My name is Patrick Colbeck, and I want to wish everybody a very happy Groundhog Day.
So if you've seen me before on Mondays, it's a repeat of that, just like the movie.
So I'm back here on Monday filling in for Mike as he handles the campaign trail there as he's in his run for governor.
And so today we're going to go through the usual rundown here, kicking off with information from Allison Seinberg out in D.C.
But along with that, we're going to cover a lot of other topics that you're not going to hear on any of the other news networks.
I go out of my way to make sure that we're talking about the stories that you need to know about rather than the latest information on the Epstein files, which I'm sure all the other networks are going to cover ad nauseum.
So if you want to hear about Epstein, this is not the show for you.
We're going to be focused on stuff that really has some impact upon you and your loved ones and our country as a whole.
And so we're going to be talking about what's going on in regards to the Armada that President Trump has sent out to the Middle East and intent upon pressuring Iran and to honoring the desires of the vast majority of their population there for freedom.
We're also going to talk about something that wasn't discussed much.
It popped up on my radar on Friday.
And it was a National Association of Secretaries of State conference that Pam Bondi, Attorney General Pam Bondi, DHS Director Chrissy Noam, and DNI Director of National Intelligence Helsi Gabbard were all slated to speak at, which was very interesting.
Here you've got all the secretaries of state across the country in one place and you had those three members of President Trump's cabinet seeking an audience to speak with these secretaries of state.
So it's a big deal.
We're going to talk a little bit about that later.
And then we're going to talk about the status of federal election integrity legislation and then do a deep dive into Fulton County And that asset seizure that happened last week and why it matters, why it's important, and what it could mean for similar actions in other states.
And we're going to be joined by Wendy Strzok-Mahoney.
She's one of those citizen journalists I like to call meddling kids that's been helping to package all this information that investigators and researchers have been pulling together all across the country.
And so we're going to hear from her at the bottom of the hour.
And then to wrap up today's show, we're going to go over some of President Trump's most recent truths because I believe that those truths give us a pretty good indication of where we should be keeping our focus in the coming weeks because it's kind of a way of shaping the battlefield, if you know what I mean.
So with that being said, we're going to kick things off with a DC update from Allison Steinberg.
Funding Impasse Discussion00:15:29
Allison, you there.
Hey, Patrick.
Good to see you.
Happy Monday.
Happy Groundhog Day.
Yes, happy Groundhog Day.
I guess it's going to be a long winter.
I'm ready for the sun, but it's freezing cold here in DC, as per usual.
I guess that makes sense, though, because everything is frozen currently, even the funding bills, which we'll get right into that.
Thank you.
Thank you so much.
So as we reported on last week, the Senate was having a very hard time coming to an agreement on the DHS funding.
All of the other bills to keep the government up and running have passed the House and the Senate.
So everything's good there.
But we are currently in a partial government shutdown because they can't come to an agreement on DHS funding, which, as we know, is sort of a result of all of the insanity that we've seen in Minnesota.
Democrats pretty much just want to defund DHS altogether.
While Republicans, I would hope, would be fighting for DHS, but many of them have been proven to be rather weak.
They're actually seemingly caving with Democrats on this issue.
So now concerning.
Yeah, sorry, quick question.
I was under the understanding that the Big Beautiful bill, as it was passed, actually had the ICE funding in it, and particularly for the additional agents out there.
So how can they be playing games with this right now?
I thought that was a done deal.
Well, that's a great question.
The Big Beautiful bill does provide massive funding for DHS.
I believe it's 87% more than just last year.
But there is additional funding needed for DHS in this additional appropriations bill.
So that's what the fight is over.
Democrats, of course, are going to try to axe this and mix it at any given point, which is exactly what they're doing.
So ultimately, since I heard that.
Windshield replacements.
Is that what they're holding out for?
They don't want to pay for the windshield replacement.
Exactly.
Exactly.
It's so ridiculous.
It's so petty.
But, you know, they'll do whatever they can to throw a wrench in what needs to be done here.
So now we're finding ourselves in this complicated situation where we're going back to the House for a procedural vote called a rule.
Ultimately, this procedural vote has to pass to then get it onto the floor for an actual vote in the House.
So it's just becoming this back and forth.
It's a very complex situation.
And it's sounding like we won't have any traction on this until Tuesday.
Mike Johnson is saying that he's fairly confident this is going to be resolved on Tuesday, though I'm not so sure about that.
I think this could be an ongoing fight throughout the week, if I'm being honest.
And then you also have to factor in the SAVE Act, which Anna Paulina Luna has been talking about attaching this onto the DHS funding bill now that it is going back to the House.
You can see her post right there.
She's saying, you know, she's been very vocal about this and God bless her because she's like one of the few that's actually trying to get this done once and for all.
But she's saying that the SAVE Act is not going to pass in the Senate as much as they're promising now that they're going to bring it to the floor for a vote.
She's saying that's not going to happen.
That's a bunch of hogwash.
It will not be passed unless it is attached to this DHS funding bill, which is great.
But now we are also learning that Chuck Schumer just came out within the last hour and said Democrats will block any attempt to pass voter ID and citizenship to vote in the Senate through the SAVE Act.
He said it's dead on arrival in the Senate.
It imposes Jim Crow restrictions on voting.
So this whole thing is a big mess.
I don't know where this is going to lead us, but I think that we need to be reminded of what the Democrat vision is for America.
I mean, they tell you outright, right?
We know why Chuck Schumer doesn't want voter ID measures in place.
But in case anyone forgot, let's just take a listen because he's telling us directly what this is all about.
Listen to this clip from Chuck Schumer.
Short of workers, we have a population that is not reproducing on its own with the same level that it used to.
The only way we're going to have a great future in America is if we welcome and embrace immigrants, the DREAMers and all of them, because our ultimate goal is to help the DREAMers, but get a path to citizenship for all 11 million or however many undocumented there are here.
11 million, really.
I'm sure it's substantially more than that.
I mean, we know there was at least 20 million just under Biden.
So that might be the underestimate of the year, but that's what it's all about.
It's all about, you know, helping the illegals and putting the hardworking American taxpayers last.
That is the priority of the Democrats.
And they've proven that time and time again.
I guess this latest, you know, partial government shutdown is just the latest example of how they operate.
This is their funding stream for the Democratic Party.
This is the way that they stay in power.
It's through all the illegal funding mechanisms that are enabled through these illegal immigration illegal immigration policies that are out there.
That's what's causing all these issues, and that's why they're defending it.
Ultimately, this is their gravy train.
All these NGOs that were doge out at the beginning of the President Trump, almost all of them had some tie into this human trafficking and illegal immigration that was happening with the Democratic Party.
And now they are officially on record as seeking to essentially not enforce the rule of law.
So they work so much harder for people that are breaking the law than they do for the people that are actually abiding by the law that it's disheartening to see as a citizen.
Remember, this is our 250th anniversary of the country, and we're staring this kind of stuff in the face on a regular basis.
They truly want to remake America into something completely different from its founding.
That's exactly right.
And it's so upsetting to know that that is actively being worked on by the Democrats, but not just the Democrats either.
The Republicans, the weak Republicans are equally complicit in this.
And Anne Paulina Deluna has done a fantastic job of calling that out as well, basically saying that the Senate is working to not actually even move forward with the president's agenda, but to undermine it so that they can further their own political interests and their own well-being.
So it's extremely disheartening.
I know this is like so far from what our founding fathers intended.
And this is the opposite of how this country was intended to run.
So I just find myself asking time and time again, can this even be reformed?
I mean, we have a few good members of Congress who are fighting the good fight and doing the right thing here, but it seems that the majority are doing just the opposite.
So it's very frustrating and it's sad that we, the people, have to suffer as a result of that.
All this discussion gets me motivated to run for office again.
And I couldn't stand the eight years that I served in the Michigan Senate.
But it just ticks me off so much to see these people operating the way that they're operating.
And particularly in the Senate.
I mean, that filibuster shouldn't be anywhere near there.
I see, you know, Representative Anna Paulina Luna is working on essentially what we used to call a tie bar, which says that you can't pass this unless you pass this as well.
And there's always a little like a poison pill in the legislation that says this rule or this law does not take effect until you pass this law as well.
And so it seems like that's their the federal version of what we used to do at the state level.
So I guess that's what it takes, but that's just not where I'd like to head things because that leads to things like omnibus spending bills as well, which you have no transparency on whatsoever.
So I hope they get their feces consolidated out there pretty soon.
It is a mess, and I hope the same.
And I think the best thing we could do, not to discourage people, because it does seem hopeless at times, but it's never hopeless because our faith is in Jesus number one, but also we can get involved and put the pressure on our Senate, our members of Congress.
So just call them and let them know your thoughts.
I mean, that's how the SAVE Act literally gained this much traction is because from a grassroots level, people got so engaged and so impassioned about everything that the SAVE Act entailed that it actually garnered the attention of Thune and Senate Republicans.
So keep calling them and keep putting the pressure on is my advice to the American people.
Good advice.
Very good advice.
Well, thank you very much, Allison.
Appreciate the update.
And we'll see where things head later in the week.
But right now, the government shut down and we'll, for the most part, or not for the most part, most part, we're actually operational, right?
So we're mostly operational.
The only sticky wicket, if you will, to use some British term that I'm assuming it's British, is the DHS funding.
And Democrats are clearly out in front of that saying that unless you support illegal activity, we're not going to vote for this bill.
That's it.
In a nutshell, you nailed it.
So hopefully we can move past the impasse and get full funding for DHS because we know they got a lot of work to do to rid the nation of those illegals who were let in under Biden.
So it'll be an interesting week, to say the least.
All right.
Well, you have a good week here.
And hopefully the Groundhog's able to get some sleep for the rest of the week now.
And we'll see where things head.
Thank you, Patrick.
Take care.
All right.
Thanks, Abunch.
Well, there's another event that happened on Friday, as I was alluding to earlier, that was very much of interest to me.
It just popped up on my radar on Friday, and it was that National Association of Secretaries of State were all meeting at a conference.
And Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, and Christy Noam, the director of Department of Homeland Security, were all popping up on the calendar, kind of at the last second, to speak to all the secretaries of state all across the country.
It was a great opportunity to come together.
And C-SPAN had put this up and broadcast it.
So this wasn't just somebody putting out an errant tweet on social media.
This was organized.
They were ready to speak.
And then at the last second, just minutes before they were supposed to go on, somebody pulled the plug on this.
And I thought it was very interesting because I thought that there's a lot of very interesting things that these three women could do at this Secretaries of State conference to kind of shape the battlefield for the upcoming 2026 election to ensure that we had a measure of election integrity across the country.
And just a few things that I was hoping to see is, you know, we had Tulsi Gabbard there.
So as director of national intelligence, her focus is on foreign interference in our elections.
So I'm sure she would have had a lot of information to share with the participants, particularly around the supply chain for a lot of our election systems coming from our adversaries like China, which is in violation of fiscal year 19 National Defense Authorization Act.
I think it's section 889 that says for critical systems like election systems, we're not supposed to have any foreign components in those systems.
So technically, all those uh all those electronic voting systems that we have that have components from our foreign adversaries should not be used in the conduct of our elections, which means we're going back to hand count to paper ballots across the board if we're actually going to comply with federal law.
I would have loved to hear her talk about that with the Secretaries of State and see the reaction on that.
Also, the fact that we had a lot of illegal voters on our voter rolls.
I thought that would be a great thing for Christy Noam to discuss as director of health of the Department of Homeland Security, who oversees ICE, which highlights why we're doing the ICE activities because we've got inflated voter rolls with illegal aliens.
This has been documented and proven across the board, including my home state of Michigan.
And even Democrats admit that there's illegal voters.
We had a Chinese national that voted.
He was a student out at the University of Michigan.
He actually voted in the last election.
And we only discovered it because he said he found out that he wasn't supposed to vote as a foreign national.
And he turned himself in, if you will.
And also, it would be nice to have Pam Bondi go off and remind all these Secretaries of State that all election records under United States Code, Title 52, Section 20701, all election records must be preserved for a period of not less than 22 months after the election.
And as is all too often the case, as we saw in Fulton County, where they were destroying election records, but also in my home state of Michigan, where I've got a Secretary of State and Jocelyn Benson that routinely issues orders to our election officials to destroy the audit trail for voting history in the state within seven days of the certification of every single election.
So that's not supposed to happen.
And it's a violation of federal law.
And I would have liked to hear those three ladies hit on those key points.
But alas, it must be for another time.
And the only explanation I've been able to find that's been a public explanation, at least, as to why they canceled their attendance was that there was an assertion of scheduling conflicts.
That may or may not be the case.
I mean, I'm sure those three ladies have some very tight schedules right now.
But I have a feeling that there were some folks in the administration that were concerned, particularly in the wake of what is going on in Fulton County, that we might be getting too far out in front of our skis with some of the questions and answers that may have been provided at this conference because there's a lot of, let's just say, not so friendly individuals in the crowd at this event.
And so I think it may have been pulled because of the timing of it.
And who knows?
We'll see what happens.
It's obviously, it was a great opportunity, and I'm sure that's why it was even popped up on the radar in the first place to actually, it was a great opportunity to address secretaries of state from all 50 states with some key messages.
But we'll see what happens down the road here.
So that's one example of the story I'm sure you're not going to hear about on any other news channel, but I hope you understand that that is extremely important, what is happening inside our elections.
And just to keep that theme going here, I think it's very important to start talking about what's going on with the federal election integrity efforts.
Now, you just heard from Allison in the DC update.
She was talking about the SAVE Act and how Representative Anna Polina Luna was working hard to make sure that the Senate would actually follow through and put up an up and down vote and pass the SAVE Act in the in the Senate.
And so there's some concern around that.
But the SAVE Act is not the only piece of legislation that is out there for consideration at the congressional level.
Audit Standards and Risk00:11:09
And I just want to put this up here for a few minutes and just zero in on here's some of the other efforts that are going on that need that some other legislative efforts that are going on in the federal government to help secure our election integrity.
And if you just pop up this little infographic on here are some of the bills that are going on right now.
And they're broken into a couple different areas here.
So we've got some election integrity on the left that focus in on eligibility to go off and vote, which means, hey, you know, we only want U.S. citizens to go off and vote.
That's a key tenet of the SAVE Act is to make sure that we have strict citizenship verification.
And we want to make sure that it's not just, you know, that illegals can't register to vote.
We want to make sure that they're actually not voting.
And we'll hear a little bit from Senate Majority Leader John Thune later as to his statements on that in particular.
But we want to have proof that they are an actual U.S. citizen, which means that we've got to provide documentation of that.
I mean, for everything else that we do, the consequence regard to government interaction, there's a boatload of papers that you have to do.
When you're driving, you have to have your driver's license.
If you're carrying concealed in a state like Michigan, where you've got concealed carry laws, you've got to make sure you got your CPL license with you at all times.
And it seems like a pretty non no-brainer, if you will, on the importance of being able to prove who you are before you go off and cast a vote.
And unfortunately, in all too many places, there is not a strict requirement for this.
The state should be the ones enforcing this.
Unfortunately, they're not.
In states like Michigan, there was recently a constitutional amendment passed that was pitched.
And here's how duplicitous these people can be.
It was pitched with the wording around voter ID.
And so everybody thought, oh, it's going to require voter ID.
No, no, no, no.
When you actually read the language that they pushed into this constitutional amendment that's now in the Michigan Constitution, because people didn't read the actual language, what it actually says in the actual language is that people can be asked for a voter ID or they have the right to show a voter ID, but they cannot be compelled to show a voter ID.
But because it had the keywords voter ID, too many voters in my home state of Michigan were duped into thinking that this was a good thing and it was going to help secure voter ID, which consistently polls well over 70, almost 80%.
And anytime you poll across the full political spectrum, people believe it's important to show voter ID.
So SAVE Act would help put some meat to that requirement.
There's another bill that's been put out there called the ACE Act, and they call it the Integrity Kit.
And it provides this framework for model law measures across the state.
But this is kind of like the weak sister, if you will, of the SAVE Act.
And this is something that's popped up on the radar, which frankly just kind of confuses the battlefield a little bit.
Right now, all the energy and President Trump and everybody else are all focused in on getting the SAVE Act passed.
And is it the end-all-be-all of election integrity?
No, but it is a major needle mover in the right direction.
And so we want to demonstrate some momentum and get that passed.
So let's shift over onto the right side of the diagram here.
And there's another piece of legislation that's been worked on by Congressman Jeff Sessions on Texas.
I know we've had some great election integrity leaders like Colonel Reynolds and Will Huff that have been very active at putting this together.
This legislation, frankly, is getting closer and closer to what we'd call the gold standard regarding securing our elections across the board.
It mandates that we have hand mark, hand-counted paper ballots, and so that we have advocates for election systems that can operate without electricity.
In other words, go back to hand count to paper ballot, recognize that these electronic voting systems feature components sourced by our adversaries like Communist China, and they probably don't have our best interests in mind.
And frankly, they're not transparent at all.
And anybody attempting to understand how our votes are actually being tabulated are being indicted or thrown in prison like Tina Peters.
So this is this bill here, and it's called the Make Election Secure Act.
And it is really, I mean, it's ironic.
It wasn't deliberate that it came out with Mesa, but really what this is getting to the heart of is protecting clerks like Tina Peters, who was the clerk for Mesa County, Colorado, from going through the penalties right now that she's dealing with for just doing her job as a clerk and trying to safeguard and take a peek at what's happening behind the cover on these electronic voting systems that we're told to trust.
But we're finding the more and more we peek behind the curtains, as enabled by Tina Peters' efforts, we're learning that we shouldn't be trusting these electronic voting systems at all.
So to the best of my knowledge, there's only one piece of legislation that's even proposed up to the federal government that's addressing this core issue, and that's the Mesa bill by Congressman Jeff Sessions.
But first, let's get the SAVE Act passed and then we'll move into Mesa land.
And then there's something else that's been passed or put forward recently called the MEGA Act.
And it's talking about establishing some federal standards for how our elections should be conducted.
And there's some good things in it, like banning universal mail-in voting, ranked choice voting.
That's all well and good.
And there's a lot of room for the definition of standards.
I've long been an advocate of repurposing the Election Assistance Commission, which was created out of the HAVA legislation, repurposing that legislation, or repurposing the role of the Election Assistance Commission, to get away from subsidizing the costs of securing electronic voting systems and actually go and assume the role of defining some stringent pre-election and post-election.
audit standards, both book audits and field audits of the data that's out there.
And that's where we're lacking significantly across the board, across the whole country, frankly, from my perspective, is that there is no defined audit standard.
So that if that would help you determine whether or not an election was conducted with any measure of integrity at all.
We've got folks trying to call risk-limiting audits audits.
And in our Michigan Constitution, for example, we have a requirement that the citizens are entitled to the conduct of a statewide audit of election results.
And because there is no defined standard around what an audit should be around our elections, the Michigan Secretary of State under Jocelyn Benson got away with something called a risk-limiting audit as her quote-unquote statewide audit.
And as it was determined, this audit is not even an audit.
And it's kind of billed a little bit as a recount where they're recounting specific precincts that are supposedly selected at random.
Although this random selection never seems to select the precincts from cities like Detroit or Flint, for example.
It only seems to find them in the red counties, if you know what I mean.
So these risk-limiting audits seem to only be limiting the risk to anybody trying to steal our elections being discovered.
And so there's a lot of room for determining whether or not what our audit standards should be.
And here's another example why these audit standards are so important, particularly pre-election, is because we've got our Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, who has been issuing unlawful directives to our election officials in the course of guidelines, procedures, memos, directives, etc.
Well, it would be nice if we had a requirement for pre-election audits to ensure that all guidance, all manuals, all training issued to election officials were actually compliant with state and federal law beforehand.
If that were the case, our Secretary of State wouldn't be getting away with this garbage, or at least the alarm bells would have been sounded a lot earlier.
Furthermore, we should also be talking about these post-election audits and highlighting the fact that it's not about recounts.
You can recount to the cows come home, but if you're recounting a bunch of illegal votes cast by illegal voters or cast illegally on behalf of legal voters, you still can't, you still have a fraudulent election that occurred.
So recounts, you have to do a lot more than that.
You have to do the full election record chain of custody, which means you not only need to verify the integrity of the voter rolls, you need to verify the integrity of the voting history data that's collected by the poll books, and you need to verify the integrity of the ballots themselves, and then verify the integrity of the ballot count, i.e. the vote count or the vote tally.
All these required a documented chain of custody.
And if they can't prove that they've maintained that chain of custody, then you have no reason to believe in the integrity of the election results.
And one of our biggest problems with the election integrity movement for quite a few years is the fact that somehow they have managed to flip around the narrative that says we're supposed to be able to prove that they committed election fraud when we're being obstructed from getting records and getting data and getting audit logs that are needed to go off and prove that case.
And they flipped it around so that we've got to prove that they were malfeasant instead of them having to prove that the election was done with any measure of integrity.
And these audit standards, I believe, would be instrumental into making sure that we can get a degree of confidence in our election results because we will have an audit method that we can all get behind and support.
And right now we don't have that.
Everybody's kind of defining their own audit standards, their own definition of what election integrity is.
And while I'm all for that 50-state experiment in democracy called the United States of America, I think the idea of establishing uniform weights and measures in accordance with Article 1, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution falls firmly within the role of the federal government to establish these standards.
And I'd like to see that done in regards to elections.
Election Integrity Standards00:02:27
So, we're going to go to a quick break here.
When we come back, we're going to talk about an investigation that's been going on in Fulton County.
And we're going to hear from a citizen journalist that's been doing a great job at packaging information that our investigators have put together.
I call her one of our meddling kids, just like a lot of these investigators are.
They haven't given up on what happened in 2020, and that's at the heart of why we had the FBI going into Fulton County, Georgia election office to go off and get at the ballots and other election records because we want to get to the bottom of what's happened in the 2020 election.
So when we get back, we're going to go off and do a deep dive into what does all that mean?
Let's face it, you can't trust Big Pharma.
They've already tried to block ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, and raise prices on everything from antibiotics to your daily meds.
Well, there's good news: All Family Pharmacy is standing up for medical freedom and helping people get the treatments they actually want.
My family and I use them all the time, they made it easy and affordable without the runaround.
While other pharmacies are jacking up prices, they've actually dropped theirs.
Ivermectin now starts at just $2 a capsule.
Use my promo code Lindel10, you get an extra 10% off of that.
You need ivermectin antibiotics or methylene glue, you name it, they've got it.
They make it simple: you fill in a short online form, a licensed doctor reviews it, your meds ship pass right to your front door.

I'm here on this Groundhog Day, and we're kind of repeating that, just like the movie, repeating the basic theme of election integrity because, guys, we got a very important election coming up here in 2026, and a lot of folks are interested in making sure that we have integrity in this upcoming election.
And the best way to go off and ensure that from the perspective of folks like myself is to make sure that we finally have accountability and justice for what happened in 2020.
And just recently, we saw that the FBI issued or was issued a search warrant to go off and obtain election records from the 2020 election from Fulton County, Georgia election offices.
And this is kind of a big deal.
And one of our citizen journalists, Wendy Struck Mahoney, put together a quick little summary here of key points around that.
And I started reading through it.
And I go, the importance of the citizen journalists and actually taking some pretty complex information and packaging it so that everybody can go off and read it, I think, is very important.
And it's one of the things we like to try to do here on Lindell TV is package that so that you can share it with your friends and family because a lot of the other legacy media outlets are not going to touch any discussion of the 2020 election.
So it's up to us to go off and do that work for them.
And so Wendy put together this article and I decided, you know, I want to follow up with her and give her a call.
And if you could pop up her X article there, I appreciate it.
No.
Yeah, there we go.
Sorry, that was it.
I'm seeing it in the black background here.
You can tell you've got a techie that's helping out with the production on this because it's always done with the black background because they're always working at night in dark rooms.
So anyway, anyway, Wendy put together a very detailed breakdown of this, and I wanted to explore that with her in today's show.
So I invited her to be a guest on today's show.
And so without further ado, I want to introduce Wendy Struck Mahoney.
Wendy, thank you very much for your efforts to package all this complex information so that it's digestible for the rest of us.
Hey, Wendy.
You know, we want to make sure that people don't silence your voice, including yourself.
So make sure you unmute your microphone there.
You there?
Yeah, you might have to log out and back in and come back in.
Just make sure your default microphone is the one that you want to be talking into here when you boop back in.
So anyway, here's a summary of why it's important to go into Fulton County, why we're going off and investigating.
Just pull up a quick summary of what is going on in Fulton County and what were they digging into and why is this so important.
It's really the latest step in a long exercise in the courts to go off and get access to a bunch of ballots that have been deleted.
If you can call up the graphic for the item six, please.
What we've noticed is that there's this pattern of obstruction that is uh well, here are all the folks who have actually been working on this meddling kids for for quite some time and uh, they've been doing a good job of uh pulling together um information for uh law enforcement to go off and move this forward.
You guys have heard a lot from Garland Favorito, but there's also Kevin Monclyd, Joseph Rossi, Philip Davis, Jeff Falgum and there's some other folks who've been operating in the background assisting them as well.
But the bottom line is there's a lot of meddling kids coming together and one of the folks actually packaging all these technical efforts, investigative efforts, is Wendy.
And here's uh, the item seven just highlights kind of a basic idea of, hey Wendy, can we hear you?
All right, you're good.
I don't know if you're good at sign language, but that's yeah, I i'm just gonna ask you, maybe call in on the on your cell phone and we'll just talk there and uh but uh okay, guys.
So uh, yet another reason why we shouldn't have electronic voting machines running our elections.
Technology has a way of backfiring at times and it's important to get rid of these machines.
But uh, here's just a quick summary on item seven.
Some of the uh, some of the um, the background behind this seizure of records um, what we've noticed is that they're um, in support of the search warrant that was granted, there's at least 26 counts of systemic election failures spanning the full spectrum, pre-election um, you know failures uh, and during the election, there were specific failures.
Post-election, there were failures, and then um, there were attempts to just go off and destroy records and and there's legal obstruction.
That was happening here as well, and uh, so what's happening in Fulton County and?
And when we get Wendy on, I'm sure she's going to test to this.
This is kind of a blueprint for a lot of the theft mechanisms that have happened in other states.
Some of this, when I look through the details of this case, I see some of the same statutory violations in Michigan that they saw in Georgia.
I see the same issues with bypassing mandatory signature verification that they had in Georgia in Michigan.
And matter of fact, our Secretary of State put out a rule or a law that has the force of law that's effectively got rid of signature verification in the 2020 election.
And in Georgia, they had 22,534 more ballots than credited voters.
Well, I can tell you in Michigan, we have over 353,000 more ballots than credited voters according to state records.
And then same thing here that they observed.
We found this in Antrim County: the master encryption keys were stored in plain text, which means that pretty much they left the key to the house under the front doormat so that anybody who was going to want to break into that house knew exactly to look under that doormat.
So these same failures are evident.
Yeah, I can hear you now.
There we go.
I read the settings correct on my computer, but it wasn't picking up.
I don't know.
I don't know the problem is.
I'm sorry.
No, all right.
Well, that's good.
Well, appreciate you being able to join us.
And, you know, it's fitting that we were having trouble hearing you because election integrity is all about making sure that the people's voice can be heard.
And so we want to just give credit to where credit is due that if you're persistent enough, eventually your voice is going to get heard.
And that's why we can hear you again now, Wendy.
So thank you very much for joining us.
You've handled it so well, Patrick.
Kudos to you.
So anyway, You had sent me some questions before the call today, and would you like me to answer those?
I know we don't have a lot of time.
I could probably ask them first, and then you can answer them.
So go ahead.
Sorry, let me.
All right.
So the first question I had for you was, why did the FBI seize records in Foam County, Georgia?
Okay.
So the raid happened in Georgia because the Fulton County Board of Elections and the state refused to cooperate.
Period end.
So we've been asking for these records forever.
We've had several courts cooperate with preserving records.
As you mentioned before the call, we've been very lucky that way.
It's been a bit of a process, but we've been very lucky that way.
And then Jan Johnson, who's on the state election board, she subpoenaed the records about a year ago or in 2024, I think in October, and no cooperation.
So in August, I'm going to be honest with you, I got kind of ticked off about the whole thing because we've been working on this for since 2021.
And in particular, this group of people are the brains behind the operation.
I'm just the person who gives them a voice.
And so in August, I called some key people at the DOJ and I said, look, guys, I don't know what you're doing over there, but we've got all the evidence and I can hand it to you on a silver platter.
And I said, would you listen?
And I got Kevin and others to document everything.
We compiled it all in a big document, sent it over there.
By September, Ed Martin in weaponization, part of DOJ, was interviewing Jan Johnson.
On October 30th, Harmeet Dylan sent the letter asking for the document.
She joined, basically joined us in saying, you know, what are you guys doing?
These are public, these are taxpayers' records that we're not asking for personal information here.
Please give them to us.
We had also, Garland Favarito also got us in touch with Marjorie Taylor Greene, who wrote a letter and went to President Trump himself about it.
And then a couple of weeks ago, I think Trump lost his patience, to be honest.
And I think he told some key people, what are you doing over there?
Let's get the documents.
So the raid happened.
It's a legal warrant.
You know, I see Democracy Docket and AJC saying that, you know, this is illegal and, you know, we're going to tamper with the records and all this other BS, quite frankly.
And this was simply not true.
These, all the evidence that we have is in public record.
So, and it's something that's owed to the citizens of Georgia and frankly, the citizens of the United States.
And you would think that these guys would want the voters to have these records to look over and verify.
I mean, we found plenty of evidence.
We think it's right, but we still have a right to verify the evidence.
For me, I find the hypocrisy of it all very difficult to swallow.
We're expected to go out there and trust them as the ultimate, you know, people securing the integrity of these records here.
And yet we've got court document after court document specifying that, no, they actually destroyed them in an unlawful manner and they need to be held accountable.
So this is a big deal.
It's the same thing in Michigan.
I could, I mean, I have given a boatload of evidence, two terabytes worth of data up to the DOJ.
And it's so frustrating.
We've got it.
We know that they never even lawfully certified the election here in Michigan.
So I'm hoping the thing that you have that we did not have in Michigan was that you actually got some traction in the courts.
Actually, had some judges that were willing to go off and allow discovery and essentially let the election integrity group put the screws to these.
Yeah, I know, but even a little bit is better than what we got over here, where they dismissed it just with the bench trial and on no back and forth, no significant back and forth whatsoever.
So, we're going to go over that in tomorrow's show.
I'm going to give kind of an example of all the judicial tyranny that's been happening here.
But, uh, well, here, what do you think?
Yeah, go ahead.
Yeah, go ahead.
Well, I was wondering what do you think they're going to find in the with all the materials that they've collected.
So, where do you think this is headed?
When I asked Kevin and Joe to respond to this, honestly, we're not sure what they're going to find because, I mean, we've asked for a bunch of files and ballots and physical ballots and all the records that all the records that are in, you know, that Jan Johnson asked for.
But given the fact that we can prove that they've destroyed a bunch of stuff, I mean, I hope they haven't.
You know, we have no just no ballot images from in-person voting.
We have no, you know, we need the physical ballots to reconcile that.
Let me see what else.
We know that November 19th, 2020 email between the elections group guy, Mark Pendergast, and Fulton County's election director at the time, Richard Barron, and then Nadine Williams, who was deputy director at the time.
In an email, they directly spoke about the fact that there were duplicate ballots, and there's an attachment there.
It's all in my writing there.
So, we, I mean, did Nadine and Richard Barron speak to anybody about that?
I mean, who knows about that beyond them?
We also know that Raffensberger knew about some of these problems by December 19th of 2020, a month later.
You know, I don't think we can really answer that question.
Ballots, Tapes, and Stubs00:06:49
Yeah, when you look at all the records that they're collecting here, of course, they're the ballots, they're the tabulator tapes, there's all the stuff that you would expect if you're going to go off and conduct an audit of the actual election.
So, I see the breadth of it.
But the thing that caught my attention and caught a lot of the attention of the bad folks too is that DNI Tulsi Gabbard was in was present at the FBI seizure of these assets, which tells me that there is likely a foreign interference component to the investigation that merits some scrutiny.
And I think I remember going through the search warrant that I had a chance to go off and review.
I noticed that in addition to the tabulator tapes, they actually are authorized to obtain digital records.
So, theoretically, that would mean hard drive images, which means that we've got some pretty good forensic experts that are able to look at unallocated space on these disk drives.
Like, you know, Ben Cotton was great at doing that with Cypher on Maricopa County and elsewhere, where maybe they weren't as diligent about covering up some of their illicit activities as they thought they were.
And so, for me, that's what I'm seeing as potential gold mine because I don't think that's been really discussed or addressed, particularly in Fulton County yet.
So, we'll see what happens.
But I know that was part of the team there, and I know Tulsi and her team had a lot of forensic experts out there that I'm hoping we'll be able to drill down into that.
Well, like I told you, that one of the guys that I spoke with late last night, who's been asking for the requesting these records, I mean, it's incredible what he's done.
Spent thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars getting all of these records.
He told me that there was a hack into the system, or maybe it was somebody logging into a computer because one of the election workers, and I forget what date it was, but one of the election workers said somebody's messing around with my computer while the election.
You know, I don't know, remember when it was, whether it was early or during the election itself, but he goes by the handle CIA Saramella on, I think it's on X, something like that.
And it's all on his timeline, this kind of stuff, where he shows the documents.
So I think, well, just to remind everybody, these are hey, Wendy, just to remind everybody, these are Dominion electronic voting systems are used throughout Georgia.
There's documentary, documented evidence that the SmartMatic software, that we've got whistleblowers that have tested that this software is used to manipulate elections, was transferred over to Sequoia.
Sequoia assets were transferred over to Dominion.
And so these same assets that have been used in the past to manipulate elections, there's a paper trail that indicates these same capabilities are resident in Dominion Machines, which has now been rebranded as Liberty Vote under after it's purchased by Knowing.
So I want to put this in context for everybody and why this is important because this isn't just something that happened in 2020.
These same facets, everything that we're drilling down into in Fulton County are resident in there and would play a role in 2026 if we don't address it now.
So this is a big deal.
And that's why your efforts, Wendy, and the efforts of all the other meddling kids who've been investigating this are so important because we got to call these guys out on this.
So what are the next key milestones that are popping up here?
Because we're kind of wrapping up on this segment.
Sorry, we had the technical difficulties here, but what are the next key steps?
Well, so Joe Rossi, who has been very integral to this investigation, wants to know what Fulton County knew and when they knew it about all the evidence that they found.
And this is all public record.
It's not like we're trying to pry in some clandestine operation.
I mean, this is legally the citizens' information.
They want to know, Joe wants to know, were there enough legitimate ballots in the election?
Which is when I read that, I started laughing because that's a sad question to have to ask.
Why were the ballots duplicated?
And where are the missing ballot images?
Why are they missing?
I mean, they deleted the ballot images.
It's against the law to do it when they did it.
You know, Kevin told me.
And they ordered a million extra absentee ballots without any envelopes or ballot stubs on it.
That's kind of suspicious.
The ballot stub in particular, why would you order ballots without stubs?
Right.
I mean, look, we could be here for seven hours talking about the evidence that this crew in Georgia has found.
Yeah.
I mean, you got to read the report that I, the, the, the article you pulled up isn't the report.
I wrote a second article on this 263-page report.
That has everything in it.
And it's so amazing because it's so transparent.
I mean, he didn't try to hide exhibit B or A or anything.
It's all in that report.
You can look at the documentation that Kevin has done.
All 26 years.
Yeah.
It's incredible the work that he's done.
You know, in terms of significance, it depends on what the DOJ finds.
You know, I mean, we don't know what they're going to find.
I mean, we certainly have, this group in Georgia certainly has so much evidence to address anything that they might find.
You know, you know, for example, they only obtained nine zero tapes out of 148 tabulators that reportedly produced results, as indicated by the cast vote record.
And none of the 138 closing tapes reconcile with the available zero tapes.
I mean, you know what that means.
I get it.
And as you said before in our conversations, if you understand what happened in Fulton County, you understand what happened everywhere across the country.
And on that topic in particular, here's a prime example.
Detroit has 503 precincts.
When it came to logic and accuracy tests, they only did 14.
And of those, none of the 14 tabulators that they performed the logic and accuracy test on were actually deployed in support of election operations.
It was a dog and pony show since the beginning.
So this is a big deal.
This is something systemic across the board.
How can people go off and follow your work and do the deep dive, go into the information you put up there so they can get spun up on this and share it with their friends and family?
Logic and Accuracy Tests00:04:23
What's the best way to reach you?
So the best way to reach me is on X. My DMs are open.
It's WMohoney5 on X. That's probably the platform I use the most.
I write for American Thinker.
I've written quite a few articles for American Thinker.
I used to write for Uncover DC.
A lot of my work is there.
I probably have written, well, I've written over 700 articles since 2020, September 2020.
And I would say a good 60, 70 of those are just on elections.
And many of them on Michigan and Pennsylvania and in particular, Georgia.
It's an incredible group of people there.
Everybody in this country should be indebted to these people and people like you, frankly, Patrick.
And honestly, to President Trump.
Thank God for that man, because I don't think, you know, between Mike Lindell, you know, keeping it in the news and then President Trump being dedicated to making elections transparent for Americans and making sure that their votes count as cast is a very, very important thing.
And, you know, this group of people is not trying to relitigate 2020.
We're trying to fix elections for the future of this country.
That's what we're trying to do.
Amen.
Well, thank you very much for joining us here today.
And thanks for all your efforts.
And thanks for being a great spokesperson for all the efforts of all the meddling kids all across America.
Thank you, Wendy.
Thank you so much.
Appreciate it.
Thanks.
All right.
Well, we're going to wrap up today's show just with a couple of quick references to some truths that President Trump has been putting out.
As many of you know, this is the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States of America.
President Trump has been very adamant about the need for an arch, a victory arch, celebrating the fact that we've been, we survived 250 years.
And so this is the model that he's put up there.
It's intended to be out by Arlington Cemetery in full view of the Lincoln Memorial.
Something else that was on President Trump's mind was the fact that his wife, Melania, had a documentary about her that got into the theaters over the weekend and debuted.
And he was very proud of the fact that his wife broke all expectations in regards to box office.
But predictably, there's a messaging campaign against Melania.
And so just to kind of put a end wokeness, put up this little meme that kind of highlighted what's really going on here is that all the critics loved Fauci's documentary, but the people hated it.
Meanwhile, Melania, all the critics hated it, but all the people loved it and 99% support.
So that's what we're up against.
It's an information war, which is why the efforts of folks like Wendy, you know, as a citizen journalist, getting the word out to everybody is so important.
And also, just want to remind everybody: you know, it seems like we're so divided that there's no way of getting us back together on the same page as Americans.
And I just want to remind everybody again that there was a path put out by our founding fathers, should we ever lose our way, that could get us back on the same page and become once again the United States of America.
I wish they had left us some kind of a training manual, some kind of a secret sauce recipe card that we could pick up and go, all right, here's what it is, here's what we do.
What do we do?
How do we get back to that?
You know, when the children of Israel going into the promised land, they crossed the Jordan River and God stood it on in and they walked across.
And before the waters stopped parting, God told them to take 12 stones from the bottom of the river and put it up on the top of Mount Gilgal and make a monument.
So that when your children ask, what are these stones, they will be able, you'll be able to tell them this is where God parted the seed.
And that's what the pilgrims left us.
They left us a monument that not only gives tribute to what was accomplished here, but it gives us a specific strategy, a breakout of a blueprint of if we would ever forget what made America great, what made us free, we can go back and follow that strategy and it's right up on a hill a half mile from here.
A Blueprint for Liberty00:01:02
Right here?
Right here.
It's the largest granite monument in America and it's hidden on a hilltop overlooking Plymouth in a residential neighborhood.
I've never heard of this.
Hardly anybody in America knows about it and yet the people of America put this together over a 70-year period, paid for by the Congress, paid for by the state legislature in Massachusetts as a strategy laid out and called the Matrix of Liberty that was given to us by the forefathers, by the pilgrims.
What built America?
This is it.
And if we want to try something else, yeah, people can try other things.
But in the history of the world, the one strategy that has brought more liberty, more prosperity, and more joy than any other is this strategy.
