These four areas earnestly with all of the systems that are out there now so that we can make sure that we actually have safe and secure elections.
And so, when we see Homeland Security and the Homeland Department and CISA out there stating that this was the most secure election, I really question that because the issue is: how many systems did you personally evaluate?
How many log files did you evaluate?
How many cast vote records and ballot images did you evaluate?
How many routers did you evaluate?
How many thumb drives did you evaluate?
And how many systems did you audit to make sure that there were no viruses, no malware, no Trojans sitting there?
I haven't heard of an answer.
And I would implore Congress to ask those questions and get it on the record.
I think it's so important.

Rick Weibel here for Mike Lindell.
And I just love bringing in the good news.
Trump now has 195 compared to 113 electoral votes.
And now Trump is sitting at 28.5 million votes compared to 25.4 million votes.
Ohio just came in solidly for Trump, and that is exciting news.
One of the states that we're a little concerned about is Pennsylvania, where Harris, with only 22% of the vote in, is leading at 57% to Trump 41%.
However, wait till some of the conservative districts come in and we should see that race tighten up considerably.
Now in Virginia, about 52% have reported.
And right now, Harris is trailing Trump.
Trump has 49%.
Harris has about 48%.
Then in North Carolina, that one is still too close to call as well.
And hopefully Georgia looks like it's about 70% reported in, but it's too close to call right now with Trump in the lead at 52% and Harris at now 47%.
And so it sounds like some of the larger cities have not fully reported yet, and that is creating the issue there.
Now, kind of looking at some of the kind of the slackers out there like Minnesota, which is interesting because the voters actually put the ballots into the tabulators and then they actually have at the central location of many of the counties enough of the bigger machines to process all the absentee ballots.
And Minnesota had changed their laws to where the absentee ballots could be inserted into the tabulators earlier during absentee balloting process.
And so they should just be able to run the results.
And since Minnesota is one of these states where they actually use the modems in Dakota County, in Hennepin County, and some of these other counties, they should be at a higher reporting rate than where they're at right now.
It's kind of stunning that it is that far behind.
Now, the neighboring state, Wisconsin, they're at almost 6% reporting, and Trump is in the lead currently at 55% compared to Harris's 43%.
And so, now looking at the Senate race here across the United States, we see that we have one flip out of Joe Manchin's previous seat, and that went to the Republican.
And so, that is actually really incredible to see.
Now, kind of looking at some of the state votes, South Dakota is a central count state, so the votes will kind of come in late through there.
And there are some statewide ballot questions that are of concern.
There are multiple states out there that have abortion on the ballot.
A couple states have property rights on the ballot.
South Dakota is one of these kind of canary in the coal mines with all the money coming in from outsiders into the state of South Dakota, kind of lobbying for the positions of property rights,
whether or not we're going to allow CO2 carbon pipelines through the state to basically take land from landowners to be able to put in pipelines to basically run the CO2 up into North Dakota into the Bakken to basically they say it's going to be carbon sequestration, but let's just call it what it is.
It's fracking.
The other thing that is on the ballot in South Dakota is abortion.
And when you have 10 other states across the United States looking at extreme measures of abortion where there is no kind of limit to it, that is going to significantly change South Dakota if we fail to uphold the ban on abortion in South Dakota.
Another thing is kind of open primaries.
That's another thing that is on the South Dakota ballot.
And then also the expansion of marijuana use in South Dakota as well.
So we'll be looking at that throughout the night.
Minnesota is interesting that right now I have good news coming out of Minnesota with literally less than a half percent of precincts reporting Trump is in the lead, 1,300 ballots to 431 ballots.
So we could just go ahead and shut down the election right there.
And if they want to consider that the final vote, that would be fine with me.
But of course, that's not going to happen.
We need to make sure that every vote counts.
And so hopefully Minnesota will flip and we will actually have a good night tonight.
So now as we kind of look at other states that are going to be coming up, we are kind of hoping to see some other states flip here.
And with so many states out there that are just kind of on the verge, it is actually incredible out there in the West when we look at states like New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia, where it is still too close to call at this point in time.
Then also when we look at Michigan, that one is a little bit legged.
It's a little bit less than 12% that have reported so far.
And so it's kind of a mess to call anything at this point.
And then Wisconsin is finally at 8% reporting in.
And kind of the surprise is Iowa.
They've only got about 9% that have reported in, and they haven't called it one way or another.
Iowa's a little interesting because there were two separate polls on the same day, in essence, that came out: one that said Harris was in the lead.
And then hours later, another poll comes out saying Trump is in the lead.
And so that's a bit surprising for Iowa because traditionally we've seen that kind of go towards the Republican candidates.
And so it's actually incredible to see Iowa is potentially a new swing state at this point in time.
But tonight will definitely tell us a little bit more.
And we are really hoping that more states in the West can kind of fill in the rest of the field there for Trump.
But it is exciting to see that Texas was really not in play at all with 60% of the vote in.
Trump has that state at 54% to 44%.
And so that would bode well for the Senate candidates and the House candidates within Texas as well.
So hopefully we'll continue to have good news tonight.

It was around 10, 11 o'clock in the morning, and I received an email from PayPal.
It showed in this email that there was a debit in my PayPal account that was going to be taken out.
I don't remember following the link in the email even.
I think I went straight to the PayPal account and that pending debit was there.
And it was for about $1,000, I believe.
So it was a lot of money.
So I called the phone number on that email.
And it just, it kind of, the way they were, the way this guy was talking, I didn't even question what he was saying.
And I've worked with computers for the past 40 years.
And he just kept convincing me.
And I was, he was a legitimate person that was going to fix my computer, and I had faith in him that he was doing his job.
I got in the car and I was, and I drove, and I was just thinking, this doesn't sound, this isn't right.

So I came home and I just thought about it some more.
And I called my, actually, my wife had come home.
I was by myself.
I had to fix the computer, fix my phone, change my bank accounts, change all of my passwords.

I don't.

I mean, if you feel if they feel that's something important to you, do it.
Coming to you live from South Dakota, we actually have real people here actually watching the election results.
So this is not some kind of fake studio.
I want to thank my great friends for having me over here on our election night celebration.
And we are seeing right now Trump at 195 to 117 against Harris.
And right now, the national popular vote has Trump with 32 million votes and Harris with 28.8 million votes.
And so that's absolutely incredible.
So this is good news.
And so just kind of like what we were telling everybody, even if you are in a red state like us here in South Dakota, it really matters because there's a few states out there that try to adhere to the national popular vote a little earlier, like Minnesota.
And so wouldn't it be funny that the Democrats there in Minnesota and their trifecta voted to basically have their state go with the national popular vote.
And let's say the Republicans decided not to show up in Minnesota and the Democrats voted for Tim Walz.
And since he's the one that signed that horrible bill, that all of a sudden, based upon the national popular vote, Trump takes Minnesota to the back door.
But that would be funny.
So the reality is we actually want to see a strong win come out of Minnesota if we can.
And what's really interesting is that with Minnesota and all of its technology that it's using, is that it is so late in getting the results out to the public and it is still lagging behind at just barely a half percent of the precincts reporting.
So 26 out of 4,100 precincts are reporting at this point in time.
And right now, Donald J. Trump is in the lead in Minnesota.
So, but that could quickly change.
So we need to be careful of what's going on out there.
And then, as we look at some of the initiatives, so we can actually understand South Dakota is actually one of these states that actually has a central count where they basically destroy all chain of custody.
They have the voters vote on the paper ballots, then put them into a ballot box, and then have the election judges transport the ballot boxes to the county seat.
Then, the county seat takes all of the ballots and then they process the absentee ballots.
Now, in some of the counties, they can actually write a letter to their chairs of each of the parties to let them know that they may count the absentee ballots ahead of time so that they can get a head start on doing that.
Now, in Brookings County, where I'm at, they kind of said that there was a record number of ballots that came in, about what, 7,600 absentee ballots that came in.
And so, for a county that is basically around 35,000 people population-wise and around 20,000 or so registered voters, that's a significant amount.
That's just absolutely incredible.
And then, kind of, as I repeated earlier in the beginning part, for those of you that are just coming on, looking at the voter rolls in South Dakota of each of the daily absentee, it was absolutely incredible to see that 75% of the absentee voters in South Dakota actually voted in person.
And so, with all of the things that we saw in the news about ballot security out there, where we saw in Florida the devastating effect of somebody having a master key and going around the different mailboxes and opening up and then throwing the ballots into a ravine, that was absolutely disgusting.
Then, we actually see a couple of drop boxes that were started on fire down in Arizona and other states.
Then, we also saw U.S. postal boxes that were tampered with even next to postal locations.
And so, that type of ballot security was absolutely devastating to see.
Then, in other states, we heard from the U.S. Postal Service that they didn't have time to actually scan in the absentee ballots, and they also didn't have time to postmark them.
And so, that was kind of a disconnect of how many state statutes require that postal mark to be on the ballot, and that was gone.
And so, legislatures are going to have to kind of look at this and re-examine where we're at for all of those types of things, because that is just not acceptable.
So, right now, South Dakota has about 1.7% of the precincts or statewide voter turnout, 1.7%, and 4% of the precincts reporting.
And so, some of the early previews there, because I know I've got some South Dakota followers out there, is that the Constitutional Amendment E, which is updating the gender preferences, that one might flip, but right now it's 64% no for that.
And then we also have another one, which is the establishing a right to an abortion in the state constitution.
It looks like right now that one is trending, 65% no with 35% yes.
And so, and then we also have kind of the attack on the part two-party system in South Dakota.
And it looks like the voters so far, 68% are saying no, and 32% are saying yes.
Now, another one that was kind of a tricky one, which was an initiated measure prohibiting taxes on anything sold for human consumption.
So, yeah, literally anything that you could throw in your mouth.
26% yes and no, 74%.
Then South Dakota with kind of a little neighboring state, Colorado down there in the corner, there was initiated measure 29 legalizing the recreational use and possession and distribution of marijuana.
Right now, 40% say yes and 60% say no.
Then when it comes to the CO2 pipeline, this is where the legislature basically kind of broke the trust and wanted to allow the pipelines to basically go to the POC and let them to decide whether or not they could use private property to give it to,
in essence, now that the Supreme Court of South Dakota said, look, this really isn't a public use, so it's private, to put to basically hand over land to private companies to run the pipelines.
Right now, 37% say yes and 63% say no.
So that is huge news.
And there are similar types of bills or sorry, similar types of elections like this in Wyoming going on for their property rights.
And other states are going to be seeing this in the coming years as well.
And so this particular election from South Dakota impacts five states because Summit Carbon Pipeline is trying to run these pipelines through Illinois, Iowa, parts of Minnesota, South Dakota, and North Dakota.
And so with that, if South Dakota is the broken link, it's going to be really hard for them to reroute around South Dakota to make it all the way up into North Dakota.
And so South Dakota is kind of in the lead seat for a lot of this critical decision.
And there have been good activists in all of the different states, and it's over been the last eight months that some of the activists have created a coalition across state lines to kind of learn from each other, especially the activists.
And I want to give them credit that they have done a phenomenal job here in South Dakota.
And they've had a great partnership between good legislators, good activists, and good volunteers throughout the state of South Dakota.
And they have really brought the attention to this issue.
So let's see if their efforts are successful through the rest of the night here tonight.
Now getting back to, of course, the national politics here and trying to do a refresh here to kind of see where we're at.
And it looks like it's still neck and neck, but Trump is still at 195 electoral votes to Harris, 117.
And currently, Trump has 34.6 million votes versus Harris, 30.8 million votes.
And so that is absolutely on the right track right now.
Now, when it comes to the Senate, we still are up one seat for the Republicans.
And so we have held 38 seats and the Democrats have held 28 seats.
So they're down one and we are plus one because of Joe Manchin.
And so let's see how the rest of it goes.
And it looks like they're calling Minnesota for Amy Klobuchar already with just only half percent of the pricings reported.
So this must be based on exit polling.
And so that is completely understandable.
And we will see where the rest of the states go.
But right now, in the House, the Republicans are holding 102 seats versus the Democrats, 72 seats.
So this could be a huge swing.
Go ahead and celebrate.
So as you can tell, I'm not used to a live studio audience.
So this is absolutely fantastic.
We'll get a lot of energy out of this.
And so, so how many of you here are Kamala supporters?
Okay.
Not happening.
Who's Kamala?
There you go.
She's apparently the candidate that brings joy because Trump's winning, right?
How many of you are Trump supporters?
There we go.
All right.
So this could just be an absolutely wonderful night here in South Dakota coming from a red state.
And how many of you voted early absentee?
Good.
So more than half the room voted early absentee.
I also did.
How many of you voted in-person absentee?
Okay.
Yep, most of us.
How many of you mailed your ballot in?
No one.
That's the lesson.
Nobody.
So vote early.
And so this is one of the things that we were even seeing in the Minnesota data where looking at it, we looked at how many voters voted in 2018, 2020, but then sat out 2022.
We were surprised, and how many of them didn't move?
We were surprised looking at the early absentee, how many of them were returning.
And so that was a good sign for Minnesota.
And so in Minnesota, when you dig a little bit deeper, I think we might actually see a House chamber for that legislature may actually flip.
And so I'm really hoping that the House caucus in Minnesota was able to destroy the trifecta and at least get some Republican leadership in that state to kind of counteract all of the things that you've heard about Minnesota and Tampa and Timmy are true.
It is one of the most dystopian states out there.
And hopefully we can get some sanity back in Minnesota.
So we need to pray for that and make sure we start getting that back for Minnesota.
So we'll go ahead and take another commercial break.
And hopefully when we come back, we will actually have some additional state updates and maybe we'll get one of these other states that has been a little too close to call.

What an exciting night tonight to watch history in the making as our country hopefully will transition back from this dystopia that we have been living for the last four years.
It was interesting watching some of the exit polling.
And it was interesting that CNN and others were basically reporting that democracy was somehow at stake.
But the reality is we are a constitutional republic.
And it would have been interesting for them to dive in as to what did they mean by that?
Do they really buy the line, the narrative that somehow Trump is some kind of a dictator?
When we actually look at the movie Vindicating Trump by Denesh D'Souza, he lays the case that Trump is obviously not a dictator.
And if he had wanted to be, he certainly could have been, but that's not in the spirit of Donald Trump.
He's not that kind of a man.
And when you look at the history of Trump himself, he has, I want to kind of put it as he has such energy that even when things go bad, he looks at it as an opportunity to improve and to basically accomplish his goals.
And the reality is, before Trump was even a politician, the reality is that Trump was adored by everyone, both parties, because he is kind of the epitome of what the American dream is.
Where even though he may have started a little bit ahead of other folks, the reality is that he is a self-made man because even though he's had huge successes, yes, he's had failures, but he's overcome those failures to have to overcome incredible odds.
And at a time when New York was just at an absolute loss and suffering, Trump basically rose at the same time that New York was able to recover.
And he was a huge change agent in that.
And when you look at all the successful businesses and kind of the verbato that Trump has, that's actually incredible.
Isn't that kind of some of the things that we actually need in a president right now, especially when we look at our country?
And is Trump going to be able to fix everything by himself?
No.
And that's why he's very honest about us, the people.
We have to do the work.
And that whole self-governance is so important.
And so when he pulls back the veil of what's happening in the government and allows us to be free, to basically strip away the overburdening government regulation, when he even gives us the ability at the late stages of life to try any type of medical solution towards the end, is so important so that we can actually have control over our lives.
And that's a beautiful thing that so many people just don't understand on the left.
And I think they need to, hopefully, we can all come together and kind of share that Americanism of that independence, that self-reliance, and the ability to kind of support each other.
We don't need government to do all of this work.
We need government to be smaller so that we can be freer.
And so hopefully, the congressmen and women that will be elected here tonight, especially the new members in the Senate, new members in the House, we are hoping that these are going to be America first, but also let's make sure that we're bringing Christ into our legislative process and we look at each other and say, How can we do this better?
But we have to take ownership because we can't just make the government try to solve everything for it.
We have to figure out ways that we reduce government so that we can actually have Christian leaders and people discover their gifts and their relationship with Christ so that they can show their gifts to help their fellow man.
That's going to be one of the sounding boards that I hope more legislators are willing to not be embarrassed by and actually start promoting.
And I love the hats that were out there.
It's like my savior is Christ, but Trump is my president.
That's the right attitude.
Trump is not our savior.
Christ already is.
And so this is where the Democrats got it wrong and they abused that messaging.
And I really hope Trump wins here tonight.
And right now, Trump is at 195 electoral votes and Harris is at 117.
And Trump has 37.2 million votes in the popular vote.
And Harris only has 32.9 million votes.
So this is a good trend.
And so this is absolutely incredible.
This is exactly where we want to see things go.
And when we sit here and look at some of the other closed states here as to kind of what's happening in there, right now, South Dakota is reporting 8% of their precincts.
And let's take a little sneak peek here at Minnesota.
Yep, Minnesota with their precinct-based reporting is still only at 2.46%.
And so I don't know what Steve Simon is doing, but I think he's locking in his F grade over there because this is also a state that had 19 out of 87 counties with their sample ballots online that you could actually download them with the timing mark.
Sample wasn't on there.
And according to Minnesota statutes, that's a felony.
And so when we look at that type of corruption in the elections, it does raise doubts about the Minnesota elections.
But I have good news right now.
Even with that low percentage, Donald Trump is still in the lead in Minnesota with 16,900 votes to Kamala's 7,761 votes.
So we can't count on those numbers in Minnesota because there is the big county that will have to report, and that'll be Hennepin County, which has two congressional districts in it.
And that pretty much has the sway of the entire state.
And what's great is I want to thank Lindell for the opportunity that he has given all of us, and especially with his Lindell events.

I was able to meet Laura Scharr out of South Carolina.
Her state turned red today.
And Texas, we had Beth Beasel, and she is absolutely amazing.
The four of us got together and wrote the white paper for the gold standards on elections, which you can find at uscase.org.
And we talk about the voter registration systems.
We talk about managing those voter registration systems.
We talk about the voting systems and the testing.
We also talk about the various ways to do hand counting.
And so bringing back that oversight in a local manner is so important for us to have in our future elections.
And so I want to make sure that you do.

And so over the next 60 days, we will be developing a gold standard legislation for using the systems for voter registration systems, as well as how we have better oversight of the systems and when they fail or the oversight fails, how you can go to a hand count as well.
And in some locations, hand count might actually be a proper solution.
And so we have learned a lot over the last few years with Mike Lindell.
And also for some of you who are out there still looking at your elections, if you find any election irregularities, please download the vocal app by Frank Speech and get that on your system, your phone, and go ahead and report any election crimes or irregularities that you've witnessed so that we can take a look at it.
And as we close out, I want to thank you all.
And remember, right now, Trump is in the lead, 195 to 117, with 38.2 million votes to 33.7 million votes.

I'm Rick Weibel, hosting for Mike Lindell tonight on this special, wonderful, it feels like Christmas to me, election night.
And we've got great news breaking here.
Trump is now at 205 electoral votes to Harris 117.
This is, yes.
Donald J. Trump has 40.1 million votes to Harris's 35.5 million votes.
This is absolutely encouraging.
So as more states close here, Trump is going to edge ever closer.
And if we can get a couple of these other states to swing his way, it will be great to have some of these quote-unquote states that are creating issues on their own to basically just be too big to rig.
Donald J. Trump is absolutely right.
And so hopefully we will continue to see this trend in.
And these numbers are based upon Fox News's reporting out there.
And so South Dakota, one of the other things that we are seeing is that they are only at about just under 10% of the precincts reporting.
And Minnesota, as we've been looking at these two states side by side, Minnesota is still lagging behind at only 3.3% reporting.
And this is absolutely devastating for the state of Minnesota that they are this far behind.
And we are also hearing reports, and I'm getting text messages from activists in Minnesota that apparently the press has newer numbers than what the Secretary of State's office is reporting.
And that should never be the case.
And so it makes me wonder if there is something happening at the Secretary of State's website where maybe the data is not coming in appropriately and maybe the news media is getting the data ahead of time before the Secretary of State.
We should actually always flip that around the other way to make sure that we have the correct number of votes hitting the Secretary of State before it is ever released to the news media, because that can always create issues and create suspicion out there for the trust of the voters.
And so now we have South Dakota at almost 11% reporting.
Once South Dakota kind of gets to that 20% level, I'll give another update as to where they are at.
But kind of looking at where we're at in regards to the Senate, it looks like right now we still have just a plus one inside of the Senate.
And so hopefully the Republicans won't waste that opportunity like they have in the past to basically create some of that legislation that could actually fundamentally change America to the positive and actually reinvigorate the blue-collar jobs in the United States, get America back on the right track, get us self-sufficient.
And once again, become the leaders in the world for actually making where you should be as a nation.
As Ronald Ragan said, you know, we need to kind of be that shining light upon the hill.
And hopefully Trump and all of you can kind of bring us back to that level.
And so the house, I was hoping to get kind of a report there, but we are kind of seeing a little bit of a lag in the reporting there from the Fox News website.
And so hopefully we'll get some of those updates here shortly.

And so let's cheer for Trump.
All right.
Now some of the other breaking news live from Fox News.
In the Senate, the Republicans have 48 seats right now.
They have held 38.
They flipped one, so they're up one seat.
The Democrats have held 28 seats.
They're minus one, of course.
And then over in the House, the Republicans so far have secured 121 seats to the Democrats, 82 seats.
And so that is good news for the Republicans in their trajectory as they continue to kind of march through each of the states.
Now, Dusta, thank you for texting me.
She is from South Dakota and she is actually watching us on her cell phone.
So at least I get to be a little itty-bitty person instead of being larger than life for some of you watching on the big screen.
So far in South Dakota, with 11% reporting, what has happened on Amendment E regarding the gender references for certain office holders, that is being defeated by 65% to 35%.
Currently, on Amendment F, yes is 54% to 46%, and this is to impose the work requirement.
Then on Amendment G, this is the establishing a right to abortion.
That is currently being defeated 67% to 33%.
Amendment H, which is establishing an abolishment of essence of the two primary party system, that is going to go down in defeat currently at 70% to 30%.
Then in regards to an initiated measure prohibiting taxes on anything sold for human consumption, that is currently being defeated 76% to 24%.
Dusta, this one is for you.
Initiated measure 29 regarding the legalization of the recreational use, possession, and distribution of marijuana is currently being defeated 63% to 37%.
Then referred law 21 to basically uphold the legislature.
That is going to be defeated 65 to 35%.
So because of the confusing way that that one is written, don't worry.
South Dakotans are a lot smarter than that.
And they have voted 65% to basically maintain their property rights and tell the legislature no.
All right.
Now, back over in Minnesota, just because I like saying it while we still can, Donald J. Trump is ahead with 32,000 votes compared to Kamala Harris, 21,000 votes.
Huge block of salt, not a grain of salt.
That's what 3.8% of the precincts said are reporting so far.
And so that is just a horrible way to think of it, is that Minnesota is behind South Dakota in reporting their election results.
That is just absolutely terrible to see that is actually happening.
And so I am guessing that there is an incredible amount of absentee ballots that have been injected into the Minnesota elections, causing those poor workers to open all those envelopes and to sort this all out.
And this is why I'm such a proponent of trying to vote on Election Day because it actually makes the job of the election official easier because they don't have to mess with all those crazy envelopes and then have a bunch of people come in to basically try to sort through all that absentee stuff, which some of you guys participated in here in Brookings County.
And so thank you guys for doing that.
And so as we look at our elections, we're going to have to look at our state laws and make sure we are making some of these changes to make our elections better, safer, secure, and to have better oversight in it.
Currently, right now, Trump is in the lead with 205 electoral votes compared to Harris at 117 electoral votes.
Now, in the popular vote, Trump has 42.8 million votes compared to Harris, 37.8 million votes.
That is great that he is in the lead.
Wow, a live studio audience is absolutely great.
And so this is absolutely incredible to see where things are going and trending.
And so we should be so proud of where things are going.
And while we wait for more results, we'll go ahead and run another commercial break here.

That's what this is going to be.
So, all right.
So currently, Trump is in the lead with 205 electoral votes and Kamala Harris with 117 electoral votes.
And right now in the popular vote, Trump has 43.6 million votes versus Kamala Harris at 38.5 million votes.
And so that is an absolutely incredible amount of votes that are coming in.
Now, let's take a little bit of a deeper dive here because over in Pennsylvania, so far, only 52% of the precincts that have reported.
And so that race right now is led by President Trump at 50.48% versus Kamala Harris at 48.6%.
And so that is a good lead, but we're going to have to dive in a little bit deeper to kind of see where that is going to trend.
Now, in Virginia, that race is too close with 65% of the precincts reporting.
Trump is in the lead at 49.52% versus Harris at 48.8%.
Now, what's interesting as well, in North Carolina, they're saying this one is too close to call with 72% of the precincts in.
Trump with a commanding lead at 52% versus Harris at 46%.
Now swinging down over to Georgia, Trump is at 52% approximately, and Harris is sitting there at about 47%.
And that's with 82% of the precincts reporting.
We are actually having a struggle to call Georgia because it is too close to call with 2.3 million votes for Trump and 2.1 million votes for Harris.
And so hopefully that will continue to trend towards Trump.
But my fear is that some of the Democrat cities are in hold and they're delaying the election results because they may have had so much in absentee voting that has kind of thrown off some of those election officials and they're working diligently through the night.
Now, as we get to 9.30, there will be some additional results that hopefully will be coming in that we'll actually see kind of a little tightening.
Michigan, unfortunately, is only reporting 20% of their precincts.
Right now, Harris is in the lead with 49% to Trump's 48%.
Then in Wisconsin, they finally have surged forward to where they've reported 47% of the precincts.
Trump is currently in the lead at 49% compared to Harris at 48%.
Minnesota still struggling with just 3% reported.
And of course, Trump is still in the lead with 60,000 votes versus 39,000 votes.
Yay.
Come on, Minnesota, pull through.
All right.
Iowa still too close to call.
That one is interesting because we've got about 39% of the precincts reporting, and Trump is already at 52% versus Harris at 46%.
And so it's very interesting to kind of see where that's at.
Now, New Mexico hasn't been called yet, and almost 30% of the precincts have reported.
And right now, Harris is in the lead at 51% and Trump at 46%.
Now, kind of the scary one, of course, is Arizona has not been called yet, even though 47% of the precincts have reported so far.
And Trump is only at 49% compared to Harris, 50%.
And so it's absolutely incredible to see how close that is going in.
And so as 10 o'clock approaches, then we'll start seeing more of the kind of the last of the groups of states of California, Nevada, Washington, and Oregon to kind of report in to kind of see where we're going to land in this election.
Now, again, kind of looking at the Senate races, it looks like Minnesota is being called for Amy Klochar, which is not really a surprise.
And we would expect that.
And currently, the Republicans have held 38 seats.
They have gained one seat, and the Democrats have held 28 seats, and they're minus one.
And so currently, they're stating that the Republicans are currently holding 49 seats overall, and then the Democrats are holding 39 seats.
So we just have a few seats left as we get towards the western portion of the United States to see how these are going to trend and flip.
Now, as we look at the House, we're starting to get a little bit more clarity, not much.
And what's interesting is that now the House is, it's just lost my data here, was at about 129 seats for the Republicans and about 49 locked in already for the Democrats.
And so as we see that kind of trend, hopefully we'll see kind of more excitement.
South Dakota's overall reporting is only at 14% so far.
And that is really disappointing because we're hoping to kind of see more of that trudge in.
But don't worry, South Dakota is still beating Minnesota, which Minnesota is barely at 6% versus South Dakota's 14.5% currently.
Oh, just jumped to 15%.
So we'll go ahead and take a commercial break.
I'm going to take a look at some of these other states that are out there and kind of see where they're at trending for some of their abortion bills across the United States.

What a special night tonight it is for election coverage.
Being a political science major, this is right up my bailiwick.
And right now, we have Trump in the lead with 205 electoral votes for the race to 270 and Harris behind at 117 electoral votes.
And on the national popular vote stage, we see that Trump has 45.3 million votes and Kamala Harris has 40 million votes.
And so this is cause for celebration.
Now, this is in front of a live studio audience.
And so this is as good as it gets.
This is where you want to celebrate with friends and actually kind of document how well the elections are going tonight.
And so thank you for being with me here tonight on this channel.
And thank you, Mike Lindell, for giving us the opportunity to kind of have a Midwest perspective regarding the elections.
But let's take a deeper dive across the United States and looking at ballot pedia.
What's interesting is that when we look at the abortion amendments out there, it looks like there was 10 of them similar to South Dakota.
So far, one has been approved, one has been defeated.
Eight are to be decided across the United States.
And so in Arizona, that is looking at Proposition 139, provide for a state constitutional right to an abortion.
Right now, the yes votes have it at 64% versus no votes at 36%.
And then in Colorado, they're also looking at an abortion and also repealing the provision banning the use of public funds for abortions.
That yes vote is at 62% with the no at 38%.
Now in Florida, they have defeated Amendment 4, 54% to 43%.
Now, the other thing is out in Maryland, question one, that one passed 74% to 26%.
Then Missouri has also a state constitutional right to per reproductive freedom defined to include abortion.
Right now, that one is trending 61% to 39%.
Montana, we don't have any results from them yet.
New England prohibit abortion after the first trimester.
That one is failing 52% to 48%.
Then in New England, another thing to provide for state constitutional right to an abortion before fetal viability is 58 to 43%.
Nevada also has it on the ballot with no results yet.
New York has provided that people cannot be denied rights based upon their ethnicity, national origin, age, disability, sex, including sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy, pregnancy outcomes, and reproductive health care and autonomy.
Okay, that one actually passed 72% to 28%.
I'm not sure they understand what that is.
And then in South Dakota, currently provide for a state constitutional right to abortion with a trimester framework for regulations.
That one is currently being defeated 65% to 35%.
So there's some hope out there, at least coming from the heartland.
And now Ballotpedia is reporting a second state has just approved abortion.
And so it looks like they have locked in both Maryland and New York into that category.
And so my heart really goes out to the activists in those states trying to protect life and the hard work that they have done and how they're feeling tonight.
Our prayers go out to you.
And hopefully we can see that change in the hearts of your citizens over time.
Now, the other thing that is interesting is that Fox News is, of course, getting really overloaded because as more people are trying to get on the internet to figure out how are the elections really going, I think people are getting impatient trying to look for sources to find out how things are going.
Currently, South Dakota is reporting 16.6% of the election results, and Minnesota is still behind South Dakota at 7.4%.
And the good news, just to keep trolling Minnesota, is that Donald Trump is in the lead with 59,753 votes to Kamala Harris, 37,068 votes.
So hopefully we can wish that to continue to be true.
But I do understand and am a little bit of a realist as when it comes to Minnesota that things can kind of go a little sideline on us.
And so this is where we just have to be really prayerful and hope that more election results will be forthcoming soon.
And currently, Trump has 46.5 million votes in the popular vote.
And then Harris only has 41.1 million votes.
And so hopefully these numbers will continue to trend.

I'm Rick Weibel, subbing in for Mike Lindell.
We are hoping that Mike Lindell will join us sometime tonight, but I've got to believe that Trump and company are celebrating tonight, especially the good news coming across where Trump maintains a commanding lead in the popular vote right now.
Yes, we have some additional states that will be reporting here starting at about 10 o'clock through 10:30.
And so that could swing the election significantly as we look at our race towards 270.
And especially when we look at California, where they have 54 electoral votes, that can actually swing the election hard.
And so we're going to count that towards Harris right out of the gate.
And so then we have to look at, as everybody talks about these swing states that are out there.
So when we look at Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia, and Arizona, it really starts kind of narrowing in the election decision as to where things are going to go.
And so this could be a long night as these states continue to have issues getting their ballots counted.
And we've heard of reports that Pennsylvania could take a while.
We've heard of reports that Arizona could take a while.
We've heard other reports that certain jurisdictions may take a while.
And so hopefully these election officials are getting the help that they need to process these absentee ballots and aren't having any machine issues and aren't having other things that are preventing them from completing the task because the reality is we've invested in all of this equipment and we should be able to have results tonight to be able to see where we're at as a country.
And breaking news, Trump has just surpassed 47.1 million votes in the popular vote.
And now Kamala Harris is at 41.6 million votes.
And right now, it's too early to call in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona, North Carolina, Georgia, and Nevada.
And that is just absolutely stunning.
And so when we look at Wisconsin, 54% of the vote is in.
Michigan, only 23% of the vote is in.
Pennsylvania is still in the lower, it's still at 57%.
And then Virginia is at 70% now.
And then we have North Carolina at 84%.
And it's still too close to call when Trump has 50.72% of the vote and Harris has 48.17% of the vote.
And then Georgia with 87.92% reported in.
Trump is ahead at 51.25% and Harris is behind at 48.06%.
And so it is getting down to the wire.
And hopefully we can get a couple of states to flip in Trump's direction to be able to push him over the hurdle.
Because as we start going out to the West, it will be hard for Trump to flip Washington, Oregon, and California.
And so those will go over to the Harris campside.
And that could actually hurt Trump in the long run.
Now looking at the Senate seats, we still are maintaining.
And right now, the Republicans have still only flipped one seat so far.
And the Democrats have not flipped any of the seats.
And so right now, if things were to kind of hold, we are now aware of 49 Republicans that would control the Senate compared to 39 Democrats.
So we just need to hold on to two more seats to basically have control of the Senate, which would be absolutely remarkable.
Now, in regards to the House, Republicans now have 139 seats to the Democrats, 92 seats.
And so that is positive news that if it keeps trending, the Republicans should maintain control of the House of the United States Congress.
And so that would be absolutely good news for us so that we could, at a minimum, stop the Democrats, but for sure give Donald Trump the support that he needs.
So now just checking in on South Dakota, 19% of the vote is in.
And then Minnesota, let's see if they're ready to surge yet.
No, they're at 9.41%.
But in breaking news, in Minnesota, Donald Trump leads Kamala Harris 95,000 votes to 55,000 votes.
And don't worry, in South Dakota, Trump already won.
That was called a while ago.
It was automatically assumed.
Okay, so now kind of breaking down some of the reports for the South Dakota viewers out there.
When we look at kind of the important ones for South Dakota, one of the biggest ones is Amendment G, which we are closely tracking.
And right now, that one is at 65% versus 35% against allowing abortions in South Dakota.
Then the other one that is absolutely important for South Dakota residents is the opposing the legislature's bill.
And so that was going to be the carbon pipeline destruction of private property rights.
And so 64% of South Dakotans have referred that law away to invalidate it versus 36% that thought that was a good idea.
Yes, this is absolutely awesome.
And so I want to this.
And so we were kind of talking in one of the breaks here that this is actually really stunning.
And so South Dakota, even the legalizing the recreational use and possession and distribution of marijuana, there's kind of a little bit of a story here that needs to be told.
And so in 2020, South Dakota, it wasn't about Trump, and it was actually about the legalization of marijuana.
And after that had basically had some issues where the amendment, or I want to say the initiative, was so bad that Christy Noam, the governor, referred it to action by the judiciary.
And the Supreme Court said, no, that's not valid.
But what we were seeing in 2020 is that it didn't make sense to us that recreational passed.
It did make sense that medical would pass, but not recreational.
And when we looked at it, we were concerned that there was a election irregularities that happened with that proposed amendment.
So then after it had basically got destroyed in 2021 by the courts, they brought it back in in 2022 and it failed.
It failed miserably again in South Dakota.
Then they bring it back again with IM 29.
And here we are again seeing it fail.
And there was a lot of election integrity work that South Dakota Camincine did and so many other great activists.
And we found voter roles, we found organizations and groups that were registered where they should not have been registered.
And so we did a lot of due diligence to try and clean up the roles.
And let's just say the poll watching, the activism by great organizations, and the coming together and also making the public aware of what these bills are, it is so fantastic to kind of see the early results of that grassroots coming together to really live by our state motto here in South Dakota.
Under God, the people rule.
And so that's absolutely something to cheer about.
And absolutely.
And so the reality is that I want the rest of the country to see what we've done in South Dakota to bring conservatism back, to protect the life of the unborn, to protect the minds of people who don't understand what marijuana can do to people.
And there are great leaders in that arena.
And one of them is going to become a legislator as well that will be a solid voice in the legislature.
And I'm so proud of him and his wife and his team and all of the work that he has done and even bringing in a former sheriff of Missouri up here to tell the story of what has happened and how it has changed over the years.
And from a law enforcement to kind of see that mental anguish of people who get addicted to it and end up destroying their, having their lives destroyed of it.
And that's not what God wants.
And so I'm really proud of even the pastors coming out during Sunday services in South Dakota to talk about abortion, to talk about getting out there and voting.
And so it is time that we have to take our country back and we have to take responsibility back for ourselves and our own conduct.

I am Rick Weibel hosting for Mike Lindell on this great holiday.
I wish it was election night.
But this is kind of like Christmas where you kind of are waiting for that.
You're opening this gift very slowly.
And what are we going to have?
Are we going to have Trump as our president or Kamala Harris as our president?
Right now with the popular vote, Trump is in the lead at 49.1 million votes.
And Kamala Harris has 43.3 million votes.
And this is just great.
This is absolutely incredible to see.
And unfortunately, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona, North Carolina, Georgia, and Nevada are still too close to call.
But Trump does win Iowa.
And so that is great news that Trump took Iowa.
And that was with 84% of the precincts reporting.
So that tells you that the Harris campaign published a false poll that was misleading.
And so this is why it is so important to make sure you get out and vote because election night is the official poll of Americans.
That is just absolutely true.
Now when we look at South Dakota, we still are at about 22% reporting.
Minnesota, let's see how well it's doing.
It has surged to 13.38%.
And the good news is that Donald J. Trump in Minnesota is at 169,000 to Kamala Harris's 99,000 votes.
Okay, but the reality is Minnesota's registered voters is 3.6 million people and it'll probably land at about 2.8 million votes.
So I don't think we have Hennepin County's numbers in here.
And so I'm anticipating Minnesota to kind of flip.
Now, one of the other things I want to make sure that people also know is that we do need to kind of have a software audit if you are joining us.
And so over at uscase.org, we are putting together our resources to make sure that we are going to conduct a Dominion and ESS source code audit where we really want to look at four areas: the ballot image and cast vote record randomization compliance, then the encryption compliance, then the modem and software compliance, and then also the security compliance.
We've lined up GSA certified evaluators, and we also understand that all the materials in the software have to be supervised by the vendors to make sure that we protect their rights and their products.
And so those would be conducted separately.
And we are looking for donations over at uscase.org to be able to conduct this.
And we're working with a couple of states to make sure that we can get this done in a timely fashion.
And so please support our efforts there to make sure that we have proper oversight of the elections and the election hardware and software to make sure that we are actually using our equipment properly and that the manufacturers are doing a good job to help protect our elections.
And so it's better to start this process now before we start looking at the 2026 elections.
And also, as we kind of have learned over the last four years, I think there's a lot of improvements that we can make in the individual state legislatures.
And we should not be counting on the federal government to fix our elections.
They don't have the authority to do so.
The U.S. Constitution under Article 4 gives that authority to the state legislatures to set the time, place, and manner of the elections.
And so we need to make sure that we understand that and go to our legislatures and demand and support people who are willing to make significant reforms in our elections to have the proper oversight.
Because like in Wyoming, when I did the test over there for 23 counties in the primary election, they all basically failed to actually test all three of their ballot styles that they use in the elections and they didn't have the proper oversight.
And so this is where we want to make sure that Secretary of States are stepping forward as well as legislatures to really look at this.
And we need more autopilot legislation that when certain things don't happen correctly, that we default to hand counting away from the machines to make sure that our elections are secure.
We also need to make sure that we have built-in disaster recovery plans because as we saw during this election, where there were instances of voter roll systems going down and also election systems going down, we want to make sure that voters aren't waning.
We want to make sure that they're not turned away.
We want to make sure that voters can vote easily, securely, and without delay so that they have confidence in the elections.
And so looking at what happened in the primary in Wyoming just absolutely broke my trust.
And what I even see in South Dakota during the primary, but also in the general election where we've evaluated some of the counties that were willing to actually give us the information, they didn't test everything properly.
And it requires a lot of hard work and effort.
And so before I close out the night, or actually this segment, we just want to give you another quick update as to where Trump is.
And it looks like he's gained another electoral vote and he's now sitting at 212 electoral votes to Kamala Harris, 119.
And now Trump has broken the 50 million actual votes versus Kamala Harris only at 44 million votes nationwide.
And so I hope this continues to trend well.
And it looks like Trump gained a couple, looks like he gained an electoral vote out of Maine because that's the latest one that has turned in favor of Trump.
right now Wisconsin 59% reporting Michigan 26% reporting Virginia 74% reporting North Carolina 86% reporting and Georgia 90% reporting and it's still too close to call with Trump at 51% and Harris at 48% let's hope and pray that Georgia will swing towards Donald J Trump.
That will be so important.

Welcome to Election Night, the special here on Lindell TV.
Absolutely great to be with you guys.
A lot more races have been called.
Now that California, Oregon, and Washington have all gone towards Harris.
We didn't expect anything less.
And then Trump picked up Idaho.
So currently, the race is 216 electoral votes for Trump and then 193 electoral votes for Harris.
And so right now, the popular vote, Trump is at 51.3 million votes compared to Harris at 45.4 million votes.
This is good.
Now, some of the things that are really interesting here is that if we look at Wisconsin, they are reporting 60% of their vote in.
And right now, Trump is in the lead, 50% to 48% in that state.
Michigan is still trailing in their reporting with only 27% of the vote in, with Trump in the lead, 51 to 46%.
Pennsylvania with 70% of the vote in.
Trump is ahead 51 to 48 percent.
Now in Virginia with 75 percent of the vote in, Trump is behind Harris, who's at 50 percent, and Trump is at 48 percent.
North Carolina with 86.83 percent of the vote in, Trump is ahead at 50.8 percent, and Harris is at 48 percent.
Now, in Georgia, with 90 percent of the vote in, Trump is in the lead with 51 percent and Harris at 48 percent.
And this is absolutely incredible because they have some large cities that probably have not reported in yet, and so they're probably processing quite a few absentee ballots that is preventing them from calling it.
Now, in New Mexico, uh, with 66 percent of the votes in, Harris is at 52 percent, and Trump is at 45 percent.
Arizona, too close to call with 49.8 percent of the precincts in, Trump is barely ahead with 49.6 percent, and Harris 49.5 percent.
And so, the vote separation currently there is about 2,500 ballots.
That is absolutely incredible.
And so, as we look at this, it is absolutely incredible to see where this election is trending.
And so, hopefully, we can get some of these other election results in here shortly for you.
However, I wanted to take a look at abortion across the United States again.
And we still have three states that have approved it.
We have one state that has defeated it, and six states that are to be decided.
And so, currently tonight, we have Colorado, Maryland, and New York that have approved it, but Florida has turned it down, and South Dakota is on its way of turning that one down.
Now, for a little extra credit for folks that have been following what's been happening in South Dakota regarding initiated measure 29, so far, that one is looking like it will go down, and it's at 62% to 38% in South Dakota.
And in North Dakota, that one is a much closer race where it's currently at 54% to 46%.
In Florida, the legalization of recreational has been defeated 56% to 44%.
Now, when we look at some of the other measures, it is absolutely interesting to kind of see where South Dakota is at at 26% of the vote already in, and Minnesota is still lagging behind with 16.9%.
And so, this is kind of interesting to kind of see the class difference between South Dakota and Minnesota, where Minnesota actually has the voters insert their paper ballots into the tabulators at the polls, whereas South Dakota does a central count.
And I think one of the other things that has really damaged Minnesota is the high voter turnout that they had with the absentee balloting process and the amount and volume of ballots that they had to open by hand.
And so, as the night continues, I think this is going to be unfortunately a long night to where these problems in these swing states are going to hold up the results of the elections.
And I don't think Americans are going to put up with that very well.
And they are going to ask for some legislative changes to make sure that we have enough people to get these elections done the correct way.
Now, looking at the Senate, it looks like the Republicans now hold 50 seats to the Democrats, 42 seats in the U.S. Senate.
So there are some more races to be decided in these swing states that could help give the advantage to the Republicans.
And it looks that like that will happen tonight.
Then in the House, currently, the Republicans have 159 seats to the Democrats, 104 seats.
And so hopefully that will continue to trend here tonight.
And so as we look at this, this is just absolutely an exciting night.
It looks like we're going to be here late to call these election results and especially what is happening in these eastern states that are causing all of these problems out there.
And so when we look at just the slowness of these results coming in, it has got to be the absentee ballots that are causing these issues.
And so we are just going to have to see where this thing goes.
And according to Fox News, their voter analysis found that 53% of Pennsylvanians wanted a substantial change in how the U.S. is run.
So that is actually significant.
And so this is where quite a few people are believing that Pennsylvania will actually swing towards Trump because of what Joe Biden has done over there.
And currently, with 72% of the vote in, Trump is leading 51 to 47%.
And so if that trend can continue, Trump would get those 19 electoral votes, which would be absolutely huge.
And so if Trump can take a Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Georgia, he would be well on his way to seal the deal to become a repeat president of the United States of America and get us out of this nightmare.
Cheer that up.
We just have to hope and pray that that will actually happen.
And so another quick result refresh here on Minnesota.
They're finally at 19%.
And just to troll Minnesota a little bit longer here, Donald J. Trump is ahead in Minnesota with 252,000 votes compared to Kamala Harris at 154,000 votes.
So whoever's working those numbers, hopefully we can keep it going.
Now in South Dakota, we're at 28% of the precincts reporting.
And so it'll be interesting to kind of see where this will shift.
And it looks like the Constitutional Amendment F requiring or authorizing the state to impose a work requirement on eligible individuals for expanded Medicare benefits, that is still trending, yes, 54 to 46%.
Now, in regards to abortion, that is still solidly against allowing abortion in South Dakota, 64 to 36%.
That is great.
And also, in regards to the initiated measure regarding marijuana, that is still trending towards defeat at 61 to 39% in trying to legalize marijuana.
So, yay.
Now, in regards to protecting property rights, looks like 63% are with the activists and 37% are with the legislature, which actually interesting story there.
During the primary, 14 incumbents lost their seats in the primary election, and a lot of that is due to referred law 21.
And so, that is absolutely important for people to understand that, yes, in South Dakota, under God, the people rule.
And so, we absolutely, as activists, took that to heart and we have been able to make significant changes for the people in South Dakota.
And it looks like tonight, South Dakota is going to continue to trend in that direction.

It was around 10, 11 o'clock in the morning, and I received an email from PayPal.
It showed in this email that there was a debit in my PayPal account that was going to be taken out.
I don't remember following the link in the email, even.
I think I went straight to the PayPal account and that pending debit was there.
And it was for about $1,000, I believe.
So it was a lot of money.
So I called the phone number on that email.
And it just, it kind of, the way they were, the way this guy was talking, I didn't even question what he was saying.
And I've worked with computers for the past 40 years.
And he just kept convincing me.
And I was, he was a legitimate person that was going to fix my computer.
And I had faith in him that he was doing his job.
I got in the car and I was, and I drove and I was just thinking, this doesn't sound, this isn't right.
I've given this guy enough money to buy like two computers.
So I came home and I just thought about it some more and I called my actually my wife had come home.
I was by myself.
I had to fix the computer, fix my phone, change my bank accounts, change all of my passwords.
I mean, I went through like two weeks of going through everything I owned, changing everything that I had because of this guy calling me for those two or three hours.
How did I fall for this?
And it was just, it was a very traumatic experience.
I know I wasn't the only one out there that fallen for this.
Listen to yourself and think about it before you do anything and don't just trust somebody, even though it's so believable somehow.
I don't know.

I mean, if they feel that's something important to you, do it.

And great to be with you here on election night.
It's like Christmas for political junkies like myself.
And right now, Trump is in the lead with 216 electoral votes.
And Harris only has 193 electoral votes.
And currently, Trump is winning the popular vote with 54.9 million votes, and Harris is sitting at 49.5 million votes.
So this is fantastic.
Cheer, everybody.
And currently, the Senate, the Republicans have 50 seats.
The Democrats have 42.
And then over in the House, the Republicans have captured 164 seats to the Democrats, 109 seats.
And this is absolutely incredible.
And it looks like we are about to, I've just got a flash that Trump wins North Carolina.
And so that is another 16 electoral votes.
That is fantastic.
Fox News has not reported that yet, but the Wall Street Journal is flashing that right now as we speak here at 1022 tonight.
And so if that's the case, that will put Trump at 232 electoral votes on the track for 270.
And so North Carolina is one of the critical ones that Trump needed to win.
And so Trump is getting so much closer to seizing the election victory tonight.
And so right now, in some of these swing states that are out there, Wisconsin is at 65% reporting.
Michigan still trailing behind at 31% reporting.
Pennsylvania, 76% reporting.
Virginia, 76% reporting.
And Georgia at 90.3% reporting.
Going over to New Mexico, 69% reporting.
And Arizona, 49% reporting.
Nevada, they've done nothing.
So hopefully they can get their act together over there in Nevada and get us some election results.
Fox News still has not Fox News has not declared North Carolina yet.
And of course, Alaska does not close until 1 a.m. Eastern Time or midnight our time.
And then Hawaii, they will be closing here in about 40 minutes.
And so Alaska has three electoral votes and Hawaii has four electoral votes.
And typically, we would consider those going towards potentially Harris, but Alaska could trend towards Trump, kind of flipping this election either way.
And so hopefully we can get these eastern states to report in for Trump so that he can basically seal the deal as part of the art of the deal.
So as we look at some of the other statewide initiatives out there across the United States, we are kind of seeing, you know, it's just really disgusting that we see these abortion bills out there trying to do these rights.
And so right now in Arizona, for their state constitutional right to an abortion, that is a yes, 63% to no, 37%.
Colorado has adopted it 61% to 39%.
Florida has rejected it.
Maryland has accepted it at 74%.
Missouri looks like they could accept it at 55%.
Montana looks like at 55% currently, but we'll have to look at the percentage of vote in.
New England is looking at this at 50%.
This might actually be Nebraska.
I believe it's Nebraska is too close to call, 50 to 50%.
Then Nevada has not put any results in yet.
And New York has passed it at 72 to 28%.
And currently, South Dakota is rejecting the idea at 64%.
Now, in regards to marijuana, it looks like South Dakota is on its way to defeat it along with Florida.
And it also looks like North Dakota is on its way to also defeat it.
And so it looks like people have learned the lessons of Colorado and some of the other Western states talking about their regret allowing so many drugs out there and what it has done to their society.
So I just really want to thank the ISMAs for really leading the charge in South Dakota to bring awareness out there.
And so let's give them a big hand here.
And so there are just so many good activists out there.
And a special thanks to SD Kamitzin for protecting the elections tonight and so many good volunteers across the state.
And some of our volunteers are actually in other states tonight, also kind of reporting in what's happening there, but also keeping close contact what's happening in their counties as well.

It was around 10, 11 o'clock in the morning, and I received an email from PayPal.
It showed in this email that there was a debit in my PayPal account that was going to be taken out.

How did I fall for this?
And it was just, it was a very traumatic experience.
I know I wasn't the only one out there that fallen for this.
Listen to yourself and think about it before you do anything and don't just trust somebody, even though it's so believable somehow.
I don't know.

Welcome back.
I am subsiding in for Mike Lindell tonight.
And what a great night for election coverage tonight.
Currently, Fox News is reporting that Trump is at 216 electoral votes to Harris, 193.
However, the Wall Street Journal and AP are both saying that Trump has taken North Carolina's 16 electoral votes.
So that would, in essence, put Trump at 232.
So congratulations, Trump, for picking up another seat.
So this is great.
Now, for the national popular vote, Trump basically maintains his lead at 57.6 million votes compared to Kamala Harris, 52.8 million votes.
So keep it going, Trump.
We just got to keep it going.
This is so exciting.
Currently, the Republicans have only flipped one Senate seat so far, and they have flipped three House seats.
And so this is encouraging news that there appears to be a little bit of a red ripple or maybe a red wave happening within the two chambers.
And hopefully we'll continue to see advances there to support and kind of change the direction of the country where we need to go.
Now in South Dakota, it's interesting that we're at about 32% of precincts that have reported.
And then in Minnesota, they're finally at 38% of the vote.
And now the votes have flipped in Minnesota towards Kamala-Harris at 837,000 votes to 636,000 votes for Donald J. Trump.
And so that means some of the larger counties must have reported.
And so far, almost 1,600 of the 4,100 precincts have reported in Minnesota.
And so what's interesting is that, so now finally, Minnesota, according to Fox News, has reported 47% of their precincts.
And here it shows that Harris has Minnesota at 55% and Trump at 42%.
And so apparently the media is getting the election results ahead of their own Secretary of State.
And so I find that completely interesting where that is going.
Whereas when we look at South Dakota, we see that we have about 32% of the precincts reporting.
When we go to the Fox News website, we show that 25% of the precincts are reporting.
So that's what we would expect is a little bit of a delay to the media compared to what is actually posted on the Secretary of State's website.
And so luckily, we have activists kind of around the United States collecting this type of information and kind of watching what is going on.
And so, of course, there's basically two states left where we're waiting for their polls to close, and that is Alaska and Hawaii, which is much later in the night.
But still, it's surprising that Fox News still has not called North Carolina, and they're reporting that 88.9% of the precincts are reported in North Carolina, and two other news agencies have already called North Carolina.
Georgia is still not reported, and they're at 91% of the precincts reported.
And Virginia is still at 80%.
Pennsylvania, 79%.
Michigan still lagging at 36.9%.
Wisconsin at 67.8%.
And then New Mexico, 74%.
Arizona still at a standstill at 49%.
That's absolutely incredible.
And Nevada just isn't reporting at all.
California, which had is two hours behind Minnesota, has already reported 25% of their precincts in.
And so, and then also Oregon has already reported 60% of their precincts and Washington 58% of their precincts.
So, when we take three Democrat states that are reporting faster than Minnesota and they're two hours behind Minnesota, what's going on, Minnesota?
We have to ask.
What's going on, Michigan?
What's going on, Pennsylvania?
What's going on, Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia, when these states out on the West Coast can report much faster than you can?
This is a significant issue that must be reviewed within each of the state legislatures to make sure that we don't run into these issues again.
But let's remember: accuracy has to be the most important thing when we are conducting our elections.
And so, we cannot lose sight of that.
And currently, it looks like the Republicans on the House side, 165 to 115 for the Democrats.
In the Senate, 50 to 42 Republicans versus the 42 Democrats.
So, as the night continues, hopefully, we'll continue to get additional updates and hopefully more swings to the Republicans in this election night.
Now, what's interesting is I'm going to flip over here to CNN and looking at some of their results, it's actually interesting to see that they are lagging behind compared to so many of the other agencies that they have Trump at 211 and Harris at 153.
And so, that's the Electoral College vote.
And so, it makes you wonder, but yet their actual votes, the popular vote, they are actually in alignment with Fox News reporting 57.7 million votes compared to Harris at 52.7 million votes.
And so, Trump still maintains a significant lead over Harris by about 5 million votes.
And so, this is absolutely incredible.
And so, CNN is still reporting only 48 Republicans in the Senate with one flipped and 36 Democrats in the Senate.
And in the House, 170 Republicans with three flipped, and only 124 Democrats.
And so, it's interesting to kind of see where CNN is trying to be more conservative in their reporting.
And I don't think their analysts are looking at things correctly.
And so, it is interesting to kind of see how some of their counterparts over at the AP and also at the Washington Post have already reported North Carolina, but yet CNN and Fox have not done it.
So, it is interesting to kind of see where that's at.
And that could be a story in the morning that people will kind of want to review.
So, now, kind of looking at some of the ballot measures here, it looks like Colorado has approved the abortion.
So, has Maryland, Missouri, and New York.
But Florida and South Dakota are the two that have defeated it or are on the way of defeating it.
Then, looking at Some of the other issues that are happening here, it's absolutely stunning to see it looks like marijuana is going to be rejected in Florida, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
And so that is absolutely exciting.
And so hopefully Fox News will figure out what's going on in North Carolina and why their numbers are stalled at 90% and why the other two agencies are calling that election.
And so as we learn more, we will bring that news to you.
And I also want to make sure that for those of you that have joined late here, you can find plenty of election resources over at uscase.org if you need to learn how to do a logic and accuracy test and understand whether or not your election official tested the equipment appropriately to make sure that each candidate has a different vote for them on the different ballot styles that could go through a tabulator.
And so that is very important, especially for some of you candidates that may have a close election that you may want to make sure that the first thing you look at is: was the machine properly tested to record the votes in my race?
That would be the first part of an election contest that you need to ask yourself to make sure that everything is on the up and up.
The other piece is where it gets a little muddy is trying to understand the software itself.
They're not going to give you access to that.
And so we just need to make sure that you look at the oversight of the machine itself before you can actually do an election contest.
And so there will be quite a few close races, I believe, across the United States, the way that this is trending of what we are seeing here.
Now, kind of the side-to-side comparison between Minnesota and South Dakota.
South Dakota is at 35% reporting, and now Minnesota has jumped ahead now at 45% reporting.
And the race is tightening up a little bit where Kamala Harris has 893,000 votes and Donald Trump has 730,000 votes.
So that's a 53 to 43%.
And that is just with 45% of the precincts reporting.
And so it looks like Minnesota is going to have a lot more ballots to count because I believe they're going to be pretty close to right around 2.8 million votes cast.
And they're a little away from that.
Now, when it comes to South Dakota, it looks like we are getting pretty close, probably having a major update here in the next 15 minutes as they get through some of the larger counties to basically get that reporting in.
And I think we're going to have some surprise wins out there.
There's a young lady kind of out by winter South Dakota, Michaela.
She is a young married mom who has won her race out there.
She ran an incredible primary election.
And so congratulations to Michaela for winning your seat out there and what the Freedom Caucus has done in South Dakota.
So let's give her a big hand.

That's sorry to barge in, but we have breaking news here.
North Carolina was finally called for Trump, which puts them at 232.
And then Virginia was called for Harris, which brings her to 211.
And so now the electoral college vote is getting so narrow as we get to that path of 270.
And now the national popular vote for Donald Trump, he leads with 59.6 million votes.
And then Harris is sitting at 55.6 million votes.
And it's absolutely incredible to see that Trump is maintaining this significant lead.
And what is so outstanding is that it's incredible that Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia, and Nevada are still lagging behind here.
But especially when we look at Pennsylvania, where it's kind of holding in at that 81% of the votes in, and Georgia still at 91%, Michigan still slowly moving forward, finally lurched to 40%, and Wisconsin holding at 70%.
Minnesota is at about 51% of the vote in, and Arizona dead at 50%, and Nevada still has not pushed any votes in so far.
And so I don't know what they're doing over there where they're holding back all of those votes, but it is absolutely incredible.
Now, Fox News is reporting that the Republicans have captured the Senate at 51.
Fox News is also reporting that the Republicans have the House so far in the lead at 168 to 119.
This is absolutely good news tonight.
And as we continue to see what is happening, this is absolutely incredible.
Now, if we look at what CNN is reporting, of course, they don't want to show you any good news whatsoever.
And so, but they're reporting that two Republican seats in the Senate have flipped from Democrat to Republican.
And in the House, we still are maintaining three flip seats from Democrats to Republicans.
And so this, the reason why we're talking to you tonight is that with Mitch McConnell potentially stepping down or stepping aside from a leadership position, South Dakota's John Thune might actually become the leader of the U.S. Senate.
And so this state, I think, ends up being in a power position in the United States for activism, but also being able to have a seat at the table by leading the United States in the Senate.
So stay tuned where we go as a country and South Dakota's role in this from an activist, but also a Senate leadership piece in this.
And as we start looking at the 2026 election, we already see that Christy Noam, her term as governor will end because of our constitutional limitation for two terms.
And so what she does for 2026 will be on the mind of many South Dakotans.
And who will run for governor?
Will that be Dusty Johnson?
Will that be a showing back?
Will that be rounds from the Senate trying to make a run for it?
Or will there be several outsiders that could run?
Would it be an AG candidate like Marty Jackley?
So that will be on the minds of many, especially in Minnesota when you look at Walls with all the damage that has been brought his way.
If Kamala loses the election, will Walls continue with all of the bashing that has happened to him?
Will voters in Minnesota still have confidence in him?
And will he run for another term for governor?
And so there's a lot of stories here to be told across the United States as kind of the table shifts.
And now it is absolutely Incredible that we are seeing Pennsylvania still hold at 81%, Michigan at 41%, Wisconsin at 72%, and Georgia still at 91%.
So these races are too close to call.
And specifically in Wisconsin, Trump is leading 51 to 47% with 73% of the vote in.
And in Michigan, Trump is leading 51 to 46% with 41% of the vote in.
Then in Pennsylvania, Trump is leading 51 to 47% with 81% of the vote in.
And in Georgia, Trump is leading 50 to 48.5% with 93% of the vote in.
And so this is absolutely incredible to see the trajectory of where this is going.
And so hopefully there's not that many absentee ballots left and that they can get through this process to make sure that we have an election result tonight as close as possible.
And so with this race really coming down to the wire because of these swing states as predicted and expected by the national media, we can certainly see that.
And now we see Nebraska's kind of carve out there that one of those electoral votes went over to Harris.
And so that's where we see Harris getting that little bump up.
And so currently, Trump is at 232.
Harris is at 212.
And the national popular vote, Trump leads with 60.4 million votes and Harris trails with 56.3 million votes.
And so it looks like the Republicans definitely did turn out and are pushing Trump ahead.
And so these are trending towards significant record numbers.
And hopefully these numbers will continue to push.
And hopefully we've had good voter turnout across the United States.
So we are going to take another commercial break.

He is down in Mar-Lago with Trump, hopefully getting ready for a boisterous celebration.
Another state has just been called for Harris, and we expected the state of Hawaii to go towards Harris.
And so right now, Trump is leading in the Electoral College 232 votes to 216 votes.
And in the national popular vote, Trump leads $61.4 million to 57.2 million.
That is narrowing, but Trump is still ahead, and that is cause for celebration.
And you would think I pay them, but I don't.
They're just awesome patriots here.
And so at the live studio audience here at the Pages residence.
So give a big wave, everybody.
We are here to witness history tonight here in South Dakota.
And we are glad you could join us.
And South Dakota is making history here in multiple ways with Mitch McConnell stepping down from a leadership role.
The next person in line is potentially Senator John Thune.
Yeah.
Cheers for that.
So luckily, we've got an extra buffer now as we kind of flip the Senate, which is absolutely great.
So now we have 51 seats to 43 seats in the U.S. Senate.
And absolutely.
Then in the House chambers, it is at 174 Republicans to 130 Democrat.
And so this is absolutely awesome.
And there are some additional House seats to be called, especially in Minnesota.
that will help propel those numbers, keep them going.
So this is absolutely great.
And hopefully we can keep this trend going.
Looking at CNN's reports here, they are reporting different numbers, which is really interesting.
So in the House, they are saying that the Democrats have 150 seats, the Republicans have 177, with three of those seats flipping towards the Republicans.
Now in the Senate, they have reported that two seats have flipped, but only account for 49 Republicans in the Senate and 40 Democrats.
Now in the presidential race, they're also behind where they basically President Trump has 230 electoral votes and 182 votes for Harris.
And so it's really interesting to see those dynamics and those differences kind of coming out.
And it's interesting that CNN is not really calling some of the Northeastern seaboard states for Harris when most of the other news agencies have already called that.
And so it's kind of interesting to see those dynamics.
Now, when we look at kind of the news in South Dakota, the state here is reporting about 44% of the precincts are reported in.
Then over here in Minnesota, we're at 49.82% of the precincts reporting.
And currently, Kamala Harris is leading in Minnesota 931,000 votes to 797,000 votes for Donald J. Trump.
Now, to make us feel better, Donald J. Trump won South Dakota handedly.
So we just have to remind ourselves of that, that in the free state of South Dakota, where under God, the people rule, we actually chose correctly.
Now, in regards to kind of what's happening in regards to abortion out there, Ballotpedia is reporting that four states have approved the constitutional right to abortion, whereas one state has defeated it.
South Dakota is on track to become a second state to defeat it.
Currently, the stats are at 63% to defeat it versus only 37% to approve abortion.
And so hopefully that will continue through the night, and that will continue to be good for us.
Now for the marijuana issue, which is taken up in three states, basically.
Florida has already rejected it.
Then in North Dakota, they're on their way to reject it.
Then South Dakota is on its way to reject it as well.
And so this will be absolutely interesting to kind of see where things go across the United States.
Now, when it comes to medical marijuana, it looks like Nebraska has legalized the use of medical use and has also established a medical cannabis commission to regulate the state's medical marijuana program.
And that was also on its way for approval.
Now, when it comes to psychedelics, Massachusetts, looking at that, Senator Massachusetts or Maine, it looks like for the yes votes, that only guarded 43%, and then the no votes only got 57%.
So it looks like that's not going to pass at this point in time.
Now, what's interesting too is that South Dakota, I want to kind of point out some interesting stats here, team.
I didn't realize this until looking at Ballotpedia.
Did you know that for the initiated Measure 29 to support legalization of marijuana, they spent $1.6 million versus the opposing side spent $37,832.
So that was a bad investment in South Dakota so far.
If this continues to trend, that money is not going to win politics here in South Dakota.
And so, yeah, you can't buy us out here in South Dakota.
And so really proud of Ismay and Dusta and so many of the other great volunteers out there that really helped to protect our state from that ravaging disaster that could be.
Now kind of looking at the swing states here of Wisconsin, they are at 76% reporting with Trump in the lead at 51 to 47%.
Then Michigan with still only 46% reporting.
Trump, oh, that just updated.
Now 47.5% reporting, Trump at 52%, and Harris at 46%.
Pennsylvania with 83% reporting, Trump at 51%, and Harris at 48%.
Georgia, you got my heart, Georgia, 93% reporting, Trump at almost 51%, and then Harris at 48.5%.
It's coming.
Now Arizona, 50% in, and Trump is in the lead with 49.85% to Harris, 49.35%.
Yep, a vote separation of 9,000 votes is what is separating the two, where they have almost 900,000 votes each.
It's just absolutely incredible.
Nevada, they're not telling us anything.
They're not showing us any reports there whatsoever.
Minnesota is finally reporting about 55% of their vote in, and Harris is at almost a 52% margin compared to Trump at about 46%.
So we'll see where that lands.
And then the Fox News is still reporting that the Republicans have the Senate at 51 to 43.
Now, in regards to the House seat, they are showing that the House, the Republicans have at 176 and the Democrats have at 136.
Now, to control the House, you need 218.
And so, this is going to be absolutely incredible to see how far the Republicans can capture those seats across the country.
And so, it looks like the Republicans are doing slightly better across the United States.
And so, hopefully, that trend can continue through the rest of the night.
This is absolutely incredible.
And it is just so good to see that we have these types of close elections that are actually happening here across the United States.
But hopefully, we can get these eastern states to hurry up and actually get us the election results.
We hope that there aren't any gainsmanship that are happening out there because that just destroys the confidence in the elections.
And so, we just need to make sure that these election officials are getting the job done.
And so, when we come back, let's talk a little bit more about election integrity and then also have some additional election updates to figure out what are some things that could be preventing these states from reporting tonight.

It is absolutely amazing to be with you here tonight to kind of go over the elections kind of from a Midwestern perspective.
And it is absolutely interesting to see how far we are waiting on these swing states.
And it's crazy to think that Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Arizona are holding us up.
And especially with Nevada, they still have not reported any votes whatsoever, according to Fox News.
And so something has got to be happening over there that just doesn't make any sense at all.
And in looking over at the Gateway Pundit, it is actually interesting that the RNC came in and forced Center County, Pennsylvania to keep counting ballots all night after officials plan to stop.
Hmm.
We've heard that story before.
So thank you, RNC, for coming in and making sure that we don't hear that, you know, beep, beep, beep of a truck potentially coming in.
So ballot security is maintained when everybody stays there and gets the job done.
So we can get rid of the you know issues that could potentially happen.
Then we also see that in the prediction markets right now, New York Times has Trump winning with a 91% chance of winning.
And then the Polymark market basically has Trump at 87.4% right now versus Takamala at 12%.
So the betting market are still on Trump's side tonight.
But there's breaking news.
Breaking news is that boxes of ballots are still arriving at Detroit's Bureau of Elections and cars with California license plates at 11 p.m.
And so the Gateway Pundit is reporting this, and there are pictures of people bringing in ballots in boxes.
And so Project Veritas has caught this and they are releasing the videos online.
Plus, we also see.
And we also see that where Trump is going here is that I think we're going to see some challenges coming in, especially in this type of environment.
We hope that they're not cheating, but if they are absolutely doing that, that is absolutely dangerous.
Then, of course, it sounds like the Gateway Pundit is reporting that there's some joyous streams over there over at MSNBC that unfortunately Joy Reed has called Florida an extreme right-wing fascist state and attacks half of the country for supporting Trump.
I think she needs a wake-up call to get out of her own fishbowl because what she has been doing on the air is absolutely disgusting.
And it is sad to see somebody like that continue to be promoted on our national airways.
And so I really need to get her some help and some support because this type of TDS syndrome cannot continue.
It is not good for her health.
And she is definitely going to need some help if Trump is victorious tonight.
Now, we are also seeing other people where, of course, the Democrats want to sit there and bash the Electoral College.
And that is actually a danger.
And here, thank you, Apollo.
He is actually showing the Project Veritas video here tonight where we can actually see these ballots being brought in late at night.
This does not look like we have two partisans overseeing the ballots.
These people do not look like official election workers.
And so I want to thank Project Veritas for exposing this.
And this is why it's so important.
Look at this gentleman dragging a blue ballot box across the ground.
That is not normal election behavior.
And we need to call out this kind of stuff because look at that.
He is dragging it from the one fence all the way across the field there while carrying an envelope full of ballots, it looks like.
And these other characters are bringing in boxes of potential ballots.
This is not appropriate.
I do not believe counties have mixed-use types of ballots and security.
This is not appropriate chain of custody.
And so I really hope the RNC takes immediate action on this as soon as possible.
And Apollo, thank you for being quick on the gun there and actually showing that.
And that is just absolutely frightening that we see this kind of stuff.
And oh, by the way, remember the cases in Arizona regarding ballot equipment kind of failing?
An Arizona judge rules polls in blue Apache County will stay open until 9 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, which is already past now, due to printer failures.
Oh, yeah, the same thing that Republicans were denied in 2022.
So poor Carrie Lake.
And so the reality here is why can't they get their act together to get this stuff fixed?
And so time and time again, we see these things keep happening.
Now, luckily, it looks like Carrie Lake is reporting that she held a press conference and she is making the claim that Republicans hold a massive lead in Arizona ballot returns.
And so if that is true, that would be absolutely exciting.
Now, apparently, a voting site in a king in a key swing state of Pennsylvania had been evacuated after disruptors stormed a polling location.
And so that is absolutely incredible that that kind of stuff is allowed to happen.
So hopefully they were able to resolve that and get that cleaned up.
This is shocking, what is happening out there.
And so it looks like we have to continue our oversight in the elections.
And so those of you great patriots that are watching over our elections in these key swinging states, thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you for collecting the evidence and making sure that our elections are safe and secure.
And seeing that video by Project Veritas is actually chilling.
And we cannot allow stuff like that to happen ever.

So a little update here in regards to Wisconsin.
They're almost at 80% reporting.
So it's narrowing there.
And Trump is ahead so far at 51% to 47%.
So that's great news so far.
In Michigan, only 52% of the ballots are in.
And so what is happening in Michigan?
Well, it looks like they are doing some extracurricular activities.
Now in Pennsylvania, we are seeing a report in at 86%, still kind of slowly lurching along here.
And in Georgia, we're at 93%.
It is just a slow grind to get this in.
And Trump is in the lead there.
I really hope that Trump can take Georgia and Pennsylvania and seal the deal along with Alaska.
That would be huge.
Now, Arizona has lurched again where it's still sitting at about 50%.
And Trump still has a narrow lead.
And of course, Nevada, guess what?
I think you can call it, haven't done anything yet.
Nothing is reported.
So, and we are probably about, we'll say 40 minutes away from Alaska reporting their results at least.
And we'll see where they go.
If Sarah Palin's previous date could actually swing for Trump, that would be exciting to help kind of narrow and kind of close out those options for Kamala Harris.
And that will be so important for us here tonight.
Now, currently in South Dakota, 48% of the precincts are reporting, which is good news.
And in Minnesota, about 57% of the precincts are reporting.
And there's been a narrowing of the gap in Minnesota, where Kamala has 973,000 votes and Donald Trump has 875,000 votes, closing that gap.
So this is good news, hopefully, that we can actually see some of that narrowing continue in Minnesota.

Just think about just the last two weeks and the things that Donald Trump has said into the TV that people could hear him say and do.
The vulgarity in front of families with young children and the threats to do mass deportation and violent.
a start, violent start to his dictatorship on day one.
And you name it.
If all of that gets you half of the votes, 48, 49%.
What does it tell you?
I mean, we need to really take a step back and think about what does that say about us?

That's not joy talking.
That is really negativity.
And that is not based on facts.
And that's really disgusting.
And I think that's something that we have to do better as politicians and the language that we use.
And especially when you have a candidate that has had multiple assassination attempts.
As a matter of fact, this is so disgusting.
It's that kind of language in the media.
And the reality is, I want to just simply ask: should MSNBC file a federal elections campaign finance report since all of the promotions that they've done for the Kamala campaign?
This is actually really disgusting.
And the level of the attacks and misinformation there is so disgusting.
And when they have their token Republican on there, that they just, as a whipping boy or woman out there, that is so inappropriate.
And no wonder why their viewership is actually crashing.
And I think it was really smart of Trump and JD Vance to actually go onto social media platforms where, again, Trump, in essence, breaks the mold.
And Kamala refused to go on the Joe Rogan podcast.
And so, will that be the detriment to her campaign and the presidency?
What really surprises me is when we look at Kamala Harris and we look at the issues that she's really campaigning on.
I'm sorry, that's word salad.
I'm not interested.
I want real meat and potatoes, and that's where Trump and JD Vance actually succeeded with, I think, so many Americans.
And this is why, when we look at the national popular vote of what Trump is at right now, and he is in a significant lead, it's absolutely incredible.
But it's also disgusting that MSNBC wants to put this type of product out there to basically try to tell viewers what is happening in national politics to have somebody like that go after the state of Florida to go after supporters.
There are different reasons why people support a candidate.
It may be issue-based, it may be financially, it may be a vision that that candidate supports.
Now, the last time we had a perfect human on the planet, we nailed him to a cross.
So, we have to remember that we are failures and kind of looking at these saviors out there.
And Trump is no savior.
We know that.
And the reality is when we look at the world stage out there and we actually look at what Trump has done and you see the amount of generosity that Trump has given,
he is an unsung hero where he has seen the weak, the people who have medical issues, and he has brought his airplane out to them to get them the medical care that they need and services.
And if you even are aware of the story with Sarah Huckabee Sanders and other women that have gone through issues and challenges in their life, what a great supporter he is.
And you look at the kids that Trump has raised, that speaks a lot about Trump's character.
And for her to go the way that she did, Joy, what joy does she really have in her life?
I think she needs to take a step back and really look at this and self-examine.
She needs to have a more positive view of where the country is going.
So that's my little, that's my little rant.
And that's just so disgusting to see.
Now, looking at the race here, it's absolutely disgusting to see where we're at.

All right, so here we are.
Trump with 63.6 million votes compared to Harris at 59.1 million votes.
This is very encouraging.
This is absolutely stunning.
And with these five swing states out there, where are we going to go tonight, America?
We are approaching midnight.
Will we know who the next president of the United States are is tonight in Central Time, or will we have to wait until the next day?
And so with the RNC stepping in to ensure that the votes are counted in multiple states, this is so good.
And I'm so proud of what Laura Trump has done and just the professionalism that she brought to repair the Republican Party to have so many poll watchers out there and so many people coming together to report election issues.
This is the first time that the right has been unified in protecting the elections.
This is one of the first times that there's been a great awakening of the right to basically look at the elections and to make sure that they had proper oversight.
There were states like Minnesota that absolutely resisted to have poll workers on the absentee ballot boards.
The Republican Party of Minnesota stepped up and looked at Hennepin County and said, look, we gave you a list of 1,500 election judges and you hired none of them.
They took that to court along with the Minnesota Voter Alliance.
And D.C. Leak has done a great job out there.
And they won that case.
However, the damage was already done because they only required Hennepin County to come into compliance on November 1st.
So the Friday before the election.
There were 45 days of absentee balloting before the election.
So so many days were lost.
That should never happen again.
These counties need to be forced to follow the law.
And even in Minnesota, when there's a requirement to, when they receive an absentee ballot, to immediately enter it into the statewide voter registration system, and we get admissions from Anoka County saying, no, we don't have time to do this.
It may not be Anoka, maybe Ramsey, but multiple counties.
And that's just absolutely disgusting to see and to hear.
And even when what you think is in statute isn't.
So for example, in Minnesota, people think that they're actually reviewing the signature.
No, that's not required in statute.
You only have to review the last four, the social or the driver's license number.
They don't have to review the signature of the absentee ballot coming back into the original signature of the voter application or a snippet of the driver's license.
And when voters find that out, their heart is broken.
And so these are kind of the to-do list of things that have to be fixed.
Now, let's take a refresh here.
Wisconsin is still lagging behind.
We are not getting updates that have advanced for them.
Oh, wait, it just jumped 82% for Wisconsin.
Trump is in the lead, 51 to 47%, Gold Star.
Then in Michigan, still kind of hovering at 56% reporting.
Trump in the lead, 52 to 46%.
Pennsylvania, 86%.
Trump, 51%.
Harris, 48.
Georgia, 93%.
Trump, almost 51%.
Harris, 48.5%.
Arizona still kind of hanging there at 50.5%.
Nevada, that you know it.
They haven't done anything.
Right.
And so one of my listeners here behind me just informed me that Georgia hasn't moved since 11 o'clock.
That is scary.
And so when we go over and look at CNN, they are still underreporting the races.
However, they may have just declared another state that, okay, it looks like CNN is reporting that Trump is going to take Georgia.
They are reporting that Trump has 246 Electoral College votes to Harris at 182.
Woohoo!
Right.
And so when you look at CNN's website, they're not reporting the eastern seaboard, the Northeast, into the Harris column, which is absolutely stunning.
And they have not reported yet New Mexico into the Harris column either.
And so it's interesting kind of where they are underreporting and where things are at.
Now in Minnesota, we're at now 64% of the vote being counted.
And there is a significant narrowing here where Kamala Harris has a little over 1 million votes and Trump has 937,000 votes in Minnesota.
And so Kamala has 50.5% and Trump has almost 47% of the vote in Minnesota.
So this is a pretty close race in Minnesota.
Then looking at Amy Klobuchar, she is definitely going to be taking the seat there.
She has more votes than Kamala Harris at 1,095,000, where she has almost 56% of the vote.
And then Royce White, the Republican challenger, has just under 800,000 votes with under 41% of the vote.
And so that's absolutely incredible.
Now taking a look at kind of where we're at here regarding abortion.
So Arizona right now is trending 63% to 37% for abortion rights.
Now, Colorado is now basically reporting that that has been adopted at 61%.
Florida rejected that.
Then when we look at Missouri, they have approved it.
South Dakota is still trending 63% to 37% against the constitutional right to an abortion.
Uh-oh, breaking news.
This is why I love my team here.
Milwaukee must recount 31,000 ballots due to human error.
So that is breaking news.
This is absolutely incredible what is happening across the United States.
And why is it that we have the same states with multiple issues, the same issues time and time again?
You know, so it's just like, I think we all start getting a little suspicious when, I don't know, it's like one time it might be a mistake.
Two times, it's like, three times, you know, you're kind of creating a trend here.
So it's just absolutely incredible.
And it is just, and so what are you guys seeing on the TV here for the Harris campaign?
Does it look like they're really excited?
Oh, yeah, it looks like they're really depressed over there on TV.
So that's pretty sad.
Oh, MSNBC has a statement.
Oh, great.
What's their statement?
Are they ready to close their doors and realize that no one wants to advertise with them anymore because they've destroyed the public trust?

MSNBC reporter says crowd at Kamala Harris election rally is nauseously optimistic.
So does that mean they're on some kind of drug or where is the Kamala Harris?

What I really loved is watching when they had the, what was it, the Bruce Springsting concert, and then it was like the whole crowd just walked away after it was like, oh, no, Kamala is here and the free concert's over.

And it sounds like CNN is breaking the news that the Harris campaign says VP won't speak tonight.

All right, let's go with the MSNBC recording.
Well, the crowd here is still large.

And the word that I keep hearing, it must be some new phrase that's entered the lexicon, is the idea that people here are nauseously optimistic, not just cautiously optimistic, but nauseously optimistic.
That's an interesting term, nauseously optimistic.
And they pan away to the big blue pool that was in the front there.
Is that like the puking grounds where they can go puke after taking their bong hit?
I mean, I have to ask.
And when she said that they were like loud and optimistic, you do realize that I heard none of the crowd, but I could hear the speaker over the loudspeaker loudly.
And I think my team of nine here are louder than that entire group.
So, based upon that size and what South Dakota brings versus hers, I don't think it's going really well.
So they might want to fact-check that one, or maybe we'll just kind of see what's going on here.

They're still at zero.
They're not doing it.
Arizona is still locked in at their 50%.
And Georgia has made a little bit of a moving point.
They were at 93%.
Now they're at 94.23%.

So that whole southern belt has gone for Trump.
That is, I have not seen a map like that in a long time.
This is absolutely incredible.
And Pennsylvania is at 87% reported.
Michigan still kind of holding at that 56% rate.
Wisconsin has moved up to 83.9%.
Minnesota, 61.88%.
And Arizona still kind of at that 50.62%.
And let's see here.
Alaska is going to be key for Trump.
If he can pick that up, it narrows the trajectory for Harris to be able to pick up the win.
And so, really, this is if Trump can pull this off, and we really need Arizona to come in and perform.
And so this kind of looks like an absolute revisit of what is happening.
What kind of reminds me of 2020, where luckily Arizona wasn't called too early tonight.
But the reality is if Arizona continues to trend towards Trump, this thing is over.
If it trends towards Harris, it makes it more complicated.
And so Trump really needs to win Pennsylvania and Alaska to close the deal.
And we are nine minutes potentially away from getting a sneak peek at Alaska.
And that would just be absolutely incredible if that came in to the Trump column.
Makes life so much easier because Trump needs 22 votes to seal the deal.
So if he, I don't think Minnesota is going to go Trump's direction.
Wisconsin, too close to call.
Michigan, too close to call.
But if Trump took Wisconsin and Michigan, he seals the deal.
If Trump takes Pennsylvania and Alaska, he seals the deal.
If Trump takes Pennsylvania and Michigan, it's over, America.
Trump is your new president.
And right now in the popular vote, Trump leads $64.5 million to $59.8 million.
So let's keep this going here, America.
This is good.
And other good news is that the Republicans are closing the gap in the House.
They have 182 seats to 150 for the Democrats.
The Republicans need 218 to control the House of Congress.
So that is absolutely exciting.
And now we are seeing the meltdown over at CNN, and it is so sad and heartbreaking to see the tears.
And they are, okay, so 12 minutes ago, CNN is reporting the Trump team is moving people from Mar-Lago to the convention center.
Two minutes ago, Harris is not expected to speak tonight.
Campaign co-chair says, this is good.
This is good.
Oh, wow.
Yeah.
Now, here's what's interesting.
26 minutes ago, Michigan still on track to be first battleground to report results, Secretary of State says.
Yeah, that didn't quite work out for them.
That's too bad.
They might want to refresh that and kind of see what the actual news results were.
That didn't go well for them.
Okay, now Minnesota is getting closer here.
They're at 60% of the results in, and Trump is still continuing to close that gap.
Kamala Harris, 1,023,000 votes to 963,000 votes, 50.25% for Harris versus 47.25% for Trump.
So this is absolutely incredible.
44 counties are complete in Minnesota out of the 87.
And so this is going to be interesting as this continues to trend.
And Royce White is still about 300,000 votes behind Amy Klobuchar, but what Trump has accomplished in Minnesota is absolutely significant.
And it looks like there's a lot of close house races in Minnesota as well.
And so this is absolutely incredible.

I'm Rick Weibel, subbing in for Mike Lindell.
Apollo, thank you so much.
He's behind the scenes here tonight with me and doing great work.
We found a little statement here from Kamala Harris, and let's go ahead and show that.
I love her look here, and it's so sad to kind of see that shell-shocked look that she's telling her supporters to go ahead and go home that they won't know the results until about 3 a.m. Eastern time.
She might be right in predicting that, but we have breaking news that Nevada has woken up and started to give us a sneak peek with 19% of the vote in.
Trump is ahead, 57% to 41%.
And so that is just great news.
And so, if Trump can kind of get some of these Western states and Alaska, which Alaska hopefully will start reporting here in the next few minutes to kind of give us an idea of where they're going.
And unfortunately, Arizona is still just trudging along at 50.88%, just making this completely grind.
And Pennsylvania is stuck at 89.81%, and Trump is still in the lead.
Michigan is kind of trudging along at 59.83%, and Trump is still in the lead there.
Wisconsin, they've got 85% of the vote in, and Trump is leading 51 to 47%.
Minnesota coming in with 64% of the results in.
And this is interesting.
And so now the Wall Street Journal is reporting, reporting that Harris has to win Pennsylvania in order to win.
And so that is not looking like that might happen.
And Pennsylvania just inched forward a little bit with 90.18% now reporting.
Trump is still in the lead at 51% to 48%.
And so this is good news so far tonight.
So thank you for joining us tonight here on the Lindell Report Special Election Night broadcast.
And we have to remember our work is not done with this election.
We have a lot of work to do if Trump is elected to basically make sure that we can get election integrity into our 50 states.
Now, the other thing that is so important that we are keeping track of here tonight is that we look at CNN and they have the results as Trump at 246 and Harris at 187.
And so it's like they're still trying to manipulate the game over there.
And then in the Senate, they're only reporting 50 Republicans, whereas Fox News is reporting 51 Republicans in the Senate and 40 Democrats.
Now on the House side, CNN is reporting 190 Republicans and 154 Democrats with three seats flipped to the Republican side.
Now in Fox News, they're a little bit under on that side where they report 183 Republicans and 151 Democrats in the U.S. Congress.
Now on the Senate side, Fox News is reporting 51 Republican Senate seats versus 43 Democrat seats.
So with what's going on here tonight, it is going to be pretty important to kind of see how things shake out.
But it looks like at least the Republicans have locked in the Senate.
It looks like they're on their way to lock in the House.
And with just a couple more states, Trump could seal the presidency here this morning in Central Standard Time.
Now, we are very hopeful and we are seeing kind of reports that the Trump campaign is getting ready to go over to the convention center and we'll see if a speech is given tonight or what other opportunities will be delivered.
Now, kind of looking at some of the ballot initiatives out there across the country, so far we have locked in.
Basically, there are, let's see here, Colorado, Maryland, Missouri, and New York have voted for abortion rights, whereas Florida has voted against it.
And South Dakota is 63 to 37% against the legalization of abortion.
And so this is huge going into the election for South Dakota.
Now, in regards to some of the initiated measures regarding marijuana, it looks like South Dakota is still trending against the legalization of marijuana.
North Dakota is still trending against it.
And Florida has also trended against it as well.
And so this is good news for the upper Midwest regarding the legalization of marijuana that it is not happening.
And so this is absolutely staggering where Trump is actually getting the popular vote.
And currently, he has 67.7 million votes versus Kamala Harris, 60.8 million votes.
And so this is absolutely staggering as to where Trump is at right now.
And it's still shocking to me that Harris has this many supporters.
And it's just absolutely unbelievable where this country is at.
And we really have to do better messaging on the Republican side.
We have a lot of work to do ahead of us over the next two years, especially as we look at so many of these governorships that are out there across the United States.
And so this is something that has to be worked on.
Now, Fox News is reporting that the Republicans now have 183 seats in the House to the Democrats 151 seats in the House.
And so it looks like we are seeing a big realignment.
And so it looks like Brett Baer on Fox News is actually talking about a realignment of the Republican Party.
And so I think we're actually going to see some shifts across the country when it comes to the new House members coming in to Congress because there were quite a few that didn't rerun.
And so there's some new faces that are coming in to the Republicans.
And so I think the other thing too is that with the leadership change in the U.S. Senate, there might be it'll be interesting to see the direction that they go.
Now, with the way that the Fed is acting and the way that the economy is right now, will this spur an economic revolution if voters feel in a Trump victory that they can kind of unleash their spending power and celebrate this Christmas?
Or if Harris wins, what will happen on that side?
Who is going to continue to retreat financially?
And will that hurt markets?
And so hopefully we'll have a decision before the markets open tomorrow morning because the markets like certainty.
They don't like uncertainty.
And so if there are going to be election challenges, the markets might be shaken to that in the morning.
And so this will be something that I'm sure we're going to have to be watching to kind of see what happens across the country.

And there's some breaking news here tonight.
Apparently in Independence County, Arkansas, they just shocked the nation by voting overwhelmingly to ban voting machines and go back to hand-counted paper ballots.
Congratulations for standing up and taking control of your elections.
And some other breaking news is that Alaska, with 15% of the vote in, is trending strongly towards Trump at 55 and 3 quarters percent versus Harris at 39.6%.
And then over in Nevada, they've already got 75% of their vote in, and Trump is ahead at 51% and Harris at 47.5%.
So that is looking like a good forecast.
And unfortunately, Arizona, oh no.
And unfortunately, Trump is just squeaking ahead in Arizona.
They're still stuck at 50.94% and Harris at 49.2%.
And I just got a text from Mary Weibel, my mom in Arizona.
Hey, mom.
And so we'll give her the kudos.
And Minnesota is now reporting 73% of their precincts.
And Wisconsin is now reporting 86% of their precincts with Trump in the lead at 51 to 47%.
Now, Michigan is still kind of in that lower percentage at 61.73%, kind of really struggling to get things done, 52% to 45%.
And looking over at Pennsylvania, 90.33% reported, with Trump in the lead at 51.25% and Harris at 47.8%.
So, still too close to call in Pennsylvania, but this is looking good here.
So, if Trump can take Alaska and Nevada, it really hurts Harris's chances of sealing the deal.
And so, then Trump just has to win.
Now, of course, if he just wins Pennsylvania, that would just be absolutely fantastic.
And we just got to get Alaska across the finish line there for Trump.
So, hopefully, we can have good results here tonight.
Now, as we continue to look at kind of sneaking a peek over at Minnesota's Secretary of State's website, they're reporting 78% of the vote in.
And when we had highlighted it before on Fox News, that was 73%.
And so, it looks like Trump is narrowing the gap here again, kind of staying neck and neck.
And so, Kamala Harris has 1.2 million votes in Minnesota, and Donald Trump has 1.1 million votes in Minnesota.
And that's with 55 counties completed out of 87 and 78% of the precincts reporting.
And so, it looks like in Minnesota, the state legislature on the House side could flip Republican, and this could be a significant change for the state of Minnesota.
Unfortunately, Royce White, Klobuchar has 56% of the vote, and Royce White has about 50 or 41% of the vote.
And so, it looks like Amy Klobuchar is definitely going to seal the deal in Minnesota as to the election night results in Minnesota.
And so, this is absolutely incredible.
And so, I want to thank all the viewers for staying up.
This is such an exciting election night and hanging out with Apollo and I and all of the great crowd here in South Dakota.
This is absolutely incredible what the ground team has done from the RNC, the state parties, the candidates.
I think we've learned a lot as activists, and I think this is a good building block that we can never give up.
And with more races to come in the next couple of years, I think there's great opportunity and lessons learned that we can actually get out there and support candidates.
And especially kind of seeing the Ballotpedia results here in South Dakota regarding the marijuana expenditures, that is just absolutely incredible to see that these outside groups spent $1.6 million to try and legalize marijuana in South Dakota.
And the opposition had less than $38,000 to work with.
And it's literally the classic David versus Goliath story, where in South Dakota right now, that initiative is right now going to fail at about 60% to 40%.
So, the no votes were 60, and the yes votes were 40%.
So, a 20-point swing is almost unheard of when you look at that type of expenditure spent.
And here, North Dakota is also rejecting it, and Florida already rejected it early this earlier today.
So that's just absolutely fantastic to see that type of work being done by the activists to actually win the election.
So looking here at the national popular vote for the actual votes, Trump has 66.2 million votes and Harris has 61.4 million votes.
This is absolutely incredible.
And when we come back from our commercial break, let's talk a little bit of history here and kind of see where Trump is headed towards his votes here.

And it is so awesome to bring you this wonderful positive news.
President Trump has just taken Pennsylvania, and that brings him to 267 to 216.
Right now, Trump is in the lead in Nevada, Alaska, Michigan, Wisconsin.
So President Trump could tonight seal the deal and make the claim too big to cheat.
That is the line.
Him and his team should be absolutely congratulated for pulling this victory off, doing the hard work.
And this is just absolutely incredible.
And so if we can get a couple more seats in the Senate, this would actually help the Trump agenda.
And if we can get more House reps, this would be absolutely incredible.
I'm seeing a sneak peek down here at the Trump headquarters.
The activists there are just grinning.
They are smiling.
They are just absolutely on fire of just pure excitement.
It is absolutely incredible.
It looks like the mood over at the Harris campaign headquarters is actually deteriorating quickly.
And we will, it is just absolutely incredible where we are at.
Nevada right now is at 75% reporting and Trump is at 51% and Harris is at 47.5%.
Now Arizona still doing the slow count.
So sorry, Mary.
Slow count.
And Trump is barely in the lead at 50.01% to Harris, 49.14%.
Talk about a nail biter.
But don't worry, Alaska with almost 26% reporting.
Trump is ahead, 56.82% to Harris, 38.62%.
Michigan, still slow walking those ballots in, 63% reporting.
Wisconsin getting closer at 87% reporting with Trump in the lead, 51% to Harris, 47%.
Minnesota, 75% of the vote being counted, according to Fox News.
But now on Minnesota's website at the Secretary of State, that is at 81.5% there.
And Kamala Harris is at 1.24 million versus Trump at 1.16 million.
So 50 to 47 percent.
This is actually incredible to see these types of results coming in.
And right now, Trump has 66.5 million votes to 61.6 million votes.
I wanted to go back and look at what CNN had for the presidential election back in 2020.
And at that time, Trump had 74 million votes, and Biden somehow had 81 million votes.
And so when we look at Kamala right now, she has lost 20 million votes right now.
And so how close will she get to that gap?
Will she end up losing 15 or 10 million votes compared to Joe Biden?
That is incredible.
Now, Trump himself sitting at 66 million.
And if he had 74 million last time, how close will he get to the 74 million mark?
And so what was the trajectory?
And what happened to the voters out there?
And so this is going to be really interesting to kind of see the analysis post-election when we get to all of these counts and all of these numbers.
Now, there are still ballots being counted in multiple states that can move those numbers up because not all of the votes have been counted yet.
So like in my home state here in South Dakota, only 47% of the ballots are reported on Fox News.
So that means there's more votes coming in to basically help backfill a lot of these votes at the national popular level.
Now, California, for example, the big juggernaut that it is, only 44% of the vote is in.
And when we look at Texas, 91% of the vote is in already.
And in Florida, 97% of the vote is in.
So California can still bring a million or two votes in to help pump up both sides of the total votes.
All right.
Now.
Yeah.
Of course.
So now here we are at CNN, and they're now also reporting 246 for Trump and 187 for Harris.
And they're still not reporting the eastern tip of the states.
So I don't know what they're doing.
Then in the House side, we have 190 Republicans that CNN is reporting and 159 Democrats for the House seat.
Fox News is reporting 186 Republicans versus 159 Democrats.

Good evening, America.
Good morning, depending on which time zone you are in.
This is fantastic.
So, right now, Trump is in the lead with 267 electoral votes versus Harris at 226 electoral votes.
Trump is also in the lead with 66.7 million votes versus Harris at 61.8 million votes.
And so, it's just absolutely incredible to see this type of performance.
We are seeing early indications that Nevada with 75% of their vote in Trump is in the lead with 51% versus Harris at 47.5%.
So, there is a chance that Trump could carry Nevada and seal the deal.
And so, this is great.
Congratulations to Trump.
I believe he's going to be taking the stage here shortly in Florida to make an announcement.
And that is going to be absolutely exciting.
Then we have Arizona still kind of creeping along at 51%.
And then Alaska is at almost 26% reporting.
Then we have Michigan at 64% and then Wisconsin at 87.9%.
And so right now, Trump is ahead at 51.45% versus Harris at 47.10%.
And now Minnesota has just been called for Harris.
And so those 10 electoral votes have been slotted for Harris at this point in time.
However, it'll be interesting to see how they interpret the new Minnesota law to see which way they go in regards to that.
And so right now we'll have to kind of wait here because it's really the five states that are left: Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and Alaska.
And so those states are the deciding votes here.
And if Trump can take multiples of these states, that will reduce the ability of the elections to be challenged.
And so that's what I'm hoping so that we can move on and start fixing our elections to get more towards election integrity.
And to see the falloff from Harris from Biden is absolutely understandable, especially when we see the way that Harris, the Harris campaign, communicated with voters, which just fell flat.
Then we see all of the things that Trump has done.
And I have to really congratulate President Trump where he's at right now in his life, and especially Denise D'Souza, who produced the movie Vindicating Trump,
which actually now has, in essence, become probably one of the quintessential documentarians out there for politics in the United States over the last couple of decades.
And the amount of work that Denesse D'Souza has done in documenting what is happening out there is so incredible.
And this movie, I hope more people will get out and see.
And I think kids should see it because this is absolutely the story of an American icon who has been through, in essence, hell and back.
And you think about what the Democrats did to this man, his family, and his supporters.
It is time that we have a serious discussion nationally that this type of abuse of power can never happen again.
The Department of Justice was way off.
They used it to go after Trump and his supporters.
They made up lies.
They put false charges out there.
This is absolutely disgusting.
And there are good Democrats out there that don't know the truth because they've been lied to by the media.
They've been lied to by these candidates.
And it must be corrected.
The truth has to get out there so that we don't have this divide in the country.

It was around 10, 11 o'clock in the morning, and I received an email from PayPal.
It showed in this email that there was a debit in my PayPal account that was going to be taken out.
I don't remember following the link in the email, even.
I think I went straight to the PayPal account and that pending debit was there.
And it was for about $1,000, I believe.
So it was a lot of money.
So I called the phone number on that email.
And it just, it kind of, the way they were, the way this guy was talking, I didn't even question what he was saying.
And I've worked with computers for the past 40 years.
And he just kept convincing me.
And I was, he was a legitimate person that was going to fix my computer.
And I had faith in him that he was doing his job.
I got in the car and I was, and I drove and I was just thinking, this doesn't sound, this isn't right.
I've given this guy enough money to buy like two computers.
So I came home and I just thought about it some more and I called my actually my wife had come home.
I was by myself.
I had to fix the computer, fix my phone, change my bank accounts, change all of my passwords.
I mean, I went through like two weeks of going through everything I owned, changing everything that I had because of this guy calling me for those two or three hours.
How did I fall for this?
And it was just, it was a very traumatic experience.
I know I wasn't the only one out there that fallen for this.
Listen to yourself and think about it before you do anything and don't just trust somebody, even though it's so believable somehow.

And so, we are just awaiting Trump to take the stage to address America.
It looks like we're going to have election results here pretty soon that he will actually win here tonight.
And so, this is absolutely incredible.
So, it looks like Trump may have won Wisconsin.
Is that what we're hearing back here?
Okay, so Trump is at 277, according to Fox News.
And so, that's more than likely Wisconsin coming in for that late-breaking push across the finish line because Nevada, I believe, was at six, and then Alaska was over at three.
And so, that is absolutely exciting that they have actually Trump has done the good work, has won.
And so, congratulations, America.
We have our country back.
It is time to make America great again.
And it is time to be united.
And it is time for Kamala to gracefully give a concession speech and to help us heal this country.
And it is time for Trump to unite this country.
It is time for Kennedy to help heal our country so that we can be eating and having the right medicines to help get America healthy again.

I mean, the adversity he's faced, everything we've seen in other presidencies and other political figures who've gone through all kinds of trouble are pale in comparison to what he's been put through.
Maybe it's time for his enemies to stop it.
Not only that, but the energy that he has is truly amazing.
He's the energizing bunny.

Aisha, this has been a big night all night long.
I'm sure it's really getting feeble pitched now.
A big night, Brett and Martha, a long campaign for the former president, for all of us, the press corps that have been following him around now for more than a year.
The crowd went absolutely nuts when Fox News called it here and people were hugging each other, they were high-fiving each other, people were on FaceTiming.
I think they just couldn't believe it that this happened tonight and they didn't have to wait days and days and days.
We are now awaiting the former president to take the podium.
He is here in the building, as is his running mate, now vice president-elect JD Vance.
They're backstage.
We were told they were going to come out as soon as the election was called.
And so now we're just waiting.
We asked for a two-minute warning.
I don't know if we're going to get one, but hopefully we will see him soon.
And so I just want to add a little bit of perspective.
Just as a Capitol Hill reporter that's been covering the former president for a while, when I came to Congress three years ago, talked privately with many powerful Republicans who did not want to see the former president back in Washington.
And then to see the legal battles that he went through and Republicans having to stand up for him.
And then he went through the primary process.
As Kellyanne Conway just said, he earned it state by state by state and then came back to Washington in the spring and went to the RNC and claimed the nomination.
This is the greatest comeback that I've ever witnessed personally myself.
And so I look forward to seeing what he says to the country here tonight and to his supporters.

I know that there was a margin of victory in 2020.

This is the most polarizing event ever.
They said that people were having more enthusiasm than ever.
And you had 65 million ballots and 60 million four years later.
And here's the other thing, Apollo.
I just have to say this.
I was wrong.
I was 150,000% wrong.
I am going to eat the wrongness of the fact that they were going to, I thought for sure, like I gave up drinking.
I gave up, I'm eating carnivore diet.
I'm working out every day.
I'm like doing everything I can to make sure I stay tight and right and ready just to make sure that this machine, this radical machine that is based on lawfare and frankly, it's just evil.
That when it came for me, I'd be prepared for it.
And, you know, again, I still think that they cheated, but I was wrong.
I needed to take off that Joe is always right.
That is never, ever going to be something I ever say again.
God literally delivered us.
And not only did he deliver us, but he delivered the entire world.
And it's not just President Trump.
It's the House.
It's the Senate.
It's the voice of the people saying, we're watching you.
There were so many things.
And I think this whole thing swiveled on something, on the brilliance of President Trump.
And that is cease and desist.
Cease and desist.
You will cease and desist stealing and robbing the American people of their voice and pushing them into institutional slavery.
And when he did that, that was a tell.
And I think Trump's about to go live.

And Dominion and ESNS and SmartMatic, the hedge funds and principal investment companies that participated in this enslavement and this torture for the last four years, they have a consequence.
They have a price to pay.
And the lawyers that committed this lawfare, they have a price to pay.
And the judges that stood as henchmen for these people that were really bad, they have a price to pay.
But when we're done with it, I think we have to get to that one thing that God says, look, I don't deliver you for vengeance.
I deliver you so that you can have forgiveness.
So you can get back to that thing where you can start serving your community.
And I got to tell you, I'm more excited about that than I am anything else.
I'm more excited about the opportunity to get back to not driving in a snowstorm and telling everybody I'm wrong.
And frankly, I look forward to the day that I can put my shoes in the middle of the mat.
I can go back to just doing technology and just being a guy that just loves on people and does what I do and cracks jokes.
So I just want to say to the nameless and thankless people out there, the ones that literally have been running the race, Sean Smith, Ash F, Joe Hoft,
Jim Hoft, Mike Lindell, Mayor Giuliani, Sidney Powell, President Trump, the Gateway pundit, just as an organization, Todd Woods.

And there's so many people that I think deserve recognition in what has gone on today.

And for the people that are in Russia and Ukraine and that are in Israel and Palestinian people, even Iran, who I think is absolutely ragingly nuts.
People all over the world, people in Africa that have been adversely affected.

Bobby is coming.
These vaccines that they've been pumping in the bodies of our loved ones, those are going away.
Big pharma, get ready for it.
Accountability is coming.
There is so much that can happen over the next four years.
And what I'm more excited about than any of that, events, because President Trump's going to work with JD Vance to make things right.
But here's a man that has come from humble beginnings, never forgot where he came from.
He's got a beautiful wife and children.
He literally learned to let go of the pain that led to anger.
And so he's just one of the most level-headed, amazing human beings that could be passed off that torch after President Trump walks off that stage in four years.
And I think that the American people have seen what President Trump could do in four years.
And I think he's going to do it again very quickly.
And when we see him do it again very quickly, we're going to find ourselves back in the same place where the people say, okay, I saw you do it once.
I saw you do it twice.
I will judge you by your actions, not by the words that these propagandists and media have made you out to be.
And so for right now, the devil loses.
The devil never ever sleeps.
So we got to continue to praise God, restore God, and bring him back to our community.
And if we do that, that's this country and he will bless peace that we have never seen before.

So the only thing that I would say is we definitely have to hone in on holding people accountable, making sure that they serve you, that there are consequences so that people don't do it again.

You're going to see the entire country turn red because these demons won't have a leg to stand on.
But we can't become the very thing that we're fighting against.
We can't be so bloodthirsty for vengeance that we forget about the fact that we have to heal as a country.

And in those cases, every one of them, we worked with the senators.
They were tough races.
And I mean, the number of victories in the Senate was absolutely incredible.
And we did tell rallies.
We did tell rallies with each one of them.
And sometimes we did two or three.
And it was amazing to look at all of those victories.
Nobody expected that.

So I just wanted to thank you very much for that.
And you have some great senators and some great new senators.
And it also looks like we'll be keeping control of the House of Representatives.

It was going 10,000 miles an hour and it was burning like hell.
I said, what happened to your paint job?
He said, we've never made a paint that could withstand that kind of heat.
But I saw it come down and turn around.
And it was, you know, it's like 22 stories tall, by the way.
It looks a little smaller than that, but it's big.
And it came down and down, and you saw that fire burning.
And I'm saying, only Elon can do this.
It must be an Elon.
And I tell the story.
I told it last night.
I had a man on the phone.
I had the screen muted, no sound.
I was talking to a very important man, happens to be here.
And that very important guy, one of the most important people in, I would say, the country, actually.
But, you know, I was president, and now it looks like I was going to be maybe president again.
So I figured I could ask him to hold.
So I asked him to hold.
And because, especially because you're going to be president again, they hold.
So I took the phone down and I'm looking at the screen.
I'm seeing this crazy thing that's going around and coming down.
It looks like it's going to crash into the gantry.
And I said, oh, no.
And I said, do me a favor, do you mind holding for a couple of minutes?
I want to see this.
I thought it was a space age movie or something.
I put the phone down.
Bad part.
I didn't pick it up for 45 minutes and he was holding.
But this spaceship came down and I saw those engines firing and it looked like it was over, it was going to smash.
And then I saw the fire pour out from the left side and I put it straight and it came down so gently and then it wrapped those arms around it and it held it and just like you hold your baby at night, your little baby.
And it was a beautiful thing to see.
And I told Elon, I said, Elon, was that you?
He said, yes, it was.
I said, can Russia do it?
No.
Can China do it?
No.
Can the United States do it other than you?
No, nobody can do that.
I said, that's why I love you, Elon.
That's great.
And you know, when we had the tragic hurricane Halleen, and it hit particularly, it hit North Carolina.
They were really devastated.
The water.
This was a big water, as big as we've ever seen, what a hurricane.
It built lakes out of nothing.
Fields became lakes, and the danger was unbelievable.
And the people from North Carolina came to me and they said, would it be possible, at all possible, for you to speak to Elon Musk?
We need Starlink.
I said, what's Starlink?
It's a form of communication.
So I called Elon, and I'll tell you what, he had, and it was very dangerous.
People would die.
They had no communication.
All the wires were down.
I called Elon Musk.
I said, Elon, you have something called Starlink.

I said, Elon, they need it really, really badly in North Carolina.

They had some great analysis of the people that voted for us.
Nobody's ever seen anything like that.
They came from all corners, union, non-union, African American, Hispanic American, Asian American, Arab American, Muslim American.
We had everybody, and it was beautiful.
It was a historic realignment, uniting citizens of all backgrounds around a common core of common sense.
You know, we're the party of common sense.
We want to have borders.
We want to have security.
We want to have things be good, safe.
We want great education.
We want a strong and powerful military.
We don't have to use it.
You know, we had wars.
Four years.
We had no wars, except we defeated ISIS.
We defeated ISIS in record time.
But we had no wars.
They said, he will start a war.
I'm not going to start a war.
I'm going to stop wars.
But this is also a massive victory for democracy and for freedom.
Together we're going to unlock America's glorious destiny.
We're going to achieve the most incredible future for our people.
Yesterday, as I stood at my last stop on the campaign trail, I'll never be doing a rally again.
Can you believe it?
I think we've done 900 rallies approximately from the, can you imagine?
900, 901, something, a lot of rallies.
And it was sad.
Everybody was sad.
Many people, I said, this is our last rally, but now we're going on to something that's far more important because the rallies were used for us to be put in this position where we can really help our country.
That's what we're going to do.
We're going to make our country better than it ever has been.
And I said that many people have told me that God spared my life for a reason.
And that reason was to save our country and to restore America to greatness.
And now we are going to fulfill that mission together.
We're going to fulfill that mission.
The task before us will not be easy, but I will bring every ounce of energy, spirit, and fight that I have in my soul to entrust it to me.

Just as I did in my first term, we had a great first term, a great, great first term.

I want to talk about my friend who literally I've seen go through so much.
And frankly, it's at times it was difficult.

So seeing how people have taken advantage of him.
But the other side is that I got to see what he was willing to give.
And I don't know of many men.
You know, they talk about the fact that Elon put up $45 billion for X.
And I'm going to tell you that Mike Lindell put everything on the line.
And I, and I don't even equate it to anything that I've done or would do because there's no comparison.
He literally chased every lead down.
He spent every dollar he had to.
He defended every lawsuit.
He literally funded as much as he possibly could.
He was bleeding cash in a hundred different ways while being slandered and attacked by the media in ways that I can't even describe.
And you know, Apollo, I've had quite a few people that have written nice hit pieces about me.
But the ridicule that Mike has, he took it differently.
And I think I learned something from Mike Lindell that I had never learned from anyone ever in my life.
And that is grace.
Like he, he literally, I would put something up.
I would put something up online that said ass or says that I hope that I know they're going to hell.
Something that did that I thought was not was this great.
Good job.
That I was that I thought was, I don't know, not that big a deal.
And he would call me and he would say, Joe, take that down.
And I'm like, I don't want to take it down.
And he's like, Joe, take it down.
And I was like, oh no, I'm not going to take it down, Mike.
And he would literally say, Joe, and he would like spell out the reasons why I should take it down.
And so I took it down.
And then he would only talk to me after I took it down.
So I call him and I'm like, this is my puppy.

So he would only don't do that.

He will try to chase it.
But the one thing that I learned from Mike is that the one thing that I learned from Mike is that the dog likes to squeal.

I should have probably stayed down there.
But the one thing I learned from Mike is that it'll be okay.
And he would always tell me it'll be okay.
And I'd tell him it's going to be okay.
And when we were going through the process of taking Frank speech public, I was always like, hey, it'll be okay.
And he's like, yeah, it'll be okay.
But in the middle of being okay, he just continued to press in.
He continued to press in.
He continued to do what was right.
Continued to just hammer away at being a better person, but also making other people better.
And so, even in the pain, the paint and anger thing that I talk about, he didn't let me do it.
So, I'm just going to say that thank you to Mike Linddell.
And if you're going to say any prayers, say prayers for JD Vance, say prayers for President Trump, say prayers for Mike Lindell.
And thank God that he just put all of these superheroes together, Deco Carlson, so many others.
These are just amazing men and women.
I'm not that crazy about President Trump's Chris Lasavita and Susie Wiles, but I think that this is a win that God gave us.
God literally delivered us.
He delivered President Trump.
He delivered the House, the Senate.
He's allowing us to get to a place like they, we know that these companies cheat.
And now the real test comes of: will the Republicans stand in the way of getting rid of machines and going to paper ballots, hand count in person with an ID?
And will that lead to a national event that will spread across the entire world of stopping this perversion of our children, this, I don't know, disgusting grooming that's happening, the drugs that are on the street, and all the things that we face that are literally killing our brothers and sisters.
And the answer is yes.
I think it does.
So that's all I got, brother.
That's all I got.
Well, you know, I anticipate they're going to use the fact that he won to say that the machines aren't rigged, but I don't think that's going to work all that well because the fact that everyone can see it so clearly is the reason that he won.
One of them why people look, I think, I still think there are root kits and memory root kits, and I think that there is benign code that is inside of the system itself.
I think that there are hijacked, hardened access points in it.
I still think Dominion is absolute garbage.
I think that they've created these shells all over the world.
And I think the gig is up.
I think that's why the principal investment company for Heart InterCivic took themselves off as owners of that organization.
I think that Dominion sees the writing on the wall and that the payday was from Fox.
Now, I also believe that a lot of people got paid for the turmoil that happened over the last four years, the pain.
And I'm going to tell you something.
I'm going to hold a lot of people accountable.
I at least know that I don't have to watch my back on the lawfare side now.
So now I'm going to go and I'm going to do the things that are necessary and I'm going to hold people accountable.
I'm going to hold the Antifa judge in Colorado accountable.
I'm going to hold the lawyers for Coomer accountable.
I'm going to hold, because they all knew.
And I have all the information from all the other cases.
The only case that I'm missing is the one in DC.
But I have a feeling that President Trump is going to go out there.
I have a feeling that he's going to go out there as critical infrastructure and he's going to have every bit of these machines dissected.
And he's going to find out who's responsible for it.
And those people are going to go to prison.
And that whole thing with Darleaf and Paxton and looking into Dominion and the people that work for Dominion for the crimes that they committed, man, they're going to pay the consequence for that.
And you know what?
They'll be able to put on a defense, unlike Tina Peters, unlike the Jay Sixers, and the judges in our country and the rotted apparatus of our judiciary.
It is in plain view.
And those judges need to be held accountable.
And the House and the Senate and these different states need to come together and they need a clean house.
They need to make it so that it's the people's house again.
And we need to lower taxes, but we need to stop the persecution of Americans by a system that is institutionally rotted.
And that's really what I think is going to happen.
I think President Trump is going to do some things.
And in his stead, I think JD Vance is going to do some things.
And I think that both of these men are going to set an example of what our country should look like 20, 30, 40, 50 years from now.
And here's the greatest part about it: if you look at President Trump and you look at the, oh man, it's biblical.
Like it's, it's truly biblical.
And so not only did the Simpsons get it right, if you look back, but God basically said, if you stay faithful, I will deliver you.
And it's, it literally is biblical.
Galatians 4:16, am I the enemy?
Because I tell you the truth.
James 2:26, faith without works is dead.
Judges 7, Gideon 300.
How many, Apollo?
How many stood?
How many stood over the last four years?
Ephesians 6:10.
It goes on and on and on.
And then the one that I think is my favorite verse of all.
And look, I know this is not like the Bible network, but we have to give up to God what is God's.
And he is the only one that could have delivered what we got.
He's it.
There is no other.
He's magnificent.
I mean, think about where we were a week ago.
Think about the fact that there was a guy in the bushes with a gun trying to kill President Trump, that they shot his ear.
Think about all the miracles that had to happen.
And that Jesus was literally telling us: hey, listen, stay on the path, stay on the path.
And 1 John 3:16, the other John 3:16 said, I was willing to give up my life for you.
You should be able to be willing to give up up and into including your life.
I paraphrase that.
That's not exactly what it says.
Up and into include your life for your brothers.
And I frankly think that there are thousands, tens of thousands of Americans around the country.
And more importantly, there are people all over the world that have been praying for this miraculous change.
So I applaud you, Apollo.

I have high expectations.
But I also know that we're about to endeavor on something very special at Frank's Beach.
And we're going to build technology.
We're going to embrace our brothers that have built other technologies.
And we're not going to let anybody divide us.

And we're going to honor the Lord.

We're going to restore God to every part of our society.
Just so you know, the separation of church and state, much like the Roe versus Wade, it's a myth.
That's not in the Constitution.
It's not in the Bill of Rights, not anywhere.
And it was designed to keep the government out of the church, not to keep the church out of the government.
We're one country under God.
And frankly, we're going to get back to that.
And we are going to honor Him in what we do.
We're going to make sure the kids in school are safe and they're getting great educations.
And that's not just what President Trump is doing.
That's going to be at every level.
Parents are going to be empowered to know that they're not going to be.
And all these secret society cabal members, man, it's not vengeance we seek.
it's just accountability and consequence we got man i'm so excited I feel like it's Christmas.
The way it feels like it's lifted off.
Oh, it's just beginning, brother.
We're still, I want to be able to put my shoes in the middle of the mat to say, we did it.
We didn't do anything.
God did it all.
I don't even think we deserve it.
But he gave us the gift anyway.
How great is that?
It's a great time to be alive.

I want to thank you for this victory for those whose voices have been silenced and for those who've had so much taken from them.
I want to thank you for every day over the last four years, every day of my life so far, and every person that I've met.
I want to thank you for the joy and for the breath that our nation can take now before we get ready to do the next bit of work where we heal our nation and we start to fix things and set them right.
I ask that you continue to guide us So, that we are not led by vengeance, but by justice, by what is right, and that we put those who have been harmed, we put those who deserve to have better first before we consider those who should face consequences.
And I ask that those who deserve them, that they are given their measure.
I ask that, Father, this next few days, as we reflect on all the things that have gone by, that we rejoice in this victory, but we continue to look forward because now we have to build.
So, I ask that we unify as a nation as we've done today.
I ask that we never take for granted those who are close to us in our lives and the moments that we have, that we can use our own strengths and our own gifts to bless those around us.
I ask that we keep the children who come after us in mind first.
And may you use us to deliver ourselves from evil.
May we be your voice, may we be your hands.
May we build a nation that the world has never seen.
And may we be a signal for the rest of the world that they can breathe easy.
Let us do the work that you've set us here to do.
Let us always remain humble.
And, Father, thank you.
Thank you for delivering us from these things that truly I question sometimes if we as a people, if we deserve to be free of them.
Sometimes when I look at the things that we do to one another.
