The Mike Lindell Show - May, 11th, 2026

Mike Lindell and his team expose alleged Democratic election fraud, highlighting Virginia's plan to lower judicial retirement ages to gerrymander seats and Fulton County's seizure of 2020 ballots despite claims of standing. They condemn Brad Raffensperger for running for governor while overseeing elections using secret software, arguing his candidacy challenge was improperly dismissed by the Secretary of State. The hosts assert these actions represent a coordinated effort to rig primaries and pack courts, urging listeners to support Lindell TV and Garland Favorito's legal battles against what they describe as systemic corruption. Why We Left Fox News 00:03:29
You ever see this guy with the pillows on Fox?
My pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
He is the greatest.
The My Pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
And he's been with us right from the beginning.
Happy Monday, everybody.
We are officially five days away from Friday, but don't worry, we have a lot in store for you this week.
I want to wish everybody a happy Mother's Day weekend.
I hope you guys enjoyed time with your kids and with your mothers, honoring all the incredible women in our family.
I know here at Lindell TV, we have some amazing women joining our team, and we're going to bring one of them in after we go to a quick tweet from the president.
In case you missed it, we're going to put it up on the screen here.
President Trump took to Truth Social.
And put out this jab against Fox News.
He said, You could listen to Fox News all day long, absolutely devour it.
But then when you hear sleazebags like Congressman Ro Khanna, a wolf in sheep's clothing, lie, lie, and lie again without any pushback or competent rebuttal from an anchor, in this case, Jackie Henrick, the entire common sense dialogue that has been going on all day at Fox is completely obliterated.
He goes on in the Post to say, This is why MAGA Republicans.
Who are actually close to 100% of the party hate Fox despite the wonderful contributions made by so many of their great anchors, yada, Well, in case you didn't know, Lindell TV is actually where it's at.
That's actually where Republicans and Democrats and patriotic Americans across the country are actually tuning in right here at Lindell TV.
I've been saying for a long time that Fox News is fake news.
It's basically the conservative controlled opposition arm of the propaganda machine.
We've known that for a while.
They blacklisted Charlie Kirk.
They stopped covering the turning point events for several years.
And only after he was killed did they decide to pretend to start covering them again.
But again, Fox News is fake news.
And we applaud each and every one of you that are tuning in right here at Lindell TV because you're going to get news here that you're not going to get anywhere else.
And joining us now to uncover the latest news you're not going to get anywhere else over on Capitol Hill is our very own correspondent, Allison Steinberg, who joins us.
Hi, Heather.
Good to see you.
And wow, what a great tweet from President Trump.
I love it when he calls out Fox News.
That is awesome.
I do too.
Cause it's like we're over here telling the real news and there's nothing more frustrating than being in our position when we see things that are going on and then we see these other outlets that like don't talk about it, don't cover it.
And we're just like, how does anybody call that news?
So I had to start the show off here with that tweet.
It's nice when President Trump recognizes what's really going on over there.
Fake Fox News.
Yeah, well, the next step is getting the cabinet members in the administration to start doing interviews with other outlets like Lindell TV instead of always going to Fox News.
Rigging The Virginia System 00:15:24
So that's the next step on the agenda.
We'll see if we can have any influence on that.
Yes, but getting back to what's happening over here, actually, in my home state of Virginia, which is obviously just right on the border of Washington, D.C., this is a really important story to pay attention to because it sort of gives you an inside look as to where Democrats are and just how.
Corrupt they are.
Obviously, we know there was the massive redistricting effort in the state of Virginia to redistrict, to gerrymander the maps, to redraw the maps so that it would go from six Democrat seats and five Republican seats to 10 Democrat seats and one Republican seat.
As we know, the Virginia Supreme Court overturned that.
They said it was unconstitutional.
And instead of just, you know, abiding by the Constitution and the rule of law, Democrats are now taking this another step further.
They've appealed it to the United States Supreme Court, but they're also now going so far as to try to implement some new tactic that we're learning from the New York Times.
They are reporting there was a call over the weekend with Hakeem Jeffries and some high power Democrat attorneys that are now having this conversation, this plan they've unveiled that would include lowering the mandatory retirement age of Virginia state justices from 75 years old to 54 years or even potentially lower.
That would then, in turn, remove every current justice sitting on the court.
And then the Democrat majority in the state legislature would then appoint seven new justices.
That would be very radical, very progressive, very far left, even more so than the current ones.
And then they would allow that redrawing of the map in the 10 Democrats and one Republican to withstand the original ruling.
So that sounding like the new play from the Democrats, which is just completely unprecedented.
Steve Scalise, the current majority leader, weighed in on this.
He had a great post where he said, just so we're clear, Democrats want to rewrite the Virginia Constitution because the state Supreme Court.
Rejected their unconstitutional maps.
For a party that loves to chant no kings, this is very undemocratic.
And that is obviously very true.
It's funny because Democrats love to pretend like they care about, you know, being fair and balanced and that they don't want any voters to be disenfranchised.
But then when it comes to this redistricting effort, which they have really led the charge on, they've spearheaded it.
It's only okay when they do it, but not when Republicans do it.
And when the rulings don't go in their favor, Then they're going to cheat even further to try to win the bigger picture.
So I think we need to pay very close attention to these Democrats, namely Hakeem Jeffries, who has literally said, you know, it's maximum warfare everywhere all the time.
He's not kidding and he's not backing down.
So definitely something to keep an eye on as we move ahead here and approach the midterm, Southern.
Yeah, for sure.
And isn't Virginia's where, like, that attorney general said some pretty disturbing stuff on the campaign trail, if I remember correctly, sort of wishing harm.
On his opponent's family, or something to that effect.
Like, it's kind of scary when that's sort of the type of people that are in power in Virginia and they're trying to sort of like rig the system so that they can stay in power.
Well, absolutely.
It's just a massive power grab.
And the person you're talking about there is the attorney general for the state of Virginia, Jay Jones, who is a despicable human being.
He, you know, had these sick fantasies of murdering his opponent's children.
He even, like, Kicked a dog on election.
I mean, this guy is just disgusting.
I remember that, yeah.
Yeah, somehow he won his spot.
You know, he got to stay in his seat there, which is astounding.
Yeah, right.
Assuming the elections were totally fair and not rigged, which you have to wonder about that.
But yeah, it just goes to show how corrupt the state of Virginia is, how they will stop at nothing to implement cheating as long as they can.
But it's even more concerning when you have someone like Hakeem Jeffries, who has nothing to do with Virginia, right?
He's a representative from New York.
So, why is he so deeply involved in what's happening here in Virginia?
I also want to note, even more interesting, the whole redistricting referendum effort was the most expensive ballot initiative in Virginia State's history.
They spent over $70 million on this effort, but $40 million of those dollars came from House Majority Forward.
This is a dark money nonprofit, very closely aligned with House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries.
He's also taken quite a bit of money from them for his campaigns as well.
Really interesting to see how deeply embedded powerful Democrats are within Congress in the state of Virginia and these redistricting efforts that we're seeing around the nation.
Hakeem Jeffries, also, you know, it's funny too, because, like I said, Democrats are carrying on with this narrative.
They're sort of stealing the Republican rhetoric of stealing and cheating in elections, which we know Democrats were complicit in in 2020.
Now it's funny because Republicans are being accused of what Democrats actually do.
Democrats are now saying that Republicans are cheating and rigging the upcoming midterms and future elections, which you have to laugh at.
But let's take a listen to this clip from Hakeem Jeffries with more on that.
We're going to win back the House of Representatives in November.
We are only three seats short.
We historically overperformed in November, and that's one of the reasons why Republicans are in panic mode.
Remember, Ali, when we took the House back in 2018, we were 24 seats short.
We crossed over that hurdle, and in fact, in 2018, we flipped a total of 40 seats.
So we're going to take back control of the House of Representatives.
We're going to continue to make clear to the American people that we will lower their high cost of living, fix a broken health care system, and clean up the corruption that we're seeing.
In the country, in the Congress, certainly with the Supreme Court, and deal with the most corrupt administration in American history.
Now, we're going to need nationwide judicial reform.
We're going to need nationwide electoral reform.
We're going to need nationwide campaign finance reform, which is why we have to take the House back, take the Senate back, keep pressing forward, and then in 2028, take the presidency back as well.
So, obviously, very determined to win, and he seems to think that Democrats will soon hold all.
Powers of the White House, the House, and the Senate, which let's not forget, you know, they're telling us what they're going to do.
They're telling us they're basically going to rise to power in all of these areas.
They're going to pack the Supreme Court so that every ruling, every future ruling goes their way every time.
Well, let's not forget, okay, because we know Democrats are inevitably going to do this, Republicans have the majority right now in the House, the White House, and the Senate.
So why don't we just beat Democrats at their own game and start packing the Supreme Court ourselves?
I mean, we know this is their game plan.
They're telling us.
Verbatim, it's what they are going to do.
So at this point, you know, I stand with the rule of law, I stand with the Constitution, but at a certain point, we've just got to beat them at their own game, just like we need to beat them at their own game when it comes to nuking the filibuster.
They are going to do that the second they regain power.
So let's just beat them to it and get it the heck done.
But will we?
I don't know.
Unfortunately, we have a lot of weak Republicans that probably aren't going to be down with that.
And that's very bothersome to me, especially when it comes to securing elections, securing the future of this nation.
We have got to get the Save America Act passed, yet that is just pretty much dead over in the Senate, unfortunately.
With that, we are now learning that Democrats, this is rather laughable, are launching an election security task force because they're so convinced Republicans are going to cheat in the midterms, right?
So now they've unveiled this election security task force that, you know, goes to combating rigged elections.
Let's take a listen to this clip from Dick Durbin.
He's living in a fantasy land which believes that he never loses anything, let alone an election for president.
Well, that's why we're meeting here, because we're fearful of what this means for the next election cycle.
Come November, the American people have a chance to exercise the most precious right of an American citizen, the right to vote in a free, honest, democratic election.
So if Democrats actually cared about free and fair elections and securing future elections, then perhaps the Save America Act would be a no brainer.
But no, they've stopped that, they've opposed that.
Every step of the way.
So for them to say and pretend like they suddenly care about securing elections, it's pure comedy.
The literal purpose is written out from this task force.
The purpose of this is the earliest and largest election protection effort in history, they claim.
They say it's needed to counter threats from the Trump administration, Republicans, and foreign actors to the 2026 midterms.
Focus areas include fighting what they call voter suppression, protecting mail in voting, opposing voter ID citizenship verification efforts like the SAVE Act, and monitoring executive orders on election administration.
So, the sole purpose of this election security task force is.
Is opposing the very items that would actually secure election.
Can you even wrap your head around that, Heather?
Yeah, it's actually, it's so crazy to even think about because I just remember when I covered the, there was actually a movie that was going to be made out of Hollywood called We Will Not Be Silenced.
And it was on the Democratic primary and how Obama stole it from Hillary.
And Hillary was actually like suing Obama at the time for trying to like steal the election from her or for essentially rigging the caucuses and the Primaries and stuff like that.
But she ended up sort of what appears to be making a deal with the devil himself, Obama, in exchange for a job in the cabinet.
And then they promised her she would get it from Trump in 2016 or whatever.
And then when that didn't go the way that she wanted to, it just seemed like every Democratic Party itself, which by the way uses you have to show ID to go to their convention, they've rigged their own primary now.
Since that original Obama takeover, because even Bernie Sanders came out in several interviews saying they essentially stole it from him.
He described the Democrat primary as privatized communism, is how Bernie himself, a Democrat, called it.
Tulsi Gabbard, who used to be a Democrat, said the same thing.
Primaries rigged.
RFK Jr. was a Democrat, said the same thing.
They tried suing to keep him off the ballot in different areas.
And so it's funny hearing the Democrats are now creating an election integrity task force.
Force when their party has been occupied by communists essentially parading around as Democrats since at least the early 2000s.
Yeah, it's truly amazing.
It's very, very eye opening.
And I think just a good lesson that they really try to spin the narrative and make it seem like they're the ones who have the best interest of the people.
And then, whatever we say, the very things that they are now stating, we were labeled, you know, crazy, whack job conspiracy there is.
But then, when Democrats want to say the exact same thing, And implement that in a false scenario, then it's all fine and well.
So, just I think another important reminder to use discernment.
Don't believe what you see.
Don't just listen to these Democrats.
Maybe it sounds good on the surface, but they don't mean well.
Their intentions are not aligned with the American people.
They'll tell you they are, but they're actually not.
Their whole agenda is just combating Trump and doing everything they can to resist him.
So, this isn't about securing elections.
It's about Democrats regaining power and cheating.
To get that done.
So it's going to be a bitter fight here ahead, but we'll see what happens.
Hopefully, the truth prevails here.
Go ahead.
Do you think there's any chance at all that the SAVE Act actually gets passed?
Or are we just going to kind of get like some political theater for a few months and eventually just goes away?
Like, is there a legitimate path to victory when it comes to the SAVE Act?
Well, as far as the Senate's concerned, I don't think so.
Unfortunately, there's so many weak Rhino Republicans in the Senate, it's going to be difficult.
But the good thing is, there's a lot of really Great members of the House on the Republican side that are ruthless in this fight to get the Save America Act passed.
And I know they're going to stop at nothing to get it done.
They're going to do everything they can.
And I've spoken to a number of them that are very committed to that.
So they're probably going to have to brainstorm and come up with a new approach since all of their previous efforts have sort of been exhausted.
But I don't think they're going to back down.
And I even know many of them are saying they're not going to even consider voting for any legislation that comes from the Senate until the Senate gets the Save America Act passed.
So maybe that's how they put the pressure on, they continue to hold out and stand firm so that we can get this across the finish line once and for all.
You would think, at the very least, the Senate would want to do it just because President. Trump is pressuring them to do it.
But I guess, you know, their ridiculous agenda is more important than the president.
So we'll see.
It'll be an interesting fight ahead.
Yes, for sure.
And the fact that we can't get this passed, even with control as Republicans, just goes to show you like some of the same sort of takeover, like the same group that's occupying the Democrat Party is occupying some of the Republican lawmakers.
And I fully believe that the puppet strings for all of them are being controlled by the same, you know, like shadowy group there that's trying to influence American politics.
But Um, it's just really sad.
So, hopefully, we need a miracle there down in Washington to get that passed.
But, uh, keep us posted, Allison, and continue the great work.
Thanks so much, Heather.
You know, I will.
Oh, totally.
Nobody can escape Allison Steinberg in the halls of Congress, nobody is safe there.

Challenging The 2020 Election 00:16:33
The radical left and the deep state aren't just coming for our freedoms, they're coming after our money, too.
For years, they've been destroying our economy from the inside out with reckless spending, open borders, woke policies that crush our businesses.
And now they've left us with an inflation disaster that's wiping out the savings of our hardworking families.
They don't want us to be independent.
They want us to be dependent on the government.
Well, that's not going to happen on my watch.
That's why I partner with American Independence Gold.
It's a veteran owned company that's helping patriotic Americans fight back by protecting our savings with real physical gold and silver.
And right now they're giving away up to $15,000 in free silver and a free gold IRA kit.
A portion of all the profits go to 9-11 first responders and veterans at the Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
The deep state can't touch your gold, so visit MikeLindellGold.com or call 844-714-4653 right now.
That's MikeLindellGold.com.
Take back control.
You know, most people think water's just about filtration, but in reality, it's about balance.
What gets removed, what gets left behind, and how the water actually behaves once you drink it.
Well, many traditional systems focus on one thing removal.
Reverse osmosis, for example, strips water down completely.
It may sound ideal, but it removes minerals that our bodies need.
The Sentry Wellness System was designed with a different philosophy.
It removes common contaminants like chlorine, fluoride, and PFAS while restoring key minerals like magnesium and improving alkalinity.
It also does all this without tanks and without wastewater and without requiring a complicated installation.
It installs in about 15 minutes under your sink.
So instead of overcorrecting, it brings your water back into balance.
Please visit SentryH2O.com and use promo code Lindell for 10% off your next purchase.
Well, hello everyone.
Well, I'm turning 65, and let me tell you, Medicare has me confused.
All the junk bill and the robocalls and everything else, it honestly feels like they break the system just to confuse us.
Well, that's why I partnered and working with Chapter.
They're independent and they don't work for big insurance.
They work for us.
In fact, they're the only advisor that compares every single plan nationwide to find what actually fits your needs.
If you're on the right plan, they tell you.
If you're not, they're going to help you switch.
And it's completely free.
Just last year, seniors saved about $1,100 by finding a better plan with Chapter.
So call Chapter at 234 Lindell or go to askchapter.org forward slash Lindell.
Welcome back, everybody.
Switching gears over to Fulton County.
Election integrity there has been nonstop the topic of discussion since the infamous 2020 election in question.
We have a headline here that came out regarding the raid there.
It says the judge says the Justice Department can keep the 2020 election ballots that were seized by the FBI from Fulton County, Georgia.
Joining us now is none other than Garland Favorito, the founder of Voter GA, one of the incredible groups doing incredible election integrity work there.
He had one of the original lawsuits to unseal those very ballots that's still ongoing today.
Garland, thank you so much for joining us once again.
Great to be with you, Heather.
You know, it's so funny.
I have a clip I'm going to play here a little later in the show, but it was my first time interviewing you back in December.
Of 2020 on your lawsuit pertaining to these ballots.
It was, I believe it was like right after you filed it.
But go ahead and give us the update here.
The judge says that the DOJ can keep those ballots, bring everybody up to speed who maybe isn't quite there.
And that interview you were talking about, Heather, was very important because that was the interview about a case which we filed on December 23rd, 2020.
And that was the case in which we got the preservation order on the ballots.
That the FBI eventually seized five years later.
So we got that preservation order on January the 7th of 2021.
We were.
Yeah, I didn't even think about that.
If it wasn't for you, Garland, the FBI literally would not have those ballots to seize because the statute of limitation, they only had to preserve them for two years, which would have been over in what, 2022, 2023.
So because of your lawsuit, Those ballots have been forced to be preserved all these years later.
So, people really need to remember that and go to voterga.com and make sure you're supporting Garland because the magnitude of the work that you've done there can't be understated.
And I never would have thought about that until you just mentioned that.
Yeah, those ballots wouldn't be here were it not for you, Garland.
So, thank you for your service to America.
Well, thank you, Heather.
Yeah, it's actually voterga.org.
But the judge put an order to unseal on them.
Then he said we didn't have standing.
We had to appeal to the Supreme Court.
And the George Supreme Court said, of course you have standing.
And they made that decision unanimously.
And they said that any voter or citizen has a right to sue a government agency or official who violates the law.
And that reactivated the preservation order.
And that was December 22 of 2020.
I'm sorry, December 20 of 2022.
That reactivated the order, and it was on there until they seized the ballots.
So, but we were there.
They had a hearing on this back in March.
Tamara and I were there for the hearing.
And it was, this has been, I think, a no brainer case all along.
As you know, the FBI, I'm sorry, Fulton is trying to claim that their rights, their constitutional rights are violated and all this other stuff with the seizure.
Well, the first thing is, knowing about standing from being in the Supreme Court, I know that government agencies and officials don't have standing.
Standing of constitutional rights are reserved for citizens.
So that was their first argument.
But the argument that really held the day was the one there's certain criteria that they have to meet in order to get the ballots back.
And they didn't meet any of these criteria.
And if you've got a couple of minutes, I think we can talk about it because it's really kind of fascinating.
Yeah, go ahead.
It's called the Ritchie Factors.
So, if you are an aggrieved party, as Fulton tried to claim, there's tests that you have to meet.
And one of them is called first of all, you have to prove that the government had a callous disregard for your constitutional rights.
You have to prove that you have an individual interest in and a need for the material.
And then you have to prove that you would be irreparably injured by the denial of the return of the property.
And then you have to show that you have no other adequate remedy at law to redress your grievance.
So these were the four tests that Fulton has to meet.
And this was such a no brainer that we should have never even had a hearing to begin with.
In spite of Abby Lowell and Noam Eisen being there, the judge ruled that they didn't meet any of these four criteria.
So, I just want to give it to you real quick in about just a couple of minutes to explain what this is.
So, the first one was Does the FBI have a callous disregard for the plaintiff's rights?
And, well, first of all, in the affidavit, the evidence came out, they cited five different areas of probable cause when the FBI's affidavit to get the search warrant.
They got a search warrant.
They included contrary information in the search warrant to show both sides.
They went back and refined that search warrant for the clerk of the court.
And they didn't break in.
They didn't shoot anybody.
They just went in and got with a search warrant.
So, how can anyone in their right mind claim that they callously disregarded the rights?
So, of course, the judge found that they did not callously disregard any of Fulton County rights.
It's still questionable if they have any rights.
Then they had to show harm or injury.
Here's where it got really funny, Heather.
In the court, They showed a video from our case back in June 24 when the clerk went into the court and requested to destroy the ballots.
Now, these are the same ballots they're saying that they're going to be harmed with when they get back, if they don't get them back.
So, this is really kind of humorous.
Then they played another clip of the elections director, Nadine Williams, saying this was on the day of the search warrant was executed this year.
She said, Well, I don't care that they can make paper airplanes out of them for all I care.
So clearly, they don't have a harm or an injury.
So they fail on those tests as well.
And then the other test was do they have a grievance that they can't address?
And can they have any other way to do that?
Well, there was no constitutional rights violation.
And they didn't have any harm, so there's no grievance that they have to address with another remedy of law.
So, the bottom line is the judge ruled that it failed all four counts, and they would have to have met all four in order to get the property back.
So, the FBI has, by the way, given them a digital copy of that, and they are continuing their criminal investigation, which is really exciting.
And then, Heather, we found out that they have issued a subpoena.
For all of the employee records, anybody who was involved in the 2020 election, who the employees were and who were the rights.
I do have something on that actually coming up.
I wanted to play something before we got to that that I found interesting.
I have here's the tweet from you and I back in December of 2020, right?
Like shortly after you filed this lawsuit, if we can put that on the screen.
I said, Garland Favorito is.
Testifying today at another Georgia Senate hearing regarding the general election.
Here's what he had to say about his recently filed lawsuit.
You see the date there, December 30th, 2020.
So you and I, Garland, go way back on this, but let's go ahead and play this because I want to kind of bring everybody up to speed on how this all began.
So take a listen.
So tell me a little bit about the voter GA lawsuit that was just recently filed in Georgia.
Yes, we filed a lawsuit, what we call a petition, to incite. the ballots that are in question at the State Farm Arena.
You remember that they scanned these ballots illegally and we've also had four affidavits from different witnesses that said that during the audit they detected fraudulent ballots.
So we have filed a petition to inspect these ballots.
We're asking for three things.
A visual inspection of the ballots.
We're asking to re-scan them so that we can perform forensics on them and then we are asking For the Dominion ballot images and the election reports.
And so, what is the status of that?
Do you have a date to go back to court, or what can we expect moving forward?
Yes, so Fulton County has objected to showing the public the ballots that are in question for the presidential election.
We have immediately filed a motion to compel them to produce the evidence, which is the ballots.
And we asked for an emergency ruling on that.
And we hope to get that today if possible.
That's awesome.
And who ultimately is the one that objected from Fulton County?
Is there one person in particular?
Well, that's an interesting question, Heather, because the county attorney appeared to be willing to go along with it, but there was some objection which we believe came from the elections director, Richard Barron.
We don't know for sure, but we also think that the Secretary of State's office may object as well.
However, we have not included them in the lawsuit, so this is really between the Fulton County and the people of Georgia, the Georgia voters.
Awesome.
Thank you so much.
I'll have to reach out to fulton County myself and see if I can get a.
So, I mean, hard to believe that was like five or six years ago, Garland.
And here we are today talking about the exact same case, the exact same ballots.
We're still fighting the good fight.
I thought.
I love the winning.
I love the winning.
I love.
So, here's what I want to bring up you mentioned there at the time that you believed like Rick Barron was one of the people sort of trying to prevent this from going on.
And I want to put up the headline for the Justice Department here that you had mentioned earlier.
They're now seeking the names of 2020 election workers in Georgia's Bolton County.
So, in that very case that we were just describing five or six years ago.
And now I also have this tweet from myself right around that same time.
Remember, they were doing the recounts there.
Rick Barron, who you mentioned in that original interview as being one of the people that didn't want to go along with the audit here.
He was there during the recount, and I found out that rather than hire or not necessarily hire, rather than get volunteers for the recount that were like bipartisan counters, they actually decided to get Fulton County employees.
And it was really bizarre, Garland.
But take a listen to this interview that I got.
We have the tweet here too.
We can go ahead and put it on the screen.
And this was from myself, like, gosh, it would have been five or six years ago.
Uh, do we have that tweet that we can put here on the screen?
Oh, we just have the video, so we'll just go ahead and play the video.
Uh, but this is me interviewing Rick Barron, who you mentioned, Garland.
Take a listen.
Um, whose decision was it to use Fulton County workforce counters as opposed to like a bipartisan group of counters at each table?
Well, we did recruit some poll managers, but um, I think part of it has to do with the budget.
I mean, it's this is an expensive endeavor that's falling to the counties.
Hunting GOP Corruption In Atlanta 00:14:54
So, we made the decision to use as many county employees as we can to reduce the costs that we would have to pay.
Thank you.
All right.
Thank you.
Thank you.
So, I find that interesting.
And I'm curious are those people included in this?
I guess, I don't know if it's a subpoena for the 2020 election workers.
Are they looking to get those names of those Fulton County workers that Rick Barron shows?
Yes, Heather, they specifically included all contractors.
I believe they use some happy face contractors, but they would also include all employees who participated in the recount effort.
So, was that a subpoena?
Like, Fulton County has to hand that information over?
Yes, they have got to hand that over.
They were supposed to go to court last week, May the 4th.
They filed a motion to quash the subpoena, and now there will probably be a hearing.
On quashing the subpoena, which is quite interesting.
I don't know what kind of argument they could possibly make to quash it, but Abby Lowell and Norm Eisen are still here trying to come up with every possible reason that they can to keep the balance and this information from ever becoming public.
It's absolutely bizarre.
You have to ask, what is their interest?
Here and because they were also involved in the lawsuit we were just talking about, why would they care if the ballots ever became public record unless they know something that some other folks don't know?
So it's really, really fascinating.
And then, by the way, Heather, the other person that weighed in on this on the ballots were the Secretary of State Brad Ravensburger and Attorney General Chris Carr.
They filed, and you'll probably remember this because you were involved back then.
They filed an amicus brief in our case, attempting to prevent us from looking at the ballots, claiming that anyone who looked at the ballots would be committing a felony.
And if the judge ordered it, he would be committing a felony, which is directly contradictory with Georgia law.
And both Ravensburger and Carr are now running for governor of the state.
So, can you imagine the layer of corruption that if either one of these actually were elected to govern the state of Georgia?
Yeah, I actually do remember that amicus brief that was filed there, where he was like, anybody that touched it was almost like written in a threatening way, too.
Like, anybody that touches those ballots is gonna, we're gonna come after you and you're gonna go to jail.
And it's interesting when you look at Fulton County now, right?
Like, not only have they been fighting tooth and nail with taxpayer dollars to try to prevent the ballots from getting, you know, looked at, now they're trying to fight with taxpayer dollars to keep the names of the very people they had running the election.
From being publicized.
I mean, this is actually kind of crazy.
It's like, we don't want you to look at the ballots.
We don't want you to know who is running the election.
We just literally want you to take our word for it.
And we're going to show you absolutely no transparency.
It's just mind blowing when you realize that there's something so fundamentally rotten in Fulton County.
And I really hope we're going to see some more results manifest from this investigation the Trump administration is doing.
Do you what do you anticipate coming out of all of this?
Indictments.
That's what I'm saying.
That's like music to my ears here.
Yeah, they gave that's exactly, you know, they've got very good evidence.
In fact, let me just mention that real quickly.
I can tell you the evidence that they have if we've got a little bit.
You mentioned the taxpayer dime.
Fulton County also.
Spent all that money on the Fonnie Willis investigation.
She indicted 18 of her political adversaries after she claimed she needed the money to reduce the murder case backlog.
And all 41 counts of that novel RICO indictment were found to be not prosecutable by the Georgia Prosecuting Attorney's Council.
So that's a little bit of what's going on here.
But then there was another thing, and whoops, I'm looking for my little slide here.
Here we go.
I've got some things up to try to help with the interview a little bit.
But so here, there's five areas that are probable cause in this search one in terms of the evidence.
They're talking about the missing digital records.
And as you know, you remember David Cross, I think he may have been on your show.
He had the case of 315,000 missing tabulator tape images for the, I'm sorry, ballot images missing for 315,000 tabulator tapes.
So So, I got that backwards.
315,000 ballots had missing tabulator text.
Okay, now I got it right.
Then they had the vote count discrepancies you were talking about in the audit where you were there on that video.
All these discrepancies existed between the audit and the original count, even though they claimed that it matched up.
We've got the double scanned ballots.
We now know that there were 3,930 double scanned and double counted ballots.
In the election.
The counterfeit absentee ballots, I was there the day when in that interview, I mentioned the sworn affidavits from senior poll managers like Susie Voles, who said that they handle those counterfeit ballots.
And then finally, there's this whole mess about how they reconciled after the date of the election, the date of the certification, excuse me.
After that deadline, they managed to come up with 16,000 or 17,000 more.
Votes to make everything match up and more balanced.
So, all of that is evidence of wrongdoing and that needs to be investigated to find out if criminal activity really occurred.
And the FBI has got that evidence.
And I'm glad to know that they're going to pursue it.
Now, do you know if the FBI have they like brought in for questioning people like Rick Barron?
Like, have they been brought in at all to your?
Yes, there is a witness list that was.
Um, has actually, I think they've uh made it public now.
I think the judge has ordered it to make it public, which is kind of bizarre.
You don't make a witness list of a grand jury investigation public, uh, so but anyway, uh, he has uh done that, and um, Rick Barron was one of the people who has been interviewed by the FBI once already, and I feel sure that he'll be interviewed again.
Now, I'm kind of curious because I know in the b roll that we had just played there of like.
The FBI trucks go into the warehouse for FBI Atlanta.
The FBI, at least under the Biden administration, completely ignored any crimes of election fraud.
They didn't investigate it.
Is the group of FBI agents in Atlanta, is it like you may not know this, but is it the same agents that were under Biden?
Is there any turnover or are we dealing with a totally new FBI Atlanta versus the FBI Atlanta under Biden?
I don't think it's totally new, but the special agent in charge was removed from Atlanta and replaced.
And this new agent, Agent Evans, seems to be right on the money.
He seems to be going after all the right things.
And now, what's interesting about this, Heather, is that it's not just the FBI, but it's also the DOJ.
So this case almost went down the tubes.
It was being handled by the original U.S. attorney who was handling the 2020 elections, Thomas Albus, out of St. Louis.
And he was making all sorts of unbelievable concessions to Fulton County as though they were their friends.
And eventually he was removed from the case and replaced by Dan Bishop, the former representative out of North Carolina, who was also an OMB attorney.
Office of Management Budget Deputy Director.
Dan has been terrific in making sure what needs to happen happens in a normal criminal investigation.
So he's made all the difference in the world, I think.
So with those two replacements and the FBI special agent and the U.S. Attorney, it looks like we have people who really want to get to the bottom of this case and find out what happened for all the voters, and not just in Georgia, but throughout America.
Yeah.
You know, like I'm so excited to hear you feel so confident in some of these people that are leading this because it just, it like, I mean, literally, you and I, Garland, have been having this conversation since December of 2020.
So, like, to think that we could be on the verge of finally seeing some accountability, it just makes me feel good because obviously, there's so much that we've put into this, both you and I, just like, you know, you on your end, me covering it in the media that we didn't let this go.
And to think that we could, You know, manifest results is just, it's such a good feeling.
And I hope and pray that that's the case.
And I also hope that it's not just low level indictments of people at the grassroots, but like you mentioned earlier, Brad Raffensperger's office filed a brief to try to prevent us from accessing these ballots, right?
Like this goes all the way up to the top of Georgia.
And it's scary to think some of the players involved are literally running for things like governor.
Right, where they can further corrupt the state of Georgia.
It's like this is the kind of accountability America so desperately needs, not just in Georgia, but in other states and down in Washington.
We have to root out the corruption.
And in order to do that, sometimes it does take years and years and years.
And so we have to celebrate small victories along the way, you know, because otherwise you can't move a mountain overnight.
It's like you got to move it one grain of sand at the time.
And then eventually we get to where we need to be.
So I just, I feel good hearing from you that you're feeling good about it.
Yeah, I do.
And what's interesting about this, Heather, to your point, it's taken this long, it's taken five years because the cover up is actually bigger than the crime.
Yeah.
The crime was committed in a very small amount of time.
But this cover up is massive, it's involved not just.
Fulton County officials, it just expands the Fulton County Board of Elections, the Fulton County Commissioners, the Fulton County Clerk of the Court now is involved.
And then we go over and you've got Secretary of State Ravensburg, Attorney General Carr, and really even the governor, based on a grand jury testimony from Senator David Perdue, who said that the GBI director was told by the governor not to investigate this.
It even entails all the way when you say to the top, you really mean the top.
That's exactly right.
Well, I want you to tell us about this other story here.
Speaking of corruption at the top, we have another article here.
A Fulton County judge ignores law in allowing Raffensperger to reject challenge to his own candidacy.
Here's the order here where it says petitioners Braden James and Harvey Weissong filed a petition for rid of Mandamus.
Seeking an order compelling Brad Raffensperger in his official capacity as Secretary of State for the state of Georgia to refer petitioners' challenge to an administrative law judge with the Office of the State Administrative Hearings.
So, why don't you give people sort of the background of what this is about, right?
The short version, and then explain what this ruling means.
Sure.
So, Heather, this all started back when the Georgia GOP convention.
Last year, where they passed a resolution that prohibited Brad Raffensperger from running for any future office as a Republican.
And so the resolution says it is resolved that the Georgia Republican Party shall not qualify, allow to be qualified, or take any action to allow Brad Raffensperger to qualify as a Republican or run for any elected office unless and until a GA GOP convention removes this restriction.
So that law was passed.
I'm sorry, not law, that was a rule for the Georgia GOP.
But Secretary Ravensburger attempted to qualify as a Republican anyway.
The GOP didn't really challenge him.
So two of the Republican Party members here in Georgia challenged him and they filed a challenge.
Well, under Georgia law, the candidate has to, first of all, meet all statutory qualifications.
Barring Officials From Running 00:08:25
If the Secretary of State is required to give every challenge he receives to an administrative law judge to make a preliminary decision, the Secretary can make the final decision, but a law judge has to hear the case to begin with.
So, when these individuals, Harvey Wassong and Brandon James, made this challenge, they got back a letter from the legal counsel for Brad Ravensburger at the Secretary of State's office, Charlene McGowan, and she says, We have determined that the information provided does not meet the criteria required to constitute a valid candidate challenge.
Well, there is no provision under Georgia law for the Secretary of State to determine ahead of time what challenge is valid or not.
That is only the responsibility of the administrative law judge here in Georgia and those courts.
And particularly when you're considering this is a challenge to his own candidacy.
So, this was really a cut and dried case that should have been referred to that law judge.
So, Brandon and Harvey Weissong filed what is known as a writ of mandamus, which is to the court saying the court has to tell Brad Raffensperger to comply with the clear, plain text of Georgia law.
And the judge, who happens to be, yep, Fulton County, we know the collusion there, the judge instead rules that the petitioners lack a clear legal right to administrative hearing.
Well, every elector in the state of Georgia, every voter who can be a petitioner, has a right to an administrative hearing if they challenge the candidacy of anyone who is a candidate.
So the law judge can say they can throw it out, but they can't be thrown out before the law judge hears it.
So literally, Secretary Ravensburger threw out the challenge to his own gubernatorial candidacy.
He got none other than Fulton County to back that up.
This judge is willing to back it up, let him decide whether he's qualified to run as governor or not.
And so the petitioners have now have to appeal this to the Georgia Supreme Court.
And this whole thing, Heather, is being blacked out by the local news media.
I mean, nobody's covering it down here.
Even though it's a story of national interest.
But nobody is covering it down here.
So Ravensburger right now is collecting votes as a Republican while the primary has started in early voting, even though the Republican Party never passed a resolution that he could run as a Republican.
In fact, prohibited him from running as a Republican.
That's interesting.
I may have to take a trip down to Georgia again, Garland, pay Ravensburger a little bit.
Never a dumb moment.
Never a dumb moment down here.
I mean, like, it's just, it blows my mind, especially, you know, him running for governor and then also being secretary of state overseeing the election.
Like, I feel like across America, all states should have some sort of law passed where it's like, if you're running, if you're the secretary of state, you should be barred from running for any other office for like X amount of years just because of the conflict of interest.
How can you run the elections and run in an election?
So you're going to run the elections when you're a candidate on the ballot.
Like it just.
Well, yes, and what makes this bad, Heather, is that it's an unverifiable election.
Our elections are secretly counted with secret proprietary software, and then they try to secretly preserve the ballots so that no voter in the state of Georgia can ever know who really won the election.
And that is what we have been fighting for 20 years here.
So if none of that existed, if we had open, transparent elections, honest elections, like we should, Like every state should, then I would have no objection if Brad Ravensburger wanted to run for governor.
But right now, this is the state of affairs, and it's a sad state of affairs, not just for Georgia, but most states are conducting secretly counted elections on secret proprietary software, and then they secretly preserve the ballots to prevent anyone from really knowing who won.
It's absurd.
It's just absolutely insane that American elections would be conducted in that manner.
Yeah.
Well, you know what?
If Garland Favorito has anything to say about it, there's going to be some accountability.
And I just, I can't thank you enough just for always, you know, just like fighting over the years and always coming on here and just doing right by our country.
It's just, you know, when you see the corruption that is Brad Raffensberger and all these other people, you are sort of like the antidote to that.
It's like you're the restoration of my faith and humanity, Garland.
And I just want to encourage everyone watching to make sure you go to voterga.org.
And support Garland's continued work for our country because this is truly the kind of work that will save a nation.
And we need more Garland's in every single state.
But Georgia is an important one.
It literally determined who controlled our Senate with those two Senate runoff races.
So help fix Georgia by going and supporting Garland over there at voterga.org.
And Garland, I'll just give you a couple seconds here before we let you go to just remind everyone how they can support you.
Well, thank you, Heather.
Voterga.org, you can donate there.
And the most important thing to remember is that we are volunteers.
I'm retired.
Tamara, my wife, is retired.
We do, or semi retired, and we do this full time just to save the country, just to save Georgia and try to save the country.
But we have great volunteers.
And so the money that we raise gets to go right into these legal fees for these cases.
Well, thank you so much, Garland.
We're definitely going to get you back on as always, even if it takes another six years.
You have a resource and an ally in me at the media and here at Lindell TV.
So thanks for all the hard work you're doing.
Thanks, Heather.
It won't take six years this time.
Not if we can handle it, right?
All right.
Thanks, Garland.
Thank you.
And again, like it's crazy to see this all coming to fruition, you know, both myself in the media and Garland in the courtrooms and the lawsuits.
We've just been fighting this fight to get justice for what happened in Fulton County for so long now that it makes me, I'm so hopeful that we're going to see some indictment soon.
And another patriot that's been fighting this fight is none other than Mike Lindell.
So make sure you guys also go to mypillow.com.
You can use my promo code Mullins for incredible savings here and continue to support myself, the work I'm doing, the work Lindell TV is doing, the work.
Garland's doing.
So just make sure you put your money into the things that you support.
If you're going to buy pillows and you're going to buy towels and you're going to buy energy drinks, why not do so while also contributing to the saving of your own great country?
So thank you guys so much for watching.
We're going to have another great show tomorrow, right here on Lindell TV.
Thank you all so much.
You ever see this guy with the pillows on Fox?
My pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
He is the greatest.
The My Pillow guy, Mike Glendale.
And he's been with us right from the beginning.
