland is this giant thing that we absolutely need to focus on right now?
I can think of eight billion other things that are infinitely more important for everything that Trump concerns himself with.
He actually cares about America, 10 billion things that you could do before getting Greenland.
If he cares about his own character in history and how people perceive him into the future, he might want to do some stuff to make sure that his enemies don't immediately destroy his entire legacy and literally send him to die in prison.
I can think of 8 billion things to do other than Greenland, but Greenland apparently is what we're focused on now, and we're willing to sacrifice our alliance with Europe to get it.
Why?
Never even been made apparent.
Never even make the argument.
Kind of like they never made the argument with Venezuela.
And the reason this is so imperative to get done now is because we don't have to guess what the Democrats are going to do if they ever get back in power.
They've told us over and over, and any chance that they have gotten to exercise any amount of authority in America in the last year, they have used to go as far as humanly possible to act in outrageous ways and impose the most insane laws we've ever seen.

Props to Democrats for submitting a one-page bill that simply says make fraud legal.
It's almost like this bill was intentionally written to recreate the conditions for the smally daycare scandal.
And this is basically a bill that says you're not allowed to determine eligibility for nonprofit organizations.
No state agency responsible for the administration of federal funds shall impose a requirement on nonprofit charitable organization providing a federal public benefit to determine, verify, or otherwise require proof of eligibility of any applicant for such benefits.
So it's literally saying that you're not allowed to check if somebody is actually qualifies for the benefit they're receiving.
So somebody can say they have a daycare, collect money for their daycare, and they never have to prove a daycare exists.
And it's illegal to try to find out.
It really, I mean, you might as well write a bill that's like, did you see what they did in Minnesota?
Let's do that here.
Why would they pass this?
Well, because they're moderate Democrats.
See, Republicans, the Republican Party is still stuck in a mindset of 20 years ago and think it's a brilliant and, you know, creative idea to run token candidates.
If you are a black person or an Indian person or a woman in the Republican Party, it doesn't matter whether you are the best person for the job.
You will be run because they think that that's clever.
They think that that's creative.
They think that the liberals actually care about that stuff.
And they think, well, if black people always vote for black candidates, they'll vote for us.
No, you idiots.
That's not how this works.
If they had instead run a Glenn Youngkin type, I don't even like Glenn Youngkin.
He was too weak, which is why Virginia flipped like it did.
He could have done a hell of a lot more to make sure this didn't happen.
They'd run a guy like him, just a responsible, upstanding, somebody that they can trust, but like they go with Winston Earl Spears, who I like, Sears or whatever her name is.
But time and time again, there's a meme that puts it perfectly where it's just like, you know, Republicans run and it's like, he's a gay Puerto Rican anchor baby who, you know, whatever.
And it's like, isn't this so cool?
Meanwhile, the Democrats run just like Joe Smith, average American.
He's just like, I just think families need help because, you know, nobody should be suffering in America.
And then he becomes governor and rules like he's Stalin, rules like he's Chairman Mao.
I'm not saying we adopt dishonest strategies because that's what the liberals adopt, but we could stop trying to play in to the ridiculous diversity crap that every Republican roundly rejected in the last election.
So why would you be running Winston Earl Spears?
Why would you be running Byron Daniels?
Donalds?
Why would you be running Vivek Ramaswamy?
These are not the best options.
They're tokens that Republicans run because they actually think that saying Democrats are the real racist is convincing to people.

And it's trying to play little games with, again, like this goes back to why John McCain was not a good candidate.

And it's like, first of all, you're supposed to not be progressive.
You're supposed to represent conservatism.
Second of all, I don't want the most important decision that you might ever make as president, especially as you're an old crippled dude that might not make it through.
I don't want that most important decision being made on some attempt to get a small section of the electorate that cares about identity politics.
Like what a ridiculous way to make a choice for who is going to run the country in the event of your death.
What an insult to us.
Of course, we're not going to be okay with that.
Did they forget we're the party that doesn't care about identity politics?
Run the best candidate and we'll vote for them.
Run somebody who seems like they can stand up to the leftist insanity and we'll vote for them.
You keep running people that you think you're going to like carve off a segment of the Democrats by giving credence to their arguments or capitulating to them on certain topics.
Is that what Trump did?
Did Trump win by becoming more liberal or did he go further to the right?
Did he become more conservative and won by a greater amount in 2024?
How do they not learn these lessons?
Why do they think that running these diversity candidates is going to succeed?
Again, if they were chosen because they were the best, then it wouldn't be an issue, but they're not.
They're chosen because of this retarded version of identity politics that the Republicans try and fail to play.
So instead of this, you know, basically purple state Virginia continuing to have a Republican governor, they elected Abigail Spanberger, who is a CIA operative, a CIA agent, who almost certainly still works for the Bureau, for the agency, and is now governor of Virginia.
And when she came in, the Virginia government issued a raft of laws that is astonishing, mind-blowing.
This is at a time when they do not have a mandate to rule.
She didn't win by 75, 80%.
She barely got half the vote.
It doesn't matter.
She's slamming everything through.
They have no concern about the Republicans doing this to us when they get back in power.
They're reorganizing the Virginia map to eliminate Republican candidates.
They basically made it illegal to check for voter ID.
They made it illegal to check if government assistance is going to people who deserve it.
They eliminated cash bail, meaning that people get released onto the streets for crimes like rape.
Now imagine, now just imagine when they get back in power at the federal level and what they'll do to all of us.
And we don't have networks of judges that are going to step in and stop them from doing this.
The judges are like the judge that decided not to arrest Don Lemon.
They are literally foreign leftist activists in judge robes.
They're Pakistani dudes who give interviews about how the most important role as a judge is stopping Trump's agenda.
And they go to him and go, will you please sign this arrest warrant for Trump's enemies?

Makes it illegal for state agencies distributing federal dollars to NGOs to investigate whether they've engaged in fraud.
