We're first going to give you an update from DC, and then we're going to talk about some of the latest developments, particularly around Venezuela and get everybody spun up on that because things are really starting to heat up on that front.
The president's going to be providing an address to the nation later today on that topic.
And then at the tail end of today, the last half of the show, we're going to be joined by a very special guest.

I really appreciate what President Trump and Melania are doing to restore a pride back in America.
I mean, that's at the core of Make America Great Again.
So that's not what I was expecting to see when we had that clip, but I'll tell you, it is refreshing to see the changes that are happening inside the White House, the physical changes, but there's also a lot of important policy changes that are going on.
And I don't know if you caught this, but I definitely zeroed in on it during that segment.
President Trump featured prominently his mugshot photo sitting right up in the window there, if you remember, as they were going through there, which tells me he's very serious about making sure that we hold the people responsible for the coup that's our nation is undercover undergoing right now.
And you saw it with this seditious 6.
You're going to see it with the developments coming out of Venezuela.
All those materials are leading to justice.
And we've got a long road to haul there.
But I wanted to give you an update of some of the things that are happening around D.C. in particular.
And first, I want to start off with the two National Guardsmen that were shot by the Afghan National.
If you're like me, you're always checking to see what the status of Andrew Wolfe is.
He's one of the guardsmen that was shot.
He was undergoing serious surgery.
They had to, if I recall correctly, they put him in a coma so that the swelling in his brain would go down.
And indications that I've seen are that he is showing some promising signs of recovery.
He's still in critical condition.
So the family is still continuing to ask for prayers on his behalf.
So please pray for him and his family.
And unfortunately, specialist Sarah Beckstrom, she did pass away the day after the shooting on November 26th.
So please keep her family in your prayers as well.
But, you know, we're still hoping that Andrew Wolf will pull out of this and ultimately that we have some accountability for what is happening in our nation.
There are a lot of people that are deliberately trying to divide us from within.
They have no respect for the rule of law.
They have no respect for life.
And we need to hold these people accountable.
And I can tell you that I'm seeing plenty of indications that those wheels of justice are indeed in motion.
And along those lines, I want to give you a judicial system update.
And, you know, this is not going to look like the wheels of justice are in motion, but I can tell you that it's all leading up to something very special, I believe.
And recently, just over the weekend, we had an appeals court that disqualified Alina Haba as a New Jersey United States Attorney appointment.
If you could roll that cliff.
Appeals Court is now siding with a lower court ruling to disqualify President Trump's pick for New Jersey U.S. Attorney Alina Haba.
So there is a three-judge panel, and it ruled that the Trump administration used an illegal method to nominate Haba as a top prosecutor in the state.
The judges wrote in their opinion that Trump administration's argument would effectively permit anyone to fill the U.S. Attorney role indefinitely.
And this case could see further appeal before a full panel of third circuit judges, or it could head to the Supreme Court, and we'll keep you posted on what happens.
So you may recall that Alina Haba, one of her first cases that she was digging into, dealt with election fraud in New Jersey.
So what we're seeing is this pattern developing where we understand how they're planning on fighting these court cases that are very clear as far as the evidence is concerned.
What they're doing is instead of going off and addressing the evidence provided in these cases, what they're doing is going after the process itself.
And in particular, they're going over after the appointment process for Alina Haba.
And this is right on the heels of a court ruling that Lindsay Halligan was improperly appointed.
And she was prosecuting James Comey.
So this appears to be the modus operandi that's happening.
They're not acknowledging the fact that these attorneys, these prosecuting attorneys were duly appointed and they're trying to get these cases thrown out on that basis.
I don't think that's going to work for them.
But we still have some problems in our judicial system.
Obviously, there are a lot of court judges, our corrupt judges, that are acting as a backstop on some key cases.
In Minnesota, I still, I can't get over this.
We had a full jury trial.
So we had a full jury rule unanimously against an Islamic Medicaid scammer that stole $7.2 million in Medicaid funds.
And it was a unanimous conviction by the jury.
And the judge in that case actually overturned the jury's ruling.
Something appears to be wrong in the judicial system.
And it's very clear that the coup has infected our judicial system.
And you can see that also with just some of these jury instructions in Mike's case and Tina Peters' case and elsewhere.
There are serious problems with what's going on in the judicial system.
So it's becoming clear to folks like myself that we're going to need to get into the military tribunals and the military justice system as an opportunity to actually get some law and order and respect for the rule of law back into our nation.
And in order to do that in a lawful manner, there's only certain cases that you can invoke to actually take civil defense or civilians and put them through the military court system.
And if you could pop up this figure of here are the different circumstances in which military trials can be conducted with American citizens.
So if martial law has been declared, you may notice that there's no kings riots are being promoted by Democratic socialists and communists all across America.
And President Trump has pre-positioned National Guard troops out there to prevent such riots.
Also violating laws of war.
And that includes espionage and aiding their enemies.
So i.e. sedition falls into that category as well.
If it's just regular crimes, you know, looting, that kind of stuff, you know, it's still got to go through judicial, the civilian judicial system, but and also with the overseas with the armed forces, it sometimes can go through a military court.
So these are the conditions that we know of that can be invoked to actually try American citizens in a military tribunal.
And you may recall during the nomination hearings for Judge Kavanaugh that Senator Lindsey Graham specifically asked him about the conditions under which a military tribunal could be enacted.
And so I thought that was kind of a strange line of questioning at the time, but it's becoming clear and clearer to me that a lot of the stuff that many of us are just now getting privy to about what has happened to subvert our government and overthrow the legitimately elected government here in the United States.
President Trump's known about this and his administration has known about this for quite some time.
And so I think these wheels have been in motion for quite some time.
And I think ultimately they're going to be heading towards these military tribunals.
But we shall see.
This afternoon, President Trump has gotten a schedule several bill signings from Congress.
And also, this is something that's late-breaking, but the president is also expected to issue a statement on Venezuela.
And I just want to make sure everybody's aware of what is going on in Venezuela.
I know the drug boats that have been taken out by hellfire missiles have gotten all the attention and all the press and all the media play.
But I think there's a lot more going on with this Venezuelan military presence than taking out cigar boats.
You do not have a carrier like the USS Ford out deployed in the Caribbean to take out cigar boats.
And that recently, our super carrier, the USS Fords, our newest aircraft carrier, was recently deployed out to the Caribbean.
And also Secretary of War Pete Hegseth spoke to the crew of the USS Ford over the weekend.
And as a bit of a pep talk, which tends to indicate that there is action on the horizon involving that crew.
And so just to keep you up to dated on what the overall naval presence is, that the USS Ford Task Force joins, already deployed three guided missile destroyers.
We have a nuclear submarine.
We have the USS Iwo Jima, which is an amphibious assault carrier.
Overall, I think we've got about 15,000 troops, including a squadron of F-35s.
And you may have noticed in the recent Big Beautiful bill, there was a lot of money that was actually deployed towards building up neglected military bases, particularly those in the Caribbean.
So this isn't all indications are that we are gearing up for something in Venezuela.
And I can tell you it deals with a heck of a lot more than dealing with cigar boats and cutting off that traffic.
Most recently, you saw the tensions ramping up a little bit when President Trump put out a truth that highlighted that all of Venezuela is now a no-fly zone.
That essentially is not only does it shut down any air-based trafficking of drugs and any air-based human trafficking, but it also prohibits some of Venezuela's strategic partners from flying in equipment into Venezuela.
And these strategic partners include Iran, China, and Russia, and Cuba.
So we've seen the fact that they've shut down effectively a lot of the sea lanes with the cigar boat takedowns.
But now what we're seeing is that the ability for Venezuela to traffic through the air has been officially shut down by President Trump as well.
And he's got the military muscle in the region to enforce that edict.
So it's becoming clear that things are ramping up.
And just yesterday, President Trump, as reported by the New York Times, was actually having a phone call with Nicholas Maduros.
And here's what President Trump had to say about that phone call.
The New York Times reported that you've had a phone call with Maduro.
Did you?
I don't want to comment on it.
The answer is yes.
And can you tell us a little bit about that?
No, I can't do that.
Mr. President, did you say you?
Would you say it went well?
I would say it went well or badly.
A phone call.
Mr. President, I'm Venezuela.
Can you tell us more about why the airspace above Venezuela should be considered?
Well, because we consider Venezuela to be not a very friendly country.
They sent millions of people really and probably a number in excess of that.
And a lot of those people shouldn't be in our country from jails, from gangs, from drug dealers, from all of the people that came into our country shouldn't have been in our country, causing a lot of problems.
Does your warning mean?
And drugs.
Does your warning mean that an airstrike is imminent or should we not read it that way?
Don't read anything into it.
So, President's pretty clear.
We're ramping things up out there.
But if you listen closely to what he said, is that there is a lot going on besides drugs that we have to be concerned about with Venezuela.
And illegal immigration is part of it.
We know through reporting of individuals like Glenn Beck, for example, of the existence of a Hezbollah training camp that he is operated in concert with Iran and Cuba off the coast of Venezuela on Margarita Island.
And so that may be the destination for the folks aboard the USS Iwo Jima, if I had to guess.
So that's why we have a larger presence in the Caribbean than is needed to take out cigar boats.
This is much bigger than drug trafficking, everybody.
And illegal, this illegal immigration that President Trump was alluding to ties directly into what's going on with the elections.
And it ties into these no-king rally as well and the protests, because these are the agitators.
We know that Trende Aragua were present and got across the border through this illegal immigration.
Guess where these guys were being trained?
They're being trained by the Venezuelans on Margarita Island off the coast of Venezuela.
So guys, this is ramping up into something that is, if I saw the ideal outcome on this, it would be that President Trump and Nicolas Maduro continue to have discussions.
And Maduro's realized that it's in his best interest to turn state's evidence and highlight everything that he's been engaged in with his foreign partners, China, Iran, and Russia and Cuba, and what they've been doing to attempt to destabilize the United States from within.
So that's kind of where I believe things, that would be a good opportunity.
Now, if he doesn't, well, President Trump recently, just a few months back, actually upped the bounty on Nicolas Maduro from $25 million to $50 million because we have an arrest warrant out for Nicolas Maduro and because of his drug trafficking, narco-terrorism conspiracy.
So this is a big deal.
President Trump has, since day one of his administration, if you notice on day one, he signed a bill designating cartels as foreign terrorist organizations.
So in Venezuela, it's actually a cartel-run country.
It's called Cartel de los Sols.
And Maduro is technically the head of that cartel, at least the figurehead for that cartel.
And I think President Trump's known where we need to direct our energies since day one.

She's also made some recent appearances with Alex Jones on InfoWars.
And if you follow her feed on X, she's sharing a lot of inside information about what's really going on in Venezuela.
I encourage you to check that out.
Emerald's definitely got her finger on the pulse of what's happening inside of Venezuela.
And she's working closely with individuals such as Patrick Byrne, who definitely has his finger on the pulse of what's going on in Venezuela as well.
So I encourage you to check into that.
But there's one term that I want to make sure everybody's clear about that's been bantied about, particularly over the weekend and the recent weeks.
And it's been called, it's a term is called color revolution.
And recently I put together a post to try to describe what is a color revolution.
It's something that our own intelligence community, particularly the CIA, has engaged in in other countries.
And it follows three basic phases.
And phase one is the formation of a network that gets mobilized.
And I will, if you just pause on that for a second, there's a list of 134 separate organizations under a group called Protect the Results that was formed in the lead up to the 2020 election and was dissolved shortly thereafter.
And it was always strange to me why an organization was formed before the election to protect the results when they didn't even know what the results were.
Or did they?
Or were going to be or did they?
So I thought that was very interesting.
And by the way, they needed a funding mechanism.
And what we're finding out through the Doge team is USAID, we were actually, the American taxpayers were being the piggy bank for all these non-government organizations that were determined to protect results that weren't even made known to the public yet.
And if you continue on on this, there's actually a great report that was done by the Amistad Project that actually showed some of the key funding streams, including dollars coming from Mark Zuckerberg to organizations like the Center for Tech and Civic Life that were used to promote turnout for the election in Democrat strongholds.
So it's safe to say there's plenty of evidence that stage one is actually well underway and has been underway and frankly is probably continuing to grow in prominence, which leads us into stage two, which is into the area of delegitimization of the current government and escalation of tensions and fermenting violence.
And Millie Weaver put together a great set of documentaries featuring actual whistleblower evidence of organizations like the ones cited in the Protect the Results organization that were actively planning insurrectionist activities prior to the election.
And here's just a little screenshot where they're emphasizing that they not only wanted a crisis, but they wanted to be the ones actually creating the social crisis.
And there's a quote from one of the leaders on these calls, Lisa Fithian, saying that chaos is the soup by which change happens.
Let's get cooking.
So there's ample evidence that there were enemies of America actively planning sedition before the 2020 election.
And I can tell you it's evident in these No Kings rallies and the seditious six testimony that that activity is happening right now.
So stage two, I think you can check the box on that as well as stage one of a color revolution.
Stage three is the actual overthrow and power transition.
I would submit that that's exactly what happened in the 2020 election.
That's how AutoPen got elected.
And that's how 92% of the executive actions taken by the occupant of the White House, Joe Biden, prior to President Trump getting his second term, 92% of those were done by an Autopen.
They were done by somebody behind the scenes.
Folks like me, Mike, and all the meddling kids all across the country know that the 2020 election was stolen.
President Trump knows it was stolen.
And that is the stage three, the overthrow of the legitimate government.
So guys, that's just a quick little primer on what a color revolution actually is.
And if you're paying attention to recent broadcasts where I've been on talking about some of the information that's recently been shared, I mean, as I've said before, myself and many other meddling kids, we've been outsiders trying to look in as to how elections have been stolen.
Now, thanks to the efforts of Martine Rodel and Gary Burnson and Patrick Byrne and Mike Lindell, we've got information now from insiders that have been recruited and have given testimony outlining exactly how our elections are stolen.
And I just want to point you to a little video.
Once again, I showed it.
It's an interview with Laura Logan on Going Rogue.
And she's interviewing the author of a great book.
If you haven't read it, I encourage you reading it called Stolen Elections by Ralph Pizzullo.
And it documents this investigation by Gary Burnson and Martine Rodel.
One of the things that we learned is there's 14 different technical ways that you can steal an election.
And they're operating off different parts of the machinery, but they can use number one and number three, number six and number seven.
They can use combinations and they never use the same combinations in adjacent districts.
So that you can't find patterns.
They prepare an election a year in advance.
They have the poll books.
They have hundreds of people.
They have statisticians.
They have comms engineers, software engineers.
This was the science of engineer theft and a multi-billion dollar business globally.
And so just remember, one of the reasons why Venezuela is at the center of this is that they have the world's largest oil reserves.
They are a cash cow for democratic socialists and communists all over the world.
They need funding for their efforts.
And so rather than rely on the tools of capitalism, which is a legitimate way of going off and doing it, of course, they are acting like a parasite on one of the world's richest nations or richest oil reserves out there.
And that's what you're seeing right now.
And that's why Venezuela is at the center.
So I hope that gets a better picture of why this is so important.
And, you know, Gary was just talking about 14 different ways to steal an election.

There's going to be more posts that are going to be coming out there.
You can actually go through all 14 of these items.
It's all listed there, and it shows how these 14 different ways to alter an election are manifest in the architecture of prominent electronic voting systems, including SmartMatic and Dominion.
And this is all right out of the book, Stolen Elections.
And you can, I've just recreated some of these diagrams so that it's clear for people to go off and look at.
This information has been entered into Tina Peters' defense in an attempt to get her out of Colorado state correctional system here.
So there's a lot of different ways.
We're getting very clear.
I'm an engineer.
I want to know what the mechanisms are to actually steal.
Now I know what those mechanisms are.
I'm not just simply struggling to get a peek behind the curtain.
The people that were behind the curtain are actually testifying and giving us chapter and verse on exactly how elections are stolen.
And by the way, they're looking at the forensic evidence we have from Mesa County, from Antrim County, Michigan, from Maricopa County, Arizona.
And they're affirming that the same mechanisms that they use to steal elections in Venezuela and other countries are evident right here in the United States in our election systems here.
And there's a couple other mechanisms that have been identified as well.
And one of them that I'll be getting into in a future broadcast, just stay tuned out at electioncrimebure.com for more information.
But Patrick Byrne highlighted in several of his interviews the idea of using virtual machines.
And it's a little geeky here.
It's a little technical, but it's actually a machine within the machine.
They deploy these virtual machines in Ram to provide kind of a man-in-the-middle attack that actually is a mechanism by which you can completely cover your fraud trail, your election fraud trail.
And they've seen evidence that these virtual machines in Ram are being used in our elections to actually cover their trails and steal elections in America.
So there's going to be more on that in future weeks.

And as promised before the break, we got a very special guest with us, and that's Garland Favarito.
Garland is heading up Voter GA, and they're one of the best election integrity organizations all across the country.
He's been at this election integrity effort here for, I think it's well over 17 years, if I'm not mistaken, if I remember right.
And he's been in information technology for over 40 years, which frankly is where a lot of the corruption, a lot of the manipulation of our election results occurs.
And you need people with the tech savviness and persistence and frankly, just plain old stubbornness of Garland Favarito to make sure that we hold these people accountable for their malfeasance because election systems can be made very complex.
They can be made very obscure.
And it takes a very persistent, very intelligent individual to go off and dissect and push through some of the obstruction that we have been dealing with over many years that prevent transparency into the execution of our elections.
And I'll tell you, he's one of the best investigators we have in the election integrity movement.
And I first met him on an aircraft, Mike's aircraft.
We were picking up people for testimony in the documentary, Absolute Proof.

And since then, we've been in frequent discussions about findings on election integrity.
And he's going to share some of those findings and some of his discoveries with us today.

Yeah, we've dealt with people trying to block our freedom of speech for quite some time, and it looks like they've got a technology element to that today for us.
Are you there, Garland?
Yeah, I think it's defaulting to a different microphone on your part or something.

And then just make sure you got the right default microphone set up.
All right, folks, isn't technology wonderful?
And if it's this difficult to go off and do a live stream broadcast, what makes us think that these electronic voting systems are without concerns when it comes to the conduct of our elections?
And remember, a lot of these elections are being run by volunteers who are just doing what they're told from election officials.
And some of these election officials, frankly, don't know what they don't know about these machines.
And we saw in Antrim County, Michigan, that we had a clerk that had a ESNS DS200 machine.
And when they popped the chassis on that DS200 machine, they found out that there was a modem, a 4G wireless modem, embedded on the motherboard of that.
Now, most clerks, most election officials aren't going to know what to look for there if they were to open up their chassis, which would void their warranty agreement, which is why they're very particular about having seals on all this equipment, which is a good thing.
But it also prevents transparency into the configuration of these devices.
And what they found was that this device, which was not supposed to have a modem on it, actually had a wireless modem embedded on it.
Now, that was a very interesting discovery here.
And we're seeing stuff like that across the board.
Bottom line is these systems are part of our critical infrastructure.
They're very complex.
And when I used to work on the International Space Station, we took configuration management.
We took security very seriously.
We had critical infrastructure components on the space station.
I was responsible for elements of the life support system design on Space Station, which is very critical, especially if you're an astronaut.
You want to make sure that that life support system is working.
And there was a certain rigor that went into the configuration control and testing of the software and all the hardware, making sure that it would work well integrated, not just within itself, but with all the other systems on board Space Station.
And I can tell you from my foray into our election systems and how they're run and implemented, we do not have anywhere near that level of rigor applied in the management of another critical infrastructure system, and that is our elections.
So let's see here.

I guess go to the basics, check the connections on the mic and make sure it's all plugged in.
And then make sure it's your default mic because when we use this software for the live stream, it'll always go to your default microphone.
So go to your system audio settings.
It doesn't allow you to override that with a different mic.
Yeah.
Yeah, if worst comes to worst, Garland, just try plugging in on your phone if you could.
And just put it up in a stand and we'll talk to you that way.
And obviously, Garland's got a lot of different areas he wants to cover.
I mean, he's been leading an effort to decertify Dominion voting systems, Dominion voting systems, because they've uncovered the fact that they never should have been certified in the first place.
And he's got a lot of evidence in support of that decertification push.
I know they're now called Liberty Vote, but they're still Dominion at their core.
And the systems that are out there in use across the country and most of the states of the Union feature these Dominion voting systems.
And it would be, so Garland's actually leading the effort to go off and decertify them.
He's also been spearheading a lot of the legal efforts around Fulton County, Georgia, where they're attempting to get ballots from the 2020 election so that they can go off and examine them.
And they've been prohibited access for that.
And he's looking also proactively, and they're launching what they call the Safe Step Program, talking about how we can actually help ensure secure elections through federal actions.
And particularly in states where they're not listening to the rule of law, they're not ensuring the integrity of our elections at the state level.
I know in my home state of Michigan, we've got our chief election official, Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, who's now running for governor on the apparent Katie Hobbs plan.
She actually had her lawyer testify before the Michigan Court of Appeals that she only follows the laws that she agrees with.
And if you don't like that, you can sue her.
And we have sued her, and she's lost seven times in court.
And when she was about to lose an eighth time, she actually issued an $82,500 contribution to a Michigan Supreme Court justice who ended up writing the majority opinion in her favor.
So if you wonder why I have such concerns around the integrity of our court system, that's one of the reasons why.
And so Garland's got this safe step program.

So see, that federal censorship did not work.
So the election integrity partnership failed.
I think you hit it if you hadn't said what the problem was.
But, you know, vMix used to allow you to change your microphone once you get inside.
Now you have to set it on your systems tab before you go in.
I think that's a defect, but we finally realized what the problem was there.
I ran into this.
Apparently, it's been an update just recently because, I mean, we've been using vMix for years and never had a problem.
Yeah, well, don't worry.
There's a lot of other information technology we're having problems with.
And you've been on the tip of the spear on holding people accountable for it.
But, you know, before the break, I was talking quite a bit about Venezuela and how our presence down in Venezuela is about much more than taking out cigar boats with Hellfire missiles.
And I just wanted to give you a chance to kind of share your insights on what you found regarding the connection between Venezuela, Dominion, and all these cartels.
Yeah, well, thank you, Patrick, because we've been kind of been working at it from the other end in regards to Dominion.
We were aware of this, as I think you were all the way back in January.
And this story has been developing since then.
But we've been actively opposing the Dominion system for a variety of reasons, particularly its lack of security.
But probably more importantly here recently, we have filed an EAC petition to vacate the certification that was done in 2019.
And the whole presentation for this is up on voterga.org events tab.
But the issue is that the Dominion system was never legitimately certified in 2019 because it based the certification on 2005 standards, which require encryption keys to be stored in clear in encryption modules.
Dominion stores them in clear, plain text.
And then it also has certain guidelines for security of passwords, which Dominion does not comply with.
And so what's fascinating about this is that the system was allegedly certified by the EAC in 2019.
It's based on 2005 voting system standards.
And those standards are based on 1994 encryption key standards and 1985 password standards.
So the certification of Dominion in 2019 does not comply with basic security promise requirements dating all the way back to 1984.
And we show all this in our presentation.
And to your point, the reason that it doesn't comply with all those security requirements from 45 years earlier is that they want to leave the system open for hacking and election manipulation, which is the point of your show.
And that's what's been coming out in all the testimony from these whistleblowers that we've got that are intimately involved in the design and deployment of these systems from Venezuela, the SmartMatic-based systems, which Dominion's one of them.
These are not glitches.
These are not oversights.
These are not vulnerabilities in the system.
They are actually design features.
And, you know, before the break, I showed a clip from Gary Bernson.
He was outlining the 14 ways that machines are used to steal election and the idea of obtaining access to the communication keys, i.e. Seen the encryption keys in plain text, the password stored in plain text, that fits right through that method.
And there's a lot of different methods that they use.
But what we're seeing is a convergence now between what the whistleblowers are saying and what we've observed in Mesa County and Fulton County and Antrim County and Maricopa County.
Every time we've had a chance to peek behind the curtain, we're seeing validation of what these whistleblowers are saying.
Absolutely, absolutely.
And it's hard for the people to understand how significant this is because when they're not getting this, you know, this information through the lamestream media.
So, you know, you've got to kind of spoon feed it as you did through your show to explain how serious this thing is.
And it's, and, you know, we're in a national election security crisis.
And we as Americans have to come to grip with the fact that we've been lied to, and this is what it, this is where we are.
And we need dramatic action for the 2026 elections and even the primaries, not just the general.
I couldn't agree more.
And you're taking those actions and you've actually put together kind of a proactive plan to help secure the upcoming elections.
And you've outlined the SafeStep program.
Maybe give everybody an overview of what's involved with that.
Yeah, so we did not get that published yet, but what we have been working on is election procedures that have will basically comply with the Trump's, President Trump's election security initiatives that he's talked about.
Specifically, you know, how do we conduct elections without voting systems?
How do we eliminate these archaic voter rolls that are never up to date and they're used to cast fraudulent votes through ineligible registrations?
How do we eliminate mail-in voting is another example.
And just that's a fair kind of a simple one.
It sounds very dramatic, but the simple solution to that is just simply use a designated deliverer who can deliver the ballot for you, not the post office.
And then when that deliverer shows up, they have to produce an ID.
So all the ballots that come in have IDs, but they're not tied to the voter.
So there's no security or privacy issue.
You know, simple little things like this that can be done, eliminating the machines with, as you've advocated for years, handmarked paper ballots, publicly recorded hand counts.
And these are the ways that we could really help secure future elections.
Now, you've alluded to past executive orders and election integrity initiatives that the president's put out, but we're anticipating several future executive actions.
And you want to kind of get out the old crystal ball and kind of let everybody know what kind of actions you're expecting to see from the president?
Well, I mean, we would be speculating.
So I hate to do that, but I think he's made it clear what he wants.
He's talked about, if you look at his executive order and you look at his recent posts on X and Truth, he's pretty clear about what he believes in, and that's handmarked paper ballot, hand counting, votes on election day only.
You can't accept ballots afterwards.
We have to address the voter rolls, no mail-in voting, proof of citizenship.
These are just basic things you should have to conduct secure federal elections.
And we don't have them.
And we don't really have them in any state.
So I think what people are going to have to understand, and I'm not talking about necessarily people that watch Lindell TV, I'm talking about the other folks who are not attuned to the security crisis that we're in.
They've got to be able to understand that these are not just something that the president wants.
They're something that are needed for all Americans, regardless of what political party you may be associated with.
You've got to have secure elections.
And not just for the general election, but starting in the primaries next year.
Yeah, that's at the heart of us being a constitutional republic.
We're electing representatives to office that are held accountable to us.
And if you don't have an election system you can trust, they can say talk to the hand to you.
You can, I don't care whatever your policy issue is, what you're most concerned about, whether it's taxation, foreign policy, social issues, whatever the case may be.
If you do not secure your voice, you can have zero influence in the process.
And if you don't have influence, guess who's having the influence?
It's the folks with the money.
It's the folks that have nice little beach resorts off the Venezuelan coastline.
Those are the folks that are actually running our country.
And this is an existential threat.
There's a reason why.
Even Barack Obama had some foresight.
I don't think he did it for this reason, but they designate our elections as critical infrastructure, and they really are.
And so I think a lot of people have just kind of taken it for granted that we have secure election systems and we don't.
We don't, not by a long shot.
And particularly in communities like Wayne County and Fulton County, Maricopa County.
You may have some places that are innocent as a pure driven snow, but there are places that actually change national elections that are not innocent in any way, shape, or form.
Well, right, Patrick.
And those three counties did change the 2020 election.
And that is where it was decided in those three counties.
Those were huge.
And, you know, maybe about three more you could list off.
But so in regards to Fulton County, we have been trying to get the ballots to see the ballots in Fulton County for five years.
And we've done every possible thing we can do, litigation, executive branch legislation, all kinds of stuff.
We've won a case in the Georgia Supreme Court for standing, gotten the law changed, and we still have not seen the ballots in Fulton County.
So that's how you know that there's corruption.
We, you know, ballots are preserved for the reason to resolve controversies, you know, when they occur.
And yet Fulton has clung to these ballots for five years.
They won't let them go.
And we are grateful now that the DOJ has intervened down here to some degree.
Both the criminal division and the civil division want to see the ballots too, along with the state election board.
And there are the criminal case of Harrison Floyd, which is no longer now an issue.
And two civil cases, or actually, I think three.
So there's seven entities that are wanting to see the ballots simply to verify the results of the 2020 election.
Yeah, Fulton County knows that they do not add up.
But we are grateful to the DOJ for it seems to be getting more and more involved in this case.
And we also are grateful that Fonnie Willis's indictment of Harrison Floyd and 18 other of her political adversaries has been fully dismissed now as of Wednesday.
That is now history, at least in terms of the prosecution.
I hope the folks will get some retribution out of that, all the her political adversaries that were indicted.
And Patrick, well, just a real quick point.
She said that she went to the board of commissioners and wanted more money to reduce the murder case backlog.
That's what she told them.
And then she turned and used that $5 million a year to indict her political adversary.
And that's what we're up against.
Right.
This is Law Affair 101 there.
But, you know, that's actually some good news that we're ending with.
The fact that those cases were dismissed.
We had the cases against the Michigan, the 16 electors in Michigan during the 2020 election.
That was dismissed.
And then on the subject of getting access to the ballots, you know, we have meddling kid from New Jersey, Yehuda Miller, that actually obtained all the election records from the 2020, all the physical election records from the 2020 election from the city of Detroit.
We've got it.
And Patty McMurray out at the Gateway Pundin, she's heading up an audit of those records as we speak.
It's very tedious, it's going to take a while.
But we've got over a half a million ballots to go off and count now.
And that's thanks to the effort of good old Yehuda Miller and all the folks who are helping him go off and conduct an audit of the 2020 election.
So we're building even more evidence.
And so maybe I'll just leave people with the good news on that front is that there is some good things happening in Georgia.
And the fact that DOJ is intervening on your behalf is a good thing.
And there's good stuff happening even in my home state of Michigan, which otherwise can get a little tough to deal with at times out here.
