The DC courts have convicted members of the Proud Boys under heavy words like
seditious conspiracy and conspiracy to obstruct justice not for their actions
but for the actions of everyone else there on January 6th.
According to defense attorneys, the feds had scores of agent provocateurs at the Capitol on January 6th, and they needed to ask the judge permission to inquire about them in court.
Ray Epps was even cleaned up and put on television to stroke the sleepy minds of the brainwashed masses and rub it in the faces of the awakened.
The original purpose of Washington, D.C. was to act as a central government in times of emergency.
But today, Washington, D.C. is the emergency, and the United States of America is on its last breath.
The District of Columbia's creation is rooted in the Constitution, which called for creating a 10-square-mile district to act as the seat of government and to exercise authority by the consent of the states.
It was designed to remain independent and given limited powers.
But over the centuries, it has become the same bloated, big government that the Founding Fathers fought against.
The executive branch of government has become so powerful in the United States that every living person in the nation has been helplessly subjected to its tyranny.

But I decided I don't want to show you the videos of the dead kids.

I don't want to show you the videos of the people getting run over and mauled and their heads split open and brains oozing out onto the ground.
I'm not going to do that today.

And in that same vein, though, I've decided I'm not going to air any of this stuff that's surfacing today just because I'm extremely skeptical of it, and it's the same thing where...
If these videos of this guy pretending to be the Joker, the shooter at the Allen Mall, these videos of him pretending to be the Joker in the new Batman movie, and then there's weird photos of Nazi tattoos and weird photos of Hispanic men dressing up as Nazis and doing the Heil Hitler, it's just over-the-top ridiculous.
And even if it is real, they want that stuff shown.
That's part of the shock and awe.
That's part of the whole getting into the papers, getting into the news.
And so I'm not gonna show that either.
And honestly, I'm just a little skeptical of it all.
Because it's just so ridiculous.
I mean, Hispanic men playing in the NBA, playing Nazis like it's some sort of a LARP session,
and then he's doing videos or he's pretending he's the Joker
and doing face reveals with weird voice modulators.
So clearly, whatever the situation is, it's obviously connected to the open border problem.
And we know that. We know that because we've got a serial killer in California that just got caught.
It was an illegal immigrant. The individual was planning after the Cleveland, Texas massacre.
He was planning on leaving the country.
He was going to go over the border.
So these criminals are going back and forth over the border.
They're killing people and going back to Mexico and coming back.
No criminal record.
And it's just totally out of control.
And it's only going to get worse.
And when you bring in millions of people from third world countries and a small percentage of those millions, it's six million since Joe Biden got in, if one percent, hell, if half a percent of them are criminals, violent criminals and deranged criminals, then guess what?
You got a serious problem.
You've got hundreds of thousands of deranged people and criminals coming into your country now.
And that's what we have.
So we'll get all the news out on that.

There's footage that keeps surfacing from these bridges where massive hordes of humanity are trying to cross over the border and they're being stood down by law enforcement and they just come in waves and they smash against the law enforcement like waves.
Well, They're hoping they're going to have enough numbers by the end of this week that they're just going to smash through.
And you're going to see stuff that I don't think has ever been seen before in this country.
And we've seen, since Biden got in, some of the rushes through Central America and some of the rushes even at the southern border.
But We're talking dystopian science fiction movie level masses of humanity smashing over the southern border is what is being expected.
Now, we'll be following that.
And in, of course, because it just had to be this way, I guess, it just all had to be at the same time.
I do believe this is a coincidence.
The big stories that are going to break this week are both going to be breaking on Wednesday and Thursday.
And that's whatever goes down at the border when Title 42 expires.
And then the other big news is that the Republicans, led by James Comer, are going to be having a press conference.
Where right now, they're basically threatening to just release all the information they have on the Biden crime family.
And there's a game of chicken happening here.
There's a game of back and forth happening here.
I'm going to explain all of that.
But of course, right when you're going to see tens of thousands, if not 100,000, In an illegal immigrant pipeline, smashing into the southern border, just shock footage at the southern border that everybody's going to have to cover.
And then on that day, that's the day the Republicans are going to have a big press conference.
Now it does coincide with the FBI's timeline in a subpoena to turn over
these documents but they've already have the documents and it's
actually worse than we thought. Not only is the leadership at the FBI and the
Department of Justice making sure the Bidens are above the law and protecting
the Bidens, they've been doing it since the beginning of 2020. So all the Biden
crime family documents that you're gonna have by the end of the week,
whatever they decide to release, whatever they're gonna reveal, and Comer's
saying he's got all the dirt and he's gonna show it on Wednesday.
All of that that they're going to show you on Wednesday, the FBI had as of February 2020.
Now, keep this in mind.
That was Donald Trump's FBI. And so, I don't mind if he doesn't release a statement yet, but that is major embarrassment level if you're Donald Trump.
That the FBI, while you were the commander-in-chief, while you were the head of the executive branch, the FBI was protecting your Opposition in the 2020 election.
Under your eye, under your watch.
And they were obviously doing it because they were all in the tank for Biden.
It was all a giant rig job.
And now the one day when they're going to have a massive press conference about this is the day 100,000 illegal immigrants are going to smash through law enforcement at the southern border.
Alright, so the two big stories we're going to be looking at.
One, all the carnage Happening in Texas, also in California.
Undoubtedly connected to the open borders.
Undoubtedly. And also, what's going on behind the scenes with the FBI and the Biden crime family cover-up.
Now, quickly, on the border, because this is going to be a major story, obviously, this week, and we're going to have live coverage down from the border...
It's honestly so out of control, it's impossible to even cover.
Would be my best synopsis at this point.
So... There's no doubt the American people are going to see scenes from the southern border that they can't believe.
And we had our great guest on last week, Anthony Aguero.
He was down there in El Paso showing the sights and sounds.
And... Those videos did well.

But it's not breaking any paradigms.
It's not getting the massive millions of views on Twitter that it needs to.

And so the amount of cameras that are going to be at the southern border is about to increase by about 10,000%.
And the scenes are finally going to be seen by the American people because of this Title 42 issue.
And there's going to be so many cameras down there that there's just no way they can't cover it.
It's just going to be impossible.
Now, it still doesn't do it justice because this has been going on since Biden got into office.
So people will be seeing it, maybe understanding it for the first time, but still only seeing just a keyhole into what it really is.
The giant human trafficking operation, the giant sex slave operations, and everything else that goes down there at the southern border, the drug trade, everything, illegal weapons coming across, you name it.
And so they're just going to finally get a little people into what goes on when they see tens of thousands of illegal immigrants smashing into law enforcement, demanding entry.
That's what I'm expecting.
And then they're going to see the scenes from some of these border towns.
And you can stand on the corner of First Street and Main...
Into a 360 and it's just going to be nothing but homeless, illegal immigrants living under blankets, living in porta-potties, living in dumpsters, sleeping on the streets.
And then people are going to say, wow, this is really bad.
Well, it's been like that since Biden got into office.
But now it's probably actually going to break...
The narrative control break the media censorship of this story starting on Wednesday and then really, really through the rest of the weekend next week.
And it's so bad.
And there's so many great independent journalists and investigators that are either embedding themselves with some of these migrant groups or they just know the area.

Live in the streets. Here's some Catholic charities.
And we'll try to get you a package with a bus ticket and a plane ticket, wherever you want to go.

And then most of them just end up getting dropped off on the streets or put in a hotel or put in a Catholic charity facility until they can find a way out.
Many of them probably just ditch.
They got smartphones. They can find a way out.
And then there's no checking back in.
There's no checking in for their court date, their arraignment, immigration officials.
But no, they've been told to come here.
It's going to be worth the trek, worth the risk.

So this was the one from over a week ago that they finally arrested the guy and he was going to go back over the border to Mexico and escape justice like so many others taking advantage of Biden's wide open border.

But what I now see happening, what I now see in the tea leaves, with all the other news breaking on this individual's internet and social media activity, they're going to find a way to blame alternative media.

But they're trying to connect this shooter to other members of the media, and it's totally unfair.

Most of the American people have no clue the world they actually live in.
They have no clue that the media is a weapon against them and a psychological operation against them.
And so when they sit here and they say, look, here's a Nazi mass shooter, and here's who he liked to listen to, and here's who he posted about and retweeted, see, they're all Nazis...
The average, uninformed American will actually believe that these people are Nazis.

I mean, how perfect, how perfect that after this Proud Boys trial finally ends, that they get their Nazi supremacist shooter.

We didn't know a couple years ago, even after the election, and this thing's gone hidden for, well, for two years.
We just got little attention, and so it's kind of alarming.
And due to the response to a couple of these posts that we put up recently, it makes me think that maybe it's a much bigger deal than we ever even imagined.
This started in New Mexico.
There was a group there that did an audit about a year ago, a year and a half ago.
Professor Clements and his wife Erin, who's an engineer, Clements is an attorney, they led this audit effort in New Mexico and they found a number of things.
It was a very thorough audit that they performed, probably one of the best, if not the best, in the country after the 2020 election.
And since then, they've kept their eye on what's going on in New Mexico.
And one thing that was learned here recently after the 2022 election was that the corrupt Soros-backed Secretary of State, she did some things that they found was Maybe even perhaps illegal in the state.
Her name is Maggie Tollhaus-Oliver.
What they found is that the state law in New Mexico says that the results have to flow up.
So they go through the precinct to the county level and eventually to the state.
And that's what the law permits and even mandates.
And what they found was that after the 2020 election or even during the process on Election Day, Data went from Dominion, the election system that they're using in New Mexico, through this software system and to the Secretary of State's office.
Then, in turn, the data flowed back from the Secretary of State's office to the counties, And that is the data that was certified by the local clerks at the county level.
So that goes against what the law says in New Mexico.
And what we found was that this software that they had in New Mexico, they called it Service.
Well, it was actually manufactured from a firm called Bepro, which was out of South Dakota.
And even Bepro has now been purchased by a company by the name of Knowink.
Knowink's out of St.
Louis. And what we found was that this company, Bepro slash Knowink, is similar to a couple other companies that we've identified throughout the United States.
There's another company called, let me get all these down, VR Systems, and then there's another one, Tenix.
So the thing that these now new election companies that we're just really noticing, what they have is various modules related to the election process.
So they really brag about all these sites, brag about how they have these poll pads all over the country now, hundreds of thousands of them.
As you know, maybe this is how you voted the last time you went in.
When you went into the vote, you signed your name on what looked like an iPad, and it probably is, with a little bit of software that they probably mark up a thousand percent and make a nice little profit by pushing these things around the country.
These poll pads are being pushed by these, what we'd call even non-election systems manufacturers.
And the reason we'd even call them non-election systems is because they're going outside of the HAVA Act, and they're going outside of the EAC, which was the Elections Assistance Commission is what the C stands for.
That entity was created by HAVA, and that's the entity That runs the so-called accredited, also used in quotation marks, certifiers of the election systems, Dominion, ES&S, etc.
They're not certifying these systems that we found that are being managed by B-Pro and 10X Solutions and VR systems.
So one of their systems and their modules has to do with these pole pads, Another module has to do with election night reporting.
They can tell us up to date who's voted on any day and where.
And you can get that information on election night.
It seems like both, if not all, three of these manufacturers have that same system.
They also have something that's referred to as election day or on-demand printing.
So you can print out ballots.
on-demand through their software and so you've got it all wrapped up right there real nicely.
You've got the poll pads telling you who's voted, you've got this election system that'll tell you up to date, real time, they brag, who's basically where the status of the election and then you've got on-demand printing should you need that as well.
So All of this brings up just a whole new layer of systems that we didn't even know about even really a couple months ago.
And the problem, as you can guess, is it's related to the CIS, who you've heard about, CISA that you've heard about.
CISA is part of Homeland Security.
CIS is an independent entity.
It's a non-profit.
And they're actually coming in and they're working with these firms and actually offering guidelines on how to certify this company.
Non-voting technology.
These guidelines have nothing to do with the U.S. government and anything that the CIS is doing, we can't get our access on because there's no way we could do like a FOIA request on it because it's a non-profit.
And so this whole deal that's sitting over here, we really weren't even aware about a few weeks ago.
So I'm going to try to have you simplify this in the last 60 seconds because there's a lot of complexities there.
So it sounds like they have this group, this non-profit group, almost as like a curtain or a shield or a buffer to stop you from knowing how the technology actually works.
You're one of the greats. So if I'm hearing you right, it's like, If you go in and you're trying to audit, say in this case you're trying to audit a vote, but if you go in and try to audit anything and you've got this technological system set up and you can't even do the audit, what do you do then?
We're up against a break here, Joe, but hearing you explain all this leads me to another obvious question that I think we've been missing on this, but I'm going to bring it up in the next segment.
Now on the issue of integrity of the vote, one person, one vote, one person, one ballot, paper ballots obviously is the easiest and most simple solution here.
And most states still require that as law.
Now, I'm not a Luddite.
I like technology.
And if it works, and of course that's the big caveat, if it works and makes our lives easier, then I'm for it.
And so I'm not against election technology like some of the complexities with all these different companies that Joe was talking about on the other side.
But see, here's what I've realized.
Listen to you talk about this.
And I guess maybe we've all kind of realized this, but we've never really talked it out before.
So if we've got all these different companies and they're running our elections, certainly they're proud of their products and they'd be willing to argue how their products work and show us if you could audit them.
But I guess we're realizing, how can this technology work if we can't audit it?
It should be easier to audit.
If everything is in a digital system, including my vote, every transaction should be easily marked and easily audited.
I mean, I should be able, like you said, when I walk in and they scan my thing, okay, Owen Troyer has just signed in to vote at this time.
It should go to a database.
And then I go over to vote.
And I submit my vote, and that goes through the system, and then that should go to a database, and you should be able to audit that.
So, really, this technology should make this process easier.
You're an auditor, you've been investigating this for years now, and I guess you've learned that that's not the case, huh?
Actually, that's a brilliant point, and something that I've come up with here recently.
I've written two books on the steel, Volume 1 about setting the stage, Volume 2 about what actually happened, the impossible occurs, and now Volume 3, which is about the cover-up.
And this is the thing that really hits me as I look at the audits that were performed, etc., and all the garbage that's been thrown at us.
The most obvious thing is what you just shared.
If this stuff is so great, we should be able to audit it.
And we can't. And I'm telling you, in the corporate world, if I walked in to do an audit and they said to me, hey, Joe, thanks, there's my two books.
And the third one will be coming out here hopefully by the end of the month.
And I think it's going to be a blockbuster because all the stuff we're talking about today is going to be in there.
But the thing is, why is it that they won't give us access to systems?
If I was a corporate auditor, I went in, and you said, yeah, you can look at the stuff, but I'm only going to let you look at this, you can't look at the systems, etc., I'd say, fine, I'd shut my laptop, kaboom, I'd walk out the door, and I'd write a report that says, hey, I cannot make an opinion.
On how this system is running or how this process is working because I can't look at things.
And we're done there. And that's it.
I'd move on, do something better with my time.
But in today's day and age, we can't get our hands around this stuff.
They're preventing us from looking at it.
And even like you remember after the audit on day one, or after the 2020 election, day one, it was over.
We couldn't even walk in and do poll washing like here in Detroit.
We couldn't even see what was going on.
They're preventing us from seeing what's going on.
So immediately these elections in 2020 should have been redone and now we see catastrophic repercussions of not standing up and demanding that the right thing be done and buying into this garbage from this media.
And big tech that was telling us we didn't have the right to look at this stuff.
All this stuff that happened around the country, we all knew it was bogus.
The law enforcement wouldn't work.
When we went to the legislatures, they wouldn't listen to Rudy.
I thought he did a brilliant job in three weeks to put all these things together.
Then Sidney Powell did her court cases.
The Texas court case, the courts wouldn't listen to us.
We tried on January 6th to get Mike Pence to perhaps push some of these results back to certain states.
He wouldn't do it.
And here we are with Joe Biden and a border that's bursting at the seams, you know, not far from where you're sitting right now.
It's all outrageous.
And here's another piece that we found in this recent research is there's this thing called Albert Censors.
It sounds... The name is reflected from Albert Einstein.
Some brilliant guy used Albert Einstein's name in this thing called Albert Censors.
And what they did is that CIS, that entity I mentioned before, that was mentioned by Anna Paulina Luna when she smashed those Twitter representatives on the House floor that day in that hearing.
This is one of those entities.
And by the way, this is what we're hearing and really thinking about the whole censorship complex.
It's maybe just a small part of The election steel complex.
The CIS, the CISA, the EIP. All of these entities are built for the purpose of preventing us from getting to the elections.
Just like you said, you know, brilliant observation.
These Albert Sensors, they went around the country after 2016 and said Russia had a problem with our elections and they infiltrated So we want you to sign this thing and give all your election data to the CIS, which is a non-profit entity, non-government entity.
And once you give it to them, you can't have it back, and you're giving it to them.
And I would say it's the elector's information.
It's not their right to give this information to this non-profit.
But this is the non-profit that Anna Paulina Luna mentioned on that day in front of Twitter.
This is the nonprofit that's running these Albert sensors and all this data then is flowing to them and maybe this is how then this data is getting back and this is maybe how data's, you know, right now Data could be—elections could be manipulated.
But this is exactly what they've been doing for so long, and there's just been no—there's been no pushback.
There's been no investigators.
There's been no interest. So they've basically just been able to do this obstacle-free, and now people are kind of saying, hey, well, hold on a second.
What's actually going on here?
And the reason why I think your perspective is so important on this—look, most people don't do audits.
I mean, the most type of an audit you'll ever do is essentially on yourself if you want to manage your budget.
But it's like, you know, I've had to go back and check some credit card stuff before.
So, folks, I mean, imagine if you're just going to check your books or, you know, you've got a credit card and you log on.
Let's say you're maybe not the best with receipts and you've lost some receipts.
So you go on to your digital credit card.
Account to look at these transactions, and let's just say some of them aren't there.
Well, you'd say, well, what the hell?
What do you mean? I can't. These are the transactions.
I need to get this information. Well, they're there, but they're not there.
We probably dealt with a lot of theft and shenanigans in our elections.
But let's hope we can try to ride it.
We're finding the flaws. We're finding the problems.

Whether they do or not, apparently Comer already has them and is thinking about releasing them anyway.
So I don't know if that means they've been leaked to him or what is going to happen, but...
The deadline is Wednesday and that's when Comer is going to have the press conference and he said he's going to reveal it all anyway.
Comer calls Hunter Biden DOJ investigation a slap on the wrist.
So Comer's concern at this point Comer's concern at this point is that the DOJ is readying charges against Hunter Biden to try to control the narrative and that They're going to just hit him with some tax evasion stuff, a slap on the wrist and say, oh, it was accidental.
We didn't mean it. It's not an unregistered foreign agent.
It's not bribery. It's not treason.
It's just a little tax evasion or a little missed tax here or there.
And so the concern is that the FBI is going to try to put a wet blanket on this thing and say, see, we investigated.
We hit Hunter Biden with a tax evasion.
It's all good here. Representative Comer urges Department of Justice to hold possible Hunter Biden indictment until press briefing.
And so he's telling the DOJ, don't move on this slap-on-the-wrist tax evasion charge.
I've got the real dirt you're going to want to see on Monday.
So he's expecting them, the DOJ and the FBI, to work in collusion to protect the Bidens again, just like they did, or just like they have been since February 2020.

And Jordan Neely is the sword, the human sword now, the dead human sword that she wants to ram into her enemies that really is probably just white people.
So she's mad because she is not where she wants to be in life.

She's mad because she's going to be a perpetual victim her whole life because that's what she's decided.

Last week I covered a story From vice.com, they got an interview with one of the jurors in the Proud Boys trial, and the results of that interview had me, well, I don't know if shocked is the right word, but scared of where our country is going if the final backbone, the final safety net of our judicial system, a jury of our peers, if that has been destroyed...
Then we've got serious problems.
And so I wanted to bring on one of our great legal minds that is a guest on our show regularly, an attorney, talk show host himself, Kevin Slayton.
And Kevin, I sent you this article earlier today, and I'm assuming you got a chance to read it.
Did you have the same concerns when you saw these jurors' statements from that case that I did?
Number one was that this juror, and I assume he's speaking for all of the jurors, made decisions on prison sentences and guilt or innocence without any evidence and deleted email messages between the Proud Boys.
And he said that he assumed that those messages didn't exist if they were deleted.
That's one of the most asinine statements I've ever heard in my life.
I don't quite understand that to save my life.
And if you read his comments, and I jotted them down so that I make sure I don't get them right, they were so bizarre, that one of the people that they sentenced and found guilty is a guy that said he didn't spray anything on police that was dangerous.
They said they showed video of him spraying in their neighborhood, in the distance, but we don't know what he was spraying.
He could have been spraying deodorant, for all we know, and that they breached the Capitol, broke into the Capitol...
And ran over police lines.
Well, we've seen plenty of video, certainly on Tucker Carlson's show, where Washington Capitol Police were escorting a lot of these people right into the Capitol.
And let's be clear here, if they're going to equally apply somebody doing violence against police, well then the whole Democrat Party and their street activists should be considered seditious conspirators as well.
Well, you're right. Well, we've said this many times about Antifa and the thugs that the Democratic wing of the country, liberal wing of the country, not only endorses, but funds.
Excuse me. That's what the Democrats do in this country.
Liberals fund terrorist groups, and no one does anything about it.
Now, as a country, when we found out who was funding ISIS and those type of groups, we cut them off.
But not in this country.
If you fund Homegrown terrorists like Antifa, and the liberals fund them, nothing happens to anyone.
You're easily allowed to go.
But here's what bothered me. This juror said that he feels like one of the witnesses or one of the defendants was wanting to become the center of attention and an egomaniac.
Last night checked, someone with a big ego and wanting to be center of attention didn't commit a crime, didn't go to jail.
That's not a crime. So when this guy cites that as one of the reasons he couldn't wait to find him guilty, that's scary.
But scarier still was when he said, we know we got it right because subsequently to the verdicts, I've been able to look things up to see if I was right.
Can you imagine deciding guilt or innocence on a defendant in this country with a prison sentence hanging over their heads and your decision is based on your thinking and There's evidence, even though you haven't seen it, but then looking it up later and saying, whoa, boy, I sure got it right.
Not that we know what he was talking about, but he did mention the lack of evidence and that he looked it up later and found out he was right.
Not even a clue. Not only is he admitting that, but he's admitting that he's going over the other way.
He's finding guilt or innocence based on a guy's ego and admitting that there's a lack of evidence, but that he was sure they had some.
Sure that they had some, but where was it?
It wasn't there.
And when you say that you found someone guilty because he sprayed something in the general vicinity of cops from hundreds of yards away maybe, I don't know how far away he was talking about, but he said in the general distance that You don't, A, know what that was.
B, you don't know if it ever even got near the police.
How do you find guilt or innocence based on these facts?
None of these cases should have been prosecuted.
That's number one. And once they were prosecuted, they were going to make damn sure that they had a jury stacked against the defendants.
And that's exactly what they did.
I noticed he did say, however, that there was absolutely no evidence from the prosecutors that anything was Donald Trumpish, anything anti-Donald Trump, which shocked me.
Yeah, and let's be real, why is it that they want to pin this whole thing on Donald Trump, and immediately after getting these verdicts, you started seeing that echoing throughout the halls of the Democrat Party and their friends in the media that, okay, now we've got to go after Trump.
But, you know, I look at this and...
Kevin, I'm just, I mean, we thought we were having a problem in the education system.
If we don't have a fair jury of our peers, which clearly we did not have in this case, I mean, very obviously, and we have jurors that don't even understand two fundamental things that you should understand, especially if you're going to be a jury, and that's beyond reasonable doubt and innocent until proven guilty, well, I mean, geez, I don't know how our judicial system survives.
Imagine a juror saying that there weren't any text messages from the Proud Boys between each other saying, oh, don't do this, or let's forget about it, or let's walk away.
He says that since he didn't see any, that means there wasn't any.
No, that's not what it means.
What it means is you weren't shown any.
That's all it means. We don't know if those texts existed, but that is not a grounds for finding someone guilty, I can promise you that.
And neither is an ego.
And by the way, if you notice, they weren't charged.
I think most people, Owen, if you ask them, what are these January 6th defendants charged with?
They would answer you, people off the street, that they were being charged with trying to overthrow the government.
Because that's what the media has said.
That's what an insurrection is.
But they weren't even charged with that.
They're charged with trying to interfere with government business.
Not overthrowing anything.
Interfering. So there goes your insurrection by your own admission.
It does blow you away, the things that have come out of this.
But what really... What hinders the legal process is when you target people, when you sick the FBI on them and the Department of Justice, and that's exactly what the government did.
They sent their attack dogs out to harass and intimidate people and then arrest them and charge them for something that was as simple as a trespassing citation.
That's it. Nothing more, nothing less.
I still don't see in that entire article, in that entire testimony of that juror, I don't see one iota of evidence that anyone did anything violently, even though this guy claims that they overran the police.
I mean, that's what's so incredibly shocking about this article is he basically admits we found him guilty of seditious conspiracy without seeing any evidence.
I mean, folks, if evidence is not in the equation in the judicial system, what hope do we have?
If you're a defendant and the U.S. government is the one prosecuting you, you have no hope.
Because it's my belief that they stack juries just like they rig elections.
So when you stack juries, you have no chance.
This buffoon who was giving this interview should be sent to jail himself.
He is violating his oath as a juror.
He's supposed to rule based on the evidence and nothing else.
That's it. And he clearly did not make a judgment, and neither did anyone else in that jury room, based on evidence, which they admitted they didn't see.
But because one guy was an egomaniac, he's guilty.
Yeah, imagine. Well, you know, I didn't see any evidence, but I didn't like his hair color.
And so I just knew his hair color was really aggressive, and I had to find him guilty.

And of course, for those of you wondering, how did I get so great?

Now, Kevin, you're an attorney.
Let's say you're handling this case or any case like this where a juror comes out and makes a public statement similar to the ones we see here in the Vice story.
First thing I would do is I'd file a motion to overturn the verdict.
Because now that you have evidence of a juror essentially saying they reached verdicts without evidence, they looked it up and later on ratified their decision because of what they looked up after trial, which has nothing to do with it.
It doesn't matter if after trial you found out that I murdered a little kid, it doesn't matter as to what your verdict was in that particular trial.
No, it's not. And it's after the fact, so it is irrelevant.
So whatever it is he found that he claims validated his decisions is baloney.
But secondarily, after you file the motion to overturn the verdict, your evidence to overturn it is all of the things this guy said.
When he says it, he was also including other jurors.
He didn't mention them by name, but just the fact that you have one is enough.
Because these verdicts required a unanimous verdict in order to convict.
These are criminal cases.
And so now you've got issues immediately.
Any judge worth a damn would overturn these verdicts.
Now, having said that, Washington, D.C. judges aren't worth a damn.
They're all political animals.
They're all products of the liberal system for the most part.
There's a few that aren't, but most of them are.
The ones hearing these cases, from my experience and what I've read, they are liberal judges.
So it's a stacked deck.
Even on appeal, it's a stacked deck.
I don't know which appeal court they would go to.
The district that includes Washington, D.C. has to be overwhelmingly liberal.
And so I don't know where you go for justice anymore.
A lawyer told me one time years ago, if you're looking for justice, don't come to a courtroom.
And I think there's a lot of truth in that.
Our judicial system is broken.
It's been broken for a long time.
But it really is broken when the liberals are in charge.
We don't have a judicial system that's fair anymore.
You know it. You've been through it.
You've suffered through it. Anyone who's gotten so much as a speeding ticket or a DWI in their lifetime understands how bad the system is, and it depends on who you are and how much money you have.
I don't know who any of these Proud Boys or these Oath Keepers are in terms of their financial wherewithal, but my guess is they were using public defenders.
And if you're using a public defender against a high-powered government that will spend every penny available to them to bring you down, it's not a fair fight.
And apparently, even though they spent all this money, they still didn't have the evidence to convict.
And yet they were convicted based on things like egomaniac.
It's unconscionable behavior to me.
File the motion to overturn the verdict, and in that motion, specify that the verdict is not consistent with the evidence.
And I think anybody looking at this based on what we read in Vice, which by the way is filed for bankruptcy, at least that's my knowledge.
Out of nowhere, she decided to offer to resign June 1st.
I think she felt the walls closing around her.
She was doomed. And we don't know what kind of a deal that she may or may not have struck in terms of prison time or anything of that nature.
Nothing has been made public, at least to this point.
But the pressure was mounting for her to resign.
But here's what you really have to consider.
She was taking nursing classes on the government dollar while she was pondering whether or not to resign.
Can you imagine the nerve of this woman, how brazen these liberals are?
That's another crime, by the way.
You're now misusing campaign funds and taxpayer monies, so she should be prosecuted for that as well.
But worse than all of that is the governor of Missouri, Mike Parson, who is at least by title a Republican, has said that he won't cause any waves with who he appoints next.
In fact, he was considering an elderly black judge And a black prosecutor who is a flaming progressive liberal.

They could tell there was a significant change in her behavior.
There was a significant change in her psychology.
And there's a reason why predators go after children.
There's a reason why predators go after as young as they can get because they make for bad witnesses.
Sometimes it's hard for them to communicate.
They don't even understand what's been done to them.
And they think they can get away with it just like they did with the six-year-old girl.
So they thought they could sexually assault the six-year-old girl and cover it up and film it.
Eventually the parents found out the truth and went to the school and the school said, oh yeah, we knew about this, we're sorry, we decided not to tell you.
Groomers. Abusers.
And that's why they're so desperate to start to blur the lines of what is considered a minor in this country.
And so if you're a child and you can consent to genital mutilation, then certainly you can consent to what they'll call is love mutilation.
And then, oh, that six-year-old girl that we recorded, that we assaulted in the bathroom, she consented to that.
She consented to that.
That's where this goes. Why would you even do this unless you feel that you're that close to the finish line?
