Hello, everyone.
Welcome to the Lindell Report.
It's going to be a great show tonight.
We've got Leigh Anderson coming on the auditor from the biggest county in South Dakota with a lot of news.
Before we bring her in, I want to talk to you, give you an update on what's going on in Wisconsin.
Robin Voss, remember Robin stuff, he's tied for the biggest uniparty blocker this country's ever seen.
I got to put him right there with Brad Rastabur, Crooked Brad down in Georgia because the way Robin tried to fight to not get recalled in Wisconsin, but too late.
The second time around enough votes and today the lawyers put in a, I guess it's a draft, I don't know, petition or whatever it is, I don't know what it's called, into the WEC because Robin did not fulfill or did not do what he was supposed to do to contest the recall.
So that's all good.
The Wisconsin Election Commission has until Friday to respond.
They really can't say no now.
And, you know, but we're living in strange times, so who knows what could happen.
But any other time in history, they've got to go, yep, we're okay.
The recall election, we've got to schedule it, which will be, everybody, July 9th.
July 9th.
And there is a candidate, a great candidate, that they have to run against Robin in this recall, but we can't announce that yet.
And I will say this, too.
It's a great day that you've been getting that far to get him this recall done because if you take out the leaders of these blockers, And take the get rid of them.
The doors are going to open and for all the people that are fighting every single day for all of you out there on the ground and that have never given up on our to secure our election platforms and one of them is Leah Anderson and we're going to bring her on now.
I'm losing my voice a little bit tonight.
You guys I had a deposition yesterday with Smartmatic and It was an all-day deposition, and no, you're not going to see any highlights on the news this time around.
My lawyer actually said I got an A. Not an A+, but I got an A in my deposition.
But it was pretty simple.
They kept, just so you all know, they kept drilling me going, you know, Mike, didn't you hear Bill Barr say that the election was secure?
And Chris Krebs said it was the most Secure election in U.S.
history.
And I said, yeah, they're both liars.
You know, that's simple.
And I said, besides that, the evidence that I had was different.
My evidence was, you know, every single county in the United States, people voted that didn't live in those counties in the 2020 election.
Every single county.
I don't care who's watching tonight.
I don't care if you're in Hawaii, Maine, Oregon, Wisconsin, it doesn't matter where you are, or South Dakota.
Every county was corrupted.
Every county computers were used.
Every county people voted there that didn't live there, or people voted that were already deceased.
And these things came right from the voter rolls, everybody.
These came from the machines.
The machines told us that.
Here's what it is.
As you know, I went out and got every one of the states.
I paid a lot of money to get this.
Back in November and December of 2020, by getting these, I couldn't understand how people are genuinely good people, okay?
Maybe I trust people to a fault, but you're not going to get 10,000 people in Nevada to say, hey guys, Let's jump into California and vote for Biden.
Who's with me?
Come on!
Or get 16,000 people in, I don't know, Wisconsin or Minnesota to run into Wisconsin.
Let's go vote for Biden.
Who's with me?
Let's go commit a crime.
It doesn't happen.
And when I was given all my evidence on January 9th, and yes, this was the evidence from Dennis Montgomery, everybody, and That evidence, by the way, Smartmatic, Dominion, they have those 32 terabytes.
Now, can they be released?
No!
It's still under government gag order, okay?
But I will tell you this, just like I told them, you know, this, it showed that computers were used in the election of 2020 in every single county.
Well then, as the three years passed by, we got the next thing, was the Mesa County image.
The Mesa County image came right out of the machine in Colorado when they tried to delete the 2020 election, and they succeeded.
All the machines in Colorado, Dominion and Kirk and Janet Griswold, the Secretary of State of Colorado, deleted all the images and deleted them.
But great Tina Peters, the clerk in Mesa County, she said, you know what, I got to do my job.
I got to do a backup with my computer.
She did a backup.
That's where we got the images, you guys.
That image showed computer manipulation.
It matched what Dennis Montgomery was saying.
Then, here comes the next one.
It's a big one.
Now we're going to tie in Leah here in a minute.
About the summer of 22, all my people out there, all the cyber guys, everything, going, hey, there's something we can get that's called cast vote records.
It's our God-given right.
It's under the Freedom of Information Act.
We go to these counties and say, hey, I want our cast vote records.
What does the cast vote records show?
It shows the order the votes come in.
It's like if you watched a football game and you wanted to see a replay.
And you're watching the replay and all of a sudden it's 7-7 first quarter, 14-7 second quarter, and third quarter it's 10-3.
You're going, what happened here?
Numbers don't go in reverse and you certainly wouldn't see the same score in every single game in the third quarter.
They wouldn't all be identical.
Okay, well that Mesa County image, when we got the CastVote records, which we got them across the country, including L.A.
County, which is the only county that Smartmatic has.
Well, we got the image in L.A.
County, or the CastVote record, and guess what everybody?
Here's the CastVote record in L.A.
County, a Smartmatic company.
Here's one in Mesa County, right out of the machines, in Colorado, a Dominion machine, And what?
Identical!
Just like the movie.
Identical.
Okay?
Well, you know what?
So we go, wow, we need these cast vote records.
We got one-third of the United States.
But what we did get, everybody, is we got pushback from the red states.
Almost all the pushback came from the red states.
Number one being the state of South Dakota.
Number one, I would say, I would put them right on the number one spot.
And with that said, we're going, why didn't South Dakota, why would they not give us the cast vote records?
You got the governor there that, you know, Governor Kristi Noem, you got all these Republicans supposedly in South Dakota.
Why would you not give us these cast vote records?
You know, we had the cyber symposium in the summer of 21.
In South Dakota, which by the way, you know, Governor Kristi Noem, she told me where to have it.
You know, she was all about, you know, we got to get rid of these machines.
And we had it in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, everybody.
And with that being said, I'm going to bring in Leigh Anderson.
She is the auditor of the county that Sioux Falls is in, which is Minnehaha County.
I have relatives in Sioux Falls.
My family reunions are in Sioux Falls.
So I know a lot about Sioux Falls.
But anyway, come on in, Leah.
We'll go from here.
How are you doing?
Good.
Okay.
Well, how's that for an opening?
And I want to start with asking you some things, and then I'll give it to you.
I'm going to back up a little bit.
How long have you been the auditor?
So I was sworn in on March 6th, 2024.
I'm sorry, 2023.
Right, so you were brought in with the people.
You're the people's choice, right?
I was the people's choice, yes.
Because I think Monet Johnson was too, but that kind of went south on all of us.
Monet Johnson, everybody, she's a Secretary of State of South Dakota, which blocked us, or blocked getting out.
I will ask you this before we go further.
We've had reports in South Dakota where Monet Johnson told ES&S, because you guys have ES&S machines, told them to turn off the ballot images.
Is that correct?
They told, so they relayed in their best practices document that The state advised us to turn off the cast vote record, or the ballot images for the cast vote record.
Wow.
Now, in your mind, why would they do that?
Okay, well, there were different reasons, but the final reason that came from the Secretary of State's office, from Rachel Solick, said that they felt like if we had ballot images that we didn't need to keep, that it would be a cyber security threat.
Wow.
Amazing.
So why don't we take it back.
Did it surprise you, before I'm going to talk about the good things that's going on now, but did it surprise you like it surprised me that South Dakota was reluctant to give cast vote records up?
I mean, isn't that, I mean, isn't that your Republican state and they're all Republican, aren't they all just great Republicans in South Dakota?
Yeah, so, well, they want you to believe that.
Right.
So, yeah, the cast vote records, well, still, I am not allowed to release the cast vote records to the public, so I did not do that because I've been threatened with contempt of court.
Wow.
Okay, so everybody, just so everybody knows, what I'm saying, okay, these are cast vote records from the 2020 election, everybody, by the way.
Is that correct, Val?
Well, from the 2020 election and also from 2022, those were requested by the people.
Yeah.
Right, okay.
So the people doing their FOIA requests and You know, it's been quite a fight in South Dakota.
So you're now getting voted in, the biggest county in South Dakota, I hear, and you're for the people.
Now, just by you, so let's tell us, so now you have access to the Castle records, but they've said no, you're not going to give them up, or they're threatening you with what?
They're threatening me, on that issue, they threatened me with contempt of court.
Because of a ruling that was not based on evidence.
It was based on procedure that they're upholding their Office of Hearing Examiners determination that they're not public record.
Oh wow, OK, but now did you?
Have you had a chance to examine?
Can you tell us about what you found about the Castle records in your examination?
Yeah, so.
By upholding their threat, I did not release the cast vote records, but I did have the cast vote records analyzed.
And then also the audit log.
So comparing the audit log numbers to the total, the ballot total, that's on the Secretary of State's website for 2020.
In that comparison, The ballots seem to be off, and I'm not allowed to take out the 2020 records and audit them, but it seems to be off by about 24,500 ballots.
Okay, when you say that, is that 2,500 less votes?
25,000.
So is that 25,000 less votes for Trump, or you wouldn't know that?
I don't know.
So is that 25,000 less votes for Trump or you wouldn't know that?
I don't know.
We're just looking at the total ballots that ran through the tabulators.
Well, I will tell you it was less votes for Trump, but that's my opinion.
Okay.
I will also tell you this and I'm going to tell everybody why in a minute.
Also, I've kind of heard preliminary findings of what you have.
So another thing that I heard was found.
Now, this is ES&S.
Remember, everybody, when I opened this show, I told you how Smartmatic, who I just did a deposition with yesterday, we have their ballot image, we have their cast vote records from 2020 election.
Then over here we have Mesa County, which is Dominion Machine, identical.
We call it the Mesa County image now.
And by the way, everybody, it's right up on Frank's Beach.
You can go there, get your CyberGuy, click on Inside the Machines, and have a ball.
Okay?
There's one, two, and three reports with that report.
And by the way, everybody, we have Tina Peters.
Trial will be coming up.
We're going to have her on the show, coming up.
We've got to get awareness out there for that.
So, you know, those two counties that match in two different states, two different machine companies, now I heard that your cast vote records match the Mesa County image.
Is that true?
That is true, and looking at the diagrams.
Now, I will be totally up front that I don't completely understand it, but there's something wrong.
Right.
There's something wrong.
Well, I will say this.
I know the people that examined all these, and we have one common person that did examine all, and he's told me all three are identical.
So if that is true, we'll leave that open.
If that is true, everybody, because I'm just hearing this over the phone and If that's true, imagine we have an ES&S machine, a Dominion machine, and a Smartmatic machine, three different states, and they all show computer manipulation, and they're all identical.
Like I all told you in the beginning of the show, it's like having Cast vote records come in, and I do understand, although I'm quite a bit late on this.
Imagine a football game, if you watch a football game, or you miss a football game, and you go, I'm going to go back and see the scoring highlights.
Scoring goes in order.
It's the order the game is played.
So it's 7-7 in the first quarter, and you go, you're looking, and the Vikings are behind 21-7 in the second quarter.
I know you're a Minnesota fan, probably should have known.
I don't know.
South Dakota's close to Minnesota.
Come on.
So anyway, who do you vote for in the football?
Miami Dolphins.
Oh, the Miami Dolphins.
Okay.
Well, they both start with that.
Alright, so anyway.
So, okay, let's say it's Miami playing Minnesota, right?
So it's 7-7 in the first quarter, and you miss the game, and now it's 14-14, Miami and Minnesota tied.
All of a sudden, it's the third quarter, and you see Minnesota is up 21-7.
Now you go to yourself, wait a minute!
Numbers don't go in reverse, right?
Once you say, hey, there's something wrong!
I want to go in there and see what really happened in that football game.
I want to see for sure the replays off.
There's something wrong.
Numbers don't go in reverse.
Then what if I told you in that particular game that you just seen 24-7 in the third quarter and the score ended up being 28-7, right?
Now you've seen the replay.
Now what if I told you every single game that day was exactly the same?
Now you'd go, you know, this is what we're talking about, everybody.
Those images in L.A.
County, Mesa County, and Minnehaha County, three different machines, all matched.
Do you know the odds of that?
Zero.
Not trillions to one, not quadrillions to one, zero!
A hundred percent zero chance.
So this is what I want to say, Leah, and this will give understanding to people.
Why is South Dakota important?
Okay.
This is what people are going to ask me.
And you guys know why it's important because I'll tell you what, you know, people say, well, it's not important.
Donald Trump won.
Donald Trump won.
Well, isn't it important if you're a Democrat?
People are people.
We have to have elections, not selection.
And I'll tell you why that they would go after.
Why would you skim off Donald Trump in the state of South Dakota?
Now I also heard that, that, um, I think in Minnehaha County, this is what I heard.
Now this has nothing to do with yours, but maybe it was 65% for Donald Trump.
You know what the totals were in 2020 by chance?
I don't have those numbers in front of me.
Right.
Well, I heard it was about a 50% skim.
So let's say Donald Trump won by 60%.
He really won by like 68 or 70%.
Okay.
That's very common, by the way, in all these red states.
Like Alabama, I know what the trend was.
In Arkansas, it was about a 12 to 13 point shaving.
And here's what it is, everybody.
If you're gonna skim off a casino, I always use casinos for an example.
If you have a casino and the mafia, when they skim, they took skim off the top.
You don't skim three gaming tables or two slot machines or just skim part of the food because everything is relevant.
It's all interrelated.
If I told you in Minnehaha County that Biden won $100,000 to Donald Trump's $10,000, everybody would say, Hey, there's a problem here.
We've got a, it's a computer error.
You have to skim everywhere so you don't see deviations.
Okay.
And looking at numbers every single day, I do.
That's why I dove in in November and December of 2020, because I didn't imagine everybody running into South Dakota going, hey, who's with me?
Let's go vote for Biden.
Let's go into Sioux Falls.
10,000 people, 25,000 people going, come on, who's with me?
Let's go into Sioux Falls and vote for Biden.
Because number one, those many people are not going to commit a crime.
It's a crime.
And number two, they go, well, what does that matter?
Because Donald Trump's going to win anyway.
Well, the only reason they do that is to bring a level of a swimming pool down all across their country.
And I'll tell you what, What you guys are doing in South Dakota by revealing this, everyone says, well, what does it matter now?
What does it matter now in South Dakota?
It is so important.
You guys are at the tip of the spear and you're leading the charge there because we're actually getting where, hey, we need to see this.
We need to see.
You now will have the only matching machine that ties all three.
We actually have four companies tied together where they're all doing the same thing.
And that can only be done with computers, not a bunch of people running into wanting to make South Dakota less red than it already is.
And with South Dakota, with you guys, I mean, you guys driving I mean, South Dakota, you guys are just amazing there.
And for you guys, I mean, what drives you?
Don't you ever, Leah, say, well, what difference does it make?
You know, I don't know if you're a Democrat, Republican, that don't matter.
But you're an auditor, so you have a paid position in a, you know, you were elected as its auditor and you do your best job.
Isn't this part of your job to audit these things?
I mean, isn't this your job?
And why would they threaten you to not give it to the people?
It's my job.
It should be something that I can do.
And yes, I am pushed every step of the way.
I'm pushed back on by the Secretary of State's office, by my own county, different departments.
Not everyone's against me.
I have a lot of support.
But when it comes to doing my job, which they should want me to do my job, they won't let me.
Right.
Doesn't surprise you.
And is your biggest pushback Republicans in your state?
Yes.
Yeah, isn't that, you know, I want everybody to listen to this.
I've been telling you on this show, you and the party Republicans, we're just getting rid of the biggest one over in Wisconsin, Robin Voss.
Monet Johnson's probably right up there now.
I'm going to keep, Rene Johnson needs to go.
She needs to be recalled.
She needs to be bye-bye.
She needs to be gone.
And I hope the governor, Kristi Noem, is watching this, because she needs to be aware of what's going on in the state of South Dakota.
They should be leading the charge, wanting to get our election platform secure, to be a model for the whole country.
Instead, they're a model for corruption.
They're a model for blockers.
Now, I say corrupt, you know, when they say, well, Mike, how do you know it's corrupt?
Well, why are you blocking us if you don't want to get to the truth?
Are you afraid?
Why don't you open up the, open it up and say, okay, let people do your job, like Lea here, and open it up and say, hey, look what I found.
If there's nothing to hide, why are you trying to hide this, Monet Johnson?
Why isn't the governor getting involved and saying, hey, coming down there and having your back and saying, you know what?
It's her job.
Let's see what we got here.
Maybe we got a problem here in South Dakota.
And then, gee, wouldn't it be something if we find the problem and it's a nationwide problem?
Hello?
This is what we do, everybody.
We are never giving up.
We have all these counties that are committed to go to paper ballots across the country.
The media calls me all the time.
Name those counties, Mike.
Will you name them?
Oh yeah, so you can go attack them?
If we have an example, all I needed is one big example, one state.
Who's going to be the first state?
And the dominoes will fall.
Everybody will see how easy it is to do paper ballots, hand-counted.
With your job, a job of an auditor, isn't this what you're supposed to do?
Yeah, so in our county, well in our state, the auditor serves as the financial overseer for all outgoing payments.
We also oversee the budget in our office and the elections.
So it is my job.
My background is accounting and auditing.
That's where I came from.
That's what I've done for years.
I audit everything.
But I want to ask you, I'm sorry to interrupt you, but if you find something, who do you bring a discrepancy to?
Are you supposed to fix it yourself?
Who do you bring a big discrepancy?
If you find something, could it be criminal?
Could be not.
But if you find something as an auditor, who do you bring that to?
Who's above you to bring that to?
So if it's a financial thing, now we don't, When I talk about auditing, we oversee the outgoing payments.
If there's a discrepancy in something, we should resolve that with other department heads or even the commission if necessary, the county commissioners.
Now, they don't want They don't want me to find a discrepancy in an election.
They just want it to stay covered up, basically.
Exactly.
Let's not prove that it's right or wrong.
Let's just not even look at it.
Like every other single state and blockers in this country are saying.
When you ask them, say, well, I found something here, because now you've looked yourself.
Who do you go to and say, I found something here?
I mean, do we just have to go into the media and go over here to Frank's speech?
Where are you going to go?
What are you going to do with this?
Can you bring it to your governor?
Can you bring it to your Secretary of State?
How about your Attorney General?
I don't know who's the Attorney General in South Carolina.
Aren't they supposed to go into if it's a crime involved here?
Well, so far, all I have are the digital records to look at. So my thought would be let's, so I've
asked multiple times to take 2020 out of the boxes. It's no longer sealed under the 22-month
rule. So we're not sealed anymore. I could destroy the records, but when I ask about
taking the records out and auditing them, then I'm told that that is probably not legal and that I
shouldn't open that can of worms.
So that's what the people that are to advise me, that's what they tell me.
Um, that's the commission and the state's attorney's office.
So the state's attorney's office is telling you that too.
Yes.
So my thought would be, why don't we open the boxes and audit them, which I've asked to do.
Um, and see if it's right or wrong.
Let's see if there's a mistake.
Yeah.
Because maybe everything's good.
And why wouldn't we want to prove that if it's all good?
That's exactly right.
And I don't, and everybody realizes there's, we're five months away from a new election.
So it's not like, we are trying to secure and fix our election platforms.
We have to get rid of the electronic voting machines, go to paper ballots and count.
By the way, you'll be in an honor.
Have you looked into it?
I know our teams, we have now on our teams have We've done the cost analysis of what it costs to do paper versus having the machine.
Have you done that in your county yet to see what that would entail for cost-wise?
Well, our county, so our whole state does use paper ballots.
I'm saying if you got rid of the machines.
Right, so as far as an analysis on hand counting, I know that some of my friends have done those analysis.
We are actually getting ready on June 25th to do our very first post-election audit.
Our state has never done an audit on any election.
Wow.
Never.
Wow.
And so, and then even now... Hold it, hold it.
Do you hear that, Governor Kristi Noem?
Do you hear that, Governor?
Keep going.
Yeah, so now I have the opportunity to audit, but in law, they passed the law to suggest a mandatory 5% audit Not saying I can't do more.
So then when I brought to our commission last week or earlier this week with the canvas, I said that I decided to do a complete 100% audit on this 2024 primary.
And even now I'm getting some pushback on that.
It was a very small election, low turnout, 13,000 ballots is all.
We should be able to do a full audit on that election.
And why would you...
Push me and not do it.
I'll tell you why.
There's a hidden agenda, and it's a very evil agenda.
I'm telling you, we in this country, we have to call out every one of these uniparty blockers.
And, and call them out and call them out.
Monet Johnson, you're at the top of the list now.
It's disgusting.
You're disgusting.
You know, and I've said that, you know, in our country, you're either a traitor or a hero during these times.
There's no in between.
You either pick your pick your pick your team over here, because everybody, the people I don't care if you're a Democrat or Republican, you want a secure election.
You want it to be the best it can be.
That's where everything comes from.
Everybody learned that over the past three years.
We've learned that, you know, no matter what it ends up being, we know what the most secure is.
But I think everybody would want the most secure if they weren't.
Some of them are still misconstrued, some of which we're going to talk about in a second, everybody, when we bring up early voting.
You have a big thing out there about early voting, mail-in voting.
The RNC, the Republican Party now has said, let's join the Democrats and do this.
I'm going to talk about that in the last segment of the show.
So my point being is you're going to be a good example.
We're going to have you on as a regular.
I wanted to show the public what the logic is of them blocking you.
I know you show a lousy 13,000 ballots.
You want to do an audit to see, hey, let's just see if there really is a problem.
Well, if these people are saying why you do it, is it cost?
Could you as an auditor, could our team of the House of America come in there and help you do the audit?
Can people come in as volunteers and do it, or is it a legal thing you have to pay?
I don't have to pay, but it has to be Mannehaha County registered voters.
So that's one of the criteria.
I have enough people for this particular audit.
I've had an overwhelming response of people that want to do it.
Most of them don't want to be paid.
So we don't have to.
I mean, if they choose to not get a check.
That's fine.
They don't have to.
That's different, right, right.
So these guys doing pushback on you, these unit party Republicans, I call them, I'll call when I see it, their pushback, oh no, you should do a poll on just that 5%.
What would be their pushback if it doesn't cost you anymore and it's, they're not the ones that have to do anything?
What is their pushback?
Why would they even, You know, say that.
I'll tell you why.
Because there's a hidden agenda we don't know, do we?
You couldn't sit here and tell me why they say that to you, could you?
Right.
There's no reason they should be pushing back.
So far, the post-election audits that have occurred, our county hasn't done ours yet, but it will be.
The audits that have been done so far have turned out to be, in the smaller counties, have turned out to be accurate.
And I think there's so many eyes on this right now, and they know we have this audit coming up, that this particular election is, we're probably not going to find anything.
But that doesn't mean they don't have the capability of doing it.
And that's what was clear to me when I looked at the 2020 analysis, is that they could have modified that election.
But if they're not going to let me audit that election either, then we don't know.
And why wouldn't we want to know if something happened?
That's exactly right.
And also, if you show them that you can do 13,000 out of that in X amount of time, now you've got proof of concept.
It can be done very inexpensive, very fast.
And this is how we keep improving, everybody.
I want to ask you this.
Maybe you don't know.
I've been out of touch for about a month and a half right now, everybody.
Trying to secure my pillow.
That's where I've been spending all my time.
In fact, in my deposition yesterday, she goes, you know, how much time have you put into this election stuff, Mr. Lindell?
And I said, well, up until last August, 18 hours a day since November 4th.
And then she said to me, well, why do you think you know more about elections than these officials do that said it was a secure election?
I said, because they put in about 30 seconds for those words to come out of their mouth, and I put in three years of my life, from morning till night, doing everything I can, as have many others out there.
But then since August till now, I've had to work 18 hours a day because my pill has been under the biggest attack of any country in history, of any company in history, I mean.
So, and why is that?
Not because I want to overturn the 2020 election, because I want to proactively secure our elections.
And for me, that includes getting the most secure, which is paper ballots and counting, getting rid of these computers once and for all in our elections.
And, um, And anyway, the lady says, well, do you want to put us out of business?
And what about our employees?
I said, I'm sorry that you're in that space.
Why don't you go use your computers in another space?
Stay out of our elections.
But anyway, what I was getting to there was By you showing an example, I know what I was going to say.
So being out of touch the last couple months, in South Dakota, did they have votes where you could go county to county and do a petition to get it on the ballot to get rid of the machines to go to pay for ballots and count it?
What happened there?
So some people are still working on that, like in our county.
They need more signatures.
But in some of the other counties, Several of the counties just denied the petitions altogether, which is really not legal.
If a person gets signatures on a petition, even if they think there's going to be a court challenge over it at some point in time, they can't just say, no, we're not going to put this on the ballot.
I mean, that's the people's right to petition.
But they did that in South Dakota.
They just said, I'm sorry, I know it's in our bylaws, but... Now once again, what did your Governor Kristi Noem do about that when she heard about this?
Did she come forward and say, hey, you've got to follow the law here?
Yeah, she's not doing anything about it because it's still happening.
And then the one county that did have it on the ballot, their state's attorney put wording that was Would lean people in a certain direction in their vote, which is also not legal.
The state's attorney is not supposed to write narrative for a ballot question that would sway a voter in one direction, and that's exactly what they did.
Right.
Well, once again, where's Governor Christine O?
I mean, you know, she needs to come forward and address this.
I'm going to invite her on my show right now if she could come on.
Governor Noem, come on any time, you got my phone number, text me, call me, we'll make room any time to come on and answer these questions.
Why all this stuff is going on in the great state of South Dakota and the people are just getting, the rights are nothing in South Dakota as far as I'm hearing.
Nothing.
And you have a secretary of state that is suppressing everything.
And you know what?
You're the governor.
Don't let this go on in your state, governor.
We want to know.
We the people want to know.
You know, and it just reminds me, you talk, one of the most nonsensical things that I've seen in the last three years was the state of Arkansas.
And Leah, you can probably relate to this.
By what you just told me in South Dakota, by going, oh, yep, you got your petition, but we're not, sorry, we're just not going to follow what our bylaws say.
Well, in the state of South Dakota, everybody, I mean, in the state of Arkansas, Cleaborn County, Arkansas, about a year and a half ago now, they voted, because they can at the county level, they voted out their machines and said, we're going to pay for Ballotan County.
So in the state of Arkansas, all these other counties were going to follow suit.
It was so easy there.
You just voted out.
It's very simple.
We're going to go to paper ballots and count.
It's that right at the county level.
It is their right at the county.
Most counties in our country have that right.
So they did that.
Well, this blocker by the name of Kim Hammers, it's a guy, he was a senator in Arkansas.
He pushed a bill through within four weeks, pushed the bill through, and here's what the bill said.
If you are a county in the state of Arkansas, and you decide to go, and you vote to go to paper ballots, hand counting, we are defunding your county.
Defunding your county.
I mean, I want everybody to sit back and let's see.
And he's a Republican, supposedly.
A Uniparty Republican.
Of course, everybody knows what Cleaborn County did.
They said, we're sorry, we're sorry.
Don't defund us.
We'll bring our nice little machines back in here.
Our voting machine.
It's disgusting that every single county in Arkansas you scared them because they thought they were going to get defunded.
That case should have went right to the Supreme Court of the state of Arkansas or the governor.
Governor, we know who that governor is too.
She should have stepped forward and said it.
What?
Are you kidding me?
Cleaborn County has their own rights to do what they want in their county.
That's what's in their bylaws.
Can you believe they did this?
It's like racketeering.
It's like the old Mafia days.
Nobody move.
Don't do that or we're going to shoot you.
I mean, this is what we're up against, everybody.
And, Leah, you're at the tip of the spear there in South Dakota.
I'm so happy that you're standing up and get through this because, you know, everybody, I tell everyone in this country, We're at an apex in history.
This is it.
We have one chance at this.
The right is our election platform.
It all comes around that.
People have asked me, and they go, well, now I will bring up and see what you think of this.
Leah, I'm going to tell everybody my plan.
That I came up with about three or four weeks ago, everybody.
Everybody's seen our real president, Donald Trump, make the big announcement, you know, go ahead, do mail-in ballots, vote early.
Did you see that on TV when he said that, Leah?
When he made that comment, I got thousands, thousands of text messages, emails, Mike, you gotta get to him, you gotta warn him, you know, and the RNC came out.
They came out and announced it.
You had all these turning points.
I mean, the whole Orange, the whole Republican Party said, hey, if you can't beat them, join them, type thing, right?
Well, I sat back and go, you know what, they're not, the footprint we're in, they're running scared that a lot of them don't know what we know.
They don't know what we know, and they're going, okay, we can override it, you know, too big to rig and all these things they're doing.
You're not?
We're running out of track here.
Well, here's what I did, and I've talked to very high up people at the RNC today, and here's what we're going to do.
Everybody, I'm not going to get out there and say, don't vote early and all this stuff.
What I am going to do is tell everybody, you know what?
If you're going to vote day on, which is what you should do, If you're going to vote data, then you get a ballot in the mail.
Now, does South Dakota mail out ballots, mailing ballots?
Only if they're, well, I shouldn't say only if they're requested, because I've learned some interesting things lately.
But we do, they do have to request their ballot.
Now, in 2020, they sent out absentee request forms to everybody.
Yeah, so they encouraged it because of the pandemic.
So, yeah.
Alias China virus, everybody.
Okay, so here's what I'm telling everybody.
If you get a mail-in ballot, I don't care where you live, what state, what county, we're all in this together.
I'm talking to all 3,143 counties in this great country.
If you get that mail-in ballot, do not open it.
Okay, you're gonna hold that ballot.
All right, everybody?
And you go in, and when you vote day of, and if you get in there, and they say, because remember, everyone's pushing early voting, so it's gonna be chaos with the early voting.
They're gonna, do I pull names from the voter rolls?
The computer people are gonna go, do I pull it, do I cheat that way?
What if this guy, hey, this guy probably won't go vote on day of now, right?
Well, what I'm going to have everybody do, you take that ballot with you.
Don't open it.
You're going to go in there, and if they say you already voted, this just happened in Texas to a district attorney, everybody.
And believe me, it's a crime.
It's called identity theft.
You could go to your sheriff, but what we're going to have is a whole protocol.
One of the things you're going to all have to have is the FrankSocial app.
You should all get ahead of the game.
Go get the Frank Social app right now.
So what we're going to do, Leah, these people, it's going to happen all over the country, just like it always does.
Hundreds of thousands of people are going to get there.
They go, I'm sorry, you already voted.
And they're going, no, I didn't.
I got my ballot right here.
Here's my ballot.
Now, some places you're not going to be able to take a video inside.
They got rules.
If they don't, we're going to have people go outside, open up the ballot.
Take the video of it, and they're either going to let them vote again, which whatever they let them do, and then if the ones that they want to get a hold of their sheriff, let's identify them.
But we're going to download all those people with their great social app.
They will download it.
It goes right to my Election Crime Bureau.
And we're going to have all that info.
You guys, this is the perfect evidence.
There's nothing more perfect than that.
When you get in there and they say they voted for you, somebody voted for you, something happened.
You got the ballot in your hand, okay?
Now, was it computers?
What was it?
Well, here's the deal.
I'll say when Donald Trump wins.
Okay.
When Donald Trump wins, I need all this evidence because I want these machines gone.
Win, lose, draw, whatever it is.
I want them gone.
I want to go to paper.
I need this.
And all of you out there can be, can be the, um, um, part of this great, um, cause or this great, um, investigation, this great producing evidence besides your voting on the day you should vote.
Okay.
I'll put that in there.
And let's just say they steal it enough, okay?
Let's say they steal it enough, you know?
One of the biggest things is, what I bring up there, let's say they steal it enough, and now we have all this evidence of these identities theft.
I will tell everybody right now, because they've asked me that, let's say they steal it again like they did in 2020.
Do you think right now, if I said, you guys Here comes another China virus.
What if they handed us another China virus?
Do you think we would all be out wearing masks, eating out in snowbanks in Minnesota, saying you could only have three people at your house for Thanksgiving, shutting down parks, shutting down beaches?
Do you think the public would fall for it again?
Absolutely not!
There's no way.
Do you think, and I'm going to put this on everybody, if we get this evidence, This with these mail-in ballots.
If they can't do that, I'm telling you, if they go, oh, we better not do that, they're on to us, we better not do that, I'm telling you, Donald Trump wins in a landslide.
But let's say they do it and we have this evidence.
The public is going to demand Open up those machines!
You're not going to get pushed back later on your cast vote records by Unibar because they're going to be outnumbered by their own families going, why are you being a blocker?
Why are you blocking for the people?
99% of the people want to see what they won't let you show there.
Why wouldn't you look in there and say, hey, wow, we were wrong.
It's beautiful.
You've got to wonder that, everybody.
And I've said it before, and I said it in my deposition.
Thea, do you think if people said, my pillows, if everybody said, all the pillow companies have rocks and knives in their pillows.
Well, for one thing, my pillow, I would step forward instead of suing everybody, I'd say, look inside this beautiful patented pillow.
By the way, promo code L77, everybody.
But it's just like, and if the other pillow company said, no, you don't get to look inside our pillows.
We're going to sue you for just saying we have rocks and knives.
Well, you'd have to wonder about that.
The public would not allow that.
They wouldn't buy their pills or they'd take them off the market.
So I look at people, I go, you know what, in my deposition yesterday with Smart Dad, I kept going, why don't you guys just open up your machines and say there's nothing to hide?
Why wouldn't ES&S machines out of Omaha, Nebraska, which South Dakota uses, why wouldn't ES&S come up there and say, hey, Our machines are secure.
Leah should be able to just, she's an auditor, show it to the world.
We've got nothing to hide.
You gotta wonder everybody, you gotta wonder, okay?
And this is where it's at so you got the machine companies not wanting you to show that to the public
You got the you got your Rhino unit party people in South Dakota not wanting you to show it to the public
You got scraps not wanting to do not show it to the public So I'm gonna ask you why are you want to show it to the
public?
Why don't you get you can take it easy in this and not even be uh, you know
Why would you just go home and say okay? I'm not gonna touch that part of my job
It is my job It is my job.
It's my job to be truthful.
It's my job to do my job well, to uphold the constitution.
So while there are some things that maybe right now I can't show or dig into because of that pressure, I'm still going to do the best job I can.
And I do want to audit.
So I think that we should be able to show that.
Now, one thing I did with our ballot image topic earlier, Is, um, I have the ability to, to save those ballot images.
And I did that.
Um, I did not, I didn't take direction from the state because they can't tell me the secretary of state cannot tell me how to run my election.
Um, there are certain things that our commission has control over whether or not we use the tabulators.
That's their decision.
Um, and they've made that clear to me, but I can, I should be able to audit the election.
And I should be able to save all the records that need to be saved for 22 months, which includes ballot images.
Right.
Well, I guess my question is, it's more of a, you know, so many auditors like yourself or County officials, commissioners, have been put into fear.
I believe they've been put into fear, so that's why they don't do it.
You seem to be very brave, and isn't it because you want, I mean, this is what the U.S.
is.
I mean, if we don't have fair elections, or at least know that they're fair, we don't have the American dream, isn't that right?
That's correct, yes.
I mean, it would be over.
You know, this is another thing, everybody, and I'm going to close with this.
This is another thing we have.
We have the plan.
If you go to LyndalePlan.com, everybody, please, we need funding, okay?
There it is, right on the screen.
Call the number and go to that.
Just scroll down, because I'm going to tell everybody.
If you go down, all the way down to the petition, or maybe it's not on there right now, There's the recall boss.
There it is, everybody.
The Great Petition.
I need everybody to go there and sign this petition.
You get my free audiobook, This for Taking the Time.
And what is this petition?
You will sign it in every single county in the country.
So in Minnehaha County, if you sign this petition, And I really, let's tonight, let's all focus on that.
If you're watching and you're from Minnehaha County or from the great state of South Dakota, you should be right now running down, getting on a computer and sign this petition.
And here's what we're going to do with that.
We're going to take the names for the county, whether Democrat, Republican, doesn't matter.
You're signing this.
And when you're bringing them up there, when we go to get to paper ballots, we're going to go to these commissioners.
that are in charge of the elections, the ones that can make the decision. Just like Leah,
you just said your commissioners can make the decisions whether or not to use the tabulators
or not. Is that correct? Yep. Well, imagine this petition when we bring it to the commissioner of
any HAHA, we're not going to bring it to him and say we the people demand this.
You know what we're going to do?
Our team's going to bring it there and say, hey, we the people, we have your back.
Don't be afraid to go to paperback.
Let's hand count it.
That's what we all want.
We're not going to, we're not going to bring them in and try and strong armor.
We're going to bring them in and say, hey, and if they say, well, it's going to cost too much.
No, we already know what it's going to cost.
It's a lot, it's a lot less expensive.
Any questions that come out of their mouth, we've got covered.
So if we got all the way done, now they know the people in Minnehaha County are behind.
They got their backs.
They want paper ballots.
We know it's going to be less expensive.
We know it's going to be done at the same time.
We know the audit's built in with the cameras, so you'd have the easiest audit of anybody in history with cameras on paper.
And if they still say, no, I love the machines, to me, you have just filtered out a uniparty Republican, because why would you not want to get rid of them if that's what the people want?
If everything we say is what the people want, why would you go get... They were elected by the people, supposedly, right?
Otherwise, you gotta wonder, were they elected because of the computers?
Maybe they're afraid of not getting elected by the way they were elected, right?
That could be.
Well, anyway, thanks for coming on.
We're going to have you on a lot, and thank you for your courage.
Everyone in South Dakota, Jessica, all you guys in South Dakota, the most courageous people, and I've heard so much about you.
I couldn't wait to get you on my show.
You know, it is your job, and you're taking it seriously, and in spite of getting blocked, you're going on and on because you are the tip of the spear now.
We've got, you know, And we're going to get the people in Minnehaha County, I'm going to see how many sign that petition.
I want you to know that everyone in the county and everyone in this country have your back.
It's not like some do.
Just because you're getting blocked by Uniparty Republicans, know that they don't represent the people's wishes.
So thanks, Lea.
You're absolutely awesome.
And I love your products.
I have your sheets, your towels.

Is there anything in South Dakota they can look to a website or anything to see updated news?
No, not necessarily right now.
I haven't had time to keep up my campaign website or any of that because I'm just so busy at work.
I put in a lot of hours because I want to do a good job.
But prayers are wonderful.

That's in the works.
You just heard from the great state of South Dakota from Leah.
We, everybody, we're going to announce more about holding your mail-in ballot till you get to the day of the election.
We're going to be pushing that all summer long, get right up to the biggest early voting, which I believe the earliest is Minnesota, my state, and But we'll be, there's a lot more to come.
