Time Text
My pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
He is the greatest.
The Mike Pillow guy.
Mike Lindell.
And he's been with us right from the beginning.
Good evening, America.
This is Pat Colbeck filling in from Mike Lindell and the Lindell Report.
And we've got a great show for you tonight.
This is probably the most consequential election of our lifetime, as many people have been talking about.
The countdown clock is now down to the point where there are no days left on the countdown clock.
It is zero days, 11 hours till polls open out on the East Coast, and I'm in the Eastern time zone.
So, guys, Election Day is upon us.
We've been talking about this for four years.
Now, the question is, are we adequately prepared for this?
And I got to kind of start things off with a little bit of, hopefully this is levity, but I think it's appropriate that a lot of us are expecting to hear the results tomorrow.
But Democrats are warning that it may take at least four years to count the ballots.
You got to hold it to Babylon B.
They have a great sense of humor.
But, you know, there is a lot of talk about the delay in the actual election results and understanding what's going on there.
In my own home state of Michigan, our attorney general is saying that ballots may be processed as late as seven days after the election here.
So that could create a little bit of a drama.
But I think the general anticipation is that this is indeed going to be one of those elections that's too big to rig.
And so tomorrow night, the rightful host of this program, Mike Lindell, is going to be joining with Rick Weibel.
And Mike's going to be chiming in from a very special place that I hope is filled with a lot of champagne bottles overflowing with joy and celebration.
So guys, there's a lot going on over the next 24 hours before we get to that point.
And we're going to talk about some of those matters here tonight.
I've got three guests that are going to be joining me here tonight.
One, many of you guys know from her work with Cosmo America on hand counts is Linda Ramps.
And Linda's going to be joining us here shortly.
Also at the bottom of the hour, a gentleman that I met a few weeks back out in the city of Detroit by the name of Ramon Jackson.
And Ramon is his story is something that needs to be heard.
Mike has been talking about the identity theft that's been happening in our election where the bad guys are taking names in the voter rolls, sometimes creating those names in the voter rolls, and then stealing those identities and casting ballots in their names.
Well, Ramon's got solid evidence that that is indeed what's happening, particularly to a lot of citizens inside the city of Detroit.
And he's going to tell his story here in a little bit.
And then at the, you know, with about 15 minutes left to go in the show, we're going to have a good friend of mine, JB Williams, talking about, okay, guys, we know there's a lot of craziness that's happening in this election.
What are we doing about it?
And JB is going to give us an update on a few lawsuits that are happening that should help us address this in the wake of the election.
So guys, the good news on everything that's happening, Besides John 316, the good news is we are much more prepared going into this 2020 elect going into the 2024 election than we ever were with the 2024 election.
So take good cheer about that.
We understand how the theft of the election is done.
I can speak for myself when I went into the 2020 election, even though I was a former state senator, served on the election and government reform committee.
I had a very good idea about how elections are supposed to be run.
I was clueless as to what lengths people would go to to subvert the integrity of the election.
So I was all bright-eyed and bushytailed, thinking that if somebody was doing something wrong, all I had to do is show them what the statute was, show them what the procedure was that they're supposed to be following.
And they would go, oh, thank you.
I'll recalibrate what I was doing and I'll do it the right way.
No, these guys, we got to realize that these are people that are trying to steal our country.
And they will do anything, say anything.
They will lie, cheat, and steal to make sure that their people are put into office.
And guys, we need to go in with our eyes wide open to that effect.
And if nothing's been done over the last four years, except for our eyes being plopped wide open, that has indeed been the case.
And through the efforts of Mike Lindell and all his listeners, all the folks tuning into this show today, all the people who have been out at his summits, all the people who have been at his cyber symposium, you guys have helped spread the word over the last four years in an environment of overt censorship of anybody talking about election fraud.
I remember how I had to get on YouTube broadcast talking about the election, and I had to refer to Dominion as dominoes and ballots as pizza, or else it would have been censored by YouTube.
And probably still going to happen today like that, but you know what?
I don't need YouTube anymore.
Mike has Frank speech.
He also has a former, formerly known Frank Social, now vocal.
And we're going to talk about that up front here as well, because that vocal app is a very, very important part of what we're going to be doing over the last 24, 48 hours, and maybe even a little bit longer here.
And we know there's going to be a lot of craziness that's happening inside the election.
A lot of that's already occurring through mail-in voting, through the early voting process in many states that have early voting, like my home state of Michigan, unfortunately.
And so there are some incidents that are starting to roll up.
And what I want to kind of impress upon everybody that's watching here is it's all nice to go off and complain about these incidents, share them on your social media, go off and text your friends, your buddies, whatever the case may be, send it out via email.
That's fine and dandy.
But if you want to convert those complaints, those concerns, that anxiety into action, I'm going to walk through something here right now that you need to see, and it's very important.
And many of you have heard Mike talk about the Lindell plan.
Well, part of the Lindell Plan is the idea of a real-time election monitoring system.
Well, we've got that active for this election season.
And I want to walk you through that.
And if you're following along at home, the fast pass to get to where I'm going is just type in in your web browser trackincidents.com.
That's trackincidents.com.
And when you go to trackincidents.com, you're going to go on to one of Mike's key initiatives that he's putting in that's, I think, going to be a game changer in this election.
And you click on real-time monitoring, and you're going to be popping Into a page that's dedicated to explaining what Mike means about real-time monitoring and what tools do we have available for you to help out with that.
Essentially, on this page, what we're talking about is that there's two applications that are out there that help you capture and post incidents in a way that you can categorize them, you can associate them with a specific location.
All that information is extremely important to help us organize the data.
If we just get a bunch of free text streams that are out there or just social media, random social media posts that are out there, and we're not actually collecting the data from those social media posts in any manner that allows us to triage them and identify what's critical, what's not critical, what is seeing if we've got similarities between what's happening in Michigan and Minnesota.
You know, all that information, if you can tag it with that type of information, it becomes very helpful to us to help convert all those concerns and incidents into action.
And so Mike has the vocal app that we've been talking about and encouraging everybody to get an account.
And when you see something, say something, but say something via vocal.
And when you post it, we're going to walk through what we're talking about doing with Vocal, what we need you to do in order to make this effective.
But the tool for posting incidents is vocal.
So if you go to vocal.com, vocl.com, or go to justice trackincidents.com and follow along with us.
Everything you need to know is on that website and you can walk through it and you can help us not just complain about the bad things that are happening out there, but actually convert those complaints into action.
We also partnered with Vote Alert and Vote Alert is from True the Vote.
That, unlike Vocal, Vocal is kind of a general purpose social media platform that we've provided some, we've added on some functions that allow us to track specifics around election fraud incidents.
Vote Alert's a little different.
It was purpose-built to actually capture these election fraud incidents.
And so it's a different interface.
And so think of Vocal as a general purpose app and Vote Alert as a special purpose app.
Between the two of them, we can capture information about what's going on with our elections.
And all that information is ported over to another application called Election Nexus.
And we'll walk through that in just a second.
But so here's the basic flow.
I'm an engineer at heart.
So guys, please be patient.
Here's the basic idea.
You're a general user, you're a Joe citizen that's out there, you're a poll challenger, poll worker, whatever.
You see an incident, you document that incident, you take photos, video, whatever it may be, you post it in vocal, you tag it with the appropriate category of issue it is, and you give it a location.
And you just click on the location, but we'll show that in a sec here.
And then what do you know?
We got an incident captured.
That's the most important part of this right now is get those incidents captured.
Now, when that incident is captured, if it's in vocal, we've got folks from Cause of America with the little Election Crime Bureau badges that are going off and curating that data and making sure that it is indeed an election fraud incident that's getting posted and that it's got all the key information that we need in order to get it tracked in Election Nexus.
So it will be curated by an incident approver, if you will.
And once they approve it, it's going to pop up into a feed, a database feed behind the scenes.
And that database feed is going to be ported over to Election Nexus.
And you'll be able to see all the incidents all across the country that have been captured via the Vocal app.
Once we've got those incidents, this is not something that happened automatically right now, but once we've got all those incidents, folks like myself and others are going to be going off and looking at those.
And we've got a template for a criminal complaint form that was put together by one of our supporters and who was in law enforcement, who's a detective.
And then we're going to go back to the people who filed the initial posts and ask them to file a complaint and give them it in a bow tie all wrapped up, ready for them to share with their local law enforcement.
So that's the basic flow, but it all starts with posting an incident.
And the way we post an incident is let's just go through the vocal route.
You could go through vocal or you can go through vote alert.
We're just going to go through the vote alert path here.
And when you click on that vocal button here, it's going to give you a quick, quick overview of what the app is.
And then it'll walk you through how to use it, where you can download it.
If they've got an app for Android, and they've also got an app for the Apple.
And also you can go off and use it on your desktop just by simply going to vocal.com.
Once you've created an account, it's going to ask you who you want to go off and follow.
What are the feature profiles?
You can make your profile look real nice like any other social media app.
You can create or join groups and then monitor your feed.
And then also when you get into the Cosmo America thread, you can actually go off and monitor elections feeds specific to your specific state.
And once you're in with a vocal account, you can start reporting election issues.
Now, here are some hashes that have been predefined.
If you want to create your own hash associated with that, that's fine, but it's not going to fit with our standardized categories.
But it's okay if we didn't think of the appropriate candidate for you or appropriate category for you.
But it's really important that you go into, when you're posting an incident using vocal, make sure you specify location.
It'll always default to your last location.
It's a really nice feature on it.
You don't have to specify it every single time, especially if you're in the same spot time after time posting multiple incidents.
You can keep the location the same.
You don't have to change it.
But if you do need to change it, you can actually look it up by the name of the city that you're in.
You can just leave it at the state level, or you can specify GPS coordinates.
So, and then, of course, just select the appropriate hashtags that apply to that issue.
That's it, guys.
This isn't rocket science.
It's just using, if you've used any social media apps before, this isn't going to be a heck of a lot different here.
And then here's the PS de résisance.
Once you actually get the incidents in there, what you're going to be having the ability to do is now see it at our new electionnexis.com website.
And as you can see here, there's a variety of various incidents that have already been mapped that are live inside Election Nexus that have been imported via the from vocal.
So people have posted incidents.
Now those incidents are now captured in Election Nexus.
Here's a summary of the different categories and a number of incidents for each of those categories.
If you just want to download the whole list here, you can download it in Excel, PDF.
You can actually just print it.
But this is all in table form down here as well.
So you understand where that data is.
If you want to go off and see the specific link here, unfortunately, it's not hyperlink, but if you just copy and that particular link and you can go off and click in your browser and hit paste.
We'll do that quick here.
It'll take you right to that post so you can understand what people are talking about, what the details are.
So it's a nice little incident tracker that's out there for your use.
And I just want to highlight too that I know The same day we're promoting that our Election Nexus was live is the same day that Elon Musk decided to roll out his election integrity community where he's asking people to track incidents in that community as well.
And I love it.
I applaud it.
I appreciate it.
However, when you post in that election integrity community that Elon Musk has said, you don't specify, you don't organize the data with the hashtags, the categories that we're using.
And you also don't get a location specific tag with it that allows us to map it on Election Nexus.
So please use vocal.
All right.
Now, speaking of getting vocal here, one of the things we've been very vocal about at Election Crime Bureau with Cause of America is the idea of performing hand counts.
Matter of fact, that's one of the solutions that we have listed up under the Election Crime Bureau.
And the queen of hand counts on all of America is a lady by the name of Linda Rance.
And many of you have seen her before on various frank speech feeds.
And it's my distinct pleasure here to welcome Linda Rance to the program.
Linda, thanks for joining me tonight.
Thanks, Patrick.
I appreciate it.
Glad to be here.
And love the Election Nexus.
I haven't seen all the features of it working before.
So wow, that's amazing.
Yeah, thank you.
It's coming together.
Sometimes it feels like we're building the plane mid-flight.
But you know what?
It's functional.
And the beautiful thing is, no matter we're always capturing that data once you post it in vocal and once you post it in vote alert, it doesn't go away.
And we're just going to have some fun presenting the data.
That incident map is only one of the data sets we have active up on that site.
We've also got status around the Great Petition Project.
And also, if you remember, our scorecard back a couple of summits ago that we put together for the statutory scorecard.
There's a few of those up there.
And there's actually about 40 different data sets that are planned.
So stay tuned, buckle up.
It's only going to get better from here.
Yeah.
And if I could, can I add one more quick thing to what you just said?
That'd be okay.
So what I've been telling people as well, because the RNC has incident reporting or election crime, there's a lot of tools out there to report.
The thing is that I know with the RNC and Lara Trump did come out and correct her or edit her statement to say that their assets are focused on swing states.
And you're in Michigan, so that does well for Michigan, but I'm in Missouri.
And so I tell people, definitely report on other tools.
There's nothing wrong with it, but please make sure it gets on vocal or vote alert because we have Cause of America teams set up for every single state watching that data as it comes in to curate, as you said, and also keep an eye on it.
But once it gets through and gets on that map that you showed, anyone, anyone anywhere can look at the data.
These other tools, I haven't found one yet that puts that data out for the public to look at in real-time monitoring.
That's a huge feature that we have here on the Lindell plan and on Election Crime Bureau.
Yeah, and I want to point out you can drill down in the state-specific maps.
And then when you're at that, that's when you can click and actually go directly into the posts associated with it.
I just want to warn everybody that that's a bit of a work in progress right now because, But it is almost there.
And so just bear with us that the data that's out there already is pretty darn compelling.
And as you just said, I don't know of anybody else that's actually mapped it out that way yet.
And so get that data in there.
So whenever you're talking to people, just encourage them, go to trackincidents.com.
That'll get you going on everything we just walked through.
That'll plug in on how to get connected with vocal, what kind of things you need to do to configure vocal and tag an incident for reporting election fraud.
It'll walk you through all the basics, guys.
And if you do that, then you can come up with pretty pictures like we see with the heat map, the incident map out election nexus.
But if you don't do that, it's just another incident floating in the wind that is literally, I mean, you've done this, I've done this, where you're just drinking from the fire hose in the wake of an election with everybody, you know, complaining, citing incidents and not knowing if it's a thing or not.
Okay, guys, we're going to be flooded out of the gates here.
The key thing is to make sure that we don't lose anything that could be really, really important down the road.
And if you help post it in vocal, we won't lose it.
It's there all the time for people to go off and look, to do data mining on, to search about it and convert them into criminal complaints where warranted.
Right.
And one other quick thing I thought we should mention is that I have a couple people who have called and they really, they don't use any kind of tools.
And so they're like, well, I want to report.
I have something to say because we have a lot of people out there.
They don't use the phone.
They don't use whatever.
Vote True the Vote offers a 24-7 phone line that people who don't want to use any app.
So it's 866-888-2024.
Yeah, 2024.
And if you call it in, they will transcribe your message and it still comes into the system.
We'll see it and then we'll move it over to vocal and make sure it shows up on the heat map.
So if you can't use an app at all, get to that phone number.
Catching those trends is going to be so critical.
Just all that information you're talking about.
Absolutely.
So I want to, you know, delve into a topic that you're an expert on.
And a while back, I said you've got like the PhD thesis on hand counting that was out there, which is great.
I mean, it's like there's no excuse that somebody gets surprised on what they need to do in a hand count reading that document.
However, there was this gap where we said, you know what?
Every single state, every single community needs to have some sort of disaster recovery plan in case things go bump in the dark here.
And we get, maybe we get a cyber attack, maybe the power goes out.
Maybe if you live in Georgia, the plumbing goes out, whatever the case may be.
You want to go off and conduct a hand count because you don't want to stop an election just because our wonderful electronic voting systems are down and not able to support that.
We have other machines called human beings that are actually able to do this thing called counting as well.
And what you put together, I think, was a very, very well-defined hand counting guide.
And it really is hand counting simplified.
And maybe if you could, I mean, I'm going to point to where you can get this up on Election Crime Bureau here in just a sec.
And I know we've got, you got a lot more detail out at the Cause of America site.
But let me toggle the screen here just a second here.
Let's see if I can walk and chew gum, everybody.
All righty.
So under the hand count page, under solutions here, One of the areas that we have is this hand count guide that Linda's put together.
And I encourage everybody that's listening to the show right now, go to this page, download it, and don't.
That's not good.
That's the equivalent of blue screen land here.
All right.
I will have that fixed at the end of the show.
So, guess who manages the website here?
That was working.
So, apparently, the URL out of Cause of America changed.
Should be, but it type directly in handcounting.com forward slash emergency prep.
Handcounting.com forward slash emergency prep.
All righty.
And that's that wonderful document here.
So download a copy of this, get it to your local officials, all your clerks' offices, your county clerks.
Make sure they have a copy of this in their hip pocket in case things go bump in the night.
Maybe walk people through what the content of this guide is and what they should focus on and why it's so valuable.
Thank you.
So, yeah, it was about two years ago that I started working on the big, the big book, as Mike would call it, the big book, which ended up being 300 pages.
And it covered everything.
I wanted people to know how to go about finding out about hand counting the way I had done it.
Then, when you called a couple of weeks, and I want to give you credit, Patrick, because I was so immersed in it, to me, it's like, well, take the 300-page manual and go to chapter five and figure it out.
But you're what exactly what you just said, you said to me and challenged me, put it together in a way that any clerk anywhere could go in and take it and say, here's a condensed version.
So, literally, as the pages are going through them, I think the whole thing came in at under 20 pages.
And that was the goal.
You set a great bar for me.
I really appreciated it.
Because, you know, sometimes you need somebody to kind of nudge you and say, you're kind of deep in your own thoughts.
You got to step outside and, you know, so it walks very quickly through the process.
Because I've been told that many times by others.
So, but you have the excuse of being an engineer.
Yeah.
I'm not an engineer, but I like to go.
Yeah.
I'm married to a German.
It's kind of the same thing, you know.
So, so, yeah.
So it literally condenses down the steps.
It shows very quickly.
And I have had clerks call me from New England states and Nevada here from Illinois.
And it's like, hey, I saw this.
And there is a companion that goes with it.
I think the link is somewhere in that guide where you go and you can download an Excel spreadsheet that will let you put in how many people you think you might have an election.
And it will tell you exactly how many sheets of paper, which forms you need to print, how many of them, how many markers, how many pencils.
And literally for a county or a location of maybe 20 to 50,000 voters, registered voters, I would say your emergency supplies for hand counting would fit in one or two of those bankers boxes, as they call them, regular file boxes, even if it was that much.
I think for my county of 10,000 registered voters, it was like 600 sheets of paper for an entire election to tally it.
So it gives your clerks.
Now, if you have an election authority and they have, I will say, been taught or maybe indoctrinated to not even consider hand counting.
And they're going to say, well, I don't even want to prepare.
I mean, we have some who are like, this is a good idea.
It's not that much supplies that you couldn't, as just a citizen, a concerned citizen, look into it.
And maybe if you have a club or a group or an organization, you say, hey, let's invest the, you know, 40, 50, you know, I mean, if it's a big county, maybe 100 bucks in photocopy fees to just have it printed, buy some Sharpies, have everything sitting there.
And if something happens, we can step in and help.
Excellent.
Well, essentially what you provided all these elected officials, election officials all across the country is one of these.
You got the easy button, right?
Exactly.
That was easy.
Exactly.
There you go.
That's the whole goal of this that you put together.
And I'll tell you, you did an excellent job at it.
And so please, if you're listening right now, just give me about 15 minutes after the show today.
I had that link fixed up on the page.
I swear it was working before.
So we're going to have that available.
And guys, that'll be fun.
You can download it for your local election officials and make sure that they've got that in their hip pocket.
So, Linda, you know, thank you very much for all your efforts on this.
I mean, you've gone all across the country and, you know, training people on hand counts.
So while Dr. Frank is kind of Johnny Apple seed of the voting discussion around his talking about making sure people are getting active and engaged when it comes to protecting the integrity of our elections, you're the, what do you call it, Jenny appleseed, if you will, on hand counting and getting that out to everybody.
Guys, this isn't that complicated.
We used to know how to count.
This is how we used to run all of our elections in the country before these machines came around, before these stupid engineers got out there and decided to try to build a better mousetrap.
The best mousetrap we have, the most secure mousetrap that we have, is doing hand counts.
And thank you for all your efforts to get that out to everybody.
Oh, and thank you for your support on all of it, Patrick.
I really appreciate it.
Well, you did a great job.
And I'm so proud of the work product you put out there.
And I always like it when people go the extra mile to make it professional in every way, shape, or form.
That's exactly what you did on this.
So thank you.
Great.
Thanks, Patrick.
All right.
Without further ado, we're going to go to a short break.
And when we come back, we're going to be meeting with Raymond Jackson.
And Raymond's got a story about what's really happening inside our elections and frankly, what's been happening in our elections for decades in cities like Detroit.
So when we come back, we're going to be talking with Ramon Jackson.

Welcome back to the Lindell Report.
Once again, I'm your guest host, Patrick Colbeck, on this important evening right before the most important election in American history.
That definitely the most important election in my lifetime.
And we're going to be joined right now with a guest, and he's going to be on via audio, but I'm going to point you to his Twitter feed so you guys can follow up with him.
But a very important guest by the name of Ramon Jackson.
Ramon, welcome to the Lindell Report.
Yeah, we met a couple weeks ago at a souls to the polls meeting.
And this is a S-O-U-L-S to the polls instead of the S-O-L-E-S to the polls for the Democrats who are pushing that initiative for get out the vote.
And so you sat me down and spoke with me along with Pastor Zoe and highlighted how the identities of voters in the city of Detroit were actually being stolen and allocated to ballots without their knowledge.
And you've also got evidence of the fact that some people that have never registered to vote are actually getting registered without their knowledge, which is another form of identity theft.
And they're casting votes in their name as well.
So maybe just walk through some of the key area.
Well, first of all, give everybody a little background for you and let everybody know how they can get a hold of you.
And then go into what you've discovered by investigating what's actually happening in the election system in a large city like Detroit, because I have a feeling this isn't isolated to just Detroit.
And by the way, the reason I want everybody to know how to get a hold of you is because you're collecting names right now for some legal action.
And anybody who's been a victim of what Ramon is going to be talking about here in just a second, I want you to get your contact information out to Ramon or reach out to him.
If you can't, for some reason, get a hold of him, get a hold of me at Patrick at electioncrimebure.com.
But get in contact and I'll get it to Ramon.
But he is not isolated.
The people he's talked to are not isolated in this and their strength and numbers.
So thank you.
And make sure you get a hold of them.
Yeah, as Pat was saying, please reach out to me because anybody who moved away in the last 10, 15 years or haven't voted, stay in the city of Detroit, and you haven't voted in 15, 20 years and never voted, trust me, you are a prime candidate for this move.
So reach out to us so that we can run you, get your information, and see what's really going on with your voter history.
I do work centered around government transparency with contracts, inclusion, just the tax dollars and how they're supposed to flow back into our communities, the grant funding and resources and things like that.
And we have been trying to get righteous elected officials in our local government for years down here in Detroit, despite what anybody says to the contrary.
But we have been running into problems that every election that we're putting these candidates in, we losing by slim margins.
So we're doing recounts, we're doing recalls, we're doing everything.
We're scratching our head.
Some people even suing in the election department down here in Detroit because we're trying to figure out something is wrong.
So we're doing a recall on a city council member and we get the list from the clerk of everybody who voted in the governatorial election so that we can have adequate signatures when we do the recall.
I see one of my longtime friends on the list that I know moved away and I know don't vote.
And I see him voting absentee.
I really didn't have to contact him to find out if he voted because I knew he didn't vote.
But I still contact him just to make sure.
I say you on the voting list is voting absentee in the governatorial election.
He says, what is the absentee ballot?
He ain't even wasn't even aware of what an absentee ballot is.
We pull his history, find out they done used him in four elections, twice in 2020.
I mean, yeah, twice, once in 2020, twice in 22, and once in 24.
So now I say, hmm, I start pulling the list to check everybody now because I see a sort of a pattern right quick.
So I pull my history because I remember that I moved away.
I find out the same thing happened to me.
They registered me to an address back in Detroit after I had an out-of-state license, was in another state, had me register, created an absentee ballot application in my name the whole nine yards.
So now I know that this is a major pattern.
I pull up more and more people.
So I discovered that it's a slew of people, thousands of people in Detroit that they're moving away, that they're registering to vote back in Detroit, or they just not moving away.
They're moving within Detroit and they don't vote and they register and they vote on their behalf.
And this is how they win in the elections down here, man.
So that's how I got to this point.
Yeah, make sure everybody understands how that started.
You got engaged and you asked for something pretty straightforward, right?
Give me a list of the people who voted in the last election.
And then you just went through them and saw a buddy of yours that you knew that he didn't vote.
And so this gets to the heart of the fact that a lot of this information, frankly, should be made available to the public without us having to ask for it.
It should be published up there.
And so everybody can go off and self-police, if you will, the integrity of our elections.
But they don't like to do that.
And they like to make it very difficult to go off and do that.
And you took the initiative to go off and hold them accountable.
So thank you.
And that's one way, I think we're a little bit smarter this election than we have been in the past.
Yes, sir.
Yes, sir.
We're doing this stuff beforehand instead of after the fact.
And that's a big game changer.
And I want to thank you for your efforts on that and taking the initiative to do that.
Yeah.
We're ready for our next list.
And I tell people that's listening in, Detroit is the mother load.
It's the cesspool for election fraud.
It's the largest voting block in the whole state.
It's 509,000 alleged registered voters.
And I say alleged because a lot of those voters are inflated on there and they arbitrarily and unlawfully added to that voter list.
But currently they have 500,000 registered voters and they're giving 40 million of those voters to every Democrat that runs in a national election.
And they're giving a large portion.
Yes, we've talked about this before.
This is the Detroit slush fund.
So if you want to, if you want to steal a state election, especially in a presidential year, which has national implications on it, the way you do it is that, you know, maybe 15, 20% of Detroit voters maybe go out and actively vote, but they'll put out a voter turnout figure around 60 or 70 after the election.
That means that there's roughly 40 to 50 percent of the voters that are registered to vote in Detroit are actually part of a slush fund.
And so that's a that's a bit of a concern.
And that's why what you have discovered and took the initiative to go off and pursue justice for is so important.
This may end the stealing of elections in Detroit once and for all.
Hey, Pat, I want to say this too.
I want to say this too, Pat.
What you just said, what Pat just said about Detroit being a slush for voters, that's not a myth.
That's not speculative.
That is factual.
That is that.
If we take that 2020 list, it's 8,600 pages on a computer.
If we take that 2020 list and bust that list down, thousands of voters.
So what Pat just said about this being, that's not speculative.
That's not hypothetical.
That's factual.
Yeah, and put it in context of the 2020 election in Michigan.
It was 154,188 margin for presidential race.
We just talked about 250,000 that could be in a quote-unquote slush fund.
So that alone.
And I don't think it was isolated to Detroit by any means in Michigan.
I think they're doing some of the same things all across the state.
But I want people to hear your story because it should give them hope going into this election.
I know some people get frustrated and say, well, why do I even vote?
Well, because if you don't vote, somebody's going to vote in your name for you.
Yes, sir.
And you won't discover that until you get out to the poll.
So get out there, make it too big to rig, and then we'll be celebrating tomorrow instead of crying in our beer all night.
So thank you for all your efforts.
Once again, I just want to remind everybody how to get a hold of you.
And I'm going to pull up your Twitter feed here.
And if you reach out to him at the advocate42, that's his Twitter handle.
The advocate42, you can get a hold of Ramon.
And if you think that you've been a victim of identity theft and you've been voting or your name has been voting in recent elections without your knowing, make sure that you make sure you let Ramon know about it because we're working on some legal action along those lines.
And the more the merrier.
Yes, sir.
Thank you, Pat Man, again.
Oh, well, thank you for joining us.
And thank you for taking the initiative to get to the bottom of this craziness in our election system.
So thank you, Ramon.
We're going to be switching gears now.
And we just talked about lawsuits.
Now we're going to get into and talk to a gentleman that I've been working with for years out at the North American Law Center by the name of JB Williams.
And he's not a household name, but you should know about him because he's been going off and researching what has been happening to our election system for years.
He understands what's going on and he goes beyond understanding.
He's taking action and he's helping to spearhead several lawsuits that are intended to help restore some measure of integrity to our election system, not just here in Michigan, but nationwide.
So without further ado, I'd like to welcome JB Williams to the Lindell Report.
JB, great to have you.
Always a pleasure, Patrick.
Pleasure to be with you.
Thanks for having me.
By the way, I should probably get on my official JB hat here.
There we go.
It's all about that.
I think we're all on the same page now.
And so we've had a lot of activity over the last year or so in particular around how to engage on the legal front and on the legislative front.
So anybody who's reviewed the The Lindell plan understands that a couple threads in that plan are dealing with providing legal strategy and advice to our volunteers or community activists from across the country, as well as providing legislative advice.
The ship has kind of sailed for the legislative stuff for the election.
That was in the queue, you know, several months ago.
Now we're focused on the legislative side, and we've gone beyond just providing consulting and strategy to engaging third-party groups like the former feds group to help us with some lawsuits.
So maybe if you could go over a couple of lawsuits that we have in the queue and then kind of wrap things up and give us your prediction for what we're going to be facing tomorrow and in the days after tomorrow, going all the way to the point where somebody is going to get the keys to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
Yeah, well, first and foremost, election fraud has been around as long as elections have been around, but nothing like what we're seeing now.
And it's systemic when people talk about they or those people behind it all.
Unfortunately, it's largely our own federal government behind it all, including a lot of different agencies and a lot of, you know, the White House and members of Congress and a lot of 501s or 527 groups that are NGOs under people like George Soros and even foreign entities that have dumped millions,
if not billions of dollars into all this from foreign agencies and foreign groups like the World Economic Forum or even the UN and WHO.
And so what we're up against is not just in this country, it's going on all around the world right now.
And there's this global effort to essentially end sovereignty and security for independence for all nations and meld everybody into one global community that's overseen by a global body and a global government.
Now, I realize for a lot of people.
Just to take a quick pause here, guys, when you're hearing JB talking about this and you sit there and go, oh, that shouldn't be a freedom hat.
That should be a tinfoil hat, right?
That goes up there.
No, guys.
I was about to comment on that myself.
Yeah.
This is real.
No, it's very real.
And, you know, in the good old days, when I first started tracking all this and talking about it and writing about it and working on it a little over 30 years ago now, they were operating in the shadows.
Now it's all outright in the public.
It's just people tend to believe what they want to believe.
They tend to not believe things they don't want to believe.
You know, and it can be right in their face and they just absolutely either see it and think they should do something about it, or they are afraid to see it or don't want to see it because they don't think that serves their political agenda.
The oversight window is shifting and due to efforts from folks like yourself and the folks at former feds group.
It is shifting and people are realizing, guys, this is something's broke here.
I don't necessarily know exactly what it is, but now I'm willing to go off and actually listen.
And you've got the information to share with them.
And I think you did a great job pulling together some lawsuits that we're working on and maybe kind of give people an idea about why you're a little bit different and why you approach lawsuits from a little bit different perspective, because I think it's an important differentiator between some of the lawsuits we've seen filed on topic like election fraud.
You approach it from a different angle.
Maybe give people some insights.
Well, for starters, I want to mention the former feds group.
The former feds group is a group of attorneys that were former federal prosecutors prior to some of them 20 plus year veterans from the Department of Justice that were washed out or pushed out or forced out when Barack Obama took over back in 2009, 2010, and just started turning the Department of Justice on its head.
And they have been in the fight against what's going on within our own halls of government ever since.
And so there was an opportunity and a chance meeting for us to work with them and get them on board to do a lot of the legal filings that we're involved in now.
And we filed a number I haven't filed.
North America Law Center doesn't file.
We're not a law firm.
We work behind lawyers or law firms to work on critical things of constitutional nature.
So part of what's different is it's a former feds group that are fronting all of this and that are handling the cases from a legal standpoint.
Another difference is at North America Law Center, we allow the facts to lead to the conclusions.
We don't start with a conclusion and then go looking for facts to back up what we think.
And once we get to all the facts and we allow them to lead to a conclusion, we look at every case in this country as it pertains to the country as a whole or the government as a whole as a constitutional case.
And so unfortunately, a lot of Americans, including a lot of attorneys, they really don't understand the difference between British common law and constitutional law.
Those are two very different things.
British common law is based on practice, precedent, and procedure.
And that's most the lion's share of training in law schools in this country since the mid-40s.
And then there's constitutional law.
Constitutional law is based on the text and the textual meaning of what's in the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights and the overall structure of what is supposed to be a guaranteed Republican form of government in this country.
And the fact is, the truth is the common law practices are used most often to undermine constitutional law.
And so the difference, there's two differences, I would say, between what we do and what others do.
The first is that we let the facts lead to the conclusions in.
And the second is that we then take a constitutional approach, not a British common law approach to these matters in the cases that we file.
And last but not least, a lot of people at North America Law Center are both military or agency backgrounds.
They're war planners, warfighters, people from the intelligence community and the likes.
And so we look at everything like it's a battle and we develop a battle plan.
We look at the end goal, work our way back from there instead of just trying to throw mud on the wall and hope something sticks.
Well, JB, we're getting to the bottom of the hour here.
And once again, on that evening of the most important election in our history here, kind of highlight two lawsuits that we've been working on with you and the implications, not just to my state of Michigan here, but to the country as a whole.
We see Michigan as ground zero for the election fraud nationwide, in part because the governor of Michigan is also co-chair of the Democrat Party nationwide and co-chair of the Harris and prior to that, the Biden campaign.
And so she's heavily involved from the top levels of our government and the Democrat Party engaged in doing all this in Michigan.
But also she and her secretary and attorney general have been openly engaged in working with the other swing states to implement systems by which you and I spoke about it briefly earlier in Michigan.
There is no audit trail available.
There's no audit trail available.
And that's part of how they plan on getting away with what they're doing.
So she's at the state.
There's a case that we just completed today, by the way, that is going to the U.S. Supreme Court early in the morning.
And that case is essentially saying, look, you did right when you ruled last week six to three to allow Virginia to continue removing ineligible voters from their voter rolls.
And now we want you to apply that decision to all 50 states.
And since we're now at election and there's no time for front end solutions like get them off the voter rolls or require every state to do voter ID, we're past that point right now in this election cycle.
So now the solutions become we have to look at the certifiability and legitimacy of the votes that take place in all 50 states before they can be certified as legitimate results.
Yeah, so that's a big filing here.
So people, the remedies that are being sought in that lawsuit you're just talking about, which is former Fed group against 50 secretaries of state all across the country here.
The remedies we're talking about are hand count, paper balance.
We're talking about one day voter, one day elections, all the stuff everybody's talking about.
Those are the remedies that we're seeking in this particular lawsuit.
So guys, this is as close as it gets to our Just Add Water after the case here as far as making sure that we could actually have an election system that we can trust going into the next election cycle if we are successful in this court case.
So this is going before the United States Supreme Court.
We're asking for them to review it as a matter of original jurisdiction.
And I just want to thank you, JB, for your leadership and for your, you know, diligence in pursuing these matters of importance to the survival of our country here and to freedom.
So thank you for being with us tonight.
And thank you for your friendship over the last few years through some pretty dark times as we waded through the aftermath of the 2020 election.
Fear not, my friends.
Fear is the absence of faith.
If you feel fear, grow your faith.
Absolutely.
Thank you very much, JB.
I appreciate that.
Now, guys, we're going to be wrapping up the show now.
And I just want to make sure everybody, to JB's point, are getting down on their knees right now.
This is a spiritual battle, first and foremost, on all this.
So, guys, we're just asking for prayers and just let the truth be told about what's going on with our election system, provide full transparency, and incentivize all the people that seek righteousness to get out there and vote.
We truly do need to make this too big to rig.
And I want to leave you with some promising notes here: is that, I mean, I've seen news stories that suggest that New Jersey is in play for Donald Trump.
We've got good things happening out in Pennsylvania, out in Georgia.
And you can just tell by where President Trump is going as to where we believe that state is in play.
And guys, when I start doing the math on where the president is spending his time over the last few weeks, it's very, very, I get very, very optimistic about our chances for having a celebration either tomorrow or sometime shortly after tomorrow.
But be prepared, guys.
There's a lot of people that obviously are making sure that we don't have that celebration.
And just remember that they are pushing an agenda that I think is sometimes not in keeping with traditional American principles of honor and righteousness and freedom and godliness.
I mean, and so guys, don't take the bait.
If they start poking and prodding, remember that they are all acolytes of Saul Linsky, who dedicated his book, Rules for Radicals, to Lucifer.
And one of the major adages of Saul Linsky was that the action is in the reaction.
That's why they're going to continue to try to poke and prod and poke and prod until normally lawful citizens do something unlawful.
Don't go there.
Get ready for the celebration tomorrow.
Put our trust in God.
The horse is prepared for battle, but victory is to the Lord.
Let's have a nice little victory tomorrow night.
God bless everybody and God bless America.
You ever see this guy with the pillows on fox?
My pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
He is the greatest.
My pillow guy.
Mike Lindell.
