My name is Rick Weibel, and I am hosting on behalf of Mike Lindell.
He says hi to everybody out there.
He wishes he could be with you, but of course, you know, he is out there helping our president, Donald J. Trump, on the campaign trail, and he's doing a wonderful job out there.
And when you see the introduction of this, I'm always reminded of the amount of work and just the dedication that Lindell has towards this country and to all of you who are watching.
And when you think of the success that he's had and even the early failures that he's had personally in his life, and what an American dream, an American triumph.
And that is what this country is all about.
And that is what Donald J. Trump represents as well, is that even no matter what the struggles are, we have a chance to be great and to be able to discover our relationship with Christ, but also to discover our gifts.
And it may take some of us a little bit longer to discover that, but to be able to work with other people and to support this great country.
That's why it's called the American Dream, because we have that opportunity and we just cannot lose it.
Tonight, we have a great show for you.
Tonight, I'm so honored to be hosting on behalf of Mike Lindell.
I'll have Jessica Palmea on tonight and Jill Kaufman.
Jessica, she is definitely a dynamo in South Dakota, as a leader of SD Camincine.
And then, of course, Jill Kaufman, one of the leaders in Wyoming.
And she is just absolutely incredible and amazing.
But first, we've got some breaking news that is just absolutely incredible out there.
Elon Musk, great credit to him and what he has been doing out there on X.
He released the Gallup poll where it basically says that 84% of Americans support requiring all voters to provide photo identification at their voting place.
These numbers are pretty consistently growing more and more.
Now taking a deeper dive, we see that requiring people who are registering to vote for the first time to provide proof of citizenship is now at 83%.
So this flies in the face of so many statutes that are out there in states where there's vouching or self-signing of affidavits.
We do need to get control of this and look at these surveys.
They are absolutely telling us this is what the voters want.
Now also, I've been a proponent to make sure that you are voting in person on Election Day because of the problems that we've been seeing out there.
And again, this morning, we see that somebody damaged a U.S. Postal Service mailbox in Phoenix, Arizona, and some of the ballots got damaged.
And so when we look at chain of custody issues, this is a prime example why it is so important to vote in person.
And you think this is just a one-off.
Well, let's go to the other side of the country in Florida.
We find that there's ballots found in a Florida storm drain that were stolen from mailboxes in a USPS master key.
This is reported this morning as well, or this afternoon.
And so here we go.
You know, when we talk about chain of custody, this is a major reason why voting in person is so important.
Then we also have to look at this whole process of voting early.
And again, we have news out of Texas that during their first day of voting, it was such a mess that their registration system, because they have these vote centers, so people can go to any place and start voting.
And the problem with that is they were giving them the wrong ballots.
They were having delays in the system where it was crashing.
And it was, they couldn't even print out the stickers to basically assign onto the envelopes.
And we see the same thing in Wisconsin, that they had problems, and people were sitting there waiting for two hours to be able to vote.
That is a lot of dedication.
And here we see the Wisconsin WIS vote with system glitches, bandwidth shortcomings, and issues with their elections commission to basically get at the actual database.
But, you know, don't worry.
There's this other breaking news from the Babylon B that even Dominion machines are now refusing to vote for Kamala Harris.
And so they're quoted as saying, you know, it's bad when even the pre-programmed voting machines won't even support her.
And we see that in multiple states now: Georgia, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas.
This is no longer a laughing matter.
We are seeing already in these early voting states of vote flips.
And what's funny is that some of these are flipping to Trump to Harris or Harris to Trump.
I'm sorry, but this logic and accuracy test is just not happening in these election areas, and this has to improve.
We cannot keep doing this.
Then in Minnesota, here we've got a group that has gone out there and verified that they've got shocking footage revealing that 31% of the interviewed residents at one apartment complex admit to being non-citizens and they're registered to vote.
These are two things that happened in Minnesota where they basically created a driver's license for all bill allowing non-citizens to get driver's licenses and they didn't want to mark whether or not they were legal or illegal citizens.
This is just absolutely disgusting as to where things are going and it is completely opposite of the survey that we see earlier.
Then we see this bombshell report that Iranian hackers broke into the state voter hold databases and they basically were able to fill out Yokova registrations for any state that they wanted to.
And this is just disgusting.
This is just the tip of the iceberg.
So if you see something out there that's happening, make sure you are signed up on the electioncrimebureau.com website.
You can report items there.
You can learn about different things that the Lindell team is actually working on.
And make sure you sign up for the vocal app so that way you can do real-time election monitoring and report election incidents.
This is actually really fantastic that they're doing this.
And I'm so proud to support this and to bring this to you so that way we can make sure that we're reporting what is actually happening out there in the elections and that we can actually take action.
Well, next up, without further ado, I'd like to have both Jessica and Jill Kaufman come on.
And first, Jill, tell us what's happening in Wyoming with some of the latest breaking news that you have there regarding the test X there in Wyoming, but also kind of Hand County.
Well, thank you again for having me on.
And I feel blessed to be with both of you tonight as co-hosts.
I appreciate this.
Wyoming is going through another.
public testing avenue before this election.
And unfortunately, we now have up to 15 counties that have turned in their paperwork.
And 14, I believe, right now, have failed, which is not good at all.
They have been shown how to do it through the Secretary of State's office.
They've been encouraged by the ESNS.
Some of them have ESNS even coming in to help them with the test X, and yet they still failed.
So it's pretty scary of what's going on.
Very, it's very disenheartening.
And a lot of people are really concerned.
And I get a lot of calls because I've been handling that.
And a lot of other people are saying, so how are our machines?
And I says, well, we don't know because we can't get through the test decks to see if anything else is wrong.
But right now, they're not certifiable.
So that's the one thing that is truly, truly going on in Wyoming.
And I hope everybody calls their county commissioners, which in the state of Wyoming, your county commissioners can remove these machines and go to an alternative type of counting.
And the Secretary of State, through non-certifiable aspects of our statutes, he could remove the machines as well.
And then what we have been working with, the hand counting, is we've gone through 19 counties out of our 23 counties in our state.
And we've been trying to teach people and get some really good people trained well enough so that they can teach other people as well.
I just came from a town and I come driving in here like a wild woman from Chugwater, which is a town just south of me.
And we had a small group, but it was a really good group.
We had a teacher from our charter school that's just a new charter school, and he encouraged his students to bring, if they came, that if they could bring their parents, so both parents, mother and father, then they would be able to use that as credit for their class.
So we have students show up and it was just a great night.
So a lot of good is coming from that.
And they were very encouraged that we're teaching younger people as well because they are our future.
That is fantastic news.
And so to see a grassroots organization similar what's happening in South Dakota, Minnesota, you know, and now in Wyoming, where you guys are actually prepared that if we hear all of these disasters from Homeland Security and CISA and all of these other agencies telling us that our elections are going to be under attack, this is one way to make sure that we are ready because we are Americans, not Americans.
And so I'm so proud of you for taking the task on and showing how we can actually take control and have better oversight of our elections.
That is just absolutely fantastic.
Now, Jessica, there's a lot happening in South Dakota.
And holy cow, Minnehaha County seems to be kind of the focal point of what's happening there.
Give us an update.
Well, as you know, Minnehaha County is the biggest county in South Dakota.
It has 25% of the population, 25% of the vote.
Has the most tabulators and the county pays the most money to ESNS in the state, I believe.
Now, Pennington County might be pretty close, but I believe, you know, in the last 10 years, ESNS has received over $1.2 million from Minnehaha County alone.
So these, I think, Jill, as you know, and of course, as Rick has pointed out, the ESNS test decks that are pre-printed and have been used, you know, in years past and still are, are insufficient alone.
So if they want to complete robust logic and accuracy testing, they need to go above and beyond.
These election officials do to manually fill out ballots so that everything is tested properly.
And the Minnehaha County Auditor Leah Anderson has gone above and beyond.
She has a great team of volunteers in the county and all kinds of people that we don't even know that are always willing to show up and help when the help is needed.
So during the primary and now during this general election testing period, volunteers came in to help manually fill out those ballots so that the machines could be tested properly because there's a huge volume of ballots and a lot of races that need to be tested.
And then Minnehaha County alone has 81 precincts.
So that's a lot of ballots to test.
So that's going on.
But the kind of the breaking news is that one of the machines in Minnehaha County appears to not be working properly.
And ESNS was requested, you know, to come in and fix it and do some maintenance.
And as I understand it, they are not there yet and hope to get there by the election, is what I was told.
Also, the day before the primary election, ESNS notified the auditor that they would not be coming to do on-site support for that election.
And that was the first time ever that that had happened because, again, it's the largest county and they're always there to run the elections.
Rick and I were there to videotape the massive failures in the prior elections and we have put that on the internet.
I guess it maybe hurt their feelings a little bit because now they just won't show up at all.
And now the queue was open in July to in the ESNS portal to request on-site support for the general election.
That was turned in the first day that that was available for support in Minnehaha County.
And I believe yesterday, so less than two weeks ahead of the election, ESNS notified Minnehaha County they would not be coming to do any on-site support.
And again, they have the biggest population, the most voters, the most ballots to count, and spend the most money.
And ESNS will not come and offer them support as all of their assets have been deployed elsewhere.
I think as you, if you've been following the story with Minnehaha County, that ESNS is sending A message saying you challenge our lives, you challenge our vulnerable equipment, you ask too many questions.
We're going to hang you out to dry.
Yeah, that's alarming.
That is absolutely shocking.
And as a voter in South Dakota, I'm pissed.
I'm very upset because, yes, we've been critical of ESNS, but that in a way to try to help them improve.
So even the statements that I've made and filed with the Secretary of State asking them to do engineering change orders to update the security of the equipment and for them not to respond and for the State Board of Elections to lie to say that they don't have authority or even the will to do it.
I'm sorry.
Diedrich, you're an attorney as a deputy, Secretary of State, and Monet, you're the leader.
And most Secretary of States have laws on the books that support them to make sure that the elections are going to be top-notch and follow compliance with the Help America Vote Act.
We know this is true in Wyoming.
We know this is true in Minnesota, South Dakota, Texas.
And one of the other pieces that they're supposed to have is uniformity.
So we've discovered something in Wyoming where one of your county clerks is basically shoving the express vote systems for voters to vote on, whereas the other counties are basically having the voters fill out the paper ballots.
As a matter of fact, Laramie County purchased a bunch of extra express vote systems just recently.
And originally the Secretary of State denied it and then was pressured.
So then they ended up purchasing that.
Is that correct?
Yeah, that is correct.
And it's quite interesting.
I had talked with someone the other day, and they were just kind of really appalled that all the other counties, well, that this county in itself was the only option they get to vote is the express vote.
A lot of the other counties, they offer the express vote, but most people use the ballot.
They fill out the oval ballot and then they put it into the DS200.
So that is a good thing.
But we have a really bad situation in Laramie County.
And especially since they have not done a proper test deck and they have not even done a very minimal, not even the minimum that's required on the express vote testing.
So it's just horrifying what's going on.
And I want to show this quick tip for election officials that we have out there.
And basically today's tip is election day prep.
And this is right out of their manual.
And 3.2.2 in that chapter, readiness testing for or logic and accuracy testing.
They state right in here that ESNS recommends that you test every ballot style you plan to use and that you test every voting target on each of these ballot styles.
And they even suggest you can hand mark the ballots yourself or ESNS can provide you with a test deck of pre-marked ballots.
Contact ESNS for more information.
What's actually really disgusting here is that they really don't give good guidance to the clerks, the auditors, the election officials of how to do a proper test deck.
And so we've been trying to provide guidance over at uscase.org and we've been evaluating Wyoming.
And when all the counties basically failed to do the proper test decks, in essence, they created misdemeanors at best and felonies at worst.
And here we are going into this election.
And when we analyze South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Texas, South Carolina, other states out there as well, we are not finding enough due diligence into their testing.
And it's absolutely ridiculous.
And so I'm so glad that we have a plan of hand counting because it's always been stable.
And that's been the foundation of our country.
And as a computer professional, as I look at those two buckets of the certification of the equipment, the ability of the clerk to basically go in and actually do the testing of the machines and to be able to give us the confidence, it's just not there.
We just have to blow this thing up and basically start over.
I hate to use the word blow it up, but the simpler word is we have to walk away from it.
That's the easiest thing to do.
We should just recycle this.
And especially, Jessica, when you point out that ESNS doesn't want to support or doesn't have the capabilities or the staffing to support one of the most important elections in U.S. history coming down the pike here, I'm concerned for other states as well now.
This better not just be targeted towards Leah.
This better not be targeted towards any other election official that may have any questions about their election equipment.
We need ESNS knew this election was happening.
We've known it for four years.
We've been planning for this.
And as a matter of fact, there's more to this story, Jessica, because right before the primary, 24 hours before the election, ESNS decided that they couldn't support Leah and they didn't provide support for her.
You know, when they had agreed.
Yeah, they had agreed.
And then all of a sudden, reneged that someone couldn't show up.
Again, that's pretty coincidental that the auditor that had been asking the most questions, requiring extra training and all of the things, is the one who doesn't get any support.
I wonder if there are ESNS reps elsewhere in the state and smaller counties that don't have as big of elections.
We will find out.
But as you know, I mean, you reviewed the test decks from multiple counties in South Dakota as well.
And they don't have felonies attached like Wyoming, but they are nonetheless the law that they have to comply with this new law that actually you helped develop and get passed, Rick, in our state in 2023.
But they failed to test the machines properly.
So technically, they shouldn't have been used because if you can't test it properly, you can't use it.
That's part of the deal.
There actually is interestingly, there's a gal that ran for office.
She filed a lawsuit with multiple points in it that basically, you know, the machines aren't certifiable.
They don't meet the certifications.
She wanted a hand count of her race.
Some of the election night reporting looked anomalous and not like natural vote returns and all of those things.
But it was also pointed out that the machine testing was not done properly.
And I believe you reviewed that test deck.
It had errors all over it, did not comply with the law.
And the judge said, yeah, it looks like it wasn't complied with, but such a new statute.
You know, that was just a year old.
So basically, it gave her a free pass because it was a new law.
I mean, how does that work?
I mean, I think when they put up a new speed limit and I thought it was, you know, still 55 and I was going 55, but they dropped it to 45 the week before and they're sitting there at a speed trap.
You think they'll let me off because I thought it was a new law I didn't know.
That's not the way it works for the average Joe, but that's the way it works with our government, and especially with our elections.
Yeah, you're so right.
And it's so disgusting because there definitely is a two-track system where we are held accountable for civil penalties, but election laws are typically civil penalties under civil law, and they're not held to the same account.
And it's absolutely disgusting.
And when we have to have trust restored in our elections, I think no matter what, I'm going to be seeing both of you and your legislatures and additional legislatures out there where I'm going to be willing to testify to say, look, we have to have stronger laws.
These either are going to mean something or they're going to mean nothing because we have had these problems with our election equipment before the Help America Vote Act.
The Help America Vote Act has absolutely failed us in trying to lock down and to restore the trust in the American voters.
It's just not there.
2016, the Democrats were up in arms regarding that election, and they had all sorts of stuff that came out, including Russian interference, which was found to be absolutely false, just absolutely ridiculous.
But some of the other tenants that they did touch on still have not been remedied to this date.
So Elizabeth Warren, Amy Klobuchar had signed joint letters and had hearings in the U.S. Senate.
And those issues are still not resolved today.
And I think we need to get real about this.
What's absolutely also just incredible of what I've heard in South Dakota, but also in Wyoming, is this continuous laxadazal effort where people are not reaching out how to do a proper test deck.
And even the Secretary of States don't understand it at all.
And so it's ridiculous.
And even a representative who sits on the United States Election Assistance Commission out of Wyoming, she should know better.
She's one of the two reps there, and she can't do it correctly.
And it just breaks my heart that we're at this level and they're not reading the manuals.
They're not even following the state laws.
And they're just fumbling all over the board.
And we've been shouting from the mountaintops that you got to do this right.
And they're just incapable.
Now, Jessica, you talked about the volunteers in South Dakota that came in and helped with the logic and accuracy testing.
I was there for one of the days where it took seven people, a little over four hours, to basically hand mark 11 of the precincts.
And you disclosed that there's 81 precincts there.
And that was just for the standard ballot style.
So that means it takes a lot of time and energy to actually set up a proper test deck.
And these clerks, these election officials, they don't have the time.
They don't have the staff and they don't have the resources.
That's one ballot style.
Now we get into the express vote ballot style.
And now you have to do all of those iterations as well.
We know they're not properly testing across the board.
We saw this in Wyoming where they only had one express vote ballot in some of the tests in Campbell County.
And then we also saw it in Laramie County during the primary retest for the court case there that she wasn't testing all the precincts with an express vote.
Then we see it in South Dakota as well.
And I filed a police report with the sheriff regarding the law violations there up in Hamlin County.
And then the one auditor that emailed me back was all upset that how could she didn't know anybody was there during the test.
Nobody asked it.
And I think she was surprised that I sent her photographs of her test deck back, all of her notes, and all of the zeros where some of the precincts.
I'm telling you this, public, you need to be aware of this.
I believe she had over three precincts that had no votes cast for any of the candidates at all.
If I remember that one right, it may have been a little bit more, but I'm going to go with a lower number to keep myself safe.
And that's disgusting.
Yeah, it's Moody County of South Dakota.
Well, we had collaborated and sent out a notice to all the auditors after having reviewed the primary.
We sent out a notice and said, hey, upon review of multiple counties across the state, we can only find one that was actually in compliance with the law.
Just so you know, coming up for the next election, you need to go above and beyond the ESNS preprinted test decks, and all of the statute needs to be complied with.
We will be requesting these documents again.
And if the law, if you don't test to the law, you can't use those machines.
And we're going to be watching this.
So we got some snarky emails back.
And one of the auditors said, I don't remember you requesting my test deck, and I did this and this.
And Rick was able to go through and say, well, don't you remember?
I was actually there representing a candidate and requested it on the day that I was standing in your office and reviewed that test deck and there were multiple points of failure.
So I think they just don't know.
They haven't been trained.
They haven't been watched.
These reports have not been analyzed.
And the Secretary of State's office and the vendor are just perfectly content to let the election officials operate their elections with no knowledge and no proper training on these issues.
We have ESNS on the record saying that they don't train the election officials to review the audit logs and the Castwell records.
We have had $27 million of federal funds in South Dakota from HAVA funds, and we still only have four counties that have the election management system that allows them to decrypt the Cast Vault records and review that.
All of these things are setting up our election officials to fail.
And I 100% believe it's intentional.
The election companies want it that way because if you have untrained professional, you know, people, election officials, running this equipment that don't know what to look for, and then they deny all the records to the public, what better way to hide the fraud that's going on in these machines on a regular basis, probably for decades.
And now, you know, we've brought all of this to light.
We're holding people accountable.
And that's where the friction is really starting to build.
And I was just going to tell you, Rick, you better be careful not to use the word blow up because you're going to be labeled a domestic violent extremist by the DHS.
And, you know, since the feds have authorized or sorry, the government has authorized force against the citizens, who knows what's going to happen.
But we need to mind our P's and Q's because the DHS has put out those warnings against conspiracy theorists and those who perceive election fraud out on their own website.
So there's a lot to talk about there and unpack.
And I don't know if that pertains to your show agenda tonight, but it's definitely all part of the narrative in hiding that fraud.
Yes, it is.
It does because you're exactly right.
And I want to remind any of the election officials out there, we're not against you.
We believe ESNS and Dominion are actually harming you because of their laziness and their lack of due diligence.
This whole baloney that these systems are air-gapped and you don't have to have the latest antivirus on there.
Well, you know what?
I'm done with that.
And for every single legislature out there, I'm telling you right now, you either are going to use these machines properly, and we're going to give you new guidance, such as if you have a voting system that has not had an antivirus update 90 days before the election, it should be an automatic default and you have to return to hand counting.
We're not going to put up with this anymore.
If you have a test deck that you can't actually test every single iteration to protect our elections, done.
You're going to hand counting.
We're going to start creating automatic rules in there because these idiot Secretary of States refuse to take action because they feel that the laws don't protect them, that we need to have stronger laws that put it in black and white in plain language that says, if you fail to do X, then you have to hand count.
We're going to make it a clear, fair table playing field.
So, for example, if ESNS does not have support or Dominion does not have support in a state where they sell their equipment for an election, that should be an automatic revocation of the maintenance agreements that it ends right there.
If you cannot support us during the critical time, and I'm sorry, but Jessica, you had it right in a conversation that we had last week.
You had this wonderful line, and it's really kind of been rattling around in my brain box here for the last week, where you have intimated that we have not had a vote as to whether or not the people were okay with using these machines.
And our republic has been hijacked through the use of these machines because we the people never authorized it.
You said a little bit more.
Yeah, I well, if you if you visit our Substack, South Dakota Canvassing Group, you'll find it on Substack.
Put out a Substack today.
But basically, you know, I was talking to Laurie Gallagher out of Texas, and we both kind of have the same opinion here, and that's kind of our main issue.
We come about it or say it differently, verbalize it differently.
But basically, you know, I don't think anybody remembers voting in the voting machines.
I don't believe any of the citizens got any local input on whether we wanted to participate in having, you know, taking millions of dollars for HAVA funds while we have federal strings attached.
And I don't think any of us consented to, you know, giving away our right to supervise transparent public vote counts that we could all verify in the precinct, which is that power inherent in the people, that the power inherent in the people was sold out to private corporations that are government selected, government-tested, government-certified,
government-funded, private corporations that operate with immunity from the government to run elections to select the government.
That is a huge conflict of interest, and none of that involves the power inherent to the people.
So I believe that when these systems were brought in, it changed our form of government without our consent.
Because if treason is the definition of the definition of treason, sorry, is overthrowing the government, then as Robert Borer puts it so eloquently, if that is a definition of treason is overthrowing the government, then surely overthrowing the method by which that government is instituted would also be considered treason.
And so if you look at what's come out this week, again, it's nothing new, but it's been put out in quite a light by a former CIA chief and retired Air Force gentleman.
I don't know his name off the top of my head.
It's in the sub stack.
Put out a video basically laying out the history of the machine companies.
And if you are an election follower, you know that all of these machines, and maybe you can put up that graphic now, Rick, but it's like if you have a Dell Lenovo.
I'm going to do that right after the commercial break.
And I want to dive into that.
It's a good place to start.
So this is a perfect segue.
So when we come back, we are going to look at the manipulation of the equipment, the machines, and exactly where Jessica wants to go.
But also on the back end of that, we're going to talk about solutions and how we basically save ourselves from this election as well.
So when we come back, we will talk more.
Kamala Harris, the liberal California politician.
Some people say could become the next president of the United States.
Well, Mike Lindell here, and this should frighten everyone.
She's supported open borders.
She's failed us as the current borders are.
And she even helped raise money to get criminals out of jail.

And we're back.
Thanks for coming back.
And now with Jessica and Jill, I kind of want to talk a little bit about this is where Jessica kind of that sovereign fraud statement.
We are overthrowing the people.
And so we have Homeland Security censoring us.
We have these lies coming out that say this was the most safe and secure election in history.
And every time I look at that, it's just like that's based on just complete garbage.
Your test decks are crap.
You didn't review any of the log files from the machines.
You didn't come out and actually do 100% post-election audit.
You're so full of it.
I'm calling you out right now.
Stop it.
You know, it's like, like I describe in my PowerPoint presentations when these Secretary of States and these election officials sit there and say, oh, we're the gold standard of elections.
Really?
Really?
You're Taco Bell.
You are Taco Bell.
You were voted best Mexican restaurant in your community.
And we all know better Mexican restaurants than Taco Bell.
Not trying to disparage Taco Bell, but that is not the gold standard.
Let's get real.
And so, Jessica, you have a graphic where you've got Microsoft Windows kind of looking at laptops.
And we'll go ahead and kind of let you start from that standpoint.
Okay.
Well, so this is part of Patrick Byrne's presentation.
It's out on Twitter or X. You can find it.
Type in Patrick Byrne.
It's a six-part little mini video series, which is a little education on part of the compromised electronic voting system history in the United States.
And how they ever got away with buffaloing us for this long just blows my mind.
But basically, here's a little slide of his presentation.
I think this is in part five of six that shows you can get a laptop, a new laptop, and you can get a Dell, you can get a Lenovo, or you can get an HP.
And they might all be different brands, but when you open your computer, they're all running Microsoft Windows.
You can switch to the next one, Rick.
And then when we look at our United States election companies, you can get, you know, we have states that have Heart Intercivic, Dominion, or ESNS.
But on the inside, it's all operating SmartMedic source code software.
And this video that I was telling you about, you can find it in our Substack today.
There's a former CIA chief, Gary Berntson is his name.
He was with the CIA from 1982 to 2005.
He tells a little bit of his story, his military experience, but he's blowing the whistle on the connections between the DOJ, the FBI, the DEA, Homeland Security, again, and how they're involved in the elections.
And he suggests foreign regimes, including Venezuela and China, are controlling the election systems with this source code.
And so the source code, the SmartMedic source code was developed by Venezuela to steal elections.
Now, we've been talking about this for a long time, but these two video revelations came out again this week.
And sometimes people react better to a PowerPoint or some graphics of the way someone communicates something.
This is not new news, but this whistleblower is new.
And Patrick Byrne lays it out that basically this is owned by the cartel, the cartel de Sol, who is, you know, any military general in Venezuela is part of the cartel.
And they own this source code.
Well, the source code was designed to steal elections.
And all of it is embedded in the United States election systems.
Again, who put this in place?
The United States government.
And who is censoring us when we say that these things can't be trusted as the United States government?
It's the federal agencies, the rogue, corrupt federal agencies with the DHS, CISA, and then CIS, the NGO that has the Albert sensors that are on our election networks, the FirstNet network.
We have federalized elections, which aren't constitutional or legal.
And all of this, again, is vulnerable to foreign adversaries, foreign nation states, such as China, Iran, and Venezuela.
And if you look at the revelations in these videos today, everyone should be sending this to their elected officials.
And in my opinion, this needs to be stopped immediately.
And the only way to secure the elections and bring it back from the captured agencies who have stolen our voice, who have stolen our constitutional rights, our civil rights to a free and fair election, free from interference, would be to give the power back to the people in the precinct to hand count publicly with dual party oversight that's 100% verifiable and transparent.
And what is happening with these compromise election systems that are under the control of the government, shoved down our throats.
And even those couple of small towns, I can't remember where it was at, maybe it was in Michigan or something, that voted.
They had like 800 people in their town and they voted to get rid of the machines and go back to hand counting.
The DOJ filed lawsuits against them.
Why?
Because this is sovereign fraud.
Sovereign fraud is treason.
The government is the ones committing the fraud against us with this apparatus that's set up against us.
And again, they're going to put a target on my back and I'm going to be labeled a DVE, a domestic violent extremist because I'm spreading misinformation and fear of the government, stuff that's not true.
Well, it is true.
And why doesn't somebody prove that it's not true?
It is true.
And again, if everybody knew this, I think we would have enough people that would be willing to stand up and take our elections back.
Unfortunately, not everyone will admit this is going on or this is true, but the receipts are there.
The proof is there.
You just need to go through the history of the machine companies and you can see it right in front of your face.
And I don't want to limit it to foreign actors.
I want to expand everybody's mind that I actually believe that there are domestic actors that are front and center in some of these activities.
And I want to be explicitly clear and on the record saying I do not trust these machines anymore.
I have been trying to get people to use them the correct way from both the vendor perspective, the election officials' perspective, the Secretary of States.
And I'm telling you, I absolutely failed.
I tried legislatively.
I tried through rulemaking authority, tried through activism, working through different organizations, et cetera.
And there is not a will or desire of election officials from Secretary of States, legislative bodies, and even politicians of my own party that are willing to actually take a look at this and actually do the due diligence and just do the cursory overview.
And I just got to tell you, we don't have time to basically sit there and try to tiptoe around these issues.
There needs to be congressional hearings.
There needs to be legislative hearings in all 50 states.
And hopefully the next president, if you're willing to select him, will actually do a good job and wipe out the EAC, appoint completely new members that will actually look at this.
And if they determine that the EAC needs to be abolished and return this back to the constitutional authority of the states to run the elections, that would be great.
But the reality is we have these centralized voting systems.
We have these centralized voter registration roles.
We have these roles going in between states where our identities are at risk.
And they're just playing with fire.
I'm still aghast, Jessica, when you and I were in a legislative hearing regarding the sharing of the South Dakota voter roles and the deputy Secretary of State said they weren't going to put the voter rolls on the internet.
And I'm just like, okay, I don't think he understands how all this works.
And then he blurted out, no, because we'll email it to them.
That is the internet you moron.
I'm telling you right now, you're a moron.
So yes, Deputy Diedrich, you said that.
It is on the legislative record.
You can't take it back.
And I'm disgusted by you.
And we even asked during the State Board of Elections about security management for the B Pro system.
And you allowed the vendor to define what the security was going to be and to be able to audit themselves.
We've seen no reports.
We've seen nothing about this.
You said that you were going to strengthen it.
There's been no additional hearings about this.
So I'm just calling you out.
You lied.
You all lied.
The entire state board of elections.
And it's disgusting.
And in South Dakota and many other states that have these agencies, they need to be replaced.
And those of you secretary.
Yeah, those of you who are secretary of states right now, from what I'm seeing, we're probably going to have to make a scorecard that if you're not taking actions now to protect these elections, I'm going to give you all right now a grade of F.
Okay.
You're all at an F, all 50 states.
So I want that to be clear.
You have now, all the way through the election and your post-election audits, and your, because some of them are beyond the state canvassing board.
But when those are complete, you have an opportunity now to get your score above an F. Let's see if all 50 states can get to an A.
I want to be hopeful.
I think it's way too late for that, Rick.
I think we're sitting 12 days in front of the election.
They all have an F.
And now it's up to the citizen investigative journalists, the citizen watchers, the poll watchers, and anybody that's working the elections to be the eyes and ears of what's happening.
The data analysts to get to work on election night and, of course, monitoring this 45-day absentee period ahead of time.
We're watching massive amounts of Yuokama ballots coming in that are unverified voters.
They don't have to provide a driver's license or even a social security number, and they're getting registered to vote.
And again, we have massive problems with violations of the residency laws in South Dakota.
So we're watching all of this pour in.
It's going to be up to us to gather the data and file the election challenges.
Now, we've seen what happened in 2020 and all the way up until now.
And most of those haven't been successful due to the law fare in the country.
But I mean, the only way to win this thing is to get out and vote, bring everybody you know to vote and overwhelm the cheat and then to force their hand so that the election prod is so blatant and so blatantly obvious that we can catch it and no one can deny it.
But I honestly think this thing is such a train wreck.
I mean, it took four years to uncover what happened in the last election, and we still have breaking news coming out this week, the week, you know, two weeks before the next election.
More layers of the onion are still starting to be peeled off.
It's crazy.
So I just think, you know, evil has gotten a hold in every level of government, certainly has control of this election system.
Everybody needs to be praying.
And I just think it's going to take some divine intervention on our behalf if the Lord would be so merciful as to save us from what we really deserve and to give us, you know, our country a fighting chance to turn the ship around.
So I just encourage everyone, it really all is in the Lord's hands.
Jill and Rick and I and all of our teammates across the country have done everything that we can to humanly possible to wreck the ship and to fix our elections.
But it really is going to be, it's in the Lord's hands and it's up to him what happens next.
You're exactly right.
And I'm going to announce tonight, I wasn't going to tonight, but I think I'm ready to now.
I think it's time we do our due diligence.
I now have launched at uscase.org a button that people can go to and donate for a source code audit.
We have a path to do an audit of ESNS source code and Dominion source code.
And there are some seminal questions there in a couple of the states regarding the modems.
How is the software on there on certified equipment that isn't supposed to have a piece of software there to allow modeming?
The other thing, one of the software vendors has an issue with the randomization of the cast vote records that Alex Halderman had to put a fix out there for, and states are going into this election with that issue.
We need to audit the source code.
We need to audit every single hash of all of the equipment to make sure that they are in continued compliance.
That is going to be the new cases that we're going to probably have to have in all 50 states.
There's an opportunity for us to actually audit the source code of Dominion and ESNS, and I'm going to help lead that effort.
We have a software development company that is willing to help us.
We have also former test lab employees that are willing to help us.
We've also got a couple of attorneys that have signed on and are working on the documentation behind the scenes in the contracts.
And we have a couple of parties that are interested in doing this.
If you are a candidate and activist, please donate to uscase.org.
Look for the software audit donation.
Let's start raising the money now so we can get this done to help any cases during this election.
I want to thank all great Americans who are watching this program.
Remember to exercise all five points of your First Amendment rights.
That includes the prayer, the petitioning, that includes writing, that includes the power of the pen in voting.
That includes all of those great areas that establish our republic.
It's not a democracy.
It is a republic.
And so I need everybody out there to pray tonight.
