| We'll get to that in a second. The president intervened because his rights as a candidate are affected by the defendant's state's failure to follow and enforce state election laws during the 2020 election. | ||
| The Trump campaign issues the following statements. | ||
| I'm honored that the president asked me to represent him in this manner. | ||
| I think his intervention in this case strengthens And already very strong original action by the state of Texas. | ||
| That's John Eastman. Jenna Ellis says, Other states have joined Texas, | ||
| Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota. | ||
| I know Missouri has also joined. | ||
| So this is going to continue that trend of other states joining, I would imagine. | ||
| And so there's a lot of questions that arise from this, and there's a lot more evidence pouring in, which we'll also get to that. | ||

| I know that a few more have been added, but the current list as I know it is Texas, who filed the suit, and then Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Missouri all joining in. | ||
| I think there may be a couple more, if not more, joining in the future. | ||
| And my understanding of the argument is this, and this isn't even a debate. | ||
| These states, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, violated constitutional law when they changed the election rules without having it certified or signed into law by the state legislature as the Constitution and the law requires. | ||
| So it's really an open-shut case. | ||
| The question is really, is the Supreme Court going to hear it? | ||
| So, Tyler, break down this case as you see it, as it's gaining momentum, as the president joins in and other states join in, and then talk about how you think this is going to go and if this could be Trump's path to victory. | ||
| Real quick, CNN just announced that Hunter Biden's under tax investigation by the U.S. attorney in Delaware, so we'll see where that goes. | ||
| Probably nowhere, but yeah. | ||
| Yeah, I wouldn't think. | ||
| You know, it's funny because they're on there saying, oh, well, this is a bad move by the Trump administration on the way out the door. | ||
| The U.S. Attorney there was the first assistant to the previous U.S. Attorney, Charlie Oberle, who couldn't be a bigger Democrat in Delaware. | ||

| That's all this is going to be. But yeah. | ||
| Yeah, whitewash. So yeah, no, this is the lawsuit we've all been waiting for. | ||
| I didn't think there was anything they were going to be able to do with individual plaintiffs at the state level that was going to achieve the ability to reach the Supreme Court. | ||
| Now, the Supreme Court is the court of original jurisdiction in state versus state litigation. | ||
| So they don't have a choice but to hear it, really. | ||
| I don't see how they could get around that, because there's no other venue for it. | ||
| In other words, it's not being appealed up from a lower court. | ||
| It's actually going to be heard originally in the Supreme Court. | ||
| So this is absolutely exactly what I had said would be the case when the election first ended and this fraud came out, which is that you're going to have due process and mainly equal protection. | ||
| I didn't think, though, that we'd ever see a state bring it. | ||
| And I'll tell you what, this is an excellent pleading, the petition or the complaint, as filed. | ||
| And what it does is it says essentially the elector clause, as you kind of laid out of the Constitution, requires the state legislatures to basically set the rules and establish how the elections are going to occur in the states for the president in the election of the electors. | ||
| So when you have certain states that have not followed that, then they can't validly put electors onto the electoral college. | ||
| And what that does is that violates the rights of the other states, because, hey, listen, you're just doing it however the hell you want. | ||
| You're not following the Constitution. | ||

| Well, yeah, no, by the actual, the logistics of this, they've done the measurements, whether it's the mail-in voting or the dead people voting, it's actually, the number of the illegal votes are larger than Biden's margin of victory. | ||
