Michael Lindell's problems just got worse.

Sarah Lindell told Ben the IRS had now launched five audits to examine employee payments over three years.

And this is what I'm saying, everybody, in case you're tuning in on this, in case you're just hearing about this, what happened is, I don't know, it's been about 10 days now.
I believe it was, yeah, it's been about 10 days.
American Express, who I've been with forever, American Express, where we put our shipping on there, we put our Suckabucks Facebook ads, Google, all these things where you have to have a credit card, your American Express, which they want you to do that because they make great money with these other guys.
They're high interest or whatever with those guys.
Well, We, this runs our daily thing.
So we have a million dollar credit line.
If it goes, if it gets up close to a million, you got to pay it down.
Cause you can't, these things can't turn off.
They have to continuously keep running.
So in other words, we've never, ever, ever been late.
We've never went over that.
Otherwise our business would stop.
Well, what they did, they came to me and go, okay, um, we're going to take your million dollar line and bring it down to a hundred thousand.
Well, you know what that did?
Everybody, it crippled us.
It turned everything off.
And now you're going, well, Mike, why don't you choose else?
Well, there's a thing with debit cards, everybody.
Debit cards, you have to keep hitting the fraud button, you know, waking up in the night.
No, it's not fraud.
No, it's not fraud.
They have a $10,000 cap on them.
So you can't run a business like that.
And so we've been over the last 10 days now trying to figure out different options.
And then we get hit with these audits.
Not only me personally, they're whacking every year.
They're checking me out, Brandon.
One of the biggest things is they're arguing about everybody is, if everybody remembers, I had in 2020, I was brought to me a cure or a supplement that worked with the China virus.
And so I had all these made for the country, like $10 million worth, all made.
Well, the government, the FDA stepped in and said, Oh no, you can't, you can't sell them.
You can't do them.
You can't even give them away.
We're not letting you do that.
Because they're not, um, they were a supplement that's already been used in this country, just like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin.
But then the government stepped in and said, no, no, no.
Why'd they do that, Brandon?
Because remember, in order for the vaccines, To be deemed for emergency use, there can't be anything else out there.
So I was attacked, everybody.
I made these things.
We had this company make them all.
A warehouse full of this supplement.
And they stuffed it here.
At least we were, you know, many of my employees, myself, my family, whatever, I believe, probably saved a lot of lives.
But we took it and we were able to stay open because we didn't get the virus.
And in the meantime, these things are going to get outdated.
And so then I said, well, let's try and give them to Israel.
I'll give them to them.
Well, they're getting ready to go on a boat.
And then they make a dirty deal over there, getting Yahoo with Pfizer.
And then over in Israel, they got to take 23 shots.
Keep giving them shots.
So they turned the ships around.
He can't get them there.
Then I tried to get them to the Philippines, man.
Then they turned it down.
Then I tried to give them to the Christian churches to help them up and down the Amazon.
They shut that down.
So what it ended up with everybody is I got $10 million worth of product sitting in a warehouse.
It's outdated.
And then the IRS comes in and says, well, we're not going to let you deduct that.
You can deduct it now, but not back then.
So they just, this massive audit.
Why?
Because I was trying to help our country.
So then I'm sitting back there with not only audit this year, let's audit this year, let's audit this year.
And then they open up all these other audits against my employees.
This is disgusting, Brad.
It's an attack.
For what?
Because I want to help secure our elections and I wanted to help our country.
Tell me, Brad.

Well, yeah.
Look at this headline, Mike.
You said, bring up headlines.
There's quite a few here in the last 12 hours.
I don't know if you've bothered to check.
Here's another one from Newsweek.
They seem to have got two of them on you just in the last few hours.
Mike Lindell says, vendors calling me up as my pillow faces financial ruin.
Well, they're all very, they're all worried.
You see headlines like this and You know, like I said, my resources, my personal resource, I've done all I can.
I don't have anything left.
So it's like, and you know, and anything, anything that comes out of that, my pillow that went tricking, which is nothing, you know, they have, they have right now they're fighting lawsuits and then these attacks keep coming.
Our business is just, you know, you talk about cancel and canceling out a company or canceling out a person's, um, you know, I think, uh, I don't know, as far as business-wise, maybe President Donald Trump.
I don't think there's too many more like me that have been attacked this much.
No, I think you're right behind President Trump.
And by the grace of God, everybody, I thank all of you out there for your prayers.
I get it every day.
And I thank all of you out there that have supported my pillow and buying the products to keep my, I worry about my employees.
I ran, like I said before, I don't, I don't mind getting attacked.
I'm used to it by now.
I'm going to fight till the bitter end and, and, uh, and we're going to win.
We are going to win.
But as far as that, you know, you got two things going on.
We really need help with the Lindell offense fund.
We need to beat these guys that are stealing your country.
That's what it's all about.
You know, everything's about that.
Why do you think they attack?
Do you think if, if Donald Trump had just said, you know what, after the 2020 election, you know what, just took a try.
Yep.
Everyone says there, you know, they're trying to tell me you better not talk about the election crime.
You better.
If he would have just went, you know what?
I don't want to, I don't want to fight.
I can't take it anymore.
I just went off into the sunset.
They wouldn't, he wouldn't have one indictment.
He'd have nothing against him.
You know that if I would have just said, okay, I'm gonna, I'm gonna, you're right.
I don't want to lose my company.
Cause like, like the media asked me, uh, I, this was just a couple of months ago when we had that auction.
They go, Mike, if you could turn back time and just, uh, you know, not to be your conspiracy guy and say the election was still, if you could turn back time and redo it, would you keep your mouth shut knowing now, but you know, then that you've spent 10 or $60 million or whatever it's been, and it's all gone and lost hundreds of million dollars.
What did I, you know what I said to him?
I wouldn't change a thing, not one thing.
In fact, I would have doubled and tripled down, knowing now what I know then.
I would have known the right place to really go after, but I know where the blocks have been.
But even knowing now what I know then, I would change a thing no matter what, because if we don't save our country, if we don't, we have one shot at this, securing our elections, only one.
This is it, everybody.
It's the only plan.
This is the plan.
These elections, everything comes up.

And it's going to tell you if they go online and go on the internet.
It's going to tell you that.
So here's the news.
When you say people are going to march on, put up that headline again.
People are going to march on City Hall.
What?

Where are these first devices going to go?

These devices are already, most of them are already accounted for for this fall's election by the people that asked us for them, which are the officials in each county or precinct.
These people that need that say, Hey, I would like one of these devices because they're the ones we've went to.
And they said, well, the machine company said they're not online.
Well, they've all reached back out to me now and said, Hey, I'd like one because then they, that means they lied to me.
So Brandon, you know who's getting these devices?
Is anyone, all these people that are in charge of the elections.
So we've already approached, I believe all 3,143 counties over the past two and a half years.
My people, other people on the ground have approached their officials and said, Hey, can we get, we need to get rid of these machines and go to paper ballots and count it.
And most of the pushback has been, well, our machines aren't online, so there's no way we had all this cyber fraud and these hacking.
Well, they lied.
They lied.
So, what we're going to do, everybody, is the officials that we already know.
They've asked for it.
Here you go.
We're going to give it to them.
We're not going to charge them.
You know, that's what I say.
We're asking all of your help out there to fund this.

There's more costs than just the device.
There's what we're going to do with all the info and be able to go back to these officials and say, now, now will you get rid of the machines?
And go to paper ballots, hand counting, just like the RNC wants.
Paper ballots, hand counting, same day voting, precinct level.
We already have over a hundred counties committed to be machine free by 2024, everybody.
This number is going to go way up after this fall.
And what we're saying, Brandon, so when those guys say, well, the public's going to find out and they're going to be so upset that these machine companies lied.
Well, of course we're going to be upset.
You think we're not going to be upset, but it's not going to be the clerk who reports his fault.
They're going to say, hey, the machine companies lied to me.
You know what I hope?
Every person, citizen in the United States should be upset with these names.
Smartmatic, Dominion, ES&S, Hart, all these machine companies, every single computer used in an election.
That's who they're going to be upset with.

The election officials that report this to the news, maybe you horrible journalists will actually report it, that these are the guys in charge of our elections are going to say, look at Look what these devices that Mike Lindell had that the cause of America that we, that he had, look at this.
It shows that all these things are online.
The machine companies that you rotten journalists out there have protected the dominions and the smart Maddox and the ES and S and the heart and all these other ones.
We can't use computers in our elections.
Whether you're a Democrat or Republican out there, it doesn't matter.
You will be upset.
You're going to be very upset.
We were all lied to.
Every one of us was lied to.
But you know who you're going to be upset with?
Our government.
You're going to be upset with the government and these judges that wouldn't let us look and say, hey, let's look inside your machine cubbies.
We paid for these machines, everybody.
You and I paid for them.
We can't look inside them.
They're running our elections.

It had to do with the statute of limitations, where they wanted to go back to 200 years ago, 500 years ago.
It was limited, very much limited, and it amounted to about 80% of the case was won by us in the appellate division.
And this rogue judge, a Trump hater, the only one that hates Trump more is his associate up there, A person that works with him, and she's screaming into his ear on almost every time we ask a question.
It's a disgrace.
You want to know the truth?
It's a disgrace.
So this rogue judge refuses to acknowledge the fact that we won 80% of this case in the appellate division, including statute of limitations.
You know, in the statute of limitations, you have a period of time.
He wants to go back so far that nobody's ever even heard of such a ridiculous thing.
So we won the case in the appellate division, and this judge refuses to acknowledge the appellate division, meaning he's got contempt For his own court system.
Nobody's ever seen that before, where he refuses to even talk about it or acknowledge it.
And the Attorney General is a total crook.
She's a corrupt person.
A terrible person.
Driving people out of New York, number one.
That's number one.
Number two, it just came out a few minutes ago, where Palm Beach County The people that do this agree with us 100%, and they say the judge is wrong.
The judge is wrong in his ruling.
He valued Mar-a-Lago at $18 million, and it's worth a billion dollars, maybe a billion five.
And you saw where various properties that we have that are valued in the financial statements, which is totally subject to the clause that you've all been hearing about doing buyer beware, as they call it.
But this just came out.
Error in New York civil fraud case against Trump is flagged by industry insiders who say valuation of Mar-a-Lago cited by judge is based on a misunderstanding of basic real estate practice.
So they're saying the judge has misunderstood basic real estate practice.
I say they're wrong about that.

We're going to sanction you $22,000.
Now, one week later, the federal judge in DC says, of course you can go out and subpoena those machines.

That other judge says, I don't care what the federal judge said.
We're keeping your $22,000.
You know, just like this judge didn't listen, you know, are you kidding me?
That's what you have appeal courts for.
That's what you have appeals for.
That's what you, that's why we, all these cases, everybody is just a completely slow fixing our elections or securing our election.
