I am Rick Weibel, subbing in for Mike Lindell on the Lindell Report.
I cannot thank Mike enough.
Of course, I have more breaking news for you tonight.
If you've seen Vindicating Trump, we have a great example that I have just been alerted to today here.
Down in Dallas County, Texas, we see evidence there that the ballots are available online.
And this is two huge mistakes that we are seeing out there.
Number one, the timing marks are there for the actual election.
And then to top it all off, the election judge's initials are filled out in the gray box.
That is absolutely disgusting.
And it's in blue pen.
So if you have a color printer, you can actually replicate these ballots.
The damage is already done.
And it sounds like there are going to be activists filing a case in Texas regarding this to try and take corrective action immediately regarding this.
This is the kind of stuff that cannot happen.
And we need to be watchful and mindful of these types of things that are happening.
But also, another thing that has been incredible over the last few weeks, actually months, Elon Musk, holy cow, Elon Musk, thank you so much.
You have come to the rescue in regards to politics, the great Twitter/slash X platform that you have uncovered all of the corruption of the past and basically the bending and curving of all of the censoring that has happened.
And for us that have been out here inside of the election integrity ecosystem, you have helped us spread the actual evidence out there to get people to understand what is happening in politics, what is actually happening and what we need to do for registration drives.
You have been fundamentally at the tip of the spear to help Republicans actually register more people, tracking the data, getting the right message out there of dragging 10 friends to vote.
And also when it comes to actual election integrity, you have been saying some of the same things that a guest tonight has been saying, but also myself and so many out there that have been talking since before the 2020 election through the 2020, after the 2020 election.
And here we go into the 2024 election with some of the same issues that are out there.
And you even highlighted the political article about the nation's best hackers found vulnerabilities in voting machines, but there's no time to fix them.
And you're absolutely correct, Elon, when you say let's use paper ballots.
And it is so stunning with everything else that you have done out there regarding requiring voter ID in-person voting only.
Everything you are saying is absolutely correct.
And thank you for supporting our president, Donald J. Trump, in this fight, because it is so important that the message get out there and people of your caliber who are wicked smart, who can actually send a rocket out into space and land it back on Earth so that it can actually be recycled and actually reused is absolutely stunning.
And so when we have people who understand computer technology, such as yourself, myself, and my guest coming up here, Patrick Kolbeck, who is a head of kind of the election integrity movement in partnership with Mike Lindell.
Patrick Kolbeck, thank you for being on the show tonight.
And you are basically representing one of the forefront organizations in the election integrity fight.
So instead of just complaining about elections, where can people who witness irregularities come and actually start reporting the issues?
Walk us through this, Patrick.
Oh, it's great.
Well, first, I want to give a shout out to our fellow meddling kid, Elon Musk.
We may even consider converting the mystery machine, the van into an electric vehicle just in honor of him.
So the best way to go up and get engaged, there's a lot of different projects.
And I know Mike has been talking about the Lindell plan for quite some time.
He first unveiled it in Springfield, Missouri a couple of years ago.
And since then, this Election Crime Bureau has been instituted to actually convert that plan into action.
So if you go to electioncrimebure.com, that's the best place to start for all this information.
But there's one big initiative that Mike talked about a couple of years back, and that was the idea of this real-time monitoring system.
You like me, Rick, I mean, in the wake of the 2020 election, we were drinking from a fire hose as people were calling us up, emailing us on all the different anomalies that were happening all across the country.
And it gets a little overwhelming at first because you've got to do the real-time triage and what's real, what's not real, what's substantive, what's not substantive.
And it's very difficult to do.
And so sometimes, you know, it's like carrying a bunch of socks into the sock drawer.
Sometimes as you're walking through there, you drop a few socks and when you go down and pick up the socks that fell, a couple more socks drop out.
That's how it felt with the evidence we had around the election fraud in the 2020 election.
Well, to get around that now, we're using what used to be called Frank Social.
We're calling it vocal now.
So if you go to vocal.com, vocl.com, that's one place to get started on it.
And we're using that to report all these incidents of fraud.
So don't just go to your Twitter feed or your Facebook feed, if you're still on that, Instagram or whatever else, and just complain about things that are happening out there.
Convert those complaints into action and post them using the vocal app and just tag it from where you're located.
Make sure that you put in the appropriate hash that allows us to actually organize it and classify it.
So if you see machines online, for example, there's a hash for that.
If you see issues with the ballots, like you were just talking about at the beginning of the show, Rick just put in hashtag ballots.
And so it allows us to actually start grouping this information and organizing it so that we can start looking at heat maps using another application that we're developing out at the Election Crime Bureau called the ElectionNexus.com map.
And so it's really allows us to actually now start graphing those and mapping, if you will, all those incidents so we can see where do we have a high concentration?
What do we need to focus on?
And so we're starting to get a little bit smarter than we were, frankly, in the wake of the 2020 election.
And you can help us by going to electioncrimebure.com and reporting your incidents using the vocal app, not using, not just go off and complaining about it on Facebook or anything.
Do it on vocal.
And by the way, that's kind of our general purpose app.
If you're more comfortable having a purpose-driven app, we're actually in partnership with True the Vote, and they've got a Vote Alert app that was purpose-built for reporting election anomalies.
And you can go there and use that app as well.
We've got database integration where we get their information, they get our information, and we can share it across the board.
And we're also looking, we're working with United Sovereign Americans as well on how to share that information too.
Absolutely incredible.
And this is exactly a huge game changer.
And to have this announcement two weeks before the election is absolutely incredible and it encourages me that we are going to have a good secure election.
Yeah, we're going to have problems, but this time we're going to actually have the evidence immediately available for activists, attorneys, and also for experts like me that can go in and help basically kind of sort through which ones are actionable as you gently laid out the triage system.
We've got to be able to identify which ones can we get in right away.
Because with early voting happening right now, this is a perfect time to go ahead and look at it.
And if you see something that is irregular, that's the evidence that we need to be able to collect right now so that we can follow up with an affidavit for you to fill out if you're willing to testify regarding it, if you have something hard or if you have an inkling towards something that alerts us in the database world, but also in other areas where we can kind of talk with our network to say, hey, are you actually seeing this?
So like last night, we kind of broke the story in Minnesota that in one of the races, we already have in access over 200 absentee ballots where there is no voter ID.
And it's absolutely incredible.
And it's outside of the norm compared to all of the other races in Minnesota.
We're also seeing record numbers of registrations in some of the districts.
And so following that and understanding to find out, is this something that's legitimate because there's an active candidate out there?
And in this case, that's exactly what's happening.
There's a young gun Democrat out there just really charging ahead.
That's not fraud.
That's just good politicking.
And we've got to be able to call balls and strikes like that.
But when we see the weird anomalies of the absentee ballots without the voter registration, or we see all of a sudden a huge surge in one of the nursing homes where 75 out of 90 beds were already cast a ballot in one of the districts in Minnesota, we're going to call that out.
Or mail forwarding locations in Texas, Florida, South Dakota.
We're going to call that out.
And especially as more of us have been looking at data to actually pull back the covers to go, we're not just going to go with NCOA for three-year look back.
We're now doing 20 and 30 year look backs and actually validating it.
And so this is with what Lindell is doing, what you're leading, and what the activists out there are doing in the states.
This is the perfect marriage that we've needed to have that centralized application to basically say, here's what we're seeing out there.
And I think what you're laying out in that triage is so important and so perfect.
So thank you, Mike Lindell, for doing this and also the other behind the scenes work that he's done with Cause of America, organizing some of the leaders in all 50 states.
And so this is a perfect complement to that activity as well.
And so please, please, please check out electioncrimebureau.com tonight.
Familiarize yourself with it.
Take a look at the app.
Make sure we get that.
Go ahead and Patrick and kind of walk us through the website on some of the key things that we should be aware of when we visit the Election Crime Bureau website.
Well, first of all, none of this would be possible without the donations to the Lindell Offense Fund.
So if you go to LindellPlan.com, like Mike is talking about all the time, you're going to be going to the Lindell Offense Fund.
That's where you provide the fuel for everything you see on this side.
So please don't be shy about helping out there.
Now, I like to view the Election Crime Bureau as where the Lindell plan gets converted into action.
So what you'll see up at the top of this website is a menu item for solutions.
And so if you pull down that solution, you're going to see all the different investments that Mike has put in to help secure our elections.
So when we were shut down regarding access to the media, when we're censored and couldn't get on networks like Fox News, for example, you know, Mike decided, you know what, we need to go around that.
He bought Frank Speech and put that together.
When we had issues with not being able to get out the word on social media because Facebook and the old Twitter at the time before Elon got involved was censoring our messages, he decided to go off and create vocal.
He's put together documentaries trying to inform people.
A lot of different solutions that I don't know if people truly understand the breadth and depth of all the initiatives that Mike Lindell through not only his own personal resources, but through the donors out at Lindell Offense Fund have helped make possible.
And then the next column there is a listing of key initiatives that are going on right now.
And we already alluded to one of them up at the top.
That's the real-time monitoring system.
But Mike has been talking a lot recently about the voter identity protection project, the VIP project, which is encouraging people to get and request an absentee ballot in those states where you have to request it and where you can request it for no reason, and then cast it as late as possible, preferably on election day.
So it's kind of a big deal.
And so, and then the intent of that is to actually, first of all, discourage identity theft because we know that when you're in a state that's finally cleaned up the voter rolls, they've got to resort to stealing the identities of real voters.
And the voter identity protection project is intended to go off and fight back against that.
If you go back into the homepage out at electioncrimebure.com, you guys can get quick and easy links to all the key initiatives that are going on right now, including another one that I really think is important to highlight.
And, you know, all this is about gathering information.
And all these anomalies that pop up are all due to the fact that people are gathering information.
And if you scroll down here a bit, there's a lot of this information is very difficult for people to go off and capture and find.
And it's very concerning because all these non-government organizations have access to all this sensitive election data, but Joe Citizen can't get access to it.
So one of the things that we're calling for, regardless of who actually is declared the winner in the 2024 presidential election, is that we're pushing something called the Election Confidence Project.
And this is new to Lindell Report, and I think it's very important.
What we're calling on is for people to sign a petition that calls for an audit of all 50 states after the election, regardless of who is declared the winner.
And I'm not talking just a stupid little recount that recounts fake ballots.
I'm talking about a full professional audit in accordance with the rigor that you would see in a Sarbane Doxley type of audit.
So this is really trying to get to the bottom of it.
And we want to do it in all 50 states.
And the thinking about this is, Rick, you've heard the same as I have with Mike.
Mike always says that the 2020 election, even though President Trump lost, was such a blessing, because if it wasn't for the theft of the 2020 election, we would have been going along fantum and happy thinking nothing was wrong with our election system.
Well, we all know now, hopefully, that it's all broken.
And thanks to folks like Elon Musk getting the word out now, more and more people are realizing that that's the case.
And so what we want to do with this election confidence project is restore election confidence by restoring a measure of transparency around how our elections are conducted.
So we really want to go off and drill deeply into that, expose it, take the pull the whole curtain that the Wizard of Oz is using to hide his actions regarding our election systems and open it up for everybody to go off and see.
So that's a new project that we're talking about.
Yeah.
You're exactly right.
This is so needed.
And it's not just about this election as well.
So let's vision cast here for a moment.
Let's say President Trump wins the 2024 election.
You just said something that is so important.
We cannot just stand by and say we're done.
No, we have learned so many things now that when we look at the EAC, we need to break it up and start anew.
Because here we are going into the 2024 election using the same voluntary voting system guidelines of 2005.
And we've learned that basically the statutes, the voluntary voting system guidelines, and the rules have failed us.
We've also learned in the second bucket that the election officials are not following the laws all the time.
They don't understand the rules.
They don't understand the requirements.
The vendors appear not to give a damn.
I'm just going to go ahead and put that out there because based upon my research looking at the antivirus and the Windows patches, most of these systems are well over two years old of having any type of antivirus or Windows system patch or Linux patch that would actually protect our elections.
I'm sorry.
I'm pissed off that we're about to go drink two-year-old expired milk.
And in my state, it's over five years.
That's just not acceptable.
Yeah.
Well, I tell you, I used to work on Space Station and I was responsible for elements of the life support system.
That was designated a critical infrastructure component of the International Space Station, just like our elections have been designated a critical infrastructure component of our national infrastructure.
And so I can tell you, and I know you've got the background here as well, that the level of rigor that we apply to the requirements, traceability, the certification, the configuration management of our election systems is not something that if it were a life support system that I'd want to go up into space and bet my life on.
And what we're doing right now with these faulty, this faulty election system overall is that we're betting the life of our country.
And that's unacceptable when you really peek behind the curtain and see what's going on.
It's really unacceptable.
You're absolutely right.
And kind of as you were talking, I'm trying to think of other similarities that we have high standards.
So just like the space station, we have high standards.
Department of Defense has high standards as to what can enter into their facilities.
Even restaurants, especially like in California, where they have rating systems as to how clean these restaurants and hotels are, we have that there, but we don't have any type of marking for our election officials and our equipment to say, oh, yeah, this election official gets an A rating because they actually did the test X right, actually did a thorough test of all of the ballot styles and actually checked the hash validation.
And we made sure that all of the log files were there.
And we also did an audit of their cameras to make sure that things are there.
And they do 100% post-election audit.
Yeah, nobody does that.
Instead, they give us smoke and mirrors.
It's a technical mumbo-jumbo, so most people don't have the patience to go through that all.
But I'll tell you, it's so obvious to anybody paying just a little bit of attention.
I mean, I was at the Detroit public accuracy test last Monday, and in Detroit, they've got 400 precincts.
Each one of those precincts has uses a Dominion ImageCast precinct tabulator for it.
Plus, they've got 65 of these tabulators used across 65 AB counting boards.
Plus, they've got 13 voting centers, and each one of them have five of these tabulators.
So, that's roughly around 535 image cast precinct tabulators.
Guess how many of these tabulators they tested?
They're in the public accuracy test.
I'm going to say zero, just because maybe they used one in the backup room because I've seen that one played in tables.
Actually, it's kind of a trick question because they actually went through the motions in 12 separate tabulators in this demonstration room, but not one of those 12 tabulators was deployed in support of election day operations.
So, you are right with zero, but it's all smoke and mirrors.
I mean, what's the purpose of a public accuracy test?
I mean, they've got over 65 different ballot styles alone in the city of Detroit, which means that you've got to go through all those different ballot permutations for it.
Instead, they just said, Yeah, we're testing for all the races, we've got a stack of ballots here, and they just kind of just sifted them through there.
And we're just supposed to sit there and say, Well done, way to go, excellent job.
No, it was a complete dog and pony show.
Yeah, um, I've got a fun one for you, too.
I actually attended a public accuracy test of somebody who sits on the EAC subcommittee that represents the state.
Uh, so they're one of the two members, one Democrat, one Republican.
And I was shocked when she basically had 30 ballots there, and they were the standard ballots.
This is on an ESS system, and then they promptly took one of the ballots away and then used that as a template to go key in on one of the express vote systems, then set that ballot aside, then printed out the one express vote card, put that in its place, and then fed all 30 ballots in-you know, 29 standard and one express vote.
And they were, and I asked, Do you feel that you've thoroughly tested the machines?
And she replied, Yes, we don't need to do anything further.
And I'm like, You do understand that barcodes and ovals are different and they're read by separate areas of the program and they go into different buckets.
And she's like, Well, as long as we've got the numbers here, uh, we're good to go.
And I'm doing the minimum standard of what the law requires.
I'm like, a little bit conflicted, like, uh, actually, you're not.
And scientifically, that was complete garbage.
Yep, it's literally, they just think we're a bunch of idiots, and they're they've probably been getting away with it for years because um, we as citizens have kind of assumed that they're doing their job.
And, you know, you've heard the expression that the price of liberty is eternal vigilance.
Well, in fairness, I don't think we've been that vigilant over the last couple decades, frankly.
And it's uh, we're paying the penalty right now.
I agree with you, you are so right.
And so, part of where I have my long vision trail here as part of the VisionCast is with all this evidence that we're going to be able to collect through the Election Crime Bureau, experts that have become self-made over the last few years that have understood and witnessed at the front lines of what's happening.
I think we're going to be having a stampede towards the legislature to say, Look, we're never going to allow this again.
This whole gold standard is complete garbage.
When I travel around the United States, I tell people in my presentations, every time I hear a Secretary of State say, we're the gold standard, I'm like, so you're literally like the Taco Bell sign out there that says we're voted this Mexican restaurant.
Yeah, it's just like you are, it's like there's different pieces that are good in some of the states that I think we need to actually get our activists soon after this election is over.
We need to get together and actually start sharing notes to kind of create our United States standard of what we want to see come from the Lin Landell team, Cause of America, the South Carolina team, the Texas teams, Midwest Swamp Watch, and all of the other great teams that are out there.
I think it'll be time for us to get together and review these complaints that have come in through your system and really see how we can come to terms with our elections.
And I think uniformly, I think we're at a point now that I'm sorry, folks, these machines have proven that they create too much of a black box environment.
I've worked for years.
Yeah, I've worked for years to try and find a way to fix it and I failed.
And so this is why we came up with a hand count system at US Case.
This is why Linda Rance came up with a hand count system.
This is why Clinton Curtis came up with a calculator method.
This is why so many patriots out there from different points of view came to the same conclusion.
We can't support these machines anymore because our clerks, it actually takes a lot of work behind the scenes to actually prepare these machines to do it correctly.
It costs too much money.
And the reality is they're taking all these shortcuts that the voters would be shocked at what's going on.
And so I'm actually encouraging, if you have any doubt, talk to candidates that have any doubt in their elections.
Be a poll worker, be a poll watcher, be an election judge if it's not too late.
Submit any issues that you find at the electioncrimebureau.com.
And we need to get this evidence into candidates' hands so that way they can actually file.
Now, you may have to understand your own state statutes because, like in Minnesota, actually a voter actually has standing in election issues.
And so do the candidates.
That's not true in every single state.
And so we'll have to understand that.
And I'll help as part of that team with you guys to kind of decipher that as I've worked on many legal cases now in multiple states.
So I'm getting a little smarter than I really wanted to.
This is not where I wanted to be in my life when I looked at my life six years ago.
I'm right there with you.
I feel like I'm, you know, I used to work on Space Station.
Now I'm banging rocks together and make fire.
And this is, and by the way, using that vision cast analogy that you were talking about here, let's just fast forward and cut to the chase.
Mike's kind of already done that for us.
And one of the other initiatives at the Election Crime Bureau that you can support is the Great Petition Project.
We haven't talked about it lately because we're already in the election cycle and we can't really drive this home right now.
But if you go to the Great Petition Project, there's a little petition that you sign to say, get rid of these stupid machines.
We're not going to have secure elections until we get rid of them because they are not transparent.
I can't see how they're counting the ballots.
They're giving a special access or privileged access to censored election records to a bunch of non-government organizations that me as the voter who should have ultimate standing in this can't get access to.
It's time to just get rid of them.
So Mike, in a way, has already kind of gotten ahead of both of us and said, let's cut to the chase and get rid of these stupid machines.
All right.
Tonight, I need everybody to go to electioncrimebure.com, go to that page, sign the petition, go to all your social media accounts, copy that link to that petition, share it, and start getting people to sign it now.
Let's start the petition wave today.
Let's get this thing going.
This is an easy can-do.
Remember, tonight is not about just complaining, but it's about doing.
And so, this is why I'm so proud to basically start itemizing these steps that we can take these baby steps now.
And it is so important.
And also, if you have any money available while you're there at that website, please donate $5, $10, $20, $50, $1,000, whatever you can to help this project go forward because we are going to need money for attorneys.
We already see a buffet of issues there.
We should put out a shout-out for Elon Musk.
And if he wants to put in a million dollars, he could do that at the donate site too.
Yeah, that's okay.
Yeah.
That's exciting.
So, hashtag ask Elon if he can do matching to protect our elections.
I think he's going to be right there at the front lines.
I am so this whole experience traveling across the United States has really brought out.
I don't know if you've had the sense, but everyone I've talked to, I'm amazed at the quality of people that are out there in this election integrity fight and how they open their homes to us whenever we're out there traveling, and how so many people are out there asking legitimate questions.
And they're not mad at their election officials trying to hurt them in any way or insult them.
They're literally trying to step up to support them.
I've seen great volunteers in Wyoming offer hand count studies, and they've taken this out into a wildfire telling the election clerks: look, if the power goes out due to weather or wind or anything else, we want to make sure that we have your backs.
The same thing's happening in Minnesota.
There's incredible signups that are out there.
We will have to take a commercial break here soon.
And when we come back, I want to talk further with you.
Kind of what have you seen over the last couple of weeks?
What are things that are scaring you during the next two weeks that you want to make sure that our team of witnesses and activists should be aware of and make sure that they're reporting?
And let's kind of go through some of the exercises of what are some of the things that we want them to report on this application.
So when we come back, let's talk further with Patrick and we will do the can-do attitude of elections because we are Americans, not Americans.
Kamala Harris, the liberal California politician, some people say could become the next president of the United States.
Well, Mike Lindell here, and this should frighten everyone.
She's supported open borders, she's failed us as the current borders are, and she even helped raise money to get criminals out of jail.
Have you seen her new tax plan?
It could be the nail in the coffin for our country.

What are some things that we should encourage people to report if they see some of the things?
I mean, what concerns you over the next couple of weeks with early absentee, early voting?
What are some things that people should be on the lookout?
Well, voter roll issues, first and foremost.
So if you're seeing evidence that people who don't exist are getting ballots through the absentee ballot process, that's a big red flag.
And if you are seeing people drop off large numbers of ballots at drop boxes, that's a pretty red, big red flag.
Matter of fact, we're working on an initiative here in Michigan with True the Vote to help monitor those drop boxes with live streams.
So anyway, so those are just a couple of samples.
Obviously, if you start seeing machine outages, which is the big fear that they're trying to install into everybody to corral them into voting early to ostensibly avoid the Maricopa County shutdown, well, that's something we should be reporting as well.
If you see a stop of the count, if you start seeing obstruction of poll challengers, all those are incidents that we should start tracking and capturing and create incident maps of because it may be localized to your particular area or it may be a pattern across the board.
And, you know, we've been analyzing what's going on across all the different states and there are some definite patterns that are happening.
And there's patterns around, you know, forcing what we call canvassers in Michigan, county canvassers, are forcing them to certify the election results, whether or not there's evidence of fraud or not.
We're seeing a big theme around election interference and what they call voter intimidation or election worker intimidation, where they're ramping up this atmosphere that assumes that every poll challenger is going to go in and immediately start a fight with poll workers, which is they're using it as a means of silencing poll challengers.
I mean, in Michigan, they've effectively outlawed poll challengers with some of the laws that they passed recently and the rhetoric coming out of the Michigan Attorney General and frankly out of our Michigan Supreme Court.
So there's definitely a pattern there where they're trying to do everything they possibly can to suppress oversight of the elections.
And I think it's teeing up a post-election narrative that when Donald Trump is declared the winner, they're going to claim it was election interference and voter suppression that kept all the Kamala enthusiasts away from the polls, which is, you know, you know and I know that's complete balderdash.
If she, when she loses, it's because she's literally the least qualified candidate for that office ever to be put on a ballot.
And for this time, she actually might actually get real votes to be on the ballot instead of what happened in the Democratic primary.
Yeah, you're exactly right.
And some of the other things that I think need to be reported as well is I'm hearing in some jurisdictions that they are now going to be increasing the presence of uniformed officers in the polling locations.
I'm sorry, but that just does not appear to be appropriate at all.
I am not sure why they are doing this in some of these remote states that I'm now hearing this being reported in.
And it sends a very chilling effect because we want to make sure that all of those polling locations, wherever you vote, is a nice, peaceful, non-confrontational environment.
And so what we want to encourage people to do is that if you see something, don't do it in a confrontational way.
Understand what your state laws allow for.
So for example, you wouldn't go and talk to an election judge about something you see there.
You would typically and try to find out who the site supervisor is and try to talk to them respectfully and calmly about any questions that you may have or concerns about the conduct that you've seen.
And if there is an incident logbook that you're able to fill out or an incident report, you would want to be able to do that in the presence and be able to take that, take a picture of it, submit it to the Election Crime Bureau Network, send it to your state party and any impacted candidate that may need that evidence right away.
And so, but if you, we also want to make sure that people understand we cannot promote any type of violence or aggression in this at all.
You have to be very passive and Christian oriented.
And we can't force a resolution every single time there.
But if you understand the statutes and you have it printed out, make sure you have a couple copies and be willing to hand the copy to the election official in charge to say, I believe this is what the law says.
That is okay.
But you have to make sure that your time is limited with them because they have to make sure that they're supervising the entire time.
So there is that little bit of yang and yang that we have to make sure that our activists understand that at a minimum, get the evidence to us.
We'll have our team of experts go through and analyze that to do the right thing.
And there's actually points up.
Number one is we need to recognize who our enemy was.
When I went in and served as a poll challenger in Detroit during the 2020 election, I was bright-eyed and bushytailed and thought that all I need to do is bring in my state statutes and tell them what the law actually says.
And they would welcome me with open arms for my sharing my wisdom about how our elections are supposed to run.
No, that's not how it works.
I mean, they're going to be combative whenever they're told they're doing something wrong.
It's kind of a natural human instinct.
But there's something even more insidious in places like Detroit where they've actually trained them to be confrontational.
And just, I want everybody to understand who we're dealing with a lot of times, and particularly in these inner cities where they're doing this kind of training, is that they are acolytes of Saul Linsky's Rules for Radicals.
And one of his key tenets is that the action is in the reaction.
And what do you mean by that?
Well, it means normally lawful citizens are not going to be not by nature going to do unlawful activities.
But their job is to poke and prod and poke and prod until you do do something that's unlawful.
That's part of what they're doing.
So we've got to make sure we understand what we're up against.
And to your point, we got to make sure that we are not aggressive or confrontational beyond taking a peaceful stance and anything else like that.
We just need to understand, though, who we're dealing with.
But number two, I'm going to take a slightly different spin on the presence of law enforcement officers, partly because I was out in Detroit and we had rent a cops.
We didn't have real law enforcement officers.
And there's a big caveat.
I want a large police presence in some of these places, but I want the police to be trained on election law before they go there.
Because if they don't understand election law, they won't understand what the rights are of poll workers and poll challengers.
And they won't be able to defend those rights because they don't know what those statutes say.
And instead, they'll default back to disturbing the peace type of statutes, which they all know, they're all comfortable with.
And then when an election inspector or a poll worker says, this guy's bugging me, he's disturbing the peace.
They go, well, I know what to do on disturbing the peace.
I arrest him and escort him out of the building.
And they don't know that there's a poll challenger right that counteracts it that says, no, no, no, no.
They have a right to oversee the election results.
The poll worker needs to comply with some of the requests of the poll challenger, that kind of stuff.
So I don't mind seeing a lot of law enforcement, but the big caveat is I only want to see them if they're trained on what the election law is.
And sadly, there's very little time, if any, spent training law enforcement on what the election statutes are.
You're exactly right.
And in one of the cases I'm aware of in one of the western states, a female officer was actually having her hand on her firearm in a polling location and kind of interacting with one of the election judges where she, in essence, was intimidating the election judge.
And that is just uncalled for.
So I encourage that election judge to go ahead and file a complaint with the county, but also with the Secretary of State to get that on record, just to kind of go, we need to have better training here so that law enforcement actually does the right thing to protect everybody's constitutional right.
In so many states, you cannot arrest somebody on election day.
And so this, and you can't serve a warrant, you know, at a polling location as well.
And so these rights are important because we need to make sure that we're protecting people's ability to be able to vote.
And that also includes the ability of election workers, but also poll watchers and the public who are encouraged to have public oversight of our elections.
And you need to make sure that you understand your state statutes to understand anywhere where it says that the public can be there, make sure you understand what those rules are.
And if they have taped off an area, make sure that it comports with the law because that may be another violation where if a poll watcher cannot actually see the conduct of the election or what's happening on the tables, that may be a violation of law and that may have to be reported.
So you're absolutely right.
We need training in all different areas for the police officers that may be there, the poll workers, and the poll watchers.
And this is part of my criticism of the parties.
And I'm just going to say all active parties do a horrible job of actually training their own election judges, even training activists on how to do hand counting in case of an emergency or a disaster.
I come from the state of Minnesota that we had a Halloween storm in 1991 and it knocked out the Twin Cities for quite a while right before the election.
And some areas couldn't use the tabulators because the election was basically on its heels that we had to basically do hand counting and get ready for that.
And so even though we have these threats from CISA saying that our elections are under international attacks and threats, the reality is we've had storms here in the United States that are a much bigger threat on our elections, just like the hurricanes here in the eastern part of the United States.
We had two back-to-back.
There could be a third on its way.
And the reality is the power is not guaranteed from an electrical grid standpoint.
And so it behooves us to make sure that we are supporting our election officials to be on standby to make sure that they can comply with the statutes to deliver the election results in a timely manner.
Yeah, and that's what it all comes down to.
And this is all teeing up for a very interesting election day and election week.
And frankly, I think we're going to be dealing with a lot of interesting information being shared and interesting events all the way through January 20th.
So if we're talking about some of the things they expect into this upcoming, I think there's a lot of people that they want chaos and they are pushing for chaos in this upcoming election.
So we need to do our best to act in an orderly manner.
And that I've actually, I don't know if you're familiar with Millie Weaver at all, but Millie Weaver, prior to the 2020 election, obtained a series of whistleblower video zoom calls of organizations like SHUT DOWN DC, Black Lives Matter um, a bunch of current uh of federal um employees and contractors that were all planning, um to create chaos in the wake of the election,
should it not go the way that they wanted it to go.
And they had simulations where they were talking about well uh, who was going to break into the government buildings?
Who was going to break the windows?
Who was going to encourage people to storm the the building?
Where are the police stations located?
They had tactical maps of it.
These same people um, I have it under good authority are doing the same type of planning going into the 2024 election.
And uh, it kind of harkens back to um early stories of Solomon.
Remember Solomon judging between the two women that had, uh had babies, and one of the babies died in the middle of the night and the other lady swapped out her baby with the one that died.
And um, and uh, they were brought before Solomon to determine well, who's whose baby is the baby?
And and he said, you know what?
Um, i'll find out who the who's the the appropriate mother.
And he said, i'm gonna, i've reached my decision.
I'm just gonna cut the baby in half.
We're gonna give half to one mother and the other half to the other mother.
And when the one mother said no no no, please give her the other lady the baby, Solomon says well, give it to the lady who didn't want the baby to die because the other one was sitting there all gleeful saying well, if I can't have it, nobody can have it.
And that's the way these guys are operating.
Going into this election, they're in that mode that if we can't have America, ain't nobody going to have America, and that's not the way we.
We run in our country.
No, that's right.
And uh, we have an opportunity here um, to watch the gates be able to use um a broken justice system.
But to get the final evidence that we need regarding this election and the conduct of it, so that America will wake up and America does need to wake up, and Elon is right you have to get 10 people with you to go out and vote.
You need to create a plan to make sure that you're looking around your neighborhood and anybody who is elderly that would like to vote.
Please volunteer some time to take the day off and drive them to the polls.
Be part of the solution, just like the Election Crime Bureau.
Be part of the solution that, if you see something, say something.
That's what the government tells us to do.
Um Patrick uh, thank you for leading uh the Election Crime Bureau uh network.
It is so absolutely important that we have this tool uh available to us so that we can actually protect our elections.
Uh, what are some of the other things that you've seen in Michigan um that you kind of want to alert us to that uh, we need to watch in some of these other states that may not be uh as well organized as us uh, that have kind of seen some of this stuff.
Well, we were just talking about before the show um last Last Friday, while President Trump was speaking a few miles down the road in Detroit, I was visiting a church in Detroit that had a group of citizens concerned about the upcoming elections.
And we met with them and talked about some of the things that they were seeing in the upcoming election.
And they helped introduce me to a term that I haven't heard of.
And I've been following this for quite some time, including my time out in the Michigan Senate on our elections and government reform committee.
And he used a term called voter trap houses.
And I thought that was very interesting.
I'd never heard that before.
I asked about what is a voter trap house.
And it's essentially the Michigan version of the Hotel California.
Once you get into the qualified voter file, which is our statewide voter registration database, you can never leave.
Or so it would seem when it comes to election time.
And what these citizens were noticing is that a couple months before the election, they started receiving a whole bunch of junk mail to certain addresses that were designated as these voter trap houses.
And sometimes these buildings were occupied, sometimes they weren't occupied.
But either way, there's a lot of junk mail sent from bulk mailers to these locations.
And then after the election, that junk mail stopped.
Now, from my interpretation of what's going on, it certainly appears that somebody in our Secretary of State's office is inflating the voter rolls before the election, creating a whole bunch of ghost voters in there that don't exist or don't live there or never existed, or they're dead or whatever the case may be.
And then after the election, they purge the voter rolls of their names.
And so these bulk mailers, they're purchasing mailing lists and they're purchasing access to the qualified voter file because it's got a bunch of names and it's got a bunch of addresses and a bunch of other demographic information like birth year.
And so it's very useful to people that are doing targeted marketing.
So it's pretty obvious that somebody is using or pumping up these voter rolls specifically with the intent of doing, as Dr. Frank likes to say, a little bit of eHarmony.com action between these fake names with the inflated voter rolls and a bunch of blank ballots.
So that's one big trend.
And I think you were talking about you've seen that under the moniker of other names all across the country.
Yeah, we've seen it in South Dakota with some of the mail forwarding companies that actually exist, but they're not cleaning up their membership list and synchronizing with the Secretary of State to ensure that their clients who actually are paying are actually still registered properly.
And the ones who have not been paying have been removed from the Secretary of State's voter registration system.
We also see this at hotels, motels, when South Dakota, you could have one day residency.
And so we would have a lot of the clerks tell us that they were getting tons of mail and didn't understand why.
Well, once we told them that people were registered at their address, they were kind of pissed because they didn't give them authorization.
As a matter of fact, in the contract that nobody reads at a hotel, it literally states that you can't claim this as a residency, but people were doing it.
I even had the example in South Dakota where there was a mail forwarding company that went out of business in 2018 and people were still voting from there.
And during the Lindell event during the last summer, I got a little bored and I checked the Secretary of State's website and noticed that nobody had renewed it.
And so for $10, I renewed it under Midwest Swamp Watch and I became the proud owner of 1,700 registered voters.
And so I was able to have standing to go after the clerk to get those cleaned up.
And it's just disgusting, you know, what we see across the United States, even nursing homes where they're owned by a corporate conglomerate.
You'll see the mail-tos going to the corporate address, not the actual residence homes that are in different counties.
And it makes you wonder what's going on.
The same thing with dirty roles with students that haven't lived there for over four years and have since graduated, but yet these a la carte mailout ballots are going there.
And of course, what's missing?
Oh, yeah, the suite number, the apartment number, all of that.
And so it's just going to a generic table in the dorms, and anybody can pick up.
Which is why they push so hard for permanent AV status, right?
They want to get people on permanent absentee ballot rolls so that they don't have to go back and purge those 65-year-old co-eds from the roles.
Right, exactly, because learning is a lifelong experience, I guess, at this point.
They're trying to prove that.
So I guess we're going to have a perpetual student loan debt if we're going to keep this up.
You know, another area that's kind of new to us in Michigan, because this is the first time we've really had early voting here in the state, but that's another area that's ripe for fraud.
And I'll tell you, this is how it's been deployed out in Michigan.
First of all, they have a unique ballot type for early voting.
It's one that doesn't have a tearaway stub with the ballot ID in the ballot.
And that's actually given an exemption under Michigan law so that they can use these on-demand ballot printers at the early voting centers.
Because, you know, if you don't want to keep in stock all these different ballots for all the different ballot styles that are out there, so what they do is they allow you to print them on demand.
Well, what we've got here is that not only are they doing the print-on-demand service at the early voting centers, but they're getting rid of poll books now and they're allowing people to tap into the state qualified voter file directly via the internet.
So now, if I am a poll worker that's not subject to much oversight in the city of Detroit, which we already know that there are 2,000 Democrat poll workers and only 50 Republican poll workers, not because there aren't Republican volunteering, but because they're not letting us cover a lot of these different areas.
All you need is one little corrupt person with access to the on-demand ballot printer and the qualified voter file to just hit print, insert tabbit or ballot into the tabulator, and then check off one of those low-propensity voters in the voter trap houses in the qualified voter file.
And they've just voted.
And you could be your own little ballot factory in one of these voting centers.
And there is practically zero audit trail associated with it.
Wow.
Perfect.
Thank you so much.
Check out the work that Mike Lindell and Patrick Colbeck have done at electioncrimebure.com.
Make sure you share that link tonight.
Make sure you donate when you can early and often to support this wonderful project that will help all 50 states.
Again, I am Rick Weibel subbing in for the Lindell Report.
Thank you again, Patrick.
Great to catch up with you.
And let's everybody get out and vote.
Let's make sure that this is too big to steal, rig, or cheat.
So let's just overwhelm them and send them packing.
You guys are so much chaos, everybody.
All right.
Ever see this guy with the pillows on socks?
My pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
He is the greatest, my pillow guy, Mike Lindell, And he's been with us right from the Beginning.
