The Mike Lindell Show: JURY DELIBERATIONS UNDERWAY IN COOMER VS. LINDELL TRIAL
|

Time Text
Okay, Mike is here.
You ever see this guy with the pillows on Fox?
My pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
He is the greatest and my pillow guy.
Mike Lindell.
And he's been with us right from the beginning.
So good to see you.
Good to see you.
I've been with you for two weeks.
Yeah, and as you do that, I just want to say that, you know, we've been together for two weeks and the prayers continue.
I hate that I'm not with you today, but I think the entire nation, of course, everyone here at Lindale TV, we're keeping our fingers crossed and praying to the good Lord above as the jury continues to deliberate right now.
Yes, it's been we've been over there three times, everybody.
Am I coming in?
Okay, I'm sorry.
I'm on your end.
You're good.
Okay.
I had to quickly get set up here in the hotel room.
Let me get situated here.
Okay.
Yeah, we've been over there four times for four different questions that the jury has.
And kind of discouraging, actually, everybody.
I think it's kind of discouraging.
I'm still keeping the prayers up with the questions that were asked.
And we're waiting.
It's a waiting game.
We're waiting to see.
But one of the things that was very disturbing is the Smart Manic lawyers showed up.
They have nothing to do with this case.
Isn't that something, everybody?
The Smart Manic lawyers show up, which remember, they sued my pillow a year after we had already lost hundreds of millions of dollars in retailers.
And they show up out of the blue.
And it's very interesting.
It's all lawfare.
That's what it is.
It's lawfare.
They want to silence our voices, suppress free speech.
And anybody that talks about what like my lawyer said, you know, does Mike believe what he's saying?
Of course I believe what I'm saying.
The other thing is, is if you can't speak out about elections and these election platforms, which are an extension of our government, we've got big problems, Vanessa.
Huge problems.
That's why this verdict today is critical to our country, for our country's election, the future of our elections.
And it's so as we sit here, like I know everyone's out there praying, but we really, we really need a win here.
We absolutely need a win for our country.
Yeah, and Mike, I want to go ahead and, you know, give like a little backstory because everything came out in testimony.
A lot of evidence was shown.
A lot of evidence was not shown.
It was not allowed to be shown.
But for everyone, you know, who may be a little confused of what's going on, we just wanted to remind them that there is a man named Eric Coomer who is suing you for a defamation, as well as Frank Speech and My Pillow.
I take it from somebody testimony.
Right, hold on.
Eric Coomer, everybody, was the vice president of Dominion Voting Systems, and he runs the vet.
He runs the, what do you call them?
He has patents on the adjudication process, everybody.
So if you backdate, if you go back in time, everybody, they started talking about Eric Coomer back in November of 2020 after the election.
I didn't mention Coomer's name until April, I guess May of 2021.
And that was after Dominion had sued my pillow.
In February, they had sued me.
They had sent out 150 threatening letters to people that worked in polling.
I mean, people that worked, just citizens that said they seen something.
So they were sent threatening letters.
Then Dominion, they make a deal with Newsmax in late April, early May of 2021 with the Dominion and Eric Coomer.
I didn't know who Eric Coomer was, but from that point on, I'm getting shut out of Newsmax where I can't go on to even organically and talk about my pillow.
And it was just another attack.
And then, you know, I got out there.
What was said then by me was something to the effect of you're all traitors.
I put blockers.
I said, all of you are traitors and criminals.
This is the Dominion people.
And I called them criminals, part of a criminal crime family.
I said they're traitors, just like Brad Rasseberger and Brian Kemp at the time.
Remember, I said this in the spring of 21.
So that statement was the only statement I made, everybody, until they sued me on the steps of the state capitol.
Remember, SmartMaddox then sued me in January of 22, sued my pillow.
And then Coomer and then he sued me on the steps of the state capitol.
I believe it was April of 22.
So almost a year later.
Now, did I say some things after that after he sued me?
Yes, I did.
But more of the same.
Criminal crime family, crimes against all of humanity.
And then it's Vanessa.
Remember, they talked about what they call it when Coomer says stuff about Donald Trump and everything.
They called it hyper, what was it?
Hyperbolic language.
Hyperbolic language.
But there's okay that they can say it, everybody.
Just like I was here in Denver and the protesters were all going by me on Saturday.
I wonder if we have that clip.
We don't have that, do we?
Yeah.
I'm not sure if we do.
We'll roll it if we do.
But I do know that, you know, speaking of hyperbolic language, that came at a time when Coomer testified after calling President Trump a Nazi, an F-TARD.
He also called him a fascist.
He testified, quote, I look at Facebook as a group of friends sitting around a campfire.
I speak in hyperbolic language.
But that's when your attorney, Chris Kashiroff, cross-examined him, Mike.
He asked Coomer, but you don't feel it's okay for Mr. Lindell to speak in hyperbolic language, to which Coomer replied, quote, I have no opinion on that.
Yeah, exactly, exactly.
Well, when they did closing arguments, everybody, it came down to free speech.
It's like, if we can't speak out about our government and the machine companies that we pay for as an extension of our government, we pay for the voting.
Can't speak out and question them.
This actually came up to Alex Halderman.
They had in there as a witness, an expert for Dominion and Coomer.
And he says, because they made it about the machines.
And he said, you know, did you all he tried to discredit every expert we had.
We weren't able to put, he called Dr. Douglas Frank, a high school math teacher.
In fact, he's been up for the Nobel Prize and he's got an IQ of 180 and he teaches people or he teaches math all right to kids that have IQs over 145.
It's a little bit different, but he minimized that.
But anyway, all of my experts he discredited except for one, which was himself.
I had seen the movie Killchain and Dr. Halderman or Alex Halderman was in there and he's saying, hey, we got to get rid of these machines.
We've got to, there's problems.
There's problems.
It's like Amy Klobuchar and everybody was saying in the movie Kill Jane.
And it's, and then they asked him, well, did you reach out to Mike Lindell?
Or did Mike Lindell try and reach?
Mike Lindell tried to reach out to you to show him evidence he had.
And Dr. I mean, Alex Halderman said to the jury, I didn't, I didn't respond because I knew if I, and I didn't ever reach out to Mike Lindell because I knew you couldn't change his mind anyway.
Assumption, Vanessa, you know.
And Mike, I'd have to go through back through my notes here.
I have a ton of notes from trial, but speaking of that, did he not say, remind me on this, where he did reach out to Coomer, though, but he didn't reach out to you.
He did reach out to Coomer, that's correct.
Yeah, that's correct.
He did reach out to you.
I want to bring up a very specific point in Halderman's testimony, Mike, when this was a point where everyone in the gallery sitting there watching in the courtroom gasped.
It was when they were bringing up the Alabama election where over 4,000 votes were cast by 110-year-old people and older.
And Halderman's response to your attorney was, so what?
Yeah, that's exactly right.
And that's it.
I'm sorry, I was just checking on that.
But yeah, here's what I said, everybody.
I said, I went around and paid millions of dollars, got every voter role in the United States that voted in the 2020 election from every state.
And I did bring up Alabama.
I said I went and met with the Secretary of State of Alabama, John Merrill.
And John said, he's a Republican, by the way.
And I said, John, look at you.
You got 4,662 people that voted in Alabama, according to your records, that were over 110 years old, upwards of 200 years old.
And you're right, Vanessa.
When I brought that up to the jury, and by the way, John Merrill said, well, we live pretty good here in Alabama.
I'm going, well, good for you, special case.
Funny joke.
Now are you going to look into it?
No, he never looked into it.
In fact, he suppressed it.
Now, what Halderman said about that, he said exactly that.
Who cares?
That's exactly what he said.
Who cares?
Quote, but he said more.
If you remember this, Vanessa, what else he said was when it was brought up to him again, they said, in Alabama, do you know that this was the rebuttal?
Do you know if they have voter ID in Alabama?
And Alex Halderman said, I believe they do.
Well, that should tell you right there.
If they have voter ID, then how are these people that voted from 110 years old upwards of 200 years old?
Obviously, they just use their names off the computer.
And there's, we're not talking about the people that came to vote in person, even if they showed them their ID.
You can switch names, pull names in the voter rolls.
That's what computers do.
And we have them dead to right there in Alabama and all these other states too, everybody.
I brought up Missouri.
You know, this never got brought up either, Vanessa.
When I, the jury should have heard when they said, well, did Mike Lindell recklessly go around and say the election was stole and there's problems?
No, I got it from three different members.
And once I got, once I interviewed Dr. Douglas Frank on Scientific Proof, if you all watch that movie, in fact, we're going to put the movie up here on Lindell TV.
I'm going to get it posted.
And this is the movie that was left out, left out of the trial.
And these numbers come from every state.
And what I did from that point on in the April of 2020 or March of 2021 when absolutely or when scientific proof came out, I spent the next year and a half, put on over 800 hours on an airplane, going from Secretary of States to attorney generals to politicians in every state from Hawaii to Maine to Florida to Washington State and every state in between.
That's all I did was fly in, say, voter rolls, we got problems.
We got problems.
What are you going to do about it?
And you know what?
They suppressed it.
That was the Uniparty suppressing.
And what did I call those guys, everybody?
I called them traitors, blockers.
You name it.
That's what I called these people that blocked us for no reason.
How come no one wants to explain more votes than voters in Pennsylvania?
How come no one wants to explain a quarter million names put on the voter rolls in Missouri a week before the election and taken down two weeks after the election?
Same way with Minnesota.
Same type of thing where over 200,000 names added and then taken off a couple weeks later.
This is up.
How about all over the country where we canvassed where people voted?
You could pull up any rolls and say, wow, six people voted from this one house down on Elm and 3rd Street.
And then you go there and you find out only one person lives there.
And then you check the other five names and they're either deceased or they live in another state.
We have it all over the country.
Millions, millions and millions of deviations in both the 2020 election, the 2022 election, the 2023 election, and the 2024 election.
All the elections have computer deviations in there and they need to be checked into.
That's what this is all about.
Let's suppress and let's destroy Mike Lindell, my pillow, so we destroy his voice.
That's what it is, everybody.
Yeah, and you know, Mike, and you made it very clear, as well, your attorneys did too, about how you've helped in certain elections where there were deviations in the voting, because there was one where you talked about a woman, her husband, and daughter who voted.
And in her area, she received zero votes.
After you looked into it and helped look into it, the woman ended up winning her race.
She was Democrat.
So I think your side proved that no matter, because what I got from Coomer's side is that, oh, you're friends with President Trump.
You just want the MAGA movement to win, but you're helping Democrats and Republicans.
And Mike, I've known you for a long time, for years, and you've always come on and said, I don't care if it's Republican or Democrat.
I just want a fair election.
Yeah, no, that's it.
And this is why what I proved to the whole country and to the left, Donald Trump say Mike Lindell, he just wants Donald Trump in.
He wants to overturn the 2020 election, which is what they kept focusing on in this trial.
I'm going, who cares about the 2020 election now?
That was just an eye-opener.
So we dug in.
There's more.
They're right here in Colorado, Arapahoe County four weeks ago.
They caught them.
They're caught.
They're caught dead to Rhino covering up stuff that happened in 2020.
Our great president just last Wednesday reached out and demanded from the state of Colorado all the cast vote records of 2020 and 2022.
Guess what, everybody?
Kenneth Griswold and Dominion deleted them in 2020.
There isn't any.
So it'll be interesting to see how they tell this administration.
What they're going to say is we only had to hold them for 25 months by Colorado law.
Yeah, but you 21, you criminals.
That's what you did.
And then also they got, but they should have them for 2022 for sure 2024.
Now, why would they not want to give the cast vote records for 2024?
It'll be interesting to find out because it's going to show computer manipulation.
And that's a fact.
These guys in there, see, my whole focus has been, like you say, you brought up that Democrat that got zero votes in her own precinct.
My point was, and Alex Halderman had a hard time.
Well, it was a programming error.
I actually was down there and looked into that.
Why are you programming our elections?
You know, if this lady, and I'll say it again, I used to say it was just her and her husband, but now we have, we do know her daughter voted too.
If they would have gave her three votes, everybody, there's no way they would have opened up those machines.
They would have said, no one loves you, ma'am, but your family.
I'm sorry.
And in fact, she could have brought all the neighbors she wanted and said they voted for her.
They would not have looked into it.
How do I know that?
Here's an example.
In Georgia in the 2022 election, Candace Taylor ran against Brian Kemp.
I forget who the other person for governor was, but Candace knew I helped campaign for her down there in Georgia numerous times.
And we actually knew that there was over, I think it was over 40,000 people.
We had affidavits that they voted for her.
And when the results came in, you could take every county.
And hers was exactly 5% of Kemp's vote, what he got in the county.
It was crazy that it was just such a, you know, hard evidence proof that here, this is, I voted for this.
It's like when you have, it's the opposite, like when you have Pennsylvania, where you always have more votes than voters going, explain this.
Somebody explain how you have more votes than voters.
Let's get 20 people.
Let's all vote.
Okay.
And you come back in and the winner is they got 20 votes to 10.
Where the other votes come from, everybody.
This is what we're up against.
These are deviations and anomalies that mathematics don't lie.
The cast vote records, every single one of them in the 2020 election had a deviation or computer manipulation, let's call it.
Now, does that mean that Donald Trump won?
According to one set of eyes, it certainly does.
This just, this getting all the voter rolls, though, and the cast vote records just validated that there was 100% computer manipulation in every county we got, which was 1,100 counties out of the 3,143 counties in the United States.
That was in 2020.
They were all computer manipulated.
Now we went out and we got them for the, by the way, in 2020, I also got LA County, which is SmartMatic's only county.
Boy, isn't that something that they were here today?
There are lawyers here.
Let's see how much we can carve up my.
And in the 2022 election, everybody, we got about 600 cast vote records because now the counties wouldn't give it to us anymore.
Under the Freedom of Information Act, we have the right to those, but they quit giving.
Let them quit giving.
And it was mostly these uniparty red states, South Dakota.
Texas was one.
I think we ended up getting some from there, though.
But anyway, we did find cast vote records, and they were mostly in Florida that were not computer manipulated.
So you had examples of this one's got computer manipulation.
This one doesn't.
And then you guys want to say, well, what's the difference?
Well, one, how do you know one's manipulated?
Imagine if you miss a football game, everybody, and you and you and you go back to rewatch the game or re-watch the highlights.
First quarter, 14-7, third quarter, 10-3.
Numbers don't go in reverse.
It's impossible.
That's what a cast vote record will show you.
It will show you that.
So the cast vote records were brought up a lot, Mike.
I do want to say, you know, it's very unfortunate.
I said this earlier on Spin Room.
We spent most of the time, like you mentioned, talking about the 2020 election.
And you said it on the stand.
This is a defamation case.
Why are we talking about the 2020 election so much?
But I want to bring up something that your attorneys showed to the jury.
It was actually one thing that the judge allowed you to admit to the jury as a video that they could see.
And it was a summit that was held.
And, you know, we hear from these experts and the friends of this person and that one who come in and they testify in Coomer's favor.
But your team put up a video of a summit of your everyday American.
These are computer literate people who can hack into systems.
And they had machines, voting machines in this room that we watched.
And they were able to get into these voting machines.
Can you explain it?
Yeah, every one of them.
That was, I forget it's called SomethingCon, DevClon, or whatever.
It's in Las Vegas.
All the cyber guys in the world, they go to the, and they got Dominion Machine.
I'm getting really bad feedback right here.
Okay, there we go.
But it is everybody.
They had this big event in Las Vegas and they had it, I think, every year.
And all the hackers come in there and they hack into different computers.
Well, this year, the one year they did it, and I think it was right before the 2020 election, they hacked in.
They had all the machines that were going to be used in the election there, in the 2020 election, and they hacked into every single one of them.
It didn't matter if you were a good hacker, half-hacker, whole hacker.
It didn't matter.
You got in.
And the interesting thing was, Vanessa, was if you remember, the machine companies turned down their invitation.
Here would be third parties checking their vulnerability, and none of them showed up.
They wanted nothing to do with it.
And, you know, but boy oh boy, SmartMatic shows up here.
And today, all their lawyers showed up here in Denver today.
SmartMatic, remember, is a completely separate lawsuit where they sued me a year later.
By the way, we got the Cast Vote Records for LA County.
That's SmartMatic's only county in the United States.
What?
And it matched Mesa County image identical.
This computer manipulation matched everybody.
That's two different machine companies, SmartMatic and Dominion.
And by the way, everybody, I think my lawyer said early on, I'm an equal opportunity machine company basher.
Don't forget ESNS out of Omaha, Nebraska.
They are the biggest machine company in the United States that do our elections.
Okay.
Remember, all these machines, pretty much all of them are, if not all, are illegal because they use parts from overseas.
There's so many illegal things about these machines.
It's disgusting.
What are they doing with what are they doing with this law affair?
They're trying, that's why this case is so important.
So whatever comes out of here this afternoon, they'll be able to say, you know what?
If you, do you, if you question us, how dare you question us?
If you do, you could end up like Mike Lindell and you could end up like my pillow.
And we will keep attacking you until you shut up.
Most people probably would succumb to the, you know, well, they have.
You guys, they sued over 100 people, sent over threatening letters to over 150 people back in back in January and February of 2021 to scare people so they wouldn't come forward with evidence.
And this is machine evidence, deviations.
It didn't mean that they were trying to overturn the election.
They observed this.
They signed affidavits.
But instead, you got a threatening letter from Dominion saying, you know what?
We're coming after you.
You better shut your mouth.
I got a couple of them letters.
It didn't work with me.
I'll tell you that right now.
And this ain't going to work either.
No matter what comes out of this courthouse, God's, you know, I'm not stopping.
We have the big win and they've made it that.
This isn't about calling someone a traitor and a criminal.
Give me a break.
This is about, this is about, and by the way, everybody, did you know, Vanessa, how about when he said, I'm going to go after pillow boy and I can't wait to get his money.
That was in February of 21, everybody.
Shake the money tree is the quote used.
Yeah, shake the money tree.
Shake the money tree.
But I just think that they tried to make this about thinking that people think if they rule against me, that the machines are safe and we should use them in our elections.
I'm sorry, I'm getting real bad feedback from you whenever Vanessa on your end.
Well, I have a thunderstorm going on.
I'm in the studio right next to Windows and we have a big thunderstorm going on.
So that's probably what you're hearing.
So I apologize.
But you know, your attorney said it best in closing arguments, Mike, that this is all about the First Amendment and how he can say, let's shake the money tree and how he can call Trump a fascist and an F-TARD and a Nazi.
She said, because they're members of a club and you're not a member of the club and the average American is not a member of the club is what she said.
And this club was the theme of her argument and closing argument.
She says, the club is allowed to say those things.
And she said this, us peasants are not.
And she said the plaintiff can have free speech, but he, and she pointed to you, can't.
And she said, that's the double standard from the club.
Absolutely.
And the club can do whatever it wants to you.
It can attack you, sue you, put stuff out in the media about you, call you a conspiracy theorist.
You think of the names I've been called.
Let's just talk about that.
You know, I've been called worldwide, you know, and that's where all the cancellations come in.
Oh, Mike's just a nuts.
He's nuts.
He's crazy.
He's a conspiracy theory.
You know what?
They didn't allow the judge in Georgia.
They didn't allow that where the judge in Georgia said Obama appointed judge in the fall of 23, in October of November of 23.
She came out and said the curling case can move forward.
And if you question these electronic voting machines, ready, everybody?
You're not a conspiracy theorist.
You're just a citizen questioning these machines.
Show us what they have.
Show us the insight.
Show us what's going on.
Don't give that proprietary garbage to us anymore.
If we're missing something in our bank accounts and we go to a bank and we go and we're short money, you go there.
Where's the first place they look?
They look in the computers and they have to show you.
I'm sorry, the mistake is here.
It's here.
It's here.
And, you know, with these machine companies, they say, I'm sorry, you can't sign.
You can't even talk to it.
Unless you're like that lady in Georgia that got zero votes in her own precinct.
That was a pretty obvious shit.
And then, by the way, everybody, there was another candidate put on there that wasn't even on the ballot.
She got like 5,000 some votes.
That was three counties over.
Well, I'm going to talk to the guy that typed her name in.
Why are you programming our elections?
And then they kept minimizing it that, oh, this is basically just a few anomalies, a few deviations here and there.
And also, Alex Halderman, you guys, I don't want anyone out there to get fooled.
Don't let them lie to you.
He got caught in a big lie because he met with the secretary or the attorney general of Michigan in the spring of 21 when his report came out and with the CEO of Dominion.
And he changed his report about Antrim County, Michigan.
He changed it in three days after meeting with them two and said it was human error, nothing wrong with the machines.
It's so corrupt.
I mean, it is so corrupt.
The stuff I heard in there, there were things I just wanted to just shout out and say, there you go, but you can't because they're not the ones on trial here.
You know, and it's like, that's not admissible, Mr. Lindell.
That's not admissible.
Oh, really?
Well, what?
This is the truth.
They're corrupt.
They're trying to hide the truth.
And let me tell you, everybody, don't get fooled.
I want all of you.
We went, and by the way, you can all help support this cause.
Mypillowtrial.com.
Go there now.
Donate, donate, donate.
I'm telling you, it doesn't stop here.
We have to get rid of these voting machines.
There's so many great things going on.
I'm going to be on all week long talking about where we're making our advances now out there since we've been tied up in trial and the things we could say here on Lindel TV because they had a gag order basically on us, Vanessa.
We couldn't talk.
We couldn't sit there and talk.
And I'll tell you, but all the what they tell you when they say, oh, you have machines and we have paper and we have paper.
No, there's paper everywhere.
But when machines are doing the counting, it doesn't matter what the paper says because you never get to compare the paper with the machines.
And even if you did, what prints out on the paper is coming from inside the machine.
Imagine if you don't have your original copies, right?
You're sticking them in a machine, and then the things come out the other side.
You guys, it's counted by these corrupt tabulators and all these machines.
That's why it just happens so that's why we're going to put scientific proof up.
They're very much afraid of that.
And you know why?
Because that came from their own voter rolls that came from their own voter rolls.
And we are going to get it posted on Lindel TV.
We're going to pin it here for the whole world to rewatch from back in the spring of 2021.
We're going to put up Dr. Douglas Frank's credentials.
All his credentials we're going to put up.
These are things they banned from being in this trial.
And which, by the way, Vanessa, you know, I talk to attorneys when they don't allow things that should be allowed.
That's your best thing for any kind of a peel on that.
Well, Mike, I want to bring in Ted Goodman.
He's standing by at the courthouse as the jury deliberates inside.
He's standing outside.
Ted, good to have you on here with us.
What's your latest?
What can you tell us?
Hold on, hold on, hold on, everybody.
Hold on.
Hey, Ted, you're looking good.
I knew you would.
You know what?
That just made my day.
Thank you, Mike.
I appreciate that.
And that's right.
We're live right now outside the Alfred A. Arage Federal Courthouse here in downtown Denver, Colorado, on what's really a relatively sleepy Monday afternoon as the jury continues to deliberate on this case that really will have massive implications on just how far an individual can go when it comes to political expression and discourse in this country.
Our understanding is that the jury has come back twice this morning with additional questions for the judge who referred them to the jury instructions.
And so now we continue to await this, of course, the day one, day one of deliberations.
Well, day two, of course, Friday.
Yes, Mike.
Right.
And Ted, you're standing right where I was the first couple of days.
It was a media madhouse.
And all of a sudden, they just, the judge, they just said the other side just shut it down.
Mike, you cannot talk on Lindell TV.
Everybody else could do reporting, but not Lindell TV.
And it was because I'm a defendant.
And everybody, I'm going to tell everybody too, I'm going to explain that how Lindale TV is not a defendant here, everybody.
Frank speech, the old Frank speech, which, by the way, back in its day was just like a Rumble or a YouTube, everybody.
That's what it was.
Anybody could put up videos or whatever.
And they're under protection by, I think it's the 230 Act.
Ted, I don't know if you know about that, but Frank Speech was actually under protection.
That got brought up too.
So there would be another way of, if they come back that they're guilty of something, I think that would end up being completely thrown out because you can't go to YouTube and say, hey, Ted Goodman, only YouTube can say, we don't want you to see this.
They're the ones that can do that.
But I can't come to you on your platform out there and go through your whole video and then get sued for something that you said somebody was a criminal.
Because I know you do that a lot, don't you, Ted?
Well, of course, Mike, and you know, as you talk, you know, you bring up a good point, right?
And that really speaks to the fact that none of this is happening in a vacuum.
Of course, your audience knows this.
We know this.
This is often what we see.
What we often see by one party in this country is the weaponization of our justice system in order to not just silence but punish political opposition as well as those who might even raise questions about what we know to have occurred surrounding the 2020 U.S. presidential election.
So, of course, we continue to await as the jury deliberates.
This is the first full day of deliberations here at the federal courthouse in the heart of Denver, Colorado.
And as you alluded to, Mike, it's very quiet out here.
And I think that, again, speaks to just how successful the efforts to silence to really censor what is one of the most important issues in this country, and that is the safety and security of our elections.
But in this case, of course, the First Amendment and the individual's freedom to express their beliefs in the political arena.
Yeah, absolutely.
And Vanessa, you know, my attorney brought up that about, you know, the machines being just an exit machine come just an extension of our government.
They're running our elections.
I mean, Amy Klobuchar said that in Killchain.
You got four machine companies running our election.
That's a big trust in them.
And you can't, and now instead of them saying, hey, what's inside?
You just sue people.
And if people, yeah, I'm going to ask you, Ted, do you think if it would be a good ruling across the board, how many, you think this should be at the front and center with Fox News and Newsmax and every other outlet in the world going, Mike Lindell's vindicated.
There are problems in our elections.
We need to secure them.
You think that's going to be a headline, Ted?
Well, look, well, look, what we do know is that fortunately now, as opposed to even just a few years ago, we are seeing the ability to get a message such as yours to more and more people through social media, places like X, and of course, Lindell TV, Vocal Social, and these different places, where more and more people are turning to alternative, what previously were described as alternative platforms, but now really are part of the mainstream in order to get your message out.
So, while some of the legacy and mainstream news outlets may not be clamoring to cover this, should it come out favorable to you, Mike, we do know that, of course, Lindell TV and so many others will be able to get this message out to the masses.
Right, which brings up another thing, everybody.
I want everybody, everybody that's watching, you want to help your country right now.
The biggest thing you could do, go to Lindell TV, go to all of your social media that you have, Getter, Gab, Telegram, TrueSocial, X, Vocal, and get an account there.
The accounts you have there, share Lindel TV, get the word out.
And by the way, everybody, we are publicly traded.
Call letters, MLMC, publicly traded, you guys.
If you want to get involved, there you go.
Those are the call letters, MLMC.
We've got to get our voice.
What has to come out of this?
This needs to, we need the biggest voice ever.
It doesn't matter as I've shown you back in 2021.
Okay, you could have all the evidence of something in the world, but if you don't have a voice, it doesn't matter.
You know, that's what Lindell TV is all about.
This all sprung out of that back then when the media would try and suppress the truth or even don't even attack me so we couldn't get the word out.
And right now, having with everything on Lindell TV, you can really help out everybody by spreading the word and getting the word out.
We have our DC correspondence.
Vanessa, why don't you put a plug in there for Lindell TV?
Tell them what all we got going on.
A lot of people might not know.
We have a lot going on.
And you know, Mike, we have come so far just since I've been here with you, I think in February.
And to see how much we've grown and how much we have covered over the last couple of months just shows if we stay on track, we're going to be sitting really pretty here in the future.
And so it's an honor to be with you and the team.
You have a great team with Lindell TV, Lindell Management.
I've met a few people with the Lindell Offense Fund.
I know you have different things going on.
All the My Pillow people, your workers, it's like a family.
And I know you love your family, Mike.
And it was clear in trial that you've said it.
They're coming after my pillow.
They're coming after my employees.
Your employees mean so much to you.
And so, yeah, I tell everyone, I've been in the news business since I was 16 years old.
And so I got out of mainstream because of what President Trump said, fake news.
I lived and breathed it every single day.
And so now I found my home at Lindell TV.
And trust me when I say I've put in my share of years at other networks and this network is doing great.
And we have a lot of coverage.
We were there live at the Army 250th birthday.
We have a lot more being planned for the summer months, Mike.
And so, yeah, I'll just let everyone know Lindell TV.
Yeah, in our daily White House correspondence, and then you got Mayor Rudy Giuliani's show there.
It looks like we lost head there for a minute.
But they've got a silk show.
But they did call us.
I've been a fan of Diamond and Silk.
Say that again.
Yeah, yeah, I want to tell everyone too before I forget, they did call us the big they called Lindell TB in the trial the biggest voice for basically election integrity.
They called it something else, you know.
You know, forget you know, the biggest, they have the biggest voice, but bar none.
They were because they were trying to, you know, assess how far this damage went.
Well, if they say we have a big voice, let's make it even bigger because we need what we need is we need a voice for truth.
We need a voice for so people can, you know, get we've got to secure elections to me.
That's it.
And but we're not all about that.
You know, we've got White House correspondents.
You've got the great mayor Rudy Giuliani.
That's where Ted comes in there and Ted lets you.
Well, Mike, you love being out in the field.
That's right, Mike.
But you make, you bring up a very good point.
And, you know, I really want to highlight that fact that you just brought up how they labeled you, well, let me guess, something along the lines of the number one place for some sort of misinformation or something, right?
It's 1984.
It's straight out of the playbook.
They call you the exact opposite of what you really are.
What you truly are is the number one source and person to go to to get the truth and to get what really happened when it comes to 2020 and beyond that.
Just in our political discourse today.
But what they have to do to try and silence and censor political opposition is to come out and come out with lies and basically try and create this narrative and this perception that's 180 degrees from reality.
And those that know 1984 or kind of know some of the classic communist tactics going back to Marxism, you'll recognize this.
It's all part of the playbook.
And so one of the important, one of the important factors of that is the spread of propaganda and misinformation.
And so they need to silence people like you, Mike, who actually have the backbone and the courage to speak out, right?
And to speak up.
So many people, many people understand the truth and know what's going on here, but are afraid.
And in some cases, we understand why they're afraid.
It's because the entire justice system has been weaponized against any individual who dares to speak out or speak out against the political powers that be.
So anyone that's willing to continue to speak the truth or even just raise questions and ask questions is immediately silenced, censored, and then they attempt to destroy you in the courts and, of course, economically, financially, and with our very freedom.
And Mike, I want to say something along those lines.
Go ahead.
Right off.
I'm sorry, right off what Ted said, you know, we see you every day.
The public sees you every day fighting because that's who you are.
And you're not going to stop fighting no matter what the outcome of this trial is.
And so I'm going to tell on you just for a second.
And I sat in that courtroom and I watched you cry once or twice.
I've saw you tear up because at the end of the day, even the strongest fighter, we're still human.
You're still human.
You have a heart and you have feelings.
And so it was really heartbreaking to see that side of you.
But I know that at the end of the day, God has his hands wrapped around you.
And I know that even though, like I said, the people see you fighting every day, at the end of the day, you're still human and you still have feelings.
And just anything you can say off of that about how, you know, listening to all this, I tell people, I wanted to butt my head against the wall for hours and hours on end every single day.
It was just attack Mike, attack Mike, attack Mike.
We were silenced.
We were sequestered.
We couldn't say anything.
And it was just hard to watch.
Right.
Yep.
And I've lived it.
I've lived it 18 hours a day for four years now.
And everything I've had has been utterly destroyed.
But the times I teared up in there, there was a few times, you know, you had where I felt like here, you know, here's this truth that finally came out.
I just felt, you know, vindicated.
And here, this really is going to be the gateway to saving our country.
And just having, I just felt God's presence in a few times.
And they're saying, you know, don't worry, whatever comes out of there, you know, I don't know if it has to be, you know, how much more of a job type thing where you destroy everything a person has and then maybe people can see out there with when we do get through all this with God, all things are possible.
You know, I don't know.
You know, all I know is that there were so many times, I guess, you know, there was a lot of frustration in there too.
When I'm going, man, if the jury could only see this, if they only knew this, if they only, you know, had this.
And you're so restricted, especially if you have it's a one-sided thing where there's some deep stuff and deep agendas going on that have nothing to do with calling somebody a criminal or a traitor.
One of the things, Ted, one of the things I said was you've committed crimes against all humanity.
I mean, I've said that against so many blockers.
You know, what you're doing, if you're blocking us, if you're blocking us and you're trying to block securing our elections and getting rid of these, in my mind, you know, you're a traitor.
Why are you doing this?
It doesn't mean that you are part of the crime.
It means that you're doing something doesn't make sense.
Like, why would you not want to look into this?
I'm for the American dream and for I've lived it.
I told the jury, I said, I'm an ex-crack addict.
To be able to get through that by God's grace and get to where I was, this big platform of made in the USA.
I even said to it, I said, how could you people, I said this to the these media.
When the media hit me outside on the first day, I said, you know what?
You should all be ashamed of yourself.
You're going to all write stories.
I said, as far as I'm concerned, you're all traitors.
And that's what the story they grab.
Well, here's why.
You have Kyle Clark here in Denver, these guys, these local Denver reporters.
And I go, what are you guys all related?
Y'all have the last name Dominion?
Why don't you ever write something and say, hey, let's see what my pillow has.
Defend my pillow.
My employee-owned company made in the USA.
Why don't you guys have, well, you don't have anything.
Have you ever asked?
I've showed you guys you don't want to know.
Came right out of Colorado's voter rolls.
I drilled those guys, those local reporters here from Colorado, but their reports come out at night.
You know, Mike Lindell called us traitors too.
Well, yeah, because you're horrible reporters and you're reporting, you're suppressing the truth and yet going over here and reporting the nonsense.
Yeah, of course I'm going to call you a blocker and a traitor and a criminal because you're not reporting the truth.
What is your last name, Dominion?
That's what I told them.
It's disgusting.
That's right, Mike.
And I want to remind the audience, too, this isn't even necessarily about whether or not you're agreeing with Mike's characterization, which I happen to agree with what you're saying.
Anyone who, but that's not the point, right, Mike?
The point isn't whether or not what you're saying is fact.
It's your freedom and your right in this country to say such things.
And it's imperative.
It's so important that we protect the First Amendment in this country, especially when it comes around to political discourse.
And so, well, folks, you understand here, this isn't even about the facts necessarily of what happened in 2020.
What they're attempting to do here, what's happening across the country in many ways, is a complete and total censorship, the inability to even ask questions, because that's how they're able to control the narrative, right?
By keeping us from even discuss it, you're right.
And they've got so many people afraid to talk about it.
Right.
And let me tell you, but that goes right in line.
And Vanessa will validate this.
Here's the last thing a jury heard when they went in to deliberate.
This was by the process, the plaintiff's horrible attorney, the one that I called a few names back when he called my pillows lumpy.
So their lead attorney, he goes, you guys, now we all know Mike Lindell and my pillow.
That's a lie.
Yeah, but he said, you've all heard here that my pillow is millions of dollars in debt and Mike Lindell is millions of dollars in debt.
We want you to go to, we want to use you to use the number $60 million to go after it, go after him for $60 million or any part of it.
And you know what?
If it bankrupts them, so be it.
We need to send a message to the country that you do not put out disinformation about our elections.
That's what he said, the last thing the jury heard.
You talk about suppressing voices.
You too could end up like Mike Lindell.
They don't care.
They don't care if they ever would get the money, which they wouldn't.
I don't have any.
But even so, they just want to keep the electronic voting machines, everybody, and steal your vote and suppress anything you bring up.
You know, this isn't just about voting machines, everybody.
If we remember on January 7th and 8th of 2021, it got brought up in court.
1.2 million Americans were deplatformed on Vimeo, YouTube, Sucker Bucks, Facebook, Crooked Jack Dorsey's Twitter, all these places, Google, everything was censored.
1.2 million Americans.
Why?
Three reasons.
If you spoke up about the elections, anything to do with elections or elections.
Two, if you spoke against the vaccine, or three, if you talked about Jesus Christ as your savior.
Bam.
There's your censorship, everybody.
And it's worse and worse and worse.
This is what we're fighting.
That's why in the trial, he also brought up Mike Lindell has said this many times.
He brought up this up to the jury that this is a battle of good and evil.
I'm going, hello?
Of course it is.
You know, and I'm sorry that does that make you guys evil over there?
What you're doing is peer evil.
It kind of, if the shoe fits, wear it.
You know?
That's right.
That's right.
And again, just to stress this point, it's about your freedom to say such things.
And we've gotten to a point now, and they were very successful when it came to 2020 in keeping people from even talking about it, right?
I mean, keeping people censoring them.
And that's why, and it was by going after folks such as you.
Of course, we know some of the other big names that sent a message to everybody else, right?
We can go after that.
That's exactly right.
Going off of what Mike just said is that Jen DeMaster, your attorney, Mike, got up and was talking about the club.
And this is all about First Amendment.
And what these eight people decide decides for the future if we have a right to talk about what we believe.
And then Kane comes up that you just mentioned, Mike, and says, the last thing the jury heard was, we just want him to be quiet.
Yep, yep, that's it.
That's exactly right.
Right after she talked about the First Amendment and our right to free speech.
Yeah, right after they basically confirmed exactly what they're up to.
And, you know, if I, they would love nothing better than if I just said, you know what, I'm really sorry.
I'm going to make a public statement like Newsmax did.
This is another thing that didn't get brought up in court, Vanessa.
Newsmax made that statement when the guy pulled his mic on February 2nd of 2021.
We here at Newsmax, we apologize.
There's no machine problems whatsoever.
Then they made him do another apology on May of 2021, everybody, when Coomer settled with them in Dominion.
Another apology they had to read publicly.
We here at Newsmax, we're really sorry.
We can find no problems with the machines used in the elections, blah, blah, blah.
Now, you know what they got for saying that from Dominion?
On the first day of the cyber symposium in August of 21, they sued Newsmax and OAN for doing what?
For advertising the cyber symposium.
Now, let me tell you what's ironic about that, everybody.
I advertise the cyber symposium on every single news outlet in the country, including ABC, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, Fox Regular.
I mean, you name it.
I advertise the cyber symposium.
I spent millions of dollars advertising it everywhere, but they only sued two, OAN and Newsmax.
What are they both having problem?
What do they both have in common?
They both were going to air the cyber symposium and air it.
Does everybody follow that?
So Newsmax, I mean, you're just, it's fear.
That's why this case was so important is because everyone else, everybody, has their insurance companies either made them settle over the hundred people that were sued by all these machine companies and their affiliates, or they settled because, or you two could end up like Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
You could get, you could get sued.
You could get, you could end up like that and kind of has him attacked, or you end up like Sidney Powell or Mike Lindell, or you're going to get attacked, and you can't go any further.
So this is why this case going all the way to jury trial.
And it's the only company.
Remember, my pillow gets sued, everybody.
My pillow, they had nothing to do with this, my pillow and my employees.
They got an honest tent when you were, they got on, they kept bringing it up.
Mike Lindell's selling pillows while he's at trial.
Really?
What are we supposed to shut down my pillow and not have promo codes while we're in trial?
Yeah, oh yeah, you use the promo code jury.
We track things like that.
I could have used court.
I could have used whatever.
The name doesn't matter.
They brought that up too.
It's just disgusting.
But I'll bet you if I walked off the course and I signed a piece of paper saying, you know what, I made a mistake.
Don't melt them down and turn them into prison bars.
I was mistaken.
They're really good.
These machines are really good.
I'm sorry I was, you know, ever brought it up.
I bet if I walked away, you'd never hear from them again.
And they'd never bother me again if I just did it.
Ted, do you think I'd ever do that, though?
It ain't happening.
Never.
Absolutely not, Mike.
And of course, we're monitoring things here outside the courthouse.
Again, very sleepy out here, but we'll continue to monitor things.
Stay with Lindell TV all afternoon and into the evening.
We're not going anywhere.
Right.
It's the calm before the storm, everybody.
I'll bet you when the word gets out that they made a decision.
There's a lot of media upstairs.
They're laying in the hallways upstairs, by the way, Ted, where the air conditioner's at.
You better get out of it.
You better get out of the heat there and maybe head inside.
Oh, not us.
No, we're all in the air conditioning.
Not us.
We're all here.
We're out here.
We're out here.
You guys are going to be on camera for a second.
We're out here working hard.
Not the Lindell team.
We're the only crew out here.
Look at this.
The only crew out here.
Some of these guys can't handle the heat.
We're out of here, Mike.
Great job, you guys.
Great job.
Stay right here.
And you want the latest and up-to-date report on what's happening here outside the courthouse.
We'll be here all day.
And we're going to break in.
We are four minutes away.
Ted, we appreciate you being there and all you do.
Of course, Rudy Giuliani as well for Mike and the network.
Mike, again, just to wrap things up, we just have a couple of more minutes.
The jury's deliberating.
They deliberated for three hours Friday until five o'clock when it was time to go home.
The judge dismissed them for the weekend.
They reported back at 7 a.m. mountain time this morning.
It is almost 3 o'clock there where you are in Colorado.
So they've been deliberating all day long.
Mike, continued prayers.
I do want to say several things.
I know you've gone to the courthouse because the jurors have been in discussion with the judge over a few questions.
But one more time, how can people follow?
You said it earlier.
Share, share, share.
Follow on social media and how they can donate to help you.
Yeah, yeah.
Here's what we want, everybody.
Let's start with right now.
Pray, pray, pray.
That's one thing.
And I want you all to go to all the social media, any and all of the social media.
I don't care where you live, Gab, Getter, TrueSocial, X, wherever you have an account, go there and find at RealMike Lindell and share or find Lindell TV and share our posts.
Share our post.

So if you don't have any money to help out, go to your friends, go to the big donors, and send them to the mypillowtrial.com and get, let's get this country saved.
I want to have a great report.
If I get to see our real president one of these days, I want to have good reports of our election platform.
And the rest of this week.
I just had the best idea, Mike.
What's up?
You said get with your friends.
And I am a part of a Republican group here in my area, my hometown.
And so the light bulb went off.
And this is a great idea for everyone at home, too.
When Mike says, get with your friends, go to your local clubs and organizations and say, you know what, we're fighting with Mike Lindell.
Let's all donate and donate to the cause for the fight.
So that would be, I'm going to work on that this week, Mike.
I'm going to get with the local ladies Republican group here.
That'll be great.
All right, we are.
You know what?
If we don't secure our election platforms, everybody, this next four years of our great president will be in vain.
We have midterms coming up in less than a year.
We've got to get the paper ballots handcunted.
So thanks, Vanessa, and thanks, y'all.
Thank you, Mike.
Yeah, lots of prayers to you.
And thanks, everyone, for watching the Mike Lindell Show.
We'll keep you posted on what's going on inside the courtroom on our social media accounts.
