You know, I was the media's darling, and now look what they say about me.
Look how they've turned these two, uh, these two, uh, they call themselves journalists.

Lawyers defending the My Lumpy Pillow guy are seeking to dump him as a client, apparently because he hasn't paid them.
This is kind of going around in Trump circles.
It's a theme.
It is a theme.
Those attorneys are currently defending Mr. My Lumpy Pillow founder and CEO Mike Lindell and his business against defamation claims from voting machine companies and Smartmatic and Dominion Voting Systems, along with a third lawsuit brought by a former Dominion employee.
All three claimed their reputations were damaged by Lindell's repeated claims of fraud surrounding the 2020 presidential election.
But now, attorneys for Lindell claim he is months behind on paying their legal bills, amounting to millions of dollars.
And they say they can no longer afford to represent him.
Does nobody in this crowd understand that you get retainers from these people?
I mean, because they don't pay.
I mean, Lindell, of course, brings his lawyer.
Who thought they would pay?
I know.
What lawyer thought that guy would pay his bills and Rudy Giuliani would pay his bills?
And quite frankly, Donald Trump, when he runs out of money.
Mr. Pillow told NBC News that he would gladly keep paying them if he wasn't broke.
But of course, as my grandfather could have told him if you'd only listened to him, Don't try to run a pillow business, an online pillow business, while you're trying to foment, you know, a coup.
Yeah.
And as Willie said, in between your fried chicken and your swim in the lake, calling for martial law.
Willie, that never works.
Now, by the way, your grandfather was a visionary that he saw online shopping coming that long ago.
He did.
He really did.
Really something.
And with the pillows specifically.
This guy, no.
Born in like 06, and he saw this coming.
Wait, but by the way, so Mike, in all seriousness, Mike Lindell has been sued by Dominion for $1.3 billion.
He says he's lost $100 million because his product was pulled from stores like Bed Bath & Beyond and Walmart.
He says it's cancel culture.
They say, no, we don't want to be in bed.
With a guy who's calling for the overturning of elections and martial law and disparaging people.
And so they have a business decision to make and they stop using the Mr. Pillow stuff.
So he says that's why he has no money to pay.
But in the end, like all these guys, he's the victim.
Yeah, and always the victim.
By the way, let us just say, I just want everybody to know, we've never used Mr. Pillow's pillows or slippers.
They're lumpy.
Maybe they're the best in the world.
We just hear they're lumpy.
People say, Willie, people say they're lumpy.
That it's like your neck is hiking the Appalachian Trail.
And that's what some people say.
Many people are saying, yeah.
Many, many people are saying that.
Anyway.
So my question I'd like to know is, how can they get on there and say that you're trying to foment an insurrection, that you don't pay your bills?
They can say these things about you, but they don't get sued, but you express your opinion about a piece of equipment or pieces of equipment that are paid for by tax dollars and used like a utility, like a utility company, Part of our infrastructure, which you would think anyone could talk about, say what they wanted all day long about.
You get sued for billions.
They just got on there and said, you're, you are fighting for an insurrection to overthrow the government and you don't pay your bills.
And yet that's not a problem?
It's, uh, well, Brandon, if you, if I just, uh, I think I just Googled evil and there was a picture of Mika and Joe there.
And, uh, no, I'm serious.
They've got such evil in their hearts.
I pray for them.
Just pure evil and how they're, how they're behaving and the, you know,
the hate that comes out of their mouth.
You know, you're going after lumpy pillows, but they don't have them.
Oh, a lot of people are saying it, you know, it's an attack on my pillow.
These are families.
They have families, they've been working 20 years with me, a lot of them with me.
And I want to tell you something, MSNBC, I advertised on there too, Brandon,
and I advertised on there for over a decade.
Their bills got paid very timely.
You know, we never, ever, until you start paying $2 million a month lawyer bills, you're going to go through a lot of money and you're going to get to a point where Uh, do I want to keep paying this law fair or do I have to stop this in the sand?
And, and that, what am I fighting for?
If we're, if we're going to be out of money and, uh, and we can't, don't have a business to make money and to have for all these jobs.
So I'm going to tell her, you know, her that they, you know.
What the media has done, they've tried nothing but trying to destroy my pillow.
What they neglect to say there too is when they talk about insurrection and all this stuff.
No, it's my First Amendment right of free speech to say, Um, we, we were intruded.
I have evidence.
We were intruded by our elections were hacked into not just the 2020, the 2022, the, the computers, they're vulnerable to attacks.
We were attacked and where the unit party deep state globalists, but I will let us say this, you guys, I was sued for a brick and here, here's the language in the lawsuits.
And this is my pillows lawsuit from dominion to my pillow.
Mike, the CEO of my pillow.
I had this great marketing plan to use promo codes to make money by attacking Dominion, this company I knew nothing about, but it's a great marketing plan to make money.
Now let's say, before Dominion even sued me, before I even probably mentioned their name, which remember, I asked Dominion to sue me because I had all the evidence.
We lost $100 million right out of the gate.
What a good marketing plan, Brandon.
You know, would you like to try my plan?
And then, no, it gets better, everybody.
Then a year later, Smartmatic, who, by the way, started Lawfare on February 1st of 2021, when they sued Fox News, that started Lawfare, everybody.
Over 200 lawsuits and citizens sent threatening letters to them.
In this country, and which Lawfare hadn't been done since 1798 in this country.
So they started Lawfare, which is to shut people up.
And Brent, a year later, Smartmatic decides they jump on the bandwagon, and they say, hey, let's sue Mike Pillow too, because you know what?
He just won't shut up.
He keeps on talking about our election platforms, and we're one of the companies out there.
So let's sue him, and this marketing plan he's got going on.
My pillow must be making a ton of money because he won't shut up.
Well, Brandon, last year's the first time we showed a lot.
My pillow, we lost millions of dollars.
We didn't show losses.
We showed huge.
We're a great company.
But if you're a CEO of a company and You came up with this marketing plan to badmouth other companies or to purposely say stuff about them that wasn't true to make money, and then you find out it backfired, you're losing millions.
Would you keep digging?
Probably not, right?
But that wasn't the plan, everybody.
The plan is to secure our elections, and these computers have to go in our elections, and I will never, ever stop.
The media has been asking me, are you going to make a deal with them?
Are you going to make a deal?
Are you going to back down?
Are you going to still fight for our country?
They don't ask me that.
They just say, are you going to keep spreading these conspiracy theories?
You're going to keep doing these things?
You're going to keep backing Donald Trump?
You should hear the media calls I've got, Brad.

Had her on the phone for a half hour and I said, you know, you don't call or write me for two years.
Remember the media went completely silent on me in Minnesota, but we'll see what happens with those headlines.
They're all curious now.

Let's go read it down a little further.
Attorneys who've been defending MyPillow chief executive in election denier Mike Lindell against defamation lawsuits by voting machine companies are seeking court permission to quit, saying he owes them unspecified millions of dollars and can't pay the millions more that he'll owe in legal expenses going forward.
Here's reality, everybody.
And then I want to take calls.
There's a lot of concern out there.
But there's two things they've been asking.
One is, Mike, where is my pillow?
How does my pillow stand?
Are they going to declare bankruptcy?
Are they going under?
I'm going, well, if they keep paying $2 million a month in lawyer bills, they probably would.
But that's why I had to go and say, Hey, I can't subsidize it anymore.
I brought millions of dollars, Brandon, not just for, um, to cover lawyer bills and stuff, but also in the fight for our country, which I've spent tens of millions on all the lawsuits going on out there where I'm going around and, uh, you know, running a cause of America, all these other things that I'm doing, that's where I ran out of money, you know?
And, uh, um, and so, I borrowed money this spring to keep it going.
I'm going, hey, we got our summary judgments coming up, which everybody, when you turn them in or in any normal time, they look at, they go, yeah, we're dropping this case.
It's a frivolous case.
It's disgusting what they've done.
But instead, you know, they can sit, nowadays they can sit on those things too and wait.
You still have to keep spending money on lawyers.
That's what lawfare is.
The way it's sitting now, let's go take one silo at a time here.
You talk about MyPillow.
Now MyPillow, you know, yes, they're not gonna, right now, they'll have to go out and they'll have to find, I'm just talking MyPillow now, not Mike Lindell, but MyPillow.
We're gonna have to go out and get new attorneys.
Or, you know, we can, you know, I guess that's it.
I've had a lot of attorneys from around the country volunteer.
Um, and, uh, say, you know, volunteer and say, Hey, we'll, we'll help you any way we can, if we can do it, you know, uh, a lot of, a couple of them said, well, you've been doing it for free, but I don't, you know, I don't expect that on anyone, but you know, so we're looking into all those options with my pillow, but my pillow is going to, with the help of all of you out there, all you, everyone buying product, uh, you can't, you know, if we didn't have such great products and, and essentially, so people believe in, in, uh, in our products, man, We would be.
We'd have been done a long time ago.
As you know, they tried to just cancel, completely destroy my pillow.

They see, you know, and here they gave a whole nother list just the other day.
People that, here's employees that they've subpoenaed.
Two of them are no longer with us, are live.
I mean, I mean, they've deceased.
One of them has very serious Alzheimer's and he's been gone for two years.
Eight of them have been gone from my pillow for over six years.
And they still want these people subpoenaed?
What would it... Six years ago, Brent!
Do they think that I planned?
I didn't even know these names, Dominion and Smartman.
And let me ask you this, Mike.
How many of those people can afford a $300 an hour attorney to go through these records and sit for deposition and get ready?
How many of them can afford that?
They can't and it's just they destroy.
That's what they drive.
They want the whole thing is driven to destroy my pillow.
Not for me to make a deal with them, everybody, because they know that's never going to happen.

But they wanted to destroy my pillow.
They want employees to just be destroyed and devastated.
Because if that happens, then they got over here.
Gee, maybe Mike Lindell won't have any money and he'll shut up, you know.

But this allows home mothers to work from home, home fathers to work from home, Taking care of their kids.
But North Carolina did a great ruling, everybody, and they said, of course you can keep working from home on commission.
So hopefully, these states like Minnesota and California, where all this horrible stuff comes out of, those two states gotta be absolutely the worst for bureaucracy that's just, it's all for attorneys to make money on and the state to destroy.
That's what they, you know, period.
And so we have that.
The next thing everybody that you want to know about is myself.
So myself, yeah, I'm out of money.
Um, am I, uh, am I good with my lawsuits?
What's going to happen out there?
Obviously I have to keep going.
I'm not giving into them with the lawsuits.
Um, I said today to Al that I said, well, there's been a lot of lawyers out there volunteering, but if I have to, I'll go to court myself.
I can do that.
You know, Brandon, you did it before when you were a young man, right?

That's another story.
Now don't get me in trouble.
I represented my, I was an attorney.
I was seven times.
I won all seven cases, but.
Apparently you have to have a law license.

So I sound the alarm to save our country.
It's China invaded, they hacked in, they use these computers and all this.
And now you get sued.
Because they say it was a marketing plan.
You're in defamation.
You have to knowingly, knowing what you're saying is false.
And you had to have a plan maliciously to hurt them companies to make money for yourself.
And I mean, Grant, any juror, then they go, well, then the lawyer said, well, you know, Mike, you're going to have a jury in Washington, DC.
You know, they're, they're going to be way against you.
You know what?
We'll put that before God.
If they're going to be against me, if they're going to do that and not listen to the case
man, what difference does it make if you have lawyers or not?

And in fact, here is the, you said January 9th, and yet here is January 7th, and this
is the director of national intelligence, there it is, saying China can hack into our

So to say, well you should have known what you were saying was unreasonable or not true, you should have done your homework.

We then had Uh, we then had three or 18 different counties that were going to follow suit and go to paper ballots and count it.
Brandon, do you know what the governor there did that, or that so-called governor?

He put it, it was an executive order to make it.
You can't have paper ballots and count it, right?

But also there did this just to stop the people from having what the Republicans voted or voted on their resolution, paper ballots, hand counted, same day voting, precinct level.

Because in order for us all to win, we have to win as a whole.

There's some states more important than others.

The first thing is about the Wireless media device that detects the signals coming from wireless transmitted information in the voting centers.
But I think that can be easily defeated, that you've got to consider this, that if these computers are connected internally, not using wireless to anything, They can transfer the information across a landline that goes to some other place geographically far away, and there they could use a wireless if they wanted to.
So I think you've got to consider that and figure out how to investigate things.
I just want to put that forward because that hasn't been discussed.
I'd like, can I, would you rather have me say all these, a few other questions or just hit one at a time?

but when I search around, I get lost a little bit.

through in a video that isn't time-constrained, and you know, and then you can give a
good explanation of where everything is.
For example, one thing that I think people like me want to see is what's going on in
all these cases.
Maybe you have that already in that, the Crime Bureau system, but make it easy.
So make a list of all the cases in which you're attached to either suing or being sued, and
explain what are the steps in the process of going through that, and where are you,
and how much have you spent on these areas.
That will help us have a notion of what it costs.
And now that you have stopped paying some of the lawyers, could you explain if those were the ones on retainers?
I hope you haven't had to drop any of your lawyers who are in these active cases.
