Hello everybody, and what a day it's been.

Just reading up on myself here.
Brandon, what a big day in the news, huh?
Yeah, you're everywhere, Mike.
You're everywhere.
At first, I thought they were going to suppress it, like the time I called the vaccine the mark of the beast.
All the stories went up there, and then they took it all down.
And that started today, but I think there's just too much.
And Google couldn't stop all the articles.
In case everybody wanted to hear what we're talking about, this morning at 1025 a.m.
Central Time, the lawyers that we had for myself and for my pillow, in the Dominion, Smartmatic, Eric Coomer lawsuits, they went to the federal judge to withdraw Uh, from the cases because, uh, uh, they can't, they're, uh, we can't afford it.
We can't pay them anymore.
And, and, um, you know, they have families and they have, uh, uh, grandkids, kids.
They can't, they gotta, you gotta, you gotta work.
You better be able to get paid.
And what I want to tell everybody here is I've been on the phone all day with the horrible journalists.
Some I haven't talked to Brandon in months, years, a couple of them.
Today we had CNN.
The Washington Post, which I bashed for over a half hour, Huffington Post, Politico, the New York Times, Star Tribune didn't call me, they just hit the article, they hit that.
Newsweek, you know, but I mean, it was all, CBS, ABC, NBC, they all called.
Why?
Do you think they go, hey, my pillow, Mike Lindell, they're going under!
Finally, right?
Finally, we're going to take out his voice.
Wrong.
Wrong.
You know, where I'm never going to stop talking.
I'm never going to stop trying to secure our elections for this country ever.
Well, I'm going to, so I'm going to get, I'm going to frame it, everybody.
And everyone's going, well, what happened?
Um, we're going to go back in time to, uh, January of 2021.
Okay.
Let's even go further back.

Wow, Mike, you were a crack addict and you're helping millions of addicts out of addiction.
And you're evangelizing, going to church, how Jesus, how you came to the Lord and got saved.
And then all of a sudden, one day in January of 2021, I said, Hey, You know, our elections were hacked by China, the deep state, the globalists.
They've used machines.
They've used computers to hack into our elections.
You know, I got this evidence.
I'm telling, I'm, I'm, I'm talking about, uh, you know, raising my hand and shouting to the world.
Well, I think, you know, I'm going, Hey, this is going to be great.
We save our country because remember the elections, everybody are deemed critical infrastructure by the government.
If anyone of you out there had evidence of a cyber attack on our country by China and others, you'd want to get it to the officials.
You'd want to tell the world about it.
Anybody would.
So I did.
What do I get for that?
I get attacked.
Attacked by the media.
All the media.
Across the world.
And here, And what do I get?
All the box stores.
They leave my pillow.
All the shopping networks leave my pillow.
Everybody, this cancel culture piles on.
And then one day in February of 2021, a company by the name of Smartmatic sues Fox News.
And that started something everybody called lawfare.
And Brandon, you know, they have not used lawfare in this country since the late 1700s.
And there's a reason for it, everybody.
You can intimidate people.
I'm not going to talk about that.
Or I'm going to get sued, or worse.
They're going to destroy my company.
They're going to do everything.
They're going to destroy my voice.
Well, you know what?
They did that to Fox News, and what that did is silence everybody from going on conservative media.
Fox, Newsmax, Salem Media, all of them.
No more talking about elections on those channels.
And then Dominion, this company called Dominion, starts suing everybody in the country.
Anyone that spoke up.
Soon, soon.
Or they sent them threatening letters.
They sent them threatening letters.
Our citizens across our country that said, hey, I've seen something funny in the election.
Here's a letter from, you better not talk, blah, blah, blah, or else.
It was like a mafia letter coming from Dominion to these citizens.
And they, I got one of them.
Good, good for you.
You send me this, you threaten me.
I'll talk even louder.
And I did.
I told Dominion, you're suing everybody else.
Sue me.
I got the evidence.
And then one day they did sue me in February of 21.
But they didn't just sue me, everybody.
They sued my pillow, an employee-owned company, families, Democrats, Republicans, liberals, conservatives, thousands of employees that are, this is a employee-owned company.
I'm just the biggest stockholder.
Dominion sues MyPillow.
And why did they sue them?
In the lawsuit, it says, we're suing you, MyPillow, because your CEO has devised this master plan to attack Dominion, our company, so you can market MyPillows and sell a lot of pillows and stuff.
Whoa, what a great plan.
And you're going to use promo codes to do it, which I, by the way, we've been doing for 15 years.
Um, so they sue my pillow and, and to say that they're making money by, because as, as my, as I lose the month before a hundred some million dollars in revenue in box stores per year.
So all the way through January, I'm not shutting up every box store in the country.
Costco, Kohl's, Bed Bath & Beyond, H-E-B, all of them dropping one after another.
And I'm going, oh, should I have said, oh, oh, oh, I'm sorry, I'm not going to bring up, I won't bring up election crime.
I won't bring up that our country's been attacked.
I won't bring that up.
We won't have a country if I don't bring it up.
So, of course, I've seen our money just getting plumbled.
What did I do, everybody?
I just kept talking.
Then they take away our Twitter accounts at MyPillow.
They attack that and we get deplatformed all over the place because I'm still talking.
They went after MyPillow's social media accounts.
And when they did that, I tried to tell it on Newsmax.
What happened?
You know, does everybody remember the reporter that ripped his microphone off?
We don't, we don't, we don't want, you can't talk about machine companies here, like Dominion, Dominion, Dominion, Dominion.
You can still say that on the Lindale TV.
You can still say those words.
It's a free country, free speech, the first amendment right of free speech.
I didn't even know who these companies were, but I know what happened.
I know what happened.
And they go after my pillow.
Now, one year later, everybody, one year later, Smartmatic comes in and sues Mike Lindell, but also they sue my pillow.
And they sue my pillow because they say Mike Lindell is just continuing to go after our companies.
When I say our, Dominion, Smartmatic, they're all run by the same GEMS software.
He continues to attack us, and he's making money on this.
He's got this secret marketing plan.
The more he attacks, he's bargaining pillows with promo codes, which we've been doing for 15 years.
Now, let me tell you, everybody, let's frame this.
In one year, in that year of 21, I was the most attacked person and company out there.
They're attacking every day.
Cancel us.
Canceling us.
Media attacking.
Media that I was their darling and now they're going on.
Oh gee, let's protect these companies called Dominion and Smartmatic.
Let's not hold them accountable.
Let's go after my pillow and jump on my pillow and destroy my pillow.
These are the journalists that are out there.
All these things from the Washington Post on down.
Just attacking.
You know, this USA made Company.
Employees.
They grew up here.
They have families.
It's an employee-owned company.
But what did they do?
The horrible media.
And the other media, your Fox News of the world, and your Newsmax and Salem Media, which had me on all the time before to talk about things, to talk about my pillow, they jumped on board too and they wouldn't let me come on.
More cancel culture.
If I couldn't go on there to talk about pillows, Because now he's talking about election crime.
He's talking about, he might say the word dominion on our show.
They wouldn't even have me on if they taped me, everybody.
Salem Media, Newsmax and Fox, a complete shutout.
So now you got Smartmatic suing my pillow because it's some great marketing thing.
By then we had already lost, I don't know, $150 million.
And this is in 21.
So we went from a net huge net profit in, in 2020, our normal thing in my pillow, you know, maybe there'd be tens of million dollars distributed to all the employees, you know, a company, um, a, uh, employee owned company.
Then you get into 2021, it drops down to a few million.
Then you get into 2022 and 7 million in the hole.
These guys haven't got checks for a couple of years for stock.
They're still proud to keep working and keep making my pillows and keep making pillows and fighting this.
Well, this law firm, the law firm, all the lawyers in the spring of 21 had to get lawyers.
I thought, you know, this is going to be easy.
These lawyers come on.
We go into court.
We show the evidence.
Case closed.
Are you kidding me?
But no, I have the Cyber Symposium to show the whole world the evidence.
And what does this judge do in D.C.?
This Judge Nichols?
Remember every day on the first day of the Cyber Symposium, I advertised on every station in the country.
ABC, NBC, CNN, everything but Fox, because Fox would not let me advertise the Cyber Symposium, advertise the event for you all to watch.
But you know what they did?
Even though I advertise on ABC everywhere, put those ads out there, on the first day of the Cyber Symposium, they sued Newsmax and OAN for me advertising.
They didn't sue CNN, which I advertised on, or MSNBC or all this.
Then on the second day of the Cyber Symposium, Judge Nichols out of Washington, D.C.
says, all these cases can move forward.
These defamation cases, our first amendments of free speech were at that moment, and it had never been done before.
And look at the timing on that, everybody.
Because I was out there saying, here you go, world.
Here's the evidence.
Here's evidence.
Then we were attacked there, if everybody remembers.
I was physically attacked.
The Washington Post came in, which is the CIA's news script, as far as I'm concerned.
The Washington Post comes in.
I get attacked, they say, oh, it didn't happen.
They did all these things that went on in Sioux Falls in the summer of 21.
It was the most, most bizarre three days, three or four days of my life.
That's saying a lot if you've read my book.
But during this whole time, these lawyers are out there and they're doing, they're defending, they're setting up all this stuff.
I thought it'd be easy to bring it to court.
Boom, done!
It didn't happen.
So these, but during that time, my pillow and I, we paid our lawyer bills every single day.
During 21 and 2022, I kept, we kept fighting.
I'm over here fighting for the country, spending upwards of $60 million of every dime I had, every dime.
Sold every building, sold everything I had to just keep spending to save the country, to secure our election platforms.
And then plus paying my own lawyer bills, and then my pillow over here is paying their lawyer bills.
Remember the employee-owned company?
They're paying these bills.
This is right out of the pockets of all these employees that had stock.
Every one of them paying those lawyer bills on time.
Then it comes May 2023, this year.
I'm going to get you all up to speed now.
May of 2023, just a few short months ago.
Just on the news.
Zeidman, this guy, this cyber guy that wasn't a cyber guy.
I don't, he doesn't even know how to open Wireshark.
He was at the cyber symposium when we had the $5 million challenge that all the data was that the data was from the 2020 election.
You had to prove the data wasn't from the 2020 election.
Every cyber guy there, including the Facebook fact checkers said, yes, it's from the 2020 election.
But Zeidman, He couldn't even open Wireshark.
All of a sudden he comes out of the blue and he says, well, I got, I don't think it's from the 2020 election.
I'm going to contest it.
So he shows whatever he showed.
I don't even know what he showed to this panel.
There was judges, a panel of judges, and he showed, he showed this, this was months after, I think a month or two after the symposium.
And the judges go, no, it's from the 2020 election.
You do not try and steal $5 million.
Go back to your, you know, Back where you came from, whoever put you up to this, all of a sudden, months go by, all of a sudden, he appeals it to another panel of judges here in Minnesota.
And these judges are from a pool of seven, about as far left as you can get, judges.
And you've got to pick three of them.
As my lawyers are telling me, I'm not worried about it because of course this stuff's from the 2020 election.
Well, they go in there and the lawyer for this Zeidman, everybody, the lawyer that was in the room, it turns out he goes all the way back.
He was the trustee in a bankruptcy thing back in the, or not a bankruptcy, a divorce, and then it wasn't turned into a bankruptcy of a couple.
Their last names was Blitz something, which actually they own the company called Blitzware.
Well, here's what Blitzware is.
This is the company that Dennis Montgomery had where he developed all this stuff for the CIA.
This is the company.
This is the evidence I got.
So this guy knew that it was all true.
This guy was Zeidman, this lawyer that we find out later was a trustee working with, uh, he worked, he knew he was making money off this stuff.
I didn't know that at the time.
So this, out of these things, all of a sudden, If everybody remembers in May, that week in May, when Fox News, on a Tuesday, makes a dirty deal with Dominion.
Fox is in on this, by the way.
They have to be.
There's no other reason to say no, because you would never make a dirty deal with Dominion.
They never asked me for evidence.
They never answered our subpoenas.
You know, remember, Fox News got sued too, right?
Right.
I wonder what ever happened to Smartmatic's lawsuit against Fox.
I wonder what ever happened to that.
That was the first one of Lawfare.
Remember that, everybody?
Fox News gives them $787 million to a company that wasn't valued.
It went $100 million, this Dominion company.
Now let me tell you, everybody, they did that on a Tuesday.
On Wednesday, they say, out of the blue, what timing, Mike Lindell loses $5 million and won't pay up.
What?
Okay?
The judges in this arbitration thing or whatever it was, mediation, they voted this.
They voted that, yeah, you have to pay it.
Now, everybody, on Friday, Fox fires Tucker all in one week.
So the media grabs this.
Mike Lindell won't pay up.
Let me tell you what happened.
When it went there, now it's got to go to court, everybody.
You know when it's scheduled for court? 2025.
I don't have to pay this corruption, but the media put it out there.
Mike Lindell lost $5 million.
He's got to pay.
He's not paying up.
Now, at that time, everybody, what do you think all my vendors and credit lines and everything else my pillow has out there?
They all got nervous.
You got to pay $5 million?
You got to pay?
I'm going, no!
This goes to court in 20... This is the power of the corrupt media.
So all they did was hammer down, all the way up to the Daily Mail, the biggest outlet in the world over in the UK.
A couple weeks later, we had an auction at MyPillow.
What auction did we have?
I had a manager at one of my plants in Shakopee, Minnesota.
He said, Mike, the box stores have all canceled us.
We have these machines that we only use for retail.
They're just paperweights now.
They're not coming back.
And we had duplicates of everything back in the day because we were so busy with the retail.
And I said, fine, get rid of it.
We wanted to make room to expand on the MyPillow 2.0, expand our manufacturing for more jobs.
So we do this auction.
I imagine an auctioneer coming up in a truck going, here, $52.00, $52.00.
No, it's some worldwide online auction.
Well, what did the media do there?
Does everybody remember?

My pillow's done.
They're auctioning off everything.
I couldn't get the narrative out there, Shane.
This is the power of the horrible media that are watching right now.
Every one of you journalists that called me today, shame on you.
Shame on what you're trying to do to your country.
You're disgusting.
You're despicable.
It's wrong and you know it.
Each and every one of you I talked to today.
You know, some of you I've said, I know one from the New York Times, I've said he came to my office a half a year ago.
I've witnessed to the guys.
It's disgusting that they just, you know, let's jump on, let's keep destroying, destroying.
But anyway, when they did that, everybody, when they did that, all of the vendors, you got overseas shipments that come in from overseas, like our bed sheets, our great bed sheets that are coming in.
All these vendors, you have huge lines of credit because just like any company does, credit got extended too during the China virus because you couldn't even get stuff in time.
They held the ships out to sea.
So now, all of a sudden, them and even companies like my foam company, where I get my patented foam, They go, Hey, you're 60 days out.
You need to get within 15 days and you do it or we're not selling you phone.
We're not getting you.
My pillow had a gun to their head at that time going, Oh, you know what?
Hey, they say you're going down.
We got it.
We're taking away.
We're squishing your credit.
Well, about that same time, I can't, I ran out of money.
I have no money personally, nothing left, nothing left.
I go to borrow money so I could pay.
I go to borrow money.
So to keep stuff going, to pay, you know, keep attorneys going, keep everything going, they ain't gonna borrow.
Who's gonna borrow?
Who's gonna borrow Mike Lindell money when you see all this stuff in the news?
They're going down!
They're going down!
So that got, that thing closed.
Then you had companies like American Express, which this woke company that goes out of the blue.
We're going to take you from a million dollars down to a hundred thousand dollars.
That's what they did, everybody.
Now let me tell you about the American Express.
We've been with them 15 years.
What they did is everything runs off that.
Our AdWords, Suckabooks, Facebook ads.
And my pillow shipping, it's all tied in.
So during the night, as you're working and they're making, shipping more packages, a computer says, okay, we need 20,000 more.
We need 20,000 more.
So if you would ever not pay it, or if it would ever go over a million, it would shut down your company.
So we've never, ever in 15 years, not paid that card on time.
We pay it almost every three days, every two days.
Sometimes here's a pay as a half a million dollars.
But American Express comes in and goes, you know what?
My salesman, he goes, or the, I mean, the rep for American Express is Matt.
He goes, he goes, yeah, we're reducing your credit.
They're there.
We're reducing your credit from a million down to a hundred thousand.
I go, what?
Why?
He goes, I don't know.
I think it's, you know, we're doing it to a lot of companies with this economy.
I go, well, you need to go tell your bosses that would just decimate us.
I said, That's crazy.
We do more on American Express in one day than a hundred grand.
And in the middle of the night or on the weekend, you couldn't even pay it.
The banks aren't even open.
And he goes, I said, you need to go check on Plymouth.
This is on a Friday.
He never got back to us, everybody.
They shut us off on a Monday.
American Express has not even reached out.
They went silent on us.
So now at that point, and then all the stuff overseas, Um, late coming, so we're waiting for our stuff that goes on TV.
That's why you're not seeing my pillow on TV right now, because during all this, these ships get hung up for our great sheets that are coming in for our, um, for our big, all our Christmas stuff that's coming in.
This all, all this stuff was supposed to be here in September.
We don't get it till October.
I don't know, 20th.
So we can't put ads on TV to sell you where we don't have those items.
So here we are.
And now during this time, we can't pay lawyers.
We can't pay lawyers, you know, a couple million dollars a month.
You know, you're going to pay lawyers.
We don't have, I can't go get the money.
So what they've done, the law fair, if they did what they set out to do, destroy, destroy the finances, destroy my pillow, destroy Mike Lindell.
And, and now they, basically it's an attack on these lawyers because if they go on any further, They can't get paid.
They have families.
They have children, grandchildren.
And that's where we're at.
So this morning at 10 o'clock, they said, we can't go further.
And they went to a federal judge and dropped out.
And where does that leave us?
It leaves us with media after media calling me today and attacking.
Is my pillow done?
Is my pillow done?
Are you going to make a deal with those machine companies now?
All these questions.
