| And I need all elected officials and advocacy groups to join us in prioritizing getting people the care they need and not just allowing them to languish. | ||
| And by the way, this individual clearly had mental problems, had a long criminal history, unfortunately, and was just a deranged person that did not belong on the subway. | ||
| But because we closed the mental institutions and Democrats run justice in New York City, they're out on the subway. | ||
