Time Text
You ever see this guy with the pillows on fox?
My pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
He is the greatest.
The Mike Pillow guy.
Mike Lindell.
And he's been with us right from the beginning.
Hi, everyone.
My name is Patrick Colbeck.
I'm filling in for Mike today on the Mike Lindell Show.
We've got a lot of great topics for everybody to dig into today.
Of course, we're going to kick off with the DC update and talk to Allison Steinberg.
But also, I had a little bit of a field trip this Monday where I participated in a immigration and naturalization ceremony for my good friend Fonnie Montravati, who's the founder of checkmyvote.org.
And boy, did we discover some interesting things about how our federal government is operating on the front of immigration.
And we'll go into that in a little bit.
And then at the bottom of the hour, I got a special treat with a dear friend of mine, Bob Cushman, who's been retired, former pilot.
He has been a big supporter of mine throughout the years.
But I'll tell you, he's a great investigator.
And he's been devoting quite a bit of time into investigating the money laundering and influence peddling schemes, particularly around the Democratic Party.
And I think you're going to be interested in what he has to say.
And he's going to be sharing some of the tools that he uses so that we can get all the meddling kids all across America able to do some of the investigative work that he's doing.
So a lot of stuff to cover, as usual.
And it's the stuff that you're not going to hear on any other TV station.
So we're proud to be able to give you access to the content that you need to hear, not just simply the talking points that are being parroted out by the major news networks, if you will.
So Lindell TV special, please share with your friends and family.
Watch us on LindellTV.com.
And I'll tell you, I'm really impressed with the reporting crew we've got here at Lindell TV.
And that includes our next person we're going to be talking with, which is Allison Steinberg.
And Allison's going to give us the latest and greatest regards to what's going on in DC.
Allison, always good to see you.
Good to see you too, Patrick.
Well, we will kick it off with the conversation we were having yesterday when you were hosting Vanessa's show.
And that is the healthcare issue because there's a lot of new developments on that front.
As you know, we've been covering that pretty extensively here at Lindell TV.
As these COVID-era Affordable Care Act subsidies are set to expire here at the end of this month, come December 31st, those COVID-era subsidies will be gone.
So now we are in this fight to move forward with a new health care plan.
As I explained to you yesterday, Speaker Johnson said he is.
not going to allow an amendment that would extend these subsidies.
And they actually voted on this measure this morning in the House.
It did pass with 213 Republican votes, though this comes with some upset from more moderate Republicans who think that this is not sufficient and that this does not address the 20 million or so Americans that are going to be impacted by these expiring subsidies at the end of the year.
So now we are looking at the fact that Democrats have put forth a discharge petition, which would extend these COVID era subsidies for another three years.
Democrats were looking to get four signatures for a total of 218 signatures.
That would allow them to move forward with this discharge petition and bring it to the floor for a vote.
And it looks like they've reached that number.
They got the four Republican signatures that they needed.
Those four include signatures from New York Congressman Mike Lawler, Pennsylvania Congressman Ryan McKenzie, Pennsylvania Congressman Rob Bresnahan, and Pennsylvania Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick.
So there's clearly sort of a divide happening within the Republican Party.
You know, these four that signed on to this discharge petition are very upset.
They think that something needs to be done immediately to address these 20 million or so Americans that will be rather negatively impacted by these expiring COVID era subsidies at the end of the year, while the majority of Republicans want these subsidies to expire and think that no extension should be granted whatsoever.
So sort of conflicting viewpoints happening at this point in time in Congress, Patrick.
So Alison, if I get you, if I understand you correctly, we've got at least a handful of Republicans that want to support continued funding of a program that has, we've already identified significant fraud on that front.
And not just in Minnesota, but frankly all across the country, but in particular in Minnesota, where we had a fraudster get away with $7.2 million in Medicaid fraud.
And about 80% of that's coming from the federal government, typically.
So those four rhinos just decided to go off and continue that gravy train.
So obviously that guy who somehow got out of his prosecution for fraud is going to have a very happy Christmas, it sounds like.
Yeah, it certainly does sound that way.
Now, I know it's so ridiculous.
You know, they should be united on this issue, right?
Republicans have been calling for the end of Obamacare for years, yet they really do nothing about it.
I mean, it's rather upsetting if I admit that, you know, the majority of these Republicans aren't coming forward with a proposal or a solution until the very last minute here, right?
At the end of the year, that might have, you know, alleviated some of these pains and would have got some of these rhinos to go on board with these other Republicans had they not waited so long.
But, you know, I think now that we're at this point, Democrats are going to push to get this discharge petition signed as soon as possible.
I know Democrat Congressman McGovern is pushing to have that brought to the floor today now that they achieved those four signatures.
I don't know if Johnson's going to go for that, but basically it's sounding like this reformed health care proposal from Republicans will continue to move forward.
It obviously still has to pass the Senate and then come back to the House for a final vote.
But in the meantime, Democrats are going to continue to push for this discharge petition to be brought to the floor.
Whether that happens this week or not is still yet to be determined.
My guess is that probably won't happen until early to mid-January.
So it's just going to be a continuing battle on this healthcare front as we look into the next year.
And, you know, unfortunately, I don't really think there's any resolution that is sound and being brought forward at this point in time.
Well, if they need any help drafting a bill to replace Obamacare, please, you know, toss my name around there.
I'd be happy to volunteer in that capacity.
I will certainly let them know.
I think they could use all the help that they could get.
So we'll see what happens.
I do have a clip from Johnson on, you know, sort of the outline proposal of what they're looking at with what Republicans are moving forward.
But this is the healthcare measure that was voted on on the floor today that did, again, pass.
It's going off to the Senate now.
Let's take a listen to that clip that explains more about what that entails.
The lower health care premiums for all Americans act, which will be on the floor tomorrow, is the first big step in that regard.
As has been noted by Dr. Miller-Meeks and the other leaders here, it offers common sense solutions to lower premium costs for everybody, all Americans.
It expands access to quality care.
It provides every American with more options and flexibility to choose covers that works for them.
And it brings greater transparency to America's health care system.
And here's how.
The bill has five key reforms.
I'll just reiterate some of this real quickly.
It reduces premium costs through cost-sharing reduction payments.
It brings pharmacy benefit manager transparency and removes the hidden cost of prescription drugs.
It allows small business owners and independent workers to form association health plans.
It provides more choice for employees to customize their health care plans, and it protects small businesses from costly regulatory overreach.
According to the latest CBO projection, Republicans' cost-sharing reduction payments, just that provision alone would reduce premiums by at least 11% and will save taxpayers tens of billions of dollars, about $30 billion.
So we were talking about, what do you think?
Yeah, well, I mean, we were talking about this on Spinroom the other day.
And I think people underestimate how important this is.
They think it's just another policy debate over health care, and they think it's just focused on what's going on with the family.
But it ties into so many more aspects of our daily life than just what's happening to the family.
I mean, I write those big insurance bills every single month.
So I get it.
We get that under control.
But I'll tell you, you know, who else writes big checks?
It's businesses.
And if they're paying more in health care, they can't hire more employees or they can't pay them better.
And also the cost of government.
I mean, Medicaid, particularly when you have fraudsters like the guy in Minnesota that are getting away with the theft of $7.2 million in Medicaid fraud, that costs people money.
So this is actually, and it also hits the unfunded liabilities because a lot of these government employees have unlimited health care for the rest of their lives as well.
That's pretty cushy.
So this is a big deal.
And I'm hoping that they have some inspiration over the Christmas holidays here.
Maybe they can be visited by the three ghosts of Christmas Past and have a good talking to you on the topic of health care.
Yeah, no, that's a great point.
And I'm with you on the Medicaid issue too.
I mean, I think it was Ro Kahn that just recently said that they are ultimately the goal for Democrats is to give Medicaid for all.
So they just want free, socialized, free, socialized health care for all Americans.
So it's really astounding to me when you then look at what's happening today with these four rhinos jumping on board with Democrats to sign on to their discharge petition to continue extending these subsidies, knowing that the ultimate goal is, you know, socialized health care for all of America.
I think it sets a very dangerous precedent.
We're going down a dangerous path.
So let's hope Republicans can kick it into gear and get this passed through the Senate as that is where it lands next.
So we'll see what happens there and we'll keep you all updated as things continue to develop.
The other big story today on the Hill, Patrick, is Jack Smith appeared for a deposition today.
This was a closed door hearing headed up by Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, but he was obviously questioned about his involvement in everything regarding the overturning of the 2020 election, his mishandling of the classified documents and many of his interactions with the January 6th committee.
So we don't really know too much, obviously, because it was a closed door hearing, but I'm glad they brought him in for that deposition.
And I hope that trend continues.
I mean, I think we need to see many others brought in for questioning so we can get some accountability here.
Yeah, I'm very anxious to see what came out of that as well, because obviously he's tied with Operation Arctic Frost, which also targeted Mike Lindell and my pillow.
So that's very much a topic of interest.
I know the senators only got interested when they started revealing that they were looking, they were listening in on senators, but I'll tell you, there are a lot of people besides senators that were being targeted by that unlawful abuse of their authority.
And that weaponization of government needs to stop and they need to be held accountable.
And the person at the center of all that was Jack Smith.
So I wish it wasn't behind closed doors.
Let's see what happens.
It's interesting because he actually wanted it to be public.
And Democrats are criticizing Republicans for not having it be made public.
So that's interesting.
I think we would have all liked to have seen that.
Maybe moving forward, we can get some public hearings, right?
That's concerning.
Yeah.
Transparency is a great disinfectant.
And so, well, let's see.
Well, keep your ear to the ground as usual.
I'm very curious, and I know Mike would be very curious to see what's going on in Jack Smith land because, frankly, he and all the folks he was colluding with need to be held accountable for their actions.
Amen.
Let's hope it happens.
All right.
Well, thank you very much for the update there, Allison.
As usual, appreciate it.
Have a very Merry Christmas.
Thanks, Vatic.
You too.
All right.
Thank you.
All right.
At the top of the show, I talked about the fact that I attended an immigration and naturalization ceremony for a dear friend of mine by the name of Fannie Montravati.
He was there joined by all of his kids and family and a lot of friends.
And it was a really interesting event.
And it kind of took a turn into an area we didn't think it was going to take a turn into.
But for those of you who don't know, Fonnie Montravati founded an organization called Check My Vote.
And it was under the simple proposition that he wanted to go off and see as a non-citizen whether or not his name, his ID, was being used to illegally cast a vote.
And Fonnie's got some skills on the IT side of the house and a lot of other skills as well.
And I'll tell you, he decided to go off and put together this website.
And now people can just go in there and check whether or not they can check their individual voting history.
They can go off and report examples of voters that are registered to vote in a given area that should not be eligible to vote.
And they hand that information over to clerks so that they can follow up and clean up the voter rolls.
And he's been fighting serious headwinds, as we all have in the state of Michigan here, because they actually put together new rules that actually were targeting his organization, Check My Vote, specifically, saying that he had unreliable information.
And the fact of the matter is, all of his information comes from the Secretary of State.
So it's very interesting to note that in these new rules that they put out to make it pretty much impossible or impractical to clean up Michigan's voter rolls, they specifically targeted the organization Check My Vote.
And that kind of tells you everything you need to know about what their true motivations are around cleaning the voter rolls.
They don't intend to clean them.
And Fonnie's been at the head of that movement.
So when it came time for him to officially announce his citizenship, and the only reason he wasn't a citizen earlier is because he had been following what was going on in the elections and he did not want to get in a situation where he was going to be denied citizenship because he refused to assert that Joe Biden was a president of the United States.
So he waited until President Trump got into office so that he could take that citizenship oath and do so in full honesty and take all the, and so that's the kind of integrity that Fonnie has.
So he had a lot of friends surrounding him at this event.
And I would call it the Fonnie support group.
Of course, I'm there with my wife, but Fonnie's there with his wife, Eldona, and their kids and a lot of other folks in the election integrity movement all across Michigan.
And so it was intended to be a very joyful event.
And you can see that he actually took his citizenship oath proudly.
And it was delivered by Judge Linda V. Parker, who is very interesting.
We'll get into her in just a little bit.
But the bottom line is he ended up with his citizenship certificate and proudly displayed it and had a nice little photo of him with that certificate that he's going to have hung up on his wall.
And I'll tell you, it's a very proud moment.
For those of you who are not aware, this takes place in a courtroom, a federal courtroom in this case.
And this was in Detroit, the city of Detroit, where this took place.
In addition to all the citizens being sworn in, though, we noticed that there was quite a few folks from non-government organizations, otherwise known as NGOs, going off and attempting to register people to vote at this ceremony.
And they're very aggressive with it.
Matter of fact, the judge promoted the importance of registering to vote.
The USCIS official who presided over the event emphasized the importance of registering to vote and promoted the organizations that were in attendance, these NGOs, and promoted their, to assist them to get off and register to vote.
Well, these NGOs, as it turns out, included organizations like the League of Women Voters, an organization called Femmes for Democracy, and Promise for Change.
And I'll tell you, it's a little bit concerning, especially when you look at the affiliated organizations.
In case of this FEMS for Democracy, they've got a sister PAC called Femmes for Dems.
And for those of you who are unaware, this is essentially partisan-based, partisan-driven voter registration activity that's happening inside a federal court building.
Many people would cite that as a violation of the Hatch Act.
And I can tell you, as a minimum, it's a violation of Executive Order 14248 that President Trump signed in March 25th of 2025.
And what it did was essentially repeal all the bad executive orders from Joe Biden that included him weaponizing the federal government to go off and get out the vote.
And so in section nine of Executive Order 14248, he's specifically calling out the fact that all these agency actions, which included USCIS promoting the enlisting of non-government organizations or not, they call them nonpartisan organizations, but that these organizations are not nonpartisan.
As you can see by the association between the FEMS for Democracy, they're tightly aligned with FEMS or Dems for FEMS for Dems or whatever they call themselves.
So it is a very much a partisan-based activity.
But Trump's executive order said, I don't want any nonpartisan activity going on in these naturalization ceremonies either.
And apparently Judge Parker decided to ignore that executive order because she was promoting it in the courtroom.
And matter of fact, for anybody who's on the conservative side of the aisle, it was a pretty nauseating exercise through the whole thing because she quoted at least three times directly from President Barack Obama.
And with the intent, I mean, of essentially dog whistle here, they were essentially going off and trying to convince all these new immigrants that Barack Obama was the pinnacle of U.S. presidencies and you should be supporting Democratic candidates going forward.
And so it was very interesting.
I mean, there's no portrait of Donald Trump as the current president or anything else in the courtroom.
And it was obviously a, this is an operation that they've been doing repeatedly.
And I'll tell you, I went up to one of the signature gatherers and I asked them, well, how do you, what happens to these registration forms once somebody fills them out?
And she said specifically, it goes to one of our partners.
And so she didn't specify who one of these partners was, but before it goes to the clerks, it's going to one of their partners so that they can do data mining, data entry.
And now they've got all the contact information for this new immigrant that they can use to go off and push campaign information towards them.
So I don't know about you, but I was pretty concerned about that.
And especially when I found out and did further digging on the legality of it, it's in direct violation of that executive order that President Trump issued earlier this year.
So, and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, they actually put out a policy statement that said, guys, we're not doing it anymore.
No more nonpartisan activities.
This is not the, this is a federal, these are federal institutions, and you're not supposed to go off and use it anymore for voter registration activities.
And obviously, this was a direct violation of that policy and a direct violation of President Trump's executive order.
So they know what they're doing, and they did it deliberately.
And that should be concerning to everyone.
Because let's face it, we got Tina Peters right now sitting in jail.
And why is she sitting in jail?
Because Secretary of State Jenna Griswold issued a directive to her to go off and allow Dominion to go off and service her machines, which she did allow.
She just took a copy of it before and after servicing.
And so this question of executive authority going off and directing somebody to take a certain course of action that's not formally in law.
I mean, President Trump's executive order is a effectively, in this case, it was a policy statement and it was, and I'm sure they're going off and trying to push back on it and say you can't, it doesn't have the force of law.
But apparently it.
It only does not have the force of law if it's a Republican issuing it.
But if Jenner Griswold or in my state, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson issue one of those directives, it's treated like it is law.
So at the very least, there is a huge double standard in the execution of our laws.
And I noticed something else that, I mean, when you get into politics, you see these things, unfortunately.
I wish I didn't see these things sometimes, but there was an order given before Judge Parker came in the building that says we're in a federal courtroom.
You are not allowed to take video of any of the proceedings going forward.
Well, of course, a lot of the people that were in the room, you know, pulled out their camera and they wanted to capture this proud moment of them becoming a U.S. citizen.
And of course, they were doing video recording.
And there's no pushback.
Nobody got their wrists slapped.
Nobody got arrested for that or anything else.
Except that all the folks that I would submit are the rule of law type of folks, like myself.
We didn't take out our phone and do video recordings.
They allowed still photos.
I took still photos.
That's what happened on it.
But there are a lot of people taking video.
And why is that important?
Because when you have Judge Parker actively promoting President Barack Obama and his policies and his views to the exclusion of all others, that's a problem.
And they don't want that recorded.
That's the same reason they don't allow video recording when we're overseeing the conduct of our elections, when you're a poll challenger, a poll worker, at least that's a case in Michigan.
They don't want you to capture the evidence.
They want it to be all relegated to hearsay and say, well, you know, that didn't really happen.
So they can always poo-poo it with their friends in the media.
You recall in Detroit back during the 2020 election, a lot of folks like myself talked about this van pulling up at 3.30 in the morning, dropping off tens of thousands of ballots.
Nobody believed us until Gateway Pundit got the video footage for a surveillance camera that was out at the back gate showing that everything we were talking about was exactly true.
They know the power of video.
They know that's why they tell law-abiding citizens, you're not allowed to go off and cast video.
And if you're not law-abiding, who cares about the rules?
We're going to go off and get the camera out.
But I'll tell you, if I would have gotten my camera out there and started taking video, I would have been arrested.
I have no doubt in my mind that I would have been arrested for taking video.
That's the way this is working.
Lady Justice has her blindfold off.
And here we are in the middle of a federal courtroom, the city of Detroit.
And we saw a prime example of how there's rules for thee and rules for me.
And this is a case where the Democrats are only going to enforce the rules when they say it's a rule.
And when they, it harkens back to Stalin's chief of police when he said, you find me the man, I'll find you the crime.
Because they have, there's so many different rules and laws on the books.
They're going to find something to make you guilty of something like they did with President Trump.
And so, guys, it's just something to be on guard with.
They are using these immigration and naturalization ceremonies to actually get out the vote and add to the voter base of the Democratic Party to the exclusion of all other interests.
And that should have everybody concerned, and not just a little bit.
So, especially when it was against a direct order from the President of the United States, and also it was directed in policy from the leadership of the Immigration Service.
So, that's a big deal.
So, when you start looking into some of the organizations that are supporting this, when you see that the Femmes for Democracy are tied to the Femmes for Dems organization or Eff for Dems PAC, you know that these activities are not nonpartisan.
They are partisan.
And that's why I believe President Trump put out the policy, the Executive Order, Section 9 policy directive that he did, because we know for a fact that these organizations are not nonpartisan.
They may have a 501c3 status, they may have a 501c4 that should be challenged, frankly.
But these guys are not nonpartisan.
We used to always call the League of Women Voters the League of Liberal Women Voters because they didn't represent all women.
They only represented those that voted Democrat.
And so, anyway, that was a slight tarnish on what was intended to be a big celebration of somebody who was coming to America.
That's Fonnie Montravati, to celebrate the greatness of what America truly is.
And he fully embraces the principles that are embodied in our Declaration of Independence.
And we wanted to make it a point of celebration.
But instead, what we found out was that when you go into these ceremonies, we found out that if you peek behind the curtain, you see that a lot of these principles we live on, the rule of law in particular, is crumbling from within.
And we need to be ever vigilant.
It was Thomas Jefferson that one said that the price of liberty is eternal vigilance.
Well, this is just one more example of where we need to be vigilant.
It's at these immigration naturalization ceremonies, which should be a time of celebration, but it's actually being used as a mechanism to subvert the integrity of our system of government.
So anyway, so we're going to talk a little bit about where the funding comes for all these NGOs when we get back with a very special friend of mine, Bob Cushman.
And he's going to dig into what he's been able to discover just digging through some publicly available sites and understanding where folks like the Seditious Six get their money, where all these NGOs get their money.
And I'll tell you, I think you're going to want to hear what he has to say.
So when we get back, we're going to be joined by my good friend, Bob Cushman.

Hi, everyone.
Welcome back.
My name is Patrick Kolbeck.
I'm filling in from Mike Lindell on the Mike Lindell show.
And before the break, I was highlighting we've got a very special guest joining us.
And sure enough, my good friend Bob Cushman is with us right now.
And I just give you a little bit of background on this guy.
He, first of all, he's a former pilot.
So he's very detail-oriented already in that context.
You always got to make sure you do your pre-flight checks.
And I'll tell you, he was the guy driving me all around the state of Michigan when I was running for governor.
And he did pre-drive checks all the time for me.
And I was like the best equipped candidate ever out there.
And what he's doing now is helping to equip everyday citizens, as I call them, meddling kids, with the information that they need about how our governments actually run and what motivates them.
So he's a former engineer as well.
So, you know, he's double-dosing on the detail-oriented approach to looking into things.
And I got to tell you, I am so proud of his efforts in digging into where the money is going inside our government.
I've been focused in on the machines.
I've been focused on mail and ballot fraud and knitting together all the different pieces of evidence across the board from a systems engineering perspective.
He's been taking care of business, particularly around these funding streams.
And early on, he was one of those folks that was digging in and knocking on doors and checking into these ACK Blue donors that are called SMRFs.
And they're called SMRFs because they're making lots of little donations to blue organizations and just like a little smurf.
And I'll tell you, he's been relentless on that front and so many others.
It's a very special pleasure that I introduce everybody to my good friend Bob Cushman.
Bob, welcome award.
Thank you very much.
So you've been getting a lot of attention lately because people are starting to resonate with the research that you're doing.
Particularly, I think it started with a story that you did in the Gateway Pundit on the seditious six and some of the money that is going into their respective campaigns.
And maybe if you could tell people a little bit about what you discovered regarding these folks that were encouraging members of our military to disobey orders from the commander-in-chief.
I will, but I think I should preface it by saying I've been looking at this kind of information for six years.
It actually kind of started back in 2019 when I noticed that three Democratic congresswomen, which would be Slotkin and Stevens and Rashida Talib, received 75% of all their money and all of their donations from out of state.
And I absolutely couldn't understand this.
This is before I understood that we were looking at money laundering.
And at that time, back in 2019, I wrote letters to the FBI, the DOJ, and the local U.S. attorney.
That would have been Barr, and who's the former head of the FBI, Ray, and then the local U.S. attorney.
And unfortunately, I received zero substantive information.
And over the years, I've been digging into this, and I won't bore you with all the details.
But going to your immediate question, and this has taken off across the country.
For example, when I did report on the SMURF donations to the seditious six, which by the way are Mark Kelly, Alyssa Slotkin, Jason Crowe, Chris DeLuzio, Chrissy Houlihan, and Maggie Goodlender.
When I reported on that, the article was published by the Gateway Public, excuse me, the Gateway Pundit.
And as of last night, it was viewed by no less than 507,000 people.
And this is just the part that went through Twitter.
And so this thing has really taken off.
And then I did follow through and I did what I said I was going to do.
And I notified the FBI, the DOJ, and also the Department of War because of the peculiar situation with Mark Kelly.
And I know that on December 9th, just to make sure that if they didn't receive it electronically, they received the paper version.
So by December 9th, their offices, anyways, had received my 23-page report on that subject.
And then I subsequently expanded my work, and I'm basically adding upon my work.
And there's two groups of SMURFs.
There's a group of 20 SMRFs that I'm calling the Corey Booker Smurfs.
There's a group of 22 SMRFs I'm calling the Mark Kelly Smurfs.
I put them together.
Now I've got a big bundle of 42 SMRFs.
And then I compare it.
And anybody who's worked with spreadsheets, you can imagine how that works.
And I expanded it out to eight senators.
And I found out that eight very specific senators were heavily involved in receiving money, which in most of our beliefs is laundered money from these 42 SMRFs.
And that report came out on December 14th.
It was excuse me, December 15th.
It was published in the Gateway Pundit.
As of last night, it was viewed by no less than 90,000 people.
And I'm in the middle of working on an update to that.
In this update, just to give you a sneak preview, I'm looking at the entire, basically what I'm going to call the entire Democratic Party receiving this laundered money.
And as you can guess, and I'm sure you have yourself gone through spreadsheets to where you get bleary-eyed, I've looked at three or four of the major funding flows into the Democrat Party, which involves the Democratic National Committee, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, and their version in the Senate, the DSCC, and an outfit, a committee known as Progressive Takeover,
and then 14 elected individuals.
And when you see the results, I'm not going to publish it now because I think that Jim Hofker, the Gateway pundit, would be disappointed if I let this out before he published the story, and hopefully he will.
But when you look at the results, you'll see that a high percentage of all these institutions are using this laundered money.
So it's a huge problem.
Now, people say, why, why has anything been done about it?
To be completely transparent, we're seeing some of this type of malfeasance happening on the Republican side of the fence.
The Democrats have Act Blue, and everybody's well familiar with Act Blue.
The Republicans have WinRED.
And I can only guess that maybe the reason the Republicans haven't pushed back the way they should is because they're a little bit dirty too.
Not nearly as much as the Democrats, but there's a lot of dirt there.
Well, I appreciate all your efforts and looking into it.
And you can tell when somebody's doing their due diligence is that there's always a spreadsheet in the middle of the story when an engineer is the author.
So that's always good to see.
And frankly, it's about showing the receipts.
It's like saying, all right, guys, here's the data that I receive.
These are from public sources.
So you can challenge me on the data source all that you want here.
But here's the way it all pulls into a spreadsheet.
You can go off and look at the calculations that I'm doing and come to your own conclusions.
But, you know, that's what I love about the work that you do is that you're just sharing it for everybody to go off and see and come to their own conclusions as well.
But I tell you, you're holding them accountable.
And I think you're discovering some powerful tools that I think everybody needs to be aware of as well.
And I kind of want to point them out to everybody because many people just sit there and say, well, I don't know how to check into these money flows.
I mean, kind of give people a little bit of an overview.
And actually, you know what?
Before we get into that, let's pick up where you left off on the Act Blue.
How does that work?
And what did you discover around a SMRF?
And maybe give your, you can probably provide a much better definition of a SMRF than I can here.
But give an idea of what you did regarding following some of these money trails on these SMRFs.
How did you go about doing that?
And who else was working on this across the country that you want to point people to?
Well, if we're talking about the subject of SMRFs, I think that we would be extremely remiss in not giving a huge amount of credit to Peter Berninger.
He's a political person in the state of Wisconsin.
Has been doing a tremendous amount of work, and I'm sure that you're familiar with him.
And unlike me, I'm a one, one, what do I call myself?
An army of one.
And I'm working through the midnight hours on spreadsheets.
But Peter has, it sounds like, a whole host of people who are very adept at downloading huge amounts of data.
He's got some kind of special line that goes into the FEC database.
And he tells me, he's told me in the past, anyways, that he downloads data every single day from the FEC.
And I think that part of that is to keep them from revising their data, kind of the way that we think that our Secretary of State is revising the voter rolls after the fact.
And he's got a team of people who are very expert on downloading data and going through spreadsheets and even higher functions to analyze this data.
So we've got to give him credit.
But you kind of toggled my memory.
You know, I had issued a FOIA request to the FEC a while back.
I wanted to know everybody who had a direct interface into the FEC database.
Essentially, I was asking for what are called APIs or application program interfaces to the FEC database so I could find out who are all these organizations that are tapping into it.
And there's some good guys like Peter tapping into it as well, but I think there's some other folks that deserve a little bit more introspection because obviously somebody is allocating donations in the names of these SMRFs and they are pushing data into this system somehow.
And I think the investigation around that starts with an understanding of everybody who has direct connections into this database.
So anyway, I appreciate you.
Can I highlight a few examples?
Yeah.
Okay, out of these 42 SMRFs, I'll just jump at some of the ones that seem to be the most egregious.
There's a James Watson from Wrightstown, New Jersey, who, according to the FEC database, has donated $276,000 over the course of over 34,000 separate donations.
And you know, that didn't really happen.
Nobody can put forth 34,000 separate donations.
Here's a Joan Wolford from Northampton, Massachusetts.
She's credited by the FEC with $432,000 of donations over the span of 10,700 separate donations.
Perhaps one of the biggies is, and give me a second here to find him.
There he is.
There's a Michael Berger from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who allegedly has given $1.3 million but spaced over $24,680 donations.
And those donations are only $53.65 apiece on average.
When you add up all 42 of these SMRFs that are so obvious, you find out that the average SMRF age is 78 years of age.
These 42 persons who I believe have had their identity stolen allegedly have given $7.4 million, but they've spaced it out over more than 321,000 donations.
And the average donation is only $23 a piece.
Now you frame that perfectly, Bob.
Yeah, they stole their identity to go off and use that name as a mechanism for injecting funds into respective campaigns.
And it's, frankly, very analogous to what they're doing with the elections.
They steal a name, put a vote against it, they get a ballot against that name, and they vote in their name as well.
And so we're seeing this across the board.
It's a common practice, and we're frankly getting to mortgage fraud.
You can see the same thing evident there.
There's a lot of people that are taking advantage of these information technology systems, these databases, and their privileged access to the database.
And what you're uncovering with these SMERFs and what Peter's uncovering, and what's also James O'Keefe was uncovering regarding these SMURFs is just another example of how people are working behind the scenes, thinking that they've got this little scheme that they can get away with because nobody's watching over their shoulder.
Well, I'm glad folks like you are looking over their shoulder, Bob.
Well, thank you very much.
And I just want to try and summarize this by saying that my take on this tremendous interest that's just happened in the last few weeks about this subject is that people have come to kind of the end of the road and they are so tired of being fed false information that there's this huge need for truth and there's this huge need for justice.
And I'm an eternal optimist and I have a feeling that justice is just around the corner.
I do too.
And just to make sure that these folks that have this renewed interest in things that in the investigations like you're doing right now, I just want to highlight a few of the websites that you shared with me earlier that you use to assist in your investigations.
And when you're talking about, you know, federal campaigns, obviously the FEC website is the place that you go for that, right?
And that's, if you can pull up like that.gov.
Yeah.
Yep.
So that is.gov.
Yep.
FEC.gov.
So that's where you can go off and check out where the seditious six and others are getting their money.
And anybody can do it.
It's not that hard.
All you got to do is go to the top left-hand corner and start clicking, and you'll find out.
And you can either look at donations or you can look at expenses of any person, organization, or whatever.
And there's a plethora, a universe of information there.
You just have to download it and then read their spreadsheets and figure out what it means.
And maybe many people don't realize this, but when you actually decide to run for office, you're actually creating a new business.
It's called a campaign committee typically, but it is a new business.
There's people that are in charge.
You got a president, you got a secretary, you got all these different officers for that.
And so when you go off and file these campaign finance statements, you're essentially exposing your general ledger to the world so that they can all see what's going on inside your business, which makes sense.
And this is one of the important tools.
Now, there's another type of organization that kind of fits outside, if you will, of the FEC database.
And that is like a non-government organization.
Now, before the break, we were talking about what was the hanky-panky that was happening out at the Immigration and Naturalization Service for Fonte Montrevati, where we had the League of Women Voters and the Femmes for Democracy and Promise for Change organization.
These are all NGOs, you know, like the same organizations that were getting funded through USAID before Doge came in there and exposed what they were doing on these.
This is a big money laundering activity.
If you want to find out the details of where these guys are getting their money and how they're spending their money, you gave me a couple of websites for that as well.
And I guess it starts just, you know, anybody who's a 501c3 or C4, this is something I found out when I was serving as the CEO of the Michigan Armed Force Hospitality Center.
You file what are called Form 990s.
Most people, everyday citizens, they file a 1040 form for them and their family.
If you're a business, you might throw in a Schedule C or two.
But if you're a NGO, you use what's called a Form 990.
And Bob, where can people go to find information on these tax forms?
Because they are generally available to the public, right?
They are if you know the website.
And I don't have, I'm afraid I don't have it right now.
You gave it to me earlier.
If it's the irs.gov.
And if you go to app.irs.gov.
There you go.
Here's the thing.
Here's the thing.
I'm sorry.
Go ahead, Pat.
Yeah, go ahead.
Here's the thing that I think needs to be noted.
And you and I had an interesting conversation before this show.
The 990s, to a large degree, report on nonprofits, 501c3s, 501c4s, 527s, et cetera.
And there's legal requirements for them to report if they spend more than $50,000.
They have to use the 990.
There's a short form if they spend less than 50,000.
But the problem that I have, and this is where maybe you and I have a little bit of a disagreement, is that there have been laws passed in recent years, and probably both at the state and federal level, but certainly at the federal level, which allow organizations that are so-called charitable organizations like 501c3s, 501c4s, not to report the donors.
They do report the large grants and distributions and expenses, which is good and it's helpful, but that's only half the picture.
And this is probably not the time to go into it, but I think that those laws have to be changed so that ordinary citizens like myself or you can go in and find out and really track the money to see who's really pulling the strings behind the Big Ten.
No, I mean, I want to know who's doing that just like anybody else does.
But here's the flip side of that issue that I ran into because I was leading the effort to make Michigan a right to work state.
And when you disclose donors, they end up, you know, these bad guys will go in there, find out who these donors are, and they'll put them on a harassment list, if you will, that they will go off and target those individuals to the point where they may actually try to run them out of business and that kind of stuff.
So, you know, getting rid of transparency is probably not the best solution to that issue.
The issue is to go off and pass laws that hold people accountable for intimidation tactics like that.
But still, I know for a fact that a lot of people use these lists particularly to go off and target individuals.
And in this cancel culture we live in right now, it makes it so some of these folks that have deep pockets, they'll lose their business potentially by going off and supporting like a pro-life cause, for example, or something like that, because then they'll be put on a target list.
So it's just the issue is we're living in a society right now that doesn't have a heck of a lot of respect for the rule of law.
And so that's the only area where I think we got room for discussion, if you will.
You had another website that I thought was important too.
So if you can't find it up on the IRS site, you gave me a ProPublica website.
And it's another area where you can possibly get access to Form 990s as well.
So there's a couple tools here that are pretty helpful.
And so it doesn't take somebody with any special skills or anything.
All it takes is a desire to go off and pursue the truth and do so relentlessly.
And I'll tell you, Bob is a prime example of somebody who relentlessly pursues the truth.
He's doing this for his grandkids.
He's doing it for his own kids.
He's doing it for future generations of American.
I can tell you, he's got the most altruistic notions on it.
He's not doing this because he wants to spend his retirement years going off and looking up federal databases and putting out spreadsheets.
That's not what Bob wants to be doing.
He wants to be spending time throwing his grandkids up in the air and giving big hugs.
So, but he knows that without these efforts, that the future for our next generation of leaders is not looking very good.
So, I just want to say thank you, Bob, for all your efforts.
And for those who want to help you out or follow your efforts, where's the best place to go to give you support?
Well, I want to thank you for that.
I probably would have forgotten if you hadn't mentioned it.
I have tried to put all of my important work into this huge book.
I guess I'm calling it the Michigan Corruption Dossier.
It's online.
It's available to anybody.
It's totally free.
You can download the whole thing or you can download the individual chapters.
With my latest work, we're up to 120 chapters and 862 pages.
So it's a monster book.
I should have sent you a snapshot of the huge manual.
I printed one copy.
There's only one copy in existence because it'd be ridiculous to print multiple copies.
I've seen that.
But it's available online.
The website is very simple.
It's michiganscorruption.com.
And there's an S in there.
Make it plural.
MichigansCorruption.com.
And it'll take you right to the website and you can click on each individual thing or at the end of it, you can, if you want to download the whatever it is, 40, 50 megabytes of the document size, you can download the whole document as a PDF, as I recall.
So it's free.
It's available to anyone.
I'm keeping it.
It's something I've been contributing to and growing for years.
And if you want to know the truth, at least to the best of this poor, lowly engineer's ability, go there.
Yeah, I appreciate it.
And they can follow you on social media too, right?
You're on X. I'm on Twitter and I'm on Facebook primarily.
Okay.
We've got to get you on the vocal, my friend.
That's all right.
So thank you very much for tuning in.
And most of all, thank you for all your efforts to just expose the dark recesses of money moving around in our system here.
That if it wasn't for folks like you, we'd never know about how seedy this really can get.
So thank you for shining the light, my friend, and keep up the good work.
Well, thank you, Patrick, and back at you.
You're one of the most noble, Christian, honest, intelligent people I've ever met.
Thank you.
Well, we've got to get you out more, but okay.
Thank you, my friend.
I appreciate it.
God bless you and have a very Merry Christmas and say hi, Christine.
God bless you.
Thank you.
That wraps up another edition of the Mike Lindell Show.
Thank you for tuning in today.
Covered a lot of ground here, everything from DC out to what was happening in the city of Detroit to corruption chronicles around money laundering all across America.
And the good news is that we have folks like my friend Bob Cushman standing up and shedding the light of truth on this corruption.
The good news is we've got newly minted citizens like my good friend Fonnie Montravati at checkmyvote.org that are doing the same thing and trying to preserve this American dream for future generations.
And I'll tell you that gives me inspiration each and every day.
I hope it gives you inspiration.
And until next time we meet, this is Patrick Kolbeck filling in from Mike Lindell.
I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas.
You ever see this guy with the pillows on fox?
My pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
