DAILY TRUTH - Faithful Christianity In The Midst Of A Post Modern & Feminist Culture

Host contrasts Noah's 120-year ark-building mockery with modern skepticism, arguing that faithful preachers face ridicule yet the current American church wrongly assumes it is an exception to historical judgment. He critiques a society infiltrated by feminism and accuses some Reformed leaders of unbiblically watering down complementarian standards while dismissing critics as chauvinist pigs. The segment concludes by urging repentance before the inevitable perishing of unfaithful generations, followed by a conference registration price hike from $100 to $130 after October 31st for upcoming speakers in Georgetown, Texas. Misinterpreting Scripture vs Society 00:04:02
Hey guys, real quick before we get started, I have a small request.
If you've been blessed by our content and you like this show, would you take just a brief moment and leave us a five star review?
This is quite possibly the most effective thing that you can do to ensure that this content gets out to as many people as possible.
Thanks.
Jesus said, Man cannot live on bread alone, but from every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.
You're listening to Daily Truth.
Noah's been building an ark for 120 years, and I've never even seen a drop of rain.
I don't think rain's a real thing.
I don't know what he's talking about.
There's old, crazy Noah.
You could just imagine it was probably like a weekly or monthly neighborhood event where all the kids and parents got together and they made a potluck and snacks.
They all went to watch Noah build his ark and laugh and mock because that's what we do.
Because Noah is a preacher.
Hebrews says he was a heralder, that is, a preacher, proclaimer of righteousness.
And that's what we do.
We mock preachers.
And we say, He says judgment's coming.
He says God is holy.
He says God is righteous.
He says that God is just.
Ha!
Pack your lunch.
Bring some toys.
It's weekly Mock Noah Day.
Let's go on down.
Check out his project.
Laugh at him.
Throw stuff at them, right?
Jesus said to Jerusalem, Was there ever a prophet that your fathers did not kill?
Was there ever a prophet that cried out the truth of God that you, covenant Israel, the people of God, the equivalent in many ways of the church today, was there ever a prophet, a preacher that you, people of God, did not kill?
But all of a sudden, our generation is the first exception.
In the history of humanity, all throughout the Old Testament, people mocked faithful preachers.
For 2,000 years of church history, we put to death and mocked faithful preachers.
But all of a sudden, we got it right.
All of a sudden, we're legitimate.
That's going to be our narrative.
That's going to be our conclusion.
We legitimately think that the majority of the American church is right.
And that those who are crying out for truth, that they're the outliers, they're the unbiblical ones, but that the majority is actually right.
Right?
Those guys who are crying out for broad complementarianism, they are misinterpreting the scripture.
That's more likely.
It's more likely that they're misinterpreting the scripture than we live in a society that is infiltrated with feminism.
But we're going to say, no, no, no, you're harsh.
But don't we have different views of women?
Like radically different views than any culture has ever had for thousands and thousands of years?
And isn't it possible?
That might seep into the church?
And isn't it possible that preachers, even in the Reformed tribe, might be watering down their standards and doing things that are unbiblically faithful?
I see what you're saying.
No.
This guy who's saying broad complementarianism stuff, he's a chauvinist pig.
We're going to go with that narrative?
Israel went with that narrative.
The people in the days of Paul and Peter went with that narrative.
The people for the last 2,000 years.
Of church history in the New Testament have gone with that narrative.
And the people in the days of Noah went with that narrative.
Final outcome?
Drowned.
Dead.
Perished.
We must repent.
Conference Price and Reformation Day 00:01:00
Wait, Hold it.
Big announcement.
A scary announcement.
A threat, but also a promise.
The price of our conference, the post millennial and theonomy conference, it's going up.
It's going up right after Reformation Day.
We are going to hold the price at $100, which is super cheap for a three day conference with Dr. James White, Dr. Joseph Boot, Dr. Gary DeMar, and the guy who's not a doctor.
So we'll say, Pastor. Joel Webbin, we've got a great conference, May 5th, 6th, and 7th in Georgetown, Texas, just north of Austin, for $100.
Super cheap, but we can't hold that price forever.
So if you want to get into that price, you got to get in now, right after Reformation Day, not Halloween, Reformation Day, October 31st.
That's the last day that you can get in this conference, register at the price of $100.
After that, starting November 1st, it's going to be $130.
So go to rightresponseconference.com.
Write response conference.com and register today.
Thanks.
