We return you now to your regularly scheduled program.
It's hard to keep up, not just with all the news, but to keep up with all the different ways our country...
And its fundamental principles and political infrastructures are under serious attack.
And we're going to be highlighting this with a couple of guests that we have today.
Jim Hoff with Big Breaking News, not just for some big news the Gateway Pundit is covering, but big news with some litigation he's involved with.
And then attorney Kevin Slayton is going to get deeper into this Vice article that I highlighted last week where the juror admits in the Proud Boys trial, he admits that they already made up their mind, they already had their mind made up before the trial even started, and that they believed there was evidence out there that they hadn't seen, and going off that belief, they decided to rule guilty.
And it's important we understand how dangerous this is.
And it should hurt. | ||
It should hurt the average American to know that the jury of their peers, in this case, has let them down.
Greg Reese covers this in his latest report at Band.Video.
The DC courts have convicted members of the Proud Boys under heavy words like
seditious conspiracy and conspiracy to obstruct justice not for their actions
but for the actions of everyone else there on January 6th.
According to defense attorneys, the feds had scores of agent provocateurs at the Capitol on January 6th, and they needed to ask the judge permission to inquire about them in court.
Not just the FBI, but the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington, D.C., had informants in the Proud Boys.
One of Mr. Metcalfe's colleagues, Mr.
Roots, made a motion for disclosure of other agents within the federal government, broadly conceived, that were involved in the Proud Boys.
And the judge basically, I think the court's conclusion was, well, there are just too many government agencies for us to know.
You've got to be more specific.
If you've been paying attention, then you've known this for well over a year now.
And you're well aware that Ray Epps helped orchestrate the riot and even admitted to it.
But he's somehow untouchable.
Ray Epps is all over the place.
I can't tell you how many times we would be dissecting a video in court and out of nowhere, Ray Epps happens to be right in the middle of it.
Ray Epps was even cleaned up and put on television to stroke the sleepy minds of the brainwashed masses and rub it in the faces of the awakened.
The original purpose of Washington, D.C. was to act as a central government in times of emergency.
But today, Washington, D.C. is the emergency, and the United States of America is on its last breath.
The District of Columbia's creation is rooted in the Constitution, which called for creating a 10-square-mile district to act as the seat of government and to exercise authority by the consent of the states.
It was designed to remain independent and given limited powers.
But over the centuries, it has become the same bloated, big government that the Founding Fathers fought against.
The executive branch of government has become so powerful in the United States that every living person in the nation has been helplessly subjected to its tyranny.
And now, speak out against it, and you will be silenced.
If I write to you saying, I don't like what's going on in downtown Austin, somebody ought to string up city council, and I could say that.
I'm a hothead. And we go to a demonstration that night and somebody breaches a barricade and throws a rock at a city council member.
I'm as guilty of conspiring to cause that event as the Proud Boys were for appearing that day.
This weaponizes speech in a way that cannot be permitted to stand.
Alex, this weaponizes dissent to a whole other level.
Reporting for InfoWars, this is Greg Reese.
Truly scary, folks, how the media...
And our political leaders can take the innocent and make them guilty, and take the guilty and make them innocent.
And that's what they're trying to do with the Biden crime family now.
We've got a big update on that today.
unidentified
|
Thanks for watching. | |
Take it off in my arms, it's the soul of me.
You won't find the hats you see me laying face down.
Ladies and gentlemen, another busy broadcast week ahead of us here on this Monday, May
8, 2023. | ||
you It's the InfoWars War Room brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
I'm your host, Owen Troyer, with you for the fastest three hours on the internet.
And let me just tell you, strap yourselves in.
This is about to be a wild week.
Wild. Now, it's already been a bit of a wild weekend with the news in Texas, which is so obviously connected to the open border issue.
It's just ludicrous. | ||
And, of course, you've got the mainstream media now telling you that it is a right-wing extremist and a neo-Nazi problem that is leading to all these issues in Texas.
And then there's some weird stuff that surfaced today.
I hesitate to even show you it.
It's like, there's so much stuff that I wonder if it's even worth showing, but it's already been covered.
It's all out there, so I'll mention it.
But I decided I don't want to show you the videos of the dead kids.
We've got it at Infowars.com.
The videos are at Bandop Video.
I don't want to show you the videos of the people getting run over and mauled and their heads split open and brains oozing out onto the ground.
I'm not going to do that today.
So if you want to see it, it's out there, and it's at Infowars.com, and it's at Bandot Video, and it's been covered on some of the other shows here.
And in that same vein, though, I've decided I'm not going to air any of this stuff that's surfacing today just because I'm extremely skeptical of it, and it's the same thing where...
If these videos of this guy pretending to be the Joker, the shooter at the Allen Mall, these videos of him pretending to be the Joker in the new Batman movie, and then there's weird photos of Nazi tattoos and weird photos of Hispanic men dressing up as Nazis and doing the Heil Hitler, it's just over-the-top ridiculous.
And even if it is real, they want that stuff shown.
That's part of the shock and awe.
That's part of the whole getting into the papers, getting into the news.
And so I'm not gonna show that either.
And honestly, I'm just a little skeptical of it all.
Because it's just so ridiculous.
I mean, Hispanic men playing in the NBA, playing Nazis like it's some sort of a LARP session,
and then he's doing videos or he's pretending he's the Joker
and doing face reveals with weird voice modulators.
unidentified
|
Thanks. | |
So clearly, whatever the situation is, it's obviously connected to the open border problem.
And we know that. We know that because we've got a serial killer in California that just got caught.
It was an illegal immigrant. The individual was planning after the Cleveland, Texas massacre.
He was planning on leaving the country.
He was going to go over the border.
So these criminals are going back and forth over the border.
They're killing people and going back to Mexico and coming back.
No criminal record. | ||
And it's just totally out of control.
And it's only going to get worse.
And when you bring in millions of people from third world countries and a small percentage of those millions, it's six million since Joe Biden got in, if one percent, hell, if half a percent of them are criminals, violent criminals and deranged criminals, then guess what?
You got a serious problem.
You've got hundreds of thousands of deranged people and criminals coming into your country now.
And that's what we have.
So we'll get all the news out on that.
I'll decide what we want to show you.
It's all so disgusting and demented.
I just don't know if I want to start the week like that.
Especially considering I think things are going to get even worse by the end of the week.
Now... We'll see what happens with Title 42 set to expire between Wednesday and Thursday.
We've already got shock footage from El Paso and Brownsville and McAllen, other parts of the Rio Grande Valley.
I mean, it's just insane.
We've got drone footage where it's like a whole...
I mean, you can't even count how many people there are standing in line waiting to get in.
There's footage that keeps surfacing from these bridges where massive hordes of humanity are trying to cross over the border and they're being stood down by law enforcement and they just come in waves and they smash against the law enforcement like waves.
Well, They're hoping they're going to have enough numbers by the end of this week that they're just going to smash through.
And you're going to see stuff that I don't think has ever been seen before in this country.
And we've seen, since Biden got in, some of the rushes through Central America and some of the rushes even at the southern border.
But We're talking dystopian science fiction movie level masses of humanity smashing over the southern border is what is being expected.
Now, we'll be following that.
And in, of course, because it just had to be this way, I guess, it just all had to be at the same time.
I do believe this is a coincidence.
The big stories that are going to break this week are both going to be breaking on Wednesday and Thursday.
And that's whatever goes down at the border when Title 42 expires.
And then the other big news is that the Republicans, led by James Comer, are going to be having a press conference.
Where right now, they're basically threatening to just release all the information they have on the Biden crime family.
And there's a game of chicken happening here.
There's a game of back and forth happening here.
I'm going to explain all of that.
But of course, right when you're going to see tens of thousands, if not 100,000, In an illegal immigrant pipeline, smashing into the southern border, just shock footage at the southern border that everybody's going to have to cover.
And then on that day, that's the day the Republicans are going to have a big press conference.
unidentified
|
That day. They had to do it that day.
Just unbelievable. | ||
Now it does coincide with the FBI's timeline in a subpoena to turn over
these documents but they've already have the documents and it's
actually worse than we thought. Not only is the leadership at the FBI and the
Department of Justice making sure the Bidens are above the law and protecting
the Bidens, they've been doing it since the beginning of 2020. So all the Biden
crime family documents that you're gonna have by the end of the week,
whatever they decide to release, whatever they're gonna reveal, and Comer's
saying he's got all the dirt and he's gonna show it on Wednesday.
All of that that they're going to show you on Wednesday, the FBI had as of February 2020.
Now, keep this in mind. | ||
That was Donald Trump's FBI. And so, I don't mind if he doesn't release a statement yet, but that is major embarrassment level if you're Donald Trump.
That the FBI, while you were the commander-in-chief, while you were the head of the executive branch, the FBI was protecting your Opposition in the 2020 election.
Under your eye, under your watch.
And they were obviously doing it because they were all in the tank for Biden.
It was all a giant rig job.
And now the one day when they're going to have a massive press conference about this is the day 100,000 illegal immigrants are going to smash through law enforcement at the southern border.
Alright, so the two big stories we're going to be looking at.
One, all the carnage Happening in Texas, also in California.
Undoubtedly connected to the open borders.
Undoubtedly. And also, what's going on behind the scenes with the FBI and the Biden crime family cover-up.
Now, quickly, on the border, because this is going to be a major story, obviously, this week, and we're going to have live coverage down from the border...
It's honestly so out of control, it's impossible to even cover.
Would be my best synopsis at this point.
So... There's no doubt the American people are going to see scenes from the southern border that they can't believe.
And we had our great guest on last week, Anthony Aguero.
He was down there in El Paso showing the sights and sounds.
And... Those videos did well.
We've got a nice audience here at InfoWars, and we've got a good amount of regular visitors and new visitors every day at band.video and InfoWars.com.
But it's not breaking any paradigms.
It's not getting the massive millions of views on Twitter that it needs to.
It's not getting played on the corporate news, obviously, the mainstream news, the weekend news.
It's not making any of those newscasts But you saw what I saw.
We all saw it. | ||
And there's a lot more of it out there.
So... I mean, we showed you some of the drone footage.
Thousands of these illegal immigrants lined up.
Trying to get in. | ||
Waiting to get in. | ||
And... I remember the scenes from when we were down there in 2021.
And so the amount of cameras that are going to be at the southern border is about to increase by about 10,000%.
And the scenes are finally going to be seen by the American people because of this Title 42 issue.
And there's going to be so many cameras down there that there's just no way they can't cover it.
It's just going to be impossible.
Now, it still doesn't do it justice because this has been going on since Biden got into office.
So people will be seeing it, maybe understanding it for the first time, but still only seeing just a keyhole into what it really is.
The giant human trafficking operation, the giant sex slave operations, and everything else that goes down there at the southern border, the drug trade, everything, illegal weapons coming across, you name it.
And so they're just going to finally get a little people into what goes on when they see tens of thousands of illegal immigrants smashing into law enforcement, demanding entry.
That's what I'm expecting.
And then they're going to see the scenes from some of these border towns.
And you can stand on the corner of First Street and Main...
Into a 360 and it's just going to be nothing but homeless, illegal immigrants living under blankets, living in porta-potties, living in dumpsters, sleeping on the streets.
And then people are going to say, wow, this is really bad.
Well, it's been like that since Biden got into office.
But now it's probably actually going to break...
The narrative control break the media censorship of this story starting on Wednesday and then really, really through the rest of the weekend next week.
And it's so bad. | ||
And there's so many great independent journalists and investigators that are either embedding themselves with some of these migrant groups or they just know the area.
They've been guests on the show with us.
And they're really starting to figure out how this whole thing works, folks.
So, there is a plan. | ||
There is a plan. | ||
If you want to come to the United States of America illegally, there are multiple plans out there.
And there's price points and packages and everything else.
And the corrupt Chinese communists are running it.
And the cartels are running it.
And the U.S. government is running it.
And you're paying for all of it.
100% illegal immigrant pipeline, human trafficking, and you're just expected to pay for the whole damn thing, and they feel entitled.
I mean, can you even blame them?
I don't want to make an enemy out of these people, and maybe if we didn't have a welfare state, I wouldn't care as much if we were still stopping criminals from coming in.
But no, they've been told, you come here, you get a free ride.
You come here, we'll take care of your kids.
You come here, debit cards, travel, all expenses paid.
The American people want you.
They got plenty of stuff for you.
You'll get jobs, everything. And then they get here, and it's just an overloaded mess.
Like, imagine going to the DMV times a million.
Or if you've ever seen the movie, and this might be an extreme example, but, I mean, we're getting there.
If you've ever seen the movie Blood Diamond, when they get to the refugee camp, and they're trying to get information on their friends and their family, and they're just like, we don't know.
There's 100,000 people in this camp, man.
Good luck. And so they come in, and they're like, okay, where do I go?
Where do I go? They're like, what do you mean?
Where do you go? I mean, get in line.
Live in the streets. Here's some Catholic charities.
And we'll try to get you a package with a bus ticket and a plane ticket, wherever you want to go.
Just fill out this. And it's just like, okay.
And then most of them just end up getting dropped off on the streets or put in a hotel or put in a Catholic charity facility until they can find a way out.
Many of them probably just ditch.
They got smartphones. They can find a way out.
And then there's no checking back in.
There's no checking in for their court date, their arraignment, immigration officials.
But no, they've been told to come here.
It's going to be worth the trek, worth the risk.
Everything will be given to you.
Joe Biden invites you. He wants you.
And then when they get after their weeks-long journey to the southern border and they see, wait a second, why is there somebody stopping me from coming in?
Which is what it's going to look like next week.
And they're just going to smash through the walls of Border Patrol and law enforcement.
And you're just supposed to accept it.
So just total lawlessness, just total criminal activity.
But if you are an outspoken critic of the Democrat Party, or you are an outspoken critic of the liberal globalist agenda, then they're coming for you.
They're coming for you with the IRS. They're coming for you with the FBI. They're coming for you with the Department of Justice.
They're coming for you with their Internet...
Social media censorship brigades, they're coming for you.
But anybody wants to cross over that border, diseased, criminal, doesn't matter.
Doesn't matter and their friends like the Bidens they'll make sure they cover up their crimes and they never face
justice Please tell me why you a member of the InfoWars audience

And it's your support there that keeps us on the air.
All right. So there's these pictures and a YouTube channel and a video and all this stuff and tattoos, apparently.
They're claiming that the shooter now in Allen is a neo-Nazi and they're calling him a right-wing extremist.
Well, let's just... This is frustrating because words are supposed to have meaning.
A Nazi is a leftist. | ||
I'm sick of this crap claiming that a Nazi is a right-wing ideology.
Nazism is a left-wing ideology.
Socialism is a left-wing ideology.
Adolf Hitler... | ||
Was the founder of the National Socialists Party.
Nazis are socialists. | ||
That is, left-wing. | ||
Stop it. | ||
Now, clearly this individual was deranged.
So, I mean, you can say left-wing, you can say right-wing, it doesn't matter.
You have a deranged lunatic.
Is what you have. | ||
Even if he was left-wing and loved Joe Biden, you look at this stuff and you just say, okay, this individual is deranged and sick in the head.
I'm not going to sit here, even though I can't stand a Joe Biden voter, I'm not going to sit here and say, look, this is a Joe Biden voter.
No, this is a deranged lunatic who, for whatever reason, liked to post about Joe Biden.
This is a deranged lunatic who wanted to pretend like he was a Nazi and apparently was...
In the social media accounts that they're finding was cheering on the Nashville transgender shooter for killing Christians.
So there's no consistency, there's no pattern of behavior except that from
what we've seen if you believe the images and the videos and everything
it's just a total deranged lunatic pretending to be the Joker on some
YouTube channel that got started in January of this year.
And Ken Paxson has come out and said hey I've not seen any of this evidence
being presented to me about a Nazi white supremacist.
And, of course, people were thinking he was gang-related because of some of the tattoos.
Well, I mean, he does have Nazi tattoos.
Maybe he's out of the Ukrainian army.
But this is all connected, folks.
It's all connected to Joe Biden's open borders.
Suspected California serial killer identified as a legal alien from El Salvador.
Carlos Dominguez is a Salvadorian citizen who entered the U.S. as an unaccompanied minor.
As an unaccompanied minor.
Well, he's 21, and now he's killed multiple people.
David Brough, 50 years old.
unidentified
|
Kareem Abu Najim, 20 years old.
Kimberly Gilroy and more.
Serial killer. | ||
Illegal immigrant. Came over as an unaccompanied minor.
Was a full grown adult male.
But is able to sneak past the system.
Border is secure, though.
Border is secure. Karine Jean-Pierre, Kamala Harris, and Mayorkas all tell you, border is secure.
So that serial killer that came across the border illegally that was probably going to go back across the border, that's not happening.
That just doesn't exist.
At least eight dead, 11 injured after a driver plows into a crowd near migrant shelter in Brownsville.
The individual, I guess, is so...
In bad shape. He's obviously unable to talk, I guess, right now.
They can't really do an investigation.
But clearly was targeting this bus stop where there was just a line of migrants waiting for their bus to get transported across the country.
So again, you have an open border problem here.
Texas shooting Francisco Oropesa and partner plotted to escape to Mexico after Cleveland massacre.
So this was the one from over a week ago that they finally arrested the guy and he was going to go back over the border to Mexico and escape justice like so many others taking advantage of Biden's wide open border.
So let's not forget though What do you guys think number of fatally shot in Chicago this weekend?
Let's do over under two and a half.
I'm going to take the over.
Because that's all fun and games, right?
That's all fun and games.
I can come up here and make cracks about how people get murdered in Chicago every weekend, right?
That's fun and games. I mean, you know, this, though...
Clearly connected to the open border, but they want to make it about somehow right-wing white supremacy or the Second Amendment.
Total BS. Obviously something is going on with this open border leading to this.
Oh, I got my over. | ||
I got my over. | ||
Because that's all fun and games.
Hey, four people killed in Chicago, 20 wounded in shootings.
Hey, that's fine. | ||
Just last week... | ||
This is heartbreaking.
This is like, this should stir your soul.
Three Maryland teens attack, try to shoot student on school bus.
Folks, they tried to kill a young guy, execution style.
The only reason he didn't get shot was because the gun jammed.
Three teens go onto a school bus to execute another kid.
And when the gun jams, they just pistol whip him and run off the bus.
Can you imagine if that gun didn't jam?
Oh, but let's blame the guns.
That school bus is a gun-free zone.
Those teens aren't allowed to have guns.
Oh, but blame the guns. No, we've got a serious culture problem, folks.
Morals are in decay. | ||
Just doing the right thing is in decay.
And when you get rewarded for doing the wrong thing, who could be surprised?
And now, we've got pretty much the whole Jordan Neely situation figured out, but that doesn't stop the liberals from protesting a situation they have no idea about.
And now, thank God for Elon Musk opening up Twitter, because he probably saved that Marine's life.
Because the left would have destroyed him, lied about him, and had him in jail for life.
And if we didn't see all the footage allowed to be posted on Twitter, we wouldn't know that he was the good guy.
Alright, ladies and gentlemen, we're back live here, and...
My head is just spinning with all the breaking news right now.
Apparently there's another school shooting that may have happened in Nevada.
I don't know if this one will make the news or not.
They seem to pick and choose what shootings make the news and what don't.
And now we're getting more news from this gunman.
And look, again, the analysis here is pretty clear.
unidentified
|
And it's just so insane.
It's just so insane. Texas mass shooter kicked out of Army reportedly over mental health concerns.
That was in 2008. | ||
So again, like I said, this individual is clearly deranged.
Any political views he holds or held come from a place of severe mental derangement.
But what I now see happening, what I now see in the tea leaves, with all the other news breaking on this individual's internet and social media activity, they're going to find a way to blame alternative media.
I'm not even going to say the names that they want to blame because it's not even fair to them.
But they're trying to connect this shooter to other members of the media, and it's totally unfair.
And here's the problem.
Most of the American people have no clue the world they actually live in.
They have no clue that the media is a weapon against them and a psychological operation against them.
And so when they sit here and they say, look, here's a Nazi mass shooter, and here's who he liked to listen to, and here's who he posted about and retweeted, see, they're all Nazis...
The average, uninformed American will actually believe that these people are Nazis.
They'll actually think that behind the scenes, members of the media and alternative press and Trump supporters are actually Nazis.
I mean, how perfect, how perfect that after this Proud Boys trial finally ends, that they get their Nazi supremacist shooter.
And they have the whole kit and caboodle The whole perfect kit and commutal of social media activity to point the narrative exactly the way they want it.
But we can't even get the trans shooter's manifesto who murdered a bunch of Christians and the media wants to drop that Nashville shooter from the story and now they want you to focus on this deranged lunatic kicked out of the military who likes to dress up and LARP like he's a Nazi.
A national socialist which is a left-wing value.
So let's just be clear here.
Socialism is a left-wing value.
I didn't think that was up for debate.
Words have meaning. So socialists, Nazis, that's a left-wing value.
Now, do I sit here and I say, look, this guy was a liberal.
Look, this guy was a socialist.
See, every socialist is a deranged lunatic.
No. But that's what they're going to try to do.
And that's the picture they're going to paint with this guy.
And they're going to want you to forget about the shooter...
And they're going to want you to forget about his mental health problems.
Obviously the guy was on drugs.
Clearly the guy was on SSRI drugs.
Obviously. So there's that connection.
They don't want you to talk about that.
They don't want you to talk about the larger trend of the moral decay of our country.
No, no, no, no, no. They're going to want you to focus on...
Independent free press that he would tweet out or that he would share on his media accounts, social media accounts, and they're going to make it all about them and how they're the problem.
I don't want to get ahead of myself on this, but I want you to at least understand there is just a total layout already, and I just have a bad feeling where this is going.
I just have a bad feeling where this is going.
And I feel bad for independent members of the press that are now going to have to go
through stuff that they don't deserve.
you Because I've been there.
But it'll battle-harden them.
And it'll make them better.
And so... But there is no doubt, there is no doubt they're already putting out the breadcrumbs to spin this narrative right on to quote-unquote right-wing independent media.
And then they'll go after Elon Musk for giving those individuals a voice on the internet.
I mean, clearly that's the groundwork being laid.
Now, we'll see if they...
Follow those breadcrumbs and commit to that narrative, or if they can even conclude it in time, there's going to be so much other breaking news this week, we'll see if they can even do it.
But there is no doubt the breadcrumbs for the narrative have already been laid.
So they don't want you to know about the trans shooter that targeted Christians.
They don't want you to know about the mass murderer in Oklahoma that targeted white people.
They don't want you to know about the teenagers that tried to execute a boy on the bus.
They don't want you to know about the guy in St.
Louis that got executed in broad daylight on the streets.
They want you to focus on this guy.
And they're going to have all the information for you.
And they're going to say he's a right-wing extremist neo-Nazi.
And then they're going to blame independent press.
And they're going to blame Elon Musk.
For having these individuals on Twitter.
But let me just stop right there in case I'm getting ahead of myself.
But I have to address this because it's just everywhere right now.
And... It's just ludicrous.
It's just ludicrous to sit here and act like...
Independent members of the press are encouraging violent or violent people or even bad people when we all know it's the mainstream Democrat-run media that encouraged the largest riots in the history of this country in 2020 over George Floyd.
They're trying to do the same thing over Jordan Neely.
They rioted and burned Charlotte.
They rioted and burned Ferguson.
They rioted and burned Minneapolis.
They rioted and burned Kenosha.
And then they're going to sit here...
And they're going to tell independent members of the press, you can't operate because bad people listen to you.
And the whole thing is probably MKUltra, but let's just stop it right there.
Here's how ludicrous they are on the left.
It used to be a meme. | ||
Now it's true. | ||
For liberal Democrats, everyone I disagree with is a Nazi.
Everyone I disagree with is a racist.
Look, I could show you all the deranged, lunatic fringe clips from The View, but I'm not going to spend 40 minutes just showing you how whacked out these women are.
But here's a pretty good example in clip 12.
We all have to remember that the head of the Proud Boys, his name is Enrique Tarrio.
The Proud Boys is a white nationalist group.
Look, being Hispanic or being black does not, or being anything, does not make you immune from being racist, from being radicalized, from being a white supremacist, from being evil, from being homicidal.
And we are seeing it over and over again.
There are people, you know, they don't see themselves as what they are.
unidentified
|
Yeah. So just say it. | |
Just say it. Everyone I disagree with is a racist.
Everyone I disagree with is a Nazi.
Just say it. | ||
Just say what you're really feeling.
Just say what you really mean.
We know what you mean. | ||
You know what you mean. | ||
You know we know what you mean.
We know you know we know what you mean.
So just say it. | ||
Just say it. Everyone that disagrees with me is a racist Nazi.
unidentified
|
Well, gee, I mean, how can you lose a political debate now?
You don't even have to debate.
It's over. And this begins the debate.
Uh, excuse me. Before we begin, I would like to point out that my opponent is a racist Nazi.
Well, hear, hear. That's the end of this debate.
Get that racist Nazi out of here then!
My goodness! Why didn't anybody tell us that?
unidentified
|
Insane! | |
And there's this other weird aspect to this psychological warfare where it's like...
Again, words have no meaning.
The left has completely destroyed the meaning of words.
Since when do racists not do racism?
Since when are racists not actually racists?
Like, if you're a racist, you'd actually be racist.
No! No, no, no, no. | ||
Same thing. If you're a Nazi, you'd be a Nazi.
You'd actually be a Nazi.
No, no, it's just, oh, I don't want to debate them, and they're my political enemy, so they're a racist Nazi.
Oh, wait a second. Who are you accusing of being a racist Nazi?
Would they tell you they're racist?
Would they tell you they're a Nazi?
Would a racist deny being a racist?
Would a white supremacist deny being a white supremacist?
Would a Nazi deny being a Nazi?
Words have completely lost meaning to these people.
They just make these things up, and then they aim them at their political enemy.
So anybody that's not a liberal Democrat is now a racist Nazi.
Doesn't matter what color your skin is, your belief system, nothing.
All right, in case you missed it, don't forget I also host Sunday Night Live right here at the Infowars World Headquarters in Austin, Texas.
And I went on a bit of a rant last night that some people thought was really good.
So we clipped it out and we'll show you this.
You can find it at band.video, the Sunday Night Live channel.
This was from last night. Same thing goes to the people on the streets.
Giving them free stuff doesn't work.
You can give free handouts to homeless people.
You can give free handouts to drug-addled people.
You can give free handouts to the deranged people that live on the streets.
You can give them free stuff forever.
And it's not going to solve the problem.
This is a complex problem that requires a complex solution.
And sometimes, a complex solution means doing something you don't like or you might find uncomfortable.
Just like it does when you deal with problems in your own life.
Sometimes you don't want to do it, and it's very uncomfortable, but you know you've got to.
So, yeah, we need to start being a little more serious about these situations on the streets, or you're going to have 100 more Jordan Ely's.
What are people supposed to do, folks?
What are people supposed to do when one deranged lunatic is on the subway car with people trying to go to work and families trying to go to a ballgame or a grandma who just wants to go get groceries?
I mean... You're just gonna let this go on forever?
No, of course not. Eventually, someone's gonna step in and do the right thing.
Not everybody likes to live in a f***ing s*** hole.
You get it? Some people want to live in a functioning civilization.
Yeah, you know what? | ||
We get sick and damn tired of watching people loot stores.
We get sick and damn tired of watching people run into stores and steal thousands of dollars worth of merchandise.
And so somebody steps in to stop it, and that's the bad guy?
No, we're sick and tired of deranged lunatics living on our subways, making them insufferable, making them torturous experiences just to ride on them.
We're sick and tired of it.
So somebody steps in because he's sick and tired of it and does the right thing, and that makes him the bad guy?
I mean, just look at the border situation.
We're sick and tired of it.
Not everybody wants to live in a sh**hole, Democrats.
Not everybody wants to live in a sh**hole, liberals.
Some of us are sick and damn tired of it.
And notice who they make the criminal every time.
The person that wants to live in a functioning civilization, the person that doesn't want to live in a Democrat-run sh**hole, they become the bad guy.
The person that subdued the violent, dangerous lunatic on the subway, he's the bad guy.
The person that shot the pedophile running around pointing his gun at people in Kenosha, he's the bad guy.
The person that stops the gentleman from stealing thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from a TJ Maxx, he's the bad guy.
They want to normalize lawlessness and criminalize people that actually want to stand up and try to not live in a hellhole.
But that's why it was so perfect the way Elon Musk put it.
Continuing to do this is the very definition of insane.
Continuing to give people free stuff thinking it's going to solve the problem is the definition of insane.
Continuing to write gun laws and laws to stop mass shootings is the definition of insane.
And let's just call it what it is, folks.
All of this insanity, I mean most of it, the source is always from the American left.
All right, I've been ranting.
All right, so that's from last night, InfoWars Sunday Night Live, brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
And it's the same issue, though, isn't it?
It's the same issue every time.
And now, thank God that Elon Musk has free speech on Twitter because that Marine...
That had to subdue a deranged Jordan Neely.
His life is probably going to be saved because we were able to share the videos of what really happened and the full context of it with the videos on Twitter.
And if it wasn't for that, that Marine's life would probably be destroyed by the left.
Alright, we're about to be joined. I apologize.
I even apologized to my crew.
I had a little blunder. | ||
I told them that Jim Hoft was coming on.
I think I said that too. It's actually Joe Hoft.
Easily to get those two confused, huh?
The great Hoff brothers over at the Gateway Pundit.
So we are getting connected with Joe Hoff.
I apologize for that confusion.
And again, they're part of some big lawsuits right now.
They got big breaking news over at the Gateway Pundit and other places.
So we're going to be joined shortly.
But they were reaching out to Jim.
And I said, I'm sorry, guys.
I told you Jim. I meant Joe.
So a little miscommunication there on my part.
But we'll get that squared away momentarily, I'm sure.
In the meantime, ladies and gentlemen, Infowarsstore.com has, well, really, definitely my three favorite drink mixes between Vitamin Mineral Fusion, Fizzy Magnesium, and Turbo Force Plus.
It's hard to say which one is my favorite, but that trifecta is always on hand at my house and right here at the desk as well.
So try it out for yourself.
Infowarsstore.com, Fizzy Magnesium drink mix.
Many people are deficient in magnesium.
You can... Not be a part of that group by getting fizzy magnesium at InfoWareStore.com.
Best ordinance drink mix you're ever going to have.
Vitamin Mineral Fusion. Just all the different vitamins and minerals over 100% your daily value in many of them.
And of course, TurboForce plus 10 hours clean energy all at InfoWareStore.com.
All right. Now, Joe Hoft is with us.
Joe, there's so much breaking news over at the Gateway Pundit.
I know that you and your brother are also involved with and also tracking important litigation when it comes to free speech.
But right now, there's a big story you're covering specifically when it comes to election integrity.
Would you like to start there?
Yeah. There's something really big that's come out over the last few weeks that...
We didn't know a couple years ago, even after the election, and this thing's gone hidden for, well, for two years.
We just got little attention, and so it's kind of alarming.
And due to the response to a couple of these posts that we put up recently, it makes me think that maybe it's a much bigger deal than we ever even imagined.
This started in New Mexico.
There was a group there that did an audit about a year ago, a year and a half ago.
Professor Clements and his wife Erin, who's an engineer, Clements is an attorney, they led this audit effort in New Mexico and they found a number of things.
It was a very thorough audit that they performed, probably one of the best, if not the best, in the country after the 2020 election.
And since then, they've kept their eye on what's going on in New Mexico.
And one thing that was learned here recently after the 2022 election was that the corrupt Soros-backed Secretary of State, she did some things that they found was Maybe even perhaps illegal in the state.
Her name is Maggie Tollhaus-Oliver.
What they found is that the state law in New Mexico says that the results have to flow up.
So they go through the precinct to the county level and eventually to the state.
And that's what the law permits and even mandates.
And what they found was that after the 2020 election or even during the process on Election Day, Data went from Dominion, the election system that they're using in New Mexico, through this software system and to the Secretary of State's office.
Then, in turn, the data flowed back from the Secretary of State's office to the counties, And that is the data that was certified by the local clerks at the county level.
So that goes against what the law says in New Mexico.
And what we found was that this software that they had in New Mexico, they called it Service.
Well, it was actually manufactured from a firm called Bepro, which was out of South Dakota.
And even Bepro has now been purchased by a company by the name of Knowink.
Knowink's out of St. | ||
Louis. And what we found was that this company, Bepro slash Knowink, is similar to a couple other companies that we've identified throughout the United States.
There's another company called, let me get all these down, VR Systems, and then there's another one, Tenix.
So the thing that these now new election companies that we're just really noticing, what they have is various modules related to the election process.
So they really brag about all these sites, brag about how they have these poll pads all over the country now, hundreds of thousands of them.
As you know, maybe this is how you voted the last time you went in.
When you went into the vote, you signed your name on what looked like an iPad, and it probably is, with a little bit of software that they probably mark up a thousand percent and make a nice little profit by pushing these things around the country.
These poll pads are being pushed by these, what we'd call even non-election systems manufacturers.
And the reason we'd even call them non-election systems is because they're going outside of the HAVA Act, and they're going outside of the EAC, which was the Elections Assistance Commission is what the C stands for.
That entity was created by HAVA, and that's the entity That runs the so-called accredited, also used in quotation marks, certifiers of the election systems, Dominion, ES&S, etc.
They're not certifying these systems that we found that are being managed by B-Pro and 10X Solutions and VR systems.
So one of their systems and their modules has to do with these pole pads, Another module has to do with election night reporting.
They can tell us up to date who's voted on any day and where.
And you can get that information on election night.
It seems like both, if not all, three of these manufacturers have that same system.
They also have something that's referred to as election day or on-demand printing.
So you can print out ballots.
on-demand through their software and so you've got it all wrapped up right there real nicely.
You've got the poll pads telling you who's voted, you've got this election system that'll tell you up to date, real time, they brag, who's basically where the status of the election and then you've got on-demand printing should you need that as well.
So All of this brings up just a whole new layer of systems that we didn't even know about even really a couple months ago.
And the problem, as you can guess, is it's related to the CIS, who you've heard about, CISA that you've heard about.
CISA is part of Homeland Security.
CIS is an independent entity.
It's a non-profit. | ||
And they're actually coming in and they're working with these firms and actually offering guidelines on how to certify this company.
Non-voting technology.
These guidelines have nothing to do with the U.S. government and anything that the CIS is doing, we can't get our access on because there's no way we could do like a FOIA request on it because it's a non-profit.
And so this whole deal that's sitting over here, we really weren't even aware about a few weeks ago.
So I'm going to try to have you simplify this in the last 60 seconds because there's a lot of complexities there.
So it sounds like they have this group, this non-profit group, almost as like a curtain or a shield or a buffer to stop you from knowing how the technology actually works.
Am I getting that right? Well, that's right.
We can't find out anything through the CIS. These systems aren't classified as voting technology, so they're not being certified by anybody.
And they're using them throughout the country.
And like we said, in New Mexico, the way they used it was against the law.
So you're an auditor. | ||
You've been a professional auditor.
You're one of the greats. So if I'm hearing you right, it's like, If you go in and you're trying to audit, say in this case you're trying to audit a vote, but if you go in and try to audit anything and you've got this technological system set up and you can't even do the audit, what do you do then?
Well, it shouldn't be in place.
You know, you need to get rid of it.
I mean, if this is going against laws that are in place, then we shouldn't be using it, period.
So there's a lot of work that we need to look at in regards to this entire...
We're up against a break here, Joe, but hearing you explain all this leads me to another obvious question that I think we've been missing on this, but I'm going to bring it up in the next segment.
Now on the issue of integrity of the vote, one person, one vote, one person, one ballot, paper ballots obviously is the easiest and most simple solution here.
And most states still require that as law.
Now, I'm not a Luddite. | ||
I like technology. | ||
And if it works, and of course that's the big caveat, if it works and makes our lives easier, then I'm for it.
And so I'm not against election technology like some of the complexities with all these different companies that Joe was talking about on the other side.
But see, here's what I've realized.
Listen to you talk about this.
And I guess maybe we've all kind of realized this, but we've never really talked it out before.
So if we've got all these different companies and they're running our elections, certainly they're proud of their products and they'd be willing to argue how their products work and show us if you could audit them.
But I guess we're realizing, how can this technology work if we can't audit it?
It should be easier to audit.
If everything is in a digital system, including my vote, every transaction should be easily marked and easily audited.
I mean, I should be able, like you said, when I walk in and they scan my thing, okay, Owen Troyer has just signed in to vote at this time.
It should go to a database.
And then I go over to vote.
And I submit my vote, and that goes through the system, and then that should go to a database, and you should be able to audit that.
So, really, this technology should make this process easier.
You're an auditor, you've been investigating this for years now, and I guess you've learned that that's not the case, huh?
Absolutely, Owen, that's a great point, too.
Actually, that's a brilliant point, and something that I've come up with here recently.
I've written two books on the steel, Volume 1 about setting the stage, Volume 2 about what actually happened, the impossible occurs, and now Volume 3, which is about the cover-up.
And this is the thing that really hits me as I look at the audits that were performed, etc., and all the garbage that's been thrown at us.
The most obvious thing is what you just shared.
If this stuff is so great, we should be able to audit it.
And we can't. And I'm telling you, in the corporate world, if I walked in to do an audit and they said to me, hey, Joe, thanks, there's my two books.
And the third one will be coming out here hopefully by the end of the month.
And I think it's going to be a blockbuster because all the stuff we're talking about today is going to be in there.
But the thing is, why is it that they won't give us access to systems?
If I was a corporate auditor, I went in, and you said, yeah, you can look at the stuff, but I'm only going to let you look at this, you can't look at the systems, etc., I'd say, fine, I'd shut my laptop, kaboom, I'd walk out the door, and I'd write a report that says, hey, I cannot make an opinion.
On how this system is running or how this process is working because I can't look at things.
And we're done there. And that's it.
I'd move on, do something better with my time.
But in today's day and age, we can't get our hands around this stuff.
They're preventing us from looking at it.
And even like you remember after the audit on day one, or after the 2020 election, day one, it was over.
We couldn't even walk in and do poll washing like here in Detroit.
We couldn't even see what was going on.
They're preventing us from seeing what's going on.
So immediately these elections in 2020 should have been redone and now we see catastrophic repercussions of not standing up and demanding that the right thing be done and buying into this garbage from this media.
And big tech that was telling us we didn't have the right to look at this stuff.
All this stuff that happened around the country, we all knew it was bogus.
The law enforcement wouldn't work.
When we went to the legislatures, they wouldn't listen to Rudy.
I thought he did a brilliant job in three weeks to put all these things together.
Then Sidney Powell did her court cases.
The Texas court case, the courts wouldn't listen to us.
We tried on January 6th to get Mike Pence to perhaps push some of these results back to certain states.
He wouldn't do it. | ||
And here we are with Joe Biden and a border that's bursting at the seams, you know, not far from where you're sitting right now.
It's all outrageous. | ||
And here's another piece that we found in this recent research is there's this thing called Albert Censors.
It sounds... The name is reflected from Albert Einstein.
Some brilliant guy used Albert Einstein's name in this thing called Albert Censors.
And what they did is that CIS, that entity I mentioned before, that was mentioned by Anna Paulina Luna when she smashed those Twitter representatives on the House floor that day in that hearing.
This is one of those entities.
And by the way, this is what we're hearing and really thinking about the whole censorship complex.
It's maybe just a small part of The election steel complex.
Because the same entities are involved.
The CIS, the CISA, the EIP. All of these entities are built for the purpose of preventing us from getting to the elections.
Just like you said, you know, brilliant observation.
These Albert Sensors, they went around the country after 2016 and said Russia had a problem with our elections and they infiltrated So we want you to sign this thing and give all your election data to the CIS, which is a non-profit entity, non-government entity.
And once you give it to them, you can't have it back, and you're giving it to them.
And I would say it's the elector's information.
It's not their right to give this information to this non-profit.
But this is the non-profit that Anna Paulina Luna mentioned on that day in front of Twitter.
This is the nonprofit that's running these Albert sensors and all this data then is flowing to them and maybe this is how then this data is getting back and this is maybe how data's, you know, right now Data could be—elections could be manipulated.
We don't know. | ||
But this is exactly what they've been doing for so long, and there's just been no—there's been no pushback.
There's been no investigators.
There's been no interest. So they've basically just been able to do this obstacle-free, and now people are kind of saying, hey, well, hold on a second.
What's actually going on here?
And the reason why I think your perspective is so important on this—look, most people don't do audits.
I mean, the most type of an audit you'll ever do is essentially on yourself if you want to manage your budget.
But it's like, you know, I've had to go back and check some credit card stuff before.
So, folks, I mean, imagine if you're just going to check your books or, you know, you've got a credit card and you log on.
Let's say you're maybe not the best with receipts and you've lost some receipts.
So you go on to your digital credit card.
Account to look at these transactions, and let's just say some of them aren't there.
Well, you'd say, well, what the hell?
What do you mean? I can't. These are the transactions.
I need to get this information. Well, they're there, but they're not there.
When you're auditing the vote, they're not there.
No, and this information is being withheld from us, so we can't even see it.
So, yeah, it's just outrageous.
As we keep peeling off another layer of the onion, we're finding more and more stuff.
This stuff's outrageous.
Here's a final note. | ||
Senator Warner, Mark Warner the Snake, was involved in the Russia collusion situation really at the very beginning.
He's come out with an act.
It's called the Restrict Act.
I see Susan Collins and Mitt Romney are jumping on board.
This act, if it goes through, will prevent anyone from looking at elections going forward.
So good luck getting your hands on anything in the future.
Yep. And that's what it's for.
To stop us from looking at this stuff.
And these idiot Republicans or participants in this deal, it looks like they're willing to sign off on it.
We've got to stop that bill from ever going through because we need to ask these questions.
It's our right as voters to ask, what's going on here?
Well, and I think we finally are.
I think we finally are, Joe.
And I'm glad it's you. | ||
I'm glad it's Anna Polina Luna.
I'm glad it's a lot of activists in Texas.
And yeah, you know what?
We probably dealt with a lot of theft and shenanigans in our elections.
But let's hope we can try to ride it.
We're finding the flaws. We're finding the problems.
With Joe Hoft, our guest.
Thank you so much, Joe. | ||
Follow his great work. Get his books as well.
If you want to learn more about that, steal.
All right. They drug Joe Biden.
Away from his cryo chamber, his hyperbaric chamber, and he spoke today, and we all had our fingers crossed that he wouldn't have a major blunder, and then this happened.
As we approach Memorial Day this weekend, and Memorial Day weekend, I'm rushing it.
As we approach Memorial Day weekend...
This weekend. Mushmouth, doesn't know what time of the year it is.
What is he even thinking about?
I could understand being flummoxed, though, because the entire country is about to know about you and your son's criminal enterprise.
So let me just read some of these headlines and tell you what's going on right now with the Biden crime family investigation.
FBI nears deadline for subpoena related to alleged Biden bribery scandal.
So the House Oversight Committee subpoenaed the FBI. So did Chuck Grassley and other Republicans.
They have to produce the documents by Wednesday.
Whether they do or not, apparently Comer already has them and is thinking about releasing them anyway.
So I don't know if that means they've been leaked to him or what is going to happen, but...
The deadline is Wednesday and that's when Comer is going to have the press conference and he said he's going to reveal it all anyway.
Comer calls Hunter Biden DOJ investigation a slap on the wrist.
So Comer's concern at this point Comer's concern at this point is that the DOJ is readying charges against Hunter Biden to try to control the narrative and that They're going to just hit him with some tax evasion stuff, a slap on the wrist and say, oh, it was accidental.
We didn't mean it. It's not an unregistered foreign agent.
It's not bribery. It's not treason.
It's just a little tax evasion or a little missed tax here or there.
And so the concern is that the FBI is going to try to put a wet blanket on this thing and say, see, we investigated.
We hit Hunter Biden with a tax evasion.
It's all good here. Representative Comer urges Department of Justice to hold possible Hunter Biden indictment until press briefing.
And so he's telling the DOJ, don't move on this slap-on-the-wrist tax evasion charge.
I've got the real dirt you're going to want to see on Monday.
So he's expecting them, the DOJ and the FBI, to work in collusion to protect the Bidens again, just like they did, or just like they have been since February 2020.
More evidence points to Joe Biden's involvement in family business dealings.
Comer has the bank records.
Comer has the receipts. Comer demands testimony from Biden's former White House counsel and classified documents probe.
Oh, you mean all the Biden lawyers don't want to show up?
So they're going to be subpoenaed.
Oh, oh, oh. | ||
The Biden lawyers don't want to cooperate, even though Biden said, we're cooperating.
We look forward to cooperating.
And, of course, what is now the Democrat response?
This was syndicated from MSNBC and everywhere else on the Internet over the weekend.
Democrats slam Comer for using Biden probe to push bigoted theories.
Bigoted theories. Everybody who disagrees with a liberal Democrat is a racist Nazi.
And they don't even hide it anymore.
They just say, if you're black, you're a white supremacist.
If you don't agree with us, if you're Hispanic and you don't agree with our cult, then you're a white supremacist.
So they've done this thing where they've made being white the worst thing you can be.
So now they've officially had their new socio-caste system, and white is the worst.
So if you're a liberal, this is how your socio-cultural caste system works.
White people are the worst. So now if you're black or brown, or I guess if you're black or Hispanic or now Asian or I don't know, Jewish, who knows how they want to work all this out.
Words have no meaning to these people.
And they're warning you.
If you don't agree with our leftist cult, if you don't agree with our Democrat Party
policies, you as a black man, you're going to go down to being classified as white.
You as a Hispanic person, you're going to be classified as white.
Do you want to be classified as white?
You know we've put them at the bottom of the caste system, right?
Oh look, a black person doesn't vote Democrat.
He's white now. Oh, look, a Hispanic doesn't vote Democrat.
He's white now. And they just come out and they say it.
They say, that's right. If you disagree with Democrats, you're a white supremacist.
You don't even have to be white now.
Just total insanity, lunacy, clown world, ridiculousness.
And these people are running the country.
These people want to run the world.
They're lunatics. Now you have the woman ignored by the media, Tara Reid.
You don't believe all women, me too, except when they accuse Democrats, then attack the women.
Joe Biden accuser Tara Reid declares, I am not suicidal after invite to testify to Congress.
And so she has been asked by Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gaetz to testify in front of Congress over her allegations of Joe Biden sexually assaulting her years ago.
Now, do you think they'll make a bigger fuss and deal of that as they did anything related to Donald Trump?
Of course not. | ||
Of course not. | ||
But you've noticed they really have not Covered the E. Jean Carroll rape allegations against Trump.
They've really buried that. So they know there's nothing there.
And maybe really there's a fear that if they do focus on that Trump stuff too much, it'll blow back on Biden and some of them.
Kind of like what the whole Me Too movement did.
That kind of ended up just blowing back on mostly Democrats and liberals.
unidentified
|
Actually. Didn't it? | |
Andrew Cuomo. Matt Lauer.
So, I mean, I guess you could even say Don Lemon to an extent.
And others. But they don't want to hear from Tara Reid.
And she wants you to know that she is not suicidal ahead of her congressional testimony.
So, there you go. | ||
Now... The media has tried to drum up protests in response to the Neely thing, the Jordan-Neely incident, but it's so ludicrous that even Hochul and Adams are saying, hey, AOC and you radical leftists, calm down.
This is not a murder. And now, because there were so many eyewitnesses, I mean, there were at least a dozen eyewitnesses, folks.
So it just shows you how stupid these liberals are.
To jump out and assume that they can control a narrative.
And see, I understand this because I've been a part of this so many times.
And if you're politically active at all, you've probably been a part of it too.
And it's that you'll witness something or you'll be a part of an event.
And so you'll know what happened.
And then you'll turn on the TV and they'll be telling a complete opposite story.
And you're saying, what? I was there.
That's not how it went down. So I deal with that all the time with the fake news that goes after Infowars or Alex Jones and myself.
But imagine now, you've got probably dozens of eyewitnesses.
You've got like three different people that were filming on their cameras.
Jordan Neely has been known as an assaulter, aggravator, agitator on the subway for more than a decade.
42 priors, including violent assaults.
And somebody finally has to deal with him.
Tragically, he loses his life on the subway that day.
He should have been in a mental institution.
Obviously. And so despite there being dozens of eyewitnesses already in investigation, the left just says, this is how confident they are that they can control the narrative.
It doesn't matter if you were there.
It doesn't matter if there's an entire video of the event.
They believe they can completely override truth, completely override reality with their narrative.
And I'll show you what they've been up to in response on the other side of this break on the InfoWars War Room brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
So I'm going to show you the latest with the Jordan Neely protests and how that whole situation just shows you how the leftist mind and politic really works.
It's an authoritarian brute force, is what it is.
But again, more is breaking about the Maul shooter.
And you know, it's like, I don't even want to play these games.
I don't even want to play these games with the left, because they're obviously going to try to blame the right wing for this.
They're obviously going to say, clearly this is right wing, whatever.
Which is not accurate. | ||
Even if this guy did share all that stuff and it's really real and not fake or some sort of a setup or what have you because this guy was clearly deranged, then okay, so what?
So we come out, whoever they want to accuse of being a right-wing influencer is supposed to come out and denounce this mass shooter?
Do you really think anybody will have a problem with that?
No, I don't think so. | ||
But now, let's hear the left denounce their trans shooter, and let's release that manifesto.
Since you guys want to play these games, or we can just admit we've got a mental health problem, but you guys don't want to admit that.
You want to blame everything on conservatives and inanimate objects.
So, that's just going to continue, and they want to distract off the wide-open border that's going to lead to much more violent crime Like we've seen in Texas.
They want to distract from Biden's border invasion.
And they want you getting back to their narrative that, oh, conservatives are the problem.
Right-wingers are violent and dangerous and a threat.
And that, of course, is completely untrue.
Completely untrue. | ||
But they just want that to seep into your consciousness like that's your assumed reality when it's not.
Now... The real reality is that the American left operates off brute force.
And the situation with Jordan Neely is a perfect example of this.
So, let's just lay it all out here succinctly.
Jordan Neely had been known for more than a decade as an agitator, an aggressive agitator, on the New York City subway.
So much so that New York City subway forums, where subway riders would communicate with one another, for more than 10 years would warn people.
Stay away from the Michael Jackson impersonator.
He's aggressive. He's deranged.
He looks like he could get violent at any moment.
So Neely was already known.
42 prior arrests. | ||
Multiple assaults. Already aggressively harassing people on the subways.
And that's because it was never properly dealt with.
And because it was never properly dealt with, it ended up getting dealt with in the worst way.
But what happened? | ||
Well, the left wanted to come out and make this about a race issue.
And they wanted to make it out to be a murder.
Now, here's the problem.
The problem with the left is that they're used to their brute force overriding reality.
But they've got a problem because there were dozens of eyewitnesses of Neely that day.
There is a long criminal and track record of Jordan Neely.
But more importantly, the dozens of eyewitnesses that day and the video footage from the subway ride that eventually led up to Neely's demise.
Now, you had multiple eyewitnesses saying Neely was the agitator.
He was the aggressive one.
We were thanking this man for stepping in.
And there's even video of people thanking him.
There's video of him after the choke out, trying to keep him up and revive him.
And there's people thanking him, saying he had to do it.
Obviously, when the cops arrive on the scene, they're asking people, eyewitnesses, people that film video, what did you see?
What happened? They all said, Neely was the agitator.
Neely was the aggressor.
This guy just did what he had to do.
We felt we were in danger.
And we have the videos to prove it, and you have the dozens of eyewitnesses to prove it.
So why is the left still saying that Neely was murdered, and why are they still saying this was a racial incident?
By the way, do you really think all the eyewitnesses were white?
Do you really think all the people involved with the social transactions, let's say, between
Neely and themselves are all white too?
No. | ||
Neely was aggressive towards black people too.
There were black people that said he was the aggressor too.
And there were also black people that tried to help subdue him before he could do harm
to anybody. | ||
So race not the problem here.
But the left needs it to be a racist murder.
They're so desperate to sell you racism.
They're so desperate for you to buy into this boogeyman known as racism so that you'll vote for them and their policies.
So the left operates via brute force.
And they figured a long time ago they figured this out.
You've witnessed it. Truth doesn't matter to them.
Facts don't matter to them.
Narrative is everything.
So they can just brute force their narrative into whatever situation they want.
Facts be damned. | ||
George Floyd may be the best example, but they do it all the time.
So in this case, that's what they tried to do.
They tried to brute force their narrative that this was a racist murder.
Forget the facts, forget the eyewitnesses, forget the videotape.
Now, thank God for Elon Musk freeing up Twitter.
Otherwise, we'd probably never see any of these videos.
And that Marine that had to choke Neely out, he would have his life destroyed by the left.
They'd charge him with murder, he'd surely get it, and he'd be in jail the rest of his life.
Thank God there were eyewitnesses there.
Thank God there's video footage there.
And thank God it's allowed to be uploaded on Twitter because that's most likely going to save that Marine's life.
If that didn't happen, that Marine 100% would have his life destroyed by the American left, and he would be a racist murderer guilty of a hate crime.
You know it! | ||
And they expected to be able to do that with brute force.
But facts, eyewitnesses, videos, evidence is in their way on this one, but they're still trying to ram it home, and so they're out in the streets...
Over Neely, but I want you to listen to what this woman says in clip eight.
And you need to understand that this is not actually about Jordan Neely.
So actually, first, guys, just roll clip nine.
They're shutting down the subway.
They're protesting on the subway now, shutting down the subway.
So, you know, making more disruption, more people's lives miserable.
It's what the left does. So we'll just play that first.
And then I want you to listen to what this lady says in clip eight and realize that this isn't even about Jordan Neely, folks.
It was never about Jordan Neely.
It was never about George Floyd.
It was never about Mike Brown.
It was always about them.
They just used these people like victim human social shields or swords for whatever chip they have on their shoulder towards civilization.
So first, here they are shutting down the subway, and then listen to what this woman says in clip 8.
unidentified
|
No justice, no peace! | |
No justice, no peace! | ||
unidentified
|
Peace. | |
Oh, no! | ||
So is that a terror threat?
Is that a violent threat?
More left-wing terrorists?
Democrat terrorists. Now listen to what this lady says.
unidentified
|
I'm not playing with the city. I'm not playing with the NYPD.
You can take all of these pictures and put it up on the pre-shoot wall.
Talk about it. | ||
Woo! | ||
I'm not going to tear this city up if we don't get some change.
We will! | ||
Jordan, yeah! | ||
She's going to tear this city up.
So, but let's notice what was actually done there.
She's mad because she doesn't have the life she wants.
She's mad because she feels she's a victim.
She's a perpetual victim.
She's made up her mind. | ||
Somebody else out there is holding her back and there's nothing she can do about it.
And Jordan Neely is the sword, the human sword now, the dead human sword that she wants to ram into her enemies that really is probably just white people.
So she's mad because she is not where she wants to be in life.
She's mad because she believes she's a victim of racism.
She's mad because she's going to be a perpetual victim her whole life because that's what she's decided.
That's what the Democrat Party has told her to be.
So she doesn't actually care about Jordan Neely.
She doesn't really give a damn about Jordan Neely.
But if Jordan Neely's death can lead to her getting a better lot in life, if Jordan Neely's
death can be a step in the direction of her getting free stuff or her going after the
whitey, then she's going to use George Neely's name like that sword and she's going to tear
the city down. | ||
So they're going to turn into terrorists to get whatever they want, free stuff, white
people dead, whatever it is they want.
They're going to become terrorists and they just use Jordan Neely's name like that just
justifies it because that's what's happened in the name of George Floyd and Mike Brown.
Oh, you just hoist up this name and then you get to riot and loot and burn and destroy, but you just say the right name and it's okay.
So don't believe me? | ||
Don't believe me that these protesters don't really care about Jordan Neely, they just care about themselves and getting free stuff?
That's really the simplest way to put it, folks.
I mean, it's a little more complex than that.
But that's really what it is.
They want to prop up Jordan Neely's name to justify terrorism to get their demands met, which is just down with Whitey, free stuff for black people.
Don't believe me? This is a Denver City Council member Talking about how white businesses should be taxed extra if they're owned by a white owner.
Well, okay, you know what happens then, right?
Well, then no white owners own a business anymore.
Oh, I see. So listen to what she says here.
This is how they really feel.
This is how they really think in clip six.
unidentified
|
Capitalism was built on stolen land, stolen labor, and stolen resources.
Stolen. A check today could not undo the cumulative impact of generations of that stolen wealth in all of those categories.
And so I think it has to come in the form of land, labor, and resources in an ongoing fashion.
And there are structures that we have that could be flipped to begin to do that reparations.
In fact, my opponent here mentioned Five Points and the corridor and what has happened to our businesses there.
Part of what has catalyzed that exponential decimation of black businesses is the Five Points bid, the Business Improvement District, which further steals from the community.
Steals. She says steals.
unidentified
|
And I think there's a model that could be redistributed.
Instead of a bid collecting extra taxation from the black and brown businesses that are struggling, you could be collecting those extra taxes from white-led businesses all over the city and redistributing them to black and brown businesses.
So there it is. So there you have it.
That's it. Now, I want you to notice what she's doing here.
Because these Marxists are...
Very well trained in how to use propaganda and words to steal from you.
So she says, oh, this has been stolen.
It's stolen land. | ||
Everything white people has ever done has been theft.
So, okay, well, why does she use the word stolen?
Because she wants to steal from you.
So they say, oh, you stole from me, so we're just taking it back.
We're going to call it redistribution because you just stole it from us.
No, you want to steal it.
You're the thief. | ||
Redistribution is just another word for theft.
Just like taxation is another word for theft.
But listen, did you hear how even advanced it is?
Where she says, why are we taxing people?
We should only be taxing white people.
So, oh, so see, it's like they had, like, a step in the right direction.
These commies had a step in the right direction intellectually, philosophically, and they said, oh, we should stop taxing businesses.
These black-owned businesses are paying taxes that they can't afford.
But instead of saying, let's cut taxes, they just only want to tax white people and give that money to black people.
Her words. | ||
So just connect it all, folks.
Just connect it all. I mean, you know, you can disagree with Jesse Lee Peterson when he comes on here and says they're trying to turn us into South America.
But I mean, or excuse me, South Africa.
I mean, every day he's starting to look more and more like an oracle on that.
With statements like this.
So understand, the people protesting in the street don't care about Jordan Neely.
They want to take white people's money.
And they want to burn cities to the ground until they get it all.
That's what this is about.
Just be honest. | ||
This isn't about Jordan Neely.
You don't know what happened that day.
You don't know about Jordan Neely's life.
Just like George Floyd. You couldn't give a damn.
You just want to bitch and complain with a chip on your shoulder and you want to burn your cities to the ground and justify it by lifting up a name like Jordan Neely hoping eventually white people will give you free stuff.
Last week I covered a story From vice.com, they got an interview with one of the jurors in the Proud Boys trial, and the results of that interview had me, well, I don't know if shocked is the right word, but scared of where our country is going if the final backbone, the final safety net of our judicial system, a jury of our peers, if that has been destroyed...
Then we've got serious problems.
And so I wanted to bring on one of our great legal minds that is a guest on our show regularly, an attorney, talk show host himself, Kevin Slayton.
And Kevin, I sent you this article earlier today, and I'm assuming you got a chance to read it.
Did you have the same concerns when you saw these jurors' statements from that case that I did?
I had a lot of concerns, Owen.
Number one was that this juror, and I assume he's speaking for all of the jurors, made decisions on prison sentences and guilt or innocence without any evidence and deleted email messages between the Proud Boys.
And he said that he assumed that those messages didn't exist if they were deleted.
That's one of the most asinine statements I've ever heard in my life.
I don't quite understand that to save my life.
And if you read his comments, and I jotted them down so that I make sure I don't get them right, they were so bizarre, that one of the people that they sentenced and found guilty is a guy that said he didn't spray anything on police that was dangerous.
They said they showed video of him spraying in their neighborhood, in the distance, but we don't know what he was spraying.
He could have been spraying deodorant, for all we know, and that they breached the Capitol, broke into the Capitol...
And ran over police lines.
Well, we've seen plenty of video, certainly on Tucker Carlson's show, where Washington Capitol Police were escorting a lot of these people right into the Capitol.
So I'm not sure what they're talking about there.
And let's be clear here, if they're going to equally apply somebody doing violence against police, well then the whole Democrat Party and their street activists should be considered seditious conspirators as well.
Well, you're right. Well, we've said this many times about Antifa and the thugs that the Democratic wing of the country, liberal wing of the country, not only endorses, but funds.
So you're funding terrorist groups.
Excuse me. That's what the Democrats do in this country.
Liberals fund terrorist groups, and no one does anything about it.
Now, as a country, when we found out who was funding ISIS and those type of groups, we cut them off.
But not in this country.
If you fund Homegrown terrorists like Antifa, and the liberals fund them, nothing happens to anyone.
You're easily allowed to go.
But here's what bothered me. This juror said that he feels like one of the witnesses or one of the defendants was wanting to become the center of attention and an egomaniac.
Last night checked, someone with a big ego and wanting to be center of attention didn't commit a crime, didn't go to jail.
That's not a crime. So when this guy cites that as one of the reasons he couldn't wait to find him guilty, that's scary.
But scarier still was when he said, we know we got it right because subsequently to the verdicts, I've been able to look things up to see if I was right.
Can you imagine deciding guilt or innocence on a defendant in this country with a prison sentence hanging over their heads and your decision is based on your thinking and There's evidence, even though you haven't seen it, but then looking it up later and saying, whoa, boy, I sure got it right.
Not that we know what he was talking about, but he did mention the lack of evidence and that he looked it up later and found out he was right.
Wow. Well, I can't believe that I'd be saying this, but it's just true.
Thank God Vice News published this story.
I'm kind of shocked that they did.
Maybe it just shows that they don't even realize.
I mean, this is probably the most important story I've ever seen out of Vice News.
They don't even understand that basically they have a juror admitting that he doesn't understand his role in the judicial system.
Not even a clue. Not only is he admitting that, but he's admitting that he's going over the other way.
He's finding guilt or innocence based on a guy's ego and admitting that there's a lack of evidence, but that he was sure they had some.
Sure that they had some, but where was it?
It wasn't there. | ||
And when you say that you found someone guilty because he sprayed something in the general vicinity of cops from hundreds of yards away maybe, I don't know how far away he was talking about, but he said in the general distance that You don't, A, know what that was.
B, you don't know if it ever even got near the police.
How do you find guilt or innocence based on these facts?
None of these cases should have been prosecuted.
That's number one. And once they were prosecuted, they were going to make damn sure that they had a jury stacked against the defendants.
And that's exactly what they did.
I noticed he did say, however, that there was absolutely no evidence from the prosecutors that anything was Donald Trumpish, anything anti-Donald Trump, which shocked me.
The evidence shows Donald Trump did nothing.
Why is he being pursued then?
Yeah, and let's be real, why is it that they want to pin this whole thing on Donald Trump, and immediately after getting these verdicts, you started seeing that echoing throughout the halls of the Democrat Party and their friends in the media that, okay, now we've got to go after Trump.
But, you know, I look at this and...
Kevin, I'm just, I mean, we thought we were having a problem in the education system.
If we don't have a fair jury of our peers, which clearly we did not have in this case, I mean, very obviously, and we have jurors that don't even understand two fundamental things that you should understand, especially if you're going to be a jury, and that's beyond reasonable doubt and innocent until proven guilty, well, I mean, geez, I don't know how our judicial system survives.
Imagine a juror saying that there weren't any text messages from the Proud Boys between each other saying, oh, don't do this, or let's forget about it, or let's walk away.
He says that since he didn't see any, that means there wasn't any.
No, that's not what it means.
What it means is you weren't shown any.
That's all it means. We don't know if those texts existed, but that is not a grounds for finding someone guilty, I can promise you that.
And neither is an ego. | ||
And by the way, if you notice, they weren't charged.
I think most people, Owen, if you ask them, what are these January 6th defendants charged with?
They would answer you, people off the street, that they were being charged with trying to overthrow the government.
Because that's what the media has said.
That's what an insurrection is.
But they weren't even charged with that.
They're charged with trying to interfere with government business.
Not overthrowing anything.
Interfering. So there goes your insurrection by your own admission.
There was none. And we knew that anyway.
And, of course, all logic fails these people.
I don't know what type of government overthrow or insurrection or even a seditious conspiracy ends when you get an emergency alert on your phone.
Oh, the government tells me to go home.
I guess it's time to pack it in now.
It does blow you away, the things that have come out of this.
But what really... What hinders the legal process is when you target people, when you sick the FBI on them and the Department of Justice, and that's exactly what the government did.
They sent their attack dogs out to harass and intimidate people and then arrest them and charge them for something that was as simple as a trespassing citation.
That's it. Nothing more, nothing less.
I still don't see in that entire article, in that entire testimony of that juror, I don't see one iota of evidence that anyone did anything violently, even though this guy claims that they overran the police.
I have yet to see any evidence of that.
Well, and he admits to it.
I mean, that's what's so incredibly shocking about this article is he basically admits we found him guilty of seditious conspiracy without seeing any evidence.
I mean, folks, if evidence is not in the equation in the judicial system, what hope do we have?
How are you going to defend yourself?
Here's what hope you have.
If you're a defendant and the U.S. government is the one prosecuting you, you have no hope.
Because it's my belief that they stack juries just like they rig elections.
So when you stack juries, you have no chance.
This buffoon who was giving this interview should be sent to jail himself.
He is violating his oath as a juror.
He's supposed to rule based on the evidence and nothing else.
That's it. And he clearly did not make a judgment, and neither did anyone else in that jury room, based on evidence, which they admitted they didn't see.
But because one guy was an egomaniac, he's guilty.
Yeah, imagine. Well, you know, I didn't see any evidence, but I didn't like his hair color.
And so I just knew his hair color was really aggressive, and I had to find him guilty.
All right, Kevin Slayton, kevinslaytonshow.com is with us.
Don't go anywhere. All right, always great to have Kevin Slayton on the show with me.
And of course, for those of you wondering, how did I get so great?
Well, a lot of that is thanks to studying under Kevin Slayton.
Now, Kevin, you're an attorney.
Let's say you're handling this case or any case like this where a juror comes out and makes a public statement similar to the ones we see here in the Vice story.
What is your move? | ||
Mistrial? Press this story out to the media?
I mean, how do we correct an issue like this?
Well, two things. | ||
I was getting texts, by the way, saying that your video stream shut down.
Have you heard anything like that? Maybe Big Brother's after us.
That wouldn't surprise me.
They've been asked for us for years, Kevin.
Here's how I would attack this, Owen.
First thing I would do is I'd file a motion to overturn the verdict.
Because now that you have evidence of a juror essentially saying they reached verdicts without evidence, they looked it up and later on ratified their decision because of what they looked up after trial, which has nothing to do with it.
It doesn't matter if after trial you found out that I murdered a little kid, it doesn't matter as to what your verdict was in that particular trial.
Doesn't have anything to do with it.
And that's not even evidence.
That's not submitted in a courtroom.
You can't even count that as evidence.
No, it's not. And it's after the fact, so it is irrelevant.
So whatever it is he found that he claims validated his decisions is baloney.
But secondarily, after you file the motion to overturn the verdict, your evidence to overturn it is all of the things this guy said.
When he says it, he was also including other jurors.
He didn't mention them by name, but just the fact that you have one is enough.
Because these verdicts required a unanimous verdict in order to convict.
These are criminal cases.
And so now you've got issues immediately.
Any judge worth a damn would overturn these verdicts.
Now, having said that, Washington, D.C. judges aren't worth a damn.
They're all political animals.
They're all products of the liberal system for the most part.
There's a few that aren't, but most of them are.
The ones hearing these cases, from my experience and what I've read, they are liberal judges.
So it's a stacked deck. | ||
Even on appeal, it's a stacked deck.
I don't know which appeal court they would go to.
The district that includes Washington, D.C. has to be overwhelmingly liberal.
And so I don't know where you go for justice anymore.
A lawyer told me one time years ago, if you're looking for justice, don't come to a courtroom.
And I think there's a lot of truth in that.
Our judicial system is broken.
It's been broken for a long time.
But it really is broken when the liberals are in charge.
We don't have a judicial system that's fair anymore.
You know it. You've been through it.
You've suffered through it. Anyone who's gotten so much as a speeding ticket or a DWI in their lifetime understands how bad the system is, and it depends on who you are and how much money you have.
I don't know who any of these Proud Boys or these Oath Keepers are in terms of their financial wherewithal, but my guess is they were using public defenders.
And if you're using a public defender against a high-powered government that will spend every penny available to them to bring you down, it's not a fair fight.
And apparently, even though they spent all this money, they still didn't have the evidence to convict.
And yet they were convicted based on things like egomaniac.
It's unconscionable behavior to me.
File the motion to overturn the verdict, and in that motion, specify that the verdict is not consistent with the evidence.
And I think anybody looking at this based on what we read in Vice, which by the way is filed for bankruptcy, at least that's my knowledge.
No, Soros just bought it.
Oh, did he? Yeah. Well, even better.
There you go. Yeah. So that fact alone tells us how corrupt they are.
But those are the moves a lawyer needs to make right out of the gate, and he has to do it right away.
Yeah, and I will say that there was a lot of turnover in these defendants as far as their attorneys were concerned.
There was a lot of turnover from the beginning.
Most of them, when they got to trial, did have a private practicing attorney.
But you know how these cases go when there's a lot of turnover like that.
It's hard to remain consistent and get consistency when you get to the trial.
It's hard to remain consistent.
And in the minds of jurors, they think if you keep changing lawyers, you're guilty of something.
That's the way they think. Judges do as well, by the way.
So any rulings by a judge might be influenced by you consistently changing your attorneys.
Not that it's fair and not that it's right, and it certainly isn't legal, but that's what happens.
So many things enter into the minds of jurors when they're deciding these cases.
It's scary. Absolutely scary.
But based on the videos that I have seen, none of this rendered anything violent.
Anyone who broke in Broke a window, forced their way into the Capitol when the cops weren't allowing them and escorting them in.
That's a violation simply as a citation.
It's handled as trespassing.
If you destroy some property, you pay a fine.
You pay for the broken window, and that's that.
Everybody goes on their merry way.
That's how real-life jurisprudence takes place.
But when it's Washington and you're trying to nail Trump, And you're trying to cause in the minds of voters an insurrection caused by Trump.
How much do you want to bet, Owen?
Not one moment, not one mention of that guy saying there was no evidence at all that Trump did anything wrong.
How much of that will make it onto the MSNBCs, the CNNs?
The ABCs, CBS, NBCs, zero.
That will get zero coverage.
Oh, it's fair game, though.
It's totally fair. And mostly it's just them lying and cheating.
Now, one individual that is no longer going to be in office is Kim Gartner.
What is the latest on that story, the disgraced Soros prosecuting attorney or circuit attorney there that let people die on her watch?
Out of nowhere, she decided to offer to resign June 1st.
I think she felt the walls closing around her.
She was doomed. And we don't know what kind of a deal that she may or may not have struck in terms of prison time or anything of that nature.
Nothing has been made public, at least to this point.
But the pressure was mounting for her to resign.
But here's what you really have to consider.
She was taking nursing classes on the government dollar while she was pondering whether or not to resign.
Can you imagine the nerve of this woman, how brazen these liberals are?
That's another crime, by the way.
You're now misusing campaign funds and taxpayer monies, so she should be prosecuted for that as well.
But worse than all of that is the governor of Missouri, Mike Parson, who is at least by title a Republican, has said that he won't cause any waves with who he appoints next.
In fact, he was considering an elderly black judge And a black prosecutor who is a flaming progressive liberal.
Can you imagine? So I told everyone listening to my show, and hopefully everyone listening to your show, we'll call the governor's office, 573-751-3222, 751-3222, and make it known that you don't want this governor to appoint another progressive or an elderly black judge.
judge, we want a strong conservative in that position. I don't care if he's white, black,
female, male, doesn't matter. But a strong conservative who is a law and order guy who
will bring St. Louis to its knees in terms of arresting the criminals, put them in jail,
give them really lengthy sentences, and that might, just might wake up liberal voters in
the city of St. Louis. Might. But that's the only way. So this governor has a once-in-a-lifetime
opportunity to make that happen. And it doesn't sound like he's going to. He'd rather be sitting
on his ass on his farm and doing nothing. What a shame.
Because it really might be the once-in-a-lifetime chance to show that if you put somebody
that actually cares about justice and the law enforcement as a district attorney and
not a progressive, you can clean Unfortunately, it looks like St.
Louis is going to miss the opportunity.
Kevin Slayton, great stuff as always, kevinslaytonshow.com.
All right, here's what we've got for the last two segments.

So, some of the remaining news that we have here.
Let's just pick it up and put it down.
Robert Kennedy Jr. | ||
This is amazing stuff here.
Robert Kennedy Jr. | ||
blames CIA for assassination of JFK and claims it is beyond a reasonable doubt.
White House contender says there is overwhelming evidence of CIA cover-up.
Kennedy has previously cited links between the CIA and Lee Harvey Oswald, who is also a commie, a lefty, probably be a Democrat, said he was running because he felt his party had been stolen by neocons.
So, calling out the CIA for the murder of JFK. I mean, that is amazing stuff right there.
And how is this going to go for the Democrat Party?
I'm really wondering how this is going to go.
Because RFK Jr. | ||
is not going to lay down like a bitch like Bernie Sanders did two straight years.
Bernie Sanders laid down like a dog for Hillary Clinton and then for Joe Biden.
And look, I was never a big Bernie guy, obviously, but from somebody that just generally would cover politics, you know, Bernie Sanders was one of the few guys in Congress for many years that would come out and make anti-establishment statements and stuff against the central bank.
So, I mean, he's a dirty commie, but he was anti-establishment.
But boy, oh boy, he sold right out, didn't he?
He sold right out. | ||
Pathetic. But that's not going to be RFK Jr.
And what are the Democrats going to do to try to push back against this narrative?
The CIA killed JFK? What are they going to do?
Are they going to deny that? Are they going to ignore that?
Are they going to platform that?
How are they going to try to shut him up?
I think he's well aware when he talks about the CIA killing JFK. I think he does that as a little self-protection mechanism.
Like, hey, I know you killed my family.
If you kill me, everyone's going to know.
So how are the Democrats going to try to silence RFK Jr.?
Are they just going to cancel the debates?
Joe Biden is not popular.
Democrat voters will be angry if they don't get debates in a true primary.
So that situation is building to a crescendo.
And, I mean, boy, who would you vote for, Trump or RFK? A hypothetical that will probably never happen.
I don't think the Democrats will let him get to that point.
But certainly, moving the Overton window, presidential candidate Robert Kennedy Jr., The radical leftists in California are at it again.
They just want free stuff and they want it from Whitey.
California panel calls for billions in reparations for black residents.
And this panel, quote-unquote panel, just a made-up thing.
I mean, I gotta have a panel of, you know, stuffed animals up here and call it a panel.
So the panel votes for reparations, and they decided $1.2 million for every black resident in California.
And do you know what the response from the black activists were?
That's not enough. | ||
That's not enough. | ||
Oh my gosh. | ||
Sure, let's just give them $100 bajillion.
That'll solve all the problems.
That will solve everything, won't it?
Of course not. | ||
But they just want free stuff and they want it from Whitey.
And the Democrats might just give it to them to get their vote.
A horrific story out of California.
Excuse me, Texas. | ||
Excuse me, Texas. Parents protest school after first graders allegedly forced girl to perform sex act recorded on iPad.
And I mean, look, it's not allegedly.
I mean, it's pretty much confirmed.
But basically what you have here is...
This is so sick. | ||
A six-year-old girl was being sexually abused in a bathroom.
It was being recorded on an iPad.
And the school knew all about it and didn't tell the parents.
So just like the case of the rape case in Virginia where the Democrats on the school board hit it from the parents, same thing happened at this Texas school.
And the only reason the parents found out was because the sexual abuse the six-year-old was going through was so...
They could tell there was a significant change in her behavior.
There was a significant change in her psychology.
And there's a reason why predators go after children.
There's a reason why predators go after as young as they can get because they make for bad witnesses.
Sometimes it's hard for them to communicate.
They don't even understand what's been done to them.
And they think they can get away with it just like they did with the six-year-old girl.
So they thought they could sexually assault the six-year-old girl and cover it up and film it.
Eventually the parents found out the truth and went to the school and the school said, oh yeah, we knew about this, we're sorry, we decided not to tell you.
Groomers. Abusers. | ||
And that's why they're so desperate to start to blur the lines of what is considered a minor in this country.
And so if you're a child and you can consent to genital mutilation, then certainly you can consent to what they'll call is love mutilation.
And then, oh, that six-year-old girl that we recorded, that we assaulted in the bathroom, she consented to that.
She consented to that. | ||
That's where this goes. Why would you even do this unless you feel that you're that close to the finish line?
Why would you be so bold to sexually assault a girl, record it, and then try to cover it up unless you really believe you're that close to the finish line, so you might as well just go for it now?
Absolutely sick. | ||
They should all be in jail.
But they'll serve less time than your average Proud Boy member.
See? So, if you're a liberal engaged in sexual abuse and rape of children that you cover up, that's probably alright.
But, oh, you're a member of the Proud Boys.
We're coming for you. We're coming for you.
By the way, a funny note here.
Community notes on Twitter today.
There's an obvious chemtrail pattern in the sky.
And somebody uploads his video of it with him and his wife commenting on the chemtrails, which they do spray.
That's not a conspiracy theory.
It's called weather modification.
They don't even hide it.
It's a known government program.
So he's like, look at these chemtrails.
And then the community note says, these are not chemtrails, these are contrails.
There's no such thing as chemtrails.
So community notes is getting this one horribly wrong.
But they're getting fact-checked.
No, those are not contrails.
I mean, if you think that's a contrail, then yeah, Joe Biden got 75 million votes.
unidentified
|
Anyway, I had a freaking eight-hour attack yesterday.
Eight hours of freaking writhing in pain in the bed.
So anyway, today, I felt like one might be coming on, so I started to feel like a little iffy.
So I'm on my walk now, and I'm outside and looking at the ocean, which is helpful.
And I'm sort of almost like mid in anxiety attack right now, but it feels good to be walking my way through it.
I just keep telling myself it won't last forever.
Oh, I forgot to tell you.
And then after this, I get to go record a voice for that show Futurama.
So it's all good. I just need to calm the F down.
Ah, yes. Liberalism. | ||
It's a mental disorder.
And there's Kathy Griffin, one of the prime examples.
Hope you're well, Kathy. Hope you're well.
Happy Day star Scott Bau announces he's leaving California due to homelessness and crime.
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. | ||
You mean Democrats? Some good news.
You may know of the rapper Loza Alexander.
He's had a couple of Let's Go Brandon songs that went massively viral, considered to be a top Donald Trump MAGA rapper.
And he's just declared that he beat cancer today.
Loza Alexander was going through cancer treatments for leukemia and maybe a blood cancer too.
And he's reporting today that he beat So if you're a follower of his, good news there.
Elon Musk reporting today.
I hope he changes his mind.
We're purging accounts on Twitter that have had no activity at all for several years, so you will probably see follower account drop.
I hope that he reconsiders.
A lot of people like having, if there's a deceased family member or a friend that had an account, they like having it there.
But what about the banned accounts?
Like real Alex Jones or Owen Schroyer that haven't had activity in years because they got banned.
I hope Elon Musk will reconsider, or if he is going to purge accounts that don't get used anymore, at least reactivate the ones that haven't been used because of the censorship.
That would be nice. | ||
Maybe my hopes are too high.
All right, if you want to call in, 877-789-2539.
We got a couple minutes for calls.
Let's go to Jose in Texas on the border issue.
Jose, you're on the air. Go ahead.
unidentified
|
Hey, what's up? | |
Hope it all is well, Owen.
I just want to, you know, give a message to America that it's not over, but the only thing that is over is nothing's going to be the same as it once once, obviously.
Especially since the proud boys, you know, we're just convicted.
It's unbelievable. But the immigration, I believe we shouldn't consider it an immigration.
And we should just look at it as a move that to try to overcome the real ones, the real people that are already established here in America.
More like a transplant.
So we should Especially what Pete Santelli said over the weekend and yesterday on regard to be, you know, on level 10 awareness.
I think that's the best thing we can do moving forward.
Me coming from, you know, going to high school in Brownsville around 2006 and graduating in 2009.
As a 16-year-old, I was not involved but around many You know, teenagers that would do, you know, traffic illegal people.
And they would traffic, you know, each individual for about $500.
That's, you know, that's a lot of money for a 16-year-old.
So are you talking about, are you talking about, like, 15-year-olds in high school being members of gangs or just basically being hired to do work by gangs?
unidentified
|
Yeah. So you're not, you don't have to be part of a gang and you don't have to be hired.
You just have to, Volunteer.
So let's say you have a car from your parents and you know you drive to high school every day.
There'll be some guys out there in school that you know are involved that their parents are involved their uncles and you know siblings are involved and they'll come up to you and say hey you know um we got this going on you know moving where you know we're trafficking people and you can make five hundred dollars if you take this one guy here Or you can make, you know, as far as $5,000 if you take as many of these people over here, or in other situations that I've, you know, encountered is, you know, rolling up bundles of marijuana at the time, you know, spend five hours here at this apartment site,
roll up about 500 pounds of marijuana for a certain amount of hours, and then they'll send them off to Michigan and make so much profit.
So, It's all volunteer work.
And the Texas shooter for Madeline, I haven't done my research on him or anything, but to me, he's just an example of autistic issues that we do have in America.
And many of the people involved, they don't have the best help as anyone.
As many minority people don't have the help.
To mentally grow, physically grow, or to grow financially.
So it's tough. But I necessarily think it's just a power move, and it's a move that's not going to go very far, but it's a move that helps create, you know, an alliance within us that are already here.
The real Latinos, the real Mexicanos, the ones that, you know, want real movement, real progression in America.
And I think that's... | ||
Yeah, it's the end for the Democrats.
There's no way around it.
And this is, as Alex Jones always says, this is their last stunt.
So let's see what they got going on.
Well, thank you. Great call, Jose.
So much to unpack there.
I want to take another call or two so I won't expand too much on what you said.
You said it pretty well with the mental health issue.
And again, folks, look, I covered all the stuff they're claiming that this guy was posting on the Internet.
I'm extremely skeptical.
It seems so ridiculous that it can't even be true.
Maybe it is. I'm skeptical.
But we do know that he did get a mental health discharge from the military.
So he's right about that.
We do know that for a fact.
Jose, thank you for the call.
Let's go to Mark in California.
Mark, you're on the InfoWars War Room.
unidentified
|
Go ahead. Hello, Owen the Destroyer.
How are you today? Hello, good.
Thanks for calling. Thank you.
And brother, let me just say you're doing the Lord's work.
So, I'm calling in. | ||
I have been an InfoWarrior for a long time, over a decade.
And Tumeric 95, the Heriden beer formula.
I just want to encourage everyone to buy everything that they can.
It's all great. Thank you, Mark.
Here's what I want to talk about now.
We're in much bigger trouble than I think a lot of people want to admit and even know.
So this goes back from the days So let me just say this.
We all know that the CIA did do a color revolution in Ukraine in 2014, and we can all agree on that.
Is that correct? When they overthrew the Democratic-elected Ukraine president and put in Zelensky?
Yes. Remember that? | ||
Okay. Well, guess what?
We had an election in 2016 that didn't go their way.
Obviously, Hitler didn't get in, and Donald Trump did.
What I want to do is bring your attention to a couple quick things you guys can pull up in the archives at a later time.
But the night that Hillary and Bill went out and conceded the election, Hillary was wearing a purple dress and Bill Clinton was wearing a purple tie.
That was the birth of the color revolution that Soros-backed people were doing even back then to overthrow our government at that time, the Donald Trump president-elect situation.
So you can look that up. | ||
You'll see that. And the real...
Now, I don't know that Trump...
I stomped in California for Donald Trump.
I encouraged voters for Trump.
I voted for him both times, 16 and 20.
I don't know if he's controlled, but at least he was manipulated.
And the manipulator inside was Mike Pence.
If you remember, Mike Pence, his veep, he's the one that, within one month of them becoming president and vice president, he's the one that threw General Michael Flynn under the bus.
Mike Pence is the guy that said, you know, that reported to Congress or whoever, said, oh, he made this inappropriate phone call, and so that's why Mike Flint got destroyed there, okay?
And then, so Mike Flynn sandwiched him at both ends at the very beginning of his presidency, throwing General Flynn under the bus, and then at the end of the presidency, on January 6th, Where he would not at least do that 10-day stay.
Yeah, and now I guess Pence thinks he's going to run for president against Trump or something.
I don't know. We'll see about that.
Thank you for the call, Mark. For the callers I didn't get to, I will be live tonight at 8 o'clock Central.
So in two hours when I sign off, I'll be live tonight at rumble.com slash owen.
rumble.com slash owen.
I'll be live doing nothing but taking phone calls.
Nothing but phone calls, no breaks, no time limits.
Just you and me on the phone talking it all out.
But that does it for today's edition of the InfoWars War Room brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
It's going to be a crazy week, folks.
I'm telling you. Strap yourselves in and be on high alert.
