Rick Weibel details Mike Lindell's Minnesota gubernatorial strategy, alleging a Democratic fraud scandal involving billions and cash smuggling to Somalia while proposing immediate commissioner firings and Dominion audits. The report transitions to White House dynamics, noting Marco Rubio's rising charisma and anticipating cabinet rotations during Carolyn Levitt's maternity leave for baby Viviana. Ultimately, the episode blends aggressive election integrity claims with observations on the administration's evolving personnel and policy directions. [Automatically generated summary]

Stopping Minnesota Election Fraud00:14:45
You ever see this guy with the pillows on Fox?
My pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
He is the greatest.
The My Pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
And he's been with us right from the beginning.
Happy Thursday, everybody.
I'm Heather Mullins, guest hosting the Mike Lindell Show today.
And joining me now is a very special guest.
As many of you know, the reason I'm guest hosting the Mike Lindell Show is because Mike Lindell is running for governor in Minnesota and he's been very busy on the campaign trail the last several months and things are heating up.
So joining us now is Mike Lindell's very own campaign manager, Rick Weibel, who joins us to give us the latest.
Oh, looks like we got to unmute your mic here, Rag.
Oh, sorry about that.
Hey, Heather, how are you doing?
It seems like such a short time ago when Mike announced, and you were with us up there in Minnesota.
It was a little bit cold, and we had, of course, right out of the gate, our first protester on day one.
And it was so hilarious how she followed us from quite a distance and she circled the RV several times and had to give our little fist pump.
Give her word salad out to us.
But that's how we knew we had the right man for the job because it was breaking their minds already.
And then just shortly after that, the fraud scandals get released in Minnesota.
And so that goes right into Mike's wheelhouse where he runs so many businesses and organizations that he basically understands deviations.
And so he's the right man to basically look for those deviations and actually create the solutions to stop them, but also to prevent them.
But also to hold people accountable for these various deviations in Minnesota that are complete frauds.
I mean, how much money has been grifted out of Minnesotans?
This has to end.
And the Democrats are not in a position.
Walls then basically doesn't, he steps back from trying to run from his third term.
And now the Democrats are kind of crowning U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar to run in his place.
And just this past week, she came out with.
Her plan to stop the fraud.
But what's so interesting is that the Democrat legislature is so interested in her plan that they have voted for none of the reforms that the Republicans in the House or Senate have presented, and nor have they really presented anything that is substantive to actually have accountability in Minnesota.
So if they won't support her plans and they can't come up with their own, will she be effective?
I think the short answer from Mike Lindell would be.
No.
And what have you done?
You haven't even presented anything in the U.S. Senate.
She actually lobbied for this money along with Ilhan Omar so that it could be grifted and stolen from federal taxpayers and state taxpayers.
And so it's absolutely disgusting, as Mike would say.
And we absolutely have the right guy at the right time to put a stop to this madness.
And Mike, of course, he is about common sense.
This broadcast is based upon that.
Lindell TV, the great reporters out there.
And of course, everybody wants a good night's sleep.
So that's where MyPillow comes in as well.
And so Americans are already used to sleeping well with Mike and his products and his quality Lindell TV.
Him at the helm of the governorship is just one more reason that it's easy to trust Mike.
You know, you kind of reminded me that back when I did come out there, when he announced it is MyPillowFactory, I went out there to cover that for Lindell TV, the fraud stuff hadn't come out yet.
So it was really like the timing was actually so crazy that like Mike announced he's running for governor.
And then all of a sudden, you have Stephen Miller of the Trump administration coming out saying this is the largest fraud scandal in American history to the tune of billions and billions and billions of dollars of Minnesota taxpayer money.
And then there you have Mike being like, wow, what did I walk into?
And, you know, so what exactly, like, let's hypothetical here.
Mike gets in, he's governor.
What is his plan to put an end to the fraud chaos there that, again, Miller described as the worst in American history?
Oh, it's actually easy.
Day one, you fire all of the commissioners that are there now.
Day two, you basically have your new commissioners automatically go in and tell all of the rank and file employees if you are aware of fraud, we want you to report it immediately.
Let's go in and investigate it.
Let's start the criminal prosecutions right under Minnesota statute 15C.
It's that easy.
We already have the laws.
And Minnesota has some of the best fraud statutes, by the way, in the country.
When a case is filed, the judges and the prosecuting attorneys actually have to knock on a few other doors before proceeding.
Number one, they have to knock on the federal government.
So, if there is any type of federal money that was potentially utilized in this, that means they give enough time and pause on the trial to allow federal prosecutors to enter in on the case.
If the public or any other folks that were impacted by this, let's say in regards to autism, There's autism fraud out there, but there were also autism schools that are legitimate.
And they were hurt by not getting funding or the proper funding for their real students.
And so, with that negative impact, they could walk in the door and also sue for damages.
Minnesota is one of these rare states where it's a 3X penalty plus interest.
And so, this is absolutely the right thing that we have in Minnesota law to go after.
Now, with Donald Trump being Mike Lindell's friend, it's a very easy ask that with the suitcases of money still going outside of Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport, with briefcases of thousands,
tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, millions of dollars going out every day through the Minneapolis St. Paul Airport to Somalia and other countries, this is where President Trump can put an immediate embargo on to stop that cash from leaving the country and he could actually go.
With our allies around the world and freeze all of the international banks that Somalia has, freeze those assets, and then potentially even commandeer that money back to the federal government and to the state of Minnesota so that we could be recompensated.
I think those are the easy things to do right out of the way.
But right away, we're already starting to investigate the effectiveness of each of the departments as well as all of the programs.
We want to make sure that the programs are actually delivering to Minnesotans.
What the program stated that they were supposed to do, and that it's actually effective and it's actually beneficial.
And so, once we are able to analyze that, we can make recommendations to either end the program, reform the program, or continue to support the program.
And one of the great things that Mike has experience in is that he's actually worked with Dr. Ben Carson out in Detroit, Michigan, regarding some of the programs there where he had reformed them so that more of the private sector money would be used as kind of the forefront.
To actually fund a lot of these social services.
And by doing that, we had actual companies and people that would donate to exactly what they wanted their dollars to go to, whether it was drug addiction, whether it was housing services, employment services, prenatal care.
All of those were taken care of, and it actually saved the government about 40%.
Those are huge wins that the state of Minnesota could look forward to under a Lindell administration within the first week.
So, do you think that I know President Trump?
I mean, those are some great ideas right off the bat to implement some change there.
President Trump had also weighed in on the fraud scandal, basically claiming that he believes Governor Walls, Elon, and so on and so forth are complicit in it.
So, I want to play a little clip and then get your reaction on the other side.
And what they've done is so sad.
When you look at the Minnesota scam, a lot of it has to do with Somalia.
Nobody's calling out anybody, but a lot of it has to do with Somalia and plenty of others.
And I believe the governor is complicit.
I believe Ilhan Omar is complicit.
I believe that your attorney general is complicit.
And if they are, you're going to hopefully find out about it and you're going to have to do what you have to do.
So that's some powerful stuff there, Rick.
And I just want to get your response to this, right?
He says not only is the governor and Ilhan Omar complicit, but that he believes the attorney general is as well.
Let's say Mike gets the governorship.
Is he going to be able to work with an attorney general to round up some of the bad actors there in the state of Minnesota?
Absolutely.
And even if somehow by some miraculous event, that somehow there is so much election fraud and Keith Ellison is put back in office.
We can actually go around Keith Ellison because in the Minnesota fraud statutes, you can present the evidence either to the Attorney General of Minnesota or to a county attorney who is actually probably a conservative in some of these counties that may have been impacted, and you could start the case there.
And with the beauty of the way that the statutes in Minnesota work, we could potentially then bring in some of the federal prosecutors to help us prosecute.
And actually get remediation in all of these cases.
So, one way or another, yes.
And I even believe that we could even go outside.
And if we have to hire outside counsel as the governor to go in and actually prosecute these civilly, I have no problem and no doubt that Lindell would actually do something like that to be creative in partnership with President Trump.
And it needs to be done.
And, you know, my experience with Trump and his vision casting of where he calls out fraud.
He's pretty much been 100% right.
And so he's really careful when he goes out and speaks on these types of issues that when he usually calls it out almost a year in advance, ahead of everyone else.
And we end up finding that Trump was right.
That's because the information that he has and his wonderful partner, JD Vance, who is spearheading the investigations here in Minnesota, JD Vance is doing a great job to uncover it.
But also, I want to give special credit.
To Kristen Robbins in the state legislature on the House side, but also the legislative auditor on the Senate side, who has done a miraculous job of presenting a lot of fraud issues over the past several years to itemize.
But we're just still at the surface.
We've also been in contact with some previous investigators and whistleblowers as a campaign that it's helping us propel where we need to start these investigations and who is responsible.
And we are ready to go on day one.
So, the other thing I wanted to get your opinion on here is there was a clip here of Minnesota Dems, Rick, voting to block requirements to remove dead people.
From voter rolls.
We have a Lindell TV reported this on social media earlier.
Let that sink in.
A proposal to require the removal of dead individuals from Minnesota's voter rolls failed after lawmakers voted against it.
Let's take a listen to this clip.
11.
I recognize a member from Olmsted, Representative Quam.
Thank you, Mr. Speaker and members.
This is just to require the full removal of deceased people from the voters' rolls.
Before you ask, well, nobody deceased is voting, the federal system at SSA has checked registrations and has flagged deceased people registering in the state of Minnesota.
It's not a huge thing, but let's take care of it by cleaning up the roll.
Oregon is doing it, and other states are doing it, so it's not an unusual thing to do.
Let's just vote green.
Your reaction.
That clip is not from The Onion.
That is actual fact in Minnesota, and it is absolutely disgusting that the Democrats have no common sense.
And this actually points to all of the voters in Minnesota don't ever vote Democrat again because, on something so basic, they are unwilling to get rid of dead voters.
I mean, what the heck?
Who are we trying to protect here?
The dead voters aren't going to sit here and complain that they were disenfranchised, they're dead.
Yeah.
Now, is this part of Mike's?
I know Mike has an election protection plan.
Can you walk us through that a little bit?
Yeah.
And actually, we've got it split into two silos there's a federal component, and then there's also the state component.
Protecting Non-Citizen Voters00:15:20
And so when we kind of look at the issues in Minnesota, let's look at the federal components first.
Number one, we are not upholding basic agreement with the 1993 motor voter bill.
And so when Minnesota started issuing licenses, For illegal immigrants, so they could drive automobiles in the state of Minnesota and even trucks.
We also have to remember that not all immigrants understand the forms that they're signing.
And when we look at the 1993 motor voter bill, you actually have to select a box in your voter vehicle registration application to not become a registered voter.
So that's a very confusing action.
And so this is where.
People could be registered to vote, and we have identified quite a few people who are illegals who are registered to vote in Minnesota.
We're going to work with the federal government to get that cleaned up.
Currently, there's an issue with the federal government and Steve Simon about sharing the voter rolls from Minnesota to the federal government so that they can actually validate the data.
What's interesting is about two weeks ago, Steve Simon appeared in front of Congress and he admitted to them that he does not actually utilize the federal database.
To validate that everyone is actually a US citizen in the Minnesota voter rolls.
That's shocking.
So, then another issue at the federal level is we're starting to see some interesting dynamics in the greater part of Minnesota, where in rural areas where they have decided not to actually have election day precincts but mail out ballots, that voter turnout is less than the areas where they actually have precincts that you can show up on election day.
Minnesota also has an interesting aspect to its election day that you can register to vote on election day.
Well, so where there's no precincts available in greater Minnesota, that creates also another disparity where we actually see a lower same day registration rate in greater Minnesota where there are only mail in precincts.
And so I think this is something that should be addressed because that's not equal protection or application of the law under the 14th Amendment.
And so I think those should be explored and we need to open up same day voting in greater Minnesota to have better participation.
Then we get into kind of the state level cases.
Again, we look at the voter rolls.
We're going to be doing massive canvassing out there throughout the state of Minnesota to make sure that people are properly registered, but we're also going to be out there trying to register new voters as well because we really want Minnesota's voice to be well represented.
And we think that Mike Lindell will be a great leader in that endeavor.
There's a lot of young people who are not registered to vote.
We'll be able to get them.
And then people who have moved to the state of Minnesota over the last few years for jobs or taking care of parents.
We want to make sure that they're taken care of as well.
We also think that there are issues with some of the precinct locations and the way that they're conducted.
Especially one of the big ones is that colleges and universities send their student lists to the county auditor and the secretary of state, even if those students are from out of state and they assumed that they can be automatically vouched for so they can vote in Minnesota elections.
Well, this creates an interesting dynamic because for financial aid purposes, You should be declaring where you actually live.
And if you're now saying that you actually live in Minnesota, but your financial aid was, say, from Wisconsin, that actually is a violation.
And you have to figure out which is a violation financial aid or voting purposes.
And so that also creates insurance issues, that also creates license plates, driver's license, all of those issues come into play that have to be ferreted out.
So we'll be looking into all of those things as a campaign to actually help secure the elections.
There's some other things that other candidates are going to want to take note of what we're doing nationally in their own campaigns as well.
Logic and accuracy testing.
We're going to make sure that they follow Minnesota law and that the machines are accurately tested.
And we're also going to make sure that the cast vote records are actually there and that they're being reviewed.
We need to also make sure that the software being presented for Election Day and use in the machines is actually adequate.
And in Minnesota, we are looking at if Mike Lindell is endorsed at the convention or wins the primary.
We are very strongly looking at doing a source code audit of the Dominion, HART, and ESS machines.
And that is, in essence, that's our right as the public through the state party chairs to be able to take on that function and actually tell the people whether or not these machines have any issues with them at all.
And so we're the only campaign in Minnesota that is actually has that as part of our campaign for financing and as well as.
A core aspect and direction to make sure that we protect the election and we protect everyone's vote in Minnesota.
Well, that sounds like a good plan there.
You definitely got to keep your head on the swivel when it comes to the elections there because Lord knows some of that fraudulent money ended up getting used and subverted into the election somehow if we looked at it under a microscope.
But I want to play a quick clip from you.
There was a debate last night out in California for the LA mayoral race.
And one of the things that came up, you just mentioned the non citizens, whether or not they should vote.
Let's go ahead and take a listen at some of the answers.
This is a yes or no question and answer.
So there's an LA council member.
He wants voters to decide.
He is saying that non citizens, should they be allowed to vote in local elections?
Is this a yes or no?
Mr. Pratt?
No.
Mayor Bass?
It depends.
It's not a yes or no.
Depends on what?
Well, first of all, when you say non citizens, it doesn't mean they're here illegal.
It doesn't mean they're undocumented.
They could have green cards.
They could be here perfectly legal.
And there's a lot of states and cities that do that on very, very local elections.
We have to see what the councilman is proposing.
Council Member Bremen.
Yeah, I would say again, it does depend.
In other places, school boards have non citizenship.
Mr. Fred, I have a question for you.
So, you know, I should just start off by asking Rick, what is Mike's position?
Should non citizens be able to vote in local elections?
Two letters, no.
There you go.
It's just, it's crazy that we've actually gotten to this point, right?
And I do fundamentally believe that at the The core of the immigration issue and all the illegals being allowed into the country, it truly was about influencing the election because the Census Bureau collects the number of people.
It gives some of these Democrat sanctuary cities more seats in Congress.
And so, at the root core of it, I do believe it was to influence the elections.
What can the Mike Lindell campaign do, though?
Because we know Minnesota is one of those cities that has been plagued by the illegal immigration.
They mentioned non citizens with green cards, they're not allowed to vote either.
What can you do though?
Because we've seen in the past that these non citizens have been found to be voting in elections, and it may or may not be the non citizen or the illegal immigrant themselves.
It could just be an election worker exploiting the fact that they're on the voter rolls.
But what is the remedy as a candidate running for governor there in Minnesota to sort of combat the potential for some of these non citizens on the rolls to be exploited?
Oh, so I'm just going to give you a quick highlight, but stay tuned.
Number one.
On election day, we must have poll watchers either by the party or by the campaign to protect the elections.
Number two, strong canvassing efforts and education to make sure that people who are on temporary visas or green card holders, we let them know gently that they're not allowed to vote in our elections.
Even if they are registered and they even get a card from their auditor saying this is where they can vote, they're actually not allowed to.
Between education, proper oversight, but also when it comes to the absentee ballot boards, we're going to have to make sure that we have partisan representation there to review those people and those applications coming in.
And we're also going to have to make sure that we're analyzing the data to verify that they're US citizens when we get the actual data downloads.
So, as part of this, this is going to be really important because in 2024, the Republican Party of Minnesota recognized in Hennepin County that they didn't select a single Republican from the list that was presented.
To be part of the absentee ballot board.
Minnesota Republicans took that to the Minnesota Supreme Court and won in case.
Now, that was just two weeks before the election in 2024.
But now that we actually have that ruling and that win, we can go make sure that we reiterate that to all 87 counties in Minnesota to make sure that Republicans have a seat at the table versus being left out of the process completely.
Well said.
The other topic here, I want to kind of pivot here to just some of the issues that maybe local voters in Minnesota care about.
I know right now we have an article here that Gas.
Prices in Minnesota are now over $4 per gallon.
As the Pentagon correspondent for Lindell TV, I know a portion of this is sort of tied to what's going on in the Middle East, but is there anything at the state level that maybe a governor can do to try to alleviate some of the costs associated with our foreign policy that are falling onto the back of people in Minnesota?
Absolutely.
And the first thing that the Democrat legislature did not present.
In Minnesota, why don't we do a tax holiday to reduce at least the sales tax portion of the gas tax in Minnesota to help families right now?
They could have done that and they didn't.
And so that's how you know that they're just playing this game and they're not real about actually helping voters in Minnesota who are going through this tough time right now.
But I think you have to look at the larger picture as well.
It was not appropriate for Iran to have nuclear weapons to continually threaten.
The oil supply globally.
Now, granted, it's about 20% of the world's oil, but for Europe, it's a major portion of where they get their oil from.
And so, luckily, here in the United States, we get most of our oil here in the US, and we're actually a net exporter.
But because it is a global commodity, we should have encouraged more development here in the United States with our partners.
And in Minnesota, we should have had the Excel.
Pipeline coming into Minnesota that should have been passed way back when during the Biden administration and when Walls also tried to blockade it.
This is where Democrats have basically pushed us into this green new energy scam that doesn't give us enough bounds to basically say, hey, we should have an all of the above approach when it comes to our energy.
And we should be looking at those jobs that could actually help us propel our country forward.
Now, luckily, Minnesota is one of the top ethanol.
Producers, but some of the new requirements that are coming in are actually going to be so punitive that we actually need to roll them back.
Otherwise, gas prices that you see today are actually going to be much higher because of some of the new carbon requirements, as well as some of the new ethanol requirements that Minnesota has on its books, as well as California, because they're lockstep tied into each other.
Yeah.
Well, again, I want to keep asking you about all these different issues because I know we only have you for a short amount of time.
And you guys are doing Lord's work there, traveling all over the state.
But I want to ask, I want to skip ahead here to the opioid crisis, because I know that's something near and dear to Mike's heart as he overcame addiction and his faith in Jesus Christ.
He attributes to a lot of it.
As governor, we have an article here actually from the state of Minnesota themselves.
So we can go ahead and put that on the screen, just detailing one year, right?
2023 data.
They lost over a thousand people.
A thousand people in Minnesota died over.
Opioid involved overdoses and a lot of the border issues that we saw didn't just bring in illegal immigrants, it also brought in illegal drugs that ended up on the streets.
Given the Trump administration has done a good job securing that border, but there's still a crisis in our local cities.
So, what is Mike Lindell's plan as someone who himself overcame addiction to try to help the people of Minnesota and the families that have been impacted by the opioid crisis?
Well, first, we have to kind of look at what are the different levels that cause somebody to get addicted to opioids.
And so, there are different buckets, and you have to address each one of them.
And so the first one is typically there was some type of a medical injury and they got onto a prescription, and then there wasn't an appropriate weaning of, or they weren't told what the other options were so that people could actually make better decisions in their pain therapies.
So that's number one.
And so that has to be reformed in Minnesota.
Number two, we have to look at the drug cartels and what Trump is doing is absolutely right.
But anybody who is selling, This without a proper medical license or pharmacy license, they need to be heavily prosecuted.
And that has not been happening in Minnesota.
And we have all these light sentences in Minnesota and even just this no posted bail, et cetera.
And so we're not really serious about really going after it.
But then the other part of it, too, is that we also have to have a Christian heart that people who have been ensnared by this evil drug have to have the right treatment and Follow up.
And so investing in quality groups like Teen Challenge or the Salvation Army and other faith based organizations where they have a higher success rate in making sure people don't go back to that addiction because they actually get a Christ centered solution where they can rebuild their life, rebuild their relationships, and have a path forward.
Mike's Personal Recovery Solutions00:03:46
That is what we need to do.
That is where we need to invest dollars.
And Mike Lindell has experience in this with his nonprofit.
The Lindell Recovery Network.
And so he's been doing this for decades to where he has been a solution provider.
He's looked at what Minnesota has done and how they even took a step backwards when a few years ago they told Teen Challenge that they had to take out their Christian principles and not talk about God and Jesus.
And so they ended up failing.
So then Teen Challenge walked away from that, got back to their principles, and they found success in helping recovering people.
And so, these are the types of solutions that Mike Lindell can bring forward, understands personally, because he had many friends that went through this, and he's had so many friends that have recovered.
And so, he has experts that are personal to him that can help him guide the state out of this and down the right path.
And when you look at that original posting, you can see it's celebrating what Keith Ellison has done for just a little segment.
And it's really about the pharmaceuticals and trying to create a settlement there.
Well, that's not the whole story.
Well, thank you for sharing all that.
I know the people of Minnesota would truly be blessed to have Mike Lindell's knowledge and experience when it comes to the whole opioid thing.
So, praying for you guys there.
What is next on the campaign trail for you guys?
Give us a little view of the upcoming weeks and what we can expect.
Any debates, town halls, things like that?
There may be a couple of town halls that may pop corn up.
We're anticipating some right before the convention.
But we have a huge rally coming up on May 16th up in Princeton, Minnesota.
Check out our website over at mikelindelgov.com where you can get more information about those rallies that we'll have.
And then also, we are looking and trying to get the party's endorsement.
And that happens the weekend of May 29th and 30th, that Friday, Saturday.
And we are now communicating with delegates.
We are trying to host several Zoom calls across the state so that people can come in and ask Mike.
Personally, any question that they have about the campaign, about Mike himself.
And here's the other thing last night, we just got some two new cell phones that Mike will have, and so will a couple of other campaign staffers to take the overflow.
But now we are giving that phone number out to delegates.
So if they have a question anytime for Mike, they can actually call and connect.
Because once you hear Mike's story and his presentation on the campaign trail, we are seeing so many delegates that were for another candidate.
Now, convert to Mike because they truly believe and see that Mike is the person who can deliver Minnesota from its fraud addiction and election integrity issues, as well as normalize common sense back into Minnesota.
That includes restoring the original 1983 Minnesota state flag.
That includes getting rid of the little Satan statue that was at the Capitol during Christmas, finding that and getting that out.
But also, Bringing common sense back, cutting retail sales taxes to stimulate job growth in Minnesota, but to also help hurting families in Minnesota immediately as well.
Cutting Taxes to Save Local Business00:02:57
And so just imagine that you cut the retail sales tax, that will bring shoppers back into the malls, that will bring more business to the state of Minnesota, especially the Canadians that come down and buy our food and clothing already in Minnesota.
Now imagine them buying electronics and all these other things without a sales tax that they can bring back up into Canada.
That's going to bring more jobs to small town Minnesota, the Mall of America, the big malls in the suburbs.
And it will kind of reconnect people back again to that wonderful Christmas and shopping experience, but being able to go in and try on things and be able to do easy returns.
And Mike is even willing to kind of go against me where I've recommended you never say that you're going to raise taxes, but he's willing to raise taxes on internet sales to kind of cover some of the shortfalls.
And of course, that impacts him because with MyPillow, You typically buy that over the internet right now through mypillow.com.
But it also impacts Amazon and all of the other companies that are kind of shortcutting the shopping experience.
But we need small businesses to come back to Minnesota so that way they can invest in the local choir, the local baseball team, the local gymnastics team, all of those great local sports and youth activities that small businesses support that Amazon doesn't support.
Agreed.
Yeah.
We're really losing that sort of localized community feel with all these big Goliath online retailers.
It's just destroying the local businesses.
But thank you so much, Rick Weibull, for joining us today.
There's so many more questions I could ask you.
We're definitely going to have to have you back on, but give Mike my best and thank you for joining me today.
Will do.
Thank you, everybody.
Stay awesome and please support the campaign.
And thank you, Lindell TV, for actually Providing great news coverage, and you guys have accomplished an incredible feat by being at the Pentagon, being at the White House, and being at the Press House conference meeting.
So, I mean, this is incredible.
One accomplishment for all of you.
And to our founder, Mike Lindell.
I mean, he's a man of many talents.
So, good luck.
Right.
Yep.
So, thank you.
All right.
We're going to take a quick break.
And when we come back, Kara Castronova joins us at the White House.
We'll be right back.
Mike Lindell here.
The radical left and the deep state aren't just coming for our freedoms, they're coming after our money, too.
For years, they've been destroying our economy from the inside out with reckless spending, open borders, woke policies that crush our businesses.
And now they've left us with an inflation disaster that's wiping out the savings of our hardworking families.
They don't want us to be independent.
They want us to be dependent on the government.
White House Political Prisoners00:17:29
Well, that's not going to happen on my watch.
That's why I partner with American Independence Gold.
It's a veteran owned company that's helping patriotic Americans fight back by protecting our savings with real.
Physical gold and silver.

You know, most people think water is just about filtration, but in reality it's about balance.
What gets removed, what gets left behind, and how the water actually behaves once you drink it.
Well, many traditional systems focus on one thing removal.
Reverse osmosis, for example, strips water down completely.
It may sound ideal, but it removes minerals that our bodies need.
The Sentry Wellness System was designed with a different philosophy.
It removes common contaminants like chlorine.
Fluoride and PFAS while restoring key minerals like magnesium and improving alkalinity.
It also does all this without tanks and without wastewater and without requiring a complicated installation.
It installs in about 15 minutes under your sink, so instead of overcorrecting, it brings your water back into balance.

Welcome back, everybody.
We are going to go right over to the White House because President Trump today has been meeting with the president of Brazil.
Who he's long had a sort of rocky relationship with.
There was some controversy over whether or not Brazil's election was stolen from the former president Bolsonaro.
Joining us now to unpack all of this and what's been happening there at the White House is Kara Castranova.
Hey.
So, President Trump actually just put out a statement on X and Truth Social a little while ago.
Just concluded my meeting with Luis Ignacio Lula da Silva, the very dynamic president of Brazil.
We discussed many topics, including trade and specifically tariffs.
The meeting went very well.
Our representatives are scheduled to get together to discuss certain key elements.
Additional meetings will be scheduled over the coming months as necessary.
President Donald J. Trump.
So, this was released on social media a little while ago as we witnessed the Brazilian press leaving the White House.
A lot of people are speculating why.
Some people are saying that President Lula refused to follow through with the scheduled press office event.
That's per Kelly Mayer News, who is saying that.
And a lot of people sort of speculating what happened during that meeting as to why it wasn't opened.
As you know, initially the Oval Office bilateral was scheduled to be open to media.
I was supposed to be in there.
We waited about three hours.
Wondering what was happening.
From what I understand and some information I got from some people in the Brazilian press, Lula wanted to wait until after he met with the president to open the doors to the press.
So that was sort of his wish.
Generally, it's done the other way around when the press comes in and then the president usually meets privately with these world leaders.
But today it was sort of flip-flopped.
So for whatever the reason, they decided not to bring the press in.
A lot of people say that Lula will be giving a press conference at the embassy, the Brazilian embassy, later today.
But he did not want to bring reporters into the Oval Office for whatever the reason, Heather.
Yeah, that's interesting.
I mean, like, refresh my memory, though, because he is sort of, correct me if I'm wrong, but like the illegitimate president of Brazil, essentially, because there was this whole scandal where the Brazilian election was supposedly riddled with fraud, similar to what happened here in 2020.
And he is sort of the benefactor of the fraud, essentially.
Right.
President Trump has been very outspoken.
I have some notes here.
Let me just pull them up for you.
These were actually some of the questions I was formulating to be able to ask in there regarding the former President Bolsonaro, who President Trump is an ally of.
They call this man the Trump of the tropics, very similar populist messaging, nationalist messaging, where Lula, President Lula, is more of a leftist and viewed as an ally at the time of former President Biden when he came back into power in 2022.
Bolsonaro had called the election illegitimate.
He said it was stolen.
He said the election machines were rigged.
So it's very similar to President Trump.
What happened over here?
They actually had their own version of January 6th.
I do remember being outside of the White House and meeting some Brazilian citizens who were here trying to sort of hand out literature and talk to journalists outside of the White House to let them know that there were these political prisoners, similar to the way that we had here in the United States when Biden locked up so many men and women that were just there protesting that day.
So very similar.
And he.
President Bolsonaro was put in jail, indicted, and he, I think he has a 27 year sentence, something crazy like that, for sort of what they wanted to get Trump for, which was inciting the riot and trying to overturn an election and things like that.
So it's just really parallel to what happens here in the United States.
Yeah, it does sound like eerily similar.
I know there's President Trump has spoken out in favor of Bolsonaro.
So I'm curious to see what actually manifests from this conversation with Lula today.
Is there any sort of indication on did it, you know, like anybody talking within the White House on whether or not it went well, whether or not there's, you know, like what we can expect going forward?
Is there a real working relationship here?
Well, seemingly, just from President Trump's ex post a little while ago, Truth Social Post, it went well, but really didn't give that many details.
You know, President Trump has had bad words to say about Lula and vice versa in the past, but they met at some point last year, I believe, overseas and, uh, President Trump said they had chemistry, quote unquote.
They met for 39 seconds, he said, and it was good chemistry.
And he was looking forward to possibly talking with him more.
And from what I understand, there were some really heavy tariffs and sanctions put on Brazil because President Trump was not happy about the persecution of Bolsonaro, who he considered a very good friend.
He thought it was unfair.
So these tariffs and sanctions were put on Brazilian goods like beef, it's a big export of Brazil, and other goods that they export.
But they were lifted.
After I think some negotiations were made, and also with that Supreme Court ruling, most of the tariffs were lifted.
But the Brazilian president is here today, obviously, to talk mostly about tariffs and sanctions because there's word that President Trump might put new tariffs and sanctions on these Brazilian goods using another method.
So they're concerned about that, obviously.
And obviously, I don't know if President Trump will, as a bargaining chip, again ask for maybe clemency or the pardoning of his friend Bolsonaro.
Who again is 27 years in prison.
Right now, he's on house arrest.
They're allowing him because of health issues to be monitored at his home wearing an angle bracelet, but he's not allowed to leave.
That's just temporary as he recovers from some health issues in the past couple of months, Heather.
So, really was curious to ask the president, even Lula himself, direct the question on him would he consider pardoning or giving clemency to the former president of Brazil in exchange for relief of sanctions and tariffs?
I know that the president.
Our president, Donald Trump, thinks that's important.
Yeah, I wonder if that was part of today's conversation.
So we'll just have to, I guess, wait it out for more details.
Is there a reason, like maybe I just figured maybe you would know the answer to this question with your work there at the White House?
What is the decision making between having somebody like the president of Brazil come to the White House, right?
But President Trump is reportedly going to China to meet with Xi Jinping soon.
Is there any sort of like reason why some leaders come to the White House?
Trump, like, how does that decision making occur, whether or not President Trump goes somewhere or they come here?
I think it's really just the scale of the meeting.
For example, with China next week, President Trump is going to China.
That was obviously supposed to happen a month ago, but because of the Iran war, it was rescheduled.
But China is a massive force, a big ally, especially when, or adversary.
It just depends when it comes to trade and, you know, their power as a, you know, Manufacturer.
So I think that President Trump thinks it's important to go there and meet in person.
And then I think that they will be coming here as well afterwards.
We will host Xi Jinping here at the White House.
That was sort of what President Trump was saying before agreeing to go over to China.
So I think the bigger the country, the more likely President Trump will go there, like England, like Saudi Arabia, these massive economies that the United States has a lot to offer and a lot to also benefit from if they make these big trade deals.
And countries that are smaller.
And that don't really have that many bargaining chips, maybe like a country like Brazil that's really afraid of President Trump's sanctions and don't really have much to fight back with, will come here and sort of kiss the ring.
People were using that expression today.
When I was talking to a lot of the Brazilian journalists, you know, he's here to kiss the ring.
He doesn't like President Trump.
He's a far leftist.
He said really bad things about him, but he realizes now that he has no choice but to kiss up really to President Trump if he doesn't want more sanctions and tariffs put on goods from Brazil.
Yeah, absolutely.
So moving over to the briefing room there, I know there's been some changes in the briefing room.
The press secretary, Caroline Levitt, just left on maternity leave and she just had her baby girl.
And now we have Secretary Rubio filling in.
So, how has that been?
That was, I thought it was one of the funnest days here at the White House because I didn't really have a fixed or set opinion on Marco Rubio.
And I still don't.
I'm still looking at him through a sort of neutral lens.
But I was surprised by how charismatic he was when it came to winning over the media.
I didn't know that that would, you know, I didn't really know what to expect.
None of us did.
He was informed.
And I thought some of the answers he gave were great.
So, you know, we were impressed.
I know I was with Marco Rubio.
It would be great to have him back.
But from what I understand, this is going to be a rotation of cabinet members, which is great for us because who doesn't want to ask questions of cabinet members?
I would love to get, obviously, Robert Kennedy Jr. in here, question him on some more of the harder questions that somebody from the medical freedom movement might ask him.
Like, what about everything that you promised with vaccines?
We would really like to see more of that happen, you know, where I'm sure the mainstream media would.
Say and ask questions that are the opposite, or someone like Tulsi Gabbard to get more information on the election integrity stuff and be able to ask her directly would be great.
So, from what I understand, like I said, it's going to be a rotating cast.
I think they will likely bring Margo Rubio back just because he did such a great job.
I know this would be like his third or fourth job in the administration, but he was really just a natural.
So, yeah, that's what's going on right now at the White House.
A lot of rumors that Anna Kelly, who's a deputy press secretary, might do some of the briefings in the future.
But I'm not sure if that will manifest.
That's just sort of a rumor.
It's more solid, and we've gotten confirmation from the White House that it will certainly be members of the cabinet that will be rotating, at least at the beginning of this phase of Carolyn Levitt's maternity leave.
Did they say how long Caroline Levitt is supposed to be out on maternity leave?
They didn't, and I don't think they've announced that yet.
And as you can see in that photo, yeah, beautiful baby.
This was put out today in such a cute pink room.
She looks really happy, which she deserves.
Yes, they haven't announced that.
I think I just guess as long as she wants with the maternity leave or however long a standard leave is.
I heard between a month and three months, but I'm not sure.
I guess as long as she wants to take off to bond with her baby is the time that will be allotted.
And in the meantime, we will have a rotating cast here, which should be interesting and exciting and make for some viral moments.
For sure.
I mean, she said, I'll just read what she said on that post.
It said on May 1st, Viviana, aka Vivi, joined our family and our hearts instantly exploded with love.
So, We wish her nothing but the best in those early newborn days.
It seems like there's a lot of women in the Trump administration, though, that are having babies.
Because, was it, there's another, was it Sunny, like another person that works directly with Caroline?
She's pregnant with another baby.
It is, it's nice to see people having babies these days.
But, you know, just is there a lot of women in the Trump administration from where you're standing?
Because I see the cabinet members and stuff like that.
But as far as like the staff of the White House, What is like sort of the women to male ratio?
I would say there's more women here for sure.
Caroline's staff is predominantly women.
There are a few men, all young in their 20s, beautiful young ladies and nice looking young men, very smart, very educated group of people, nothing but respect for them.
But Caroline has, I'd say, I'm counting them in my head one, two, three, about five young women that work under her, and I think two men or three men.
But the women are the ones who are more out there and you see more, and we have more direct communications with.
That was why it was so unusual, sort of, when Margaret Rubio came out the other day, because none of the women were with him.
It was Stephen Chung, actually, who's the director of.
Communications and we really very rarely see Stephen Chung come out.
He's more behind the scenes, but he is a very powerful figure here in the press office at the White House.
But he did come out sort of as a handler to Marco Rubio during that briefing.
And absent were all of these young ladies that usually sort of surround Caroline.
So that was different.
That was certainly different.
The energy was very different that day.
Yeah, it's interesting because I remember when President Trump was campaigning, it was sort of, you know, he was being labeled in the media as sort of this like anti woman, misogynistic, like male.
Whatever, but it's like a lot of the people from Caroline to his cabinet members to his uh to Susie Wiles, there you know, chief of staff are all just women, powerful women.
But it's nice to see women like Caroline starting families too because I just think it's so important.
I'm like it's sort of torn because like I'm one of the working moms there in the community, but I also believe in like staying home, raising your kids kind of thing.
Do you know what I mean?
Where you have that balance.
Um, how do you, I guess, how do you balance that in the political world is being a mom.
And being the White House press secretary is going to be a heavy lift, but I'm sure she can do it.
Well, she's done it so far.
She has another young baby, a boy who's, I believe, two now.
She had him very much at the beginning of the administration, if not right before.
And it seems like this is a very mother friendly administration in the sense that Carolyn Levitt has her job when she comes back.
She's been given maternity leave, and you sort of have all of the cabinet, literally the president's cabinet, willing to step up to the plate and fill in for her.
Until she gets back, until she's ready to come back.
So, this is, in my opinion, a very female friendly environment here at the White House.
Even in the press briefing room, there's a lot of young girls pregnant.
A lot of them, there's actually a breastfeeding area if people want to use that here in the briefing room.
So, it's encouraged.
Some women that I know here just gave birth.
They actually give some of the outlets not only maternity leave, but paternity leave as well.
They send in a fill in.
So, it's very pregnancy friendly, I think, here at the White House, which is good news.
Female Friendly White House Environment00:02:16
Yeah, do they bring their kids there a lot?
Like, does Caroline bring her little one there while she's working?
I've seen him.
I've seen her here with her baby in the briefing room or in her office.
So she has been here with her baby.
And there is a day for journalists to bring their children to the White House into the briefing room, and they allow all of the kids here to say, ask a question.
It's really cute.
They get to raise their hands and ask questions.
That was last year.
That was adorable.
So all of the reporters sort of get the opportunity to seat their.
Children in all of the briefing room seats, and we all kind of just stand to the side and watch, and they raise their hands and they ask some really, really cute questions.
That's actually so cute.
And it's like we're just on the verge of Mother's Day, too.
So I love having this conversation about all the moms in the White House and all the kids.
Just final thoughts, I guess, as we wrap up the show here of just like what can we expect at the White House for the remainder of this week and potentially next week?
Well, tomorrow I'm in the pool, and originally there was nothing really scheduled on.
The open press end of it, but maybe because President Trump didn't open that bilateral today, or the decision was made not to.
And later today, there's an executive order signing.
And I'm not sure if it will open up to the press.
Right now, it's closed, but maybe something will open tomorrow and we can get more information from President Trump on how his meeting went today with the Brazilian president.
Next week, President Trump is heading to China for that big meeting with Xi Jinping.
So, preparing for that as that comes up next week, maybe a Pentagon briefing next week.
So, maybe we'll see you here in Washington, D.C., Heather.
I'm sure there will be one next week.
And looking forward next week, obviously, to another briefing with hopefully a member of the cabinet.
But the big news next week, Will be President Trump taking off for China and meeting with Xi Jinping to talk about so many things that they have on their agenda.
All right.
Well, thank you so much, Kara, for joining us as always.
Thank you so much, Heather.
Have a great day.
You too.
And we want to just wish a happy Mother's Day as well to a new mommy there, Price Secretary Caroline Levitt, with her new baby girl.
It was so cute.
I'm like, just find it absolutely adorable.
It's giving me baby fever, but I've already got one.
That's pretty much it for today's show.
