Hi, everybody.
My name is Patrick Colbeck.
I'm filling in for Mike Lindell on the Mike Lindell Show.
Thank you for joining us today.
Mike is otherwise occupied.
We're going to get to that news in just a second.
He's very busy out in Chasca out at the MyPillow headquarters and got a very important announcement that we have Lindell TV on site covering.
We're going to go to that up front here.
But after that, at the bottom of the hour, we're going to touch on some subjects that none of the other media outlets are covering that I think is very important.
And it deals with Venezuela and the untold story, at least untold from the perspective of a lot of mainstream media outlets, because you're tuning into Lindell TV, you're going to get the inside scoop on why do we have a naval fleet off the coast of Venezuela?
Do we really need a USS super carrier, a USS Ford super carrier to take out cigar boats?
No, there's a lot more to that story than a lot of the folks on mainstream media are going to be telling you.
We'll get you some information that you can share with your friends and family, and don't forget to let them know where you got it from.
And then we're also going to talk about a note, a letter that was sent by President Trump's lawyer, Peter Ticton, to the president.
And it specifically deals with Tina Peters, the former Mesa County clerk, who's still serving what I believe and many others believe is a very unjust prison sentence for simply doing her job to preserve election records.
So he had some interesting take on that scenario and that situation.
And he put his thoughts down into a letter that we want to make sure everybody has had an opportunity to see.
And we'll cover that as well.
But, you know, as I alluded to at the beginning, we kind of have some breaking news coming out of Chaska, Minnesota.
And to give us the latest on what is happening out in Chaska, we've got Lindell TV correspondent Heather Mullins.
Heather, great to have you on the Mike Lindell Show.
Thanks for having me, Patrick.
It's been a big day here at the My Pillow Factory, to say the least.
Yeah, so what's going on?
Fill everybody in.
So in case you missed it, Mike Lindell announced today that he is actually running for governor of Minnesota against none other than Tim Walz.
So this is a pretty big story out of here.
One thing that I learned from Mike is he was actually born and raised right here in Minnesota.
So he grew up here.
He's got his factory here that we're reporting from.
And I've been talking to a lot of the employees here, and they're excited about it.
They're actually excited about it because one of the great things about this factory in particular is that it's American manufacturing right here in the state of Minnesota, right?
And so when we see what the Trump administration has done, cutting a lot of regulation at the federal level to bring American manufacturing back to the United States, a lot of people here are believing that Mike Lindell is going to do that same thing as a business owner himself at the state level.
And so there's been a lot of talk about regulations and high taxes here in Minnesota really crippling not just the American business owner, but the American taxpayer, which leads us into the biggest scandal that you guys have probably all been seeing on the news.
And that's the abuse, the fraud and abuse with the Medicaid services, funding that was supposed to go to autism and housing services by the Somali community here in Minnesota.
And it's astronomical, Patrick.
We're talking to the tune of they're reporting $1 to $8 billion in fraudulent money that has been laundered through the Somali community.
And Stephen Miller of the Trump administration actually called it one of the biggest fraud scandals in American history.
That's the magnitude of this, all under the watchful eye, or should I say not watchful eye of Governor Tim Walz.
It begs the question: how does $1 to $8 billion in fraudulent money go unnoticed by his administration?
I'm sure these are the questions that Mike Lindell is going to be asking and demanding answers for on the campaign trail.
Yeah, and the national implications of that are serious as well.
Minnesota is just one of 50 states.
And so that is a big deal.
And it's been national news.
So it seems like a very opportune time to go off and talk about running to fix things out in Governor.
And so maybe we should just let's hear what Mike had to say.
Here we got a statement and his full statement from Floor.
He had a speech that he made on the floor of MyPillow.
And let's tune into that for our viewers.
The grace of God that I overcame my addiction to drugs on January 16, 2009.
You also know that I founded the Lindell Recovery Network to help others overcome their addictions.

I was the media darling.
They'd say, Mike, how many former addicts are you hiring?

And they would say, wow, your company, you're the American dream on steroids.
And then in the summer of 2016, I met Donald Trump on August 15th, 2016 in a divine appointment.
He reached out to me to discuss how, you know, my pillow, how is it making all your products here in the USA?
And from that point on, the media turned on me.
Of course, you all know the story.
They've attacked me ever since.
And you also know that on February 18th, 2017, I gave my life to Jesus Christ.
I had a few months later, I went on to lead over 50,000 people in prayer at U.S. Bank Stadium.
I thought that was going to be my only calling, leading people to Jesus Christ.
I had never voted.
I didn't think politics mattered.
Then along came the 2020 election.
And you all know that I have been relentless in making people aware of the fraud in our elections.
You know that others have used law care to tear me down because of my efforts.
Our own federal government under Joe Biden launched Operation Arctic Frost to target me and others who wanted to secure our elections.
They tried to take away my voice.
They targeted my banks.
They targeted my suppliers.
They even took my phone and I run my entire business enterprise off my phone.
And they didn't just attack me.
They also went after my employee-owned company, MyPillow.
Well, it didn't work.
I'm still standing.
My pillow is still standing.
And now I want you to know that I will stand for you as the next governor of the state of Minnesota.
I will stand for you against the rampant fraud under Governor Waltz.
I will stand with you against the crime that threatens the safety of you and your families.
I will stand for you against government-sponsored theft of your livelihood via exploding property taxes, excessive fees, and unfair sales tax.
I'll stand for you against unnecessary regulations that strangle the entrepreneurial spirit.
I will stand for businesses of all sizes, small, medium, large, doesn't matter.
We need to defend those who provide our citizens with the jobs that they need so we can, in turn, take care of our families.
I will stand for those of you that are struggling with addiction.
I will stand for you by making Minnesota's education system one of the best in the nation.
I am not alone in standing for you.
I've never been alone.
My Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, has been standing beside me all the way.
Through the good times and the bad, he's never let me down.
And with God's grace, I will never let you down either.
Those who know me, they know I'm up to the task.
I've had my finger on my post of my business operations, and we've all heard of the rampant fraud that occurred on the watch of Tim Waltz.
Either he was grossly negligent, incompetent, or complicit with the fraud.
The governor is the chief executive of the state.
He is responsible for the integrity of government operations under his authority.
Everyone who knows me knows that I micromanage and macromanage my companies.
I work tirelessly in making sure that we remove blocks and achieve our objectives.
What does Tim Waltz know about the operation of Minnesota's government programs?
We know that over $1 billion in fraud under his watch has already been found.
Whistleblowers from within Minnesota indicate that that fraud may reach as high as $8 billion.
The entire fiscal year of Minnesota's budget in 2025 is $59 billion.
The price of our state government has been inflated due to this fraud.
This means that families are paying too much for government.
Families have been taken advantage of and others have not been taken care of.
This means that businesses are drained of all the financial resources they need to hire new employees, to invest in new products, and to modernize existing operations.
When it was leaked to the media that I was filing to run for governor of Minnesota, they're right here that leak, the media pundits were quick to make comments like, what does Mike know about being a politician?
Let me be clear, I don't want to be like a politician.
It's professional politicians that have gotten us into all this trouble.
Over the last five years, I have traveled all across this country to speak with politicians about election fraud.
I've come to the conclusion that the vast majority of politicians are not concerned with our best interests.
They're concerned with special interests, including their own self-interest.
Many have hidden agendas that don't help any of us, and usually they're evil agendas.
I want to be a leader, not a politician.
I want to solve problems, not create problems.
This is what I do.
I will solve, I solve problems.
That's what I've always done.
I've lived the American dream on steroids, solving one problem after another on the path to success.
The role of government is to secure the rights of the governed.
As a citizen and a business leader, I've already been working towards that end.
I've been working to secure our voice at the voting booth against powerful enemies.
These enemies don't care what you have to say, I do.
They want to silence our voices.
I have input, I put everything on the line to preserve it.
As the next governor of Minnesota, I will stand for your rights.
Together, we will restore respect for law and order.
If you are here illegally, now's the time to leave, or you're going to be sent back where you came from.
If you're stealing from Minnesota taxpayers, you need to be put in prison.
If you're committed to increasing the tax burden on Minnesotans, you need to find a different line of work.
We need to stop the explosion of property taxes.
We need to stop excessive fees.
We need to stop penalizing the brick and mortar businesses that provide jobs for our families.
We need to ensure that our parents and teachers are empowered with the ability to choose the best education options for our kids.
In short, we need to make government more about your needs and about your quality of life rather than the needs of those who crave the power to tell us how to live our lives.
This means that you need a voice.
They've tried to take away my voice.
They tried to take away your voice.
We can't let this happen again.
That's why I'm standing for you.
I'm standing for all of our God-given rights.
The right to life, the right to liberty, the right to pursue happiness.
The purpose of government is to secure these rights.
Governor Waltz and his supporters have instead been stealing these rights.
This step, this fraud needs to end now.
If you will stand with me as the next governor of Minnesota, our future will be amazing.
Wow, what an amazing kickoff for Mike out in Chaska, out in my pillow headquarters, and watching.
Everybody had assumed that my pillow had disappeared, but he's still standing and he's standing strong.
Although I could tell Mike was a little bit under the weather there.
His throat was gone.
So they were indeed trying to steal his voice, literally, it looks like in that.
But you know what?
Like always, he just pushes through it.
And I thought he had some very powerful statements there.
What did you hear from folks that were in attendance?
You know, again, I think Mike hit the nail on the head when he brought up like the fact that he is a business owner here, not just in America, but right here in Minnesota, where he's running.
If anybody knows the impact as a business owner that Minnesota's current regulations and taxes has on being a successful company, it's Mike Lindell.
And I think this is another reason why we've seen President Trump be so successful in cutting regulations at the federal level is because he himself built American city skylines all across America.
He had multiple companies.
And so they know, right, things that the average politician doesn't when it comes to what impacts the private sector.
I mean, when Mike was saying, I'm not a politician, that really is, I think, a strong point, a selling point, I should say, for candidates who are not politicians.
Because what we've seen down in Washington and at the state levels are these career politicians that are part of the system for so long, they're out of touch with how the laws and things they do really impact everybody outside of their little political bubble.
And so having outsiders like Mike Lindell or President Trump come and shake things up in the system is something everyone seems to be excited about.
So no doubt he's going to make a difference if he does get in there as governor because we've seen what the leadership under Governor Tim Walt has resulted in, and it's just been horrendous.
I mean, again, the fraud scandal, one of the worst in American history.
How does this happen?
These are tax dollars that the people of Minnesota had taken out of their checks under the guise of helping people with housing or helping kids with autism.
And in reality, the money is being laundered, sent over to China and other foreign countries.
These are their tax dollars.
So a lot of people here in Minnesota are really unhappy about that.
And I think they're looking for change coming this year.
Yeah, they should be.
Yeah, imagine if you were the CEO of a $59 billion company and the chief executive was completely oblivious to what or complicit or negligent or whatever the case may be.
That CEO would be on the streets immediately.
So Governor Waltz is effectively the CEO, the chief executive officer of the executive branch of Minnesota.
And under his watch, up to $8 billion has been squandered via fraud.
And 100%.
And frankly, this is most disconcerting to me because I watched how there was a judge that actually was presiding over a trial of one of the scam artists in this case.
I don't remember the gentleman's name, but it was a seven.
He was convicted or he was indicted on charges of stealing $7.2 million in Medicaid fraud.
And that was just one individual.
A jury of his peers issued a unanimous decision saying that he was guilty.
And the judge in that case overturned that decision and let him go, Scott, for you.
That doesn't surprise me because when you're dealing with fraud of this magnitude, a lot of that money is going to end up being used.
We've seen it time and time again in elections, installing DAs, bribing judges, things of that nature.
These are well-organized criminals.
And so it's not out of their character to bribe judges, threaten judges, whatever the case may be.
I mean, we had two officials here in Minnesota that got assassinated, if you remember that story, not too long ago.
And so we're dealing with organized crime at a very large level.
Well, it's a battle.
And I think it's appropriate that Mike, you know, made his announcement on War Room, frankly.
And here we have our Pentagon correspondent, Heather Mullins from Lindell TV, commenting on this because Mike is definitely in a battle here.
And I just, there was another clip that I think we had from Steve Bannon, who was interviewing Mike after he made these statements.
And he's talking about how the media has reacted to his announcement.
So maybe we can roll that clip right now.
Here's a question.
Your intensity, your urgency as far as making sure the company is taken care of, but also you've been involved in election integrity on other issues related to MAGA around the country.
The people in Minnesota, most people who don't follow politics that closely, what they want is competence in government.
They want leadership in government.
And I'm sure that most of those folks right now are as shocked or more shocked than anybody of what's happening in their state.
I mean, they've had this feeling, I know, with the Somalians for a while, but the level of fraud and really open fraud is this was not that tough to get to.
What is your commitment to the people in Minnesota about getting to the bottom of this and getting back to kind of good solid government that you can allow entrepreneurs to flourish?
You can allow families to flourish this, the basic blocking and tackling you have to do as governor to make sure that people can live the lives that they want to lead, sir.
Well, first of all, Steve, and you've known me for years, I'll be the most transparent governor this country's ever seen.
I got all the media right here.
They have my direct, direct line, direct contact.
I tell the people, I'll tell they will know everything that I know, and I will dig in when there's deviations, whether it's fraud or anything else that's nonsensical or problem.
What you do, it needs to be run like a company.
That's what this state needs to be run like, not just politicians running around not getting anything done or doing things that don't help the people.
What I wanted to say, you know, when you see deviations and you look at each thing, it's not just being a governor running around saying you're a governor.
You're responsible to every single department, everything all the way down.
And when you see a problem here, you want to fix the problem and then put stuff in place that it never happens again.
And duplicate, you got to duplicate your successes.
That's business 101.
And it's, and that's what I'm going to, that's what I would do.
That's what I would do.
It would change, it would change the landscape here.
But one of the things, Steve, I do want to bring up is the media here.
The media of Minnesota, we have a problem with our media all across their country.
I've got a ton of them right behind me.
And the fraud in Minnesota, they're not even reporting.
We had one outlet in Minnesota.
That's your CBS, ABC, Fox Local, and CBS.
But they, I think only one of them mentioned this fraud, how deep it is, how far it goes.
They don't even talk about it.
It's like, you know, I just can't fathom why they would be putting pressure on Waltz.
The Star and Tribune, here's a perfect one.
I just seen this this morning.
And by the way, they're here.
He's standing right here.
But anyway, the Star and Tribune, back in 2000, they reported fraud by Somalians, actually, and in the year 2000, headlines in the paper, massive fraud.
This was the year 2000.
And now you can't, you won't be able to find it in the paper.
We'll see if it puts it there tomorrow.
You know, they should be attacking, just attacking these politicians and calling them out and saying, what's going on?
You know, where's Keith Ellison and all this?
The Attorney General of Minnesota.
No, he's too busy attacking Mike Lindell's Lindell Recovery Network rather than finding out all this fraud.
You see, when you do stuff like that, there's a hidden agenda, like I said.
And what is his agenda?
Was he part of it?
Did he know about it?
I mean, this is stuff that needs to be investigated.
And this is stuff.
When stuff like this would come up, I would be the most transparent governor this country's ever seen and this state's ever seen.
Because as long as the media would report it, I guess that's, you can't, if you, if you can yell as loud as you want, but if the media only puts out what they want you to want you to hear, then it becomes the very biggest cover.
I believe the media is one of the biggest problems for the biggest cover-up of the biggest crimes this country's ever seen.
And it's been a problem.
And that includes your Fox Newses of the world.
As you know, I bash them all the time.
But if you have stuff go on, you need to let everybody know that it's going on.
And then they're going to take care of it.
You can't have this cover-up.
It's just disgusting.
This is my point about Waltz.
On the morning of the election, they were leading according to the polls, right?
No due diligence was done.
This all should have been discovered years ago.
The media responsive, but also people in Minnesota and in the government.
What I don't think people in Minnesota know you, like I know he's a businessman.
People remember Mike Lindell for the ads and the MyPillas and all the creative marketing.
Really, the strength of my pillow and Mike Lindell, I see it as someone who's very closely associated with you and knows you pretty well, is mathematics and you're an operational, I think, genius in this thing of deviations.
You run the company on a set of math and you're relentless about getting to the bottom.
This is why I think your waltz is the best opponent that somebody could feel against Waltz is someone like you who's so relentless on looking at operations and getting to the bottom of it.
And there's a lot to get to the bottom of, unfortunately.
And a lot of other media outlets are not touching these topics and some of the topics we're going to talk about at the bottom of the hour here.
So, hey, Heather, before we let you go, I know there's another segment that we're going to tap into with Steve Bannon interviewing Mike.
It was their final segment in their interview.
But any other observations based on what Mike testified to and some of your conversations with those in attendance at his announcement today?
Yeah, I think he hit the nail on the head once again in terms of going after the media.
I think that's something that I've heard from people here too.
You know, the media is probably going to come after Mike Wendell, like the same way they came after President Trump.
When you look at how much the media went after President Trump and going through his businesses, his tax records, like every single decision that he's made in his entire life, basically, but yet the same media didn't manage to go through the vice presidential candidate running alongside Kamala Harris and find out that there was a billion to $8 billion worth of fraud under his watch.
That just shows you the clear bias of the fake news media because it truly is fake.
The media is one of few professions that our founding fathers protected in our First Amendment.
And yet you have a media.
The reason for that is so that they could provide the American people with a checks and balances reporting system against our government.
Well, what good is that when you have a media that is going to turn a blind eye to $8 billion fraud scandal under someone running for vice president of the United States?
Then they're going to turn around and go after President Trump because he didn't dot an I or cross a T.
I mean, this is the nature of the media landscape in America right now.
But thankfully, there are networks like Wendell TV and others that are creating this parallel autonomy so that we can get the truth out to the American people.
So a lot of people are grateful to see us here on the ground reporting and covering this because we know the other networks aren't going to do it justice.

And I think we're going to, it looks like he's got one big, beautiful bus out there that's so even if the media is not reporting on what he's doing out there, looks like he's going to be taking that bus tour right to the people.
So it'll be interesting how the campaign unveils itself over the course of the next few months here.

We're just going to wrap things up here with final thoughts from that interview between Steve Bannon and Mike Lindell.
Here's the question is that why you and why now?
You've gone through and the company has gone through hell over the last couple of years.
I've never seen a fighter like you.
You've led your company so far back to turn it around.
What compels you that you must do this now, that you must get into politics now?
Well, see, first of all, I wanted to make sure my pillow was secure and stable before I moved on because my pillow has been the most jacked company in history.
And as you see, you're still standing.
And this without me, that they're going to keep going and they will press on it.
That's one of the greatest American data in the USA stories ever.
And then I watch right now, I watch what's happening in Minnesota.
You know, this fraud they felt all the way back to 2000.
You know, and it just keeps getting worse and more magnified.
The government we have here is disgusting.
They're leading us past that nonsensical past.
And I see year after year now, things don't change.
They get worse and worse.
And it's kind of like this thing, don't steal.
If you want something done right, you do it yourself.
I don't trust anyone else to get this job done.
You know, I've opened track record of what I'm seeing out of what I've solved problems.
And right now, Minnesota is the typical spear for our country.
I believe it's right now.
We're like the Trojan horse.
I mean, we're like the Trojan horse of the fraud, the crime, the everything.
We talk about, you know, all the nonsensical things that, like I said in my speech, that the government does things with government officials make decisions that don't help us all as individuals, whether we're a damaged bad Republican, conservative, or liberal.
If it doesn't help anybody, it's a hidden agenda.
And it's a very evil agenda.
Steve, I went all over this country four and a half years meeting with politicians trying to secure our elections.
I put on hundreds and hundreds of hours lying around to meet Attorney General, Secretary of State, Congressman, all these politicians.
And one after another, you get blocked and you're going, why?
Things that don't make sense.
When you look at deviations, if they don't make sense, like you say, there's a hidden agenda.
Minnesota fooding bond.
This is the last chance, I believe, the Minnesota that we have in Minnesota.
You know, I think it's became worse than health.
These nonsensical things.
I mean, Tim Waltz has led the charge for nonsense, for complete nonsense.
Stuffed in a few years ago, we would have thought, why?
I mean, you've got to realize that back in the back of the virus, the China virus, Tim Walsh would let us have, I think it was eight people in our house for Thanksgiving.
Or if you had one, then the neighbor could turn you in for, and you get 90 days in jail.
And then we could have 12 for they or for Christmas.
I mean, these things have been making sense.
And now we just see all this fraud.
Like I said, either he is, let's just say for a minute that he's completely negligent.
I mean, he doesn't know anybody.
Completely plausible deniability.
He doesn't know a thing about the fraud.
But you're the governor.
You should be watching everything that goes on the state.
And if you see a deviation in numbers, I mean, you probably miss $8 billion.
You've got to look into it.
You've got to find out why.
So there's many reasons.
I think it came to a, you know, I've been thinking about it for a long time, right?
Before the 2020 election, I was going to run.
And I was going to come out there and run for governor in 22.
And I said, you know, I figured I had to get out there and secure our elections.
And which, by the way, we've got great progress in that too.
But I just, I love my state.
I love the country.
I love people.
And the stuff that I was doing before, when I came out of addiction, like downtown Minneapolis, all my friends down there that I had pulled them out of addiction.
We spent millions of dollars helping inner city addicts come out of addiction with the Linda Recovery Network, help Chain Challenge, Salvation Army, all these things.
This is where I want to be problem solution.
And right now, you've been down to Minneapolis and it's a shame.
You see empty buildings.
You see our retailers and this around the country too.
You see empty retailers, empty buildings.
People are in fear, no police, I mean, our little police.
So these things I have great, I have great things in store.
And not just ideas, but they're all laid out of the solutions to all of this problem.
And that's where you have it.

My name is Patrick Colbeck, and obviously there was a lot of big news coming out of Chask, Minnesota earlier today.
And Mike touched on it during his statements out in Chasca, the fact that the media doesn't seem to cover the topics that you need to know about, in particular this Medicaid fraud.
They covered it five years ago, but when it's topical, when you can actually do something about it, when you've actually got a federal government and Justice Department willing to go off and investigate, everybody's quiet.
And that kind of approach applies to what I really want to drill home in this next segment.
It deals particularly with Venezuela.
And very little of substance is being discussed around Venezuela.
Sure, you know, you can get on some of the mainstream media outlets a discussion over the fact that President Trump put out a $50 million bounty on the leader of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro.
You might hear that on some of the outlets.
Sure, you might hear from some of the media outlets that the United States Navy has a fleet of 15 ships sailing off the coast of Venezuela.
And we have a super carrier, we have an amphibious assault carrier out there with thousands of Marines at the ready.
We've got guided missile frigates.
We've got nuclear submarines.
We've got quite a few naval assets off the coast there.
And some outlets will talk about our naval presence off the coast of Venezuela.
And most recently, you'll notice that President Trump put out a notice not too long ago saying that the airspace over Venezuela is closed.
And to their credit, some of the media outlets did actually report that this closure of the airspace seems to be being enforced of late because there was news stories that broke yesterday around two F-18s, which were likely coming from the USS Gerald Ford, were seen loitering over Venezuelan airspace for up to 40 minutes.
That is a big deal, the fact that they were over there.
And it begs the question that why are we, why do we have such a large presence?
Why do we have a $50 million bounty on Nicolas Maduro?
Why have we committed so many resources from the United States to go off and call attention to this country called Venezuela?
Venezuela used to be an ally of the United States before Hugo Chavez.
Hugo Chavez worked with the Cuban government.
He was a favorite of Fidel Castro.
Fidel Castro took him under his wings and turned Venezuela into the communist state they are right now.
But there's so much more to this story than them being a communist state, so much more to this story than them being a state sponsor of drug trafficking, which you see with these cigar boats.
They also traffic human trafficking.
They were the instigators behind these caravans that went up to the United States.
And what we're finding is that, you know, a lot of these caravans featured folks that were trained to go off and conduct terrorist activities within the United States.
They have a whole island off the coast of Venezuela called Margarita Island.
That news has been broke by Glenn Beck, where they actually use it as a logistics and training center for Hezbollah on behalf of Iran.
And, you know, Venezuela's got these strategic alliances, not just with Cuba, but also with China, with Russia, and Iran, and terrorist organizations like Hezbollah.
So that's part of the story that really isn't discussed about in these mainstream media outlets.
But the main reason I think that a lot of these outlets don't want to talk about it, and it deals with some recent developments and recent letters in particular that were submitted by two former generals within the Venezuelan military.
And it's because all these roads eventually lead to a topic that most mainstream media outlets don't want to talk about, but we talk about all the time at Lindell TV, and that's the elections.
And in particular, the role that these electronic voting systems play in the manipulation of our election results.
And that is a taboo subject for all these other outlets.
Lindell TV, one of the reasons Mike formed this organization was to be able to give us a voice to talk about issues such as this.
So I think it's pretty important that we kind of highlight and do a little bit of a deep dive so you can be informed and share it with your friends and family.
Make sure that the only place that they're going to be hearing about this outside of social media is going to be Lindell TV.
And we're bringing the receipts.
So first of all, I want everybody to understand that just because Nicolas Maduro is at the head of this doesn't mean that Venezuela has a legitimate government in place.
It's actually, and in the testimony of these Venezuelan generals, it's actually run by a criminal terrorist organization known as the Cartel de las Sols, Solis.
My Spanish is horrible.
Apologies to all the Hispanic members of the audience.
But what we're finding out is that our Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, has actually formally designated this cartel, Cartel de las Sols, as a foreign terrorist organization, which opens up all kinds of tools for the federal government, including law enforcement tools.
Now, the evidence of the involvement in this cartel and Venezuela through this cartel, being involved in activities besides drug trafficking, has been out there for quite a long time.
Evidence around their involvement in elections in particular has been out there for quite some time.
Matter of fact, for a couple of years now, there's been a website that called stolenelectionsfacts.com.
It's been out there for quite a few years.
This is fed with the information that's been obtained via the investigations by Martín Rodel and former XCIA station chief Gary Burnson.
And they've actually posted all the evidence in support of assertions that Venezuela is meddling with elections.
In particular, they have assets here in the United States that have been deployed that have been culpable in manipulating elections in other countries.
And that a lot of the same software components that are used that they use to manipulate elections in Venezuela are actually evident in the electronic voting systems used throughout the United States.
So stolen elections facts has been out there for quite a while.
In addition to that, back in September, there was whistleblower testimony that came out in support of former Mesa County Colorado clerk Tina Peters and her appeal of her prison sentence for doing her job.
That's all she did.
She actually preserved the records under her responsibility as a Mesa County, Colorado clerk.
If she wouldn't have done what she did, Dominion, under the direction of Colorado Secretary of State, Jenna Griswold, would have actually violated federal law and destroyed election records.
She prevented that.
She actually preserved that information.
And as a result, she was thrown in prison because they didn't want any other clerks going off and respecting federal law either.
And so there was a whistleblower that came out and put a formal testimony on the record in Tina's appeals case.
And we have both video testimony of their video record of their testimony.
And we also have the written testimony.

I encourage you to go out there.
This is all validated, folks.
This information is up there.
You can share with all your friends and family that are naysayers.
There's a lot of other information up there giving details on how these systems are used to steal elections.
And then it actually arms you with the top 10 assertions of folks made by people that assert that there was no such thing as election fraud.
And we actually provide you with the information you need to debunk those assertions.
So that's up there.
So this information is not new.
But over the last two weeks, there's been two letters.
I think the first one was issued on December 2nd, and it was from a former Venezuelan general, Lieutenant General, by the name of Hugo Carbajal Barrios.
And he put out a letter that went to the heart of a lot of different topics, but actually zeroed in specifically on the role that SmartMatic played in the manipulation of elections in Venezuela and the fact that these same tools were exported out to other countries, including the United States.
So not just the tools, but also some of the personnel that were engaged in these activities have been exported to the United States to run elections here.
And also there was a second letter that was just released recently.
And this was on December 9th, I think is when the letter is dated.
And this is from a major general by the name of, sorry, it was Cliver Antonio Alcala Cordonas.
And he echoed the sentiments of General Barrios and highlighted that these systems were indeed being used to manipulate elections.
And not just in Venezuela, but in other countries like the United States.
So none of these other media outlets are talking about these letters.
And they're pretty damning.
They mean they're senior election officials.
That's on top of the information already provided by the Venezuelan whistleblower in support of Tina Peters' trial and her appeal of her incarceration.
And it's on top of all the receipts that are posted up at stolen electionsfacts.com.
And also it's on top of all the information that's in a book called Stolen Elections by Ralph Pizzullo, and which features a pretty frank discussion between the investigators, Martin Rodel and Gary Bernson, who've been at this for over four or five years.
So Lindell TV has been the only place that's been all over.
And I got to say, Emerald Robinson has been leading the charge on this topic, and she's had great guests on discussing this topic, including Patrick Byrne, who was, by all accounts, in the middle of all these investigations and actually supporting them personally from his finances.
I know Mike Lindell was engaged in helping to uncover some of these whistleblowers early on as well.
And he provided financial support in that context and had discussions with some of these folks.
So this is a big deal.
All these roads around Venezuela, it's not about cigar boats carrying drugs.
Guys, this is all about the fact that Venezuela was instrumental in the overthrow of the United States government during the 2020 election.
And that's why no other media outlet wants to touch this, which is pretty sad from my perspective that they're unwilling to go off and have this discussion because this is what the American people need to hear about.
And unfortunately, they're not hearing about it except for news outlets like Lindell TV.
And that's why Mike formed this company.
He was tired of getting censored.
I mean, remember, President Trump himself, before Elon Musk bought Twitter, President Trump was deplatformed while he was still president from a social media platform known as Twitter.
So, guys, this whole idea of a ministry of truth that George Orwal talked about in his book, 1984, there are people who have enough hubris that they actually think they're going to pull this off on us.
And to some extent, they haven't.
But, you know, through your support of networks like Lindell TV, we're able to go around that censorship and get you the news that you need to hear.
And another topic that I think is pretty important, and it deals with someone I just mentioned earlier, and that is Tina Peters, who's still sitting in a Colorado prison and receiving very inhumane treatment by all accounts.
And it deals with this letter that Peter Ticton, who's working to get Tina Peters released from this Colorado prison, he put out a very impassioned letter out to President Trump.
And in this letter, I just want to go over some of the key assertions that he made.
And by the way, Peter Ticton is a friend of President Trump.
He was actually his commander when President Trump was at this military school when he was growing up.
And so President Trump actually, in a way, served with Peter Ticton.
They've been close friends.
Peter Ticton has defended him in various lawsuits.
And so there's a very close relationship there.
But I want to go over some of the key points that he cites in this very lengthy letter and very well-reasoned, very thought-out letter.
First of all, he highlights that he references that point from Hugo Carvajal's letter, highlighting that he shows that there was a long-running Venezuelan plot involving SmartMatic and Dominion technology to undermine the United States elections.
He goes on to also assert that the Venezuelan SmartMatic employees, including Ronald Morales, allegedly came to the U.S. in 2006 on visas, modified Sequoia voting system equipment, and later worked under Dominion supervisors to help overthrow the United States government in 2020.
These individuals are accused of enabling remote access to county servers.
And just for record, they only have to tip the scales for a presidential election in anywhere from 10 to 15 counties in order to change the results of a presidential election in the United States.
That's a big deal.
And so they were specifically targeting county servers.
They helped alter ballot images and tally data.
They concealed foreign access.
They lied to U.S. officials.
And they changed software after certification and testing.
Another key point highlighted by Peter Ticton in this memo to President Trump is that Dominion and Colorado Secretary of State Jenna Griswold allegedly used the 2021 trusted bill to delete the 2020 election records.
You know, the records that Tina Peters was attempting to preserve by getting forensic copies of her election management system server in Colorado.
It also highlights in his memo that Clerk Tina Peters imaged Mesa County's Dominion equipment before and after this trusted build, erased all those records.
And so she effectively preserved the complete copy of the 2020 election data.
And for her efforts, she was treated to a nine-year prison sentence in the state of Colorado.
And Dominion and Griswold, according to Peter Ticton, purportedly pushed for Peters to be criminally investigated for preserving this data, despite there being no underlying crime whatsoever.
In other words, they took a page from Stalin's old book, his old chief of police, used to say, you show me the man, I'll show you the crime.
In other words, I'm going to find something that I can charge you on and throw you in jail, whether or not we believe you're guilty of anything or not.
And that appears to be what happened in Colorado, which just, if you're like me, just ticks you off to no end.
It highlights how in Peter Ticton's memo, he highlights how the prosecution of Tina Peters is characterized as a show trial intended specifically to intimidate all clerks from preserving election records or questioning alleged fraud.
The letter goes on to allege serious trial errors, including the failure to recognize Tina Peters' authority as an elected clerk and improper restrictions on her expert Conan Hayes credentials and bias among the jurors.
Matter of fact, one of the jurors actually had a false assumption regarding Tina Peters in a previous interaction with her, and she assumed Tina was behind something that rubbed her the wrong way.
And it turns out Tina never had anything to do with it.
And when she found out about that, she regretted it.
But by that time, it was too late.
Tina's in jail.
But she had an axe to grind.
And so in this letter, too, Peter Ticton highlights that the United States Department of Justice indictments and this Hugo Carvajal proffer are framed as falling dominoes that validate the claims of an orchestrated international criminal enterprise involving SmartMatic and others.
Tina Peters is portrayed as a critical eyewitness whose testimony and preserved data are essential to providing a coordinated scheme by Dominion and officials, which is why she has been silenced.
So these are pretty strong terms coming from a very seasoned lawyer, Peter Ticton, to President Trump.
He went on to describe that her current imprisonment has been harsh and dangerous, including threats, assaults, unsafe housing, medical neglect, and denial of safer housing.
In other words, she's being punished while she's in there.
The punishment goes well beyond the imprisonment.
She's being punished while she is in there and being denied rights that would normally be allotted to prisoners under the same conditions.
And here's kind of more, this kind of gets to the point.
The letter goes off and argues that President Trump indeed does have the constitutional authority to pardon state as well as federal offenses based on an originalist reading of offenses against the United States.
So he's making a constitutional argument here that, and the traditional wisdom has been since Tina Peters was tried in state courts for state offenses, that the president of the United States has no jurisdiction.
It's asserting the traditional view of this is that the federal government can only rule, has only jurisdiction over matters that deal with federal laws.
And what Peter Ticton is asserting is that, no, actually, if you go back to the originalist view of the U.S. Constitution, read the writings of the founding fathers, you'll understand that it was clear that this federal authority for pardoning actually extends to state offenses as well, which is, to the best of my knowledge, not been tested in court.
But frankly, due to the failure of Governor Polis to respond in a favorable manner to all these requests for a pardon of Tina Peters, Governor Polis is the governor of Colorado right now.
Matter of fact, he's pushed back and kind of doubled down his efforts saying, no way in the heck am I letting her out here.
Obviously, we need to take a different approach.
And that's what Peter Ticton is outlining in this letter.
And so he is impassionedly urging President Trump to use federal authority to pardon Tina Peters and get her out of prison.
So I hope, I sincerely hope that that is a fruitful endeavor and it is something that we can indeed pursue.

And I just want to remind everybody that this electioncrimebure.com, you know, a lot of people are saying that this evidence of election fraud doesn't exist anywhere.
Well, guys, it's all over the place.
Our issue has been packaging.
Now, granted, for the first five years or so of this investigation, our evidence has been limited to what we can find as an outside observer.
We are outsiders looking inside.
We didn't have access to what was going on in the machines.
They deliberately designed the system to prevent folks like myself and others from, and even clerks like Tina Peters, they designed it to preclude their ability to go off and inspect how these machines actually ran our elections.
And over time, we've, through court cases and through the efforts of clerks like Tina Peters, we gradually went from outsiders without access to inside information to outsiders with some insider information, like images of the servers in Antrim County, Michigan, like the images of the Mesa County, Colorado servers, like the images that were taken in Maricopa County, Arizona, of their election management system server.
So we finally got a little bit of a peek behind the curtain.
But what's really damning and what's really important for everybody to dig into is now, thanks to the efforts of Martine Rodell, Gary Bernson, and Patrick Byrne and others, we now have information from the inside.
They've recruited a suite of whistleblowers that are testifying to exactly how these systems have been used to manipulate elections.
And it turned out all these same ingredients are right here in the United States.
And some of the same players who engaged in the manipulation of election results in other countries are now running elections right here in the United States right now.
So, guys, it's a big deal.
Many people may ask why didn't, well, how did we win in 2024 if that were the case?
Well, it truly was too big to rig, frankly.
But also, if you follow the thread of Emerald Robinson and her discussions with Patrick Byrne, you'll understand that there are a lot of other forces at work too.
So the good guys, thanks to a lot of these whistleblowers that were recruited, they knew where the keys were under the mat of some of the bad guys systems that they used to manipulate the elections.
And they reportedly were interfered with.
So I encourage you to go off and check into Emerald Robinson's X feed in particular.
She's put out two major threads, one starting in January and another one that was launched recently out in October-November timeframe.
And she's continuing on with it today.
And she's just doing her best to break down this whole wide world of election fraud and the threat to the integrity of your voice as an American voter.
She's breaking it down into bite-sized chunks.

Remember, everything we shared today in today's episode could have been reported on by other news outlets, even some of the so-called conservative alternative news outlets.
They're not touching this subject because all the roads end up leading towards what people are doing, what bad guys are doing, what these foreign terrorist organizations like Cartel de Souls are doing to the American election system.
They've compromised it, and those a lot of those vulnerabilities are still in place right now.
Now, President Trump's taking all the executive actions he can to go off and do his best to clean these systems up right now.
And he's doing yeoman's work.
But he needs the support of each of you and all of us to go off and hold these people accountable.
That means we need to start talking about it with our friends and family.
We need to start building up the number of people that understand how our elections are being stolen.
