We return to your regularly scheduled program.
Alright, still pile-driving through news here.
As we go live on this Thursday, March 28th, 2024, live transmission, the InfoWars War Room, your election headquarters with 222 days left till the election.
And just still pile driving through the news.
Now, there's some interesting developments today, politically dealing with the presidential election.
The Democrat Party is absolutely panicked right now over RFK Jr.'s campaign and for some reason his running mate.
And I'm trying to figure this out and I think I know why they're really panicked.
If there was a debate about who is RFK going to take votes from?
Is it going to be the Democrats?
Is it going to be Biden? Is it going to be Trump?
Is it going to be the Republicans? I think that the Vice presidential pick for RFK Jr.
and then what we've seen in the commentary in the aftermath.
I think that shows why these stories are everywhere in the last 24 hours, specifically today.
Every major leftist publication, I mean really every major news publication, has a story today about how the Democrats are panicked over RFK Jr.
right now. So I think I know why.
And I think it answers the aforementioned question.
But while all that is going on, while all that is going on, Joe Biden is having a fundraiser with Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, Stephen Colbert, Lizzo, who knows who else is involved in this $25 million fundraiser in New York.
Biden was able to find the energy, find the time.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump is at The wake of a slain police officer.
You know, the Democrats put the target on the police officers back and take their funding.
They get killed in the streets.
And then it's an embarrassing statement that we get from Kareem Jean-Pierre.
Joe Biden, nowhere to be found. You know, Joe Biden's absence right now is the story that nobody's talking about.
It really is. Joe Biden's no-show, Joe Biden's absence is the story that nobody's talking about.
Where was Joe Biden's big press conference, big statement on the attack on Moscow?
Didn't happen. Where was Joe Biden's big statement, big press conference on the bridge collapse, did a five-minute press conference and went back to sleep?
Disappeared. The no-show Biden White House is the story that nobody's talking about.
That's the story. 30% of his time spent on vacation.
When the White House releases the Biden plan for the day, for the week, lids are called by noon half the time, maybe two, three hours of activity a day.
This is a no-show president.
This is a no-action, no-show, non-presence of a U.S. president.
And it's the story that nobody's really talking about.
We'll talk about it. But don't worry, the no-show Biden got to show up today with Clinton and Obama and the celebrities and raised $25 million.
And then it's just, the stack just piles up and I just haven't gotten to it because I just, I don't even want to talk about it.
But it's just illegal immigrants raping women and children and cutting people's heads off and, you know, that fun game.
So maybe we'll get to that today.
I almost didn't pull the trigger on covering all this ditty stuff.
And I ignored it yesterday.
But we're going to cover it today.
I got a lot of interesting stuff on that too.
And honestly, really what it is is that it was like a deluge.
And so I was like, okay, I'll just take some of the most interesting stuff here.
We're also going to have a constitutional attorney on here, D.C. Drano, who's going to be talking about his free speech case going to the Supreme Court.
So that's going to be a very interesting interview.

And so you just kind of learn, because I'm curious too, and I'll just talk to the security about the different gun laws and the different states that we go to, and it really does vary state to state.
My point being, New York City has very strict gun laws.

They hear about a police officer dying in New York City getting shot, and they think, how can I use this to get more power?
How can I, as a Democrat politician, use a dead cop to get more power?

How can we leverage the death of a police officer that we're partly responsible for as Democrats with our policy?
How can we leverage this into more power and more policy success?

This was all over the press today about RFK Jr.

Does RFK Jr. take more votes from Trump or from Biden?
So nobody really wanted to make a big move on that.
But it looks like the VP pick has kind of pushed the ball down the road and now Trump's making statements.
The Democrats are making statements.
And here's how you know the Democrats are making statements.
They won't come out and say anything really publicly.
They use the media. The media is really the voice of the Democrat Party.
So they use the media to make unofficial press statements for the Democrat Party, but then you don't realize that's actually just Democrat Party press statements.
You just think it's the media. So I'm telling you, this was last 24 hours everywhere.
Every news publication had a story.
Dem campaign call reveals panic mode over RFK Jr.'s White House bid, scrambles to save Biden re-election hope.
The DNC rolled out a number of Democrat officials who fretted Kennedy's candidacy would likely lead to a Trump victory.
So now they do think, okay, this is going to hurt RFK Jr.
more than Trump. And I would say, yeah, and that might seem obvious.
But they're really afraid.
They really, after the vice presidential pick, now they're really afraid.
Because she's known as a big left-wing donor.
She comes from big tech.
And so she kind of gets that far left bent, that far left radical bent that she can bring in here.
And some of that big tech money too.
So they're definitely afraid.
But what RFK Jr. | ||
represents to a moderate Democrat is something that's not a far left liberal like they've been getting sick of.
Democrats' sound alarm on RFK Jr.
and new running mate. | ||
Nicole Shanahan. | ||
Democrats fear RFK Jr.'s running mate.
Why Nicole Shanahan could be bad news for Democrats.
Democrats ramp up attacks on RFK Jr.
He should be ashamed of himself.
Oh, yes. Imagine a Democrat telling you you should be ashamed of yourself.
The scum of the earth. | ||
A liberal Democrat who loves abortion, who loves trans kids, who loves open borders, who loves dead cops, who loves taking away your rights, and that says, you should be ashamed!
Not from you. | ||
Trump attacks RFK Jr., a third-party wildcard.
That's the New York Times headline. He didn't really attack RFK Jr.
They're trying to put this wedge in between RFK Jr.
and Trump politically.
Trump actually had positive things and negative things to say.
But he basically says, you know, if you're a conservative, you don't want to vote for RFK Jr.
He's kind of just a not far-left Democrat, but still a liberal Democrat.
But he also had some positive things to say about him as well, like basically he's not an insane radical leftist like Joe Biden, and so for the Democrats, the voters might like that.
So they're going to try to put this wedge in between Trump and RFK, but I don't think it matters.
The Democrats know RFK Jr.

What's going on in Illinois? What's going on in Cook County here?
Something about mail-in ballots in Clip 11?
unidentified
|
This race and really the big question now becomes election integrity.
How does such a massive number of mail-in ballots not be tallied up on Election Day?
According to the Chicago Tribune, as of last night, take a look at your screen here.
Former Judge Eileen O'Neill-Burke is leading over Clayton Harris III by less than one percent.
That's roughly 1,500 votes separating these two candidates out of about a half a million votes.
This is a dramatic change because just after Election Day, O'Neal Burke was 10,000 votes ahead of her opponent, only to find out that 10,000 mail-in votes were left off over the weekend.
We know these ballots are now being accounted for, and the election board admitted to making the mistake.
They blamed it on speed over accuracy.
You're looking at a human error, and he's standing in front of you.
He did not add two and two together in the rush.
It's all normal. It's all normal stuff.
Just happening all over the country.
It's so hard. | ||
I mean, I remember, you know, we had student body elections starting in sixth grade, and we never seemed to have any problems.
You had your student government elections in high school.
You never seemed to have any problems.
I remember even one time in a newsroom, when I was writing for the student newspaper in college, we did a bit of a democratic way of deciding who the next senior editor was going to be.
We had no problem counting the votes.
It's amazing though, with all the infrastructure and the money and capital that we have to have secure elections, we just can't seem to secure them.
And you know, again, here's like the missing story in all of this.
I saw this, I mentioned this a few weeks back, because somebody ran the numbers, and they were using a couple elections in California to do it, but then they were looking at the larger picture, and that is the odds of a single election being within 1%, meaning the odds of a single election being The two parties involved, like you just saw in Cook County, the odds of them being within a single percentage of one another are almost few and far between.
I forget, it was like maybe even like a 1% chance that that could happen.
But then the odds of it happening in five races or ten races where there's millions of voters was like.0005% of a chance.
And it happens every election cycle.
Isn't that amazing? That's really something else.
But don't doubt the integrity of our elections.
Or you are a thought criminal.
Okay? You got that? | ||

Don't you dare. | |
Don't you dare. | ||
And where does all the money go?
I think Americans are finally starting to ask the right questions here.
And there's a couple stories that we have.
Marissa Hansen has the receipts on a story out of Houston.
How taxpayer money was spent under Mayor Turner's corrupt reign of terror.
This is nuts. | ||
This is on CityArt. | ||
CityArt in Houston annually for a decade was averaging just over a million dollars.
And now they're paying $35.6 million in a single year.
A 3,100% increase. | ||
And all the receipts are here in the MarissaHanson.com story.
Where is the money going?
They're just giving it to leftist artists.
They're just giving away free money.
And they just say, oh, liberal.
Oh, LGBTQ. Oh, minority.
Oh, black love. | ||
And they just fund all these ridiculous projects and they just give money to liberals and leftists.
And it's all identity politics.
They also give money to themselves.
They give money to their own offices.
They give money to their own donors.
It's just crazy. Quarter million here to an artist.
Quarter million there to an artist.
A couple million here to the mayor's office.
For city art. | ||
Oh, it's art all right. | ||
It's certainly art. It's the art of deception.
New Jersey parents demand answers over school district funding discrepancies.

Clip 13. Why aren't questions raised by the Board of Education prior to this moment?
Nutley parents desperate for answers at Monday night's Board of Education meeting after receiving a vaguely worded letter from the superintendent's office about factors impacting the school's finances.
The problem comes into sharper focus when you read the district's annual independent audit.
It shows Nutley schools spent $11 million more than they took in between July of 2022 and June of 2023.
The district's maintenance reserve budget was drained to an alarming $40, its capital reserve down from $1.6 million to $21,000.
The mismanagement of the funds, the hiring of certain employees, it's all concerning at the moment.
The board couldn't answer most questions because of legal and personnel issues, but did say this.
Promptly, the district officials communicated with the financial concerns of the appropriate state authorities and the New Jersey Department of Education.

Noticeably absent from Monday's meeting was business administrator David DePisa.
The board would not confirm that DePisa is out on leave, but did say it is working with the county and state to determine an interim business manager.
In a statement to PIX11 News, the New Jersey Department of Education says it received notice from Nutley schools of a potential deficit and is in the process of working with the district to ensure continued operations.
Who do you think runs the New Jersey Department of Education?

|
I don't want to see programs start getting cut.
I don't want to see teachers start getting cut.
Our town has really been growing.
We are desperately in need of bigger facilities.
And I'm afraid that that's going to be outdoor with all the losses that we're suffering.
Who do you think runs the New Jersey Department of Education?
These are political thieves.
Honestly, have you ever seen the movie Office Space?
It's like one big game of Office Space.
And these political thieves just skim off the top.
Just every transaction, every donation, every fundraiser, just skimming and skimming and skimming.
Oh, but then, oh, but oops, we just stole all the money.
We got caught. Oh, oops, we just lost 10,000 votes.
Oops, oh, oh, oh, oh. | ||
I don't know. Nobody knows what's going on.
Human error. One big office space scam.
And they've been able to get away with it.
The American people, for the most part, haven't cared.
The American people, for the most part, haven't been paying attention.
But that's not really the case anymore.
And it's because of The continued state of the economy under Joe Biden.
But it's not just Joe Biden.
I mean, to sit here and blame Biden or the Biden administration for this is not even fair.
This political thievery has been going on for decades.
And it's so bad that in the whim of a night, they'll just sign a check for $1.2 trillion.
Funding things that you didn't even know existed.
Do you think the Biden administration can get away with the big lie that it's the greatest economy ever under Joe Biden?
Because reports like this happen in local media all the time.
I play them here on the air quite often.
But you don't have to look too hard.
You don't have to look too far to hear and find stories like this in clip 16.

65 to 70 pounds of food that these people are receiving, and it's all in response to these rising grocery costs.
Las Vegas averages nearly $300 a week that households are spending on groceries, putting a strain on family budgets.
Right now, there are so many people that just need a little help.
The rising costs of housing, groceries, gas, everything is really impacting people's budgets, right?
Now, do they have enough IQ points to rub together to figure out what's causing it?
To notice the patterns?
It's all policy-based.
It all starts with energy prices.
And it's just, it's sad how ignorant, it's sad how ignorant Democrat voters and college liberals think they are.
unidentified
|
Oh, we just need to tax the rich!
The corporations need to pay their fair share!
Their fair share! Well, they can't define what their fair share is, and they don't understand basic economics.
If the price for the corporations and the companies, if their prices go up, who do you think ends up footing that bill?
The consumers! You! | ||
Let's raise taxes. | ||
unidentified
|
Let's raise taxes. Let's cut energy costs.
Green New Deal. Why is my life so expensive?
Why can't I afford anything?
I don't understand! | ||
So, I don't think they'll believe the big lie of the Biden administration that it's the greatest economy ever under Joe Biden.
But will they understand why and then vote in response?
Now there's ads, these aren't ads, but let's say, you know, funny videos that people are putting up, you might say Trump support videos, and I've said in the past that this, what the RNC should be doing, and never had a hope under Ronna McDaniel, now maybe you could.
I mean, you want to talk about outsourcing?
You want to talk about cost-effectiveness, why not tap into the Trump support online, the Americans, that are creative and funny and original and have different ways of reaching different groups and different audiences and getting messages across.
Like this guy, Rippy Son The Road.
I think his TikTok here.
And he does a little video.
Very short. But it sends a very loud and clear message that most people would be able to understand.
Only a hate-filled liberal would deny the message here and act like it's not real.
In case you haven't noticed, gas prices are way up again.
So, here this gentleman goes to the gas station wearing a Biden shirt and sees the price and
has a change of heart. | ||
Oh yeah, this has it all.
unidentified
|
Nothing gets to you, stayin' fresh, stayin' cool, with Mentos Fresh and full of life!
Fresh goes better than Mentos Fresh, and fresh goes better than Mentos Fresh!
Now he's got the Trump shirt, the Trump hat.
unidentified
|
Mentos, the Freshmaker.
Trump Fresh. Saving you money on gas and groceries.
Not like crooked Joe Biden.
I mean, I bet you that gentleman would have no problem letting Republicans run that ad.
Run it on sports stations.
Run it on networks that kids watch in college.
Run it on YouTube. | ||
Run it on X. It's funny. | ||
It sends a loud and clear message.
It has nostalgia. | ||
And under the old RNC leadership, I'd say there's no hope.
Under the new leadership, Laura Trump is creative and smart.
They could start outsourcing stuff like this.
And then just find different ways to make it more form-fitting.
It's got everything, though. And it doesn't come across as overtly political or wonky.
It's funny, it's nostalgic, and the message is obvious.
Gee, my price at the pump has gone way up under Joe Biden.
I'm sick of paying high gas prices.
I think I'll vote for Trump.
That simple. | ||
That simple. Alright, but the problem is, the problem is the propaganda.
That we have to deal with here. And so, listen to the Baltimore mayor.
Now, we have more news dealing with the bridge collapse that I'm going to get to.
This is just really amazing from this Baltimore mayor here.
And you know what? I really don't care that he's black.
Quite frankly, I don't even care that he goes out and wears a hoodie.
But it just shows how he doesn't really take his job seriously.
That he just goes and puts on a hoodie.
Can't even wear a jacket or a tie to do a very important interview about a massively big story.
And so then he wants to go and blame white people and make it all about racist whites.
So, I mean, you want to talk about the state of things here.
I'm not saying it's his fault the bridge collapsed.
I mean, he got voted in. | ||
So it's not a diversity, equity, and inclusion thing.
He got voted in. | ||
And he's not a very serious person, obviously, but that had nothing to do with the bridge collapse.
But when you listen to what he says during this interview, it shows you where his head is really at, doesn't it, in clip nine?
Allow you, Mayor Scott, if you choose to do so, to respond to the tomfoolery and attacks on you for having the nerve to be black and also a mayor.
unidentified
|
Yeah, okay. Well, I think, listen...
I know, and we all know, and you know very well, that black men, and young black men in particular, have been the boogeyman for those who are racist and think that only straight, wealthy, white men should have us saying anything.
We've been the boogeyman for them since the first day they brought us to this country.
And what they mean by D.A.I., in my opinion, is duly elected incumbent.
We know what they want to say, but they don't have the courage to say the N-word, and the fact that I don't...
Oh, you want us to say the N-word now?
unidentified
|
Oh, okay. The untruthful and wrong ideology, and I am very proud of my heritage and who I am and where I come from, scares them.
Because me being at my position means that their way of thinking, their way of life of being comfortable and suffering, and while everyone else suffers, is going to be at risk.
And they should be afraid because that's my purpose in life.
There it is. By the way, you know...
Alright, that's good. There it is. Do you hear that?
White men should be afraid.
It's my purpose in life to destroy them.
Nice. But don't say anything about it or you're a racist.
Don't say anything negative about me or you're a racist.
I just went on MSNBC in a hoodie and said, yeah, straight white men should be scared of me.
My purpose is to destroy them.
But don't say anything or you're a racist.
Incredible stuff. How about that bridge?
Just incredible stuff.
And so now he wants you to say the N-word?
You know, you can't win.
So these are unserious people.
That's the problem here.
Nobody cares that you're black.
Nobody cares that you're wearing a hoodie.
You're a not very serious man.
And you're not cut out for the job.
And quite frankly, nobody even knew that.
I never even heard of you.
Didn't know who you are. Not from Baltimore.
Don't really care. But now that you've been in the public, now that you've made public statements, now that America sees you, yeah, we realize, huh, you don't really seem like a serious mayor.
And what do you say? It's because I'm black and you're racist.
But see, notice what gets skipped over here.
The issue with diversity and equity and inclusion.
It's about people being hired that aren't actually capable of fulfilling the duties they're tasked with.
It's about people being hired that don't have the experience to do the job effectively, efficiently, safely.
That's the problem. | ||
But see what they do? He said, oh, the boogeyman.
Oh, when they brought us over here, we've been the boogeyman.
Nobody brought you anywhere.
You were probably taken to a local hospital and born in the United States of America.
But if you want to talk about who brought the African-American slaves or who brought the African slaves over here, you might want to look into that.
They weren't white. But that's a whole other story that he wouldn't want to know about anyway.
No, the issue is... | ||
But see, that's what they do is, oh, if you don't like diversity, equity, and inclusion, you're a racist.
Oh yeah, because if you go, if God forbid this guy has a heart attack, or let's say he's in a car accident and needs traumatic surgery, do you think he's like, I hope that my surgeon is a black woman, I hope that my surgeon is a minority, I hope that my surgeon is a trans individual with a wig, or do you think the Baltimore mayor would like somebody that is competent and knows how to do the job and was hired because they're good at the job and a good surgeon?
Or do you think he wishes that a tranny has the job because that's diversity, equity, and inclusion?
So they skip over the whole thing and they just say, oh, if you don't like this, you're a racist.
And then a bridge collapses.
All right. This is just hitting the press here.
Protesters don't manure at Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin's home.
These are left-wing protesters, by the way, so I don't think you can call them racist.
I don't know if you can call them racist.
He might go with the anti-Semitic approach.
They are pro-Hamas protesters, as it's being said.
Pro-Hamas protesters.
The national pulse is very pro-Israel, so I don't know.
I've just seen this. They might just be anti-Israel protesters, but, you know, Pro-Hamas protesters have targeted a second official in the Biden government dumping manure near the home of Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.
On Tuesday, anti-Israel protesters dumped a fecal pile at the home of Biden's National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan.
So, anti-genocide protesters or anti-Israel protesters or I guess pro-Hamas is the, that would be the most negative connotation of it.
But they're dumping manure now.
These are mighty fine houses they have, too.
They're fighting the power, though.
They're fighting the rich guys, and they're all filthy rich themselves.
So they're dumping manure out front of the Biden administration because they don't like what's going on with Israel and the Palestinians.
But, you know, here's the problem.
We have ignorant people like this girl outside of the Kyle Rittenhouse event.
I'm confused why anybody's showing up to a Kyle Rittenhouse event.
Where's the messaging going on?
How are they even finding out about this?
But listen, this is just sad.
I actually feel bad for this girl.

|
Why should you allow this man, who's a murderer, who's a factual murderer, come to our campus and put the lives of all your students in danger?
Absolutely. Some people say he was acquitted on those charges, and he says he acted in self-defense.
Does that mean anything to you? No, we have also seen numerous of times that the justice system is not meant for us.
It is just meant to let- You're talking about black people.
I'm sorry, trying to find the better words.
Just to let white supremacy keep going.
It's just built for that, just to let the white people go.
Now, of course, the exact opposite is happening.
Black criminals are the ones that are being released and put back on the streets in an effort to fight racism by far-left district attorneys and far-left judges and activists.
So, she's completely inaccurate.
That's not even reality.
That's all propaganda. Straight up all propaganda.
I mean, I've got stacks and stacks of news every day.
Violent criminals released back into the streets.
90% of the time they're black.
But see, if you're Daniel Penny on the New York subway stopping a psychotic drug addict from harming people, you're going to prison.
What was the guy's name in Austin?
Who has an AK pointed at his head.
He shoots the protester, a white guy.
And then that guy goes to prison too, even after he was acquitted by a far-left activist.
District Attorney. So everything she says here is inaccurate.
Kyle Rittenhouse is not a murderer.
She obviously doesn't even know what the legal definition of murder is.
And then she says the system is set up to put white people back on the streets and put black people behind bars.
The exact opposite is happening in reality.
I don't even want to make it about race.
That's a neutral observation.
But see, this is how uneducated and misinformed these people are.

Continue. White supremacist or upholds white supremacist systems?
Yes. If you are funded by the Ku Klux Klan, Proud Boys and- Funded by the Ku Klux Klan.
And photographs and they fund you going around the country, then you're definitely one of them.
He's funded by the KKK? They're all the same, aren't they?
Oh, they're all the same. To compare Turning Point to the KKK or- She votes Democrat, though.

They just traded a hood with a badge.
What do you make of people who view Rittenhouse as a hero, as some in our country do?

So this is amazing. That's good, guys.
You know, I could sit here and say I still have hope for this girl.
She's young. She's probably in college.
And, you know, we're all a little ignorant, I think, when we're that age.
I'm certainly... I certainly was wrong about a lot of political things I believed when I was that age.
But see, it's just an example of how the propaganda works.
And now they have these students believing things that are the complete opposite of reality.

♪♪ Well, you may know him by D.C. Drano,
but the Supreme Court will know him by Rogan O'Hanley because that's where he is headed.
And we're very honored to be joined by him now.
Constitutional Attorney D.C. Drano.
He's headed to the Supreme Court.
This is a very important case when it comes to free speech.
I'm going to let him explain why.
But, Rogan, what we have had been going on since 2018, I think, is when it really started to show was the Internet censorship, specifically on social media.
You went through this process.
You want the Supreme Court to hear about it, weigh in on it, and make a decision on it.
Yes, sir. Owen, thank you.
It's an honor to be on. Big supporter of you and all your battles against the tyranny that we face.
Few have understood it more thoroughly than you.
So thank you for having me on.
And I would make one clarification.
I'm not a constitutional attorney.
I was an entertainment lawyer in Hollywood.
Uh, before, uh, I started posting on DC Drano full-time in 2017 and have been doing that ever since.
Oh my, well, I'm actually, I'm kind of glad then that you're correcting me here.
I might have to ask you about some P. Diddy stuff, but we'll put that aside for now.
We'll put that aside for now because I want to hear about the Supreme Court case, obviously.
I'll be honest, I'm not much into the rap game, so I may not be that helpful.
Well, that's probably a good thing, uh, you know, for your own, uh, for your own integrity.
Yeah. So my case is called O'Hanley v.
Weber, and I'm represented by Harmeet Dillon, Ron Coleman, and another law firm called Konzovoi McCarthy, who actually won that Harvard Affirmative Action case.
So I've got some absolute killers.
And what happened was, after Joe Biden stole the election, I, like you and many others, was banned off Twitter.
And it was because of, quote, election misinformation.
They didn't like that I was talking about the rigged and stolen election.
And it turns out, about a month after I was banned in February of 2021, we came across an email in a FOIA search, unrelated to my case, that the California government had actually emailed Twitter and said, DC Drano is spreading election misinformation.
That took it out of Section 230 and made it a First Amendment issue.
And so I called up Harmeet and Ron, and they couldn't believe that we had the email.
It was just dumb luck that we came across it.
It was another investigation. And so we filed a lawsuit.
And fast forward three years, we are currently sitting in the United States Supreme Court.
We were dismissed out of Federal District of Northern California.
We were dismissed by the Ninth Circuit.
We knew we wouldn't get a fair shake until we got to the Supreme Court.
So we are expecting a decision in June or July of this year.
Our case is currently being held.
Let me step outside the courtroom here for a second and address the election misinformation claim that was made.
What I've noticed, because I want to get your observations on this, What I've noticed really in the last couple years, and this is shown in poll numbers, more people are willing to say the election was stolen or discuss the election in 2020 being stolen than back in, let's say, late 2020 or early 2021 when the government was claiming you needed to be censored.
Do you think that this censorship of yourself and others, do you think that had a chilling effect on speech?
Do you think that had other, let's say, conservatives...
Not so willing to say it was stolen because they were afraid of repercussions from government and big tech companies?
Oh, absolutely. It had a chilling effect.
I am very thankful for Elon Musk bringing back not only free speech on X but bringing back accounts like mine and yours and Alex Jones' account, we all kind of were brought back after the first few months.
I've grown over a million followers in a year on X. And a lot of things I talk about are election integrity issues.
And I think now that Elon allows free speech and now that the other social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook, they aren't as much of a fact-check police on this stuff.
I think even YouTube put out a Statement saying they would no longer fact check claims about the 2020 election.
Unfortunately, the damage is done, right?
Our country is being absolutely destroyed because of the rigged and stolen election.
Our border is wide open. There's wars breaking out.
And I feel like the big tech company is like, well, there's nothing really they can do about it now.
And I think there were potential attempts or things that could have been done in 2021.
Maybe soon after. But unfortunately, the number one thing that people tell me when I meet other people, they come up and say hi in different cities across this country.
Number one thing they say, how do we stop them from stealing it in 2024?
It's not an easy question to answer.
Well, and maybe we can get into that with the new leadership at the RNC. I would have more hope in that question being answered from the new leadership than the old leadership.
But you're... | ||
Going to the Supreme Court, we've had some free speech issues in the Supreme Court recently.
I'm sure you heard Katanji Brown Jackson basically saying, oh, well, this pesky First Amendment, it gets in the way of us censoring people.
I think it's important to make a clarification.
The difference between a big tech company deciding to remove your account or my account
or anybody's account that they want is different than the US government or any government entity
or institution making that decision or having that influence over the decision.
unidentified
|
Right. | |
And what we saw with the Twitter files and the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop
story is that the federal government, multiple agencies, the FBI, DHS, CISA.
they all had a direct Partnership portal with Twitter where they could submit their suggestions on who and what to censor.
They had monthly calls or weekly calls to talk about misinformation, basically trends of things that are exposing their corruption.
And it's a blatant First Amendment violation.
So I know there's a lot of doom and gloom, but I do want to Provide a lot of optimism because there are currently five Supreme Court cases that will be adjudicated by June or July of this year that are all free speech cases pertaining to social media that I think are going to provide us with at least like a 30% increase in First Amendment rights.
So there's Murthy v. | ||
Biden, which is the one case you referenced where Ketanji Brown Jackson said, well, the First Amendment kind of gets in the way of You know, the government censoring things.
It's like, yeah, that's the point.
Yeah, like a boat floats on water.
Yeah, yeah. But we want it to sink.
And that boat keeps floating.
And then there's Paxton v.
NetChoice, which is the Texas free speech law case.
There's Moody v. | ||
NetChoice, which is the Florida free speech law case.
There's my case, O'Hanley v.
Weber, which has to do with state governments telling Big tech to censor people.
And then there's this other case called NRA versus Vulo.
And that's a Second Circuit New York case.
And that case was an insurance regulator.
This is back during the Parkland shooting era.
They said, we do not want any insurance companies to insure the NRA, which was based in New York at the time.
And they complied and the NRA couldn't get corporate insurance.
It's a blatant First Amendment violation when the government is specifically targeting certain companies and telling other companies not to work with them.
And at the threat of, we're gonna investigate you, we'll tax you more, we'll regulate you more.
So the intimidation factor in the government is inherent.
It doesn't need to be made explicit.
And with a lot of these big tech companies, we've seen with X, right?
With Twitter, Elon is not playing ball with their censorship regime.
And so now he's getting sued in Delaware.
He's getting investigated by the SEC. He's getting money taken away from him in Tesla lawsuits.
They will weaponize the entire machine to go after someone if they don't comply.
All these other big tech companies have been complying.
So even though I am suing, technically, Elon, He's the new owner.
I think he would actually very much agree with my case because it'll provide an equal playing field if these companies are no longer allowed to take censorship suggestions from state and federal governments.
Yeah, and you know what? Since you brought that up, because I never even ended up providing an update on this, I had to sue Twitter for a digital identity theft case And it just got lost in the sauce.
Twitter actually did cooperate with us.
They gave all the information of the individual that we requested.
And we then basically got the individual to cease and desist as we were pushing for.
And we ended up dropping the case because there was just no value in it past that.
I don't even think I ever gave an update on that.
So I'm glad you brought that up.
So the Twitter legal team is willing to cooperate with some of these cases that stem from issues before Elon Musk took over.
I know they're overwhelmed with them.
I guess I'll say Twitter's not going to be a cog in the gears of your legal fight here.
They'll probably help you if they can.
I want to get back to some of these issues, but I think there's kind of a looming frustration here, which is...
What does a victory really mean?
I mean, we want free speech, right?
And we want free speech, and we want there to be a precedent set with your case and other cases.
But I feel like there's something missing, and that's there should be criminal charges.
It shouldn't just be a decision saying, hey, you can't do this.
Well, no, no, no. It's not that you can't.
You broke the law. | ||
You violated the foundational law of this country.
You denied an American its First Amendment rights.
I mean, I don't really hear anybody talking about that.
It shouldn't just be, okay, we just won into the Supreme Court.
I mean, I feel like criminal charges need to follow.
Yeah, so if we want to get, I agree.
The sentiment, I agree with.
I think what they would argue is they have qualified immunity, similar to a police officer doing their job and something bad happens.
The government kind of takes the hit on it.
But there are situations, like we've seen in certain police shootings, where those cops do get charged and go to jail.
And frankly, I believe you And I'm with you on that, that people should go to jail for this.
This has gotten so out of hand to the point where our own FBI was suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story and calling it Russian misinformation, even though they knew it was not that.
They had that laptop for over a year.
Do I think anything is going to happen under the current regime or even with the GOP Congress?
Unfortunately not. We can't even impeach Mayorkas, and we have 8 million people coming across the border.
What we can do is stop this censorship regime and allow free speech to help save this country.
Because I believe after these Supreme Court cases are handed down, these big tech companies are gonna have to immediately change their protocols.
The federal government is going to immediately have to stop telling big tech who to censor.
And if we have between July and November of this year, August, September, October, four months of Substantially more free speech protections on big tech, that will have a difference to a tune of at least 40, 50 to 100,000 votes across this country, right? They believe that 18% of voting Americans would have changed their vote if they knew about the Hunter Biden laptop story.
Think of how much more free speech we'll have.
And obviously, big tech's gonna wanna try and censor us regardless.
But I believe Trump and Biden, even though it was stolen, it was only about 40,000 votes in three swing states that determined the difference.
I think this is going to help save us.
We need to chip away every way we can.
So, yeah, I want people thrown in jail too, but most importantly, I want to win back the White House.
Well, and people could argue over the legitimacy of those numbers or different variables, but obviously the Democrats know that there's a value in that or they wouldn't have engaged in the censorship to begin with.
So the numbers might be arbitrary, but there's clearly a value.
That's why the censorship existed.
Now, I'm just curious, and I mean, I don't know how much legal strategy you've even gotten into with your lawyers or if you're thinking about this.
And, you know, you don't have to divulge anything you don't want to here.
But I'm curious. There was just some big news on this the other day.
I know you've covered it where Tom Fitton has revealed that there was sabotage inside of the Trump administration where he was trying to take action.
And there was a lot of frustration with Trump.
From Trump voters saying, well, why wasn't there more action taken?
And we're learning, well, there was attempts and there was then sabotage.
I'm sure a lot of people watching this have seen the 2000 Mules documentary where we not only had the cell phone tracking data, but we had CCTV footage of mules, ballot traffickers, putting 10, 20 ballots into each drop box, hitting multiple different
drop boxes, and then going back to these little NGO places and getting more ballots and
repeating this. It's insane how many fraudulent votes there were out there. You saw the video of the
Detroit arena at like two or three in the morning. Gateway Pundit got a hold of the videos of this
van dropping off what looked to be tens of thousands of ballots at three in the morning with no
Republican observers. And you know what happened when the Gateway Pundit posted that on Twitter
under the old regime? They got banned.
That's how you know the video is real.
And then we saw in Georgia when they pull out the box of ballots from under the table and there's no GOP observers.
They're putting the cardboard on the windows.
I mean, it was so rigged.
It was so obvious. | ||
And not a single federal criminal investigation was opened into this election fraud.
Not a single one. | ||
And yet you got people that were peacefully protesting that are spending months, if not years, in prison.
That they tracked down everybody's face that was on film, walking peacefully through a Capitol.
Or just an earlobe. | ||
If they had an earlobe, they'd get you with an earlobe.
If they had an earlobe, they'd get you.
But not a single federal criminal investigation of election fraud.
Unreal. This was a coup.
It was a coup. And there was a lot of people involved.
And the deep state got what they wanted.
And unfortunately, Trump was not able to stop it.
They might even call it an insurrection.
I don't think they can... But they're desperate, they're flailing, and they're completely destroying the legitimacy of these institutions to stop one man.
But this is a movement now.
And if it's not Trump, it's going to be someone else after him.
We are not going away. | ||
Once you are awake to this corruption, you never fall back asleep.
And especially with all this new free speech we're going to get on social media soon, we're going to wake a lot more people up.
We will one day hit a critical mass.
Well, and as you say that, using the internet to wake people up, you know, or it's been any situation, whether back in the day it was the printing press or a book or a magazine or a television or a radio station, it's just the new age media.
It's the internet. And so it's the power of the internet.
And as you're sitting here, I was already in the back of my head imagining this meme, if you will.
It's like the scene from A Clockwork Orange where they force him to have his eyes open and he's just sitting there being forced to look at the propaganda.
But it's almost like... I'm not saying we support re-education camps like the Democrats do, but it's like that's what people are going to have to go through is that process.
Most Americans have still never seen the Mules documentary.
Most Americans have still never seen the Vote Viagra for Joe Biden at 3.30 in the morning in five different states, giving him those states and ultimately the victory.
Most people have never seen the news about how they sabotaged all the investigations into the 2020 elections.
Most people have never seen all the evidence from January 6th that showed there were provocateurs there and Pelosi and the Democrats stood down the National Guard.
And so that's what's so frustrating here and why the censorship for them was so important.
It's like when you try to explain this to people that haven't seen it, That's what it's like.
It's like, what do I have to do? Do I have to sit you down in a straight jacket and pry your eyes open so you have to see this stuff?
Yeah, it's extremely frustrating.
But the one thing we can't do is quit.
And I know you are not a quitter.
And I know a lot of people watching this aren't quitters.
And there's very few quitters on our side, thankfully.
It's not supposed to be easy.
They were planning this for decades.
As Infowars viewers are certainly well aware.
And, you know, I think a lot of people have been vindicated.
You know, even the New York Times recently said, actually, the deep state is pretty awesome.
You know, whereas months ago they were saying deep state didn't even exist.
Folks, you don't understand. Literally the New York Times, it was like six months ago, said there is no deep state.
And then they published a headline saying the deep state is awesome.
Yeah, because they stopped Trump.
They stopped the will of the people, right?
He was a freely and duly elected, legitimately elected president.
And these unelected career bureaucrats stopped Trump.
And the New York Times says, you know what, they're actually pretty awesome.
Obviously, the New York Times is a mouthpiece, even the Wall Street Journal, all these major media organizations.
But we are making serious headway into Saving this country with independent media.
Think of when Trump started, right?
Charlie Kirk barely had any followers.
Infowars was a fraction of what it is now.
I didn't even have an account.
Candace Owens didn't exist.
And now you have these massive voices that can reach tens of millions of people.
Look at what Tucker's doing. He has greater reach than ever.
Joe Rogan is Largely, spewing Republican talking points.
Elon Musk is using one of the biggest microphones in the world to spread common sense positions.
I mean, I know they're rigging these elections.
I don't think they can rig it to overwhelm what is coming in 2024 and this November.
So I just hope nobody watching this quits.
Get out the vote. | ||
Get as many people to the polls as possible.
I completely agree with that.
And I even want to echo that.
But, you know, I want to actually bear down on something you were just talking about and kind of use an example.
There's a lot of political purists in the right.
And I try to explain this dynamic of the new right, which I think that we would be probably, you know, considered the new right.
And I've laid this out. | ||
I don't want to go through it all. I think you understand the concept.
I know my audience does. But...
I get this all the time where, hey, you know, Trump did this wrong or Trump did that wrong, and why do you still support Trump after he said this or did this?
And I try to explain. I was like, look, this isn't 2016 where the power of Infowars can get Trump over the finish line in a Republican nomination process.
Trump's already done the entire course now.
We could all come out against Trump.
It wouldn't change anything. Trump is the guy now.
So that's all said and done.
Trump controls his own fate now.
And so there's this... | ||
But it gets back to what you're saying.
There's such a large populist force behind Trump now that didn't even exist in 2016.
And it has such gravity politically that now all these people that were anti-Trump and wrote all these anti-Trump columns and pieces, now they have to be pro-Trump too.
Yeah. And... | ||
One thing I will say about Trump, he's not perfect.
Nobody is. He's pretty responsive to criticism, I will say.
He will generally redirect if he thinks he's out of touch with a very substantial portion of his base, or he'll reprioritize.
So you don't get a lot of that in D.C. because a lot of times these people are bought And they're never going to change.
When they're wrong, they're just going to say, well, I know I'm wrong.
I have to do this, though, because of my donors.
I mean, they won't say that. But that's the case.
But, I mean, if you just look at the progress.
We got rid of Ron McDaniel.
We got rid of Kevin McCarthy.
Yep. Mitch McConnell's stepping down at the end of this year.
I mean, you know, their replacement, their RNC replacements have been great.
Yeah, that's the old right. That's the old right.
Hey, Rogan, I'm up against a break.
Stay right there, folks. D.C. Drano with us.
I mean, he's one of the stalwart voices for draining the swamp.
He's a stronghold in D.C. too.
I mean, I'd salute him just for that.
I mean, my God. We'll be right back.
Don't go anywhere. D.C. Drano, our guest.
I don't know if you were in D.C. at the time.
I know you're in Florida now.
But I remember, because I used to run into you in D.C. when Trump was president, And, you know, it's funny.
I don't know if you ever go to D.C. anymore, but isn't it amazing how different it is?
The four years when Trump was president, I guess outside of the COVID year, D.C. was like the place to be.
It was a vibe. It was an energy.
It felt right. | ||
You got excited to be there.
I mean, you go to D.C. now, it's like truly a dark place.
I don't even know how to explain it unless you've been there.
I mean, it feels dystopian now.
To be honest, I haven't been there since, I'll say, January 7th when I flew back.
But yeah, I was there for those few days, and I haven't been since.
I haven't, frankly, been interested.
Once Trump sold the Trump Hotel, I mean, where am I going to go?
Just to go up to get mugged?
Or to hang out with a bunch of sold-out politicians?
I have no interest. So I've been in Florida for...
You know, the past seven years, absolutely loving it down here.
And I don't know. | ||
I probably am going back sooner than later to meet with some, you know, Congress people.
But it's, you know, some of our best people.
And, you know, they need our support.
They're fighting the machine on our behalf.
But, yeah, I can't stand going up there.
All right, let's talk about what's going on, because...
I have people saying the Republican Party is no good either.
Well, maybe the Republican Party has been a force against America for some time, but I use this analogy of a Gatlin gun.
Well, if you're in a war and your enemy is using a Gatlin gun against you, but then you take the Gatlin gun, what, are you just going to blow it up?
No, you're going to use it against your enemy.
So, I mean... We have a party apparatus.
We have the RNC. It's a political weaponry system.
We might as well use it, not just blow it up.
And we're taking over the gears and the knobs and the levers of this system now.
And so I see this happening.
And I think the best way to put it is how you ended the last segment.
Ronald McDaniel is out.
Kevin McCarthy is out. | ||
Mitch McConnell is about to have his ouster.
You know, this is the new Republican Party.
They're serious about having policies that actually help the American people.
They're serious about putting away the corruption in Washington, D.C. They don't care about the political correctness.
They're not afraid to stand up to the media.
And I think what I've seen from the first week or so, maybe it's been a month now, Since Laura Trump has become the co-chair of the RNC, I think it shows promise.
I think it shows a defunct, dormant organization coming back to life.
What about you? Oh, I couldn't agree more.
It's giving us hope. | ||
I mean, this is, you know, Ron McDaniel had a job.
And, you know, it's Mitt Romney's niece.
She had a job to suffocate and destroy the America First movement in any way she could.
And, you know, the biggest tell of them all is after she left, she got a job at MSNBC. You know, not even Fox, which would have been bad enough.
She was an absolute snake.
And there's a lot of these people, the old right, they're clinging to power.
And they've been trying to stifle and suffocate us.
But Laura Trump and Michael Watley, they've gone in there and fired dozens of people.
And now I read that they have a question for anyone they're interviewing.
Do you believe the 2020 election was stolen?
I absolutely love that.
They've partnered with Scott Pressler.
They've committed to massive ballot harvesting.
And yeah, I'm a big believer in hostile takeover of the machine and bringing it back, the Republican machine, and bringing it back to its core roots as a party of the people.
I know there's some black pillars out there who just say, screw it, and they're never gonna vote, and nothing matters.
Get back in the fight, because we've got the GOP, we've got the Republican Party under our control now.
Trump is the nominee. | ||
We kicked out Kevin McCarthy.
We're gonna have a hell of a time finding Mitch McConnell's replacement and getting a good guy in there.
So it ain't easy. | ||
It ain't pretty. But I do see a pretty bright light at the end of this tunnel.
If we get Trump back in the White House, the amount of pressure on these rhinos in D.C. to conform with the agenda will be severe.
You're not gonna have a Paul Ryan situation.
Where he's gumming up the machinery and not even allowing us to get a border wall after two years and then quitting right before the midterm.
Paul Ryan's an absolute scumbag.
Same with Mike Pence, backstabbers.
We're on to these people now.
And a lot of them, instead of fighting us, they're just dropping out.
Mike Gallagher, Ken Buck, all these rhinos.
So keep pushing forward because they're definitely feeling the heat.
Well, and if we get, I mean, just to put it generally, if we get real election results and maybe the Republicans control the House again, or who knows, maybe even get control of the Senate, now you're talking about a potentially unstoppable machine for the Trump policy.
But let's talk about this issue with voting, because I do hear this a lot.
I talk to a lot of people who will never vote again, and I understand the logic and reasoning.
I do. But I think it's a paradox.
I would say if you think that the 2024 election is going to be rigged against Trump, that is actually more reason to go out and vote, because what we have to do is we have to stuff the ballot.
We have to have the ballot box overflowing with Trump votes, and then the Biden ballot box has cobwebs and spiders and dust on it.
So then when they announce, oh, Biden wins again, Trump gets $85 million, Biden gets $86 million, then...
Then people will be like, okay, this is ridiculous.
This is Looney Tunes level.
I just watched Donald Trump dunk the ball 39 times.
Joe Biden missed a layup.
How did Biden win? | ||
So I think it's a paradox.
I get the reasoning to say, oh, I'm just going to sit home.
I think it's the opposite.
I say you get out, you get 10 other people to vote.
We have to just stuff this thing, overwhelm this thing.
Plus, like you said, the RNC is actually making moves now to be serious about fighting election fraud.
You saw what happened with Glenn Youngkin in Virginia, right?
They tried to do the same thing.
They shut down Fairfax County election machines, the counting, around 6 or 7 or maybe 8 p.m.
Eastern, the most populous county in that area.
And then you saw Harmeet Dillon tweet something, say, hold the line.
There's lawyers in the room.
We're filing injunctions.
We're filing court filings.
And about less than an hour later, counting resumes.
And Virginia went from a blue state to a red state, top to bottom, governor, lieutenant governor, and attorney general, okay?
New Jersey, the Republican guy, John something, he was winning overnight.
The next morning, you saw Bergen County flip, lots of fraud.
They didn't have the lawyers.
I think there was like a thousand lawyers in Virginia, This is gonna be won in the courts, and this is gonna be won by flooding the ballot boxes.
They can only cheat so much.
It's too decentralized for them to have a nationwide system, okay?
So I understand that the regime, they want you to quit.
They want you to feel like it's hopeless and your vote doesn't matter.
Don't let them win, okay?
We have them on their heels.
They wouldn't be flailing this much.
They wouldn't be Indicting President Trump four times in all these ridiculous lawsuits if they thought they were in control.
It's a sign of weakness.
Let's fight as hard as hell come November because I really do think we can pull this off.
Yeah, plus if it's like you're a mechanical engineer or something and you're trying to fix a machine, well, you might have to start the machine up just to see where the problems are.
Well, after 2020, we know where the problems are.
We know where to look in Michigan.
We know where to look in Pennsylvania.
We know where to look in Wisconsin.
We know where to look in Virginia.
And so now you just take that and you say, okay, here's all the problems.
We have serious people who are willing to address it now.
If they want to stop counting in Georgia, we'll be right on it.
If they want to bring in a mail truck full of ballots in Michigan and Wisconsin, we'll be there waiting.
We're not going to let them do it.
And so it's going to be interesting.
I mean, this is certainly not a boring time to be alive or be in politics.
And it's good to have you on the right side of history.
D.C. Drano, Godspeed with your Supreme Court case.
We're going to be following that quickly.
Really glad you came on with us today.
I know you don't do many interviews so we really appreciate that.
Well, thank you for having me on, Owen.
And I have a feeling, you know, you will be vindicated in the history books with what you've done.
Injustice may be popular, may be, you know, something that stands right now, but it certainly won't in the long run.
And, you know, what you've done is you've been an absolute leader in this movement.
Well, you and me both, brother.
I really appreciate that. Great interview there with D.C. Drano.
He's going to the Supreme Court, trying to get my case to the Supreme Court.
You know, here's the core question.
Here's the core question.
Do you believe America's worth fighting for?
That is the core question.
If your answer is no, then fine.
Completely get it. Give up.
Live your life. Find out the best route for you to live life as you want.
It's going to be tougher. It's going to get worse.
But if you don't believe it, then that's fine.
I get it. Don't vote. | ||
Lay down. Give up. But if you believe America's worth fighting for, well then, join the fight.
Join the fight. So that's just the core question.
We're in the fight right here at Infowars, no doubt about that.
This crew, this audience, and the fight to destroy us is certainly real too, but we're still here thanks to your support.
Thanks to your support. Thanks to God as well.
No doubt about that. | ||

All right. Let's do this.
Still got a bunch of news here. Let's go to the latest with the Baltimore Bridge.
There was a press conference, and we'll just go back to back.
A lot is revealed here dealing with the black box, dealing...
Again, you know, I gotta tell you, I'm probably still leaning that...
Accident here? But I don't know.
The more that comes out about this, the more it's hard to believe that it's an accident, quite frankly.
So I don't know. Maybe I'm like 51% this was just an accident, a mistake, and things happen to like 49%.
Okay, there was definitely some foul play here.
I don't know. Maybe that's just because I don't want to believe it.
Maybe that's because I don't want to think everything is a conspiracy, but it's just...
The more that comes out. So they talk about the data being erased from the black box, and then they talk about the hazardous materials that are now leaking into the water, by the way.
You're not really hearing much about this, so you'll hear it right here.
unidentified
|
Here's the press conference. Information from the Dalai's voyage data recorder, or what we call a VDR, was successfully recovered on the morning of the accident by the U.S. Coast Guard.
It was provided to the NTSB upon our arrival.
Approximately six hours of VDR data was provided to the NTSB. The recording included the time period from midnight to 6 a.m.
By regulation, the VDR is required to record 30 days of history, and the NTSB is continuing to obtain more data.
The time is expressed below as recorded by the VDR and converted to local Eastern Daylight Time.
All information is preliminary and subject to final validation.
The VDR data is comprised of audio from the ship's bridge as well as recordings from the ship's VHF or very high frequency radios.
The quality of that audio varies widely because of the high levels of background noise and alarms.
Additional analysis will be performed at the NTSB's lab to filter out the audio and improve its quality.
Additionally, the VDR recorded limited sensor data.
An example of that data recorded includes the ship's speed, engine RPM, ship's heading, and rotor angle, as well as some alarm information.
NTSB engineers are working to identify and validate all of that data.
The VDR recorded the ship's departure from Sea Gert Marine Terminal at approximately 1239.
It recorded the ship's transit outbound in the Fort McHenry Channel and the striking of the Francis Scott Key Bridge.
By 107, the ship had entered the channel and by 124, The ship was underway on a true heading of approximately 141 in the Fort McHenry Channel at a speed of overground of approximately 8 knots or 9.2 miles per hour.
At 0.124 in 59 seconds, Numerous audible alarms were recorded on the ship's bridge audio.
About the same time, VDR sensor data ceased recording.
However, the VDR audio continued to record using the redundant power source.
At around 01.26 and two seconds, the VDR resumed recording sensor data.
And during this time, there were steering commands and rudder orders recorded on the audio.
At around 01.26 and 39 seconds, the ship's pilot made a general VHF radio call for tugs in the vicinity to assist.
About this time, the Pilot Association dispatcher phoned the MDTA duty officer regarding the blackout.
Around 01.27 and four seconds, the pilot ordered the dally to drop the port anchor and ordered additional steering commands.
Around 1.27 and 25 seconds, the pilot issued a radio call over the VHF radio reporting that the Dalai had lost all power and was approaching the bridge.
Around this time, MDTA data shows the following also occurred.
Their duty officer radioed two of their units that were already on scene due to construction on the bridge, one on each side of the bridge, and ordered them to close traffic on the bridge.
All lanes were then shut down by MDTA. Around 01.29, the ship's speed over ground was recorded at just under seven knots, or eight miles per hour.
From this moment until approximately 1.29 and 33 seconds, the VDR audio recorded sounds consistent with the collision of the bridge.
Additionally, around this time, MDTA dash cameras show the bridge lights extinguishing.
Additional analysis of the VDR audio and comparison with other time sources will be needed to determine the exact time of contact between the dolly and the bridge.
At 1.29 and 39 seconds, the pilot reported the bridge down over the VHF radio to the Coast Guard.
The NTSP will later convene a group of technical experts to review the entire VDR recording and develop a detailed transcript of the dialogue and the event alarms as recorded.
A few areas that I just want to clarify.
The data that we received from the Coast Guard, which was they were able to obtain on the bridge by downloading the information from the VDR from midnight to 6 a.m.
That's a standard time frame.
They provide that immediately so we can see that time frame.
They also were able to obtain the cargo manifest.
Now, the cargo manifest, we did bring in one of NTSB's senior hazmat investigators today to begin to look at the cargo and the cargo manifest.
He was able to identify 56 containers of hazardous materials.
That's 764 tons of hazardous materials.
Mostly corrosives, flammables, and some miscellaneous hazardous materials, class 9 hazardous materials, which would include lithium ion batteries.
I'm just going to let these press conferences stand as we just heard from them there.
And I see people showing this today and saying, oh, it's more evidence.
More than 1,600 planes are hit by mysterious GPS jamming across Europe, and they're blaming Russia.
So that's when you're like, oh, if they're going to blame Russia, now you're thinking false flag.
Just blame everything on Russia. Try to start a war with Russia.
Try to start a war with NATO and Russia.
And then there was this other thing people were sharing, like, Oh, the Russian military has the ability to hack ships.
So the Chinese military has the ability to hack ships.
Really? No kidding. | ||
That's basic military technology to attempt to hack any operating machinery.
So it doesn't necessarily prove anything, but I understand the people making the connections.
I think here's the issue.
If there was foul play, would they even tell us?
You know? I think that's what's so frustrating about this.
If there even was, would they even let us know?
Would they even tell us the truth?
Alright, we got a new O'Keefe Media Group drop.
And it's more insiders basically admitting Biden doesn't even know what the hell's going on with anything.
But they still just won't vote for Trump because of the racism in January 6th and all this crap.
Hey, would you be surprised to find out that Joe Biden doesn't know anything about business or trade?
Where Donald Trump obviously excelled?
Well, the O'Keefe Media Group has the insiders from inside the Biden administration saying it for themselves right here.
Was he right? | ||
Basically. Was Trump right?
unidentified
|
He was basically right, particularly in the international affairs world.
He was deeply interested in Trump.
Biden doesn't care about things.
Really? Yeah. Meet Trevor Kolodny.
unidentified
|
I work on issues related to chemical terrorism.
And my agency with government security is the cybersecurity and infrastructure security agency.
Trevor Kolodny brings up the topic of SICE's central role in fighting misinformation and working with big tech.
unidentified
|
You've probably heard a lot about, like, internet text or shit?
Yeah, I've heard about that.
unidentified
|
That's my urgency. | |
They've had conversations with Facebook and Google about these kinds of attacks.
The CISA official Trevor Kalodny says Rand Paul is trying to take away the funding.
unidentified
|
So he's like really trying to come up the world.
A lot of the times I get where he's coming from, I don't mind.
I don't. | ||
Trevor Cullodney makes no bones about his dislike for Trump.
unidentified
|
I am a registered Republican.
I don't think the Ivan vote for Donald Trump after January 6th.
Because people can't drag this.
Delusional. | ||
No. | ||
Almost every single person in the deep state agrees with the policies that Donald Trump has put forth are better privately, but publicly their hatred for anything Donald Trump forces them to align with a political narrative of what's the next way in which we get Donald Trump.
They're always called Trump supporters dumb and delusional and all that stuff, but then when you debate them, you find out who's really dumb, don't you?
The wellness company have designed this unique prescription-based medical emergency kit that is packed with...
Yeah, isn't that funny? That's really what kind of organically drove the original content of me going out on the streets debating liberals, is they would insult my intelligence...
And they would insult me and I'd say, oh really?
How smart are you, Jack? How smart are you, bud?
Let's see what you think about this issue.
Let's see what you think about this policy.
Let's see what you think about this. What do you know?
And then you realize that they don't know jack crap.
So here's a Homeland Security agent that, you know, another curveball coming at you here.
unidentified
|
We basically regulate chemical facilities.
Really? Yeah. | ||
So, to make sure that, you know, facilities that work with chemicals, supposedly, like, a military level of risk, have, like, a contaminant level of protections in place.
So that's, yeah. | ||
So that's a matter of national security?
Is it what? Matter of national security?
unidentified
|
Well, yeah, I mean, yeah, I mean.
Is it classified? | ||
unidentified
|
Some of it, absolutely.
And how long have you worked there?
I'm there for like since August.
Oh, so August, since August.
Right, right, right, right.
unidentified
|
And that's like- And then before that, I had been working at
the Treasury, which is where the Archibald's was, since January of it.
Trevor Kalodny, a senior policy analyst at CISA during our undercover work, brings up
the topic of CISA's central role in fighting misinformation and working with big tech.
unidentified
|
You've probably heard a lot about, like, internet censorship.
Yeah, I've heard about that.
unidentified
|
That's my agent. That's your agent.
They're the ones that are accused.
They wouldn't use the word censorship.
What would they say? The video's, like, 20 minutes long.
Oh, Keep Media Group dropped, like, four videos today, by the way.
So... You know, it's sad the fallout with Project Veritas, and now Project Veritas pretty much just...
Doesn't even do anything anymore.
But, boy, I mean, you might say James O'Keefe is even more effective now with the O'Keefe Media Group.
That's impressive stuff.
Oh, yeah, just another deep stater telling you they censored you.
It's cool. They still don't understand that what we do here is real.
And that's why the government says, oh, Owen Schroer isn't a journalist.
He's a conspiracy theorist.
Oh, I'm a conspiracy theorist, huh?
unidentified
|
I told you they would gag Donald Trump over a week ago.
Here's the filing. You think this is a game?
You think Owen Schroer's a conspiracy theorist?
unidentified
|
Sometimes there's a man.
A man who must stand for what's right.
A man who must stand for the truth.
That man is Owen Schroer.
It's the InfoWars War Room.
Here's your host Owen Schroer.
Alright, we're on the third and final hour here at the Info Wars War Room brought to you by InfoWars4.com.
Now, I had previously made a decision as I'm doing the show prep for the day that I just wasn't going to get into the ditty
stuff anymore. | ||
And then between the hours of like Noon and one or one and two, the news feed just was flooded with all these old videos that just make it look really bad.
And so I decided to pull a couple of them and play a couple of them because, you know, it's hard to really give a fair...
or proper analysis of this from the outside looking in because quite frankly you just have to make a bunch of assumptions and I don't really like to do that but what it appears to be based off of now the unredacted legal documents and the investigation and the ditty is that there was some sort of a blackmail ring Some level of sex trafficking and using the combination of these two things to control the entertainment industry, the music industry, maybe beyond, and who knows what other kind of abuse goes into this.
I don't think I pulled any of the awkward clips with Diddy and all the involvement with Nickelodeon.
I just didn't even want to go there today.
So I'm really just sticking to kind of the rap industry, the music industry, with some other clips that we have.
But that's what looks to be the case when you start to look at the constellation of everything.
So, let's start with this one.
Now, again, does this not sound like the Epstein Island situation?
Where a music executive...
Talks about how they would sign you to a record label or how they would get you under control.
Hey, you know, you're hanging out with Diddy.
You're hanging out with all the celebrities.
You're at a party. And then the next thing you know, here's what happens, clip five.
unidentified
|
It ain't what you think.
You walk around, wake up tomorrow, shit, ass nigga with a footy on, and don't know what the fuck you just done, Diddy.
I mean, real shit. | ||
Your motherfucking knee feels so fucked up and your ass hurting.
You don't know what the fuck to say.
You don't know who to tell.
But this is what the game is going to.
That's what it's going to.
Then, here it is. | ||
It's time for a contract to come out.
Nigga don't want to sign you for five years.
You like, nah, dawg. | ||
So you don't want to sign with us.
Nah. Not for no nah. | ||
Man, pop in the table. | ||
Show this nigga what he did last night.
I'm surged. Dude, this real shit I'm telling y'all don't.
Pop in the tape. You're sending that motherfucker like, man, what the fuck?
Yeah, well, what the fuck?
That's what happened. You got it.
What you gonna do? You gonna sign that contract?
You don't want nobody in the hood to see that shit?
You don't want that shit to get out, dog.
I'm telling y'all, and this is what I'm going to tell y'all like this, these niggas that you see constantly hiding, they're not getting hiding because they like to get hiding.
They're getting hiding because they know what they done and they can't live with that.
I'm telling y'all, I'm telling y'all this from me.
This is some real shit. | ||
So is that what's really going on?
Is that what's really going on?
Is that... What Cat Williams is talking about here during an interview recently in clip one.
unidentified
|
I've had to turn down $50 million four times.
Four times. Just to protect my integrity and that virgin hole I was telling you about.
Right. Because P. Diddy be wanting to party.
And you gotta tell him no.
You gotta tell him no. | ||
Now again, there's other clips of Cat Williams with similar insinuations.
There's dozens of clips of 50 Cent.
I mean dozens. | ||
And I didn't want to just overwhelm you with these clips today.
There's just so many. But here's one.
Here's 50 Cent. Here's one of them, clip two.
unidentified
|
I didn't do nothing, Puffy did.
Laughter Yeah, no, it was just so, it was just so excitement, it was
so much excitement that there was no reason for me to put something in our drink.
Oh my gosh. | ||
I need you to remember. | ||
I need you to remember this.
The foundation. Thank you.
I told you I jumped around.
And then there's other videos of 50 and he calls him Puff and Puffy.
I think he gets it. | ||
You're a Puff. You're gay.
You're the gay daddy. | ||
But there's other clips where he's talking about that.
And there's other... | ||
Where there's like these awkward moments.
And I think the situation with 50 Cent is kind of the most public.
And it gives us the best idea because there was all these jokes.
But it's like... | ||
Okay. | ||
50 Cent comes out. | ||
Has a couple successful records.
But... Like Cat Williams said, had to protect his integrity, had to protect his virgin hole.
Sometimes you gotta tell Diddy no.
And so, 50 Cent goes from having top 10 hit after top 10 hit, platinum record after platinum record, and then you just don't hear from him again in the music scene.
He didn't take the deal.
He didn't open up. | ||
And so you kind of get that vibe now from all these old resurfaced interviews and clips and videos.
What did LeBron James mean when he said this in clip three?
unidentified
|
Hey, everybody know ain't no party like a diddy party, so...
Yeah, that's what's up.
Yeah! Ain't no party like a diddy party, huh?
I wonder if LeBron would care to tell us what he meant.
And then there's all these videos with Justin Bieber and Diddy when Bieber was very young.
Including this one from what is being called an industry party.
And again, you don't want to leap to any conclusions here, but it looks like they were really grooming Bieber badly.
But again, you gotta understand, it's like You have money.
You have fame. You have fortune.
You have all of this stuff.
And the power of it. | ||
And the influence of it. And the gravity of it.
And they flaunt it in front of you.
But then the abuse that goes on behind the scenes.
And you just say, well, I'm going to put up with it.
I want to be cool. I want to be rich.
I want to be famous. You know what?
I don't even think I want to show this video, actually.
I'm not going to show the video.
But... Let's just say they were...
It looks like they were grooming Bieber badly, guys.
It looks like they were grooming Bieber badly.
And so, I'm not going to show it because it's...
It's just... | ||
It could be next level. It could be abuse on film.
And so, you know what? I'm just not going to show it.
I'm just not going to show it.
And there's other Bieber interviews, and then there's other moments with Diddy and Bieber, and then so...
Not to mention the Usher angle of it all, with Usher coming in at a young age and saying some things.
Now, okay, what is the cause for concern here?
Are we concerned for the victims?
Is it just a human interest story, just more TMZ, Hollywood culture stuff?
No, I think the larger issue, I think the larger story, I think why this is relevant is it shows that these celebrities, these pop culture icons, the people that get pushed out to us, Are really just total scumbags.
And none of it is organic.
And so they prop up these people as heroes, as celebrities, when the dark, twisted reality is many of them are either abuse victims or abusers themselves.
And it's how they control not just the industry, but then the influence.
Fashion, culture, the youth.
Entertainment, music, what you like, what you don't like, what you watch, and how that impacts our culture, how that impacts our civilization, how that impacts the youth.
I think that's the big story here.
If this is just Diddy and some of his friends, you know, doing whatever at parties, well, then whatever.
Okay, maybe there's some legal stuff and they'll go through it.
No, this is about controlling an influential industry.
This is about controlling pop culture, controlling culture, controlling the youth, deceiving you into this false idol worship.
And it's like it's all a big joke.
And it's all a big joke, but hey, they're rich and famous.
They're so cool. And then what happens if you find out?
What happens if you find out?
Many of them are abused or abusers themselves.
unidentified
|
It changes everything, doesn't it?
Thank you. | ||
you But it's truly wild.
Because I don't think it's always been this way.
I don't think it's always been this way.
I think this is probably something that's just really developed into such a level in the last couple of decades.
But it's just like, you look at it now...
unidentified
|
Because... | |
I mean, me and the crew, we're all about the same age in our 30s here.
I mean, these are the people we grew up on TV all the time.
Getting the big interviews.
Always on the radio. Everywhere.
Everywhere. And you look at it now, and at the time you're even scratching your head and you're like, well, why is this promoted?
Why is this filth promoted?
Why is this disgust promoted?
With gang banging and killing cops and the woman abuse and all this other stuff.
And now you realize, oh, it was to degrade the culture.
It was to propagandize the youth.
And it was all being done nefariously with that agenda.
So that's why I think this is a big story.
Otherwise, I wouldn't even touch it.
Otherwise, I'd be like, I really don't care about celebrity culture.
I really don't do this stuff.
This isn't TMZ, but it's so big now.
And I think we all are starting to see where it goes.
I think we're all starting to see where it goes.
The question is, what's going to be the straw that breaks the camel's back?
Because most people still don't know about this.
They wouldn't even believe it. But what's going to be that event that What's going to be the moment where it all changes?
And finally, people look at these celebrities for the filth that they are.
And it's going to be something that just clicks.
Just like that. And you no longer have this false idol worship.
You have a disgust. | ||
You have a nauseating experience when you see them now.
And for many people in this audience, you probably already have it.
But when is it going to be that way for everybody?
When is everybody going to look up and see these false idols for what they really are?
They're not stars. | ||
They're black holes. | ||
Most of them don't get there because of their talents or their abilities.
They get there because of what they're willing to do or what they've done to be compromised.
Now I want to step away from that.
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
We'll go ahead and step away from that.
And I'll be able to cover probably the rest of this news and even have some time for some phone calls.
So why don't I open up the phone lines now.
And I'll cover the rest of this news and we'll start taking some calls.
877-789-2539. | ||
877-789-2539. | ||
And anything we've discussed today is fair game.
So if we've discussed it, you can call in on it.
877-789-2539. | ||
Alright, in the meantime, let me finally get this stack of the criminal news, illegal immigrant news.
Let me just finally get this off my desk.
We covered this. New York cop, 31, fatally shot by a career criminal during traffic stop.
21 prior arrests put back on the streets by leftist DAs, Democrats.
Boatload of illegals. | ||
Storm California Beach.
Yeah. You remember seeing all that footage out of Europe and they hit the beach and they all storm in?
And now it's happening in America.
I don't really understand why you can come across the border illegally and get everything for free.
So these must be the criminals.
These must be the real bad actors that are storming the beach and rushing in.
Man, this is just such a disaster.
Biden may hand out green cards to 4,000 illegal immigrants per year.
Yeah, I mean, they're just going to legalize all of them.
They're going to give them a vote. I mean, they're buying voters.
More blood on Biden's hands.
Illegal immigrant shoots and kills 25-year-old Michigan woman.
Young girl in Michigan shot and killed by an illegal immigrant
Yeah Illegal immigrant allegedly kills Michigan woman
Carjacking gone wrong.
Illegal immigrant with lengthy rap sheet arrested in Maryland Sanctuary County for allegedly murdering a two-year-old.
It's the Biden bloodbath.
unidentified
|
The Biden... | |
Bloodbath. Leprosy is spreading in Florida.
Leprosy in Florida. | ||
Wonder how that's going on.
Biden leprosy. | ||
The border leprosy. | ||
Oh, and then there was this, and it was covered really well by InfoWars.
Harrison Smith did a deep dive into it.
Alex Jones covered it. Look at the crazy list of things legal immigrants get for free in liberal Massachusetts, and they have the receipts here on the Gateway Pundit.
It's just insane. | ||
It's just insane. | ||
I mean, do you want to know everything you get for free when you're an illegal here?
Hotel rooms, three meals a day.
See, but that's what I'm saying. Everybody already knew this.
Medical care, dental services, if you want a condom, there you go.
Oh, I'm going to, you know, I'm going to have it with this illegal immigrant prostitute down the street, but, you know, I might need a condom.
Can I get one of those for free? Absolutely!
How many you need? Dry cleaning.
With pickup and delivery.
They get their laundry done!
Cell phones, iPads, clothing, housekeeping.
They got a damn maid! | ||
unidentified
|
See, that's what I'm saying. It's like...
Everybody knows this is going on.
I've been sitting right here at this desk saying it for three freaking years.
We've witnessed it. And it just, nothing stops it.
It's like, it's this helpless feeling.
It's like an itch you can't scratch.
It's completely ridiculous.
But it just keeps going on.
And it's all Democrat policy.
And the Republicans are too chicken shit to do anything about it.
Feds paid for room service, laundry, babysitters for illegal immigrants at fancy hotels.
Isn't that nice? | ||
You in this audience, would you like a free babysitter?
Would you like a free babysitter?
New York City migrants.
How New York City is finding housing and what it costs.
Oh, just billions. That's all.
Just billions. | ||
Oh, you're a hotel owner?
You can get every room booked, paid for by the government, not even have to do business anymore?
You're just a fascist now?
We got you covered. Democrats got you covered.
And then these illegal immigrants just flaunt it in your face like this one guy.
You see his videos everywhere now.
Migrant, illegal immigrant influencer Leonel Moreno waves around cash as he mocks U.S. taxpayers who work like slaves after he urges fellow illegal immigrants to become squatters in U.S. homes.
It's all a big joke. | ||
It's all a big joke. | ||
But yeah, I mean, if you're in some third world country or you're having a tough go in it in your home country...
Head on up, baby. Head on up to the U.S. of A. You get free everything.
Are you having a hard time paying for your childcare?
Can't afford the daycare?
You know, you can't afford a laundry service or a maid?
Come on up to the U.S. of A. Come on up to New York City.
We'll put you up in a five-star hotel.
We'll give you a babysitter.
You can go out clubbing. We'll give you some condoms.
You can go bang a hooker down the street.
And, you know, you don't feel like cleaning up your room.
We'll send the maid up. She'll clean it for you.
Don't even worry about it. All good, baby.
Three hot meals a day. All paid for.
So why wouldn't they come here?
Why can't we be more like Japan?
Japan granted refugee status to record 303 asylum seekers in 2023.
That was a record high. | ||
The previous record was 200 people in 2022.
Now it's 303. | ||
We take 303 people in in about an hour.
In one setting, they'll bring 303 people in just for one processing event and one illegal entry port.
Japan, 303 in a year. | ||
Does Japan have problems with illegal immigrants?
Does Japan have a problem with illegal immigrant violence?
Does Japan have a problem with illegal immigrants bringing in disease, living on the streets, taking over their hotels?
Does Japan have a problem with all the money they have to give to illegal immigrants?
Boy, they don't, do they?
Must be nice. Must be nice.
But as if that's not enough, don't forget you've got to take care of the blacks, too.
We want it now. | ||
Black clergy demands $15 billion in reparations from white churches in Boston.
So, I mean, you know, just you dirty white American, you dirty filthy American, just be a slave for all the illegal immigrants and all the minorities that want your money for free, okay?
And if you got a problem with that, you're a racist bigot.
Alright? That's your problem, bud.
That's your problem, Jack. You're a racist bigot, white privilege, homophobe.
So, give all your money to illegal immigrants and black people that want your money.
Okay? So, alright? | ||
You need to tolerate that. That's liberal.
That's how you do things now.
Alright, we're going to come back and take your calls.

They're replacing Easter with Transgender Day of Visibility.
You can't even make this stuff up.
Transgender Day of Visibility.
By the way, have you ever met an invisible transgender?
Have you ever seen one? | ||
Oh! You can't. | ||
They're invisible, don't you know?
So the invisible transgenders need their Day of Visibility.
So I guess they're going to start appearing out of nowhere.
They're just going to pop right in front of your face.
Whoa! You're visible now.
Transgender Day of Visibility this Sunday.
Wow. I mutilated my genitals.
Look at me. I put plastic on my chest.
Look at me. | ||
I was invisible, but today you can see me.
And they're doing it on Easter.
unidentified
|
Of course they are. Of course they are.
Of course they are. | ||
Transgender. Transgender Day of Visibility.
And if you don't celebrate, you're a transphobe and a bigot.
Okay? Let's go to the phone lines.
Let's start with Jay in Illinois.
Jay, you're on the air. Go ahead.
unidentified
|
Hey, Owen. I got my package from the Infowars there of all my supplements.
It was a big order. And I'm grateful for it.
And they're all good. Thank you.
Thank you for supporting us, Jay.

|
Rabbi Shmuley there, he thinks they don't work, and I'm a white Jew, but my privilege card, I think it's been revoked, because I'm out here running up and down the road 11, 12 hours a day, and it's not working.
But anyway, past that, I live in Alabama and I escaped Massachusetts about 25 years ago.
And the soldiers' home up there, which was for the veterans there from World War II,
Korea, and going back to World War II, I gather, they moved all of the soldiers out of there
and they decided it would be a nice place to put some illegal immigrants, like they
needed more immigrants in Massachusetts.
Yeah, you gotta get those pesky, you gotta get those pesky, you know, army guys out of
We gotta bring in the illegals. They're more important now.
unidentified
|
But all I can say is I think it's ridiculous.
But also, opinion, facts, and knowledge of history with that Rabbi Shmuley there, I liked it.
But the guy didn't have enough knowledge of Alex's past, you know?
And that was kind of... | ||
I didn't like that. | ||
Yeah, you know, with Schmully, I kind of have two feelings about Schmully, and I really don't want to talk about him anymore.
But I will respond to your call here.
I thank you for calling. You know, I think he's just basically...
He's just a shock jock, is what you might say.
The guy just likes to say crazy, radical things for attention.
I think he just likes attention. I mean, how else do you explain anything the guy says or does?
And so, I can't tell if he's unintentionally hilarious or if it's an intentional thing where he acts like that.
But, yeah, I mean, just the level of gaslighting and ridiculousness from Rabbi Buttplug.
It was hilarious, though.
I mean, it genuinely was hilarious.
By the way, speaking of Illinois, where Jay calls in from...
It's the guns that are the problem, the Democrats say.
State parole board members stepped down after freeing man who stabbed pregnant woman and killed 11-year-old within 24 hours of being released.
So they released a violent criminal, and then he went out and stabbed a woman and killed an 11-year-old.
Those damn guns. | ||
Oh wait, there wasn't a gun involved in this one, so who can we blame?
unidentified
|
Oh, I don't know. | |
The Democrats. The Democrats.
Crime would go so... | ||
Crime would just plummet in this country if you didn't have Democrats.
It would plummet. Now, you're never going to get rid of crime, but it would...
The numbers would certainly plummet without Democrats, and I promise you that.
Let's go to Nicole in Ohio.
Nicole, you're on the air. Go ahead.
unidentified
|
My call. First of all, love you guys.
Love all that you do. Your survival expiry field is amazing.
Your nitric boost is absolutely phenomenal.
We just started using that, and I cannot believe how amazing it is.
But I'm really wanting to try the next level energy, so I'm hoping that waiting list can become order soon.
Yeah, a lot of our products sell out fast, so hopefully it'll be back in stock soon.
unidentified
|
Yes, yes. Now, I just wanted to say a couple of things.
You know, look, I really believe the reason that this country is where it is is because Americans have Too many good things going for him in most places.
Like, I live in Ohio. It's a red state.
Owen, half the people out there have no idea what is going on.
Like, I will walk through my local grocery store blasting your show and Alex's show.
And I will make comments as I'm grabbing items like, you know, these prices are ridiculous.
They're trying to kill us.
We're paying out the butts.
Excuse my mouth. I'm sorry.
For stuff that is poison for our body.
And these people, sometimes I get a look and a nod like, yeah.
Other times I get a look like I'm nuts.
But I don't care. I'm a loud mouth.
And I enjoy it. But you asked earlier also, what would be the thing that would open people's eyes?
I believe that would be the Joan Benet Ramsey case being solved.
And I have a feeling back in 2020, I told my friend, I said, I think that's going to happen.
And I bet you all of this gets tied together.
I mean, these people, there's too many of the same names, the same players in every situation.
So, wait a second. What is the case?
unidentified
|
Say it again. The JonBenet Ramsey case.
JonBenet. I'm sorry. JonBenet.
Was that the one? Which one was that?
unidentified
|
The little girl that was murdered in her basement.
No, this was years ago. | ||
That was murdered in her basement.
Lin Wood represented the father and the brother.
Remember the little girl that they found in the basement and there was a seven page letter
of ransom and it just so happened that the Ramsey father just got a raise?
There's too many players involved in all of this that are the same one.
And I'll bet you anything they all tie together and that case will get solved and that's what
will unite the world because everybody's upset about that, Republican or Democrat.
I have a friend who refuses to vote for President Trump.
Now, I, probably because of me, to be honest, because I've been a loudmouth from the beginning.
Since 16, I have been supportive of Trump, and I will, I will die being supportive of him.
I don't agree with a couple of things that he's doing, but I know that he is in a position that I can never understand, so things have to play out a certain way.
But, The one thing that we can talk about is like JonBenet, we cannot talk about anything that's going on at all.
I mean, people get so irritated with me.
Well, I don't know how many people, I mean, I recall the case vaguely, but I don't know how many people would know that case by name.
I mean, if I don't know it, I would doubt the average American does.
Not like some sort of ego trip here, but I'm just embedded in news every day, and I have a vague remembrance of it.
Nicole, thank you for the call, and please continue to blast our transmissions as you go about your day.
What an honor. That's actually pretty great.
I'm a big fan of that. | ||
Let's go to John in Minnesota.
John, you're on the air. Go ahead.
unidentified
|
Yes, Owen. This could be a boring phone call.
It's complaining versus problem solving.
I have a strategy. | ||
The core of it is in preventing the cheating in the 2024 election.
We have to have a law in place that will prevent that.
It's called the right to recount, maybe.
Here's the key. | ||
People think that we can just recount the votes or whatever.
No, you can't. | ||
You have to have proof of the voter registration database, not the votes.
Think about it. There's two ways they can cheat.
They can either flip a vote Or they can fabricate a voter.
Now, if it was a law that they had to turn over the registration database to a bipartisan committee, all right, that could look at that, if there's the thing called statistical process control, you don't have to check that many registrations to see if something's wrong, okay?
It only takes a little bit of sampling.
Well, look, there's so many different ways to skin the cat, as they say.
And the issue is really, is there any will?
I mean, there's a million ways to skin a cat.
There's a million ways to make sure our elections aren't stolen.
So, you know, any one of them would probably do just fine.
Yeah, the Biden-Harris campaign truck spotted in New York City there.
unidentified
|
Oh, yeah. Doing well. | |
Bit of an odor. Bit of a stench.
It's a danger. Alright, a couple news issues before we go back to the phone lines here.
By the way, in about an hour or so, or I guess less, I guess really right after I sign off, I think.
Okay, so yeah, right after I sign off air, Alex is going to start a live stream on his X account at RealAlexJones.
So once this show signs off...
Alex will be going live, and I think he's going to be having some interesting guests on an X-Space and might even be able to speak to Alex there as well.
So that's going to be coming up. I'm sure there will also be a headline on Band and on Infowars.com, but you can go to At Real Alex Jones and find that.
The Russians are investigating the Moscow thing, obviously, and, you know, it's such a strange thing, but do you trust the Russians more than you trust your own government?
Well, I don't trust my government at all, so that's not really even saying much about the Russians.
But Putin's probably going to make a statement, I'm guessing, even next week, basically saying that Ukraine did this.
They're already lining it up to do that.
US, UK and Ukraine could be behind Moscow terror attack, says the Federal Security Service
of Russia. | ||
Russia arrests another suspect in concert hall attack that killed 143.
Russia says Moscow theater terrorist received funding from Ukraine via cryptocurrency.
So it's probably going to be the official statement of the Russians that it was a Ukrainian
Now, do I trust the Russians?
I don't know. I don't trust my government.
I don't trust my media. I know they're going to be lying about it.
Does that mean I trust Russia that they're being honest?
I don't know. But they might just produce all the evidence too.
Are you going to believe that? Again, I don't know.
I know that we're being lied to about Ukraine.
And I know that NATO and Washington DC are just begging for a war with Russia.
But I'm guessing probably next week Putin comes out and says it was Ukraine.
And so we'll see the fallout from all that, but that's probably how I see this going now.
So that'll get us closer to peace, though.
FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried sentenced to 25 years for the crypto fraud.
Also said to pay $11 billion.
I don't think he has it. | ||
I don't think he has that billion.
Maybe he should just become an illegal immigrant and they could find it.
One seriously injured in kiosk fire near Lincoln Memorial.
There was a fire at the kiosk next to the Lincoln Memorial today.
So that's a little DC fun for you.
The View hosts cannot handle intelligent black man pushing back on woke ideology.
The whole interview, it's about 10 or so minutes.
It's posted at Infowars.com.
You know, here's what's so incredible about this.
Oh, liberals, they love black people so much.
Oh, black people this, black people that.
And then they have this black guy on there.
And he pushes back on the leftist ideology.
He pushes back on liberalism just a bit.
And then all of a sudden, you know how the liberals treat him?
Get back in line, boy. | ||
Get back in line, boy. | ||
And so they bring him on, oh, you know, author, top-selling author and commentator and talk show host.
Look, he's black. He's black.
We love black people. Look at the black guy.
Hey! And then he disagrees with them a lot on their politics and ideology.
What'd you say, boy? Get back in line, boy!
You work for the KKK, boy?
That's how that went. Love it when liberals show who they really are.
All right, back to the phone lines.
Let's go to Lisa in Maryland.
Lisa, you're on the air.
unidentified
|
Go ahead. Oh, hey, Owen.
Thanks for taking my call.
Yeah, I wanted to call. I noticed the video of the bridge, and I don't understand if a boat loses power, why does it take a sharp right turn?
So I don't understand that.
So let me just briefly respond to that.
And again, it's hard to put all of this stuff together, but I guess the understanding is, and they kind of laid out some of the timeline before in the press conference, but they hit the mayday with enough time that law enforcement was able to stop cars from going across the bridge.
And they also tried to drop anchor.
Now, I think that the timing on the anchor drop might be a bit of a mystery.
And I mean, again, if this is an organic thing, you can imagine they're panicking, they're running around, they might not even know exactly the timing of everything.
But it could be a situation where they've lost power, they've lost control of the ship, they can't get it back, they drop anchor, but the ship is still losing control, and then the anchor finally grips at the worst time possible, and that's what steered it right into the ship.
So, if I'm looking for an answer, I guess that that would be it.
unidentified
|
Yeah, but it seemed to be going a bit fast.
Well, the video we played was sped up.
So if you're referring to that video, that was a video that we had sped up intentionally for the purpose of showing the route.
Hmm. So it was actually a rather slow movement, but we sped up the video just because it's easier to see the trajectory.
unidentified
|
Yes. Well, we'll never know, but it's most unfortunate.
I live about 45 minutes south of the The bridge, and it just, it's going to so many jobs, and it's just so, the impact is...
Oh, yeah. I mean, it's one of the biggest bridges in the area.
The biggest, probably. Big time.
unidentified
|
And there's so many jobs and so many companies that rely on that business there, and the bridge, and all of it.
And the port, too. I mean, it's just so crazy.
It's like... Again, I don't know.
It's like there's a thing where...
It's like... Because I'm a natural cynic, but it's like I don't want to have this belief that everything is a conspiracy or, you know, everything is out to get me or kill me.
But it's just like you look at it again.
I mean, it looks like it just steered right into it.
I mean, it's just crazy. It does.
It just looks like it steered right into it.
I mean, there's no denying that.
unidentified
|
I mean, it's just... Well, and then didn't you say that they...
They retrieved the black box, but the data's erased.
Yeah, they're missing the critical data.
unidentified
|
And didn't it have maintenance right before it went out of port?
Didn't it have maintenance?
Well, and it's already had issues, too, with crashes.
So, again, I mean, it's just...
I just want to be more sure, and I don't know why Laura Logan seems to be so sure, and she claims to have...
You know, intelligent sources.
And I'm not doubting Laura Logan's journalistic integrity.
But I'm still, I'd say 51%, it was just an organic mistake.
49%, there was some foul play.
The problem is we have to sit here and do all this because we don't trust that we're going to get the truth from our government or our mainstream media.
So that's like the crux of the problem.
Lisa, thank you for the call. Let's go to McHale.
Uh, somewhere in the United States talking about illegal aliens.
unidentified
|
Go ahead. It's Mikael. | |
But I am the captain of the host of the Lord, and I have come.
It's such a low place, Owen.
But, number one, first, thank you for standing, withstanding, and then standing again and coming back after your wrongful and unlawful prosecution.
That took great courage.
And we want to blame guns.
We want to blame this. | ||
We want to blame that. The fact of the matter is that most Americans are in denial.
They're in denial about the fact that you are at war.
Yes, war is scary. | ||
You're being attacked on all fronts.
You have an invasion from the South.
You've got everything going on except for nuclear warfare, which is probably coming, and chemical warfare.
It is simply time, America, to get ready to fight.
I'm not saying you've got to pick up a gun.
I'm not saying go out and stab your neighbor.
What I'm saying is, where are all the protests we used to have when things were wrong?
Why are we not walking on Washington, D.C.? Let me answer that.
Let me actually answer that, because there's multiple reasons.
One, the left kind of took this, like...
Synthetic theft of the protest now and it's all astroturf and like...
Just idiocracy. And so now normal people don't want to be a part of a protest.
The other issue being most normal people don't have the time to take time off of work or even the financial freedom to take time off work to go to a protest.
And then those that were willing on the conservative side, well now they're all being hunted by the Biden administration.
So you've got that going on.
So that's the basic answer to that.
I'm out of time. Thank you for the call.
You know, it's funny. He brings up the war.
I'm just listening to my music library earlier with Jimmy Levy and Hi Rez.
I guess I hadn't heard the song in a while or I was just listening to it again today.
I forget the name of it, but it's about how there's a war.
I wish I could think of the name of it.
And there's this powerful lyric from it.
It's like top level. | ||
It's like, remember that the people that we're at war against, this isn't their first war.
They've been, this is war is what it's called.
They've been at war with the human race for millennia.
So, I mean, so we gotta be ready.
Alright, a thousand people in my ear at the break.

Not all energy drinks, not all energy powders, not all energy pills are made equal.
A lot of them out there work really well.
They wake you up and for a long time.
The problem is they have a horrible letdown and they have ingredients in them that are not good for your body.
Turbo Force was developed by one of the top scientists, sports nutrition experts in the country.
And obviously because of all the attacks on M4s, it was a private contract.
But we paid him to develop what he believed with the ingredients available would be the best, cleanest, long-term, 10-hour clean energy.
And we were able to develop turbo force.
Only takes a little bit, and it time releases.
Hits in about 30 minutes, but the different natural compounds that are in it synergistically work to give you energy on average for 10 hours with no letdown.
Now that doesn't mean if you end up not sleeping all night on it, you're not going to be tired the next day.
But if you take it in the morning, say, and then work till midnight, I have no hangover from it.
My crew doesn't. The listeners love it.
So I want to encourage all the viewers and listeners out there that want to support the broadcast.
At the same time, get an incredible product.
Go to InfoWarsStore.com today and peruse the site.
And while you're there, get a canister of TurboForce.
We used to have it in little individual serving packets, but most folks told us the full packet was too much.
So now it's in a single scooper, and this formula is even stronger.
That's why it's TurboForce+.
Ladies and gentlemen, TurboForce doesn't just boost...
Your focus and your clarity and your stamina and your libido and so much more.
It doesn't just do it in a clean, focused way.
It also funds the Infowar.
Are there a few other energy drinks and energy mixes out there that are, quite frankly, just as good?
Yeah. This guy that developed ours developed those as well.
But this is in the top three or four in the world.
It works the best and it funds the Infowar. |
