Time Text
You ever see this guy with the pillows on flaps?
My pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
He is the greatest.
The My Pillow guy.
Mike Lindell.
And he's been with us right from the beginning.
Hello, everybody.
And thank you so much for tuning in with us here on Lindell TV.
You are watching the Mike Lindell show.
And no, I'm not Mike Lindell.
I'm Alison Steinberg, but I'm filling in for the great Mike Lindell, who's out busy doing great things ahead of this wonderful Christmas season that we are upon.
What an exciting time.
The best time of the year, the most wonderful time of the year.
And I know I'm so excited for Christmas.
And we have a fun little Christmas story for you at the end of the show.
So stick around with us.
We have lots to get into today.
Just because it is Christmas doesn't mean there's any shortage of news.
There's lots going on with the Epstein files release.
We'll get into that.
Hunter Biden sat down for an interview with Sean Ryan.
That certainly was not on my bingo card for the year 2025.
Got that in right in the nick of time as we wrap up the year.
So we'll break down all of the Hunter Biden interview with Sean Ryan.
There's a ton of fraud over in Minnesota, as you know.
And the network here, Lindell TV, has been doing a great job of covering that extensively.
But there's also fraud in a number of other states, not surprisingly blue states, namely California.
We're even hearing about Minnesota, of course.
And Maine is another one where we're seeing a lot of fraud being uncovered.
And so there's a lot to dive into with that.
Also, some immigration news and a lot of other fun stuff we have lined up for you here on the Mike Lindell show.
So thank you again all for being with us today as we head into the Christmas break.
It's going to be a good one.
And I hope you're all having a wonderful holiday season with your families at home.
But we're going to kick it off with our very own Kara Castranova.
I think she's going to join us to discuss the Epstein files.
And there she is, Kara.
Good to see you.
Thanks for joining us.
Thank you for having me on this wonderful day.
Yes, we're glad to see you.
I know it's kind of a different view today.
We're all at home for our Christmas breaks.
And so the viewers get to see us from a new with a new background.
Mine is this beautiful tree.
Yours looks like you got a white wall, but there's nothing wrong with that.
I have a tree downstairs.
I have a tree downstairs.
I wish I had it behind me, but today I just have the white wall.
I'm decorating today for Christmas.
Obviously, excited just like everybody else for Christmas Eve, which is my favorite holiday tomorrow.
And your tree looks beautiful, and so does your hair and your lipstick.
You always look great.
So, yes, but Merry Christmas to the audience.
And I think that, you know, this Epstein file thing is something you've been following.
Obviously, Rokana, a Democrat, interesting.
I've never run into him myself.
I don't know if you've had words with him and how he is, but it seems like he's at least on the right side of history when it comes to releasing the Epstein files and making the rounds, going out there, talking about now saying, I guess, a Democratic president will release everything and prosecute those who have obstructed justice.
It's upsetting when you really look at it, Allison, how the Democrats have been able to really hijack the Epstein file narrative for years, years.
I'd say five, eight years now.
The likes of Alex Jones and everybody in the conservative right has been demanding the release of the Epstein files, saying that prosecutions need to happen.
And now you have Democrats, and you can be certain they will prosecute anybody and everybody.
These are facts, but this is really something people need to think about in 2028.
A Democrat president coming in and prosecuting President Trump now for the Epstein files and prosecuting Pam Bondi for obstructing justice and not releasing them.
So they really need to start thinking about these things because these are very feasible things that could happen in the future.
As we know, the Democrats have no issue when it comes to political persecution.
And if they're running the Department of Justice and the Congress in 2028, they could literally just hide whatever Democrats are in those files and, you know, just implicate Republicans.
So it's very concerning.
Although Rokana, I do respect his stance and the work that he's done with Massey.
At the same time, this is really just a warning sign for me for what is to come if the Trump administration doesn't grab the bull by the horns and take back this narrative.
Just release the damn files.
Nobody cares anymore what's in them.
Just release them.
Sunlight is the best sanitizer and prosecute that, you know, prosecute whoever's in them that deserves to be prosecuted.
I think that's the answer.
But apparently the administration, for whatever the reason, and we watched it this whole year, you know, hasn't done the greatest job when it comes to the narrative with the Epstein files.
If I could give them one criticism, it's certainly that.
Well, I think we can all agree on that.
It's been very disappointing to see the poor handling of the Epstein files and all of the weird back and forth and all these weird PR stunts to try to quell the MAGA base.
But I've said this before, and I'll say it again.
I think this is the one issue that it could actually unite, one of the few issues that could unite the left and the right.
And if they had handled this properly from the beginning, I think we'd be in a lot better shape than we are now.
But it's just been strange to see all of this unfolding and really them waiting until the last minute to release these documents when this was a promise that was made to us on the campaign trail by President Trump.
So, you know, they're arguing, the DOJ is arguing right now.
Oh, you know, well, we can't release all the files all at once, as is the law as a result of the, you know, discharge petition that was spearheaded by Thomas Massey and Rokana.
They're saying there's too much for them to release and that they're going to need more time.
But if they've been working on this early on, like they claim they were, namely when Pan Bondi was asked on the White House lawn what was happening with the Epstein file, she said she had mountains on her desk and she was working on going through it.
So clearly that's not true.
Clearly they weren't actually going through it back then when this all first started.
Otherwise they have a lot more to release now and they wouldn't have to do it in these batches that we're seeing happen currently.
And that's now why Thomas Massey and Rokana are talking about inherent contempt for the DOJ and possibly impeachment.
So we'll see how this develops.
It is interesting.
There are 30,000 more pages that were just released last night.
So these are coming out slowly but surely.
But then again, Kara, a lot of this is heavily redacted.
And I think a lot of people are questioning now: are we getting the full story?
Are we getting all the information and can we trust the government to actually pull through on this?
Now, the attorney for many of the victims, Bradley Edwards, joined a media outlet yesterday to talk about this and what his concerns are.
Let's take a listen to what he had to say there on that.
Bradley Edwards, what else is in the Epstein files that you know they could release?
Well, currently they haven't released anything.
Literally nothing.
The only thing they've done is placed a bunch of pretty random documents from court files onto the internet so that people can start searching them.
And since there's a volume of them, make people believe that they've released something.
They've released nothing.
So what you start with is 302s.
Those are FBI statements of witnesses, victims, where they have named who are the abusers, who are the co-conspirators, what did Jeffrey Epstein do and when did he do it?
Then look at the 2006-2007 investigation that the FBI did.
Marie Viafania, a great prosecutor, prepared a 53-page indictment in 2007, along with an 82-page process memo at the same time.
We have never seen it to this day, and the public still doesn't have it.
No explanation whatsoever.
2011, they interviewed Virginia Roberts.
She gave a detailed 302.
We only have the redacted version.
It's not even out there yet.
2019, countless 302 statements.
They confiscated hard drives from Epstein's homes that have all of his emails.
They have his schedules.
They tell you who he talked to, why he talked to them, when he talked to them.
Nothing.
Literally, no part of the investigation is there yet.
The other part of the act was make sure no victims' names are released to the public because this is all about the victims and we have to protect them.
There's countless victims who have been outed, who never wanted to be outed.
And what nobody knows is, I saw this coming, wrote a letter to two judges, said this is going to happen.
The judges told the Department of Justice, don't do that.
Work with Brad Edwards and make sure this doesn't happen.
We then provided the Department of Justice with a full list of all of the victims' names, said redact all of them before anything goes on the internet.
Didn't happen.
So they've released no files, no investigative files to comply with the act, and they've released all kinds of victims' names.
The only thing they could really do now is take it all down, what they put out there, it's trash, and start doing what they're supposed to do.
Bradley Edwards, when you saw this and read this, in your judgment as a lawyer, did this feel like just incompetence or how they exposed these survivors?
Or did it feel like something else?
It's funny that you say that because one of the survivors wrote to me and says, look, you're always standing up for the administration and giving them the benefit of the doubt.
Are you going to say, once again, this is just simple incompetence?
Or do you agree that's intentional malfeasance?
That was literally what I got today.
Look, the one document that I had never seen before is one that Maria Farmer claims she made a complaint back in 1996.
And we've all believed her and have tried to get it for 30 years and we didn't get it.
But that document did show up.
It wasn't investigated.
It was under Clinton.
So I'm guessing that's the reason that we got that one document.
Outside of that, there's been absolutely nothing about any of the investigations that have happened related to Jeffrey Epstein.
I have met with lawyers that work for DOJ and SDNY.
They're not incompetent.
So I guess that just leaves no other possibility.
We have to start thinking.
If you're not doing your job, you're not following the law, you're not incompetent, this has to be intentional.
It's an affront to the victims.
It needs to stop now, like tonight.
So, sorry, that was a longer clip, but I thought it was so interesting and so important to hear the actual attorney who I saw in real life and talk to briefly at the Epstein victims' press or the first one, the big one that happened on Capitol Hill.
And like he stated, he's been very vehemently pro Trump and the administration and you know doesn't want to politicize this.
But at the end of the day, like you said, you do kind of have to question what is going on here.
Is this incompetency or is there another agenda at play here?
Because the bottom line is that we're not getting what we were promising.
To his words, he said what they've released thus far is trash.
What are your thoughts on that, Karen?
Right?
I mean, it could be a distraction.
I have no idea why they're doing this to themselves.
It's almost like self-inflicted.
The Trump administration is bizarre to say the least.
And I was doing some research the other night, trying to figure out: okay, if articles of impeachment are, you know, launched against Pam Bondi or if a court holds them in contempt, really it's the Department of Justice that has to then arrest.
So, you know, there really is no check and balance for the Department of Justice in general.
I don't even mean just under Pam Bondi, which I found to be very frightening because I really was thinking, okay, well, if the justice, not the Justice Department, but if a court says that, you know, Pam Bondi must turn over these files and she doesn't, or if, you know, Congress finds them in sort of some sort of contempt or whatever the remedy is, really it's up to the Justice Department to enforce that.
So I was looking into it and the founding fathers actually didn't have an answer for this because there was no Department of Justice and there was no FBI when the country first started.
So they really never took this into account that the actual people that would be responsible for arresting themselves or actually holding, you know, obviously people accountable in a way that's lawful is the Department of Justice.
So if the Department of Justice is technically breaking the law and, you know, it seems like there are some people that are saying that they are.
Really, it's up to the Department of Justice to enforce it.
So I don't know what's going to happen.
It's quite frustrating and upsetting to say the least.
I mean, to be fair, no administration ever released these things.
And now Bill Clinton is going out saying they should be released after some pretty interesting photos came out.
You know, so he's going out now saying this.
But again, you know, this has been happening.
I don't know as far back as the Clinton administration, but I do think so.
Certainly with Biden, certainly with Obama.
So interesting now that the Democrats, like I said, have really taken control of this narrative and are demanding the Epstein files be released.
But my answer is they more than likely know that they're not going to be released.
It's a uniparty decision, I really think, to not release these files because it does probably implicate very important people from both sides of the aisle, people that there's blackmail on, people that have worked with nefarious agencies possibly in the past, that have been blackmailed in the past, but it goes for both parties.
So both parties are now, I think, in almost WWE fashion, like World Wrestling Entertainment, are pointing fingers at each other and saying, release the files, release the files, and are like literally laughing behind the scenes because they know that these files aren't getting released by either or.
So they're just using it politically.
They're dividing and distracting the American public with it.
We're not paying attention to things I think that we really need to start paying more attention to, like Venezuela, like right back to the Ukraine war, the things that are really affecting Americans, like obviously the inflation that still lingers from the Biden administration and so many other things, Supreme Court decisions, so many things that really need and warrant the attention of the American public.
And this is completely captivating now Democrat audiences.
I have Democrat relatives that are obsessed with the Epstein files.
It's bizarre.
They're telling me about them like I don't know what they are.
Like it's so weird.
They're like, Karen, there's these files and there was this island where this guy would invite politicians and blackmail them.
And they're telling me like they're giving me the scoop on something.
And I'm just like, this is so freaking surreal.
Like, how did this happen?
And like I said, if there's one criticism I could give the Trump administration, it's that you guys should have taken control of this narrative at the very beginning.
You know, it's frustrating that they didn't, and that the Democrats have literally been able to hijack this.
And now, sort of, President Trump is like the Bill Clinton, I guess.
You know, how everyone was so disgusted with Bill Clinton.
Now that same sentiment is being used against President Trump by the leftist media.
So I don't think he deserves it, but I definitely think that the DOJ is messing up tremendously by the way that they're releasing these files and redacting the files and not complying with these court orders.
It's very sort of upsetting, as you know, Allison.
Yeah.
Yeah, it really is.
And I think the whole thing could be put to rest if they would just come forward and, you know, do what we're all hoping they do, especially if President Trump could just, you know, stand firm in his stance instead of all this back and forth wavering and all this weirdness surrounding it.
Another prime example of this is that you mentioned that Bill Clinton is now demanding all the files be released because he's saying ultimately it unfairly targets him.
He wants everyone to be exposed.
And so do we, honestly, it doesn't matter who's implicated.
We just want the truth to come out.
We want accountability and we want justice and arrests where they are needed.
So if someone is implicated in all this, that maybe, you know, as a Republican or someone that's on our side, so to speak, they need to be held accountable too.
So why wouldn't we release everything in full?
Well, President Trump was asked about Clinton being in these files and many of these photos.
And instead of just, you know, coming forward with some sort of an answer that would maybe make a little bit more sense, he got into this whole rambling thing about how Massey is at fault here for even bringing the issue to light, which is just so strange.
Like, we are rooting for President Trump.
I think he knows what the MAGA base wants.
We want him to be successful.
This is what I think he needs to be paying attention to, but he seems to brush it off every time.
Take a listen to this club.
Thank you, Mr. President.
Were you surprised by the number of photos of Bill Clinton in the Epstein files?
And can you commit to their full release?
And were you surprised by the number of photos of Bill Clinton in the Epstein files?
And can you commit to their full release by the end of the year?
Some of the victims were protesting that too many of them were redacted.
I know there are a lot of people that are angry about all of the pictures of other people, you know, but I think it's terrible.
Look, I don't like the I like Bill Clinton.
I've always gotten along with Bill Clinton.
I've been nice to him.
He's been nice to me.
We've always gotten along, respect him.
I hate to see photos come out of him, but this is what the Democrats, mostly Democrats, and a couple of bad Republicans, are asking for.
So they're giving their photos of me too.
Everybody was friendly with this guy, either friendly or not friendly, but he was around.
He was all over Palm Beach and other places.
The head of Harvard was his best friend, Larry Summers.
And Bill Clinton was a friend of his, but everybody was.
I actually threw him out of Mar-a-Lago.
And as a person that was in Mar-a-Lago, I threw him out.
Mar-a-Lago is, this is Mar-a-Lago.
It's the hottest place in, I think it's the hottest place in the world, but it's the hottest place in Florida.
And everybody would come here.
He'd come here.
We actually threw him out.
But no, I don't like the pictures of Bill Clinton being shown.
I don't like the pictures of other people being shown.
I think it's a terrible thing.
I think Bill Clinton's a big boy.
He can handle it.
But you probably have pictures being exposed of other people that innocently met Jeffrey Epstein years ago, many years ago.
And they're highly respected bankers and lawyers and others.
And they'll end up because of guys like Massey, who's a real lowlife, whose polls are down to about 9%, by the way, in the great state of Kentucky.
look at Kentucky.
Kentucky is such a great place, but I don't know.
They've got a couple of people in there that are very strange in terms of leadership.
But Massey's a loser and he likes it and that he works with the Democrats.
He's just being used by the Democrats because what this whole thing is with Epstein is a way of trying to deflect from the tremendous success that the Republican Party has.
So President Trump talks about, you know, he likes Bill Clinton.
He's front to Bill Clinton.
No, that's not what we want to hear.
We want to hear the arrests are coming.
We want people to be held accountable.
It's just like the reason why President Trump got to where he is is because he promised us he would drain the swamp.
And now I think it's just so frustrating because it feels like that is not going to happen.
Would you agree?
And is that the general consensus amongst the MAGA base?
People are frustrated.
I think that, you know, that was a layup question from a journalist.
I'm curious who the journalist was that was sort of like, here's a softball question, like Lambass Bill Clinton.
You know what I mean?
But President Trump instead sort of went to stand up for Bill Clinton, which is unusual.
And I think this is just a misfire.
This whole sort of, I think President Trump has really lost touch with the elements of his base that really just wants these files to be released.
I would compare it to sort of when he was out there advocating for the vaccine.
And really, it wasn't until maybe he needs to hear from the MAGA crowd because when he's hearing from journalists, I think that maybe he assumes they're quote unquote fake news.
They have an agenda to make him look stupid.
But really what really what made Trump, I think, never mentioned the vaccine really again when he was on stage, I forget who it was with.
It was, I believe it was a Fox News host at a rally.
And he started touting the vaccine and Operation Warp Speed.
And the entire crowd just started booing him.
And that's never happened before at a Trump rally, as you know.
Yes.
And it was like, and he almost was like shocked.
He was literally shell shocked because he just wasn't used to it.
And he never mentioned Operation Warp Speed or the vaccine really again in a positive light.
He started talking about more, you know, not mandating shots and stuff like that.
Maybe he has to be booed by a MAGA crowd at a rally, at one of these rallies on the economy that he's doing this year because he's going to be visiting a lot of states talking about the economy and his work that he wants to do domestically.
Maybe he needs to mention the Epstein files and then he needs to just kind of really get an understanding of who his base is and what they want because it seems like just with the vaccine and generally to try to crumbs tread generally to President Trump's credit, he's very much in touch with his base.
But when it comes to the Epstein files, just like the vaccine, these are two that is just, it's mysterious as to why he's just not understanding what the base wants.
And it doesn't take much of him.
As you know, the Trump base is all about, oh, maybe he's just coding.
Maybe he's just saying something in code.
He doesn't really have to say much.
All he had to say there was, yeah, Bill Clinton, you know, it seems a little weird.
It was a little weird that Bill Clinton was in.
I could give him his answer.
It was in those photos.
I don't know, Bill.
Like, that's all people need.
Like, literally, but to just go on a rant, like you said, about how what a great guy Bill Clinton is, it just turns everything upside down.
It's frustrating people.
I don't know.
I can't imagine.
I guess some people would say, well, there's a strategy.
Maybe there's a strategy behind what he's doing.
He's trying to force the files by the Democrats.
I don't know, but I just can't imagine.
I just think that it would take very little from President Trump, very little on that an answer to that question to satisfy MAGA because MAGA's always looking for codes.
And they're like, oh, well, wink, wink.
He's, you know, so it's bizarre.
It really is.
All I think is somebody's in there.
I mean, I think it goes beyond Bill Clinton and President Trump.
I think that there has to be implications to certain agencies that have worked against the United States.
Maybe even, you know, the CIA.
I don't know.
Like, we're left to speculate as to what's in there that they're really trying to hide.
I don't think it's anything having to do with Trump, with Clinton, with any president.
It has to do with a very larger force that's probably going on for years, which is probably just unfortunately, like a lot of people have speculated, the CIA may be working with the Mossad to control American politics.
I don't know that I'm forced again to speculate as to why both parties have just been so horrific on this very specific subject.
Yeah, well, all we can really do is speculate until we get some solid answers, which I'm hoping we get soon.
Like I said, we are absolutely rooting for Trump and the DOJ to be successful in this.
I think this would be a huge win for Republicans if we can get this handled properly and would probably bring a lot of other people over from the other side if we can, because I don't think President Trump has anything to worry about personally.
If he did, the Democrats would have exercised this option long ago, like you said, Kara.
So hopefully we can have this handled better as we move into the future.
Hopefully we get some real information out of this and we get the answers that we've all long awaited.
With that, Kara, let's transition slightly and go on to talk about the one and only Hunter Biden, the Parmesan cheese sniffer.
He's back in the news because he sat down for a, I think it was almost a six hour interview with podcaster Sean Ryan.
This was certainly not something I had ever anticipated.
Sean Ryan, though he does like to talk to a wide variety of guests, Hunter Biden is not one that I would have expected, though.
He did join him for this very lengthy interview.
It was very, very raw footage that we got out of that.
And some interesting points from Hunter Biden, some that I certainly did not expect.
The first one being that he actually acknowledges the fact that his dad, his dad's immigration policies were a massive failure for the country.
Take a listen to this.
Vibrant immigration.
But we don't want immigrants that are coming here illegally, draining us of resources and also being prioritized above people that are actual literal heroes that are coming home or that are that are still recovering from 21, 20 years of endless war or anybody else in our society.
Right?
But nobody's, everybody's talking about.
So he actually acknowledges that the illegals were a drain on the system, which is true.
But it's weird then because he goes on to then talk about how Trump is a fascist and how, you know, the efforts from ICE and Homeland Security are a massive failure because they're ripping innocent men and women off the streets and that this is so illegal.
When in reality, Trump is obviously just trying to clean up the disastrous mess Hunter Biden's dad made.
Take a listen to this clip.
You have a political party that's continuously saying you're a Nazi and you know, a fascist, Nazi, fascist, Nazi.
He's like Hitler.
You know what I mean?
And then you got assassination attempts all over the fucking country.
And it's just, it's, it's, it's, it's, uh, I know, but like I said, look, I don't want to get into like the argument over the, and I really mean it, but like, I hear you.
I hear what you're saying.
But part of me also says, you don't want to be called a fascist.
Don't act like a fascist.
And I'm, what I mean by fascism is this, is deputizing A largest federal police force in history to go on America's streets massed without warrants and drag pregnant women out of their cars in the snow and kneel on their backs of sending people to prisons,
death camps in El Salvador with no due process.
I promise you that I believe this with all my heart is that you and I don't have any distance between us in what we think about immigrants and immigration.
How many immigrants do you serve with?
How many what?
Immigrants did you serve with?
Quite a few.
Quite a few.
Amazing people, right?
How about in your personal life?
So again, he acknowledges that Biden's immigration policies were a disaster, yet then rags on Trump for trying to clean up the mess.
I mean, what are your thoughts, Kara, on his outlook on what ICE is doing?
I think a lot of what he said is actually just totally false.
I think that the set behind him with all the liquor bottles is fitting.
I mean, I don't know.
I have to watch this interview in full.
It's a five-hour interview.
Like you said, thank you for, by the way, bringing this to my attention today, this interview, because I do want to listen to it.
Maybe one day when I'm driving, it's a five-hour interview, five hours plus with Sean Ryan.
And people keep saying it's a great interview.
I really just kind of want to listen to it sort of and analyze the body language and whatnot.
I think there's some clues in there for anybody watching in the audience to really get an insight on, you know, the Biden administration.
Now, Hunter Biden's saying he's bankrupt and they don't come from generational wealth when you know how is that possible.
Very interesting things that he is out there saying.
So I don't know.
I really want to analyze this interview.
It's interesting that he came out and said these things about illegals, which leads me to believe, again, although Joe Biden was never a good guy, he was a terrible politician.
He made some really horrific decisions as a senator and just in general as a vice president, a president.
The autopen was in control that has come out now.
I think without a shadow of a doubt, it was not Joe Biden actually, you know, the one who was masterminding these policies to let all these illegals in.
I think that Joe Biden 10 years ago would probably be against a lot of things that happened under his alleged administration where he was not actually making decisions.
So any, I guess, normal Democrat, especially someone who's now claiming bankruptcy and saying he has no wealth, would be aggravated that taxpayer dollars.
I guess he's now concerned about Hunter Biden, not that he pays taxes, I'm sure, that there will be resources taking away from him and some of his children because according to him, he's now bankrupt.
So that could be it.
I have no idea.
Maybe he's just feeling the heat of the economy that his father destroyed, like every other American saying to themselves, wait a second here.
You know, a lot of people in this country are struggling.
Maybe we need to be more resourceful with our resources and with the things that we're giving away.
It's really hard to go into the psyche of somebody like Hunter Biden, who's obviously a narcissist and a maniac.
But one of the things I could say about him is he probably isn't the best liar.
It doesn't seem like he's that smart.
So I think listening to what he's saying here and watching this five-hour interview should be interesting, kind of just really analyzing.
I think there'll be some clues in there as to what was really going on when it came to the decision-making during the Biden administration and those four years.
So it should be interesting.
I would say everybody go watch that interview.
And I am a fan of that, of Sean.
What's his name, Sean?
He's a good guy.
He's the one that was feuding with Dan Crenshaw, right?
Sean Ryan feuding with Dan Crenshaw.
He's always just asking for accountability.
Yeah.
So Interesting stuff coming from Hunter Biden, I guess.
You know, and probably realizes that Joe Biden is not watching and paying attention.
So maybe he feels like he could criticize his father more.
Who knows?
Maybe it's revenge against his dad because, right, what came out on his laptop was that he was frustrated with Joe Biden, felt like he wasn't taken seriously, felt like he was taken advantage of by his father.
All of these lamentations and complaints about the way he was treated.
So maybe this is some sort of revenge.
I don't know.
Just really interesting, I think, for the most part that he's coming out and saying these things.
It is interesting indeed.
And like you, I'm excited to listen to the full thing.
If I ever have five free hours of life that I can dedicate to listening to Hunter Biden, never thought I would say that.
But I have been watching some of the clips that are circulating and there's some good stuff in there.
So if you haven't seen it yet, be sure to go check it out.

Welcome back to the Mike Lindell Show.
My name is Allison Steinberg, filling in for Mike Lindell.
And now we are going to get into one of Mike Lindell's favorite topics, and that is exposing the fraud and corruption in the state of Minnesota.
But it's not just Minnesota, actually, that is being highlighted for its immense waste, fraud, and abuse.
It's actually a number of other states, which we'll get into momentarily.
But just to recap the Minnesota fraud, let's just remember that this all happened because federally funded health and nutrition programs were found to be riddled with fraud to the tune of potentially $9 billion.
Yes, that's billion with a B dollars.
Obviously, Minnesota governor Tim Walz is sort of the face of this fraud because he took office during the time in which all of this took place, which was 2019, right before COVID.
A lot of this has to do with COVID fraud, meal plans, different COVID incentives that were offered during that time that it sounds like Tim Walz had a large part in funneling money using funds that were given not for the reasons that they were originally intended for.
Money laundering, welfare abuse, different food programs, like I said.
Now it's actually being discussed by Congresswoman Marianne Miller-Meeks.
She's introduced the Welfare Abuse Act and Laundering Zillions Act, or the WALLS Act, as it's rightfully being dubbed, which would require HHS's Office of Inspector General to open up investigations and do any program that sees a 10% greater increase in total payments over any six-month period of time within a fiscal year.
So this would be a good way to start having some checks and balances in place.
Obviously, checks and balances is a foreign term to the Minnesota government.
So hopefully this capacity, this is something that should pass without question.
But as we know, there's a lot of rhinos in Congress that tend to hold up proactive bills that could actually, you know, help the country.
They seem to want to hinder it at all costs.
But it's really just jaw-dropping to see what has been going on over in Minnesota and the immense fraud that's been taking place there for years now.
And, you know, Tim Walz is coming forward saying, oh, you know, he's sorry he's going to handle it.
Well, can he really be trusted to handle it?
Given the fact that he was behind it and said nothing until now when he's actually caught, I don't think I would rely on him much to get anything done on that front.
But there's also the Medicaid fraud.
Federal prosecutors estimate that half or more of Medicaid claims up to $18 billion may be fraudulent as well.
There was a federal prosecutor that talked more about this.
He said that the state is an outlier in Medicaid theft.
Let's take a listen to that clip with more.
Yes, we're looking at all those programs.
Yes.
Andrew, as you look across the country, are there many other examples where the cost of Medicaid-funded programs is clearly an outlier when you look at spending on these programs across the board?
I think we're an outlier in a bad way.
Yes.
Have I gone through every 50 states?
No.
But you don't see fraud on this scale in other states.
And part of that is just we sit here as a team and it's a relatively small team or a relatively small U.S. attorney's office.
And every day we look under a rock and find a new $50 million fraud scheme.
That shouldn't be the case in a state of our size.
Certainly, other states have a problem with frauds, but I think our problem is unique insofar as we've just opened the door.
You know, what we aren't seeing here, traditional Medicare or Medicaid fraud is people overbilling, upcoding.
So instead of billing for a relatively service with a relatively modest reimbursement, you claim to be providing a higher dollar value service and you get more Medicaid payments or reimbursements that you should be entitled to.
That's traditional.
You may be getting 20% more.
You're padding your bills.
What we see here, and what I think is unique to Minnesota, is that's not what we're looking at.
What we're seeing is programs that are just entirely fraudulent.
These aren't companies that are providing some services but overbilling Medicare or Medicaid.
These are companies that are providing essentially no services.
They're essentially shell companies created to defraud the program, create it to submit on a wholesale level fraudulent claims for services that aren't necessary and aren't provided.
I think that's unique to Minnesota.
The corruption sure does run deep.
And again, thank goodness for those in place currently within the administration who are digging up this corruption and exposing it.
Every single person who is complicit in this corruption needs to be held accountable, obviously.
Now we're hearing that the Trump administration is sending in what they're calling a strike team into Minnesota to investigate new allegations of unemployment fraud.
So it just keeps going.
The fun continues over in Minnesota, thanks to Tim Balls and company.
Let's take a listen to this clip with more on the strike team.
You sent a team from the Labor Department to investigate.
What's this about fraud tourists?
Well, unemployment insurance fraud is something that the American people don't deserve.
You know, the unemployment insurance fund is to be whole for one specific reason, and that's to bridge the gap between when people lose their job at no fault of their own that they can find a new job, and it's to bridge that gap.
When you steal hundreds of millions of dollars from the American taxpayer, we need to find out what is happening.
So I did send a letter.
The Department of Labor, through the Employment and Training Administration, sent a letter to Minnesotans to say, we want to know what is happening.
So please produce those reports.
So we're going to send in a UI strike team to find out exactly what's happening on the ground.
We will not tolerate fraud under this administration.
It was this fraud tourism.
I'm interested in that.
I'm told there were Somalis loading up suitcases with dollars and flying to Africa to deliver it.
Is that accurate?
Yeah, that's exactly what we want to find out.
And those are the reports that we're demanding by the 1st of January.
So when that UI strike team goes in, we can do that full investigation and report to the American people exactly where those dollars have gone.
Incredible.
Lots of work to still be done on that front.
But like I said at the top of the segment, it's not just Minnesota that is rife with fraud.
I don't think it surprises anyone in this audience that California, Gavin Newsom's California, is riddled with welfare fraud as well.
We saw a lot of this, you know, a lot of this fraud really come to the forefront during the government shutdown when we saw these, you know, welfare recipients, SNAP recipients who are morbidly obese, talking about how they are going to starve because they're not going to receive their benefits.
Then lo and behold, we find out many of these people are receiving benefits who have jobs.
They're just getting doubled up on benefits.
People who are not even alive getting Medicaid benefits.
People who should not be qualified, people who don't qualify for the program getting benefits.
You know, this is really coming to light under the current administration, which I applaud them greatly for because we need to root out all of this corruption and we need to get back to a normal semblance of order where we can all function properly and contribute to society.
So, like I said, with that, Gavin Newsom's California, massive welfare fraud.
California Representative Carl DeMayo is saying actually that it's worse than Minnesota.
If you can believe that, let's take a listen to that clip from him.
If you thought that Minnesota Governor Tim Waltz had a real bad problem with welfare fraud in his state, Gavin Newsom is saying, Hold my beer, buddy.
Newsome's welfare fraud is exponentially worse than Tim Waltz's, but the liberal media nationally, they're not paying attention.
They're not holding him accountable.
There's almost no discussion of it.
Newsome allowed $30 billion in fraudulent welfare payments to be issued by the unemployment agency.
And now, small businesses in California have to pay off all of that debt through higher payroll taxes.
No coverage of that scandal.
It is much worse than what happened with Tim Waltz in Minnesota.
Waltz is accused of allowing $250 million of food stamp fraud to occur to Somali organizations.
And Newsom is sitting here with multi-billion dollars worth of food stamp fraud.
His food stamp fraud rate is 13.4%.
That's three out of every 20 benefits managed by Newsom's administration for food stamps, completely fraudulent.
And when it comes to funding left-wing organizations like the Somali community in Minnesota, California is funding all sorts of left-wing NGOs, and a lot of those NGOs are using taxpayer money for politics.
The liberal media isn't covering any of this, but now you know.
So it is amazing the liberal media refused to cover this because every American should know what is going on in these corrupt blue states.
Why should we, the taxpayer, have to foot the bill for the Democrats' corruption?
Oh, maybe that's why the liberal media outlets aren't covering it because then their candidates, their guys, the people they're all in cahoots with, might not have much of a voter base left if they knew that their hardworking, hard-earned, rather tax dollars were going to all of this fraud that we are witnessing being uncovered in places like Minnesota and California.
I saw some stats that three out of every 20 benefits managed by Newsom's administration for food stamps is completely fraudulent.
Newsome allowed 30 billion in fraudulent welfare payments to be issued by the unemployment agency.
Newsome's food stamp fraud rate is 13.4%.
And California is money laundering through NGOs and using that money to then fund campaigns, excuse me, and to further their political agenda.
So again, these people are all in bed with one another and the vicious cycle just continues and continues because the liberal media outlets won't tell you the truth.
And that's why, ladies and gentlemen, we call them the fake news.
But thankfully, we deliver the real news right here on Lindell TV.
So we appreciate you all for joining us and realizing that most of these media outlets are lying to you.
They don't have your best interest at heart, do they?
The good news is over in California, one of the officials who oversaw these food stamp and snap benefits that were being sent to dead people is being charged.
That's certainly a positive development.
This is the U.S.
The U.S. Department of Justice announced that the arrest of former Madeira County benefits eligibility worker Letitia Mariskel is being prosecuted.
They're alleging that she stole tens of thousands of dollars in CalFresh benefits by exploiting her access to county databases.
So, this is just a regular occurrence with these corrupt bureaucrats, isn't it?
Now, over in Massachusetts, another issue where massive SNAP fraud is being exposed.
We're learning that Haitian origin men charged were charged, excuse me, in a nearly $7 million benefit scheme.
Let's take a listen to this video with more.
Bonner and Saul Elise May for large-scale SNAP benefit trafficking, a scheme that turned a program designed to feed families into a multi-million dollar criminal enterprise.
SNAP benefits are also known as food stamps.
The defendants are charged with one count of food stamp fraud.
As alleged in the charging documents, these men abused one of the government's most critical safety net programs for their own financial gain.
This is taxpayer money meant to keep people from going hungry.
These defendants decided to take it for themselves.
These defendants exchanged SNAP benefits for cash, which they pocketed.
Bonner, a national, a naturalized U.S. citizen from Haiti, owned the Gisuela Variety Store.
Elise May, a lawful permanent resident also from Haiti, owned the Saul Mache Mixé store.
These two businesses were co-located within a single storefront in Boston.
To be certain, these were not supermarkets.
They were not full-service groceries.
It would be a huge stretch to even call them convenience stores.
In fact, the only thing convenient about these stores was how easy it was to commit SNAP benefit fraud.
To put this in perspective, the Gisuela variety store is less than 150 square feet in size, smaller than some bathrooms.
The Saul Mache Mixé store was approximately 500 square feet in space.
By contrast, a supermarket can be 20,000 to 60,000 square feet in size, have a dozen or more registers, and employ numerous employees.
Both the Gisuela Variety and Saul Mache Mixé stores had one register, no carriages, no handbaskets, and very little food for sale.
One legitimate supermarket in the same area as these stores redeems approximately $80,000 in SNAP benefits per month.
Over the last 20 months, the Gisuela variety store was redeeming between three and six times that amount monthly, with nowhere near the space, inventory, customers, or infrastructure to support it.
The Sao Mache Mixé store redeemed over $120,000 in SNAP benefits in the last six months.
Simply put, there is no plausible way SNAP-eligible food could have been purchased from these stores for this long.
Yet, these two stores are alleged to have illicitly trafficked nearly $7 million in SNAP benefits.
The fraud was shocking and glaring.
It's really disgusting when these people come here to the greatest country in the world and then abuse the system that is allowing them to live here, as you just saw in that video.
Very upsetting stuff.
Unfortunately, Minnesota, California, Massachusetts aren't the only ones.
We're also learning about fraud in Maine.
That's right, a 2018 audit by Maine's Department of Health and Human Services slammed Maine immigrant and refugee services with a $2.4 million overpayment notice for massive billing errors under Medicaid fraud.
More Medicaid fraud.
It just never ends.
I mean, these people, these immigrants come in, they come to America and then they totally abuse the system that is affording them the lifestyle that they are being, that they're so blessed to have here that they fled from their own country to come here.
And then they just completely drain our system with this fraud and abuse.
It is so corrupt and it's so wrong.
And it just really, again, should infuriate everyone because who has to pay for it in the end?
We do.
Yes, the hardworking contributors to society end up paying for it.
So it really is extremely disappointing.
We are very happy to hear that the Department of Homeland Security is announcing the Home for the Holidays incentive program, where they are now offering $3,000 to illegals who have come here illegally to return to their home countries.
They will be given $3,000 to be flown out and maybe the opportunity to return again in the future if they are so lucky.
But this should hopefully aid in getting rid of the illegals that were let in under the four disastrous years of Joe Biden.
Hopefully we see an increase of those that are self-deporting through the CBP1 app.
I know with this new incentive, they're very excited about it.
They have a very cute commercial little advertisement thing on Homeland Security's X page.
So go check that out.
But I'm hoping that will hopefully aid in the limitations of this insane fraud and corruption that we're seeing all throughout the nation.
Hopefully the decrease of illegals in the country, thanks to President Trump and his great deportation efforts will help to get this nation back in order.
It's not going to be easy.
It's not going to be quick, but we are getting things back on track slowly but surely.
So that is a good sign.
All righty, guys, we're going to go to one last quick commercial break and then we will be back with more on the other side of the break.

Welcome back to the Mike Lindell Show.
My name is Allison Steinberg, filling in for Mike Lindell.
And we are almost wrapping up here on this December Tuesday, two days before Christmas.
And with that, I wanted to just highlight this great little story I saw today.
South Carolina town committee leader is taking a stand after her very liberal mayor, obviously, ordered her to remove the nativity scene that she had out front in a popular marketplace parking lot.
The reason for this request was because of alleged residents of other faiths who found it offensive.
Yeah, apparently they found the nativity scene in the community shopping mall offensive in America, where we celebrate Christmas and rejoice and celebrate the birth of Jesus.
This is disgusting.
Thankfully, this woman, Kimberly Bird, said she vowed to keep the nativity scene up.
She would not take it down.
And she wanted to know, she wanted to let the children in the community know exactly what this holiday is about.
She said, quote, Christmas is not about Santa Claus.
It's about the birth of Jesus, which I just loved so much and thought it was so great.
And with that, I wanted to share a verse with you before we go.
I've been doing my daily devotionals every morning, and this verse keeps coming up in my Christmas devotionals that I'm on currently.
And that is John 3, verses 16 through 17, which say, For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life.
For God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
And I just think this is such a wonderful Christmas message because this truly is the ultimate gift, right?
People tend to get so caught up in the gift giving and the material aspect of Christmas, which is just not really what Christmas is about.
Christmas is about Jesus and the fact that he came here.
He loved us so much that he was willing to pay the ultimate price, sacrifice himself so that we could be forgiven and live eternally with him in heaven.
And it's just, you know, so wonderful to think about that every day, but especially during Christmas when we remember the birth of Jesus and the fact that he was, you know, born in a manger and really fulfilled such an incredible life for us again, so that we could be forgiven of our sins.
We're all fallen creatures.
We're all sinful in nature, which is why he paid that ultimate price for us.
And I just want to remind anyone who's watching that it's never too late to turn your life over to the Lord.
He came for me and he saved me when I was 30 years old.
I never knew him before that.
And I'm so grateful that he did.
I just want to encourage everyone to start reading the Bible.
Open your Bible if you haven't in a long time.
Start praying if you don't regularly.
It's a great way to sort of grow closer to him.
And I'm sure you'll feel a tugging on your heart to continue growing closer to him and talking to him regularly and incorporating him into your life because I know he desires to have a relationship with you.
And it's the best decision I ever made.
So I just wanted to share that with you all and encourage everyone to follow our great Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
And with that, that does it for this episode of the Mike Lindell Show.
Thank you all so much for tuning in with us here.
I appreciate and love you all.
I hope you all have a very beautiful, Merry Christmas.
