My name is Gary Bernson.
I'm a veteran of the United States Air Force and a retired senior operations officer and chief of station of the Central Intelligence Agency.
For over three decades, I served in the U.S. national security apparatus in various capacities.
Shortly after the attacks of 11 September 2001, I entered Afghanistan and commanded CIA paramilitary forces, helping seize the cities of Talakan and the capital of Afghanistan, Kabul.
I was the driving force and architect of the Battle of Tora Bora.
I held the position as chief of Hezbollah operation in CIA's counterterrorism center for several years and concluded my service in CIA as a chief of station in Latin America combating narco-terrorists.
Approximately six years ago, a business associate and I began working together as whistleblowers for the Department of Justice, FBI, DEA, and Homeland Security Investigations, HSI.
Our target was the largest and most well-funded transnational criminal organization on the planet called the Cartel del Sol, Cartel of the Sun.
The Cartel del Sol is the Venezuelan government and is led by Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, Giostado Cabello, Minister of Defense Vladimir Lopez Padrino, President of the National Assembly Jorge Rodriguez, and former Directorate General of Military Counterintelligence, Hugo Carbajal, who was detained in Spain several years ago and extradited to New York.
He is currently awaiting trial for narco-trafficking.
Venezuelan President Maduro has a U.S. indictment and bounty of US$15 million for his capture.
Diostado Cabello has U.S. indictment and a $10 million bounty on his head.
At least six other Venezuelan cabinet members and senior officials are indicted.
In the last 20 years, the Cartel del Sol has stolen 1 trillion U.S. dollars from Venezuela's national oil company, Perevesa, and embezzled 500 billion U.S. dollars from its national treasury.
It not only has but continues to produce and smuggle 25 to 40 metric tons of cocaine every month out of its country into the world.
The Cartel del Sol is a $2 trillion transnational criminal organization and the most well-resourced criminal syndicate in history.
Through bribery and investments of its funds, it controls a dozen countries and world leaders.
It has massive investments in the U.S. and European financial markets and institutions.
As we conducted investigations against the Cartel del Sol and presented them one after another to the U.S. Department of Justice, we noticed and pursued leads from the cartel's money laundering operations to the world of non-governmental organizations and election companies.
After witnessing election irregularities associated with the 2020 U.S. presidential election, we decided to direct time and resources to Cartel del Sol links to U.S. and global election fraud.
After an exhaustive three and a half year investigation, it is indisputable SmartMatic Election Systems was created at the direction of now deceased Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez,
and its source code, the basis of its operating system, developed jointly by Venezuela's Consejo Nacional Electoral and SmartMatic, was designed to allow election results to be altered without the knowledge of voters and the public.
Additionally, the Venezuelan CNE holds ownership of SmartMatic's source code.
Each time the Venezuelan CNE and SmartMatic update the source code, a copy of it is stored at the vault at the Venezuelan Central Bank.
In 2005, a European Union Electoral Observation Mission to Venezuela published a report stating the Venezuelan regime owns SmartMatic source code.
The Venezuelan government signed that report as factual.
SmartMatic's first election in Venezuela was the 2003 recall election of Hugo Chavez.
The CNE director at the time, Jorge Rodriguez, at the direction of the Cuban Directorate General of Intelligence, DGI, hired three Venezuelan-American computer engineers that were graduates of Simón Bolivar University, a Venezuelan university linked to the U.S. university, MIT.
They had already registered a software company in Delaware and opened an office for it in Boca Raton.
The engineers, Antonio Mojica, Roger Peñate, and Alfredo Anzola established SmartMatic at the direction of the Venezuelan regime, built the source code, and flew off to Italy to buy lottery machines from Olivetti to serve as election hardware.
They succeeded in altering enough votes to ensure Hugo Chavez's victory in the recall election.
Secure in power, President Chavez decided to weaponize this capability beyond Venezuela's border.
SmartMatic would enter into the U.S. election market in Cook County, Illinois, and the state of New Jersey for Democratic Party primary bases in 2006.
In 2005, SmartMatic orchestrated the purchase of Sequoia Voting Systems Inc., a U.S. company.
Sequoia was a company that had conducted elections in the U.S. for over 100 years and had a 22% market share of the U.S. electoral market.
Approximately 18 months later, the Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States, CIFIAS, began investigating the ownership of SmartMatic because of SmartMatic's Venezuelan connection.
SmartMatic immediately put its source code in the machines, in the Sequoia machines.
SmartMatic tried to conceal its Venezuelan connection by hiring a former U.S. Naval officer, Jack Blaine, to set up a holding company, SVS Holding, to place its ownership of Sequoia in stock.
In December 2006, SmartMatic entered into an agreement with CIFIAS to sell Sequoia in six months.
Antonio Mujica, one of the three original founders, then found a little-known election company in Toronto, Canada, Dominion Election Systems, that had only managed one small local election in Toronto.
He arranged for Dominion to purchase Sequoia.
Dominion, owned by John Polis, with that purchase of Sequoia, would inherit the licensing agreement for SmartMatic's source code, the source code owned by the Venezuelan regime, i.e., the Cartel del Sol.
To be clear, SmartMatic and Dominion would ultimately sign an agreement that provided Dominion with the U.S. market and SmartMatic the international global market.
The only two exceptions are that SmartMatic does elections in Los Angeles County and Puerto Rico.
Puerto Rico was an issue they ultimately settled in court.
In Caracas, in a building owned by the CNE, the Consejo National Electoral, more than 100 software engineers, half in the CNE and half from SmartMatic, worked side by side.
Their effort for more than a decade was to perfect the techniques of altering elections and defeating audit.
In 2018, SmartMatic publicly and with the approval of the Venezuelan regime broke with the regime, the Cartel del Sol, because the Venezuelan CNE's theft of an election was so egregious.
The techniques of the source code and machine operate and conceal a theft of an election when the spread of the candidates is between the three of up to the three to five percentage points.
As sophisticated as the machine is, it can be defeated with significant turnout against it.
The recent 2024 election in Venezuela was also so blatantly stolen, and the machine could not conceal that massive spread either.
In its place, a company called XCLAY took SmartMatic's place as the election provider in Venezuela.
Allowing SmartMatic to exit Venezuela in this fictitious manner allowed the regime to retain its power and influence over the global electoral market.
SmartMatic built a production facility for electronic voting equipment hardware just outside Beijing, China, and then shipped the hardware to a warehouse in Taiwan.
In violation of U.S. law, the hardware was marked as manufactured in Taiwan and shipped to both SmartMatic and Dominion for use in U.S. elections.
Dominion Voting Systems manages elections in almost all the swing states in the U.S., which determines who wins the presidency.
We have evidence and witnesses that can prove the source code operating the election machines of both SmartMatic and Dominion and other election companies are owned by the Venezuelan NARPA regime.
We have evidence and witnesses proving the machines are manufactured in the People's Republic of China.
Every citizen needs to be asking, where's the DOJ, FBI, CESA, and where is the CIA?
Is anyone in the national security apparatus defending our democracy or enforcing the law?
And if that isn't enough to convince you it is a major problem, Dominion, an additional step to conceal its manipulation of U.S. elections, moved its research and development and servers which store swing state voting information to its office in Belgrade, Serbia.
In the Belgrade office, Venezuelan, Chinese, and Serbian software engineers maintain system administrator status over swing state elections and alter elections as directed by the Cartel del Sol, the Cuban DGI, and the Chinese CCP.
The facility and its personnel are protected by Serbia's counterintelligence service.
Swing state voter information is saved on Huawei servers in Dominion's Belgrade office.
These servers are linked to Huawei service in Hong Kong, China.
For years, the U.S. National Security Apparatus has identified Huawei and its technology as a threat to U.S. national security.
The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, CESA, a component of the United States Department of Homeland Security, is responsible for cybersecurity and infrastructure across all levels of government.
CISA has 3,100 employees and a $2.9 billion budget.
In 2020, when faced with calls to address election irregularities, CESA did a conference call with SmartMatic and Dominion in order to better able to address the public's concerns and assure everyone that there have been no irregularities.
Yes, it's shocking.
CISA decided to consult the criminals in order to respond to the American public's outcry.
In August 2024, three current and former executives of SmartMatic were indicted in Flora, Florida, in connection with bribery during the 2016 election in the Philippines.
Among those arrested executives is Roger Piñate, one of the three founders and current president of SmartMatic.
Roger Piñate paid $8.5 million in bail.
What the public will soon learn is that the bribery paid in the case was not to obtain a contract.
The bribery was paid to alter election results.
We have the CNE's source code, the source code employed by SmartMatic, Dominion, and others.
We will surrender it to appropriate authorities.
Source code like DNA can easily be matched with other systems to prove that they are from the same family.
In this particular case, it is a family of altering elections.
Two years ago, we briefed a senior FBI agent in Washington, D.C.
That agent, after seeing our three-hour presentation with corporate ownership documents, engineering specifications, and witness statements, told us to flee Washington, D.C., that the FBI would actively work to destroy our efforts and seek ways to prosecute us in order to stop our investigative efforts.
That was a stunning moment, hearing those words from a 20-year veteran of the FBI.
Seven months ago, with our attorney, we briefed a U.S. attorney and two assistant U.S. attorneys, federal prosecutors from the Department of Justice.
The U.S. attorney told us he would forward the information to the Office of Public Integrity at the Department of Justice.
That U.S. attorney followed up with us months later to see if the Office of Public Integrity had contacted us.
They never did.
SmartMatic, Dominion, and their media allies will immediately point to the fact that Fox News settled with Dominion, paying U.S. $787.5 million, and that Newsmax just settled with SmartMatic this past week in a defamation case as evidence of SmartMatic and Dominion innocence.
In Fox News Against Dominion, we briefed Fox News trial attorneys.
Our lawyers were present when we did that.
Fox News corporate officers refused to be briefed directly for that case.
They wanted plausible deniability.
Fox News corporate knew we had significant evidence and more importantly, witnesses.
When all the facts are known, Fox News executives and board will have to explain why they went down on their knees for enemies of the U.S.
We briefed Newsmax's corporate attorney as well.
Though their settlement with SmartMatic is not public, any settlement with either company and their masters, the Cartel Del Sol, the Cuban DGI, the CIS and CCP, makes it more difficult for those of us trying to defend the country and our democracy.

And that got shut down.

Two experts that testified in Georgia about Rasenberger, Brad Rasenberger, crooked Brad Rasenberger down there, that Georgia, Gwinnett County, Georgia was remotely accessed from Belgrade, Serbia during the 2020 election.
I'm going, no, really?
Of course it was.
Everything you just seen in that video.
And by the way, I'm going to try and get to that guy and get him on the show very soon before this election.
I've been telling everybody all along that China is the one that's one of the ones intruded in our election.
One of the things on there, did you notice?
You know, you talk about SmartMatic.
Way back in January of 21, I was on Zoom calls and calls, video calls with the Venezuela underground.
These are people, and they were crying, tears on the phone going, and they're going, we have been, our country was stolen in the early 2000s by the machine company, SmartMatic.
And they had the whole story you just heard.
And they're saying, you know, they were left abandoned and they can't, a lot of them could not leave Venezuela.
If they did, they couldn't come back.
I mean, all these stories I was hearing.
And they told me, they said they were praying that someday it would happen to the U.S. so that maybe the eyes would get opened and their country could get freed.
And they kept telling me, never give up, never give up, never give up.
And I have never given up and I never will give up.
Everything that Sidney Powell brought up back then that I heard back in November of 21, or November of 20, all these things that what you just heard, those were facts.
And everything I did the last three and a half years, you're going, yep, that fits, that fits that fits.
So when this video came out, I guess it was just this last week, I'll bet you 100 people sent it to me.

I went through the complaint by the complaint against me and myself and my pillow, my employee-owned company, by none other than Smart Matic, sued for millions, billions of dollars.
And I gave this video to one of my attorneys.

And here I spend all that time today going through that complaint that they have against myself.
And I'm going, and all the, you know, their complaint is saying that my pillow made money off promo codes.
It was an elaborate scheme of Mike Lindell, their CEO, to use a bad multi machine companies to make money.
Some crazy scheme.
Well, you know what?
I've lost hundreds of millions of dollars and sit with nothing.
And although we do, because of all you out there supporting my pillow, it's still around.
And, you know, if I, me being a marketer, if that was my plan, I would be a pretty bad marketer, kind of like as me being a bad grifter.
You know, anyway, one of the things in there that was key, and you guys have seen me say it in my speeches before, our country changed forever on February 4th, 2021.
And that's the day that SmartMatic sued Fox News.
That started lawfare in this country that hadn't been done since the late 1700s.
And what that did on that day is silenced media outlets that we trusted to listen to Fox News, Newsmax, Salem Media.
So from that point on, we have never heard anything from them about the elections.
When I'm talking about, I'm even talking the whole.
When you come to 2,000 meals, Fox and Newsmax wouldn't even put that up, even though it had nothing to do with the machines.
Certainly you're never, and Salem Media never had me on again.
They were afraid to have me on, even though they make money off my pillow with rev splits and stuff and stuff like that back then.
You know, they were afraid to have me on.
He said, I say something about the voting machines.
Just like Twitter, just like you remember when I went on Newsmax once and they asked me, Mike, you lost your Twitter.
How do you feel?
Well, I told them why I lost it.
You know, I lost it because the machine come because they're attacking me because I want to get rid of the machine.
The guy ripped off his microphone and left it, left the left the news outlet and it made worldwide news.
I want to talk about, though, he mentioned in this video, you're going to see a lot of this video.
I'm going to be playing it.
I'm going to try and get him on to interview him.
Fox News, you know, that they said that they settled with Dominion for $787 million.
If you guys check it out, now, I don't know this firsthand, but I did see, I think, Jack Poseibiak has been all over X. Fox News didn't pay Dominion that.
China did.
That's what it is.
China.
Well, now think of that.
You got someone stealing our country.
And what a better setup than having Dominion sue Fox News to shut every shut the silence them.
But yet they come in.
He just said they had all the evidence for Fox.
By the way, as I did too, I reached out to Fox News and said, hey, look at all this evidence.
Are you serious?
You know, here you go.
Let's share evidence.
Okay.
Same thing with Newsmax.
Well, let me tell you with Fox News, they shut me out.
They completely shut me out.
They didn't want any evidence.
And then no wonder they settled.
You guys remember back when Fox News settled, let me tell you that weekend, that week, by the way.
Here's the week that Fox News settled.
On a Tuesday, they met with Dominion.
We know we had someone on the inside there.
That was Saturday and Sunday that weekend.
The next Tuesday, they announced the settlement.
On Wednesday, the news came out and said, Mike Lindell's evidence is wrong.
This guy wins $5 million.
By the way, it's in appeals court.
Just today, my lawyers went to the appeals court here in Minnesota.
And so that I'm not going to tell you what happened there, but that just goes to tell you the lies of the media.
That's in appeals.
That's not going to be cited for a long time.
But anyway, that's a whole other story.
But this happened on, okay, Tuesday, Dominion settles with Fox News or Fox News settles with Dominion.
$787 million.
Right.
Your whole company, Dominion, wasn't worth $50 million.
It's bizarre.
So then Wednesday comes along and they go, Mike Lindell's evidence was a lie.
He loses $5 million, blah, blah, blah.
You know what happened on Friday that same week?
They fire Tucker.
They don't fire him.
You take your 400 ball player, 400 batting average ballplay, your biggest host, and you bench him.
They didn't fire him everybody.
He was still under contract.
They just said you can't talk anymore because Tucker by that time was convinced about the electronic voting machines.
He had done a speech down in Arizona and said, we got to get rid of them.
So all this stuff, the great things that are happening now, this is all being revealed at the perfect time.

The perfect time.

So when he brings up Serbia, I sent a plane over to Serbia.
It cost me a couple hundred thousand dollars to bring whistleblowers out there.
And things went awry.
And then they decided they were afraid.
They didn't come forth.

That's where the Dominions are at over there.
I'm doing your elections and all the China parts in there, but in China behind this.
The other thing is right now, with all this stuff in place, or what I was going to say then, one of the biggest blessings we have right now, and then I'm going to bring on the great Kurt Olson.

He has led, I couldn't do it without him.
I mean, he's been, we've been, I met him in February of 21.
He, for 18 hours a day, that's all he does is try and save your country.
He works for nothing.
He's never charged a dime.
He's on the board of the Lindel offense fund, everybody, that you all need to put money into the Lindel plan.
He decides, him and I decide what needs help, what needs help, what needs help.
And he's the best strategist lawyer I've ever met in my life.
And Kurt, I brought you on.
I wanted you to talk about this Georgia.
Maybe you should, maybe we could, you want us to run that tape first and then we'll talk?
Oh, we can do that, or I can give a brief preview of what this tape shows.
Give a brief preview of it before we run it.

Okay, so we filed a case in Georgia Superior Court.
It's called a mandamus action to force the Secretary of State to place what are called master cryptographic encryption keys on the Dominion voting systems, which have been left unprotected and in plain text on the election database.
Now, these encryption keys are supposed to be kept in what's called a cryptographic module, so unauthorized people cannot access them.
That's because with these keys, you can essentially control an election from start to finish.
You can alter election data.
You can intercept election transmitted election results.
You can create fake ballot images.
You can do pretty much anything with these encryption keys.
And the fact that they have been left unprotected and in plain text on the election database in violation of the EAC's certification requirements, which mandate that those secret keys be kept in a, it's called a cryptographic module, is a tremendous breach of security.
There's no excuse for leaving this.
As one of our experts testified, Ben Cotton, it's like saying that you have the most secure vault in the world, but placing the combination on a post-it next to the door.
It is that much of an egregious violation.
So we were able to get an evidentiary hearing in front of Judge McAfee in Georgia.
And you may recall Judge McAfee is the judge who's also overseeing the Fannie Willis indictment of President Trump and 16 other co-conspirators.
And Judge McAfee allowed a hearing, an evidence-based hearing, where two of our experts testified and also the Calib County chair, who also, in her own right, has a significant cyber experience.
So the three of them testified on the merits of this claim.
And what was most striking, the Secretary of State did not present any evidence in rebuttal.
They essentially conceded the merits of everything that was said.
And one of the portions of testimony by Clay and Ben is in this clip.
And I think that's a pretty good backdrop because I think your audience is going to find it stunning to hear this testimony.
By the way, every understanding that Georgia Dominion equipment is not connected to the internet, right?
That's it, correct.
So you believe Dominion voting system components in Georgia are connected.

I can specifically tell you that there was, there is connection.
Which county in Georgia, was there a connection to the internet of Dominion equipment?
It would be Gwynnette, if I'm remembering correctly.
There were several states involved.
And which time period are you referring to?
This was 2020.
Before or after the election.
During the election.
In your examination of any of these Dominion systems.
Have you seen any indication of non-election personnel remotely accessing a Dominion system?
Yes.
Can you tell us about that?
I too have reviewed a series of emails produced by Dominion in which they're discussing remoting into Gwinnett County, Georgia.
You also mentioned Dominion remotely connecting to election systems, but you don't have any evidence that occurred in Georgia, correct?
There was one county.
I've seen a lot of Dominion emails.
I've had to translate Dominion emails from Serbian to English to verify the technical questions.
I was being asked about them to verify that it was translated properly.
So.
So it's your testimony that there is evidence of Dominion remotely accessing Georgia election equipment?
Yes, on the one county.
It was included with stuff that I was researching and reading through considering Colorado.
Michigan was also involved, and there were other ones.
To your understanding, is Dominion able to remotely connect to these election systems?
Yes.
Are they able to do that without detection?
Yes.
And are you aware of any instances in which that has occurred?
Yes.
Can you identify those instances?
One would be the Denver, Colorado server was granted or requested to grant Belgrade, only Belgrade.
I did search.
There is a Belgrade, Montana.
Again, why would Montana need to connect into a Colorado file transfer server as part of the election system?
And there are other components and things that were done in the background concerning the database and the configure of the database server that still do not have an engineering change order.
Because if somebody works in an operational environment for a lot of different things, what I will tell you is sometimes things break or you have a problem and you have to fix it.
And you submit a change request, or in this case, an engineering change order that's retroactive, right?
You want to go back and make sure that you record the process so that you have change management and integrity of the system.
If you do not record changes, you lead yourself down a very bad road.

Hey, Kurt, I want to ask you there, everybody.
So this case that you have, is this against crooked Brad Rasenberger?
I can say that on my own show.
Is this against Brad Crooked Republican Rasenberger, the uniparty guy that I go after every day, by the way?
Yes, it is.
Now, and you say that they didn't even come to respond or they just are what?
They did not respond to the merits of what our experts put forward.
They moved to dismiss the case, saying that Rasenberger did not have a statutory obligation to ensure that the systems were safe and practical for use at any point after he purchased these systems.
In other words, his only obligation was to purchase an EAC certified system, the court ruled, and they argued.
He didn't, what happened after the purchase, whether the machines were altered, whether they were found to be unsafe, did not matter for purposes of this motion.
Well, okay.
I want to ask you.
So by the way, I was telling the audience that I was actually doing six hours of work today with on my being sued by SmartMatic.
And Rasenberger came up in that conversation and the stuff that was in that lawsuit.
And we actually have a tape of Brad Rasseberger on the 2020 election the following morning saying what's left to be counted if Donald Trump is going to win.
There's only 2% left.
And he said that.
This is Brad Rasenberg said this.
Now, everybody knows about the call and everything.
What I want to ask you about is: so Brad's Brad doesn't, his team says this in court this week or whatever it was, this last month, and ignores this based on merit.
Isn't this the same crooked Brad Rasenberger in the Curling case, where it went on for three and a half years to get rid of these machines in Georgia?
And crooked Brad says, well, it's too close to the election.
It's too close to the election.
And then the judge, everybody, I'll give you this part of it.
Last year at this time, an Obama-appointed judge, and Kurt knows the name, and I don't recall it right now.
Judge Totenberg ruled last year, almost at this exact time.
And she said, What everybody?
She said, Hey, we are going to move this case forward because the experts that have looked at it, being Alex Halderman and one other person, that they have seen the mountain, they've seen inside the machine, and they said they're vulnerable.
She says, So we're going to find out what they have to say.
And she said, If you're if you question the machines, you're not a conspiracy theorist.
That was the day they're right over here in my office.
They're still here, my tinfoil hats.
I got to throw them on the floor.
Now, that case, everybody, went to court last January 9th.
And Alex Halderman with a ballpoint pen hacked into the machines and flipped the election right in front of that judge.
Now, that judge is still sitting on that case, too, right, Kurt?
She has not issued a ruling.
And given the timing, I expect one to come out election.
And my theory there is: I wouldn't want to be that judge.
She's trapped.
She can't say, Let's keep these cars that don't have brakes, everybody.
Let's keep these machines that can be hacked.
What you're showing them right there with when you have a key to a bank vault, the most secure and the combination is that, like you say, is written on a post-it note.
What comes of that?
You know, you went to court there.
What's the what is that going to manifest to?
What is, I mean, what to me, where you know, all the stuff you and I have been have been involved with for three and a half years.
One of the biggest things I think we've lacked is how do you get this out to the public so the public can just get you know angry about this?
I mean, do you, I think, regardless of what happens, obviously, now does this judge have to rule on something?
What's the outcome?
What's your what's your plea?
Or what's I forget what the word is?
What's your uh currently up on appeal?
And so, we are we have taken this up on appeal.
We had sought emergency relief, it was denied.
We're going to appeal that denial of emergency relief because we think it's important for this to be heard before the election.
And we'll see whether the courts grant that, right?
And then, and then, uh, but I was telling everybody earlier, and I'm gonna, um, for the sake of time, I'm gonna say, you know, you and I have worked together now for three and a half years since I told everybody I met you in February of 21.
It's 18 hours a day.
I remember just piling everybody call, hey, I got evidence.
I got evidence here, call Kurt Olsen.
He'll tell you, hey, Kurt, I got another one coming your way.
I got another one coming your way.
You guys, it was like, imagine what should have took probably teams of 50 lawyers.
Kurt did it.
It was just like you bring it all in and you cipher through it.
But of all the stuff that was brought to us, it's turning out that almost all of it was true, or all of it leads to a truth.
And what happened back then, everybody, every time we had something, the media either attacked, well, they attacked me because I was kind of the voice part back then, and they attacked me and attacked and attacked and attacked, or it was the big cover-up.
You're not going to see.
We just, Kurt, I want to ask you this.
And I said this earlier.
Can you comment on it?
I didn't know.
I kind of missed it that the thing that went all over social media that China and others paid for the Dominion settlement for Fox News.
Is that true?
To your knowledge?
Well, there is a financial filing that shows about 10 different entities loaning Fox News the $787 plus million dollars.
And I believe one of those entities was the Bank of China.
Yeah, is it now?
You got to ask yourself, hmm, let's see.
If I'm using electronic voting machines to steal a country, the last one, and I've stole Venezuela, I've stole all these other countries.
And I'm going for the big kahuna, the United States, what a better way to do.
Did you see the video?
I don't know if you've seen the video I showed at the beginning of the show.
This guy, you know, he's worked for the CIA.
He's saying all these things that you and I, we knew to be true.
I brought evidence to Fox.
They wouldn't look at it.
Everything this guy is saying brings SmartMatic all the way back to Venezuela.
They mentioned Serbia, that the Menian ended up in Serbia with other things there.
I told everybody I sent a plane over to Serbia.
They had whistleblowers and they got afraid and scared and didn't come forth.
All this stuff that you and I worked on, it's become, it's coming to a way, or you know, it's getting exposed, not with Fox News and NewsMex, but because our voices have gotten bigger, like here at Frank Speech.
And now with vocal, I've been telling everybody to get on vocal.
I want to ask you this, your own opinion on this election.
How are we prepared differently?
I've told my opinion on that.
I think we're in way better shape.
But what would you tell everybody?
What makes this election?
We still have machines.
What's going to be different this one when they just press a bigger amount to steal it from Donald Trump?
I think there's a couple of things.
I think people are much more knowledgeable and aware of what's going on than they were in 2020.
I also think that people are much more engaged so that they will be poll watchers.
They will themselves be observing.
They will be citizen lawyers.
They will be issuing public records requests for any data that comes out of this.
They will be talking to election officials.
They have been.
And so I think we're in a completely different spot than we were in 2020.
The media is no longer able to gaslight everybody and the government coming out and saying that the most secure election in history, you know, nobody is going to believe that given all the evidence come out the past four years.
Right.
When I compare it to, and I told everybody, I said, if I was going to give you all, and you guys, if you guys haven't seen me say this, I'll say it again.
If I was going to give you China virus 2.0, do you think we'd all be wearing masks like idiots on airplanes and everywhere else?
Do you think in Minnesota here that we'd be sitting out in snowbanks eating our meals?
Do you think in Minnesota here we would let our governor Waltz, the most horrible governor that ever walked, tell us we can have only eight people in our houses for Thanksgiving and 10 for Christmas?
Nobody, we know too much now about that.
We would not do it.
Just like election crime 2.0.
You said it right, Kurt.
The awareness now is out there.
I believe that these last three and a half years of destruction of our country, judges, all it takes is one brave judge.
Kurt, in your mind, is there any judge in the United States that has looked at the evidence you and I have had based on merit that you know of, whether than they've given us the two words, sanctioning and no standing.
Is there any judges that you are, I mean, I guess we've had little victories here and there.
But I believe, like you say, I believe judges are going to be braver.
They have families, they have friends.
And when this happens, they just got to feel like, hey, this is what everybody wants.
Everybody wants to get through to the truth.
Because if we don't, our country is gone forever.
I think, do you believe now?
I want to ask you this, because I've said this before too.
Maybe I've convinced you of it.
If Donald Trump would have been put back in, let's say December 14th, do you think I'd tell people we would have lost our country forever because we would have never known what you and I and many others have discovered the last three and a half years.
Do you agree with that statement?
Oh, absolutely.
Because what people would have thought is that the system works.
Right.
And so what we've shown over the past three plus years is not just the evidence, but that the system has not been working and that the system is corrupt.
And eventually it will right itself because truth will always win.
And I've said many folks that this is a test of wills.
That's what it is.
And so what we need to do is not give up, to keep putting forward solid evidence, which we have.
And eventually the truth will win.
And here's one little, is a great little task for everybody, for all your audience.
If you go to Google and only use Google for once, type in this Dominion password, DVS Corp 08 exclamation point.
And that's the password that's on the Dominion machines, at least through 2020, that has been known and disclosed since 2010 to everybody.
It's part of an EAC deficiency report, yet that password still exists on their systems 10 years later.
And this word grants access to any illicit actor who can obtain access to the machines.
And with that, they can access a system and potentially modify or change election results.
The fact that password exists on the systems 10 years after the EAC issued a deficiency report with that same password, it's like, what is going on here?
Why wouldn't you just change the password?
Right.
What was that?
So you go to Google and you, and what do you Google again?

And that's the administrative password for Dominion Systems.
Right.
It's insane.

So I really believe if they either way, if they steal it from Donald Trump, it's not going to, the public's going to demand that we get to the bottom of it.
And if he wins, I believe the Democrats will even help saying, open up those machines.
We demand it.

And everyone just says, no, it'll be okay.
