Executive Actions Update 00:14:56
You ever see this guy with the pillows on flaps?
My pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
He is the greatest.
The Mike Pillow guy.
Mike Lindell.
And he's been with us right from the beginning.
Hi, everybody.
Welcome to the Mike Lindell Show.
My name is Patrick Kolbeck.
I'm filling in for Mike, and we've got a lot to cover as usual.
During this one-hour show, there's a lot of information you're probably not going to hear on any other news network.
And it's important that we share this information for you because this is the information that's really going to shape the battlefield and help get our country back on a firm foundation.
So, and just to kick things off, you know, we're going to go into DC update with Kara Castranova, and she'll be on a little bit later than usual here, but we're going to have her chiming in with the latest and greatest from our nation's capital.
And then we're going to go into a little discussion around illegal immigration updates.
And then we're going to zero in on a topic that I think is very important, and it's around judicial malfeasance.
And when you look at some of these examples, onesie, Tuesday, it's like it's frustrating.
But when you start looking at them en masse and you start seeing a pattern, you start seeing a major reason, I believe, why we're not getting that accountability factor that a lot of people are looking for.
And so along those lines, we want to talk to a gentleman, an attorney out in Michigan that's working on accountability for malfeasance that's going on in Michigan regarding voter roll maintenance.
We're going to have Michigan Mitchell Weinkoop joining us to talk about what's going on in Michigan.
And then, of course, we're going to talk about some Trump truths and some Trump observations around some of the latest actions that are being taken by our president.
And so without further ado, though, I wanted to kick things off, first of all, on that accountability topic.
And it's been clear to me, I mean, it was about a year ago I came to this conclusion.
I was starting to review the Department of Justice manuals and procedures regarding prosecution of election crimes.
And if you go off and look for that document online that they've got a public document, you can go off and review it for yourself.
There is one organization in particular that is extremely important when it comes to the prosecution of election crimes, and that is the head of the public integrity section of the Department of Justice.
Currently, that position is being filled by a gentleman by the name of Ed Sullivan.
He's there in an acting capacity.
But if you go off and pull up, here's a little graphic I put together that highlights the importance of this particular position.
It heads up the election crimes branch.
And it has the authority to determine whether or not grand juries can proceed on election topics in particular.
And it also determines whether or not the FBI can perform anything but rudimentary investigations into this.
So they are kind of the gatekeeper for everything that happens around our elections.
And nothing happens, nothing moves forward in the election integrity space without a good election integrity advocate in that position.
And that is why I kind of want to use this opportunity at the beginning of the show to put out a call.
So for all the listeners that are out here, I just encourage you to contact the president, contact Attorney General Pambondi, and call for the assignment of Ed Martin to the position of the head of the public integrity section of the Department of Justice.
If you want to start seeing some action in the area of election crime prosecutions and accountability, I've been following what Ed Martin's been doing up there for quite some time, and he's one of the good ones.
And we need to encourage him and put him in a position where he can truly make a difference.
Right now, he's overseeing the pardons.
He had up until recently been in charge of overseeing the weaponization of government committee in the Department of Justice.
But apparently due to some issues, I don't know what all the details are, but it appears that Todd Blanch and Ed Martin don't get along very well for whatever reason.
And so Ed Martin is no longer working in the capacity of overseeing the weaponization of government committee.
So that frees up a little bit of time for Ed, and I would love for nothing better than to get him promoted and assigned to the head of the Office of Public Integrity.
This is critical.
He's a man of God, and he's somebody that would actually put integrity back into the Office of Public Integrity.
So I just, you know, I don't put out too many calls to action for the viewers of this show, but this is one of those examples of doing a call to action to work on getting Ed Martin into that position.
Literally, it is the gatekeeper, the center of gravity for all election crime prosecutions throughout the Department of Justice.
I know Harmee Dylan's doing some great work out in the civil rights area.
Those are prosecuted in context of civil rights violations.
The election crimes unit is important.
That's a separate unit, and this Office of Public Integrity is extremely important.
If you want to find out more details about it, go out to the DOJ or use your favorite search engine.
Just go off and look for DOJ election crime prosecution guidelines, and you'll find a nice little report, and you'll understand why this position is so important.
And the fact that we've had a acting designee in that position and by the name of Ed Sullivan indicates that that could be one of the reasons we're not getting a lot of traction on the election crime prosecution front because it's not for a lack of evidence.
The evidence is all over the place.
And so I do want to highlight, though, that we do have some progress moving forward on some things.
And I'm going to call a little bit of an audible here as we wait for Kara to join us.
I'm going to go into a discussion of just border enforcement.
You know, we've all seen the pictures of these anti-ICE protesters all over the board, and they're trying to prevent the enforcement of our immigration laws by ICE officials.
But there seems to be some progress on that front.
I just want to highlight it.
And it was highlighted by a member of the Virginia delegates, a gentleman, former Green Beret special ops guy by the name of Nick Freitas, who's also serving as a delegate in the Virginia House.
And Here's what he had to say, and here's what he observed regarding these anti-ICE protesters seeming to understand the importance of border security.
I don't know if you saw this, but in Minnesota, they're actually setting out these barriers and makeshift checkpoints in order to make sure ICE doesn't get in.
Yeah, they are very concerned about borders and proper ID.
Wait a second.
I think that kind of highlights the whole hypocrisy of this.
All of a sudden, they're finding the importance of border security and IDs.
They're actually, as people are driving through neighborhoods where there's ICE activity and ICE enforcement going on, these anti-ICE protesters are actually prohibiting everyday citizens from driving through those neighborhoods.
So it's obvious to anybody paying attention that these guys are not for securing America's borders.
And there's another issue.
There's another agenda at work here.
And their hypocrisy can't be more blatant when they start doing things like that.
And just another, you know, key data point on the subject of illegal immigration.
There's a judge that actually nullified Trump's executive order preventing illegal aliens from voting.
I just want to kind of highlight this.
Judge Collar Catelli.
If you pull up item two, please.
This is going to get into something we're going to talk about a little bit later here, but there's a Democrat judge that said illegal aliens can vote in the words of Stephen Miller, that the effect of the judge's order and opinion is that illegal aliens can vote as long as they just check the box saying they're American.
It's the same thing we have pretty much in Michigan regards our Constitution.
As long as you sign an affidavit and say you'd never voted before, you're an American citizen or you haven't voted yet, you can go off and vote another ballot in the election.
It's just very frustrating is that they don't want to enforce the voter ID.
That's the importance of passing the SAVE Act.
And I'm sure Cara's going to have something to say about that when she comes on here.
But this is a kind of a big deal that we've got these activist judges that are actively blocking the enforcement of the law.
That's how you know the judicial system's upside down.
And we're going to go into that in a little bit more detail after we speak with Kara.
But I'm going to skip ahead a little bit and highlight some of President Trump's executive actions that almost slipped by the radar.
I haven't heard this reported on any of the national news channels at all, but I think it's quite important.
And every once in a while, it's good to go out to goodolwhitehouse.gov and take a gander at some of the actions, executive actions being undertaken by President Trump.
And one of the most recent actions and most significant recent actions that I can think of deals with an executive order that President Trump issued regarding Cuba and designating it as a national security threat to the United States.
Why is this interesting?
Because it ties into what happened recently out in Venezuela.
You'll notice that we arrested Nicholas Maduro and brought him into custody.
And at the heart of what's been happening in Venezuela is that Cuba has been essentially using Venezuelan government as a puppet.
They've been using it as a funding source, if you will, for their own communist goals inside of Cuba.
And they have been very active at attempting to subvert the United States using the resources provided by Venezuela.
So I don't think it's a coincidence that not too long after the arrest of Nicolas Maduro, Cuba found itself at the target end of an executive order by President Trump calling for Cuba to be designated as a security threat.
And if you, here's in a nutshell, for those of you who prefer to look at pictures instead of read long legalese like in executive orders, here's a summary of what we're talking about.
Effectively, they're highlighting how Cuba is a national security threat because of its alignment with hostile actors like Hezbollah, Hamas, Russia, China, Communist Chinese, and Iran.
They're actively seeking destabilization in the United States.
And because of its proximity to the United States, I mean, we know that the Chinese government has listening posts out there.
We're sure that the Russian government does as well.
And so this is kind of a big deal.
And so what President Trump is doing through the executive order is imposing tariffs on Cuba and essentially expediting the collapse of government that has been anti-American for quite some time.
And so, and he's highlighting a few other cooperative terms in the agreement.
But the bottom line is not only is he calling them a threat, but he's taking specific actions to ensure that the risk associated with the Cuban threat has been mitigated.
So if you're keeping score at home, some of the biggest adversaries and nations that have been attempting to destabilize the United States the most have been Venezuela, have been Cuba, and have been Iran.
And now it's becoming clearer and clearer that we may actually see within the next four years, I mean, within the before the second President Trump administration is over, we may actually see a democratic Cuba, a democratic Venezuela, and a democratic Iran.
And when that happens, I mean, we're cutting off all the funding streams to a lot of the agitators that are in the United States right now.
So Trende Aragua, gone.
The agitators overseas, and there's evidence here in America as well with Hamas and Hezbollah, gone.
That is a huge accomplishment.
And I'll tell you, President Trump keeps talking about the Arch of Independence and talking about the victory arch, analogous to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris and the Arch of Victory in India and elsewhere.
I mean, I think he noted there's like 50 some odd countries have these arches to celebrate various victories.
Well, America's been around for 250 years as of this year, and President Trump wants to celebrate the fact that we have been independent for that long.
It's a big deal.
And so imagine being able to celebrate that with a free Cuba, a free Venezuela, and a free Iran, and then also having America free from the entanglements and the destabilizing efforts of those three nations.
That's huge, not to mention the positive impact on all the other nations around the world when those three bad actors have been put into the corner and subdued and actually taken over by those who appreciate the God-given freedom.
Speaker Johnson's Leadership 00:05:28
So that's kind of a big deal.
And kudos to President Trump and his administration for moving us towards that.
By any chance, is Kara with us yet?
Okay, so we're going to go on to extension number two.
So instead of talking about the President Trump's truths at the end of today's show, I'm going to kind of move up to move them up to right now.
And so in addition to monitoring whitehouse.gov for executive actions worth monitoring, you know, one of the best ways of indicating where President Trump would like to take the country and what direction is by checking out his truth on Truth Social.
So if you pop into item 16 here, what's on President Trump's mind?
Well, what's on the mind of all the networks across the board is the Epstein files and the impacts of the Epstein files.
And President Trump, frankly, I think it's very clear, he doesn't want to talk about the Epstein files anymore because a lot of people are making false assertions around the president regarding the Epstein files.
And so President Trump is effectively saying, all right, I've had it.
Enough of this garbage.
I'm going to go after some of the folks that are making these aspersions, like Michael Wolf.
And we're going to go off and sue him in court.
So obviously the president's reached a point where he's sick and tired of all the folks making these disparaging remarks around his association with Epstein.
I mean, it's clear President Trump was under President Trump that Epstein got thrown into jail.
No other president was doing that.
Definitely not Bill Clinton, who apparently liked his frequent jaunts on Lolita Express out to Epstein Island.
But President Trump has been the one that's turned state's evidence on Epstein and said, and borrowed him from Mar-a-Lago.
So he's got a track record of saying this guy's not a good guy.
So kudos to the president for striking back at the folks who continue to try to make these connections on it.
And guess what?
It's all going to be exposed in a court of law.
And the truth will be told one way or another.
What else does the president focus on?
Well, he was zeroing in on the shutdown and highlighting the importance of getting passage of the remaining elements of government funding because as of January 31st, the government was officially shut down.
Parts of it have been reopened since then, but President Trump put out a truth regarding the shutdown on item 17 here.
And just highlighting the importance of getting out there, nope, not that one, the next one.
Yeah, and working with Speaker Johnson and just making sure it's obvious to anybody paying attention that the folks in the House are a lot easier to work with than the folks in the Senate.
The Senate has a 60-vote threshold for closure vote, which the Democrats believe gives them control of the Senate, even though they don't have the majority.
And that's why President Trump has been pushing so hard for the removal with the redefinition of the rules so that there isn't this 60-vote threshold to go off and pass legislation anymore.
But it's been obvious for all the time that I've been watching President Trump working with Speaker Johnson that Speaker Johnson's been doing a great job.
And they work well together between President Trump and Speaker Johnson.
And I'll tell you, I've been impressed by Speaker Johnson for quite some time.
I had the opportunity to meet him and his family when I was in DC last time.
And I'll tell you, you can tell a lot about a man by his family and by his kids.
And I'll tell you, he's a good man.
And so I know a lot of people want to see things moving faster in Congress in different areas here.
I get it.
He's got 435 cats to herd in the U.S. Congress.
And it's not an easy task.
So, as somebody who's served in the legislature, you can tell when somebody's trying to do the right thing and trying to navigate some difficult waters in the process.
And you can tell when somebody is trying to undermine doing the right thing.
And I can tell you everything that I've seen from Speaker Johnson is that he's trying to do the right thing and good man.
So, hopefully, that relation good relationship between him and President Trump will continue.
I'll tell you, I've been pretty impressed by him, by Speaker Johnson's leadership ever since his opening speech for the first day he was elected as speech or as speaker, which I thought was pretty darn compelling.
And then, what else is the president focused on?
Well, President, as you may have noticed, when somebody goes after him, like the case of all these folks like Michael Wolfe, in regards to supposed Epstein connections, he goes after them quite hard.
And one of the other organizations that he's had a tough time dealing with and been very frustrated with has been Harvard and, of course, the New York Times with them.
So, if you go off to his true social post, you'll notice that he was hitting pretty hard on the New York Times and Harvard.
Critical Minerals Meeting 00:12:58
And so, just pull up that item here and zeroing in on it.
And I just want to highlight too that Harvard's got some election connections associated with it as well.
They were instrumental in participating in what was known as this Election Integrity Partnership, which was essentially a censorship organization featuring collaboration with the federal government, which is a no-no under the First Amendment.
And big media like the New York Times and like Harvard, and Harvard was in there under these what they call civil society.
They were active participants in this election integrity partnership that censored everyday Americans like myself and Mike Lindell and pretty much any meddling kid looking at election integrity.
So, and Congress put out a report on this election integrity partnership, highlighting their role in the censorship of American citizens in direct violation of their civil rights.
So, that's a quick rundown on some of the stuff that we moved up a little bit in the broadcast.
But now we got Kara Castranova online, and we want to hear what she has to say regarding DC updates.
Hey, Kerry, great to see you.
Great to see you, Patrick.
How are you today?
It's a fun little day so far, but we're making progress, and there's some good stuff happening in the background that I'm looking forward to talking to in the not so distant future.
But what do you got cooking?
Well, today, President Trump had a visit with the Colombian president, Gustavo Petro, and this was what was described as a high-stakes meeting aimed at easing months of diplomatic tensions between Washington and Colombia.
The two leaders, as you know, have clashed publicly over drug policy, immigration, and U.S. criticism of Petro's governance.
They met in the Oval Office today to focus on cooperation against drug trafficking and regional security, which folks say is a priority for their nations, given Colombia's role as a key partner in the hemispheric drug fight.
This visit came just weeks after Trump publicly criticized Petro, revoked his visa, and imposed sanctions.
But recent dialogue helped pave the way for this face-to-face encounter today.
As both sides are seeking to reset the relationship ahead of ongoing shared challenges, this meeting was not open to the press.
That was at the request of Columbia.
The officials there requested that the talks be private, and both leaders skipped the usual joint press event and formal greetings in front of reporters.
So, there was no live press coverage of this event or the discussions themselves as reporters were not allowed into the room.
There was an announcement made by President Trump today that we could talk about, where reporters did ask, I'm sure, many questions about that visit.
And from what people are reporting, it went well.
And it was described as cordial, focused on cooperation on issues like counter-narcotics, regional security in Venezuela.
Even though deep policy differences still remain, analysts say that the tone of the meeting was markedly less confrontational than the recent rhetoric, signaling a possible new thought and ties and a willingness to work together against again, despite past tensions.
So I guess that's good news because, you know, obviously we're trying to reset these diplomatic tensions, especially with everything in regards to Venezuela.
More allies, the better, I think, when it comes to that.
So that's what's being reported on that meeting today out of Colombia.
The timing seems to be interesting because it seems to dovetail with that executive order on Cuba.
So it's like it seems like President Trump is trying to solidify our southern border and get everybody on the same page and get back into peace and security mode and get rid of all the attempts to undermine the U.S., either via drug trafficking, human trafficking, and other destabilizing activities.
So this is a good sign.
He's really trying to organize the chairs on the deck of the ship here, it looks like it does.
And a lot of reporters have questions.
This was actually a clip from yesterday, I believe, when reporters asked about this upcoming, at the time, upcoming visit with the Colombian president and why he, why President Trump feels that his tone has changed.
Take a listen to President Trump from the Oval Office yesterday.
Yeah, please.
About your meeting with President Petro later this week, he's been quite critical of you since you spoke back in January after the Maduro raid.
What would you like to hear from him in terms of drug trafficking in Venezuela?
Well, we're going to see.
I mean, he's been very nice over the last month or two.
He was certainly critical before that, but somehow after the Venezuelan raid, he became very nice.
He changed his attitude very much.
So he's predicting that it was because of that raid.
You know, as President Trump always extra, a little bit extra, but I thought that that's probably accurate when he says that and changing his tune after he did see what happened to the Venezuelan Maduro.
So from what I understand, it was a very cordial, productive meeting, starting to reset those relationships, which is something that President Trump's actually pretty good at.
You know, he talks a lot.
I think a lot of it is just his luster, but it works.
It's effective.
And people are afraid.
So I think that in the very least, today was a good day when it comes to that meeting with the Colombian president.
Looking forward to hearing more about that.
Yeah, you notice, I mean, President Trump has historically amazing how many times he turns the other cheek with a lot of these other leaders.
Now, I mean, he don't get me wrong, he gives as good as he gets.
There's no doubt about that.
But the fact is, he does turn the other cheek when it's in the nation's best interest.
And I appreciate that.
He does.
And, you know, the president also made an announcement today regarding rare earth minerals in the Oval Office.
This opened up to the press, and there were a lot of reporters in there asking questions.
Obviously, critical minerals is something that really has came out in the past year.
Nobody was talking about critical minerals before, but this president feels it's very, very important to make sure that we don't fall behind in the United States when it comes to rare earth minerals, especially behind China and Russia.
So President Trump made this announcement today.
If you guys could roll that clip regarding businesses that run out of critical minerals and what the United States is doing with this new project called Project Vault to make sure that the United States has a stockpile of critical minerals.
Those are in market disruptions.
Today we're launching what will be known as Project Vault to ensure that American businesses and workers are never harmed by any shortage.
We don't want to ever go through what we went through a year ago.
Just as we, although it did work out, thank you.
Just as we have long had a strategic petroleum reserve and a stockpile of critical minerals for national defense, we're now creating this reserve for American industry so we don't have any problems.
This historic initiative will combine $10 billion in export-import bank financing with $2 billion in private sector financing.
And we even expect the American taxpayer to make a profit from the interest on the loan used to start the Project Vault.
It's an amazing thing.
They've been talking about it for years.
Other presidents did a lot of talking, but they didn't do anything.
So I think it's great.
It's ingenious, really.
I mean, critical minerals are everything.
It's what's in your cell phone.
It's what's in your car.
It's what's in medical equipment.
It's basically now what makes the world go around way more valuable than gold or anything precious metal.
So the fact that, you know, the president is thinking ahead and about the future when it comes to these critical minerals, I think is really great and you should get accolades for that.
I have another clip of the president continuing about his administration and the steps they're taking to make sure that we have all the rare earth minerals that we need for years to come.
Take a listen to President Trump.
The past year, my administration has taken extraordinary steps to make sure the United States has all of the critical minerals and rare earths that we need.
We're investing in mining projects.
Really, we're expediting federal permitting.
You know, the federal permitting, and a lot of it is Lee Zeldon, who's been fantastic, but federal permitting is such a big deal.
And we're doing that.
The permitting of mines and signing major critical mineral deals with countries from all over the world, and we're getting along with all of them.
Every one of them, they want to be in the proper position.
We're working very well with countries from all over the world today.
We're building on these achievements with this vital new reserve.
So good news coming out of the White House.
So it's today regarding critical minerals and how important it is that we make sure that we have enough of those, obviously, as they are in everything that we literally touch.
The president also took questions on various topics.
One of them in particular that jumped out to me is something that a lot of people have been asking about body cameras regarding body cameras on federal agents that are doing those ice ice raids, you could say, in Minnesota.
So a reporter asked a question today, and the president thinks that body cameras are good, but interesting take that they're good for the officers because then the people that are on the body cameras confronting the officers can't lie and said an officer did something that they didn't do.
So it works both ways.
I think these body cameras, I think they're a good idea because it protects the people and it does protect the officers.
Video doesn't lie.
I think it's important that these body cameras are sent out to Minnesota, which they are being sent as we speak.
Here is President Trump speaking on that subject just about an hour ago.
Christy Noam just announced that you're deploying body cameras to Minneapolis.
What's your thinking behind this decision and do you want to see this?
Well, it wasn't my decision.
I would, you know, I leave it to her.
They generally tend to be good for law enforcement because people can't lie about what's happening.
So it's generally speaking, I think 80% good for law enforcement.
But if he wants to do that, I'm okay with it.
Remember one thing, we closed the border.
I got elected on a disastrous border, and we have nobody coming in through our border anymore.
We had 25 million people come in in four years through our border.
Many of them were murderers and drug dealers and those mentally insane from mental institutions and insane asylums.
And now we don't have anybody coming in for nine months now.
I mean, they actually report zero.
We have zero people coming in, which I find hard to believe, but the Democrats do that report.
They tend to be left-leaning that do that report.
So I assume it's true.
If it's not, it's a very tiny amount of people.
But we basically have a tremendously perfect, strong border.
And also, crime levels are at the lowest point they've been in 125 years.
Since 1900, we have the best numbers.
And that's despite the fact that we had a lot of criminals and murderers.
11,888 murderers came in.
And we have the lowest numbers that we've had in 125 years.
So, you know, so we're doing a good job.
If she wants to do the camera thing, that's okay with me.
So, yes, that I think is good news for both sides because now nothing can be misconstrued.
And, you know, with those body cameras, I think that it's transparency and sunlight is always best when it comes to police and it will protect the police as well.
As President Trump mentioned, that is a really good point.
So they won't be able to make false accusations.
You know, I think that it will clear up whatever happens, the public should be able to see it rather than riots and wonder what happened for days on end.
I think that when that body cam footage was released after Renee Good was killed, it sort of cleared the air for that police officer.
So that was something that was helpful to the police in that sense.
And hopefully that will be the case moving forward and that will just prevent any speculation from both sides.
Patrick.
All right.
Well, thank you as usual for your update.
I got to tell you, it's pretty exciting to see you and Allison, Heather, all you guys with access out to the White House and be able to get in there.
It's such a historic time in our country.

Discussion On Michigan Voter Rules 00:15:36
My name is Patrick Kolbeck, and we got a very special half hour ahead of us here today.
And I want to kick things off with a discussion over part of law that a lot of people don't really appreciate.
And there's kind of this hierarchy in our nation's legal system that says, number one, the Constitution.
That's the highest law in the land.
After Constitution come statutes that's passed by a legislature to govern our affairs in the states.
And then last is the idea of rules or regulations.
So a lot of times when the legislature passes laws, they leave room for the executive branch to go off and describe how that law will actually be implemented.
And so today's discussion, we've got a very special guest with us, Mitchell Weinkoop.
He's an attorney.
And he's going to talk about how that third tier of our legal system, getting into the rules process, how that has been, let's just say, subverted to actually deny the rights of some of our citizens, in particular regarding our elections.
And in particular, there's this Rule 13 in Michigan that deals specifically with voter role maintenance that our Michigan Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, decided to write a new rule to make it pretty much impossible to go off and get rid of illegal voters in our voter roles.
So I just want to welcome to the Mike Lindell Show.
Mitchell, thank you for joining us.
And by the way, thank you also for supporting my good friend Fonnie Montravati because his organization, CheckMyVote.org, was specifically targeted by this new rule as an organization that they said their data couldn't be trusted.
And the truth of it is his data came from the Secretary of State.
So anyway, it's kind of a boomerang effect.
But thank you for joining us today.
Absolutely.
Thank you for having me on.
So there's not too many lawyers willing to dig in on the election topic.
And I just say thank you, bottom of my heart, on behalf of all the Meddling kids, not just in Michigan, but across the country.
So thank you for coming to Fonnie's defense on this.
Yeah, of course, I'm a Michigan native, so it's near and dear to my heart to work on some of this stuff.
But yeah, you mentioned, you explained it perfectly, the hierarchy, there's the Constitution, there's laws, and then there's regulations that are passed by different agencies within Michigan.
So some background.
So under Michigan election law section 512, that gives the right to every registered voter to challenge another registered voter's registration status.
And they do this by submitting an affidavit to the municipal clerk.
Now, under the law, upon receipt, the clerk has a duty to send a notification to the challenged voter and wait 30 days for a response.
So if the challenged voter does not respond within 30 days, then the clerk of the county clerk has a duty under the law to cancel that registration.
Now, Jocelyn Benson, the Secretary of State, has, well, is soon to enact a set of regulations that basically create a whole new standard that is basically impossible to meet.
And that standard is the requirement for quote-unquote personal knowledge.
Now, personal knowledge is defined in the rules in a pretty absurd way.
You need to have a first-hand observance of the information that you're basing your challenge on.
And it goes on to say that even observing reliable information such that you would get from a platform such like checkmyvote.org, as you just mentioned, is not allowed.
So essentially, you need to have, you need a first-hand witness that say, like, if you're challenging that someone doesn't live in the county anymore and that so their registration status is disqualified, you need to have, I guess, firsthand personal knowledge that they moved.
But you can't use any online database, which this is completely exceeding the statutory rulemaking authority of the Secretary of State in creating this new standard that doesn't exist in the actual election law.
Now, Mitchell, to put this in the big picture context, this is the same Secretary of State that as soon as she took office, according to a memo by the previous Secretary of State, Ruth Johnson, she seeded the qualified voter file with somewhere around 800,000 ineligible voters into the voter registration database.
In other words, it was a slush fund that allowed people to assign ballots to voters without their knowledge or to fake voters with the full knowledge of the people doing the association.
So this is kind of a big deal that she's making it more difficult to go off and expunge the qualified voter file of these fake voters.
So she essentially messed up the voter file.
We've got a bunch of citizens like my good friend Fonnie Montravati with Check My Vote and all the people working with him that are trying to do a cleanup on IL 5.
And she's deliberately trying to prevent people from accessing Aisle 5.
Yeah, that's exactly right.
And unfortunately, with how little legislative oversight there is over the rules that she puts out, it's left to people like Fonnie to try to challenge this in the courts, which she knows this can take years sometimes to actually reach a final resolution.
And when you're enacting regulations this close to an election, it makes it, puts people in a very difficult spot.
And unfortunately.
But let's put a finer point on the games that they're playing through the rules-making process, shall we?
Because in the way Michigan law is set up, there's a process where a new proposed rule is subject to scrutiny by what's called the JCARS Committee.
It's a joint committee on administrative rules.
I used to serve in the Michigan Senate.
One of my mentors, Senator Papa George, said this is probably one of the most important committees that gets zero attention because of things like this.
And here's the game that gets played.
Right now, the Democrats are in control, essentially, of the Senate.
Republicans are in control of the Michigan House.
And if there's not a quorum, if there's not a sufficient number of Democrats participating in a committee hearing where these rules are set before it, the rule will automatically get put into law.
So, in other words, the Democrats are actually incentivized not to show up to these committee hearings because if they do, this rule will automatically be passed into effect.
And if they were to show up and have that rule voted down, which all indications are that they would not have sufficient votes to pass this, then it would not be passed on.
So, this is a game that's being played.
Essentially, now we're getting into the nitty-gritty of procedures and rules.
And it's important for folks to know how the game is played because this is a dirty pool in my book.
Yeah, as I mentioned, there's just no legislative oversight given the quorum rule.
So, she basically has carte blanche to pass whatever regulation she wants, so long as the Democrats don't show up to these hearings.
And, you know, without if they don't show up, you can't make any objections.
Oh, that's exactly right.
It's talk about upside down.
That's not the way it's supposed to work.
And if you want, I could go into some of the details about how the Secretary of State obviously was feeling the pinch from the folks working with Fonnie to identify these illegal voters because they called him out specifically in a rule.
So, that's like the equivalent of saying, I'm going to put together a law that says Pat Colbeck shouldn't be allowed to go into these buildings or whatever the case may be.
They actually wrote into their rule, into effectively law, that Fonnie's organization should not be trusted.
Is that what am I missing here?
Here's an example.
Here's the actual rule that they yeah, as you can see under 3A, they specifically name Check My Vote along with two other online databases that election integrity activists use to challenge voter roles and get illegal voters off the rolls.
And in the draft, that's actually the draft rule.
And at the public hearing, I believe over a thousand people came out or submitted comments in support of Check My Vote that it is, in fact, a very reliable source of information.
And many of these comments came from acting clerks.
So these aren't just general members of the public.
And in response, this is where things get really interesting.
In response, they actually did remove the reference, specific reference to Check My Vote and the other two databases.
But what's especially interesting is that in a public record request that we obtained through the Freedom of Information Act, I know a couple other election organizations in Michigan got the same documents.
We got emails from the Secretary of State, one of the attorneys, is addressing all of the public outrage about this specific provision and actually says, Well, let's just rewrite the rules.
Let's just pay lip service to all these people, but it's going to have the same effect.
She said that that's almost a direct quote of what she said.
I don't know if you have that email handy.
Yeah.
Yep.
But I think that just shows like a general really contempt for the public that they're going to pretend to be interacting with the public and taking their feedback seriously, but they're really not.
And I think it's evidence of bad faith.
Yeah, and it goes even further than that.
I mean, that was my FOIA request that we popped up and I submitted that and got it out to Fonnie and said, get a load of this.
And it's very frustrating.
There's definitely contempt.
And they use a lot of other ways to obstruct access to this information.
So in that same FOIA request, I asked for all their chat room communications because it's very unclear to me and a lot of people observing what drove the need for this new rule to be put in place.
There is no discussion of what was compelling to go off and clarify why this is necessary.
None of their communications and emails indicate that, which is why I asked for their chat room communications, which I found via previous emails.
They use these chat rooms for all the sensitive communications that are going on.
And they use that because chat room discussions disappear after a week or after 30 days, according to their document retention.
So these guys are playing games, and you nailed it by saying they have complete disdain for the citizens at large.
They're effectively saying, talk to the hand.
And just to put this in context for everybody, this is the same Secretary of State whose attorney before the Michigan Court of Appeals actually stated that Benson only follows the laws that she agrees with.
And if you don't like that, you can sue her.
So it sounds like we're going to have to take her to court.
And she's actually egging us on to do that.
Yeah, and that's what we're planning once these go into effect for your move forward.
So yeah.
It shouldn't be like this.
I mean, we're not, citizens at large do not have endless pits of money or time.
And they definitely don't have access to a large number of lawyers.
I mean, that's why I think it's worth celebrating the fact that you're engaging on this front because we do need that legal support.
There's literally only a handful of lawyers in Michigan that will even touch an election process.
So how can people follow your work, Mitchell, and how can they help out?
Yeah, you can follow us on X.com.
It's at it'syourgov or you can go to it'syourgov.org.
Okay.
And again, I'm with the Oversight Project, and we're an organization focused on combating waste fraud and abuse in both the federal government, and we do substantial state-level work too.
Excellent.
Well, it's very much appreciated.
Unfortunately, you have a target-rich environment for that charter.
So anyway, keep up the good work.
Thank you for doing everything you're doing.
We appreciate it, and take good care of my friend Fonnie, okay?
We'll do.
Thanks, Pat.
All right.
Thanks, Mitchell.
All right, everybody.
Well, we're coming to a close of another edition of the Mike Lindell show.
But before we close out, I want to kind of go over some of the problems we've been having in the judiciary.
So obviously that last discussion, we were going to talk about issues with the executive branch, and they're essentially daring us to go off and sue them.
Why are they daring us to sue them?
Because there's a lot of evidence that supports the fact that the judiciary is corrupt as heck right now and needs some cleansing and needs some appreciation for the fact that Lady Justice is supposed to be blind in the enforcement of our laws.
And so I kind of want to go through rapid fire here some of the recent examples of judicial malfeasance that has occurred.
And first of all, let's start where the Lady Justice does not have the blindfold on anymore.
And let's start with Don Lemon.
And a judge recently ruled that Don Lemon, who was interfering with the church services out in Minneapolis, which is a clear violation of the law.
The judge not only let him go, but she also allowed him to let him go without bond, I think it was, but he let him go.
The judge, sorry, she let him go out of the country so he could take a vacation before he faces the trials and tribulations of going through the judicial system for his malfeasance.
You know, meanwhile, against that backdrop, we got Tina Peters sitting in jail for nine years for doing her job as clerk.
So that's a little bit difficult for folks like me to stomach.
Let's go on to the next example.
We got another leftist Michigan judge who's been charged with fraud.
I mean, so the corruption was actually caught in this case where we've got a smug look here on Judge Andrea Bradley Baskin, who was charged with fraud by the Trump Department of Justice.
Notice that it wasn't the state officials engaged in this.
It was the federal Department of Justice and highlighting that here we have an active judge actually guilty of fraud.
And then here's another example of fraud that hasn't been tried yet, but I have submitted this information up to officials at the Department of Justice.
$82,500 Contribution Controversy 00:06:52
And this deals with our Michigan Secretary of State issuing an $82,500 contribution to, well, that's next.
So our Michigan Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, through her Michigan Legacy Pact, issued a $82,500 donation to the election campaign for Michigan Supreme Court Justice Kyra H. Bolden at the same time that Benson was a defendant in a case before the Michigan Supreme Court.
And wouldn't you know it?
A couple months after the $82,500 donation was made to Justice Bolden's campaign committee, Justice Bolden issued the majority opinion.
She actually wrote the majority opinion in favor of Jocelyn Benson in the O'Halloran v. Benson case, overturning previously unanimous decisions against Jocelyn Benson.
So me, that looks like bribery.
And so it should be prosecuted, investigated as bribery.
I've done my best by filing complaints with the Attorney Grievance Commission, Judicial Tenure Commission, and even the Michigan Supreme Court, and have come up as zilchnata.
So now it's in the hands of federal government.
So hopefully they can hold her accountable on that as well.
And here's another problem.
Everybody says that we've been having issues getting accountability for all the election lawsuits.
You've all heard the garbage around saying that there were 60 some odd lawsuits around the 2020 election.
They were all decided against those asserting that there was election fraud.
Well, I want to give you one of the examples of one of these cases.
And it deals with Constantino versus City of Detroit.
And I actually provided testimony in support of this lawsuit.
And I observed that these machines at the Detroit Avi County Board were indeed connected to the internet.
I'm a certified Microsoft Small Business Specialist.
I'm a former Michigan senator who served as vice chair of the Senate Elections and Government Reform Committee.
So I have a pretty good understanding of what's supposed to be happening and what's not supposed to be happening and submitted that affidavit.
And here's what the judge in this case, Judge Timothy Kenney, issued, the statement he issued regarding my testimony.
And if you pull that up, what he's effectively saying is because before the election, I highlighted that there is evidence of COVID being used to interfere with the oversight of the election process by Poll Challenger.
We actually have a tape where somebody training Detroit election workers was specifying that now that they have this six-foot rule, they need to make sure that they put their monitor up against a wall that is within five feet of that wall so that the poll challenger can't go behind and actually monitor what's going on there.
We actually had this on tape.
And so that's what I was alluding to.
So the judge, my testimony around the machines and everything else was not refuted as credible because there was no back and forth in the bench trial that occurred here.
He just dismissed it out of hand in favor of the Detroit election officials.
He said, no, these machines were not connected to the internet.
Very frustrating because I was actively looking for fraud, I was looking for malfeasance in the election, the judge disqualified me on that basis.
It's like disqualifying an NFL referee from calling an off-sides penalty because he was trained on how to look for offsides before the election.
So that's just one example of the garbage that happened in a lot of these election lawsuits.
And so whenever you hear this 60-plus court case mumbo jumbo around the fact that election fraud has been discredited, it's complete garbage, guys.
And here's just one example of this.
And then just to give you another indication of why we're having trouble in the court system, here's you've heard about the five-year-old boy that was detained by Department of Homeland Security when he was abandoned by his biological father, who ran away from authorities here.
So this leftist judge, Judge Barry, literally, in his opinion, said with a judicial finger in the constitutional dyke, it is so ordered.
Extremely unprofessional.
And the only thing noteworthy in this case, frankly, besides the fact that it indicates a leftist judge, is the fact that the DHS, by taking care of this five-year-old boy, has actually provided more child care services than all the Somali daycare services in the city of Minneapolis.
And then last but not least, we have Judge Boesberg.
And there's been impeachment papers drawn up and filed out in Congress on him.
But just to show you how bad this guy's, for what he's been in the center of, he essentially was the one that was authorizing the subpoenas regarding Operation Arctic Frost that targeted Mike Lindell and many others in the election integrity movement.
A lot of Trump supporters.
He halted mass deportations.
And essentially has effectively, he's like the poster child for Trump derangement syndrome when it comes from the bench.
So his blindfold's fully off.
And if you have any association in a positive context with President Trump, he's coming after you.
So that's the garbage we're dealing with in the judicial system right now.
And so that's a bit of a concern.
So guys, we're going to have to wrap up today's show here.
But just a reminder of everything.
As much as we see all this division that's out there, there is a plan on how we can come back and get unified.
And like I like to end all the shows, let's just go back and get a reminder of what it takes to get America truly great again.
I wish they had left us some kind of training manual, some kind of a secret sauce recipe card that we can pick up and go, all right, here's what it is, here's what we do.
What do we do?
How do we get back to that?
You know, when the children of Israel going into the promised land, they crossed the Jordan River and God stood it on in and they walked across.
And before the waters stopped parting, God told them to take 12 stones from the bottom of the river and put it up on the top of Mount Gilgal and make a monument.
So that when your children ask, what are these stones, you'll be able to tell them this is where God parted the seed.
And that's what the pilgrims left us.
Pilgrim's Monument of Liberty 00:01:02
They left us a monument that not only gives tribute to what was accomplished here, but it gives us a specific strategy, a breakout of a blueprint of if we would ever forget what made America great, what made us free, we can go back and follow that strategy and it's right up on a hill a half mile from here.
Right here?
Right here.
It's the largest granite monument in America and it's hidden on a hilltop overlooking Plymouth in a residential neighborhood.
I've never heard of this.
Hardly anybody in America knows about it and yet the people of America put this together over a 70-year period, paid for by the Congress, paid for by the state legislature in Massachusetts, as a strategy laid out.
We call it the Matrix of Liberty that was given to us by the forefathers, by the pilgrims.
What built America?
This is it.
And if we want to try something else, yeah, people can try other things.
But in the history of the world, the one strategy that has brought more liberty, more prosperity, and more joy than any other is this strategy.
Export Selection
