| And he was taking calls about why has the World Health Organization, and I don't know exactly what the announcement verbiage was, but basically the World Health Organization says the COVID-19 pandemic is over. | ||
| Alex is taking calls from his audience and he asked why did the World Health | ||
| Organization declare the COVID-19 emergency over? And he had his own answer | ||
| that he was seeing if any of the other callers would pick up on and it just so | ||
| happened you know he asked that and then the caller called in that said what he | ||
| thought and it was the first thing I thought too it's like well yeah they | ||
| want to they're obviously gonna launch the new pandemic but they have to hit a | ||
| bookend on this to establish the precedent that they're in control of | ||
| when there's an emergency and when there's not. | ||
| That's their job to tell you when it is. | ||
| So until they say it's done, it's not done. | ||
| So okay, now it's done. | ||
| So now they can clink their glasses and say, see, we did it. | ||
| And we've asserted our authority that we tell you when it's a health pandemic and when it's not. | ||

| Now, there is a very concerning story from Vice News today, headline, Inside the Proud Boys Jury. | ||
| And when you read this, you realize that what makes our republic strong and what makes the | ||
| whole system work is that we have to be an informed and engaged and unified population. | ||
| And when you are lacking those elements, the entire system breaks down. | ||
| And this interview with a juror from the Proud Boys trial is the perfect example. | ||
| And this is unbelievable that they even printed this because they admit they edited this interview | ||
| for length, meaning that they did editorialize this because it was obviously a much longer | ||
| conversation they had. | ||
| And the fact that they still put this on there, I mean, I tip my hat to Vice News. | ||
| Thank God they did. | ||
| But holy smokes! | ||
| This should be emergency alert alarms going off. | ||
| Our judicial system is broken. | ||
| Forget about whether you think there's corruption on the actual judicial side of it. | ||
| I mean, the jury system is broken, folks, when this is how jurors are thinking. | ||
| So this is a 63-year-old retired D.C. resident on the jury that Vice News sits down with. | ||
| I just want to get into a couple of these things here because there's two takeaways that again show the entire system is broken. | ||
| This was not This was not a fair trial. | ||
| This was not a trial of his peers. | ||
| And the jurors don't even understand how our judicial system works. | ||
| They don't understand what innocent till proven guilty means. | ||
| And they don't or have maybe never even heard the phrase beyond reasonable doubt. | ||

| Why? Because jurors don't understand innocence until proven guilty, and they don't understand beyond reasonable doubt. | ||

| by day two the evidence had pointed towards seditious conspiracy, but he admits that they | ||

| Well... Would it be so far-fetched to think that this jury had it out for anybody he thought was on the right side of the political aisle? | ||
| Would it be fair to assume that this juror could have maybe only seen all the propaganda on television and on the news about January 6th and the Proud Boys and whatever was presented in that courtroom or wasn't? | ||

| And if so, then this trial should be a mistrial, and every member of our country should be concerned that the entire judicial process is broken because its final backbone, we the people, have been corrupted. | ||
| So look, there's more in this Vice story, but for time, I'm not going to spend three hours on it, but clearly some of these jurors are not very sound of mind. | ||
| There was one case where one of the jurors thought she was being stalked by right-wingers. | ||

| Vivek speaks more to the centrist audience, and I think that's quite frankly because he's just a little more honest about where he comes from, which might not be your staunch conservative values, but a lot of it just more centrist populist stuff. | ||
| And so I think that that's why the way he goes and handles himself in interviews and debates is because he's not trying to talk to a member of the Republican voter base. | ||
| He's talking about how he really feels and how most people probably think about these things. | ||

| That's been DeSantis' biggest fault is going after Trump. | ||

| It went through a 600% increase with banks reaching out for money, mostly regional. | ||
| So, I mean, would that be like a bail-in or, I mean, like a preemptive bail-out? | ||

| So what happens is the Treasury goes in and says, we have money for you. | ||
| for this interim deal and if you can pay it back to us great until you can pivot but if not it will show up as a loss and where does the loss come from the loss comes from the FDIC which comes back in inflationary pressure on both the Treasury side and on the the Fed side so what what's happening is you can see exactly which banks are under pressure and you're talking about a hundred and ten billion dollars that have been thrown In about a, I don't know, 90 to 120-day deal, it's not just knowing about what happened in November. | ||

| And at some point or another, the taxpayer picks it up in default, right? | ||
| Because SWB is still waiting on their $2 billion post-sale and post-bankruptcy back from the FDIC. They get money back. | ||
