| A great American, Garrett O'Boyle. | ||
| Not just a veteran, multiple tours, but also an FBI whistleblower. | ||
| And so when I saw the latest breaking news about what the FBI is doing to him, and of | ||
| course knowing he's a veteran too, I said this is a perfect guest for the veterans call | ||
| in show. | ||
| And so Garrett joins me now. | ||
| Garrett, we don't have to get into too much of the background, but just for some of the | ||
| audience that might not be familiar with you, you are an FBI whistleblower. | ||
| You did testify in front of Congress. | ||
| We can get to some of those details. | ||
| But needless to say, you're now getting, let's say, some pushback, maybe some punishment | ||
| from the FBI. | ||
| So let's talk about now. | ||
| What is the retribution? What is the punishment for blowing the whistle and telling the truth? | ||
| Owen, first of all, thanks for having me on. | ||
| And I know you're no stranger to punishment, quite frankly, far worse than I am in the middle of receiving as we sit here. | ||
| But yeah, I was in the FBI from 2018. | ||
| Well, I guess technically I still am in the FBI, or so they claim. | ||
| But most recently, I was hit with a tax bill for a transfer that really never happened. | ||
| So I was transferring from the Kansas City field office. | ||
| I was down in Wichita. I was transferring from there back to Virginia in the Quantico region. | ||
| And we now know that this was done maliciously and intentionally to harm me and my family, and it has. | ||
| But yeah, earlier this week, I was forced to pay this bill. | ||
| Otherwise, it was going to incur an additional 30% charge. | ||
| So even though they've left me unpaid, rendered us homeless, and stripped all my duties and everything from me, I had to pay them about $3,400 earlier this week because they said I owed that money to them for the transfer that was never accomplished because they suspended me on my first day at my new duty assignment. | ||
| And that was back in September of 2023. | ||
| I'm sorry, in September of 2022, and then I testified in May of 2023. | ||
| But here I sit over 18 months now, or roughly 18 months of being suspended indefinitely forever without pay. | ||
| And yeah, the hits just keep coming. | ||
| Well, and it's so petty. | ||
| You know, I mean, they've already put you and your family through so much. | ||
| And then it's just like, let's find any way we can nickel and dime him here. | ||
| You know, it just shows how petty whoever's responsible for this is, or just the FBI at large. | ||
| But, but I gotta say, you know, it's, it's strange. | ||
| Why do you think they do this weird deal? | ||
| And you're not the only one that's a member of the suspendables that they're doing this | ||
| to, but it's like, they, they kind of like hold you on. | ||
| It's like, well, we're not going to fire you. | ||
| We're just going to like have you indefinitely suspended. | ||
| Is that like some weird way to have these petty tactics where they can just send you | ||
| these bills? | ||
| Do you think that's the strategy? | ||
| Yeah, that's absolutely part of it. | ||
| It certainly is petty. | ||
| And this is their playbook. | ||
| So they suspend you under false pretenses. | ||
| And this is what's happened to all of us. | ||
| Me, Kyle Serafin, I know you've had him on. | ||
| Steve Friend, who I testified with. | ||
| A guy named Marcus Allen, who we testified with. | ||
| And there are others, too, who don't have their name in the public sphere. | ||
| But this is what they do. They keep you on. | ||
| They claim that you're an employee. | ||
| And then they claim you're beholden to all their rules. | ||
| And it's really just a tactic to force you to quit, because as my lawyers have advised me, if I quit, well, then it'll be very simple for the FBI to file a motion in our lawsuit and say, oh, this employee resigned on their own. | ||
| This case needs to be mooted. | ||
| And every time that happens, the case does get mooted. | ||
| Or just every time that I'm aware of that, that, that somebody has tried to fight this, | ||
| but then end up resigning, because how can you continue without a paycheck? | ||
| Cause that's part of their tactic too. | ||
| I was an FBI special agent. | ||
| And so their policy is that if you want to seek outside employment, you can only make | ||
| $7,500 a year aside from your government salary. | ||
| Well, they've stripped that government salary. | ||
| So why would I go get a job if you're not going to allow me to make more than $7,500 | ||
| a year? | ||
| That's not enough to take care of my family and, and, you know, to keep the lights on | ||
| as it were. | ||
| So, you know, we're, we're hanging on and who knows how much longer this will go, but | ||
| But... | ||
| We're committed as long as we can, at least, to continue fighting this and spreading the word and the truth about what they do. | ||
| I mean, imagine this. If they're going to do this type of thing to their own employees, what are they going to do to you and your listeners and others? | ||
| And I know you know firsthand what they do to you. | ||
| Well, let's talk about why you're being punished now, too. | ||
| And by the way, there's no doubt you love your country. | ||
| You put your name on the dotted line. | ||
| You've served multiple tours. | ||
| And so you do love your country. | ||
| And that's why I'm sure you step forward as a whistleblower, where others might not be so willing to put their neck out there. | ||
| But let's go into that. | ||
| So you testified. What is it that you testified on? | ||
| What is it that they're so upset at you for exposing to the American people? | ||
| So I think the primary thing that they're upset about, Jim Jordan touched on this at my testimony, is one of the things that I whistleblow about was the school board threats tag. | ||
| And so this was probably back in October of 2021 when I first heard about it. | ||
| Some other whistleblowers brought it forward and it came out into the media. | ||
| And so it was open source at that point. | ||
| And I was like, well, this is wrong. | ||
| And I was a domestic terrorism. | ||
| That's the violation I was assigned to. | ||
| And all of these school board threat tag cases... | ||
| We're domestic terrorism related. | ||
| That's what the FBI would house them under in their system. | ||
| And so I brought a lot of this information forward to Congress. | ||
| And when we testified, Jim Jordan said, I think this is why. | ||
| I think this is why they were coming after you so hard is because Merrick Garland, Christopher Wray, all these government officials are saying, no, we're not targeting parents. | ||
| We would never do such a thing as that. | ||
| But they did. | ||
| And they have the receipts. | ||
| Congress has the receipts because that's one of the protected disclosures I made. | ||
| But that honestly was one of many things that I provided in a allegedly protected fashion to Congress. | ||
| But yeah, it was on and off over my time in the FBI where I would make these protected disclosures. | ||
| Most of that near the end of my tenure there. | ||
| And It was kind of like a slap in the face when I showed up at my new duty assignment and instead of being briefed in, I was briefed out and they seized my gun and my credentials and my badge and my phone and all that and said, see ya. They didn't even say see ya. | ||
| They were quiet and didn't say a word after they took my government-issued belongings. | ||
| And so Yeah, then it started this whirlwind of, for months, I was quiet. | ||
| I wasn't speaking out at the advice of my counsel. | ||
| And even during that time, in November of 2022, I went to the FBI's media relations, or whatever they're called, and I requested permission to speak openly with the news media about what was happening to me. | ||
| And, of course, you won't be shocked by this. | ||
| They... Never responded. | ||
| Well, until about a week before I testified, and then I received the response, and it said something to the effect of, yeah, you're permitted to speak to the media now, but you have to ascertain that this isn't official opinion. | ||
| It's not opinion of the FBI that you're speaking just privately about your beliefs and concerns and whatever. | ||
| And it's like, You guys haven't treated me as an employee at that time for many months. | ||
| Pay had been suspended by the time they gave me this quote-unquote permission. | ||
| And thankfully, after I testified, it seemed to resonate with a lot of Americans. | ||
| And then my counsel said, you know what, we think it's time for you to speak and to continue speaking. | ||
| And thankfully, I continue to have that opportunity on occasion. | ||
| And again, thanks for bringing me on and allowing me to speak even more. | ||
| Well, and absolutely, your story needs to be heard. | ||
| And so I could just imagine, I mean, you have the credentials. | ||
| You were an infantry member. | ||
| You were a former police officer. | ||
| So getting into the FBI to deal with domestic terrorism makes sense. | ||
| I mean, that's right up your alley. | ||
| And then you get to your desk and they're giving you files on parents that just want to know what's going on at their children's schools. | ||
| I mean, so was it like, was it in an immediate shock? | ||
| I mean, did it hit you right out of the gates to what was going on? | ||
| Or were you kind of like, oh, maybe this is an isolated thing, but then it kept happening? | ||
| What was that process? | ||
| Yeah, so it was a little bit of a slow burn. | ||
| I would say early on in Quantico, I was like, not precisely what I thought it would be. | ||
| Overall, it's more like what you'd call in the military, like a gentleman's course. | ||
| And then, too, after I got out of the military, I was a police officer for four years, and then heading into the FBI, I thought it was going to be very different. | ||
| And then I get assigned to National Security Matters after I graduate and head to Wichita and Almost immediately, I was like, oh, I might have made a mistake because it's a lot of hanging out at your desk and, you know, trying to cover these leads. | ||
| And early on, I ended up bringing this matter up, too, to Congress. | ||
| But back then, I was, like, you know, learning and trying to understand how the FBI worked. | ||
| But there were things early on that kind of made me question what was going on. | ||
| Like, my boss at one point... | ||
| Came up with this idea. | ||
| Basically, what it boiled down to was she was asking us to violate people's Fourth Amendment rights. | ||
| And in the meeting where this occurred, in my head, I'm thinking, pretty sure that's a Fourth Amendment violation. | ||
| And, you know, we get through the meeting because I'm the new guy and I'm not here to try to put my boss on blast. | ||
| And I go back to my desk and I knew there was Supreme Court case law regarding this matter. | ||
| And I end up finding it and I print it off and I highlight some of it and I go in her office and I was like, hey, ma'am, I'm pretty sure what she told us to do in the squad meeting. | ||
| I'm pretty sure that's a Fourth Amendment violation. | ||
| And I printed off the Supreme Court case law here just just for you to take a look. | ||
| And she reads it real quick and she's like, Yeah, don't do that. | ||
| Don't do that. Thanks for showing me this. | ||
| And I'm thinking, here's a supervisor in the FBI. And in that instance, I chalked it up to ignorance. | ||
| But also, that type of ignorance in the FBI is impermissible. | ||
| And then things move forward a little bit, and I start seeing other concerning things. | ||
| And still, though, I'm not necessarily going to Congress. | ||
| Eventually, it came to the COVID vaccine mandate, and then I was going through my chain of command and saying... | ||
| And it was very similar. | ||
| I wrote probably close to 100 pages worth of reasoning, including case law, as to why that... | ||
| Mandate was illegal, was most likely illegal. | ||
| And it continued to fall on deaf ears even though my whole chain of command from my supervisory special agent all the way up to my special agent in charge, they're telling me to my face like, oh yeah, you're bringing up a lot of really good points here. | ||
| But nothing changed. | ||
| They basically were saying, well, this is what we're being told to do, so we have to do it. | ||
| And for me, that's the line you cannot cross. | ||
| And honestly, that's the law. | ||
| That's what the law says. | ||
| It's five U.S.C. 2302 and five U.S.C. 2303 that govern protected disclosures by federal employees. | ||
| And when a federal employee has a reasonable belief of some type of wrongdoing, and they're all listed in the statute, people can go look these things up. | ||
| It's like abuse of authority and a couple other things. | ||
| Then you have an obligation to not comply with such an order. | ||
| It's very similar in the military. | ||
| Like, you're taught that early on where you have to follow lawful orders. | ||
| But when you have a reasonable belief that an order you're being given is unlawful and they're trying to force you to do it, well, then what? | ||
| In my case, that's when I started going to Congress and saying, hey, here's another reasonable belief of some type of wrongdoing that's happening. | ||
| And look, it wasn't like a daily thing. | ||
| I wasn't trying to call up Congress every day and say, hey, here's another thing. | ||
| It wasn't this petty nonsense of every little thing. | ||
| It's, do I have a legitimate concern? | ||
| And the statute puts it this way. | ||
| Do you have a reasonable belief? | ||
| And every time I would put it through my brain, I would look up laws, I would think back to my days as a police officer, and I would say, yeah, I got a reasonable belief that this is wrong. | ||
| And so then I would bring it forward. | ||
| Like another example, this came out about a year ago, because before I testified, so this is back in February of 23, I went to Washington, D.C., where I was essentially deposed by Republican and Democrat staff attorneys. | ||
| And even that, like, I was essentially admonished not to talk about it. | ||
| It's confidential. | ||
| They're doing an investigation, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. | ||
| Well, a few weeks later, one of my attorneys calls me up and says, hey, I got some bad news. | ||
| Your name was leaked and some information pretty much cherry-picked from your deposition was leaked. | ||
| And then one of the things that came out was another one of my protected disclosures where the FBI created another threat tag. | ||
| And this time the threat tag was threats to SCOTUS 2022. | ||
| And this was in the summer of 2022 when it was leaked from the Supreme Court. | ||
| Somebody on the staff there, which by the way, we still don't know who that person was, but it was leaked that the Supreme Court was leaning towards overturning Roe versus Wade with the Dobbs decision, which they ended up doing. | ||
| And with that threat tag, FBI headquarters people basically were trying to twist what was happening with the Dobbs decision and target Christian and pro-life Americans. | ||
| So wait, hold on a second. You're telling me, because if I'm looking at this face value, you're thinking, oh, well, who was upset over that decision being overturned? | ||
| Who were the people that were actually getting out in the streets? | ||
| Well, that was liberals, that was Democrats. | ||
| You're telling me that they were labeling the right as the threat? | ||
| Absolutely, I'm telling you that. | ||
| And the only reason I found out about this threat tag, well, at first, was because my supervisor, so it wasn't the supervisor I mentioned earlier, there was a change of the guard at some point, and my supervisor then, he comes out of his office and tells my entire squad, hey, I just got this email with this threat tag, Threats to SCOTUS 2022, they're using this threat tag to target pro-life Americans, right? | ||
| Oh, yes, that's what we do. | ||
| Like, you know, the Lakers win the championship, they go burn the city down. | ||
| It's like, oh, yeah, whoa, we got abortion overturned, so right-wingers go out and riot. | ||
| That is just, they obviously know that's bogus, right? | ||
| So let me kind of go back a second here. | ||
| We recently saw Katenji Brown Jackson on the Supreme Court basically not even understand what the Bill of Rights is or what the First Amendment is. | ||
| So when you're going through this in the meetings and you're talking about Fourth Amendment violations, is this an issue where, do you think it's just blatant incompetence? | ||
| Or is it an issue where, I mean, I can only assume, where they're saying, oh yeah, right-wingers are a threat tag now because of the abortion decision. | ||
| Like, they obviously know that's a lie. | ||
| So is it incompetence or is it there's an agenda here? | ||
| I think in some cases it is incompetence. | ||
| I think with this threat tag, it was an agenda. | ||
| Because there's a number of people, you know, CC'd on this threat tag email. | ||
| And, you know, my boss, when he brought this up, he says, we're not doing that on this squad. | ||
| And again, I was this domestic terrorism agent. | ||
| Well, one of my CHS's, that's a confidential human source. | ||
| FBI makes up their own lingo for things. | ||
| That's a confidential informant in the FBI. It's the CHS. And so I have the CHS who is a pro-life person. | ||
| And I found out within a few days of learning about this threat tag that I was one of a very tiny number of people in the FBI who had that type of CHS. And so within a day or two of learning of this threat tag, I then get tasked from headquarters to go and question my CHS. And all of the questions were geared towards pro-life adherence and Seeking to do some type of harm to pro-choice people or to firebomb clinics or whatever. | ||
| And I'm thinking, this is insane. | ||
| Pro-life people are going to be cheering the Dobbs decision. | ||
| They're not going to be firebombing an abortion clinic. | ||
| And we know this is true because even before the Dobbs decision came out, there were riots and protests in front of Supreme Court justices' homes. | ||
| That's why they leaked it. | ||
| That's why they leaked it because they wanted that threat. | ||
| Exactly. I completely agree with that. | ||
| And so I'm seeing these things as an FBI agent, and I'm saying what the FBI is mandating us do and mandating where we go look is completely backwards. | ||
| It's completely wrong. It's completely out of line with even rational thought. | ||
| And so that's another one of the protected disclosures I brought forward. | ||
| So what I think happened eventually is they were like, oh, this guy's blowing the whistle. | ||
| And so they come up with some bogus thing to hang me with. | ||
| And then when I showed up on that first day, that's when they suspended me and I don't know. | ||
| The rest, I would say, is history. | ||
| But I suppose there's even a lot more to what has transpired, even since just that suspension. | ||
| And your story is still being written. | ||
| I mean, here you are, still going through it, still telling the truth. | ||
| Garrett O'Boyle, our guest. | ||
| G-O-B actual on X. And so, I mean, there's two things. | ||
| I'm running out of time here with you, but there's two things I want to address. | ||
| And that's, one... | ||
| How much frustration is there within the FBI? Because, you know, I've dealt with some of these agents too, and some of them, I don't know how to put it, but it was like, they see me, they know I'm being politically persecuted, but it's kind of like just a big joke or something, like, oh my gosh, Troy, it's like they want to take a selfie with you, but then they're like, by the way, here's your subpoena or whatever. | ||
| It's like, what the hell just happened here? | ||
| So how much of this it's like, they know that these parents going to school board meetings aren't the threat. | ||
| Meanwhile, you've got illegal immigrants coming in here, gang members coming in here, I mean, actual threats coming in here, and nobody's, is anybody being alerted to that? | ||
| I mean, even Ray admitted it's the biggest threat in modern history. | ||
| Are there any tags there, or is it just the people that they don't like politically? | ||
| In my experience, it's been people they don't like politically. | ||
| So, as I'm sure this won't be surprising either, very few people who are still inside the FBI continue to speak to me, and even the ones that do, the vast majority of them, aren't really willing to share much information because they don't want to become a suspendable. | ||
| You know, they unfortunately have put their paycheck in a position of power instead of the truth | ||
| and instead of their oath to the constitution. | ||
| And not all, but a lot of them. | ||
| And you talk about these agents who, you know, wanna take a selfie with you and then, | ||
| oh, hey, here's your subpoena. | ||
| They need to go back to the Holocaust Memorial Museum. | ||
| So when you're in Quantico, it's mandatory, it's a field trip, they take you on up to DC | ||
| and you go to the Holocaust Memorial Museum. | ||
| Well, I think the FBI has forgotten the point of that whole trip and it's to not forget history | ||
| so we don't repeat it. | ||
| Well, look, Holocaust camps didn't just pop up In 1932 is when the Nazis really started to take control, and by 1933, you had to be a member of the Nazi party to be in law enforcement there. | ||
| And so some people said, well, I'm not a Nazi, but, you know, I got like 10 years left, and I got a family to feed, and I need my paycheck, and, you know, I don't know what else I would do. | ||
| I've been a cop for 15 years. | ||
| I got 10 to go. Well, I think we're seeing that same type of thing in the FBI and even in some police departments across the nation, too. | ||
| It's not just solitary to the FBI. Well, when you're arresting journalists, when you're, like with Steve Baker, too, that recently happened. | ||
| Another one of our band of suspendables. | ||
| Yeah, and Horn, and there have been a couple of journalists since my sentencing, yeah. | ||
| Yeah, and it's like, okay, when are people going to wake up? | ||
| I know the vast majority of your listeners, they won't be listening to you if they weren't already tuned into some of this stuff happening, but I think far too many Americans are at a point where, hey, I got my Netflix, I got my DoorDash, my government or my employer inserts money into my bank account every couple weeks, so I'm good. My gosh, you just described to me what sounds like a living hell, but I know you're actually right about that. | ||
| All right, final thing here, Garrett O'Boyle, a great American. | ||
| Did you happen to see the video where the FBI shows up on this lady's porch in Oklahoma? | ||
| Did you see this video over a social media post? | ||
| Well, what was shocking to me about that, and I guess people don't record these interactions, is the FBI agents in that video, or I guess the alleged FBI agents, they never showed their badges, they claim that they do that every day. | ||
| Is that true? Do the FBI agents show up at people's doors every day for social media posts? | ||
| No, not every day. | ||
| I think that guy might have been being hyperbolic. | ||
| So look, I work just across the border in Kansas. | ||
| I'm pretty sure this happened in Stillwater, Oklahoma. | ||
| It's common attire. I dress like that. | ||
| A lot of people still think FBI is going to show up to your door in a suit. | ||
| By and large, that era has passed. | ||
| But Based on that video, I would say those are FBI agents, which is sad because they don't know how to talk to people. | ||
| They definitely don't know how to respond when they've got a camera in their face. | ||
| They're refusing to tell this woman their names even now that she's recording. | ||
| Maybe they did before. I don't know. | ||
| Let's assume it just starts at where she started recording. | ||
| They're refusing to identify themselves. | ||
| There's no law that requires FBI agents to identify themselves, but you're taught from day one. | ||
| Don't be weird. Don't be weird when you go talk to people. | ||
| And these people, these guys were being weird. | ||
| They park in her driveway. | ||
| I mean, if you're concerned about this woman and potentially being dangerous, why are you parking in her driveway? | ||
| You're taught in Quantico, you know, park half a block away and make sure you have an idea of what you're heading into. | ||
| And then, you know, the camera turns on and now they're, you know, being quiet and claiming, oh, we do this every day. | ||
| Right. Well, I give that woman credit for filming it. | ||
| It's kind of the one regret of all the exchanges I had with the FBI. To the agent's credits, they were like normal guys. | ||
| They're like shaking my hand, introducing themselves like they were friendly. | ||
| And they're like, oh yeah, by the way, here's your papers. | ||
| Or, oh yeah, by the way, we need to seize your cell phones and all this other stuff. | ||
| We're just doing our job. Garrett, thank you so much for your time. | ||

| And some people were like, you know, we've seen blood clots, you know, I mean, it's blood clots. | ||
| I was like, but you don't understand. These aren't the same. | ||
| These are different. Something's different. | ||
| I sent her some of the pictures that I had. | ||
| And she called me and we spent over an hour on the phone because she was seeing things in the military. | ||
| And looking at the picture, she's like, This is not right. | ||
| This might explain some of what we're seeing in the military because they were having soldiers with unusual blood clots. | ||
| And you're talking soldiers, you go to join the military, you got to pass a physical, you got to go through all of this stuff. | ||
| These are not your typical 80, 90 year old, you know, got comorbidities on this. | ||
| These are young, healthy people. | ||
| Basically, anyone taking these vaccines, they're all designed to the same thing, is going to have neurological disorders within one year. | ||
| Most of the people taking the vaccine will be dead within 10. | ||
| And this John Hopkins says it all right here. | ||
| I know another person in Austin whose elderly father Took the vaccine and was dead two days later. | ||
| I mean, I'm sitting here watching them killing people. | ||
| You notice Netanyahu and all the British Prime Minister, you notice they're not really taking the shots. | ||
| The plungers are empty, they put the needle behind the arms. | ||
| Let me tell you something. You take the mRNA, it creates plaque in your brain and gives you Alzheimer's, and I got the studies too. | ||

| We hear too much of this. | ||
| Carolina Stancic, and Carolina, if I got that wrong, don't feel like you don't need to correct me. | ||
| Who is vaccine injured and and I want to get her story about this and if she hasn't heard about the military accountability petition going around then I'd like to get her connected with those people as well to maybe get help her get some resources for some help here but Let's just get the background here. | ||
| You're in the military. They're forcing the vaccines. | ||
| Obviously, you took the injection. | ||
| And so how did that go? | ||
| And then what happened next? | ||
| Hi there. I just want to thank you so much for having me on. | ||
| Obviously, you know, still in the service, and Thoughts, Views, opinions are my own, experiences are my own, so I don't represent the DOD or the U.S. Army. | ||
| My name is Karolina Stanzik, and I joined just a month before they started rolling out these vaccines. | ||
| Ever since then, I have anchored Severe damage to my heart, my lungs, my neurological, my spine, my brain. | ||
| I have nine specialists up to date, and I've had three heart attacks, a mini stroke, and a plethora of other medical conditions and complications that have just been going on for the last three years. | ||
| My goodness, this is about as bad of a case. | ||
| Now, when I'm talking to you now, you seem okay. | ||
| You seem like you're fully cognizant and in control. | ||
| So is it something that comes in waves? | ||
| Is it something that you think is behind you? | ||
| Do you live with this fear every day that you could face another side effect? | ||
| So I'm just going to cut you off there. | ||
| It's called makeup and doing my hair. | ||
| My day-to-day battle does... | ||
| It's non-stop, day to day. | ||
| This weekend, or this week, I go in first spine procedure because I passed out and fell down a flight of stairs. | ||
| I don't know when these flare-ups are going to happen, and when they go on, it's severe. | ||
| I'm on medication after medication, about 20-something pills a day right now, and that's not considering all the supplements that I have to take. | ||
| I would have to say that it's not easy by any means, and my life has been forever changed. | ||
| Well, and we're going back and I guess looking, you've documented some of the medical procedures here. | ||
| That's on your X account. | ||
| And so we're showing some of that on the screen. | ||
| And I mean, obviously, you're physically fit. | ||
| You look like you took good care of yourself. | ||
| You were young. You just joined. | ||
| And so how much was robbed from you? | ||
| I mean, how much has been taken from you because of this? | ||
| Everything except my life. | ||
| Obviously, like I'm still here talking, breathing, and so I have to remain thankful for that. | ||
| But honestly, I would say, you know, I went into counterterrorism. | ||
| I've graduated college and my hopes were to go prevent terrorism and anti-trafficking measures and things like that. | ||
| And now I'm looking at being discharged from the military and living on disability the rest of my life. | ||
| I'm 24 years old and That's what my life looks like right now. | ||
| There's no prognosis that is telling me that I will not live with this the rest of my life. | ||
| So let me get the dates right here. | ||
| So you joined when you were 20? | ||
| 21. So February 2021, I joined. | ||
| March 2021, I got my first dose. | ||
| So three years ago this month. | ||
| Now, when you joined, and I'm just trying to figure out the timing of this all, when you joined, were the vaccine mandates pretty fresh? | ||
| Had they been around for a while? | ||
| Was it something you had to think about? | ||
| Did you go into this trusting the system? | ||
| Did anybody give you any warnings? | ||
| Or what was that process like? | ||
| So that process, it was very quick. | ||
| I was given an email with five different options and none of the options said, no, I will not receive it at all. | ||
| The only options we were given was yes or not yet, but I will be receiving it. | ||
| So basically pretending like you didn't have any opt-out and nobody's there warning you of any side effects. | ||
| They told us cold symptoms. | ||
| They told us that if you got it now, you would have time to recover in the comfort of your own home. | ||
| They said you're not guaranteed to recover once you get to basic training. | ||
| Mind you, I was National Guard. | ||
| I'm active duty now, but I was National Guard and drilling at the time, so I had not yet shipped out to basic. | ||
| I got the shot right before BASIC and over the course of those months, things had been beginning worse. | ||
| But once I got to BASIC and things have progressed about six, seven months in, I now just non-stop symptoms from cardiac to pulmonary to neurological. | ||
| Well, this is, you said three heart attacks? | ||

Did I hear that right? You heard me correct. | |
| Three heart attacks, the neurological problems. | ||
| Now, I want to try to get into your headspace when all this is going on. | ||
| And this isn't, I'm not saying this in any sort of a condescending way, but, you know, we had our suspicions here. | ||
| I knew I was never going to get this vaccine. | ||
| Day one, I knew. I'm just curious, did you have access to any of that information? | ||
| Did you have any doubts going into this? | ||
| Did you just assume, oh, safe and effective, I'll be fine? | ||
| Like, you weren't even worried at all? | ||
| No. So I had doubts. | ||
| I had questions. I was actually in Intel class at the time. | ||
| And so that class, we had talked about COVID vaccine. | ||
| We had talked about COVID itself and just, you know, different hypotheses that we had found. | ||
| We were wondering, you know, is it going to be something that was bioterrorism? | ||
| Was it intentional? Was it just a pandemic that naturally broke out? | ||
| We had gone into that and done a lot of research. | ||
| And once the vaccine came out, I joined the military knowing what you're told is that you sign your life away, number one. | ||
| Number two is that whatever they tell you is what you do. | ||
| And number three, there's no getting every, or there's no option to not getting every single shot that you're given. | ||
| Like, you go through this conveyor belt, you go through this whole process where you get every shot, and that's that, no arguing. | ||
| I had not known the history behind the military vaccines and process that they go through. | ||
| Now you were obviously active, physically active, exercising before this. | ||
| I think based off of what I see there, maybe you even tried to do this afterwards. | ||
| Are you able to engage in any physical activity now at all? | ||
| Very minimal. I'm trying to bring back my strength. | ||
| After my fall, I lost a lot of motor function, so a lot of core stability, things like that to strengthen my back, to strengthen my upper body from the top of my spine to the bottom of my spine. | ||
| I have multiple herniations, severe osteoarthritis now that they cannot come up with a reason as to why. | ||
| So that's basically just the severe inflammation of all my bone and my spine, and it's compressing nerves. | ||
| I've got a severe deficit in my nervous system, but I mean, medication after medication, yeah, it suppresses a lot of symptoms, but there's a lot of side effects to that too. | ||
| Well, and it sounds like this is the type of thing that only gets worse over time. | ||
| There's no reversing it. Honestly, you know what? | ||
| I thought it could get a lot better. | ||
| And what's crazy was that it seemed to be getting better. | ||
| I was like, I can get through the cardiac stuff. | ||
| I can get through the neurological stuff. | ||
| And then one day or two weeks of a flare up and it resulted in me being at the bottom of a flight of stairs, cement stairs for that matter, six in the morning and not knowing what happened other than my legs gave out and I passed out and couldn't walk and was paralyzed waist down. | ||
| Now, is the military trying to deny this is a vaccine side effect, or are they being honest and saying, yes, this is what's happened? | ||
| Depends who you talk to. | ||
| So, I mean... I have some of them attributing it to the vaccine and then others are not. | ||
| But they've taken into consideration that every single specialist I have currently is outside and civilian. | ||
| And so every single civilian doctor has written it in my reports and my documentation that this is a side effect. | ||
| This was incurred due to the vaccine. | ||
| And, you know, like it's, yeah, severely damaged me. | ||
| Who's paying your medical bills? | ||
| That's a tough one. So, I mean, now TRICARE is paying, but that comes with, you know, curses and blessings. | ||

You are subject to whatever they cover. | |
| Otherwise, I'm paying out of pocket for my bills and everything that happened before I was returned back to active duty was not covered and we're still fighting that nonstop. | ||
| And so, I mean, The best care that I will receive is not with the Western medicine. | ||
| I have to go holistic. | ||
| I have to receive IV infusions weekly. | ||
| As you guys saw, I get IV infusions in my bed. | ||
| Yeah, because I have a nurse that has to come weekly to see me. | ||
| So it sounds like, even though some are willing to be honest about this, maybe the military, they don't want to pay your bills, and so they have people wanting to deny that that's what happened. | ||
| Yeah, it could be denial or just cover-up and excuses, and then you sit there and see people just not doing their jobs, whether they know or not. | ||
| So human life is at stake and I'm not the only one suffering. | ||
| It's a much broader issue. | ||
| And so like, it's not just about me and why I talk about my story. | ||
| It's about the other people suffering that have not gotten the help or the assistance that I have gotten. | ||
| I've been blessed beyond measure to get the help I have and the people in my corner, but a plethora of other people have not gotten that help. | ||
| Okay, so this happens when you're 21. | ||
| I'm looking at some of those medical documents that you were sharing there on your X account. | ||
| So that's when you're 22. | ||
| You're 24 now. | ||
| So, I mean, this has pretty much been nothing. | ||
| This is what you've been dealing with for the last three years of your life. | ||
| And I guess, I mean, how long was it after taking the injection that the side effects began? | ||
| 12 hours. Immediate? | ||
| Yeah. And I didn't know because I was an athlete. | ||
| I've never had a fever a day in my life. | ||
| until that day. | ||
| I have a video of me talking about that day of like what is going on like this is crazy like what you know and at that time I did not process it I'd never been to a hospital never been to a specialist never seen a specialist didn't even know what an IV was or you know getting a catheter any sort of medical procedure I had no idea I didn't know what blood thinners were Do you feel betrayed by your government? | ||
| Do you feel betrayed by the military? | ||
| I feel betrayed by the country as a whole. | ||
| You know, I mean, I would, I mean, yeah, did the military, did my leaders probably fail me? | ||
| Yeah. Did the country fail me? | ||
| And the government fail me? | ||
| Yeah. And, you know, like I said, I'm not the only one. | ||
| And it goes to the highest level and the highest degree. | ||
| How many people sat there and were complicit in these sorts of acts and pushing something that was not by, | ||
| like 100 percent was not safe and effective. | ||
| You cannot say it's fully safe and fully effective. | ||
| And that's the mantra that they were pushing. | ||
| And look at where we're at. | ||
| You know, I can imagine it's difficult for you to talk about this, let alone live with it every day. | ||
| And so, you know, if you'd rather breeze through this question, please just pass on it. | ||
| But I'm just curious, what is it like It's one decision. | ||
| One decision you make in your life. | ||
| You feel pressured to do it. | ||
| Split decision. Changes the trajectory of your entire life. | ||
| It'll never be the same. | ||
| How do you live with that? | ||
| I don't want to say it's regret. | ||
| I'm sure there's regret. Is there any hope for retribution for you? | ||
| Is there any way for you to turn this into a positive? | ||
| Speaking out, yeah. | ||
| That has helped me a lot and become my therapy, I would say. | ||
| But it doesn't... | ||
| I want to say that there's hope on the other end. | ||
| And if it weren't me, it's someone else that was going to go through the battle I've walked through. | ||
| And I honestly... Given how severe my mental health has gotten, I don't believe if it was anyone else that they would still be here and be alive. | ||
| And I think suicide would have been very much the next step. | ||
| That is not the step that I want to take, nor am I willing to take it. | ||
| But let me tell you, it's damn hard to sit there every single day and be like, one freaking decision I made has altered the whole trajectory of my life. | ||
| Well, it's just amazing to think that I just can't imagine being in that position. | ||
| Obviously, the pressure to make that decision. | ||
| Maybe you have some concerns going in, but you're told this is just how it is. | ||
| You still probably don't expect the worst, and yet here you are. | ||
| And so I know that, again, you've been sharing a lot of this information on your X account. | ||
| I mean, that is how I found your story. | ||
| So this is just, just to be clear, one Moderna dose, 12 hours later, your whole life is over. | ||
| It's just over as you do it. | ||
| They made me get the second dose, too. | ||
| So that one, I'm sure, did me an even worse. | ||
| After the side effects? | ||
| Yes, after the side effects. | ||
| So they said, if you got the first one, you have to get the second one. | ||
| And I kid you not, I was in formation, and a girl, after the exact first dose, passed out in front of me. | ||
| They made us sit in the room, a dark room, on a leather couch, cold room, with some MREs, and said, sit here the rest of the day. | ||
| Because I was dizzy. I had a severe headache. | ||
| I had chest pain. I was having issues breathing. | ||
| And she passed out in front of me. | ||
| And then we both got the next shot. | ||
| Is there any... And they gave us ibuprofen. | ||
| That's what they gave us. That and Tylenol. | ||
| Is there any, like, legal action? | ||
| Have you talked to any lawyers? I mean, or is it just... | ||
| It's just, no, you signed up for the military and they say it's over. | ||
| I... Have help. | ||
| I have legal help and obviously can't talk too much about that. | ||
| But things will turn the corner. | ||

| And I won't lean too much more into that. | ||
| I will ask you, have you heard about the military accountability petition? | ||
| Hell yeah. I'm one of the signatories. | ||
| You are on there. Does that help, too, talking to others that have been affected by this and then talking to others who are trying to get some justice for you guys that have been injured? | ||
| I think it has really brought a lot of awareness. | ||
| You can go through the names and see all the signatories, and you can see it's 231 of us, but then you also see the format of how it's written and what it represents. | ||
| But then you see all of the people. | ||
| I don't know how many thousands of people. | ||
| I think it's probably 33,000 now, just roughly around there, that they have decided that they were going to join It's not just me. | ||
| Like, you know, we have the injured. We have the vaccine injured. | ||
| We have the people who lost their jobs. | ||
| We have people who lost their families. | ||
| We have people who literally took the ultimate price and killed themselves because they're like, I can't handle this anymore. | ||
| And it was the Worst amount of pressure that you've probably ever seen. | ||
| I'm young, so I haven't seen a lot. | ||
| But I can say in just the past few years, it is something I would have never expected. | ||
| But it makes a lot of sense now. | ||
| When you see stuff like this, Just generally speaking, obviously you said you were an athlete. | ||
| Obviously you cared about your own physical health. | ||
| When you have an experience like this, what does it make you think about the medical establishment at large? | ||
| The next time that someone goes and dismisses me, I want to ask them if they understand that I'm looking at them as a business. | ||
| They are making a killing off of Killing people. | ||
| That's really what's going on. Not every doctor is bad. | ||
| Not every leader is bad. | ||
| And I want to make that clear that I don't distrust every single person. | ||
| But as a corporation, as organizations and stuff, typically speaking, anywhere the money is, there's typically going to be, what is it, corruption. | ||
| Well, especially when there's billions of dollars and no-bid contracts and forced medical procedures, then it seems like it's even worse. | ||
| I'm just curious, and you don't have to divulge your location, but I'm just curious, have you reached out to your local representatives in Congress to see if they're interested in bringing this story to a hearing or just reaching out to you because you're a constituent, anything like that? I have. | ||
| I would have to say there's been no success. | ||
| And so John Frankman, if you've heard of him, he spoke out. | ||
| He was invited to the State of the Union with Matt Gaetz, who has been, you know, being our voice for us for like probably the past few months. | ||
| And so my name, others have been brought up to that level. | ||
| But other than that, I would say local government has not really done much. | ||
| It's really unfortunate, and I know Matt Gaetz, and we actually have had John on the show before, and I know Matt Gaetz and I guess Ron Johnson, maybe Marjorie Taylor Greene. | ||
| I mean, I'm just trying to think of the voices that have said anything here. | ||
| Those are the ones that come to mind, but it's really just a whisper when it should be a roar. | ||
| So, just to kind of even get a better idea here. | ||
| So, I mean, is every day a struggle? | ||
| Are there any days where you wake up, have a normal day, and go back to bed? | ||
| My new normal or my new good is going to be I don't wake up with a throbbing headache. | ||
| I'm on a 23-day migraine right now. | ||
| I was just in the hospital three weeks in a row and this migraine, you know, the doctors just kind of pushed me to the side. | ||
| So like if I wake up without pain or if I wake up and my cardiac symptoms are minimal, It's a good day. | ||
| If I wake up and I don't feel dizzy, it's a good day. | ||
| If I wake up and I don't feel pain in my back or I can walk normal that day, that's a great day. | ||
| Now, the amount of days where that's possible, very minimal. | ||
| And I take those days and I'm like, okay, cool. | ||
| So that's a good day and let's count our blessings, things like that. | ||
| But I mean, I would have to say it's been rather hard. | ||
| I've become reliant on medications and pills and things like that, which I hate, because that's not good for my body, but it helps me function to a higher degree than I would otherwise. | ||
| I live in Florida, so it's a vacation state, basically. | ||
| Had any of your family been in the military before you? | ||

| And, you know, at this point, with your story and what we saw with the vaccine mandates, it's beyond even just the military industrial complex now, where they'll send you to wars to die completely needlessly. | ||

| So, you know, like, Little things, but I do want to make sure that everyone knows, like, there is hope and I'm believing for change. | ||
| We will make this, like, change and justice will happen, whether it be today, tomorrow, or 10 years down the road. | ||
| Like, ultimately, we don't decide when it is, but we can do something about it. | ||
| And every single person that steps up can be a part of that. | ||
