I'm Heather Mullins, guest hosting for Mike today.
And you're halfway through the week.
You made it.
And a lot going on over there on Capitol Hill.
You know, despite our country being invaded by numbers of upwards of 20 plus million illegal aliens from countries all over the world, you had countries emptying their prisons into the United States.
It is not stopping crazy Democrats from pushing for ICE reforms down in the halls of Congress.
And joining us now to discuss some of that is Allison Steinberg, our very own Capitol Hill correspondent here on Lindell TV.
So thanks for joining us, Allison.
Your hair looks amazing, by the way.
Thank you so much, Heather.
I appreciate that.
Wanted to change it up, try to throw off some of these Democrats, see if I can confuse them.
But I think they're already on to me.
They already figured out who I am.
So that didn't work out so well.
Come on, who's this red hype?
Yeah, exactly.
Well, Chuck Schumer totally saw through the disguise today.
So I guess that was confirmed.
They now know who I am.
But anyway, yes, to your point, Heather, lots going on as far as ICE reforms are concerned.
This is now the MO of the Democrats, especially as we have this now, a two-week continuing resolution to keep the government funded for DHS specifically as members of Congress try to work out and negotiate where we go from here as far as ICE is concerned.
Now you have the Democrats who just held a big press conference today, all Democrat leadership on both the House and the Senate side who came together to let the American people know that they are demanding the following.
And as you can see there, if you want to actually pull that back up, they're saying that they want mandatory body cams.
They want no masks for ICE agents.
They want judicial warrants.
They want to ban detaining and deporting illegal aliens.
So literally the sole purpose of ICE, they want to ban that.
They want no roving patrols and they want all of these changes made to the current DHS funding bill that is sort of in question right now in limbo for the next two weeks.
So this is what they're demanding.
They want this all sorted out by February 13th in the Senate as well, which seems like an unrealistic possibility given how slow things tend to move here.
But I just think it speaks to the larger issue that Democrats will not be happy unless they get their needs met.
And for some reason, even though the Republicans hold the majority in all three chambers of government right now, Democrats still seem to get their way, which is just incredible.
Now, I did have an opportunity to ask Rosa DeLora, our favorite character from the Democrat side, purple hair granny Rosa DeLoro, about these judiciary warrants, which I find very interesting because as we know, ICE already has their immigration warrants that they can use to search, right?
But now they're demanding judicial warrants as well, which could really slow down the whole process, which I think is ultimately their goal.
They just want to extend this for as long as humanly possible to draw out the process to protect criminal aliens.
Take a listen to what she had to say with more on that.
You guys are talking about judicial warrants now.
Doesn't that, if you enact the judicial warrants in addition to the already existing immigration warrants, doesn't that then shift the power to unelected people and then embolden the criminals even further?
No, I mean, I think you need a judicial warrant to enter into anyone's home.
And you know, the public is there.
They don't want to just see people with impunity wandering in and out of their house, snatching people out of cars.
And so we're going to, you know, look at judicial warrants for this.
It is about taking doesn't that delay the process, though?
It slows everything down.
No, it doesn't.
If you are really intent and you want to view to put take this under control and so forth, you will understand that what police departments do if they get a warrant to effectuate an action, it shouldn't be different for federal agents.
Wow.
So again, they're really just obviously trying to protect the criminals and draw out this process that doesn't need to be drawn out.
ICE is there doing their job.
They have the warrants that they need.
They don't need to tack on this judicial warrant, especially when the Supreme Court already ruled that this is for the elected branch to handle.
So the fact that they're trying to now step in here and change these operations is, I think, deeply concerning, Heather.
Yeah.
I mean, I mean, her hair is deeply concerning, if I'm being honest.
Can we go back to the days when, like, if you had hair like that, you couldn't even get a job, let alone like get into Congress?
Like, what happened?
I mean, like, honestly.
Oh, my gosh.
That's a slight pursuit.
I don't know.
That's just, it's crazy to me.
And it's crazy because, like, you know what she looks like?
She reminds me of Antifa, right?
Every time we've seen Antifa when they were looting, earning business behind their masks, which she apparently doesn't care if they wear them to disguise their identity, all you see is the purple hair like that coming out of them.
And it's like, I mean, even with the masks, you can tell it's Antifa because they all have the same crazy colored hair.
And it's just, it's crazy seeing that in the halls of Congress.
But man, what a time to be alive.
Yeah, it certainly is.
And you're right, Heather.
I wish we could go back to, you know, formalities and some semblance of professionalism.
You know, I think we are held to a very high standard as journalists here.
We get in trouble for any little thing.
Yet then, you know, an actual elected member of Congress can roam around with that hair.
I think it's very representative of where we are currently in this country.
It's concerning.
Yes.
It seems like Congress is a circus.
And then you see somebody like that and you're like, it really is a circus, like completely equipped with clowns and everything.
Like, I remember as a kid, it was like only clowns that hair those colors, but now apparently it's members of Congress.
So truly, a clown.
Now it's members of Congress.
Truly, truly, she embodies it perfectly.
She is like the mascot for the Democrat Party.
This is what they all aspire to be.
So I don't know.
Maybe my next hair change will look more like Rosa DeLoro so I can blend in with some of these psychos here in the in the in the halls of Congress.
But anyhow, I did also want to mention, Heather, that Tom Homan is announcing that 700 federal agents are now being pulled out of Minnesota.
I think this comes as he's saying that they've made significant progress with local officials and that obviously the locals are now cooperating with the feds, which is extremely helpful to try to get things under control here.
But I think it also shows that, you know, as we reel things in here in Minnesota and try to turn the temperature down, Democrats are still pushing for this radical agenda.
So they're never going to be happy.
They are always going to try to just completely abolish ICE, as they openly say.
That is their mission.
So even with things sort of scaling back over in Minnesota, they still continue on to hold these press conferences that we just touched on where they're trying to implement all of these new reforms and whatnot.
So that's just something to pay attention to.
Now, of course, all of this is happening simultaneously with the SAVE Act being a hot topic in Congress.
It's always a hot topic with us here at Lindell TV because we care about reforming our elections and keeping illegals out of the voting process.
And this was gaining a lot of traction until it seemingly got sort of shut down or put on the back burner for the time being.
We were hearing from Anna Paulina Luna, who was saying, in accordance with this DHS bill we're talking about right now, that the SAVE Act would be attached to it when it came back to the House.
But now that is no longer the case.
Now we are being promised from the Senate that they're going to bring it to the floor for a vote, which doesn't seem likely if I'm being totally honest.
The response that John Thune has given regarding the SAVE Act and really nuking the zombie filibuster in order to make that happen seems very lackluster.
It doesn't seem hopeful at all.
I hope I'm wrong on that, but I just don't think we can count on the Senate to actually follow through with the America First agenda that President Trump was elected on, sadly, because it's full of rhinos.
We'll stay tuned to see what happens there.
But Chuck Schumer also recently spoke out about the Save Act, calling it Jim Crow 2.0.
I wanted to ask more about this today in the halls of Congress.
Let's take a listen to how that interaction went out.
Leader Schumer, you recently called the Save Act Jim Crow.
Can you explain how it's Jim Crow to require an ID to vote in elections to drive a car, to purchase alcohol, go to the DMV?
Any comment on that?
Leadership, you said you're on the same page as what do you think?
Should we restore normal order in the Senate and actually go back to the standing filibuster?
You said that you're sending a proposal over there.
My God, he just doesn't say.
I guess he thinks he thinks he doesn't have to answer to the American people.
I mean, does he need to be reminded why he's here?
It's so despicable to me that they, you know, only talk to their favorite outlets.
They'll only take questions from, you know, the legacy media outlets.
And then when the vast majority of people want to know, you know, basic answers to questions like that, like you need an ID to literally participate in anything in life.
Are you saying that black voters are incapable of getting an ID?
I mean, I really think Democrats are the real racists in all of this.
But when we want answers to these questions, he just thinks that he doesn't have to answer.
He doesn't have to respond.
And that's acceptable.
And I don't think it is personally.
So I'm going to keep, you know, holding him to the fire and try to get answers out of these Democrats that think that they don't need to answer to the American people, Heather.
Yeah.
And it just like you asking those questions and him giving silence really allows the American people through networks like Lindell TV to really see the contrast between the Democrats and the Trump administration.
I will say some Republicans won't even answer questions.
The rhinos that are part of the deep state apparatus won't answer questions either.
But when you look at the Trump administration and how, as much as I don't like the Caitlin Collinses and, you know, the other fake news reporters that I won't even call them journalists, but they sit in there in the White House briefing room and in other briefing rooms taking up oxygen and space, they still get to ask their questions.
President Trump, even if they're ill-intended, he still responds to their questions.
And we have an administration that has been so accessible.
And so by you going and asking the Democrats and the rhinos these questions and them just giving silence, it's actually doing good for the American people to see that silence, to see that these are cowards running from your questions and refusing to be accountable to the very people that they're supposed to be representing in office.
So I appreciate you asking those questions.
But, you know, what else do you got for us going down there over on the hill?
I'm sure there's no shortage of things happening.
It is a busy day.
We're actually standing outside of a hearing right now for the Minnesota fraud that's set to take place here in the next couple of minutes.
So we'll be reporting on that later.
But also another big day on the hill for Treasury Secretary Scott Besson, who is here testifying with some fiery exchanges during this hearing today, namely between Scott Besson and Maxine Waters.
Let's take a listen.
We can just play those clips back to back.
Scott Besson talking about how illegals have contributed to the inflation crisis and then Maxine Waters just, you know, very, very predictable response.
Take a listen to this.
I believe the ranking member does not understand the definition of generalized inflation versus one-time price increases.
I would also note that housing, especially for working Americans, a Wharton study has shown that the mass unfettered immigration, adding 10 to 20 million new people demanding housing, Congresswoman, is what caused a great deal of housing inflation for working Americans.
So you and the Biden administration should be ashamed.
Which is also 10 and 20 million immigrants housing stock of working Americans.
And can you maintain some level of data?
The gentleman's time has expired.
No, my time has not expired.
Your time has expired.
And the gentleman.
The gentleman took up my time.
I think you should recognize that, Mr. Chair.
The gentlewoman's time has expired.
The gentlewoman's time is expired.
The chair recognizes the vice chair released to cheer parliamentary inquiry.
Go right ahead, but I would not expect you to do this.
So Scott Besson is there to answer questions, to testify, and then he's told to shut up by Maxine Waters.
It really is just par for the course for these Democrats.
And, you know, again, I expect nothing less from them.
I was told to shut up by Nancy Pelosi.
I was told to not ask hard questions by Maxine Waters.
So this is just how they operate.
They don't want the truth.
They don't want answers.
They want to point their finger and say, I told you so, I'm right.
And any other differing opinion, even though Scott Besson comes with the facts, is allegedly wrong in the eyes of the Democrats.
So there you have it.
Yeah.
And, you know, it kind of dawned on me as I was watching that.
I was like, you know, I kind of see now why we're not getting the SAVE Act, right?
Because they don't want secure elections.
Because if we had secure elections, we wouldn't have people like that telling, you know, the secretary to shut up.
We wouldn't have the purple-haired, crazy members of Congress.
We wouldn't have the Chuck Schumers that are not taking questions.
Like all of these bad apples and bad examples of members of Congress are literally the result of stolen elections because no way like in hell would bad apples like that exist in a free market.
If they acted like that for a court in a corporate setting, they'd be fired.
Need for SAVE Act Passage00:07:05
Right.
And so the only way that they're not convinced the only way that we have members of Congress like that is because of the fraud, which is why we really need to get that SAVE Act passed.
But you said you're not hopeful there.
I mean, like, what is the likelihood that we could see that?
I guess like, do they want to get it voted on as a single item issue?
Is that what they're they're sort of trying to do here?
That's what it's sounding like now, which is why Ana Paulina Luna originally was saying, come on, guys, we know how this goes.
It gets brought to the floor as a single item issue and it immediately gets turned down because of the zombie filibuster, as Mike Lee calls it, which basically is just the threat of a filibuster.
It doesn't even actually happen.
It's just the mere threat of talking for potentially days on end that it just never makes any progress.
It never gets anywhere.
So that's why Ana Paulina Luna wanted to attach the SAVE Act to the DHS funding bill.
A must-pass piece of legislation to ensure that it is voted on and passed accordingly.
But unfortunately, that didn't happen.
At some point between the talks in the White House and Congress, I guess it was sort of put on the back burner for some reason.
I'm not sure why, because we know President Trump has been very vocal about this.
He wants this absolutely passed because he's been the most vocal about securing our election.
So it's got to pass.
I just think it's very dangerous leaving it in the hands of the Senate and namely John Thune, who hasn't really been super vocal about getting this passed.
And not to mention, he's also had the opportunity to pass the original SAVE Act, which passed the House twice, still sitting dead in the Senate.
He's had the opportunity to bring that to the floor for a vote two separate times over the past hundreds and hundreds of days and has never done that.
So why would anything change now?
I don't know.
I just am not hopeful.
I guess maybe I'm a cynic, but I know how things work here in Congress.
And like you said, Heather, many of these corrupt members of Congress rely on stolen elections and election fraud to hold their positions and to hold their power.
And that is what they're addicted to.
So asking them to give it up is probably very unlikely.
Yeah, totally.
I mean, that's exactly why we are where we are.
I know, I think it was Congressman Thomas Massey put out a tweet because he was unhappy about some of this stuff of the omnibus bill, right?
Like we were in money going to all these other countries, Egypt, Israel, I think Jordan or something like that.
There was like all these other countries that we're sending billions and billions of dollars to, right?
But we have a Republican president.
And I remember at the CPAC that where, you know, they do the, they pull the audience of the attendees, right?
Of what's your top issues, election integrity is always like one of the number one issues among the Republicans.
And so if the Republicans hold the majority and we have a president that represents the Republicans, we have a Congress that represents the Republicans, you know, House and Senate, why aren't we able to pass something as simple as the number one issue for Republicans?
Election integrity, voter ID.
It's like, you would think that would be like, oh, it's perfect.
We have the numbers.
This is going to go right through.
So it's just, it's blowing my mind that, you know, our Congress is doling out money and all these things everywhere, but they're not doing the bidding of people.
It's just.
It's incredibly infuriating, especially with time being of the essence.
I mean, we are just around the corner from the midterms.
And if we do not secure our elections, I don't think we have a country.
And I don't think it's dramatic to say that.
We know what they're capable of doing.
They tell us to our face what they do.
Then they try to turn around onto us and say that Trump and Republicans are somehow stealing elections when we just want them secured.
So we know exactly what to expect come November.
And if Republicans who control all of the government right now don't do their job, it'll go down as the biggest failure in American history.
And I don't know.
I cease to think about what our nation looks like after that.
So hopefully they get their orders of business in action and we can get this taken care of ahead of the midterms, are there?
For sure.
And we've got, we actually, my next couple of guests are going to unpack a lot of the Georgia election fraud with me.
But before you go, last question is who in Congress is actually fighting to get that SAVE Act passed from what you've seen.
Like let our viewers know who the real patriots are down there trying to get that through.
Because I think it's important to give that question.
Yeah, absolutely.
Well, like I said, Anna Paulina Luna really tried to spearhead the charge in the House.
She, along with Tim Burchett, have been fantastic.
Brandon Gill actually put forward a letter with a number of Republican signatures who are urging the passage of the SAVE Act.
I've spoken to Byron Donald, who openly supports it.
There are a number of other Republicans.
Just look at Brandon Gill's latest letter, but I think it was even more interesting than the House Republicans that support it or the Senate Republicans that support it.
And after I asked John Thune the question about the SAVE Act specifically, it was interesting because a massive wave of Republican senators came forward and said they support the SAVE Act for the first time ever.
So I think we're up to 50 Republican senators, which is shocking because remember, most of them are rhinos.
Even the likes of Lindsey Graham and Chuck Grassley are now saying they support the SAVE Act, which is wonderful news.
We'll take our wins where we can get them.
I think it's just the three in the Senate, the standard three, McConnell, Collins, and Murkowski that still have yet to endorse the SAVE Act.
So it has a lot of support.
It's really gained a lot of traction over the past couple of weeks.
And I think we just need to keep putting the pressure on.
Call your representatives.
Let them know you want this pass and keep the pressure on.
Keep the conversations going, especially on X, because when they see these conversations happening, they see that it's like the top looked at item on Congress.gov, that's when things actually happen.
So I think we've done a great job.
We just got to keep the momentum going.
Amen.
Well, great work, Allison, as always.
Thank you for joining us.
Thanks so much, Heather.
All right.
There's your call to action.
Make sure you call your elected officials, your congressmen, and tell them that you want the SAVE Act passed.
So otherwise, as Allison said, we're not going to have a country if we don't secure our elections.
We're going to take a quick break.
And when we come back, we're going to unpack a new scandal in Georgia.
I mean, it's not really new.
I've been covering it for years.
My two guests have been covering it for years, but this time it involves Governor Brian Kemp.
What did he know about the 2020 election when we come back?
Let's face it, you can't trust Big Pharma.
They've already tried to block ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, and raise prices on everything from antibiotics to your daily meds.

FBI Raid Revelations00:15:08
And welcome back, everyone.
Thank you for joining us.
Now we are going to head down to Georgia, where a recent video that I just saw not too long ago of Fulton County's Commissioner Chairman Rob Pitts actually said he received two phone calls ahead of the FBI raid on the election warehouse in Fulton County prior to it happening.
Take a listen.
Well, I'm told that.
I mean, I've gotten up.
I received a call on Monday before last Wednesday, before the raid, that there were going to be arrests in Georgia.
Secretary of State, his deputy, Sterling, I believe his name is, me, and two or three others.
That did not happen on Monday.
It didn't happen on Tuesday.
But lo and behold, on Wednesday, the FBI shows up.
And in addition to the FBI showing up, when Tulsi Gabbard showed up and we'd heard a rumor that she may be coming, I couldn't believe it.
But I didn't meet her, didn't talk to her, but she was in fact there.
So that leads me to believe, and any rational thinking person, that there's something sinister going on here.
There's something bigger than just the FBI confiscating the record records that they took.
So that's why I say that.
But nothing happened.
Now, after the FBI raid on Wednesday, on Friday, I received another call.
Actually, it was Monday, this Monday.
Same source saying that you guys can't relax, even though the FBI has been there and they've confiscated the 700 boxes.
Arrests are coming.
So we'll have to wait and see.
Now, I'm really curious to know who that source is.
Is there a mole inside leaking information about what's to come to this Fulton County Commissioner?
Joining me now are two investigative journalists that have been covering all things Georgia election related for years now.
I have Brian Lupo of Gateway Pundit and Badlands Media, as well as Wendy Mahoney, a citizen journalist covering down in Georgia.
So, thank you both for joining me.
Yeah, thank you for joining me, guys.
Yeah, it's great to be here.
This is the first time actually that I've gotten to speak with Wendy.
We, you know, exchange friendlies and talk about stuff on X, but this is the first time I think we've ever actually spoke.
It's great to meet you in person, kind of, Brian.
Good to see you, Heather.
Yeah, well, you guys have both done phenomenal work over the years.
And it was funny, like before I went to the break, I was like, you know, new revelations in Georgia.
Well, well, well, they're not really that new.
They're not new to us because we've all been in these trenches uncovering this stuff, truth-seeking from the very beginning, but it's new to a lot of people.
So, before we get into Brian, the incredible Substack article that you wrote, I just want to get both your reactions to what Chairman Pitts just said.
He's basically saying someone leaked to him that this raid was going to occur before it happened.
Have either of you heard anything about that?
Because that was news to me.
I haven't heard about a leak that arrests were coming or that the raid was happening, but we do know that Paul Brown, who was the special agent in charge in Atlanta, the FBI field office, had previously sent a letter to Nadine Williams, the director of elections, and voluntarily, you know, asked her to voluntarily hand over the election records that they sought.
And it was a joke of a letter from the FBI.
I mean, we know the state election board has subpoenaed them three times.
You know, there's tons of lawsuits and litigation.
Harmeet Dylan has asked for these records twice now.
Marjorie Taylor Greene requested a formal investigation back in September.
So for the FBI to say that, it felt to me like my first reaction was this is a warning that something else is coming.
And then, of course, Paul Brown was removed from that position.
And that's when the search warrant was gotten on probable cause.
So that to me was the only tip off there.
I haven't heard anything else, though.
How about you, Wendy?
Well, to be honest, I knew there was a raid coming, but like Jan Johnston, I didn't know which day or what was going on.
You know, as you know, both Brian and I have been working on this for many, many years now.
And over the summer, I'm going to be honest, I got a little bit ticked off about the whole thing that these citizens are working so hard on this stuff.
And for whatever the reason, the information has been suppressed.
You know, even Catherine Engelbrecht, her stuff, which, you know, Brian really wrote so well about in his Substack either today or yesterday.
I don't know when it came out, but it's all over because Ted Carroll with Rasmussen mentioned it to me this morning.
And everything that Brian is saying is true.
But in the summer, I contacted people at the DOJ and got Kevin Monkla to put together some documentation.
We handed over everything to them in August.
And, you know, many people have been working on this, but I really do think that the person that I handed it to at the DOJ at that time was the person to give it to because right after that, Jan Johnson was interviewed.
Marjorie Taylor Greene wrote her letter, which we prompted her to do.
And then Harmeet sued the Fulton County, Fulton County for the election materials that Dan Johnson has been asking for for over a year.
And then I think President Trump, I mean, I know he got involved with it again.
And I think President Trump is, it's very tiring to work so hard on this.
And especially for President Trump, who knows what's going on and has seen a lot of the evidence.
I know he has.
I mean, some of my stuff is in congressional record at this point.
Liz Harrington knows about it and she's connected with Trump.
And, you know, this is not conspiracy theory, guys.
I mean, this is a real evidence.
This is, you know, Kevin Monkla's 263-page report is very important.
And of course, you know, I want to give Brian time to talk about this Purdue stuff because it's critical.
And, you know, Catherine Engelbrecht, I have a whole timeline of the RICO ballot case that Catherine Engelbrecht has in Georgia.
And it's what Brian has written today is directly related to that.
So take it from here, Brian.
Yeah.
Yeah, sure.
So, so the grand.
Pull up your Sotstack article.
Let's pull it up on the screen.
We actually have it here.
Grand jury testimony from Senator David Perdue suggests Governor Brian Kemp halted investigation into the 2020 election.
Bombshell article.
You guys have to read it in its entirety.
Brian, take it away.
Yeah.
So the grand jury transcripts from the Fannie Willis Rico case, quote unquote, RICO case, have now been unsealed.
And going through Senator David Perdue's testimony where he's being questioned by Nathan Wade, he asks him, you know, why don't you trust the GBI investigations?
And Senator Perdue offers this example of why he doesn't trust them and brings up the then director of the GBI, the Georgia Bureau of Investigations, Vic Reynolds.
And he says, you know, Reynolds reached out to him and said that we're not going to, and I think you have the clip where you can read it verbatim, but basically says we're not going to investigate this because the governor doesn't want to investigate this and goes on to say, I'm a teen player and that if the governor doesn't want to investigate, we're not going to investigate.
Now, later on in the transcript, it mentions they do a follow-up question with a guy named Donald Wakeford asking Senator Perdue questions.
And Senator Perdue doubles down on it.
And he says that Vic Reynolds, Vic Reynolds, said that they had compelling evidence, phone records, cell phone records, bank records, video testimony, video or excuse me, testimony and video evidence.
They had a lot of evidence and it all got washed away.
Now, yeah, there it is there.
So you can see in the letter that Vic Reynolds wrote to True the Vote that Vic Reynolds claims that they made repeated requests to Catherine Engelbrecht and the organization to provide this witness testimony.
And that's not the case, at least according to Catherine Engelbrecht, who I spoke with yesterday about this.
And she said that they didn't reach out at all.
And in fact, True the Vote had been attempting to re-engage with GBI over this story, and they got nothing.
They got silence.
Now, it's also interesting to note that that GBI letter to True the Vote arrived at the Atlanta Journal Constitution before it arrived at True the Vote.
And Atlanta Journal ran that in a story.
And in that story, they doxed the investigators that were mentioned by GBI in the letter, True the Vote's investigators.
And so there's just no trust there with the GBI at that point.
And so, you know, you kind of disengage.
But this is a very serious accusation made by a former U.S. senator about, you know, first, a first-hand conversation he had with the director of the GBI, who then went on to be appointed as a federal, excuse me, a superior court judge in Cobb County.
And he's not the first person that's been involved in election investigations that ended up getting promoted to a superior court judgeship in Georgia.
Yeah.
So, actually, if we can pull that GBI letter back up, there's the letter that you posted from my, I think I put a tweet up from 2022 right there.
That right there is the actual letter that was, I believe, what leaked to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
And it's so funny because I posted that back in 2022 because they ran it trying to be like, oh, look, the GBI debunked everything.
There's nothing to see here.
There's no real investigation.
But what that letter actually does confirm, if you read it in its entirety, it confirms one, that Greg and Catherine did actually purchase millions of dollars in data and cell phone pings and did the investigation.
Two, it proves that Greg and Catherine actually handed that information over to the authorities, believing in good faith that they would pursue investigating it.
So they handed it to the FBI and the GBI, which is confirmed in that letter.
It also confirms that the data is real, right?
Because I believe the word that they used was the data.
Well, curious, did not rise to the level of probable cause because at the time, the GBI was not reaching, reconnecting with Greg and Catherine to get access to the footage.
So, so it actually confirms that the data itself is real.
And then they needed more.
And so now, right, like after that, the footage was revealed.
We actually have some B-roll we can play of a video.
That right there is a video.
A friend of mine got through an open records requesting Gwinnett County of a gentleman.
We don't know who that is.
I don't know, maybe he's got 20 kids.
I don't know that are all voting age, takes a photo of the ballots, puts it in a Dropbox.
So a lot of this footage came out.
And so when you look back at that letter from the GBI saying, oh, well, the data is real, right?
The data that Greg and Catherine had that said this cell phone went to 20 different Dropboxes during the early voting period.
And now we have footage showing that people were doing things.
They should have opened the investigation back up, but they didn't, Brian.
Yeah, you're spot on.
And the amount of evidence that they accumulated over that time increased.
There was a lot of evidence that was just flat out missing.
And like Wendy was saying earlier, the great work done by people like Kevin Moncla, Joe Rossi, and Garland Favrito and all the patriots, Holly Kessler on the ground in Georgia, they found a lot more stuff on the drop boxes, like fraudulent Dropbox receipts and slips that show the numbers were basically scanned and made up.
And so all of this coming, unraveling now.
But another aspect of this, Heather, that's really important is Nathan Wade was the one asking these questions.
And how much did Nathan Wade reveal to the defense prosecution in, you know, as exculpatory evidence potentially?
Did he investigate that further?
Did he depose Vic Reynolds about that conversation and whether or not Governor Kemp influenced the investigation there?
Because this is an unprecedented conspiracy racketeering case that they levied against a president, you know, and this is really bonkers if you have a governor from his own party that was ultimately the one that you know subverted this investigation.
Yeah, 100%.
And I want to quickly put on screen a statement from Catherine Engelbrecht, the founder of Truth about herself.
I'm going to read it in its entirety.
I know she sent it to you, Brian.
She sent it to me as well.
This is basically her statement.
If we could put that on the screen, I know we have a graphic made of it.
Vic Reynolds, the GBI director at the time, description of what happened with the investigation is untrue.
We met once with Vic Reynolds and his team in the governor's office in early 2021, where we walked them through our initial findings.
After that meeting, we made repeated attempts to re-engage with the GBI and never received a response.
The FBI offered to assist by hosting a secure database so the GBI and other law enforcement agencies could access the information and preserve chain of custody across the states involved.
They were clear, however, that they were not conducting an investigation and did not collect evidence.
Given what followed, it's unclear there was ever a genuine effort on their part.
The next time Mr. Reynolds surfaced was when a letter he wrote and addressed to us appeared in the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
We did not receive the letter at the time it was published.
When we later did, we responded directly to the governor.
The suggestion that this stalled because we failed to provide an informant's name simply isn't accurate.
We were shut out early.
And as public pressure mounted, the focus shifted to blaming us rather than examining the evidence.
At no point was there a serious effort to ask the kinds of questions a real investigation requires.
And Wendy, you've covered Catherine's investigation from the very beginning.
So just your response.
Organized Crime Revelations00:13:34
I am beside myself with joy right now because Catherine has been so vindicated.
And I can confirm if people don't believe, if they think this is some kind of, you know, recursive look back at, you know, something she might have said or something she and Greg might have done, that answer is a lie.
I went through this with Catherine as a journalist, listening to her in real time tell me how often she was shut down.
She put her neck on the line and Greg's neck on the line repeated times to try to get the truth, you know, the evidence to these people.
They shut her down.
They leaks to the AJC.
Like I could go on and on and on about the stuff that I know.
And I actually wrote a piece debunking the AP article on 2000 mules at the time.
I called her and said, do you want me to write it?
Because I knew the evidence.
And then I wrote another timeline of the RICO ballot case.
I mean, I've written countless articles on the work that she's done in Georgia.
And by the way, you know, has been the subject of lawsuits, personal sacrifice, financial sacrifice.
She is an absolute warrior for the truth.
And that's not hyperbole.
I'm just telling you, I watched this unfold in real time.
And she has so much evidence and presented it to everybody involved that Brian is talking about in this article.
And it's a very good article, Brian.
Very good job on that.
Just amazing, amazing work.
And I just salute you for, you know, continuing to persist on this stuff.
It's so important.
And Americans don't understand everything's been so suppressed.
I mean, I could talk for hours about this.
I mean, I think we do realize how important it is given the fact that, you know, like what our country's been through over the last four years, you know, as much as I wish we had gone answers sooner, sometimes I feel like we're all, well, we're always always on God's timing.
But the last four years under the previous administration, I think woke up a lot of people that hadn't come around to where we all were because we were in the trenches.
So, you know, Catherine, she's obviously been amazing.
I want to put her website up real quick if we could.
It's true thevote.org.
They do a lot of great work.
They don't just sit there.
You can go and see some of the stuff they've exposed, but they also have ways you can get involved in your local elections as a poll worker.
They have tools where you can help clean the voter rolls and all sorts of great information.
And I just think the world of Catherine and True the Vote.
So highly recommend everyone watching, go check some of her stuff out.
Yeah, I'm sorry to interrupt, but don't forget her Way Forward document that tells people how we can fix our elections.
So the thing I love most about Catherine is her pragmatic approach to fixing things.
She's a realist.
She is not an idealist.
She understands how people have invested in machines.
There are all kinds of things that we as Americans can do and the president can do and local jurisdictions can do to fix the elections in very quick time if we get to it.
And we're running out of time.
Amen.
Amen.
I mean, there's a reason people like Mark Elias and Stacey Abrams are going to war with her in the courtrooms because she's over target, basically.
And I really want everyone at home to really like understand what's happening here.
You have a group True the Vote that uncovered an actual organized crime operation in our 2020 election.
She handed that evidence of the said crime to the proper authorities.
And now the information Brian has put out is showing that the director of the GBI that she handed that information to chose not to investigate it, according to David Perdue under oath, because Governor Brian Camp told him not to.
And so that's where we're at with this new revelation.
I mean, am I missing anything, Brian, or does that sort of sum up where we are?
The only thing that I would add is you're seeing a continuation of behavior and a pattern is developing, and that is the judgeships, because there's, you know, in the article towards the end of it, I include two other situations in which a inspector general in Georgia and also a district attorney in Georgia were both presented with evidence that the audit that we were promised happened in five counties or six counties in Georgia never actually happened.
And the individual that brought that information to those two officials, he got ghosted after that happened.
And this is a serious story that, you know, we've talked about on the Gateway Pundit on Badlands.
I know Wendy's talked about it as well.
And there was never any, you know, there was never any resolution to that, but both of those people ended up getting superior court judge appointments.
So that's three cases now where Governor Brian Kemp has appointed individuals involved in obfuscating elections that became judges.
And as Bob says here, I've got a fast track way for a judgeship in Georgia.
Yeah, and you can see that tweet that we just put, that was what we have both of those sound bites from that article, from your article.
We can go ahead and play the first one.
I think it having to do with the Pro-VNV.
So let's go, let's take a listen to that.
Thank you, sir.
Most people in here are very familiar with the Liggin report that came out in December just following the election of 2020, especially my friend Sam back there.
What he said in that was, there is ample evidence that this cannot be certified.
Now, why is that important?
Because Judge Ligan, Senator Liggin, was a judge for 16 years in Brunswick, Georgia.
If anybody knows what evidence looks like, it's Judge Ligan.
So shortly after that, on December 17th, I'm sorry, December 22nd, Secretary Raffensperger had a press release that said, I'm bringing together all of government to go after 250 credible cases of fraud in the state of Georgia, 250 credible cases.
Two weeks later, he went to the United States Congress.
He wrote a letter to Vice President Pence, all the members of Congress, and said, nothing is wrong in Georgia.
There's no fraud.
In three weeks, we solved all these 250, at that time, known issues of fraud.
So you tell me where the fraud is.
Many of us, including some attorneys, looked at the letter, a 10-page letter of the U.S. Congress.
It had 42 false statements in it.
Our Secretary of State told 42 false statements to the United States Congress and the vice president.
So within that document was the Pro-V and V audit.
He told us, the citizens, he told the SCB, he's told many courts that this Pro-V and V audit took place.
I worked with Governor Kemp.
I worked with Evan Myers, one of his attorneys.
I worked with the Inspector General Scott McCaffey.
And they tried to convince me that the Secretary of State and Pro-V and V told him that this audit took place.
Well, I asked them, how many counties told you the audit took place?
Zero.
We did open records requests to the counties, and it came back where zero audits were done by Pro-V and V. So now we're making decisions.
Our legislators are making decisions on an audit that never took place.
Thank you for your comments.
Thank you.
I mean, just crazy.
Like, we've been covering this now for so many years.
Do you think finally we're going to see some justice?
Do you guys think we're going to see some arrests here?
Because as he just mentioned, you know, he lied 40-something times to Congress.
So, I mean, I have to imagine lying to Congress is a felony, right?
Or something?
Especially if it's under oath.
I don't know if it was sworn testimony that he gave or not, but, you know, they lied in the open records requests that they responded to.
They made a memo from Pro-V and V with Pro V and V headers and footers and said that, oh, yeah, we're asking, Secretary of State Raffensburger is asking for us to do an audit.
We're going to do it here, here, here, and here.
The only problem is they auto-filled the date and it was July 16th, 2021, which was eight months after the audit allegedly happened.
And so they completely fabricated a memo for an open records request to cover their tracks that they didn't do it.
And so there has to be something in this.
This is a massive racketeering case, in my opinion.
This is a conspiracy to prosecute the president, to defraud the American people of the election.
And they did defraud the entire American people because Georgia was what gave Joe Biden the trifecta in government with the two Senate races that they won on January 5th.
And this was a crime against the American people in that regard.
Yeah, well, I wanted to ask you, Wendy, because this was like a RICO situation, you know, I guess one of the biggest questions I always had is why is it that we had all these different states that this occurred in, but none of the attorney generals in any of those states bothered to do an investigation?
It's like, is the corruption that bad at the state level in so many different places that we didn't have one good attorney general to pick up the torch and like, you know, really deep dive investigate into this?
Yeah, I think it's very hard for people in official positions, entrenched politicians to be introspective about this type of stuff and say, you know, kind of step back a little bit and say, gee, you know, maybe I've got to really be a little bit more self-examining about this, you know, and really look into it.
And one of the things that I really loved about my contact at the DOJ is that he really does have the ability to do that, to be able to step back and examine, because he was in a position before as a secretary of state to, you know, run elections.
And I was able to, he was humble enough over time to be able to look at what I was, because I said to him, I said, I'm not trying to convince you of anything.
Just look at my evidence here.
Look at this group of people of the stuff they've done.
It's all there.
You just have to read it.
And I should add that this Georgia, when I handed him all this stuff from Kevin and Joe and all these people, I said, the focus really needs to be on Georgia or Arizona or one of these states and use it as a blueprint for what happened because nothing, anything that happened in Georgia happens every in every other jurisdiction in the United States.
They're basically stealing elections at scale at this point because we don't have hand marked ballots, all the things.
And so I said, if you can use our taxpayer money and be very efficient with it and use this at a blueprint and don't employ millions of investigators, just look at this case.
Look at what we're handing it to you on a silver platter here.
Just go for that.
And the other thing I said to him, and he was pretty relieved about it, I said, look, no one wants to see people in shackles more than the people who have worked so hard on this and put their lives, their personal lives and their financial lives on the line for this.
But the main thing we want is for the American people, we do not want to relitigate 2020.
We want to help Americans have transparency and trust in our elections.
That's genuinely what we want.
Of course, we are frustrated and wish somebody would get arrested and all that.
But in the end, the most important thing, it's better when your intentions are in this, in a good place of saying, look, you know, yeah, our human instinct is to want to punish everybody and see everybody in an orange jumpsuit.
But in the end, really, that's not an eternal principle.
What the eternal principle is here is to have truth and to have our people of this country be able to, you know, all the soldiers that went in and fought on our behalf for the liberties that we have, to be able to trust our elections, people are losing faith.
And I hope that this evidence that comes out, people will say, oh my gosh, there are some people who care and there are some people who are producing the kind of evidence that can change elections in the future.
Yeah.
And the other thing too is that they've tried to weaponize this to try to divide people and make election integrity like a, oh, that's a conservative talking point.
But like the one thing I want to stress for everyone watching, and you need to get your friends and family on board with this, right?
Is that when election fraud occurs, no Democrat vote counted either, right?
Like nobody's a vote counted.
Judge Presiding Over Election Fraud00:03:41
That's right.
It's basically an organized crime, organized criminal network selecting who's going to have control over us.
That is not what any Democrat or Republican wants.
And I can say this, you know, I don't care if my candidate loses as long as he loses fair and square, right?
If I got to live under somebody else's preferred candidate, fine.
As long as that's who the majority of people want, maybe I got something wrong.
If the majority of the country wants to go in a certain direction, how about it?
But we need to agree on the fundamental idea of election integrity and preserving it so that we're not all getting crushed by a government that is basically selling out our country to cartels and foreign countries and everybody but the American people, right?
Like, and that's what we've sort of been living under.
And, you know, Brian, kudos to you for exposing sort of the scheme that's going on here in Georgia with, you know, basically the guys doing the bidding, getting the promotions.
We have that other sound bite from your article.
I believe it's what an inspector general that turned judge.
Can you kind of explain that a little bit and then toss to it?
Yeah.
So Bob went on to talk about, you know, his conversation with the Inspector General then, who was Scott McCaffey, who ironically was the judge presiding over the Trump Rico case, right?
He was the judge that was presiding over that.
And also, ironically, and a credit to him, I don't know if he knew what was in these grand jury testimonies, but he's the one that lifted the protective order on this so we could actually get access to this and start reading this and finding out that the thought process Nathan Wade went through in prosecuting this case or trying to.
Okay, so we have that soundbite.
So let's go ahead and play that one.
Now, I'll tell you, two months, or I'm sorry, two weeks after Joe went and spoke to the governor, I went and spoke to the governor and I shared 28 allegations of crimes against the citizens of Georgia by the Secretary of State in his office.
I worked with Evan Myers, his executive deputy or his deputy executive counsel for two months.
They didn't find any problems with the evidence we gave them.
He referred it to then Inspector General Scott McCaffey.
I worked with Scott McCaffey for two months.
Scott called me one day and he said, You know, Bob, I'm going to go after one of these 28, 26 allegations.
I said, Scott, how are you going to drop the rest of them?
He says, I can only go after this one.
And it was the pro-VMV audit, which we all know never took place.
And then I gave Scott McCaffey the open records request from the six counties that they said the audits took place in.
And of course, the audits didn't take place in any of the counties.
And guess what happened when I gave that stuff to the Inspector General?
He stopped talking to me.
The Inspector General is now a superior court judge.
I went to a district attorney in the Appalachian Circuit.
I shared the same information with her.
Guess what?
She stopped talking to me.
She is now a superior court judge.
So if any of you guys are looking on how to become a judge, I got a fast track.
All right.
We're at the end of the show, but final thoughts, Brian, in about 30 seconds.
The last thing I'll say is Joe Rossi last two weeks ago also dropped that Fulton County knew all along that they were almost 7,000 ballots short from the machine count to the hand count.
So there is a lot of knowledge about this election fraud.
Media Complicity Revealed00:01:58
And the one entity that we have not talked about, Heather, this whole time is the media.
And the media is complicit in all of this.
The media has been covering this up the entire time, saying no widespread fraud, you know, repeating authoritative sources, a quote-unquote authoritative sources.
Where are you guys now?
Grand jury testimony showing the governor of Georgia covered this up.
Where are you?
Amen.
Make sure you give Brian a follow.
Wendy, your final thoughts, 30 seconds.
I can't say it any better than that.
I mean, look, the media has been very complicit in this and it has to stop.
I hope that my article, I mean, writing articles on X has been very successful for me over the last week or so.
I hope that more people see it and do something about it.
And, you know, there are things that can be done in spite of what people are trying to tell me that nothing will ever happen and that this is never going to be fixed.
I think it can be.
I do too.
And I think as long as we have people like both of you in the trenches telling the truth, I think God will elevate the both of you and the work that you're doing.
And thank you both for joining us on Lindell TV, which is not fake news.
