And after the next upcoming video, I'll have more to report on some of the late-breaking news that's happening across the United States, plus some of the things that you'll need to prepare for Election Day with basically four days left to go now.
It's getting really down to the wire and really exciting.
But then also we'll do a brief segment on kind of what's going to happen for us building the case to challenge any type of election irregularities that you've seen out there.
Also, how to report election crimes and issues that you see during the election as well, especially on election day and during the early absentee.
On top of that, we're going to do a vision cast as to what are we going to look for in 2025 upcoming with the state legislatures.
And so, Apollo, please take it away and let's see the great new message from Mike Lindell that he has put together for us tonight.
Hello, everybody.
And I want to welcome you to the segment here.
We're going to talk about great products in our country.
And one of the ones I've come across is Native Path.
And today we're going to be bringing in one of the founders.
And why don't we just bring him in right away, Dr. Chad Waldring?
Doctor, welcome to Lindell Report.
I wanted to get you on.
I want to learn about this part.
I've heard so many good things about it.
And we'll find out a little later what the stuff that I think, my own family has used somebody across some of your products.
But why don't we tell what's your background?
I know you've got a doctor before your name, and then what is, you know, what got you into?
When was NativePath founded?
And then we'll go into some of the products.
Yeah, so I'm a doctor of physical therapy.
And what really got me started and had me asking a lot of questions was my first experience as an intern.
I worked at a hospital in Houston, Texas that was world renowned for its treatment in heart disease.
And on the first floor of that McDonald's, on the first day I walked in, I saw a McDonald's on the first floor of a heart health hospital.
And I was asking myself, what the heck is a McDonald's fast food, something I knew is not good for the heart, doing in a heart health hospital.
So right away, I began asking questions.
And there's this great Wendell Berry quote.
He's a poet.
He's a farmer.
And he said that we have a food industry that knows nothing about food.
We have a food industry that knows nothing about health and a health industry that knows nothing about food, right?
And there's in the middle is consumers being fed a lot of stuff that's bad for them.
So after that, I started working in conventional healthcare.
I started treating back pain, neck pain, hernia to disc, sciatica, stuff like that.
I also spent a lot of time doing home health therapy, going into people's homes who aren't well enough or strong enough to go to outpatient therapy.
And in conventional healthcare, I really started to see we had a system that was treating symptoms that was not getting to the root of the problem and a lot of profits being made off of that.
And around that time, I was doing a lot of research and I started learning about the health of our ancestors and the drastic decline in our health that we've experienced in the past hundred years.
Virtually every metabolic disease from heart disease to obesity to diabetes, all these things, cancers, Alzheimer's, all have gotten exponentially worse over the past hundred years, despite all our advances in technology, all these policies we have in healthcare.
So I saw that humans are really missing the mark.
Like something's going on.
There's something our ancestors were doing that was right, that they were on the path, and something we're doing in the modern day world that is very much off the path, right?
And in this modern world, we're eating so many processed, ultra-processed, refined foods, industrial seed oils, sugar, and things like that that are making us so sick.
We're moving differently than our ancestors were a long time ago.
So I started lecturing about this and letting people know about here's what you eat, here's what you don't eat, this is how we get on the path, right?
And noticing the things that we're really missing in our modern world and really trying to fill in the gaps on that to make people healthy.
So that's really how we got started.
You know, our first product was collagen.
Collagen with it was one of the things that our ancestors got plenty of because they would have plenty of collagen in their diets.
They would eat nose to tail.
They would take the bones of an animal.
They would make broths.
They would turn that into soups.
They would get plenty of that.
But in our modern diets, we're extremely deficient in collagen.
So I got, is that what I have right here?
That's what you got right there.
That's our collagen.
Okay.
Well, can you tell, like for me, what is collagen?
You know, what, you know, what exactly is it?
And, you know, I don't know anything about it.
And, you know, you're telling me it's good for Aaron, but is it replacing or what does it do?
And, you know, when you say you've found it, so collagen is out there.
Well, why don't you just go ahead and explain what the collagen is and what it does?
Collagen is a protein.
And most people don't know about it, but they should know about it because it is the most abundant protein in the body, right?
It's the glue.
You can think of it as like the glue that holds your body together.
It's responsible for your skin, your hair, your nails, your tendons.
Your bones are even made up of collagen.
Your gut lining is made up of collagen.
There's aspects of your brain that is made up of collagen and your heart that is made up of collagen.
So it's a big part of our health.
And in my opinion, it's one of the least things we can do, one of the least things that we can take that will make the most difference in our overall health, right?
So 90%, 90% of your body is coming from type 1 and type 3 collagen.
There's lots of different types of collagen out there, but it's really important to get the right type in order for you to get the best results.
Well, when you have, I'm looking in here, keto, dairy-free, GMO-free, gluten-free.
I mean, it's got all the things that people are really wanting nowadays.
But so, and this is a peptide.
You know, I've heard of peptides.
So it's actually a peptide.
Exactly.
Yeah.
It's technically a peptide.
It's not a complete protein.
So it's a series of amino acids that really provide the building blocks to all those things that we mentioned, right?
Right.
Right on.
So how long?
So how long has Native Path been around?
You guys been around then quite a while when you've been around since 2011.
We've been educating people.
Yeah, we're all about education.
That's been our main thing.
And Native Path Collagen came out around 2015, I believe.
Right.
So you got a lot of good testimonials going on then?
So many people.
Yeah, it's incredible.
Like people will write in and they'll take it for, they'll start seeing changes in two to four weeks.
When people really start to see the changes, that six to eight week period when they take it consistently and really over time rebuild their collagen deficiencies.
That's another thing I haven't mentioned yet, but we produce collagen on our own, but our internal production of collagen begins to decline around the age of 20 and it really starts to drop off, especially for women, right around menopause time.
So 50s, 60s, and things like that.
So as we, it's incredibly important for our mobility, our bone health, you know, to help us stay looking and feeling younger that we start supplementing with the collagen.
Okay, now I'm going to ask you because I'm, you know, I'm in the space where we can't make medical claims and all this stuff.
You know, I've had so many products myself.
Without making any claims, what is it, I guess, you got on here helps support.
And could you tell me about like, I guess you would know what you can and can't say because with the restrictions they have.
When you see you notice in one to four weeks or whatever, what would be something that it would help to get to manifest to this good place, I guess?
Yeah, a big thing that supports is mobility and generally helping people get out of pain.
You know, a lot of the reasons why people are in pain is because the structures of their body are getting weak.
Structures like the tendons, the ligaments, the tissue around our joints start to get weak.
So we want to rebuild the integrity of those joints and those systems so that it's stronger.
And when those things are stronger, we typically move around better.
We typically have less pain.
Another concern that people have, a big part of why they take our collagen, is the benefits it has for bone health.
And as a physical therapist, I really want to encourage people to look after the health of their bones.
One of the things that's happening in our culture is people are having falls as they get older.
Their balance is getting worse.
They end up having a fracture in their hip.
And the stats on that are staggering.
Once someone has a fracture in their hip and they have a fall, the chances of an early mortality, an early death, drastically go up because that body becomes so stagnant.
So we want to do what we can to make our bones stronger.
So that's a huge benefit to our collagen is improving the density of our bones.
Right on.
Okay, it says skin and hair.
Is it going to make my hair thicker?
What's going on there?
Does it help with people's hair?
Yeah.
People report having thicker hair and it grows back faster.
You know, balding spots and things like that.
People will.
And what about skin?
Is this more vibrant?
Well, the skin becomes more hydrated, right?
So another thing people experience is as they get older, they end up having these aging spots, right?
The kind of skin bruises that people will see on their back of their hands sometimes and the back of their forearms and things.
Those are good signs of collagen deficiency, where the dermal layer is getting more thin and the collagen fibers aren't as pronounced as they used to be.
So supplementing with collagen is going to allow those fibers to get back in there, which also allows your cells to absorb more water.
So the skin starts looking more youthful and more vibrant.
Right on.
Okay, another one I see on here is digestion.
So what does it help there?
What does it do for your digestion?
It's the gut lining, right?
And the integrity of the gut lining is so important, right?
Our digestive system is where we eliminate toxins.
It's also where we absorb food.
A lot of the hormones that we produce are produced in our gut.
So the health of our gut's very important.
But one of the issues is a lot of us have compromised gut linings because of so many toxic foods that we've been eating, right?
So that process is messed up.
So collagen is able to go in there and restore the health of the actual tissue in the gut lining to make things better there, right?
Right on.
Okay.
You even have nails on here.
What does it do for nails?
Yeah, for strengthening nails.
You know, a lot of people have nails that break a lot and I will crack a lot on their own.
That's something I used to deal with, actually.
I used to have nails and skin that would crack a lot, but taking collagen helps support those areas of the body so that people have stronger, but stronger nails that don't crack.
And there's well, that's awesome.
And then I see you got a quote on here.
I'm quoting you now.
At Natopath, you will experience the best tasting, highest performing, superior quality ingredients nature has to offer.
Now, I'm going to say I'll back that everybody.
I haven't taken it myself.
I'm going to start taking it.
But I have family members that have, and they love it.
I will say that, that they love it.
And then one of them, well, I'll tell you what, before we go any further, why don't you put the, let's put the way people can buy it.
I know people are going, well, Mike, quit talking.
Let's get some bought here.
So get natopath.com backslash or backslash or forward slash Lindel L-I-N-D-E-L-L.
And you guys get on there, purchase.
They're going to be, I know Natopath is a great sponsor.
We brought over here to Frank Speech.
And we want to give, they're giving our great network support.
And believe me, we only pick products.
I do my due diligence, Doctor.
You've made it this far.
So obviously, I did that when I was marketing, when I started marketing, I do any, even any hosts or radio shows we do with my pillow.
I make them try the product.
I said, you've got to believe in it.
You got to believe in it.
And full disclosure, I haven't yet, but I believe my family members that have, they tell it like it is.
And so they were very, they're very happy with, they're impressed.
And they're even beyond.
I know you have another product.
I don't know if you want to bring that up.
One of the ones they tried, I don't, is your PM, your collagen PM.
And they swear by that one too.
But you guys getting on board with the overall health of collagen.
I know I'm going to do it.
I wanted to, so someone like I'm over, does it help?
Should everyone do it or you just got to be a little older like I am?
I mean, if you're, if you're in your 20s or 30s, I mean, and you don't have these whatever mobility problems or something like that.
Is it it still helps you correct?
Oh, yeah.
I recommend everybody over the age of 30 take it for sure.
It just becomes more important the older you get, right?
So if you're if you're over the age of 50, I definitely recommend taking at least two scoops a day for at least six weeks.
Like give it a trial, be consistent with it, and even take like a before picture and an after picture.
You can take it of your face, of your nails, of your skin at a certain spot, but really give yourself a chance to notice the difference because when you notice it, it helps you really understand the power and effectiveness of supplementing with collagen.
Wow.
So I think what you're telling me here with all the attacks that I take of myself personally and my pillow and the, I started taking this, I'm going to look a little better on TV.
I think we give it a shot.
Let's give it a shot, Mike.
Let's go.
I will definitely do that.
No, I'm going to, I'm going to, and I'm going to get, I'm going to have a big report back to you.
One of the things I can tell everyone with everything is that you brought up a good point consistently.
Take it consistently.
So many products that I hear people try or that I've even tried.
I get out there and I'm all, you know, let's do it.
Let's do it.
And you know, you don't, and then all of a sudden you kind of go, well, I'm on to the next thing, the next thing.
But I'll tell you, the, like I say, my family members, and I don't want to mention who, but they've, they've taken it and they're taking it consistently.
So I'm telling you, if it did taste bad or whatever, they probably, that's one of the reasons people don't aren't consistent.
If they don't see or feel results or believe in it, then they, you know, that's another reason.
But I'll tell you, they've been very consistent.
And the one, the one family member, they're usually never consistent.
So it's a big compliment right away.
I tried to get tried to get them on to do a testimonial, but they're a little camera shy.
They're not like myself.
I've had to learn to get out there.
So you is this, I want to say another thing.
Well, maybe now you do.
So you're you are the C, what do you say, CCO?
I'm the co-founder and I'm also the chief cultural officer.
That's cool structure.
Okay, so you, you, now you have doctor by your name.
So you have that, Zaya, you've learned all these things, right?
I mean, you've learned what all they do.
And then the other thing I wanted to ask is, do you, do you make them here?
Is this, is this, are they made in the, I see Florida, well, I see manufactured for, they're manufactured.
I mean, you guys are, you guys are based in Florida, right?
That is our home office.
So the manufacturing of our products come from Dallas, Texas.
Everything is third-party inspected for purity.
There's no fungus.
The purity of our products is our highest priority in really getting trust with people.
Another thing I want to mention is quality does matter.
Like not all collagen is created the same.
There's a lot of multi-collagens out there.
Where the cow comes from is extremely important for the quality of the product.
So a lot of the collagens out there, you'll see, they're coming from places like China where cows are raised in feedlots.
They're living on dirt.
They're given hormones and antibiotics, you know, and things like that.
That creates a very poor quality collagen that's not going to give you the results.
So we source, we only source from grass-fed pastured cows raised with eating grass, never given any hormones, never given any antibiotics, because that's going to give you the best results.
And our collagen is going back to taste, it's tasteless and it's odorless, right?
And it's easy.
You can put it into your coffee.
That's the easiest way to do it.
Put it in coffee.
You can put it in.
You can put it in your smoothies, but you want to develop this into your routine of what you're already doing.
Just put a little in there.
Two scoops a day for six weeks will do wonders for you.
Well, that's really awesome.
You just answered two of my next questions.
One was going to be, you know, the quality, are all collagens created equal?
And you answered that.
And another thing I want everybody to know is from what I've heard, the due diligence we've done and that I've had so far with the experience with your, with Native Path is you guys view, like you have one of the views I have, you view every customer like your only customer.
And I think with that, you know, with you guys having that, I don't care what business people are in.
You're an entrepreneur out there.
You can have the best product in the world, but you have terrible, terrible customer service or terrible, you know, well, that's okay if this person doesn't like it and this person over here does.
And you go by percentages.
You want every customer to benefit from this.
And I really like that, respect that.
And you could have made, it's probably cheaper to get bad cows in China, right?
I mean, you didn't, you didn't sacrifice costs.
I tell everyone, when you're inventing a product or improving on a product, and like you say, all colleges are not curated equal.
You can silo it out and say, how can I, you know, I always, when any product that I take and invent or improve on, I don't look at the money part of it first.
I just look at, you know what?
How can I make this the best it can be?
And then you back into it and say, you know, you don't cut corners because people, especially when it comes to people's health, you want quality.
You want it to be the best it can be.
And that's what you guys are.
And so I encourage everyone, I'm going to put it up again.
You guys get on board, buy this product.
It's amazing.
Getnatopath.com forward slash Lindale.
And you guys, you're doing, it's a win-win-win.
You're supporting a great U.S. company here that cares about people and cares about people's health.
You're also supporting this great network here because they're one of our greatest sponsors that have come on board now that I believe in.
I have to believe in everybody.
There's two things when I do my due diligence.
One is I got to believe in the product, but I also got to believe in the people behind the product.
And I've heard great things about you, Doctor.
And so I'm very excited to have you on board and our team.
Oh, and the third win, win-win.
And it's also a win for you, the customer.
Get behind it.
My family is.
And it's working and it's making a difference.
So getnatopath.com forward slash Lindel.
And Doctor, I'm going to have you on again very soon because like you say, I'm going to go ahead and take that step and get on board.
I ordered a box.
I got a whole box from me here now.
Now, about like this, how long is this going to last me?
So if you're taking two scoops a day, that'll take two weeks.
So I recommend people get at least three jars so you can ensure at least a six-week trial.
If you really want to set yourself up for long-term success, go ahead and get six bottles.
Try that.
Two scoops a day.
And you'll see the results.
Okay.
Well, I got two here.
So I'm going to go for a couple weeks here.
We got to, and we'll have you back on and give a full report.
Hopefully, I might not even have to wear makeup, huh?
But everybody, you know, reminding our health is so important.
The times we're in right now, you know, I can't say enough thing, but I love coming across health products that I believe in.
And you are one of the few.
I think there's been three others, other products that I really am all in on that have to do with health.
And this collagen is one of them.
And NativePath.
You guys are just an awesome company.
And doctor, thanks for coming on.
It's been this has been awesome.
And we, hey, I might have you on as a regular.
I hope you got a lot of time.
Let's go.
I'm happy to come back anytime.
Thank you so much.
All right.
All right.
Thank you so much.
God bless you.
And everybody, one more time, get nativepath.com forward slash Lindale.
You just heard it.
Get a six-week supply.
Go and take it every day.
Don't have a break there.
And then you're going to see a difference.
It's going to be amazing.
And we'll all, everybody get it today.
We can all circle back here in three, four weeks and we'll all compare.
We'll take your, we'll take your calls.
Everybody, we can maybe take some calls in and really get some feedback for you.
But from what I've seen, people, there hasn't been any negative.
I haven't seen any negative out there, doctor.
So I'll tell you what, viewing every customer like your own customer, that's a good word to live by.
But thank you for coming on and we'll see you soon.
Okay, thanks so much, Mike.
Thank you.
We look at collagen differently than other supplement companies.
It's so much more than a supplement.
Collagen is a staple and it's been lost in our modern diet.
And because your bones, joints, skin, nails, hair, and gut lining are all made of collagen, it's important that you're adding it back into your diet.
And it's our mission to make it more accessible than ever.
So if you're ready to experience the difference yourself, try Native Path Grass-Fed Collagen today.

And so thank you for sticking around.
I know last night was Halloween, and we talked about some of the scary stuff that is happening out there in the elections.
And so tonight I want to transition to kind of the late-breaking news items.
And so to get started right away, what's interesting is that we definitely see from the Gateway Pundit that there was a five-hour wait times to early voting in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Election officials did pair minimum to comply with the court order.
Boy, that sounds really familiar.
We find that with election law and rules throughout as we look at states.
And we really need to encourage our election officials, elected officials, as well as those that are managing the elections and our state laws to do better.
Now, of course, going back, what's interesting is that now the Libertarian Party has joined the fight and they are suing Colorado Secretary of State, Jenna Griswold, over the BIOS passwords scandal.
So the Gateway Pundit has reported that's the Secretary of State.
Jenna Griswold's website had published approximately 600 BIOS passwords for the election equipment in 63 out of 64 counties in Colorado.
The illegal exposure of the passwords was first caught in August of this year, but believed to have been published as early as June before the state's primary election.
And they weren't removed until late October.
That's just so disgusting.
All right, then we find out that the New York Times fact-checked on the Gateway Pundit reveals how mainstream media coordinates are coordinating with the Democrats to silence reports of voter fraud that could swing the election.
We even have seen reports from Ben Shapiro with Media Matters doing these types of investigations out there as well.
And so the New York Times is publishing hit pieces out there as well.
So I want you to be aware of that.
Where you get your news is so important.
And I'm so proud that Mike Lindell keeps expanding the channel.
And there are so many great commentators out there that are getting you the news that you need.
And thankfully, Gateway Pundit is such a great partner out there as well.
Now, another group that has stepped forward, CPAC, files a lawsuit after Wisconsin's man is pictured dumping bags of ballots into Pallet Dropbox.
Wow, I wonder where he got the ballots from and what is going on here.
Sounds like 2,000 mules revisited all over again.
And an eyewitness took photos of the suspicious person dumping a significant amount of absentee ballots into the city hall dropbox before fleeing when he noticed he was being filmed.
Then, of course, we've got ballots missing in Muskegon, Colorado, or County, Michigan, after a U.S. postal box break-in.
Same county, Dem-funded GBI strategies was investigated in fraudulent voter registration investigation.
So it seems like we've got some more stuff going on again.
This is just absolutely crazy.
Then, of course, we find that one voter ID in Detroit was linked to just a few extra ballots here.
And so, according to the daily absentee voter reports obtained by FOIA from the Michigan Bureau of Elections on October 28th, 2024, Tim Vetter and Fannie, who have peer-reviewed each other's work, claimed that 208,000 votes were cast in Michigan by 82,000 voters based upon their voter IDs alone.
That is absolutely disgusting.
Keep up the good work.
But what's really interesting here is that There is another hero out there as well, Peter Beringer, where it was already those challenges are now added to the 55,000 challenged in June and the 94,000 challenged in another recent lawsuit, mostly through the work of Peter Berninger.
And so this is just absolutely disgusting that we see this time and time again in multiple states.
And then my own home state, South Dakota, early voting had been impacted during what the South Dakota Secretary of State office calls a temporary technical issue with a voter check-in system that impacted counties across South Dakota Friday afternoon.
That was today.
The Hughes County auditor, Thomas Olivia, told Caliland News, the office has turned away about 60 voters around the noon hour.
Hughes County had resumed absentee in-person voting with poll pads.
And that was probably around 3 o'clock today.
And so it's just absolutely saddening to see that 60 people were turned around.
That was not the right way to handle that.
And we find out that, quote unquote, it's a global issue that we've been told with Microsoft, their zoo system.
Another state we've been told is also having the same problem, but Mr. Diedrich, the Deputy Secretary of State, declined an on-camera interview at the time.
And so when asked what happens if the issue isn't fixed by Election Day, Deputy Secretary of State Diedrich said the best people in Microsoft and the best people in Know Inc. are working on the problem.
Okay, sir.
I need to just point out you should have a disaster recovery plan.
In the state of Minnesota, they actually have paper poll books in every precinct.
So that way, if the Know Inc. poll pads don't work, they still have a physical copy of the voter roll so that they can keep checking people in.
Luckily, there are some heroes out there, too.
And so the entire system went down, so we couldn't look up a voter.
We can't print anything out.
Workings County Auditor Lori Schultz, this is my area, we don't have the updated voter registration book, so we're able to tell.
So actually, they do have the updated voter registration book.
So they were able to tell if somebody comes up that, yes, they're registered and it's just them.
So that means she did a good job and actually had them printed out that she could continue going forward.
And they were, the voters were still being handed absentee ballots and envelopes, but any information usually printed on their forms now must be handwritten.
That tells you I've got a good county auditor that knew exactly what to do.
And so we want to make sure her process is replicated throughout the rest of the state just in case.
And then she was quoted as saying when the machines do come back up, we'll go back in and enter those quickly as we can to match them up with the stickers on them and that everything will be good to go.
That's the right response.
So gold star for Lori Schultz out of Brookings, South Dakota.
And then she's also recommending everybody, be sure you have your ID and be sure to have time to wait in line because there's going to be lines and come early, Schultz said.
I have the same thing for Election Day because you just never know.
So go early.
So thank you, Lori Schultz, for being honest and being a true patriot out there.
Even though we've had disagreements in the past, I do appreciate that she is out there doing the right thing.
And there are more of them out there that are doing it as well.
Now, what's interesting is the Federalist is now reporting that a judge ordered Arizona's election chief to release the names of 218,000 voters lacking citizenship proof.
Thank God there's more and more judges doing the right thing to make sure that only American citizens are voting in our elections.
So more good news coming out.
And the Federalist is also reporting why you should always double check your ballot.
Kentucky voting machine showed Trump vote as a vote for Harris.
And this person had basically tried to pick Trump 10 times and it wouldn't work.
You can go on an X and actually see that video online and actually see what was happening there.
And so this is why I think there's going to be heavy discussion in the future as to whether or not we continue to use these touchscreens as our primary form of voting.
Then, shockingly, we have an issue out of New York that after a voter finds fraudulent ballot cast in his name, that fraudulent ballot is still going to count.
And so he went up to the table and he was told, you already voted.
And he was surprised because he hadn't been there.
And where he voted was apparently 22 minutes after early voting began on Saturday.
And he's right.
This election is important.
And for somebody to vote in my name, he had felt so violated.
And what's really ridiculous here is that he was given an affidavit ballot, which is a provisional ballot that is secured inside an affidavit envelope.
A bipartisan team at the Justice County Board of Elections investigated the situation and determined that since the signature provided Saturday did not match Miner's actual signature, Miner's affidavit ballot will count.
But so will the fraudulent vote cast Saturday in Miner's name.
That's because once the ballot is cast, the vote itself becomes anonymous, making it impossible to find the fraudulent vote and remove it from the bunch.
Okay, now here's what's disgusting.
That means that that ballot was separated from the envelope and already counted.
That should not be happening.
We should not be counting any ballots until after the polls close.
And that way when we find situations like this, we can actually prevent some of that fraud from happening.
It's not this voter that committed the fraud.
There's somebody else that committed the fraud.
And that is just, we cannot keep allowing stuff like this to keep happening.
And this is why it's so important that we look at what Mike Lindell has provided us over at the Election Crime Bureau.com.
Please go visit that because it is going to be so important for us all to be able to go in and actually election crimes.
And we can do that by using the social media app, Vocal.
Here we can actually do election incident reporting.
And so this is part of the plan that we need you to start building on.
Go to electioncrimebureau.com, download this app.
You can actually see real-time election monitoring, and everything will be organized in reports as to what is going out there.
And some of you folks that are involved with me over in Minnesota, you're going to want to report some of the things that are going on over there.
And here's some examples that we want to see reported.
So for example, we're seeing that Georgia is now saying not to expect results until Thursday or Friday.
America has third world elections.
This is pathetic.
So why are we using these machines?
And counting would have always been faster back in the day.
Then I broke some news last night after the show yesterday.
The Secretary of State of Minnesota in 19 counties violated the law.
There's the statute.
And these are the counties that posted the ballots online with the timing marks and the cutting areas.
And it's just absolutely disgusting.
This is exactly what I explained in Vindicating Trump.
And so I decided to do a little trolling.
Help wanted Carver County, Minnesota Elections and Licensing Manager, now looking for applications of people who understand election laws to avoid felonies and will commit to election integrity by not publishing actual election ballots online.
And I think it's so important that we look at this because we cannot continue to afford this type of dystopia in our elections where election officials are not following the law, especially when there are felonies.
And we also have Secretary of States that are not providing proper oversight.
And so the way that this works is that the county election official uploads these sample ballots into the Secretary of State's website.
And then I believe that the Secretary of State, since they own the website, that database, they should be reviewing all of these.
And I know some people sit there and complain.
It's like, well, you know, that takes a lot of work.
Yeah, that's why it's called work.
You need to do the job.
When the legislature made it clear that they thought that this is a felony count, you probably should protect yourself to make sure you're not doing felony type things and activities.
And I know simple mistakes can happen, but the reality is that why didn't this happen in the presidential primary in Minnesota?
Why didn't this happen in the standard primary in Minnesota for some of these counties?
This is absolutely ridiculous that this is going on.
Action has been taken in two of the counties, one in Olmsted County and the other one in Stearns County.
We're awaiting to see responses back regarding those counties and hopefully some corrective action will be able to be taken.
But as of this morning, those ballots were still online in both of those counties.
We're going to take a commercial break, and when we come back, we're going to talk about the to-dos of what you need to do to get ready for the election and vision casting.

And now let's talk about four days left, four actual days left for the election.
We'll kind of start seeing results.
And for those of you who haven't voted yet, I'm proud of you because remember, the best security and the best chain of custody is voting in person on election day.
And also, as we kind of heard from Leah Anderson earlier in the week, it's actually less work for election officials to actually have you come in on election day and cast your ballot.
And the reason why is because it removes all of the extra materials that they have to deal with, such as absentee balloting, the envelopes, the extra sign-in sheets, the extra stickers, the extra printing.
All of that kind of goes away on Election Day for them.
And so I have kind of a funny little slide for those of you in the audience.
And basically, so here we are.
It's hold, hold.
And then once Election Day comes in, go vote.
And so go make a plan to vote in person.
Get everyone you know out there to vote.
I'm even suggesting bring a snack and water.
So if you have to stand in line, you can do that.
Do not let them turn you away.
And if you are in line before the end of voting for that day where they say they're going to close at 7 p.m. or 8 p.m., they still have to let you vote if you are in line.
Double check your statutes, but I'm encouraging you to get there early.
Make sure you have that time.
And for those of you who have already voted absentee, please, please verify that they've received your ballot.
A lot of the Secretary of States will have a voter information portal or some other type of utility available for you to be able to check your absentee ballot status.
And some of the larger counties will do that themselves as well.
And so please make sure you check that before Election Day so that way you are rest assured that your ballot counted.
And especially those of you in the hurricane zones, I know it's a little bit harder for you to check, but if you happen to still have your cell phone, please check through that service to be able to just verify that your absentee ballot was accepted.
The other piece is kind of looking at building the case.
We really need you to use the vocal app.
So if you see that your absentee ballot wasn't received, or if you happen to show up on election day and they say you already voted, make sure you report it in the vocal app.
See if there's an opportunity that you can vote on a provisional ballot so that they can investigate the issue and then potentially be able to rectify that.
Now, the other part of the case that we need evidence on through the vocal app as well is that if you are going to look at a logic and accuracy test and you're able to get those pictures, please send those in so that we can review those.
And we really want to make sure that those tests are thorough enough.
And we want to make sure that they're testing all of the different ballot styles that are available.
So when we look at that standard ballot, which is the one with the opals, and then the other express vote type ballot with the barcodes on there, we want to make sure that they're testing both of those if you're in those types of jurisdictions.
Now out east, typically you'll have a touchscreen for the people with disabilities and abilities, and everybody's using that.
And so there's just the one type of ballot that they're testing.
Now, when you vote mail and absentee, even in those states, that would still be an oval style ballot that needs to be tested thoroughly.
And so that's why it's so important to make sure that we're looking at all of that and checking all of the boxes.
We ran into a situation here in South Dakota where one of the lead auditors didn't properly test.
We wrote a letter and now, thankfully, she's going to be retesting on Monday so that we can have that type of security in our elections to make sure that everything is on the up and up from a comfort level.
And so we also want to make sure that if you feel that an election official is not following the statutes and the rules, like we had an admission out of Anoka County, where they admitted that when they're receiving the absentee ballots, they're not immediately entered into the statewide voter registration system and they're just putting them into the ballot boxes or the storage containers.
And that's against the law.
And there's no excuse for that.
And they should have planned better ahead of time to make sure that they had enough resources and enough people to basically handle all of those processes because it's so important to make sure that they're doing that.
We also are recommending that if you have any doubts, request an expansion of the post-election audits.
Don't just accept the 3% or 5%.
Make sure that they are reviewing the more sensitive races where there might be a ballot initiative out there.
There might be a very exciting race like president or a U.S. Senate race or a congressional race that might need to be investigated a little bit more thoroughly or even a local school board race, especially if there's any doubts in the logic and accuracy test.
Also, when we're looking at this, we also want to make sure that we are looking at how we build the case for 2025.
And so just because elections may or may not be challenged, we may have to go into the 2025 legislative season and start looking at the areas for improvement.
And so when we look at some of the areas out there, it's really interesting that, you know, we've seen these citizenship discussions versus residents.
We're going to have to review that in so many states.
My home state is going to have to do that here in South Dakota.
And then the whole idea of where should the voter roll be housed?
Should it be at the county level as the master and then the state as kind of an ad hoc update and then reports back to the counties for review?
Because we seem to have all of these entry points and we want to make sure that whoever is responsible for the oversight of the voter rolls is maintaining it uniformly.
Then, when it comes to the voter roll maintenance, doing the national change of address lookup, the death records from the Social Security, all of that needs to be worked out, and that needs to be detailed better.
Then, when we're looking at the election voter rolls, only having a digital copy only, that's just obscene.
We should always have a paper standard as a backup.
So, that way, if the electronic system doesn't work for whatever reason, including sunspots that we have right now that are creating solar storms, where tonight there's probably going to be a great northern light up here in the northern part of the United States, and that could potentially cause interference in communications.
And we also have to look at what should be the last day to register to vote so that we can give our election officials time to lock down the master list so that they have time to print it out and also to do any additional changes and updates that need to be due.
I think we're going to be looking at absentee timelines.
What's appropriate?
Of course, we're going to leave Yokova alone at its 45 days, but there are some states that have a limited absentee timeline that is two weeks, others that are all the way at 45 days.
Then, absentee process, should it be in person only?
Should we do mail out anymore on the taxpayer dime?
Should we try to make sure, as part of election integrity, make sure it's in person only?
Then, the debate of machine use versus hand count.
At what point do we require hand count when the machines are not passing logic and accuracy, security, and even certification issues?
And so, this is a thing that we're going to be looking forward to basically right after the election, that we're going to see some state legislatures require that their legislative research councils actually start looking at some of that research.
Some of them are, their deadline is coming up literally this coming Tuesday.
And I was told this already by a lawyer I'm working with, and I was kind of shocked, kind of thinking, it's like, wait a minute.
So, that means if that's the deadline, the freshman legislators aren't going to have a chance to introduce a new bill.
That's sick.
So, I don't think it really works that way.
I don't think that's appropriate.
And so, I think we even need to look at that.
I think we're going to see a lot of reforms coming to our elections and a lot better oversight.
And that includes potentially even taking some of the control away from people from making arbitrary decisions to making things a lot more black and white, such as you will have a post-election audit.
You will have a logic and accuracy test, and it'll be on this day.
You don't get to pick it anymore.
We're going to make it and set it in statute so that way everybody in the state knows when it's going to be.
It'll be more uniform and a lot more open.
And then I think we're going to see a lot more party oversight in the elections as well, especially bipartisan.
And maybe there'll have to be some statutory upgrades to where the parties are going to have to take on more responsibility.
And I think we're going to see some party reforms on both sides, where I think there should be hand count training, there should be disaster recovery planning, there should be better poll watcher training.
And I'm encouraged what I'm seeing from Laura Trump, where they had a record number of poll watchers out there throughout the United States.
And I think there's going to be a lot of lessons learned, and especially with great channels like the Lindell Report, Lindell TV, Frank Speech, and the Gateway Pundit, the Federalist, and so many organizations out there looking at election integrity.
I think we've learned a lot and we've gained more evidence than we've ever seen because there's more eyes out there.
And so all of you who are patriots out there that are wondering, are we going to have a valid election?
My answer to you is, of course we are.
There's a lot of good election officials that are going to do the job and we just need to be there to support them and help them.
And I am so proud of all of you for hanging in and getting ready to vote.
Let's push our candidates over the finish line.
Let's get out there and vote.
Let's see what happens on Tuesday night.
And hopefully some of these states that want to delay the results, maybe they won't matter because we're going to have such a huge turnout that our candidates are going to win and it won't matter for these people who are trying to delay the election results.
And so tonight, I want to make sure all of you are encouraged.
God bless you.
I want to make sure you are ready with a plan.
And I need you all to make sure you get out and vote, have a plan, and encourage your friends, your family, and neighbors to get out and vote.
Everybody, please stay awesome and have a wonderful weekend.
