My name is Patrick Colbeck, and I'm filling in for Mike today.
He's spinning a lot of plates around right now, so I figured I'd take over this plate spinning activity for him today.
And there's a lot to share, as usual, it seems like.
There is no shortage of news on the national front or even on the local front nowadays.
And we're going to have the usual update from DC and fill you in on what's going on there.
And then we're going to delve into some of the latest developments regarding our newest electronic voting system vendor, Liberty Vote.
And we're going to talk a little bit about what's going on in Venezuela.
We talked about it before, but there was a major announcement yesterday.
And we're going to go over that in detail today.
And then I'm going to be joined by a good friend of mine, Mark Cook, the cyber expert.
And we're going to go over some of the revelations regarding that have come out of these Venezuelan whistleblowers regarding how machines are used to steal elections.
And we'll try to walk through that with some examples and get the two cents of Mark Cook on what he's observed because he's actually looked at pretty much most of the forensic images that have been available to the general public regarding how our elections are run.
So I think you're going to enjoy the insights that he has in store for us.
But, you know, just to kick things off, you know, we have some footage here from Allison Steinberg, who had an opportunity to, while she's walking the halls of DEC here, to contact Representative Anna Paulina Luna regarding some legislative activity that occurred today.
And we're just going to show this quick clip of Allison's interview with Representative Luna.
How many signatures do you have on the discharge petition today?
I haven't checked, but we got another few people, I think, today that just signed on.
So there's going to be potentially some tweaks.
Speaker Johnson has a meeting at around 1130 with some holdouts.
But I'm all for negotiating, but you can't allow the insider trading to continue, and it is happening.
Is there anyone who's vehemently opposed to it that you know of?
Not publicly, because they're worried that I'm going to smack them publicly, like online, which I told them I'm very nice and very reasonable.
I'll negotiate, but you guys can't defend insider trading.
So I would never consider, you know, publicly naming both sides of members that are insider trading, but the American people could do that.
Bipartisan support by the American people, 86% overwhelmingly supportive, but there's bipartisan opposition to it internally because people are actually insider trading.
What's interesting is the wealthier businessmen that came in that were self-made multi-millionaires before getting elected are actually willing to potentially divest.
They want to talk about potentially a way to do that.
It's the ones that are becoming multi-millionaires after coming into Congress because of insider trading that are the ones that are vehemently opposed to it.
So you guys will see on the stock trading, I highly recommend the American people look at people on both sides who they're actually insider trading and you'll see who's guilty of it.
But I mean, we are look, the way that the press is covering this, a lot of members are uncomfortable coming out and saying that they won't support it.
So keep doing what you guys are doing.
And that's exactly why we're doing what we're doing at Lindell TV.
We want them to feel uncomfortable if they're engaged in insider trading activities.
And thank you to Allison Steinberg for getting that interview.
And thank you to Congressman Luna for exposing that.
I remember when I served in the Michigan Senate, I caught no end of heat when I highlighted the fact that we had members of the Michigan Senate that were influenced in their voting pattern regarding medical marijuana legislation because they were offered shares in the respective companies that would benefit from it.
And that went over like a hot balloon or whatever, a lead balloon.
Sorry.
So anyway, I get it.
The idea of putting some transparency into their financial transactions is a difficult road to haul.
And I'm really pleased with Representative Luna taking that challenge on and seeking to discharge that from committee so we can get a floor vote.
That is that is good.
So there's a lot of other things that are happening, particularly that Lindell TV is on the forefront of.
And Lindell TV is one of the few news agencies that actually is part of now the Pentagon Press Corps.
And Heather Mullins heads that up for us.
And she had this to say yesterday in regards to kind of the opening phase of operations as part of the new Pentagon Press Corps.
Here's what Heather had to say.
And we are here for day three of the new media week.
I'm Heather Mullins, the Chief Pentagon correspondent for Lindell TV.
Currently, sitting in the briefing room right now, waiting, as I have a list of senior Pentagon officials that are going to be sitting down with me, and I'm going to get to ask them anything.
I mean, this kind of transparency from an administration at our Department of War is like unheard of, given what we endured for four years under the previous administration.
It's really exciting.
There's a ton of other media here.
As you guys saw yesterday, Press Secretary Kingsley Wilson did a briefing.
And so there were a lot of really great questions from a lot of familiar faces that I've seen over the years.
Some of those faces, former Congressman Matt Gates, was in the room.
You had James O'Keefe, known for his undercover journalism and breaking stories, exposing government corruption.
You had RC Maxwell, who also worked with James O'Keefe.
You had Laura Loomer.
She's been very big on platforms like X.
So it was a very diverse new media bunch that asked some great questions.
There was another guy, John, who I guess he worked in shipping, and he brought a lot of interesting experience from the naval side to the briefing room, just with his background following the shipping, international shipping of goods, services, things like that.
So it is a great bunch of people that they have here.
And all of us are going to have access to some of these Pentagon officials.
And I just think that's a unique opportunity, not just for us, but for Americans back home to finally have journalists asking real questions again.
This is something we haven't had in a very, very long time as we've seen the media essentially get weaponized and used to keep information from the American people contrary to what it was designed for, right?
There's a reason our founding fathers, when they decided that freedom of the press should be enshrined in our Constitution under the First Amendment, there's a reason they put that in there because they knew that the press and the government they work independently, but they work for the greater good of our country.
And so there's sort of a checks and balances in place there.
And we just haven't had that.
We've had a government that has ran wild, rampant with corruption, and we had a media that provided cover for them.
So for years, we had a wide open border.
You had drug cartels, drugs, human trafficking at our border, and they had a free pass under the previous administration.
That has all changed now.
And we're seeing it firsthand here at the Pentagon that the zero tolerance policy that they have for these narco-terrorists.
The Trump administration is not afraid to show that they mean business.
And that's what we're seeing down in the Caribbean right now.
We've had the USS Gerald Ford, the largest aircraft carrier the U.S. Navy has, a very high-tech ship that is being already been deployed out there.
You have air travel over Venezuela being essentially the commander-in-chief, President Trump, saying to avoid air travel over Venezuela.
They're putting a lot of pressure on Maduro right now.
And we've seen over the last couple of weeks, Maduro has said he wants to talk to the president.
And I think most recently there was a video put out where Maduro said that there's evidence, I guess, of potential Biden corruption, the Biden administration corruption.
President Trump retweeted a video to his true social account, I believe it was yesterday night or yesterday morning or the night before.
But in that video, the caption is basically saying that Maduro says we have information that the Biden administration wanted and asked for trendy Aragua gang members to be shipped to the United States.
So why would the previous administration want cartel members to come to the United States?
That's a great question.
I'm going to be sitting down with some senior Pentagon officials here in the near future.
And that's definitely one of the questions that I want to ask.
Like when you have President Trump sharing that video suggesting evidence has been given to them incriminating the Biden administration over in Venezuela, I mean, it makes you wonder.
So we'll ask some of those questions later on this afternoon.
The other big topic that I'm curious about, I know a lot of Americans care about, is just the botched Afghanistan withdrawal.
And one of the things that I've heard several people here at the Pentagon mention is that they do have this task force.
They are anticipating a report eventually coming out about that.
Press Secretary Kingsley Wilson also touched on that topic.
And that's something that when you have a connection to the military, which a lot of good Americans do, and even the Secretary of the Secretary of War, still getting used to that, Secretary of War here, at one point in time, served himself, right?
So he was willing to put on those boots and fight for this country.
And so when people who care about this country saw that botched withdrawal and saw American servicemen and women lose their lives needlessly, it really lights a fire inside of you and we deserve answers.
And in fact, one of the people I hope to interview this afternoon spoke out when that withdrawal happened, and that's Lieutenant Colonel Stu Scheller.
He actually went to jail for speaking out and demanding accountability and was court-martialed.
And now here he is working alongside Secretary Hegseth to get justice and accountability for those fallen soldiers.
So I'm excited about that potential interview later this afternoon.
And then lastly, the seditious six was the other hot topic and whether or not we're going to see some charges against Senator Mark Kelly or any of the others that spoke out.
No official confirmation.
There is an investigation we know into Senator Mark Kelly going on.
But as far as where that's going to lead, we'll have to keep you guys posted.
So that's the latest update from me, Heather Mullins, at day three at the Pentagon.
Well, it's great to have Heather out at the Pentagon.
She comes from a military family, so you know she'll actually respect the military code of conduct out there in regards to making sure that we don't share any information that puts our soldiers in harm's way.
It's really, I just want to remind everybody why a lot of the traditional press corps boycotted being members of the Pentagon Press Corps is because they were getting Pentagon officials, employees, contractors that work out of the Pentagon, they were getting them to provide quote-unquote anonymous data.
They were leaking data coming out of the Pentagon.
You know, the Department of War, where we actually are trying to safeguard American citizens from harm, we had people leaking dangerous information out to the Corps, out to the media, and simply, you know, the Pentagon was sitting there saying, no, we're not going to, we're going to do what any other employer is going to do, that before any of our employees or contractors talk to members of the media, they need to get it approved before talking to them.
And a lot of the folks in the media didn't like that.
I'll tell you, if you're going to go to anybody at Fox News and go off and interview them as part of the media, you're going to need to get the approval of Fox Corporate in order to get them to be able to talk to you as a member of the media.
If you were working at Ford Motor Company or GM or Boeing, same thing.
You need to talk to your corporate PR folks before talking to any media outlets, and you need to get their approval on any content you're sharing.
So the fact that the media was boycotting coverage of the Pentagon because of these new rules tells you that I don't think their interest was in, was, let's just say, on the up and up.
They actually, just like the Seditious VI that Heather was referring to, they just prefer to take information from anonymous sources, pop it out there, and create a little bit of chaos.
And essentially, Secretary of War Pete Hegs has said, enough of that.
We're going to run this professionally, and we're going to run this like any other Fortune 500 company out in the United States would do, which is before we have employees going off half-cocked and talking to the media about something that could reflect badly on our company, you got to get it approved first.
So anyway, it's an honor for Lindell TV to have Heather out there as our representative at the Pentagon Press Corps, especially because there's a lot happening that's going to be centering around what's going on at the Pentagon.
And the Secretary of War is at ground zero of everything that's going on regarding Venezuela.
And we're going to talk about that in a little bit.
But first, before I get to that, I wanted to highlight some other news.
And this is, I want to give a hat tip to Jessica Palima out in South Dakota.
She's been monitoring activities out at the Election Assistance Commission pretty closely.
And she was in particular looking for notice of when Liberty Vote was going to put their electronic voting systems that they procured or purchased from Dominion through the certification rigmarole out at the Election Assistance Commission.
And so she put out a little post up on X and that kind of got the word out to everybody.
And what she noticed is that Liberty Vote, who has just bought Dominion, you know, a little over a month ago, is all of a sudden already going through testing out at the Election Assistance Commission.
And so, you know, that's kind of interesting.
went off to the EAC site and confirmed it and popped up the actual EAC.gov site on that.
And sure enough, undergoing testing right now, if you go out to the EAC website, you'll find out that what they're calling Frontier now, that's the new product name that they're working towards.
You scroll down a little bit, you will see right there, Frontier 1, that is one of the items that is undergoing testing and the manufacturer is Liberty Vote.
And they're going to be going in accordance with the VBSG 2.0 standard, which actually prohibits internet connections.
So I find that interesting because all the default Dominion configurations for Dominion Voting Systems and Democracy Suite all include the capability to communicate with the internet.
So out of the gates, I don't see how they're going to pass the VBSG 2.0 standard here, but let's see what happens.
That's very interesting.
You'll also notice that, and this is something else that was brought to my attention by Jessica Palima regarding Liberty Vote.
They have the previous name for the company, No Inc, under Scott Leindecker, had a partnership with Heart Inner Civic.
And so we're kind of wondering if that partnership with No Inc. is going to continue in this in context of the new purchase of Dominion's assets.
That should be very interesting.
So, you know, when this purchase happened back in October, a lot of people were opining as to whether or not this was a good thing or a bad thing because the way the media was pushing it.
They said that it was a Republican that was purchasing Dominion voting systems and rebranding it Liberty Vote.
Like if you just throw the name Liberty in it, all those Patriots are immediately going to jump on board and say it's a good thing.
Anyway, and so a lot of people are saying, no, this is good.
They're going to turn state's evidence and show us everything that's been going on and clean up these electronic voting systems and make election integrity great again.
I don't see how they could have done that in the time between the purchase of Dominion and the filing for this testing with the EAC.
I don't see how they could have purged the Liberty Vote software suite of all the SmartMatic DNA that they had in it.
And we're going to talk a little bit about the cyber expert Mark Cook for the second half of the show here and go over all the different ways that these features, quote-unquote features of the inherent in the SmartMatic DNA that's evident in Dominion voting systems.
It's evident in ESNS and evident in Hard Inter Civic.
We're going to go over how all these different methods have been used in the past or can be used to go off and subvert the integrity of the elections as identified by this Venezuelan whistleblower.
So we want to make sure you stay tuned for the second half of the show and we'll go through that.
But the bottom line is how within a little over a month did Liberty Vote go in and ensure that all these design features that enable the manipulation of election results as testified by various and numerous whistleblowers, how did they purge all these capabilities from the system in such a short time frame?
Let's see what's going on there.
And right now it's been assigned to the testing lab known as ProVNV.
Let's see what they come up with in their testing certification activities with this new Frontier 1.
So it's going to be very interesting to see how things turn out there.
So we just talked about the fact that Heather Mullins is our Pentagon correspondent, and one of the key topics buzzing around DC and the Pentagon is the fleet that we have parked off the coast of Venezuela.
And I just want to remind you that early on in President Trump's tenure, Venezuela was obviously on the front of his mind because a few months back, he actually took what had been a $25 million reward or bounty on a reward for information that led to the arrest of Nicolas Maduro, the leader of Venezuela.
He upped that $25 million bounty to $50 million, which is kind of interesting because there really wasn't a lot of discussion around that.
Just one day, you see that the bounty has increased up to $50 million.
And I think the reason for that bounty is starting to come into clear and clearer focus.
He's done more than just throw money at the problem of Venezuela.
He's actually thrown naval assets and Air Force assets into the Venezuela area in the Caribbean, off the coast of Venezuela.
Now, a lot of the traditional media outlets are all focused on these cigar boats with drugs being taken out by hellfire missiles.
I think the folks that watch Lindell TV understand that there's much more at stake here than drug running.
And you don't have a super carrier, USS Gerald R. Ford, sitting off the coast of Venezuela to take out drug boats.
You don't have the USS Iwo Jima, which is an amphibious assault carrier with thousands of Marines aboard to take out cigar boats.
You don't have a squadron of F-35 fighter jets off the coast of Venezuela to take out cigar boats.
You don't have a total of 15 naval vessels in the Caribbean to take out cigar boats.
You don't need that.
So it begs the question, why do we have all those assets out there?
And I would submit to you that it ties back to the fact that President Trump has quite a bit of information about Venezuela's involvement in the manipulation of election results here in the United States, in particular during the 2020 election.
And there's a reason why President Trump has his mugshot sitting outside the Oval Office.
And that means every time he goes into that office, he's reminded that there are people that are trying to take down America, and he's the only one standing in between them and victory.
And so he has that reminder on a regular basis.
I think by any objective measure, he has been extremely rapid in his deployment of executive actions during his tenure as president in the second term.
And I think for a lot of us, that's very reassuring.
He obviously went into this second term with a plan.
And that plan definitely features some serious accountability for the leadership of Venezuela.
And just to put this in a little bit of background, Venezuela is, the president of Venezuela is Nicolas Maduro, and he is tied to an organization called the Cartel de las Suls.
And President Trump has decreed that they are a foreign terrorist organization.
That is where you're seeing a lot of the legal authority that comes from taking out these narco-terrorist boats, these drug cartel boats, is coming from that designation.
But what hasn't been talked about, I think, and is going to be starting to come into the forefront more and more and more is the role of the Venezuelan government in the manipulation of elections.
And if you read the book, Stolen Elections, which I highly recommend, it goes into a lot of detail on this particular topic, and it shows receipts.
It's got the information it's sharing with you.
But it was clear that this cartel was not satisfied with drug running.
They weren't satisfied with human trafficking.
They, in the wake of Hugo Chavez, first using electronic voting systems to retain power in the 2004 election with the assistance of Fidel Castro in Cuba, they created this.
Based on all the testimony from the evidence in stolen elections, as well as some other areas we're going to go into as well, these guys have decided that they wanted to branch out and use election meddling as a core service line for this cartel, in addition to the human trafficking and drug trafficking.
And SmartMatic became a central asset to that activity, according to all these sources here.
And some of the folks that helped make this happen are a couple of gentlemen by the name of Gary Bernson, who's an XCIA station chief out in Bolivia, and also Martín Rodel.
And both of them, they went into business together in the asset recovery business.
They were doing some investigations regarding narcoterrorism and stumbled upon evidence of these cartels being engaged in election fraud.
And a lot of the evidence that they've collected through the course of their investigation, you can find at a website called stolenelectionsfacts.com.
That's stolenelectionsfacts.com.
They provide all the receipts of their research up on this website.
They've got a timeline that you can go into detail on when you click on various aspects of the timeline.
You can get into, you can actually see the receipts in support of all the assertions that they have.
I tell you, this has been very useful in various legal documents that have been put together.
Their work has been instrumental.
And what it's really highlighting is the fact that these electronic voting systems that Mike and myself and many other meddling kids have been saying we need to get rid of.
It highlights the fact that these machines were designed from the beginning to manipulate the results of elections.
And what a lot of people have been writing off as glitches or vulnerabilities are actually design features, according to the investigators.
So while folks like myself and Mike and others have been forced to look from the outside in, and we had lawyers like Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani that had to act right after the election with the information that they had available via open source intelligence and via FOIA requests, that kind of stuff.
You know, that was difficult because there were outsiders looking in, trying to make a cogent case before a court system that, unfortunately, the court system itself has been corrupted.
But they were challenged with that.
That was kind of the fast track on gathering evidence of election fraud.
Well, Martin Rodel and Gary Burnson, they took the slow path.
They actually went off and did a professional investigation featuring the development of whistleblowers and sources that they could use to help us understand how elections have been stolen from inside, from behind the curtain, if you will.
While Sidney, Rudy, myself, and Mike, and all we've been forced to look behind, look outside the curtain.
And anytime you try to pull back the curtain, like Tina Peters did, they'll throw you in prison or like Mike did, and they throw a lawsuit at you.
And so this has been a true blessing to have finally an opportunity for the investigations of Martine and Gary to come out into the forefront.
And I want to remind everybody, because this is going to be what we're going to be talking about in the second half of the show.
There was a great interview by Laura Logan on her Going Rogue show that highlighted where Gary Burnson actually highlighted the 14 ways machines have been used to steal elections.
And this is directly from all their inside sources.
So I want you to hear this clip because it tees it up for later today.
One of the things that we learned is there's 14 different technical ways that you can steal an election.
And they're operating off different parts of the machinery, but they can use number one and number three, number six and number seven.
They can use combinations and they never use the same combinations in adjacent districts.
So that you can't find patterns.
They prepare an election a year in advance.
They have the poll books.
They have hundreds of people.
They have statisticians.
They have comms engineers, software engineers.
This was the science of engineer theft and a multi-billion dollar business globally.
Let that sink in, guys.
This was another service line for the Cartel is stealing elections.
And, you know, Lindell TV's very own Emerald Robinson has been all over this.
And it's tough keeping up with everything she's been able to put out there.
She's got inside sources that she's working to and making sure that their information gets out to the general public.
None of the other broadcast networks are touching this stuff, with the possible exception InfoWars with Alex Jones.
So the fact that she's getting it out there, I encourage you to follow her X feed.
She's done a couple of them that I think are very important.
One dating back in January, she kicked it off.
It's got over 120 unique posts, and she's breaking down the complex subject of how our elections are stolen into some bite-sized chunks.
And then most recently, she's been working with Patrick Byrne and releasing a very interesting thread starting back towards the end of November that I thought was very interesting that you need to know.
And I tell you, if all the different snippets that Emerald sharing on this thread gets converted into a movie one of these days, both Patrick Byrne and Mike Lindell are going to be able to recover a lot of the money that they've lost over the last five years, I think, because I think it would be a gangbuster because we're talking about activities here in 2024 election where the President Trump's chief of staff, Susie Wiles, before the 2020 election during early voting period,
a lot of these whistleblowers, these folks that knew from the inside how elections were stolen, were monitoring the elections.
And they were providing information to the investigators.
And the investigators got it in the hands of the chief of staff, Susie Wiles.
And Susie wanted to verify the validity of it.
And she said, I need Elon Musk to look at it.
Elon Musk looked at it, verified it, sent it to President Trump, and he's going, this does not look good.
And then if you read Emerald's threads, Senator Mullins at the time said, there's something we can do about it.
And if you read through these threads, it indicates that we've got some Department of War Defense, or at the time, Department of Defense assets that were put in place in Cyber Command that went forward and melted some servers in Belgrade, Serbia that were messing with our elections.
So, guys, this reads like a spy novel, but it's real history, and you're only going to hear about it here on Lindell TV.

And by the way, when you go through what he's talking about, it definitely puts a finer point on exactly why President Trump has that naval presence out there.
So let's take a look through this letter here.
And like I said, you can get to this out at the ElectionCrimeBure.com.
This guy's legit.
He's a former director of military intelligence.
He was a member of their National Assembly.
He was the head.
He was a guy who actually appointed the information technology guys that would be overseeing the elections and how they were ran inside of Venezuela.
So he knows what he's talking about.
And he's issued this letter in support of President Trump's actions towards Venezuela.
So that no-fly zone that President Trump put in place, the naval presence that he's put in place, taking out the cigar boats, he's in support of it.
And what he does is he goes through four different topics.
And one of those topics is the idea of narcoterrorism.
That's what everybody is talking about on most of the other media outlets that are out there because that's focused on the cigar boats.
And everybody can get their arms around these cartel operations here.
But what they don't truly appreciate is the role that the Cuban regime played in this and also ties to Hezbollah.
You may recall that President Trump recently designated the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization.
We're investigating different chapters and going to specify, well, part of that is deriving from the information they have regarding their collaboration with the Venezuelan government.
There's an island off of the coast of Venezuela called Margarita Island that is reported to be a terrorist training and logistics center.
And the terrorists that are trained there under the guidance of Hezbollah and Iran, they are actually funneled across the U.S. border into the U.S., or at least they were back when Biden was in charge of the gate going into the country.
That gate's been shut under President Trump.
And why it was so important to shut that gate goes into the next point that's revealed by this Hugo, by Hugo Barrios.
And what he went off and highlighted is that the worst of the worst gangs, Trende Aragua, they were actually being encouraged to go across the border into the United States and create mayhem, you know, just like that all-state commercial, except this mayhem crew was designed.
They were going out there to create violence and destroy lies, not just property.
So the whole trendy Aragua theme to this, which is why President Trump and ICE have been going in and doing their best to make sure that they're taking care of the gang members first.
They're the priority to get them out of the country.
That's what they've been focused in on.
So that's been very important.
Third, he went into kind of the geopolitical situation on it and highlighted that there was a deliberate espionage activity against the United States, including tapping into subterranean cables that a lot of our diplomats would use and communicate with leaders in South America, which is a big deal, right?
And they're cooperating with the Russians, with the Chinese, with Cuba.
So all this is all of this is a lot of stuff going on.
That's Mark trying to call in on a separate line.
We're going to plug him in, hopefully, on vMix here in a little bit.
But there's a lot of activities that he's highlighting we got engaged in that are troublesome, suffice it to say.
And then last but not least, I want everybody to read in this pretty close here because it ties into everything that we've been talking about on Lindell TV and Mike's been talking about everywhere.
And that's SmartMatic and your elections.
And he highlights and comes turn state evidence and highlights that SmartMatic was born as an electoral tool of the Venezuelan regime, but this tool was designed to actually manipulate elections to keep them in power and then was later outsourced to manipulate elections in other countries, including the United States.
And so, guys, there's a lot of problems out there on it.
But right now, we're getting to the point where we've got folks that are turning states' evidence.
And, you know, when I start looking at the air and sea and diplomatic vice that's being put around Nicolas Maduro in Venezuela right now, I personally only see one out for him, and that is for him to turn states' evidence and actually amplify the points that were being made by this Hugo Barrios.
And I think, you know, turning over all that state's evidence and showing us evidence of the fact that Venezuela has been meddling in U.S. affairs to a very prominent degree, and they are cooperating and collaborating, unfortunately, with the members of the Biden administration in that pursuit.
I think that would be a very revealing set of information and it might actually get him off the hook and loosen that stranglehold that President Trump has put around the country of Venezuela with this narco-terrorist organization, Cartel de Los Sols, controlling the government out in Venezuela, headed by Nicolas Maduro.
So there's a lot going on.
It doesn't look like we're going to be able to connect with Mark today.
I'm sorry about that, everybody.
I know we got Mike that's going to be chiming in in just a little bit, but I want to remind everybody when he's talking, when Hugo Barrios is talking about these issues with these voting machines and the role that SmartMatic played, the other whistleblowers that have been obtained via the efforts of Martin Rodel and Gary Burnson and Patrick Byrne and many others, and I know Mike was helping out with that to a certain degree early on as well.
I want everybody to get an understanding of how these machines could actually be used to manipulate the results of the election.
And so along those lines, I just want to remind you, we had that clip before the break of Gary Burnson highlighting that these, how there's 14 ways to steal the elections.
I want everybody to get a clear picture of what those 14 ways are because these ways are actually documented in the book, Stone Elections, and they're very techie, but I think it's important for everybody to see this isn't just smoke and mirrors, guys.
These are actual features of these election systems that people need to know about.
So you can go to item 12 and pop that up.
So here are different elements were used to alter an election.
If you remember what Gary was talking about, they never used the same set of elements in adjacent counties.
They mixed and matched.
So this is kind of like a potpourri.
It was a livery of different opportunities for them to go off and different techniques that they could use to manipulate elections.
Things like having access to the poll book, playing games with the setting of date and time of elections or programming day that could cause errors like what we saw out in Maricopa County when during the Carrie Lake election when she was running for governor, all of a sudden all these machines started shutting down all of a sudden.
Interesting how that happened.
The flashcard configurations where you can actually embed scripts that can run these virtual machines that Patrick Byrne's been talking about, and which is very concerning because we have folks like my own Secretary of State in Michigan, Jocelyn Benson, she orders the destruction of these flashcards within seven days of the certification of the election.
Federal law says she's supposed to hold on to that for at least 22 months.
So she's violating federal law with these decrees.
So it means that it must be very important for her to cover her tracks by destroying these flashcards.
And you notice that that's part of their scheme to alter elections.
And then, you know, accessing and opening of ports.
I know from my own FOIA requests in Michigan, my own community of Canton Township, Michigan, I've gone off and issued FOIA requests for server configurations.
And the first time I requested that, they sent me it.
And what was startling is that every single one of the firewall ports around the election management system server used by my township were wide open.
Not one of them was closed.
And when I issued a FOIA request a few months after that point, with the hope that when I issued that FOIA request for that information, it would come back that they'd actually closed those ports.
Their response instead was not to provide me with any of that data anymore, which tells me that they have a vested interest in keeping these ports open because it enables them to manipulate the results of elections.
And if not them directly, then it opens it up to third parties that have told them, make sure you don't touch these settings.
There's a lot of hardware properties firmware that you can go off and adjust to manipulate elections.
Matter of fact, I've seen some cases where you could alter the firmware on a printer that these tabulators are connected to.
And by updating the firmware on it, you can convert that printer into a Wi-Fi hotspot.
We've all seen via the efforts of Kurt Olsen and others and a lot of our forensic examination of the data coming out of Mesa County, Colorado, is that they're storing key information like the passwords for decryption keys.
They're storing it in plain text.
Well, that's part of their mechanism for manipulating elections.
And there's a lot of opportunities to embed scripts.
And bottom line is, I mean, these are just 14 methods.
There's a lot more methods than that.
These are just the 14 methods that were identified by Venezuelan whistleblowers that were engaged in the operation of elections on behalf of the Venezuelan government.
And so really, these methods are only limited by your imagination and your skill set as a techie.
And we'll try to have Mark on some other time because he's one of the, he's got a very strong skill set.
He's a very sharp cookie and understands how this is working.
I've been across the country talking with him about it.
I just encourage you to go out to his website at handcountroadshow.org, and he's got a wealth of information for you.
It almost seems like the more you know about technology, the less you want to deal with these machines.
And Mark knows a lot about these technologies.
And he was instrumental in helping kicking off our demo booth out at the cyber symposium Mike held out in South Dakota.
So this is really a big deal.
Now, I understand Mike was going to be joining us.
Then I just saw a text saying Mike can't make it now.
So we're going to continue on here.
And there's a lot of discussion over the fact that we're talking about SmartMatic and we're talking about SmartMatic software specifically.
But people will, you know, automatically shift into discussion saying, well, that's not Dominion.
That's not Hart InterCivic.
That's not ESNS.
And the sad fact of the matter is that the same DNA that was inherent in SmartMatic can also be found in these other electronic voting systems that are found throughout the country in America.
And I'm just going to start off with the first one.
If you pop up the lineage of these systems, this is a diagram that was sent to me by Chrisa Keshel, the wife of Captain Seth Keshel, who's been one of the great election integrity advocates for us.
And it attempts to diagram the family tree, if you will, of the new Liberty Vote.
Now, we talked about that at the top of the show.
We highlighted how the fact that all of a sudden they're already in testing of this new software that we're told is going to be cleaned up from all the Dominion garbage that was in there.
And it's going to be a nice, clean, secure piece of software.
It's now already undergoing testing under the Election Assistance Commission's guidance using the testing lab, Pro BND.
So it's okay.
And so this lineage, this history is actually pretty well documented and it's undeniable.
So I'm told we got Mark back with us here.
We've got a short segment now, so I don't know how much we're going to go over with him, but I at least want everybody to get a chance to see his friendly face.
Mark, sorry about whatever is happening with the technical delays, but bottom line is yet another reason not to trust machines.
Absolutely.

So anyway, so it's good to have you on here.
I talked a lot about you, but not with you.
So I am just encouraging people to go up to Hand Count Road Show.
And I just, you know, bottom line is since we got a shortened time frame here, I want to make sure everybody understands you had first-hand knowledge of how these systems operate because you had a very close look at what was going on in Mesa County, Colorado.
And maybe you can just kind of share some of the highlights of the vulnerabilities that you saw that kind of dovetail with some of the information that's coming out from these whistleblowers and highlight that, yeah, there is something to this or there's some information that still needs to be put out there.
So kind of give everybody your overview of what you found in your investigations.
Okay, I talk about just in Liberty Vote.
Well, we can talk about Liberty Vote, but I think in particular, you know, we've got that SmartMatic DNA.
We highlighted all these different methods that have been used to steal elections.
And I know you've shown interactively how you can just take a flash drive, have a script on that flash drive, dump it into or install it into a server and have it manipulate the data in a SQL Server database real time.
And just so just kind of highlight some of the things that you found personally that are concerning okay.
How long do you want me to go for?
Well, considering we only have about five minutes, that's where we're sitting.
Okay.
All right.
Well, let's see here.
Here's the image right here.
Obviously, we can, you know, votes can be flipped very easily.
There's a number of other things.
I mean, I could go for hours on all this.
I'll give you another example in the firewall on Dominion here, which of course they say, you know, is fully secured system.
You'll notice here that we have some entries in here.
There's one called IIS, one called SQL, NetBIOS.
So just so people know what these are here, SQL is the database port.
And that database port allows someone to go right into the back end of the database, bypassing all the Dominion software.
You'll notice that it uses a standard port 1433.
So they didn't even bother changing that to make it a little bit more difficult, which easily could have been changed.
Then if you look at the scope here, they've allowed any remote IP address to come in here.
And these are rules that Dominion software itself actually pokes in the firewall.
Holes in the firewall it creates when it installs.
And yes, I have the evidence to prove that.
Very easy, black and white.
So they open up these holes in the firewall.
They allow any IP address to connect directly to that port 1433, which is right into the database.
They also use what's called a self-signed security certificate, which is very easy to manipulate and get in.
Then in addition to that, they've got this NetBIOS port here right here.
This is for file sharing.
And they've got file sharing open from any IP address right there.
Any IP address in the world can get right into this server should this server find any connection to the internet or any other network.
This allows a straight shot directly into these core system functions.
And that's where all the ballot images are stored, the security keys, et cetera.
All the files for the databases, the whole bit.
And then you've got this IIS one.
So that right there is Internet Information Services.
And again, I'll repeat that.
Internet Information Services, which is installed on this server, this EMS server.
And what IIS is, is a web server.
It's a website server built into the voting system that we're told is not designed to be connected to the internet, you know, not on the internet.
Well, then why do they have a web server running?
And in addition to that, the web server is running on this port 80, which is the HTTP, not the HTTPS.
So you interviewed Matt yesterday, I believe, who talked about the serve you issue with Dominion, where they had this public-facing website, which is their quote-unquote FTP site for transferring election data, election programming for various counties and any updates to and from counties.
In fact, when counties have a problem, they're supposed to upload their election system, essentially supposed to back up their election file and send it via this method.
That was set up unencrypted is what Matt had found.
And that's the same thing here.
So they've allowed port 80 to the web server running on the EMS server, unencrypted, nothing encrypted, right into it.
And the scope, any IP address in the world.
So our clerks don't know that there's a website server built into the voting system.
And the firewall ports are completely wide open to allow access to the web server running on the voting system, open to the file system on the voting system, and open to the back door of the database on the voting system, including a couple of their services here.
And you'll notice like DVS adjudication data service.
Click the wrong one here.
Here we go.
This one here, if you look at the scope, notice they've locked this down to the local subnet.
So it's not like they don't know how to lock it down.
In fact, this rule actually shows it locked down.
The other entries were not locked down.
And when they're not locked down, that would allow any IP address in the world to get into it.
In addition to that, if any device on this network happens to be assigned an IP address of dot one on this network, that would allow all of the computers on the network are programmed to route out that network, that dot one, out to any other network, including the internet.
It's set up to facilitate that.
So if I, and I actually tested this, I put a device in as dot one, and all these systems went out to the internet.
So the bottom line, well, yeah, and we're told that these machines don't connect to the internet, and that's obviously the key takeaway I want, and we'll try to get you on some other time where we can go through this in a lot more detail here.
But the key takeaway is these are not just rookie mistakes on it.
These are, there's all indications that this is actually these glitches, these vulnerabilities.
They're actually design features.
They're deliberately designed.
They're deliberately configured this way to manipulate the results of elections.
Am I wrong in that assertion?
Well, I mean, they would have to be overwhelmingly incompetent to set this up like that.
And if they're overwhelmingly incompetent, right?
What about certification?
How do they get electrified?
How on earth would we allow them to program voting systems that are part of our national critical infrastructure if they're too stupid to secure a basic firewall on the core server that holds all the backups,
all the election backups, all the cast vote records, all the cast ballot images, the security keys for all of the tabulators and everything else in the election, and the whole election voting database, including the adjudication database, the adjudicable ballot store, the tabulation store.
This is not a rookie mistake.
There's no way it could be a rookie mistake.
It can only be intentional.
And I'm so upset for our clerks all around the country who are not cyber experts.
They're just blindly believing what they're told, and they are all sold a property.
You know what?
Yeah, absolutely.

You do great work and appreciate everything that you're doing on this.
