is the greatest, the Mike Billow guy, Mike Lindell, and he's been with us right from the beginning.
Hi, everybody.
Welcome to the Mike Lindell Show.
My name is Patrick Kolbeck.
I'll be filling in from Mike as he's heading out on the campaign trail out in Minnesota.
And so we've got a lot of ground to cover, as usual.
And I just want you guys to appreciate the fact that on Lindell TV, you're going to get news stories you're not going to hear on any of the other news stations.
It's stuff that's important.
It's going to impact your view of the current events that are happening, not just here in the United States, but across the world.
And so I want to thank you for tuning in.
And please tell your friends and family to join us as well.
We've got a lot to cover in today's show, a lot to cover.
Obviously, President Trump was out in Davos, Switzerland yesterday.
We're going to kick things off with a clip from him.
But the other things we're going to be talking about are what's going on in regards to Minnesota and all the fraud.
We'll give you the latest updates there and some of the investigations that are happening.
We're going to talk about what's going on in my home state of Michigan, which parallels what's going on inside of Minnesota.
Then we're going to go off and talk about the machines at the second part of the show here.
And we're going to go into some detail about some new revelations with a good friend of mine from Australia who's been digging in on this stuff for a long time and just highlighting that this election integrity movement is not simply a U.S. thing.
And it's not just a Battleground State thing.
It's actually a global thing because the United States is that city shining on a hill.
A lot of people depend on us.
And if we go down, the whole world goes down.
So it's, and President Trump made that pretty clear out in Davos as well.
So we're going to go over a lot of details around some new findings pertinent to Fulton County, Georgia.
And then we're going to wrap things up with a little bit of perspective on what President Trump has been focused on.
And I think you'll be happy to see some of the things that he's been putting out on True Social if you're a big advocate of election integrity, as am I.
So before we go too far into all this, we're going to, something that just brought a big cheer to myself and my wife as we were watching it yesterday.
We were watching President Trump's remarks in Davos, Switzerland.
And it was a pretty blunt speech.
He was kind of telling it like it is to all the folks that were out there.
And as usual, he didn't pull any punches.
He highlighted that he's got a lot of friends there, but he's also got a few enemies.
He addressed those hat-on.
But one thing that he addressed hat-on that got me more excited than anything else was the following clip.
I want you to listen closely to what President Trump said.
It's a war that should have never started, and it wouldn't have started if the 2020 U.S. presidential election weren't rigged.
It was a rigged election.
Everybody now knows that.
They found out people will soon be prosecuted for what they did.
It's probably breaking news, but it should be.
It was a rigged election.
Can't have rigged elections.
I know everybody who knows what happened in 2020 has been anxious for the accountability phase to happen.
We all know what's been going on in regards to judges, you know, essentially blocking slam dunk cases and then persecuting good people like Tina Peters by, you know, using judicial proceedings such as the issuance of the jury instructions to deny justice.
So we know we've got an issue with the judiciary.
There's some news headlines I didn't have a chance to pull together today yet, but we'll cover in a future broadcast talking about how there's now more and more evidence of how a lot of these judges are compromised.
They've been bribed.
And we're going to show you some of that information going forward.
So there's a big problem with accountability in that, okay, you get an indictment, you show all your evidence, but you're doing so before a judge that is not going to give you a fair trial.
I mean, we saw what happened when we issued indictments of Comey.
They went after the prosecutor and said that they didn't go after the merit of the case.
The merit of the case is pretty straightforward.
Comey lied, but they instead try to get the case thrown out because they said that the prosecutor wasn't legally assigned to the case.
So talk about a stretch.
That's kind of the games that are being played right now.
And there's a lot of problems in the judiciary that we're dealing with.
And so I think by President Trump highlighting what he did in that speech to the World Economic Forum, I think by indicating that prosecutions are imminent, he's kind of signaling the fact that I think it's as good as it's going to get for the time being.
And we're going to go off and start pushing some indictments of some pretty high-profile individuals.
So stay tuned, buckle up.
I'm seeing indications outside of the limelight that indicate that something big is brewing.
So I'm getting excited.
My wife's getting excited.
You know, we've been at this for a long time.
And like many of you, we're anxious for the accountability phase.
And so I really appreciate the remarks that President Trump had to say in Davos.
So now we don't have the usual DC update today.
Allison and Kara are out working the reporter beat.
And I got to tell you, I'm so proud of the reporting team out at Lindell TV.
The DC crew with Heather, with Allison Steinberg, and also with Kara Castranova.
They are the only reporters that are actually doing tough, responsible journalism.
They're asking the tough questions.
They're getting out there.
And I appreciate everything that they're doing.
One of these first interviews or clips we want to show is from Kara Castranova, who, as you know, she was out at J6.
And so she saw firsthand what was happening there.
So this is a passion point for her.
And she wants to make sure that the truth about what really happened on January 6th gets out there.
And it's against that backdrop that I want to show this clip of Kara interviewing Representative Nadler.
Hey, Mr. Nadler, how are you today?
We're with Lindell TV.
So I know that you don't want to talk to people on the conservative right because for whatever the reason you don't think, you know, it's worth your time.
But my question to you is, what's your line of question going to be?
Are you going to still go with the whole phony insurrection lie that everybody in America basically figured out was a lie?
He's about to ask us questions right now so you'll be able to.
Are you going to ask about the other people that died on January 6th?
Do you know that the Capitol Police lied under oath?
Do you support police officers that lie under oath?
Four cops that are in there, sir.
Sir, um, are you aware that the Capitol Police in there lied under oath during the January 6th committee, sir?
Mr. Nadler?
That's pretty strange.
Well, thank you for being open-minded and talking to conservative networks.
Your handler is a very intelligent guy.
And that about says it.
You know, I served in the Michigan Senate.
I would take questions from anybody and everybody.
It was no problem.
You usually only don't respond when there's something you got to hide.
And we all know that the January 6th Committee, you know, when they found out Trump had won the election in 2024, they went about destroying all the records of the January 6th committee proceedings.
And that should tell everybody everything you need to know about whether or not those proceedings were on the up and up.
They weren't.
It was a kangaroo court.
A lot of these folks were unlawfully incarcerated without due process, and they were put under horrendous conditions.
We still have Tina Peters being incarcerated for nine years for what happened in Colorado.
And I'll tell you, she was just doing her job.
And so we got to get, we pray that Tina gets released here soon.
But there's a lot of problems, and they all stem from the folks like those that were in the January 6th committee going off and thinking that they're above the law.
And at the same time, these are the people that are sitting there saying no one is above the law when they go off and prosecute people like Peter Navarro, Steve Bannon, and President Trump.
So I think the tide's turning, as you saw from the Davos speech with President Trump, I think the accountability phase is about to kick into gear.
And I'll tell you, it's through reporting of folks like Karen Castranova we can get these guys on the record.
And that information is going to be used in court proceedings as well.
And here we got Allison Steinberg's been on the stump as well and making sure that we hold officials accountable.
Here's an interview that Allison had from today.
TPS was created as a temporary humanitarian measure, but after more than a decade of renewals, how do you justify continuing on with this, what was intended to be temporary?
And how do you address this potential burden to taxpayers?
The hope was that, number one, the hope was that the conditions in Haiti would get a lot better.
But what's going on in Haiti is quite singular and very unique.
There's nothing like it in the entire world right now.
And so that warrants us continuing this program.
It is inhumane for us as a nation to send people and force people back there.
It's horrible, the decisions that people have to make.
And so we believe that because of what's going on in Haiti right now and because of how unique and disastrous it is right now, we do not want to send our people back there and force them back there and rip away their legal status.
So we have to continue the program because the conditions in Haiti are continuing to worsen.
And us as a country has to do a lot more to help Haiti as well.
You brought up burden to taxpayers.
You just heard from a few speakers and you'll continue to hear from speakers on how that's not true and how in fact Haitians in this country that are on TPS are not a burden to tax payers.
They're actually an asset to our nation.
They are the people taking care of our seniors, the people taking care of our children, the people who are helping our economy.
They are paying more in taxes than they're taking out.
And I think it's very important for people to recognize how much immigrants, how much TPS holders specifically, and how much Haitian TPS holders contribute to our economy.
If you're not from a community with a large Haitian population, I understand why you might not get that.
And that's why we're here to tell you about it.
I live in Orlando, Florida.
And I got to tell you, going to different places like Guardian Senior Care Home Facility, which, by the way, because of the big, ugly bill that Donald Trump passed is at risk of closing, and so many senior facilities are at risk of closing because of Republicans in Congress and Donald Trump.
Yet, it is Haitian TPS holders in many of these facilities across the state of Florida and across the entire country showing up to work every day, not knowing if their job will exist in a few months, not knowing if their status will exist in a few months, but they want to take care of America.
That doesn't sound like a burden to me.
It sounds like an asset.
Sounds like he's the representative from my old stomping ground out in Orlando, Florida.
My wife and I lived there for about a year.
And kudos to him.
He actually took questions, unlike Representative Nadler.
But just so you guys know, TPS stands for Temporary Protected Status.
Essentially, it provides a prohibition against deportation from individuals, in this case, from Haiti.
So this is TPS for Haiti.
So they were trying to prevent the deportation of illegal immigrants from Haiti.
And they were saying that you can't deport them on the basis of their legal immigration status.
So and so what we're seeing here and why you see Democrats on pushing this across the board, whether it's in Minnesota, whether or not it's in Orlando, Florida, whether or not it's in Chicago, Illinois, is that it's becoming very, very clear that illegal immigration has been a central part of the Democrats' plan to stay in power for quite a long time.
They don't, you notice how they are defending illegal immigrants.
They are not defending lawful citizens.
So they are actually going off and targeting law enforcement officers and they are going off and trying to protect criminals, like child sex offenders, for example.
If you saw the clip from the ICE individual that was chastising protesters that were defending and alerting with their whistles, they were alerting a child sex offender to try to prevent his being arrested by ICE officials.
So it's really a stark contrast.
As somebody that's been in politics for quite some time, the idea that the Democrats are defending a constituency that are not legal citizens of the United States at the expense of legal citizens, because when I say expense, I mean these illegal citizens are actually committing fraud, like what we saw in Minnesota with the Somalis, where billions and billions of dollars, I think the estimate, latest estimate is $19 billion,
is being taken from the ability to support legal citizens, legal residents of the United States, and it's being sent to these folks that are engaged in illegal activities, starting with how they got here in the United States in the first place.
So kudos to Allison for taking this on and asking these tough questions.
The idea of having this temporary protected status for Haitians is important and applies to the whole illegal immigration community.
It's clear Democrats depend on this to inflate their numbers during elections.
Rampant Fraud and Pushback00:15:29
They've inflated those numbers, their population, so that they can get a bias in the apportionment of congressional district seats.
That's what President Trump is talking about when it comes to the census, highlighting that we should not be counting illegal immigrants in those census figures because The Democrats are essentially setting it up so that they get a disproportionately larger representation in their communities than would otherwise be represented if we just focused on legal residents of the United States.
So it actually incentivizes them even more to take in these illegal immigrants and to open up the door to illegal immigration as we saw under the Biden administration.
So now, having said that, we've had some progress at stemming the tide and pushing back on what ultimately is an election fraud mechanism when it comes to a way for the Democrats to stay in power.
That's all illegal immigration is.
And in Minnesota, you know, I'm happy to report that we've made some significant accomplishments here.
And so that ICE surge that President Trump ordered, that Christy Noam and DHS helped execute was pretty successful.
And just to highlight one of the success items here, one of the key success metrics is that over 2,500 illegal aliens who've committed crimes beyond just being here illegally have been arrested by ICE agents despite all the whistleblowing, despite all the obstruction, despite all the interference from these whistleblowers and bad whistleblowers, if you will, all across Minnesota.
So kudos to all the men and women of ICE.
My wife and I are praying for you guys every single night for your special protection, the protection of you and your family.
And I hope everybody joins me in those prayers.
And we also pray for the folks that are being deported.
We want their hearts to turn around and become lawful residents of their country.
And if they, anyway, so this is all about following the law and enforcing the rule of law.
Without the rule of law, you know, we cease to exist as a nation.
We're a constitutional republic, which means that we have this thing called a constitution that guides our conduct of our government.
And our laws are developed in accordance with the provisions of these constitutions.
And it's up to, if we don't enforce those provisions, then, you know, we're no longer a country.
It's not about geography, folks.
It's about the rule of law.
And as I close almost all the broadcasts going forward, we have that Matrix of Liberty event.
We're going to show it again today where we pop through and highlight what are the foundations of American society and its faith, it's morality, it's the rule of law, and it's liberty and education.
All those are important.
And that's what we're doing at Lindell TV.
We're trying to get information out, try to educate people and highlight when the rule of law is not being followed.
And then we're also offering prayers up for protection of those who are trying to enforce the law.
So there's a lot going on.
And I want to highlight, in addition to the 2,500 arrests that have happened, over 10,000 illegals have been deported from the United States as well.
So they're cleaning up Minnesota, you know, one ICE officer at a time.
And just kudos to everything that they're doing.
Now, in response to these efforts by ICE, we've got Minnesota officials like Governor Tim Waltz, like the mayor of Minneapolis-St. Paul, Frey, like Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, and like the Minnesota AG, Keith Ellison, who've been obstructing these efforts.
We had, here's just a few examples of their obstruction.
So federal Homeland Security officials have publicly urged Waltz and Fry to tone down what they call disgusting rhetoric.
Essentially, they're trying to inflame people to attack the ICE officers.
And you've seen that they've attempted to run down officers, and they're trying to create tension.
Everywhere else in the country where ICE is performing these arrests, when they have the cooperation of the local officials, you don't see the incidents that we've seen in Minneapolis because they are conducting their law enforcement operations with the cooperation of local officials.
Where the tension comes in is where you've got folks like Waltz and Frey that are actually deliberately trying to stoke the embers of lawlessness.
And so DHS has formally asked for them to tone things down.
I mean, a lot of these guys, remember, Christy Noam and many others in the administration are being forced to live on military bases because they have had significant death threats against them and their family.
So if you want to know, you know, who's on the good side, who's on the bad side, that's one key indicator, I would submit.
We've got Mayor Jacob Frey that's described federal law enforcement presence as an occupation.
That puts and he's framing ICE as the danger rather than actually a partner when it comes to law enforcement.
And that's his duty as a mayor is to actually secure the rights of the governed.
And the way you do that is by enforcing the law.
So he's abdicating his oath of office right there.
Attorney General Keith Ellison has been putting together lawsuits against the federal surge, for example, Operation Metro Surge.
And so he's obstructing the efforts of ICE in the court system.
You got Governor Waltz and legislative Democrats that have put together proposals that would mandate broad cooperation with ICE detainers, with federal and GOP officials accusing Waltz of undermining federal partners and contributing what they describe to as enforcement chaos.
Like I said, everywhere except for Minnesota, the enforcement's going in a lawful and orderly process.
In Minnesota, because of Jacob Frey and also Tim Waltz, there's a lot of chaos.
And they are actually trying to stoke the embers of that chaos.
And then, of course, you've got Congressman Ilhan Omar, who's repeatedly denounced the ICE surge as an effort to provoke chaos and fear.
And just a word to the wise, I mean, there's a pattern developing here.
Whatever they're accusing the good guys of is actually what they are doing.
And so Ilhan Omar obviously depends on, for example, the Somali community, the one that's been identified as purveyors of rampant fraud in the state of Minnesota.
She depends on them for her office that she holds.
So there's no doubt as to why she has been very vocal in trying to prevent ICE activities, because if she loses all these illegal immigration, all these illegal immigrants at the voting box, she won't get elected again.
So this is a big deal.
And so I just kind of wrap this up.
I mean, when you start looking at all the efforts of Tim Waltz, governor, the governor, the mayor, Jacob Frye, the Attorney General of Minnesota, Keith Ellison, and Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, all these acts, all these attempts to interfere with the enforcement of federal law, that's all obstruction.
And another term for obstruction is insurrection.
And so we're going to talk a little bit about what that means from a federal policy level, in particular in context of the Insurrection Act, in a little bit.
But I wanted to make sure that everybody understood why this was so important.
And by the way, as a result of all their efforts, Department of Justice actually launched investigations into those four individuals.
And so this is a big deal.
So the Department of Justice has issued grand jury subpoenas to Walt, Ellison, Fry, and other state officials.
Ilan Omar is being investigated for other matters, including the fact that her husband, Tim Minette, back in 2022, declared that he had officially on the books for his company, which was Roselake Capital.
It sounds a lot like the Rose Law Firm from Hillary Clinton.
But anyway, it's a different company called Roselake Capital.
Roselake Capital had $42 in the bank in 2022.
And per declarations made by Representative Ilhan Omar herself, those holdings are now worth almost $30 million or $25 million.
So that's a whopping 59.5 million percent increase.
And at the same time, during that same time period, the Dow has increased only 28%.
So either she's got an amazingly insightful investment partner in her husband, Tim Minette, or there's some funky business going on here that indicates some fraud.
So we'll see what really turns out there.
The good news is she is getting investigated for this amazing investment insight that's on display by her and her husband.
And we're going to try to get to the bottom of what is actually at the root of that.
And I don't want to pick on just Minnesota here.
We know there's rampant fraud in California.
I think that's where this surge for DHS is going to move to next.
So make sure all the Hampton Inns out in California are honoring their reservations for ICE agents right now.
But my home state of Michigan, this is happening as well.
There's a lot of rampant fraud.
Just to bring everybody's attention, it's a little bit of old news, but it just highlights that this is a continuous theme across multiple states, is that we had a Nigerian professor and state appointee in Michigan.
She was appointed by Governor Gretchen Whitmer.
She was from Nigeria and has pleaded guilty to wire fraud and tax evasion after stealing over $1 million from taxpayers.
While she was serving as the head of a nonprofit organization dedicated to early childhood education, Azay utilized falsified invoices and fraudulent businesses to divert funds intended for impoverished children.
So what's happening with this fraud, it's not a victimless crime.
So when they're wasting all this money, it means that we can't get resources to the people that truly need them.
And so this is a bit of a concern.
And I'm happy to say our Michigan House of Representatives, which is led by Republicans and in the majority right now, they've been very active at doing due diligence on the budget.
As a former legislator, you can write, you have two tracks you can go down.
You can go down the policy track or the appropriations track.
Policy means you can go off and put forward new bills that you can put into a law that'll be new statutes and everybody's supposed to follow them.
That's fine and dandy as long as you actually enforce the law.
Where you tend to get a little bit more traction on making sure that people follow the policies indicated or that you want them to get them to actually follow the law.
The way you do it is with the power of the purse.
And so the appropriations track.
And the folks in the Michigan House, led by Speaker Matt Hall and also Appropriations Chair Anne Boleyn, have been doing due diligence on the state budget.
And during some pretty tense negotiations last year, they discovered that there are about 4,300, what they call full-time equivalents, that were specified in the budget that had no correspondence to actual state employees.
So in other words, Gretchen Whitmer was inflating the payroll.
And what that means is that that $4,300, the money associated with that, which could be on the order of billions of dollars, was effectively a slush fund for the governor to appropriate in any way that she saw fit.
And so they pushed back on it.
There's been lawsuits that were instigated on it.
But just to kind of highlight a little quick statement from Speaker Matt Hall that kind of frames what was actually going on with these FTEs.
I want to pop that up for you.
Got to be one-to-one, right?
We're not going to increase unless you cut waste, fraud, and abuse from government.
And that's part of compromise, right?
I mean, I listened to the Democrats.
I talked to our caucus.
We made a deal.
They're cutting waste, fraud, and abuse from government.
And so we agreed to match them one for one and to dedicate all that money to Rhodes.
And for the first time, really, we're going to have another Rhodes deal, 1.5 up to 1.8 billion, which is going to okay.
So by discovering those 4,300 FTEs, what they did is they leveraged some.
They got leverage when it came to the budget negotiation and allowed them to get rid of other fraud inside the state budget.
So it wasn't exactly a clip I was hoping to give, but that's on me, not on the staff here.
I got the wrong clip for them.
But the bottom line is they're looking at our budgets now with a fine-toothed comb.
Doge, you know, with Elon Musk and President Trump, inspired a whole new degree of diligence in these state legislators where they're sweating the details now, where they used to kind of rubber stamp these budgets.
And I just want to say kudos to President Trump, kudos to Elon Musk, kudos to these state elected officials that are now starting to scrutinize the budget process because a lot of the games that are being played, a lot of the fraud is first evident in these state budget proposals.
And it's time to go off and look at them with a fine-toothed comb.
So when we get back, we're going to go into a discussion of the role that machines play in election fraud.
And I want to make sure everybody has a chance to kind of dig into some new revelations out in Fulton County, Georgia that I think you're going to find very interesting.

Welcome back to the Mike Lindell Show.
I'm filling in for Mike.
My name is Patrick Colbeck.
And prior to the break, we're covering a lot of ground regarding a lot of the fraud that's happening, and a lot of it deals with the illegal immigration.
And we highlighted how that illegal immigration is a central theme when it comes to observing how elections are stolen.
Well, that's just one component of election theft.
Now we're going to shift gears into another component of election theft that's near and dear to my heart, something that I've been studying in depth for the better part of the last five years after I served as a poll challenger at the TCF Center out in Detroit during the 2020 election.
Election Machines Online During Tabulation00:15:25
My background is that of a certified Microsoft small business specialist, in addition to being a former Michigan State Senator who served as vice chair of the Election and Government Reform Committee.
So when I was sitting as a poll challenger, I had kind of this unique background of policy knowledge as well as technical knowledge.
And I noticed that these machines were online during the tabulation of the votes.
And whenever I'd asked one of the election officials to go off and demonstrate that to everybody present by just rolling their mouse cursor in the bottom right-hand corner, they refused to do so and said they're not online.
Just trust me.
Well, that's not the job of a poll challenger.
The job of a poll challenger is to challenge what is going on at the polls.
So anyway, so that's got a, that raised my doubts around the security of these electronic voting systems right from the get-go, because if they are communicating remotely, the secure, the security of the, in this case, the vote tally chain of custody is in doubt.
And I'm well beyond trust at this point, and I was well beyond trust at that point as well.
And so having said that, there's still a big debate inside the election integrity community, both at the federal level and at the state level and local level beyond that, around whether or not we can implement or deploy these machines in a manner that is secure or not.
I put together a pretty detailed report that highlights that we do not come anywhere close to securing our election systems in a manner befitting of the title of critical infrastructure.
Part of my background is I'm also a former aerospace engineer.
I helped design the life support system, elements of the life support system on board the International Space Station.
The astronauts tended to view those systems as critical systems.
They could not fail.
And when it comes to our country, our election systems are critical systems.
They've actually been officially designated as critical systems.
They cannot fail because if they fail, we lose our voice as a people, we lose our Constitutional Republic, and we get chaos.
And so, and if you didn't, if you needed any good evidence of what chaos looks like, I think the last four years under Joe Biden were a pretty good indication of that.
But so there's still this debate, however, that from these people that think that they can secure these machines and folks like myself that says, no, we do not come even close to securing these machines in a manner befitting of the critical infrastructure designation.
So along those lines, I just want to anchor why another reason why I think this is more important, besides actually looking at the technical architecture on the machines and talking about all the different ways that they can be manipulated, let's look at it from a policy perspective first.
So recently, the Democrat Party took control of the Virginia governorship under Spanberger, as well as control of both chambers of their legislature.
And I want everybody who thinks that the machines are no big deal to pay close attention to one of the first bills introduced by the Democrats in the wake of this victory that they had.
And it was a bill to ban the hand counting of ballots.
And please tell me what public good a ban on the hand counting of ballots serves.
There isn't nothing.
All it does is provide a mechanism for cover-up for the use of the machines to manipulate election results.
So just keep that in mind.
I mean, this is non-technical.
This is a policy-driven reason why the machines have to go because it's obviously very important for these guys to stay in power that these machines are not questioned.
The results of these machines, the results coming out of these machines are never questioned.
And they don't want hand counts to cast doubt on these machine-based counts.
So anyway, in addition to that, I just wanted, there's been a lot of activity on social media, sharing information.
Frankly, I think social media has become one of the best ways to get information out to people.
That's why I like to share what President Trump is pushing out on social media as well.
And now that the censorship apparatus coming out of DC has opened the doors up a little bit for us to be able to talk about subjects that I used to talk, have to talk about in code, all this information is coming out.
So Patrick Byrne, in particular, if you don't follow him, I encourage you to follow him out on X. He's a frequent guest of Emerald Robinson out on her show with absolute truth.
He recently put out a tweet, or if you will, or an ex post, I don't know what they call them now, highlighting a revelation around the importance of these internet connections that I observed out in Detroit.
And it's talking about the fact that these systems are actually designed to support remote access servers.
And in case you're wondering, the technical term remote access means that somebody remote from the voting location is able to access the data on these servers.
And the data we're talking about are election records.
The only reason for this is to support manipulation of election results.
So he's sharing this information coming from internal emails.
There's a whole suite of these emails.
If you go off and follow his track, there's a whole thread there.
So if you're a techie and you want to look into it, I mean, it's talking about how to configure this, put the modem in place, all the things that we were told that these machines are not connected to the internet.
Well, all these internal communications that are coming out now are giving evidence that, yes, indeed, these machines were connected to the internet and they were designed to connect to the internet from the get-go.
And just to kind of summarize what the key issues were coming out of these email chains, here's just a quick little infographic to kind of summarize what some of the core concerns are that were revealed.
Is that, first of all, these guys were SmartMatic was talking to Sequoia employees.
So first of all, that dispels this whole rumor that there's no connection between SmartMatic and Sequoia.
Remember, Sequoia later became Dominion Voting System.
Dominion later became Liberty Vote.
So there's a continuous thread there.
So these it talks about how they're configuring these remote access services and that they were deploying them for use inside of Wisconsin and Arizona.
And so it also highlighted that there's these some sources claim that these services allowed these servers allowed international technicians to access machines.
And we've seen emails and other threads that have actually supported this claim where we've had programmers from Belgrade, Serbia with access to election systems in the United States during the tabulation of the votes in America.
So that's kind of a big deal.
And I just want to make sure all this information is starting to come out.
Another area, another set of information that brands make it new.
You haven't heard it anywhere else.
I haven't put it on social media at all yet, but I will assume.
We're working with, I alluded at the top of the show, working with an Australian by the name of Norell Brigden.
And she's been fantastic at her handle on X is dog and bone.
And she really is like the junkyard dog with a bone.
She doesn't let up.
She wants to get to the truth of everything that's going on.
And she's been drills down into details that a lot of people don't have time to go drill into details on.
And she does it and she does it very professionally.
And she noticed something very unusual coming out of the Fulton County, Georgia area, in particular in the wake of an audit that was conducted down there.
And so I just want to kind of bring this up here: is that I put together a little post summarizing her key findings.
And what it really comes down to is the fact that we've got this issue with what election officials are saying that we're doing.
And there's a huge disconnect between what they say that they're doing and what we're actually doing on the ground.
That's why I propose that the Election Assistance Commission, you know, gets out of the machine business, get rid of the machines, throw them into a lake somewhere, and they should focus in on defining pre- and post-election audit standards.
Because what we're seeing is a huge disconnect between what they are saying that they're doing.
I mean, we have contracts that are specifying that they're supposed to have these 8-gig flashcards that are being used for the election so you can store images of all the ballots.
But instead, what they're using are 4-gig cards that mean that they constantly have to change out these cards and lose the chain of custody around it.
So she did a great job going off and digging into that.
I put together a little video kind of highlighting what the issues are because essentially what it comes down to is that based on the findings that Norell put together on this, our elections are not auditable in Fulton County, Georgia.
And I bet you they're not alone across the country because these same requirements, including my home state of Michigan, we have requirements that these machines are supposed to provide an audit trail.
Well, they're getting rid of the log files.
And when you actually get a chance to look at the log files, you find out that they're not capturing the correct information or they're capturing incorrect information.
So this is kind of a big deal.
And just to kind of summarize the findings of her efforts here, we'll just pull up another little infographic put together that kind of highlights we've got all these certified specs on the left where we're requiring all these good things that give everybody a good, warm fuzzy that our elections are being conducted in a fair and just and lawful manner.
But then on the flip side, once we get a chance to go off and see the logs, see the actual equipment, perform a field audit about what's actually happening, we find out that it's not congruent at all with what everybody said that they were doing.
And this kind of disconnect is near and dear to my heart because in Michigan, they put out this Michigan Senate, former colleagues of mine did this.
They put out a Senate report that's used in almost every single election-related lawsuit that I've seen pertaining to 2020 that said that there's no evidence of widespread fraud.
Well, the only thing that they base that on was the fact that election officials were telling them how things were supposed to run.
They never went over to that right-hand side of that graphic and looked into how things were actually run.
That's what happens in a field audit.
That's what happens when you do a professional investigation.
It's sad to say, my former colleagues in the Michigan Senate did not do that.
And unfortunately, a lot of people paid the price for their incompetence and negligence because some of these lawyers have been sanctioned.
A lot of lost time had happened as a result of people that were incarcerated as a result of it.
People were indicted.
And all because they didn't do due diligence on this.
So these findings from the REL are very important because it gets to the heart of we have to go beyond what people are saying is happening and actually look at what the evidence says.
And what this really gets to the heart of is the fact that for some reason, somehow, the people that are responsible for the election fraud, in particular the fraud that happened in the 2020 election, have been able to get away with putting the burden of proof that the election had significant enough fraud to steal the election.
They put the burden of proof onto us who are asserting that they observed fraud instead of us being able to put the burden of proof on them saying that they have evidence that the election was done in a lawful manner and it was executed with integrity.
That's where the burden of proof should be.
Whenever an election is certified, that's effectively what they are testifying to.
They are testifying to the fact that the election was lawfully conducted.
And what we're finding now, and all too often, is the fact that those certifications are just rubber stamps.
Matter of fact, in Michigan, when Democrats got control of just like they recently gained control in Virginia when they took control in Michigan, they put together laws that forced our canvassers to actually certify elections.
So it's now unlawful for them to do anything except for hit the rubber stamp.
That should be a big indicator of what's going on.
So I'm going to skip forward here a little bit to the why does this all matter?
What are we going to end up doing?
Are we just completely just whining about elections and not doing anything about it?
Well, I just want to give everybody a little bit of hope.
In addition to the statement that President Trump made out in Davos at the World Economic Forum, he followed it up with a general theme to some of the truths that he's putting out on his true social account.
I just want to go over a few of those, just a handful of them right now so we can all look at them.
Number one, he put up a truth regarding illegal votes out in Michigan and Georgia, where these ballot signatures, the same signature is evident in both Michigan and Georgia for the same individual.
So this person's voting twice, if you will, once in Michigan, once in Atlanta, or somebody is voting on their behalf that has very nice handwriting, I might add.
So Trump put out a truth on that.
Then he put out another truth regarding what was going on in Nevada and highlighting 42,000 illegal votes being cast in Nevada, which was only decided by a fraction of that number of votes in Nevada.
And that's, you know, for, I think at the time it was four Electoral College votes.
So President Trump's got a theme here.
He's talking about rigged elections, just like he was doing in Davos.
And then the last one I wanted to go over is Trump putting out a truth repeating something that was put out by, I can't remember the name, who put it out there, but it kind of connects the dots with all the different election fraud actors here and highlighted the role that China and SmartMatic and Venezuela played in the theft of our elections.
And it was put up by Q the Storm.
That's what it is.
And so President Trump's being very vocal and reminding everybody, this is a lot of information that frankly has been out there for years, but hasn't gotten its day in court.
Despite everything that you've heard around, oh, 64 lawsuits have been decided against President Trump.
So there is no basis to the assertion that the election was stolen in 2020, hogwash.
And we went over in an earlier broadcast why it's so important that SCOTUS ruling that talked about the importance of standing and how candidates have standing because over half of the or roughly half of the of those 64 cases that detractors of election integrity tend to cite, they were determined, they were dismissed on the basis that they said that the plaintiffs had no standing on it.
Invocation Of The Insurrection Act00:03:56
So it's a big deal.
The accountability train, there's a lot of indications that that's moving ahead.
SCODIS is talking about it.
POTUS is talking about it with President Trump.
And we're talking about it here on Lindell TVs.
So where is this all headed?
Well, this is kind of what I wanted to zero in on as the last core segment of today's show.
I think it's heading to an invocation of the Insurrection Act.
You saw what's happening in Minnesota in regards to the obstruction from Governor Waltz, Mayor Frye, Ilhan Omar, and also Keith Ellison, the Attorney General of Minnesota.
By obstructing the enforcement of federal laws, that is an example of insurrection activities.
And so what I believe has been happening over the ever since President Trump got into office from the beginning here is that he's building the case for the invocation of the Insurrection Act to go off and enforce laws because he knows how corrupt this system has developed into.
And he needs additional tools such as the use of the military to make sure that we can actually enforce the law.
And so just to kind of highlight where we are in the Insurrection Act, I just put together a quick little graphic to kind of map out what are the triggers, what are the conditions for the president to be able to invoke the Insurrection Act.
And first thing is he's got to put out a proclamation saying, guys, you got to disperse.
You got to conduct yourself in a lawful manner.
You got to let law enforcement do their job.
And next, when you got to go off and, and if they don't do that, you got to highlight that it's impracticable for them, for law enforcement to actually do their job.
You got to demonstrate that they're being interfered with in the execution of their law enforcement activities.
And then last, you need some sort of judicial certification pass on it.
And what we're seeing on the right-hand side is that these conditions are being satisfied.
President Trump put on executive order 14287 that served as a formal proclamation.
Didn't get a lot of media attention, didn't get a lot of press, but it's obvious that President Trump is playing the long game here.
Next, when a federal court actually blocked the National Guard deployments, the Supreme Court came back and said, you know what?
Next time, skip the National Guard deployments, go right to the military.
And they encourage President Trump to actually invoke the Insurrection Act.
And then last but not least, you can't say he hasn't given him a chance.
He's put out at least an eight-month compliance window stating that, guys, we ask you to stand down.
You continue to obstruct these efforts.
We have one option left to go off and enforce the rule of law in our country, and that is going to be the Insurrection Act.
And when you read the ruling in the lawsuit of Trump versus Illinois, Judge Justice Kavanaugh effectively, a lot of people have interpreted his comments in that ruling to give President Trump the green light to pull in the military instead of focusing on the National Guard.
So we'll see what happens.
It's by most legal scholars are asserting that all the conditions, all the triggers have already been satisfied for the Insurrection Act.
A lot of people are thinking it's just President Trump is trying to determine when is the appropriate time for doing it.
Plymouth's Matrix of Liberty00:04:21
And frankly, he's given people a chance to actually do the right thing and actually follow the law and stop impeding law enforcement officers.
But all that implies that we are a nation of principles and values.
And I have asserted in previous broadcasts, I mean, the big issue and what's tearing America apart right now is that with a lot of these illegal immigrations, with a lot of the indoctrination about America being an evil country happening in our schools and our education systems, it's created this divide where a lot of people don't have shared values anymore in America.
And it's sad.
It's really sad.
We're called the United States of America.
And we're called the United States, not because we share geography, but we are supposed to have a shared set of ideals and beliefs.
And that's why I've been taken to closing our show with a little clip around a roadmap to get us back to that unity, to get us back to an appreciation for what made America great in the first place.
And there's this monument out in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
It was featured in the documentary movie Monumental featuring Kirk Cameron.
And I keep going back to that.
I've got a poster hanging up on my back wall.
You can only see probably the bottom half of it if you're looking at the screen.
But that was a poster given to me by the curators of this monument in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
It's not too far away from where you can find the Mayflower Replica out in Plymouth, Mass.
And it's close to the Plymouth Rock, but nobody ever knows about it because they don't advertise it.
And it's very clear what is important to get us back into a unified country.
And this foundation or this monument was designed and deployed by our founders to serve as a guidepost should we ever lose our way.
So just going to close today's broadcast just with a reminder.
This is a secret sauce to get America great again.
I wish they had left us some kind of a training manual, some kind of a secret sauce recipe card that we could pick up and go, all right, here's what it is, here's what we do.
What do we do?
How do we get back to that?
You know, when the children of Israel going into the promised land, they crossed the Jordan River and God stood it on in and they walked across.
And before the waters stopped parting, God told them to take 12 stones from the bottom of the river and put it up on the top of Mount Gilgal and make a monument.
So that when your children ask, what are these stones, they will be able, you'll be able to tell them this is where God parted the seed.
And that's what the pilgrims left us.
They left us a monument that not only gives tribute to what was accomplished here, but it gives us a specific strategy, a breakout of a blueprint of if we would ever forget what made America great, what made us free, we can go back and follow that strategy and it's right up on a hill a half mile from here.
Right here?
Right here.
It's the largest granite monument in America and it's hidden on a hilltop overlooking Plymouth in a residential neighborhood.
I've never heard of this.
Hardly anybody in America knows about it and yet the people of America put this together over a 70-year period.
Paid for by the Congress, paid for by the state legislature in Massachusetts as a strategy laid out.
We call it the Matrix of Liberty that was given to us by the forefathers, by the pilgrims.
What built America?
This is it.
And if we want to try something else, yeah, people can try other things.
But in the history of the world, the one strategy that has brought more liberty, more prosperity, and more joy than any other is this strategy.
Why would you go anywhere else?
You ever see this guy with the pillows on fox?
